00:03:56.080It's a lot of headaches to plan something like this and then to deal with all of the shockwaves that have been rolling through the community for the past couple of weeks has been something else.
00:04:08.360I may look a little tired, and that's because I am, but we're going to explain as much as we can about it tonight, and we're going to tell you exactly what is happening next Wednesday.
00:04:25.500This is all about the kids. And so we would like you to bring your kids along with you to the march to save them from sexual indoctrination going on in public schools and libraries.
00:04:36.340That's exactly what is happening these days. And there's a lot of people who don't understand that.
00:04:42.560There's a lot of people who think we're just a bunch of book burners, but they haven't seen the books and we don't want them burned.
00:04:49.380we just want them out of the schools that's all it's not a big deal it's well that part of it
00:04:56.960that part of it but the other part regarding what these books say and illustrate being shown to six
00:05:05.040and seven year old kids that is a big deal we'll get to all that in just a couple of minutes the

00:08:34.000Okay, so the Million Person March is happening in every city and town across Canada next Wednesday.
00:08:40.820Most are starting at 9 o'clock local time, and they will be marching towards where they're marching to starting at 11 o'clock.
00:08:50.240And then once everybody reaches their destination around noon local time again, what's going to happen is speeches.
00:08:57.000we have lined up in winnipeg we have lined up so many great speakers to speak to an audience of
00:09:03.600what we're hoping to be around 15 000 it could be less it could be more but it's going to be large
00:09:12.840and mike you've been doing all kinds of work behind the scenes these past couple of weeks
00:09:17.640how tired let me tell you something it's way easier being a funeral director i work in a
00:09:23.840nice quiet place nobody bothers me it's not a rough day today I felt like a firefighter I was
00:09:29.660putting out fires all day long yeah I know and it's been like that for a couple of weeks right
00:09:35.500yeah you know putting something like this together is quite the job and I can tell you neither
00:09:40.840Shadow or myself wanted to do this or do we have the time to do this I know myself I'm a busy guy
00:09:47.700And watching Shadow put his show together for a nightly show, the work that he does and the research and the time that he puts into it is incredible.
00:09:58.900And I do ask the funeral director once every two weeks, and that's hard enough to do.
00:10:03.980So I applaud you for what you're doing.
00:10:05.900That's why you look so tired, Shadow Davis.
00:10:08.160Well, you know, you've been doing most of the work, the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
00:10:13.920I've been promoting it and talking on the phone with people who are organizing in different cities and talking to some leadership people across the country.
00:10:23.240And, you know, I can't believe how much drama that we've had to deal with, not just on the local level, but on a national level as well.
00:10:34.280Just trying to bring groups of people together who all believe in the same thing, by the way.
00:10:41.660we always have some are more extreme than others some are less extreme obviously um but ultimately
00:10:47.400we all believe in the right thing for kids which is keeping these awful books in this terrible
00:10:55.060curriculum away from them and starting this project off by giving parents the right to know
00:11:02.240what their kids are learning in school yeah parental rights are so important huge and and
00:11:07.860There's some people on the other side who say this is a matter of life and death that kids are allowed to keep these secrets.
00:11:12.760I'm sorry, but what are you even talking about?
00:11:15.900We're talking about parents, their family, the people who are raising them, not you, a politician, not you, a school and superintendent or you, a school teacher who may have purple bowl cut hair with a couple of rings through her face and fly on those LGBTQ flags.0.63
00:11:36.860And definitely you've been compromised and you're going to be teaching our kids your sexual viewpoints.0.75
00:11:43.180I don't think that that is what we signed up for.
00:11:46.500Basically, teach the kids what they need to know, the reading, writing, arithmetic part.
00:14:20.740He's been your voice when you were in darkness, guiding you through this, having somebody to
00:14:26.000listen to, having somebody to protect your soul. Why attack Shadow? He's got his own reasons. And
00:14:32.300I can tell you behind the scenes that Shadow and I have done everything in our power to work with
00:14:37.860every group. We don't care who walks with us. We don't care what you do. Just do it in peace.
00:14:44.940Let's just do it together. Let's just do it for our children. And that's all that matters right
00:14:48.620now that's all that matters shadow and i get so frustrated today i literally hit a freaking wall
00:14:54.420because i was so frustrated of of this division you punched a wall yeah i punched i just punched
00:15:02.180the wall because because you get you get so upset because you realize that we're working so hard for
00:15:08.460your children my children our grandchildren who cares about the rest why are we fighting0.99
00:15:15.080amongst each other and making ourselves look like fools, total fools, when we're fighting for the0.99
00:15:20.640reason, for the same reason, but yet fighting against each other. That's the work of the devil.0.99
00:15:25.540That's the work destructing souls and causing division. And you know what, if we walk with
00:15:30.880Jesus in our hearts, it's going to be a different tone. It'll be a different walk. It'll be peaceful.
00:15:35.300It's about forgiveness and just walking in the same direction. That's how I feel, Shadow.
00:15:39.520Well said, my friend. Look, I didn't want to do this. The last time I got involved in the activist part of this movement, I got two $1,300 tickets courtesy of the Manitoba Justice.
00:15:59.160and um and then there is the division that you face as mike was just pointing out and this is
00:16:07.020not just a manitoba thing this has been happening in every province except ironically for saskatchewan
00:16:13.020somehow nadine ness over there in saskatoon at unified grassroots has managed to bring all of
00:16:19.780the warring factions together under one umbrella so that they have a voice that they can use
00:16:26.200to get the government to actually do the things that are right and good.
00:16:31.640They've got a big injunction that they're facing next week in Saskatchewan.
00:16:35.940Some LGBTQ groups have gotten together.
00:16:51.880this will set a precedent across Canada.1.00
00:16:54.720And no government, no provincial government will have the ability to stop this from happening.
00:17:00.500That's how big this case in Saskatchewan is going to be.
00:17:05.580And the injunction is going to be filed or at least attempted next week.
00:17:11.040So Unified Grassroots is working very, very, very hard to prevent that.
00:17:15.800and they are gathering all the information that they possibly can't over what's happened
00:17:21.760in the schools in saskatchewan so far to combat this injunction nadine does not have the time0.94
00:17:29.220the energy or the resources she has poor children for goodness sakes0.89
00:17:33.580and she and she does not have the time the energy or the resources to be handling what's going on0.97
00:17:39.940in any other province i was on the phone with her today and i could hear her children screaming in1.00
00:17:44.660background and what a hard-working lady i mean trying to put everything together and that's what
00:17:49.380she said to me she said mike i have one thing on my mind right now and that's that court case coming
00:17:54.860up and that's the most important thing that i have on my mind right now yes the march is important
00:17:59.720but the march will mean nothing if we lose in court yeah that's absolutely true so um what's
00:18:07.940going on and i want to be absolutely clear with um what's going on in the manitoba part
00:18:14.580of this first of all there is going to be a walk in winkler which is being put on by rick wall
00:18:19.980right there is a walk being put on in steinback um don bouchard is handling that one um they're
00:18:28.820doing one in dauphin now which is absolutely fantastic i got word of that a couple of days
00:18:34.540ago and brandon also and in winnipeg we've got our walk gathering at the forks cn stage next
00:18:43.880wednesday morning starting at nine o'clock we'll start to assemble and then at 11 o'clock
00:18:47.840we're going to walk down broadway towards the legislature and we're going to listen to a group
00:18:54.560of speakers that that we've put together which is absolutely fantastic and we want you to know
00:19:02.180The speakers that we put together won't be talking for 20 minutes each or 25 minutes.
00:19:08.340It'll be a five-minute speech, and it's going to be powerful from each one of these people.
00:19:12.080We personally picked our speakers because we wanted to make sure that we knew what they were talking about.
00:19:17.100We knew what message they were going to pass, and we want it to be a positive message.
00:19:21.400We don't want it to be a hate message or a message of destruction or anything like that.
00:19:27.220We also want it to be informative, right?
00:19:29.040We want people to understand why they're there, because I believe that when we come together for this walk next Wednesday, that there's going to be a lot of people who don't really know what's going on, as you pointed out earlier, Mike.
00:19:44.820And so that's why we have got Christine Ronsere, who is going to be kicking off the speaking portion of the day.
00:19:52.520And she is going to be talking about the indoctrination.
00:19:56.000she's been fighting against this she's a former school trustee i think in the prairie rose school
00:20:01.560division that's right and um she was censured for her beliefs about or her opinions i'm sorry
00:20:09.860for the books that are being now exposed to children as young as four years old in schools
00:20:16.520and libraries um so she has been speaking out at city and town councils all across manitoba
00:20:24.180at school boards all across manitoba she knows her stuff so she is going to be leading the uh
00:20:31.420the speaking portion of the day next week and then we're going to have uh ken drysdale come on
00:20:37.440now ken is a commissioner with the national citizens inquiry you know ken i know ken ken is a
00:20:44.440a good man and ken saw a lot of testimony yeah very good heart a lot of testimony regarding
00:20:54.020this very thing that we're going to be rallying against next Wednesday he is going to be speaking
00:20:58.800we have got Turi Johnson who spoke at the Louis Riel school division meeting a few months back
00:21:08.300and she was a 16 year old kid right and she is so eloquent and and you got to respect that a 16
00:21:15.060year old speaking yeah absolutely and so she's going to be coming out to speak Mike you are
00:21:21.560going to speak and what you have to say always powerful words because they come right from your
00:21:27.720heart you know one thing about you my friend is that people can tell you know um people can tell
00:21:38.840that you speak from your heart it just comes out of you like that and if there's anybody who ever
00:21:46.220questions mike's sincerity about anything he says you should walk up to him and ask him personally
00:21:52.800he will take the time and he will talk to you that's and and that i will do that also i mean
00:21:59.420i will absolutely take the time to have personal one-on-one conversations with people because i
00:22:04.440believe it's important that you trust the people who are guiding uh an event like this and it's
00:22:11.760about being humble too we're not better than you you're not better than us we're equal we're all
00:22:16.840equal in God's eyes and it's really important to know that that just because Shadow and I are doing
00:22:21.580this show when we and we do things together doesn't mean we think we're above you or that
00:22:28.680we're better than you we're just two people that have got the power of the mic where we talk and
00:22:33.360we put on shows but we're humble when we go and meet people I love getting a hug I love sharing
00:22:38.940a story with people and just smiling with them. Because I'm no different than you. I'm a humble
00:22:44.660person who just is out for the same reason. That's for our freedom and especially for our children
00:22:50.360this time around. There's just a special part in my heart to work with children. If anybody questions
00:22:56.080that whatsoever, even through the funeral home, as you know, I've never charged for a child that
00:23:01.180passed away. I do everything I can to help a family or a child in any way I can. And I go out
00:23:08.580my way to make sure that families are good and that children are good. And that's why we're
00:23:14.400doing this. As busy as we are, we want you to know that we're humble. We're good guys. We're
00:23:19.580doing this for the right reason. This isn't about power. I don't need power. I don't need to be
00:23:24.060famous. I just want to do this because I'm in a position to do it and be able to help people and
00:23:31.280guide people. And I hate what they're doing to our kids in school. I hate that they're hiding it.
00:23:36.320I hate that they're trying to take parental rights away from you.
00:23:39.040Can you imagine they're telling your children in school not to talk to your
00:24:52.380And, you know, when we first started, came up with the idea to do this, Mike and I, we had to start work on it very quickly.
00:25:01.080we didn't know at the time that there were other groups that may have been intending to do something
00:25:09.300in the winnipeg area we didn't know any of that because none of them had reached out to us
00:25:13.940um you would think that they would because we've got kind of a big you know following here on the
00:25:21.460show and we can get the word out pretty quickly to people so we can get as many people as we
00:25:26.500possibly can out to the march they didn't uh which is again their prerogative they can choose
00:25:33.460to do whatever it is they want to do um so there will be another march at city hall i think they're
00:25:42.600assembling at the same time leaving at the same time before you go any further now i want to make
00:25:46.980something clear uh we didn't know who was putting that march you're right but we did have a meeting
00:25:51.540with a gentleman. And when we had a meeting with that gentleman, he was very deceaseful towards us
00:25:57.300because we invited him to my brother's restaurant to Cork and Flame. We sat there, we talked,
00:26:03.060and he made it sound like he was going to be a part of our march. And the final thing he said
00:26:08.600to me is, the only thing that I want in return is for you to acknowledge my group.
00:26:15.640And we agreed to do that. We didn't talk about who's going to be on the microphone. We didn't
00:26:20.440talk about uh who was going to speak and this gentleman didn't ask any of that so this is
00:26:26.320what's so wrong about this why would you have a meeting with two two people and then leave that
00:26:30.660meeting and everything that was talked about was a waste of time so yes he left us with the
00:26:38.240impression that that everything was going to join so we wouldn't have to worry about having two
00:26:43.380different uh locations and cause confusion for people and the reason for joining shadow is can
00:26:49.280you imagine what it's like to have one big powerful march with everybody who's going to be
00:26:55.000marching uh in there and and imagine what that would look like on tv and you know what the media
00:27:00.700is probably not going to cover this this isn't something the media can cover but when we get
00:27:03.880numbers that large they have no choice i i disagree with you only because of the special guest speaker
00:27:10.840that we have lined up i think because of that we're going to have the corporate media there
00:27:17.360And what I would like to ask anybody who is coming to our event next Wednesday is please don't talk to the corporate media, because whatever you say, they will twist into the narrative they want to present and they'll probably make you appear as though you're some kind of knuckle dragging right wing extremist who's got a swastika tattoo somewhere on your body.
00:27:39.040so that's that's just advice to you you again you can do whatever you want this is a free country
00:27:45.780for now but that would be my that would be my advice to you and don't bring don't bring flags
00:27:53.680that say f trudeau don't bring anything that's negative you can bring your canadian flags just
00:27:58.460remember there's going to be children there and we want to set an example for our children and a
00:28:02.760good example because as as older people we are leaders in the community when it comes to our
00:28:07.440children and we want to lead them in the right direction we want to show them that this is about
00:28:11.380love peace harmony it's a march for them and we're doing it because we care about them and we love
00:28:17.800them and we want them to have a good schooling system and a good education so please don't mess
00:28:23.780this up for anybody and if you're messing it up you're messing it up for the for the children
00:28:27.820and and shadow was a straight out threatened uh the other day and i was just wrong because
00:28:33.840he got defensive specifically because somebody threatened our march. And it's just wrong. Don't
00:28:41.820do that. That's why I'm saying let's walk in peace. Let's walk in harmony. This is happening.
00:28:46.400You know, this is the first time, Shadow, in a long time, this is happening coast to coast. Can
00:28:50.460you imagine? At nine o'clock everywhere, people will be gathering. At 11 o'clock everywhere,
00:28:56.320people will be marching. That is a powerful, powerful statement. And it's not every day that
00:29:01.640this happens so you know emotions get high and uh and tempers get high and words are spoken that
00:29:08.860shouldn't maybe have been spoken but really this is about our children so let's put all this stuff
00:29:13.900aside yeah and let's do it for yeah listen i tell my people that work this all the time
00:29:19.120there's there's a hockey team there's a captain of the hockey team the captain means nothing
00:29:26.080unless the team's working together because if the team's not working together they're not winning
00:29:29.920hockey games they're not scoring goals we need to be a hockey team have a captain an assistant
00:29:34.780captain and play together as a hockey team and win this fight and the only way we're going to do it
00:29:39.880is by playing together yeah you know it's been suggested to uh there have been some awful
00:29:47.100negative comments and i i wouldn't normally talk about this but i think it's time that we
00:29:52.540clear the air here yeah let's do it i have never never um insulted anybody from the common sense
00:30:02.700movement which is what i'm going to be calling it from now on the common sense movement not the
00:30:08.600freedom movement just the common sense movement the common sense revolution is what we need in
00:30:12.460this country um i've never done that i have never reached out and attacked anybody on a social media
00:30:20.900a post that they have made i may have rolled my eyes in private after reading it but i have never0.99
00:30:27.240ever stopped and written down pull your head out of your ass or check your ego or any of those0.99
00:30:34.920things now one thing i want you guys to know and this is unequivocal this is for mike and i this0.99
00:30:42.180is not about ego we don't need to do this this is something that we're doing kind of against our will
00:30:50.160because we didn't know if anybody else was doing it in winnipeg like we said earlier in the show
00:30:56.240nobody reached out to us nobody told us it's not about for us being on the mic i'm on it
00:31:01.820every single night i do this show every single night i don't need the adulation i don't need to
00:31:08.780you know stand in front of thousands of people with a microphone in my head i do it because it's
00:31:13.540my job. That's what I've done for years. I spent 35 years as a radio personality. I know how to do
00:31:20.560it, right? So that's what's up my alley. Again, like Mike said, this does not make me better than
00:31:28.600you, better than anybody. It's just what I do. I'm staying in my lane and everybody should probably
00:31:35.720do that um play to your strengths baby so what's happened is some people have gotten their noses
00:31:44.480bent out of joint because they're not getting the mic time so they're talking about setting up a
00:31:52.240competing stage at the legislature in manitoba and i couldn't believe that when i first heard it
00:32:01.460was told to us last week because how is that going to look first of all and what is it that
00:32:10.220you guys have to say that is so important that you need to set up a second stage and i talked
00:32:16.620to this gentleman hang on one sec i talked to this gentleman that mike was referring to and again
00:32:20.820you can go watch yesterday's video that i made it's still up on rumble it's still up on x and
00:32:25.840it's still up on facebook i talked to this guy i said what is it you want point blank point blank
00:32:35.140blank question because this is negotiation right like let's go what is it you want no response
00:32:43.140i asked again what is it you want he wouldn't answer so i can't really guess
00:32:55.680what what they want so we couldn't come to any kind of agreement and then like mike said i mean
00:33:05.760i was threatened uh on the phone with well what happens if something goes sideways during your
00:33:12.180march shadow what about your special guest speaker well they want to speak then now i thought that
00:33:18.720was a bit dirty actually that was over the top dirty but this is the kind of thing that mike and
00:33:25.000i have been facing for the past couple of weeks once again we have not uh we have not led any
00:33:32.720attacks on anybody that's not what we're after we don't care about that all we care about is
00:33:40.740bringing people together in a spirit of of love kindness compassion for kids and doing what's
00:33:50.380right that's all that's all this ever was it's not about one step further one step further shadow
00:33:58.400if they would have approached us and said you know we'll join your group like they said they would
00:34:03.780we want to have a couple people speak we would have been well open to that we would have said
00:34:09.820yes we just need to know what they're going to talk about we need to talk with them first
00:34:13.340to make sure they're on board with what we're doing and of course we would let we're not greedy
00:34:18.420we don't want to control we want to make sure that things are done right so if you want to
00:34:24.600have a conversation have a conversation if you want to talk you got to tell us because we're
00:34:28.540we just can't guess we just can't read your mind and go yeah shadow I think they want to say some
00:34:34.340things on the mic they have never approached us about that it was all about the meeting that we
00:34:39.320had, in my mind, felt really good. And when he left, we thought, wow, this was a really good
00:34:45.320meeting. And we're going to have everyone joining as one. And that's just not the way that it turned
00:34:50.320out at the end. Anyways, bottom line is, it's your choice. If you want to go to City Hall,
00:34:55.940you're welcome to go to City Hall and join that march. We're not going to stop you or say anything
00:35:01.100negative about it. If they're putting it on a march, join that march. If you want to come to
00:35:06.120our march it is going to be an amazing march there's going to be a lot of people there and
00:35:11.340we are going to make it a fun family day it's going to be an event you won't forget it'll be
00:35:16.380at the forks we're going to start gathering at nine o'clock we're going to have a sound system
00:35:19.500at the forks where there's music in the background and people can gather and and just have a time of
00:35:24.480fellowship with each other and and talk about what we're there for and then at 11 o'clock we're going
00:35:30.060to march peacefully down broadway when we get to the legislative we'll have another sound system
00:35:34.820set up there where the speakers will uh will talk to you and uh it won't be a long long out
00:35:42.920drawn event it'll be peaceful I talked with the Winnipeg police again today there will be a
00:35:47.640Winnipeg police presence and probably a strong one so you can feel safe pull your kids out of
00:35:53.500school that day do it for the right reason if you care about your kids and you care about their
00:35:59.160education and you care for what we are standing for pull them out of school that day even if you
00:36:05.340don't come to the march make a point of letting them know that you're on board with what we're0.97
00:36:11.720trying to do and that's to take all this sexual garbage out of our schools and this isn't about0.97
00:36:17.340we're not against any community and it drives me crazy when people go you guys are against this0.98
00:36:22.820community no we're not we want to unite as one you can be whatever you want to be you can be any
00:36:28.040color you want to be any nationality any race we want you to join us we're doing this for your
00:36:33.220children too canada is a free country it's a country of opportunity and this is our opportunity
00:36:39.320to make a difference in numbers large large powerful numbers yeah yeah i and you're right
00:36:47.180mike i mean this is all about children and i'm seeing the comments that are coming in right now
00:36:52.440you guys are uh all great but you're right we do need unity and i know that you guys watching
00:37:00.300are fed up with the division within our own community and so am i you know what the freedom
00:37:07.180community should be the strongest community because the freedom community went through a
00:37:11.640two-year war we went through a two-year psychological war we were forced we're still
00:37:16.980we're still going through we're still going through but shadow what i'm saying is the0.92
00:37:20.620Freedom community should be a tough, tough community.
00:37:22.980By now, we should have learned that we need to work together
00:41:52.380more harm than good is the way it was put
00:41:54.940And that's absolutely true of those those policies at the time that the logical things they were calling for an open inquiry with very specific criteria for fairness and independence of multiple types in the parliament and whatever.
00:42:07.940What we got wasn't that necessarily. So just tremendously sad that this is where we're at.
00:42:15.300And certainly the case the Crown is trying to make is not clear at the end of day six.
00:42:19.600such comments were were shared in the shared by many people in my opinion uh not in court but
00:42:25.840outside of it have people who have observed we don't really know where the crown's going now
00:42:29.240they could have something up their sleeve they could be trying to build towards something but
00:42:33.180they're playing videos of tamara leach in tears crying talking about the f trudeau flag saying
00:42:39.420when you fly that flag you know that man has three beautiful children her words talking about
00:42:44.520Trudeau's children as I do as I have three children as she said and asking people to consider
00:42:50.260that in the things they do and even as going so far as to ask people to pray for Trudeau
00:42:54.980I think that's a great summary of her character of the goodness in her and that messaging from her
00:43:01.960that call for peace from her and this is again not a trial of the Freedom Convoy this is a trial
00:43:06.680of Tamara Leach and Chris Barber on very specific counts of alleged crimes this isn't a trial of
00:43:12.100the freedom convoy at large and any everything that the crown is playing in court of tamara leach
00:43:16.480or chris barber they're calling for peace they're calling for calm they're calling for people to
00:43:20.940exercise their lawful rights in our democracy especially considering the sad state that we
00:43:26.740found ourselves in at that time in our you know just a year and a half ago totally appropriate
00:43:33.040response and that tone and that messaging was consistent throughout every video played and
00:43:37.300throughout the entire timeline of events,
00:53:34.800all right so justin trudeau was stranded in india at the g20 summit for two extra days
00:53:45.360because his plane wouldn't work so this comes from first post apparently he was snubbed
00:53:52.240by indian prime minister modi there india being the largest democracy in the world
00:53:59.220kind of an important economy too. Justin Trudeau's deli visit for the G20 summit has been
00:54:06.080mired in awkwardness from skipping events to being scolded by PM Modi for the growing
00:54:11.940Calistani extremism in Canada. This trip has been disastrous. To make matters worse,0.78
00:54:17.600his return home has been delayed because of a snag in his plane. All his bags are packed,
00:54:23.280but he has nowhere to go. That's Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who's been forced to
00:54:27.960extend his stay in new delhi after his plane broke down and with that his trip has been a rocky and
00:54:33.620turbulent uh trip receiving criticism from the indian government ends on an even more inauspicious
00:54:41.920note now the canadian prime minister will fly back home not before today he by the way did
00:54:47.220finally leave today after a replacement aircraft was brought in and we can't help but believe that
00:54:53.880Trudeau would be heaving a sigh of relief to return home. But what went wrong for Trudeau?
00:55:00.380Why has this visit for the Canadian prime minister been so rough? And why does it bring back memories
00:55:05.220of his 2018 trip, which also had its own shares of bumps and controversy? Justin Trudeau arrived
00:55:13.200in New Delhi with his 16-year-old son Xavier on Friday to attend the G20 summit on his CC-150
00:55:19.700Polaris aircraft, also known as the Flying Taj Mahal. Trudeau and his delegation were meant
00:55:25.620to leave Delhi Sunday at 8 p.m., but his aircraft developed a technical stag, forcing him to stay
00:55:32.560back for more time. Canada's Department of National Defense later confirmed the first
00:55:37.180aircraft, a Royal Air Canadian Air Force CC-150 Polaris with the tail number 01,
00:55:44.760suffered a maintenance problem stemming from a component that will have to be replaced.
00:55:49.700Following this, a ferry aircraft, most probably a CF-002, has been diverted to India from the United Kingdom to bring back the 51-year-old Canadian leader.
00:56:00.740According to news agency PTI, his departure from New Delhi will not take place before Tuesday, and it did, with the Canadian Prime Minister's office issuing a statement which read,
00:56:09.820we'll keep you updated regularly as the situation evolves.
00:56:13.680interestingly this isn't the first time that trudeau's plane has given him trouble back in
00:56:20.4202016 the aircraft developed a snag in the flaps which forced trudeau who was heading to brussels
00:56:25.620to sign a free trade deal with the european union to return to ottawa after just 30 minutes
00:56:30.840two years later trudeau's visit to india hit turbulence when his plane developed a snag in
00:56:36.220rome during a refueling stop and delayed his flight by three hours what's even more interesting
00:56:41.300is that while being stranded in Delhi, Trudeau has been holed up in his hotel room.
00:56:47.140He had accommodation at the Lalit and has refused to move out of the room.
00:56:53.720How much is this going to cost us now?
01:01:52.960mr poliev last story tonight from the daily wire this is a great story and guys i understand this
01:02:01.500is in the united states but what you must understand is that court case decisions
01:02:05.660generally resonate between countries probably more from the united states to canada than
01:02:13.180canada to the united states but this will be or at least could be excuse me i should probably
01:02:20.640mute myself when I have to do that. This could be a precedent setter as cases continue to be
01:02:29.960heard in Canada regarding these ridiculous mandates. New York City teachers who refused
01:02:34.820COVID vaccine must get jobs back with back pay, rules the judge. Now, of course, this will be
01:02:42.800appealed, but that's the ruling for now. The group of teachers sued the city after they were fired.
01:02:48.260The story came out last week on The Daily Wire.
01:02:52.500A group of teachers in New York who were fired after they refused to take this ridiculous bio jab must be given their jobs back along with back pay.
01:03:02.460A New York judge ruled last week, state Supreme Court judge Ralph Porzio ruled that the decision to fire 10 employees of the New York City Education Department and deny them religious exemptions was unlawful, arbitrary and capricious.
01:03:17.020the group of school principals, teachers, and other educators sued the city after they were
01:03:22.280fired. This court sees no rational basis for not allowing unvaccinated classroom teachers in0.91
01:03:27.880amongst an admitted population of primarily unvaccinated students, Portzio wrote in his
01:03:33.46022-page opinion. As such, the decision to summarily deny the classroom teachers amongst the panel
01:03:39.940petitioners based on an undue hardship without any further evidence of individualized analysis
01:03:45.420is arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable. As such, each classroom teacher amongst the panel
01:03:51.480petitioners is entitled to a religious exemption from the vaccine mandate. The 10 public school
01:03:58.640employees are entitled to their positions plus back pay in salaries, benefits, pensions, and
01:04:05.260seniority, the court ruled. The vaccine mandate for public school workers only ended February
01:04:11.28010th. The mandate began October 1st of 2021. These teachers, principals, other employees
01:04:20.200will be getting two years back pay plus their jobs back, probably somewhere in the area of
01:04:26.860$150,000 each, not to mention benefit costs, maybe another $10,000, $15,000 on top of that,
01:04:35.200and vacation pay. This is going to be a big, big, big payday for these people. Then again,
01:04:43.580what have they been living on for the past two years? Yeah. And so cases like this are going
01:04:49.860to start popping up more and more and more. This is a good sign, you guys. A couple of small
01:04:55.460victories every day, understanding it's in the United States, but could set precedence up here
01:04:59.600in Canada. Of course, depending on the judge. I mean, how can you sit there and say, well,
01:05:03.920know in the united states they had to pay back but not in canada our system doesn't work like that
01:05:08.720who cares if the system doesn't work like that what's wrong is wrong and what's right is right
01:05:15.100and that's it for the show tonight you guys brought to you by canada nano silver canada
01:05:20.040nano silver.ca i hope you have a great rest of your night a great day tomorrow i will catch you
01:05:26.140tomorrow night at eight o'clock central for another shadow at night live stream till then i love you
