00:10:27.940 canada nanosilver.ca all right once again dr marcus patoli there he is why would i highlight
00:10:34.900 this guy well this story broke late this afternoon and i have to admit
00:10:43.080 i laughed i laughed for a very long time and it was because i was watching videos of justin trudeau
00:10:53.380 going back and forth with pierre polyev in the house of commons this afternoon and i thought
00:10:57.220 to myself how could anybody follow this this this insignificant little twerp i'm talking about
00:11:05.940 Trudeau, by the way, not Polly. And of course you knew that. And then this story came out and I
00:11:13.360 went, Oh man, just rewards. Even though the Bible tells us we're not supposed to gloat
00:11:18.120 at the misfortune of others. It was really having a hard time not doing that today. I've managed to
00:11:26.520 get control of myself as of right now, but who knows if I'll laugh again. You see, I just did
00:11:32.860 as we're going through this story.
00:11:35.120 But here it is from the National Post.
00:11:38.660 Sophie Gregoire Trudeau repartnered with this Ottawa doctor
00:11:43.740 I just showed you.
00:11:46.020 I guess they'd had a previous relationship,
00:11:48.260 perhaps even before she met Justin Trudeau.
00:11:52.180 But that's what this doctor's ex-wife is claiming
00:11:54.640 in her divorce petition.
00:11:58.300 The surgeon's ex-wife cited discomfort
00:12:00.460 and security concerns over this new relationship
00:12:03.480 months before the announcement of the Trudeau separation.
00:12:08.020 I think that happened in August, right?
00:12:10.740 Let's see here.
00:12:12.460 When Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie, August,
00:12:15.320 announced in August they had legally separated,
00:12:18.840 another opportunity to know why their 18-year marriage
00:12:22.220 had come to an end.
00:12:23.900 But according to allegations in a divorce,
00:12:26.400 a pediatric surgeon by the time Trudeau is already in another relationship.
00:12:39.800 In the divorce petition filed April 26th of this year, Anna Ramonda alleges her former spouse,
00:12:46.680 Dr. Marcus Batoli, has repartnered with a high-profile individual who attracts significant
00:12:52.540 media attention and presents significant security considerations. That individual is not identified
00:12:59.720 by name in the court documents, but it's been confirmed that Ramonda's claim refers to Sophie
00:13:06.240 Gregoire Trudeau. If her claim is accurate, it could give new context to the demise of the
00:13:14.580 Trudeau marriage and shows the challenges that Sophie, 48 years old, faces as she
00:13:20.300 as she tries to move on from her former life and the police protection it required
00:13:30.060 ramanda the ex-wife of the doctor i guess still wife because they're not legally divorced yet
00:13:37.840 and i know this is very gossipy you guys but i mean it it does hold weight because
00:13:44.120 she is the wife of the prime minister of canada and this could be one of the reasons his mood
00:13:51.980 hasn't been so great lately i don't know i mean he had a hissy fit today in the house of commons
00:13:58.240 we'll get to that so ramanda is a 47 year old stay-at-home mom she takes uh she says she takes
00:14:04.860 no position on her ex-husband's personal life but says the new relationship has created unspecified
00:14:10.960 security concerns to which the children are exposed while in their father's care. So she's
00:14:16.720 requested a court order to ensure the privacy and protection of their two children. Anna had thought
00:14:21.880 the parties had reached an agreement the children would not interact with the new partner, but Marcos
00:14:27.920 has not respected that and it's caused the children discomfort and anxiety, she claims in her petition.
00:14:33.700 batoli who works at the children's hospital of eastern ontario chio said in his reply to the
00:14:41.580 divorce application that ramanda's attitude towards his new relationship is not in the
00:14:45.700 children's best interest he alleges that ramanda has threatened to uproot her life in canada
00:14:51.460 and return to argentina where they were both born if the relationship came to light
00:14:56.480 i guess they're heading to heading to argentina then she is also after discovering marcos's new
00:15:04.900 relationship accessed his personal computer files and threatened to publish intimate photos of
00:15:10.360 marcus well this is now what he said she said none of the allegations in the divorce file has
00:15:18.200 been proven in court the case is ongoing ramanda's lawyer katherine cool again and betoli's lawyer
00:15:23.240 Gil Rumstein, both declined to comment on the case on behalf of their clients.
00:15:28.080 Gregoire Trudeau could not be reached for comment.
00:15:34.800 After the Trudeau split was announced on August the 2nd, government sources said that Sophie
00:15:39.560 had already moved out of Rideau College, but intended to come to the residence often to
00:15:43.940 co-parent their three children who range in age from 9 to 16.
00:15:51.220 Where's the rest of this gong show?
00:15:53.240 the location of her new home is not publicly known but she's posted instagram videos on
00:16:01.240 mental health and gender equality that appear to have been recorded in the loft of an ottawa
00:16:05.800 condominium not far from rito hall they would know that where they look look at the window
00:16:11.780 what do you see out the window there behind her what do you see unmarked vehicles with what appear
00:16:18.740 to be plainclothes RCMP members inside have been seen in recent weeks outside the building,
00:16:24.160 which is listed in the court documents as Batoli's address. The RCMP usually provides
00:16:29.680 some personal protection for former prime ministers after they leave office when required,
00:16:34.840 typically at public events or during international travel. John Cretchen elected to continue to
00:16:40.400 receive personal protection when he stepped down in 2003. John Turner did not. And you know,
00:16:45.320 I'll tell you, John Turner, if you showed me a picture of the guy, I'd go, who's that?
00:16:52.000 Oh, wasn't he prime minister once for a cup of coffee? Maybe?
00:16:58.260 The situation with Sophie is unusual, however, as her former spouse remains in office
00:17:03.400 and has been the subject of numerous threats. No surprise there.
00:17:09.080 Trudeau was believed to be the intended target when a Manitoba military reservist crashed his
00:17:14.220 truck through the gates of rito hall in 2020 the prime minister has been repeatedly confronted by
00:17:19.560 angry protesters at public events and campaign stops sophie's been targeted too in 2017 the
00:17:25.340 rcmp charged an alberta woman with uttering threats against her online what what what's
00:17:31.320 behind her in that window there what what do you see where is she she in a condo downtown somewhere
00:17:37.000 in ottawa for security reasons and to ensure the safety of our members and of those we protect
00:17:44.760 we cannot discuss specific details of protective plans tactics or operations that from the rcmp
00:17:51.180 the level of protection provided uh the rcmp said is based on regular assessments of the threat
00:17:56.720 environment back to ramanda and batoli they married in argentina blah blah blah blah blah
00:18:03.740 It doesn't matter what he specializes in. It doesn't matter what the nature of their relationship is. The bottom line is that Sophie Gregoire Trudeau was in a relationship with this doctor from Chio long before the Trudeaus ever announced their separation.
00:18:22.040 more egg on the face of Justin Trudeau all right now this video comes from yesterday
00:18:31.040 this is Pierre Polyev making a motion second reading of Bill C-278 which would
00:18:39.680 get rid of mandates for vaccines for employment and for travel in Canada let's watch the first
00:18:46.960 bit of this thank you very much mr speaker as i said at the outset i'm running for prime minister
00:18:53.360 to put canadians back in control of their lives by making canada the freest nation on earth
00:19:01.440 and that freedom includes bodily autonomy the freedom to decide what people put in their own
00:19:08.400 bodies and that is why i was proud to introduce a private member's bill in the house of commons
00:19:13.440 that would put an end to covid mandates in all of the federal sector i want to thank the honorable
00:19:20.800 member from niagara west for having adopted my private members bill so that we could move it
00:19:27.200 forward even faster now before the prime minister proceeds once again to maliciously divide and
00:19:35.440 attack let us let me remind him that the position put forward in this bill is now the position
00:19:43.040 not only of conservative common sense conservatives but it is also the position of the majority of
00:19:51.060 provincial governments of the liberal member for louis uh saint louis bar of the military review
00:20:01.940 complaints commission the tribunal responsible for hearing grievances from members of the armed
00:20:08.460 forces and i will remind the position of the prime minister that the position reflected in the bill
00:20:16.820 is now his position now you might under question would say that then is that he had the temerity
00:20:23.900 to go on television about three months ago and claim he had never forced anyone to get vaccinated
00:20:31.300 that he claims that it should be a matter of personal choice.
00:20:35.200 He wanted us all to forget the way he divided and insulted
00:20:38.720 and name-called millions of people right across this country,
00:20:43.060 patriotic, law-abiding, decent people.
00:20:45.580 So if he really believes he never forced mandates on anyone,
00:20:50.320 surely he'll be happy to vote for this bill
00:20:52.480 to ensure that those mandates don't apply anymore
00:20:55.520 and will never be reimposed again.
00:21:01.300 So let me be clear about what this bill does.
00:21:04.580 We start with what it will do.
00:21:06.280 This bill targets the unreasonable overreaches of the federal policy and unjustified abuses of federal government power.
00:21:13.440 The bill targets these overreaches and abuses of power based on two different but important types of evidence.
00:21:19.400 First, it follows the scientific evidence about COVID-19 vaccines, how they work, what they do.
00:21:26.840 And second, it responds to the evidence from the experience of this government's decision to exploit a public health situation for partisan political gain.
00:21:38.640 This was most clear in the Prime Minister's deliberate decision to go beyond guiding and protecting Canadians to punishing people who chose not to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
00:21:50.080 Let us remember that the Prime Minister originally said that vaccines would be a matter of personal choice.
00:21:56.840 Then he did a poll showing that it would be popular to target a small minority of people who chose not to be vaccinated.
00:22:05.500 He flip-flopped and said he would then make it mandatory.
00:22:10.720 Three days later, he called an election and attempted to exploit that political moment in order to regain power.
00:22:20.000 It's funny.
00:22:20.580 When he announced that the vaccine mandates would be imposed on the federal sector, he did it with such political haste based on the advice of not public health experts, but of polling experts, that even his own human resources team at the Treasury Board had put out guidelines suggesting that it would be a matter of personal choice, not mandatory imposition.
00:22:47.620 So while he was advocating for a mandate, his own bureaucracy had published rules against a mandate.
00:22:55.320 That is because they were following the science.
00:22:57.940 They were following the medical science.
00:23:00.040 He was following political science.
00:23:02.640 This was.
00:23:07.700 What this bill will do is.
00:23:09.180 OK, I think that's enough.
00:23:10.180 And I want you to tell me again.
00:23:12.560 oh pierre polyev is a member of the world economic forum oh i know it's just a smokescreen
00:23:23.740 i want everybody to understand right now what a big political gamble that was for polyev
00:23:33.660 because there is still a faction of people out there who believe that these vaccines oh my god
00:23:42.100 you gotta have them. And if you don't, not only are you an idiot, but you're also evil and a
00:23:48.460 super spreader. They still believe that out there. Although I would say that that portion of people
00:23:53.600 is significantly smaller than it was a year and a half or two years ago. Even still, according to
00:24:02.240 Key and Bextie on the counter signal, the NDP and the liberals voted to keep the COVID vaccine
00:24:07.860 mandates on the table that means that if we have another pandemic as we've been warned is going to
00:24:14.640 happen by the experts like bill gates then they will have that tool in their toolbox and they'll
00:24:22.700 be able to make sure we get that new vaccine whatever it happens to be or else we will not
00:24:29.240 be able to work or travel again. All right. Now, as Polyev reminded us in that little speech,
00:24:42.160 Trudeau said he did not insult the unvaccinated. And here he is telling us that at the inquiry of
00:24:49.920 the Emergencies Act last year. I did not call people who were unvaccinated names. I highlighted
00:24:57.380 There's a difference between people who are hesitant to get vaccinated for any range of reasons and people who deliberately spread misinformation that puts at risk that life and health of their fellow Canadians.
00:25:15.320 And my focus every step of the way and the primary responsibility of a prime minister is to keep Canadians safe and alive.
00:25:24.340 No, no, no. The primary job of a prime minister is to make sure that Canadians keep their rights as guidelines under the, sorry, as a guideline under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It is essential. That is his number one duty. He's failed over and over again.
00:25:45.860 so here is trudeau in the house today as posted by paul mitchell on x
00:25:54.340 talking to pierre polyam
00:25:58.740 get rid of that no no no no no why does that appear
00:26:15.860 Okay, here it is.
00:26:45.860 Well, one thing we will cut is the ArriveCAN app, the matter is that it doesn't work, and
00:26:52.040 it was about 500 times more expensive than it should have been.
00:26:56.680 We now know that one of the contractors that got paid launched an internal audit to look
00:27:02.160 into contracting at the agency.
00:27:03.880 Once again, Mr. Speaker, when the leader of the opposition talks about dividing Canadians,
00:27:07.620 he doesn't actually want to accept that over 80% of Canadians chose to get vaccinated during
00:27:13.340 the pandemic, Mr. Speaker.
00:27:14.600 And he continues to play divisive games.
00:27:17.780 He continues to play divisive games to try and divide Canadians on a matter core to public health and public safety.
00:27:25.200 We have always stood up for the safety of Canadians while he chooses to wear a tinfoil hat, Mr. Speaker.
00:27:33.900 Okay, so let me ask you.
00:27:35.660 I'm going to make that smaller here.
00:27:37.660 Let me ask you.
00:27:39.740 When Trudeau said that, he said that today in the House of Commons.
00:27:42.600 Well, the leader of the opposition plays ideological games and chooses to wear a tinfoil hat, Mr. Speaker.
00:27:49.880 Is he insulting Paliyev and the Conservative Party, or is he insulting all of the people across this country that he insulted two years ago?
00:28:03.320 Even though he claims he didn't insult us.
00:28:06.040 i'm going to go to the comments now on rumble i want to see what you guys have to say about this
00:28:17.520 i want to keep her says stop shadow stop too much of that voice hey look you want to know what i get
00:28:23.680 it i get it believe me i don't like it either but he is the prime minister until we get rid of him
00:28:30.100 so we we're gonna have to deal we're gonna have to deal
00:28:36.040 80 percent were coerced to get the vaccine well yeah that's exactly right too
00:28:53.080 and we can't say 80 percent were coerced i can say i would say probably 60 percent were coerced
00:29:00.040 out of that 80 percent and the other people were lining up like the lemmings outside a
00:29:05.600 shoppers drug marts and london drugs all across the country to get their poke to make sure they
00:29:11.020 didn't get it even though they did or they couldn't spread it even though they did and also
00:29:16.700 what trudeau said there it was a matter of public health no it wasn't because we all know and paul
00:29:23.180 have pointed this out as well in his speech in the house of commons today when he said we're
00:29:28.120 following the science now he didn't go into detail about what that science was but we know
00:29:35.580 what he was talking about the fact that these things are not safe or effective
00:29:41.880 but they could cause you harm bad harm even death so was trudeau insulting all canadians who chose
00:29:52.800 not to get the poke? And those who believe that the mandates were an overreach of government
00:29:58.740 power? Absolutely. How many millions of Canadians would that total? I can't answer that. I can't
00:30:06.780 answer that. But, I mean, it doesn't look like it's as many as we thought. And I'm going to show
00:30:15.520 you why I say that. Here is the Lesley Lewis petition, which will be closing for signature
00:30:20.860 on february the 7th of next year it was opened a couple of weeks ago and there's only 42 512
00:30:29.480 signatures it seems to have stalled greatly in the past three or four days have we forgotten about
00:30:36.120 this this should be a mission that all of us are on who are watching this show live tonight
00:30:42.760 now think about this i don't know how many people are watching right now live i know that by this
00:30:49.300 time tomorrow, there'll be anywhere between 12 and 15,000 views of this show. So just imagine,
00:30:55.720 let's say 15,000 in total were to share this petition with 10 people they know. Then all of
00:31:02.740 a sudden it gets out to 150,000 people, whether they all choose to sign it. Well, that's probably
00:31:08.160 not going to happen, but let's say we get 75% of those people signing this thing. And then
00:31:13.920 a percentage of those people decide to share with their friends and so on and so on that's how these
00:31:20.360 things work and the reason this whole thing is stalled out is because we're not doing our job
00:31:28.000 we've forgotten about this so for anybody who asks me or asks themselves or asks anybody else
00:31:35.820 what can i do
00:31:37.900 this is what you can do one of the things you can do get this petition out there it's that simple
00:31:49.260 sign it have others sign it this is not a change.org petition this is an official house of
00:31:57.800 commons petition that was written by a man called douglas porter in burnaby british columbia
00:32:03.560 and sponsored by House member Leslyn Lewis, right here.
00:32:11.840 Once it reaches a certain amount of signatures,
00:32:14.220 and it's already reached that threshold, by the way,
00:32:16.420 it has to be presented as a matter of course in the House of Commons.
00:32:20.100 Now, if it gets presented with 42,512 signatures,
00:32:24.320 that's not going to mean so much.
00:32:27.160 If it gets presented with a million signatures,
00:32:30.740 that will mean more.
00:32:33.560 so it's up to us to get this thing out there as much as we possibly can if we don't
00:32:42.720 that's on us we'll have nobody to blame but ourselves
00:32:48.180 you can find this petition quite easily without me having to put a link so now you're going to
00:32:54.820 be going well how do i find it what do i all right look we're all quite capable of taking
00:32:58.720 care of ourselves and we're all quite capable of finding things when we need to find them
00:33:05.840 so here's what you do this is very very simple you open up your brave search engine you can even use
00:33:13.600 google for this you type in leslin lewis petition the very first thing that's going to come up
00:33:22.480 is the link to the petition and then you sign it you copy that link and you send it to other people
00:33:29.740 now i'm sorry guys if it sounds like i'm lecturing here but last friday we had 40 000 maybe 41 000
00:33:38.760 signatures on this it's four days later and we've barely gotten a thousand to fifteen hundred new
00:33:44.300 signatures on this thing now please tell me that we haven't forgotten please tell me that we mean
00:33:51.380 what we say when we're talking about freedom in this country government overreach world economic
00:33:57.960 forum world health organization mandates police state all of those things that we know is going on
00:34:06.840 even though we get called tinfoil hats ourselves and when we have the opportunity to do something
00:34:12.960 about it like this we don't and then we're going to say ah petitions never work well you want to
00:34:22.440 know what i've said that in the past too change.org whatever no big deal but again i remind you that
00:34:33.140 this is an official house of commons of canada petition it must be read and put on the record
00:34:39.240 in the House when it reaches the threshold for signatures. And if we give this woman
00:34:43.740 one million signatures, imagine the power this document will have in the House of Commons
00:34:49.700 and with all of those politicians who've been yelling and screaming tinfoil hat like Justin
00:34:54.220 Trudeau did today. He insulted the leader of the opposition for bringing Bill C-278 to the floor,
00:35:01.300 which then he voted down. But he also insulted the entire conservative caucus and every single
00:35:08.200 one of us who have been fighting for our rights for the past three years and then all of his
00:35:14.960 minions in that liberal caucus went on x today and they started making fun people like mark garrettson
00:35:20.760 now they didn't get a lot of play because i was looking but they tried
00:35:28.220 so we need this is our chance without having to go and and stay in some camp 30 minutes south
00:35:40.180 of ottawa and and go protest in the streets there with 12 or 13 people
00:35:45.500 this is our opportunity and once you sign it you can't sign it again it's not like there's
00:35:52.920 duplicate signatures on this so 42 512 right now i know there's other independent media out there
00:36:01.220 who are talking about this talking about this talking about this and you might be saying to
00:36:05.080 yourself right now shadow shut up i am tired of hearing about this i'm not gonna this is too
00:36:13.660 important so let's get it together you guys because look at this now people are dying still
00:36:20.960 people have died because of this nonsense and as you know all of this stuff all strung together
00:36:28.920 the vaccine mandates the masks all of it everything that's going on right now it's
00:36:37.700 all part of the same project we have a father having to sue pfizer for 35 million dollars
00:36:45.620 because of his son's death from this stuff, according to LifeSite News.
00:36:52.500 The lawsuit says 17-year-old Sean Hartman died as a result of negligence on the part of Pfizer,
00:36:57.240 which failed to properly inform him of the risks of the jab.
00:37:01.700 It's a landmark lawsuit here, folks, from Simcoe.
00:37:06.740 And Ontario Fathers filed a $35.6 million lawsuit against Pfizer after his son died.
00:37:12.760 According to an October 16th report, Newcomsey resident, sorry, Newcomseth resident Dan Hartman filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Pfizer after he revealed that a U.S. doctor declared that his son, Sean, died as a result of taking the experimental shot.
00:37:30.200 On the morning of September 27th, 2021, 33 days after receiving this Pfizer-BioNTech nightmare, Sean Hartman was found deceased in his bedroom by his mother, said Sheik law lawyer Umar Sheik, in a court filing viewed by the Western Standard.
00:37:49.340 The plaintiff pleads that Sean Hartman died as a result of this shot.
00:37:53.520 The lawsuit comes after Hartman announced in July that an American pathologist determined the novel COVID-19 jab was responsible for Sean's sudden death.
00:38:03.820 Sean had received the experimental jab because it was mandated by his local hockey league.
00:38:10.700 According to Hartman, after his son died, he applied to Canada's Vaccine Injury Support Program but was denied.
00:38:18.860 They said there's no proof the vaccine killed Sean.
00:38:22.920 there's also no proof that it didn't in order to appeal i had to have new medical evidence thank
00:38:29.240 god above and all you people who helped me i do have that medical evidence
00:38:36.300 we're fighting back but we need to fight back even harder and anything that we can do you guys
00:38:44.780 anything that we can do is better than doing nothing
00:38:52.920 Okay, this came out a couple of weeks ago, and there was a motion made in the House of Commons that was denied by the Liberal NDP Coalition.
00:39:05.580 So, first of all, from Kamloops News, don't say God. Remembrance Day is coming up in a couple of weeks.
00:39:13.720 Military chaplains changing up Remembrance Day prayers because they've been directed to. Very interesting.
00:39:20.900 Canadian military chaplains may have a different take on prayers as ceremonial speeches take
00:39:25.480 on a more inclusive direction. Inclusive. A Royal Canadian Chaplain Service Directive
00:39:33.020 signed October 11th is specifically meant for public services and ceremonies. It gives guidance
00:39:38.880 for military chaplains to deliver reflections in an appropriate manner to engage all those gathered.
00:39:46.140 kamloops area conservative mp frank caputo is calling out the decision by the chaplain general
00:39:52.440 as erasing canada's military traditions well the directive aims to cater to the diverse
00:39:58.580 membership of canada's military who are not all christian caputo called it a gag order that comes
00:40:04.520 just a month before remembrance day he said our soldiers will not have the opportunity to have a
00:40:10.200 chaplain pray over them as we remember all those who fell before them caputo said in a news release
00:40:16.880 dated today responding to this directive so here is a message now from blake richards who's the
00:40:24.760 conservative house member from banff and he says this was brought forward in a motion to have an
00:40:34.480 investigation done on this directive and the liberal NDP coalition rejected it out of hand
00:40:41.540 there will be no investigation as to this directive they wanted to know why well it's
00:40:49.380 not inclusive enough to just say God so we're not going to say anything at all no religious
00:40:54.880 references whatsoever friends this is a country that was founded on Christian principles and guess
00:41:01.500 what it is still predominantly a christian country with christian beliefs and we need to
00:41:11.800 stand up for that as well because if we don't we're well on our way to becoming the first
00:41:20.000 post-national state in the history of the world like justin trudeau predicted even though he
00:41:25.100 didn't predict it he knew this was coming because he's a young global leader my friends with the
00:41:30.380 World Economic Forum. He knew this plan well before he was ever placed as leader of the Liberal Party
00:41:36.140 of Canada. He knew 10 years ago or more that this was coming down the pipe. All right, the Coutts
00:41:46.260 Four. There is news from Mocha Bezergin on Twitter, who has broken away from Rebel News and has now
00:41:53.980 formed his own media company. Congratulations to Mocha. But first, we're going to play you some
00:42:00.260 video of Mocha's interview today with Arthur Pawlowski, who's the leader of the Alberta
00:42:06.580 Solidarity Party. And here's what Art has to say. If I can summarize everything that I have seen
00:42:15.880 so far it's a scapegoating this whole thing is about blood they want blood the government
00:42:24.760 wants blood they don't care how they're going to get it this is punishment this is a statement
00:42:32.840 everything i've heard so far today is they are bent on hurting them as much as possibly physically
00:42:42.040 spiritually mentally they can and of course they're not only after them they're after the
00:42:47.720 family they're hurting the family there is absolutely no reason to not let those boys
00:42:54.200 out you can put a monitoring bracelets you can put house arrest you can there are mechanisms
00:43:00.280 here in our country that you can actually make a person to obey the release order to the best of
00:43:07.320 you know government's abilities i mean there is absolutely no record right now that those boys
00:43:13.320 will not obey the release orders actually contrary uh the record almost two years in
00:43:19.640 of imprisonment it shows that they are willing to abide by the rules there's no fights there are no
00:43:26.600 riots there are no things that i've heard so far that they are um they're you know doing anything
00:43:33.320 breaking any laws within the prison system so that's an indication on its own they show up for
00:43:39.560 the trials they cooperate um you know they obey the rules the administrative rules within the
00:43:46.920 riemann center so that's an indication to me that they would be willing to obey the conditions on
00:43:52.600 the release order the crown prosecutor is absolutely not interested in that they are for the blood
00:43:59.400 they want to make sure that those boys suffer as much possibly they can and the families
00:44:06.760 as well um what i'm trying to say is this is a pure vendetta like there's no question in my heart
00:44:12.440 that this government is bent on just showing the muscle and showing that we we we will hurt you if
00:44:22.360 if you dare to oppose us.
00:44:24.440 All right, so maybe Artur doesn't understand.
00:44:28.960 We're going to get to this story.
00:44:29.820 That's a good news story coming up in just a second.
00:44:31.760 Maybe Art doesn't understand that it's not the government
00:44:34.200 that wants blood here.
00:44:37.960 Danielle Smith, and I'm not saying that even if she had the power
00:44:40.880 to do this, she would, but she does not have the power
00:44:45.080 to have the four Coots boys released.
00:44:49.500 She can't.
00:44:50.680 if she tried to dabble in the judicial system she would be facing the same sort of blowback
00:44:57.700 as Justin Trudeau faced for his SNC-Lavalin dabbling
00:45:01.400 you can't screw around with the judicial system as an elected representative or what happens is
00:45:11.840 we turn ourselves into a banana republic period then any premier or prime minister
00:45:19.880 could just go you know what i like this guy i like the cut of his jib he can go
00:45:24.280 they don't have that kind of power to do that this has to come from the judicial system which
00:45:31.880 operates wholly independent of the government it's the judicial bureaucrats and probably and
00:45:40.700 i can't say this for sure but probably one crown prosecutor with a huge vendetta going up against
00:45:48.220 these guys. Now, there is a sealed envelope. We may never know the contents of this, but it could
00:45:55.220 prove the difference between whether these guys get convicted if and when they ever go to trial
00:46:00.080 or not. Now, having said that, Chris Carbert's bail was today. He's one of the coots for
00:46:05.980 his bail hearing was today. Now, what blows my mind about this is the judge heard the case.
00:46:12.460 They were in court pretty much the entire day today, listening to the defense and the prosecution.
00:46:21.140 And he's withholding his judgment on this until November the 8th.
00:46:28.880 Hang on just a second. Let me make sure. November the 8th at 9 a.m.
00:46:35.860 That's still two weeks away.
00:46:38.680 why on earth would you want to extend this period any longer for any one of these four guys
00:46:45.460 i'm going to take two weeks to decide i understand you've got a lot of things going on but you also
00:46:51.940 need to understand that these four have been in lockup not in prison in lockup for over 600 days
00:47:01.640 we're coming up on two years here and they have not had a trial yet this is criminal
00:47:08.280 as far as I'm concerned.
00:47:10.980 Habeas corpus has been tried and failed somehow.
00:47:18.380 This is the kind of thing that also makes us look like a banana republic.
00:47:23.840 Clearly, some changes need to be made to our system.
00:47:29.280 And I do feel, I do feel for those four guys still in lockup.
00:47:35.120 It's absolutely ridiculous.
00:47:36.440 you know not everything art said in that interview was wrong he's talking about the
00:47:41.400 government we can't say that like i said danielle smith does not have the power
00:47:45.300 but he's right i mean electronic monitoring devices uh house arrest any number of things
00:47:53.640 instead of keeping these guys in such an awful situation it's cruel and unusual punishment
00:47:59.820 and art is also right to say and people forget because our lives get in the way
00:48:06.800 all right let's move on this is a good news story the judge a judge has dismissed all charges against
00:48:16.560 one of the ottawa freedom convoy protesters from sask today you know what i gotta get these guys
00:48:21.560 on the show sask today i like the stuff they do um so yeah this remember this wow all charges
00:48:31.680 against a freedom convoy protester who had all three of his bank accounts frozen have been
00:48:36.800 dismissed in an ottawa court evan blackman if you guys know evan please get a hold of him
00:48:42.680 and ask him if he would appear on this show i would love to have him on
00:48:46.620 evan blackman had pleaded not guilty to mischief and obstructing police and faced a trial october
00:48:54.820 23rd but because of a limited evidence and poor memory of the police officer regarding key details
00:48:59.960 of the alleged criminal offenses the judge dismissed all charges he was charged for his
00:49:06.280 participation in the ottawa protest february 18th of last year lawyer chris flurry of the justice
00:49:13.040 Center for Constitutional Freedom said, my client and I are thrilled with this outcome. After almost
00:49:18.600 20 months, Mr. Blackman can finally put this matter behind him. A judge may dismiss charges
00:49:24.320 when the evidence is weak. There were illegal tactics used to gather evidence or make arrests,
00:49:29.080 which is absolutely applicable to what happened in Coutts. I don't know why that judge has not
00:49:33.560 dismissed these charges yet. It's ridiculous. But anyway, I digress. Or unavailable witnesses.
00:49:40.880 Judges often dismiss charges to discourage police rendezvous and prevent weak cases from having their day in court.
00:49:46.980 Flurry said that at the time of Blackman's arrest, police were conducting an enforcement action in downtown Ottawa, clearing the streets of protesters, as the picture showed.
00:49:56.500 That was the weekend, the final weekend when the Emergencies Act was finally declared, or the day before.
00:50:02.820 evidence against blackman consisted of a 14 minute drone video no audio and the testimony
00:50:09.680 of one officer who was on the scene for approximately nine minutes of this video
00:50:14.000 blackman is recorded as part of a group of protesters standing face to face against a
00:50:19.160 line of police on rito street in one part of the video blackman is seen de-escalating the situation
00:50:25.260 by holding other prisoners back or sorry protesters back and by putting his hand up to stop protesters
00:50:31.580 from confronting police.
00:50:34.060 Blackman is seen kneeling in front of police
00:50:36.760 during the five minutes leading up to his arrest.
00:50:41.760 At one point, while on his knees,
00:50:44.160 he's seen taking off his hat,
00:50:47.920 putting his hand on his chest,
00:50:49.900 and singing, O Canada.
00:50:55.900 Blackman was arrested and released from custody
00:50:58.100 the same day, February 18th.
00:50:59.720 Once he was released, he realized he could not access three of his bank accounts.
00:51:04.360 They had been frozen under the federal liberal government's use of the Emergencies Act.
00:51:10.780 We're getting close to the end here, you guys.
00:51:12.760 Don't forget, a brand new episode of Ask the Funeral Director is coming up at the top of the hour
00:51:16.800 on the Shadow Davis Show Facebook page and the Ask the Funeral Director Facebook page
00:51:22.840 brought to you by Voyage Funeral Homes.
00:51:24.860 I'll be joined by Mike Foy-Jackus.
00:51:26.340 This from left-wing corporate publicly funded CBC, and I'm sure they're cheering this, Montreal to ban use of natural gas in most new buildings starting next year.
00:51:39.960 New buildings up to three stories, 600 square meters, subject to bylaw as of October 1st of next year.
00:51:46.680 montreal is preparing to ban gas connections in smaller new buildings as of next year with some
00:51:53.600 exceptions as a way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move the city closer to its goal
00:52:00.340 of being carbon neutral by 2050 the new i believe montreal is in the c40 cities
00:52:06.060 if i'm not mistaken i put that on the show last week you can go check out that website
00:52:11.640 the new regulation was adopted by the city's executive committee today the ban means gas
00:52:18.020 powered heating systems for buildings hot water and items like stoves barbecues pools and spas
00:52:22.780 will not be an option for new buildings up to three stories and 600 square meters as of october
00:52:28.180 first of next year the ban will come into effect for new larger buildings the following year april
00:52:33.620 1st the move is part of the city's 2020 2030 climate plan which includes a road map to zero
00:52:40.680 emissions by 2040 and follows recommendations made earlier this year by the city's water
00:52:46.000 environment and sustainable development commission yeah it's really real in the united states this
00:52:58.300 came as an exclusive with fox news earlier more than 40 confidential sources provided criminal
00:53:06.540 information related to the Biden family to the FBI, which the Justice Department tried to discredit
00:53:13.240 as foreign information, according to Republican Senator Chuck Grassley. This news, again, came out
00:53:19.140 today. The confidential human sources managed by several different FBI field offices supplied the
00:53:25.800 Bureau with details of potential crimes by Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe's brother, and Joe, dating
00:53:32.460 back to his time as vice president, according to a letter obtained by the New York Post
00:53:36.780 that was sent by the Iowa Republican to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General
00:53:43.480 Merrick Garland yesterday. The letter is based on years of investigation, including the provision
00:53:49.460 of information records and allegations from multiple Justice Department whistleblowers
00:53:53.920 that indicate there is and has been an effort among certain Justice Department and FBI officials
00:54:00.280 to improperly delay and stop full and complete investigative activity into the Biden family.
00:54:09.080 He added, an essential question that must be answered is this.
00:54:14.020 Did the FBI investigate the information or shut it down?
00:54:18.040 Indeed, if those sources were improperly shut down, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for the FBI.
00:54:24.620 In the meantime, Donald Trump keeps getting indicted.
00:54:28.740 interesting uh one thing a couple more things the new speaker of the house in the united states is
00:54:39.460 mike johnson he is a congressman from louisiana and here's a clip of him talking to a left-wing
00:54:49.160 abortion activist in the house a couple of years ago watch there's a picture up here this this is
00:54:56.880 not a mere clump of cells. This is not an animal or some unknown species. Ma'am, that's a human
00:55:02.860 being. And all of you here are confusing human value with human function. You're defining
00:55:08.660 personhood by what somebody does rather than what they are. Scott Klusendorf summarized it this way.
00:55:15.520 He said, although human beings differ immensely with respect to talents, accomplishments, and
00:55:19.580 degrees of development, they are nonetheless equal because they share a common human nature.
00:55:25.420 Humans have value simply because they are human.
00:55:28.320 And if you deny this, it's difficult to say why objective human rights should apply to anyone.
00:55:33.820 As I noted earlier, it is a self-evident truth that all human beings are made by their creator and endowed by him with certain inalienable rights.
00:55:42.580 The first listed in our declaration is the right to life.
00:55:46.100 Since the medical doctor here wants to deny the facts and reality, let me ask the abortion advocate, Ms. Armide, to answer my questions on this subject.
00:55:53.580 Ma'am, you testified that you are, quote, unapologetic in seeking unrestricted abortion access.
00:55:59.480 So I'm wondering, at what point is it not okay to abort a child?
00:56:05.200 What age of gestation?
00:56:13.200 I trust all people to determine what they can and can't do with their bodies.
00:56:18.100 We'll stop.
00:56:19.000 I also believe that human rights, including access to the medical care that they need within their communities, is something that should be afforded everyone.
00:56:29.240 Great. Okay, so you support late-term abortion because they're human.
00:56:35.160 And if you deny that, she keeps repeating herself over and over and over again, like a trained SEAL.
00:56:40.960 Clearly with no opinion of her own, she has been programmed.
00:56:44.320 It's difficult to say why objective human rights should apply to anyone.
00:56:49.000 As I noted earlier, it is a self-evident truth
00:56:51.800 that all human beings are made by their creator
00:56:54.160 and endowed by him with certain inalienable rights.
00:56:56.280 The first listed in our declaration is the right to life.
00:57:00.000 Since the medical doctor here wants to deny the facts and reality,
00:57:03.140 let me ask the abortion advocate, Ms. Arm-Bide,
00:57:06.460 to answer my questions on this subject.
00:57:08.500 Ma'am, you testified that you are, quote,
00:57:10.200 unapologetic in seeking unrestricted abortion access.
00:57:13.740 So I'm wondering, at what point is it not okay to abort a child?
00:57:19.940 What age of gestation?
00:57:27.900 I trust all people to determine what they can and can't do with their bodies.
00:57:32.840 We'll stop.
00:57:33.880 I also believe that human rights, including access to the medical care that they need within their communities,
00:57:41.200 is something that should be afraid of everyone.
00:57:43.740 Great. Okay, so you support late-term abortion?
00:57:48.060 I support all people and trust people.
00:57:51.180 That means late-term abortion. Do you support partial birth abortion?
00:57:54.500 In other words, the child is half-delivered, and then the woman says,
00:57:58.040 am I right? I want to take that one out. Do you support that?
00:58:00.960 I trust people to make decisions about their body.
00:58:04.040 Wow. Okay. What about, so abortion should be allowed then, by your definition,
00:58:10.300 for any reason, for any purpose, at any stage, right?
00:58:14.520 I trust people to make decisions about their body.
00:58:17.140 And then when relevant,
00:58:18.080 I think that they need to consult
00:58:19.260 their medical practitioners and not Congress.
00:58:22.080 Listen, let me just ask you this question.
00:58:24.000 If it is not lawful and morally acceptable
00:58:26.260 to take the life of a 10-year-old child,
00:58:28.100 I assume you agree with that, right?
00:58:29.320 That would be wrong, correct?
00:58:31.800 I believe that that is wrong.
00:58:33.260 And a two-year-old child, same thing.
00:58:34.720 That would be murder.
00:58:35.440 We would all agree that's wrong.
00:58:36.800 Then what is the principal distinction
00:58:38.340 between the human being that is two years old or nine months old
00:58:42.080 or one week old or an hour old
00:58:44.500 than one that is eight inches further up the birth canal in the utero?
00:58:47.800 What's the difference?
00:58:48.880 Why is it okay in the latter case and not the former cases?
00:58:56.100 I trust people to determine what to do with their own body.
00:59:00.820 Full stop.
00:59:01.900 Wow, full stop indeed.
00:59:03.860 And that describes...
00:59:04.740 That is the new Speaker of the House in the United States.
00:59:09.140 Now, some are saying that he's a rhino who's now turned MAGA.
00:59:14.900 We don't know for sure.
00:59:17.320 Interesting, though, how he handled that particular situation.
00:59:22.020 I give him full marks for that.
00:59:24.180 Finally, this is a few days old now.
00:59:26.120 Governor Sarah Huckabee of Arkansas signing an executive order you guys are going to love.
00:59:34.740 Good afternoon and thank you all for joining us.
00:59:57.880 It's great to stand up here with some of the most influential and amazing women from across
01:00:03.060 our state. We are all here to say, frankly, that we've had enough. Enough trying to erase women
01:00:09.780 and girls, enough denying our biological differences for men, and enough of the craziness
01:00:16.340 that is taking over our country. I've had the honor of being both the first woman and the first
01:00:22.580 mother to serve as the governor of Arkansas. Before that, I was the first mother and only
01:00:28.900 the third woman to serve as the White House press secretary. Because of that, I came into this role
01:00:35.560 with a few pretty unique experiences. Among them is giving birth to three amazing kids.
01:00:43.080 That experience underscored to me that a woman's perspective is important and fundamentally
01:00:49.880 different from a man's. Nowadays, though, only conservatives seem to be making that point.
01:00:55.560 On the left, women have taken a backseat to political correctness.
01:01:00.920 It's why Senator Irving and Representative Barker had to pass the Fairness in Women's
01:01:05.040 Sports Act to defend our girls across the state.
01:01:09.260 They're using nonsense words to erase women and girls, and more importantly, to erase
01:01:14.560 our voices and our experiences.
01:01:18.200 Today, we're taking a stand against woke nonsense.
01:01:21.320 What, frankly, started as a fad among a few grad students has seeped down into corporations, the health care industry, and increasingly state government.
01:01:32.160 It's demeaning to women, and it needs to stop.
01:01:35.580 In a moment, I'll sign an executive order banning a number of all sorts of ridiculous words from state government documents.
01:01:41.960 Those include words like pregnant people, laboring person, birth giver, and several other nonsense terms that have cropped up in recent years.
01:01:51.320 Some on the left will accuse us of being nitpicky, that Arkansas should just lay down and accept the cultural revolution without complaint.
01:02:00.480 I say it's the exact opposite.
01:02:02.840 It's the left that decided that woman is a dirty word.
01:02:06.720 It's the left that decided we needed to toss out basic biology and basic grammar along with it.
01:02:14.160 I think they're just mad that conservatives are starting to fight back.
01:02:17.520 And they better get ready because we're just getting started.
01:02:21.320 Thank you for being here.
01:02:23.700 Thank you to the amazing women
01:02:26.440 that are standing up here with me.
01:02:28.520 I'll sign this executive order.
01:02:32.000 We'll hear a few words from Dr. Chandler.
01:02:33.660 We won't.
01:02:34.440 If you want to go and find this clip,
01:02:36.380 it's all over Rumble and on YouTube.
01:02:38.120 And it's absolutely fantastic.
01:02:40.280 And I wish we had more politicians
01:02:41.920 like Sarah Huckabee Sanders in Canada.
01:02:44.940 That is it for the show tonight, you guys.
01:02:46.840 I have an amazing show for you tomorrow.
01:02:49.860 Carol DiPaolo.
01:02:51.320 who worked with Dr. Anthony Fauci in the United States during the AIDS years.
01:02:57.520 She's going to do an expose on this guy tomorrow night.
01:03:01.140 And that show tomorrow night will not be available on Facebook,
01:03:04.660 because if it were, it would be pulled down in about two minutes
01:03:07.860 and probably get this page banned in its entirety, completely gone, forever.
01:03:12.160 It will only be available tomorrow night on X and on Rumble.
01:03:16.740 So share, share, share. Get this out there.
