00:10:58.720We still don't exactly know the seat distribution yet.
00:11:01.940It looks like 48-38-1, because an independent one, we'll get to that story in just a second, very tight election.
00:11:10.000It didn't look like it as we were covering it live last night as I was switching through all the left-wing BS corporate media who were just doing an abysmal job of election coverage.
00:11:24.020But on the other hand, it's the only thing you can watch when it comes to election coverage.
00:11:28.580unless you've got a contract with elections canada which means you get and it's expensive
00:11:34.100you get the results as they come out to the electors right so the same time the parties
00:11:39.660get them you get them but apparently rebel news or western standard or true north don't have that
00:11:45.360contract yet as i say it's expensive all those other left-wing corporate media outlets are
00:11:50.400sponsored by the federal government of canada in part so anyway here's the story from the canadian
00:11:56.940press the united concern oh by the way i'm not sure if you if you're on twitter if you are i'm
00:12:01.960sure you saw all kinds of lefty marxists crying yelling and screaming i'm never going back to
00:12:07.320alberta again i'm leaving just like when trump won the presidency in the united states back in
00:12:13.7002016 hilarious all of those lefties i'm leaving they didn't go anywhere because they're a bunch0.96
00:12:19.440of liars they have no commitment they have no dedication they're they're just you know what0.98
00:12:24.780They are. We covered it last night on the show.
00:12:26.960They are narcissists and they are psychopaths and they virtue signal and they whine and they complain and they think it's for the greater good.0.86
00:12:34.820But it's not really. It's only for them and their fragile egos.0.97
00:12:37.720Anyway, getting back to the story, the UCP emerged bloodied but still standing in Monday's bitterly contested provincial election.
00:12:47.100Danielle Smith's UCP dominated outside the two big cities while retaining enough support in Calgary to overcome an NDP sweep in Edmonton.
00:12:54.780and win a second consecutive majority government.
00:12:57.980To paraphrase our dear friend and former Alberta Premier, Ralph Klein.
00:13:02.540I met Ralph Klein one time at a homeless shelter in Calgary, it was, about 25 years ago.
00:24:07.680uh that that spans the the uh the spectrum of again you if i don't want to go on about all
00:24:14.240the various different symptoms because i'm sure you've had people on that have gone about it but
00:24:17.940our our industry is no different than any others so you've got everything from you know peripheral
00:24:23.300well you know actually greg it is different than any other because you are 35 000 feet in the air
00:24:29.880which is you know i mean it does things to the body right and i know you guys are conditioned
00:24:35.240to it after having done it for so long. But I think that could probably exacerbate a vaccine
00:24:40.040injury, considering the fact that, you know, there are a lot of these are blood clot related.
00:24:44.920And what do they advise you when you've got blood clots? Don't fly. It's what they say.
00:24:50.700So we've heard a lot about pilots, co-pilots, flight attendants, you know, during a flight,
00:24:57.040having an episode like this and having to rush to the hospital, the plane has to emergency land.
00:25:02.420And I don't know how common that's been, but that's something that I was terrified about.
00:25:09.320I flew to Calgary this past weekend to do an event with Joseph Borgo and Theo Fleury and Jamie Soleil.
00:25:15.940And I thought, wow, what if the pilot has an episode or dies suddenly or something?
00:25:22.060I don't mean to joke about it, but, you know.
00:25:24.480Yeah, I can speak to, man, there's a lot I could dig into there.
00:25:28.260And I'm a little paranoid about going on a long monologue here.
00:25:30.800so you you stop me if it starts to get funky but uh you you are the guest tonight and that's what
00:25:36.200i i love no i just meant the audio uh the audio issue so if so if it uh if it gets uh weird you
00:25:41.420let me know uh if i will go on here too well if you've got a monologue man go ahead i want to hear
00:25:45.800it we all want it we all want well i'll just forget to like and share this and get it out there to
00:25:49.620people okay let me step back a little bit and uh because what i was alluding to is is the symptoms
00:25:56.200are very similar in terms of if I just rattle them off, let's say. But very early on, back
00:26:02.800it's been quite a few years here, so it's always hard to nail down the year. But
00:26:09.460before the mandate rolled out, we partnered with the Canadian COVID Care Alliance, which you're
00:26:14.860probably familiar with, full of all sorts of fantastic doctors, scientists, and otherwise.
00:26:19.280because at the end of the day what we were concerned about was uh was safety essentially
00:26:26.120and so we sat down on a zoom call with them and explained who we were what we were doing
00:26:31.400and uh and they were they were very concerned they said of any profession because of exactly
00:26:36.560what you alluded to the unique environment of being a sitting on your rear end for many many
00:26:43.500hours at a time right which is is what you're alluding to with the blood clotting also traveling
00:26:48.420in thin air for many hours a month and otherwise it's a very very unique profession from that
00:26:53.400perspective so they put together a document that that highlighted the medical and scientific
00:27:00.660concerns specific to aviation and we passed that to the two largest pilot unions in the country
00:27:06.360and we passed it to a couple of the largest airlines in the country and we got no response
00:27:13.040of any import or anything appreciable. And I followed up personally repeatedly on this.
00:27:19.020So that highlights, A, what you saw throughout this whole mess, certainly from the union
00:27:24.560standpoint that they essentially shut down as far as advocating on our behalf. But here we were,
00:27:31.540and we weren't advocating purely selfishly to try and save our careers. We're saying,
00:27:36.180hang on a second we in aviation for decades have been obsessive about safety we should we've got
00:27:43.760something called safety management system that that specifically encourages asking good questions
00:27:49.200having dialogue bringing up concerns and yet with everything from this experimental gene therapy to
00:27:55.020masking which is also just wildly crazy when you start talking about things like time of useful
00:28:00.600consciousness at altitude and explosive decompression for instance uh there was nothing
00:28:05.220It was just, hey, off you go. So so that does highlight the concerns for sure. And nothing has really changed going forward. So, of course, we had the vast majority, well over 90 percent within our industry that that went down this road and took the jab.
00:28:23.480And then, of course, I start getting phone calls because I'm a permissive person to talk to.
00:28:29.420The issue here with pilots, certainly, is we professionally live or die.
00:28:36.960That's kind of a wrong phrase to use, but you know what I mean.
00:28:39.320We either continue flying or don't based on our medical certification.
00:28:44.040So now you've got guys and gals that have taken these jabs in order to save their jobs.
00:28:48.580Now they come out the back end and all of a sudden they've got generalized chest pains.
00:28:52.940they got some hearing loss electrical shock symptoms frozen jaws all sorts of things that
00:28:58.080others are seeing and they're somewhat reticent to bring it up now because it's just a vicious
00:29:04.000circle now right uh so so i have absolutely spent time on the phone uh with these folks some of them
00:29:10.560are finding solutions and others are still struggling some are uh off work because of it
00:29:14.660so it's similar to what you're seeing across the industry but but as you point out uh and and
00:29:20.340I want to talk a little bit maybe at some point here too about about having a balanced look at
00:29:25.800what you're you're you're alluding to regarding fear with with any sort of a vaccine injury with
00:29:32.000a pilot because I think that's important to highlight as well but that's a very long way
00:29:35.980of saying yes I have spent hours on the phone hearing difficult stories from from my colleagues
00:29:40.880who are dealing with with injuries post post jab and we have seen things in the news I would say
00:29:48.200to a certain extent there's some um you know confirmation um uh bias just just from it's what
00:29:56.500we're looking for right you know you buy a a white beetle and suddenly you see a whole bunch of white
00:30:01.380beetles there's an aspect of that and i don't mean to minimize it obviously i gave up my career for a
00:30:05.960year and was ready to give it up for the rest of my life because i'm concerned about these things
00:30:09.940so i'm not minimizing it uh but i do think we have to take a balanced approach because if we if we
00:30:15.020become fearful of flying then guess what we're going to uh we're going to hunker down in our
00:30:19.20015-minute cities and that's kind of what what others are looking for us to do as well right so
00:30:23.520i do bring out the balanced approach i can talk through what happens in the case of a pilot
00:30:28.500incapacitation because i think it's important for people to understand to me it's the water that i
00:30:33.880swim in right so i think well of course people know if a pilot even keels over dead it's actually
00:30:39.440not in the back end that much of a catastrophic incident up front it gets super busy very
00:30:45.680stressful and the um you just you're doing everything on your own but it's not like the
00:30:52.460airplane plummets from the sky and i i've talked to people who think that's what happens right and
00:30:57.000i think it's important to understand the professional insight that that some of us
00:31:02.440can provide in terms of what does happen if a pilot does become incapacitated what does happen
00:31:08.300I mean, the landing is the toughest part of a flight, right?
00:31:11.980Well, yeah, I mean, it's made more difficult based on weather.
00:31:27.600Even before you leave the house, you're like, well, is it going to be zero, zero going into St. John's, Newfoundland?
00:31:32.660or is it going to be as sunny skies over Vancouver as I coast through the, you know, the silky, smooth air?
00:31:40.440So that determines, you know, the vast majority of whether you're going to have a good day or not.
00:31:45.700Then the next thing is mechanical issues.
00:31:47.520And the third thing, I guess you could add in funny things that passengers do sometimes or otherwise, right?
00:31:52.760It's just human behavior adds a twist to everything that we do.
00:31:57.920So, I mean, let's just talk through it.
00:32:00.060Let's say I'm taking off out of Vancouver and I'm flying to, I mean, the worst case is probably going across the pond, but let's keep it simple here for the sake of argument.
00:32:10.660So we get up top of top of climb, settle out, and the first officer's flying.
00:32:17.100So it's his leg and we alternate legs back and forth just as a plug for sometimes I was a first officer for many years and people thought you just worked the radios and said nice things to the captain.
00:32:26.580but the first officers are 100% integral and fly every other leg.
00:32:31.440So that's a plug for all of the FOs out there.
00:32:42.700So the first thing we do is assume control of the aircraft.
00:32:45.800Now, when you're in cruise, 90-plus percent of the flight is on autopilot.
00:32:50.860We've got to stay ahead of the airplane, and we do hand fly.
00:32:53.500But so you assume control, which in that scenario means transferring things electronically, essentially, unless unless he, you know, bumped the controls or otherwise, and then secure him, get the seat back and then and then call for assistance.
00:33:06.960And so we want to, you know, move the seat back, move the rudders forward, make sure he's not going to interfere with with any of the controls.
00:33:14.500Aviate, navigate, communicate. That's that's an adage in aviation.
00:33:17.800So the first thing you do is aviate, make sure we're going to the right place.
00:33:21.400So as far as navigate, once you've secured him or her, perhaps there is another pilot on board that's what we call deadheading.
00:33:28.100It's just flying along either for maybe on vacation or positioning.
00:33:33.200But if not, that's when it does get very challenging because now as the lone pilot, you're doing everything, but you're doing everything in a very challenging environment.
00:33:43.360So a diversion in an aircraft is a giant pain in the rear.
00:33:47.500it increases the risk because you hadn't planned to go to let's say Calgary all of a sudden right
00:33:53.700so you've got to get the weather you've got to check what we call notice to airmen to see if
00:33:57.700there's any if maybe there's a runway out of service or something else gather a whole bunch
00:34:01.680of information from a flying perspective and maybe you're right overhead Calgary well you want to get
00:34:06.340on the ground ASAP to get him or her medical attention so now you're trying to get down
00:34:10.860quickly the passengers need to know what's going on the company needs to know what's going on and
00:34:14.660if the weather's challenging you can throw that in there so you're working the radios you're
00:34:18.820flying the airplane you're doing everything so that's that's kind of the long and short of it
00:34:22.520but but the important piece is that the airplane doesn't stop flying and the airplane doesn't fall
00:34:26.960out of the sky it just increases uh we talk about swiss cheese and aviation and what you want to
00:34:32.560make sure is the holes don't line up right so if you miss one thing that you don't miss the next or
00:34:37.580you don't miss four things in a row one of which is super critical so that's that's where we're at
00:35:07.900it was a wife of a pilot supposedly that said,
00:35:10.660you know, my husband has never done this before and suddenly COVID, they're training for pilot
00:35:15.820incapacitation. Well, I was training for it back in the military. It is a dynamic environment and
00:35:20.680it's something that we've trained for for years. We hope to not ever have to deal with it.
00:35:25.700Ironically, actually, my captain upgrade at my company, that was one of the scenarios of the
00:35:31.720nightmare simulator ride that we do as captain upgrade was my first officer keeled over on
00:35:37.040takeoff, and I finished the rest of that flight completely on my own. So I have some personal
00:35:43.420experience, albeit simulated, with this scenario. And it's not fun, and it does increase the risk
00:35:48.960for sure. Let me ask you, Greg, has the union or the airlines acknowledged that there are actually
00:35:57.160vaccine injuries? And if so, have they done anything about it?
00:36:07.040No, I would say. I mean, I just hesitate. I can answer from my own personal perspective. I've been very, very vocal. There's a large pile in my outbox of communication, not because I want to be a pain in the rear, but because I think if you have an issue with something, then you have an onus and a responsibility to speak to it, and preferably in writing for all sorts of reasons that are probably obvious to everybody.
00:36:38.180I've brought it up with my colleagues.
00:36:40.820And there's been no appreciable action on it.
00:36:45.560And the situation in this country, I don't want to make this into a three-hour podcast here, but the situation in this country is especially shocking when it comes to pilot health.
00:36:57.620And let's take COVID and the whole jab out of it.
00:37:01.180But even from that perspective, we're not even screening pilots properly for their medicals in this country at all now.
00:37:11.520So not only have the unions and the companies not done anything,
00:37:16.980they are, in my view, complicit in the ongoing violations of safety that stem from Transport Canada in this country right now.
00:45:03.740You know, interestingly, I ask everybody who has got a very good story to tell, who comes onto this show, has the left wing corporate media paid any attention to this?
00:45:14.560And the reason that I ask is because every time they say no, just like you did now, it just piles up and piles up and piles up.
00:45:21.500And it proves more and more and more to more people that the media has absolutely no interest in telling this side of the story.
00:45:28.460And we've had many ex-media members now, used to be media members before they spoke up, tell us that there is something coming down from whether it's head office or even above them not to discuss this at all, ever, on news talk radio stations and music radio stations and television news and whatever.
00:45:49.860Uh, they would rather talk about toothpick races in the back alley, uh, kids playing toothpick races than talking about serious issues that are affecting, uh, travel industry in our country, which is absolutely amazing.
00:46:05.540So you've launched a class action lawsuit as of last week, correct?
00:46:11.060Yeah, it was filed, um, it's actually a week and a half ago now, but it was filed out in Vancouver on, uh, I want to say the 14th.
00:46:19.300I should have that at the top of my tongue here, but I could pull up the actual statement of claim, but that's on our website.
00:46:37.980It's freetofly.ca, you guys, and here's the class action lawsuit piece.
00:46:44.340You've appeared with Andrew Lawton on True North, it looks like, Children's Health Defense,
00:46:47.940the Epoch Times and Rebel News. Those are all the stories there. So exactly what is involved
00:46:54.360in this? How many people are taking part in this lawsuit? Is it thousands? Is it dozens? Is it
00:47:00.440hundreds? Well, it's fairly narrowly focused. So it's probably going to be in the hundreds rather
00:47:07.280than the thousands. There's a couple other class actions that are out there, but it's a very
00:47:11.960wide splay in terms of uh of who they can capture as part of this uh this we we've sat back and been
00:47:18.200very careful uh the judiciary in this country is is a challenging environment uh i'll word it that
00:47:25.040way and everybody knows what i'm talking about right so we've sat down and and watched carefully
00:47:30.300rather than being the first ones to jump into the pool we we kind of let some others uh jump in
00:47:35.180first not not not because we were expecting them to fail or otherwise but it's taken some time to
00:47:40.880really grind through the strategic question of what can we do to try and represent as many
00:47:48.360within our within our class as we can. And if you open it up too wide, what we've discovered is
00:47:54.220things that are narrowly focused, let's say, very specifically on the charter or very specifically
00:47:59.640on one piece. It hasn't been going terribly well. I like to be pragmatic and as honest as people as
00:48:06.480they can and say, hey, we get it. It's an uphill battle. So what we've come up with here in the
00:48:11.860main thrust of our strategy is something that's called inducement. To induce basically means to
00:48:18.220persuade or influence. And so back to Transport Canada, one of my favorite subjects. Transport
00:48:24.040Canada came out with an interim order back that the first one that really caused harm was number
00:48:29.94043. I think they were up to 60 something because they just kept renewing it over and over. But it
00:48:34.520It was called the Intramortal Respecting Certain Requirements for Civil Aviation Due to COVID-19.
00:48:38.820That was just affectionately called the mandate.
00:48:41.980And what that did was bar anybody who was not jabbed from employment within the aviation realm or barred them access to airports, airplanes and otherwise.
00:48:56.000And so based on that, that induced a breach of a contract that we've spent many, many years working hard at to ensure our rights within the employment sphere.
00:49:06.660And so Transport Canada, the government of Canada through Transport Canada, induced the breach of those employment contracts.
00:49:12.020So by nature of that focus, it's the unvaccinated within the aviation realm.
00:49:19.360This doesn't minimize anybody else that was affected.
00:49:21.880and there's thousands and thousands across this country and we're in touch with with postal
00:49:26.440workers and and all sorts of other uh employees that have been harmed by these uh by these issues
00:49:32.040as well but this is is focused on the aviation uh the aviation realm and what happened because of
00:49:37.720that that inducement there's also a piece there that mentions the charter sections 2 715 and
00:49:45.320otherwise along with the privacy act but but the main thrust is is inducement and this is something
01:14:40.440The House debated a motion from NDP leader Jagmeet Singh today that calls for the government to remove Johnston as special rapporteur and to call a public inquiry.
01:14:49.380Singh says, now listen to this one, he doesn't want to attack Johnson personally, but is concerned there is a clear apprehension of bias undermining the work he can do because of his ties to Trudeau.
01:15:02.380Opposition party motions are not binding.
01:15:04.680The government's already ignored an earlier NDP motion calling for a public inquiry that passed in March.
01:15:09.360that motion came just a week after the liberals appointed johnston to look into the allegations
01:15:15.340the chinese government attempted to interfere in the last two federal elections
01:15:19.240so never mind what pierre poly have said here singh said he will continue to push for a public
01:15:27.560inquiry but won't end his confidence and supply agreement with the liberal minority government
01:15:35.000and trigger an election and here's the reason i don't see how it's logical if the goal is to
01:15:41.960protect our democracy to then trigger an election when we're worried about foreign interference
01:15:46.160so how much would it take now that we know that it's out there now that the public knows that0.99
01:15:53.680it's out there the chinese have been dicking with our last two elections at least to now keep an eye0.98
01:15:58.600open for it so it doesn't happen again how long would it take to put in measures that would stop0.91
01:16:05.740that kind of thing from happening a month if you're serious two months maybe at the most
01:16:12.020probably jagmeet does not want to trigger an election and here's why
01:16:18.780the pension plan for mps pay and benefits of departing members of parliament and during
01:16:27.240dissolution of Parliament. Members must have accumulated at least six years of pensionable
01:16:33.260service upon their departure in order to be entitled to a pension upon retirement.
01:16:38.080Members with less than six years of pensionable service are entitled to a withdrawal allowance
01:16:42.180equal to return of their contributions to the Members of Parliament pension plan plus interest.
01:16:48.460So you have to be 55 to start receiving this pension. At age 65, you get a little bit more.
01:19:52.320You can't possibly make a decent decision on behalf of yourself or your family.
01:19:56.200We are going to help you and keep you and your family safe by surveilling how much information you take in on social media.
01:20:08.500They say it makes it difficult for people to adopt behaviors that will protect their health and the health of their families and communities.
01:20:15.680the world health organization is proposing a set of recommendations for
01:20:22.980social listening surveillance systems designed to address what it describes as a health threat
01:20:28.880posed by online information if you can actually believe it no it's for your safety it's for your
