The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 03-13-25

00:00:00.000 this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone

00:00:16.080 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:00:22.140 welcome you're entering the stone zone and well here we talk politics mostly politics

00:00:32.480 and food we're going to talk a little politics and then later in the show we're going to take

00:00:37.020 your calls that number 800-848-9222 everything's on the table you know there's an old saying in

00:00:45.860 politics you can't beat someone with no one donald trump cannot run for another term i do believe

00:00:52.920 he's going to usher in a golden age of peace prosperity security justice and law and order

00:00:59.860 for this nation but after four years according to the constitution he cannot run again constitutional

00:01:06.620 actually says that no person can be elected to more than two terms it doesn't say two consecutive

00:01:13.060 terms grover cleveland a new yorker was elected then lost re-election a disputed re-election fight

00:01:20.160 only to return to the white house donald trump the only other president to do that i know steve

00:01:26.120 bannon has said otherwise but i think he's just trolling in fact the constitution says that

00:01:32.080 if a person serves more than two years of a term that someone else was elected to they can only run

00:01:40.040 for one other term so lyndon johnson became president upon the death of jfk could have run in

00:01:46.800 in uh night did run in 1964 was re-elected could not run again in 1968 uh the democrats have a huge

00:01:56.780 problem that they don't have anybody gavin newsom has the hair for a presidential campaign but

00:02:03.300 his record in california is abysmal uh you have skyrocketing crime you have uh you have

00:02:11.000 los angeles and san francisco essentially the world's largest outdoor toilets uh you have skyrocketing

00:02:19.500 taxes uh and monstrous problems i'm not sure what his slogan would be he'll do for america what he's

00:02:26.240 done for california uh it's uh looking like california could actually go red a lot of strong

00:02:33.900 potential candidates looking at a uh at a governor's race in the in the golden state uh then there's of

00:02:41.520 course pennsylvania governor josh shapiro but he continues to be dogged by the case of a woman

00:02:48.900 by the name of ellen greenberg ellen greenberg uh was stabbed to death 20 times including 10 stab wounds

00:02:57.060 on her back and her neck uh it is uh thought uh that her fiance samuel goldberg uh who was a donor to

00:03:07.640 josh shapiro and whose family donated to josh shapiro who was then the state's attorney general

00:03:14.240 was a suspect uh and in fact goldberg's uncle and a prominent pennsylvania judge actually gained

00:03:22.680 entrance to the apartment where greenberg was either murdered or committed suicide and removed

00:03:31.320 a number of personal items including laptops telephones and credit cards uh nonetheless attorney

00:03:39.180 general josh shapiro declared that death to be a suicide and closed the case there's an ongoing

00:03:46.560 civil suit from the greenberg family who doubt that uh but there's a new candidate now emerging

00:03:53.060 uh former chicago mayor and clinton political machine hatchet man rom emmanuel actually appears to be

00:03:59.680 gearing up for a 2028 presidential run emmanuel is hitting the media and speaking circuit with the

00:04:06.000 message uh the uh the democrats must pivot back to the political middle fresh off a stint as former

00:04:14.520 president joe biden's ambassador to japan emmanuel is appearing on podcasts while arguing that his

00:04:20.480 party has become too focused on niche cultural and social issues like change transgenderism he's got

00:04:28.400 that right during a recent appearance on bill marshall uh i actually saw emmanuel take the more

00:04:34.460 progressive audience attacks for catering to the far left fringe issues in the seventh grade if i had

00:04:40.800 known i could have said the word they and gotten into the girls bathroom i would have done it emmanuel

00:04:45.840 said not a terribly funny joke uh there's also some discussion of espn broadcaster stephen a smith but

00:04:54.220 smith himself denies that he will be a candidate and says the fact that others are referring to him as a

00:04:59.860 potential candidate shows uh how the democrat party is bankrupt and has as they would say in the sports

00:05:07.520 game no bench uh this is a pretty pathetic primary field of democrats but there are persuasive operatives

00:05:15.340 that the mega movement needs to take these threats somewhat more seriously smith would actually be a

00:05:21.420 better candidate than either newsom uh who recently had both charlie kirk and steve bannon uh on his show

00:05:28.860 uh or of course there is kamala harris there are many who believe that she'll run for governor of 0.99

00:05:35.920 california where gavin newsom is term limited for a another shot at casa blanca we should be so lucky

00:05:45.700 uh as far as the other potential candidate michelle obama who i incorrectly predicted uh would be 0.98

00:05:53.880 drafted by the democrats uh in the most recent election i defend my prediction by the way by

00:06:00.040 pointing out the time lapse between the time that joe biden dropped out and kamala cinched the

00:06:07.460 nomination without the support of a single primary voter or caucus voter in a completely non-democratic

00:06:14.940 process and the time that the obamas finally endorsed kamala is my belief that in that time

00:06:22.680 frame nancy pelosi and former president barack obama were trying to convince michelle obama to 1.00

00:06:29.280 accede to a draft i never said that michelle obama would run for president i said that i thought she

00:06:36.660 would be drafted and in retrospect i thought at the time that perhaps she would have been a stronger

00:06:43.140 candidate than kamala harris she had after all no political record to attack but something is amiss

00:06:53.500 she recently launched her new podcast called imo and so far she has 12 000 subscribers you heard that

00:07:04.720 right 12 000 this is somebody with 54 million followers on x someone who has 48 million followers

00:07:13.120 followers on youtube uh yet uh and let me check this uh 78 million followers uh on instagram yet

00:07:23.260 she has only 12 000 followers on her new podcast which was launched with extensive uh media fanfare

00:07:33.320 shows me that the folks out there are finished with barack obama speaking of presidential runs steve

00:07:40.980 bannon says he's running for president yes you heard that right uh i don't think steve is candidate

00:07:48.560 material first there is the fact that he recently pled guilty to stealing 15 million dollars from the

00:07:56.140 build the wall foundation his two co-conspirators uh in that are both serving uh multi-sentenced

00:08:04.840 federal time but strangely a new york judge recently uh accepted a guilty plea from bannon but then

00:08:11.980 sentenced him to no jail time incredibly uh in a politico interview bannon refused to feel out

00:08:20.260 rule out a presidential bid now people ask me what's my beef with bannon it's very simple

00:08:26.100 as the new york post reported former white house strategist steve bannon gave sharply contradictory

00:08:32.060 accounts under oath of his discussions with roger stone about wikileaks uh a review of the new york

00:08:39.580 post showed on january 16th 2018 roughly five months after he left the white house bannon told members

00:08:46.080 of the house intelligence committee repeatedly under oath that he and political operative roger stone

00:08:52.740 that would be me never discussed wikileaks or its boss julian assange at any time uh during their

00:08:59.420 relationship that testimony was part of adam shift's russian collusion investigation was

00:09:05.400 defiantly declassified and made public on may 7th of 2020 bannon 66 the former chairman of breitbart news

00:09:16.820 said the exact opposite when he testified on in my trial on november 8th 2019 when asked the exact same

00:09:26.320 question whether he had ever discussed uh the uh julian assange wikileaks or these allegedly stolen

00:09:34.520 emails he said yes stone brought it up in every conversation we ever had jonathan turley uh the

00:09:42.580 george washington university law professor told the new york post there does appear to be a glaring and

00:09:47.840 irreconcilable conflict in what bannon stayed in testimony under oath before congress and what he stated

00:09:53.980 under oath before the court what is striking is that this is not a peripheral point but one of the

00:09:59.740 main areas of inquiry uh again quoting turley he has two diametrically opposed sworn statements

00:10:06.900 in a high profile high profile controversy with dozens of attorneys in attendance and therein lies my

00:10:14.860 problem uh now add to the fact that uh well steve uh dresses like a hobo i think he chases down

00:10:22.240 homeless people for his clothes and i don't understand his aversion to soap and water nonetheless i am a

00:10:30.520 christian and um i have taken to heart the bible's admonition that you must forgive but not forget so i

00:10:38.160 have forgiven steve bannon for being a government witness and perjuring himself at my trial when they

00:10:44.460 tried to frame me for non-existent russian collusion of course uh when buzzfeed sued the u.s justice

00:10:54.100 department and they finally released robert muller's long hidden long redacted final report even muller

00:11:01.700 could not sugarcoat the fact that he had found no evidence of russian collusion no evidence of wikileaks

00:11:08.780 collaboration or any other crime on my part the judge in my case who said that she would not give

00:11:16.240 us and my defense attorneys the entire muller report said that she would read the entire report

00:11:21.840 in her chambers and she would give us the relevant parts unfortunately she didn't give us that part

00:11:27.540 which completely and totally exonerated me so pardon me if i can't stop laughing about a steve

00:11:33.860 bannon presidential candidacy uh i don't think it's real folks we'll be back in the stone zone

00:14:02.140 welcome back you are in the stone zone this is the place for politics

00:14:10.940 today nearly 100 radical leftist protesters stormed trump tower uh they were handcuffed and loaded into

00:14:21.000 new york police department buses the leftist lunatics were chanting free mahmoud protesting the deportation of

00:14:29.100 their fellow marxist demonstrator mahmoud khalil jewish voices for peace a marxist jewish group that

00:14:37.320 often advocates for radical islamists was the baner organization used to spearhead this protest the

00:14:44.980 president and his family have a residence in trump tower to me this behavior can not be tolerated

00:14:51.100 hopefully some of these protesters will follow in the path of their friend mahmoud and end up getting

00:14:56.240 deported yesterday zoran mamadani another marxist islamist was foaming at the mouth while

00:15:04.040 screaming at border czar tom holman at the new york state capitol mamadani hates to see his fellow

00:15:09.960 radicals deported you ask me we need to deport a lot more of them speaking of that president donald trump 0.98

00:15:17.500 has indicated that he will invoke the alien enemies act in order to expedite uh and dramatically increase

00:15:25.560 the speed of mass deportations now just to put this into perspective during his presidency president

00:15:32.740 barack obama deported 2.4 million illegals all the way back to dwight eisenhower in the very first

00:15:40.660 year of his first term he deported 1.3 million joe biden used to say well i just don't have the

00:15:47.760 authority we need new laws now we've always had the laws what we needed was the will uh remember when

00:15:55.920 they told us uh well trump refused to support the lankford bill named for senator james lankford of

00:16:03.840 oklahoma uh but the lankford bill in fact was not a border security bill uh it provided a lot of

00:16:11.840 funding for the processing of two and a half million illegals who would have been grandfathered

00:16:18.480 under the act president trump is now expected to invoke the alien enemies act of 1798 in the next

00:16:26.300 couple days and that we are told will increase the speed of mass deportations this law is a wartime

00:16:32.920 authority meaning the u.s military will likely be involved on the campaign trail in october president

00:16:38.840 trump told voters he would do exactly this uh quote i will be invoking the alien enemies act of 1798 to

00:16:46.720 target and dismantle every migrant and criminal network operating on american soil we call it 0.99

00:16:53.020 operation aurora and if they come back into our country it's an automatic 10 years in jail with no

00:16:59.120 possibility of parole president trump has repeatedly shown that he's serious about rapidly increasing

00:17:05.920 deportation numbers and this may just be the action he needs to get those numbers up meanwhile we are

00:17:13.680 moving towards peace uh you have a ceasefire agreed to by the ukrainians now agreed to by the russians

00:17:22.400 meanwhile ukrainian president volodymyr zelinski sent an apology letter to president trump for his

00:17:28.780 behavior at the white house zelinski displayed a true lack of gratitude for the 350 billion dollars

00:17:37.660 uh of support the united states has given him while he met with president trump and vice president

00:17:44.260 my personal beef in all honesty is we gave this guy 350 billion dollars why can he not wear a suit and tie

00:17:54.660 when he sees the president of the united states he wore a suit and tie when he addressed the world

00:17:59.460 economic forum uh i don't understand why he can't wear a suit and tie when he addresses a

00:18:05.260 joint session of congress it is disrespectful to the president of the united states it's also

00:18:12.180 disrespectful to the taxpayers who have funded this war thanks to president trump

00:18:17.680 zelinski has now changed his tune on continuing the war and has agreed to a ceasefire meanwhile president

00:18:24.360 trump has threatened the russians with bank sanctions sanctions and tariffs if they don't come to the table

00:18:30.840 there's one thing donald trump understands it is the art of the deal and he clearly knows in order to

00:18:36.700 negotiate peace well it takes two to tango i predict that donald trump will end this war and he will win

00:18:43.700 the nobel peace prize which frankly he will so richly deserve we'll be right back to take your calls

00:18:50.800 call us at 800-848-9222-800-848-9222-800-848-9222 right here in the stone zone

00:18:59.180 this is the stone zone now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:19:23.640 welcome back you're back in the stone zone this is the segment i call the stone zone

00:19:31.860 on the phone because you can call us at 800-848-9222 that's 800-848-9222 and we take

00:19:40.640 your calls which can be about politics history news food any topic at all let's go to jeffrey

00:19:47.300 in new jersey jeffrey you've entered the stone zone welcome i'd like to ask a question uh

00:19:53.500 uh some blue state they gave driver's license to illegal aliens is it possible that

00:20:00.220 some people were able to get certificates because the the bureaucracy has been controlled by the

00:20:09.000 democrats before uh i think that uh i saw a great interview with elon musk uh with joe rogan i think

00:20:17.020 that was kind of the plan uh in the state of florida for example you can uh you can get a

00:20:23.220 driver's license uh without a birth certificate and that you can then take that driver's license

00:20:29.360 and use it to register to vote so i think it is possible you had a substantial number of people who

00:20:35.080 voted in the most recent election who were not citizens now in new york for example it is currently

00:20:41.480 legal for uh for non-u.s citizens to vote in state and local elections this makes very little sense to me

00:20:49.040 uh but i think ultimately had hillary clinton won in 2016 the idea was to change the entire makeup of

00:20:56.520 the electorate uh by essentially legalizing and giving citizenship status to those who are in the

00:21:03.120 country making impossible to win any of the swing states uh so uh i think that the the real issue is

00:21:12.380 twofold one in the census uh we clearly counted people who were not u.s citizens uh and we used

00:21:21.140 that count for the uh the uh effort to determine the new congressional districts in both the house

00:21:30.740 and senate the redistricting i think the entire census should be thrown out and that president trump

00:21:37.320 should call on commerce secretary howard lutnik to reconduct the census counting only u.s citizens

00:21:44.560 uh that would be a step in the right direction then i agree with president trump we need to return to

00:21:49.980 paper ballots if the french uh can count 38 paper ballots in one day we surely can do the same thing

00:21:58.320 uh and it should be one day we should not still be counting votes three weeks after the election

00:22:04.120 i wrote a piece for the hill uh newspaper in 2016 which i complained that i thought that these

00:22:11.880 computerized voting machines which are really very primitive computers are easily hacked and manipulated

00:22:17.920 and i was attacked by hillary clinton and her campaign how dare i question the sanctity of our

00:22:24.080 elections but then after she lost uh and she filed for recounts in michigan and pennsylvania 0.97

00:22:30.260 when it came time for her to make her specific case she argued that well the computerized voting

00:22:36.480 machines had been hacked and manipulated can't have it both ways jeffrey thank you for your call

00:22:43.020 uh jj from new jersey uh you i say that small businesses are hurting from trump policies let's

00:22:49.520 hear what you have to say yes mr stone good evening uh we have 53 million small businesses in this

00:22:56.120 country and we're getting zero help out here to get any kind of financing to keep us afloat

00:23:02.140 so mr trump's great plans come into you know into parishion basically we got no way of borrowing

00:23:09.960 money from banks we have 20 or less employees we make up 45 of all hires see i go on these shows

00:23:17.840 hoping that the president's listening we're dying out here i'm not even complaining about the tariffs

00:23:23.380 because i know with time that'll all level out but right now we can't go to a bank the sba looks at

00:23:30.540 us and laughs but yet when big corporations need our money we give them as many billions as they need

00:23:38.160 same with banks they don't go into their pockets like i have to and put back the money they've made

00:23:44.220 over the years no we the people hand them billions of dollars but yet we the people can't get any help

00:23:51.740 there was a poor woman in north carolina that lost her body shop okay and she went to the sda and they

00:23:58.480 basically denied her like four times so why are we paying taxes to help all these big corporations 0.99

00:24:04.940 but nobody's helping us let me ask you a question if i may the treasury department just did a wave with

00:24:11.160 this uh requirement that small businesses i mean really small businesses were required to file extensive

00:24:17.860 paperwork about their ownership my wife and i have owned the same uh small company for 15 20 years

00:24:24.320 uh yet we had you know 45 pages of paperwork we had to fill out the treasury department's now done away

00:24:30.880 with that i think that is a huge plus i don't disagree with you about the fact that the government

00:24:35.720 should not be bailing out multi-billion dollar corporations seems to me that lower energy prices

00:24:42.120 and lower taxes uh would be good for small business as well uh i think one of the previous

00:24:49.080 shows said this exactly this which is you're going to have some dislocation two years into reagan's

00:24:55.100 presidency uh they said well his tax cuts has caused a massive deficit when in fact his tax cuts

00:25:01.780 caused federal revenues to go up every year of his presidency was the combination of wild spending

00:25:09.660 uh and frankly printing press money uh that caused uh the inflation and the deficits uh if elon musk is

00:25:18.700 successful and i think he will be in identifying not millions not billions but trillions of dollars

00:25:24.700 of waste fraud uh and corruption uh and that spending can get zeroed out of the budget a balanced budget and

00:25:33.560 lower inflation and a stronger dollar would benefit all americans including small businesses

00:25:39.640 jj thanks for calling into the stone zone we appreciate your call sal out in new jersey sal what's up

00:25:46.940 thank hello mr stone thank you for taking my call mr roger we should deport each and every one of those 1.00

00:25:53.860 palestinian protesters because they will become the future mahmoud khalil's the mahmoud khalil's of the 0.80

00:26:00.480 future because they they're a bunch of reprobates and what what's going to happen is they're going to

00:26:05.540 become the professors and and and the teachers of the future they're going to indoctrinate our 0.97

00:26:10.340 children and teach them how to how to hate america how to hate jews how to hate israel how to hate 0.94

00:26:14.500 western civilization we gotta we gotta be careful we gotta we have to do our best to maybe look look

00:26:20.500 into all their records and deport all of them as much as possible uh i think you raise an excellent

00:26:27.060 case i i don't believe i believe in free speech but i believe in speech for u.s citizens this idea

00:26:32.840 that mahmoud khalil has constitutional rights is absurd not a u.s citizen uh and i think if you're

00:26:39.520 here preaching violence particularly that you should be deported i do think that tom homan who is one

00:26:46.240 tough customer i know him well uh is the right man for this job but i also think he's been wise

00:26:52.060 to prioritize the deportation of violent criminals and people who are terrorists but let's be realistic

00:26:59.160 we had an open border for four years our border policy was no border policy uh if you talk about

00:27:07.520 not just the the number of of terrorists number of people with criminal records but also the

00:27:13.960 extraordinary uh number of weapons uh that were smuggled into the country in addition to drugs

00:27:20.800 obviously causing a fentanyl crisis causing a a crime spike but also causing massive fiscal

00:27:28.680 problems for counties and states because many states new york being one of them requires that the state

00:27:35.400 provides social services who are here to people who are here illegally sometimes to the detriment of

00:27:41.480 american citizens who had their social services cut so uh president trump i think is going to

00:27:48.400 bring this back into balance uh and i think he has doing exactly what he said he was going to do that's

00:27:55.840 why i don't understand why the the left of the democrats are so apoplectic and so wild everything

00:28:01.480 that he said he was going to do uh he's doing right now these are not surprises so for example his

00:28:10.160 invocation of the alien enemies act of 1798 he said this on the campaign stump he said in october that he

00:28:18.560 would do exactly this invoke the alien enemies act of 1798 to target and dismantle every migrant and 0.67

00:28:26.540 criminal network operating on american soil he even gave it a name operation aurora so he's doing exactly

00:28:34.480 what he said he would do let's go to robert in suffolk county uh folks uh the number once again 800

00:28:41.080 848-9222 800-848-9222 this is the stone zone on the phone segment robert welcome into the stone zone

00:28:52.440 thank you good evening roger i believe the uh rank choice voting is unconstitutional

00:28:58.800 you are choosing from a slate of candidates more than one person to vote for

00:29:06.040 on its face that has to be violating the one person one vote rule uh you make an excellent point uh my

00:29:15.920 friend the uh the criminal defense lawyer and constitutional scholar david shown has filed a

00:29:21.840 lawsuit on behalf of plaintiffs in california challenging uh their jungle primary system which is

00:29:28.720 very similar this is where all candidates of all parties run in one election uh multiple republicans

00:29:36.280 multiple democrats uh and just based on a quick examination no minor party candidate ever makes

00:29:43.340 the final two right choice voting i wrote a long piece about this uh you can find it at the stone zone

00:29:49.900 i make the exact same point which is you're not electing the person who got the most votes

00:29:55.620 this keeps going as many rounds as necessary until the establishment gets their choice so for example

00:30:02.540 uh senator uh murkowski lisa murkowski uh of alaska by the way she became a senator her father was the 0.74

00:30:11.260 u.s senator then he got elected governor then he resigned from the senate seat was sworn in as governor

00:30:16.080 then he appointed his daughter lisa murkowski to be the senator uh and she has stayed there and been

00:30:21.980 re-elected now repeatedly without ever getting a majority of the vote on the first round so uh rank

00:30:28.340 choice voting which is now in place in new york as well as alaska i think it is unconstitutional

00:30:33.820 uh we need to go back to the idea that the candidate with the most votes wins period thanks very much

00:30:40.660 robert for your call uh brian in clarion pennsylvania uh you're on the line we got about uh two and a half

00:30:47.800 minutes brian what's on your mind thank you mr stone um over the biden administration i've been

00:30:54.400 thinking a lot about uh all these treasonous acts do we still have treason laws that could be charged

00:31:02.800 and carried out with severe penalty i think of the january 6 committee when documents were destroyed

00:31:10.860 and there's so many examples i can hardly come up with anymore but i mean why aren't we seeing

00:31:18.420 charges of treason against people who carry out seditious acts against the the united states uh we

00:31:28.320 certainly do have laws against treason the russian collusion hoax is the greatest treasonous abuse of

00:31:34.520 power in american history it is nothing less than the use of the full authority of the united states

00:31:39.980 government and the extraordinary capabilities of our intelligence agencies utilizing two pieces of

00:31:46.080 what they knew was false evidence the steel dossier uh and the false claim that the russians had hacked

00:31:51.840 the dnc to try to uh to remove a duly elected president is most definitely a treasonous act now why haven't

00:32:01.780 why haven't we seen charges brought against these people i think the um the um upon conviction

00:32:10.200 isn't it uh death by firing squad i'm not sure it's firing squad but it is capital punishment for someone

00:32:16.960 who is convicted of treason look pam bondy has been uh the attorney general of the united states

00:32:22.840 for less than two months donald trump's been the president for less than two months we shall see

00:32:27.860 whether the scales of justice will indeed be rebalanced and whether anybody will be held

00:32:33.660 responsible for what had to be uh the greatest single abuse of power in american political history

00:32:39.960 folks you're tuned in to the stone zone we're going to come back and take more of your questions at

00:32:44.200 800-848-9222 that's 800-848-9222 whatever you do don't touch that dial we'll be back to take

00:32:54.220 your questions your calls when we come right back

00:32:57.860 this is the stone zone with roger stone they went after a guy named roger stone who's sitting

00:33:15.300 in the office and i'll say this in front of roger he's no baby and right now he's cleaner than anybody

00:33:20.500 in this place now as i treated him very unfairly now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger

00:33:29.560 stone and you're back in the stone zone the stone zone on the phone that number 800-848-9222

00:33:40.340 uh let's uh go to i think it's joaquin in pennsylvania uh joaquin welcome to the stone zone

00:33:47.600 oh roger stone look i'm really sorry i am actually going to go off topic because it hit me while i was

00:33:52.740 on hold i'm speaking to the great roger stone who was one of the uh most dangerous criminals that they

00:33:58.780 had to send a SWAT team after to get my compliments to you and i listened to john katsimatidis and you

00:34:06.040 yesterday talking about january 6th and i've made many phone calls to radios i was over this topic

00:34:11.180 over the last couple years and i i'm hoping that this will finally be thoroughly investigated

00:34:16.940 and that the coup that was you know perpetrated against the american people on january 6th is

00:34:22.000 finally exposed for everyone that was involved and there were so many birds that they attempted

00:34:26.860 to kill with one stone pardon the pun you know aside from just you know stopping the elected

00:34:33.020 president of the united states and also fraudulent voting and there are still people like tina peters

00:34:38.420 in colorado in jail you know over over this voter fraud issue and uh you know and then also the

00:34:45.360 right to militia with what they did to uh the proud boys uh torre uh enrique torre and uh also rose

00:34:53.280 uh stewart rose and other people you know how the way they they'll apply these guys it's really

00:34:58.960 extraordinary so enrique torre who i actually know no i did not meet with him the night before

00:35:05.340 the january 6th he wasn't even at the capitol wasn't even in washington dc they had an fbi informant

00:35:11.620 sent a document to him via telegram the social media app he never even opened the document but on the

00:35:19.640 basis of his receipt of it they indicted him uh and he was convicted of seditious conspiracy in a

00:35:26.420 soviet style show trial in washington dc uh pardon me if i've seen this movie uh he he like me had

00:35:35.580 nothing to do uh with the illegal acts at the capitol in fact the fbi determined uh as early as march of

00:35:45.320 2020 that neither alex jones nor i was involved in any conspiracy any claim that i uh knew in advance

00:35:54.120 about condoned uh or participated in any illegal act on january 6th is categorically false but you can

00:36:01.180 find it all over social media as a false factoid uh those giant doors on the capitol can only be opened

00:36:09.000 from the inside so who opened them why was the fbi director unwilling to say how many undercover uh

00:36:18.080 people dressed in trump garb were sprinkled throughout the crowd we now know that number was

00:36:23.380 at least 26 provocateurs uh i've got bad news for liz cheney and adam schiff and zo lofgren uh and the

00:36:32.840 other members of the january 6th committee their pre-entered pardons were signed with an auto pen

00:36:39.340 while joe biden was out of the country they're not valid so those people can be prosecuted here's what i

00:36:46.580 suggest speaker johnson should have field hearings get out of washington dc subpoena those who were

00:36:54.240 pardoned they can't deny a congressional subpoena they also can't plead the fifth because they accepted

00:36:59.460 the pardon uh and if they perjure themselves in say uh illinois or ohio or mississippi for that matter

00:37:06.700 they could be charged for perjury in that jurisdiction not in the district of columbia where candidly

00:37:12.700 you won't find a non-biased judge and you cannot get an honest jury i would like to see speaker

00:37:19.080 johnson appoint a special select committee to get to the bottom of the january 6 investigation because

00:37:25.100 i can tell you that uh that that testimony was suppressed uh that witnesses were coached to perform

00:37:32.280 perjury uh there were multiple ai created videos including one that's featured yours truly uh shown to

00:37:40.400 the american people this is a major fraud thank you so much for your call and thank you for raising

00:37:46.220 that important question i think we need to get to the bottom of january 6th i hope speaker johnson will

00:37:54.420 do that uh we're out of time here unfortunately folks we appreciate your tuning in uh to the stone zone

00:38:01.540 i do want to say uh that um you can always tune in we're here every night from uh eight till nine

00:38:10.560 eastern time to uh talk politics we also talk food i wanted to have time to give my family's recipe for

00:38:17.660 sunday gravy tonight unfortunately i ran out of time but uh next time i'll give it to you now whether you

00:38:24.200 grow up in the new york new jersey connecticut area whether you call it sauce or whether you call it a

00:38:29.380 gravy that's a debate that we can have on the show sometime my family calls it gravy the key to it by

00:38:35.720 the way san marzano tomatoes those are not a brand of tomatoes that's a style of tomato grown in a

00:38:42.280 specific valley in italy next time you tune in folks we'll talk a little bit about more about food a little

00:38:48.860 less about politics but thank you for joining us today in the stone zone until the next time god bless you

00:38:55.340 and godspeed

00:38:56.960 you
