00:02:38.840slipped the punch in the Eastern District of Virginia when federal judges there dismissed
00:02:45.140the claims of perjury lying under oath before Congress against him, not by weighing the actual
00:02:51.160facts of the case of the evidence, but by illegally knocking out the appointment of the
00:02:58.540federal prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan. You see, they don't want to go to trial because they
00:03:03.600know they'll lose. So they unconstitutionally ruled that Halligan's appointment by President
00:03:09.940Trump as the U.S. attorney who was prosecuting both James Comey, the former FBI director,
00:03:16.480and New York Attorney General Letitia James was illegal. They're wrong. That is being appealed.
00:03:23.140But what's interesting is the misconduct of at least three federal judges now puts those
00:03:28.460three federal judges' careers in jeopardy. House Republicans that I know on are actively working
00:03:34.680on articles of impeachment regarding the judges who incorrectly ruled and violated the canon of
00:03:41.500judicial ethics repeatedly that Lindsey Halligan, the prosecutor who was prosecuting James Comey,
00:03:48.420was illegally appointed. But this is a different investigation. We are told by multiple reports
00:03:56.560that the former FBI Director James Comey has been subpoenaed in a major new investigation
00:04:02.800examining the coordinated efforts to undermine President Donald Trump. The subpoena, issued by
00:04:08.940a federal grand jury in Florida, is part of a reportedly sweeping probe into the Obama-Biden
00:04:16.020era officials tied to the origins of the Russiagate hoax. At the center of the inquiries is the 2017
00:04:23.520Intelligence Community Assessment, which claimed falsely that Russia favored Trump in the 2016
00:04:30.020election, an assertion that was later proven to be based on faulty evidence that intelligence
00:04:35.760officials knew was complete bunk, but pushed it anyway for the purposes of electoral interference.0.97
00:04:41.580I speak specifically, of course, of the so-called Steele dossier. That was a fake report illegally
00:04:49.720paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign, but then taken by the CIA director, John Brennan,

00:05:05.740what kicked off the Russian collusion hoax. That now completely discredited dossier report,
00:05:13.140which, by the way, claimed falsely that President Donald Trump had dallied with Russian prostitutes
00:05:19.680while visiting Moscow as a private businessman, was the basis for the illegal spying on Donald
00:05:27.420Trump's campaign, was the basis for the appointment of Robert Mueller as a special
00:05:33.920investigator. He spent $30 million and came up completely empty-handed on the question of
00:05:41.700Russian collusion. This new investigation, which is led by U.S. Attorney Jason Redding
00:05:47.700under a Trump-appointed judge, has now issued more than 130 subpoenas, signaling, I hope,
00:05:54.680a serious effort to uncover potential misconduct at the highest levels of government. Now,
00:06:00.360why Florida, you may ask? Well, here is the underlying legal theory. The Russian collusion
00:06:06.200hoax was cooked up in an April 2016 meeting in the Oval Office presided over by Barack Obama
00:06:13.760himself, including Joe Biden, the CIA director, John Brennan, the FBI director, James Comey,
00:06:22.520the director of national intelligence, General James Clapper, Susan Rice, the national security
00:06:29.840advisor, and others. There, they openly discussed the quote-unquote Clinton plan. That was a plan
00:06:36.560by John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's campaign manager, and Hillary Clinton himself to smear
00:06:43.500Donald Trump as having been influenced by the Russians. That continues, of course, into the
00:06:49.120appointment of Mueller. It continues into the entire Russian collusion hoax, which dominated
00:06:56.9202017. The two fake impeachments, both of them baseless, that continues into what I believe was
00:07:06.080the theft of the 2020 election. Then there was the January 6th fedsurrection, which I think most
00:07:14.500people have largely figured out was a complete and total setup. We have Nancy Pelosi on videotape
00:07:21.120admitting as much. Then there was the fake documents case. And here's the key point,
00:07:27.920the raid on Mar-a-Lago. That brings this continuing seditious conspiracy to Florida
00:07:34.140and to a jurisdiction which is not controlled by the radical left. There is no point in indicting
00:07:40.060any Democrat or anyone who broke the law or the Constitution in the District of Columbia because
00:07:45.360there are no honest judges in the District of Columbia. And one cannot possibly get a fair
00:07:51.280and balanced jury in the District of Columbia. I can tell you all about that. So I would say
00:08:00.520the alliance of fake news media and the deep state propelled the entire Russian collusion
00:08:09.140hoax forward. Comey, who was fired by Trump in 2017, played a key role in both the FBI's
00:08:16.780crossfire hurricane probe. That's the counterintelligence investigation into the
00:08:22.600president of the United States, which had no basis or probable cause. As I've said,
00:08:28.720the so-called Steele dossier. Well, that was a fraud. The other fraud is the claim that the
00:08:36.020Democrat National Committee was the target of an online hack by Russian intelligence.

00:08:48.720any forensic evidence that proved that this actually happened. In fact, if one looks at the
00:08:55.320evidence, the information that was stolen by someone from the Democrat National Committee

00:09:13.980Comey is also tied to the broader Russian collusion hoax that unfortunately dominated
00:09:18.880President Trump's first term and undermined his America First agenda. The entire crew here, Comey,
00:09:25.320Brennan, Clapper, Biden, Rice, and others, most Americans want to know whether they will be held
00:09:33.100accountable. You see, the Democrats in their handmaidens in the mainstream legacy media keep

00:24:59.060highlighting growing threats tied to escalating tensions with Iran.
