00:00:00.000 Rural Americans deserve access to the best of what our nation has to offer, especially health care.

00:00:06.260 Across every state and every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense,

00:00:12.120 protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones.

00:00:15.020 No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out.

00:00:18.100 They're there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

00:00:23.160 Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients,

00:00:28.520 providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on.

00:00:35.940 Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe.

00:00:44.540 Hospitals are our community's lifelines.

00:00:46.660 They employ our neighbors and keep our families healthy.

00:00:49.380 But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care.

00:00:53.040 Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong.

00:00:56.940 Don't. Cut. Rule. Health care.

00:02:00.100 1-800-848-9222.

00:02:03.160 1-800-848-9222.

00:02:06.340 James Flippin' in for Roger Stone in the Stone Zone.

00:02:11.260 So the Supreme Court sided with China today.

00:02:15.060 And U.S. hockey is going to try and stop the Maple Leaf squad.

00:02:19.220 Your calls throughout, but for sure we're going to start with that rotten Supreme Court decision.

00:02:25.860 And so, hit it, Carlos!

00:02:27.740 Foreign countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic. 1.00

00:02:32.960 They're so happy.

00:02:35.080 And they're dancing in the streets, but they won't be dancing for long.

00:02:39.460 That I can assure you.

00:02:40.200 That I can assure you!

00:02:41.580 Yeah, they're dancing, baby!

00:02:43.140 They're dancing in Shanghai!

00:02:46.100 They're dancing in Beijing!

00:02:47.600 And in Shenzhen!

00:02:51.120 In Guangzhou!

00:02:52.980 They are dancing because those factory owners in China are very, very excited.

00:02:59.200 They can continue to pay their workers, if you want to call them that.

00:03:02.820 Really more like indentured servitude.

00:03:05.140 In gruel!

00:03:06.100 And cold rice! 0.97

00:03:08.120 And dirty water! 1.00

00:03:09.820 And a couple of pennies a day!

00:03:11.420 Yeah, the factory owners in China just got the green light to continue screwing over the American consumer 0.93

00:03:19.380 and hurting the American economy.

00:03:22.380 The Supreme Court said,

00:03:25.360 America first!

00:03:28.020 Forget that! 0.80

00:03:29.920 We're China first, baby! 0.90

00:03:32.340 Or Canada first! 0.61

00:03:34.340 Or Mexico first! 0.98

00:03:36.600 Basically anybody but America first! 0.79

00:03:39.260 Okay, that's what you get from the black robes on the bench in the Supreme Court.

00:03:45.080 President Trump said he wanted to thank Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh

00:03:51.680 for having the courage to do what's right.

00:03:57.360 And isn't that interesting when you think about it?

00:03:59.040 The Supreme Court is supposed to be the arbiter of the laws.

00:04:03.880 The umpire, the balls and strikes, are laws that are passed in this country, allowed within

00:04:13.580 the structure of the Constitution.

00:04:16.260 But we know it's deeper than that, right?

00:04:19.160 The Supreme Court is very political.

00:04:22.860 And despite the fact that it's really not supposed to be, it bends in the Republican-Democrat

00:04:29.240 way that so many other institutions do.

00:04:31.460 But the courage to do what's right.

00:04:36.380 The Supreme Court did not have that.

00:04:39.480 The truth is, the Supreme Court likes to pretend that it's not political.

00:04:45.280 Sort of the obvious reality to everybody, and we talk about it that way in the media,

00:04:50.880 the conservative justices, the liberal justices, whatever.

00:04:54.600 But the truth is, the Supreme Court is not supposed to be, and it kind of pretends like

00:04:58.740 it's not political.

00:04:59.580 I don't know.

00:05:00.520 Now, maybe for people like Clarence Thomas, who I respect, and as a conservative, I tend

00:05:09.500 to like his political opinions and his judicial opinions.

00:05:13.040 But for him, I guess I could see a scenario where it is really just a conservative interpretation

00:05:19.000 of the law.

00:05:19.760 But here's the problem.

00:05:24.360 It's a different variation of never Trump to dig in on this whole concept of, I'm just

00:05:31.500 following the Constitution.

00:05:33.420 I'm just trying to interpret the law.

00:05:35.620 It's a principled conservative versus the rogue MAGA-ites debate all over again.

00:05:42.140 But see, the Democrats on the Supreme Court, and we know who they are, Sotomayor, Kagan,

00:05:50.840 Kentonji, Brown, Jackson, these are Democrats masquerading as jurists.

00:05:59.000 And they have no such reservations or hang-ups when it comes to the whole goal of being principled.

00:06:07.560 The whole idea of you just got to look at it from the original interpretation of the Constitution, and that is nowhere near the language or the mindset of the left-leaning justices.

00:06:21.580 It doesn't mean they're not principled.

00:06:25.340 They're plenty principled.

00:06:27.740 Just as long as it marches toward a creepy leftist, communist, Marxist, socialist agenda.

00:06:36.860 If whatever happens within their chambers, and as the result of their decisions, if it pushes toward that leftist agenda, then they're feeling pretty principled.

00:06:47.460 But, oh, good, you had to say to yourself as you saw that ruling come down today.

00:06:55.020 The Supreme Court is protecting China and protecting Canada and other unfair traitors. 0.95

00:07:04.000 The Democrats on the court, they automatically go for the left-leaning position, right?

00:07:09.080 As long as it's something that President Trump actually wanted to see happen, they're going to go the other way.

00:07:14.280 But the Republicans, somehow, it's always like, well, what's Amy Coney Barrett going to do?

00:07:23.300 What's Justice Roberts going to do? 1.00

00:07:25.960 That piece of crap. 1.00

00:07:27.940 What's Kavanaugh thinking on this one? 1.00

00:07:31.920 They're the swing vote.

00:07:33.240 The Republicans are the swing vote.

00:07:35.340 The Democrats, to the extent that they actually are in the Supreme Court, they just do whatever they're supposed to do based off the leftist orthodoxy.

00:07:43.280 The Democrats really do circle the wagons.

00:07:47.680 That's something you have to hand to them.

00:07:49.560 You have to hand to them that they never break ranks.

00:07:53.180 Outside of this whole Israel issue, which has them all in a pretzel, like our, wait a minute, wait. 0.94

00:07:58.660 Are Jews wealthy landlords or put upon minorities? 0.99

00:08:02.460 We just can't seem to understand. 0.99

00:08:04.360 We can't make our mind up, darn it. 0.97

00:08:06.140 Well, President Trump nailed it today as far as the Supreme Court. 0.98

00:08:10.240 This will be cut to, Carlos.

00:08:12.040 Supreme Court, the Democrats, anybody who's got a D next to their name, or even if they don't, even if it's just the magical little invisible one when they serve in the Supreme Court, they never break ranks.

00:08:23.040 Cut to.

00:08:23.460 The Democrats on the court are thrilled, but they will automatically vote no.

00:08:30.660 They're an automatic no, just like in Congress.

00:08:32.860 They're an automatic no.

00:08:35.460 They're against anything that makes America strong, healthy, and great again.

00:08:41.300 They also are a, frankly, disgrace to our nation, those justices.

00:08:46.540 They're an automatic no, no matter how good a case you have.

00:08:50.080 It's a no.

00:08:52.980 But you can't knock their loyalty.

00:08:56.400 It's one thing you can do with some of our people.

00:09:01.680 Boom.

00:09:02.080 And that's exactly right, President Trump.

00:09:04.740 That's exactly right.

00:09:07.500 What's something that the American people have said overwhelmingly they want?

00:09:13.560 Voter ID.

00:09:14.500 You look at the polling, 80% of Americans say there should be something akin to a federally mandated voter ID to participate in these elections.

00:09:26.300 That is a super majority.

00:09:28.680 Whoever those creepy two in ten are that say, no, it's fine.

00:09:32.040 Anybody should be able to vote.

00:09:33.080 They don't matter.

00:09:34.180 The 80%, that is as close to an absolute mandate as you'll get in politics.

00:09:39.800 But you've got these holdout politicians out there, Mitch McConnell, saying he's not going to vote for voter ID.

00:09:48.800 Oh, okay, great.

00:09:49.860 So Mitch McConnell, one of the standard bearers for the Republican Party, something as simple as voter ID, he can't get behind that.

00:09:56.420 But then when you have a president levying tariffs on foreign imports, something that, going back to the founding of the country, was something that the executive is supposed to do, that's a problem, and the Democrats in the court are going to strike it down.

00:10:15.320 This is why politics in this country is such a joke.

00:10:18.320 You have an entire group of people who just want voter ID laws.

00:10:24.400 It's not political.

00:10:25.780 Eight and ten.

00:10:26.700 Last I checked, we're pretty 50-50 with the whole DNR thing.

00:10:30.460 Eight and ten.

00:10:31.480 They want the voter ID laws.

00:10:32.860 Can't get it.

00:10:34.260 Can't pass it.

00:10:37.360 You know, nobody can understand why the government spends so much money.

00:10:41.980 How does it spend so much money?

00:10:45.680 The GDP numbers came out today.

00:10:47.440 The economy, you know, not exactly humming along as nicely as some might want or like, but we make a lot of money in this country.

00:10:55.700 We do pretty damn well for ourselves.

00:10:57.880 Where does it all go?

00:10:59.540 How do we have a $38 trillion deficit?

00:11:02.480 Well, the Supreme Court doesn't care about that. 0.84

00:11:04.840 That's perfectly constitutional.

00:11:06.820 Running a deficit every year, devaluing the dollar, screwing everybody's future 50 years from now, perfectly constitutional.

00:11:13.160 And we've got some good audio on some of this stuff for later this hour.

00:11:19.140 Taxes, property taxes in New York City are going to be on the rise.

00:11:23.740 Somali fraud in Minneapolis.

00:11:25.600 Now they're claiming their victims.

00:11:28.800 Immigration and ICE in these United States.

00:11:31.020 You've got states like Maryland and New Jersey trying to kick out federal agents who crack down on citizenship laws.

00:11:37.300 I mean, this is, this is what's going on right now.

00:11:42.460 1-800-848-9222.

00:11:46.280 And I'm James Flippin' in for Roger Stone.

00:11:48.320 This is the Stone Zone.

00:11:49.620 But as for tariffs, this is what I don't understand.

00:11:53.840 A couple of years ago, when Roe v. Wade got overturned, when the law of the land, the prevailing law became that states can decide on abortion statutes.

00:12:08.900 Everybody on the left, the CNNs, the MSNows, the Washington Posts, the New York Times, whatever, your neighbor who likes to cry to you about whatever the latest talking point on Axios says.

00:12:23.380 The conservative stranglehold on this country was all anybody could talk about.

00:12:27.440 Oh, the conservative Supreme Court, oh, they're a rubber stamp for whatever President Trump wants to do.

00:12:32.920 What happened to that?

00:12:34.880 What happened?

00:12:35.720 President Trump described this as a life or death issue for the country.

00:12:41.140 He staked his financial plan on this whole idea that the American consumer is getting ripped off.

00:12:50.320 Foreign entities are benefiting from that profit margin. 0.97

00:12:54.220 The American consumer has no recourse other than to have its government say, cool, you want to make all that crap in China and sell it over here? 0.99

00:13:02.280 You got to pay a penalty. 0.99

00:13:03.380 You got to pay a fee.

00:13:05.720 And believe me when I tell you, and we'll hear from Scott Besson later this hour, it was not the American consumer who was paying those taxes.

00:13:13.600 It was that factory owner in China because it's more important to him that the machines continue to turn.

00:13:19.680 And the number that he sells little tchotchkes for here in the United States really doesn't matter.

00:13:25.060 That's how significant their profit margin is.

00:13:28.060 Looking for financial insights you can trust?

00:13:31.820 How do you protect yourself as an investor?

00:13:33.860 What's the strategy?

00:13:34.740 I think it's really simple.

00:13:35.820 I think you just want to be diversified in your portfolio.

00:13:38.560 The Payne family brings real world experience to every conversation.

00:13:42.800 Well, I think that's the problem right now is where a lot of people that are close to retirement, they're taking so much risks.

00:13:47.940 And if we do get a big sell off, it could derail their retirement.

00:13:50.980 Listen to the Payne points of wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:16:25.940 Roe v. Wade.

00:16:28.400 I really, really love that.

00:16:29.820 When you're so hyperbolic as to say that the world is basically over after Roe v. Wade, and it's, we're going to pack the court, we're going to have 15 justices, we're going to have 19, we're going to make Puerto Rico a state, we're going to make Washington, D.C. a state.

00:16:46.120 And now it's, now it's, oh, oh, would you look at that?

00:16:50.720 What a great decision from the Supreme Court.

00:16:53.380 Well, that's American democracy if I've ever seen it.

00:16:56.560 Take that, President Trump.

00:16:57.820 President Trump.

00:16:59.820 So we're not going to pack the court anymore?

00:17:03.300 We're done with that.

00:17:05.140 I guess.

00:17:07.620 You got Justice Roberts out there.

00:17:09.980 He might as well be a Democrat.

00:17:12.880 Thanks, by the way, George W. Bush.

00:17:15.100 Thanks so much for Justice Roberts.

00:17:19.200 Obamacare striking down Trump's tariffs.

00:17:21.800 Just a, what a, what a conservative jurist.

00:17:24.260 Put him in the history books.

00:17:26.340 Can't let the president impose tariffs.

00:17:28.980 How will our foreign paymasters make their money?

00:17:32.100 We got soaring national debts.

00:17:34.440 We got Christians being harassed in churches while they worship. 0.74

00:17:38.900 White people being persecuted just for being white. 0.93

00:17:41.120 That's all. 0.97

00:17:43.780 Can't go to a private school.

00:17:45.060 Can't get into this elite school in New York City.

00:17:47.840 Oh, you're white or you're Asian, which is white adjacent. 0.89

00:17:50.960 Property taxes on the rise.

00:17:53.660 No recourse there.

00:17:55.760 What's any American supposed to do about that?

00:17:58.500 Because they'll put you in jail if you don't want to pay those.

00:18:00.700 But one thing to keep in mind when you think of midterms or when the political prognosticators want to get into, who's the next Republican nominee going to be?

00:18:13.200 Who's the next Democrat nominee going to be?

00:18:16.340 One thing to keep in mind.

00:18:18.800 And when you think politics and the Oscars and the Emmys and the Grammys and New York City and L.A. and Chicago, lots of people live there, right?

00:18:27.160 Lots of cultural influence with those institutions, right? 0.94

00:18:30.700 Yet their political movement and the people who actually buy the crap they're selling, it's very small. 0.72

00:18:39.380 Carlos, this will be cut one. 0.81

00:18:41.180 I'd like to listen to President Trump again because he so brilliantly breaks it down in a very short clip here.

00:18:47.960 Disloyal to our Constitution.

00:18:50.220 It's my opinion that the court has been swayed by foreign interests and a political movement that is far smaller than people would ever think.

00:19:00.020 Far smaller.

00:19:01.340 Far, far smaller.

00:19:03.420 You think anybody, you think the average American, and I'm sorry, let me just say this.

00:19:08.000 Let me first and foremost just say I'm sorry.

00:19:10.880 Alex Preddy shot dead in Minneapolis.

00:19:15.800 Renee Good shot dead in Minneapolis.

00:19:18.000 Obviously, the U2s of the world and the Bonos and the Bruce Springsteens, and they care a lot, right?

00:19:25.460 And the family members of Alex Preddy and Renee Good, they obviously care a lot.

00:19:29.180 And any feeling, breathing, heart-filled person is going to feel badly that somebody was killed just because they decided to mess with federal authorities.

00:19:40.260 But do you think the average person out there on a Friday night trying to get home from work, trying to get back to their family, just getting done with work for the day, thinking about their weekend, thinking about cracking a beer, thinking about getting a pizza, thinking about doing whatever with their life?

00:19:55.100 Is spending a single second on Renee Good or Alex Preddy?

00:20:00.700 No.

00:20:02.280 No.

00:20:02.500 And the only reason that all those people pretended to care about George Floyd is because all the white guilt that got drummed up.

00:20:10.200 That's all.

00:20:11.460 The guy died of an opioid overdose.

00:20:14.500 Renee Good, Alex Preddy shot because they were messing with federal agents trying to influence and carry out immigration operations.

00:20:22.760 This is not a powerful political movement.

00:20:25.780 But you know what is powerful?

00:20:28.080 You know what does influence?

00:20:30.000 Money.

00:20:30.420 Lots of, lots of, lots of money.

00:20:33.920 And as you heard in that clip as well, President Trump very astutely pointing out, hmm, the foreign influence.

00:20:41.000 We'll talk about it.

00:20:42.660 1-800-848-9222.

00:20:45.420 Also, let's talk about the Olympics.

00:20:48.320 Sports talk that bends a little political.

00:20:50.560 We'll do that.

00:20:51.460 It's the Stone's Own.

00:20:52.540 Roger Stone has the night off.

00:20:53.900 I'm James Flippen.

00:21:00.420 The Stone's Own.

00:21:02.800 Entertaining and informative.

00:21:04.640 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:21:07.820 I already almost stepped on Roger there.

00:21:09.740 Roger's got the night off.

00:21:10.740 This is James Flippen.

00:21:11.640 This is the Stone's Own.

00:21:12.600 You know, this is absolutely awful.

00:21:14.380 I'm looking at this video of this Polish skater, Camelia Sellier.

00:21:20.340 She almost got her eye gouged out by the skate. 0.77

00:21:23.500 It flung up, hit her in the face. 0.99

00:21:24.840 Oh, my gosh.

00:21:25.860 This is just, we'll talk Olympics.

00:22:33.420 The Stone Zone.

00:22:35.340 Entertaining and informative.

00:22:37.480 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:22:40.320 No, but he's been treated very unfairly.

00:22:42.440 I love that clip when they have President Trump saying that, hey, it's James Flippin.

00:22:46.100 I'm in for Roger Stone, who has the night off.

00:22:48.880 This is the Stone Zone.

00:22:50.660 And we've been talking about tariffs.

00:22:52.560 We got into the Olympics there very briefly.

00:22:54.600 We will be talking Olympics because as we get ready to root for Team USA in the gold medal game against Canada and men's hockey,

00:23:03.700 the women already got the gold. 1.00

00:23:05.860 Now we want the men to bring it home.

00:23:07.120 I don't really necessarily care that much about hockey, but I do want to see the United States win.

00:23:13.900 And ESPN is very excited about Women's Sundays because we all know that's what everybody's every sports fan is looking for Women's Sundays.

00:23:23.600 But the phone lines are sizzling right now.

00:23:26.620 You got to talk to my man, Vincent, before you get to talk to me.

00:23:29.360 But it's 1-800-848-9222.

00:23:33.220 And just looking at some of the studios TVs right now, American Express regrets working with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:23:40.140 Has anything jumped the shark harder than all this Jeffrey Epstein stuff? 0.98

00:23:44.960 I mean, look, I'm all for accountability and busting pedophile creep sex traffickers. 0.91

00:23:51.500 But this all, if I'm not mistaken, this all happened like 15 years ago, supposedly, right? 0.87

00:23:58.580 Is the implication that that stops with Jeffrey Epstein?

00:24:04.080 Am I to believe that the whole idea of sex trafficking was just rooted in Jeffrey Epstein and that's it?

00:24:12.840 It's all done now.

00:24:15.160 No.

00:24:15.720 I mean, it's sad.

00:24:18.200 It's heartbreaking the extent to which it is still going on.

00:24:22.100 And Tom Homan, the Borders are, said that in Minneapolis, I think they saved like 3,000 kids, something like that, over the last couple of months doing this ice crackdown operation. 0.55

00:24:34.040 How many headlines does that get?

00:24:37.840 1-800-848-9222.

00:24:40.700 Talking tariffs.

00:24:42.040 And, you know, I like alliteration.

00:24:43.560 So let's talk to Max in Manhattan.

00:24:47.780 James, thank you for taking my call.

00:24:49.600 You're doing a good job tonight.

00:24:50.960 Very good job.

00:24:53.080 Listen, you said the Chinese might be paying off justices. 0.94

00:24:58.000 Well, I didn't exactly take it that far.

00:25:00.800 I kind of did imply it.

00:25:02.120 I implied it.

00:25:03.160 Go ahead.

00:25:03.960 I'll say it.

00:25:04.880 I think they're being paid off by the Chinese. 1.00

00:25:07.340 And can we find, first question is, can we find a paper trail?

00:25:10.760 Well, second question, why are the Chinese, why do the Chinese own so much land in North Dakota and South Dakota?

00:25:19.500 That's a great question.

00:25:20.620 I wish I had the answer.

00:25:22.120 I really wish I had the answer because that whole situation is definitely a threat to national security.

00:25:29.700 It's weird, for one thing.

00:25:32.200 Some of that land, and I think partially just in and of itself, it is farmland or it's near farmland.

00:25:38.960 And you're obviously talking about the nation's food supply.

00:25:42.180 Yeah, I mean, this is the thing.

00:25:43.860 The whole argument that tariffs do not connect to an emergency provision is a total fallacy.

00:25:52.400 And, Max, thanks for making the call.

00:25:53.500 I appreciate it.

00:25:54.060 The idea that there is no emergency behind the imposition of tariffs is just false.

00:26:03.760 Look at what happened during COVID.

00:26:07.460 Look at what happened when we couldn't make our own medicine, get our own medicine, when we had to worry about the global supply chain.

00:26:13.680 Yeah, I mean, it is an emergency.

00:26:18.580 It is something that absolutely has to happen in terms of getting industry back into the United States and making it a viable aspect of what we do economically.

00:26:30.520 Manufacturing, making things, investment in the domestic.

00:26:34.440 That's an emergency.

00:26:35.420 We can't just be a consumer class.

00:26:39.720 I know AI is going to change everything and just push a button and it's going to all get made right here or whatever.

00:26:45.200 But for the time being, until the robots take over, we got to figure out a way to protect ourselves.

00:26:53.880 And that's an absolutely good point, Max.

00:26:55.980 The money influence, the foreign money influence, definitely something that needs to be looked at.

00:27:01.620 And, yes, there is an emergency.

00:27:03.020 But taking a break from the tariffs for a second here, as we do get ready to root for Team USA in that gold medal game, let's get into some sports talk that bends political.

00:27:15.420 Not the U.S. athletes who bashed ice.

00:27:18.320 That's all old stuff and who cares.

00:27:20.600 But have you heard of Eileen Gu?

00:27:23.580 She is an American-born freestyle skier.

00:27:26.880 Very pretty.

00:27:28.040 Very pretty girl.

00:27:29.360 She's picked up a couple silver medals.

00:27:30.880 I think she's competing, or maybe she did compete today, so I don't know.

00:27:33.860 She might have finally gotten her gold.

00:27:35.460 But she is an American-born athlete who is competing for China.

00:27:42.080 She competes for China.

00:27:44.340 And I wonder why.

00:27:46.520 Cha-ching! 1.00

00:27:47.320 Because she's getting paid by the communists to compete for their little vanity project, which is obviously the Olympics. 0.94

00:27:56.120 You know, in sports, the American people care about sports because we respect the competition, because we respect the desire to be the best, because we absolutely enjoy the drama and the beauty in it and the storyline and all that kind of stuff.

00:28:10.980 But it doesn't really, it's not some source of, like, you know, nationalistic pride.

00:28:17.220 Yeah, I'm going to root for Team USA in the hockey game, because I'd rather see them beat Canada than lose.

00:28:23.460 But, you know, we're a very globalized country in many ways.

00:28:29.120 And it doesn't mean that we don't want to defend what it is to be an American or defend the American way of life or stand up for the Western way of life and, you know, the Judeo-Christian way of life.

00:28:39.380 Of course, we do want to do all those things if we're conservative.

00:28:43.260 But we don't necessarily think about all this stuff in terms of pride and shame and, oh, my gosh.

00:28:50.720 But this woman, she competes for China, I guess, because one of her parents are Chinese. 1.00

00:28:54.260 All right.

00:28:55.140 Here's the thing.

00:28:55.800 A lot of us do revel in it, then, her lack of gold, because she's competing for the enemy. 0.99

00:29:01.260 You can compare Gu with Liu, who did win gold at the 2026 Olympics.

00:29:07.720 Who is Liu?

00:29:08.620 Alyssa Liu, who won gold.

00:29:11.120 She's the daughter of Arthur Liu, a Chinese political refugee who fled to the U.S.

00:29:16.720 after supporting the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests.

00:29:19.800 So this is the daughter of a man who fled persecution in China, raised his family here, and now she is a gold medalist for the United States of America.

00:29:31.100 That is a success story, ladies and gentlemen.

00:29:33.720 That is a beautiful story.

00:29:35.440 So what did J.D. Vance do, the vice president?

00:29:37.380 Well, naturally, he came out and blasted Gu, who's the American who decided she wanted to compete for the Red Chinese, and that is his right as an American. 0.88

00:29:47.880 But Gu says, oh, she feels like a punching bag for American politics.

00:29:53.580 Oh, is that right?

00:29:55.020 Oh, well, boo-hoo. 0.99

00:29:56.760 Sorry, sweetheart. 0.99

00:29:58.040 Maybe you shouldn't have prioritized making a bunch of money from the communist thugs in China. 0.99

00:30:02.120 Maybe you shouldn't have appreciated what a great country this is, and maybe you shouldn't have been a backstabbing traitor. 0.99

00:30:07.440 Just a thought.

00:30:09.760 1-800-848-9222.

00:30:12.300 And speaking of traitors, has there ever been a more traitorous administration than the Biden White House?

00:30:20.040 Whoever was making the decisions there.

00:30:22.740 He tried to jail Trump.

00:30:24.860 He was elected in shady circumstances, probably the most fraud-ridden election ever.

00:30:29.220 He used the auto-pen to pardon hundreds of people.

00:30:32.320 He threw open the southern border, threw it open, watched it all burn.

00:30:36.260 Come on down! 1.00

00:30:38.340 Everybody comes in.

00:30:39.580 Come on in.

00:30:40.420 You can fit.

00:30:41.080 You can fit.

00:30:41.640 Come on.

00:30:42.000 We're going to make it.

00:30:42.700 It's like dad picking up the whole team at soccer practice.

00:30:46.360 No, we can squeeze in another one.

00:30:47.920 It's okay.

00:30:48.500 We got you.

00:30:50.840 Used the auto-pen to pardon hundreds. 0.98

00:30:53.240 Whoever was doing all this crap, because we know it obviously wasn't brain-dead Biden, 0.98

00:30:56.520 but this Somali woman in Minnesota, this is rich. 1.00

00:31:00.860 This is really rich.

00:31:02.020 This will be cut five, Carlos.

00:31:04.360 This Somali woman at a press conference talking about how victimized her fellow immigrant community has been

00:31:13.000 because of the ICE crackdown.

00:31:15.200 And just to reiterate what that is, it's federal agents saying, you've got to get out.

00:31:22.260 You're not here legally.

00:31:23.340 Bye.

00:31:24.420 Time to go.

00:31:25.900 But for the Somali woman in this clip, that is such an affront that she feels victimized by that cut five. 0.66

00:31:33.860 We have been suffering since the crisis of ICE.

00:31:37.120 We also demand an immediate help to evictions so families are not pushed to homelessness during the crisis.

00:31:44.560 Our community deserves accountability.

00:31:47.220 Our community deserves safety.

00:31:49.180 We need also justice for those who lost their lives defending the community.

00:31:54.800 Justice for those people who lost their lives.

00:31:57.340 She wants a financial restitution for the fact that businesses have been impacted by this stuff.

00:32:04.020 This is absolutely shameless.

00:32:08.480 The estimates in Minneapolis, and if you lost the plot, I wouldn't blame you,

00:32:14.620 because the whole Renee Good and Alex Preddy thing served as a pretty juicy distraction.

00:32:19.360 But the last time we were talking about Minneapolis, before a bunch of people came together and said,

00:32:23.520 thou shalt not influence and enforce immigration laws, were all these daycare centers. 0.95

00:32:29.960 And all the Meals on Wheels programs and all the taxpayer money that was being stole in Minneapolis.

00:32:36.980 So to that woman, I say this, you want some sort of a payment because ICE upended your community or whatever?

00:32:45.400 How about this?

00:32:46.260 Get out.

00:32:48.520 How about this?

00:32:49.260 Your reparations were all the fraud cash that all your cousins already stole and shipped back to the home country through the airport.

00:32:57.060 Oh, yeah.

00:32:58.440 Because, you know, there's more cash that moved out of the Minneapolis airport over the last two, three years than from JFK Airport in New York City.

00:33:08.880 Make sense of that one for me.

00:33:10.120 So your little prize is the daycare fraud, the adult care fraud, the Meals on Wheels programs, all the money that you made off that, that's your reparation.

00:33:23.680 And hopefully somehow it gets clawed back anyway, but 1-800-848-9222.

00:33:30.180 So let's just get back into tariffs for a second here, and then maybe we can squeeze in a phone call.

00:33:35.140 Well, we've got to get a commercial break out of the way, too, but the tariffs thing, first of all, it's not going to work anyway.

00:33:44.020 The Supreme Court's attempt to stop President Trump from imposing tariffs on foreign trading partners, it's not going to work.

00:33:50.800 Treasury Secretary Scott Besson explained on Fox News how this just means that Trump will do it a different way.

00:33:58.560 There's a lot of different ways.

00:33:59.740 You know how all the leftist freaks in this country, all they have to do is find some random judge in Minnesota who's going to say,

00:34:08.020 Mara, you can't do that.

00:34:09.140 I'm slapping an injunction on this, and you're going to have to go through a million different courts to try to get this figured out.

00:34:15.060 Like we did with, what's his name, Marilyn Dad, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, or whatever.

00:34:19.460 Tie it up in the courts.

00:34:21.820 Put it all on ice.

00:34:23.400 Well, President Trump will do the same thing.

00:34:25.380 And this decision that just came down today from the Supreme Court, where all these corporations are going to be looking to get some money back, it's going to be a long court battle.

00:34:36.580 But the fascinating thing about this is how so often the people trying to get in the way of Trump and his agenda and foul up the whole thing, they don't even, they're just ineffectual.

00:34:49.600 They don't even know what they're doing.

00:34:50.560 We could talk about that with the ICE stuff later in the show, but let's listen to Scott Besant in Cut 3, Carlos, because he's explaining what the real impact of this court decision is going to be.

00:35:02.280 This could take months.

00:35:03.580 This could take years to litigate and to get to the payouts.

00:35:07.680 Isn't that fascinating?

00:35:33.620 Exactly what we were saying.

00:35:36.120 Exactly what we were saying.

00:35:38.140 All those companies in China that are making all this stuff and they want to sell it over here in the United States, they have an incentive to lower their wholesale price.

00:35:48.020 So, yeah, sure, the tariff, whatever, it gets paid and it's covered.

00:35:51.560 But the net result is that it was China left holding the bag. 0.92

00:35:56.540 Now they're going to get a refund.

00:35:58.080 Now they're just going to get made whole on whatever their profit margin would have been.

00:36:03.680 This is corporate welfare.

00:36:06.060 And Trump, therefore, making the good point, who is paying these justices?

00:36:12.900 We had such a protracted examination of Clarence Thomas being flown on his best friend's plane to a lake house or something.

00:36:24.100 They went on summer vacation together and it was the biggest deal ever.

00:36:27.780 They had to have these inquiries and all kinds of think pieces in the Wall Street Journal.

00:36:33.220 And is this really, is this ethical?

00:36:35.240 Is this a violation of ethics?

00:36:37.360 But Ketanji Brown Jackson's laughing it up out at the Grammys like it was nothing.

00:36:42.340 No problem there.

00:36:44.080 Who are these people's paymasters?

00:36:46.680 And how do we know?

00:36:47.860 Would any investigative journalists actually dig in on a Sotomayor or a Kagan?

00:36:52.520 Speaking of the president, Carlos, let's queue up.

00:36:58.300 Cut eight, please.

00:36:59.120 You can fire that one.

00:36:59.960 Ready? 0.93

00:37:00.180 Cut eight.

00:37:01.700 I think that foreign interests are represented by people that I believe have undue influence.

00:37:08.160 They have a lot of influence over the Supreme Court, whether it's through fear or respect or friendships.

00:37:14.700 I don't know.

00:37:15.460 But I know some of the people that were involved on the other side, and I don't like them.

00:37:20.100 I think they're real slimeballs. 0.64

00:37:21.700 Slimeballs.

00:37:22.160 You're absolutely right, President Trump.

00:37:23.540 Real quick, before we hit the break, let's talk to Sandra in New Jersey. 1.00

00:37:26.540 Hi, Sandra.

00:37:28.460 Oh, Jim, I wanted to tell you something.

00:37:31.080 I've been thinking about you for a long time and how proud I am of you.

00:37:34.980 And I don't know if you realize, you have probably the best job there because you are totally on top of the news every day.

00:37:43.020 You're very lucky.

00:37:44.580 And not only that, when you deliver it, it's the best.

00:37:48.980 I had to share that with you.

00:37:50.560 That's really nice of you, Sandra.

00:37:51.740 I really appreciate those comments.

00:37:53.240 I hope you have a great weekend.

00:37:55.080 And since I know you're in the tri-state area, I hope it's not too snowy because they got that nor'easter coming in.

00:38:02.020 But, yeah, look, I am on top of the news.

00:38:04.980 Sometimes, it's not such a treat.

00:38:08.220 I'll put it that way.

00:38:09.400 Sometimes, I just want to go back to not knowing who all the senators are and knowing who all the reps are and knowing what these laws are that's going on.

00:38:17.620 It gets to be a bit much sometimes.

00:38:19.340 All right.

00:38:19.880 1-800-848-9222.

00:38:22.140 1-800-848-9222.

00:38:24.420 I am James Flippin, in for Roger Stone on The Stone Zone.

00:38:33.300 The Stone Zone.

00:38:34.980 Entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:38:40.260 Roger Stone has the night off.

00:38:41.960 I'm James Flippin, and it would be great to connect with you after the fact.

00:38:46.120 You can follow me on X at XJamesFlippin, or on Instagram, FlippinOutRadio.

00:38:53.280 So, in terms of ICE and Immigration Customs Enforcement, New Jersey's governor, Mikey Sherrill, doing everything she can to throw up roadblocks against those agents, encouraging people to take cell phone video and upload it to the website, and ICE agents can't do things from state property and all that kind of stuff.

00:39:12.780 Well, down in Maryland, we had a similar thing where a county severed its relationship between the sheriff's department and ICE.

00:39:20.920 Let's listen to Cut 4, Carlos, because this sheriff in Maryland just really nails how ineffectual all this stuff is from the political left.

00:39:31.780 The abolishment of the 287G program is not the abolishment of ICE.

00:39:36.320 They're going nowhere.

00:39:37.100 In fact, they're going to intensify their effort.

00:39:40.560 We warned them this was going to happen, and it's going to happen.

00:39:43.840 Yeah.

00:39:44.640 I mean, the thing is, the more you try to subvert ICE, stop them from being able to do their job, sever any connection between local cops and federal agents, the more you put your people in danger.

00:39:58.020 In more ways than one, by the way.

00:39:59.580 Anybody who's going to go out there and stomp their feet and chant and hold up and say, hey, hey, ho, ho, we won't go, any of that stuff, they're not safe if the cops aren't working with the federal agents.

00:40:12.100 And obviously, everybody in those constituencies aren't safe, constituencies, I should say, if there's no stop on drug dealers and gangbangers and pedophiles and all the terrible criminals ICE routinely gets rid of.

00:40:26.260 They can't even subvert America properly, these people.

00:40:29.300 It's just terrible.

00:40:30.840 Let's talk to Bob in New York.

00:40:33.560 What's up, Bob?

00:40:35.060 How are you doing?

00:40:36.460 You know, it seems that the left, the globalists, the elites, they want to destabilize the economy and the dollar.

00:40:44.040 But here's what I worry about.

00:40:45.720 When you crack people's rice balls enough, they'll take up arms to defend what they have. 0.85

00:40:50.880 And we've seen that the political attacks and the lawfare, the violence, when that fails, they turn to the judiciary who acts completely as obstructionist.

00:41:01.240 And I agree with you.

00:41:03.780 It really makes one think that justices have been influenced by outside sources.

00:41:10.240 And it's not conspiracy.

00:41:11.500 I would suggest this is just alternative awareness.

00:41:14.500 Yeah, it's just really kind of paying attention to what's going on in front of you, Bob.

00:41:18.300 It's absolutely true.

00:41:19.200 I mean, the simple concept of an executive, the chief executive of the company, or in this case, the country, deciding how much of a tax or levy is going to be placed on imports.

00:41:35.360 That's somehow something that needs to get taken all the way to the Supreme Court, whether or not the president has the ability to levy tariffs against other countries.

00:41:42.160 Well, let me tell you something.

00:41:43.340 In the streets of China, while they get those factories humming, they're dancing in the streets.

00:41:49.080 That's right.

00:41:49.720 Thank you, Martha and the Vandellas, because that's what they're doing in China.

00:41:53.420 They're dancing in the streets, but not for long.

00:41:56.280 Not for long.

00:41:57.180 And President Trump will be there in China next month.

00:42:00.100 What do you think of that, President Xi?

00:42:02.120 James Flippen, I'm in for Roger Stone.

00:42:04.120 The Stone Zone.

00:42:47.400 The one question, Bob, everyone's asking is, are we in an artificial intelligence bubble?

00:42:53.260 You've been through boom and busts.

00:42:55.300 What do you think?

00:42:56.040 No hype.

00:42:56.960 No myths.

00:42:58.220 Just what actually matters to your money.

00:43:00.620 It does feel very similar to what we experienced in the 90s.

00:43:04.100 Where are we, though?

00:43:04.780 Are we in 1995, 1997, 1999?

00:43:07.900 Listen to the Payne Points of Wealth on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
