00:08:29.480 Just a couple of minutes worth. I found this on Twitter today. I was alarmed. TD, now apparently
00:08:37.540 this is a letter that's being sent to TD Bank clients. TD rolling out mandatory digital banking
00:08:45.700 for online banking effective April 24th. We're writing to let you know that we've changed your
00:08:50.880 cardholder and electronic financial systems terms and conditions this sets out the terms and
00:08:56.140 conditions for your td access card online banking and the td app and then we have to go to the next
00:09:02.220 picture here the digital banking agreement now sets out the terms and conditions for easy web
00:09:08.860 online banking and the td app you aren't now so this is somebody who hasn't registered yet right
00:09:14.680 you aren't registered for easy web online banking or the td app so these sections of the c e f s t
00:09:23.160 will be terminated for you as of april 21st 2023 if you choose to use these services you'll be

00:09:50.260 to do it unless you tell them not to they're going to switch your account unless you actually
00:09:55.120 contact them and say no thank you if you decide to refuse these changes you won't be able to use
00:10:01.680 your td access card if you have questions please call 866-222-3456 monday to friday all right so
00:10:09.100 that was all over twitter today and i've seen that all over many other social media platforms
00:10:15.320 let's move on to this story if you don't think that's true this comes from stories.td.com from
00:10:22.740 td bank themselves td bank group sets new 500 billion dollars sustainable and decarbonization
00:10:31.980 finance target by 2030 my friends this story came out on march the 16th that is less than a week
00:10:40.900 ago new target is focused on supporting environmental decarbonization and social
00:10:45.180 activities as part of the bank's broader esg strategy they are part of everything if you
00:10:51.880 think that the banking system is not you're sadly mistaken and you need to do something about that
00:10:57.620 whatever that might be. And it's not just TD Bank either. Royal Bank is heavily involved in this as
00:11:03.640 well. I cannot comment on BMO or CIBC. I can't comment on any of the other banking systems
00:11:13.400 within our country. But I do know that new banking systems are being set up, at least so far in the
00:11:19.100 United States. And I believe I heard about one being set up in its very early stages here in
00:11:25.960 canada i can't comment on that yet but when i get more details on it i will let you guys know
00:11:30.960 and hopefully the person behind that will choose to come on the show so they can tell you about it
00:11:37.680 themselves okay here's a story from sask today this story goes back to january 25th 2022
00:11:44.240 i like sask today i don't know who's behind sask today but i like sask today they say on tuesday
00:11:50.980 morning. Again, this is over a year ago now. As many as 50 vehicles and 100 people gathered at
00:11:56.480 the intersection of Highway 9 and 16 to begin their journey to Ottawa in protest of vaccine
00:12:02.520 mandates and restrictions. And this young guy, Dallin Legere, was a very large part of organizing
00:12:10.940 that from Saskatchewan. Dallin, thank you for coming on the show tonight from Barhead, Alberta.
00:12:15.880 You've been on the road all day, but I think it's time we get your story out there, my friend.
00:12:20.300 You betcha. Thank you very much, Shadow. It's a pleasure to be on the show.
00:12:23.440 And I look forward to sharing my story and just beginning to put a little bit of pressure on.
00:12:30.280 You know, that's what this is all about. So I look forward to it.
00:12:33.540 Okay. So how, first of all, let's start with your involvement in the convoy last year.
00:12:38.660 Can you tell us how you became involved with that and to what extent you were involved?
00:12:42.940 you betcha i uh i was facing you know i wasn't charged yet for for my business but i knew it
00:12:51.320 was coming and to me it was government overreach now i recognize that when we went to ottawa it was
00:12:58.320 a federal fight and my fight was provincial however to me i felt that i needed to go
00:13:03.740 and it wasn't until about a week before the convoy departed that i made my mind up official
00:13:10.160 and I said hey I'm gonna go if anybody from my area wants to meet at the Yorkton Humpties at
00:13:17.720 the truck stop let's meet and let's go support these truckers as they go past through Whitewood
00:13:22.900 and I live just 10 minutes away and it was six o'clock in the morning you know it's still dark
00:13:31.300 out and we're coming in from a few miles out of town and you can see a glow and I said what is
00:13:38.000 that light and it was all the vehicles gathered ready to uh to basically see me off and to
00:13:46.000 follow me to whitewood to cheer on cheer on the truckers as uh as they went east
00:13:52.500 so that was kind of where everything began um myself my younger brother and my roommate jumped
00:14:01.000 in the truck and uh and we headed east not knowing what to expect um just knowing that
00:14:09.400 we needed voices there we needed bodies and and i wanted to be a part of change i seen the
00:14:17.500 momentum building across social media before they got to saskatchewan and it was just riveting it
00:14:23.800 It was, how could you not, if you were able to,
00:14:28.520 how could you not take the time to drive across Canada
00:14:32.000 to go to Ottawa to stand up for our freedoms?
00:14:35.460 It was incredible.
00:14:37.440 Life-changing.
00:14:39.780 When you say life-changing, was it there in Ottawa?
00:14:44.000 So I spent two and a half weeks in Ottawa.
00:14:47.280 I actually, we got an Airbnb outside of the city.
00:14:51.340 so every day numerous times a day we would drive uh driving back to the airbnb and back into the
00:15:00.240 city and it was just such an eye-opening experience because everything the media was
00:15:07.560 portraying us to be you know you can't get downtown you know we're blocking roads we're
00:15:12.140 doing all this i was driving into the city every day with no problems at all
00:15:17.240 so it was yeah i spent two and a half weeks there and it changed my life
00:15:24.260 what was the best thing that happened to you in ottawa
00:15:29.140 and what was the worst thing that happened to you in ottawa
00:15:32.960 oh i've never been asked the worst thing um
00:15:41.920 i'm going to start with the best thing it was the unity the hugs the smiles the laughter
00:15:51.600 knowing that we were one as as people we had a common goal we were united and that energy
00:15:59.540 i i can't forget the feeling of that positive energy in ottawa it was huge for me the overpasses
00:16:09.500 um i'm from ontario originally i've driven that stretch of highway it's remote there's there's
00:16:17.640 nothing out there and to see people lined up all along these highways wherever we went
00:16:23.820 oh shivers um i remember the one town we went into and i just nothing but people and i googled
00:16:33.200 the population it was like 800
00:16:34.940 it was all that was
00:16:36.340 residents of this community
00:16:38.380 and there were thousands
00:16:39.980 you know they came from everywhere
00:16:42.540 I'll never forget it
00:16:44.600 the negative
00:16:47.360 the negative was the emotions I felt
00:16:53.380 once the
00:16:55.260 police decided to change
00:16:57.260 direction with how they handled us
00:17:03.200 dalen are you still there there was a human okay inside of that uniform
00:17:12.240 dalen dalen before and then i got to a point where
00:17:15.780 it wasn't no longer and uh and just realizing
00:17:20.720 okay we we've got a bad internet slash wi-fi connection with dalen right now he's telling
00:17:30.040 us the story of his worst experience in ottawa at the freedom convoy and uh we want to make sure
00:17:38.480 that everybody can hear so dylan if you could go back to the beginning of that response in terms
00:17:43.340 of the worst thing you were talking about when the police decided to change their tactic with
00:17:48.120 the people there okay i uh the worst for me and i'm just thinking this now was was the way the
00:18:00.600 officers how they changed um at the beginning of the convoy when we were in the city they were
00:18:08.080 smiling uh you could give the officers hugs you know you'd walk past them and you weren't
00:18:12.760 intimidated and to see that shift of attitude from our law enforcement that had to be the
00:18:21.020 worst thing that i experienced there so when you came back were you a part of another convoy
00:18:31.460 heading back west or were you on your own i see we're having issues here with wi-fi
00:18:37.380 that's a shame because this is a compelling story i want people to be able to hear this
00:18:46.240 okay let's see if we can okay shadow a uh the hotel here i just got my wi-fi back on my phone
00:18:53.100 hopefully we're good here looks like we lost connection so barhead alberta ladies and
00:18:58.940 gentleman very small town i'm in a very small motel unplanned uh we're gonna make make the
00:19:07.440 best of this so i apologize that's okay we heard your response regarding your worst experience in
00:19:12.980 ottawa and i was just asking now on the way back were you part of a convoy on the way back west
00:19:18.080 dallin or was it just you and a couple of other straggling trucks on the way back
00:19:22.660 how did that go that's right no we uh we had decided luckily not luckily
00:19:29.660 a part of me wishes i was there when the emergency act came into play
00:19:35.800 part of me feels like i was a bit of a coward for leaving
00:19:39.440 but before that act came into play i had my made my decision up that i had to get back to
00:19:46.080 Saskatchewan. Um, we had some things happening locally in our province and, um, and we seen
00:19:55.060 where things were going in Ottawa, the direction it was headed and, and it wasn't good. And we had
00:20:01.900 to, you know, I decided my fight was then back at home. So I decided to leave just a couple of days
00:20:09.340 before the emergency act came into play. And, and of course we met other vehicles traveling,
00:20:14.500 back out west so you'd have your own little mini convoys on your way home but uh but nothing
00:20:22.340 nothing like it was going east you know I really hoped that we could have all turned around and
00:20:29.220 had a victory lap not a lap but on the way home felt victorious and you know part of me felt
00:20:36.700 like my head was down but i knew what we accomplished you know it it opened up the
00:20:44.860 world it opened up people's eyes right across this world and that's you can't doubt that you
00:20:51.380 can't you can't have your head down is that your feeling about what the freedom convoy did it
00:20:56.940 opened people's eyes did it open them properly or were there still people asleep and more importantly
00:21:03.340 the people who opposed us in the first place it seems as though the freedom convoy made them dig
00:21:09.060 their heels in even more did you get a lot of pushback from from ottawa residents while you
00:21:14.520 were there was there a lot of hate nothing one story i can tell you um of the hate of the negativity
00:21:23.060 and it was i guess you can call her a counter protester and she was standing in there was a
00:21:29.860 walkway I don't know what it was called but it was a nice brick alleyway that connected the streets
00:21:34.780 and she was standing there with her fingers up in the air walking around in a circle and swearing
00:21:41.040 and we're all sitting there looking at her but none of us engaged with her we knew what she was
00:21:47.880 trying to provoke us to to whatever was happening and we just kind of ignored her and it was the
00:21:54.640 police that came and told her to leave and then she put up a fight with the police i'm an ottawa
00:21:59.880 resident i have every right to be here while she was trying to provoke us that was the only
00:22:06.200 negative experience i seen from anybody in ottawa both of my airbnb hosts put food in the fridge
00:22:13.720 left treats at the airbnb like gift cards there was some cash i never had any negative experience
00:22:22.440 while i was in ottawa what happened in yorkton was it when you got back or was it just before
00:22:31.280 you were leaving where you gathered all of those trucks so actually that came a little bit after
00:22:37.740 yet so when i got home um while i was in ottawa actually there was i believe the number was
00:22:45.400 i seen 1200 semis that went to regina i can't remember what weekend that was but it was a
00:22:52.420 massive turnout in regina and uh and then another group went back the following weekend
00:22:58.600 and unfortunately swat got involved uh people's vehicles got towed away it was a very hostile
00:23:06.300 negative experience and i was watching that live from ottawa because i had friends that were there
00:23:13.520 And for me, that was so important to see people in my home province
00:23:17.540 showing their solidarity with us in Ottawa because they couldn't be there.
00:23:23.720 But to me, it was just as important to have those massive rallies provincially
00:23:27.580 to show our premiers that, hey, we stand with the men and women that went to Ottawa.
00:23:32.060 You need to understand that this is about all of us here.
00:23:36.020 and and that that opportunity to be heard developed because of everything that happened
00:23:45.700 in Ottawa so I'll go back a little bit when the SWAT and all that arrived and they were towing
00:23:52.780 vehicles and I was watching this happen I said you know that again fueled my my position that
00:23:58.360 I need to get home and I need to do something locally so if I got a hold of a couple ladies
00:24:04.660 here from Yorkton that were at that protest that event and experienced all this and said we got to
00:24:11.860 do something and you know at that time there was the coots blockade and the windsor blockade and
00:24:16.740 there was things going on and i thought you know let's get to the border here in saskatchewan
00:24:21.680 so that's what we did we uh we first went to uh oh what is it called the portal north
00:24:30.840 north portal border crossing and we ended up calling the police ahead of time saying hey
00:24:36.880 we're going to go here we have landowner permission on private land off the highway
00:24:41.700 there's no intentions of blocking highways we want the support of those in the community
00:24:46.440 um there's people that need to use those border points so we're not we're not about to create a
00:24:51.400 problem and what ended up happening is six officers went to this retired farmer's old
00:24:57.920 this old man's house and intimidated him under the emergency act that they would seize his land
00:25:03.820 that they would do everything that they could possible and we get a phone call and says that
00:25:10.580 guys you can't come here anymore we're like what happened like he was so gung-ho he was supportive
00:25:16.120 of what we were trying to do and and he's just shaking on the phone and he explains to us how he
00:25:22.060 was intimidated by all these officers in his house and he he can't risk it it was unbelievable
00:25:30.200 let me ask you dylan what we ended up doing hang on is we uh we got on the phone one sec
00:25:38.700 one sec no actually please continue on i will continue my thought after your story here
00:25:52.060 you're going to have to unplug and plug back in again we've run into another wi-fi problem
00:26:06.900 okay this is dylan leger uh sorry leger he is uh possibly going to be fined 365 million dollars
00:26:18.420 seriously and up to three years in jail by the government of saskatchewan hopefully he can join
00:26:23.100 us rejoin us here on the show i shouldn't have interrupted he had a good story going there but
00:26:30.600 hopefully he gets back he's in a little hotel in a little town called barhead alberta which is about
00:26:37.500 an hour north of edmonton all right here he is again and so everything good we're doing the best
00:26:46.340 we can i guess oh this is frustrating but uh thank you for we're working through it uh yeah
00:26:52.080 i'm going to keep my stories a little bit shorter i'll break it up because i can hear
00:26:57.040 it's kind of lagging and maybe that's that's throwing things off so no that's okay so you
00:27:01.840 were talking about uh the old man who had the property being intimidated by those officers
00:27:06.400 under the emergencies act and he gave you guys a call and said you can't come here so please
00:27:11.100 continue from there that's correct so we talked to some local farmers and we got in touch with a
00:27:17.140 a local farmer at the north gate border crossing which is a very small border crossing but he said
00:27:23.780 come on down and we had uh there was three different farmers from different with their
00:27:30.380 tractors out there plowing snow in the field and uh and we didn't tell the officers this time that
00:27:37.180 we were moving we pulled into the field and we started setting up camp and then we see the u.s
00:27:47.240 border guy oh they know we're here and next thing you know there's about 10 cruisers coming down the
00:27:54.220 road setting up shop and babysitting us on private land did they become belligerent at all these
00:28:05.680 officers or were they just keeping an eye on you they were just keeping an eye on us however
00:28:13.900 they i lost some respect for them they what they would do is they sat on the highway
00:28:22.920 24 hours a day seven days and at night they'd have all of their lights off
00:28:28.760 so you'd have vehicles coming down the highway
00:28:31.900 and the officers would wait last minute and flick their lights on and make the make the car hit the
00:28:38.800 brakes they created a hazard and what was the reason that you needed to be so undercover
00:28:47.040 there was no need for that right i remember when the um candace that amazing woman um and the horse
00:29:01.280 trampled her there i'll never forget that day my mother called me and i don't speak to mom on the
00:29:09.540 phone very often and i couldn't understand what she was telling me she was so emotional i i thought
00:29:19.280 somebody had died and and i had not seen this clip yet i didn't know what was going on
00:29:25.260 and i broke down and i called crystal one of the organizers at the event and i said i'm going to
00:29:33.020 these officers i don't know what's going to happen i'm not going to get arrested but i need to say
00:29:39.780 something and i'm not afraid to admit it you know i'm i'm bawling i'm crying i'm emotional what is
00:29:47.900 going on in our country right now and i go up to the officer and i said did you see what happened
00:29:53.960 in Ottawa. And he says, no, we're instructed
00:29:57.940 not to watch anything. And I said, you need to watch
00:30:02.080 this. And I held up my phone as I'm tears and
00:30:05.960 crystals crying. And then the officer starts crying.
00:30:11.340 And I said,
00:30:12.620 this is happening. You're sitting here babysitting us. You're
00:30:17.720 enabling this problem. Come join us.
00:30:21.960 come take a knee come to the event he says we'll get fired immediately
00:30:27.500 and i know that but you know just things like that that that hurt
00:30:35.260 how do i have respect for for this person sitting here
00:30:41.240 when they're allowing this to happen by not saying no by not saying that this is not okay
00:30:48.120 let me ask you dylan um we've got i think three different kinds of officers we've got the ones
00:30:57.020 who have resigned uh they're very few but we do have some that have resigned based upon the tactics
00:31:02.940 and uh just these officers saying i'm only doing my job these guys couldn't do it and they just
00:31:12.880 quit on the spot and that comes from city police officers that also comes from rcmp members
00:31:19.260 we have rcmp members who are just doing their jobs and then we have the ones who are rather
00:31:23.980 enjoy what they're doing these guys who trampled the old ladies on horse these guys who probably
00:31:32.700 revel in keeping an eye on you these the calgary police officers who threatened and cursed and
00:31:40.100 almost tased a young kid for playing hockey on an outdoor rink a couple of years ago i'm sure
00:31:45.680 you've seen that there have been many different uh the officers that continue to confront people
00:31:50.840 like chris sky and other loud freedom voices across the country do you think these guys
00:31:58.080 really enjoy what they're doing i mean you've had some up-close encounters with these guys
00:32:03.380 oh that's a tough one to answer i i i want to believe in my heart they don't enjoy it
00:32:13.560 because at what point what is that what are we left with if they're truly enjoying this
00:32:19.780 did you see some of those text messages that were shared by the rcmp officers
00:32:26.920 who came to disperse the crowd the last couple of days in ottawa i did i did it's it's out there
00:32:35.880 it's it that group of officers proved it to be real and it's it's just like everything else that
00:32:42.600 we've we've witnessed and realized is we were we were labeled conspiracy theorists and and that
00:32:49.820 can't be true but it is true you're you're seeing it play out in front of you it's it's being
00:32:55.640 displayed there and and it might be a time for an attitude check of saying okay things aren't as i
00:33:03.260 thought they were i need to open up my mind a little bit to the reality of what's happening
00:33:08.020 there's still plenty of people out there with the cognitive dissonance that can't seem to get past
00:33:15.100 the idea that police may in fact enjoy what they're doing to otherwise peaceful canadians
00:33:21.540 who are only out there protesting for their rights as citizens of this country.
00:33:26.000 They're trying to uphold, as best they can, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:33:30.720 And yet the police seem to really revel in knocking these people down,
00:33:36.280 using whatever tactics they can use.
00:33:38.480 And they're using the kind of tactics that you would use on, you know,
00:33:46.080 a Waco-style situation or Jonestown situation.
00:33:50.840 They're actively targeting peaceful Canadians who would rather be anywhere else than doing what they feel they have to do to preserve the freedom of Canadians.
00:34:04.700 Treating us like terrorists and really enjoying it because after all, that's what they're trained for, I suppose, if they're part of a certain unit.
00:34:16.320 Let's get back to what happened in Yorkton.
00:34:18.380 So we, long story short, three and a half weeks, we camped out in the frigid temperatures at the U.S. border.
00:34:28.040 We decided that let's do something locally, and we created the Yorkton Meet the Truckers event.
00:34:39.140 My belief is this is now about creating conversations.
00:34:43.480 It's about creating an environment that people can come and feel welcome.
00:34:48.380 so this event was that's what it was meet the truckers come have a conversation with those
00:34:54.200 that went to ottawa and you know at that point in time that was the topic is what happened
00:35:00.600 is the media lying is it not lying and we were trying to give that opportunity for people to
00:35:08.640 to learn from those that went and we had over 400 people vehicles this massive convoy comes in on
00:35:18.600 often a town of 100 people maybe our convoy four times the residents of that town it was it was
00:35:28.660 incredible and big fire and fireworks and food and and the number one word i get from people
00:35:36.860 when we do this is therapy.
00:35:39.060 It's therapeutic.
00:35:41.380 Because contrary to what some might think,
00:35:44.800 we're not out there pushing this crazy agenda and narrative.
00:35:49.280 We're saying, hey, you're like I am.
00:35:52.420 Do you think this way?
00:35:53.520 And let's talk about it.
00:35:55.800 And isn't that the beauty of a free society
00:36:00.000 where you're supposed to be able to communicate?
00:36:06.860 dalin is frozen again we're going to have to get him to pop up here now uh no we're going to have
00:36:16.760 to get you to pop out and pop back in because i don't want to lose anything that you have to say
00:36:21.960 dalin uh what an extraordinary young man in telling the story of his experiences in the past
00:36:30.440 year a leader in all of this somebody who stood up to those police officers peacefully remember
00:36:40.100 I mean there's so many people who wanted to get up there eyeball to eyeball and fight with these
00:36:45.600 cops but you didn't do that Dallin I mean we're just talking about experiences with some of these
00:36:51.140 police officers some of these guys who were egging on violence it seemed like and yet you
00:36:57.560 managed to communicate with these guys without actually getting yourself physically engaged with
00:37:05.860 them that must have been difficult as well you must have felt yourself almost break free from
00:37:11.620 that once or twice definitely definitely um to me i had the pleasure of meeting tamira and chris
00:37:21.120 on the convoy and everything that they stood for i felt i had to stand for because i believed in
00:37:28.680 what they were standing for so even though i was upset and yes a guy wants to swing
00:37:35.960 i had to think of the bigger picture here and i and i truly do believe look at what was
00:37:43.420 you look at any other country when i mean that many people to come together and that many emotions
00:37:50.420 oh it's a riot and to see canada stay true to our our uh what's the word our cliche how we're
00:38:02.100 friendly and oh sorry sorry all the time you know it just spoke so true and uh and i think that
00:38:10.800 spoke volumes we don't know what would have happened if if people started swinging and if
00:38:17.180 if it turned another level,
00:38:19.120 but I see what it accomplished without having to do that.
00:38:23.360 And I'm proud of that.
00:38:24.680 I'm proud of everybody that stood there on the front line and was pepper
00:38:28.780 sprayed and rubber bulleted and hit with mallets and, and took it.
00:38:34.360 Oh, you guys are your heroes. You know, I,
00:38:37.140 I don't know if I could have done that. It's, it's incredible.
00:38:41.100 And it was all out of love, love for this country.
00:38:44.820 and i got beat for that let's uh let's get back to the yorkton situation uh what was the town
00:38:51.780 again of a hundred people where 400 showed up for the fireworks and just for as you were talking
00:38:57.900 about therapy very therapeutic for people to all get together those who you know are still critical
00:39:03.340 thinkers that was a small town called often saskatchewan and that's about 10 minutes away
00:39:11.580 from Yorkton, which is where I live. So you, you had a problem with police in Yorkton. I'm not
00:39:18.120 exactly sure what it is, and I don't want to screw up the story. So let's go with what happened
00:39:23.540 there. And then we're going to move on to, uh, to, uh, your situation with the government of
00:39:29.220 Saskatchewan regarding these ridiculous fines at jail time, because that we got to hear that story
00:39:33.920 too yeah yeah you know the no police the the bad with the police was when they intimidated that old
00:39:42.320 man um i had some interesting encounters with the conservation officers in regards to my my fight
00:39:49.740 because this is an environment act um so it wasn't uh you know rcmp that i was dealing with
00:39:55.660 um just so so the negative was at the uh at the u.s border when we were dealing with the police
00:40:02.820 there um that was about it i think uh i think we could get into the grain bag guy's story and uh
00:40:11.420 and how that all came to be so okay well here it is right here this is uh the story that comes from
00:40:17.360 fourtownjournal.com you had your court case last week says here farmer fined up to 306
00:40:24.800 i'm sorry i laugh again i should not laugh because i understand how intimidating this
00:40:29.760 could feel to you but it just seems so ridiculous like something out of mad magazine maybe that you
00:40:36.240 could be fined anybody could be fined up to 365 million dollars while you were doing something
00:40:42.260 that is good for the environment you're recycling ag plastics so can you tell us exactly dallen
00:40:49.020 what the hell happened here so there's there's some history i'm going to start with where the
00:40:58.160 business began um as i had mentioned i come from ontario at 19 years old i jumped in my pickup
00:41:06.100 truck and a dream as a farm kid is to come out to saskatchewan alberta and experience the vast
00:41:12.680 landscape and the big equipment so that's what i did and uh had just enough money to get out here
00:41:20.320 and i started my life i made saskatchewan my home and we'll fast forward a few years later
00:41:27.300 and i was burning a grain bag on a farm for those of you that don't know what grain bags are they
00:41:34.780 are a 450 pound piece of plastic it looks like a sausage in a field and farmers will fill them
00:41:43.840 up with grain at harvest time as a low cost temporary storage solution to store their grain
00:41:50.460 and in this picture here that is a rolled up grain bag there's several of them there
00:41:55.620 you can kind of individually see them and they would weigh about 450 pounds per roll
00:42:03.120 okay that's a lot of plastic when you would light them up they don't burn very well
00:42:11.460 you left this big smokestack and it wasn't good and i thought to myself plastic is recyclable
00:42:19.460 why aren't we recycling this and that was the start of ecogen x so i had a problem i didn't
00:42:29.620 know what the solution was and i went to saskatchewan polytechnic which is the trade
00:42:35.340 school here in saskatchewan and i said hey i've got this problem can you help me find a solution
00:42:42.220 and the professor was 30 years history in plastics recycling composites everything about plastics he
00:42:51.600 knows and he informed me that this is a high value plastic and that we can very easily and attainable
00:43:03.660 set up a recycling facility right here in our province so i knew that this wasn't just a crazy
00:43:11.280 idea it had some potential and it had some merit behind it okay did you freeze again don't all
00:43:22.740 right you're gonna have to pop up pop back in again it's tough for me to tell you guys uh watching
00:43:29.820 right now when he freezes or when he's just taking a pause for maybe a breath or a throat clear or
00:43:33.800 something and it looks like he's frozen so dalen if you can hear me please pop back out pop back
00:43:39.820 in again, and we'll get you started where you left off. I would imagine what happens is because
00:43:49.640 he's on such a, let's call it a weak Wi-Fi signal at his hotel room in Barhead, Alberta, that
00:43:56.320 the signal degrades over a course of a few minutes. So, Dallin, can you hear me okay?
00:44:06.040 I can hear you. Can you guys hear me?
00:44:07.860 Yeah, we can hear you, but there's a big delay.
00:44:10.000 So if you could pop out and pop back in like you've been doing, that would be great.
00:44:15.780 Okay, so he's going to rejoin in just a second.
00:44:19.240 He's talking about EcoGenX, his plastic recycling company that he's just at this point finding out that, yeah, this is kind of a good idea from your professor.
00:44:32.260 We're just talking about Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
00:44:35.100 you had consulted with your professor that hey this is a pretty good idea maybe it's got some
00:44:39.340 merit you know getting these uh these grain bags recycled so what did you do after that
00:44:43.980 so we ended up getting satia our professor ended up applying to the federal government
00:44:50.440 and got a 1.5 million dollar grant to set up a testing and prototyping facility
00:44:58.040 right here in saskatchewan and this would be an opportunity for sas poly to develop
00:45:04.560 industry to train students and to to do exactly what they're there to do right and this this
00:45:12.380 equipment comes in we're ready to start testing and putting a product together
00:45:17.080 but the government was not wanting to work with me so i'm getting a little ahead of myself here
00:45:24.900 we're talking about the advancement of eco but all along i was up against a roadblock with the
00:45:31.540 provincial government here in Saskatchewan, as they enacted
00:45:35.360 a regulation in 2018 that dictates,
00:45:39.620 controls, manages how grain bags are recycled
00:45:43.480 on the farm level.
00:45:46.820 Now, I understand regulations are
00:45:51.340 important, but if they aren't brought in correctly,
00:45:55.580 and if I was getting better
00:45:59.440 results and listening to the farmers and their needs, I really felt that the Saskatchewan
00:46:06.260 government would come to the table and have a conversation with me to figure out how the
00:46:12.680 two entities could work together. But all I was met with was a brick wall. I was simply
00:46:19.900 told, no, we're not interested. And I'm stubborn. As you guys are getting to know me a little
00:46:28.340 bit here i'm pretty pretty passionate and determined person and to me no is not an answer
00:46:36.700 i needed an answer with a valid reason behind it why me going to a farm and collecting plastic
00:46:43.800 is illegal and they couldn't give it to me
00:46:48.060 so what after that did you just obviously you did something wrong because apparently you've
00:46:57.660 Yeah, we're still here. You've been fined $365 million or up to $365 million with up to three years in jail, Dallin.
00:47:07.540 So what happened after that? You being stubborn, you continued on with your project, even though the government told you no?
00:47:16.960 That's right. I believed that they would come to the table and start to represent their constituents.
00:47:24.840 Because it wasn't just me saying, hey, we have a problem here.
00:47:28.320 We had farmers calling their MLAs.
00:47:30.980 We had letters being sent to Premier Scott Moe and to the Environment Minister.
00:47:36.800 There was people advocating for a provincial program.
00:47:43.060 And why are we sending all this money to an Ontario nonprofit when we've got a small business, an entrepreneur here, willing to do the work?
00:47:52.980 It didn't make any sense.
00:47:54.840 so sorry i uh this is this internet's it's making this difficult um do you want to continue like
00:48:09.080 this or do you want to reschedule i'm not trying to no no shut this off on you i just it's tough
00:48:14.440 no no keep going man that's all right just tell the story we'll sit here and listen don't worry
00:48:18.700 you about it perfect okay um so uh 2017 is when i began ecogen x 2018 the government regulation
00:48:32.520 came into effect now little did i know at hindsight's 2020 um i didn't know that large
00:48:42.340 lobby organizations were working to push this regulation into effect and i didn't find out
00:48:49.600 about this till after i was charged and i was trying to understand why i'm left here facing
00:48:55.760 fines up to 365 million dollars in three years in jail i didn't do anything wrong
00:49:02.940 but that's that's how government works i found out and i should have had my eyes open sooner
00:49:13.180 but i thought these people were going to represent what what we needed in our province but not
00:49:18.740 not the interest of of organizations that aren't even here
00:49:23.460 and i and i dug deep and i dug in and i said no government let's have this conversation
00:49:31.600 And I stood my ground. And on March 16th of 2022, I had the conservation officer show up and hand me a summons to appear in court.
00:49:44.560 And then I knew that this was all real.
00:49:49.080 You know, it's.
00:49:53.840 I lost my train of thought here.
00:49:57.640 where do you uh what where would you like to know here shadow well you had the uh the conservation
00:50:07.380 officers show up and present you with the summons what was on the summons was it a court appearance
00:50:12.340 was it a ticket what what exactly did it say so it was a summons to appear charged under the
00:50:21.340 provincial regulation and this regulation is called the agricultural packaging product waste
00:50:27.720 stewardship regulation and basically there was a paragraph underneath of it that said
00:50:33.600 that i was non-compliant for 365 days and that the fines associated with this non-compliance
00:50:42.420 is a million dollars per day so that's a little a little intimidating i should back up a little
00:50:52.000 bit before before these officers showed up on my property about a month or two before
00:50:59.340 we gotta get you to pop out and pop back in i'm sorry about this guys again you know if you're
00:51:14.620 just joining the show now dylan is uh coming to us from a very small hotel room about an hour
00:51:20.980 north of edmonton in barhead alberta where uh the wi-fi isn't exactly the best uh the day did
00:51:28.540 not go as planned we had scheduled this interview a couple of days ago and and uh he was hoping to
00:51:33.200 be in a better situation than he is now but sadly he's not so hopefully we can just be patient as
00:51:40.000 he tells us this story uh the government not listening to the needs of farmers in saskatchewan
00:51:50.700 which is their number one industry agriculture so you'd think they would uh and going instead
00:51:55.560 with a company from
00:51:57.720 Ontario, a non-profit
00:51:59.400 company from Ontario to
00:52:01.520 continue on
00:52:03.460 the work that Dallin could do
00:52:05.600 better in Saskatchewan
00:52:07.420 hopefully he pops
00:52:09.540 back onto the show at some point
00:52:11.560 soon here
00:52:12.100 in the meantime, he's an
00:52:17.440 extraordinary young man, he has been fighting
00:52:19.600 this fight for over a year
00:52:21.580 now, well almost a year
00:52:23.340 and he had a court appearance last week i'm not sure if anything was decided but we're getting to
00:52:29.400 that and if he comes back hopefully he comes back i'm not seeing him in the in the backstage window
00:52:36.580 yet but if he does come back we get to find out exactly how everything went i do have stories
00:52:42.700 coming up a little bit later on tonight with the liberals and conservatives apparently in a
00:52:48.600 statistical deadlock when it comes to how would you vote if there was an election scheduled for
00:52:53.980 next week yes i know believe it or not bank deposit insurance limits are being reviewed
00:52:59.680 here in canada after the silicon valley bank collapsed last week and the swiss bank
00:53:07.540 suisse is in trouble how safe are canadian banks anyway there's a human rights tribunal
00:53:15.900 saying the quiet part out loud according to queen's lawyer bruce party we're going to get to
00:53:22.720 that a bc pharmacist has been suspended for faking covid vaccinations to avoid mandates
00:53:29.420 we will get to that there's a great thread on where the great reset actually began or at least
00:53:37.040 where champagne joshi thinks it began on twitter that i want to relay to you a little bit later on
00:53:43.420 So, guys, I do have more stuff coming up.
00:53:46.520 Here's Dallin again.
00:53:47.660 You went out to your car, brother.
00:53:49.400 We're going to try this.
00:53:50.400 Let's see if this is any better.
00:53:52.240 You know what?
00:53:53.020 I think it already feels better.
00:53:54.820 So, anyway, you had a conservation officer come onto your property.
00:53:58.900 Was it last June or July?
00:54:04.560 No, it was just a set.
00:54:08.460 I was charged in March, and it was just a couple months before that.
00:54:12.300 I was actually I was not at home I was on my way to Alberta here and I had a friend of mine
00:54:18.880 dropping his truck off at my shop on my property and he pulled in and he's seen two conservation
00:54:25.240 officer vehicles in the back of my yard and he goes up and he's like hello and they're like you
00:54:32.420 know where Dallin is and he knew what was going on eh so he was a bit of a smart ass and he said
00:54:38.660 Well, he's not here.
00:54:40.240 He's not in the back of the yard.
00:54:42.060 Did you try the house?
00:54:44.140 No, he didn't answer.
00:54:46.700 You know, that's kind of a hint to leave the property.
00:54:49.600 And, you know, I've got a no trespassing sign up right off the highway.
00:54:53.800 And, you know, it was just, it was weird.
00:54:56.880 So, buddy, he calls me and he says, this had happened.
00:55:01.880 Well, that's strange.
00:55:03.320 about an hour later i get a phone call from this conservation officer asking if we could meet for
00:55:09.480 a meeting i said well that's strange you were already at my property taking pictures
00:55:14.400 busted you know she had no idea that i knew she was there and it was just weird things like that
00:55:22.380 that were happening over over grain bags over plastic garbage so let me to be clear these
00:55:30.280 people entered your property without your permission or a warrant correct they did yes
00:55:34.840 is that not illegal or can conservation officers just do that from my understanding and i'm not
00:55:42.300 clear on this and i'm no lawyer or legal expert but they claim under the environment act to have
00:55:48.100 a broad range of powers so according to them it's totally legal for me you know you if you knock on
00:55:58.300 the door and you don't get an answer you leave you don't go around and start taking pictures of
00:56:03.220 a guy's property well we've also heard that there have been some conservation officers walking onto
00:56:08.040 people's land specifically in saskatchewan testing their water and so that's when scott moe came out
00:56:13.640 and signed the saskatchewan first act i believe it's called where they're not allowed not allowed
00:56:18.240 to do that anymore but uh that's neither here nor there let's talk more about your situation so uh
00:56:23.440 they come onto your land they take pictures they're gathering evidence for a court case i
00:56:27.280 would imagine yeah yeah yeah that's what and that's what they were doing because you know
00:56:31.840 before i was charged you know i kind of feel bad this crappy wi-fi has had me jump all over with
00:56:39.100 my story i can't keep it straight but um no and they when they showed up there was
00:56:47.040 how do i put this you know the business started in 2017 the regulation came into effect in 2018
00:56:54.000 and I realized there was going to be a problem with the way my business was progressing in
00:56:59.440 this regulation so I wrote Scott Moe and I said hey this regulation you enacted doesn't allow me
00:57:06.920 to do this this and this this is why it benefits the farmers and why it benefits our province and
00:57:12.440 it benefits the environment and it was like I was talking to a brick wall
00:57:17.760 now again i i wanted to believe the best of her politicians so i was a little old school i'd
00:57:26.880 stop in the office i'd say hey are you around can i chat there's always no he's not around
00:57:31.680 i'd pick up the phone i'd call but at least every year from 2018 to i was charged in 2022
00:57:40.920 there's a paper trail of emails going to government officials.
00:57:45.800 I kept pushing for that conversation.
00:57:49.320 And what I was pushing for was an exemption from this regulation
00:57:54.180 because as stated in the Environment Act,
00:57:57.400 exemptions can be granted by the minister to operate outside of a product stewardship program.
00:58:04.300 And that's what they call these things now.
00:58:06.260 And it all traces back to the sustainable development goals
00:58:09.600 and what they're pushing, and we'll touch on that a little bit later on
00:58:12.600 because, believe it or not, there's actually a connection here.
00:58:17.420 The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are here in this province,
00:58:23.480 and I'll touch on that later.
00:58:25.200 So I don't think it's shocking to many.
00:58:28.760 No.
00:58:28.920 But I was met with this brick wall, and I didn't understand why.
00:58:33.600 I even you know
00:58:38.520 Clean Farms who is the organization
00:58:43.060 that the government has chosen to work
00:58:44.960 with here and in my opinion
00:58:46.820 granted them a monopoly
00:58:48.060 they flew here to
00:58:50.720 Saskatchewan to meet with me
00:58:52.080 I went to Toronto to their
00:58:54.800 office to meet with them
00:58:56.000 again I wasn't
00:58:58.980 this scary I don't want to work
00:59:00.780 scary stubborn
00:59:03.100 guy here i was somebody that was actually trying to work with the government because at that point
00:59:07.540 in time i believed that they had my best interest at heart and those of you know the farmers
00:59:13.360 again this was all before ottawa right i didn't understand the capabilities of our government and
00:59:21.180 and why things were being done so i think what i like i'll skip because i just kind of touched on
00:59:29.540 it and it's relevant to what we're talking on now is now that i'm charged and i'm doing this
00:59:35.080 research and i'm trying to understand why because i'd be a fool if i just i didn't put the time in
00:59:42.320 right to understand what's happening and crop life canada is one of the biggest lobby it is
00:59:49.220 the biggest lobby firm in canada here on behalf of farmers and they're funded by members such as
00:59:56.240 bear and richardson and all the major ag companies now crop life canada is just a member of crop life
01:00:05.820 international now crop life international has i can't remember the number now but i believe it's
01:00:13.240 over 100 member associations you know crop life africa crop like this that that and there is an
01:00:19.860 agreement signed between the united nations and this was dated october 2nd of 2020 and it was a
01:00:27.380 letter of intent between crop life and the fao which was the uh the agriculture association there
01:00:37.140 of the united nations and it's sorry again losing my train of thought here but the connection is
01:00:46.820 there the agreement is signed crop life has um clean farms is crop life sister organization
01:00:57.540 crop life developed and made clean farms and crop life is also the same organization that is
01:01:03.940 lobbying scotmo and our provincial government and that could all be found on the sas lobby registry
01:01:09.960 so to me i sit here and wonder why am i in this position but it looks like a foreign entity and
01:01:17.960 and it that's what we're seeing now is these foreign entities are influencing our provincial
01:01:23.820 leaders to enact policy that benefits them but has nothing for there's no benefit for somebody
01:01:32.340 like myself or the farmer they claim there is but we're seeing those effects i'm feeling that
01:01:39.840 effect my business has now been shut down and i'm sitting here with these massive fines
01:01:44.760 because somebody way on the other side of the world said that we're supposed to be doing this
01:01:52.260 so crop life canada as you say funded by all the big uh agriculture players in the country and
01:01:59.100 maybe even in the world uh and all of these entities by the way are compromised by the world
01:02:04.960 Economic Forum and by the United Nations, including CropLife themselves and all of their affiliates
01:02:10.520 worldwide. So when they see somebody like you come in, you're the fly in the ointment, right?
01:02:16.180 You're the monkey wrench in the plan. You're coming in with this great idea, but they can't
01:02:19.980 have it because you are not part of the new world order. You're not part of the great reset. You're
01:02:26.460 just a guy with an idea from Saskatchewan, probably a better idea than anything they could
01:02:33.160 have cooked up on their own but you're the enemy now and you my friend are facing not just the
01:02:40.300 government of saskatchewan not just the government of canada but you are actually facing indirectly
01:02:46.740 the united nations and the world economic forum and all of the monetary might that they have
01:02:54.160 and so when they come to you and you know and it makes you wonder do these conservation officers
01:03:00.880 of which there are many more now than there were
01:03:03.360 when you were first approached by them
01:03:05.920 because they did a big hiring blitz in this past year
01:03:08.560 and they will be just entering anybody's property
01:03:12.080 whenever they see fit to do so
01:03:13.680 to test water or to check on the health of your livestock
01:03:18.780 or whatever the case may be.
01:03:21.880 I wonder if any of these people understand exactly what they're doing,
01:03:26.600 who they're doing it for, and why.
01:03:29.220 the answer to that would be probably not it's like a mafia situation dallant
01:03:36.180 who sits at the head of the pyramid still i believe it's larry fink from blackrock and a
01:03:42.680 couple of others like him but i don't know for sure but in the meantime after everything was
01:03:49.760 happening with you um you had your day in court last week now was this your first court appearance
01:03:57.460 or had you been, uh, appearing in court up until like several times up until last week?
01:04:03.760 Yeah. See, I, I've actually lost count how many court dates I've had. Okay. Um, I, I think I'm
01:04:10.100 over 10 now. I believe my first one was April 11th, um, with me being charged, uh, the charge
01:04:17.580 paper, the summons to appear was dated March 2nd, but I got it on March 16th. Um, and I was in court
01:04:24.320 just weeks later and yeah for how backlogged our system is i have had over 10 court dates here
01:04:35.140 since being charged now i will be honest and say this is this is myself and i won't use the word
01:04:42.680 delay that is the word the crown is using he keeps saying i'm delaying this well i have a right to a
01:04:48.620 trial and when you're taking on the government and and the crown those lawyers for one are pretty
01:04:56.500 difficult to find for two they're not cheap for three you just shut down my business now i have
01:05:02.340 to focus on surviving through this financial crisis that we're living through and fund a lawyer
01:05:10.100 so it was very difficult um but i found a lawyer out of regina and he came on board and he helped
01:05:17.640 me for the first uh seven court dates and they were just your standard protocol as far as i'm
01:05:25.260 concerned it's it's just it's a waste of money um and that's and that's what they want is for me to
01:05:32.120 go broke and others like me to go broke and not be able to get to the courtroom to defend myself
01:05:36.820 i truly believe that now at the beginning of this i was so excited for the courtroom
01:05:42.720 now that i know what's happening i'm absolutely terrified but i still am
01:05:49.900 am optimistic and believe that i can win this um but anyways um
01:05:58.480 i since uh since putting my not guilty plea in and again i'm no lawyer i'm no legal expert here
01:06:08.140 But the lawyer had explained to me that, look, there's some precedent setting case.
01:06:13.280 And basically, if I don't believe that you can pay my bill, I can step down as your counsel at the point.
01:06:21.060 The last point I can step down is once you put your plea in.
01:06:24.300 Once you put your plea in, I'm stuck with you.
01:06:27.180 And he thought that this would cost about $40,000 for him to run the trial.
01:06:31.580 so when I finally said not guilty to the judge he said judge like I have to step down as counsel
01:06:38.660 and I can't represent Alan no longer so that was you know I knew that was coming my lawyer
01:06:44.660 had warned me of that and I was trying to fundraise the money and do what I could
01:06:48.820 but I couldn't make him feel confident that he would have $40,000 in another couple months
01:06:55.780 and that's understandable i don't know who could um unless yeah there's some people but
01:07:02.700 not i can't and so what ended up happening was the crown pushed for my trial to be set
01:07:09.760 um i didn't have much of a choice so i said okay i'm gonna be self-representing myself for the
01:07:15.860 trial and that was scheduled for march 15th now i'm so thankful to say and to like brandon miller
01:07:25.140 who represented the truckers through the emergency act hearing stepped up to
01:07:29.740 represent me.
01:07:31.080 So I have Brendan Miller going to bat for me against the Saskatchewan
01:07:35.500 government now.
01:07:38.400 And like my face lights up because for what that man is so busy right now
01:07:47.100 fighting a fight that none of us even have an idea what he's involved with,
01:07:51.420 but yet he still finds the time to help me out and take on this case and he's not
01:07:56.240 I give him a call he answers the phone you know it's incredible so yeah I've got Brendan Miller
01:08:03.200 here and he is uh he's taking this all the way he believes in my stand he believes in the farmers
01:08:09.540 I shared some stories with him um you know it's incredible so I finally feel like I've got that
01:08:16.260 leg to stand on i've got somebody that i've seen go to bat for me once already um through the
01:08:24.340 emergency act hearing right he represented every one of us so yeah yeah incredible so what ended
01:08:31.020 up happening was uh the trial was set for march 15th but i had just retained brendan i want to
01:08:37.200 say a couple days before it literally came down to it was it was the final week um my trial was
01:08:45.320 was coming up and i was having to self-represent myself and i ended up getting the ten thousand
01:08:51.340 dollars together through the help of donations from the companies i worked for and put the
01:08:57.300 retainer together brendan appeared in front of the judge and uh and basically said look we can't
01:09:04.280 we can't have a trial here that's not justice to my to my client and uh and we're gonna need some
01:09:10.020 time so i go back to court again on monday um i don't quite know what's on the docket for that
01:09:17.240 but uh brendan will be handling it so as of right now there's no trial date set
01:09:22.960 but uh we'll see what happens as we as we go forward here so
01:09:28.560 what kind of stress have you been under this past year man
01:09:31.740 uh i've had friends tell me they don't recognize me anymore
01:09:37.260 um the complement of skin and bones because i have no appetite it's i i don't have a moment
01:09:47.880 in my day where i don't feel stress i never wanted this i i set out to solve a problem i'm i'm a
01:09:57.700 pretty reserved quiet person and those two that know me know that to be true i i don't go out
01:10:02.940 i never did a facebook live before going to ottawa i'm not a social media guy
01:10:08.500 and all of a sudden i've got 1.5 million views on my ecogenics hashtag and and there's thousands
01:10:15.040 it's incredible but people want to watch and see and support somebody that has character
01:10:23.420 is willing to stand behind that character and not sway i keep saying we're in this mess that we're in
01:10:30.980 because we were too complacent and to continue to sit here and enable the uh by not doing anything
01:10:40.800 you're enabling the complacency or you're enabling the corruption sorry i said no i'm not going to be
01:10:49.040 complacent no longer i'm going to do something about this and and that's kind of where we are
01:10:53.980 i made that choice i'm going to live with the stress that i feel every day because of that
01:10:58.760 but i do put blame on my government for this stress that i feel because as i've said before
01:11:06.680 this was a door that had to be opened the minister on the other end the environment of ministers who
01:11:14.520 could have granted me that exemption then we have our mlas we have so many doors could have been
01:11:20.280 open but they stood behind it and they barricaded it they didn't want that conversation to occur
01:11:27.200 And had they represented, sorry, I shouldn't even say that.
01:11:30.880 Had they given me an opportunity to listen and say, hey, the year that I was charged, I recycled, I have a recovery rate of over 200%.
01:11:40.960 We look at Clean Farms' recovery rate for the same year, it's 64%.
01:11:48.140 I had no environmental harm to the environment while Clean Farms did not collect millions of pounds of plastic and was paid for it.
01:11:56.220 had they sat down and had that conversation with me,
01:11:59.980 they would have had a responsibility to do something about it, I feel.
01:12:03.260 And that's why that conversation wasn't had.
01:12:05.960 And I'm the one paying the price.
01:12:06.980 They couldn't do anything because they had their hands tied
01:12:10.960 by the World Economic Forum and the United Nations.
01:12:14.860 And, you know, you probably had the best idea of anything they heard,
01:12:19.420 but they couldn't go with it because they were already obligated.
01:12:24.220 and they didn't they didn't obligate themselves to that that was from a previous government's
01:12:30.380 previous government previous government this whole thing has been in the works for many many years
01:12:36.240 and it's all now just coming to a head and you came along exactly at the wrong time with a great
01:12:42.080 idea my friend um and and that's a sad situation because you're you're young enterprising very
01:12:48.980 very innovative uh it seems to me uh also you've got a stubborn streak inside of you the like of
01:12:55.960 which many of us can't say that we've ever seen before uh the support comments that are coming
01:13:02.560 in here from people are astounding uh they are all behind you uh dallin and they're wondering
01:13:09.980 some of them if you have a give send go that's set up i do um i the easiest you know a link
01:13:18.920 the easiest thing give send go and my name dallin legere and it's pictured on the bottom here
01:13:24.600 of the screen um just type that into your search engine and it'll pop right up
01:13:29.480 i believe that the title is uh help dallin challenge the saskatchewan government
01:13:34.420 um and i've raised on there i believe the amount is at eighty nine hundred dollars so far
01:13:40.500 which has been incredible um yeah the support is there i'm just going to throw this up on
01:13:48.600 the screen here. So here it is, you guys, like Dallin said, it is give, send, go.com slash
01:13:55.400 Dallin Legere. That's D-A-L-L-O-N-L-E-G-E-R. I'm going to share this in the Rumble stream and in
01:14:03.920 the Facebook and Twitter stream. So you guys, if you would choose to, and again, you know what,
01:14:08.920 I don't put this up here saying, well, you're absolutely going to make another $2,000 right
01:14:13.920 now, Dallin. I mean, like, uh, the situation here is that if people, and this is always the case
01:14:20.540 on this show, as you guys know, uh, you guys who are watching right now, uh, if you feel as though
01:14:26.360 Dallin's cause is just, and he is doing the right thing, then you are absolutely able to donate to
01:14:34.340 his cause on your own free will here. Okay. This is not about anybody forcing anybody to do anything
01:14:42.840 at all if you and and you know dylan the thing about the reason i say that is because in so many
01:14:51.060 instances we hear the question and i suppose it's a valid question in certain circumstances
01:14:57.240 where's the money going right well what we can understand from your situation is that you've
01:15:03.640 been imperiled by the saskatchewan government for quite some time uh you had a lawyer who had to
01:15:09.320 leave you because you couldn't afford to pay him even though you did the best you could and and
01:15:13.740 you know to raise forty thousand dollars in a limited amount of time not an easy thing to do
01:15:18.580 how how did you manage to get brendan miller did you just call him on a whim or did he contact you
01:15:27.880 how exactly did you get in touch with each other honestly linkedin i sent him a message on linkedin
01:15:36.520 and I said it was just a short little blurb as I know he's busy and I said this is who I am
01:15:42.680 this is what I'm facing would you be interested in a conversation and I kid you not it was less
01:15:49.020 than 15 minutes later I get a response from Brendan Miller wow and I sent a little bit more
01:15:56.380 back to him then he sent me his phone number he said let's have a chat filled him in on things
01:16:01.180 he said yeah i'll take this on i'm really busy but i'll take this on so it was it was a message
01:16:08.120 on linkedin now in stating that you know i i feel that ever since going to ottawa people got an
01:16:16.780 opportunity to really see who i was and what i stood for and that that means it means a lot to
01:16:23.980 me for one but i met a lot of amazing people and i think there was some some help in the mix of
01:16:30.600 getting brendan to uh to chat with me because i still don't understand you know why but on the
01:16:39.640 same token i believe that brendan is a man of integrity and honor and he wants to fight for
01:16:44.800 us canadians he put that on display and he sees this little guy that started a business up and
01:16:49.700 just got shafted yeah and i believe that's why you know there's nothing else in this for him
01:16:56.660 So, you know, it's interesting. I know of several high profile freedom fighters across the country who know of your situation. So and you know who they are. And we're not going to be naming names here tonight, but I think that they may have may have helped you out in this situation.
01:17:15.140 and and finally here's a guy who gets a lifeboat after a year and a half of this nonsense and
01:17:23.980 insidious behavior from the government uh so what does brendan think your chances are of
01:17:30.460 beating this whole thing to be honest uh i i i never talk about the court stuff on live and
01:17:38.780 And the reason I don't is the government is watching me extremely, extremely close.
01:17:44.800 I'll say this, the Four Town Journal article that you posted, there was a minister of this province that reached out to him immediately the next morning.
01:17:54.760 The next article I did, the MLA responded immediately, claiming, I'm not your MLA.
01:18:00.420 And then I did a radio show, and he said, the amount of government officials that called and requested your interview, this is shocking.
01:18:11.900 Something's going on here.
01:18:13.600 So when I do these interviews, I really share what got me here, who I am, and what we can kind of expect.
01:18:20.860 But I try to leave the court stuff out of it.
01:18:24.920 He's positive.
01:18:26.180 He's optimistic.
01:18:26.960 I don't think he'd be taking my money if he thought that we didn't have a chance here.
01:18:32.740 He knows that my life is on the line, my reputation, everything, what I believe in here.
01:18:39.040 And I've, you know, I'm an entrepreneur, a small business.
01:18:43.280 I had to second mortgage my house to start the business.
01:18:46.700 I've got a lot of debt that had occurred building up to be shut down.
01:18:49.940 And he understands that.
01:18:51.180 So I guess to answer your question, he feels good.
01:18:54.380 um there's a direction we're going i just i haven't got approval to say publicly or not
01:19:00.480 and i apologize for that but uh i just i have to be conscious that these government guys are
01:19:07.300 out to get me and and i still don't it's it's maddening so look man um i can't even begin to
01:19:20.100 imagine what you're facing i've faced a lot in the past few years myself when it comes to uh being
01:19:28.540 watched by certain elements of the government and i you know at some point you start to think that
01:19:36.580 when i turn this corner there's going to be a couple of these thugs waiting around there to
01:19:40.500 remind me that i'm being watched or that they could be knocking on my door at any time of day
01:19:46.120 or night uh with uh summons or tickets or something for something they've trumped up on you
01:19:52.820 i get that i know that i've had that happen to me but i have never had any major monetary
01:19:58.980 threats made to me you have 365 million dollars worth plus all of the debts you incurred trying
01:20:08.780 to get the business up and running in the first place and now i don't know how you're managing
01:20:13.540 to make ends meet day to day what are you doing like why are you in barhead alberta tonight i work
01:20:19.200 for a company as a sales rep uh near alta manufacturing and they do uh grain baggers
01:20:25.580 and grain extractors and augers so the same same industry that i was in i was recycling the grain
01:20:31.400 bags and selling the grain bags these guys manufacture the equipment to put the grain in
01:20:36.320 them and take them out of them so for the last two months i've been traveling around the prairies
01:20:41.380 with an extractor behind me and showing farmers how to how to use their equipment
01:20:46.140 so I'm on the road basically every day of the week I went back to work on a farm
01:20:52.940 I'm doing what I have to do to survive but like I said it's it's very difficult to not have the
01:21:00.060 revenue I still have well here's a perfect example before I was charged you know you build up your
01:21:07.260 business you get to a point of okay we have to expand well i was doing this out of a small town
01:21:12.980 house in canora saskatchewan and a farmer had donated me about three acre yard site that was
01:21:18.760 it was mud and this property came up for sale just outside of yorkton it was 40 acres
01:21:24.820 it was an old chicken barn it was built in 2008 so it's not even an old barn
01:21:30.340 but unfortunately same thing with him COVID came and a bunch of regulations things happened
01:21:37.860 and he wasn't able to fill that barn up with chickens again and I come to learn of it and say
01:21:44.780 hey well I don't want to do chickens I want to do a recycling plant and your barn and facility is
01:21:50.880 perfect and the 32 acres of yard site is perfect to have all my all these rolls of plastic and
01:21:57.160 expand so i went into an agreement with this farmer to purchase this property
01:22:02.800 we're talking 50 000 square feet of storage space heated shop everything that was needed for the
01:22:11.140 facility to be built when i was in kenora i had two problems i needed a building and i needed the
01:22:17.580 equipment well i was able to solve the building problem now the next problem i needed to do was
01:22:23.760 find a million dollars which sounds like a lot of money and it is a lot of money but it was a
01:22:28.760 million dollars is what i needed to buy the equipment to recycle all of saskatchewan plastic
01:22:34.320 here in our province now we're talking eight million pounds a year we're talking a potential
01:22:41.940 revenue of over two dollars a pound so we're talking a very profitable um successful business
01:22:49.720 and in saying that the goal was and the farmers knew that every farm i'd go to and have this
01:22:57.080 conversation they knew what i was trying to achieve was let's start paying farmers for this
01:23:02.100 plastic through the recycling plant if the end goal is truly to recycle the plastic if that's
01:23:08.060 what this regulation was intended for then let's give the farmers what they want the problem with
01:23:14.860 that as you've mentioned and i've kind of mentioned is i become a threat to this government mandated
01:23:21.020 program i become a threat to their revenue so when you were once a success giving the farmers exactly
01:23:27.340 what they wanted to the other guys who are unfortunately more powerful than our farmers
01:23:34.060 and that's that's sad to say um but they're controlling the world right now through policy
01:23:39.820 and regulation they're winning this is just the beginning um we need to show that those policies
01:23:50.460 and regulations and acts are not what is at the best interest of us here yeah i i think that
01:24:00.020 comes a time we're all going to have to stand up and fight back to that end
01:24:09.320 And as you pointed out earlier on in the show, when we were still on that horrendous Wi-Fi in your hotel room.
01:24:19.820 Yeah, this is much better.
01:24:21.860 I can now think this is going better.
01:24:25.620 Yeah, it is much better.
01:24:27.300 You talked about a gathering that happened in that small town near Yorkton of 100 people where 400 people showed up and you had fireworks.
01:24:36.960 and people felt that sense of togetherness, right?
01:24:40.840 The therapy that that brings us,
01:24:43.080 the feeling of good vibes that brings us.
01:24:47.300 I told you this on the phone the other day, Dallin,
01:24:50.100 that I have a plan to create an event
01:24:54.280 in the Yorkton area this coming July.
01:24:57.940 And we've got people who are currently working on it right now,
01:25:00.500 including a woman called Tegan King.
01:25:02.620 So guys, I'm going to give you her email right now.
01:25:06.040 It is Tegan, T-E-G-A-N dot King at Proton dot me.
01:25:14.880 She is looking for people to help her organize an event.
01:25:19.360 We're looking to get a place to do this.
01:25:23.800 We're looking at getting sponsors, definitely.
01:25:26.260 We're looking at getting some people to sponsor the event, to put money into this event,
01:25:30.760 to make it so that we can have just a fantastic party on the prairies.
01:25:36.040 right uh and i'll and we're not going to put the name freedom in this because what we want
01:25:41.540 is for everybody to come we can have those conversations on on site obviously and i do
01:25:48.580 know that a lot of people in that area are really on board with everything that we are doing to try
01:25:56.260 and stop this global monster from taking control of our lives uh what you've been doing the last
01:26:03.320 year or so in fighting back or even longer is remarkable and I'm certainly hoping that
01:26:10.360 if we all do get together and we're going to try and make that very possible that you will come
01:26:17.920 out and be one of the guests of honor for us so people can meet you shake your hand and just
01:26:24.080 get a sense of everything that you've been through I mean that would be very therapeutic
01:26:29.140 for many of us i think it would be you know that that's amazing i i'm still not i'm not used to
01:26:36.740 this and that's even the wrong words to say i'll give a funny example here at the movie premiere
01:26:42.440 of unacceptable in saskatoon we're at earl's the restaurant and and there's some like you said
01:26:48.240 high profile freedom fighter people there and we're walking around the guy i could hear him
01:26:53.720 that's the grain bag guy and i i could hear him and i'm kind of you know got a smile on my face
01:26:59.800 and he's like you're the grain bag guy so i turn around and i said yeah and i shake his hand and
01:27:04.980 he thank you so much and gave me such a firm handshake and you know it's incredible i'm not
01:27:12.520 used to that i never uh i never set out for any of this right i uh but i'm fighting the good fight
01:27:22.340 i i'm hoping to create a conversation the younger generation um yeah yeah you know there's a lot of
01:27:28.960 things i'm 31 years old um there's there's some my age that are awake and coming around but
01:27:38.300 you know there's a lot i was just told about a month ago by a friend of mine he's like if i've
01:27:43.080 only got five years left of freedom to live then i want to live that free and i don't want to think
01:27:49.520 about any of this and while i can understand that point and it's hard to respect that point
01:27:56.560 because if we all think that way again we've gotten ourselves into this point because of that
01:28:01.900 thought process if you know you have five years left of freedom you left you better fight like
01:28:07.540 hell to turn that into 10 or 20 or the rest of your life and people need to realize that
01:28:13.700 The clock is ticking. It's moving at a pace that hasn't moved before. It's being expedited right now. You look at the bank situation that you shared coming in. We talked about banks being connected to digital currencies and digital ID and all that. Conspiracy. It's happening and it's all the major banks all at once and it was never talked about.
01:28:40.880 You're getting an email with an agreement, and if you don't agree with it, well, bye-bye.
01:28:46.200 Yeah.
01:28:47.180 Well, look what happened with Jeremy McKenzie and several other people.
01:28:50.800 I think Ron Clark had his bank account frozen for a couple of days a couple of weeks ago.
01:28:55.800 Jeremy was completely debanked.
01:28:57.340 I'm not sure if he's found a new financial institution yet.
01:29:00.720 And we're going to be seeing more of this as time goes on.
01:29:04.380 As you say, the agenda has been moved up.
01:29:07.420 last August, there was an agreement signed between the United Nations and the World Economic Forum
01:29:12.700 to accelerate Agenda 2030. So, you know, we don't have the luxury of a lot of time here. What we do
01:29:20.040 have is people like yourself, Dallin, who have been fighting back to inspire others to stand up
01:29:26.700 and do the same. We understand what you're fighting against. And on the face of it, it looks as though
01:29:32.860 you're fighting against the government of saskatchewan but you're fighting against the
01:29:37.260 monster that is propping up the government of saskatchewan and every other provincial government
01:29:42.300 and the federal government of this country that's what we're really fighting against so look matt i
01:29:47.160 want to thank you for taking the time to tell the story tonight uh we managed to get through the bad
01:29:52.940 wi-fi and to the point where you had to go to your car to uh to get us a decent signal i admire your
01:29:59.520 strength and determination and your will uh and everything that that you have gone through in
01:30:06.360 terms of the stress but you managed to go out and get brendan miller man i mean that you're
01:30:12.560 resourceful as well yeah yeah that is and and i just want to say you know i think i've seen a few
01:30:18.900 people add me on facebook here just while this is on i'm sure that'll happen but if you want to know
01:30:24.320 my story you know it's this videos this is going to be amazing but i every day i'm posting little
01:30:31.320 snippets little videos the u.n agreement between crop life and uh and the u.s this is all going on
01:30:38.700 in my facebook twitter it's all out there because you guys need to see that this is public information
01:30:44.020 it's just hidden and the more that we can view that and see that hey this is even affecting
01:30:50.720 garbage on a farm oh we're in this deeper than we realize so you know the information is not
01:30:57.540 even hidden it's just dressed up in a nice bow they're making it sound like it's a wonderful
01:31:02.820 beautiful thing for everybody even though nobody ever voted on any of this nonsense
01:31:07.360 and who's to say that these people are right in the first place dylan thank you uh you guys go
01:31:14.000 give send go so it's give send go if you want to help support his case dylan's case against the
01:31:20.060 government of saskatchewan help dallen challenge the saskatchewan government give send go.com
01:31:25.680 slash dallen legere that is l-e-g-e-r dude thank you for coming on tonight really appreciate it
01:31:33.340 we'll have to talk again and we will talk about this event that i want to get going in the yorkton
01:31:39.260 area in july thank you dallen for coming on thank you so much all right uh we'll talk again there
01:31:45.920 is dylan legere you guys i mean i you know i knew about his story a few months ago a couple of folks
01:31:52.680 i know from saskatchewan told me about it it was uh difficult to reach out to dylan and then finally
01:31:58.320 we just connected earlier this week and i thought we've got to get this story out people need to
01:32:04.080 hear this story this kid has been fighting with everything he's got for the past year and a half
01:32:11.520 since he was first summonsed by the province of Saskatchewan,
01:32:16.420 and we all know exactly who they're really working for.
01:32:21.840 Here's a story from TNC.news.
01:32:24.020 Look at this.
01:32:24.700 I can't even believe this, but according to an abacus poll,
01:32:27.600 this is the latest thing that we've seen.
01:32:30.060 If there were an election to be held tomorrow,
01:32:33.840 the liberals and conservatives would tie in terms of votes.
01:32:41.520 Now, if you look at the distribution of the votes, the liberals would once again wind up with a minority situation because that's what's happened in the last couple of elections.
01:32:52.500 Technically speaking, there is a tie.
01:32:54.880 So what we've got right now are the conservatives with 33 percent, the liberals with 21 percent.
01:33:01.400 But that is within the range of statistical error.
01:33:06.980 So it could be the Liberals with 33%, the Conservatives with 31%, or it could be they both have 32%.
01:33:12.620 So it doesn't appear, according to David Coletto, that the Conservatives are picking up liberal losses.
01:33:19.500 I think what we've got in this country are a lot of politically homeless people.
01:33:25.420 Nobody wants to vote for Trudeau.
01:33:28.560 They'll begrudgingly vote for him.
01:33:30.620 People don't want to vote for Pierre Polyev.
01:33:33.100 They don't want to vote for Jagmeet Singh.
01:33:35.220 They don't want to vote for Maxime Bernier.
01:33:37.880 They don't even know who runs the Green Party.
01:33:40.900 The Bloc is always going to get their, what, 15 to 20 seats in Quebec.
01:33:47.480 So what's the answer?
01:33:52.260 Well, it's not political.
01:33:54.800 It's not political.
01:33:56.080 It is trying to somehow motivate the 30% of people who don't normally vote in any kind of election whatsoever, whether it's municipal, federal, provincial, to get them out to vote in the next election.
01:34:11.460 Only then can we turn things around.
01:34:13.460 The question is, who do we get them to vote for?
01:34:15.200 like do we have to start a whole new political party again or are we able to take over one of
01:34:25.140 these established political parties from the inside i think that people would like to vote
01:34:31.340 for the people's party of canada but they're not really sold on maxime bernier because of his
01:34:38.140 history with the conservative party of canada and his history with the world economic forum
01:34:43.380 He has been to Davos before.
01:34:45.880 Let's not forget.
01:34:47.780 This story from Global News.
01:34:49.120 Canada's bank deposit insurance limits being reviewed after the Silicon Valley bank collapse, says a trade group.
01:34:56.780 Interesting story posted by Global News.
01:35:00.000 Once again, they may be inching back over to becoming an actual news organization again, as opposed to a propaganda arm of the government.
01:35:08.480 Canada's bank deposit insurer is reviewing deposit insurance limits
01:35:12.460 to safeguard the country's financial system.
01:35:15.000 The head of the Bank and Trust Companies Association said yesterday
01:35:19.260 after the trade group called for better coverage.
01:35:22.900 This is interesting, guys.
01:35:24.060 Listen to this.
01:35:24.800 If you have money, that is.
01:35:26.960 The group representing the country, or if you know somebody who has money,
01:35:30.920 the group representing the country's medium and small banks
01:35:33.520 wrote to Finance Minister Freeland last month
01:35:35.920 urging the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation to double its coverage to $200,000 per depositor.
01:35:45.100 Canada has the lowest level of deposit insurance among G7 countries, the letter dated February 7th said.
01:35:51.480 The CDIC is reviewing their depositor insurance regime to make sure that it's effective,
01:35:56.940 said Andrew Moore, chair of the group in an interview.
01:35:58.920 They are always trying to make sure things are relevant.
01:36:01.860 So why would they be talking about this if they weren't even a little bit concerned that Canada's financial system and the banking system could be a threat?
01:36:13.840 Interesting.
01:36:14.960 There are financial experts all over the place, and you guys can go ahead and Google this yourself or use a different search engine
01:36:22.740 and see that perhaps Canada's financial and banking systems
01:36:28.720 are not as secure as people are telling you they are.
01:36:33.060 And there could be bail-ins happening in this country.
01:36:36.320 You may not even realize it.
01:36:39.480 We do know that some very large financial institutions in this country are in on it.
01:36:48.300 They are in on the ESGs.
01:36:50.140 They are completely sold on the World Economic Forum and the Great Reset.
01:36:56.820 And we showed that to you at the beginning of the show tonight.
01:36:59.560 If you joined us late, go back and watch a replay.
01:37:02.540 The first five minutes, TD Bank is going to mandatory digital banking on April the 24th.
01:37:09.180 And if you don't sign up for it, you'll be shut out of several different options that you have to do banking today,
01:37:17.580 including e-transfers and whatnot.
01:37:20.140 It's interesting. I didn't think that that was a real story until I had it verified by a couple of people that I trust who have banked with TD for the last 30 to 50 years. Seriously. And they say they'll be having a conversation with their bank.
01:37:39.360 This is an interesting story from Bruce Pardy, who is a law professor emeritus at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
01:37:47.380 Human Rights Tribunal says the quiet part out loud.
01:37:50.740 Listen to this story.
01:37:52.980 In June of 2021, an Ontario high school student tried to sign up for a summer program.
01:37:59.260 He was rejected because he was white.
01:38:02.340 the summer up quote unquote program sponsored by the ontario government was open only to black
01:38:09.800 students his father filed a complaint with the ontario human rights tribunal alleging
01:38:15.020 racial discrimination last november the tribunal dismissed the complaint saying the quiet part
01:38:20.620 out loud white people wrote the tribunal cannot claim discrimination i recall being told that
01:38:30.600 when I worked at the News Talk radio station in Winnipeg,
01:38:34.760 owned by Chorus Entertainment a few years back
01:38:37.000 by somebody who was fresh out of journalism school.
01:38:40.780 White people can't say discrimination.
01:38:43.200 I said, why not?
01:38:44.880 Well, they just can't.
01:38:46.320 They didn't have the answer to the question that I asked them, of course,
01:38:49.400 but that was definitely something they learned in journalism school.
01:38:53.440 The law appears to say otherwise.
01:38:55.420 Under the Ontario Human Rights Code,
01:38:57.420 every person has a right to equal treatment without discrimination.
01:39:01.560 The code, however, has a loophole.
01:39:03.800 Special programs are exempt.
01:39:06.300 Special programs give special treatment.
01:39:08.900 They discriminate to assist disadvantaged persons or groups
01:39:13.060 to achieve or attempt to achieve equal opportunity.
01:39:17.640 So they discriminate
01:39:19.280 to assist disadvantaged persons or groups.
01:39:27.420 so we are going to discriminate to avoid discrimination you see
01:39:34.920 that's what this whole woke thing is about cockeyed two plus two equals five
01:39:42.540 double speak double think they don't care as long as they get what they want they don't care how
01:39:49.560 many rules of nature they break or how many rules of mathematics or science it doesn't matter to
01:39:55.400 them. What matters to them is the end. Do they get what they want? And do we back down from that
01:40:01.920 fight? So far, they've been winning. A government company or organization like a school board can
01:40:10.480 apply to designate a discriminatory program as a special program, and that puts them in the loophole
01:40:17.760 from the human rights tribunals. The Summer Up program had not been designated as a special
01:40:24.220 program but the tribunal determined it met the requirements anyway which the code empowers it to
01:40:28.960 do if a program discriminates against the correct groups it will fit within the exemption as a matter
01:40:35.700 of course the tribunal wrote an allegation of racial discrimination or discrimination on the
01:40:41.240 grounds of color is not one that can be or has been successfully claimed by persons who are white
01:40:47.440 and non-racialized.
01:40:49.760 The statute that purports to prohibit discrimination
01:40:52.800 authorizes it instead.
01:40:58.660 It's not just the Human Rights Tribunal.
01:41:01.300 For almost 40 years, the Supreme Court of Canada
01:41:04.040 has eviscerated legal equality.
01:41:07.100 The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom states
01:41:09.020 that every individual is equal before and under the law
01:41:12.360 and has the right to equal protection
01:41:14.820 and equal benefit of the law without discrimination.
01:41:18.560 But the court has given it the opposite meaning.
01:41:22.580 Like the Human Rights Code, the Charter has an equity exception.
01:41:25.760 And like the tribunal, the court has made the exception into the rule.
01:41:30.240 The Charter, the court insists,
01:41:32.840 requires not equal treatment between individuals,
01:41:35.400 but equal or comparable outcomes between identity groups.
01:41:40.220 The charter does not merely allow discrimination against certain groups, the court said,
01:41:46.080 but sometimes requires it.
01:41:48.160 For instance, in 2020, the court declared unconstitutional
01:41:51.680 an RCMP job-sharing scheme that enabled employees to work part-time if they chose to.
01:41:58.620 The voluntary program was open to men and women.
01:42:01.720 Since part-time employees worked fewer hours, they earned lower pension entitlements.
01:42:06.720 More women than men chose to enroll, and as a result, more women than men ended up with lower pensions.
01:42:13.120 The program was unconstitutional because the rules of the program were the same for men and women.
01:42:20.260 Other courts, of course, have followed suit.
01:42:22.740 In December of last year, the Ontario Divisional Court declared a standardized math test for teacher candidates unconstitutional.
01:42:30.840 East and Southeast Asian and white candidates passed the test more frequently than black and indigenous test takers.
01:42:37.720 Therefore, the court concluded the test was discriminatory,
01:42:41.960 which occurs when neutral laws have a disproportionate impact on members of immunerated, sorry, enumerated or analogous groups.
01:42:50.140 The court did not care why different groups passed the test at different rates.
01:42:54.640 The fact of disparate success was enough to bring use of the test to an end.
01:43:01.400 Justice is supposed to be blind.
01:43:04.860 Blind justice means that the same rules and standards apply to everyone without arbitrary distinctions.
01:43:11.300 When the law treats people as individuals rather than as members of groups,
01:43:15.160 it does not matter whether they're black or white, man or woman, straight or gay, rich or poor.
01:43:21.160 The law should not care who you are.
01:43:23.700 Unlike Canadians, Americans have a right to equal treatment, at least in principle.
01:43:29.920 The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of their Constitution and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 require it.
01:43:36.680 The American legal system still contained within it, albeit imperfectly,
01:43:40.900 the essence of Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream of a society in which people are judged by the content of their character
01:43:47.760 as evidenced in their actions rather than the color of their skin.
01:43:52.780 The U.S. Supreme Court will soon decide a challenge to Harvard University's race-based undergraduate admissions process
01:43:59.180 which complainants allege discriminates against Asian and white applicants.
01:44:04.000 In the U.S., equal protection is still the legal test.
01:44:09.640 In Canada, legislatures, courts, and tribunals have rejected equal protection,
01:44:14.740 but they're not the only ones.
01:44:16.540 Professional regulators, universities, and other public institutions have piled on too.
01:44:21.680 The Law Society of Ontario insists that in the practice of law,
01:44:25.340 there are too many of certain kinds of people and not enough of others.
01:44:29.880 It aims to socially engineer the profession's demographic makeup
01:44:33.420 and to require lawyers and firms to comport with mandatory equity, diversity, and inclusion measures.
01:44:42.200 Universities offer admission processes, support programs, and faculty positions
01:44:46.440 for which only certain races are eligible.
01:44:50.140 Government agencies offer grants and other benefits to specific identity groups.
01:44:55.340 Preferential measures, distinguishing between people by their color, lineage, gender, and sexuality are becoming the order of the day.
01:45:04.720 It's time to say the other quiet part out loud.
01:45:08.960 Canadians have not agreed to be treated unequally.
01:45:14.680 Bruce Pardy is Executive Director of Rights Probe and Professor of Law at Queen's University.
01:45:21.200 What a great piece that is.
01:45:22.840 And that, my friends, is the way our society has gone and continues to go.
01:45:29.640 They are discriminating to be non-discriminatory.
01:45:34.440 Ultimately, you know, I brought this up on the show last night when a conservative spokesperson
01:45:39.860 or conservative talking head was asked by somebody to define wokeism.
01:45:44.420 They couldn't do it eloquently within the first 30 seconds of being asked that question.
01:45:49.400 Well, that would be the answer that you should give.
01:45:52.840 They discriminate to be non-discriminatory.
01:45:59.980 Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?
01:46:01.940 That's what they do.
01:46:02.840 It is a world of, it's clown world.
01:46:05.420 We've seen it described so many times
01:46:08.020 in so many different memes
01:46:09.140 on every social media platform there is.
01:46:11.480 It's clown world.
01:46:13.600 Now, what have we been doing about it?
01:46:15.820 Those of us who actually still have the capability
01:46:18.560 of critical thinking and logic and common sense?
01:46:23.500 Nothing.
01:46:24.320 That's the problem.
01:46:25.360 Some people have been stepping up and fighting back,
01:46:27.700 but I think a lot of us are intimidated
01:46:30.300 by the ferocity with which they come back at us.
01:46:34.400 For example, there was a great example of this
01:46:38.100 the other night.
01:46:40.120 Our friend Christine Ronsere,
01:46:41.740 who's going to be joining the show on Friday night,
01:46:43.680 went to speak at a budget meeting
01:46:45.680 at City Council in Winnipeg.
01:46:48.560 and she was going to talk about those books and libraries,
01:46:52.840 those sexually explicit books and libraries
01:46:54.760 that are accessible to kids age four, five, six years old.
01:46:58.820 And before she could even get started,
01:47:00.480 a special point of order was brought up
01:47:02.620 by one of the city councillors called Sherry Rollins,
01:47:04.940 who said, I want to object right now at a point of order
01:47:07.740 that this is going to be hate speech.
01:47:09.140 And the mayor, Scott Gillingham,
01:47:11.160 got up and excused himself from the room.
01:47:13.440 He did not want to hear Christine's speech to counsel.
01:47:18.560 no explanation was given.
01:47:26.580 Should they be allowed to get away with this?
01:47:28.700 Of course not.
01:47:29.760 But they say it to us
01:47:32.460 in such condescending, forceful ways
01:47:35.580 that we're left completely astounded,
01:47:37.780 aghast by their attitude.
01:47:39.280 Like they feel so morally superior to us,
01:47:42.480 it's outrageous.
01:47:45.080 And I think maybe our side needs
01:47:48.040 a little bit more swagger
01:47:49.440 and force behind what
01:47:52.100 we say. We can't shrink. We can't
01:47:54.240 back down from those clowns.
01:47:56.460 They speak nonsense
01:47:58.100 and gobbledygook.
01:47:59.960 They can never answer a straight question
01:48:02.200 with a straight answer. It never
01:48:04.140 happens.
01:48:07.640 We
01:48:08.200 can.
01:48:09.960 So it's time to stand up and
01:48:12.120 get our stories right. First of all,
01:48:14.560 grow a spine and stand
01:48:16.320 up to the clowns.
01:48:18.040 the clown world we have to take it back guys i mean like if we look at you know how far that
01:48:24.740 they have moved it will shock a lot of you that's why i gave you the story last night about that
01:48:31.460 54 year old man with five kids who went to live with a couple he knew as a five-year-old girl
01:48:38.200 and the story came from night was it 2016 this has been going on for quite some time
01:48:44.480 normal society has been accepting this kind of ridiculous behavior whereas 10 years ago it would
01:48:51.460 have been thought of as as mental illness but now it's like no you go girl
01:48:56.820 and somewhere we missed the memo along the way we didn't get it or we just buried our heads in
01:49:06.440 the sand and let's face it we did i'm guilty of this as well we buried our heads in the sand we
01:49:11.160 went ah this is going to go away the pendulum is going to swing back don't you worry it won't
01:49:16.020 unless we force it back because they the woke idiots are holding the pendulum hostage right
01:49:22.140 now they're not letting it swing back here's a story from tnc.news bc pharmacist suspended for
01:49:31.280 faking covid vaccination to avoid mandates once again another clown world story under the threat
01:49:38.360 of losing his job for failing to comply with these ridiculous vaccine mandates and the plethora of
01:49:43.960 other restrictions placed on the unvaccinated a bc pharmacist pharmacist faked his vaccination
01:49:50.040 records and has now paid the price in the form of a suspension earlier this month the college of
01:49:56.380 pharmacists of bc announced its 30-day suspension of after bakmed shake after receiving a complaint
01:50:03.220 The acknowledged statement of fact claims that in August of 2021,
01:50:07.460 Sheik entered COVID-19 vaccination onto his pharmacy's records without actually receiving the shots.
01:50:13.740 I wonder how they knew that.
01:50:15.560 Oh, I'll bet somebody finked on him.
01:50:19.140 He recorded that another pharmacist was the authorizing pharmacist and injection administrator for both vaccinations.
01:50:24.920 The other pharmacist was not aware of the registrant's actions.
01:50:28.320 Oh, I see. That's how it happened.
01:50:30.340 He lied. He bald-faced lied.
01:50:31.820 additionally it is so and so what i don't want this shot this should never have been
01:50:38.100 a question posed to any of us to keep our jobs and yet here we are additionally it said that
01:50:44.180 shake purposefully obfuscated his record to make it harder to find by changing the spelling of his
01:50:49.740 name and date of birth as a result of the investigation shake is suspended for practicing
01:50:55.180 until april 11th and will not be able to oversee pharmacy students until 2025 i'm not sure if that's
01:51:00.560 terrible penalty or not champagne joshy if you guys are not following him on twitter i suggest
01:51:06.440 you do that first follow me at shadow davis s-h-a-d-o-e-d-a-b-i-s and then go follow this guy
01:51:13.320 uh he puts out a mega thread here i was going to go through tonight but you know what i mean here
01:51:18.540 we are almost two hours into this show it would take me at least 20 minutes to get through all of
01:51:23.620 this it's interesting he makes an attempt to lay out the extensive timeline of events with sources
01:51:29.840 for reference and he does a great job of it i've read through this a couple of times already
01:51:34.000 leading to what the world economic forum and world leaders like to call the great reset the fourth
01:51:40.040 industrial revolution everything that led up to it now this is this is champagne joshy's opinion
01:51:46.320 i believe it goes much further back but if you guys want to check it out on twitter champagne
01:51:53.040 joshy follow him uh what else have we got for you here oh yeah gavin newsom he's the governor
01:51:59.780 of a little state called California
01:52:01.740 celebrates the EPA's
01:52:04.060 decision to grant California a
01:52:05.780 waiver to ban diesel
01:52:07.600 trucks.
01:52:10.720 So if
01:52:11.720 they start banning diesel trucks
01:52:13.880 in California,
01:52:15.900 can you imagine, because they're
01:52:17.740 going to go with electric trucks
01:52:19.660 I would assume, can you imagine
01:52:21.820 the traffic snarls
01:52:23.160 and the late deliveries and
01:52:25.820 the empty grocery stores and
01:52:27.680 empty Walmarts and
01:52:29.040 the commotion that this will cause if you don't have diesel trucks or diesel trains for that
01:52:38.920 matter you're not getting any deliveries and this is one of the problems with woke world
01:52:46.900 they don't care it doesn't matter the fallout is is inconsequential it's them protecting
01:52:56.420 the environment
01:52:58.000 because they don't want any carbon being spewed
01:53:00.820 into the air. But in the meantime, it's
01:53:02.440 rah, rah, rah, go Ukraine. Boom!
01:53:04.660 There's another blast
01:53:05.860 with billowing smoke
01:53:08.300 filling the atmosphere.
01:53:12.960 They make absolutely
01:53:14.380 zero sense.
01:53:16.200 I got a couple more things for you guys
01:53:18.380 tonight before we pack it in for tonight.
01:53:21.300 Oh yes, this is
01:53:22.400 an interesting account to follow if you want
01:53:24.420 to go on Twitter. Wide Awake
01:53:26.340 media i only just discovered these guys today some really good stuff here aside from the shirts
01:53:31.800 they're hawking here they have some fantastic stories there's a chris sky video here uh one
01:53:37.180 that i've seen before but they have look at this here net zero cambridgeshire council tearing down
01:53:49.420 an orchard of 500 this is again clown world 500 fruit trees and designated as of principal
01:53:56.240 importance to build a new green bus lane to help with its 15-minute city goals
01:54:02.000 does that make any sense to you at all they're they're gonna get rid of trees to build bus lanes
01:54:12.540 a new green button oh and this is the one you guys need to see this as well dr judith curry
01:54:23.900 takes apart the notion that there is a consensus on cc being a mad made phenomenon so if you're
01:54:31.780 going to be on twitter follow wide awake media wide awake media and their handle is simply
01:54:38.700 wide awake underscore media at wide awake underscore media it's the last story it's been
01:54:44.040 such a long time i've been on here tonight you guys that i can't even remember what i picked out
01:54:48.440 to tell you guys oh right this is joe rogan talking about um bill gates and if basically
01:54:55.380 joe's point is if you're going to be running around spouting health information don't be fat
01:55:02.700 look at the individual like if you're talking to someone who's fat and they're talking to you about
01:55:07.220 health maybe that person is not really qualified to have this discussion maybe they haven't taken
01:55:15.620 care of their own physical health so they really shouldn't be distributing information if you knew
01:55:19.600 something that could radically change the way your body responded to diseases the kind of energy
01:55:26.180 levels that you would have your mental health but yet you were ignoring it for some strange reason
01:55:30.780 well that person has a giant hole in their life game right and there's a lot of people out there
01:55:35.780 distributing health advice that have a giant fucking hole in their health game yeah absolutely
01:55:41.620 Bill Gates is a great example of that. He's got this big fat belly and he's telling people they have to get vaccinated. This kind of binary thinking, this kind of ridiculous way of looking at the world through only pharmacological interventions, through only medicine, through only this, through only that.
01:55:59.520 There's so many different things that you have to do to be healthy and it's too much work for most people
01:56:05.360 So they're not going to wait train enough. They're not going to eat the proper foods
01:56:09.800 They're not going to supplement their hormones
01:56:11.960 They're not going to do blood work on a regular basis and have someone who is a
01:56:18.700 Qualified physician who goes over that blood work with them and gives them a
01:56:23.460 Comprehensive understanding of what they need to do or not need to do. Hey, your blood pressure is too high
01:56:28.100 Hey, your your body fat's too high. Hey, you're this you're dehydrated. You're this you're that
01:56:32.880 You have low vitamin D of low magnesium all that shit is
01:56:36.100 Massively important. So when you see someone who's distributing advice and they clearly aren't paying attention to
01:56:42.640 Everything that we know today. Well, they're not on the cusp. They're not ahead of the game
01:56:48.140 They're not they shouldn't be the type of person that's telling the rest of the world what to do. They're full of shit
01:56:58.100 Look at Teresa Tam, the chief medical officer of Canada.
01:57:03.420 The picture of health, isn't she?
01:57:07.620 Look at some of these other chief medical officers all across the country.
01:57:11.680 Oh my goodness, they are healthy looking.
01:57:15.600 Not really.
01:57:17.520 So if you are going to be out there distributing health information,
01:57:20.860 then you probably should look the part.

02:00:47.000 I want to build up my immune support system.
02:00:53.760 I am not the only one who is going to be organizing this,
02:00:57.900 And the reason for that is because I'm terrible at organizing.
02:01:00.420 So what I thought I would do is find some people who are actually good at it.
02:01:05.920 The last couple of times I've mentioned this email address, I've gotten it wrong.
02:01:10.100 You see, when it comes to organizing, I'm brutal, right?
02:01:13.720 So there's a woman called Tegan King who is going to be spearheading this committee.
02:01:21.380 All right.
02:01:21.660 Now, the committee is going to be made up of people who want responsibilities in terms of finding volunteers, in terms of finding sponsorships, in terms of finding a place for this, in terms of finding bands.
02:01:36.160 We do have a number of irons in the fire when it comes to location.
02:01:40.220 We're going to need entertainment.
02:01:42.900 We're going to need family, pastime activities to put together.
02:01:48.780 There's all kinds of different things that we need people to be responsible for as we move forward with this.
02:01:55.900 So if you want to be a part of it, in terms of sponsoring the event, in terms of being a part of it in some way,
02:02:02.340 if you're a band or a performer that you would like to play at this event,
02:02:07.200 it's going to be sometime in July, mid-July, in the Yorkton-Roblin area.
02:02:13.360 Here's the email for you.
02:02:15.240 Tegan.King.
02:02:17.320 I want you to write this down.
02:02:18.160 i'm going to go very slow tegan t e g a n tegan dot king at proton dot me all right so again
02:02:32.460 that is tegan dot king t e g a n dot king at proton dot me if you are from that area that
02:02:46.560 makes it even better if you're not but you know people who are that's great that's fantastic what
02:02:51.820 we want to do is a party on the prairies everybody will be invited i don't give a rat's ass
02:02:58.320 everybody come out have a good time as many people as we can possibly uh hold in one place
02:03:04.880 i'm looking at something that might hold 3 000 people 4 000 5 5 000 people something like that
02:03:12.940 We want to make this a huge, friendly, awesome, amazing gathering of people,
02:03:19.240 and we want to share some ideas on how we can fight back.
02:03:23.860 But the party itself will not necessarily be based upon that.
02:03:31.660 This is a way, I feel, to draw the people who are on the fence in.
02:03:39.540 it's kind of a soft welcome we don't have to be so rigid guys in terms of well you can't be a
02:03:50.640 part of this because you said something about vaccines uh two years ago that you were in
02:03:54.540 we can't be that way we have to be more flexible we have to be because if we're not we're going
02:04:02.100 to remain at 20 or 25 and that's not enough for critical mass we need to be able to fight back
02:04:08.900 with a majority of the people of this country,
02:04:11.360 and so this is the way to do it.
02:04:13.140 I'm not saying we have to apologize for our stance at all, at all.
02:04:20.600 But we have to allow for others
02:04:23.880 who maybe just kind of dip in their toe in the water
02:04:26.300 to see that we're not all a bunch of hooligan psychopaths.
02:04:33.120 They need to see it for themselves.
02:04:35.440 They need to see that we're the same people
02:04:38.220 that we were before all these ridiculous things started.
02:04:42.380 We're just average Canadians.
02:04:44.920 We're not monsters.
02:04:48.000 Right?
02:04:49.140 So that's why I want to keep it neutral,
02:04:53.700 at least in the title of the event.
02:04:56.460 Tegan.King at Proton.me.
02:05:01.380 That is it for the show tonight, you guys.
02:05:04.840 I hope that you enjoyed.
02:05:08.220 hearing dallin's story it's a doozy uh so happy that he dropped that bomb that he got brendan
02:05:14.100 miller to represent him uh earlier tonight that's fantastic i hope brendan is able to
02:05:19.260 at least you know get rid of some of these fines that that dallin's facing i mean 365 million
02:05:27.900 dollars that's absolutely outrageous i'm hoping this whole thing gets thrown out to be completely
02:05:33.180 honest it's stupid but governments for some reason when they make a case like this they tend to stick
02:05:39.780 to them they're very stubborn like that um anyway i catch you tomorrow night at eight o'clock central
02:05:46.420 for another shadow at night live stream have a great rest of your night sorry i took so much
02:05:50.620 of your time tonight uh have a great day tomorrow i love you all and i will talk to you soon bye for
