00:03:30.000 September the 12th, 2023.
00:03:37.240 On the show tonight, I'll be joined by my partner,
00:03:40.080 Mike Voyjakis of Voyage Funeral Homes in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba.
00:03:45.240 We're going to talk about the one million person march for kids,
00:03:48.960 which is coming up next Wednesday.
00:03:50.580 So one week from tomorrow, and it's going to be an exciting day,
00:03:54.520 but I'm going to tell you, man, wow,
00:03:56.080 It's a lot of headaches to plan something like this and then to deal with all of the shockwaves that have been rolling through the community for the past couple of weeks has been something else.
00:04:08.360 I may look a little tired, and that's because I am, but we're going to explain as much as we can about it tonight, and we're going to tell you exactly what is happening next Wednesday.
00:04:19.220 It's going to be a lot of fun.
00:04:21.240 Ultimately, it's going to be a day for families.
00:04:24.380 That's what this is all about.
00:04:25.500 This is all about the kids. And so we would like you to bring your kids along with you to the march to save them from sexual indoctrination going on in public schools and libraries.
00:04:36.340 That's exactly what is happening these days. And there's a lot of people who don't understand that.
00:04:42.560 There's a lot of people who think we're just a bunch of book burners, but they haven't seen the books and we don't want them burned.
00:04:49.380 we just want them out of the schools that's all it's not a big deal it's well that part of it
00:04:56.960 that part of it but the other part regarding what these books say and illustrate being shown to six
00:05:05.040 and seven year old kids that is a big deal we'll get to all that in just a couple of minutes the

00:08:34.000 Okay, so the Million Person March is happening in every city and town across Canada next Wednesday.
00:08:40.820 Most are starting at 9 o'clock local time, and they will be marching towards where they're marching to starting at 11 o'clock.
00:08:50.240 And then once everybody reaches their destination around noon local time again, what's going to happen is speeches.
00:08:57.000 we have lined up in winnipeg we have lined up so many great speakers to speak to an audience of
00:09:03.600 what we're hoping to be around 15 000 it could be less it could be more but it's going to be large
00:09:12.840 and mike you've been doing all kinds of work behind the scenes these past couple of weeks
00:09:17.640 how tired let me tell you something it's way easier being a funeral director i work in a
00:09:23.840 nice quiet place nobody bothers me it's not a rough day today I felt like a firefighter I was
00:09:29.660 putting out fires all day long yeah I know and it's been like that for a couple of weeks right
00:09:35.500 yeah you know putting something like this together is quite the job and I can tell you neither
00:09:40.840 Shadow or myself wanted to do this or do we have the time to do this I know myself I'm a busy guy
00:09:47.700 And watching Shadow put his show together for a nightly show, the work that he does and the research and the time that he puts into it is incredible.
00:09:57.200 You couldn't even imagine.
00:09:58.900 And I do ask the funeral director once every two weeks, and that's hard enough to do.
00:10:03.980 So I applaud you for what you're doing.
00:10:05.900 That's why you look so tired, Shadow Davis.
00:10:08.160 Well, you know, you've been doing most of the work, the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
00:10:13.920 I've been promoting it and talking on the phone with people who are organizing in different cities and talking to some leadership people across the country.
00:10:23.240 And, you know, I can't believe how much drama that we've had to deal with, not just on the local level, but on a national level as well.
00:10:34.280 Just trying to bring groups of people together who all believe in the same thing, by the way.
00:10:39.820 We all believe in the same thing.
00:10:41.660 we always have some are more extreme than others some are less extreme obviously um but ultimately
00:10:47.400 we all believe in the right thing for kids which is keeping these awful books in this terrible
00:10:55.060 curriculum away from them and starting this project off by giving parents the right to know
00:11:02.240 what their kids are learning in school yeah parental rights are so important huge and and
00:11:07.860 There's some people on the other side who say this is a matter of life and death that kids are allowed to keep these secrets.
00:11:12.760 I'm sorry, but what are you even talking about?
00:11:15.900 We're talking about parents, their family, the people who are raising them, not you, a politician, not you, a school and superintendent or you, a school teacher who may have purple bowl cut hair with a couple of rings through her face and fly on those LGBTQ flags. 0.63
00:11:36.860 And definitely you've been compromised and you're going to be teaching our kids your sexual viewpoints. 0.75
00:11:43.180 I don't think that that is what we signed up for.
00:11:46.500 Basically, teach the kids what they need to know, the reading, writing, arithmetic part.
00:11:51.020 Give them some physical education.
00:11:53.140 Teach them, you know, how to handle each other socially so that they're good people when they grow up and they leave school.
00:11:59.980 But when it comes to this kind of stuff, I don't think we need that in our schools.
00:12:04.380 I've been having many conversations, Mike, with people about that.
00:12:07.260 How do you feel about this curriculum?
00:12:08.820 I know you've seen a lot of it.
00:12:10.300 I'm going to tell you how I feel right now.
00:12:12.320 It's really important for people to hear this.
00:12:14.640 The enemy is the devil.
00:12:16.280 And he's roaming around this world causing all kinds of trouble and destruction.
00:12:21.400 It's part of his game to cause destructions to schools, to take our kids away from us,
00:12:27.480 to take their minds away, to take away their innocence,
00:12:29.920 and to cause the destruction that he's been causing amongst a community that believes in
00:12:35.560 the same thing, Shadow. We all believe in freedom. We all believe in our freedom of rights and our
00:12:40.440 freedom of speech. We all want our children to have the best education, to be taught the one,
00:12:45.120 two, threes, the ABCs, to get physical activity in school. But to bring this sexual content into
00:12:51.340 school is wrong. It's disgusting. I totally disagree with it. And a lot of parents don't 0.95
00:12:55.980 know what's going on shadow a lot of parents are kind of clued out we need to work together we need
00:13:00.840 to have jesus in our hearts we need to forgive we need to love we need to remember that we're
00:13:06.840 fighting for the same cause and we need to fight the devil together to fight all this evil that's
00:13:11.720 going on amongst this movement amongst each other we're fighting and arguing for what it's the same
00:13:18.560 reason it's for our children we need to put that all aside we need to have big huge happy hearts
00:13:25.140 Walk this walk in pride.
00:13:26.840 Walk this walk together, knowing that we're doing this for our children and their future.
00:13:30.940 If you're a parent, a grandparent, a brother, a sister, we need to do this for the right reason.
00:13:36.760 The right reason is to unite as one and not let anything get in our way other than what we want to achieve at the end of it all.
00:13:44.500 It's a peaceful protest.
00:13:46.360 It's not about the F Trudeau flags.
00:13:48.600 It's not about any other flags that somebody may want to fly.
00:13:52.420 It's just wrong.
00:13:53.980 Let's keep in mind we need this to be peaceful, we need this to be united,
00:13:57.460 and we need this to be one.
00:14:00.480 Everyone to be one for this walk.
00:14:03.060 And it's so important.
00:14:03.860 So if you're arguing or attacking each other on Facebook
00:14:06.660 or doing whatever you're doing, stop it.
00:14:09.400 This is not what it's about.
00:14:11.260 This is about love.
00:14:12.720 It's about children.
00:14:13.520 It's about each other.
00:14:14.800 If you want to put down shadow, don't.
00:14:16.900 The guy works hard for you.
00:14:18.720 He's been working for you for years.
00:14:20.740 He's been your voice when you were in darkness, guiding you through this, having somebody to
00:14:26.000 listen to, having somebody to protect your soul. Why attack Shadow? He's got his own reasons. And
00:14:32.300 I can tell you behind the scenes that Shadow and I have done everything in our power to work with
00:14:37.860 every group. We don't care who walks with us. We don't care what you do. Just do it in peace.
00:14:44.940 Let's just do it together. Let's just do it for our children. And that's all that matters right
00:14:48.620 now that's all that matters shadow and i get so frustrated today i literally hit a freaking wall
00:14:54.420 because i was so frustrated of of this division you punched a wall yeah i punched i just punched
00:15:02.180 the wall because because you get you get so upset because you realize that we're working so hard for
00:15:08.460 your children my children our grandchildren who cares about the rest why are we fighting 0.99
00:15:15.080 amongst each other and making ourselves look like fools, total fools, when we're fighting for the 0.99
00:15:20.640 reason, for the same reason, but yet fighting against each other. That's the work of the devil. 0.99
00:15:25.540 That's the work destructing souls and causing division. And you know what, if we walk with
00:15:30.880 Jesus in our hearts, it's going to be a different tone. It'll be a different walk. It'll be peaceful.
00:15:35.300 It's about forgiveness and just walking in the same direction. That's how I feel, Shadow.
00:15:39.520 Well said, my friend. Look, I didn't want to do this. The last time I got involved in the activist part of this movement, I got two $1,300 tickets courtesy of the Manitoba Justice.
00:15:59.160 and um and then there is the division that you face as mike was just pointing out and this is
00:16:07.020 not just a manitoba thing this has been happening in every province except ironically for saskatchewan
00:16:13.020 somehow nadine ness over there in saskatoon at unified grassroots has managed to bring all of
00:16:19.780 the warring factions together under one umbrella so that they have a voice that they can use
00:16:26.200 to get the government to actually do the things that are right and good.
00:16:31.640 They've got a big injunction that they're facing next week in Saskatchewan.
00:16:35.940 Some LGBTQ groups have gotten together.
00:16:39.540 They've hired some lawyers.
00:16:41.060 And they're challenging Saskatchewan's parental rights laws
00:16:45.420 that were invoked a couple of weeks ago.
00:16:47.720 And if they win these LGBTQ groups,
00:16:51.880 this will set a precedent across Canada. 1.00
00:16:54.720 And no government, no provincial government will have the ability to stop this from happening.
00:17:00.500 That's how big this case in Saskatchewan is going to be.
00:17:05.580 And the injunction is going to be filed or at least attempted next week.
00:17:11.040 So Unified Grassroots is working very, very, very hard to prevent that.
00:17:15.800 and they are gathering all the information that they possibly can't over what's happened
00:17:21.760 in the schools in saskatchewan so far to combat this injunction nadine does not have the time 0.94
00:17:29.220 the energy or the resources she has poor children for goodness sakes 0.89
00:17:33.580 and she and she does not have the time the energy or the resources to be handling what's going on 0.97
00:17:39.940 in any other province i was on the phone with her today and i could hear her children screaming in 1.00
00:17:44.660 background and what a hard-working lady i mean trying to put everything together and that's what
00:17:49.380 she said to me she said mike i have one thing on my mind right now and that's that court case coming
00:17:54.860 up and that's the most important thing that i have on my mind right now yes the march is important
00:17:59.720 but the march will mean nothing if we lose in court yeah that's absolutely true so um what's
00:18:07.940 going on and i want to be absolutely clear with um what's going on in the manitoba part
00:18:14.580 of this first of all there is going to be a walk in winkler which is being put on by rick wall
00:18:19.980 right there is a walk being put on in steinback um don bouchard is handling that one um they're
00:18:28.820 doing one in dauphin now which is absolutely fantastic i got word of that a couple of days
00:18:34.540 ago and brandon also and in winnipeg we've got our walk gathering at the forks cn stage next
00:18:43.880 wednesday morning starting at nine o'clock we'll start to assemble and then at 11 o'clock
00:18:47.840 we're going to walk down broadway towards the legislature and we're going to listen to a group
00:18:54.560 of speakers that that we've put together which is absolutely fantastic and we want you to know
00:19:02.180 The speakers that we put together won't be talking for 20 minutes each or 25 minutes.
00:19:08.340 It'll be a five-minute speech, and it's going to be powerful from each one of these people.
00:19:12.080 We personally picked our speakers because we wanted to make sure that we knew what they were talking about.
00:19:17.100 We knew what message they were going to pass, and we want it to be a positive message.
00:19:21.400 We don't want it to be a hate message or a message of destruction or anything like that.
00:19:27.220 We also want it to be informative, right?
00:19:29.040 We want people to understand why they're there, because I believe that when we come together for this walk next Wednesday, that there's going to be a lot of people who don't really know what's going on, as you pointed out earlier, Mike.
00:19:44.820 And so that's why we have got Christine Ronsere, who is going to be kicking off the speaking portion of the day.
00:19:52.520 And she is going to be talking about the indoctrination.
00:19:56.000 she's been fighting against this she's a former school trustee i think in the prairie rose school
00:20:01.560 division that's right and um she was censured for her beliefs about or her opinions i'm sorry
00:20:09.860 for the books that are being now exposed to children as young as four years old in schools
00:20:16.520 and libraries um so she has been speaking out at city and town councils all across manitoba
00:20:24.180 at school boards all across manitoba she knows her stuff so she is going to be leading the uh
00:20:31.420 the speaking portion of the day next week and then we're going to have uh ken drysdale come on
00:20:37.440 now ken is a commissioner with the national citizens inquiry you know ken i know ken ken is a
00:20:44.440 a good man and ken saw a lot of testimony yeah very good heart a lot of testimony regarding
00:20:54.020 this very thing that we're going to be rallying against next Wednesday he is going to be speaking
00:20:58.800 we have got Turi Johnson who spoke at the Louis Riel school division meeting a few months back
00:21:08.300 and she was a 16 year old kid right and she is so eloquent and and you got to respect that a 16
00:21:15.060 year old speaking yeah absolutely and so she's going to be coming out to speak Mike you are
00:21:21.560 going to speak and what you have to say always powerful words because they come right from your
00:21:27.720 heart you know one thing about you my friend is that people can tell you know um people can tell
00:21:38.840 that you speak from your heart it just comes out of you like that and if there's anybody who ever
00:21:46.220 questions mike's sincerity about anything he says you should walk up to him and ask him personally
00:21:52.800 he will take the time and he will talk to you that's and and that i will do that also i mean
00:21:59.420 i will absolutely take the time to have personal one-on-one conversations with people because i
00:22:04.440 believe it's important that you trust the people who are guiding uh an event like this and it's
00:22:11.760 about being humble too we're not better than you you're not better than us we're equal we're all
00:22:16.840 equal in God's eyes and it's really important to know that that just because Shadow and I are doing
00:22:21.580 this show when we and we do things together doesn't mean we think we're above you or that
00:22:28.680 we're better than you we're just two people that have got the power of the mic where we talk and
00:22:33.360 we put on shows but we're humble when we go and meet people I love getting a hug I love sharing
00:22:38.940 a story with people and just smiling with them. Because I'm no different than you. I'm a humble
00:22:44.660 person who just is out for the same reason. That's for our freedom and especially for our children
00:22:50.360 this time around. There's just a special part in my heart to work with children. If anybody questions
00:22:56.080 that whatsoever, even through the funeral home, as you know, I've never charged for a child that
00:23:01.180 passed away. I do everything I can to help a family or a child in any way I can. And I go out
00:23:08.580 my way to make sure that families are good and that children are good. And that's why we're
00:23:14.400 doing this. As busy as we are, we want you to know that we're humble. We're good guys. We're
00:23:19.580 doing this for the right reason. This isn't about power. I don't need power. I don't need to be
00:23:24.060 famous. I just want to do this because I'm in a position to do it and be able to help people and
00:23:31.280 guide people. And I hate what they're doing to our kids in school. I hate that they're hiding it.
00:23:36.320 I hate that they're trying to take parental rights away from you.
00:23:39.040 Can you imagine they're telling your children in school not to talk to your
00:23:43.040 parents?
00:23:43.860 Don't tell your parents what's going on.
00:23:45.780 Don't tell your parents what we're teaching you.
00:23:47.540 It's none of their business.
00:23:49.420 Well, I beg them to be wrong.
00:23:51.460 It is our business.
00:23:52.680 And it is our right as parents to know what's going on in schools.
00:23:56.320 And not only that, to go one step further.
00:23:58.500 I remember when I was young, there was sex education in school.
00:24:03.360 You're not going to tell us about that, are you?
00:24:05.160 You're not going to tell the story.
00:24:06.760 Well, I'm going to say that they sent a letter home to my dad.
00:24:09.840 And we want to roll Mike in sex education.
00:24:13.360 And my dad said, if there's any sex education going to happen,
00:24:16.860 any sex education is going to happen, it's going to happen at my house.
00:24:21.580 I'm teaching my son, not you.
00:24:23.960 And that's so true.
00:24:26.680 It's our parents' responsibility to teach our children,
00:24:30.000 to see how far we want them to go.
00:24:32.000 And then my dad didn't like what I would say.
00:24:34.560 I gave you a smack in the head, and this way you'll learn the next time, huh?
00:24:38.460 Yeah.
00:24:39.040 So this is about parents having parental rights to raise their children.
00:24:44.580 And that's the way God made it, right?
00:24:47.320 Otherwise, we wouldn't have parents.
00:24:48.960 Now, look, I want to also be fair.
00:24:52.380 And, you know, when we first started, came up with the idea to do this, Mike and I, we had to start work on it very quickly.
00:25:01.080 we didn't know at the time that there were other groups that may have been intending to do something
00:25:09.300 in the winnipeg area we didn't know any of that because none of them had reached out to us
00:25:13.940 um you would think that they would because we've got kind of a big you know following here on the
00:25:21.460 show and we can get the word out pretty quickly to people so we can get as many people as we
00:25:26.500 possibly can out to the march they didn't uh which is again their prerogative they can choose
00:25:33.460 to do whatever it is they want to do um so there will be another march at city hall i think they're
00:25:42.600 assembling at the same time leaving at the same time before you go any further now i want to make
00:25:46.980 something clear uh we didn't know who was putting that march you're right but we did have a meeting
00:25:51.540 with a gentleman. And when we had a meeting with that gentleman, he was very deceaseful towards us
00:25:57.300 because we invited him to my brother's restaurant to Cork and Flame. We sat there, we talked,
00:26:03.060 and he made it sound like he was going to be a part of our march. And the final thing he said
00:26:08.600 to me is, the only thing that I want in return is for you to acknowledge my group.
00:26:15.640 And we agreed to do that. We didn't talk about who's going to be on the microphone. We didn't
00:26:20.440 talk about uh who was going to speak and this gentleman didn't ask any of that so this is
00:26:26.320 what's so wrong about this why would you have a meeting with two two people and then leave that
00:26:30.660 meeting and everything that was talked about was a waste of time so yes he left us with the
00:26:38.240 impression that that everything was going to join so we wouldn't have to worry about having two
00:26:43.380 different uh locations and cause confusion for people and the reason for joining shadow is can
00:26:49.280 you imagine what it's like to have one big powerful march with everybody who's going to be
00:26:55.000 marching uh in there and and imagine what that would look like on tv and you know what the media
00:27:00.700 is probably not going to cover this this isn't something the media can cover but when we get
00:27:03.880 numbers that large they have no choice i i disagree with you only because of the special guest speaker
00:27:10.840 that we have lined up i think because of that we're going to have the corporate media there
00:27:17.360 And what I would like to ask anybody who is coming to our event next Wednesday is please don't talk to the corporate media, because whatever you say, they will twist into the narrative they want to present and they'll probably make you appear as though you're some kind of knuckle dragging right wing extremist who's got a swastika tattoo somewhere on your body.
00:27:39.040 so that's that's just advice to you you again you can do whatever you want this is a free country
00:27:45.780 for now but that would be my that would be my advice to you and don't bring don't bring flags
00:27:53.680 that say f trudeau don't bring anything that's negative you can bring your canadian flags just
00:27:58.460 remember there's going to be children there and we want to set an example for our children and a
00:28:02.760 good example because as as older people we are leaders in the community when it comes to our
00:28:07.440 children and we want to lead them in the right direction we want to show them that this is about
00:28:11.380 love peace harmony it's a march for them and we're doing it because we care about them and we love
00:28:17.800 them and we want them to have a good schooling system and a good education so please don't mess
00:28:23.780 this up for anybody and if you're messing it up you're messing it up for the for the children
00:28:27.820 and and shadow was a straight out threatened uh the other day and i was just wrong because
00:28:33.840 he got defensive specifically because somebody threatened our march. And it's just wrong. Don't
00:28:41.820 do that. That's why I'm saying let's walk in peace. Let's walk in harmony. This is happening.
00:28:46.400 You know, this is the first time, Shadow, in a long time, this is happening coast to coast. Can
00:28:50.460 you imagine? At nine o'clock everywhere, people will be gathering. At 11 o'clock everywhere,
00:28:56.320 people will be marching. That is a powerful, powerful statement. And it's not every day that
00:29:01.640 this happens so you know emotions get high and uh and tempers get high and words are spoken that
00:29:08.860 shouldn't maybe have been spoken but really this is about our children so let's put all this stuff
00:29:13.900 aside yeah and let's do it for yeah listen i tell my people that work this all the time
00:29:19.120 there's there's a hockey team there's a captain of the hockey team the captain means nothing
00:29:26.080 unless the team's working together because if the team's not working together they're not winning
00:29:29.920 hockey games they're not scoring goals we need to be a hockey team have a captain an assistant
00:29:34.780 captain and play together as a hockey team and win this fight and the only way we're going to do it
00:29:39.880 is by playing together yeah you know it's been suggested to uh there have been some awful
00:29:47.100 negative comments and i i wouldn't normally talk about this but i think it's time that we
00:29:52.540 clear the air here yeah let's do it i have never never um insulted anybody from the common sense
00:30:02.700 movement which is what i'm going to be calling it from now on the common sense movement not the
00:30:08.600 freedom movement just the common sense movement the common sense revolution is what we need in
00:30:12.460 this country um i've never done that i have never reached out and attacked anybody on a social media
00:30:20.900 a post that they have made i may have rolled my eyes in private after reading it but i have never 0.99
00:30:27.240 ever stopped and written down pull your head out of your ass or check your ego or any of those 0.99
00:30:34.920 things now one thing i want you guys to know and this is unequivocal this is for mike and i this 0.99
00:30:42.180 is not about ego we don't need to do this this is something that we're doing kind of against our will
00:30:50.160 because we didn't know if anybody else was doing it in winnipeg like we said earlier in the show
00:30:56.240 nobody reached out to us nobody told us it's not about for us being on the mic i'm on it
00:31:01.820 every single night i do this show every single night i don't need the adulation i don't need to
00:31:08.780 you know stand in front of thousands of people with a microphone in my head i do it because it's
00:31:13.540 my job. That's what I've done for years. I spent 35 years as a radio personality. I know how to do
00:31:20.560 it, right? So that's what's up my alley. Again, like Mike said, this does not make me better than
00:31:28.600 you, better than anybody. It's just what I do. I'm staying in my lane and everybody should probably
00:31:35.720 do that um play to your strengths baby so what's happened is some people have gotten their noses
00:31:44.480 bent out of joint because they're not getting the mic time so they're talking about setting up a
00:31:52.240 competing stage at the legislature in manitoba and i couldn't believe that when i first heard it
00:32:01.460 was told to us last week because how is that going to look first of all and what is it that
00:32:10.220 you guys have to say that is so important that you need to set up a second stage and i talked
00:32:16.620 to this gentleman hang on one sec i talked to this gentleman that mike was referring to and again
00:32:20.820 you can go watch yesterday's video that i made it's still up on rumble it's still up on x and
00:32:25.840 it's still up on facebook i talked to this guy i said what is it you want point blank point blank
00:32:35.140 blank question because this is negotiation right like let's go what is it you want no response
00:32:43.140 i asked again what is it you want he wouldn't answer so i can't really guess
00:32:55.680 what what they want so we couldn't come to any kind of agreement and then like mike said i mean
00:33:05.760 i was threatened uh on the phone with well what happens if something goes sideways during your
00:33:12.180 march shadow what about your special guest speaker well they want to speak then now i thought that
00:33:18.720 was a bit dirty actually that was over the top dirty but this is the kind of thing that mike and
00:33:25.000 i have been facing for the past couple of weeks once again we have not uh we have not led any
00:33:32.720 attacks on anybody that's not what we're after we don't care about that all we care about is
00:33:40.740 bringing people together in a spirit of of love kindness compassion for kids and doing what's
00:33:50.380 right that's all that's all this ever was it's not about one step further one step further shadow
00:33:58.400 if they would have approached us and said you know we'll join your group like they said they would
00:34:03.780 we want to have a couple people speak we would have been well open to that we would have said
00:34:09.820 yes we just need to know what they're going to talk about we need to talk with them first
00:34:13.340 to make sure they're on board with what we're doing and of course we would let we're not greedy
00:34:18.420 we don't want to control we want to make sure that things are done right so if you want to
00:34:24.600 have a conversation have a conversation if you want to talk you got to tell us because we're
00:34:28.540 we just can't guess we just can't read your mind and go yeah shadow I think they want to say some
00:34:34.340 things on the mic they have never approached us about that it was all about the meeting that we
00:34:39.320 had, in my mind, felt really good. And when he left, we thought, wow, this was a really good
00:34:45.320 meeting. And we're going to have everyone joining as one. And that's just not the way that it turned
00:34:50.320 out at the end. Anyways, bottom line is, it's your choice. If you want to go to City Hall,
00:34:55.940 you're welcome to go to City Hall and join that march. We're not going to stop you or say anything
00:35:01.100 negative about it. If they're putting it on a march, join that march. If you want to come to
00:35:06.120 our march it is going to be an amazing march there's going to be a lot of people there and
00:35:11.340 we are going to make it a fun family day it's going to be an event you won't forget it'll be
00:35:16.380 at the forks we're going to start gathering at nine o'clock we're going to have a sound system
00:35:19.500 at the forks where there's music in the background and people can gather and and just have a time of
00:35:24.480 fellowship with each other and and talk about what we're there for and then at 11 o'clock we're going
00:35:30.060 to march peacefully down broadway when we get to the legislative we'll have another sound system
00:35:34.820 set up there where the speakers will uh will talk to you and uh it won't be a long long out
00:35:42.920 drawn event it'll be peaceful I talked with the Winnipeg police again today there will be a
00:35:47.640 Winnipeg police presence and probably a strong one so you can feel safe pull your kids out of
00:35:53.500 school that day do it for the right reason if you care about your kids and you care about their
00:35:59.160 education and you care for what we are standing for pull them out of school that day even if you
00:36:05.340 don't come to the march make a point of letting them know that you're on board with what we're 0.97
00:36:11.720 trying to do and that's to take all this sexual garbage out of our schools and this isn't about 0.97
00:36:17.340 we're not against any community and it drives me crazy when people go you guys are against this 0.98
00:36:22.820 community no we're not we want to unite as one you can be whatever you want to be you can be any
00:36:28.040 color you want to be any nationality any race we want you to join us we're doing this for your
00:36:33.220 children too canada is a free country it's a country of opportunity and this is our opportunity
00:36:39.320 to make a difference in numbers large large powerful numbers yeah yeah i and you're right
00:36:47.180 mike i mean this is all about children and i'm seeing the comments that are coming in right now
00:36:52.440 you guys are uh all great but you're right we do need unity and i know that you guys watching
00:37:00.300 are fed up with the division within our own community and so am i you know what the freedom
00:37:07.180 community should be the strongest community because the freedom community went through a
00:37:11.640 two-year war we went through a two-year psychological war we were forced we're still
00:37:16.980 we're still going through we're still going through but shadow what i'm saying is the 0.92
00:37:20.620 Freedom community should be a tough, tough community.
00:37:22.980 By now, we should have learned that we need to work together
00:37:25.460 in order to make things happen.
00:37:26.780 That's the bottom line.
00:37:28.180 Yeah, you would think so.
00:37:29.760 And Nadine Ness has got a lot to teach us all about that. 0.99
00:37:33.580 The way she has managed to pull that off in Saskatchewan
00:37:37.660 has been brilliant, and she deserves a lot of credit.
00:37:41.440 And, you know, when Nadine said something to me, Shadow,
00:37:44.800 that she couldn't come and say herself today,
00:37:46.500 but, I mean, there's the vision on Nadine's part, too,
00:37:49.260 of what's going on.
00:37:50.200 and her name is being used wrongly in manitoba well it's it's again her organization does a
00:37:57.720 wonderful job and you're right the offshoot manitoba which isn't even really i don't want
00:38:05.920 to get into specifics but the offshoot organization in manitoba is not being represented properly and
00:38:11.480 that's a shame because all of the great work that she has done out there should not be sullied by
00:38:17.540 one person or a group of hateful people and i i i'm so disappointed to be honest
00:38:25.280 with some of these folks i've met some of these people and walked in rallies with them before
00:38:34.400 and all of a sudden now there seems to be this visceral hatred based upon the fact that we're
00:38:43.080 trying to unify and and i i just don't understand it it's mind-blowing and this is why i did not
00:38:49.060 want to do this ultimately it bothered me so much last night shadow did i i didn't like i got to
00:38:53.960 sleep last night at i don't know what it was 4 30 in the morning and got up at 7 because i was so
00:38:58.780 disgusted and disturbed at the division and i thought wow why can't we just be together for
00:39:04.320 once and do something together as a team and it really bothered me to the point that i was a i
00:39:09.800 was just disturbed about it and shadow and i have been on the phone with uh with each other and with
00:39:14.700 people all day long and it's it just takes the energy out of you for two straight weeks now
00:39:20.180 it's been wake up in the morning i've got like i don't know a hundred new emails what's going on
00:39:27.220 with this what's going on with that and then the texts start around seven o'clock and then the phone
00:39:31.720 calls start around eight o'clock and then just as i hang up the phone and try to get some peace
00:39:36.000 30 seconds later it's another one and that's one of the other reasons you drank tea pardon me
00:39:42.560 tea did you drink tea no where did you hear that i think i thought you said i as i was getting a
00:39:48.800 tea i got another never mind no as i was hanging up the phone i get another text text oh it's
00:39:54.560 something you look like a tea drinker you need new speakers my friend so it's just been crazy
00:39:59.740 for two straight weeks and i'm really looking forward to getting this thing done me too next
00:40:04.760 week you know what enough of being childish let's be adults yeah you're right and as adults we know
00:40:12.240 what to do we know what the right thing is to do so yeah i think that's all we need to say about
00:40:16.780 the negative part peaceful protest leave our kids alone we're not going to do that whole big uh
00:40:23.820 we're not going to do that whole big pink floyd thing are we we're not remember that i at some of
00:40:28.120 the rallies we used to play pink floyd and i would uh i would turn down the music or tell the dj to
00:40:32.920 turn down the music and the crowd be the crowd would be singing leave our kids alone and it was
00:40:38.220 awesome and when i look back at the video of that it was so cool to have so many people singing in
00:40:43.540 harmony that song pink floor interesting uh thanks mike okay i'm gonna move on with the rest of the
00:40:49.820 show and i'll talk to you again are you getting rid of me yes i'm moving along now a great rest
00:40:57.640 of your night there's mike boy jack is from voyage funeral homes everybody all right um
00:41:03.980 yeah you know i wonder if that pink floyd song and that whole album the wall was predictive
00:41:09.040 programming interesting thought isn't it uh the tamara leach chris barber trial continues
00:41:14.360 in ottawa and here my friends is patriot smoothie with today's update here we go as for the trial
00:41:22.140 of chris and tamara today we didn't hear very much from the defense the crown played some videos
00:41:26.420 they played a few videos we've already heard from before
00:41:28.260 covered that in the lunchtime update
00:41:29.660 once we came back from lunch we watched more videos
00:41:32.240 and in every video today
00:41:33.840 my takeaway is Tamara is calling for peace
00:41:36.100 she's calling for yeah okay hold the line
00:41:38.420 but ultimately she's focusing on peace
00:41:40.540 peaceful protest
00:41:41.440 she's talking about the rights that people have
00:41:43.560 to stand up for the things they believe in
00:41:45.780 and stand against the things they don't
00:41:47.360 talking about the irreparable harms that have been done to all of us
00:41:50.740 throughout those number of years
00:41:52.380 more harm than good is the way it was put
00:41:54.940 And that's absolutely true of those those policies at the time that the logical things they were calling for an open inquiry with very specific criteria for fairness and independence of multiple types in the parliament and whatever.
00:42:07.940 What we got wasn't that necessarily. So just tremendously sad that this is where we're at.
00:42:15.300 And certainly the case the Crown is trying to make is not clear at the end of day six.
00:42:19.600 such comments were were shared in the shared by many people in my opinion uh not in court but
00:42:25.840 outside of it have people who have observed we don't really know where the crown's going now
00:42:29.240 they could have something up their sleeve they could be trying to build towards something but
00:42:33.180 they're playing videos of tamara leach in tears crying talking about the f trudeau flag saying
00:42:39.420 when you fly that flag you know that man has three beautiful children her words talking about
00:42:44.520 Trudeau's children as I do as I have three children as she said and asking people to consider
00:42:50.260 that in the things they do and even as going so far as to ask people to pray for Trudeau
00:42:54.980 I think that's a great summary of her character of the goodness in her and that messaging from her
00:43:01.960 that call for peace from her and this is again not a trial of the Freedom Convoy this is a trial
00:43:06.680 of Tamara Leach and Chris Barber on very specific counts of alleged crimes this isn't a trial of
00:43:12.100 the freedom convoy at large and any everything that the crown is playing in court of tamara leach
00:43:16.480 or chris barber they're calling for peace they're calling for calm they're calling for people to
00:43:20.940 exercise their lawful rights in our democracy especially considering the sad state that we
00:43:26.740 found ourselves in at that time in our you know just a year and a half ago totally appropriate
00:43:33.040 response and that tone and that messaging was consistent throughout every video played and
00:43:37.300 throughout the entire timeline of events,
00:43:39.200 up until the day before arrest,
00:43:41.020 when Tamara was asking people to pray for Trudeau,
00:43:43.700 saying, and another point,
00:43:45.000 I have to believe that they know not what they do.
00:43:47.260 I just have to.
00:43:48.420 And then she says that everyone makes decisions
00:43:50.120 from one of two places,
00:43:51.100 from a place of love or from a place of hate.
00:43:53.440 And she's asking everyone to continue to be peaceful.
00:43:56.220 Yes, come to Ottawa, exercise your democratic rights,
00:43:59.860 but be peaceful and make your decisions
00:44:01.680 from a place of love and understanding
00:44:04.020 and talking to the people of Ottawa,
00:44:05.900 talking about the people who support, the people who oppose,
00:44:08.520 and that it has to be in Ottawa because that's what the federal government is.
00:44:11.820 There were comments by other people about how the things in Ottawa
00:44:14.020 were creating a wave, spreading to the province and to the country,
00:44:17.400 and it was having a positive change.
00:44:19.500 It was making change.
00:44:20.840 We had change in the Conservative Party with O'Toole stepping down,
00:44:25.740 stepping aside, being replaced actually by a vote in the caucus
00:44:28.200 with the Conservatives in the Parliament.
00:44:30.520 And then Pierre Polyev making his intentions for leadership known,
00:44:33.760 and Candace Bergeron and us taking over in the interim.
00:44:36.300 We had those changes.
00:44:37.160 We had changes in Saskatchewan, in Manitoba, Ontario,
00:44:40.420 indicating that they were going to make changes.
00:44:42.180 We had changes happening as a result of this democratic action.
00:44:45.320 You have a right at all times throughout the entire period
00:44:48.560 of a government cycle, not just at the ballot box,
00:44:51.080 but on the street in lawful protest to exercise your disagreements,
00:44:54.800 especially when those disagreements are strangling you,
00:44:57.400 strangling our small businesses, removing livelihoods and jobs.
00:45:00.940 This is the conditions that we found ourselves in,
00:45:02.720 taking children taking the childhood from children causing social delays developmental delays we
00:45:08.580 don't know the effect of these things because a lot of the children who are in their formative
00:45:12.460 years during the freedom uh during the years of the the uh the last couple of years i can't say
00:45:17.140 that word because that's where it is folks we can't say certain things we can't express certain
00:45:22.380 ideas or down go the numbers and we don't reach anyone we're talking to ourselves that's the that's
00:45:27.480 the state of the world you know we don't have open dialogue even still to this day we don't
00:45:32.460 and i have to police my own language to make sure that i can reach some people with some of the
00:45:38.060 message that's where we find ourselves that's truly where we find ourselves and it's despicable
00:45:42.980 that this is supposed to be a democracy and democracies can only survive they can only
00:45:47.660 survive not only thrive but let alone thrive they can only survive if the atmosphere permits
00:45:53.560 critical exchange of disagreements respectful as they are but very intense in their nature to the
00:46:00.000 strongest disagreements possible in policy in procedure and that's how democracy works and
00:46:04.360 that's how it needs to work and that's how it worked during the freedom conflict we saw positive
00:46:08.160 change across the country brought upon by the peaceful protests in ottawa and the organic
00:46:12.620 protests across the country that spread as a result of that as tamara said they would love to
00:46:17.040 take credit for windsor but they can't because it wasn't them it was an organic show of support
00:46:22.040 for this movement that lit a spark across the world that people were standing up that they had
00:46:26.960 enough and that's what we're really seeing play out in court so as to where the crown is going
00:46:30.840 with this case there's no way of knowing for sure they could have lots more to bring here in the
00:46:36.100 court we don't know where that carter application is going to go we don't know how the admissions
00:46:39.760 to argument is going to go concerning denying crown witnesses defense wants to exclude we don't
00:46:43.820 know where any of this goes but so far as what the crown has shown so far is a total in my mind
00:46:49.100 testament to the good character of tamara leach and chris barber from ottawa i am patriot smoothie
00:46:55.460 and i will see you tomorrow uh tomorrow and throughout the rest of this trial with updates

00:47:12.020 on what is happening at the leach barber trial in ottawa patriot smoothie hey look
00:47:19.100 Another premier has come out against LGBT indoctrination in public schools.
00:47:25.560 This comes from the Cultural Party of Canada on Substack, Brad Salzberg.
00:47:30.940 It's the parents' responsibility to hear what the kids are doing and not the school boards.
00:47:37.680 I can't even figure out what school boards do nowadays.
00:47:41.400 That was at Ford Fest this past weekend. 1.00
00:47:44.540 doug ford is taking a stand against the lgbt indoctrination in the province's public education 0.60
00:47:52.560 system again it's not up to the teachers it's not up to the school boards to indoctrinate our kids
00:47:59.420 after which we turn to commentary delivered by former ontario premier kathleen win she said
00:48:07.080 i really think that this is a wrong-headed policy and i think it could put children at risk
00:48:12.620 I think it's a very dangerous path.
00:48:16.900 That's what the left thinks about parents being in their children's lives.
00:48:26.920 Seriously.
00:48:29.660 In 2015, the government of Ontario, led by Kathleen Wynne,
00:48:33.980 introduced a new sex ed curriculum,
00:48:36.660 including topics like sharing explicit content online,
00:48:39.800 sexual orientation, and gender identity. In late February of 2015, the government announced the
00:48:46.540 introduction of a new sex education curriculum inclusive of the following. Grade one students
00:48:54.080 being taught the proper names for body parts. These are five-year-olds. Grade two students
00:48:59.940 being taught the broad concept of consent. Six-year-olds. Grade three students being taught
00:49:07.420 basic concepts about gender identity and sexuality, seven-year-olds. Grade four students being taught
00:49:15.500 about puberty, eight-year-olds. They probably will not be reaching puberty for another two to four
00:49:22.260 years or longer, which may as well be 20 to 40 years in the life of a child. Grade five students
00:49:30.020 being taught about relationships. Grade six students being taught about gender expression
00:49:35.680 and masturbation grade seven and eight students being taught about contraception anal and oral 0.93
00:49:42.480 sex preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections well yeah okay the last part other than 0.93
00:49:50.020 that no in case readers fail to find this a tad off-putting try this on for size
00:49:58.180 federal mp cheryl gallant attacked the government of ontario over the curriculum alleging that it
00:50:05.340 had been written by former Deputy Minister
00:50:07.200 Benjamin Levin, who had been
00:50:09.380 charged and was later convicted
00:50:11.460 of three charges relating to
00:50:13.360 making and distributing
00:50:14.520 child pornography. 0.97
00:50:20.900 Oh, look. 0.99
00:50:23.360 Here's a video of the mayor
00:50:25.240 of Burbank, California,
00:50:26.980 Constantine Anthony, getting 0.85
00:50:29.200 a spanking from a drag queen 0.99
00:50:31.160 in front of a bunch of children. 1.00
00:50:33.700 Let's see.
00:50:36.020 Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, macho, macho man, yeah, I've got to be a macho man, yeah.
00:50:47.560 Hey, hey, hey, hey, macho, macho man, yeah, I've got to be a macho, macho man, yeah.
00:51:01.700 does anybody see the point to any of that at all i sure don't from the stream sunny side the stream 0.73
00:51:16.220 reality affirming therapist makes hilarious memes exposing transgenderism this is interesting
00:51:23.200 because this is an argument that you could take if you're having a discussion with somebody who 0.75
00:51:28.620 is in favor of all this nonsense so from stephanie win on x children know who they are let them lead
00:51:38.140 when they're ready to drink and drive all right there's more to it you'll catch this in just a
00:51:45.340 second let kids choose when they're ready for a tattoo right so what we're saying to you here is 0.65
00:51:58.500 that okay so a 12 year old kid can go and get gender reassignment surgery without their parents
00:52:05.720 knowledge or permission but not a tattoo let's move further into these memes uh let kids smoke
00:52:14.560 hashtag no discrimination hashtag we aren't joking some kids just like chain smoking
00:52:20.360 hey kids you know what if kids deserve the right to chain smoke then they should be able to go out
00:52:31.000 and get themselves gender affirming surgery would you rather have a smoker child or a dead child 0.86
00:52:36.480 what they're doing is replacing trans with smoking in this particular scenario and then 0.89
00:52:44.580 there's these new bird kids. 0.98
00:52:47.180 Cardboard wings are wings.
00:52:49.540 Let bird kids fly.
00:52:54.940 Oh, here's one.
00:52:56.220 What are you afraid of?
00:52:57.640 The wolf says.
00:52:58.840 I identify as vegan.
00:53:05.740 Who are you to tell her she's not fat?
00:53:09.000 Liposuction is a human right. 1.00
00:53:10.980 And that is, by the way, a teenage girl. 0.77
00:53:15.500 Doc, how do I know if I have cancer?
00:53:18.000 Well, if you think you have cancer, that probably means you have cancer.
00:53:23.560 And here is the final one.
00:53:26.560 I tried explaining to my therapist that I'm Genghis Khan, but she refused to affirm my identity.
00:53:31.620 Time for a licensing board complaint.
00:53:34.280 Bigot!
00:53:34.800 all right so justin trudeau was stranded in india at the g20 summit for two extra days
00:53:45.360 because his plane wouldn't work so this comes from first post apparently he was snubbed
00:53:52.240 by indian prime minister modi there india being the largest democracy in the world
00:53:59.220 kind of an important economy too. Justin Trudeau's deli visit for the G20 summit has been
00:54:06.080 mired in awkwardness from skipping events to being scolded by PM Modi for the growing
00:54:11.940 Calistani extremism in Canada. This trip has been disastrous. To make matters worse, 0.78
00:54:17.600 his return home has been delayed because of a snag in his plane. All his bags are packed,
00:54:23.280 but he has nowhere to go. That's Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who's been forced to
00:54:27.960 extend his stay in new delhi after his plane broke down and with that his trip has been a rocky and
00:54:33.620 turbulent uh trip receiving criticism from the indian government ends on an even more inauspicious
00:54:41.920 note now the canadian prime minister will fly back home not before today he by the way did
00:54:47.220 finally leave today after a replacement aircraft was brought in and we can't help but believe that
00:54:53.880 Trudeau would be heaving a sigh of relief to return home. But what went wrong for Trudeau?
00:55:00.380 Why has this visit for the Canadian prime minister been so rough? And why does it bring back memories
00:55:05.220 of his 2018 trip, which also had its own shares of bumps and controversy? Justin Trudeau arrived
00:55:13.200 in New Delhi with his 16-year-old son Xavier on Friday to attend the G20 summit on his CC-150
00:55:19.700 Polaris aircraft, also known as the Flying Taj Mahal. Trudeau and his delegation were meant
00:55:25.620 to leave Delhi Sunday at 8 p.m., but his aircraft developed a technical stag, forcing him to stay
00:55:32.560 back for more time. Canada's Department of National Defense later confirmed the first
00:55:37.180 aircraft, a Royal Air Canadian Air Force CC-150 Polaris with the tail number 01,
00:55:44.760 suffered a maintenance problem stemming from a component that will have to be replaced.
00:55:49.700 Following this, a ferry aircraft, most probably a CF-002, has been diverted to India from the United Kingdom to bring back the 51-year-old Canadian leader.
00:56:00.740 According to news agency PTI, his departure from New Delhi will not take place before Tuesday, and it did, with the Canadian Prime Minister's office issuing a statement which read,
00:56:09.820 we'll keep you updated regularly as the situation evolves.
00:56:13.680 interestingly this isn't the first time that trudeau's plane has given him trouble back in
00:56:20.420 2016 the aircraft developed a snag in the flaps which forced trudeau who was heading to brussels
00:56:25.620 to sign a free trade deal with the european union to return to ottawa after just 30 minutes
00:56:30.840 two years later trudeau's visit to india hit turbulence when his plane developed a snag in
00:56:36.220 rome during a refueling stop and delayed his flight by three hours what's even more interesting
00:56:41.300 is that while being stranded in Delhi, Trudeau has been holed up in his hotel room.
00:56:47.140 He had accommodation at the Lalit and has refused to move out of the room.
00:56:53.720 How much is this going to cost us now?
00:56:56.180 The Canadian taxpayer.
00:56:58.920 The Ministry of External Affairs confirmed earlier on Monday
00:57:02.160 they had received no request from Canada for any engagement
00:57:05.580 and the Hindustan Times also reported there were no engagements
00:57:09.280 at the local high commission either.
00:57:11.300 Trudeau's plane developing a snag
00:57:13.880 forcing him to extend his stay in India
00:57:15.800 is just one part of his turbulent stay
00:57:18.080 his G20 experience
00:57:19.820 has been far from smooth sailing
00:57:21.600 he was snubbed by
00:57:23.880 the Prime Minister of India
00:57:26.020 and then there's a great
00:57:30.040 picture of Trudeau
00:57:31.880 on the Toronto Sun 0.96
00:57:33.540 being told by the Indian
00:57:35.940 Prime Minister, this way out 0.98
00:57:37.980 he's like that guest who won't ever leave
00:57:44.220 i'm not sure if he's back yet and who really cares he's just he's a he's a walking talking
00:57:54.880 embarrassment to our country and the worst part of it is that modry was not the only world leader
00:58:01.120 who snubbed trudeau apparently they all did at one point during the summit
00:58:05.520 he's not taken seriously by anybody oh my goodness from cbc health canada approves
00:58:16.900 moderna's updated covet 19 vaccine shot targets omicron xbb 15 sub variant delivers to province
00:58:23.860 deliveries to provinces expected in early october step right up get your needle now
00:58:28.360 no thanks no thanks i will not be taking a shot not now not ever uh but theresa tam says you
00:58:37.980 should put a mask back on just as a follow-up i'm sorry to cut you off but i just wanted to
00:58:42.720 take note you're all you're all masking which is lovely to see of course but most government
00:58:46.480 ministers aren't obviously a cbc reporter asking the question because it's lovely to see you
00:58:52.480 wearing a mask, Ms. Tam. Not now. Most MPs are not. Most people on the street are not
00:58:57.360 masking. Is there any specific guidance on that going forward at this point?
00:59:04.380 Yes, Theresa Tam. So it is a layer of protection. We hope people have developed the habit to be able
00:59:10.460 to use masks as needed during the respiratory virus season, not just for COVID, but for all the
00:59:15.280 other respiratory pathogens that will be transmitted around this time. So I do think now is the time
00:59:23.200 to get your masks ready if you don't already have them. In our own particular context, we certainly
00:59:30.520 in our area, there's been an uptick in some of the COVID-19 indicators. For me personally, there
00:59:37.900 there have been cases around um you know even my work colleagues so uh that's one of the reasons
00:59:46.060 it isn't up can't take it and you know because of that guidance that she gave today people out there
00:59:53.000 will be running for their masks you know this expect a little bit more masking at a grocery
00:59:59.640 store or a mall or a bank near you soon or even in a restaurant some people will you know they'll do
01:00:05.320 that whole thing where they walk in with the mask and they'll take it off when they sit down,
01:00:09.340 when they get up to go to the can or leave, they'll put the thing back on again. And for those
01:00:14.480 who are really paranoid and afraid, they will carve a hole in the mask so they can drink and
01:00:19.400 eat through that. We've seen that before. Meanwhile, in Arkansas, here is Governor
01:00:25.500 Sarah Huckabee Sanders. You have to be sure that government never again tramples on our liberty 0.99
01:00:31.000 like it did during the COVID-19 pandemic. Back then, a handful of bureaucrats shut down our
01:00:37.760 schools, our churches, our businesses, and forced masks on our kids and tried to implement vaccine
01:00:44.140 passports. That will not happen again here in the state of Arkansas. When I took office, I repealed
01:00:50.460 a long list of executive orders related to the pandemic. Now we're going further and banning
01:00:56.000 COVID-19 vaccine mandates for all Arkansas state employees. And our State Department of Health will
01:01:02.680 publicize the potential risks related to the COVID-19 vaccine so that all Arkansans can make
01:01:08.840 informed decisions about their health. We also have to be sure that government never again tramples on
01:01:14.380 our liberty like it did during the COVID-19. I guess that just recycled itself to the very
01:01:19.580 beginning and I missed it. Anyway, in Arkansas, no, no, no. There will be no more masking. There
01:01:25.580 I'll be in more shots.
01:01:26.720 Here's what we're going to do.
01:01:28.000 We're actually going to do a review of these things and let you know how dangerous they are.
01:01:33.400 That's what Sarah Huckabee Sanders just said to the people of Arkansas.
01:01:38.440 And there are other Republican governors in the United States stepping up.
01:01:43.760 In Canada, still a little bit behind.
01:01:49.220 Pick it up, conservative premiers.
01:01:52.320 Pick it up.
01:01:52.960 mr poliev last story tonight from the daily wire this is a great story and guys i understand this
01:02:01.500 is in the united states but what you must understand is that court case decisions
01:02:05.660 generally resonate between countries probably more from the united states to canada than
01:02:13.180 canada to the united states but this will be or at least could be excuse me i should probably
01:02:20.640 mute myself when I have to do that. This could be a precedent setter as cases continue to be
01:02:29.960 heard in Canada regarding these ridiculous mandates. New York City teachers who refused
01:02:34.820 COVID vaccine must get jobs back with back pay, rules the judge. Now, of course, this will be
01:02:42.800 appealed, but that's the ruling for now. The group of teachers sued the city after they were fired.
01:02:48.260 The story came out last week on The Daily Wire.
01:02:52.500 A group of teachers in New York who were fired after they refused to take this ridiculous bio jab must be given their jobs back along with back pay.
01:03:02.460 A New York judge ruled last week, state Supreme Court judge Ralph Porzio ruled that the decision to fire 10 employees of the New York City Education Department and deny them religious exemptions was unlawful, arbitrary and capricious.
01:03:17.020 the group of school principals, teachers, and other educators sued the city after they were
01:03:22.280 fired. This court sees no rational basis for not allowing unvaccinated classroom teachers in 0.91
01:03:27.880 amongst an admitted population of primarily unvaccinated students, Portzio wrote in his
01:03:33.460 22-page opinion. As such, the decision to summarily deny the classroom teachers amongst the panel
01:03:39.940 petitioners based on an undue hardship without any further evidence of individualized analysis
01:03:45.420 is arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable. As such, each classroom teacher amongst the panel
01:03:51.480 petitioners is entitled to a religious exemption from the vaccine mandate. The 10 public school
01:03:58.640 employees are entitled to their positions plus back pay in salaries, benefits, pensions, and
01:04:05.260 seniority, the court ruled. The vaccine mandate for public school workers only ended February
01:04:11.280 10th. The mandate began October 1st of 2021. These teachers, principals, other employees
01:04:20.200 will be getting two years back pay plus their jobs back, probably somewhere in the area of
01:04:26.860 $150,000 each, not to mention benefit costs, maybe another $10,000, $15,000 on top of that,
01:04:35.200 and vacation pay. This is going to be a big, big, big payday for these people. Then again,
01:04:43.580 what have they been living on for the past two years? Yeah. And so cases like this are going
01:04:49.860 to start popping up more and more and more. This is a good sign, you guys. A couple of small
01:04:55.460 victories every day, understanding it's in the United States, but could set precedence up here
01:04:59.600 in Canada. Of course, depending on the judge. I mean, how can you sit there and say, well,
01:05:03.920 know in the united states they had to pay back but not in canada our system doesn't work like that
01:05:08.720 who cares if the system doesn't work like that what's wrong is wrong and what's right is right
01:05:15.100 and that's it for the show tonight you guys brought to you by canada nano silver canada
01:05:20.040 nano silver.ca i hope you have a great rest of your night a great day tomorrow i will catch you
01:05:26.140 tomorrow night at eight o'clock central for another shadow at night live stream till then i love you
01:05:32.400 Bye for now.
