00:04:52.720 So when asked about President Trump's 2025 pardons of January 6th defendants,

00:04:58.500 Smith abandoned any prosecutorial or legal restraint,

00:05:12.000 and a lack of objectivity on the question of President Trump and his supporters.

00:05:40.720 But Rudy Giuliani and a number of others still remain charged in Arizona and in Nevada
