The StoneZONE with Roger Stone

00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.

00:00:11.340 Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.

00:00:15.080 He is a New York Times bestselling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.

00:00:21.240 As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues,

00:00:26.580 and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.

00:00:32.180 Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.

00:00:37.520 And now, here's your host, Roger Stone.

00:00:45.260 Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and you are back in the Stone Zone.

00:00:50.220 Well, the big news late yesterday, WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange, who had been languishing in Britain's infamous Bell Marsh prison for 1,910 days,

00:01:07.200 has been released after reaching a plea bargain with the Biden administration in which he agreed to plead guilty to stealing, essentially, state secrets.

00:01:20.920 In order to break this story down, which I have quite a bit to say, let my co-host, Troy Smith, the editor-in-chief of Slingshot.News, join us now.

00:01:33.420 Roger, as always, it's an honor to be back in the Stone Zone.

00:01:38.180 And huge news with this Julian Assange thing.

00:01:40.320 We have video of Assange leaving Britain, where he was in prison, getting on a plane.

00:01:45.020 Actually, word is that he's headed back to Australia.

00:01:47.540 Wanted to run that and then get your thoughts on the entire situation on the other side of the video.

00:02:00.020 Look, I have been very clear about this.

00:02:03.420 Julian Assange did nothing wrong.

00:02:05.740 He is a journalist.

00:02:06.900 His crime is publishing material embarrassing to the deep state, indeed, embarrassing to both parties.

00:02:16.040 It's funny how liberals loved WikiLeaks when he was publishing documents that were embarrassing to the George W. Bush administration.

00:02:26.200 But when he began publishing information embarrassing to Obama and Hillary Clinton, he became a villain.

00:02:35.440 As you know, one of the false claims surrounding my trial is that I somehow received and passed on information from WikiLeaks or that I played some role in the timing of the release of the WikiLeaks material.

00:02:52.880 None of that was proven at trial.

00:02:55.960 And, in fact, in the long-hidden, long-redacted final report by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which only became public because BuzzFeed sued the Justice Department to unredact that report,

00:03:12.080 expecting they were expecting they would learn embarrassing things about me when, in fact, they themselves admitted that this is BuzzFeed, that I was vindicated.

00:03:23.040 There is no evidence whatsoever that I received anything from WikiLeaks, that I communicated directly with Assange, and the false claims of right-wing gadfly Dr. Jerry Corsi,

00:03:39.200 that I had called him the morning of the infamous Billy Bush, grabbed them by the you-know-what tape to urge him to contact Assange to tell Assange to expedite his release of Clinton material,

00:03:57.000 could not be corroborated by Robert Mueller and his thugs because it was not true.

00:04:03.880 So, to be very clear, I hate to disappoint all those haters on social media, I welcome what Julian Assange has to say, either under oath or in an interview, because I think he will tell the truth.

00:04:19.760 And the truth is, I received nothing from them.

00:04:22.980 He actually said in numerous interviews that he was amused at the way I was trolling the media.

00:04:29.180 This was really very simple.

00:04:31.600 I set a Google News alert for Julian Assange, and I read every interview he gave.

00:04:39.200 He himself said that he had obtained information that was embarrassing to Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, and that he would release it.

00:04:48.680 More specifically, it was, indeed, New York City then radio host Randy Credico, who told me that this would be released in October.

00:04:59.180 And when I asked him how he knew that, he said in a text message, which the judge would not allow us to enter into evidence in my trial, that a woman friend of his was a lawyer for Assange, and I just shouldn't ask any more questions.

00:05:16.880 I'm going to be publishing all of those in a Substack piece probably tomorrow.

00:05:21.320 So I look forward to Assange returning back to public life if he chooses to do so, and I think we can clear the air on this once and for all.

00:05:34.360 On the other hand, I also think that this is chilling for all journalists.

00:05:39.520 Let's be very clear.

00:05:41.180 The Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post, all of them are the receivers of classified and sometimes top secret information, which they publish.

00:05:53.160 The Pentagon Papers case was precisely about that.

00:05:56.880 You'll recall that the Nixon administration sought to go to federal court to prevent, first, the Washington Post, but then, more precisely, the New York Times, from publishing the Pentagon Papers.

00:06:09.820 They were classified.

00:06:11.380 The court ruled against the Nixon administration, and those papers were published.

00:06:17.780 This is really no difference.

00:06:20.700 While we're at it, Julian Assange has vehemently denied that he is in any way a Russian state actor, and there is no proof whatsoever that WikiLeaks received this material from the Russians, just as there is no proof that the Russian intelligence hacked the Democratic National Committee.

00:06:46.020 In fact, the forensic evidence is to the contrary.

00:06:51.900 Unfortunately, I wanted Bill Benny, who was the leading cyber technical person, cyber security person at the CIA, to testify at my trial and to present forensic evidence that would have proved that there was no online hack of the Democratic National Committee, not by the Russians or by anyone else.

00:07:17.380 Unfortunately, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, would not allow that testimony. 0.91

00:07:24.060 So I'm excited about this.

00:07:26.100 I'm very happy for Assange and his family.

00:07:29.060 I have written op-ed pieces urging that he be released.

00:07:34.920 I have been very forthright about my support for Assange because he is a journalist.

00:07:41.260 He is not what Mike Pompeo called him a foreign state actor.

00:07:48.640 That's my immediate impression.

00:07:51.080 What do you think, Troy?

00:07:52.640 Well, Roger, as you stated, as a journalist, as somebody who does something very similar to Assange, you could even say we do the exact same thing.

00:08:00.380 It's so horrible to see a guy treated so terribly over something that really, as you stated, I think this is the most shocking part of the whole case.

00:08:10.260 And it's why your case is so important in this, Roger.

00:08:13.620 There actually is no proof that the DNC was ever hacked.

00:08:17.480 And that claim has never been substantiated.

00:08:20.520 And yet it was the basis of your persecution.

00:08:23.440 It's been the basis of Julian Assange's persecution.

00:08:26.400 There has been attacks.

00:08:28.800 And I've seen, you know, I've heard people tell me, you know, because Assange and Snowden and others who have been whistleblowers, you know, when you talk to people that are in these intelligence agencies and particularly those who lead them, when you mention Julian Assange, they actually get so angry that they start slamming their hands around and actually like being, like coming out of their shell.

00:08:50.460 They're so angry at Snowden and Assange and all these people.

00:08:54.620 And I was talking to a friend yesterday and we both agreed, you know, these people, they should be lauded.

00:09:00.300 They should be given medals.

00:09:01.440 They should be given awards.

00:09:03.180 They should be leading these institutions.

00:09:05.660 And we wonder why these institutions, whether it be the FBI, the CIA, they have all these problems as it pertains to corruption and these horrible actors rising to the top.

00:09:18.880 And if you want to know the reason why that happens, all you have to do is look at the treatment of Assange.

00:09:25.080 Look at the look at the treatment of an Edward Snowden.

00:09:27.540 You know, those people, for all of that, our government talks about, oh, Russia, Russia, Russia, so terrible, so terrible. 0.91

00:09:33.440 Where is Edward Snowden right now, Roger?

00:09:35.780 He's in Russia.

00:09:37.480 And they are protecting him from us because our people in the CIA and in our government and our military, they said that they will kill Edward Snowden if they get the chance.

00:09:48.840 So I think, you know, particularly in the case of Assange, the treatment of this individual, where there's literally no proof that he did anything wrong, is similar to yours.

00:09:59.820 And just, you know, because this is so closely related to your situation, Roger, in your case, I went this morning and I picked up the actual script from an article that's talking about the Robert Mueller report.

00:10:14.440 And when that was, you know, they released the unredacted version of that and it went out with a whimper.

00:10:20.540 You know, I think it should have been a much louder boom when they released this thing.

00:10:24.380 But we have clips of that.

00:10:25.300 I'm going to read this now.

00:10:26.340 This is from the Mueller report talking about their inability to prove that you colluded or worked with Assange in any way.

00:10:35.620 And the quote reads,

00:10:36.180 And then neither Corsi's testimony nor other evidence currently available to the office is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone knew or believed that the computer intrusions were ongoing at the time he ostensibly encouraged

00:11:00.680 or coordinated the publication of the Podesta emails.

00:11:04.020 Stone's actions would thus be consistent with, among other things, a belief that he was aiding in the dissemination of fruits of an already completed hacking operation perpetrated by a third party.

00:11:14.460 Now, as you know, Roger, that statement from the Mueller report is completely different from what was reported by CNN and MSNBC and others.

00:11:24.680 So, I guess, you know, I would assume that this case, especially with Assange, has brought up a lot of memories of your dealing with the Mueller investigation and the FBI and your persecution.

00:11:37.600 Well, anyone who will go, and you'd have to look pretty hard to find it because, of course, it got no media coverage at all.

00:11:45.360 I'm completely exonerated in Mueller's final report.

00:11:50.340 It's funny how Andrew Weissman never mentions that.

00:11:53.260 But the only media outlets that covered this were the Gateway Pundit and Zero Hedge.

00:12:00.900 And for some odd reason, the Zero Hedge piece, which I have screenshotted, is no longer online.

00:12:08.620 But the document, the Washington Examiner, also covered it and covered it well.

00:12:13.200 Let me remind you that I had to go to trial before Judge Amy Berman Jackson because the federal prosecutors insisted that in their indictment of 17 alleged Russian intelligence assets that they claimed had hacked the DNC,

00:12:33.760 that they had hacked the DNC, that they had hacked the DNC, that they had hacked the DNC, that they had found information by search warrant in that case that they would introduce against me in my case.

00:12:45.160 That's why they claimed these were related cases.

00:12:48.100 They never produced any such evidence because, of course, there is no such evidence.

00:12:52.800 And the indictment of the 17 Russian assets, of course, never even went to discovery.

00:13:03.560 It's interesting that when Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general, breathlessly held a press conference to announce that indictment,

00:13:11.600 they specifically said no U.S. citizen had broken any laws.

00:13:17.220 But that was the tee up for my case.

00:13:21.060 That's one of the principal reasons why President Donald Trump was able to see through the thin veneer that had been constructed by Andrew Weissman.

00:13:31.360 What I mean by that is that the Mueller prosecutors went to two different federal judges,

00:13:38.180 and they told them that they had evidence and probable cause against me for treason,

00:13:46.600 conspiracy against the United States, money laundering, counterfeiting,

00:13:53.240 unauthorized access to a government computer, aiding and abetting conspiracy before and after the fact,

00:14:03.180 mail fraud and wire fraud.

00:14:05.080 So once they got free, unfettered access to my thousands of emails and phone messages, text messages,

00:14:12.560 they found no evidence whatsoever of any of those crimes.

00:14:17.160 That's when the diabolical Andrew Weissman cooked up the process crime of lying to Congress.

00:14:25.200 Well, first of all, my testimony was voluntary.

00:14:27.660 But secondarily, very much like Trump's case in New York, any misstatement that I made before Congress had to be material,

00:14:38.620 meaning it had to be related to some underlying crime.

00:14:42.940 But there was no underlying crime, certainly not Russian collusion,

00:14:47.820 certainly not WikiLeaks collaboration, because there is no evidence of that.

00:14:53.320 The one and only contact I had with the flack for WikiLeaks, basically they brushed me off.

00:15:00.540 By the way, I turned that Twitter direct message over to the House Intelligence Committee at the time I testified.

00:15:06.260 Then, of course, there's the famous Guccifer 2.0 fraud, where they claim that, again, on Twitter direct messages,

00:15:16.600 that I was in contact with this alleged Russian or Romanian hacker who they blame for the intrusion into the DNC.

00:15:26.840 Anyway, anyone who's bothered to stop and read that exchange, all 28 words of it, which I myself released,

00:15:35.260 will see that it happened three weeks after WikiLeaks had already published the Hillary Clinton DNC material.

00:15:43.860 Therefore, chronologically, my being a conspirator in that would be, without a time machine, I guess,

00:15:50.920 would be completely impossible.

00:15:52.740 Yet, when I was pardoned, Robert Mueller wrote, well, I mean, Andrew Weissman wrote for Robert Mueller,

00:16:00.460 an op-ed piece for the Washington Post in which he said that Stone was in touch with Russian intelligence assets,

00:16:07.920 with an S, multiple.

00:16:09.680 I wasn't even in touch with one, never mind multiples. 0.90

00:16:13.280 This House of Cards has collapsed.

00:16:15.460 They don't want to talk about it much, because although John Durham left much on the table,

00:16:23.360 never exploring the question of the alleged DNC hacking, he did establish without any question

00:16:30.680 that the entire reliance on the Russian, on the so-called Steele dossier, was fraudulent.

00:16:38.500 So, in other words, what you had was the greatest single dirty trick in American political history.

00:16:45.780 It is nothing less than the use of the full authority of the United States government

00:16:51.020 and the extraordinary capabilities of our intelligence agencies to use what they knew was fabricated evidence,

00:16:58.960 the so-called Steele dossier, and the false allegation of a hack at the DNC.

00:17:08.320 The FBI admitted they had never inspected the servers.

00:17:11.800 A crowd strike president, Sean Henry, who just happened to be a former deputy to Robert Mueller at the FBI,

00:17:19.460 testified under oath to the House Intelligence Committee that his report on the so-called intrusion,

00:17:26.040 a report that Judge Jackson refused to let my defense attorneys have at trial,

00:17:32.120 had no evidence whatsoever or proof that the DNC had been hacked by the Russians.

00:17:37.860 This whole thing is a circular fraud, and I'm glad that Assange is out now and can shed some light on it.

00:17:47.460 He's on the record already, multiple places, saying that they had never cooperated with me,

00:17:53.180 but that he enjoyed the way I was trolling Democrats.

00:17:56.760 I have no, I have every confidence that he will continue to tell the truth on this subject.

00:18:02.600 Back to you, Troy.

00:18:04.380 Well, Roger, we have footage, and I just wanted to roll this real quickly,

00:18:07.820 because this raid that took place at your house was the direct result of Andrew Weissman.

00:18:13.860 And now we see Weissman.

00:18:16.380 I want to get your thoughts on this, because, you know, the guy who orchestrated this,

00:18:20.160 the guy who orchestrated your persecution, now basically spends all of his time on MSNBC

00:18:25.360 campaigning against Donald Trump, attacking Judge Eileen Cannon and others who dare to stand for the rule of law.

00:18:32.480 Let's roll the clip of the raid at Roger's house that was orchestrated by Andrew Weissman,

00:18:38.160 and then let's get Roger's thoughts on this guy campaigning against Donald Trump.

00:18:42.600 It's really out in the open now.

00:18:44.180 Let's roll that.

00:19:01.160 Let's be right, open the door.

00:19:08.160 Let's go.

00:19:38.160 That brings back some harsh memories.

00:19:40.800 Just to remind people, on January 25th, 2019, 29 heavily armed FBI agents in full SWAT gear,

00:19:51.720 wearing night goggles, and all brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons,

00:19:57.740 arriving in both 17 armored vehicles and two amphibious units to the dock behind my house,

00:20:05.520 because I lived on a canal, surrounded my home to arrest me for the first time nonviolent alleged crime of lying to Congress under oath.

00:20:17.480 Because the government was on shutdown, that raid cost the American taxpayers $1.1 million.

00:20:25.000 Now, as you correctly point out, Troy, CNN just happened to show up 15 minutes before my arrest,

00:20:35.960 but also 15 minutes before the FBI to set up their camera tripod.

00:20:40.480 I watched them do it.

00:20:41.860 They claimed, of course, that they were there on the basis of just good investigative journalism.

00:20:48.060 They were there on the basis of a hunch.

00:20:50.540 That is, of course, a lie.

00:20:52.720 I was arrested at 6.06.

00:20:54.820 At 6.11, an official at CNN texted my lawyer to tell him that I had been arrested.

00:21:04.460 He still did not know.

00:21:06.240 He said, arrested for what?

00:21:08.720 And Sarah Murray of CNN sent Grant Smith, my attorney, a copy of my still-sealed criminal indictment.

00:21:17.840 It had no court stampings or court markings on it, so it didn't come from the special prosecutor's website, as CNN tried to later falsely claim.

00:21:29.560 But if you looked at the metadata tags, you could see the initials of the man who wrote it, Andrew Weissman,

00:21:37.200 the man who also, therefore, leaked it to CNN in violation of the law.

00:21:43.200 It is absurd for the government to say that I had to be arrested in this manner because I was a flight risk.

00:21:53.420 I say that because four hours later, when I was arraigned, the government asked for no cash bond.

00:22:00.200 I was released on my own reconnaissance.

00:22:02.620 So if they really thought I was a flight risk, they would have asked for some heavy-duty cash bond, but they didn't.

00:22:10.440 This was all about trying to humiliate me and also to send a chilling message to other witnesses that the Mueller investigation was looking at

00:22:22.420 or was seeking to pressure to testify that they would be dealt with in the same way.

00:22:28.760 As I have said, obviously, deadly force was authorized in this raid in my home, even though the FBI was aware of the fact that I don't own a firearm,

00:22:42.780 that I did not have a valid passport.

00:22:45.280 My passport was within a day or two of expiring, I believe, and that I can't swim.

00:22:52.060 So I was not going to jump into the canal and swim away.

00:22:57.320 Yet I opened the door, looking down the barrel of two M4 fully automatic assault weapons aimed at my head, completely unnecessary.

00:23:07.460 They asked me who else was in the house.

00:23:09.740 I said that my wife was upstairs, but she was asleep.

00:23:13.600 Now, my wife is extremely hard of hearing. 1.00

00:23:16.740 Without her hearing aids, she has no hearing at all.

00:23:20.020 Therefore, she did not hear this scuffle.

00:23:22.480 She didn't hear me being arrested.

00:23:24.920 She was woken up looking down the barrel of two guns.

00:23:29.380 She didn't know that the people aiming guns at her head were FBI agents.

00:23:34.900 She didn't know if this was a home invasion or what it was.

00:23:38.560 Once she gathered herself, they perp-walked her out of the house as well, to the humiliation for the CNN cameras, of course.

00:23:48.720 And we were told to stand about 25 feet apart.

00:23:53.180 I was, of course, handcuffed.

00:23:56.020 All of this completely unnecessary.

00:23:58.440 It was only the day before that my attorneys gave the special counsel's office the text messages that proved that Randy Credico had perjured himself before the grand jury and had perjured himself, would later perjure himself at my trial.

00:24:16.200 Specifically, one of the charges was that I lied about the fact that Credico told me that the WikiLeaks disclosures were, at his words, dynamite, and that they would come in October.

00:24:30.020 By the way, that's as much as I knew.

00:24:31.940 When I asked him how he knew this, he said, again, a woman lawyer who's a friend of his works for Assange and don't ask any more questions.

00:24:42.960 I'll be publishing and posting those text messages later today just to continue to prove that my trial in Washington, D.C. was a Soviet-style show trial.

00:24:55.400 I was gagged.

00:24:57.440 That's because they didn't want me to mention that the FBI admitted that they had never inspected the computer servers at the DNC.

00:25:06.680 It is amazing to me now, as I look at the parallels between my trial and Donald Trump's trial in New York, how they used the same playbook.

00:25:17.860 I mean, I come to the conclusion that my trial was the template, the prototype for what would be done to Trump.

00:25:27.000 We were both gagged unconstitutionally, couldn't defend ourselves.

00:25:32.180 The judges in both cases refused to recuse themselves after making prejudicial comments from the bench.

00:25:38.800 In both cases, a motion to change venue because of the overwhelming bias of any jury in D.C. or New York was rejected.

00:25:50.400 And then, of course, there were the limitations on testimony.

00:25:53.580 In other words, just as the judge in my case would not let Bill Binney, the leading cyber technical expert at the CIA, testify on my behalf and introduce forensic evidence that would prove that the underlying premise of my indictment was false, that there had been no online hack of the DNC.

00:26:15.560 In Trump's case, they wouldn't allow the head of the Federal Election Commission or the former head, Bradley Smith, who had served as chairman, vice chairman and general counsel of the FEC, testify to the fact that there was no underlying crime in terms of campaign finance involved in the so-called hush money payments from the Trump organization.

00:26:39.800 So in a chilling way, I see the exact same tactics that were used, but then that's not surprising because both of them were orchestrated by the aforementioned Andrew Weissman.

00:26:53.660 Now, Mr. Weissman, who talks endlessly about the rule of law, of course, is the man who erased the cell phone memories of 31 of the Mueller prosecutors after the announcement that John Durham would conduct an investigation into the Russian collusion investigation.

00:27:12.160 This is the same Andrew Weissman who lied under oath to cover up mob murders in Brooklyn.

00:27:17.900 Sammy Gravano killed multiple people that he was never charged with those killings, thanks to the cover up by Andrew Weissman.

00:27:26.220 And then for some demented reason, Weissman keeps pointing to the Enron case as if it is the the Holy Grail, the gold standard of criminal prosecution, forgetting to mention that he was reversed nine to zero by the court after destroying two giant companies.

00:27:47.900 Both Enron and Arthur Anderson, their accounting firm.

00:27:53.860 I have a longer piece coming on Mr. Weissman, who who has a really outrageous comment last week when I simply said that Republicans need to be prepared in the event that they are locked out of the account centers as they were in Detroit and Philadelphia in 2020.

00:28:14.060 Their lawyers need to have the cell phone number or the phone number for a judge in case they need to file an emergency order at the time that the court is closed.

00:28:26.400 This is very common.

00:28:27.700 Mr. Weissman knows it's very common.

00:28:30.120 Yet he says federal marshals should be very concerned with Stone's comments.

00:28:35.340 Now, anybody who will read the transcript of what I said in this recently illegally recorded video, and I'm going to publish that later today, will see that my my references to lawyers and judges are completely appropriate.

00:28:52.180 Surely, Mr. Weissman knows that in the D.C. Circuit, there have been instances in which attorneys have had to get a judge at home, get them out of bed in some instances in order to file an emergency motion in a time sensitive matter.

00:29:07.860 So I think that this is amazing that you that you that you have this level of disinformation and distortion.

00:29:18.320 One of the other things I said, and it was just my opinion, this was back in March, I said that I believed that Judge Cannon could be on the verge of dismissing the so-called documents case.

00:29:31.260 It was amazing to see Joyce Vance and others immediately say, well, Stone obviously said that the judge is in Trump's pocket.

00:29:43.640 He implied that that he knew it.

00:29:45.880 I said nothing of the kind.

00:29:47.940 I read the amazing reporting of Julie Kelly, who has a great sub stack, and I reached that conclusion on my own.

00:29:56.480 By the way, I was incorrect.

00:29:58.420 Subsequently, Trump's lawyers would file a motion for dismissal that would be denied by the judge.

00:30:07.140 I could yet still be correct because we still have pending a legal challenge to the status of Mr. Smith and whether his appointment was unconstitutional.

00:30:20.300 Now, Weissman and Norm Eisen and Neil Keitel and others in that cabal can say that this is frivolous.

00:30:29.520 This is nonsense.

00:30:31.200 They know that it's a very serious motion.

00:30:34.420 There's an amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court by a former attorney general of the United States and two very prominent law school professors.

00:30:44.060 It's a it's a motion that has real merit.

00:30:47.840 I don't know what Judge Cannon is going to do, but I think it's a very strong argument.

00:30:53.240 She may yet dismiss this case.

00:30:56.340 But Joyce Vance, another former U.S. attorney, saying that I implied that I knew what the judge was going to do.

00:31:04.840 If anyone will just read the transcript.

00:31:06.360 I said nothing of the kind, by the way, Joyce, I'm allowed to have an opinion just like you.

00:31:13.480 Anyway, I think we have beat this to death.

00:31:17.180 Well, and Roger, just one more point here on this, you know, the overarching, I think, theme of the, you know, the attacks against the judiciary.

00:31:26.260 And that's something that we have talked about here on the Stones.

00:31:29.020 And I'm not seeing talked about, not seeing this talked about on Fox.

00:31:32.720 I'm not seeing it talked about in other, you know, political podcasts and whatnot.

00:31:36.920 There has been an effort by Andrew Weissman, by Norm Eisen, by us to undermine Judge Eileen Cannon for several months now.

00:31:46.060 And they have been going on the air and maybe even, you know, slandering her, I would say, because they're saying straight up.

00:31:53.960 She wants to make sure that this case is not heard before the election.

00:31:59.520 They've been accusing her of colluding with Trump all along.

00:32:02.600 And, Roger, we don't need to look any further than the woman who illegally recorded you at Mar-a-Lago, Lauren Windsor.

00:32:10.320 And it's important to point out that Lauren Windsor, before she released her piece on you just several weeks earlier,

00:32:16.240 had illegally recorded several Supreme Court justices, Samuel Alito particularly, and his wife, in an attempt to undermine the Supreme Court.

00:32:26.680 So we did the research.

00:32:28.840 And there are actually direct payments from the DNC in 2016 to a media organization called Mike Lux Media, which Lauren Windsor happens to be a partner of.

00:32:39.440 So we have direct payments from Democrat apparatus, the DNC, and we also have direct payments from MoveOn.org and several others more recently

00:32:49.240 that prove that Windsor, who's going out there trying to, you know, you look at how your story was used, Roger.

00:32:56.220 They take a false accusation by Windsor, really a nothing burger of a tape.

00:33:01.820 They give it to Joyce Vance.

00:33:03.460 They give it to Andrew Weissman and others.

00:33:04.920 And they begin to spin the Eileen Cannon angle, even though it's completely contrived, even though it has no basis in reality.

00:33:12.420 And that is used to create the false narrative, just like in the Russiagate hoax,

00:33:17.940 where they use the lie of Russian collusion to build the entire case.

00:33:23.020 There is a legitimate effort by the Democrats.

00:33:28.060 This is, and I say legitimate because the top leadership of the Democrat Party is doing this,

00:33:32.000 to pressure the judiciary and basically use mob rule to usurp the rule of law heading into the 2024 election.

00:33:40.400 This sentiment that's being echoed by Kat Yall and Weissman and Eisen,

00:33:46.520 the anti-judiciary sentiment being espoused by these people, was echoed recently by Nancy Pelosi,

00:33:52.500 who said in an interview just yesterday that the Supreme Court cannot be trusted ahead of the Trump immunity ruling

00:33:58.880 and that they've gone rogue and that something needs to be done.

00:34:01.380 I want to play this clip and then get your thoughts, Roger, on the overall attack on the judiciary that's being waged

00:34:07.880 by the Democrats heading into this election cycle.

00:34:11.100 I mean, do you have confidence in the Supreme Court?

00:34:14.120 No, I think they've gone rogue.

00:34:16.160 It's most unfortunate.

00:34:17.980 Let me address that.

00:34:19.360 First of all, we have co-equal bridges of government.

00:34:22.680 So this is unprecedented.

00:34:24.260 It's interesting to me the assault on Judge Cannon. 0.94

00:34:29.760 She's incompetent. 1.00

00:34:31.080 She's inexperienced. 1.00

00:34:32.220 She's not qualified. 0.99

00:34:33.340 No, all that means is she's not in their pocket.

00:34:36.400 Well, he was appointed by Trump.

00:34:38.420 Well, the judge who sat in my case, the judge who sat in judgment of General Michael Flynn,

00:34:44.260 the judge who sat in George Papadopoulos' case, and Paul Manafort's case, was appointed by Barack Obama.

00:34:52.080 The whole Russian collusion hoax we now know, based on John Durham's report,

00:34:56.180 was born in the Oval Office in a meeting directed by Barack Obama.

00:35:01.140 Why is that different?

00:35:02.740 Why would that judge not be eliminated because she had been appointed by Obama? 1.00

00:35:07.620 The double standards of these people are extraordinary.

00:35:11.600 Andrew Weissman has said that unless Cannon rules the way he wants her to rule, 1.00

00:35:17.620 she'll be removed by the 11th Circuit.

00:35:20.260 How could he know that?

00:35:21.360 Is he having expartheid or illegal communications with members of the 11th Circuit, judges on the 11th Circuit?

00:35:28.740 Or maybe that's just his opinion.

00:35:30.960 Well, he's entitled to his opinion, but evidently I'm not entitled to mine.

00:35:36.220 And this is the buildup for what will be an assault, all-out assault on Judge Cannon,

00:35:44.860 who, by the way, I don't know and I've never met and have no communications with.

00:35:49.860 The only thing we have in common is we both live in Florida.

00:35:53.280 This is the buildup for what will be an all-out assault on Judge Cannon

00:35:57.360 if she, in fact, rules that Judge, that, pardon me, that Special Counsel Jack Smith was illegally appointed.

00:36:08.960 The guts of that argument is that there is no provision in law for his appointment.

00:36:14.800 The independent counsel law has expired.

00:36:18.280 It's never been replaced.

00:36:19.960 The attorney general has put in place regulations that regard special counsels,

00:36:27.900 but they've never been approved by Congress.

00:36:30.120 They're not law.

00:36:32.540 I read a piece the other day in Politico by Gary Feinout, who's a good reporter,

00:36:40.600 but he writes,

00:36:41.340 In the case, for example, where Hunter Biden questioned the status of the Special Counsel Robert Herr

00:36:54.020 and also the Special Counsel David Weiss,

00:37:01.680 both of them were U.S. attorneys and therefore confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

00:37:07.280 Jack Smith has never been confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

00:37:11.340 So you will continue to hear this mainstream media claim that this lawsuit is frivolous,

00:37:17.260 it's without merit, it's insane, it's outrageous.

00:37:20.120 None of those things are true.

00:37:21.480 By the way, I read the filing yesterday by Jack Smith.

00:37:27.980 All of his objections pertain to people who were appointed under the independent counsel law,

00:37:34.740 and therefore they had been confirmed by Congress.

00:37:37.980 There's also an ancillary issue here, which is the funding for the Smith investigation.

00:37:45.940 Where was that funding approved by the Congress?

00:37:48.620 What budget does it come from?

00:37:50.860 Where is its authorization?

00:37:53.080 Very familiar with these arguments because they were first raised against Robert Mueller

00:37:58.580 by a potential witness in my case, a man named Andrew Miller.

00:38:04.500 It's not that Miller had anything particularly damaging that he could testify to,

00:38:09.920 but the Mueller prosecutors insisted that he go to the grand jury, insisted that he testify.

00:38:17.460 He resisted.

00:38:19.180 He had a very able lawyer, Paul Kamenar.

00:38:21.740 They challenged Mueller's authority at the trial court level.

00:38:26.660 The judge, of course, ruled against them.

00:38:29.180 They then challenged him in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, also a highly politicized court,

00:38:35.980 where once again they were defeated.

00:38:39.360 They could have asked the Supreme Court to take cert,

00:38:42.300 but Mr. Miller would have to languish in jail while they did that.

00:38:46.680 In the end, they never bothered to call him as a witness in my case anyway.

00:38:52.020 That's because he didn't really know anything.

00:38:54.860 So very familiar with the legal argument.

00:38:56.820 It is a legitimate one.

00:38:58.580 Let's see what happens.

00:38:59.860 Just to be clear, I don't have any particular knowledge of how the judge will rule,

00:39:04.740 but like everyone else, I'm very carefully following the testimony and the sharp questioning by Judge Cannon.

00:39:14.520 Judge Cannon, by the way, was a prosecutor.

00:39:17.300 She is a Cuban-American.

00:39:19.260 Her family came here from Cuba.

00:39:21.480 She was highly respected as a prosecutor,

00:39:24.020 and she's every bit as qualified as, oh, I don't know, Judge Chuck Tan in D.C.

00:39:29.360 Well, Roger, you know, just I wanted to ask you this,

00:39:33.420 and I know we kind of moved from the Assange thing,

00:39:36.860 and that's where we started in all this,

00:39:38.340 but there was a comment that's been resurfaced now from Hillary Clinton from 2010.

00:39:43.340 I wanted to highlight this and another news item for you and get your thoughts on this.

00:39:48.400 Hillary Clinton openly inquired in 2010 about drone striking Julian Assange.

00:39:53.700 She actually wanted to drone strike him personally.

00:39:56.180 And on top of this, Roger, we had news, breaking news,

00:40:00.640 that I haven't really seen covered anywhere else.

00:40:03.060 Hillary Clinton is releasing a strange book upcoming this fall

00:40:07.720 that will be released seven weeks prior to the election,

00:40:10.500 and it's called Something Lost, Something Gained, Reflections of Life, Love, and Liberty.

00:40:17.640 And I found the timing of this, Roger, just bizarre.

00:40:20.720 When we're going into a convention that there is a lot of questions about President Joe Biden,

00:40:25.820 there's a lot of questions about whether he will be the nominee or not.

00:40:29.040 It would seem to me by her appearance at the Tony Awards

00:40:31.800 and more public appearances now with this book,

00:40:35.040 that Hillary Clinton is making a play to join back into the public spotlight,

00:40:39.600 whether that means she's pushing for the nominee,

00:40:42.080 whether she's, you know, trying to secure some place in the shadows behind Biden

00:40:47.760 or maybe the next nominee.

00:40:49.100 I'm interested to hear your thoughts on that.

00:40:50.780 Well, first of all, let me say there's an awful lot of photoshopping going on

00:40:54.920 in that photograph on the cover of the book.

00:40:58.740 Secondarily, I think that Hillary Clinton is a short-tempered, 0.99

00:41:05.020 foul-mouthed, entitled kleptocrat. 0.75

00:41:09.280 I mentioned this in yesterday's show. 0.90

00:41:12.000 We actually, in my book, The Clinton's War on Women, 1.00

00:41:14.780 we found a memo put out by the White House Chief of Staff

00:41:20.000 during the time Bill Clinton was president

00:41:21.940 in which he said to White House staff members,

00:41:24.980 if you encounter the First Lady in the hallways

00:41:28.200 or anywhere within the old executive office building or the White House,

00:41:32.480 you are not to stare at her.

00:41:34.460 You are to avert your gaze,

00:41:36.060 and you are to speak to her only if spoken to.

00:41:39.040 That's the kind of warm, fuzzy person that she is.

00:41:42.840 It is not surprising.

00:41:46.160 She's still bitter about the fact that she got beat fair and square

00:41:50.720 in the 2016 election.

00:41:53.480 After all, she and her husband have substantially

00:41:55.280 more presidential campaign experience than Donald Trump.

00:42:00.460 She, by the way, did file for recounts in both Michigan and Pennsylvania,

00:42:06.220 and in both recounts, she blamed the machines.

00:42:09.940 She said the machines had been manipulated.

00:42:12.840 When we say that that's possible, we're derided as conspiracy theorists.

00:42:18.480 By the way, in both recounts, Donald Trump actually gained votes.

00:42:23.100 So much for that.

00:42:25.080 As far as whether she's maneuvering, she's definitely maneuvering, 1.00

00:42:28.440 because everybody, I think, recognizes that after Thursday night,

00:42:32.600 there may well be an opening for the nomination for the presidency

00:42:38.420 in the Democratic Party.

00:42:40.560 That's because the stakes here are extraordinarily high.

00:42:45.820 There is real concern in the Democratic Party,

00:42:49.740 and yes, I do still have a few friends who are high-level Democrats,

00:42:53.620 about Joe's ability to win.

00:42:56.200 There's even more concern about Kamala Harris.

00:43:00.300 So virtually no one wants to see Joe go, but Kamala replace him.

00:43:05.780 I saw this morning on social media, somebody said that Joe could reassure the people

00:43:12.300 by dumping Kamala and putting Hillary Clinton as the nominee for vice president. 1.00

00:43:17.940 That way, voters would know that if Joe had an untimely passing,

00:43:23.260 it doesn't look like he's in good shape to me,

00:43:25.420 well, then we could be assured that Hillary would finally become president. 1.00

00:43:29.520 God, that's not a dream.

00:43:30.600 That's a nightmare.

00:43:33.120 If Hillary Clinton wants to get on the ballot, 0.99

00:43:35.700 we can reopen the fact that she and her husband were using the Clinton Foundation

00:43:41.060 and the Clinton Global Initiative as a pay-for-play operation.

00:43:48.740 We can talk about their handling of the situation in Haiti,

00:43:53.840 where all the money that they raised with the Bushes in their joint relief fund

00:43:58.880 after the hurricane disappeared.

00:44:02.920 We can talk about her involvement in the disappearance of many children in Haiti

00:44:08.780 and how she's shielded those who appear to be responsible for it.

00:44:12.880 I would love to see her run again. 1.00

00:44:15.600 Unfortunately, I don't think we're that lucky.

00:44:18.740 Well, Roger, that would be a lucky day on the Stone Zone.

00:44:21.300 I would love to see the show that would happen after that.

00:44:24.360 But you mentioned something there, the debate that's coming up.

00:44:27.860 And one of the centers of controversy, Jack Posobiec, a great guest yesterday, mentioned this.

00:44:32.940 Jake Tapper is going to be moderating the debate between President Donald Trump

00:44:37.920 and President Joe Biden on Thursday.

00:44:39.800 And Jack Posobiec put together a great clip that we're going to play now of Tapper repeatedly

00:44:45.840 throughout the last couple of years referring to Donald Trump as Hitler

00:44:50.320 and raising the question, you know, if this guy is calling Trump Hitler,

00:44:54.360 how could he possibly be trusted to moderate a debate where he's supposed to be really an impartial moderator?

00:45:00.600 So let's roll that clip and get Roger's thoughts on Jake Tapper being the moderator for this upcoming debate.

00:45:05.720 The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political stage,

00:45:13.340 this time, of course, in the United States.

00:45:15.240 Donald Trump, a couple times over the weekend, referred to immigrants from South America, Africa, and Asia.

00:45:22.280 He did not mention Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia as, quote,

00:45:26.600 poisoning the blood of our country, which it's not hyperbole. 0.99

00:45:29.860 That does very directly echo Adolf Hitler's language before World War II.

00:45:35.680 If you were to open up a copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf,

00:45:39.340 you would find the Nazi leader describing the mixing of non-Germans with Germans as poisoning.

00:45:45.820 There's really no other way to say it.

00:45:47.900 Donald Trump's language mirrors this directly.

00:45:50.540 You know, I have my own Jake Tapper clip to play.

00:45:55.620 It's very short, but Tapper, during my trial, when it was speculated that I would go to jail,

00:46:02.780 here's what he had to say.

00:46:04.560 The truth is no one's going to cry if Roger Stone goes to jail or when he goes to jail.

00:46:09.200 He might like it.

00:46:10.040 But he might.

00:46:11.760 There you have it.

00:46:13.260 Jake Tapper, the unbiased political journalist.

00:46:16.520 By the way, he voted, he worked in Democratic politics before going to CNN.

00:46:21.180 And then you have Dana Bash.

00:46:23.840 She's another piece of work. 0.98

00:46:25.280 Now, Dana Bash's former husband, Jeremy Bash, was an aide to John Brennan, the CIA director,

00:46:33.900 who was, I believe, guilty of treason in the entire Russian collusion hoax.

00:46:40.020 But more precisely, Jeremy Bash is one of the 51 current or former intelligence officers who co-signed a letter saying that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.

00:46:53.700 So anyway, you slice it, Jake Tapper, who's a nasty piece of work, and I think kind of lighten the loafers himself, and Dana Bash, when you combine them with Joe Biden, that's three on one.

00:47:09.520 Now you add to the fact that the rules are basically disadvantageous to President Trump.

00:47:15.480 His microphone will be turned off while Joe is speaking.

00:47:20.900 I suspect they'll turn it off at other times when they don't like the point that he made.

00:47:25.480 By the way, we saw this on CNN just the other morning, where Caroline Levitt confronted a CNN talking head about the past bias of Jake Tapper, and she basically turned the microphone off.

00:47:41.860 CNN is not a legitimate news outlet, folks.

00:47:45.000 I don't get my news from CNN for the same reason I don't eat out of the toilet.

00:47:51.160 Nonetheless, I think Donald Trump is committed to what should be but won't be a slugfest.

00:47:57.500 You see, Joe Biden doesn't have the capacity to remember new material.

00:48:04.220 Joe Biden is particularly slow on his feet.

00:48:07.360 I was told this by a former Democrat member of the U.S. Senate only last night, who said, look, Joe operates by rote.

00:48:15.520 That's why he recycles all of these old stories, most of them fictional to begin with, or embellished at a minimum.

00:48:22.880 And as I've said on this show, I'm not sure what he can run on.

00:48:28.580 He certainly can't run on a robust economy.

00:48:31.880 He can't run on inflation.

00:48:34.020 He can't run on the safety of our neighborhoods and communities because his open borders policy has given us a crime epidemic, a fentanyl epidemic.

00:48:46.980 And cities, counties, and states have enormous fiscal problems because in many states, the states require those localities to pay for social services for people who are here illegally, even if it means cutting services on U.S. citizens. 0.96

00:49:04.660 He certainly can't run on the availability of affordable housing.

00:49:08.880 It doesn't matter whether you're renting or you want to buy.

00:49:12.420 Look at the real estate market.

00:49:14.740 And, of course, we are teetering on the edge of World War III in the Russian-Ukraine conflict, where we don't even have peace talks going.

00:49:24.440 There are no ongoing peace talks to try to end the killing.

00:49:28.020 And then, of course, we have the double game that he's playing in the Middle East, in which he's basically on both sides, having unfrozen over $100 billion in assets for the Iranians, who in turn, of course, use that money to restart their nuclear weapons development program and to fund Islamic terrorists like Hamas and Hezbollah. 0.64

00:49:52.960 At the same time, he seeks to restrain our Israeli allies.

00:49:58.940 This is chaos in our current foreign policy.

00:50:02.880 By the way, Troy, on this show, we've covered the fact that the Russians now have nuclear submarines, which I believe are, in fact, loaded and armed with long-range missiles, in the Gulf of Mexico, literally miles from the Florida coast.

00:50:20.640 One presumes that this is a reaction by the Russians to our authorization of the use of U.S. missiles that can be used for the purposes of hitting targets inside Russia by the Ukrainians. 0.77

00:50:42.460 So that feckless foreign policy adds up to a toxic mix.

00:50:47.060 Therefore, I predict to you, when they go to this debate, Joe Biden will attack Donald Trump, calling him a convicted criminal.

00:50:56.960 He's going to go around the horn on January 6th.

00:51:00.920 He's going to accuse Trump falsely of seeking to outlaw abortion.

00:51:05.560 In fact, he's going to say he's already outlawed abortion.

00:51:08.300 He's ended a woman's right to choose, which, of course, is not accurate in terms of the impact of the repeal of Roe v. Wade.

00:51:17.160 And it won't be long before they pull out their old evergreen, those nasty Republicans want to cut your Social Security benefits, something Donald Trump is also opposed to.

00:51:28.060 So look for an all-offensive campaign from the Democrats because the country and the world is on fire under Joe Biden, and they have no positive news to run on.

00:51:40.160 By the way, next Sunday on my WABC radio show at 77 WABC in New York, Barry Habib, one of the most respected experts on both housing and the mortgage market, joins me to talk about the inflation and the unemployment numbers and to actually deconstruct exactly how those have been rigged to try to give people a false impression.

00:52:06.800 Troy, I know you're going to want to tune in for that.

00:52:10.160 Oh, absolutely, Roger, and you mentioned briefly the Social Security issue, and we pulled an ad this morning because the Trump team is hitting back over this.

00:52:19.600 And we have an ad where they show President Joe Biden claiming that he actually wants to cut Social Security over and over again.

00:52:30.020 And as you stated, you know, this is a false claim that Trump wants to cut Social Security.

00:52:34.580 He's been very strong in his defense of it.

00:52:36.560 So let's roll that clip and get your thoughts on this new campaign advertisement.

00:52:40.160 When I argued that we should freeze federal spending, I meant Social Security as well.

00:52:49.140 And I not only tried it once, I tried it twice, I tried it a third time, and I tried it a fourth time.

00:52:54.700 Raising the cap, raising the retirement age for people who are now 30 years old, raising the tax on Social Security, cutting benefits, they're all things that have to be discussed, quite frankly.

00:53:07.360 The American people know we have to fix Social Security.

00:53:11.060 They know we can't grow our way to a solution.

00:53:14.500 They know we're going to have to make some tough decisions.

00:53:16.880 Would you consider looking at those programs, age of eligibility, cost of living, put it all on the table?

00:53:23.160 The answer is absolutely, you have to.

00:53:24.580 We are going to change the retirement age for Social Security.

00:53:27.540 We will always protect Social Security and Medicare for our great seniors.

00:53:32.460 Biden can't do that.

00:53:34.000 As president, I kept that promise, and I will keep it once again.

00:53:37.700 I will not, under any circumstances, allow either of these two precious gems to be even touched under a Trump administration.

00:53:46.820 You will always have your Social Security in full as you have it now, and you will always have your Medicare.

00:53:53.120 Social Security will be strong and powerful.

00:53:56.200 Medicare will be strong.

00:53:58.020 You deserve it.

00:53:59.120 I will always protect Medicare and Social Security for our great seniors.

00:54:07.700 You know, Troy, it's funny.

00:54:10.400 It was only a couple months ago when the Biden administration sought to take credit for a cost of living increase in Social Security payments,

00:54:20.660 only to find out that that had actually been done by President Richard Nixon, not Joe Biden.

00:54:28.280 This is going to be one of their major issues.

00:54:31.520 You can bet on that.

00:54:33.780 We haven't done a commercial break here,

00:54:36.040 so I'm going to do a quick one because, Troy, we've got to keep the lights on, if you know what I mean.

00:54:41.580 Do you remember several months ago when AT&T's cell phone service went down

00:54:47.240 and millions of people, including me, were without the ability to reach loved ones

00:54:53.060 or reach business associates or even call for emergency services?

00:54:58.200 That's because the cellular tower system is extremely vulnerable, vulnerable to hackers, vulnerable to terrorists,

00:55:08.260 vulnerable to weather conditions like hurricanes.

00:55:12.040 The truth is that we could lose our power at any moment.

00:55:19.280 The reason that I went out and got a satellite-based phone is simply that.

00:55:25.880 I got the Iridium 9555 phone, and I accessed the Iridium cellular system.

00:55:34.740 This actually means that any place you can see the sky, you can both send a text or make a phone call.

00:55:41.760 And your phone call and your text are completely encrypted.

00:55:46.400 They are entirely secure.

00:55:48.440 It is impossible to hack them.

00:55:50.480 And big tech companies cannot go and steal your information and sell it.

00:55:57.960 Now, you get your Iridium 9555 phone absolutely free if you sign up for a 24-month service contract

00:56:08.380 that allows you to access the proprietary satellite owned by Iridium.

00:56:15.160 That costs $95.95 a month.

00:56:19.600 It is worth that for peace of mind.

00:56:22.180 By the way, there is also a family program in which you can get up to three free phones for other members of your family,

00:56:31.200 all sharing the same cellular contact.

00:56:34.280 Go to sat123.com slash roger.

00:56:38.500 That is sat123.com slash roger to order your Iridium 9555 phone

00:56:47.120 and to subscribe to the Iridium satellite network.

00:56:51.340 Don't take a risk.

00:56:53.520 You need to always be in touch.

00:56:56.400 Thanks.

00:56:56.920 I'm glad we had the time to do that.

00:56:59.440 All right, Troy, we've got about five minutes here.

00:57:01.760 What else have you got on tap?

00:57:04.280 Well, Roger, we had another moment that happened just this morning, I believe.

00:57:10.580 We saw video of protesters outside of Jake Tapper's house.

00:57:15.900 And this was shocking footage.

00:57:17.460 They're actually bullhorning his home in front of this debate.

00:57:19.980 Let's roll that clip and see what Roger has to say about that. 1.00

00:57:24.320 One of the most negligent, pathetic, complicit, cowardly, lying, and cruel reporters on the CNN team 1.00

00:57:32.600 is none other than CNN anchor Jake Tapper. 1.00

00:57:37.940 He has sued endless lies of Israeli propaganda

00:57:42.160 and refuses to outwardly call the death and destruction on the people of Gaza a genocide,

00:57:49.200 committed by none other than the fascist Israeli state. 0.73

00:57:52.600 We hope you're proud. 0.67

00:58:03.600 You may be laughing now, but one day you will realize the damage that your dad has caused,

00:58:08.940 and I promise this big house won't be worth it.

00:58:12.940 You're waving, and you think it's really funny, but the truth is, is that it's really sick.

00:58:17.760 Okay, you should walk away. 0.99

00:58:22.420 Your dad's a war criminal! 0.99

00:58:26.220 War criminal! 0.99

00:58:29.100 Wow.

00:58:30.400 Let me give you a hint, Troy.

00:58:31.760 Those are not conservative Republicans outside of Jake the Fake's house.

00:58:36.540 This, I think, demonstrates a larger schism on the left that is a real problem for Joe Biden.

00:58:44.140 His attempt to have it both ways is not working.

00:58:48.460 Obviously, we're not the only ones who think that Jake Tapper is not really an unbiased journalist,

00:58:56.620 particularly he thinks, since he thought that I would like going to jail. 0.98

00:59:01.100 This guy is a creep. 0.94

00:59:02.820 But here's the good news. 0.82

00:59:05.000 The only people watching CNN are trapped in airports, because no one else is really watching it,

00:59:11.640 and no one else really takes them terribly seriously.

00:59:15.440 All right, I'm going to wrap this up, Troy.

01:00:27.760 Once again, the takeaway, I'm delighted that Julian Assange has been released.

01:00:32.420 I look forward to any either public under oath testimony, although I'm not an attorney and I'm unclear on the process where he has pled guilty.

01:00:41.840 I assume that means there will be no trial, but also look forward to any interviews so we can finally clarify the New York Times promulgated falsehood

01:00:51.500 that I was somehow involved in the release or the timing of the release of the WikiLeaks disclosures

01:00:58.500 that were so embarrassing and so harmful to Hillary Clinton.

01:01:02.280 By the way, nothing released by WikiLeaks has ever been questioned in terms of its authenticity.

01:01:08.980 Can the New York Times and the Washington Post say that?

01:01:12.460 The answer is no.

01:01:13.640 All right, folks, thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
