00:01:06.460 Welcome to Friday night.
00:01:08.560 My name is Ken Matthews.
00:01:09.740 I'm thrilled to be back in for Mr. Stone in the Stone Zone
00:01:14.180 because there was so much stuff going on today.
00:01:16.760 All that Supreme Court stuff.
00:01:18.300 You know, normally, the SCOTUS decisions are so stretched out or they're so fragmented
00:01:24.140 and you don't really get a sense of any progress or there's confusion or sometimes there's a meeting
00:01:32.640 and then they have a decision and then there's arguments.
00:01:35.820 But we actually had some decisions wrap up today.
00:01:39.000 Some biggies.
00:01:39.860 We had the birthright citizenship decision, which was very, it's very, very complicated.
00:01:46.120 I don't think it should be, but then I'm not an attorney.
00:01:49.500 I just think that if you are an American citizen and you birth a child or participate in that birth,
00:01:58.840 then your child should be an American citizen.
00:02:02.680 That's it.
00:02:03.500 See, it would be like three lines with me.
00:02:06.460 It wouldn't be like what it is.
00:02:07.880 Go look it up.
00:02:08.560 Go look up all the statutes on it.
00:02:11.300 It's crazy.
00:02:12.020 This whole concept, the whole concept of, and the decision wasn't actually about the birthright.
00:02:20.800 It was about putting injunctions against these people trying to argue with the Constitution.
00:02:29.460 And, of course, now we have this power struggle between, or so we think, between the executive and the judicial branch and the legislative branch.
00:02:41.640 But let me get back to my birthright theory, and you can weigh in on it if you'd like.
00:02:46.340 800-848-9222.
00:02:49.720 That's the number for the Stone Zone.
00:02:52.020 So no matter where you are today, if you're in New York, Phoenix, Asheville, Texarkana, we've got something for you.
00:03:01.100 We've got some fascinating statistics that you won't even believe about your own town.
00:03:05.820 And in addition to that, we're just going to kind of touch on some of the decisions that I thought there were some good decisions today,
00:03:13.100 and I have one that I'm a little concerned about.
00:03:15.480 And maybe we can walk through it, because I'm a big free speech guy.
00:03:19.000 But you know that Texas will now be allowed to use ID for 18-year-olds with porn.
00:03:28.260 I don't know if that came out right, but it's the child ID process now, that you have to have proof of identification if you're on a website, and it's an adult website.
00:03:40.100 I think that's a good thing, but everybody says, well, it's going to lead to more censorship or more surveillance or digital tracking.
00:03:50.560 And to that, I say, too late.
00:03:53.040 Too late.
00:03:53.700 You've already given your DNA to the DNA people, and what is it called?
00:04:00.040 Ancestry, whatever.
00:04:01.520 And then you're doing that, and then you're using your eye scan and your fingerprint and your voice.
00:04:07.400 And look at all the people that got a COVID.
00:04:09.980 You got that COVID test?
00:04:12.240 It's amazing, because, you know, mom's in the supermarket.
00:04:15.220 She's making sure that the yogurt she gets has the right ratio of oranges and different vitamins and supplements.
00:04:23.700 And then she drives from the supermarket, stops at the back of Kmart or Walmart, and if someone's in a, you know, if they look like a doctor, they can put a swab in her nose.
00:04:37.400 So we've given up a lot of our privacy already.
00:04:40.180 The question is about the ruling that does not prevent a state from forcing children to produce ID if they're on an adult website.
00:04:53.700 The reason that's, I go back and forth on that.
00:04:56.220 Now, both of my kids are in their 20s now, so I have no clue what they're doing at this very moment.
00:05:02.040 I mean, it's, I have no clue where they are right now, actually.
00:05:04.820 But they are adults.
00:05:05.700 They are adults.
00:05:06.280 But think about this.
00:05:07.200 Think about all the parents that, well, they're just not that good of parents.
00:05:13.180 And my question would be, how is your 12-year-old getting on a porn site?
00:05:17.420 Where is he getting on a porn site?
00:05:19.800 What is going on with you as a parent?
00:05:22.520 I know this is going to trigger some people, but at the end of the day, are we ever going to take responsibility for how we raise our kids?
00:05:28.100 Is that ever going to happen?
00:05:29.500 Well, you know, kids today, they're buying meth and watching porn, and then they've got to do their fourth-grade homework.
00:05:38.560 How's that even happening?
00:05:40.320 What is going on?
00:05:42.140 So part of me says this is a great thing, because I think it'll cut down on the early exposure of young people,
00:05:49.280 because God knows if they catch any of The View or a late-night show or, you know, a crime series, they're going to get a brain full of stuff.
00:05:59.160 But here's the part I don't like about it.
00:06:01.200 Now, the court said it's okay for Texas, and I think 21 other states are doing it.
00:06:07.380 And again, I'm just giving you a brief thumbnail sketch of some of the decisions today.
00:06:11.400 Then we'll hear some reactions, we'll hear some leftists melting down, some anger, some hypocrisy, and some raw comedy.
00:06:18.200 Because I have to say that, despite everything that's happening this week, I have really gotten a lot of pleasure out of watching Democrats.
00:06:26.400 I don't know about you, but look, it was a long four years under Corn Pop.
00:06:30.980 But here's my worry about that.
00:06:32.880 Now, my worry is that it's because they're needing ID for that, it's going to push further into getting IDs for content.
00:06:47.540 Let me explain what I mean.
00:06:48.780 It's not like, oh, no, now if you're an adult, you have to prove you're an adult if you want to watch, you know.
00:06:56.160 No, my concern is that if some regulating agency in a particular state labels something on the website as adult content,
00:07:11.220 now you've lost a large chunk of your audience if you earn your living that way, and now they're censoring.
00:07:19.640 So, somebody might think adult content is a bunch of chicks running around in bikinis at the pool.
00:07:28.660 But, you know, your son may be at a pool party right now like that, and he might be 13.
00:07:34.660 And, you know, some of those 13-year-olds, right?
00:07:38.120 So, I want to drill down deeper into that when I have a chance to look at the actual ruling.
00:07:43.340 Now, the other Supreme Court justice thing that I was really happy about, and I saw these arguments, most of them live.
00:07:52.460 I saw this argument.
00:07:54.220 It's in my pile of preparation here.
00:07:56.140 By the way, you're tuned to the Stone Zone.
00:07:59.420 My name's Ken Matthews, and I'm in for Roger tonight.
00:08:01.920 Very excited to be on.
00:08:03.760 I'm on various social media platforms.
00:08:07.480 Combined, I probably have about 11, maybe 13, 12 or 13 followers.
00:08:12.780 So, if you want to find me on Twitter or Instagram or something and just bump it up, I'd love to get like 22 people that care.
00:08:20.320 That would be great.
00:08:21.860 So, the other thing was, do you remember in Maryland, and this went on for over a year.
00:08:28.420 Wow, I've got so much show prep tonight.
00:08:30.260 Holy moly.
00:08:32.580 Ah, here it is.
00:08:35.320 Let me just see if I can find it.
00:08:37.480 There it is.
00:08:40.740 Supreme Court sides with parents who object to kids' books on gender identity and sexuality.
00:08:48.500 Now, I am thrilled with that decision.
00:08:51.100 Here's why.
00:08:52.320 Because as I was watching these arguments and these discussions with the Supreme Court justices,
00:09:01.220 and I have to admit, some of them come off like, but some of them asked some very good questions.
00:09:08.860 One thing that came out during the arguments, all these people, maybe you have some liberal friends,
00:09:14.660 maybe you still have some liberals left in your family.
00:09:17.820 I don't know, what are you doing for July 4th?
00:09:21.160 Do they have to stay in the car?
00:09:22.700 I don't know.
00:09:24.280 But these liberals would make things up and say, you know, MAGA people and conservatives and Christians,
00:09:31.080 they're going into schools.
00:09:32.220 They're burning books.
00:09:33.120 They don't even want to teach our kids about, you know, sexual health or, you know, sex education.
00:09:40.600 And they're 14 or 15.
00:09:42.000 This is an outrage.
00:09:43.240 No, no, no.
00:09:43.640 The problem in this lawsuit was there were books toward or aimed at kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth grade.
00:09:54.240 And the content of that was, hey, you don't need to be a boy or a girl.
00:09:59.000 You can be whatever you want to be.
00:10:00.680 And if you're in second grade and you're a girl but you want to be a boy, well, there's ways you can do that.
00:10:07.160 This is what it was.
00:10:08.260 It was raw, pure indoctrination on gender identity and sexuality to children which were just out of nursery school and kindergarten.
00:10:19.960 And once that was shown to the court, I think that's what moved the court in that direction because I listened to both sides.
00:10:26.900 And there were compelling arguments because I don't think just like with DEI, just like with the history of slavery, I don't think this stuff should be banned.
00:10:36.640 I just don't think it should be forced on people not prepared mentally or physically to process it.
00:10:44.360 In the case of sexuality, I don't know if you should be telling a second-year-old, a second-grader, excuse me, or a seven- or eight-year-old about, you know, Bruce Jenner dresses like a lady.
00:10:55.840 I don't think you should be doing that.
00:10:57.580 And just like I don't think you should be forcing really heavy history on very young people.
00:11:06.760 It's never been a case, just so you know.
00:11:08.760 And most MAGA people, you guys know what I'm talking about.
00:11:11.300 Conservatives know what I'm talking about.
00:11:13.020 It's common sense.
00:11:14.320 Of course we need to know about history, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
00:11:17.920 This is the greatest country in the world.
00:11:19.880 It's not perfect.
00:11:21.200 We've had some spots in our history.
00:11:23.120 We've had some dark times in our history.
00:11:25.760 We are working to erase those.
00:11:29.200 We can never completely erase them.
00:11:31.280 But we're one of the few countries that has made good on promises regarding our mistakes over the years.
00:11:39.520 Nevertheless, again, do we really need to be teaching second- and third-graders about sex and transgenderism and slavery and how bad the white man is?
00:11:53.060 I don't think so.
00:11:54.280 So a lot of this came up in that argument.
00:11:57.280 And this was the issue.
00:11:58.940 This was the issue.
00:12:01.060 It was driven by the gender issue.
00:12:03.420 But this is why I'm glad the court ruled, basically, if you do not want your child in that class, you can take your child out.
00:12:12.220 See, nobody said don't teach it.
00:12:15.360 Nobody said burn the books.
00:12:17.500 The only thing I said as a parent, and both my kids are in their 20s now, was, look, my five-year-old son doesn't need to see this, okay?
00:12:28.460 Life's going to be hard enough without you introducing that, you know, whatever it is, to him or her.
00:12:36.840 And he is a biological boy, by the way.
00:12:39.400 So, 800-848-9222.
00:12:43.500 I think that's pretty much it for the Supreme Court.
00:12:46.400 Let me just squeeze in one little meltdown here.
00:12:50.400 And this probably shocked the person on MSNBC because this is MSNBC, and they actually say it's going to be good for Trump.
00:12:56.760 And then they go and blow it by saying Trump's a big, fat meaning.
00:12:59.400 What's your reaction, Melissa, to this ruling?
00:13:01.900 I think this is a really huge win for the Trump administration.
00:13:05.720 I'm glad that we're talking about it in those terms because I think one of the great fears with this case was that if the court did not say anything about the substance and scope of the 14th Amendment,
00:13:15.740 media would say that the court had saved birthright citizenship.
00:13:19.000 The court has not saved birthright citizenship.
00:13:20.920 It simply kicked that can down the line and made the legal conditions under which a future suit over birthright citizenship can actually be resolved.
00:13:30.460 Leah is exactly right.
00:13:31.920 This is a huge win for the Trump administration because the court has essentially kneecapped lower courts from stopping this administration when it engages in lawless and unconstitutional behavior.
00:13:43.300 See what she did there?
00:13:44.880 Yeah.
00:13:45.360 Yeah.
00:13:45.760 Kneecapped them when they, you know, they're allowed now.
00:13:49.600 Trump can be lawless and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:13:53.080 Like the Democrats weren't over the line so many times.
00:13:57.400 One thing that I feel bad about, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, 800-848-9222.
00:14:04.200 Call into the Stone Zone and let me know.
00:14:06.680 You do know that the whole 14th Amendment, the whole birthright citizenship was because slaves and indigenous people have and had every right,
00:14:17.520 once we corrected our mistakes, to be citizens of the United States, to get that protection and that respect.
00:14:25.700 And it breaks my heart that so many people around the world keep taking advantage of it.
00:14:31.180 What say you?
00:14:31.980 We'll be right back on the Red Apple Audio Networks in the Stone Zone.
00:14:36.720 The Stone Zone.
00:14:38.020 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:14:43.020 This shrimp and coconut sauce is divine.
00:14:45.540 What's your secret?
00:14:46.520 Goya coconut milk.
00:14:47.660 How does it taste so good?
00:14:49.020 It's all in that real coconut flavor and that rich, creamy texture.
00:14:53.100 What about thickeners and added sugars?
00:14:55.340 None.
00:14:55.980 Just smooth, coconutty goodness.
00:14:58.400 What can I make with it?
00:14:59.520 From curries to sweet treats like coconut flan, the possibilities are endless.
00:15:04.860 Goya coconut milk.
00:15:06.100 Take your cooking to the next level.
00:15:07.720 No question about it.
00:15:08.800 Find it in the Goya section of your local grocery store.
00:15:11.120 If it's Goya, it has to be good.
00:15:13.700 The Stone Zone.
00:15:15.280 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:15:20.620 How can you not love it when the President of the United States says,
00:15:24.100 He's no baby.
00:15:27.080 He's clean, too.
00:15:28.040 Roger's clean.
00:15:28.740 We talked about that the last time I was guest hosting.
00:15:30.740 It's great to be back.
00:15:31.580 My name is Ken Matthews, and the number is 800-848-9222, the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:15:38.260 Love to hear you weigh in on that, especially the, not so much the minutia of birthright citizenship,
00:15:45.040 but I, you know, the whole raising kids.
00:15:47.820 First of all, hats off to any parent.
00:15:49.660 If you're a new parent, old parent, young parent, I had no idea the responsibility
00:15:56.100 and the work it takes to, you know, birth a mammal.
00:16:01.860 My wife did that, but I helped, and then raised them.
00:16:07.280 And now with the digital realm, which we're going to talk about in a second,
00:16:11.840 because, you know, a lot of people are talking about this big, beautiful bilk,
00:16:17.060 and I call it a bilk, not a bill, because I'm not a fan of that bill.
00:16:22.900 I know, I know.
00:16:24.100 The memo went out.
00:16:24.900 I'm supposed to, you know, march in lockstep with MAGA.
00:16:28.340 I don't all the time.
00:16:30.080 I support President Trump, but I have to be honest, having read vast parts of the bill,
00:16:34.720 there's parts in it that really bother me.
00:16:36.300 First of all, adding $10 trillion in more national debt is just going to destroy our futures.
00:16:43.200 It's not going to hurt rich people's futures.
00:16:45.120 They don't have a problem with the national debt.
00:16:48.460 That could be $70 trillion, and there'll be a handful of people that are wealthy enough to weather it,
00:16:54.740 so they're not going to care.
00:16:56.480 And the other thing that really bothers me in that bill, and there's a variety of things,
00:17:02.060 is how Congress will soon be, and this is part of the bill,
00:17:08.340 whether they voted on this or not, or taken it out yet, just so you know,
00:17:13.200 inside is the removal of states' rights to regulate AI.
00:17:22.160 And that jumped out at me for the next 10 years.
00:17:25.240 And then I went a little deeper, and I said, whoa, whoa, wait a minute.
00:17:27.900 What do you mean 10 years?
00:17:29.000 Do you know that Donald Trump brought in half a trillion dollars for the Stargate AI grid,
00:17:36.040 and they're building all this AI infrastructure?
00:17:39.300 They're going to be the best in the world.
00:17:40.480 It's going to be big.
00:17:41.120 It's going to be beautiful, right?
00:17:42.180 I'm not a fan of AI.
00:17:43.920 I'm not a fan of digital currency or cybercoin either.
00:17:48.040 Just letting you know.
00:17:49.820 But the fact that if Congress votes on this, you should call your congressperson and say,
00:17:55.960 hey, do you know about that thing where our state can't decide how or when or where we use AI?
00:18:03.780 Because it's in there.
00:18:05.220 And that's a real problem.
00:18:06.420 That tells me that the people at the top, maybe it's someone that's with Palantir.
00:18:12.580 Look up Palantir.
00:18:13.700 That's the company that's going to be running our lives soon.
00:18:16.640 Maybe they might be in your brain now.
00:18:18.280 I'm not sure.
00:18:19.860 Or maybe there's something in my brain.
00:18:21.620 I don't know what it is.
00:18:23.980 But look it up.
00:18:25.360 But there's a lot of stuff in that bill in addition to more spending, typical rhino Republican stuff.
00:18:32.400 And I hope it doesn't pass.
00:18:34.540 We'll be back in the Stone Zone with your calls.

00:19:00.980 The Stone Zone.
00:19:01.780 Thanks again for tuning in.
00:19:03.080 800-848-9222.
00:19:06.140 Producers said they just got an angry call about my comment about the bill not passing.
00:19:11.480 Look out everybody.
00:19:12.640 Look out.
00:19:13.600 Look.
00:19:14.000 I've read enough of the bill to know I do not like it.
00:19:18.020 And I'm tired as a conservative and as a Republican and as a guy who voted for and supported and voted for and elected Trump three times.
00:19:29.160 And then they stole it from us right in front of you know they stole it right in front of us.
00:19:33.520 But he's back now.
00:19:34.840 And then this the Republicans do what they always do.
00:19:38.060 They're all rah rah go go Trump Trump.
00:19:41.380 Maga maga.
00:19:42.740 Okay.
00:19:44.160 And and then when it when the rubber hits the road.
00:19:47.400 Well you know we're not going to cut that.
00:19:50.760 We're not going to cut that.
00:19:52.760 Look at that.
00:19:53.360 Here's here's another here's another article that just came out.
00:19:56.260 I think it's L.A. Times.
00:19:57.480 I'm not sure.
00:19:58.620 Republicans rage over Senate's watered down version of the bill.
00:20:01.880 The big beautiful bill.
00:20:03.180 It starts out as here's what we're going to do.
00:20:05.820 Here's what we're going to cut.
00:20:07.080 It's going to be great.
00:20:08.600 There's going to be unicorns and rainbows and little huggy bears for everybody.
00:20:13.200 But again we're going to lose privacy.
00:20:15.580 There'll be more censorship.
00:20:16.840 There's more surveillance.
00:20:19.200 The last thing I want is more taxes where they shouldn't be.
00:20:25.400 And some of them are being moved around.
00:20:27.520 Now what am I excited about?
00:20:29.320 I'm excited that we got rid of the electric car mandate.
00:20:31.940 I'm excited that we're getting rid of all this woke garbage.
00:20:34.980 That's great.
00:20:35.620 But it doesn't change the fact that every year Republicans keep help.
00:20:42.060 They keep spending.
00:20:43.980 They help the Democrats because it's kind of a uniparty.
00:20:47.680 That probably triggered that same caller.
00:20:49.720 But anyway at the end of the day when you put everybody in the room and they get in there with the lobbyists.
00:20:54.840 They do what they're told.
00:20:56.840 And let me let me give you an example of that.
00:20:58.780 Let me see if I can find that here.
00:21:00.000 I've got a where is it?
00:21:02.520 I just saw it.
00:21:03.520 Oh this this this is a great example.
00:21:06.360 Okay great example.
00:21:08.600 And I don't know if you heard this MTG Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:21:14.260 Okay very interesting very interesting player.
00:21:18.340 But certainly pro-Trump and pro-Maga.
00:21:21.420 No matter what you know it's just like when I talk to people about Trump.
00:21:24.900 And I say no matter what you think about Trump he loves America.
00:21:29.540 And he pretty much follows up on what he says he's going to do.
00:21:33.520 Now do Republicans do that?
00:21:36.040 Not that much.
00:21:37.200 Do Democrats do it?
00:21:38.380 Not that much.
00:21:39.860 Does your senator do it?
00:21:41.340 Probably not.
00:21:42.880 How about your representative?
00:21:45.100 Nah.
00:21:46.140 Trump does it because he knows he's under the gun.
00:21:49.380 He knows this is his final chance at this.
00:21:52.300 And I really think he loves America.
00:21:56.040 So I was listening to Marjorie Taylor Greene and Steve Bannon.
00:22:03.160 Which I guess some of the Republican Party has told put put out the memo not to like Steve Bannon anymore for some reason.
00:22:11.700 Or not to like MTG because she disagreed with Trump on something.
00:22:15.760 So I don't play those games.
00:22:17.400 I look at things at face value and commonsensically.
00:22:21.280 And I can support Trump and rally for Trump and still disagree with him on some issues.
00:22:26.680 Like I did on the vaccine.
00:22:28.660 But that's for another day.
00:22:30.420 So I want you to hear this because I found it fascinating that MTG just went off.
00:22:35.760 Well, here it is.
00:22:39.100 Well, I want to add on one more thing, Steve.
00:22:41.740 And I'm sure you've covered it on your show.
00:22:43.620 Mark Levin was one of the biggest never Trumpers when President Trump was running for president.
00:22:48.060 So it absolutely makes me sick.
00:22:49.900 It makes me want to throw up in my mouth that he's one of the voices that is constantly texting and calling President Trump's phone.
00:22:57.240 And showing up at the White House demanding for America to go to every single foreign war on behalf of Israel.
00:23:03.620 You know, I'm really sick and disgusted at that.
00:23:06.260 And it's people like him and Lindsey Graham and all these other people that never really supported Trump in the beginning.
00:23:12.380 People like me, people, regular people like me, donated to President Trump.
00:23:16.320 We showed up at his rallies.
00:23:17.980 We voted for him.
00:23:19.260 We truly supported him.
00:23:20.680 I've supported him the entire time.
00:23:22.520 Mark Levin was a never Trumper, compared President Trump, claimed that he was the same as Code Pink.
00:23:28.920 All of this horrible attacks on President Trump.
00:23:32.180 And he only supports him now because he couldn't beat him, because people like me supported President Trump and got him elected.
00:23:40.160 And I spent, Steve, I've spent five years.
00:23:44.100 I've spent millions of dollars, millions of my own money, traveling this entire country campaigning for President Trump,
00:23:50.780 defending him when everyone abandoned him after January 6th.
00:23:55.120 And I would say I represent MAGA far more than Mark Levin or any of these other neocon suck-ups ever will and ever do.
00:24:05.100 You know what I like about that?
00:24:06.520 It's something we have in America.
00:24:08.020 And I think a lot of people are forgetting this, especially the Democrats.
00:24:11.680 But most people in media forget this.
00:24:13.720 That's called free speech.
00:24:15.900 And I appreciated her free speech, because what happens is there are different teams in the media,
00:24:22.800 and they are going to keep information from you or show you only certain information.
00:24:28.080 And if you want to make informed decisions and be a critical thinker, it's good to have all the moving parts.
00:24:34.660 And if you look at inflection points in this country, like stolen elections or January 6th or the first Trump election,
00:24:43.520 and you think back to the people that wouldn't get near Trump with a 10-foot pole,
00:24:49.180 and then within weeks of those polls changing, and then within minutes of him getting elected,
00:24:55.260 I saw some of the most two-faced politicians, they were groveling toward the man
00:25:00.400 because they know he did start a movement.
00:25:04.320 It is unlike the Barack Obama or the Joe Biden farce or even Hillary.
00:25:12.320 I mean, they were saying Hillary was going to win and, you know, clean Trump's clock in 2016.
00:25:18.960 Remember Rachel Maddow?
00:25:20.840 Remember her losing it on the air?
00:25:23.460 She said Hillary's going to win like 97%.
00:25:26.860 And I was sitting here in Pennsylvania at the time, and I said, what?
00:25:31.140 What?
00:25:31.740 What?
00:25:32.380 Are you kidding me?
00:25:33.720 Trump's got this.
00:25:35.380 Because the people in the media and most of the politicians, they don't get out on the street.
00:25:40.500 They listen to lobbyists.
00:25:42.200 They listen to lawyers.
00:25:43.560 They listen to pollsters.
00:25:45.000 They listen to focus groups.
00:25:46.860 You should try hanging out at a Walmart just for an hour.
00:25:49.740 Just hit all the different aisles.
00:25:51.920 Do a little shopping.
00:25:52.900 Talk to people.
00:25:53.940 Maybe try this.
00:25:54.840 If more people in politics had to change their oil or maybe fix their water pump, they wouldn't be so stupid.
00:26:04.280 A lot of people in politics are stupid, and yet we keep electing them.
00:26:09.320 I mean, look at what's going on in New York.
00:26:11.220 Holy moly.
00:26:12.620 We're going to talk about that population in a second, the New York population.
00:26:16.580 But I just wanted to bring that fact up that I think people forget we have to be very careful of people that come to the party a little bit late and want something from the party, whoever they may be.
00:26:32.500 And when I say party, we could be talking political party.
00:26:35.320 We could.
00:26:35.740 I mean, for example, look at all the people.
00:26:38.160 I know all of you know, somebody in this audience, you all know someone in this audience that probably was a fair weather Trumper.
00:26:46.840 And they were all Ted Cruz-y or they were all, oh, dare I say this, Jeb Bush-y.
00:26:53.600 Jeb Bush.
00:26:54.520 Ugh.
00:26:55.200 Ugh.
00:26:56.080 Can you imagine?
00:26:57.240 Can you imagine electing another Bush?
00:27:01.700 How crazy do you have to be to say, you know, his dad did such a great job and tell him he did such a great job.
00:27:08.960 Let's bring in another one.
00:27:10.500 No.
00:27:11.440 No.
00:27:11.840 And people on the ground knew better.
00:27:14.060 But people in the media and people in law firms, they thought differently.
00:27:20.660 I want to go over to CNN.
00:27:23.040 And they're laughing at the notion of Donald Trump getting a Nobel Peace Prize because if things go as planned, and I'm talking about President Trump's plan that he has shared, and that is we'll hit him so hard, we'll ring their bell so hard,
00:27:41.820 we'll get rid of the nuke capability in Iran, and then they'll come to the, hopefully they'll come to the bargaining table now.
00:27:50.060 And there seems to be a very, it's a fragile one, but it is a ceasefire, right?
00:27:55.140 So someone, several people already have narrated, I'm sorry, I didn't mean, nominated him for a Nobel Peace Prize.
00:28:05.160 And this is what was happening on CNN.
00:28:07.540 Well, I think what Democrats are doing is what they should be doing, which is, like you said, raising questions.
00:28:14.080 Questions about what exactly, not just what does the intelligence say, but what does the administration actually believe happened, to your point, to everyone's point.
00:28:22.140 That's what really matters.
00:28:23.820 And I think what the problem with the obsession with the word obliterate or obliteration, right, you can kind of equate it to when Bush said mission accomplished, because it all came back to, well, no, it wasn't.
00:28:38.460 And in fact, we know that the mission wasn't accomplished.
00:28:40.760 If the mission was to absolutely ascertain and say definitively that Iran is not going to obtain a nuclear weapon, that didn't happen.
00:28:50.220 And so it takes away, frankly, from what the administration's message should be, which is, we did a lot to keep Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, and now let's figure out what more needs to be done.
00:29:02.480 But that's not happening.
00:29:03.600 Now we're focused on the word, and we're obsessed with, okay, well, what now?
00:29:08.080 Secondarily, it did bring an end to the 12-day war with Israel, which is a positive.
00:29:11.220 I like how you're calling it the 12-day war.
00:29:12.980 Like, you're on it.
00:29:13.780 Is that the official?
00:29:16.420 Sure.
00:29:16.820 I mean, look, Donald Trump went to NATO.
00:29:19.200 He obviously had a successful week there.
00:29:21.340 There's, you know, a lot to be celebrated over the course of the last week in terms of hopefully a diplomatic solution.
00:29:28.880 And, you know, talk again about giving Donald Trump the Nobel Peace Prize, Adi.
00:29:33.260 You heard it here.
00:29:34.260 Did you hear that deep-throated laughter?
00:29:38.680 I love that.
00:29:39.400 And here's something I love about Donald Trump, and you know he, especially people, depending on where you live or if you've met him before or you've seen him on the stump, he has a tremendous sense of humor.
00:29:51.300 And I don't know if it's because he intimidates people or why this, they're always laughing at him and not with him.
00:29:58.880 And he's very, he's a very smart, Alec, gregarious person.
00:30:04.720 And I want to just bring back a quick memory.
00:30:07.400 And when I was preparing the show today, I thought, you know, I want to just play something back here in the Stone Zone of people laughing at Donald Trump.
00:30:18.000 And you tell me how it worked out.
00:30:20.040 Now, you're going to remember almost all of these voices.
00:30:22.980 And as a Trump supporter, and a supporter of the president now, and someone who loves this country, I love hearing this.
00:30:31.500 And I remember when they were putting these montages together, I said, you know, we should play these when he's elected the second time.
00:30:38.640 And here we are.
00:30:43.400 Donald Trump, just last week, he confirmed to the National Review that he is again considering a run in 2016.
00:30:48.920 This was one of my favorites.
00:31:10.380 This is Barack, the man who led Obamianism.
00:31:19.540 And listen to his response.
00:31:21.720 I think this is Matt Lauer.
00:31:23.100 What's Matt Lauer up to lately?
00:31:25.100 Anyway, listen to this.
00:31:27.340 Remember when President Barack Obama said this?
00:31:29.600 You talk about arrogance.
00:31:30.800 As part of your mind or brain, can you imagine Donald Trump standing up one day and delivering a State of the Union address?
00:31:39.020 Well, I can imagine it in a Saturday night skit.
00:31:44.200 I continue to believe Mr. Trump will not be president.
00:31:46.840 He will never be president of the United States.
00:31:50.120 You know who just said that?
00:31:51.400 That was the Native American lady, Elizabeth Warren.
00:31:53.980 Yes, the Native American.
00:31:57.140 She said he'll never be president.
00:31:59.140 And it's just Democrat after Democrat after Democrat after celebrity after Democrat.
00:32:03.300 And we better be ready for the fact that he might be leading the Republican ticket next.
00:32:07.360 I know you don't believe that, but I want to go on.
00:32:10.880 Sorry to laugh.
00:32:12.200 Okay, here we are.
00:32:13.820 And which Republican candidate has the best chance of winning the general election?
00:32:18.580 Of the declared ones right now, Donald Trump.
00:32:23.980 And so, right now, Mr. Trump, to answer...
00:32:31.500 This is one of my favorites.
00:32:32.560 We'll wrap it up with this one.
00:32:33.460 This is one of my faves.
00:32:34.360 This is Stephen Colbert.
00:32:35.880 All right?
00:32:36.560 And people need to do this more often, even if you have to do it on your own.
00:32:40.520 If you think that the media's beating up Trump or they're beating up your country or whatever,
00:32:46.320 just go back and look at how much crow...
00:32:48.640 And I'm saying crow only because FCC regulations will not let me say anything else.
00:32:53.000 So just think of all the crow these people have had to eat over the years
00:32:57.240 and how much is documented, how foolish they were and how wrong they were.
00:33:04.260 Sir, your call for political honesty, I just want to say, you're not going to be president.
00:33:09.820 All right?
00:33:11.160 It's been fun.
00:33:13.020 It's been great.
00:33:15.100 I love you.
00:33:16.040 But come on, come on, buddy.
00:33:21.360 All, let's say, cow poo poo aside, there is zero chance we'll be seeing you being sworn
00:33:27.180 in on the Capitol steps with your hand on a giant golden Bible.
00:33:30.320 I'll make a prediction, though, for you.
00:33:33.620 Ronald Reagan's son.
00:33:35.220 Remember Ronald Reagan's son?
00:33:37.160 I don't really get into predictions much, but this one I'll go way out on a limb.
00:33:41.460 Donald Trump will never, ever be president of the United States.
00:33:46.880 Do you realize the arrogance and the elitism that would have to possess you to say that consistently
00:33:57.400 and the man won in 2016, 2020, and 2024, and every time it was a larger margin?
00:34:06.380 By the way, Trump just said he's ending all trade talks with Canada.
00:34:11.220 Not again.
00:34:13.420 Gosh.
00:34:15.400 And didn't they just get, like, another weasel?
00:34:18.720 Don't they have another weasel prime minister there?
00:34:22.540 President Trump says, based on this egregious tax, we are hereby terminating all discussions
00:34:26.940 on trade with Canada effective immediately.
00:34:30.980 Well, hopefully something good will come out of it.
00:34:32.860 You know, crazier things have happened.
00:34:35.420 This is the Red Apple Audio Networks, The Stone Zone, and I'm Ken Matthews.
00:34:39.260 The Stone Zone.
00:34:41.220 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:34:46.120 The Stone Zone.
00:34:47.780 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:34:50.440 And for joining the conversation on The Stone Zone tonight, my name is Ken Matthews.
00:34:54.420 It's great to be back filling in for Mr. Stone.
00:34:57.840 The number is 800-848-9222.
00:35:02.860 And one thing I wanted to mention before, because there's been all this chatter about New York,
00:35:06.700 did you know there's 1.4 million Muslims in New York City, living in New York City?
00:35:13.300 I did not know that.
00:35:14.840 And there's about 9 million people in New York City.
00:35:17.160 So that's quite the voter turnout, since we were talking earlier this week about the 33-year-old socialist,
00:35:26.940 communist, Muslim, mayoral candidate.
00:35:30.960 So I would encourage people to get out and vote.
00:35:35.440 I'll tell you that, wherever you're voting across the country.
00:35:38.780 Because we were, I was looking, I went to look up the New York Muslim population,
00:35:45.500 and I stumbled upon the states with the top Muslim population.
00:35:52.920 And I just thought I'd share it with you.
00:35:54.980 Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Illinois, Texas is number three.
00:36:03.940 Wow.
00:36:04.980 Florida is number two.
00:36:06.560 And of course, New York is number one.
00:36:09.140 And these are old numbers.
00:36:11.700 These are almost eight years old.
00:36:13.460 The rankings are still the same, but the, you know, it's gone up considerably.
00:36:19.100 I think things really spiked up after Joe Biden blew Afghanistan.
00:36:25.680 And for a while, for a while, we were just flying in illegal foreign nationals in C-130 cargo planes.
00:36:32.840 Or was it the other cargo plane?
00:36:34.560 I forget which one.
00:36:35.280 What was the one they were hanging on?
00:36:37.320 What was the one that was trying to take off?
00:36:39.080 I forget that one.
00:36:39.860 But that, to me, is the picture of Joe Biden I'll always have in my mind.
00:36:45.320 Him and General Milley with a rainbow flag.
00:36:48.940 That, to me, represents the stamina and courage of the Biden regime.
00:36:55.040 How many people like fireworks?
00:36:56.580 Because I just, I wanted to do a fireworks thing,
00:36:59.280 because I'm still 13 years old mentally when it comes to fireworks.
00:37:02.680 Did you know that Los Angeles, this made me crack up, but I guess it's me.
00:37:09.300 It's the number one illegal firework capital in the United States.
00:37:15.240 And I'm thinking, there's a joke in there somewhere with the immigration stuff and, you know.
00:37:20.580 But one of the top problems they have in Los Angeles are people making DIY fireworks.
00:37:28.500 Now, see, when I was growing up, they called that a bomb.
00:37:31.960 But I guess you're allowed to make DIY fireworks in Los Angeles.
00:37:36.860 They cut you a little slack.
00:37:38.680 But last year, and this is nothing to laugh about,
00:37:42.680 15,000 Americans were treated for firework-related injuries.
00:37:46.420 And in 2025 alone, one of the most awesome firefighting organizations, Cal Fire,
00:37:54.920 second only to FDNY, they confiscated more than 500,000 pounds of illegal fireworks.
00:38:05.200 So illegal fireworks is a big, big thing.
00:38:08.920 In fact, they think it's going to get worse over the coming years.
00:38:14.420 And, again, I just can't get over that definition of illegal DIY fireworks.
00:38:22.240 But the article goes on to say, and this is so true,
00:38:26.540 there are so many great Latinas and Latinos and Hispanics that are incredible,
00:38:35.320 incredible patriots and love America.
00:38:38.180 And they like to make a big show of it.
00:38:41.060 I don't know what neighborhood you live in, but we have a few fireworks in our neighborhood,
00:38:45.820 but we don't do a lot of DIY stuff.
00:38:48.120 And you never, ever, ever want to take anything like that when you're traveling or anywhere near an airport.
00:38:56.380 I just wanted to tell you that.
00:38:58.660 You know, Grandma and Grandpa, don't forget.
00:39:00.880 Don't say, we got Timmy some great fireworks.
00:39:03.100 Let's put them in our overnight bag and take them on the plane.
00:39:06.800 Do not do that.
00:39:08.180 We didn't have time to get to Alligator Alcatraz,
00:39:12.700 but there's an abandoned airstrip in Florida that is surrounded by the Everglades.
00:39:18.720 I grew up in Florida.
00:39:20.120 It's a very exciting place.
00:39:21.580 There's a lot of alligators.
00:39:23.000 There's even crocodiles down there.
00:39:24.720 And they're now going to keep illegal foreign national detainees there.
00:39:29.620 And I don't know.
00:39:30.840 Maybe we can get, well, we should certainly use a moat.
00:39:35.240 I don't want anybody to get attacked by an alligator.
00:39:39.200 But I love the term Alligator Alcatraz.
