But more importantly, he is the editor and publisher of a lively substack, the Rod Martin Report.
00:00:26.740
His political and economic analysis is always brilliant and provocative and pleased to have him back with us today.
00:00:46.240
I myself have confirmed from my own sources that the massive deep state probe that we've all been waiting for is actually in the works
00:00:57.780
The Justice Department and the FBI have been working on a massive case, is going to make the MAGA base,
00:01:06.180
Now, my initial take on the CIA report released by CIA Director Radcliffe was that it was a shallow dive into the deep plot that began in the Oval Office
00:01:21.480
when Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Susan Rice, CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey, and others decided to try to frame Donald Trump
00:01:34.240
and remove him from office based on a false premise that the Russians somehow aided in his election.
00:01:45.740
Well, first of all, all of that is correct, and thank you for having me.
00:01:52.100
You know, the truth is it was an attempted coup, and it started with overwhelming election interference in the 2016 election.
00:02:04.080
Anything in the world to deflect from Hillary's very real scandals and everything in the world
00:02:11.500
to smear Donald Trump and all of his close associates, yourself included.
00:02:21.680
You may recall the book Shattered, in which we have a very useful account of Hillary on election night in 2016,
00:02:33.900
pretty drunk and deciding that this was the course of action to take.
00:02:38.100
So, you know, what we're seeing in the CIA report, which, as you say, is pretty shallow, but it's very preliminary,
00:02:55.260
And the brilliance of what Kash Patel has just done is that by framing it as a grand conspiracy and an ongoing one,
00:03:05.040
we get past the statute of limitations that would otherwise shelter some of these people
00:03:11.160
and therefore let them profit from their four years of sort of Biden presidency.
00:03:18.960
Yeah, I think that's a very, very key point, because, you see, Special Counsel John Durham,
00:03:26.040
for some inexplicable reason, took five years to reach the conclusions that many of us had already reached
00:03:32.700
and which many in the independent media had already reported.
00:03:37.800
He wanted to make sure that none of the conspirators could be charged,
00:03:46.940
And he never even addressed the question of whether the Democrat National Committee was, in fact,
00:03:52.520
the target of an online hack by Russian intelligence.
00:04:01.180
In fact, all of the forensic evidence is to the contrary.
00:04:05.020
The download times of the material online points to the material being downloaded to some kind of portable drive
00:04:17.260
and taken out the back door, as opposed to an online hack.
00:04:24.860
Very specifically here, Brennan, who is quite the character, I mean, admitted communist,
00:04:31.340
who admitted to being a communist in a polygraph test, said he voted, belonged to the Communist Party
00:04:40.100
and voted for the Communist Party candidate for president.
00:04:43.240
He is the same man who signed the visas for four of the 9-11 hijackers
00:04:53.440
He's a guy who got caught red-handed spying on a U.S. Senate committee
00:04:58.560
that was investigating his illegal use of torture as the CIA director.
00:05:04.700
And according to FBI counterterrorism expert John Guandolo,
00:05:11.940
Brennan converted to Islam, actually to Wahhabism,
00:05:17.920
in an elaborate ceremony when he was the station chief for the CIA in Saudi Arabia.
00:05:26.400
But in this particular case, he is specifically nailed for insisting that the Steele dossier,
00:05:34.240
this fraudulent report that he actually knew was fabricated and paid for by Hillary Clinton
00:05:40.600
and her campaign, be included in President Barack Obama's intelligence assessment report
00:05:48.660
so that they could then use it as the rationale for the entire witch hunt.
00:05:54.240
They could use it as the rationale for spying on Donald Trump's campaign.
00:05:59.980
They said that the Steele dossier was not the basis for which the FISA warrants were granted,
00:06:10.080
They also used it as the rationale for the appointment of Robert Mueller
00:06:16.520
with which I am, of course, extraordinarily familiar,
00:06:22.500
Do you think, Rod, that any of these characters will ever actually face trial in the United States?
00:06:39.560
I really thought William Barr was going to do the right thing,
00:06:45.640
And, of course, I feel like I'm in good company, since Donald Trump clearly did, too.
00:06:55.660
I think Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are straight shooters.
00:07:00.540
I think Pam Bondi is clearly earning the confidence of the president,
00:07:09.460
I don't know all the ins and outs of some of that.
00:07:16.980
The one that you didn't mention that I really hope we get back to,
00:07:26.140
there's no way that the download could have happened
00:07:29.780
other than with some kind of portable drive, as you correctly state.
00:07:42.860
And as you know, there was no meaningful investigation.
00:07:51.020
Maybe nothing happened, but something probably did.
00:07:54.460
Well, we don't have, the FBI lost his computer.
00:08:00.060
And as did the security camera video from the bar that he left
00:08:13.180
there's a reasonable chance that you'll be sued.
00:08:19.900
because his jewelry, his wallet, his cash was all intact.
00:08:25.220
But once a crisis management consultant paid for by the Democrat National Committee swooped in,
00:08:33.520
now suddenly, Seth Rich's parents are threatening to sue anyone who questions the circumstances of his death.
00:08:42.240
I think it is very, very suspicious, to say the least.
00:08:48.260
I agree with you, although in all honesty, having been through the process,
00:08:53.460
any Democrat, any Trump hater who is charged in the District of Columbia will probably walk.
00:09:01.380
First of all, you're going to get a rabid left-wing Trump-hating judge like I had in my case.
00:09:07.680
She specifically withheld totally exculpatory evidence from my defense attorneys.
00:09:14.040
My lawyers, citing the fact that a person is entitled to have all evidence against them prior to trial,
00:09:22.340
asked for Robert Mueller's final, completely unredacted report.
00:09:29.240
She said that she would read the report in her chambers
00:09:32.440
and she would give us the sections of the report that were germane to Roger Stone.
00:09:39.140
What she gave us was unusable and incomprehensible.
00:09:43.240
She, however, neglected to include the section on page 178 of his report,
00:09:48.260
in which even Mueller couldn't sugarcoat the fact that he'd found no evidence of Russian collusion,
00:09:56.220
WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime on my part.
00:10:00.300
Somehow the judge neglected to give that section to my attorneys.
00:10:05.720
I have to put up with these endless attacks on social media regarding being called a Russian agent
00:10:13.420
and this nonsense of Guccifer 2.0, who is a persona that I had a brief exchange with on Twitter,
00:10:22.900
direct messages, which took place three months after WikiLeaks had already published
00:10:29.720
all of the material from Hillary Clinton's campaign and from the DNC.
00:10:34.300
So without a time machine, it would have been impossible for me to have been a conspirator
00:10:41.560
But, of course, try breaking through the fake news media din to make that point.
00:10:58.620
You could probably get a fairer trial in China than we get in the District of Columbia.
00:11:04.720
And that's one of the most encouraging things about what Cash did.
00:11:08.340
But the way he is framing the case, there is the possibility of bringing cases outside of D.C.,
00:11:18.120
And I think that we've got a real shot at a fair trial in some of those venues.
00:11:23.620
So I want to ask you, Rob, what you think of the auto pen scandal.
00:11:28.220
The New York Times reported now that President Joe Biden did not review every single case,
00:11:35.180
that the decision on who to use the auto pen to sign pardons was made by a staff member.
00:11:43.840
Actually, I raised this question in my speech this weekend.
00:11:51.180
We also need a special prosecutor to investigate the origins of the COVID-19 vaccination.
00:11:59.660
I call on the Attorney General to charge Anthony Fauci for lying to Congress.
00:12:11.600
And when, in his legal defense, he argues that he cannot be charged because he has a preemptive pardon,
00:12:24.660
the government can finally test the legality of the auto pen in which all of those documents should not be honored.
00:12:32.600
The point, of course, I made was that we should charge Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:12:41.560
And when we do, we could charge him with lying to Congress.
00:12:46.240
Rand Paul, I saw today, is going to once again send another letter of referral to the Justice Department
00:12:56.980
when he said that U.S. taxpayers did not pay for gain of function,
00:13:03.080
basically the weaponization of the COVID-19 vaccination in the Wuhan lab.
00:13:11.460
Fauci's lawyers will then argue that he cannot be prosecuted
00:13:17.820
which will allow the Trump administration to argue,
00:13:22.640
you know, the pardon you have is not valid because it was signed by an auto pen
00:13:27.700
without the authorization of the President of the United States.
00:13:31.780
President Trump has said this is a bigger scandal, perhaps,
00:13:50.020
So, you know, you now have the New York kind saying plainly that the president,
00:13:56.500
the supposed president, Joe Biden, is sitting there, you know,
00:14:03.220
just giving these kind of broad general approvals,
00:14:06.980
didn't actually approve the individual cases or at least some of them.
00:14:11.680
I think this is completely assailable in court.
00:14:19.140
but after the string of cases we've had in the last month or two,
00:14:24.100
I think it's very, very clear that this Supreme Court is going to be open to an attack
00:14:29.460
on these pardons and not only these, but potentially other documents
00:14:34.520
that were falsely signed by staff and not by the president.
00:14:42.520
The executive authority shall be vested in a president of the United States,
00:14:48.980
not in a chief of staff, not in an independent agency, which is an abomination.
00:14:57.680
We've got six justices who seem pretty committed to that.
00:15:05.000
I'm talking to Rod Martin of the Rod Martin Report,
00:15:09.120
which I highly recommend to you, and we'll be right back.
00:15:32.980
He is the publisher and author of the Rod Martin Report.
00:15:37.600
You can find him at rodmartin.org or go to substack.com
00:15:46.800
He's one of the best writers and analysts there on Substack.
00:15:58.620
of the attempt on Donald Trump's life was this past weekend.
00:16:04.200
To me, it's amazing that we still don't have any answers
00:16:10.460
I'm not sure that Thomas Matthew Crooks is the shooter.
00:16:13.680
I'm not certain that he didn't have Confederates.
00:16:22.600
and there have been six suspensions but no firings.
00:16:29.060
not least in their complete failure to clear off the exact site
00:16:34.380
from which the shooter fired on the president and the crowd.
00:16:39.340
I mean, it was just painfully obvious that this is where a shooter would want to go,
00:16:46.340
And, of course, the Biden administration went out of its way
00:16:52.440
and apparently to limit the number of quality people on the detail.
00:17:03.540
I'm sure the president is very sure and very certain of where he's going with that,
00:17:10.140
but we need some fundamental reform at the Secret Service.
00:17:13.720
Yeah, it's interesting to me that they hosed down the top of the building
00:17:22.000
they hosed out the back of John F. Kennedy's limousine in Dallas
00:17:32.200
which is why I suspect that Crooks was cremated
00:17:39.640
and they hosed down the area from which he allegedly shot,
00:17:43.540
perhaps to conceal the fact that there was no DNA match.
00:17:51.120
can't get into his encrypted messages on his cell phone,
00:18:03.040
his material saying it would be an invasion of his privacy.
00:18:08.180
Yet Apple was more than happy to hand over the material
00:18:15.280
without even receiving a subpoena or a request to do so.
00:18:25.780
to investigate both of the assassination attempts
00:18:30.220
of President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania,
00:18:39.360
we should investigate the attempted assassination
00:18:43.960
because the government has never issued a report.
00:18:48.080
All we have is a statement from Vice President George Bush
00:18:53.980
and that the shooter, the accused shooter, acted alone.
00:19:08.660
on the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan.
00:19:20.740
of President Ronald Reagan should be out by Christmas.
00:19:24.620
All right, I want to thank our guest, Rod Martin,
