A political flip-flop from the MyPillow guy, Mike Lindell, who is now running for governor of Minnesota, and a man who has been accused of colluding with the Russian government to get Donald Trump impeached.
00:01:38.880You are now entering the Stone Zone, the hottest political talk show on the planet.
00:01:44.580Do you remember Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy?
00:01:49.520Mike Lindell had an impressive story of being a recovered drug addict who turned his life to Christ that I still choose to believe.
00:01:58.620But Mike Lindell pumped $3 million into building a social media platform that was supposed to compete with Twitter back before Elon Musk owned Twitter, when it was still a site of censorship and cancellation.
00:02:15.000He put $3 million into this new social media platform.
00:02:19.440He collected hundreds of thousands of names of new signups.
00:02:24.440And on the day that it went live, of course, it crashed.
00:02:28.760The guys who charged him $3 million told him it had been hacked by the Chinese, but my sources tell me otherwise.
00:02:36.080Then he went on an election integrity crusade.
00:02:39.380He had a huge election integrity conference where he promised the world that he would produce definitive evidence that the 2020 election was stolen, paid some former intelligence agents almost $2 million, but even Steve Bannon, his buddy, criticized Mike for not being able to produce the goods.
00:03:00.060Well, now Mike Lindell, whose pillow empire went bankrupt, is running for governor of Minnesota, an office that, quite candidly, I think he is the one Republican who probably cannot win based on polling.
00:03:13.640But what I find interesting is that his position on immigration, when he announced his candidacy in December of 2025, he said he favored strict enforcement, focusing on opposing sanctuary policies, supported border security and ICE cooperation to remove criminal illegals.
00:03:31.660He would protect resources for citizens and legal residents.
00:03:35.460If you're here illegally, he said, now is the time to leave or you will be sent back.
00:03:40.780Then-President Trump endorsed him about a week ago.
00:03:43.960Now, suddenly, Mike Lindell has a new position.
00:03:47.520Now he's saying that he favors a one-time six-month registration window, a moratorium for any non-criminal illegal to stay in Minnesota, conditioning on expiring work visas.
00:04:02.880You have to be fingerprinted and background checked.
00:04:06.040This is a political flip-flop I would never have expected from Mike Lindell.
00:04:12.020But then, Mike Lindell has disappointed me before when we learned that Steve Bannon was the subject of 1,900 emails exchanged with Jeffrey Epstein,
00:04:22.780who had been working closely with Epstein to rehabilitate his public image.
00:04:27.920Well, Mike Lindell continued to associate with Bannon.
00:04:33.540Anyway, the House Judiciary Chairman, Jim Jordan, has now referred Special Counsel Jack Smith. Jack Smith is the special counsel who ran the raid on Mar-a-Lago and essentially was the key man in the tsunami of lawfare in which they tried to destroy Donald Trump.
00:04:52.460They tried to break him financially. They tried to keep him off the ballot. They tried to put him in jail. But now Smith himself has been referred to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution.
00:05:06.540I used to think the Russian collusion hoax was the greatest single dirty trick in American history, the greatest single abuse of power in which the full authority of the United States government was utilized for strictly political purposes, utilizing, in this case, two pieces of totally fabricated evidence, the so-called Steele dossier.
00:05:29.180That was a report which falsely alleged that Donald Trump, while visiting Moscow, was a private businessman that dallied with Russian prostitutes and was paid for by Hillary Clinton and was a complete fraud.
00:05:43.400And also the still false claim that the Democrat National Committee was hacked by Russian intelligence and that those emails were spirited over to WikiLeaks was the underlying claim of the charges against me.
00:06:02.020However, in fact, I wanted to introduce expert testimony and forensic evidence which would have proved definitively that the Democrat National Committee was never hacked by the Russians or anyone else for that matter.
00:06:17.920In any event, we now have evidence that in a letter that Chairman Jim Jordan wrote to the acting attorney, General Todd Blanche, that Smith made knowingly false statements under oath before Congress in his December 2025 congressional dispositions.
00:06:36.380Smith was grilled about the Biden-era Arctic Frost operation that unconstitutionally subpoenaed the phone records from more than a dozen Republican members of Congress, complete with gag orders so that the targets wouldn't even know that the deep state was watching them.
00:06:52.840When asked whether he or members of his prosecution team ever accessed the content of those privileged text messages, Smith claimed they had not.
00:07:02.880But the new DOJ documents prove that claim is false.
00:07:08.740This was a calculated effort by a Biden-appointed special counsel to spy on elected Republicans and associates of the president, including yours truly, to then stonewall Congress and to cover his tracks.
00:07:20.800Now, they charged me with making false statements to Congress, but although I did make misstatements, none of them were material. In other words, I had no motive to lie. I made errors, but there was no Russian collusion to lie about. There was nothing to cover up.
00:07:37.020That was definitively proved when a federal judge ordered that Robert Mueller's final report, long redacted and hidden from my lawyers during trial by the judge and the American public, but released on November 3rd of 2020, proved definitively that they had found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime on my part.
00:08:01.440Any misstatement I made was inadvertent and immaterial.
00:08:08.040Smith's team just didn't just dig into January 6th.
00:08:10.740The infamous Fed surrection on January 6th served as a dastardly honeypot to ensnare Trump-supporting election integrity activists.
00:08:20.240Then they went after the private communications of the people's elected representatives.
00:08:24.740That is, by the way, the very definition of lawfare.
00:08:27.440using the justice system as a political weapon against the opposition.
00:08:32.540These details prove that the weaponization of the DOJ under Biden
00:08:37.200was an assault on the Constitution itself.
00:08:40.300When a prosecutor lies under oath to Congress about spying on lawmakers,
00:08:44.160he isn't just committing perjury, he's undermining the separation of powers,
00:08:49.080the very foundation of self-government.
00:08:51.420In other words, one branch of government should not be allowed to spy on another branch,
00:08:55.860particularly the elected branch of government. In any other era, targeting the political opposition
00:09:01.620with secret surveillance and then lying about it under oath would be treated as a betrayal of the
00:09:06.000highest order. So I believe the appropriate charge here is treason and that Jack Smith has abused
00:09:13.600his authority in what was now, I think, the greatest single abuse of power in American history.
00:09:21.560Will anybody be held accountable? Well, that remains to be seen. Jim Jordan sends a lot of
00:09:28.960letters. Republicans are very good at sending hot letters. I remember when 29 FBI agents stormed my
00:09:36.200home at six o'clock in the morning to arrest me for the first time nonviolent crime of allegedly
00:09:42.000lying to Congress. The late Lindsey Graham got huge headlines by firing off a letter to the FBI0.71
00:09:48.420director demanding to know who had approved this raid on my home. The FBI never answered the letter,
00:09:55.820but the late Senator Graham got his headline. Republicans seem to be very good at launching
00:10:00.940letters, strongly worded letters. They don't seem to be too good at keeping people, holding people
00:10:07.140responsible. Recently, our company softball team lost the big game by one run. Then Dale tried to
00:10:14.400console us with the quote, winning isn't everything. Well, Dale and I are very different.
00:10:21.320I get early payout from Bet365. If my team goes up big, I get paid out instantly,

00:11:53.740Meanwhile, the Democrats already eyeing the 2028 presidential field and the early numbers are
00:11:59.220not good for the chances of ending MAGA and retaking the country. A brand new poll
00:12:04.440From the University of New Hampshire shows that radical New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, better known as AOC, is actually leading the Democrat primary with 22 percent, with former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg behind her, I say that lightly, at 21.0.77
00:12:24.280Meanwhile, former Vice President Kamala Harris comes in at a pathetic 5%0.90
00:12:29.540When you consider that she spent literally billions of dollars running for president in the last cycle0.92
00:12:36.260The party's two top prospects seem to be AOC, the self-described Democratic Socialist
00:12:42.520Who once declared capitalism irredeemable
00:12:45.400Compared ICE detention centers to concentration camps
00:12:48.820And said America is governed by fascists
00:12:51.560And Pete Buttigieg, the LGBT stalwart who claims racism is physically built into some of our highways, he said that as transportation secretary, floated gender equity crash test dummies, and on national television refused to draw a clear line against late-term abortions that I think you could call infanticide.
00:13:12.920These are not mainstream leaders. This is the far left's dream ticket, which will alienate swing voters, I think, in crucial battleground states who still believe in borders, energy independence, and plain old common sense.
00:13:26.240While Democrats chase these socialist fantasies and take identity politics to its extremes, I think Republicans are consolidating around serious contenders like Vice President J.D. Vance, who leads the Republican side in that same New Hampshire poll with 36% of the vote, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who runs strong at 28.
00:13:48.680After years of open borders, inflation, and cultural chaos, it is a time for the American people to show they have no tolerance for the radical left and their toxic, unpopular, self-destructive policies.
00:14:03.680policies. If AOC and Buttigieg are the best the Democrats can offer in 2028, I would say their
00:14:09.880prospects look bleak and dealed. But the old Democratic Party, the Democratic Party of John
00:14:15.100F. Kennedy, the Democratic Party of Harry Truman, the party that believed in capitalism, a free
00:14:19.960enterprise, a strong national defense, an anti-communist Democrat Party, a party that
00:14:26.100believed in God, that party literally no longer exists. And the takeover of the Democrat Party
00:14:33.480by the radical socialists is complete.
00:14:38.480This is the other point, I guess, here,
00:14:40.960is that AOC may opt not to run for president.0.99
00:14:43.520She may run for the United States Senate0.97
00:14:53.880We'll be right back with more on the other side.
00:15:03.480work. Welcome back into the Stone Zone. You know, everyone who is my age knows exactly where they
00:15:11.840were and what they were doing when they heard that President John F. Kennedy had been shot and
00:15:16.700killed in the streets of Dallas on November 22nd, 1963. I would go on to write a New York Times
00:15:24.360bestselling book about it. Right now I'm working on a book about the attempted assassination on
00:15:30.300President Ronald Reagan, because, well, if you file a freedom of information request with the
00:15:36.840federal government, everything you get back is completely and totally redacted, telling you
00:15:42.140nothing whatsoever about John Hinckley Jr. and the attempted assassination on Ronald Reagan. I've
00:15:49.000learned much about that, and I'm going to release the book shortly. The United States Secret Service
00:15:55.020is warning that the threat environment surrounding President Trump and other protected officials is
00:16:01.040the worst that the agency has ever experienced. Officials say that roughly 10,000 threat cases
00:16:07.280have already been logged in 2026. That's a 40 percent increase from the same period last year.
00:16:14.480This is why I have added the safety of President Donald Trump to my rosary every night. There have
00:16:20.900been not one, not two, but I count actually four attempts on the president's life. I'm still not
00:16:27.700satisfied with the official explanation that Thomas Matthew Crooks acted alone in Butler,
00:16:35.240Pennsylvania. But I do recall that same feeling in the pit of my stomach that I felt when Kennedy
00:16:40.940was shot, when they tried to kill Reagan and when they attempted to kill Donald Trump.
00:16:46.800Now, there have now been multiple violent episodes of protected sites.
00:16:52.540Instigators have also acknowledged many serious security failures during the Butler, Pennsylvania rally.
00:16:58.840One attendee, Corey Compintori, a firefighter was killed and others were wounded.
00:17:03.600What really aggravates me when I go online is when some people say, well, this was all staged, staged by Trump, or some people say staged by Roger Stone.
00:17:15.600offensive. A man was killed. That is indisputable. How it is that the state, local, and federal
00:17:24.240law enforcement were all on different radio frequencies and could not communicate with
00:17:30.620each other, how they missed more than 100 individual reports of a man on the roof with
00:17:36.600a rifle and a range fighter is a little hard to understand. Also, their failure to conduct a drone
00:17:43.600surveillance. The local police actually offered to do it for the
00:17:47.680Secret Service. The Secret Service declined, but then the Secret Service
00:17:51.560couldn't figure out how to get the drone technology that they had
00:17:55.800licensed to work. There was actually a Secret Service agent on the
00:17:59.760800 number with the manufacturer of the drone
00:18:03.180technology trying to figure out how to get it to work. I think
00:18:07.780America has to confront this political climate that helped produce this danger.
00:18:11.500For years, a Trump derangement media culture has portrayed one man and tens of millions of his supporters like me as fascists or extremists, white supremacists or existential threats to democracy.
00:18:27.080When public figures are relentlessly demonized in this kind of apocalyptic language, unstable people can interpret political hatred as a license for violence.
00:18:41.500This doesn't excuse any attacker, in my view.
00:18:43.960Responsibility, of course, belongs to the criminal.
00:18:46.240But responsible journalism requires recognizing that messaging shapes the national atmosphere.
00:18:51.840The press should stop treating inflammatory rhetoric as if it was harmless when it targets President Trump, Republicans, or anyone in our political society.
00:19:02.340Political disagreement is legitimate, but dehumanizing is not.
00:19:06.820The Secret Service must receive the manpower, technology, counter-drone authority, and institutional reforms needed to protect our national leaders, regardless of party.
00:19:16.820And that includes building the secure White House ballroom.
00:19:20.840It's not incidental that there have now been two attempts on presidents at the Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.
00:19:28.500The fake news, I'm afraid, is beyond redemption. They must be disposed of completely in terms of their monolithic ability to set the stage for the national dialogue. But in the meantime, the threats against our president are really real. They are in a record, and therefore I urge you to join me in praying for our president, our vice president, all of our leaders, regardless of party.
00:20:27.700You are diving headfirst right back into the Stone Zone, the hottest political talk show on the planet today.
00:20:36.640The U.S. House of Representatives has narrowly passed a $1.15 trillion defense policy bill,
00:20:44.820but they attached the Save America Act to a package that funds the military, nuclear security, and a 3.6% pay raise for our military.
00:20:55.940They attached the SAVE Act, that is the simple provision that requires that one be a citizen of the United States and have a photo ID before you're allowed to vote in a federal election.
00:21:08.480Polls show that some 87% of the American people support this simple provision, which has now passed the House, attached to the defense appropriations, but is yet to pass the Senate.
00:21:20.540The final vote in the House was 216 to 212, and from a common-sense perspective, there's a lot there to support.
00:21:28.200America must rebuild our military readiness, invest in modern weapons, and ensure that our troops are properly compensated.
00:21:36.480The bill also includes a welcome provision that actually imposes a modest funding penalty if the Pentagon again fails an audit.
00:21:45.300After eight consecutive failed audits, taxpayers deserve accountability, and the military-industrial complex must not be given a free pass when it comes to our tax dollars.
00:21:57.820The Save America Act finally addresses the concern that only American citizens, as I say, should vote in U.S. elections, requiring proof of citizenship and phone identification is just common sense,
00:22:09.040provided lawmakers establish practical procedures for citizens who lack passports or easy access to birth records.
00:22:17.320The idea that this is somehow racist just kind of defies common sense.
00:22:23.480Now the responsibility ultimately relies on the U.S. Senate.
00:22:27.480The Senate should preserve the strongest part of this important military bill.
00:22:32.160I mean, the military readiness, the troop pay increase, but also the election integrity portions of it as well.
00:22:39.040If Senate removes the Safe America Act provisions from the defense bill while rubber stamping massive spending, that would be a trail of the president and his principals, and it could be a disaster for Republican chances in these upcoming midterm elections.
00:22:54.540Strong defense and secure elections are both essential.
00:23:00.120The Senate can't drop the ball on this, or the consequences could very well be dire.
00:23:04.740But we're held up by something called the filibuster rule.
00:23:07.640That means that in the Senate, you don't need 51 votes to pass a piece of legislation.
00:23:14.020I think there are 50 votes today for the Save America Act, and Vice President J.D. Vance could then cast a tie-breaking vote, and it would become law.
00:23:23.900But under the filibuster rule, and this is important, this is not a law, this is a Senate rule, essentially a custom or a tradition,
00:23:32.420It requires 60 votes to bring the Save America Act to the floor.
00:23:39.240Now, sadly, the Senate Majority Leader, John Thune of Nebraska, steadfastly refused to break the filibuster rule and bring this to a floor, which I think could cost the Republicans extraordinarily this November.
00:23:55.280It's time to pass the Save America Act and stop the politics.
00:23:59.460eating well shouldn't be complicated but somehow it turns into recipes prep cleanup and half your
00:24:05.720sundae gone factor solves all that these are fresh ready-to-eat meals designed by dieticians
00:24:12.080delivered to your door and ready in just minutes no prep no cleanup no excuses and it's not just
00:24:18.260about convenience you're getting real food balanced nutrition and zero artificial stuff
00:24:23.160meals that help you stay on track for all of your goals without the grind of doing it all yourself
00:24:28.960Grilled chicken, roasted veggies, steak plates, pasta bowls.
00:24:32.380They taste like something you'd get in a restaurant,
00:24:34.480but they come out of your microwave in two minutes flat.
00:24:37.100If time, cost, or effort have been holding you back from eating better,
00:25:56.360Homicides were down in most cities studied, while carjacking dropped an extraordinary 47%.
00:26:02.220Comparing that with the first half of 2019, homicides were actually down 31%.
00:26:07.820The results are irrefutable, and they're a political triumph for President Trump's law and order agenda.
00:26:13.760His administration has actually restored the basic principle that the government's first duty is to protect innocent citizens, not making excuses for criminals, not undermining the police, not allowing chaos to become normal.
00:26:29.500After years of far-left prosecutors, anti-police rhetoric, open-border disorders, and soft-on-crime insanity, America seems to be moving back towards the rule of law as the public is sick of coddling criminals.
00:26:43.760Federal support for law enforcement, aggressive action against violent gangs, stronger border security, and renewed respect for police all send the unmistakable message that criminals, not law-abiding families, should fear the justice system.
00:26:59.080I think our leaders must continue supporting officers, prosecuting repeat offenders, securing the border, and rejecting radical policies that put the far-left ideology above public safety.
00:27:10.120The direction America is moving is clear. The Trump administration is fulfilling its promise and allowing American families to once again live in peace. While we're at it, we should bring back cash bail, cashless bail, as is done in New York State. It's a humongous mistake.
00:27:28.340Meanwhile, Trump Accounts, a new federal investment program for children, which officially launched on July 4th, has already drawn significant participation.
00:27:38.000The Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besson, announced that more than 7 million accounts have been opened for children under 18, with roughly $1.5 billion invested so far.
00:27:51.360So about 1.7 million children qualify for the program's one-time $1,000 federal contribution
00:27:59.620In other words, seed money put in by the government under Donald Trump
00:28:03.740Will be available for children born between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2028
00:28:10.720The accounts function like traditional IRAs
00:28:14.940Investments grow tax-deferred, where withdrawals generally cannot begin until the child turns 18
00:28:21.080Parents, guardians, relatives, employers, governments, and qualified non-profits may also contribute, although contribution limits and tax treatment may vary.
00:28:32.900Families, friends, employer contributions generally cannot exceed $5,000 annually per account.
00:28:40.920Employer contributions are capped at $2,500 per employee.
00:28:45.460Government and non-profit contributions don't count towards the limit.
00:28:48.620Funds are invested in low-cost, diversified American stock market funds.
00:28:54.260The default option tracks the S&P 500 with additional index fund choices expected.
00:29:01.160At age 18, the accounts convert into traditional IRAs.
00:29:06.120Early withdrawals may face taxes and penalties, though, except exceptions exist for higher education,
00:29:12.180buying a first home, adoption, medical emergencies, and certain other medical costs.
00:29:18.620Trump accounts are giving children a valuable financial head start, particularly when families and employers contribute consistently.
00:29:27.540Now is the time for young families, I think, to take advantage of this revolutionary plan that will build wealth for the next generation
00:29:34.580and end the culture of dependency that fuels the continuous growth of big government.
00:29:40.580This is a perfect example of the creativity of the Trump administration.
00:29:45.300It will be in Trump's legacy the way Social Security is in the legacy of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
00:29:54.720Meanwhile, a major FDA fight is going over experimental peptide treatments and showing how the Fed bureaucracy is striking back against Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy's Make America Healthy Agenda.
00:30:11.920An FDA advisory committee is reviewing whether specialized pharmacies should again be allowed to produce seven pepcide injections that were banned three years ago over safety concerns.
00:30:26.640Secretary Kennedy has argued that the restrictions push patients into a dangerous gray market that regulated compounding with proper safeguards could offer a safer path and greater healing and health.
00:30:39.120Agency scientists oppose broader access, saying the peptides lack sufficient human data on safety and effectiveness. No final decision has currently been made.
00:30:49.640I can tell you firsthand the black market in peptides is extraordinary.
00:30:54.780I know because my inbox is constantly bombarded with clinics seeking to sell me peptides that I cannot get legally.
00:31:05.180I know people who have used peptides in their healing process.
00:31:09.740I have not chosen to do so, but that black market very much exists.
00:31:14.720The controversy here exposes a deeper battle over who controls American medicine.0.90
00:31:20.960Secretary Kennedy has promised a challenge in FDA culture, long criticized for favoring entrenched pharmaceutical interests at Big Pharma, limiting patient choice and treating innovation outside the traditional approval system as a threat.
00:31:34.980Unelected, faceless bureaucrats are clinging to what's left of their closed system
00:31:41.500That protects corporate gatekeepers to the detriment of patients
00:31:45.260The sensible path is neither reckless free-for-all nor automatic deference to the bureaucracy
00:31:52.180It's a transparent science, strict disclosures, adverse event reporting, and carefully controlled access
00:32:21.660and in all honesty, I doubt that she would now be five years cancer-free
00:32:26.780without alternative treatments for cancer.
00:32:30.860President Donald Trump and the Right to Try Act has been a pioneer in this entire area
00:32:36.780and I think more and freer access to alternative medicine should be allowed.
00:32:44.540Meanwhile, New Jersey's non-citizen voter registration scandal is going more serious
00:32:49.560As a software company blamed by the governor disputes the state's account, Governor Mikey Sherrill says that a vendor error caused more than 6,600 people who identify themselves as non-citizens to be placed on voter rolls between June of 2023 and June of 2024.
00:33:08.400Fewer than 400 of them supposedly cast ballots, but vendor I.D. Mia says its role was merely to transmit motor vehicle commission data to the State Division of Elections, which remains responsible for reviewing eligibility and approving registration.
00:33:27.740That disagreement raises an obvious question.
00:33:30.400Who's actually checking the voter rolls?
00:33:32.120The state now says it will remove the registrations, replace the software, and conduct an independent investigation.
00:33:38.400But federal officials have also demanded detailed records, while the Department of Homeland Security says that a broader review identified thousands of additional registrations potentially matching federal non-citizen records.
00:33:52.480Those larger figures remain under investigation and should be verified carefully, but the central fact is already alarming.
00:34:01.080People who answered that they are not citizens still entered the voter registration system, and some of them evidently, apparently, voted.
00:34:07.580Election integrity cannot depend on bureaucrats, vendors, and agencies blaming one another after illegal ballots are cast.
00:34:16.040States need documentation of the proof of citizenship, I think reliable database checks, transparent audits, and clear accountability.
00:34:25.140Every American should want lawful voters protected and unlawful registrations prevented.
00:35:40.720Chicago's political leadership, led by the far-left socialist Mayor Brandon Johnson
00:35:46.680Is moving towards a dangerous new confrontation with federal immigration law
00:35:51.640Now, if Mayor Brandon Johnson's IQ was one point lower, I think you'd have to water him like a plant
00:35:57.080Last time I looked, he had an approval rating at 6%.
00:36:01.460But the Chicago City Council has now approved a November referendum
00:36:05.240asking Chicago whether they should seek compensation from Washington
00:36:09.500for the supposed economic harm caused by last year's federal immigration crackdown.
00:36:15.080Johnson has also spoken of providing reparations to residents
00:36:19.840affected by ICE enforcement, effectively subsidizing criminal activity.
00:36:24.540That policy would turn the rule of law upside down.
00:36:29.020Operation Midway Blitz reportedly resulted in more than 800 arrests, including illegal immigrants with serious criminal histories.
00:36:36.340But instead of supporting federal officers tasked with enforcing laws passed by Congress, Chicago officials want taxpayers to compensate those who violated the law.
00:36:48.200The national implications are enormous.
00:36:51.760If sanctuary cities can demand payment whenever federal authorities arrest illegal immigrants, every law enforcement operation becomes a potential financial liability.
00:37:03.160Local politicians would gain a powerful incentive to obstruct Washington, encourage noncompliance, and portray routine law enforcement as actionable injury.
00:37:15.400That's not an insurrection against the Constitution is what that would be.
00:37:21.760No city has a right to create its own immigration system, shield people from federal law, and then try to bill American taxpayers when the government intervenes.
00:37:31.220Citizenship, borders, and deportation policy are national responsibilities.
00:37:37.520Congress and the courts must make clear that federal immigration law applies equally, whether in Chicago, Texas, Florida, or any other jurisdiction.
00:37:47.180Rewarding resistance to law would invite chaos far beyond immigration.
00:37:51.760A nation cannot survive when obedience to law is optional and criminality comes with a government check.
00:38:01.800Meanwhile, Congress is considering tougher restrictions on lawmakers pursuing sexual relationships with Capitol Hill staffers
00:38:09.240after another wave of misconduct allegations exposed the grotesque moral decay of Washington's elite political class.
00:38:17.420A new House proposal would prohibit representatives from having sexual relationships with any congressional employee unless the Ethics Committee determines there is no conflict of interest.
00:38:29.000Existing rules already bar members from dating their own staff or committee employees, but the proposed standard would cover staff across Congress.
00:38:37.500This change is absolutely necessary. Even supposedly consensual relationships between powerful lawmakers and junior employees carry an obvious imbalance of authority. Members of Congress control access. They can influence careers, shape reputations, and operate inside a culture notorious for protecting insiders.
00:38:58.560We already know that there is a fund from which millions of dollars have been paid out against claims of sexual abuse and harassment, but to date, the American people are not furnished with the names of the members of Congress of both parties who have transgressed and had to have taxpayers cover their tracks.
00:39:19.560What Washington elites describe as private behavior can quickly become coercion, favoritism, retaliation, or institutional corruption.
00:39:29.300Recent scandals involving lawmakers from both parties have intensified demands for these stronger rules and meaningful accountability.
00:39:37.920Congress should not require another ruined career, shattered family, taxpayer-funded settlements that hide the names of the guilty, or personal tragedy before taking an action.
00:39:53.060American people send representatives to Washington to defend the Constitution and serve their constituency, not to treat public offices as a private dating pool.
00:40:02.100Congress should prohibit these relationships, strengthen independent investigations, disclose misconduct settlements and release the names of those who have broken the law and strip tax mayors funded pensions from officials convicted of serious sexual crimes.
00:40:18.920The political class constantly lectures ordinary Americans about morality and workplace conduct.
00:40:25.200It should finally live under the standards at least as strict as those they oppose on everyone else.
00:40:30.820Power without repercussions for lewd or foul behavior produces corruption,
00:40:35.340and we certainly have plenty of that bubbling up inside the Washington swamp.
00:40:40.900Meanwhile, the artificial intelligence race is a struggle of whether America or communist China
00:40:45.700will control the technological infrastructure of the 21st century.
00:40:49.620China understands that dominance comes through widespread adoption.
00:40:53.240Chinese companies are releasing powerful open-source models
00:40:57.180that developers, manufacturers, researchers, and entrepreneurs
00:41:00.460can download, modify, and operate independently.
00:41:03.860America must win this fight for open AI.
