00:05:30.600totaling more than $150,000, all of them having been made in her name through ActBlue over the previous five years.

00:06:45.380that it is a standard operating procedure to take corrective action, including blocking accounts and reporting potential fraud when a non-complaint donation is identified.

00:07:30.040corner drugstore. Both of those allow for massive campaign finance fraud. This is not a new story.

00:07:45.160multiple documented cases, elderly Americans have appeared as prolific donors, sometimes
00:07:49.980giving thousands of contributions, totaling well over $100,000, only later to dispute those records
00:07:56.940when confronted with them. Analysts and investigators have flagged these patterns in
00:08:01.820states including Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, raising ongoing
00:08:08.320questions about identity verification and the possibility of unauthorized or structured
00:08:14.540contributions. It was back in 2023 the O'Keefe Media Group reported on senior citizens in
00:08:20.980Maryland and elsewhere, whose name appeared on $170,000 to $230,000 plus in ActBlue donations
00:08:29.120they flatly denied making. One Arizona resident in her 80s was lifted for giving more than
00:08:35.38018,000 individual contributions, totaling over $170,000. Maryland seniors interviewed on camera
00:08:44.000said they hadn't given only small donations here and there, but not thousands of micro donations
00:08:49.280recorded in their names. In Connecticut, an analysis by Dominic Rapini reported in 2025,
00:08:56.880it identified multiple residents over 70 whose Federal Election Commission records showed
00:09:02.040extraordinary volume. One 88-year-old retired Yale professor was lifted for $7,539 individual
00:09:10.500donations totaling $213,163. He signed a sworn affidavit disputing the record stating it
00:09:19.560did not reflect his actual donation frequency or the dollars he had given. Several others in
00:09:25.700the same group of elderly Connecticut residents signed similar affidavits. Similar high volume
00:09:31.960patterns, as I say, involved elderly donors flagged in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. The evidence leaves
00:09:38.540little doubt, something is off here. It looks to me like a massive fraud. These recurring cases

00:09:48.460further investigations. The House administration, judiciary, and oversight committees have been
00:09:54.260examining ActBlue's fraud controls and foreign donation safeguards for years, aided by internal
