00:01:28.400 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.
00:01:32.060 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:01:37.000 Welcome.
00:01:38.360 You are now entering the hottest political talk show on the planet.
00:01:44.300 Welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:01:45.660 Well, newly released audio is raising fresh questions
00:01:49.520 about former President Joe Biden's handling of classified information
00:01:53.900 and his fitness for office.
00:01:56.200 Nearly three hours of recorded conversations
00:01:58.980 between Biden and his ghostwriter, Mark Zwanitzer,
00:02:04.400 conducted while drafting Biden's memoir,
00:02:07.060 Promise Me Dad, revealed that Biden appeared to understand
00:02:10.440 that he was discussing sensitive material,
00:02:12.820 at least at some level.
00:02:14.140 Remember, I think this is a point many are missing,
00:02:16.440 these conversations were seven years ago.
00:02:20.200 In November 3rd, 2016, an interview, while still serving as vice president, Biden said this is classified.
00:02:29.240 In another conversation on April 24th, 2017, he warned his ghostwriter, some of this may be classified, so be careful with it.
00:02:39.540 House Judiciary Republicans noted that the recordings were obtained lawfully through the Trump administration and the Justice Department.
00:02:46.920 Tapes were reviewed during special counsel Robert Herr's investigation into Biden's handling of classified documents.
00:02:54.880 Herr's report concluded that Biden read classified notes to his ghostwriter nearly word for word on at least three occasions.
00:03:03.320 Yet Herr declined to prosecute, citing concerns that a jury would view Biden as an elderly man with a poor memory.
00:03:12.500 Now these newly released audio recordings are shedding further scrutiny on Democrats who at the time attacked Special Counsel Robert Herr, calling him a Republican and saying that his report was political.
00:03:27.300 Recognize all this is happening at the same time that the Biden Justice Department was seeking to charge Donald Trump for the retention of classified documents, which under the Presidential Records Act, he was entitled to retain and to declassify at any time.
00:03:44.740 Robert Herr was appointed in 2023 to investigate Biden's handling of the classified documents after his vice presidency.
00:03:52.140 Again, his investigation concluded that Biden had retained classified material, but recommended against criminal charges, writing that the jury would view him as a, quote, sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.
00:04:07.260 The language immediately drew fierce attacks from Democrats.
00:04:11.800 Then-Vice President Kamala Harris called her characterization inaccurate and inappropriate.
00:04:18.160 The way the president's demeanor is in that report was characterized could not be wrong on the facts.
00:04:23.240 Well, it turns out that Harris was entirely wrong based on the transcripts released today.
00:04:28.820 She also described the report as clearly politically motivated.
00:04:32.740 Congressman Dan Goldman, soon to be a former congressman because he was defeated for renomination, accused Hurd of improperly editorializing.
00:04:41.780 What everyone will soon see is that this is a Republican special counsel who completely went out of his way to editorialize to include material in his report that is unnecessary and irrelevant to what he was tasked with doing, Goldman said.
00:04:56.960 Wrong.
00:04:57.980 Then, of course, Pencil Neck himself, Congressman, now Senator Adam Smith, smeared her as a hack, claiming that the report was political.
00:05:07.580 In fact, her appointment was nonpartisan and her is not a Republican.
00:05:13.600 It is amazing here because there is a historical precedent, of course.
00:05:18.020 When it was learned that Richard Nixon's White House conversations had been taped, Nixon went to the Supreme Court in an attempt to block release, and the court voted against him 9-0.
00:05:32.180 But the more fundamental question here is if Joe Biden was too mentally unstable in 2023 to be prosecuted, how was he mentally stable enough to be president of the United States?
00:05:45.880 The tapes bring deep concerns about the two-tier justice system,
00:05:50.140 one's danger for Democrats and the other for their political opponents.
00:05:54.240 I think Biden deserves to be prosecuted,
00:05:56.340 and his lack of mental fitness is no excuse for him to skirt justice.
00:06:00.480 But you'll remember that personalities like CNN's Jake Tapper
00:06:04.760 savagely attacked Lara Trump when she raised the question of Joe Biden's fitness.
00:06:10.580 Now, Joe Biden's mental fitness is there for all to see in these recordings.
00:06:15.180 President Trump is making clear that America's alliance with Israel remains strong
00:06:20.180 But American policy will still be made in Washington, D.C., not Jerusalem
00:06:24.980 Ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's White House visit
00:06:29.960 President Trump pushed back against Netanyahu's opposition to a possible U.S. sale of F-35 fighter jets to Turkey
00:06:37.740 President Trump said on Air Force One
00:06:40.520 Nobody tells me what we should be selling or not
00:06:43.420 The message is unmistakable that Israel may be America's closest part in the Middle East, but even close allies do not get to dictate U.S. foreign policy.
00:06:53.780 President Trump also reminded reporters that the Israel relies heavily on the American military and diplomatic support.
00:07:00.660 This is not in any way an abandonment of Israel.
00:07:03.420 It's actually just a statement of reality and a warning that the relationship must serve America's interest as well as Israeli security.
00:07:11.160 I am for both.
00:07:12.040 At the same time, President Trump said Washington and Jerusalem remain largely aligned on Iran despite some differences over diplomacy.
00:07:21.560 President Trump believes pressure created by American action has brought Tehran back to the negotiating table, while Netanyahu has generally favored a harder line.
00:07:30.240 This is authentic, America-first leadership. Trump supports Israel, confronts Iran, and recognizes Turkey's strategic importance, but he refuses to become captive of any foreign government's agenda.
00:07:43.100 For too long, Washington politicians have confused alliances with blank checks. President Trump understands the difference.
00:07:50.560 A strong president can stand firmly behind Israel while still telling Netanyahu no when necessary.
00:07:57.000 Friendship does not require submission, and alliance does not erase American sovereignty.
00:08:02.060 Israel is our greatest ally, who we must remain allied with in the promotion of Western civilization
00:08:07.540 and with the shared goal of eliminating Muslim terrorism. 0.91
00:08:11.040 But Donald Trump was elected to put America first, and, well, that's exactly what he is doing.
00:08:17.340 Meanwhile, President Trump is demanding answers about America's childhood vaccination scandal
00:08:22.880 and the sharp rise in autism diagnoses questions the political and medical establishment
00:08:28.700 too often dismisses at the behest of big pharma instead of investigating openly.
00:08:34.040 According to the Wall Street Journal, President Trump has repeatedly pressed
00:08:37.380 Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to examine whether the number
00:08:42.940 or timing of childhood vaccinations deserves greater scrutiny.
00:08:47.280 President Trump has also urged officials to make reducing autism rates a priority
00:08:53.440 The concern here is understandable
00:08:55.660 Federal data cited in the report show autism diagnoses rising roughly from 1 in 150 to 2,000
00:09:05.360 to about 1 in 31 8-year-olds in 2022
00:09:09.860 Better detection may explain part of that increase
00:09:13.640 but parents deserve rigorous research, not ridicule, censorship, or automatic appeals to authority.
00:09:20.860 The White House says families worried about zoaring autism rates have long ignored, mocked, and promises to pursue gold standard science.
00:09:30.400 HHS similarly says it will investigate the root causes of autism and other chronic childhood diseases using evidence-based research.
00:09:39.400 Mainstream studies have not established that vaccines in nations cause autism
00:09:45.180 But there has been a great deal of suppression on the issue
00:09:47.940 With big pharma standing to lose billions if the truth were to be uncovered
00:09:52.140 A promulgated scientific consensus should never shut down legitimate questions about dosage, scheduling, side effects or conflicts of interest
00:10:02.260 President Trump's position and that of RFK is not that America should abandon medicine
00:10:07.660 it is that public health officials must earn trust through transparency, independent research, and honest debate.
00:10:15.140 The Trump administration is finally restoring that after decades of decay.
00:10:20.040 Skepticism of the big pharma-driven status quo is far from reckless.
00:10:24.160 In fact, it is responsible leadership.

00:13:27.480 Meanwhile, Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell says he remains unable to return to work
00:13:31.900 after more than a month after a June 14th fall sent him to the hospital, then into rehabilitation.
00:13:39.040 In a statement, the 84-year-old senator said he's undergoing intensive physical therapy
00:13:44.220 and will miss Kentucky's annual fancy farm picnic.
00:13:48.620 His doctors say he is not medically cleared to leave rehabilitation or to return to his Senate office.
00:13:55.000 Now, this raises an obvious question.
00:13:57.800 Washington too often refuses to ask.
00:14:00.440 If McConnell cannot physically perform the job, why is he still holding it?
00:14:04.940 McConnell has already announced that he won't seek re-election in 2026,
00:14:08.900 but his term continues while Kentucky is represented by a senator who's been absent for weeks
00:14:14.000 and remains unable to resume his normal duties.
00:14:17.020 His office says he continues monitoring senator business and issuing statements, but all of this could be an elaborate cover-up meant to prevent a special election or appointment from being held.
00:14:28.400 This is also seriously shortchanging the voters of Kentucky.
00:14:32.860 Look, Kentucky elected a senator expected to appear, vote, debate, and represent the state's interests in person as an active participant.
00:14:42.080 Mitch McConnell's latest health crisis follows years of public concerns,
00:14:46.180 including repeated falls and highly visible episodes in which he appeared to freeze while speaking to reporters.
00:14:53.660 The propping up of McConnell by the Republican establishment shows that they're no better than the Democrat establishment
00:14:59.040 than what they did throughout Joe Biden's presidency.
00:15:01.920 We talked about that at the beginning.
00:15:04.180 The Republicans need to sharply rebuke this troubling trend of protecting powerful incumbents
00:15:08.960 long after they've lost their ability to serve.
00:15:12.160 This is not about disrespecting McConnell's age or his medical condition.
00:15:17.400 He should be allowed to live his golden years in peace, comfort, and around loved ones.
00:15:21.100 But when a senator is medically unable to do the job for an extended period,
00:15:26.300 resignation should be the responsible course.
00:15:29.700 Kentucky deserves full representation,
00:15:32.540 not an indefinite absentee arrangement managed by staff and political insiders.
00:15:37.580 Public office is not a lifetime entitlement. McConnell's conditions made it abundantly clear that it's time for him to step aside.
00:15:46.880 In the meantime, we are watching the Senate continue to backpedal overpassing the Save America Act.
00:15:57.840 At least three senators think the U.S. Senate should stay in session.
00:16:01.500 But Senate Majority Leader John Thune seems bent on leaving for vacation.
00:16:07.580 without acting on the single most important piece of legislation,
00:16:11.240 one that would simply require that one be a U.S. citizen in order to vote in a federal election
00:16:16.960 and one have a photo ID in order to do so.
00:16:21.160 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:16:25.560 Please, whatever you do, don't go away because we'll be right back with more Hot Politics.
00:16:33.580 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:16:37.580 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:16:44.500 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:16:47.640 As Americans watch our cities decay under decades of democratic governance with rising crime, open disorder, failed soft on crime policies,
00:16:58.280 flock cameras are being floated as the plausible solution.
00:17:01.700 These automated license plate readers have proliferated by the tens of thousands across the country.
00:17:07.580 often installed with little public notice or debate.
00:17:11.420 So what began as a quiet expansion has now triggered a widespread and growing backlash.
00:17:17.300 That backlash is far from irrational.
00:17:20.300 It's the natural response of free people who recognize a fundamental threat to their privacy rights when they see one.
00:17:27.500 Two prominent Tennessee Republicans are raising alarms over the rapid expansion of these automated license plate reading technology cameras,
00:17:36.060 which are proliferating across the country, warning that the growing network of surveillance cameras could erode America's privacy without adequate legal safeguards.
00:17:46.840 Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and Congressman Tim Burchett, who joined us here in the Stone Zone only days ago,
00:17:53.580 are both calling for action as Flock's Safety Automated License Reader, or ALPR, cameras continue spreading across Tennessee and across the country.
00:18:05.440 Mayor Jacobs, in an interview, said,
00:18:07.920 I appreciate Congressman Birch's effort to bring this attention to this issue to the national level.
00:18:14.360 As technology advances, he said, we need to make sure the rules and regulation surrounding these devices
00:18:20.340 keeps up and continues to protect the rights and liberties of our people.
00:18:25.180 The concerns come as flock safety has rapidly grown into one of the nation's largest provider of this technology.
00:18:31.460 The company's cameras are marketed as crime-fighting tools that can help law enforcement locate stolen vehicles, identify suspects, and assist in criminal investigations.
00:18:42.160 However, citizens and government officials are skeptical that the expanding network amounts to mass surveillance of ordinary Americans who are not suspected of committing any crimes.
00:18:53.400 In Tennessee, the mayor is urging county officials to reject the deployment of the flop cameras altogether.
00:18:59.900 In a video statement posted Monday, he argued that today's AI-powered license plate readers go far beyond the older systems that merely photograph license plates for short-term law enforcement use.
00:19:13.780 While license plates readers have been around for a while because of AI and vastly increased networking and data retention capabilities, these flop cameras have capabilities that were never imagined in the past.
00:19:26.820 The data is stored in a searchable database for sometimes up to a month or more,
00:19:31.380 depending on the policies of the particular agency or jurisdiction.
00:19:36.180 Burschett has announced, Congressman Burschett has announced legislation to ban the cameras.
00:19:42.360 His forthcoming legislation would seek to put limits on the use of this surveillance technology.
00:19:47.660 We've got to keep our country safe, said Congressman Burschett.
00:19:51.000 What we can't sacrifice is the freedom of course that defines us, Burschett said in a video.
00:19:56.100 he posted to X, it is, and he's right about this, a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
00:20:02.140 Burchett has introduced H.R. 9800 to Congress. That was on July 21st. It's called the Protection
00:20:09.040 Against Mass Surveillance Act, which would prohibit federal agencies from purchasing,
00:20:14.440 using, accessing, or contracting for widespread surveillance technologies. It would also bar
00:20:20.980 state, local, and federal government from using federal funds to acquire or operate those systems.
00:20:28.140 Burchett claims that the cameras fight our constitutional rights and force Americans to
00:20:32.620 choose between safety and liberty. He explains that law enforcement and intelligence agencies
00:20:37.820 should have tools to address threats by taking our constitutional rights is not on the table.
00:20:43.920 Trust but verify, he said, quoting Ronald Reagan, this legislation, of course, will hopefully restore
00:20:49.740 the constitutional balance between national security and individual liberty.
00:20:55.700 Look, as a conservative, this is big brother writ large.
00:21:00.680 I don't like real ID.
00:21:03.040 I don't like the idea of a huge government-based database
00:21:05.720 that has information on every American citizen,
00:21:08.340 whether it's by Palantir or some other vendor.
00:21:11.420 And I think it is time to ban these flock cameras.
00:21:15.900 Shout out to my good friend, Congressman Tim Burchett.
00:21:18.600 has appeared here in the Stone Zone many times for this legislation.
00:21:22.420 I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to Stone Zone.
00:21:24.200 Don't go away, because we'll be right back.
00:21:39.320 The Stone Zone. Entertaining and informative.
00:21:43.560 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:21:45.600 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:21:49.700 I don't believe that Mayor Mamdami has any place at the September 11th Memorial this year or any other year.
00:21:56.760 The 25th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks is not a political rally, a campaign opportunity,
00:22:04.120 or a stage upon which ambitious political officials can rehabilitate their reputations.
00:22:08.880 It's a sacred day of remembrance dedicated to the nearly 3,000 innocent Americans murdered by Islamic terrorists, the first responders who ran towards the flames while others fled, the military men and women who answered the nation's call and the wars that followed, and the families whose lives were forever shattered.
00:22:28.100 That day belongs to them. It does not belong to politicians whose public record demonstrates repeated sympathy for those connected to the very ideology that produced the deadliest terrorist attack in American history.
00:22:41.620 Yesterday, Mayor Zoran Mamdami stood firm at a press conference not that he would attend the official commemoration.
00:22:48.520 That decision is an act of extreme cruelty towards the city he governs and towards every family still carrying the weight of that clear September morning.
00:22:58.100 Even entertaining the idea of his presence at the memorial or among the survivors and the bereaved shows a complete absence of basic human decency
00:23:07.340 The growing petition urging organizers to exclude him from the 25th anniversary ceremony is not motivated by religious prejudice, political partisanship or personal animosity
00:23:19.000 It reflects something far more profound
00:23:21.340 Survivors of the attacks, relatives of those who never came home, retired police officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and ordinary New Yorkers understand that September 11th is about remembering those who suffered unimaginable loss.
00:23:37.580 It is not compatible with elevating a public official whose own record repeatedly displays astonishing indifference towards that suffering while extending understanding, admiration, or political solidarity towards those associated with the attack.
00:23:54.720 I say you should not attend.

00:26:53.020 Meanwhile, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is warning that President Donald Trump's America First immigration policies could create labor shortages, an argument that simply does not hold water when viewed by the American people.
00:27:10.480 The Chamber of Commerce is urging Congress to protect migrants enrolled in the Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, program after the Trump administration moved to end protections for people from more than a dozen countries.
00:27:25.720 Business groups claim construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and caregiving would lose workers.
00:27:32.140 But that is, of course, precisely the point. 1.00
00:27:34.640 Those workers should be sent back and replaced by Americans at better wages. 0.98
00:27:39.360 The Temporary Protected Status Program was created as a temporary humanitarian program, not a permanent labor pipeline for corporations seeking cheap, dependable foreign workers. 0.99
00:27:55.300 When an emergency designation continues year after year, temporary loses its meaning and immigration policy becomes driven by corporate employers rather than the national interest.
00:28:06.980 That's a big part of why we're in the crisis we find ourselves in today.
00:28:10.960 The chamber's complaint follows a familiar pattern.
00:28:14.940 The organization has repeatedly opposed major parts of President Trump's agenda, including tariffs intended to protect American industry and tighter immigration rules.
00:28:25.460 Now it suggests businesses cannot survive without workers whose temporary permission to remain has expired.
00:28:31.900 That concern ignores Americans' push out of the workforce, wages held down by abundant labor, and employers' responsibility to recruit, train, and fairly compensate citizens and lawful permanent residents.
00:28:47.720 A business model dependent upon endlessly renewed emergency status is not a national workforce strategy.
00:28:57.060 It's a way to enrich corporates while chipping away at the demographic integrity of our country.
00:29:03.720 President Trump is ripe to restore the rule of law and insists that temporary programs remain just that, temporary.
00:29:10.700 Congress should focus on secure borders, lawful immigration, higher wages, and opportunities for American workers, not another carve-out demanded by Washington's corporate lobbying establishment.
00:29:23.700 Chamber of Commerce calls it a labor shortage, but common sense Americans say that is exactly the point.
00:29:29.700 Let corporations bid up labor for Americans. That's the way it should be.
00:29:34.620 Meanwhile, a new report is raising serious questions about who may be financing the radical protest networks that have disrupted highways, occupied campuses, and openly promoted anti-American revolutionary politics since the October 7th attacks by Hamas against Israel.
00:29:53.260 The Network Contagion Research Institute says that the Berkeley-based Middle East Children's Alliance, or MECA, has effectively financed, served as a financial bridge actually, between major progressive donors and organizations with alleged ties to the Popular Front for the liberation of Palestine.
00:30:13.580 The PFLP is a Marxist-Londonist militant organization designed by the United States as a foreign terrorist organization.
00:30:23.260 designated by the Justice Department. According to the NCRI, MECA reported roughly $35 million
00:30:31.300 in foreign grants between 2017 and 2025. Investigators retraced $13.5 million in
00:30:39.380 institutional donations, about two-thirds rooted through donor-advised funds and platforms that
00:30:45.260 can actually obscure where the money originally came from. Foreign grants reportedly surged to
00:30:51.020 $10.7 million in 2024, while many disbursements were described as quote-unquote community projects,
00:30:58.580 making it difficult for the public to determine where the money ultimately went. The NCRI identified
00:31:04.900 several longtime partners, it says, have documented affiliations with the radicals, along with
00:31:10.780 overlapping personnel and activist relationships. Named funding sources reportedly included entities
00:31:18.020 connected to George Soros' Open Society Foundation,
00:31:21.980 the Rockefeller Brothers Funds, the Tides Foundation,
00:31:24.860 and left-wing financier and Chinese communist Neville Roy Singham.
00:31:31.660 The incredible evidence demands investigation.
00:31:34.580 Americans deserve to know whether tax-exempt charities
00:31:37.540 and wealthy left-wing foundations
00:31:39.700 have indirectly financed organizations
00:31:42.180 connected to foreign extremists.
00:31:45.000 This is no longer about campus activism.
00:31:48.020 It's about national security, transparency, and whether radical networks are using charitable institutions to undermine our country from within.
00:31:57.280 And if the evidence shows that they are guilty, all those responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 0.65
00:32:05.120 Meanwhile, Massachusetts Democrats are advancing legislation that would create a permanent state commission tasked with recommending Muslims for government appointments,
00:32:15.580 raising fresh concerns about identity-based hiring, political favoritism, and the lingering effects of DEI in blue states.
00:32:25.500 Senate Bill 2134 would establish an 11-member Muslim commission appointed by Governor Maura Healey and other state officials.
00:32:35.700 The panel would advise the state government on business, health care, education, and other issues affecting Muslim residents.
00:32:43.900 More controversially, the bill directs the commission to identify and recommend American Muslims for appointed positions throughout government, including boards and commissions.
00:32:54.620 This is basically greasing the skids for the implementation of Sharia law. 0.90
00:33:00.620 There is no reason why any religious group should receive a government-backed pipeline into public office, particularly when it comes to faith as antithetical to Western values as Islam. 0.92
00:33:12.460 Government positions should be filled according to merit, qualifications and service to the public 0.99
00:33:18.580 Not religion, race, ethnicity or membership in a politically favored group
00:33:23.740 The proposal comes as President Trump's administration moves to dismantle the mandate to restore equal treatment
00:33:34.460 And eliminate policies that divide Americans into competing identity groups
00:33:38.920 Muslims reportedly make up roughly 2 to 3 percent of Massachusetts' population,
00:33:43.740 but equal citizenship does not require separate commissions for every faith or demographic category.
00:33:50.600 If Massachusetts wants fair hiring, it should create one standard for everyone.
00:33:55.900 Establishing a religiously defined commission with influence over government appointees
00:34:00.260 replaces equal opportunity with woke ideological preference.
00:34:04.020 This is not only brazenly unconstitutional, but it's also un-American.
00:34:09.760 This condition must be shut down by the federal government in the courts, or otherwise, if it is ultimately approved in the loony left of Massachusetts, it will further erode our society.
00:34:20.140 Meanwhile, Venezuela's new government is withdrawing from the International Criminal Court, and Washington is rightly calling for another victory for national sovereignty and for President Trump's Don Roe Doctrine.
00:34:34.020 The State Department welcomed Caracas' announcement, saying Venezuela is joining America-led efforts to dismantle an institution it described as corrupt, politically biased, and illegitimate.
00:34:47.080 The International Criminal Court spent years investigating the Maduro regime, yet produced no meaningful accountability before the former dictator was removed this past January.
00:34:58.800 Now under new leadership, Venezuela is moving closer to the United States and further from the failed international bureaucracy that protects its own power while delivering very little justice.
00:35:10.680 The message is unmistakable.
00:35:13.080 Trump's strategy of restoring America's strength in the Western Hemisphere is working.
00:35:17.360 It's not coincidental that with the shutdown of USAID that left-wing regimes across this hemisphere in Chile, in Peru, in Honduras, in Colombia are failing.
00:35:31.780 The Dunro Doctrine is not an academic slogan. It's a warning that hostile regimes, formal drug networks, and unaccountable global institutions will no longer dominate America's neighborhood without consequences.
00:35:48.200 Israel has also praised Washington's tough posture.
00:35:51.060 Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Secretary of State Marco Rubio reaffirmed America's intention to act forcefully after a court that has targeted democratic institutions while repeatedly failing to confront genuine tyranny.
00:36:06.060 The International Criminal Court's credibility suffered another blow when member states removed Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan amid misconduct allegations.
00:36:19.400 For decades, global elites lectured sovereign nations while escaping accountability themselves.
00:36:25.760 That era has come to an end.
00:36:27.440 The idea that American citizens would be subject to some international court run by bureaucrats in The Hague is absurd, and America has never recognized the authority of the International Criminal Court.
00:36:41.000 Venezuela's realignment shows that decisive American leadership can accomplish things when they set their mind out to do so.
00:36:47.640 President Trump confronted a hostile regime, changed the strategic balance, and created space for a government willing to cooperate with Washington.
00:36:55.780 The Don Roe Doctrine is producing results and every nation in the hemisphere will be changed forever because of it.
00:37:03.800 Meanwhile, a Portland Antifa militant has pled guilty to felony assault after attacking a federal officer during anti-ice riots last year.
00:37:12.440 Federal prosecutors say that 21-year-old Giovanni Joseph Brumbelow struck a Border Patrol tactical unit agent in the back of the head with a wooden stake outside Portland's Immigration Customs Enforcement Facility on June 14th.
00:37:29.340 Videos show that Brumbelow, dressed in black and wearing riot gear as he rushed in to disrupt the arrest of another riot, the blow forced the agent to release the suspect and turn towards Brumbelow.
00:37:40.600 Brumbelow now faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.
00:37:48.820 He has also agreed to pay restitution to the injured officer.
00:37:52.180 Sentencing is now scheduled for October 19th, and frankly, they should throw the book at this communist punk. 0.56
00:37:58.440 This is not, unfortunately, an isolated outburst. 0.72
00:38:00.640 The attack came after a six-month campaign against Portland ICE, the facility that produced arson, property destruction, and repeated assaults on federal personnel.
00:38:11.440 Another defendant, Robert Hoops, was sentenced to two and a half years in person after admitting he threw a large rocket at an ICE agent's head, leaving the officer bloodied.
00:38:20.620 More than 30 defense have been charged and connected with violence at the facility since June of 2025.
00:38:25.820 In the pre-Trump era, these Antifa thugs would have seen their charges severely lessened or dropped completely.
00:38:32.540 Those days are over.
00:38:34.380 Political extremism excuses political violence no longer.
00:38:38.400 Federal officials are not punching bags for masked radicals.
00:38:42.040 The Justice Department must continue these prosecutions.
00:38:44.680 Judges must impose serious sentences.
00:38:47.000 And every citizen that tolerates mob violence must understand that law and order will ultimately prevail.
00:38:52.540 I'm Roger Stone, you're listening to The Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.
00:38:59.660 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:39:10.360 Welcome back into The Stone Zone for our final segment.
00:39:14.740 A new poll shows overwhelming support for the Save America Act,
00:39:18.920 legislation requiring proof of citizenship to register
00:39:22.260 and photo identification to vote in federal elections.
00:39:26.120 The poll, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates
00:39:29.000 for the Tea Party Patriots Action Committee,
00:39:31.980 found that 82% of voters agreed only American citizens
00:39:35.700 should choose the president and members of Congress.
00:39:39.420 More than three-quarters support requiring proof of citizenship
00:39:42.620 during registration.
00:39:44.240 That support, by the way, crossed party lines
00:39:46.680 with 94 percent of Republicans, 73 percent of Independents, and even 68 percent of Democrats
00:39:53.300 backing that requirement. The survey also undercuts the left's claim that voter ID is an
00:39:59.520 unfair or racist obstacle that somehow constitutes voter suppression. 66 percent of voters rejected
00:40:06.580 that argument, while just 29 percent considered this identification requirements to be too
00:40:12.560 Birdison. After hearing all the bill's provisions, including citizenship verification, photo ID,
00:40:19.480 voter roll checks, and closing registration loopholes, nearly 56 percent said Congress
00:40:24.940 should pass it before the midterm elections. Only 34 percent said lawmakers should abandon
00:40:30.600 the effort this year. Even the argument that married women could face difficulties
00:40:35.280 failed to move most voters. The bill allows women whose current name differs from their birth
00:40:41.000 records to sign a statement confirming that change. 62% called that reasonable. So President
00:40:48.040 Trump is right to make this legislation a priority and to refuse to accept excuses from cowardly
00:40:53.940 Senate leaders like Senator John Thune as to why it cannot be passed. The problem here, as we don't
00:40:59.840 know, is the filibuster rule. The filibuster rule is not a law. It is a custom. It is a tradition.
00:41:07.220 Under that tradition, a piece of legislation doesn't require 51 votes to pass the Senate.
00:41:14.420 It requires 60 votes to come up for a vote.
00:41:18.020 I believe that there are 50 votes for the Save America Act today, plus Vice President J.D. Vance could break a tie providing the 51st vote.
00:41:28.000 But John Thune, the Senate Majority Leader, essentially refuses to bring the measure to the floor or to break the filibuster.
00:41:38.260 President Trump is right when he says the Democrats will abandon the filibuster rule if they retake control of the Senate.
00:41:45.080 American elections should be decided by American citizens and votes must be expected to prove who they are.
00:41:51.820 This is how it has always worked in every country.
00:41:54.040 America should be no exception in this regard.
00:41:56.380 Democrats and media activists can manufacture excuses, but the public's not buying them.
00:42:02.660 Congress should pass the Save America Act before November and give Americans the secure, trustworthy elections they are overwhelmingly demanded.
00:42:12.960 Meanwhile, new financial disclosures are raising serious questions about Michigan's far-left U.S. Senate candidate, Abdul El-Sayed,
00:42:21.160 a prominent left Democrat who waited until the day before the primary to reveal that he and his
00:42:26.740 wife own valuable rental properties in three other countries. The filing covering the 2025 calendar
00:42:33.200 year showed that El Syed's wife owns a condominium in Bangalore, India valued between $100,000 and
00:42:40.300 $250,000. It reportedly generates between $5,000 and $15,000 in annual income. She also owns a
00:42:48.040 rental property in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates with the same reported value and income
00:42:53.840 range. In Michigan, the couple jointly owns an Ann Arbor rental property valued between $250,000
00:43:00.520 and $500,000. Failed to disclose these until after the Senate primary, claiming the process
00:43:07.180 was too complicated because his wife owns the family's assets overseas. However, I say voters
00:43:13.700 deserve this information before casting their votes, as El Sayed has claimed to be a man of the
00:43:18.500 people while just being, in fact, just another limousine liberal. His Democrat primary opponent,
00:43:24.660 Congresswoman Haley Stevens, largely backed by the establishment, accused El Sayed of being a
00:43:29.800 millionaire and demanding greater transparency. This episode highlights a familiar pattern
00:43:35.440 of a far-left politician railing against wealth and inequality while benefiting from a substantial
00:43:41.360 international property portfolio and not telling the voters.
00:43:46.140 The bigger issue here is transparency.
00:43:48.460 Michigan voters had every right to know these assets before the primary,
00:43:52.280 not at the last possible moment.
00:43:54.600 Candidates seeking public trust should disclose their finances promptly,
00:43:58.760 clearly, and without excuses.
00:43:59.900 And El Syed, being connected to the UAE and India, 0.92
00:44:04.200 also shows the dangerous globalist ties that this Islamist wannabe lawmaker has 0.95
00:44:09.020 that every Michigan voter should know about. 0.77
