00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
00:00:07.660 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
00:00:11.720 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
00:00:17.360 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,
00:00:22.740 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
00:00:27.700 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
00:00:33.700 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.
00:00:41.720 Welcome, I'm Roger Stone.
00:00:44.420 Not since the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago have we seen a more outrageous example of both the weaponization of our criminal justice system
00:00:55.020 and rank election interference.
00:00:58.820 Yesterday, the judge in D.C., Judge Chuckton, unsealed what is essentially the outlines of special counsel Jack Smith's case against Donald Trump
00:01:12.100 before the election, with Trump's lawyers having no opportunity to respond,
00:01:18.760 and although the fact that the trial will not be until next year if it survives Supreme Court review.
00:01:26.320 Here to view this latest lawfare attack on President Trump is one of the preeminent legal battlers for the truth and honesty in our judicial system.
00:01:40.860 That is Mike Davis, head of the Article III project, and probably the second most hated conservative and right-thinking America first American in the country.
00:01:54.220 He'll be joining us in just a minute.
00:01:56.080 First, let me bring in my co-host, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.news, Troy Smith.
00:02:03.380 Roger, it's always an honor to be back with you.
00:02:06.060 All right, let's bring in Mike Davis.
00:02:08.620 This guy has the hottest feed on X, which used to be known as Twitter.
00:02:14.880 He is out there every day fighting for, against the two-tiered justice system.
00:02:25.160 And there he is.
00:02:27.340 Thank you for having me, Roger.
00:02:28.800 I want to know, if I'm the second most hated, who do I have to beat to become number one?
00:02:34.880 You know, actually, you're probably number three.
00:02:37.280 I think Trump's ahead of me.
00:02:38.620 I'm probably number two.
00:02:40.780 But it's an honor.
00:02:43.220 Every day, the Trump derangement syndrome we see aired in public is really extraordinary.
00:02:51.020 But look, I'm not an attorney.
00:02:52.560 You are, which is why I wanted to have you on to explain to the folks who watch The Stone Zone how outrageous this is.
00:03:00.760 The release of a document, in many cases, I think in most cases, in which the president's accusers are actually still anonymous because their names are redacted, causing the media to do this huge guessing game of, well, Mark Meadows said this and this advisor said that.
00:03:18.920 Some of them unidentified.
00:03:20.440 This is pretty outrageous, is it not?
00:03:22.180 It's an attempt to make their case against Trump before the election.
00:03:26.260 It is the Kamala Democrats' pathetic attempt at an October surprise.
00:03:34.520 It shows their desperation.
00:03:36.260 Remember, the Biden-Kamala Justice Department waited 30 months to bring these bogus charges against President Trump, and they brought charges in two different venues.
00:03:48.500 They brought charges down in the Southern District of Florida for the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
00:04:01.840 But the problem is that Jack Smith, Biden and Kamala's special counsel, didn't like the fact that he actually drew a fair judge for Trump, Judge Eileen Cannon.
00:04:11.960 So Jack Smith did this unprecedented move of bringing a second charge against Trump in D.C. for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.
00:04:30.700 Democrats objected to Republican wins in 1969, 2001, 2005, 2017.
00:04:38.840 We don't see Al Gore and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton in prison, right?
00:04:43.940 And Jack Smith brought four charges against Trump, including two charges that the Supreme Court in June in the Fisher decision said that the Justice Department could not bring related to a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute intended for corporate fraud that Biden and Kamala's Justice Department brought against their political enemies, including Trump.
00:05:08.680 But Jack Smith ignored that and recharged Trump for those two charges the Supreme Court says he can't use.
00:05:16.060 And then he also brought charges that are subject to presidential immunity that the Supreme Court ruled in June.
00:05:24.860 You can't do it. You can't charge a president of the United States, any president of the United States, for his official acts, right?
00:05:32.920 Not his personal acts, his official acts. And Jack Smith largely ignored that in this superseding indictment.
00:05:40.140 And then they went to this D.C. Obama judge, Tanya Shutkin, this partisan hack in a robe.
00:05:46.340 And they have this unprecedented, completely unfair procedure where Jack Smith lays out 165 pages of this one-sided political document, mere hearsay and other accusations against Trump in the October before the November 5th election, and Trump can't respond.
00:06:08.820 This is a political drive-by shooting by Jack Smith, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Merrick Garland, and this judge, Tanya Shutkin, because, look, they know they can't beat Trump at the ballot box on November 5th.
00:06:24.740 So they want to do everything they can to politicize and weaponize our justice system to try to rig the election.
00:06:32.260 Very, very well put. In the Florida Documents case, in your legal career, have you ever heard of having a D.C. grand jury hear a case, taking the recordings of that, and playing it for a South Florida grand jury where they had no opportunity to question those testifying for the purposes of rendering an indictment? Have you ever heard of that?
00:06:55.440 Well, no, and this is why Jack Smith did this, because he had another Obama judge in D.C., Beryl Howell, who is a partisan hack, who did not protect the procedural and substantive due process rights of criminal defendants in these proceedings.
00:07:13.100 They steamrolled constitutional executive privilege going back 250 years to George Washington.
00:07:20.500 Jack Smith knew that if he had a grand jury down in Florida, it actually may have had the proper constitutional and other legal safeguards that Beryl Howell ensured did not happen in D.C.
00:07:32.680 So, no, look, they are out to get Trump. The only reason they're bringing these charges against Trump, again, they waited nearly three years, and then they bring these charges against Trump because they knew he was going to run for president again.
00:07:46.840 This is all about taking out Trump through the legal process because they know Trump's going to beat Biden at the time, and now Kamala like a drum on November 5th.
00:07:56.740 Yeah, it's kind of interesting. I noticed in the debate at that exchange, speaking about January 6th, when one of the moderators said basically challenging, pardon me, having alternative electors in an election dispute was both unconstitutional and illegal, when in fact it is neither.
00:08:17.280 President John F. Kennedy, unfortunately for him, filed an alternative slate of delegates in Hawaii.
00:08:24.300 Election night, it appeared that Vice President Nixon had won Hawaii.
00:08:29.160 His electors were on the verge of being certified, and when the absentee ballots came in, JFK had won, but because he had formed an alternative elector slate, he was able to win the electoral votes of Hawaii.
00:08:46.280 Also a huge amount of this in the famous election of this in the famous election of 1877.
00:08:53.860 So fake electors is a word made up on MSNBC. There's no such thing as a fake elector.
00:09:00.440 In Georgia, if you read the minutes of the meeting of the alternative electors, they said, we're filing a litigation, and in the event that we win that litigation, we would be required to have a slate of delegates, of electors.
00:09:14.480 So we are forming this slate to preserve our legal rights, yet they were charged anyway.
00:09:20.180 By the way, it had nothing to do with selecting or choosing illegal electors, but I had read about it, and I was aware of the Electoral College Act.
00:09:29.520 So once again, they criminalized something that's not a crime.
00:09:32.880 And when it comes to just questioning the election, which if you listen to the waltz's side of the debate, it's like one of the worst crimes in the world, you're right.
00:09:42.760 Hillary questioned her election.
00:09:45.400 Democrats for years insisted that they had been robbed when they hadn't.
00:09:50.000 It's only when Donald Trump objected and they say, oh, it's an absurd conspiracy theory for you to think that there were irregularities or anomalies or outright fraud in the 2020 election.
00:10:03.920 When we see the fraud unfolding in the Georgia courts before our very eyes, these aren't things that I'm saying.
00:10:11.100 These are things that the courts have found.
00:10:13.020 They also repeat that, the biggest lie of all, 62 judges considered their cases and they were denied on the evidence.
00:10:21.580 That's what they said in the debate.
00:10:22.700 No, no case was ever heard.
00:10:24.920 They always were rejected on the basis of standing or some other technicality.
00:10:30.120 But the evidence was never really weighed.
00:10:33.380 Look, nothing these people will do surprises me.
00:10:36.960 Nothing whatsoever.
00:10:39.020 I think the political impact here, though, will backfire.
00:10:42.400 Troy, what's your thinking?
00:10:44.660 Well, you know, there's a there's a lot of political impact as far as the the speculation that, oh, the elections are faking.
00:10:51.400 And that's why I wanted to ask Mike here, because, you know, we're heading into an election where, strangely enough, Kamala Harris is going to be the one in the Mike Pence chair here going into the election day.
00:11:02.520 And we've heard the Democrats might say over and over again, you know, Donald Trump can't be president.
00:11:06.820 We have to do everything within our power to stop him.
00:11:09.260 And my question to you is, you know, on that day when Kamala Harris said should Donald Trump win this election on that day where Kamala Harris is supposed to certify this election.
00:11:19.080 Are we certain that she's not going to pull of Mike Pence in reverse and try to stop Donald Trump from getting elected in that fashion?
00:11:26.000 So these Biden and Kamala Democrats have tried to bankrupt Trump for non-fraud.
00:11:33.520 They've tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life for non-crimes.
00:11:37.700 They tried to take him off the ballot in Colorado and Maine and other states.
00:11:42.240 And when the Supreme Court stepped up and stopped them, they're trying to destroy the Supreme Court that got in their way with court packing.
00:11:50.700 They've underfunded Trump's Secret Service protection numerous times and almost got him killed twice.
00:11:58.540 When all that failed and Trump was still beating Biden like a drum, what did the party of so-called democracy do?
00:12:06.400 They gutted Joe Biden in a bloodless coup and backroom deal.
00:12:12.340 They threw out 14 million Democrat primary voters and they installed Kamala Harris, who has not won one primary vote for president in her life, and they made her the nominee.
00:12:24.360 And so you're already hearing rumblings that if and when President Trump wins on November 5th, on January 6th, 2025, these Democrats are going to try to deny Trump the presidency and they're going to try to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, their insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment, and have Trump not certified based upon that bogus theory.
00:12:50.620 So this is the party who pretends like they're protecting democracy, who are doing everything they can to destroy democracy because they can't beat Trump fairly and squarely on November 5th.
00:13:01.620 Yeah, I think that is abundantly clear.
00:13:06.740 I mean, Jamie Raskin's been very, very open about the plan that they will simply refuse to certify his election, which, of course, they accuse Trump of committing a crime by objecting to the certification of the last election.
00:13:22.200 So by their own admission, they say, yes, we're prepared to convict what we previously said were crimes to stop Trump from going to the White House.
00:13:30.880 You have these executive orders that give the government broad powers, the president broad powers regarding, quote unquote, foreign interference in the election.
00:13:39.960 In the shadow of what they tried with the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, I think that they're capable of absolutely anything.
00:13:47.680 Well, I had to wait until BuzzFeed sued Mueller to get the fully redacted final report in which he himself admitted that in my case, he'd found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration.
00:14:01.160 And he said if he had found such evidence, which he didn't, he concluded it wouldn't have been a crime that I was prosecuted.
00:14:06.960 It's, these people are prepared to do anything, particularly when they have power.
00:14:12.940 I think it's extraordinarily dangerous.
00:14:15.600 People ask me, is Trump going to win the election?
00:14:17.520 Yes, I think he's going to win.
00:14:19.480 But between Democrats' skullduggery in the polling places, which has a documented history in many places, and these deep state operatives who are prepared to violate the Constitution to stop him from coming back,
00:14:35.120 it did concern me that when the Supreme Court rejected the effort to keep him off the ballot in 50 states, they did say that the Congress would have the authority to prevent him from becoming president.
00:14:49.280 How do you react to that?
00:14:50.780 I think what the Supreme Court meant is that Congress must pass legislation under Section 5 of the 14th Amendment, an insurrection criminal legislation to make, to disqualify under Section 3 through Section 5.
00:15:09.580 Congress has done that.
00:15:10.680 If you want to disqualify an officeholder of the United States, you have to bring federal charges against that officeholder under Section 3, there's a crime for insurrection.
00:15:25.000 You charge them with that crime.
00:15:26.840 You have a grand jury indict.
00:15:28.440 You put on a federal trial before a federal judge.
00:15:31.200 You have a federal jury unanimously find guilt.
00:15:35.300 The judge convicts in sentences.
00:15:37.700 And then only after that, only after a criminal conviction under that specific federal insurrection crime can you disqualify under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
00:15:49.120 So, I mean, very, very clearly, the entire Democrat narrative is Trump is guilty of his insurrection because we say he is.
00:15:57.560 Not that any court has ever found that, and that on that basis, he should be denied certification because we have the votes.
00:16:07.160 I get it.
00:16:08.380 I really think that they're brazen and they're talking about it.
00:16:12.260 This whole operation out of Georgetown, it's the same exact players who thwarted the last election.
00:16:21.460 And that's why I think we have to be very cognizant and not get cocky here.
00:16:26.620 I keep meeting Trump supporters who tell me that this is going to be a landslide, the president's going to win by a mile.
00:16:33.120 Yes, perhaps if we had a free, fair, honest, and entirely transparent election, that would be possible.
00:16:39.280 But I think you always have to fight like you're two points down and recognize that every single vote here counts.
00:16:47.520 It's going to be an incredibly close election, which I still believe Trump will win, but only by exposing this attack on him, which is just another in the latest of a series of politically motivated uses of the criminal justice system to blacken his name and try to put him in jail.
00:17:09.000 But really, above all, to cost him the election.
00:17:13.500 Mike, how do you feel about the election just less than a month away, a little more than a month away?
00:17:20.360 I'm more bullish than you are.
00:17:22.080 I feel very confident that Trump is going to win and win comfortably so long as his supporters get out there and vote and vote as early as possible.
00:17:31.820 Bank your vote. Do not wait until Election Day to vote, because if you think the BLM and Antifa riots were bad in 2020, wait till the Hamas riots come in 2024.
00:17:44.820 And you don't want to be in line on Election Day and fear that, you know, fear for your life for voting.
00:17:51.620 You don't want riots on Election Day.
00:17:53.680 You don't want to have happen on Election Day what happened in Maricopa County in the last election, where they printed the wrong-sized ballots.
00:18:02.620 Republicans showed up on Election Day.
00:18:05.620 They checked into one polling place.
00:18:07.620 They had the wrong-sized ballots.
00:18:09.480 The ballots were not going through the machine, so they got sent to another polling place.
00:18:14.400 When they went to the other polling place, they were told they couldn't vote there because they were checked in at the first place.
00:18:20.000 And then the Democrats opposed the Republicans' efforts to have the courts extend hours by just a few hours to make sure that they can vote.
00:18:28.880 And then you had thousands of Republicans disenfranchised in Maricopa County on Election Day.
00:18:34.720 Do not let that happen again.
00:18:36.260 Vote and vote as early as possible.
00:18:39.100 Bank your vote.
00:18:40.720 Yeah, it was really quite amazing.
00:18:43.100 All of these voting-tabulated machines were tested the night before with the correct-sized ballot, 19 1⁄2 inches.
00:18:51.860 But on Election Day, they were supplied in 65 percent of the counties, which just happened to be the most Republican precincts.
00:18:58.660 Pardon me.
00:18:59.120 65 precincts in the county, which just happened to be the most Republican precincts.
00:19:04.020 They were given a 20-inch ballot.
00:19:06.700 The tabulators continued to reject them.
00:19:09.560 The lines got longer and longer.
00:19:11.440 It was hot outside.
00:19:13.580 Many people just gave up because they didn't want to wait.
00:19:17.000 Others were told, well, throw your ballot over there in that provisional ballot box, which was overflowing.
00:19:24.960 No chain of custody on what had happened to those votes.
00:19:28.100 It was the most egregious steal in history.
00:19:31.580 And sadly, it was done by the McCain Republicans and the Biden Democrats working together.
00:19:38.400 It is the gold standard of election theft.
00:19:43.720 But as you know, Mike, if you say that, you're a conspiracy theorist.
00:19:47.940 I mean, it was the cleanest, fairest election we've ever had.
00:19:52.540 They don't even concede that there was any anomaly, irregularity whatsoever.
00:19:58.380 It really is amazing to see that they continue to recycle the same BS.
00:20:04.760 Yeah, and this is what the Article III project is doing this election cycle.
00:20:08.900 We've done judges.
00:20:10.100 We've been successful on winning the lawfare fight against President Trump.
00:20:14.220 Now we're doing election integrity, which is the next battle in the left's lawfare and election interference against conservatives.
00:20:22.620 And I would say this.
00:20:24.080 What the Article III project is doing is we want to say to these conservative lawyers, election workers, observers, judges, follow the law.
00:20:33.980 If you follow the law, we're going to have your back at the Article III projects into these left-wing lawyers and election observers and workers and judges.
00:20:43.340 If you try to rig and steal this election again, we're going to call you out very loudly and fearlessly.
00:20:48.760 Yeah, it's very interesting that when the Detroit Account Center was closed down and they brought in ballots at 3 o'clock in the morning, first they had dispersed the Republican observers.
00:21:05.840 The lawyers representing the Republicans didn't know how to contact a judge, even though they needed to file an emergency order to have access.
00:21:13.700 So, interestingly, when I was at Mar-a-Lago and I was illegally taped by a couple of left-wing James O'Keefe wannabes, I said, you know, we have to have the phone numbers for the judges.
00:21:30.020 Now, in every federal circuit, there is a duty judge who's designated at the end of the day when the court closes and until the court reopens, in the event of an emergency, which is usually medical or health-related, you can find a judge.
00:21:47.720 Headline in The Guardian, Stone says Trump owns judges.
00:21:53.160 That's how insane these people are.
00:21:55.380 I mean, they are completely insane.
00:21:56.680 I never said anything about owning a judge, but the attorneys representing the Republicans in every swing state, in every close county, need to be able to contact a judge in the evening if they need to file an emergency motion.
00:22:09.780 It doesn't mean the motion won't even be granted.
00:22:11.560 That's not the point.
00:22:13.080 But it's how they distort, you know, they distort this.
00:22:16.760 It's kind of like Kamala Harris saying to Donald Trump, you buddied up to Chairman Xi, President Xi, after he developed the virus in a Chinese lab, something that Xi and her friends were denying at the time it happened.
00:22:32.700 It's just absurd.
00:22:34.940 Yeah, and that's the issue, Rogers, is as conservatives, we need to stop caring what these left-wing people say about us.
00:22:42.620 Who cares?
00:22:44.000 Our job is to fearlessly and boldly follow the law, and who gives a damn what they say?
00:22:49.940 Who cares if they call us election deniers?
00:22:52.320 Our job is to follow the law and make sure that legal votes are counted and illegal votes are not.
00:22:58.320 It's that simple.
00:22:58.980 You can, by the way, you can support our friend here by going to article3project.org.
00:23:07.300 There it is on the corner of the screen.
00:23:09.000 Mike Davis is a, he is a warrior.
00:23:11.840 Mike, some on the left, the Daily Beast, the Huffington Post, the usual suspects, they seem to be petrified that, well, you might be the next Attorney General of the United States.
00:23:22.520 And this literally turns their knees to jelly, and they wet their pants at this prospect, because what if we had an Attorney General who actually followed the law, who actually treated everybody the same under the law?
00:23:36.740 Oh, my God, that would be terrible.
00:23:39.200 They really do have a thing for you.
00:23:41.280 I got to admit that you troll them so effectively.
00:23:44.800 It's really fun to watch.
00:23:45.960 I would say this, Roger.
00:23:47.740 I have been the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:23:53.120 I promise you that I am way too charming to get confirmed by the United States Senate to anything, particularly the Attorney General.
00:24:02.120 So to the left, I say that there's not a chance I'm going to be the Attorney General.
00:24:06.680 I'm too charming to get confirmed.
00:24:08.260 But I do want to be Trump's viceroy, right?
00:24:10.500 I think that would be a great job, Roger, because the viceroy is not accountable to courts or Congress, and I can just rule by decree, kind of like what Jack Smith does as special counsel.
00:24:22.380 Just make up a job like special counsel.
00:24:24.820 You can call me the viceroy, give me unlimited power, unlimited budget, and just turn me loose like Biden and Kamala did with Jack Smith.
00:24:32.180 That raises an excellent question.
00:24:35.140 So Judge Cannon, who I, from afar, have a high regard for, when a Republican judge or a Republican-appointed judge makes any ruling whatsoever that the left is unhappy with, they're incompetent, they're corrupted, they're stupid.
00:24:52.200 But when a federal judge appointed by Obama or Clinton makes a ruling, they're non-political, non-partisan statesmen and stateswomen.
00:25:03.940 It's laughable.
00:25:05.380 Judge Cannon has ruled that Jack Smith's appointment is unconstitutional because he was not confirmed by the U.S. Senate, because no officer of the executive branch can be unfireable by the president.
00:25:18.320 It's unconstitutional, and there is no funding or mechanism in law that even creates this position to which he was appointed, the special counsel law we did have having been allowed to expire.
00:25:35.040 That will now go to the 11th Circuit because Jack Smith has challenged it, has appealed it.
00:25:42.020 How do you think that decision will go?
00:25:43.700 I think this will ultimately get resolved by the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Supreme Court's definitely going to side with Judge Cannon because she's right.
00:25:52.780 If you want to create an office, a federal office, it has to be done through statute, through Congress.
00:25:59.780 And not only does Congress have to create it by statute, it has to fund it every year through the appropriations process.
00:26:07.120 And what happened, as you said, Roger, we had the Office of the Independent Counsel, an office created by statutes, right?
00:26:14.520 And after Ken Starr's investigation of President Bill Clinton, when he got impeached by the House, the Democrats didn't like the Office of the Independent Counsel anymore.
00:26:23.660 They usually had these independent counsels go after Republicans like Reagan and Bush and cause hell for them.
00:26:30.260 But now that this actually boomeranged and hit a Democrat president, they let the Office of the Independent Counsel statute lapse.
00:26:38.380 And so how did the Justice Department respond?
00:26:41.300 They just made up the Office of Special Counsel through fiat, right?
00:26:45.700 And they funded it through fiat.
00:26:47.540 And that's clearly unconstitutional, right?
00:26:49.760 It's like I was saying, do Democrats really want the president to have the ability to create all-powerful officers on their own without Congress and fund them and have little accountability to Congress?
00:27:03.000 If they want Special Counsel Jack Smith, do they want Viceroy Mike Davis?
00:27:08.340 To give the broad prosecutorial power to any non-Justice Department unapproved by the U.S. Senate, never having been confirmed, I think is an additional flaw.
00:27:24.980 Interesting enough, Hunter Biden's lawyers challenged some of the charges against him on the basis that that special counsel had that same flaw in their appointment.
00:27:34.280 That was, interestingly, rejected because, in this case, the special counsel had been the U.S. attorney in Delaware, and therefore he had been confirmed with his prosecutorial powers by the Senate.
00:27:46.080 But it was a nice try.
00:27:48.880 I think the lawfare is just going to continue.
00:27:51.340 How does the case in New York, the Alvin Bragg case, the case in which they take what, if Trump were guilty, which no one concedes, would have been at worst some kind of a business records misdemeanor in a civil case turned into a criminal case?
00:28:11.380 And, of course, and, of course, with a rigged jury and an incredible prosecution in which the prosecutors could never prove how these transitions related to some larger underlying crime because they couldn't identify one, not a Federal Election Commission crime, not, therefore, a campaign finance crime, not a financial or a tax crime.
00:28:32.980 Yet they still got a rigged jury to convict Donald Trump in a nanosecond.
00:28:39.860 How is this going to play out?
00:28:41.860 Well, remember what happened.
00:28:42.960 In 2017, President Trump settled a nuisance claim.
00:28:47.400 And somehow that 2017 settlement of a nuisance claim somehow affected the 2016 election.
00:28:55.080 And Trump put this private settlement in his private books as a legal expense.
00:28:59.980 I've been a lawyer for nearly 20 years.
00:29:01.480 I've settled many of these nuisance claims on behalf of clients.
00:29:05.640 I don't know what the hell you would call it other than a legal expense, right?
00:29:09.160 And so this legal expense in his private books as a legal expense somehow was election interference.
00:29:15.840 And somehow these bookkeeping misdemeanors from seven years ago transformed into 34 felonies.
00:29:22.480 And this is a legal theory that the prior Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, declined to prosecute.
00:29:29.360 The Manhattan U.S. attorney declined to prosecute.
00:29:33.220 The Federal Election Commission declined to pursue.
00:29:36.720 And Alvin Bragg himself declined, even though he campaigned on getting Trump.
00:29:41.680 It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo got deployed from the Biden-Kamala Justice Department, the number three office, a very senior political appointee, to resurrect the zombie case and bring these bogus charges against Trump.
00:29:55.460 They were in front of Judge Juan Marchand, a corrupt judge whose daughter, Lauren Marchand, is raising millions of dollars off of this case requiring his recusal.
00:30:05.100 Look, at the end of the day, the Supreme Court of the United States is going to step up and stop this.
00:30:10.940 There's no way in hell the Supreme Court is going to let a former and likely future president of the United States go to prison under this bogus, politicized and weaponized justice system in Manhattan.
00:30:25.920 It's totally frivolous.
00:30:27.620 But in the meantime, guess what?
00:30:30.320 The election is going to come down to this.
00:30:32.200 Do you want President Trump to go back to the White House after November 5th, or do you want him to go to Rikers Island, even temporarily after November 5th, until the Supreme Court steps in?
00:30:43.840 That's what this election is going to be about.
00:30:45.560 It's interesting, as I recall, Hillary Clinton, in her descriptions in her Federal Election Commission reports, called the payments for the Steele dossier, the completely fraudulent document that was used to smear Donald Trump, legal expenses.
00:31:02.080 She would ultimately even be fined by the Federal Election Commission for the inappropriate and inaccurate description of those expenditures.
00:31:10.680 But I don't recall any criminal action to put her in prison, although she certainly deserves to be there, based on my book, The Clinton's War on Women, in which I lay out all their lifetime of crimes.
00:31:26.160 But, again, it's the complete two-tiered justice system writ large.
00:31:33.440 These people, I think, are prepared to do whatever it takes to stop Donald Trump from returning to the White House.
00:31:39.960 That's why I'm glad to hear that the Article III project is going to begin your, or I should say continue your focus, on election integrity.
00:31:50.820 It is essential that we have a free, fair, honest, transparent election.
00:31:55.900 I'm convinced if we do, Trump wins.
00:31:58.520 But we've seen, we know history.
00:32:01.320 And even though when they tell you, don't believe what you see with your own eyes, believe what we tell you, the election was the cleanest in history, we know otherwise.
00:32:10.160 So I think, folks, you should go to the Article III project.
00:32:13.900 That's the article, the number three, project.org, and send a generous contribution.
00:32:19.520 Because one thing you can count on, Mike Davis is a fighter.
00:32:25.020 In the foxhole, he's the guy you want in with you.
00:32:28.200 Nobody has hit the hypocrisy of the left, the hypocrisy of the highly politicized criminal justice system, specifically the Department of Justice, but also the FBI than Mike Davis.
00:32:42.860 And he needs your support.
00:32:44.400 The organization needs your support.
00:32:46.520 Troy, you have another question for our guest.
00:32:50.020 Absolutely, Mike.
00:32:51.000 Something that I think we don't think back to quite enough is the messages that were revealed between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, in which they talked last election in 2016, when Trump won, about an insurance policy in case Trump would win.
00:33:06.500 And I think a lot of Trump supporters are asking themselves, what is the insurance policy heading into this election?
00:33:12.380 Is it these cases?
00:33:13.800 Are they planning if Trump wins to drag this into his presidency?
00:33:17.360 Or if that's not the case, what do you think is the insurance policy this time in 2024, Mike?
00:33:23.300 Well, look, like we said, they tried to bankrupt him.
00:33:26.380 They tried to throw him in prison for life.
00:33:28.640 They tried to take him off the ballot.
00:33:31.100 They tried to take off his head.
00:33:32.580 They intentionally underfunded his Secret Service protection twice, right?
00:33:37.920 So what more can they do?
00:33:39.680 I don't know.
00:33:40.180 I mean, Kamala has let in over 20 million illegal immigrants into our country.
00:33:45.960 And the cartels are clearly working with our worst foreign adversaries like Iran.
00:33:52.680 Who knows?
00:33:54.800 They're going to do everything they can to stop President Trump from winning on November 5th.
00:34:00.020 And that is why it is so critically important that his supporters fight legally, politically, financially.
00:34:08.200 Make sure you show up and vote as early as possible.
00:34:12.280 We have to make sure that President Trump wins this next election.
00:34:15.240 Because if he doesn't, it's game over America.
00:34:18.440 If you think 20 million illegal immigrants are bad, just imagine what Kamala would do over the next four years.
00:34:25.500 And more problematically, she would have the chance to replace Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito on the Supreme Court.
00:34:33.760 And if she does that, there goes our God-given rights to speak, to worship, to associate, to protect ourselves.
00:34:41.620 Everything is on the line on November 5th.
00:34:44.500 It will be game over America if Kamala wins.
00:34:47.900 I'd like to hear your reaction to the announcement by the Justice Department that they will postpone indefinitely the trial of Ryan Routh,
00:34:58.460 the man who's charged with attempting to kill President Donald Trump, based on a substantial amount of new evidence.
00:35:05.700 Now, maybe the prosecutors should publish that new evidence, and they can redact it if they want, prior to the election.
00:35:11.840 So we could see what kind of connections Mr. Routh may have had.
00:35:17.320 It would be the same legal principle as Jack Smith putting forward this highly one-sided, biased, heavily redacted document of accusations, innuendo, hearsay.
00:35:31.500 Sometimes they charge him with crimes.
00:35:33.640 They allege that he committed crimes that don't even exist.
00:35:39.580 It's a bizarre document, but it's a political document, on a serious note.
00:35:45.980 How do you feel about their decision to postpone his trial indefinitely?
00:35:50.140 What does that mean?
00:35:51.860 Well, it's troubling.
00:35:53.400 And so you have to ask.
00:35:54.700 Remember, Biden and Kamala encouraged illegal home protests, obstruction of justice campaigns outside of the homes of Supreme Court justices,
00:36:05.580 leading Supreme Court justices and their families going to safe houses, leading to the 1 a.m. assassination attempt against Justice Kavanaugh, his wife, Ashley, their two teenage daughters.
00:36:18.940 Biden and Kamala have said that Trump is an existential threat to democracy who must be stopped at all costs.
00:36:28.040 And they underfunded Trump's Secret Service protection.
00:36:32.560 They denied several requests from Trump's career Secret Service protective detail.
00:36:39.020 Several times they denied this.
00:36:41.040 And then Biden and Kamala said that we need to put a bullseye on Trump's head.
00:36:46.080 And so what happened after that?
00:36:47.460 You had that assassination against President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:36:52.000 You have another attempt against him down in Mar-a-Lago.
00:36:55.720 Look, I don't have confidence that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are going to protect President Trump from another assassination attempt.
00:37:03.540 And that is terrifying.
00:37:06.100 Let us be sure to remember that Congressman Dan Goldman said that Donald Trump must be eliminated.
00:37:14.040 David Plouffe, who is the top advisor to Kamala's campaign, said that Donald Trump should be terminated.
00:37:20.480 We know that Biden, of course, famously said it was time to put a bullseye on him.
00:37:27.140 They constantly insist that he's Hitler.
00:37:30.280 He'll be like Hitler.
00:37:31.780 But by the way, he's going to sign a federal abortion ban and take away every woman's right to an abortion.
00:37:37.480 Another one of the big lies they keep recycling.
00:37:40.740 It's up there with he killed the border bill that would have fixed the problem.
00:37:45.100 No, he killed a border bill that would have allowed two million illegals a year to come in unquestioned, but provided the money to process them.
00:37:54.460 It paid for lawyers for them.
00:37:56.400 It paid for the NGOs that brought them into the country.
00:37:59.980 But the one thing it most certainly did not do was secure our border.
00:38:03.660 And, of course, it also included $89 billion for Ukraine, a big problem down there on our southern border.
00:38:11.060 That's the bill Donald Trump wanted House and Senate Republicans to kill.
00:38:15.600 How many times they could recycle the same talking points, it really is almost mind-blowing.
00:38:23.300 But they stick to a narrative.
00:38:25.520 It's like pretending that Kamala Harris has any credibility when she says, visits the border and says, you know, I'm going to hire 1,500 new border patrol agents and I'm going to secure the border.
00:38:37.820 She's had three and a half years.
00:38:39.420 Why hasn't she secured the border?
00:38:42.360 It's ludicrous.
00:38:43.800 Yeah, look, Joe Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of the border and borders are Kamala Harris broke our border on day one and imported over 20 million illegal immigrants, fighting age men from the world's biggest trouble spots.
00:38:59.680 And we see the resulting migrant crime and chaos, rapes and murders.
00:39:04.840 They let in tens of thousands, tens of thousands of convicted rapists and murderers, killers into our country.
00:39:12.520 Kamala Harris was the tie-breaking vote on Bidenomics that blew up our economy, that caused record inflation, very high interest rates that we haven't seen in decades that is destroying American families.
00:39:29.040 Real Americans in real America cannot make ends meet with this inflation and interest rates and the migrants taking jobs and taking resources from these small towns, overrunning schools and hospitals and other social services.
00:39:45.400 We need Trump back in the White House after November 5th, 2024, or it's game over America.
00:39:52.620 All right, we're going to leave it there.
00:39:57.340 I want to thank my friend Mike Davis with the Article 3 Project.
00:40:01.720 Once again, Article 3, the number 3, article3project.org, help his important organization.
00:40:11.060 He's already stayed a little longer than he told me he could, so we appreciate your time, Mike.
00:40:14.800 God bless you, and let's make America great again.
00:40:18.400 Thank you, guys.
00:40:19.020 Really appreciate it.
00:40:19.880 All right, folks, what's this horrific hurricane going on that has ripped through the country reminds us of the fragility of the cell phone system as well as the entire electric grid.
00:40:33.320 So if the cell system went down, in fact, if the entire electrical grid went down, which experts tell us is particularly vulnerable to hackers and as bad as well as terrible and clement weather, how would you communicate?
00:40:47.820 So I switched over to the satellite proprietary network and the satellite 9555 phone.
00:40:56.740 Take a look.
00:40:57.280 This is Roger Stone.
00:40:59.860 Remember when AT&T's cell phone outage left millions, including me, stranded without a means to communicate with loved ones, business associates, or even for emergency services?
00:41:11.640 You see, cellular networks are particularly vulnerable, big targets for hackers and terrorists, as well as vulnerable to hurricanes and other natural disasters.
00:41:20.740 So if your cell phone goes down, how will you communicate?
00:41:26.200 That's why I got the Iridium 9555 satellite phone and service.
00:41:31.980 I'm using the proprietary Iridium satellite service.
00:41:36.100 Cell networks only cover about 7% of the Earth, while the Iridium system covers 100% of the Earth.
00:41:43.160 You can call or text from any place you can see the sky.
00:41:46.440 These are trusted by U.S. military and government officials everywhere.
00:41:51.120 All calls are encrypted, safe and secure.
00:41:54.200 No eavesdropping, no hacking.
00:41:56.360 It's the reason the U.S. military uses Iridium phones and the U.S. Senate uses satellite phones for their secure phone calls.
00:42:04.440 You, too, can ensure your privacy by using our Iridium proprietary satellite network.
00:42:10.680 Just go to sat123.com slash roger.
00:42:14.940 No tracking and no one can listen to your calls.
00:42:18.420 No one will ever read your text but the person you're sending them to.
00:42:21.900 And more importantly, big tech cannot steal and then sell your data.
00:42:26.740 You can get the Iridium 9555 phone at no cost if you sign up for a plan with a 24-month agreement.
00:42:35.040 A monthly plan is only $95.95 and you get the phone for free.
00:42:40.920 You can get a plan with us for as little as $85.95.
00:42:45.980 And then there are discounted family share plans with up to three free phones.
00:42:50.640 Those are also available.
00:42:52.360 The Iridium 9555 satellite phone will work from anywhere on Earth with no exceptions.
00:42:58.960 Oh, and how do you keep your satellite phone charged in the event of an electrical grid shutdown?
00:43:03.940 You're going to want our solar-powered satellite phone recharger.
00:43:08.140 You can get it all by going to sat123.com slash roger.
00:43:14.320 You need to have secure communications.
00:43:17.060 Get your Iridium 9555 phone now.
00:43:20.540 And we're back, folks.
00:43:26.060 You're back in the stone zone.
00:43:28.040 We're going to jump right into the presidential race.
00:43:32.080 But let me recommend, again, the Iridium system.
00:43:36.180 You can go to sat123.com slash roger for the Iridium 9555 phone.
00:43:43.740 In the Iridium proprietary satellite phone system, your phone calls and your encrypted messages will work any place you can see the sky.
00:43:54.820 And, of course, it doesn't rely on the cell towers or the power grid being operational.
00:44:01.340 It gives me peace of mind.
00:44:02.720 Okay, so go ahead, Troy.
00:44:05.740 We seem to have a dispute over the vice president's husband who they try to sell as kind of a warm, fuzzy guy, but it may not exactly be that.
00:44:17.840 Well, you know, Roger, that's exactly right.
00:44:20.180 And we have a clip.
00:44:21.680 We just want to play this first of Doug Emhoff.
00:44:24.640 This is the second gentleman, that's what they call him, out on the campaign trail.
00:44:28.880 And just before we get into this, I want people to keep in mind, the Kamala Harris campaign is using this guy to tell us that Donald Trump is a misogynist.
00:44:38.900 He just had an interview with former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki where she said that he's changed masculinity.
00:44:45.820 Now this guy is being touted as the new definition of masculinity by the left.
00:44:50.340 So let's take a look at that clip and then get into some of these breaking headlines.
00:44:53.520 A guy, well, two guys who actually not only don't trust women, but are literally running on a platform of authoritarianism and misogyny.
00:45:03.080 That literally should be their slogan, because that's what it is.
00:45:07.560 So you want, you know, people who literally are outwardly misogynistic in their policies and the way they talk about women and the policies in which they've already enacted and have talked about enacting.
00:45:19.360 There you have it, folks. Doug Emhoff is selling himself as some kind of champion, calling out Donald Trump and J.D. Vance for their misogyny.
00:45:33.420 Well, what do we know about Doug Emhoff?
00:45:34.960 Well, we know that his first marriage ended after he knocked up his nanny.
00:45:39.640 Yes, that's right. That was revealed by Daily Mail earlier this year.
00:45:43.180 So the family man, Doug Emhoff, or Dougie, as Kamala Harris calls him, knocked up his nanny in his first marriage, and that was the end of that marriage.
00:45:51.400 Well, we actually learned something new just this week, Roger, and I wanted to get your thoughts on this.
00:45:57.380 We have a headline from the New York Post that shows that Doug Emhoff, the second gentleman, has now been accused of slapping, beating his girlfriend in 2012 in public in front of a bunch of people at a ritzy gala.
00:46:10.640 So Doug Emhoff, very rich guy. He's an entertainment lawyer. He's a Hollywood lawyer.
00:46:15.880 But three women, Roger, have now come forward and allege that Kamala Harris's husband drunkenly assaulted his ex-girlfriend at this ritzy gala in 2012.
00:46:25.700 We actually have a clip from the article that shows that, and I'll read this real quickly.
00:46:30.400 Vice President Kamala Harris's husband is being accused of slapping his ex-girlfriend for flirting with the valet worker at a ritzy gala in 2012, a new report claims.
00:46:38.840 Second gentleman, Doug Emhoff, 59, supposedly struck his then-girlfriend, described as a successful New York attorney, in the face so hard that she spun around while in a valet after an event at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2012.
00:46:53.900 The three unnamed witnesses of the friend reportedly told the Daily Mail.
00:46:58.700 So there you have it.
00:47:00.080 Roger, this is a breaking scandal. We're not seeing mainstream news coverage of it.
00:47:04.240 What do you make of this, a breaking scandal about Doug Emhoff?
00:47:07.360 Well, first of all, that is pronounced Cannes, not Cannes.
00:47:11.860 It's on the French Riviera, and it's great. It's a great, great place.
00:47:17.380 Now, I think it's mostly overrun by people from the Middle East, but it was once a great tourist destination for Europeans and Americans.
00:47:26.700 In any event, this is very typical of the hypocrisy of the Democrat Party.
00:47:32.160 This story will be out of the news in one cycle, and it won't get picked up on the mainstream media, because they have to paint a false picture of, first of all, of Kamala Harris being qualified to be president.
00:47:46.900 Not the woman who wanted to defund the police, not the woman who wanted to make coming in the country illegal, not a criminal act, and not the woman who said that U.S. taxpayers should pay for every penny of the health care of the 20 million illegals who are in the country.
00:48:05.640 Not the woman who, as a prosecutor, said a drug dealer had to be accused three times before she would prosecute them on the first two accusations she wouldn't prosecute.
00:48:18.000 But she said she was tough on the cartels. Nonsense.
00:48:21.500 They have to rewrite history here. She wasn't in charge of the border. She's the person who's going to close the border.
00:48:28.900 She's going to restore the middle class when it's her policies, the policies of Joe Biden, runaway spending, over-regulation, and not to mention bringing us to the brink of war that has given us the inflation that has us teetering on the edge of financial catastrophe.
00:48:50.040 At the same time, they're telling the folks at NATO, yes, you can use U.S.-built long-range NATO missiles that we supplied to hit targets in Russia.
00:49:02.120 And at the same time, she is part of the Harris-Biden administration, which carries out the grand vision of Barack Obama of building Iran up to, quote-unquote, stabilize the region, when Donald Trump had them on the verge of absolute bankruptcy.
00:49:20.480 The sanctions put in place against Iran were so harsh, they were teetering on the edge.
00:49:27.340 They couldn't sell their oil, which they have in a plentiful supply to anybody, even the Chinese, who are so desperate to do business with the United States, would not risk violating the sanctions.
00:49:38.440 So the Harris-Biden administration has given them now over $190 billion that they use to attack Israel, that they use through their terrorist groups, Hamas and Hezbollah.
00:49:53.320 They also use to continue their rapid nuclear weapons development program.
00:49:59.320 They tell us that we may be weeks away, although never did figure out how they'd come up with those numbers.
00:50:05.800 So it's an entire campaign of deception and attack.
00:50:11.420 So smear Donald Trump.
00:50:12.880 He's the guy who wants a federal abortion ban.
00:50:15.320 No, he doesn't.
00:50:16.360 He's the guy who will take away your IVF.
00:50:18.760 No, he won't.
00:50:19.940 He is the guy who wants to take away your birth control.
00:50:24.880 False.
00:50:25.140 He is the guy who only wants to cut taxes on billionaires.
00:50:29.460 No, Donald Trump cut taxes across the board.
00:50:33.200 Those who got the greatest tax reduction between 15 and 30 percent were in the middle brackets.
00:50:38.820 The billionaires, by and large, got about a 1 percent reduction in their taxes.
00:50:44.900 I don't know how many times they can recycle the same lies.
00:50:48.460 Troy, take it away.
00:50:49.940 Well, Roger, you know we've got another breaking story.
00:50:52.320 You know, we dug out some videos for this show, particularly because you're right.
00:50:56.360 There is a campaign of deception afoot here by the Kamala Harris campaign.
00:51:00.640 And as we see, you know, this crime of Diddy unravel, you know, the rapper Diddy as he's indicted.
00:51:09.000 We've seen Eric Adams subsequently indicted.
00:51:11.660 And a lot of people have speculated that the two may have something to do with each other.
00:51:15.340 And that got me thinking, you know, I wonder who else Diddy has associated with in the past.
00:51:21.100 And it turns out he's associated with a lot of people.
00:51:23.620 Namely, we have a clip from 2004.
00:51:26.740 So this was at the very beginning of President Barack Obama's political career.
00:51:30.720 And we see Diddy here interviewing him.
00:51:32.660 I want to play this.
00:51:33.580 And then we will also want to play a clip that shows members of Congress, including Rep Ayanna Pressley, Rep AOC, as well as Kamala Harris praising Diddy.
00:51:45.740 And then we want to get Roger's thoughts on this association that these people have had with this individual for years.
00:51:52.180 And the idea that, you know, Donald Trump at one point is photographed somewhere near Jeffrey Epstein, and all of a sudden it's blown into, oh, they're connected, they're best friends.
00:52:01.740 Meanwhile, we have videos of these people praising somebody accused of human trafficking and has been indicted, and nothing is even spoken about.
00:52:09.700 Let's roll those clips and then get Roger's thoughts on the other end.
00:52:12.360 We're probably spending more money on schools, more money on job training, more money on programs for ex-offenders.
00:52:18.120 All that stuff makes a difference.
00:52:19.760 You folks can make a difference right now.
00:52:22.680 And like I said, don't let people overpromise what you can do through politics.
00:52:27.680 It's not going to solve the problems of the entire world, but it makes a little bit of difference, and it doesn't take that much effort.
00:52:32.980 You get registered, you vote.
00:52:34.740 That takes about 15 minutes.
00:52:36.820 And if you can't spend 15 minutes on deciding what your community is going to look like and what your country is going to look like, then you don't have any cause to complain.
00:52:44.560 He's making sense.
00:52:45.500 That's what we need.
00:52:46.200 We need people to make sense.
00:52:47.920 We applaud you.
00:52:48.720 And I want to apologize for not sweating, but I do this so much.
00:52:53.260 I'm so cool.
00:52:54.640 I just want y'all to see everybody I'm interviewing is sweating.
00:52:57.500 I'm not even touching my brow.
00:52:59.340 I'm so cool.
00:53:00.420 And I want to apologize.
00:53:01.800 I ain't trying to make you look bad or nothing like that, but I'm just so cool.
00:53:06.040 He wore a T-shirt.
00:53:07.760 I tell you, if he was wearing one of those fancy designer clothes he's designing, he'd be sweating just like me.
00:53:12.720 The guy's good.
00:53:13.520 The guy's good, y'all.
00:53:14.600 Let's give it up for him.
00:53:15.520 I appreciate you guys.
00:53:16.380 Peace, peace.
00:53:17.020 Thank you.
00:53:18.720 Hey, everybody.
00:53:20.880 It's good to be with you this evening.
00:53:22.680 Sean, I want to thank you because you always have a way of convening and bringing folks together.
00:53:27.940 I think we all have emotion because we have a pandemic jumping on top of multiple epidemics already in our community.
00:53:38.160 And somebody needed to step up and sound the alarm.
00:53:40.420 And I just want to give thanks and praise to you, brother, to have the platform that you have and to have the heart that you have.
00:53:48.460 It's unbelievable that you're going to be able to, I think, maybe save a bunch of lives tonight.
00:53:54.000 I've got a chance to spend time with Diddy.
00:53:55.840 The passion and the love that this brother has for our survival, for our success, for our thriving and our growth is unmatched.
00:54:03.040 And we're just getting started.
00:54:04.040 Well, let me first thank Diddy for convening us.
00:54:10.660 And since I've known him since he was a teenager, he's always stood in the gap and never really got the credit he should have as the cultural icon that he is.
00:54:22.040 I'm not surprised he did it, but it couldn't have been a more timely way of bringing us together.
00:54:30.000 And I really love him for doing this.
00:54:34.900 We have to be selfish, finally, for our communities.
00:54:38.960 I call Al Pops, if y'all don't know.
00:54:40.840 That's my pops right there.
00:54:41.960 I just want to thank Diddy and just for using this platform in this way.
00:54:47.660 Just grateful for a vehicle and a platform to be unapologetically Black.
00:54:55.960 It's quite amazing.
00:54:57.240 I've seen a video, by the way, where Diddy says he wants to break Trump's neck.
00:55:02.500 He says, I'm going to break that guy's neck.
00:55:05.200 Kind of reminds me when Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project said somebody has to put a bullet in Trump.
00:55:12.160 It's right up there.
00:55:13.360 Of course, neither one of them had a visit from the Secret Service.
00:55:17.080 How interesting.
00:55:19.080 Liz Crokin, as you know, came on my 77 WABC radio show.
00:55:23.160 She's the investigative journalist who was involved in that great documentary, Into the Light.
00:55:29.900 And she has tracked the entire sex abuse and sexual trafficking and trafficking issue very closely.
00:55:38.320 She predicts that there may be hundreds of victims yet to be publicly identified, others who were Confederates, who participated in depraved activities in violation of the law with Diddy.
00:55:54.120 Among those, she says that Jay-Z is likely to be exposed shortly.
00:55:58.580 I think that's a pretty commonly viewed view.
00:56:03.460 It is very interesting how we will not have any leaks before the election about that.
00:56:10.700 I guarantee you that.
00:56:13.040 Well, Roger, you know, it's just interesting that you have all these politicians praising Diddy.
00:56:17.920 And it's almost like, you know, a second standard.
00:56:19.980 And that goes back to something you said earlier during our interview with Mike Davis, where we've had Democrats threatening Donald Trump pretty openly for a while now.
00:56:30.280 The latest instance, this was one of your favorites, Joy Reid on MSNBC.
00:56:34.180 She actually openly called for violence against Trump in her debate coverage.
00:56:39.020 Let's roll that clip and then get your thoughts on this.
00:56:41.240 This is the woman, by the way, that started the whole Trump conspiracy theory as far as the assassination attempt in Butler.
00:56:47.140 She said that he was biting blood capsules.
00:56:49.260 Let's roll that.
00:56:50.860 And so I think that the people who want the fistfight are the base of the Democratic Party.
00:56:54.880 Democrats want to see someone get up there and give a knuckle sandwich to Donald Trump.
00:57:00.400 That's what they want.
00:57:01.620 But that is.
00:57:02.480 Yeah, it's unfortunate.
00:57:04.900 We're almost out of time.
00:57:06.060 But if Joy Reid's IQ was one point lower, you'd have to water her like a plant.
00:57:11.820 But there you see it.
00:57:12.780 They are the ones advocating violence.
00:57:14.640 They're the ones who say, as Rick Wilson did, it's time for somebody to put a bullet in Trump.
00:57:19.760 They're the ones who say, like Joe Biden, that they should put a bullseye on him.
00:57:24.040 Or like Congressman Dan Goldman, who said he should be eliminated.
00:57:27.580 Or the senior campaign advisor to Kamala Harris, David Plouffe, who says Trump must be terminated.
00:57:34.680 They are those who have fomented this atmosphere in which they have been, two attempts on our president's life.
00:57:41.920 Two attempts, I might add, that we still have more questions than answers.
00:57:46.340 The Department of Justice saying they're delaying the trial of the man charged with trying to kill Trump in West Palm Beach indefinitely because there's so much new evidence.
00:57:55.980 But they don't tell us, of course, what that evidence is.
00:57:59.460 It is a strange time.
00:58:01.840 It is a great time to be alive because we are fighting for our republic.
00:58:05.320 First and foremost, I want folks to pray for President Trump and his safety.
00:58:10.360 Pray for his family.
00:58:11.840 Pray for the victory that I think he deserves and that he is fighting for every day.
00:58:15.880 The second, Larry, go by Rumble.
00:58:18.400 Go to the App Store.
00:58:19.740 Download the Rumble app.

00:58:50.120 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.
00:58:52.560 Roger Stone.
