Summary

Whether Joe Biden is able to hang on as the Democratic presidential candidate, or not, is still an open question. On the other hand, a doctor who was in a public event I went to last night pointed out to me that Biden was clutching a pencil during his entire interview with George Stephanopoulos. And a doctor said that one of the holding on to an object like that like like like a person with Parkinson s has been tested, and that he has not been tested by a doctor. Does anybody else have a chance to run against Joe Biden? Does anybody really have a shot at being elected president if Joe Biden doesn t decide to run? And if he doesn t run, what will happen if he does decide to leave the race, and what will that mean for the rest of the Democratic primary race? And will it be enough to elect a Democratic candidate who can beat Hillary Clinton in 2020? Or will he be replaced by a woman who can do the job he spired to do it? or will he become a lame duck president? The answer to all of these questions and much more is still very much up in the air, and it s up to us to decide who s going to be the next president of the United States and who s running for president in 2020 or if it s not even a race at all. Roger Stone breaks it all down, and gives us the answers to these questions, and explains why it s still possible for Joe Biden to run for president after all of us to vote for the office he s running against Hillary Clinton. The answer the question: Is he or not running for President in 2020, or is he running for re- or is it going to run as a third party candidate? and what s the real chance he s really running for the country is still in the running for a chance at the White House in 2020 after all? in this episode, Roger Stone explains why he thinks Joe Biden has a chance of winning the election? of course, and why he s not running. Roger Stone is a pop culture icon and icon, and a political icon. of all of that the answer is yes, yes, indeed, he s . he s got a shot of the kind of guy you need to be of the time at least in the 2020 presidential candidate on this episode of The Biden Watch by Roger Stone.

00:00:32.940 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
00:00:38.280 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.
00:00:45.580 Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
00:00:51.220 Well, now it's time for the Biden Watch.
00:00:55.040 Whether Joe Biden is able to hang on as the Democrat candidate for president or whether he can hang on as president at all is still very much an open question.
00:01:09.880 Frankly, the president's media outlet interviews have done little to assuage the American people and Democrat leaders that he's up to the rigors of a tough four-month campaign.
00:01:23.360 I learned a few things just in the last couple of days from my sources in the Democrat Party.
00:01:31.500 Yes, I do have a few.
00:01:33.800 First and foremost, he has an immediate financial problem.
00:01:37.520 The major financial angels in the Democrat Party, left-wing money, what they call bundlers, those who not only put forward their own money, but other large donors' money, pull it together, have his money largely cut off.
00:01:54.120 There are still increasingly, I would say, intense nervousness by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Hakeem Jeffries,
00:02:09.920 because their prospective campaign committees are bringing back polling that shows that congressional districts and indeed states that were heretofore thought to be impregnable, safe, are now very much in play.
00:02:28.820 Yesterday afternoon, the president's pollsters, he has four of them, met with the president to tell him that based on their most recent research, that he has an 85% probability of being defeated.
00:02:48.380 To put a cherry on the top, they told him that he was now six and a half points down in pivotal Pennsylvania.
00:02:56.980 It is kind of heartwarming to watch those who were fully and completely aware of Joe's infirmity, now pretending they had no idea and insisting on his candidacy.
00:03:14.140 The real problem seems to me here to be several fold.
00:03:18.660 First of all, as we've said on the program this week, Hunter Biden has emerged as the president's chief gatekeeper and his chief political strategist.
00:03:31.240 Now, Hunter Biden is a man with a very substantial conflict of interest, because if Joe Biden is no longer president, well, then Hunter Biden cannot get a presidential pardon.
00:03:44.300 So at a minimum, whether Joe runs or he doesn't run, I think the chances of the family allowing him to leave office, elevating Kamala Harris to the presidency, still fairly remote.
00:04:00.560 So the other question we have to ask ourselves is whether Barack Obama, who should not be read by his immediate posting on X supportive of Joe Biden in the wake of the disastrous debate, that should not be read as how he really feels.
00:04:20.960 My sources tell me that he is maneuvering furiously behind the scenes to try to persuade Joe Biden to throw in the towel on his re-election.
00:04:33.760 I've also said on this show and elsewhere that I believe that Obama holds the whip hand when it comes to removal under the 25th Amendment.
00:04:45.020 Again, this is a little more complicated than I thought at first blush.
00:04:51.660 To remove the president would require a majority of the cabinet plus the support of the sitting vice president.
00:05:00.540 If, however, Biden refuses to go, he has a right to appeal that to both houses, Congress, where it would require a two-thirds vote to remove him.
00:05:15.020 So perhaps the 26th Amendment threat, the private threat by Barack Obama, would not work.
00:05:23.520 Joe is nothing if not extraordinarily stubborn, at least when he has lucid moments, and is very clear to anyone who can watch that he's pretty dug in.
00:05:37.040 On the other hand, a doctor who was in a public event I went to last night pointed out to me that Biden was clutching a pencil during his entire interview with George Stephanopoulos.
00:05:52.720 The doctor said that that is one of the signs of Parkinson's, the holding on to an object like that.
00:06:00.720 So, and now the president and his incredibly incompetent press spokesman, Ms. KJ, they seem to have completely gotten themselves tangled up in the question of whether he has or has not consulted or been tested by a doctor for Parkinson's.
00:06:22.560 And they put out a letter late yesterday, which I think will do very little to shed light on this situation.
00:06:31.560 Now, the politics of it.
00:06:34.080 I guess if I'm a Trump supporter, which, of course, I most clearly am, I would like to run against Joe Biden.
00:06:41.820 He's the known commodity.
00:06:44.620 Kamala Harris would bring him nothing.
00:06:46.900 The dynamics would remain generally the same.
00:06:53.120 Does anybody out there listening to this show believe that there's a chance that Joe Biden could get through the rigors of a four-month campaign without another public embarrassment, without another meltdown, without once again beginning to mumble or fall down or leave the stage the wrong way,
00:07:14.460 or wander off in the middle of a public proceeding, I, for one, do not.
00:07:21.060 From a strictly political point of view, therefore, sure, I'd prefer to run against Joe Biden.
00:07:27.680 On the other hand, Colonel Douglas McGregor, whom I have enormous respect, was on my 77 WABC radio show this past Sunday.
00:07:39.060 He makes an urgent point that having Joe Biden with his current mental disability with his finger on the nuclear trigger means that Joe Biden should leave immediately and that that is what is in the best interests of the country.
00:07:57.820 While Colonel McGregor may be correct, I think Joe Biden is putting the interests of Joe Biden and the Biden crime family over the interests of the United States.
00:08:11.200 Okay, those are my thoughts. Joining me now, Troy Smith, the executive editor of one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing alternative media outlets in the United States, Slingshot.News, and he now joins us in The Zone.
00:08:30.680 Roger, that was a great soliloquy there. Really appreciate it. I think people are going to be taking that, putting that everywhere, because you made so many great points.
00:08:37.440 And I think the most important point that you made is that the Democrats have been covering up this fact for years now, and now they want to pivot.
00:08:45.720 So in preparation for this, I actually grabbed a video that I want to play for you, get your reaction on, of Democrats for years denying Biden's claims.
00:08:54.240 These are top Democrats in Congress and other places. Let's check out that video.
00:08:59.080 President Biden is absolutely fit.
00:09:02.640 He has knowledge of the issues. He has strategic thinking about legislating all in the head.
00:09:08.700 I have spoken with the president. He is fully coherent. He is on top of detail.
00:09:13.240 He's sharp. He's fit. He's always answering questions.
00:09:16.000 I think that Joe Biden's mental acuity is very, very on. He's one of the smartest, sharpest people I've met in D.C.
00:09:23.600 There's no doubt in my mind that the president is mentally fit for office.
00:09:26.620 Joe Biden rightly says that he has grown very wise in his many decades in public office.
00:09:33.120 As it stands today, you believe that President Biden is clear, candid, and convincing.
00:09:38.100 One hundred percent.
00:09:39.380 Joe Biden needs to be allowed to be Joe Biden. He is energizing. He cares about issues. He's Joe Biden. And Joe Biden, there's nobody better than Joe Biden.
00:09:47.760 We see Joe Biden up close. We know how attuned he is to the issues, how informed he is. And I debate with him about legislation and not debate, but discuss it with him. He's right there.
00:10:01.020 I strongly support President Biden. He has an incredible track record of success and accomplishments.
00:10:09.380 He puts many of us to shame with his energy.
00:10:11.540 Clearly, this president is fit to serve.
00:10:14.740 Joe Biden has vision. He has knowledge. He has a strategic thinker. This is a very sharp president.
00:10:23.740 And nobody is better equipped to do that than Joe Biden. He has the experience. He has the wisdom. He has the demeanor.
00:10:31.520 I was in Israel on October 7th, as you know, and President Biden was nice enough to call me. And I can tell you this was the day before that interview. I can tell you he was sharper than anyone I've spoken to.
00:10:42.180 It always seemed very clear to me that he had the energy and the ability.
00:10:46.720 Is he capable of being a president? Absolutely.
00:10:49.700 I think he's actually really good. I think his staff overprotects him. I think put him out there in a press conference. Who cares if someone makes a gaffe?
00:10:56.900 What I find interesting is the issue is more around ageism and ableism and not what this president, President Biden, has done.
00:11:04.640 I think he has every ability and every confidence to continue to be commander in chief.
00:11:08.800 I think the more he's out there, the better.
00:11:10.840 President Biden has proven himself to have a strong memory.
00:11:14.480 You don't do that unless you're mentally competent and capable. And he certainly is.
00:11:20.180 Yeah. I mean, you can always tell when Dan Goldman or Eric Swalwell are lying, their lips are moving.
00:11:29.400 There it is. You see, the very folks who have been covering for him are now beginning to panic.
00:11:35.980 That panic is palpable.
00:11:38.280 Remember what I said at the stop, that Biden's own own pollsters told him yesterday that he has an 85 percent probability of defeat under the current circumstances.
00:11:52.100 I don't. It's just an opinion, Troy. I don't think he's going to throw in the towel.
00:11:56.620 I think the family pressure they have to be concerned about being prosecuted has to be the primary thing in their mind.
00:12:07.420 I'll tell you what isn't the primary thing in their mind. And that's what's good for the country.
00:12:13.360 The other part of this that's kind of interesting is the way they continue to insist that he has all of these enormously great accomplishments as president.
00:12:24.320 Oh, he expanded NATO. Really? In violation of the two trials, the treaties that we signed agreeing not to do that?
00:12:32.680 And, and bringing us to the brink of Ukraine-Russia war, anybody who tells you that Ukraine is in a militarily viable position today is lying.
00:12:47.540 I actually think Putin has shown enormous restraint.
00:12:51.620 Personally, I just want the killing to stop, but, well, this administration doesn't even have any negotiations going on.
00:12:58.360 No peace talks, but they see that as an accomplishment.
00:13:03.580 How about our open borders? Is that one of his other great signature accomplishments?
00:13:09.000 The 15 million new jobs, those are not 15 million new full-time jobs.
00:13:14.960 Those numbers are jiggered.
00:13:17.280 This guy's, he's got a lot of accomplishments, all right, but unfortunately, almost none of them are positive.
00:13:22.520 Well, and Roger, you know, you made a point there about Pennsylvania, and I find it incredibly interesting that the, the pollsters are telling Biden now that he really is down at least six points in the state.
00:13:33.880 And I have a clip that I wanted to run for you and get your opinion on the Senate race that's going down there, because we have Dave McCormick that's going to be going up against Pennsylvania Democrat Senator Bob Casey.
00:13:43.140 And obviously with Casey and Fetterman, the Democrats have both senators there, and it's kind of looking, like, as we get closer to the election, Bob Casey's kind of realizing that Joe Biden is going to tank his Senate election effort in Pennsylvania, as you kind of talked about there in the open.
00:13:58.840 So I wanted to play this clip.
00:14:00.160 This is Bob Casey kind of really walking the line while talking to Fox News on his support for President Biden, and he says he's only going to focus on his race.
00:14:09.860 I want you to kind of politically translate this for us, if you will.
00:14:13.460 Let's run that Bob Casey clip.
00:14:15.440 It was frustrating.
00:14:16.420 You wanted people to stop talking about this.
00:14:18.240 Let's move on and focus on November.
00:14:20.780 But it doesn't seem like your Senate colleagues want to stop talking about this.
00:14:24.980 In fact, they want to start the conversation.
00:14:26.960 Well, I'm not going to, look, I'm not going to give advice to anybody who knows what they talk about.
00:14:31.160 I've got a race to run in a very competitive state in a tough election, so I'm going to focus on my race.
00:14:37.900 So what we just saw there was Senator Bob Casey, a son of former Governor Bob Casey, sometimes called the three-time loss from Holy Cross, since he ran so many times before he first got elected to office.
00:14:55.360 Senator Bob Casey is not the sharpest tool in the shed.
00:14:59.080 But what you just saw there was him distancing himself from Joe Biden.
00:15:03.460 Anytime you see somebody who is down ballot, justing themselves from the top of the ticket, you know you have a very serious problem.
00:15:12.900 That, by the way, should be a competitive race.
00:15:16.560 I really like Dave McCormick.
00:15:18.520 I preferred Dave McCormick over Dr. Oz for the nomination two years ago.
00:15:24.360 If we had nominated Dave McCormick then, we might have that seat today.
00:15:28.800 Although Fetterman is such a freaky phenomena, his election is kind of hard to explain.
00:15:36.900 I think McCormick's going to beat Bob Casey.
00:15:40.360 Pennsylvania, I noticed yesterday, the great Cliff Maloney, who's doing an amazing voter registration operation in the state,
00:15:51.140 demonstrates that the margin of Democrats over Republicans has been cut in half.
00:15:57.940 It's now down to about 400,000 and change.
00:16:01.520 It was just under a million when these guys started their program.
00:16:06.400 So Pennsylvania is looking better and better to me.
00:16:09.160 I do still have reservations about the mail-in ballots, mail-in ballots given to the Philadelphia machine.
00:16:18.160 That's kind of like asking the Boston Strangler to massage your neck.
00:16:23.500 I mean, they are experts at voter manipulation.
00:16:28.640 I would advise the Pennsylvania Republicans and their lawyers to begin fighting now to ensure the legal chain of custody of those ballots.
00:16:41.680 Anyway, let's go on.
00:16:43.080 Well, and Roger, we wanted to play, I wanted to play a clip specifically and for all those that haven't seen it, I think most people here probably have.
00:16:52.280 We had 2.1 million views so far on a post in which we described your tweet and your source where you say that Kamala Harris is actually considering choosing Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro.
00:17:06.380 And I found it interesting that Pennsylvania has become this focal point since we've released that article.
00:17:11.040 And I think it's mainly because the Democrats are looking at Pennsylvania.
00:17:14.360 They're saying, wow, without Pennsylvania, really, they struggle to have a path, really, I think, to 270.
00:17:21.340 And so the focus is going on that.
00:17:24.200 But I think one of the parts that really people didn't focus on that was also included in that article is that you said that Nancy Pelosi's comments where she's come out and she's basically said that there's a legitimate question as to whether Biden is fit to really serve and beat Donald Trump in 2024.
00:17:40.920 This has come up now over and over again, and Nancy Pelosi seems to be leading, almost leading the charge on cable news against President Biden, but it's kind of like a soft takeover.
00:17:53.560 We have a clip that's Pelosi before the debate, and she's raising questions about President Trump.
00:18:00.480 She's deflecting, as you saw in the clip earlier.
00:18:02.900 She's defending President Biden.
00:18:04.320 Then we're going to play a clip directly after that of what happened after the debate and get Roger's thoughts on what Pelosi's vote of confidence or vote of no confidence means for President Joe Biden heading into 2024.
00:18:19.000 This is an opportunity for Joe Biden to go out there and show he has the stamina and the rest.
00:18:24.140 And, by the way, while the press, and for some reason they don't, there are health care professionals who think that Trump has dementia, that his connection, his thoughts do not go together.
00:18:39.380 And, you know, while he may be saying we're enablers, we see Joe Biden up close.
00:18:44.820 We know how attuned he is to the issues, how informed he is.
00:18:49.440 And I debate with him about legislation, not debate, but discuss it with him.
00:18:54.560 He's right there.
00:18:56.180 So, in any case, it was a bad night.
00:18:59.080 Let's not sugarcoat that.
00:19:03.640 It was a bad night.
00:19:04.880 It was a great presidency.
00:19:06.860 So we have all these things that he was masterful in helping to orchestrate, to write, and to pass.
00:19:14.260 So he has a vision.
00:19:15.240 He has knowledge.
00:19:16.300 He has judgment.
00:19:17.300 He has a strategic thinking, and the rest, he has a bad night.
00:19:22.100 Now, again, I think it's a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?
00:19:31.000 That secondary comment, according to my Democrat sources, did extreme damage to Joe Biden.
00:19:37.540 That was seen by many in the party as a tell, as a shift.
00:19:44.500 And I, therefore, think it is important.
00:19:47.860 To go back to your other question, here's the issue.
00:19:51.400 If, let's say, that Joe Biden elects to resign as president, which I think is highly unlikely, putting aside the question of whether he runs or not.
00:20:03.320 But let's just say that he, for one reason or other, has to leave the presidency, either because he decides to or because of matters of ill health or, God forbid, that he dies in his sleep.
00:20:18.420 We don't wish that on him.
00:20:20.680 Then, of course, automatically, Kamala Harris becomes president.
00:20:25.280 By the way, there is no swearing in.
00:20:27.540 That was staged by Lyndon Baines Johnson upon the death of John Kennedy.
00:20:32.600 There is no swearing in necessary.
00:20:34.560 The transfer of power to the vice president to become president is automatic.
00:20:40.560 Well, the problem then, of course, is that the new president, Kamala Harris, would be entitled to appoint a vice president subject to confirmation by both houses of the legislature.
00:20:57.360 Not just the Senate, as you have with judgeships, but by both houses of the legislature.
00:21:05.160 Therefore, the Republicans could conceivably stop the country from having a sitting vice president.
00:21:12.800 That would put Mike Johnson next in line to be president of the United States for the duration of the Kamala presidency.
00:21:24.080 The other issue, however, is that if Kamala Harris, who is a legal resident of California, wanted Gavin Newsom, well, he's also a legal resident of California.
00:21:41.060 And under the 12th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, you cannot, as you know, cast electoral votes for two candidates from the same state.
00:21:54.260 Now, it is permissible, meaning they could run.
00:21:58.660 There's no prohibition of the party nominating two people who are legal residents of the same state for president and vice president.
00:22:07.420 But they would forfeit the votes of the electoral college if they were to carry that state.
00:22:19.120 That's why I believe, and my sources tell me, that Kamala Harris would probably look to Governor Shapiro, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, mainly because it alters the map.
00:22:35.720 If Trump is indeed up by six or seven in Pennsylvania, perhaps that gets Pennsylvania back in play for the Democrats.
00:22:46.340 The other possibility, as you pointed out, is Wes Moore, the candidate from Maryland.
00:22:53.360 Then that would mean two people of color on the ticket.
00:22:58.700 I think that may not be politically viable.
00:23:01.500 It's the other thing that people don't recognize who haven't studied polling and demographics.
00:23:08.280 It is a mistake to assume monolithic thinking and attitudes among all dark-skinned voters.
00:23:17.880 There's a substantial difference in the political attitudes of African-Americans than there are from Americans who came from the Caribbean.
00:23:27.040 So all of those nations, Bahamas, Jamaica, and so on, Jamaican-Americans, Bahamian-Americans, Costa Rican-Americans, have very different attitudes and political views than African-Americans.
00:23:46.280 Kamala Harris is not African-American.
00:23:48.480 I believe that she's of mixed Jamaican and Bahamian heritage.
00:23:57.520 It's not quite the same.
00:24:00.400 Nonetheless, the optics of it, I think, are limited.
00:24:05.840 And then, of course, you've always got Hillary Clinton.
00:24:08.640 She's always available.
00:24:10.080 But I think we all know that if Kamala Harris became president and she made Hillary Clinton her vice president, well, Kamala would need a food taster.
00:24:23.020 To say the least, Roger, you know, we would have another Clinton side, I think, if that was the case.
00:24:28.720 And, you know, you make a lot of great points there as far as the structure.
00:24:32.300 I hadn't actually thought about Gavin Newsom and the constitutional problems with him actually being the vice president.
00:24:39.460 That's a very good point.
00:24:41.180 And I think, you know, there's a lot of speculation right now, Roger.
00:24:45.420 I think there's a lot of Democrats who are coming around to the idea of Kamala Harris.
00:24:51.280 And while there are people, I think, within the party that definitely want to get rid of Kamala Harris,
00:24:57.540 I'm seeing more support for her as time goes on.
00:25:00.540 And people, as you pointed out, you know, with your sources, she consolidated her position, I think, quicker than you or I or anybody thought that she would.
00:25:10.380 And you said something yesterday that's kind of been I've been thinking about this more and more.
00:25:14.900 Willie Brown's warning about Kamala Harris, about how she's this shrewd political person.
00:25:19.660 And it's true, you know, I think the public perception of Kamala Harris is false and the public perception is that she's this ditzy, you know, idiot.
00:25:28.740 And look, she does a great job of playing that part.
00:25:31.480 If you watch her on whatever show she did, an interview with Drew Barrymore.
00:25:35.480 It was one of the strangest things I've ever seen.
00:25:37.840 She doesn't there's a lot of things about her that make people dismiss her.
00:25:41.360 But I almost think that that's maybe to her benefit because she is not thought of as this shrewd political person that has been able to become vice president of the United States.
00:25:52.040 I mean, she's one, I'll add, very weak heartbeat away from being the president of the United States.
00:25:58.500 And when you look at how she's got there, it takes it takes a lot of personal strength and endurance and the idea that she's been able to get through all of this.
00:26:09.720 I wouldn't count her out.
00:26:11.260 I think that and I'm interested to hear your thoughts, because we've talked a lot about, oh, well, this person is far.
00:26:17.180 You said you'd want to run against Joe Biden, which I think, you know, most Republicans probably agree with that.
00:26:22.660 But what are your opinions on the, you know, the national popularity of Kamala Harris?
00:26:28.760 Because when she went through the Democratic primary, Roger, I think she struggled to get about three percent of the vote.
00:26:34.120 She doesn't seem to be extremely popular, but I guess circumstance maybe could make her more popular.
00:26:39.860 What do you think about that?
00:26:41.740 Well, I think it's important to have kind of a historical review of what transpired here.
00:26:47.780 The the the Obamas who were leaving, but but pardon me, who were dominant in their party, wanted to nominate a candidate who could beat Bernie Sanders.
00:27:00.980 They had to cheat Bernie Sanders in 2016 in order to beat him.
00:27:05.920 Remember, by the way, Bernie wasn't even a member of the party.
00:27:09.000 He left the Socialist Party to become a Democrat in order to run for president.
00:27:13.600 They still had to cheat to beat him running against the Democrat secretary of state, who was a former first lady.
00:27:22.340 I'm one of those who believes that that was the motive for Seth Rich to remove sensitive files from the DNC because he was, in his heart, a Sanders supporter.
00:27:34.580 Put that question aside.
00:27:36.800 First, the Obamas tried to prop up Cory Booker.
00:27:39.860 That did not work.
00:27:41.260 Then they tried to prop up Kamala Harris.
00:27:46.280 That did not work.
00:27:47.920 She actually made a fool of herself.
00:27:50.760 Then they tried and probably to prop up Pete Buttigieg.
00:27:55.420 That did not work.
00:27:56.840 I think it is only at that juncture that Barack Obama decided that, well, Joe is a known commodity.
00:28:06.940 He's completely controllable because everything we're now learning about him and his foreign exploits, I suspect Barack Obama already knew.
00:28:18.120 So they viewed Joe as the safest candidate.
00:28:22.280 It's ironic that he was saved in the South Carolina primary because, remember, he lost Iowa.
00:28:30.920 He lost New Hampshire.
00:28:32.560 He was on a downward trajectory.
00:28:34.200 His campaign bounced back on South Carolina largely because veteran Congressman James Clyburn delivered, to the extent one can deliver, but Clyburn's organization delivered a large black vote for him.
00:28:49.520 It's truly ironic in view of the fact that Joe Biden is a racist and he has no civil rights record.
00:28:56.680 Actually, what he has is a record of opposing civil rights.
00:29:01.040 Joe Biden is the author of the 1994 crime bill.
00:29:05.480 That is the bill that put in place the harsh mandatory penalties for the first time, nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs.
00:29:19.540 And as I said, you have these harsh mandatory penalties where a judge is not allowed to take any other factor in consideration.
00:29:28.220 That one law has done more damage to African-American people and poor people than perhaps anything in the last hundred years.
00:29:41.060 So Joe Biden also, as you know, ran in 1972 for the United States Senate, 29 years old, as an outspoken opponent of the integration of the Wilmington school districts.
00:29:58.760 He said, and I quote, if the Wilmington, if the Wilmington schools are desegregated, they will be a jungle.
00:30:06.820 I don't want my daughter going to school in a jungle.
00:30:11.780 If that isn't the dog whistle, I don't know what is.
00:30:15.880 Joe Biden now seems in his time of peril to be depending heavily on the black constituencies within the Democratic Party.
00:30:26.160 Clyburn, who's up there on age, says he's riding with Biden.
00:30:30.640 I saw that clip.
00:30:31.420 But I think that Donald Trump in a general election has an enormous opportunity with black voters.
00:30:39.460 The key is not his mugshot.
00:30:42.980 The key is not the fact that, yes, there are some blacks who will feel that Trump has now been subjected to the same unfairness of the criminal justice system that they have.
00:30:53.980 But the real keys to African-American votes is economic opportunity.
00:31:01.440 We had the lowest level of unemployment among African-Americans during Donald Trump's presidency.
00:31:08.320 I believe that appealing them to them on economic issues and also stressing Trump's accomplishments in the area of criminal justice reform.
00:31:20.460 He is, as you know, responsible for the First Step Act and the Second Chance Act.
00:31:27.920 This is the first meaningful criminal justice reform designed to address those problems in the 1994 crime bill that has passed the Congress into law.
00:31:40.080 And as you know, Troy, a number of the members of the House Black Caucus, Congressional Black Caucus, pardon me, voted against those reforms, not because they opposed the substance of them, but simply because they were proposed and pushed by President Donald Trump, which proves they never cared about criminal justice reform for their constituents at all.
00:32:06.520 Well, and as far as, you know, we can call it the insanity surrounding former President Trump, you know, I am constantly reminded, Roger, you circulate this clip all the time, George Stephanopoulos being put in his place by President Trump.
00:32:24.460 And I thought that moment where he tells him, you know, George, there's a lot of things I'd like to take back, like you, for instance, you know, you would love to have not given to the Clinton Foundation.
00:32:33.600 He takes him apart. And it's weird for me to see this monolithic media that that was all about hating Trump.
00:32:42.040 And they still, you know, they still hate Trump, obviously. But you're seeing them kind of split now.
00:32:46.620 And you're seeing them really half of them attacking Biden, half of them attacking the people who are attacking Biden, saying that, oh, there needs to be stability.
00:32:55.060 And it's really unbelievable to see these members of the media who have told us for years, you know, George Stephanopoulos was a Democrat operative, have told us for years that, oh, no, we're just we're just unbiased journalists.
00:33:06.440 You know, we really just we're trying to report the facts.
00:33:09.060 And the truth is, they're operatives. And the more they talk about this, a scrum in the Democratic Party, the more they're being unmasked as pure operatives.
00:33:18.440 And and Stephanopoulos specifically, there is a video that's been leaked now by TMZ of him after his interview with President Joe Biden, trashing Biden.
00:33:29.060 Now, I tweeted out before the interview between Stephanopoulos and Joe, I said, watch out, Joe, because Clinton George, he's going to be coming for you.
00:33:37.540 And he didn't really do a tough interview.
00:33:40.400 But afterwards, it looks like he threw the president entirely under the bus.
00:33:44.400 Let's roll that clip. Get Roger's thoughts.
00:33:50.060 Hey, hey, how you doing?
00:33:52.520 What do you think? Do you think Biden should step down?
00:33:55.000 You talk to him more than anybody else have lately.
00:33:58.640 And you can be honest.
00:34:00.400 You don't think you can start for more years?
00:34:02.160 All right. That's an answer.
00:34:07.160 It's not clear to me, Troy, who the second person is in that video.
00:34:10.740 Do we know?
00:34:12.440 No, I don't know who the second person was.
00:34:14.900 But TMZ is circulating that.
00:34:16.500 It's being put everywhere.
00:34:18.100 Talking about George Stephanopoulos.
00:34:19.560 I'll have to get the second name for you.
00:34:21.040 I mean, the larger question you speak to is a very is a very good one.
00:34:25.980 How does someone leave the employ of Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden?
00:34:32.280 Where, by the way, George's principal job was threatening the women who were threatening to come forward to talk about being sexually assaulted by by Bill Clinton.
00:34:43.580 Also, he was the duty officer trying to shut down the very legitimate story regarding Bill Clinton's illegitimate black son, Danny Williams.
00:34:55.560 All of that covered in my book, The Clinton's War on Women.
00:35:00.440 You get that at StoneZone.com in the shop.
00:35:04.320 So, can you imagine a situation in which anyone who was a Republican, anyone other than, say, Ronald Romney, would be hired as an anchor at one of the three major networks after having been involved in Republican politics?
00:35:22.540 Tim Russert, who was a friend of mine, was the brilliant host of Meet the Press.
00:35:30.440 He had been the press secretary for Governor Mario Cuomo and had been the chief political operative for Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan.
00:35:40.020 I suspect if you voted for, if you worked for Barry Goldwater and, say, former House Minority Leader John Rhodes from Arizona, you wouldn't be hired at NBC.
00:35:52.740 It is amazing how the Democrats have this revolving door.
00:35:57.940 Ken Bodie, one of the key factors, key actors in the nomination of George McGovern, active in the anti-war movement.
00:36:06.820 He's a great guy, by the way, but he goes seamlessly from Democrat politics to being a correspondent, I believe, also with NBC.
00:36:17.880 So, you never see a time where anybody goes from being a Republican operative or political figure to being hired to comment on politics at the great networks,
00:36:32.320 which is why I have to say, why does anyone take little George Stephanopoulos seriously?
00:36:40.640 Well, I just, you know, I think the only thing, Roger, is, you know, I mean, I grew up after Bill Clinton.
00:36:47.040 I mean, Bill Clinton was in office for the first year of my existence here, but I don't remember him being president.
00:36:53.920 And as a child, you know, I remember watching Good Morning America bringing on George Stephanopoulos, and I had no idea that the guy was a Clinton operative.
00:37:01.340 I mean, it was just, you know, and that's the thing.
00:37:03.440 You have this whole group of people who weren't around for that, and especially, you know, I know it now because I'm involved in the media and I cover things.
00:37:11.260 But if I wasn't in this, I still wouldn't know.
00:37:13.200 And I think it's just, it speaks to the people that are in control of these networks.
00:37:17.520 They want a certain narrative.
00:37:19.260 And one of the ways that they craft this narrative, Roger, is they only cover negative things as it pertains to Republicans.
00:37:25.920 They've done it for years, but it's especially egregious with President Trump.
00:37:29.520 I watched yesterday.
00:37:31.280 He had a rally in Doral, Miami, which I think was fantastic.
00:37:36.620 And we have some photos from that that we can put up in B-roll.
00:37:39.540 Just people will check out what was going on there.
00:37:41.920 We also have some clips that we're going to play.
00:37:43.500 But you see, there wasn't a lot of coverage for this at all.
00:37:47.460 People didn't really talk about it.
00:37:49.400 And I'm interested to hear your thoughts after we play a couple clips here so we can just fill in people what the president was talking about.
00:37:56.480 Because the mainstream media, the people like George Stephanopoulos, they refused to cover the president's actual words and instead throw out two to three second out of context clips in order to craft a narrative that's politically beneficial to the people who oversaw their transfer from Democrat politics.
00:38:11.920 to the media.
00:38:12.920 So let's roll those clips of President Trump in Miami yesterday.
00:38:15.580 On day one, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto the lives of our children.
00:38:31.440 And I will not give one penny to any school that has a vaccine mandate or a mask mandate.
00:38:43.440 And I will keep men out of women's sports.
00:38:48.440 Can you imagine?
00:38:50.440 Can you imagine even having to say that?
00:38:53.440 Before I even arrive at the Oval Office shortly after we, we all of us together win the presidency, I will have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine settled.
00:39:03.440 And I will prevent our nation and we will prevent the whole world from entering World War three because that's where we are.
00:39:10.440 We're very close to World War three and Biden doesn't have a clue.
00:39:15.440 We should have never allowed.
00:39:18.440 If you think about it, Russia, Ukraine would have never happened.
00:39:22.440 October 7th, the attack on Israel would have never happened.
00:39:25.440 Inflation would have never happened.
00:39:27.440 Think of our country if the election wasn't rigged.
00:39:29.440 Think of it.
00:39:30.440 Think where we'd be if they didn't rig that election.
00:39:32.440 So we're not going to let it happen again because our country won't exist.
00:39:36.440 It would be the I believe it would be the last election we've ever had if anything happened.
00:39:41.440 I really believe it.
00:39:42.440 We're not going to let that happen.
00:39:43.440 You got to get out and vote.
00:39:44.440 The radical left Democrats have spent this entire election posing as defenders of democracy.
00:39:50.440 You ever hear Biden?
00:39:51.440 He's a threat to democracy.
00:39:53.440 He doesn't even know what the hell the term is.
00:39:56.440 Trump is a threat to democracy.
00:40:00.440 This guy.
00:40:01.440 Low IQ.
00:40:02.440 He's a low IQ individual.
00:40:05.440 But they're lying in the entire world at Joe Biden's condition.
00:40:10.440 I mean, you see his condition.
00:40:12.440 You see them frantically trying to overturn the results of 50 state primaries
00:40:18.440 and install a new candidate at the behest of their very rich donors.
00:40:23.440 Do you know that we took in record numbers over the last four weeks?
00:40:28.440 And most of it was taken in with small donors.
00:40:31.440 Sixty one dollars on average.
00:40:33.440 Sixty one dollars.
00:40:34.440 And those people vote.
00:40:36.440 But the Democrats, I think their funding is stopping because I think they're rich donors.
00:40:41.440 They have a lot of rich donors.
00:40:42.440 We have some, but we don't really focus on it.
00:40:44.440 We focus on the small donor.
00:40:46.440 To me, one thing, every small donor votes.
00:40:49.440 The rich donors, they're in Monte Carlo during the election.
00:40:52.440 How's the election going?
00:40:54.440 Joe Biden is a threat to democracy.
00:40:56.440 He's really, he is a major threat to democracy.
00:40:59.440 And Democrats are the ones who really want to destroy democracy in our country.
00:41:08.440 I had members of my family and staff went to the event in Doral.
00:41:14.440 They told me it was absolutely incredible.
00:41:16.440 You saw President perspiring.
00:41:19.440 That's because you had this enormous crowd stand in the hot sun waiting for the president,
00:41:25.440 or in many cases, as long as five hours.
00:41:28.440 Let's see anybody stand in the sun for Joe Biden in five hours.
00:41:34.440 Troy, let me do a quick commercial break here, if I may.
00:41:38.440 Folks, if you are interested in history or politics or both,
00:41:45.440 let me commend to you my New York Times bestselling book,
00:41:49.440 The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ.
00:41:54.440 Now, when I wrote this book, I took it to six different commercial publishers,
00:41:59.440 all of whom told me that it was commercially unviable.
00:42:02.440 Yet, within weeks of my publishing it, it became a New York Times bestseller.
00:42:07.440 In this book, I use eyewitness evidence, fingerprint evidence,
00:42:12.440 and deep Texas politics to make the case that it was Lyndon Baines Johnson,
00:42:19.440 who led a cabal that included organized crime, the Central Intelligence Agency,
00:42:26.440 big Texas oil, and the banking institutions to take John F. Kennedy out on November 23rd, 22nd, 1963.
00:42:42.440 It was Lyndon Johnson who insisted that the motorcade take the route through Dealey Plaza.
00:42:48.440 It was Lyndon Johnson who said minutes after it was announced that Kennedy was killed,
00:42:54.440 but before Lee Harvey Oswald had been apprehended, that it was a communist who killed JFK.
00:43:01.440 Specifically, Johnson said it was a Russian communist.
00:43:06.440 How could he know that if Oswald had not yet been arrested?
00:43:11.440 Anyway, you can get this book by going to themanwhokilledkennedy.com, themanwhokilledkennedy.com.
00:43:19.440 This is like a murder mystery, folks. You won't be able to put it down.
00:43:23.440 You want the paperback edition. If you decide to buy it at Barnes & Noble or Amazon
00:43:29.440 or some other multinational corporation that hates your guts, you'll have a choice of the hardcover
00:43:36.440 or the choice of the paperback. You really very definitely want the paperback.
00:43:42.440 You can remember that by the mugshot. I designed this cover. I'm very proud of it.
00:43:47.440 So for anyone in your family who loves politics and history and likes a good murder mystery
00:43:55.440 and who wants to understand that 1963 is the beginning of the deep state takeover of our country,
00:44:06.440 because I argue, of course, that after Kennedy's death, there was the silent coup that took out Richard Nixon.
00:44:13.440 Then, of course, they attempted to kill Ronald Reagan in an assassination.
00:44:19.440 I have a book coming on that that I've been working very hard on.
00:44:23.440 Then that failed. They tried to remove him in Iran-Contra.
00:44:27.440 These are the same forces who cooked up the Russian collusion hoax and the two Ukrainian hoaxes.
00:44:35.440 So I think you will see this in its historical perspective.
00:44:39.440 Let me recommend to you that you order your copy today.
00:44:42.440 Put it up one more time at TheManWhoKilledKennedy.com.
00:44:47.440 TheManWhoKilledKennedy.com.
00:44:49.440 And yes, if you ask, I'm happy to personalize your inscription.
00:44:53.440 All books bought at that site will be signed. Thank you.
00:44:59.440 All right, Troy, let's keep going down the political road here. What else have you got for us?
00:45:07.440 Well, Roger, there was something really disturbing yesterday.
00:45:10.440 I kind of wanted to ask your opinion on this because as an American and as somebody who loves this country, I was disgusted by what I saw.
00:45:17.440 We have a civilian award. Now, I looked this up. It is specifically a civilian award called the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
00:45:26.440 Now, this medal is given to the highest level civilians in the country, people like Roger Staubach, people like Rush Limbaugh, people who have had a profound impact on American culture.
00:45:37.440 And we saw yesterday that President Joe Biden awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg.
00:45:46.440 And I really question, you know, if he can actually even give this award to somebody who is not a citizen of the United States.
00:45:55.440 More importantly, somebody who is stoking the flames of world war, pushing NATO further and further closer to Russia, actually wanting to get Ukraine to join NATO formally, which would all but basically push the entire world into another world conflict.
00:46:11.440 So, I want to roll the clip of Stoltenberg getting this Presidential Medal of Freedom from a confused Joe Biden yesterday and get your thoughts.
00:46:20.440 I think this is a tremendous insult to the people of this country, Roger.
00:46:23.440 Yeah.
00:46:24.440 I saw the clip in which, I don't know, it appeared to me that Joe Biden either made a joke or claimed that he was sleeping with Stoltenberg's wife.
00:46:52.440 George's wife seemed to be quite a gaffe, very embarrassing.
00:46:57.380 We should do some legal research on this, Troy.
00:47:00.760 It'd be interesting to see whether the president can give that medal of honor to a non-U.S. citizen.
00:47:09.980 Of course, Barack Obama gave it to Oprah Winfrey, gave it to a number of other leftists.
00:47:21.160 Ronald Reagan gave out a number of notable ones.
00:47:23.960 That would be worth our research.
00:47:26.920 The larger problem in NATO, I think, is very clear.
00:47:30.860 We signed two treaties agreeing not to push Ukraine into NATO.
00:47:35.260 The Budapest Accords, probably the Budapest Memorandum, signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker III under George Bush,
00:47:45.600 in which we specifically said we would not move one inch east towards Russia in the NATO alliance.
00:47:53.600 And then we reaffirmed that commitment in the Minsk Accords.
00:47:59.120 To me, that means that we're violating international law if we do indeed push Ukraine into NATO.
00:48:07.620 And the problem with that, in turn, is, of course, that is, I really think, based on everything I've read, Vladimir Putin's line in the sand.
00:48:19.040 He's made it very clear to him, first of all, that's what this war is really about.
00:48:26.600 Now, even Joe Biden said in the beginning, in one of those things where he blurts out the truth, like many Alzheimer's patients do,
00:48:34.800 that he was willing to give up the Donbass, that he was willing to give Putin land for peace.
00:48:41.000 Now, of course, if Donald Trump becomes president and he negotiates a settlement that includes that,
00:48:48.440 well, the first person complaining will be Joe Biden and the Democrats if Joe Biden survives that law.
00:48:55.740 Well, and Roger, I think it's important for people to point out,
00:48:58.940 President Trump took Stoltenberg to task over Germany specifically and Germany's energy relationship with Russia.
00:49:05.660 And I actually went back and pulled a clip, and you'll find this funny, too.
00:49:10.460 In the back of this clip, you actually see John Kirby, Trump's former chief of staff,
00:49:14.760 who, of course, put out the fake suckers and losers hoax, who has lied about President Trump over and over again.
00:49:20.700 And as Trump, this is Trump confronting Stoltenberg over the Russian energy that's pouring into Germany,
00:49:29.960 while Germany is taking billions of dollars from the United States to defend them from Russia.
00:49:36.340 So I want to play this clip, but I want you to take special notice of John Kelly squirming around in the back of this clip.
00:49:43.420 He really looks like he's coming out of his skin.
00:49:45.360 And this is what we need back in the White House.
00:49:47.420 This is what we need to bring the world back to order where we're not going to be on the brink of World War III.
00:49:53.420 Let's roll that clip and get Roger's thoughts.
00:49:55.120 What are your thoughts about the meeting with President Putin later on?
00:49:58.680 Well, I have to say, I think it's very sad when Germany makes a massive oil and gas deal with Russia,
00:50:06.660 where you're supposed to be guarding against Russia,
00:50:09.700 and Germany goes out and pays billions and billions of dollars a year to Russia.
00:50:14.560 So we're protecting Germany, we're protecting France, we're protecting all of these countries.
00:50:19.220 And then numerous of the countries go out and make a pipeline deal with Russia,
00:50:24.600 where they're paying billions of dollars into the coffers of Russia.
00:50:29.260 So we're supposed to protect you against Russia, but they're paying billions of dollars to Russia.
00:50:34.360 And I think that's very inappropriate.
00:50:36.040 And the former chancellor of Germany is the head of the pipeline company that's supplying the gas.
00:50:41.240 Ultimately, Germany will have almost 70 percent of their country controlled by Russia with natural gas.
00:50:51.060 So you tell me, is that appropriate?
00:50:53.280 I mean, I've been complaining about this from the time I got in.
00:50:56.840 It should have never been allowed to have happened.
00:50:59.120 But Germany is totally controlled by Russia,
00:51:01.620 because they will be getting from 60 to 70 percent of their energy from Russia and a new pipeline.
00:51:07.740 And you tell me if that's appropriate, because I think it's not.
00:51:11.340 And I think it's a very bad thing for NATO, and I don't think it should have happened.
00:51:15.600 And I think we have to talk to Germany about it.
00:51:17.700 On top of that, Germany is just paying a little bit over 1 percent,
00:51:22.060 whereas the United States, in actual numbers, is paying 4.2 percent of a much larger GDP.
00:51:28.800 So I think that's inappropriate also.
00:51:30.960 You know, we're protecting Germany, we're protecting France, we're protecting everybody,
00:51:34.960 and yet we're paying a lot of money to protect.
00:51:37.520 Now, this has been going on for decades.
00:51:40.100 This has been brought up by other presidents, but other presidents never did anything about it,
00:51:44.680 because I don't think they understood it, or they just didn't want to get involved.
00:51:48.600 But I have to bring it up, because I think it's very unfair to our country,
00:51:51.860 it's very unfair to our taxpayers.
00:51:54.200 And I think that these countries have to step it up, not over a 10-year period,
00:51:57.820 they have to step it up immediately.
00:51:59.440 Germany is a rich country.
00:52:01.160 They talk about they're going to increase it a tiny bit by 2030.
00:52:05.440 Well, they could increase it immediately tomorrow and have no problem.
00:52:11.200 I don't think it's fair to the United States.
00:52:13.040 So we're going to have to do something, because we're not going to put up with it.
00:52:16.800 We can't put up with it, and it's inappropriate.
00:52:19.400 So we have to talk about the billions and billions of dollars that's being paid to the country
00:52:26.520 that we're supposed to be protecting you against.
00:52:29.920 You know, everybody's talking about it all over the world.
00:52:32.760 They'll say, well, wait a minute.
00:52:33.620 We're supposed to be protecting you from Russia,
00:52:36.380 but why are you paying billions of dollars to Russia for energy?
00:52:40.260 Why are countries in NATO, namely Germany,
00:52:44.540 having a large percentage of their energy needs paid, you know, to Russia
00:52:49.560 and taken care of by Russia?
00:52:51.540 Now, if you look at it, Germany is a captive of Russia,
00:52:55.600 because they supply.
00:52:56.440 They get rid of their coal plants.
00:52:57.720 They get rid of their nuclear.
00:52:59.540 They're getting so much of the oil and gas from Russia.
00:53:03.440 I think it's something that NATO has to look at.
00:53:05.800 I think it's very inappropriate.
00:53:07.300 You and I agree that it's inappropriate.
00:53:08.780 I don't know what you can do about it now,
00:53:11.140 but it certainly doesn't seem to make sense that they pay billions of dollars to Russia,
00:53:16.120 and now we have to defend them against Russia.
00:53:19.360 You know, NATO is the alliance of 29 nations,
00:53:22.960 and there are sometimes differences and different views.
00:53:28.080 There is the Donald Trump I know and love.
00:53:32.220 He's like a dog with a bone.
00:53:33.840 He just won't let it go.
00:53:35.580 And you're right, it was interesting to see John Kelly
00:53:37.960 at the end of the table squirming.
00:53:40.200 Here's why I saw this under other presidents.
00:53:44.400 The bureaucrats before the meeting in their briefing,
00:53:47.120 they say, Mr. President, please don't say X.
00:53:50.520 Whatever you do, don't say X.
00:53:52.520 That'll upset everybody.
00:53:53.940 Please don't say X.
00:53:55.520 Let us work that out privately behind the scenes.
00:53:59.120 No, Donald Trump,
00:54:00.200 he went there specifically to tell them two things.
00:54:03.560 One, first of all, you deadbeats need to pay up because we're tired of carrying you.
00:54:10.260 Donald Trump became president.
00:54:11.600 Every one of the member nations in NATO was far behind in their dues.
00:54:17.560 We were the only country that was up to date.
00:54:20.900 Just that demand brought tens of million dollars into the NATO alliance
00:54:25.000 so people could pay their fair share for their own defense.
00:54:29.520 Then secondarily, he's absolutely right.
00:54:32.700 Germany is giving the Russians money to build their war machine.
00:54:37.400 At the same time, we are supposed to respect,
00:54:40.380 be paying for Germany's defense against the Russians.
00:54:44.000 Never made any sense.
00:54:45.700 This is why he's, let's face it, perhaps the greatest president of my lifetime.
00:54:51.100 Amazing clip.
00:54:53.520 I appreciate your pulling that up.
00:54:56.200 All right, folks, I'm afraid we're at the end of the show.
