Summary

The JFK Assassination Document Collection has now been released, but not all of the JFK Assassinations Records have been released. Why not? And where is the missing Orville Nix film that could prove that Lee Harvey Oswald was not the only one who fired the fatal shot?

Transcript

00:00:00.000 So, all of the JFK assassination records have now been released, or have they?
00:00:07.360 Actually, the numbers don't add up, but I think I know why.
00:00:11.360 The National Archives keeps mentioning 3,500 records, but we know from official records there are 3,648.
00:00:20.580 We know that the transparency plan approved by President Biden, the CIA, and the FBI spoke of only 44,000 records that they were prepared to release.
00:00:32.640 We know there are 319,000 records in the so-called JFK assassination document collection.
00:00:41.660 The problem lies in the fact that there are a number of agencies of the government who have not transferred their documents, audios, and videos to the collection.
00:00:53.560 The Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, the State Department, the Department of Defense, and the Internal Revenue Service still maintain records they haven't turned over to the so-called collection.
00:01:08.460 The National Security Council, the National Security Agency, says they have 144 documents they have not turned over.
00:01:18.520 The National Security Council has 145.
00:01:22.780 The Secret Service has 154.
00:01:25.540 And the Army Investigative Reports Repository has another 194 documents that have not been released.
00:01:34.860 I think this is deep state bureaucrats working against the full disclosure orders of President Donald Trump.
00:01:42.580 And then there's the Nix film.
00:01:45.280 This refers to a video film, an 8mm color home movie recorded by Orville Nix.
00:01:52.580 He was a witness to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, in Dallas.
00:02:00.020 Now, Nix captured the presidential motorcade in Dealey Plaza, filming from the opposite side of the street from Abraham Zapruder.
00:02:10.660 Zapruder's film would become very famous, but the Nix film is considered one of the most significant recordings of the event,
00:02:18.780 largely because Nix was filming with a zoom lens and from a completely different angle, showing the grassy knoll.
00:02:28.620 The area central to those who believe that there was a second shooter in the background.
00:02:35.580 Nix was an air conditioning engineer.
00:02:38.380 He was filming with a Keystone auto zoom camera to record the motorcade as it turned out of Houston Street,
00:02:46.180 taking the turn on Elm, where the first fatal shot hit Jack Kennedy.
00:02:52.380 His film includes Jackie Kennedy climbing onto the car's trunk and the Secret Service agent Clint Hill responding to her.
00:03:01.140 The film also includes a later sequence of bystanders running towards the so-called grassy knoll.
00:03:07.860 But unlike the Zapruder film, Nix's film is darker due to his use of an indoor film without a proper filter,
00:03:14.620 but it remains a critical piece of the historical evidence.
00:03:19.280 The original Nix film was seized by the FBI in December 1963.
00:03:26.300 It was sold, at least a version of it was, to UPI for $5,000.
00:03:32.700 The House Select Committee on Assassinations examined it in 1978,
00:03:37.500 but the original disappeared after that, with only copies remaining.
00:03:42.660 The House Select Committee did not include the film in their final report,
00:03:46.840 but I would remind you that the House Select Committee on Assassinations
00:03:50.740 determined as their final conclusion that organized crime, the mob,
00:03:55.900 had been involved in John Kennedy's assassination.
00:03:58.440 Yet, none of the documents released from the so-called JFK assassination document collection
00:04:07.180 documents this fact.
00:04:10.260 Nix himself suggested back in 1966 that the film he received back from the FBI
00:04:14.960 had been altered with frames missing or damaged, fueling speculation about its contents.
00:04:20.840 His daughter, Gail Nix Jackson, has filed a civil suit against the U.S. government
00:04:27.000 seeking return of the original, or compensation, arguing that it holds key clues
00:04:32.840 and unresolved questions about Jack Kennedy's assassination.
00:04:37.480 So where is the Nix film?
00:04:39.840 There's also an audio recording of the CIA director, John McCone,
00:04:46.380 this first conversation with President Lyndon Baines Johnson.
00:04:51.460 There's neither a transcript or the audio of that turned over to the so-called collection
00:05:01.900 and released to the American people.
00:05:04.620 So far, everything that I have seen seems designed to bolster what I still think is a false narrative
00:05:13.020 that Lee Harvey Oswald, who these newly released documents show us the KGB,
00:05:21.360 the Russian intelligence agency who monitored him when he was in the Soviet Union,
00:05:26.320 said was a poor shot, got off three shots all from the rear.
00:05:33.240 You see, one of the reasons why the Nix film is so crucial is it will tell us
00:05:36.780 whether Kennedy was, as the recent documentary put out by Paramount Plus,
00:05:42.920 what the Parkland doctors saw, whether Kennedy was shot from both the front and the back.
00:05:50.820 Those doctors, surprising number of them, still living.
00:05:53.840 All of them said they saw wounds in the president,
00:05:57.660 consistent with his being shot from the front and the back,
00:06:00.320 including a huge blowout wound in the left rear of his head.
00:06:04.680 Every one of those doctors also said that they were threatened by the FBI
00:06:10.540 and told that they were never to discuss what they had seen in the official autopsy.
00:06:17.120 Kennedy's body was removed from Texas at gunpoint
00:06:20.500 in a standoff between the Secret Service and the Texas Rangers under Texas state law.
00:06:28.360 The autopsy should have been performed there,
00:06:31.580 but instead the body was taken at gunpoint and taken back to Bethesda Medical Center.
00:06:39.440 It is at least one working theory that Kennedy's body actually left Dallas on Air Force Two,
00:06:47.880 Lyndon Johnson's plane, got to the medical center early,
00:06:52.260 which explains why the autopsy in Washington, D.C., actually, Bethesda, Maryland,
00:06:58.680 does not reflect that huge blowout wound in the back of Kennedy's head.
00:07:04.100 That, of course, would be consistent with a shot from the front.
00:07:09.440 Also concealed is the fact that the throat wound,
00:07:12.620 which is described in the Warren Commission report as coming from behind
00:07:16.140 and shot by Lee Harvey Oswald, is actually an entry wound.
00:07:20.460 A tracheotomy had been performed to conceal that fact,
00:07:26.600 but that is another thing that the doctors in Parkland claimed,
00:07:31.260 that the wound in his throat was an entry wound.
00:07:35.040 We know that Warren Commission Chairman Earl Warren,
00:07:40.360 Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court,
00:07:42.640 was reluctant to chair the Warren Commission,
00:07:47.240 the commission investigating President Kennedy's assassination,
00:07:51.600 until President Lyndon Johnson implied that the Russians
00:07:55.740 were really behind the assassination of John Kennedy
00:07:59.760 and that indelicate handling of that information by the investigation
00:08:04.700 could lead to World War III.
00:08:07.840 Of course, there is no evidence produced to date by these new documents
00:08:15.280 or the roughly 1,000 documents that President Trump ordered released in 2017
00:08:21.200 that indicated either Russian or Cuban involvement
00:08:26.120 in the assassination of John Kennedy.
00:08:30.100 And then there are the most interesting transcripts yet.
00:08:33.580 William Manchester, the author, said that he had conducted extensive interviews
00:08:41.640 with Jackie Kennedy, the aggrieved, grieving First Lady,
00:08:47.640 and Robert F. Kennedy Sr., the Attorney General.
00:08:52.400 Now, those two audios are subject to a deed of gift,
00:08:57.400 providing that they would not be released until 2067.
00:09:01.580 The Assassinations Records Review Board almost got Caroline Kennedy to waive that condition,
00:09:10.000 but Senator Ted Kennedy convinced her otherwise.
00:09:13.880 Congressman Schweikert today has a bill that would overrule the amendment
00:09:19.340 to the Congressional Disclosure Act that would make those audios available.
00:09:26.760 And then lastly, also missing are the results of the so-called investigation by NBC
00:09:36.620 of an aide by Robert Kennedy.
00:09:40.980 It is shocking that all this information has continued to be concealed.
00:09:48.700 Obviously, we heard an audio released two weeks ago, released by the grandson of Billy Sal Estes.
00:09:57.020 Now, Billy Sal Estes was a crony, a Texas wheeler dealer, very flamboyant,
00:10:03.020 and he had gotten huge multi-million dollar agricultural contracts
00:10:09.700 through the largesse of his patron, Lyndon Johnson.
00:10:13.560 He was kicking back to Senator and then later Vice President Johnson.
00:10:18.940 He went to prison, basically taking the fall for Johnson.
00:10:23.240 But when he emerged, he not only said that he had been in meetings
00:10:28.140 where the murder of John Kennedy was planned,
00:10:30.600 but that the killer was Malcolm Mack Wallace.
00:10:35.060 In this audio tape, released by his grandson, Billy Sal Estes,
00:10:39.460 is heard talking to Cliff Carter, who is the chief political operative for LBJ,
00:10:45.440 the executive director of the Democrat National Committee,
00:10:49.500 openly talking about the fact that Lyndon Johnson had recruited Malcolm Mack Wallace
00:10:55.840 to shoot Kennedy.
00:10:57.580 Wallace's fingerprints are found on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building,
00:11:02.800 both on the windowsill and also on the cardboard boxes that formed the so-called crow's nest
00:11:09.080 from which Kennedy was allegedly shot.
00:11:11.900 As many as six witnesses say that they see a man in the window of the sixth floor
00:11:18.320 of the Texas School Book Depository Building that meets the physical description,
00:11:22.360 not of Lee Harvey Oswald, but of Malcolm Mack Wallace.
00:11:27.540 He's a heavy set, balding, wearing glasses.
00:11:32.760 Wallace, by the way, had the highest rating as a marksman from the U.S. Marine Corps,
00:11:38.700 while, as the KGB indicated, Oswald wasn't much of a shot.
00:11:46.460 It is still my contention that what happened here was indeed a plot,
00:11:52.140 but it was Lyndon Johnson at the helm.
00:11:55.680 E. Howard Hunt, one of the Watergate burglars who was on the payroll of the CIA during Watergate,
00:12:02.300 one of the four Watergate burglars who just happened to be on the ground in Dealey Plaza
00:12:07.380 in 1963, said on his deathbed that, yes, he was there.
00:12:13.140 He told his son, St. John Hunt, who co-authored a book with me,
00:12:17.620 but that he was a backbencher and that Lyndon Baines Johnson was calling the shots.
00:12:25.760 It is still my contention that there's an independent investigation
00:12:31.980 that was done by Walter Sheridan.
00:12:35.900 Sheridan was a top aide to Robert Kennedy.
00:12:38.640 He conducted his own investigation, and those documents, audios, videos, and reports of interviews
00:12:47.880 went to NBC when Sheridan went to work at NBC.
00:12:51.920 NBC refused to turn those documents over to the FBI or to the National Archive
00:12:59.740 to be included in the Kennedy assassination documents archive.
00:13:05.420 So I think the deep state is still playing their games,
00:13:09.360 and we still don't have the full truth about who killed John F. Kennedy.
00:13:15.020 I think the president's order was well drawn,
00:13:19.060 but I think it is time now to go back and perhaps broaden his order,
00:13:24.180 as Congressman Tim Burchett and other members of Congress have done,
00:13:30.060 in order to ensure that we get all these other materials.
00:13:33.280 Until then, this will continue to be a murder mystery.
00:13:38.400 The folks at the National Enquirer once told me that on any given month,
00:13:41.600 if they were short of cash, they would put a JFK-oriented story on the cover,
00:13:45.740 and they would sell 200,000 more copies.
00:13:49.320 The American people still want the answers, and we are not getting them.
00:13:53.640 Donald Trump has issued the order,
00:13:55.440 but I think deep state bureaucrats are thwarting that order, as I have outlined.
00:14:01.040 Don't go away, because when we come back, we're going to talk about the attack on Tesla
00:14:06.460 and the irresponsible Democrats who are actually out there advocating violence,
00:14:13.100 arson, shootings, and vandalism.
00:14:15.780 I'm Roger Stone, and you're in The Stone Zone.

00:14:48.680 You know, I think what's going on here is judges gone wild.
00:14:52.160 We have federal judges who are essentially thwarting the mandate given to President Donald Trump.
00:14:58.620 President Trump asked the Supreme Court today to halt a ruling ordering
00:15:03.600 the rehiring of thousands of federal workers let go in mass firings,
00:15:08.760 aimed at dramatically downsizing the federal government.
00:15:11.340 As Elon Musk and Doge has proved, many of these so-called employees never show up for work
00:15:19.360 and no one's quite sure exactly what they do.
00:15:22.180 Another judge has ruled that the president cannot deport illegal terrorists and criminals from the country,
00:15:31.080 while yet another federal judge has ruled that the president cannot ban transgendered people
00:15:38.340 from military service.
00:15:40.460 This is judicial tyranny.
00:15:43.460 This is an effort by a politicized judiciary.
00:15:48.340 All of these judges are Democrats to thwart the will of the American people.
00:15:53.680 When we come back, Mike Davis, the former chief counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:15:59.020 and the founder and president of the Article 3 project,
00:16:03.200 will talk to us about how the Trump administration can deal with this question.
00:16:08.200 The president has executive authority.
00:16:10.760 It seems to me as a non-lawyer, even I can understand,
00:16:14.420 that the judges do not have the authority to overrule decisions he makes on public policy.
00:16:22.360 I think maybe the compromise here is a ruling of a three-judge panel.
00:16:28.600 But in the meantime, criminals roam the country.
00:16:32.540 There's an attack on Tesla that is leading to arson, shootings, bombings, and vandalism,
00:16:40.240 while these illegals are allowed to stay in the country.
00:16:43.400 You're tuned in to the Stone Zone.
00:16:45.400 Whatever you do, don't touch that dial.
00:16:49.040 Joining me now is Mike Davis.
00:16:51.000 He is the former chief counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:16:55.180 He's also the founder and president of the Article 3 project.
00:16:59.460 As chief counsel for nominations for the committee,
00:17:03.240 he advised Chairman Chuck Grassley and other senators on the confirmation of federal judges
00:17:08.140 and other senior executive branch appointees.
00:17:10.620 Actually, Mike Davis has served in all three branches of the federal government,
00:17:14.600 including working for President George W. Bush in the Justice Department,
00:17:19.020 working for House Speaker Newt Gingrich,
00:17:21.180 and also working for current Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.
00:17:25.880 We are pleased to have Mike Davis with us today.
00:17:28.760 Mike, I have to ask you about this spasm of what appears to me to be coordinated violence
00:17:35.120 against Tesla, against Tesla dealerships, against Tesla charging stations,
00:17:41.980 against Tesla drivers and their vehicles.
00:17:44.980 We're talking about Molotov cocktails, shootings, bombings, vandalism, arson.
00:17:52.100 And listen to Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett talk about this.
00:17:57.020 So I'll make sure that I keep it short, but I am truly here for very selfish reasons,
00:18:01.580 starting with on March 29th, it's my birthday.
00:18:03.860 And all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down.
00:18:08.300 Yes.
00:18:09.960 And then here's the even more troubling comment,
00:18:13.140 where she calls for a physical attack on Senator Ted Cruz.
00:18:17.340 I think that you punch.
00:18:19.220 I think you punch.
00:18:20.220 I think you're okay with punching.
00:18:22.820 You know, I think, and I love Colin,
00:18:26.260 and I think towards the end he started to punch a little harder.
00:18:29.440 But, like, it's Ted Cruz.
00:18:30.840 I mean, like, this dude has to be knocked over the head, like, hard, right?
00:18:36.000 Like, there is no niceties with him.
00:18:38.100 Like, at all.
00:18:38.900 Like, you go clean off on him, right?
00:18:42.560 Mike, welcome to the Stone Zone.
00:18:44.620 Your reaction?
00:18:45.260 I would say this to these terrorists and those who are inciting these terrorists.
00:18:52.980 There are new sheriffs in town, and those sheriffs are Attorney General Pam Bondi
00:18:58.940 and FBI Director Cash Patel, and they've already made it very clear publicly
00:19:04.140 that they're not going to tolerate this.
00:19:06.360 So if people want to make political violence the norm in America,
00:19:12.380 they're going to end up in prison.
00:19:13.480 And we have seen that these are coordinated attacks,
00:19:19.000 that they're central funding,
00:19:20.640 just as we found recently that in this massive rally that AOC
00:19:25.520 and Senator Bernie Sanders, the millionaire senator from Vermont, held,
00:19:31.140 that there was mostly astroturf.
00:19:33.880 This is, I think, agate prop.
00:19:36.120 This is a psyop to create the misimpression
00:19:40.280 that the American people don't support the drastic reforms
00:19:43.740 that President Donald Trump has embarked on.
00:19:46.680 I have to ask, off the top,
00:19:49.540 the ruling by Judge Bosberg in the District of Columbia,
00:19:54.000 in that district,
00:19:54.880 that the president doesn't have the authority
00:19:57.840 to deport terrorists and other illegals, including criminals.
00:20:03.240 Is he not vastly overreaching, going well beyond his authority?
00:20:11.520 Yes.
00:20:11.900 D.C. Obama Judge Jeb Bosberg is,
00:20:16.700 his orders are both lawless and dangerous.
00:20:19.700 They're lawless because,
00:20:21.880 separate from statute,
00:20:23.900 the president as the commander-in-chief
00:20:25.880 under Article II of our Constitution
00:20:27.700 has the absolute constitutional power,
00:20:31.140 in fact, duty,
00:20:32.840 to repel invasion of our country.
00:20:34.700 And that's exactly
00:20:35.480 what's going on with these foreign terrorists.
00:20:39.480 Trende Aragua from Venezuela,
00:20:41.400 our MS-13 from El Salvador,
00:20:43.100 these are the most vicious terrorists
00:20:46.880 and criminals in the Western Hemisphere.
00:20:50.120 They are invading our country.
00:20:51.740 They are kidnapping, robbing, raping,
00:20:54.840 torturing, murdering.
00:20:56.860 And the president is fulfilling his constitutional duty
00:20:59.940 and his campaign promise
00:21:01.680 to get these monsters the hell out of America.
00:21:05.160 And this Judge Bosberg
00:21:06.460 does not have the power to order what he's ordering.
00:21:10.500 At best, this would be a habeas petition
00:21:14.340 from these terrorists in El Salvador and Texas,
00:21:18.840 not these activist lawyers
00:21:20.860 running into these activist judges in D.C.
00:21:23.920 and getting these illegal, unlawful TROs
00:21:27.360 and other injunctions.
00:21:28.360 This is, and it's dangerous
00:21:29.900 because this judge held this hearing two Saturdays ago
00:21:34.160 during the middle of the ongoing military intelligence
00:21:38.400 and law enforcement operation
00:21:39.960 and exposed the operation,
00:21:42.080 putting American and outlying lives in grave danger.
00:21:45.600 This Judge Bosberg ordered the planes
00:21:47.780 turn around with terrorists, which is insane.
00:21:50.100 We saw the security footprint in El Salvador
00:21:53.460 with hundreds of officials
00:21:56.620 ready to receive these terrorists.
00:22:00.080 We probably did not have the same footprint in America
00:22:03.200 because no one would ever imagine
00:22:05.420 that a judge would open up a hearing
00:22:07.720 during the middle of the operation
00:22:09.080 and order planes turn around.
00:22:10.600 He didn't know the fuel levels
00:22:11.960 when it was flying over the Gulf of America.
00:22:17.180 It's just absolutely insane
00:22:18.800 that this judge ordered this,
00:22:20.520 and it's dangerous
00:22:21.100 because why would a foreign leader
00:22:22.800 trust that a secret operation
00:22:26.080 with the president will remain secret?
00:22:27.980 Why would a foreign leader
00:22:28.920 want to put his neck on the line
00:22:30.440 to do a foreign operation
00:22:32.340 with the president of the United States
00:22:33.680 if an activist judge
00:22:34.580 is going to expose it and sabotage it?
00:22:37.060 In the meantime,
00:22:38.080 you have other federal judges
00:22:39.640 with other rulings.
00:22:41.140 You have a judge in California
00:22:43.740 ruling that the president
00:22:46.360 cannot fire some 16,000 probationary,
00:22:51.520 pardon me,
00:22:51.900 he cannot fire federal employees at will
00:22:54.400 and has ordered him to rehire
00:22:56.220 some 1,600 probationary employees.
00:22:59.700 Yet another judge has ruled
00:23:03.060 that he cannot ban transgender people
00:23:08.200 in our military.
00:23:10.280 This is judicial tyranny,
00:23:13.560 but for those who say,
00:23:15.720 oh, those judges need to be impeached,
00:23:17.680 impeaching a federal judge
00:23:18.880 is an extraordinarily high bar.
00:23:21.300 First of all, you need grounds.
00:23:23.880 I'll let you address that.
00:23:25.100 But it's also secondarily,
00:23:26.740 it's much like the impeachment
00:23:27.840 of a president.
00:23:28.580 The impeachment in the House
00:23:30.220 is merely an indictment.
00:23:31.640 You would go to a trial in the Senate
00:23:33.360 and you would need a two-thirds vote
00:23:35.220 to remove a federal judge.
00:23:37.000 Very difficult, no?
00:23:39.440 Yes, but I think it serves
00:23:40.820 as an important attorney.
00:23:41.980 Look, I've never called
00:23:42.980 for a judge to be impeached.
00:23:44.900 I have never called
00:23:45.940 for anyone to ignore
00:23:47.220 a judge's order until now
00:23:48.580 because what Boesburg did
00:23:50.060 is not only so lawless,
00:23:52.480 it is very dangerous.
00:23:53.700 It put American and allied lives
00:23:55.900 in jeopardy
00:23:56.700 and hindered the president's ability
00:23:59.120 to conduct foreign affairs
00:24:01.060 then and in the future
00:24:02.660 if you can't trust the president,
00:24:04.080 right, if you're a foreign leader.
00:24:05.300 And so I have called
00:24:06.200 for both the president
00:24:08.220 to ignore this lawless order.
00:24:09.840 This judge is doubling down,
00:24:11.400 trying to get operational details
00:24:13.720 about the military mission
00:24:15.160 to which this judge
00:24:16.580 is absolutely not entitled.
00:24:18.400 He says he has
00:24:19.740 a security clearance.
00:24:20.760 Well, guess what?
00:24:21.320 You may have a security clearance,
00:24:22.500 but you don't have the need to know.
00:24:24.220 So you don't get
00:24:24.900 this information, judge.
00:24:26.180 It's not your job
00:24:27.360 to meddle in military affairs.
00:24:29.460 And I think impeachment,
00:24:31.420 you're right, it's a high bar.
00:24:33.120 It's unlikely to succeed
00:24:34.500 in the Senate,
00:24:34.980 but I want to make
00:24:36.240 the process the punishment.
00:24:38.080 I want this to serve
00:24:39.300 as a deterrent.
00:24:40.280 I was the chief counsel
00:24:41.080 for nominations
00:24:41.720 on the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:24:43.640 with the oversight portfolio
00:24:44.980 for the federal judiciary.
00:24:47.000 I know that calling
00:24:48.500 for impeachments
00:24:49.480 will get the chief justice's attention.
00:24:52.720 And the point of this
00:24:54.440 is to the chief justice,
00:24:56.500 he needs to get
00:24:57.100 his judicial house in order.
00:24:59.600 And if he refuses to do it,
00:25:01.200 Congress is going to do it for him.
00:25:02.600 Whether it's impeachment,
00:25:04.160 whether it's stripping jurisdiction
00:25:06.600 from these judges,
00:25:08.200 whether it's taking away funding,
00:25:10.320 there needs to be serious reforms
00:25:12.820 to these activist judges' courts
00:25:15.360 so they stop sabotaging
00:25:17.640 the president.
00:25:18.680 When we come back,
00:25:19.980 we're going to talk
00:25:20.960 to Mike Davis
00:25:22.040 about these other illegal actions
00:25:24.340 and whether President Trump's appeal
00:25:26.940 to the Supreme Court
00:25:27.840 can be successful.
00:25:29.200 Whatever you do,
00:25:30.040 you're in the stone zone.
00:25:31.300 Don't touch that dial.
00:25:32.320 We'll be right back
00:25:33.160 with Mike Davis,
00:25:33.900 former counsel
00:25:34.960 to the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:25:36.660 on the latest judicial tyranny.
00:25:39.560 We're talking with Mike Davis,
00:25:41.080 the former chief counsel
00:25:42.260 for nominations
00:25:42.940 to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:25:45.400 He's also the founder
00:25:46.480 and president
00:25:47.200 of the Article 3 Project.
00:25:49.520 That's A-3-P.
00:25:51.820 The Article 3 Project
00:25:52.980 defends constitutionalist judges
00:25:54.660 and the rule of law.
00:25:56.320 Mike, tell folks
00:25:57.020 where they can go
00:25:57.560 to get more information
00:25:59.220 on your great organization.
00:26:01.860 I appreciate that, Roger.
00:26:03.360 Article3project.org.
00:26:05.620 Article3project.org.
00:26:08.420 It is a very worthy nonprofit.
00:26:12.800 Mike is a fighter
00:26:14.020 for the Constitution,
00:26:15.360 for the America First agenda.
00:26:18.280 Mike, the Justice Department
00:26:19.700 has filed a motion
00:26:20.860 to disqualify U.S. District Judge
00:26:23.740 Beryl Howell
00:26:25.160 from overseeing a lawsuit
00:26:26.720 brought by the hard-left
00:26:28.340 Democrat activist law firm
00:26:30.420 Perkins Coy.
00:26:31.760 Perkins Coy, of course,
00:26:32.920 is the law firm
00:26:34.020 that commissioned
00:26:35.520 the Steele dossier.
00:26:37.200 I'm very familiar
00:26:38.720 with Judge Howell.
00:26:40.300 First of all,
00:26:41.200 remember that she ordered
00:26:42.360 President Trump's own lawyers
00:26:44.140 to testify against him
00:26:46.340 in the so-called
00:26:47.600 documents case,
00:26:49.220 clear violation
00:26:49.880 of the Sixth Amendment
00:26:50.760 of the U.S. Constitution.
00:26:52.280 She also essentially upheld
00:26:55.760 the unconstitutional gag order
00:26:57.500 on me when I went to trial
00:26:59.600 in the Russian collusion hoax
00:27:01.300 frame job in Washington, D.C.
00:27:03.920 Nowhere does it say
00:27:05.780 that if you're charged
00:27:06.660 with a crime,
00:27:07.600 you lose your First Amendment
00:27:09.060 free speech rights.
00:27:10.600 I filed a writ of mandamus
00:27:13.860 and she sat on it
00:27:15.940 for eight months
00:27:16.840 while I was savaged
00:27:18.960 by CNN and the Washington Post
00:27:21.440 and then ruled just before trial
00:27:24.300 that my motion was not yet ripe
00:27:26.500 for a decision
00:27:27.280 because I had not asked
00:27:29.120 Judge Amy Berman Jackson,
00:27:30.680 who placed the unconstitutional
00:27:32.480 gag order on me
00:27:33.500 to remove it.
00:27:35.140 So tell us about
00:27:36.500 your views on this case.
00:27:38.360 What are Judge Howell's
00:27:39.300 conflicts of interest
00:27:40.180 in the Perkins-Coy matter?
00:27:42.700 Well, what the Trump
00:27:43.780 Justice Department
00:27:45.060 raised in its motion
00:27:46.820 to disqualify Judge Beryl Howell
00:27:49.440 is that she is,
00:27:51.380 she's just demonstrated
00:27:52.940 repeated hostility
00:27:55.160 to President Trump
00:27:56.840 and they've documented
00:27:57.800 multiple instances
00:27:59.200 where she's been
00:28:01.800 publicly hostile.
00:28:03.320 For example,
00:28:04.000 she appeared
00:28:04.880 at a women's
00:28:07.260 white-collar
00:28:08.500 defense association
00:28:10.160 gala
00:28:11.020 back in March of 20,
00:28:13.500 or actually,
00:28:14.400 I'm sorry,
00:28:14.720 it had been November of 2023
00:28:16.500 and she delivered
00:28:18.280 a speech there
00:28:19.140 and she talked about
00:28:20.200 essentially
00:28:20.800 how we're at a crossroads
00:28:22.800 as a country
00:28:23.900 and, you know,
00:28:25.200 essentially Trump
00:28:26.620 was a dictator
00:28:27.480 who was going
00:28:27.960 to destroy America
00:28:29.640 is her thesis
00:28:31.680 for her speech
00:28:33.540 back in 2023.
00:28:35.680 Well, obviously,
00:28:37.220 if you think
00:28:37.900 a party before you
00:28:39.100 is a dictator
00:28:40.100 and you've got out there
00:28:41.580 and said that
00:28:42.120 he's a dictator,
00:28:43.720 essentially,
00:28:44.520 you're probably
00:28:45.220 not going to give
00:28:45.980 that party a fair shake
00:28:47.400 before your courts.
00:28:48.820 You know,
00:28:49.220 I had that same experience
00:28:50.320 in D.C.
00:28:50.880 The judge in my case,
00:28:51.860 Amy Berman Jackson,
00:28:52.920 praised the jury
00:28:54.160 when they came back
00:28:55.240 with a guilty verdict
00:28:56.120 and then when we learned
00:28:57.020 that the jury forewoman
00:28:58.120 who had said
00:28:59.400 during jury selection
00:29:00.440 and throughout my trial
00:29:01.440 she was unfamiliar with me,
00:29:03.160 she wasn't familiar
00:29:04.820 with my case,
00:29:06.200 had been attacking me
00:29:07.920 and Donald Trump
00:29:08.720 by name
00:29:09.480 regarding the very case
00:29:11.380 in which she had been selected
00:29:12.580 as a juror.
00:29:14.260 Thanks to the journalist
00:29:15.320 Mike Cernovich,
00:29:16.200 we learned this.
00:29:17.720 The judge insisted
00:29:19.260 that that was not evidence
00:29:20.840 of bias
00:29:21.580 and she refused
00:29:23.060 to give me
00:29:24.400 a new trial.
00:29:25.460 She also said
00:29:26.700 in my sentencing
00:29:29.380 that I had been convicted
00:29:30.960 of covering up
00:29:32.080 for Donald Trump.
00:29:33.040 That was not a charge
00:29:34.020 and there was nothing
00:29:34.720 to cover up.
00:29:36.200 It was only later
00:29:37.080 after I was fully pardoned
00:29:38.800 and BuzzFeed sued
00:29:40.680 the U.S. Justice Department
00:29:42.480 to get the long,
00:29:43.840 redacted,
00:29:44.680 long-hidden final report
00:29:46.340 from Robert Mueller
00:29:47.280 removing all the black marks
00:29:49.320 that covered the sections
00:29:50.400 about me,
00:29:51.480 that Mueller himself
00:29:52.700 admitted that he had found
00:29:54.000 no evidence
00:29:54.560 of Russian collusion,
00:29:56.480 WikiLeaks collaboration
00:29:57.540 or any other crime
00:29:59.040 and that the problem
00:30:01.580 with prosecuting me
00:30:03.300 for any of those things
00:30:04.260 was that there was
00:30:05.060 no factual basis
00:30:06.200 for the charge.
00:30:08.020 Nonetheless,
00:30:08.900 I have experienced
00:30:09.800 the D.C. swap
00:30:11.140 firsthand.
00:30:12.880 Do you think now
00:30:13.920 that the president
00:30:14.620 has a good chance
00:30:15.760 of getting the Supreme Court
00:30:17.020 to step in
00:30:18.300 in all of these
00:30:19.420 federal actions
00:30:20.260 where you have
00:30:21.220 politically motivated judges
00:30:23.040 exceeding their authority
00:30:25.200 and essentially challenging
00:30:29.060 the executive authority
00:30:30.860 given to the president
00:30:31.880 of the United States
00:30:32.520 in the Constitution?
00:30:34.720 Well, I would say this
00:30:35.520 to the Chief Justice
00:30:36.320 of the United States,
00:30:37.220 John Roberts.
00:30:38.240 The legitimacy
00:30:39.340 of the federal judiciary
00:30:40.700 is on the line
00:30:41.700 and when the federal judiciary
00:30:43.300 loses its legitimacy,
00:30:45.300 with the American people,
00:30:46.660 it loses everything.
00:30:48.660 It does not have an army
00:30:49.640 to enforce its orders.
00:30:51.480 It relies on
00:30:52.440 the executive branch
00:30:53.600 and you have
00:30:54.960 President Trump
00:30:56.040 campaigned.
00:30:57.140 He campaigned
00:30:57.880 on the fact
00:30:58.520 that he is going
00:30:59.620 to hire Elon Musk,
00:31:01.240 set up the Department
00:31:02.080 of Government Efficiency
00:31:03.360 or DOGE,
00:31:05.200 root out waste,
00:31:06.080 fraud and abuse,
00:31:07.180 secure our border
00:31:08.180 and deport
00:31:09.320 these illegal immigrants,
00:31:11.160 particularly
00:31:11.740 foreign terrorists,
00:31:13.540 Trendy, Aragua
00:31:14.780 and international gangbangers,
00:31:16.980 MS-13
00:31:17.620 and President Trump
00:31:18.440 is doing the unthinkable.
00:31:19.560 He's actually doing
00:31:20.580 what he promised
00:31:21.760 American voters
00:31:22.540 he would do
00:31:23.060 and he's doing it fast.
00:31:25.020 President Trump
00:31:25.680 is not stealing
00:31:26.780 legislative power
00:31:29.000 from Congress
00:31:29.820 under Article 1.
00:31:30.960 He's not stealing
00:31:32.000 judicial power
00:31:33.540 from the Supreme Court
00:31:34.620 under Article 3.
00:31:35.660 He is exercising
00:31:36.600 core article
00:31:37.420 to executive power
00:31:38.560 and you have
00:31:39.640 these activist judges
00:31:40.860 who are serving
00:31:42.280 as the last line
00:31:43.800 of defense
00:31:44.420 for the Trump resistance
00:31:45.940 because Trump
00:31:46.720 won a broad
00:31:47.800 electoral mandate.
00:31:48.800 312 electoral votes,
00:31:50.240 all seven swing states,
00:31:51.980 the popular votes,
00:31:53.540 he kept the House,
00:31:55.200 he won a comfortable margin
00:31:56.680 in the Senate,
00:31:57.620 the American people
00:31:58.780 gave President Trump
00:32:00.560 and his allies
00:32:01.660 a mandate
00:32:02.180 to do what he promised
00:32:03.300 he would do.
00:32:04.020 These activist judges
00:32:05.020 are not exercising
00:32:07.600 judicial review
00:32:09.080 under Article 3.
00:32:10.080 they are exercising
00:32:11.240 judicial sabotage
00:32:13.660 of the President's
00:32:14.580 Article 2 powers
00:32:15.500 and if the Supreme Court
00:32:16.740 does not stop this,
00:32:18.700 if the Supreme Court
00:32:19.440 does not stop
00:32:20.380 these lawless
00:32:22.500 temporary restraining orders
00:32:24.440 in name only
00:32:25.120 when they're actually
00:32:25.880 legislation
00:32:27.220 from the bench
00:32:28.240 and executive orders
00:32:29.900 from the bench,
00:32:30.600 if the Supreme Court
00:32:31.660 does not get
00:32:33.160 its judicial house
00:32:34.120 in order,
00:32:34.560 if the Chief Justice
00:32:35.340 does not stop
00:32:37.440 these activist judges
00:32:38.620 from sabotaging
00:32:39.700 the presidency,
00:32:41.660 then it's going to be,
00:32:43.060 this is going to end
00:32:43.940 very badly
00:32:44.720 for the judiciary
00:32:46.300 because if the Chief Justice
00:32:48.680 won't get his house
00:32:49.440 in order,
00:32:49.880 Congress will,
00:32:50.620 through impeachment,
00:32:51.980 through appropriations,
00:32:53.420 through oversight,
00:32:54.320 through jurisdiction stripping,
00:32:56.000 this is unacceptable
00:32:57.200 what these activist,
00:32:58.640 radical judges
00:32:59.420 are doing
00:32:59.920 and it's only gotten worse
00:33:01.680 because the Chief Justice
00:33:02.920 and Justice Barrett
00:33:04.560 failed to do their job
00:33:06.280 three weeks ago
00:33:07.640 and stopped Judge Ali
00:33:09.040 from sabotaging
00:33:10.840 the president
00:33:11.420 on foreign aid
00:33:13.560 and that only had boldened
00:33:15.900 and now we have judges
00:33:17.060 trying to sabotage
00:33:18.960 military operations.
00:33:20.240 It's unacceptable.
00:33:20.840 It's extraordinary
00:33:22.780 to watch the left
00:33:24.960 insisting that
00:33:26.080 Elon Musk
00:33:27.040 has no authority,
00:33:28.620 that he can't possibly
00:33:31.340 dig into
00:33:32.160 not millions,
00:33:33.680 not billions,
00:33:34.460 but trillions
00:33:35.120 of dollars of waste,
00:33:36.760 fraud,
00:33:37.160 and corruption
00:33:37.820 when of course
00:33:38.520 his authority
00:33:40.620 flows from
00:33:41.340 the Chief Executive.
00:33:42.260 The Chief Executive
00:33:42.940 has the power
00:33:44.720 to grant him
00:33:45.600 that authority.
00:33:47.140 The same people
00:33:47.860 who say
00:33:48.120 that he wasn't elected
00:33:49.060 well, Dr. Fauci
00:33:50.960 was not elected.
00:33:52.580 The difference is
00:33:53.420 that Elon Musk's
00:33:55.300 public service
00:33:55.900 is probably costing him money
00:33:57.300 whereas Dr. Fauci
00:33:58.880 and his wife,
00:33:59.940 both federal bureaucrats,
00:34:01.440 made millions
00:34:02.200 and millions
00:34:02.800 of dollars
00:34:03.520 on the vaccinations
00:34:04.980 that they were pushing
00:34:06.440 and trying to mandate.
00:34:09.000 Who could be in favor
00:34:10.500 of waste,
00:34:11.740 fraud,
00:34:12.300 and corruption?
00:34:13.380 It is a sure bet
00:34:14.480 that those who are
00:34:15.600 yelling the most
00:34:16.560 have the most
00:34:17.560 to hide.
00:34:19.200 And USAID,
00:34:20.840 which was,
00:34:21.780 I think,
00:34:22.460 nobly caused
00:34:23.280 by President John F. Kennedy
00:34:24.640 as a way
00:34:26.020 to fund
00:34:26.940 Central and South
00:34:28.220 American countries
00:34:28.980 who are fighting
00:34:29.580 communism,
00:34:30.720 has morphed
00:34:31.660 into a slush fund
00:34:33.420 for the radical left.
00:34:36.340 It is essential
00:34:38.380 the Supreme Act.
00:34:39.780 I'm not much
00:34:40.560 of a vote counter.
00:34:41.480 I've been disappointed
00:34:43.220 in Judge Barrett,
00:34:45.140 and I don't know
00:34:46.280 at the end of the day
00:34:47.100 whether this court
00:34:48.280 will stand up
00:34:49.100 and support
00:34:50.120 what the American people
00:34:51.560 overwhelmingly voted for
00:34:53.600 in the last election.
00:34:55.140 I think we have
00:34:56.120 to pray for that.
00:34:57.720 Again,
00:34:58.300 Mike Davis
00:34:58.880 joining us.
00:35:00.160 Mike,
00:35:00.340 tell us one more time
00:35:01.140 where people can go
00:35:01.900 to the Article 3 project
00:35:03.860 that you so ably run.
00:35:06.360 I appreciate that,
00:35:07.560 Roger.
00:35:07.860 It's
00:35:07.960 article3project.org,
00:35:10.380 article3project.org.
00:35:12.220 You can follow us
00:35:13.040 on social media,
00:35:14.440 donate,
00:35:15.060 and the most important
00:35:15.940 thing your listeners
00:35:16.560 can do is take action.
00:35:18.280 All right.
00:35:18.640 Many thanks to our guest,
00:35:20.000 Mike Davis,
00:35:20.700 and for all of our listeners
00:35:22.200 here in the zone.
00:35:23.600 Until we meet again,
00:35:24.900 God bless you,
00:35:25.660 and Godspeed.
00:35:26.780 Godspeed.
