00:00:59.400 Well, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered Republicans a true mixed bag on Monday, handing President Donald Trump one major win, two frustrating losses, and a reminder that legal battles shaping the country are far from over.
00:01:15.020 First, the court ruled five to four that President Trump's attempt to remove Federal Reserve Board Governor Lisa Cook, who I've referred to on this show as Lisa Crook, given the documented case of mortgage fraud against her, was procedurally invalid.
00:01:32.420 The justices said that Cook must remain in her post for now while lower courts consider President Trump's bid to remove her over those mortgage fraud allegations, which, in all honesty, she denies.
00:01:46.820 Now, the ruling did not clear Cook. It simply said that she was entitled to notice, evidence, and a chance to respond before the removal.
00:01:56.760 But in a major victory at the same time for presidential power and against the administrative state, the court also ruled that President Trump lawfully fired Democrat FTC Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter, which overturned a 1935 precedent and confirmed broader Article II authority over executive branch officials.
00:02:19.420 So let me get this straight. They essentially said the president couldn't fire a Federal Reserve board member, as if that's a fourth branch of government, but he could fire an FTC commissioner. Makes little sense to me, but then I'm not a lawyer.
00:02:34.980 President Trump celebrated that decision as a historic win for presidential accountability.
00:02:40.500 But when it came to election law, the Republicans took another serious hit.
00:02:45.460 In a 5-4 ruling, the court upheld Mississippi's law, allowing absentee ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted if received up to five business days later.
00:02:59.560 Evidently, Election Day does not mean Election Day.
00:03:03.720 Justin Amy Coney Barrett wrote that the federal law sets the date voters choose, not necessarily the day ballots must arrive.
00:03:11.640 Now, Justice Samuel Alito warned in his dissent that this invites post-election uncertainty.
00:03:19.720 Finally, the court declined to hear the president's appeal of the E. Gene Carroll case, leaving in place a $5 million civil judgment.
00:03:29.580 This is the most outrageous decision of them all, but it was overall one clear constitutional win and several reminders the courts can deliver disappointing rulings even from supposedly conservative jurists.
00:03:45.520 Meanwhile, in Minneapolis, the Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frey, celebrated Somali Independence Day over the weekend with a public message praising Minnesota's Somalian community, even as videos from the celebration sparked anger online as major fraud investigations tied to state programs result in many Somalis being charged and imprisoned for defrauding the taxpayers.
00:04:11.040 The mayor, who's politically correct, wrote on X, happy Somali Independence Day, saying Somali Minnesotans have enriched the city through resilience, culture, and leadership.
00:04:22.960 But footage from the festival showed Somali flags waving in Minneapolis as one speaker declared, Somalia is already home right here in Minnesota.
00:04:31.920 The Lieutenant Governor, Penny Flanagan, also attended using the event to attack President Trump and declare that Trump's hate has no home here. 0.81
00:04:42.580 Representative Ilhan Omar's political team promoted her appearance at both Pride events and at the Somali Day Festival.
00:04:51.360 Fry told the crowd that during Operation Metro Surge, a Trump-era federal immigration and public safety push,
00:04:58.440 they tried to come for some of us, adding, in Minneapolis, we do not see you as immigrants, we see you as family.
00:05:06.600 Well, legal is legal, and illegal is illegal.
00:05:10.740 The political celebration comes as Minnesota Democrats face hard questions over fraud and accountability.
00:05:18.140 A Republican-led House Oversight Committee recently accused Governor Tim Walz, that's Tim Pon Tim,
00:05:24.660 and his administration of ignoring repeated warnings about fraud in the state's social service programs,
00:05:31.680 including the massive fraud in the Feeding Our Future scandal,
00:05:36.140 largely due to fears of looking racist over investigating the Somalians involved.
00:05:41.840 More than 110 people have been charged so far in the Minnesota fraud schemes,
00:05:46.780 and investigators estimate roughly $300 million in federal child nutrition funds were stolen during COVID.
00:05:55.660 The disaster in Minnesota is a microcosm of what the embrace of woke multiculturalism is doing to our country. 0.50
00:06:03.940 We have a nation that holds everyone accountable and sends people back to where they belong 0.85
00:06:08.900 if their culture is incrued with the American freedom and if they're here illegally.
00:06:15.040 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump stepped up using the Faith and Freedom Coalition Road to Majority Conference last Friday
00:06:21.600 to sound the alarm about the growing communist threat inside the United States.
00:06:27.360 Speaking to religious conservatives, President Trump pointed to recent socialist victories in New York City's Democratic primary,
00:06:34.380 warning that these candidates are not really social democrats, but Marxist radicals who want to destroy the traditional American way of life.
00:06:43.380 President Trump said communism is easy to sell because it promises everything for free, free rent, free housing, free groceries, free food, and endless government handouts.
00:06:55.740 But he warned that history shows the same result every time, economic collapse, lawlessness, shortages, squalor, and eventually full-blown tyranny.
00:07:08.160 President Trump argued that the same far-left ideology is taking hold in places like New York and California,
00:07:14.200 where politicians promise government control while ordinary citizens, property owners, and taxpayers are left to pay the price.
00:07:23.420 President Trump has accused Democrats of refusing to confront the radical left because they're afraid of losing primary elections.
00:07:30.400 Instead of standing up to extremists, he said the party is allowing itself to be pulled further towards the road to socialism, if not Marxism.
00:07:39.640 At the faith-focused gathering, President Trump noted that communist movements have historically targeted religion, especially Christianity.
00:07:48.480 He said the threat is not just economic, but spiritual and cultural.
00:07:52.080 President Trump also criticized New York's rent-freeze policies, saying they amount to government confiscation and will only drive landlords out, damage housing, and turn one-grade neighborhoods into slums.
00:08:06.600 His closing message was direct.
00:08:08.940 Communism belongs to the failed past, freedom is America's future, and voters must turn out in the midterms to stop the spread of this toxic ideology.
00:08:19.620 Meanwhile, former President Joe Biden was met with heckling at a Maryland Democrat Party fundraising gala where pro-Palestinian activists branded him Genocide Joe during his remarks to party donors.
00:08:34.120 The party appearance came at a two-year anniversary of Joe Biden's disastrous debate against President Donald Trump, the debate that effectively ended Biden's 2024 re-election campaign and exposed what Republicans had warned about for years.
00:08:53.340 Rather than address his own failures, Biden used the fundraiser once again to attack President Trump, accusing him of weakening America abroad and claiming Trump has brought corruption on a scale never seen before in American history. 0.76
00:09:09.560 Biden also mocked Trump over White House renovations projects and the reflecting pool, calling him a loser.
00:09:16.160 But outside the event, Biden's own left-wing base wasn't buying the performance. 0.89
00:09:21.840 Demonstrators outside were holding up signs saying, Biden's go home, go home, genocide Joe.
00:09:30.340 So we've reached a point in the Democratic Party where Joe Biden is out of the mainstream, where the left protests Joe Biden, the most immediate recent former president.
00:09:40.580 Inside the room, one protester shouted over Biden's speech,
00:09:44.840 appearing to call him Genocide Joe,
00:09:47.520 before security removed her as the donor crowd booed.
00:09:51.740 The scene was a reminder of the deep fractures inside today's Democrat Party.
00:09:56.100 The Democrat Party of John F. Kennedy and Harry Truman is long dead.
00:10:00.540 Corporate left Democrats are now seriously threatened by their own left wing.
00:10:06.960 If Chuck Schumer, I say it again, is challenged by AOC in New York State, I believe he will be toast.
00:10:13.740 Biden is trying to reemerge as an elder statesman, but many activists still blame his administration for the handling of the Israel and Gaza issues.
00:10:22.500 While conservatives remember the inflation, the border chaos, the foreign policy weakness, and the credibility crisis that defined the Biden presidency.
00:10:33.280 Since leaving office, Biden has largely stayed out of view due to his lack of cognitive fitness, which is now being admitted by Democrat elites who attempted and failed to pull the wool over the people's eyes when Biden was still in office.
00:10:47.720 Recently, Biden lost a federal court case in which he tried to withhold the tapes that he had made with his biographer, significant because it was those tapes that special counsel Robert Herr depended on in making his determination as to whether Biden himself should be prosecuted for his retention of classified documents.
00:11:12.800 It is indisputable that Biden retained classified documents in violation of law from the time he was a U.S. senator and from the time he was vice president of the United States.
00:11:26.640 And they made a decision that he would not be prosecuted because of his selling health and his age.
00:11:33.900 At the same time, Special Counsel Jack Smith was charging President Donald Trump with the retention of classified documents with the full notion, with the full knowledge that the Presidential Records Act gave Trump the full authority to retain and declassify those documents.
00:11:54.980 Biden has stayed out of sight for obvious reasons.
00:11:58.180 It's because the failure of the establishment-owned crooks like Biden and the radical left is now rising.
00:12:05.220 The fracturing and potential destruction of the nation will be Biden's legacy.
00:12:08.920 There's nothing much he can do about it at this point.
00:12:12.140 Federal prosecutors in Manhattan now are examining allegations of financial crimes tied to one Neville Roy Singham,
00:12:19.700 A Chinese-based tech financier accused of bankrolling far-left activist groups, media projects, and non-profit networks that push anti-capitalist and pro-communist messaging in the United States.
00:12:33.240 The probe, reportedly authorized by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and led by U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton in the Southern District of New York, is said to be looking at possible wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
00:12:48.780 Subpoenas have reportedly been issued for bank records and related financial documents.
00:12:54.560 Investigators and watchdogs are looking at Singham's entire network.
00:13:02.120 My good friend Sam Antar at whitecollarfraud.com has exposed much of this.
00:13:11.360 I'm happy to see federal prosecutors now looking at it.
00:13:14.340 Reports alleges that hundreds of millions of dollars moved through donor-advised funds, shell companies, and non-profits before reaching groups tied to socialist activism, anti-American protests, and pro-China narratives.
00:13:28.720 The New York Times itself previously reported that Singham has worked closely with the Chinese Communist government propaganda networks while funding organizations around the world that blend far-left advocacy with Beijing-friendly talking points.
00:13:43.280 For most Americans, the concern is obvious.
00:13:46.800 This is not just campus activism or grassroots protests.
00:13:52.400 This is a sophisticated money pipeline that is helping to radicalize American politics from the outside in.
00:13:59.560 As Democrats struggle to explain their party's sharp leftward turn, the American people deserve answers.
00:14:05.380 Who's funding these groups?
00:14:06.840 Where did the money go?
00:14:08.700 And how much foreign influence is hiding behind America's so-called progressive movement?

00:15:33.700 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.

00:15:48.960 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:15:51.440 As America approaches its 250th birthday, a troubling new set of polls shows that patriotism is slipping,
00:15:58.920 especially among Democrats and younger Americans.
00:16:02.400 According to the Gallup poll, just 53% of adults now say they are very or extremely proud to be an American.
00:16:10.820 This is the lowest level Gallup has recorded since it began tracking that question in 2001.
00:16:18.080 About 22% say they're only moderately proud, but nearly one in four say they're only a little proud or not proud of all of being an American.
00:16:27.880 Can you imagine?
00:16:28.900 A separate AP Norsk poll found national pride declined on several fronts since 2017, including pride in America's military, history, and influence around the world.
00:16:42.020 The partisan divide in these numbers is, by the way, very stark.
00:16:46.100 86% of Republicans say they extremely are very proud of the United States Armed Forces, but among Democrats, just 42% said the same thing.
00:16:55.660 When asked about America's history, 68% of Republicans expressed strong pride compared with 26% of Democrats.
00:17:05.020 The generational numbers are just concerning.
00:17:07.920 About three quarters of Americans over 60 say America is highly important to their identity.
00:17:14.180 Among adults under 30, however, only about one in three agrees.
00:17:19.100 This is what decades of biased left-wing education, media cynicism, and anti-American extremism has produced.
00:17:28.100 A country where too many citizens are taught to resent their inheritance instead of defending it.
00:17:34.240 America is not in any way perfect, but it does remain the freest, strongest, and most generous nation on earth.
00:17:42.060 We must continue to fight the culture war on all fronts, refusing to cede ground on any issue.
00:17:48.000 The future of our nation and our civilization depends on absolute and total victory.
00:17:54.640 Meanwhile, the University of California at Berkeley is partnering with Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi to launch a new institute that it says will strengthen American democracy,
00:18:05.500 and that will serve as just another left-wing campus project dressed up as nonpartisan civic education.
00:18:12.440 The Nancy Pelosi Institute for Representative to Democracy is set to launch in January inside Berkeley's political science department.
00:18:22.120 Pelosi, the former House Speaker and longtime San Francisco Democrat who came extraordinarily wealthy on just a congresswoman's salary due to her insider trading, is expected to co-teach a course on Congress.
00:18:37.320 Berkeley officials say the Institute will focus on civil discourse, democratic institutions, human rights, artificial intelligence, and political leadership.
00:18:47.860 Chancellor Rich Lyons says the goal is not merely to study democracy, but to strengthen it.
00:18:52.780 But I bet there will be very, very little discussion of Nancy Pelosi's real role on January 6th.
00:18:59.660 You're listening to The Stone Zone, and I'm Roger Stone.
00:19:02.040 We'll be back with more real politics on the other side.

00:19:24.120 This is the Stone Zone.
00:19:26.600 Now, get in the zone.
00:19:28.500 It's the Stone Zone.
00:19:30.000 A man who's gone through hell, but he's kept going, and he's smart, and he's strong, and people love him.
00:19:37.420 Not everybody, but people love him and respect him.
00:19:39.820 Roger Stone. Where's Roger Stone?
00:19:42.080 Here's Roger Stone.
00:19:44.700 Welcome back into the Stone Zone.
00:19:47.440 Well, in the shadowed corridors of political finance, few figures have wielded the kind of influence as recondite and baleful as George Soros,
00:19:57.200 whose recent disclosures reveal a staggering disbursement exceeding $102 million into the current midterm contest.
00:20:06.580 This sum, channeled principally through his Democracy Pack,
00:20:10.540 by the way, they always name things to be the opposite of what they actually promote,
00:20:15.200 so the Democracy Pack has nothing to do with democracy,
00:20:18.880 represents a calculated escalation in the resources dedicated to advancing causes steeped in socialist ideology
00:20:26.340 and its attentive collective impulses.
00:20:29.540 Such expenditures, far from innocuous civil engagement,
00:20:34.620 constitute a deliberate strategy to reshape the republic
00:20:37.840 along lines historically proven inimical to liberty, prosperity, and, yes, public safety.
00:20:44.140 Soros and his Flimio network have directed these funds towards initiatives
00:20:47.820 that promote the decriminalization of dangerous narcotics,
00:20:51.440 an approach that invites widespread addiction and societal decay,
00:20:54.940 Additional resources bolster advocacy for open border policies that erode our national sovereignty and permit the unchecked flow of contraband and malfactors across our frontiers.
00:21:07.300 Efforts to dismantle or severely constrain law enforcement agencies also receive substantial financial backing, therefore exposing ordinary citizens to heightened risks of victimization and disorder.
00:21:20.940 Even more alarming is the substantial allocations that have sustained terror organizations sympathetic to Hamas, as well as networks that equip violent agitators opposed to immigration enforcement.
00:21:33.720 These patterns are giving alignment to a broader ambition of engineering a seismic shift towards the radical progressive wing of the Democrat Party.
00:21:44.080 Specific beneficiaries underscore the perilous trajectory of this largesse.
00:21:48.720 In Maine, for example, senatorial contender Graham Plattner, a scandal-pregued progressive, secured contributions for both Soros and his son Alex amid a campaign marked by contentious allegations of personal misconduct, controversial past associations, and fiery rhetoric advocating the jail of billionaires despite reliance on billionaires for their wealth.
00:22:13.520 Similar sums reached representatives like Ilhan Omar and Pramila Jayapal, each of whom has championed positions that compromise border integrity and flirt with regimes historically antagonistic to American interests.
00:22:29.440 These politicians, elevated or sustained through mechanisms, frequently advanced agendas that prioritize ideological experimentation over the tangible welfare of the American people.
00:22:41.980 Communism, in every iteration, stands as an unmitigated evil
00:22:46.000 whose grim ledger includes engineered famines that starved millions,
00:22:51.060 show trials of liquidated dissenters,
00:22:53.020 and vast networks of labor camps that crushed the human spirit
00:22:57.580 in service of the chimeric utopia. 0.88
00:23:01.340 Regimes built upon tenants from the Soviet Union, 0.83
00:23:04.520 from Castro's Cuba, delivered only mass death, economic collapse, 0.54
00:23:09.100 and systematic erasure of individual agency
00:23:12.120 under the iron fist of centralized authority.
00:23:16.480 The policies nurtured by the Soros-funded candidates
00:23:19.160 equile disquieting parallels in their embrace
00:23:22.280 of wealth redistribution, criminal permissiveness,
00:23:25.560 and the dilution of national cohesion.
00:23:28.340 Such approaches imperil the American public
00:23:30.700 by fostering environments where violent offenders
00:23:33.920 face diminished accountability,
00:23:35.520 where porous borders invite humanitarian and security crises, and where alliances with adversarial elements undermine the foundational principles of ordered liberty.
00:23:48.080 Now, in pointed contrast, Elon Musk has committed about $85 million to midterm endeavors that fortify Republican candidates and aligned committees.
00:23:58.020 His America PAC has directed resources towards sustaining conservative voices committed to border security, effective prosecution of crime, and the reduction of governmental excess that stifles innovation and burdens our citizens.
00:24:13.480 Most notable among these efforts stand the substantial support extended to, for example,
00:24:19.520 conductive senatorial aspirant Nate Morris, an outsider, pro-Trump businessman,
00:24:24.880 and anti-establishment candidate for the seat of the retiring Senator Mitch McConnell.
00:24:30.040 Additional contributions have bolstered the leadership funds dedicated to preserving Republican majorities in the House and the Senate,
00:24:37.560 therefore providing institutional resistance to the very socialist encroachment that the Soros resources seek to accelerate.
00:24:49.100 The divergence of purpose here reveals with crystalline clarity.
00:24:53.580 One path advances a vision of societal refiguration inspired by collectivist doctrines.
00:24:59.800 Historical manifestations have brought cataclysmic suffering and the suppression of dissent.
00:25:05.480 The other reinforces a commitment to constitutional restraint, national sovereignty, and the cultivation of conditions under which individual enterprise and public order will be allowed to flourish.
00:25:17.740 Musk's selections target candidates who recognize that secure frontiers and predictable justice form the bedrock of a thriving republic rather than vehicles for ideological subversion.
00:25:29.420 Voters attuned to these dynamics confront a consequential choice in the upcoming midterm elections.
00:25:36.120 The infusion of Soros capital into socialist coffers threatens to normalize policies that history and contemporary evidence alike demonstrate as deleterious to safety, cohesion, prosperity, and freedom.
00:25:50.880 Support for candidates align with Musk's pattern of investment, offer instead a bulk work that prioritizes the enduring interests of the American citizens over experiments in centralized control and diminished accountability.
00:26:05.640 Discernment in these matters remains essential if the Republican is going to withstand the subtle machinations that seek to transform us into something unrecognizable and unsafe.
00:26:17.800 Meanwhile, the FBI Director Cash Patel has built a reputation as a fighter for law and order,
00:26:23.180 a prosecutor and national security official who helped convict dangerous criminals,
00:26:28.100 expose corruption and restore confidence in institutions badly damaged during the Biden years.
00:26:34.220 This is exactly why many Americans are asking to finish the job when it comes to one Ray Epps.
00:26:40.420 During the Biden administration, Patel openly questioned why Epps,
00:26:43.820 A central January 6th figure caught on video urging people to enter the Capitol illegally was removed from the FBI's most wanted list.
00:26:53.820 Patel argued at the time in only two ways.
00:26:56.020 If someone disappears from that list, they're dead or they're working with the government.
00:27:00.160 Now that same Kash Patel leads the FBI and the American people are demanding an answer to that question.
00:27:05.980 New Jersey investigative journalist Yehuda Miller has filed a Federal Information Act lawsuit seeking the records on Epps, including communications about his removal from that most wanted list and any FBI contact with Epps between January 2020 and January 2025.
00:27:25.000 The FBI denied those records on the grounds of privacy, but Miller argues the public interest is overwhelming, especially since Patel's own past statements on the subject.
00:27:37.360 According to FBI records, agents had evidence suggesting that Epps recruited others to storm the Capitol.
00:27:43.500 Yet the borough later claimed it found insufficient evidence of violence or criminal wrongdoing, even after videos showed Epps pushing a sign into police and after he admitted entering restricted capital grounds.
00:27:55.920 The town deserves credit for taking on criminals and restoring seriousness to the FBI.
00:27:59.820 But on the questionnaire Epps, his current silence is not enough.
00:28:03.180 Release the records. Let the truth come out.
00:28:05.800 It's critical for proving the truth about January 6th, what I believe is the time.
00:28:10.480 Any claim that I knew in advance about, was involved in, or condoned any illegal action on January 6th is categorically false, despite the fact that, at least in one civil lawsuit, they continue to try to seek my personal communications.
00:28:27.060 And recently the BBC tried to subpoena me regarding issues I know nothing whatsoever about and have no records regarding.
00:28:37.860 They just will never let go of their false narrative.
00:28:41.940 Let the truth come out. It's critical for proving what really happened, that it was a federal operation designed to paint Trump supporters as extremists and usher in a dark era where patriots are considered terrorists in what was once the land of the free.
00:28:57.660 Meanwhile, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer's taxpayer-financed corporate subsidy strategies facing new scrutiny after the Mackinac Center for Public Policy report found that billions in promised economic development spending have only produced a fraction of the jobs taxpayers were promised.
00:29:17.780 According to the report, Whitmer's administration authorized $6.9 billion in subsidies during her time in office.
00:29:25.640 Of that, $2.7 billion went to just eight major projects, including deals involving Fiat Chrysler, General Motors, LG Energy Solutions, Ford, Goshen, Our Next Energy, Bill and Rudd, and Sites in Marshall and Mundy Townships.
00:29:43.780 The administration claims those projects were supposed to create 20,595 Michigan jobs.
00:29:50.620 But so far, only 602 jobs have materialized.
00:29:55.300 That's just 3% of the promised yield.
00:29:58.560 Meanwhile, $1.8 billion has already been spent and transferred to companies and local development agencies.
00:30:03.860 That means taxpayers have spent roughly $3 million for every single job created.
00:30:10.080 Only three of the eight major deals have produced any jobs at all.
00:30:13.780 General Motors and LG, about 408 jobs, Our Next Energy with 48 jobs, and Ford's Marshall Project
00:30:22.380 with 146 jobs. The Mackinac Center noted that big subsidy announcements have a long record
00:30:28.440 of underperforming, but Governor Whitmer's numbers are even worse than the historical average.
00:30:34.400 From 2000 to 2020, similar deals produced about 9 percent of the promised jobs,
00:30:40.200 So Governor Whitmer's record sits at just 3%.
00:30:43.520 For Michigan families already squeezed by inflation, this is corporate welfare at its worst.
00:30:49.300 Politicians picking winners, taxpayers footing the bill.
00:30:52.940 Promises jobs, of course, failing to appear. 0.98
00:30:56.020 Perhaps this is why Whitmer announces she would not be running for higher office in the next presidential cycle. 1.00
00:31:01.780 Her record of giving massive giveaways to corporate elites is prolific. 1.00
00:31:05.560 She would get eaten alive even by the far-left anti-capitalist contenders who will be vying for the Democrat nomination in 2028 with a record like this.
00:31:17.340 Meanwhile, General Motors is facing scrutiny after installing roughly 50 corporate collaborative robots at its Detroit-based Factory Zero plant shortly after cutting more than 1,000 actual jobs.
00:31:30.620 Factory Zero was once promoted as the centerpiece of General Motors' electrical vehicle future, building the GMC Hummer EV and the Chevrolet Silverado EV, but like so much of the green energy agenda, reality is not matched by the political sales pitch.
00:31:49.200 Weak and inconsistent electric vehicle demand has led to production slowdowns, downtime, and even layoffs.
00:31:58.040 Even as General Motors continues investing heavily in automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence,
00:32:05.300 the new Fanuc robots help workers attach body panels during assembly,
00:32:11.100 and General Motors says the machines are meant to reduce repetitive strain,
00:32:14.680 improve safety, and now employees to focus on higher-skilled work.
00:32:19.200 But for workers who just watched more than 1,000 jobs disappear, the timing is very hard to ignore.
00:32:26.960 Interestingly enough, United Auto Workers Local 22 has filed grievances over the rollout,
00:32:32.540 arguing that employees have legitimate concerns about what expanded automation means for future staffing and jobs.
00:32:39.420 General Motors says robots are not replacing people, but very clearly they are.
00:32:43.560 Across the auto industry, companies are racing towards AI-powered factories as labor costs rise and competition intensifies.
00:32:51.940 Toyota, BMW, and others are making similar investments.
00:32:56.300 Detroit workers are promised a green jobs boom, but instead they're seeing layoffs, robots, and uncertainty.
00:33:03.720 As the next United Auto Workers talks approach in 2028, AI on the factory floor may become one of America's biggest labor battles.
00:33:12.520 Although organized labor can often be corrupt and sometimes in the pocket of the Democrats,
00:33:17.940 their right to push back against the overuse of A.I. and robotics in our manufacturing is costing us jobs.

00:34:57.760 Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
00:35:00.160 At the end of May 2026, the United States had solidified its position as the world's largest oil exporter, shipping approximately 110.5 million barrels of oil per day of crude and refined product, surpassing Russia and Saudi Arabia for the third consecutive month.
00:35:21.340 This is a historic energy dominance and reversal of decades-old global supply dynamics, building on the U.S. becoming a net petroleum exporter in 2026 for the first time since at least 1949.
00:35:35.020 Yet many Americans, myself included, continue to feel the price is the bump.
00:35:40.600 While crude prices have fallen sharply, gasoline prices remain elevated, roughly 30 to 50 cents higher than they would be under normal circumstances as pre-Iranian war conflict levels gradually return.
00:35:54.360 President Donald Trump has directed the Department of Justice to investigate major oil companies for alleged price gouging as the gas pump, specifically calling out firms like ExxonMobil and Chevron, stating that oil prices are dropping like a rock, while gasoline prices seem to remain stubbornly high.
00:36:14.020 The move comes even as global oil prices have dropped substantially in recent weeks.
00:36:19.480 President Trump is leveraging America's historic energy dominance, something promised to us by multiple presidents, but delivered only by one, Donald Trump, with bold steps to deliver real relief to Americans at the pump, relief badly needed by American families.
00:36:36.340 West Texas Intermediate Crude has fallen more than 30% from recent wartime peaks to about $70 per barrel following the mid-June U.S.-Iran agreement that reopened the Strait of Hormuz and significantly eased global supply concern.
00:36:53.600 Yet despite this drop in price, the U.S. average gasoline price stood at about $3.93 per gallon as of last Wednesday, which is only down 14 percent from recent highs, but well above January's $2.76 per gallon.
00:37:12.220 President Trump's actions include the ongoing release of barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve authorized earlier this year and his prediction that gasoline prices would fall significantly, potentially towards the low $2 range as crude prices cause flow through to consumers.
00:37:31.840 Oil refinement is a time-intensive process, of course.
00:37:35.680 Often the gasoline pumped into our vehicles at the end of the month was refined just weeks earlier,
00:37:41.160 meaning retail prices frequently lag behind these shifts in global crude markets.
00:37:47.900 It's widely expected that oil and gasoline prices will continue declining towards pre-Iran conflict levels in the coming weeks and months.
00:37:57.700 Some have reported seasonal demand, hurricane risks, and lingering geopolitical uncertainties could cap, however, how far prices fall.
00:38:07.960 Market reactions have been mixed.
00:38:10.320 Energy stocks dipped on the news of the probe ordered by Trump and reserve activity,
00:38:17.200 while analysts anticipated modest further declines in gasoline prices and lower crude works through the system.
00:38:24.020 Trump is moving on his promise to protect consumers and harness America with energy dominance.
00:38:30.000 The United States has been the world's top oil exporter since May of 2026.
00:38:35.000 But when I went to the gas pump and filled the car most recently, it hovered around $70 for a full tank.
00:38:42.420 Far more than the average family, or even I, can afford.
00:38:46.280 Meanwhile, parents could face years in prison in England, the United Kingdom, just requesting child gender transition.
00:38:54.800 Parents, teachers, doctors, religious leaders in Britain could actually now face criminal investigation and even prison under a new conversion therapy law that is a direct threat to free speech, parental rights and basic biological reality.
00:39:11.240 Equality's Minister Olivia Bailey has published draft legislation that would ban efforts to suppress or change a person's sexual orientation or gender identity.
00:39:23.040 The bill's language is dangerously broad.
00:39:25.680 The definition of abuses include controlling or coercive words or behavior, economic pressure, and emotion or psychological pressure.
00:39:33.580 Terms could easily be weaponized against parents who simply question whether a confused child should begin an irreversible medical path that includes drugging and mutilation.
00:39:44.880 This is coming in the United Kingdom, and we have to hope that it never comes here into the United States. 0.69
