00:00:46.880 now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone

00:00:52.920 Welcome to the Stone Zone.

00:00:58.660 You know, back in the 1960s, there's a very famous Esquire magazine article entitled Frank Sinatra had a little cold.

00:01:08.960 Because the chairman of the board gave an interview to Esquire, he was nursing a cold at his Palm Springs estate.

00:01:17.080 Well, tonight, Roger Stone has a little cold, but as they say, the show must go on.

00:01:22.540 So if you hear me stifle a cough, bear with me.

00:01:26.000 There's just too much news to review, and you're in the right place, the stone zone.

00:01:32.020 Now, with the clock ticking, the United States is engaged in a high-stakes negotiation with Iran over a possible 45-day ceasefire plan.

00:01:40.820 But prospects for a deal, while they seem very uncertain,

00:01:44.940 sources close to the talk say that this could be the last opportunity to avoid a major military

00:01:51.500 escalation as President Donald Trump's patience very clearly begins to run out. After extending

00:01:57.140 his original deadline, the president warned that failure to reach an agreement would trigger

00:02:01.700 devastating consequences for Iran's regime. Behind the scenes, of course, U.S. and Israeli 0.96

00:02:07.660 forces are reportedly prepared to strike key Iranian energy infrastructure if the diplomacy

00:02:13.480 collapses. Strength at the negotiating table, backed by a credible military force, is the only

00:02:18.820 way that the Iranian extremist regime, which is now literally hanging by a thread, will listen.

00:02:25.980 For years, of course, Iran has exploited weakness from the United States, funding terror, 0.99

00:02:31.060 threatening global shipping lands, and advancing its nuclear ambitions while signing sham deals

00:02:36.440 with Barack Obama who shipped them off the books

00:02:40.340 over $100 million on pallets of cash

00:02:43.780 used to pay off Iranian politicians to do a deal

00:02:49.220 in which, of course, the truth is Iran moved forward 0.57

00:02:52.240 with their nuclear weapons development program

00:02:54.820 while happily taking our cash and contending otherwise.

00:02:58.840 Now the Trump administration is demanding real concessions.

00:03:01.660 Mediators from Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey

00:03:04.420 are scrambling to broker some kind of phased-in deal,

00:03:08.680 making the point to the Iranians that President Trump means business.

00:03:12.500 The first step would emanate from these talks would include a temporary ceasefire,

00:03:16.640 while longer-term issues like, well, reopening the Strait of Hormuz

00:03:20.520 and dismantling Iran's enriched uranium stockpile are addressed.

00:03:25.200 But as of right now, Iranian officials are refusing meaningful concessions,

00:03:29.340 telling once again that the regime prioritizes its leverage over peace.

00:03:33.620 The next 48 hours, of course, will be critical.

00:03:36.460 Either Iran comes to the table in good faith or we will see the true wrath of Donald Trump and it won't be pretty.

00:03:42.960 Meanwhile, however, my old friend Laura Loomer, she seems to be egging this on.

00:03:49.160 She can't wait to see what parts of Iran Trump destroys tomorrow.

00:03:54.380 She's somehow become a rabid neocon. 1.00

00:03:57.300 And I think she's just upset because last week she predicted in a social media post that Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, that's the woman who declassified the documents that proved definitively that there was a seditious conspiracy known as the Russian collusion hoax that morphed into the two fake impeachments against Donald Trump.

00:04:23.980 the theft of the 2020 election, the January 6th Fed-surrection, followed by the raid on Mar-a-Lago,

00:04:36.980 and that it's odd that the current CIA director, John Radcliffe, had this classified information in Trump's first term,

00:04:45.840 could have declassified it, which I think would have changed the result of the 2020 election,

00:04:51.840 but for some odd reason did not do so. Tulsi Gabbard has done that. Tulsi Gabbard also a

00:04:58.660 decorated war veteran serving the country in the war in Iraq. But Laura Loomer predicted that Tulsi

00:05:08.360 Gabbard would either resign or be fired. I spoke to both the president and Gabbard that very day

00:05:15.000 finding out that neither one was true. Tulsi Gabbard did not do what Joe Kent did. Joe Kent

00:05:20.940 said in his confirmation hearings, he was like the number two, the head of the number two person at

00:05:27.280 the Department of Intelligence. He said at the time of his confirmation that he believed that

00:05:32.900 the Iranians were very close to the development of a nuclear bomb, only to resign after the

00:05:41.320 president made a difficult decision to mount the attack on the Iranians after we determined they

00:05:46.680 had at least enough enriched uranium to build seven bombs. But Tulsi Gabbard did not do that.

00:05:54.260 Tulsi Gabbard said in her Senate testimony that she gave the best intelligence she had to the

00:06:01.220 president. Her advice to the president, of course, would be covered under executive privilege. But

00:06:06.040 she said, quite correctly, that once the president of the United States makes a decision, it is the

00:06:11.220 job of everyone in his administration to support that decision. So we don't know what Tulsi Gabbard's

00:06:17.940 advice to the president was. We also don't know what Vice President J.D. Vance's advice was. There's

00:06:22.280 been speculation that he was not as hardline, but we don't know all of that. At this point,

00:06:29.820 Laura Loomer kind of reminds me of Slim Pickens, you know, riding the nose of a nuclear warhead 1.00

00:06:36.420 at the end of Dr. Strangelove.

00:06:39.680 And it is sad, but she's tried all kinds of deflection

00:06:44.820 when I called her out and said that the reports

00:06:47.440 that Gabbard was going to resign or be fired

00:06:50.380 were categorically false.

00:06:52.760 She wants to make this somehow about Charlie Kirk,

00:06:55.580 who I loved, or Candace Owens, who I don't know,

00:06:59.080 or Joe Kent, who I've publicly denounced for his behavior,

00:07:03.820 which I find unacceptable.

00:07:06.420 It is important to have diversity of opinion in a presidential administration.

00:07:11.420 Daniel Patrick Moynihan, the respected Democrat senator from New York State,

00:07:16.940 actually worked in the Nixon White House as a domestic policy advisor,

00:07:21.680 particularly on urban policy and also on welfare reform.

00:07:26.120 And he clashed with both George Shultz, who was then the Secretary of Commerce,

00:07:32.860 would later be Secretary of State under Ronald Reagan and Nixon's Attorney General John Mitchell

00:07:38.860 over civil rights issues. But once Nixon made a decision to move ahead and desegregate the public

00:07:44.280 schools, because when Nixon became president, almost 87% of the schools in the country were

00:07:50.000 still segregated. So it wasn't John F. Kennedy or Lyndon Johnson who desegregated the public

00:07:56.240 schools in America. It was Richard Nixon. Richard Nixon also gave us affirmative action,

00:08:02.480 which many of my conservative friends opposed. Richard Nixon, who tripled the funding for

00:08:10.780 civil rights enforcement. Richard Nixon, who had worked with Dr. Martin Luther King to pass

00:08:18.460 the first piece of civil rights legislation, the 1958 Civil Rights Bill, over the ejection of

00:08:24.440 Lyndon Johnson. How about that? So I think that diversity within your administration is a very

00:08:31.600 important point, and it is of great value. Obviously, Pam Bondi, on the other hand,

00:08:39.900 did get fired, and I'm kind of quizzical as how the president became hypnotized into believing

00:08:47.100 that it was Pam Bondi's fault that nobody had been prosecuted for the Russian collusion

00:08:52.540 conspiracy, when in fact it is very clearly Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, a man who's now

00:08:58.900 acting Attorney General, who shut down the Justice Department's Office of Weaponization under Eagle

00:09:05.280 Ed Martin. It is Todd Blanche who undermined the prosecution of New York Attorney General Letitia

00:09:12.760 James for mortgage fraud, who undermined the prosecution of Adam Schiff for mortgage fraud,

00:09:21.100 who undermined the prosecution of James Comey for lying under oath to Congress,

00:09:26.920 a crime I'm familiar because I was falsely charged with it,

00:09:30.600 when he said that he had never shared classified information with a third party

00:09:35.460 and urged them to give it to the media,

00:09:37.640 when we have an email of him giving it to an associate of his, Dan Richman,

00:09:43.240 and doing exactly that.

00:09:46.000 Todd Blanche also is the individual who ordered the Missouri U.S. attorney who was given authority over the fruits of the Fulton County Board of Elections raid and also the documents taken from Maricopa, Arizona.

00:10:06.760 It's Todd Blanche who has derailed all of those investigations.

00:10:11.420 If it's anyone responsible for ordering the U.S. attorney in the Southern District of Florida who got the authority to prosecute the Russian collusion hoax because the seditious conspiracy ends at Mar-a-Lago, you see, and that's within the Southern District, it would be Blanche.

00:10:29.340 So now Trump has fired Pam Bondi, and the search for a new attorney general goes on.

00:10:36.220 Let's talk about who's not in the running, Judge Jeanine Pirro, who I think would be great, but she's too valuable where she is as the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. 0.99

00:10:45.520 Lena Habba, former U.S. temporary U.S. attorney in New Jersey, also a good woman, but not in the running.

00:10:52.180 Ed Martin himself, I'm afraid that won't happen.

00:10:55.720 Of course, the really good news is that Trey Gowdy, who was Lindsey Graham's candidate for attorney, he will also not be attorney general.

00:11:03.420 Well, there's some speculation about former New York congressman and EPA director Lee Zeldin,

00:11:08.460 who I think is a fine man and a great administrator.

00:11:11.600 I hope that there's some truth to that, but somehow I doubt it.

00:11:16.420 Here's the key thing to remember.

00:11:18.060 It doesn't take 51 votes in the U.S. Senate to be confirmed as attorney general.

00:11:22.260 It takes 60 because the Democrats will filibuster that nomination so that Donald Trump does not get a new attorney general.

00:11:29.440 Now, if they don't filibuster the nomination of Todd Blanche himself, well, then you'll know the fix is in.

00:11:37.120 You see, if the Democrats don't oppose his nomination, it means they understand that Todd Blanche will never prosecute them.

00:11:44.140 And that in itself tells you a great deal.

00:11:48.160 In any event, it is important, I think, that we recognize that this is not about revenge and retaliation.

00:11:56.560 This is about the rule of law

00:12:00.940 It is about accountability and justice

00:12:04.080 As one who had their life turned upside down

00:12:06.360 And was later exonerated

00:12:08.240 When Robert Mueller's entire report

00:12:10.160 Was forced into public view by a federal judge

00:12:12.900 And we learned that the judge

00:12:14.700 Withheld exculpatory evidence on page 168

00:12:17.620 See, the judge wouldn't give it to my lawyers at trial

00:12:20.580 She said that she would read it in her chambers

00:12:22.580 And give us the sections relevant to me

00:12:25.380 somehow she missed page 168, which said there was no evidence of my involvement with Russian

00:12:30.300 collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any other crime. See, they charged me to pressure me into

00:12:37.140 testifying falsely against Donald Trump, something else I refused to do. It is, as I say, therefore

00:12:45.360 about accountability and justice. Now, Laura Loomer knows that I oppose radical Islam as much 0.98

00:12:51.160 she does, but when she attacks Tulsi Gabbard, she attacks a true American patriot who has

00:12:56.440 served her country with distinction, and I think she exposes herself as having gone over to the 0.91

00:13:03.240 neocon side of the house. I'm just not that bloodthirsty. I'm Roger Stone. You're listening 1.00

00:13:21.260 found out. It's shocking about how U.S. taxpayer dollars were rooted to Ukraine and then back into

00:15:28.840 networks, I gave out my Aunt Marie's recipe for traditional Eastern pie called pizza gain.

00:15:40.320 Pizza gain is made with eggs, cheese, salami, cabagoule. You can throw a little ham in there.

00:15:47.980 It's kind of like quiche, but it's not like quiche. I saw some people and I said, hey, this is quiche.

00:15:53.360 I said, first, we ain't French, and I've never seen salami in quiche, but I promised to put the recipe online after the show, and I just realized I didn't do it.

00:16:04.080 So you can go find me on X at Roger J. Stone Jr., and you can get the full recipe for this Easter treat.

00:16:13.320 It is something that's a great tradition in our family household.

00:16:17.280 A dramatic rescue mission over hostile territories, drawing attention not only for its military precision, but also for a powerful expression of faith under fire.

00:16:27.520 According to reports, a U.S. Air Force weapons system officer shot down over Iran after his F-15 was struck on Good Friday radioed a simple message after rejecting God is good.

00:16:39.480 President Donald Trump highlighted the moment, noting the officer's faith and calling the message a testament to his character.

00:16:45.760 The aircraft was reportedly hit by a shoulder-fired missile, forcing both crew members to eject.

00:16:53.400 While the pilot was recovered quickly, the second officer, wounded and alone, survived for more than 24 hours in mountainous terrain

00:17:00.840 as hostile forces and even civilians searched for him with reported incentives being offered for his capture.

00:17:07.800 Roughly 200 U.S. Special Operations Troops launched a very high-risk Easter morning mission to bring him home safely.

00:17:14.560 Defense officials later confirmed the officer's survival and noted that those who knew him were not surprised by his public expression of faith in God.

00:17:22.860 Secretary of War Pete Hegseth echoed the sentiment after the rescue, simply saying God is good.

00:17:29.600 The story highlights both the bravery of our U.S. service members and the enduring role of faith in moments of crisis.

00:17:36.320 I've experienced this myself.

00:17:38.120 I'm only with you today because when they tried to lynch and frame me in the Russian collusion hoax

00:17:43.880 and send me to a dank Georgia prison for three to five years, prosecutors asked for seven to nine,

00:17:51.260 I turned my fate over to God.

00:17:53.480 I reverted to the church.

00:17:57.760 I was redeemed in the blood of the cross, and God answered my prayers.

00:18:02.300 Then when my wife, who went through this horrific two-year trial with me, was diagnosed with aggressive stage four cancer, once again we put our faith in the Lord, and I'm happy to say she is now five years cancer-free.

00:18:19.140 All praise be to God.

00:18:21.280 So this kind of faith does not surprise me. This story highlights the bravery of our military, but also highlights the dangers that our troops face abroad and the strength, conviction and resilience that define those who serve.

00:18:36.960 In an increasingly, I guess you'd call it uncertain world, this rescue stands as a reminder of American resolve and the values that continue to guide us as we fight against Islamic extremism. 0.98

00:18:49.040 When we come back, Tulsi Gabbard has done it again.

00:18:53.720 U.S. intelligence accepted communications in which Ukrainian officials discussed a 2022 plot to divert approximately $200 million in American taxpayers' dollars through these phony clean energy projects to Joe Biden's re-election campaign.

00:19:10.220 This is the Tulsi Gabbard that Laura Loomer thinks should be fired. 1.00

00:19:14.340 We'll tell you all about it when we come back in the Stone Zone, so don't go away.

00:19:53.700 This is the Stone Zone.

00:20:07.840 Now, get him a zone.

00:20:09.760 It's the Stone Zone.

00:20:11.300 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.

00:20:18.840 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.

00:20:21.300 Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?

00:20:23.600 Here's Roger Stone.

00:20:26.640 And we're back in the Stone Zone.

00:20:29.600 So, as I said, U.S. intelligence has intercepted communications in which Ukrainian officials actually discussed a 2022 plot to divert approximately $200 million in American taxpayers' dollars from phony clean energy projects to Joe Biden's 2024 re-election campaign and to the Democrat National Committee.

00:20:52.940 The Director of National Intelligence, Tosi Gabbard, has directed USAID to review contracts, payments, and internal records to determine whether this alleged scheme involved unspecified U.S. government personnel through USAID in Kyiv.

00:21:09.200 Find out whether it was actually ever carried out.

00:21:12.440 Gabbard has ordered a review to determine whether this corrupt plan was carried out and if a referral to the DOJ is warranted.

00:21:18.600 See, in 2022, during the Biden administration, U.S. intelligence officials captured communications in which Ukrainian officials and unspecified U.S. personnel via U.S. IDA in Kiev discussed this scheme to divert hundreds of millions of dollars in America's taxpayer dollars, originally allocated for Ukraine's clean energy and infrastructure projects, through a phony infrastructure project.

00:21:41.720 The plan called for routing approximately 90% of the funds via two American subcontractors in a manner designed to obscure the money trail and direct it to Sleepy Joe's 2024 re-election campaign and the DNC.

00:21:55.620 This, of course, was prior to Barack Obama deciding that Joe was not running for re-election and forcing him out of the race against his will.

00:22:04.580 And then the party of no kings designated a queen for whom nobody voted, Kamala Harris, no Democrat primary voter, no Democrat caucus voter, no Democrat delegate.

00:22:15.640 She was just foisted on them, perhaps the worst candidate for president since, oh, I don't know, George McGovern.

00:22:22.420 In any event, despite the seriousness of these intercepts, the Biden administration took no action.

00:22:28.640 They revealed messages exposed yet another familiar pattern of corruption.

00:22:32.700 Ukrainian officials, working again with unspecified U.S. personnel,

00:22:36.700 planned to fund a fake infrastructure project that would later be canceled as unnecessary,

00:22:41.700 turning into a massive money-larnering operation against the American taxpayers.

00:22:46.760 The report noted that participants believed the funds would be difficult or virtually impossible

00:22:51.600 to recover once they were allocated.

00:22:54.640 Now, on the Ukrainian side,

00:22:56.020 President Volodymyr Zelensky's administration

00:22:58.020 has been repeatedly plagued by scandals

00:23:00.000 involving senior officials and energy sector corruption.

00:23:03.460 Just months ago, Andrei Yermak,

00:23:07.640 Zelensky's closest political ally

00:23:09.360 and former head of the presidential office,

00:23:11.200 resigned after an anti-corruption agency

00:23:13.860 raided his home as part of a major

00:23:16.140 $100 million energy sector corruption scandal.

00:23:20.060 The investigation also implicated Tomor Mindich, a longtime Zelensky business partner from his Kvartal 95 days, fled to Israel to evade accountability.

00:23:32.300 Corruption at the highest levels of Zelensky's government remained an ongoing problem.

00:23:37.180 Ukraine's longstanding reputation of one of Europe's most corrupt nations has only worsened with billions of dollars of aid, providing ample further opportunity for self-dealing.

00:23:48.180 USA to Ukraine has totaled well over $175 billion since the war began, much of it in the form of direct budget support and infrastructure funding.

00:23:59.520 Now, the Biden administration would have you believe that the Russians attacked Ukraine when, in fact, when East and West Germany were united and the Russians agreed to that, we signed an agreement in which we agreed not to push Ukraine into NATO.

00:24:17.720 That is to say, not to mount NATO missiles paid for with our tax dollars on the ground in Ukraine, pointed at Russia.

00:24:27.180 We signed the Budapest Memorandum signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker on behalf of President George H.W. Bush.

00:24:35.700 We later reaffirmed that in the so-called Minsk Accords.

00:24:40.080 So from the beginning, Vladimir Putin, who I am no fan of, made it very clear that was a line in the sand.

00:24:47.260 This is very much like the Russians mounting missiles in Cuba 90 miles from our shore in 1963, something that President John F. Kennedy opposed.

00:25:00.120 Now, we're told in one of the great falsehoods of history that brave Jack and Bobby Kennedy faced down the Russians and Nikita Khrushchev blinked and removed the missiles, when in fact that's not true.

00:25:13.580 Declassified documents decades later prove that the Kennedys made a secret deal with the Russians to remove our NATO missiles from Italy and Turkey, changing the balance of power in Europe in return for a pledge from Khrushchev to remove the Cuban missiles.

00:25:33.300 Our ambassador, our last ambassador to Cuba, Earl E.T. Smith, a great friend of Vice President and President Richard Nixon's, believed that the missiles were never actually removed.

00:25:45.980 And indeed, the Cuban Missile Crisis Agreement contained no online inspection to determine whether those missiles were indeed there.

00:25:58.420 So it is Joe Biden who started this war in violation of our treaties, proving once again that we don't live up to our obligations.

00:26:08.500 In this case, these exposed messages uncovered by Gabbard show that the scandal threatens American taxpayers and their trust in U.S.-Ukrainian relations.

00:26:19.600 with peace negotiations underway under President Trump,

00:26:22.700 Zelensky's team faces uncomfortable questions

00:26:25.040 about ongoing, seemingly never-ending corruption.

00:26:29.160 American voters are already weary of this.

00:26:31.300 Endless blank checks to Kiev deserve, I think, full transparency.

00:26:35.440 Ultimately, Joe Biden's longstanding Ukrainian entanglements

00:26:38.280 and Zelensky's persistent failure to combat corruption

00:26:41.420 have shattered American trust in all foreign aid.

00:26:44.580 The exposure by Gabbard of this scandal is yet another example.

00:26:51.720 The American people have a right to know the truth, and we need to know who to hold responsible.

00:26:56.020 My good friend Congressman Tim Burchett has said that he has seen documentation that much of the money that was sent to Ukraine was funneled back into offshore bank accounts of certain American politicians of both parties,

00:27:12.120 a fact of which I have no doubt.

00:27:14.580 Meanwhile, last week, a federal judge issued a ruling

00:27:18.380 actually blocking further construction work on President Trump's

00:27:22.100 privately funded $400 million ballroom at the White House,

00:27:25.680 claiming that congressional authorization would be needed to complete the project.

00:27:30.020 Judge Richard Leon, an appointee to the bench by George W. Bush,

00:27:34.780 who has establishment bona fides going back to the 1970s,

00:27:38.340 It ruled baselessly that the executive branch does not have the authority to proceed with a structural upgrade on federal property without approval from Congress.

00:27:47.320 There's a separation of powers issue here.

00:27:49.960 Jeff Clark, a former high-level Department of Justice official, joined us yesterday here on the Red Apple Network to talk about it.

00:27:57.100 President Trump took to truth.

00:27:59.100 Social expressed his dismay with Judge Leon's decisions.

00:28:03.540 In the ballroom case, the judge said he would have to get congressional approval.

00:28:06.620 He is wrong.

00:28:07.680 Congressional approval is never given on anything in these circumstances, big or small.

00:28:12.480 Dwight Eisenhower, Barack Obama, Richard Nixon all changed the complex around the old executive office building and the White House.

00:28:24.380 But what has really come to the fore is the fact that not only were we building a ballroom, a necessary facility,

00:28:31.620 But there were all kinds of security apparatuses within this same structure, all of which, of course, is classified.

00:28:43.980 Under Theodore Roosevelt, the West Wing was constructed as separate office workspaces from the family residence.

00:28:50.680 That was a major structural addition, which Roosevelt framed as a functional improvement to an already overcrowded building.

00:28:56.820 Ultimately, TR's addition was proven to be non-controversial over time as the West Wing is now perhaps the most noteworthy and famous part of the White House.

00:29:05.580 Then Franklin D. Roosevelt, later expanded the West Wing further, added the modern Oval Office, which became an integral part of America.

00:29:13.220 Again, no congressional approval for that.

00:29:15.580 During World War II, FDR also caught construction of the East Wing, partly justified for security and operational needs, as Trump's expansion is.

00:29:25.620 These projects were generally accepted as necessary alterations tied to presidential duties, very similar to what President Trump's proposal is in the current time.

00:29:34.040 Then, of course, Harry Truman had the most dramatic transformation of the White House from 1948 to 1952.

00:29:41.780 The interior of the executive mansion was completely gutted and rebuilt, leaving only exterior walls intact.

00:29:47.280 The project was justified under maintenance and safety concerns as the building had become structurally unsound.

00:29:53.760 Perhaps the critics would have been more happy if the building collapsed

00:29:56.440 while Truman waited for piddling members of Congress to get around to approving their innovations.

00:30:02.040 Subsequent presidents in the modern era have continued to make changes over the same legal authority.

00:30:06.300 Ronald Reagan oversaw updates to wiring, security systems, and structural elements.

00:30:10.940 No approval by Congress.

00:30:12.080 Bill Clinton and George W. Bush implemented technological upgrades and security expansions after evolving threats.

00:30:18.300 Barack Obama improved modernization, including energy efficiency upgrades and interior renovations.

00:30:24.740 Of course, Richard Nixon very famously installed a bowling alley in the White House complex,

00:30:30.360 and Barack Obama refurbished that bowling alley.

00:30:33.380 So, you see, you only have to get approval if you're Donald Trump.

00:30:38.300 The judge is wrong, and he will be overruled.

00:30:40.860 President Trump took aim in particular at the National Trust for Historic Preservation,

00:30:44.920 a group of infiltrated leftists that have developed Trump derangement syndrome

00:30:49.700 and devised these petty rationales to undermine President Trump's achievements largely out of spite.

00:30:56.080 The president said that the National Trust for Historic Prevention sues me for a ballroom

00:31:00.720 that is under budget, ahead of schedule, being built at no cost to U.S. taxpayers

00:31:04.620 and will be the finest building of its kind anywhere in the world.

00:31:08.100 Then I get sued by them over the renovation of the dilapidated and structurally unsound former Kennedy Center.

00:31:14.920 Yet the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a radical left group of lunatics whose funding was stopped by Congress in 2005, is not suing the Federal Reserve for their building, which has been decimated and destroyed inside now by the incompetent and possibly correct Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.

00:31:36.360 Powell has a $2.6 billion budget to rebuild the palatial headquarters for the Federal Reserve.

00:31:45.600 Now, Powell, the chairman of the Fed, testified before the U.S. Senate, and he specifically said that the renovation included no private elevators for the board governors.

00:31:57.040 That turns out to be a lie.

00:31:58.560 No private dining room for the board governors.

00:32:00.920 That turned out to be a lie.

00:32:02.040 No palatial roof garden for the board governors only.

00:32:07.820 Yet another lie.

00:32:09.280 Strangely, Jerome Too Late Powell, a man who refuses to cut interest rates on the working families of America,

00:32:16.000 even though the two indicators he's supposed to use to make that judgment,

00:32:19.560 the inflation rate and the unemployment rate, would signify that the times are right for a deep cut in the rules.

00:32:27.880 Strangely enough, Powell lied to Congress under oath,

00:32:31.040 but he's not been prosecuted. Funny how that works. Following this recent ruling by the

00:32:37.540 out-of-control Judge Leon, the Trump administration indicated it would, of course,

00:32:41.540 appeal the decision. They certainly should, as law firm meant to limit the majesty of President

00:32:46.320 Trump's proposed ballroom, a brilliant attempt to destroy his legacy. President Trump's past

00:32:51.180 as a developer deserves to be woven into the very fabric of our nation. He's a builder,

00:32:56.620 an improvement to the White House that will allow thousands of people to further enjoy

00:33:00.480 the White House as the People's House provides value throughout the time immemorial.

00:33:05.040 Bureaucrats and left-wing activist judges must not be allowed to stand in the way of

00:33:10.020 true progress.

00:33:11.660 When we come back, I want to talk about the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

00:33:15.500 This is the raid that the FBI doesn't want you to know about.

00:33:19.600 Turns out that documents recently turned up demonstrate that the FBI repeatedly warned

00:33:27.320 the Biden Department of Justice that there was no probable cause for the FBI agents to raid the

00:33:34.900 home of a former president and root through First Lady Melania Trump's underwear draw the same way

00:33:41.400 they rooted through my wife's underwear draw when they raided my home at six o'clock in the morning.

00:33:47.380 This is a disgrace, but it puts the jeopardy of those behind this crime squirrelly on the line

00:33:55.420 because the judges in South Florida are not like the judges in the District of Columbia.

00:34:00.480 See, they actually follow the Constitution and the law.

00:34:04.020 When we come back, we're going to talk about that raid on Mar-a-Lago

00:34:06.680 and what they did and did not know.

00:34:08.580 But here's the most disappointing thing about the raid.

00:34:11.880 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was told in advance

00:34:14.820 that Mar-a-Lago would be raided by the FBI.

00:34:18.760 Did he give President Donald Trump a heads up?

00:34:21.480 No, he did not.

00:34:23.100 Now he wants to be in the Trump cabinet.

00:34:26.160 Good luck with that. 0.93

00:34:27.620 Ron DeSantis, a backstabber, a betrayer, a man who owes his governorship and his rise to the Florida governorship to Donald Trump, 0.91

00:34:36.740 plunged a knife directly in his back, hoping that Trump would go to prison and he would somehow emerge as the Republican nominee.

00:34:45.820 So for those who think that Ron DeSantis may be your next Attorney General or your next Secretary of War, I say yes again.

00:34:54.460 All right, you're listening to The Stone Zone. I'm Roger Stone. Don't go away, because we'll be right back with more hot politics.

00:35:01.500 This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.

00:35:05.060 And he's a great, great person, Roger Stone.

00:35:44.940 This is the Stone Zone.

00:36:00.860 Now, get him a zone.

00:36:02.780 It's the Stone Zone.

00:36:04.780 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.

00:36:11.700 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.

00:36:14.220 And we're back in the Stone Zone, the hottest show on radio.

00:36:24.940 You know, there are moments in the life of a republic when the veil slips,

00:36:28.020 when the carefully curated facade of institutional integrity gives way to something far more unsettling.

00:36:34.760 The Biden administration's FBI raid on Donald Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago was not merely a law enforcement action.

00:36:42.180 It was a rupture.

00:36:42.940 Now, Judicial Watch has uncovered newly discovered internal documents that reveal that even within the FBI itself, there were grave doubts about the legal foundation for this extraordinary intrusion. Doubts that were brushed aside by Biden's Department of Justice determined to proceed with that raid.

00:37:01.480 At the heart of the matter lies their Operation Plasmic Echo.

00:37:05.700 I don't know who makes up these names, but that one's not very good.

00:37:08.220 The code name for the FBI's secret investigation into Trump's handling of presidential records.

00:37:14.220 Now, according to the Presidential Records Act, a current or former president has full authority to maintain and declassify any document that he pleases.

00:37:25.540 But according to the internal communications, the FBI's Washington field office explicitly stated it did not believe that probable cause existed to justify a search warrant for Mar-a-Lago.

00:37:37.180 So let that sink in for a moment.

00:37:39.340 The agents on the ground, the professionals entrusted with the solemn responsibility for safeguarding constitutional rights, concluded that the legal threshold had not yet been met.

00:37:49.040 Yet the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland pressed for regardless, combing in an unprecedented raid in the home of a former president.

00:37:58.220 We now know that they staged photographs to make it appear that Trump had maintained classified documents.

00:38:06.080 Why were they so desperate to get these documents?

00:38:08.280 I'll tell you what I think.

00:38:09.380 I think it's because these are the documents that were declassified by Tulsi Gabbard.

00:38:14.760 These are the documents that show that Obama, Biden, Comey, Clapper, Rice, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Rod Rosenstein, these people engaged in a seditious conspiracy.

00:38:29.960 So one is compelled to ask, since when does the absence of probable cause become a mere inconvenience?

00:38:37.920 An August 4th, 2022 email provides a chilling clue to that question.

00:38:42.180 A senior FBI official expressed concerns over DOJ's handling of pre-search communications, quoting a DOJ official who said, frankly, they didn't give a damn about optics.

00:38:53.880 Such a cavalier disregard for the perception of justice is not merely unseemly.

00:38:59.240 I think it is corrosive.

00:39:01.140 Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.

00:39:04.680 When those we entrust with this execution dismiss optics entirely, they invite the very suspicion that now engulfs this case.

00:39:13.000 The origins of the investigation are equally revealing.

00:39:16.000 Plasmic Echo was opened as a sensitive investigation matter following coordination between FBI headquarters, the deputy director, the Office of General Counsel, and the Department of Justice.

00:39:27.180 That's a sensitive investigation matter, or SIM.

00:39:31.480 That's what allowed them to hide these documents.

00:39:33.860 Yet what catalyzed this extraordinary mobilization of federal power?

00:39:38.660 Not solely internal deliberations, but external agitation.

00:39:42.820 In the file is a letter from an activist organization called Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

00:39:48.820 By the way, they always give these organizations names that indicate the exact opposite of what they are doing.

00:39:55.380 In this particular case, this operation ran by Norm Eisen, the epic criminal who staged the entire Russian collusion hoax, as well as the Ark Disfrost extra-constitutional effort to destroy Donald Trump, filed a complaint with the FBI, which was immediately acted on upon days.

00:40:14.300 The implication is pretty unmistakable.

00:40:16.080 So these left-leaning advocacy groups were not merely spectators, but they were actually participants in the genesis of a federal investigation targeting a former investigation.

00:40:27.280 The question here remains the same.

00:40:30.040 Will anybody be held accountable for these egregious violations of both the law and the Constitution?

00:40:35.540 For those who think that acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is the answer, in fact, he has been the man preventing anybody from being brought to justice under the law.

00:40:47.140 And I think his appointment to the Attorney General's office would be tragic.

00:40:51.420 If the Democrats indicate they're willing to pass it, that tells you that the fix is in.

00:40:56.080 Thanks for listening to Stone Zone. Talk to you tomorrow.
