00:02:10.180 Meanwhile, Mayor Zoran Mamdami caught some real Italian heat today after releasing a map of the city's ethnic enclaves, including 30 places like Little Palestine, but somehow left out Little Italy.

00:02:25.760 The map, called New York's Immigrant Enclaves, highlighted 30 areas across the five boroughs, ranging from Koreatown in Manhattan, Little Pakistan in Brooklyn, Little Yemen in the Bronx, but somehow left out Little Italy. 0.52

00:02:57.720 Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is taking the fight over birthright citizenship back to the Supreme Court.

00:03:04.280 Birthright citizenship is, of course, a ruling by the Supreme Court last week that said that if a child was born on U.S. soil,

00:03:12.600 despite the fact that the parents were not U.S. citizens, they were automatically a U.S. citizen.

00:03:18.880 It is a substantial misreading of the 14th Amendment, and now President Trump has announced that he will ask the high court to rehear it based on new developments.

00:03:30.660 They moved to strike down his executive order, restricting this automatic citizenship for people born in the United States to foreign nationals.

00:03:39.400 The president pointed to reports of hospital billboards near the southern border and in Mexico advertising childbirth packages to foreign nationals.

00:03:50.200 One South Texas hospital reportedly promoted deliveries starting at $3,950 for a natural birth and $5,525 for a C-section, just miles from a U.S.-Mexico border crossing.

00:04:04.180 In a truth post-social, President Trump warned that birthright citizenship is being marketed like a commercial service with American citizenship effectively being sold to anyone willing to pay for delivery inside the United States.

00:04:19.720 Texas Governor Greg Abbott has already called for investigation into the Mission Regional Medical Center that has been doing this advertising.

00:04:28.240 Now, the hospital says the marketing materials are no longer in use and denies facilitating unlawful activity.

00:05:38.120 Senator Susan Collins, faced growing pressure to quit after Politico published an account from his

00:05:44.240 former girlfriend, one Jennifer Racicott, who alleged that he came to her home uninvited and 0.69

00:05:50.300 raped her. After that report, prominent leftist Democrats, including Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth

00:05:56.900 Focahontas Warren and Ro Khanna threw him under the bus completely. Another woman, Lindsay

00:06:03.440 Fiffield, who previously made sexual misconduct allegations against Plattner in the New York Times,

00:06:09.420 has also come forward with additional accusations. Plattner, of course, denies all of these

00:06:14.780 allegations, calling them not real, and says that he and his wife are regular people caught in a

00:06:20.440 political takedown. In a lengthy video, Plattner refused to take any responsibility for his actions

00:06:26.240 and still blaming the corporate, instead blaming the corporate media and political establishment,

00:06:32.020 arguing that the accusations should not be the beginning of a process but the end of it.

00:06:37.120 But the political reality is clear.

00:06:39.060 Democrats who lecture the country about morality, about women's rights, about how all women should be believed,

00:06:45.680 and accountability are now scrambling to replace a candidate they were prepared to elevate.

00:06:50.720 They said that we must believe all women and now have to live up to those words.

00:06:55.060 Plattner insisted he could still beat Susan Collins, but he admitted that the fallout would make his campaign impossible to run.

00:07:01.740 This leaves Maine Democrats scrambling to find a successor under a tight legal deadline, which I believe is by the 27th.

00:07:12.260 Even with Plattner out of the picture, Democrats in Maine will have a tough time in the midterms as the fallout from this scandal will be sure to sully them in November.

00:07:22.920 If we're going to hold Graham Plattner accountable, then we have to hold Congressman Corey Mills of Florida, a Republican, accountable.

00:07:44.700 Meanwhile, Patriot U.S. Congressman from Tennessee Tim Burchett is demanding transparency in one of Washington's most sensitive unsolved cases.

00:07:55.560 That would be the 2016 killing of Democrat National Committee staffer Seth Rich.

00:08:01.180 Earlier this week, Burchett announced that he had formally asked the FBI Director Cash Patel to release all FBI records related to Seth Rich's desk.

00:08:11.380 his office has said plainly that the American people deserve answers. Now, Rich was only

00:08:16.200 27 years old when he was shot and killed while walking home in Washington, D.C. on the early

00:08:21.400 morning of July 10, 2016. Police called it a botched robbery, but his ring, his watch, his

00:08:29.160 cash, and his credit cards remained untouched, and the case remains unsolved nearly a decade

00:08:35.620 later amongst a bevy of questions that have never come close to being answered. Rich's death became

00:08:41.520 the center of intense public speculation after claims emerged that he may have been connected

00:08:46.780 to the leaked Democrat National Committee emails published by WikiLeaks. It was proven in my trial

00:08:54.760 where the underlying thesis of the indictment against me that I had lied under oath when in

00:09:01.140 fact, no statement or misstatement I made was material because there was no Russian collusion

00:09:06.640 to hide. And even Robert Mueller admitted in his long redacted but finally released final report

00:09:15.100 that he found no evidence whatsoever that I had received any materials from WikiLeaks.

00:09:21.720 Riziz Desh became the center of this speculation. Those claims remain disputed. But what is not

00:09:26.960 disputed now is the FBI's handling of the records and what transpires next. Attorney Ty Clevenger

00:09:34.360 spent years fighting through Freedom of Information Act requests in an attempt to get some semblance

00:09:40.060 of transparency regarding this case. The FBI initially claimed it had no revelant records

00:09:45.920 regarding Seth Rich, but later admitted it had more than 20,000 pages of potentially revelant

00:09:51.540 material, along with Rich's work laptop and an image of his personal laptop. Now, attorney

00:09:58.080 Clevenger says more documents may have surfaced inside a previously concealed FBI room, though

00:10:04.640 this has not been confirmed yet by the Bureau. Congressman Birchett will join us this Sunday on

00:10:10.480 my show. The FBI must release all these documents. It's clear to anyone who's peered into the case of

00:10:16.520 Seth Rich, that he was likely murdered, perhaps as another name on the infamous Clinton kill list.

00:11:41.260 For years, CNN helped lead the corporate media's anti-Trump crusade, lecturing Americans about democracy while bleeding viewers and trust.

00:11:59.840 Some insiders fear Weiss could eventually have influence over CNN and bulldoze the liberal status quo there.

00:14:30.440 Again, Mayor Zoran Mamdami kicked up a firestorm today by releasing a New York City immigrant enclave map, which seems to hit every ethnic group across the city, except for Italians, Irish and Jewish people.

00:14:47.900 Mike Crispy from the Italian American Civil Rights League joins us in just a few minutes to talk about the fact that Italians, Mecca, Little Italy, one of the most important places in the story of Italian immigration, was left off the mayor's map.

00:15:05.740 Meanwhile, across the country, there's a populist backlash that's growing into these Flock license plate reading cameras, and the backlash is no longer theoretical. It can be declared a real thing.

00:15:18.740 in Houston. Now, multiple cameras have been found cut down or knocked down, including near Washington

00:15:24.300 Avenue, Westcott, Memorial Park. The police are investigating, while Flock, the company, condemns

00:15:30.120 the damage as illegal vandalism. That is true. Destroying public equipment is not the answer,

00:15:35.760 nor do we recommend it, but these are the sort of actions that become inevitable when the people's

00:15:40.860 rights are being eviscerated. Flock cameras record license plates, vehicle details, and travel

00:15:47.080 patterns than they store that data in searchable databases used by the police. Many question the

00:15:53.700 constitutionality of this under the Fourth Amendment. Supporters say the technology helps

00:15:58.840 recover stolen cars, locate kidnapping victims, and solve violent crimes. But the cost is a

00:16:05.640 surveillance grid that tracks ordinary Americans who haven't been accused of any crime. In other

00:16:10.980 words, we're being trading our essential liberty for the illusion of safety. This is exactly what

00:16:16.880 the founding fathers warned us against. This is a fight nationwide. In Virginia, a man faces

00:16:22.820 multiple felony charges after allegedly damaging flop cameras. Privacy advocates have donated to

00:16:29.840 his legal defense. In Newport, residents packed a town hall to oppose keeping the cameras in place

00:16:36.260 permanently. In Arlington, Virginia, cameras were spray painted. In Milwaukee, a detective has been

00:16:42.200 charged with allegedly misusing flock data to track people for his personal reasons. This is

00:16:48.360 precisely our concern. Once government and private tech companies collude to build massive surveillance

00:16:54.700 systems, the abuse is not hypothetical. It's just a matter of when and what extent it occurs. We

00:17:01.640 should always support law enforcement and we don't advocate any action against the cameras. That would

00:17:06.740 be illegal. But we also demand constitutional limits, transparency, and warrants where it's

00:17:12.800 appropriate. We need better trained police to stop crimes. We don't know police manpower placed by a

00:17:20.060 surveillance camera system that spies on the American people. We must never excuse, accept any

00:17:27.100 excuse that leads us to embrace Big Brother. So we'll be following this flock camera issue very

00:17:35.040 closely. Once again, coming up on the Stone Zone momentarily, Mayor Zoran Mamdami has really kicked

00:17:43.060 off quite a firestorm in his map, highlighting ethnic areas across the city, such as Koreatown

00:20:02.320 But one community that it did not recognize was the original Little, Little Italy.

00:20:08.560 That brought an immediate rebuke from the Italian American Civil Rights League.

00:20:25.600 Just reading from this statement that you put out earlier today, which got very wide circulation,

00:20:31.380 you said, Little Italy is sacred ground.

00:20:35.320 It is where Italian immigrants came with nothing, worked hard, opened shops, raised families,

00:20:40.900 built churches, fed the city, and helped New York City be what it is today. As you, I think,

00:20:47.620 correctly said, this isn't about just being left out. This is a purposeful effort to erase the

00:20:54.360 history of the Italian-American community. All you say perfectly, Roger, is that Italian-Americans 1.00

00:21:00.380 have been an instrumental part of New York City since the late 1800s, since the early 1900s. You

00:21:07.940 We built the Empire State Building.

00:21:10.380 We dug the subway system.

00:21:12.460 We have been instrumental in our culture, our cuisine, our entertainment, our art.

00:21:19.400 Everything of the Italian-American culture has been woven into the New York City culture.

00:21:24.960 And when our Italian ancestors came here, they did so wanting to become a part of America.

00:21:31.340 They wanted to contribute to the greater good.

00:21:34.100 They left their homeland.

00:21:35.360 They came to New York City.

00:21:36.680 They embraced American culture.

00:21:38.840 They had American pride.

00:21:40.100 They adopted American customs.

00:21:42.280 And it is a shame that Zoran is doing what he's doing, and he hates Italian-Americans,

00:21:46.580 and he's acting like this because we stand for everything that he is against.

00:21:51.440 That is coming to a place, assimilating, working hard, doing it the right way, not making excuses,

00:21:58.560 not looking for handouts, and contributing and standing on your own two feet.

00:22:02.100 That is the antithesis of what Zoran ran on and what he believes.

00:22:07.220 And that is why, Roger, he very specifically, very deliberately left Little Italy off that map.

00:22:14.140 He's been against the Italians multiple times.

00:22:16.380 This is just yet another example of his treachery.

00:22:19.800 Yeah, I noticed that the well-known writer and blogger Chris Ruffo, who's been in the Stone Zone, 0.99

00:22:26.520 posted a picture of Zorin Mamdami flipping the bird

00:22:32.300 at the statue of Christopher Columbus in New York City,

00:22:36.320 insisting that it be taken down.

00:22:38.720 We've seen this across the country.

00:22:41.740 It is, in my view, a willful effort to erase our culture,

00:22:46.600 erase our history.

00:22:47.640 When I say are, yes, I am half Italian.

00:22:50.820 I'm Italian and Hungarian.

00:22:52.840 I'm Italian from the waist down and proud of it.

00:22:56.520 But this is exactly what is going on here. But it's not just Italians. That's what was interesting. Around 11% of New Yorkers today are Italian-Americans, but over 4 million Italians immigrated to New York City between 1880 and 1920. 0.82

00:23:15.340 Little Italy, of course, is located in Manhattan, but you have other heavily Italian enclaves like Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, Bensonhurst in Brooklyn, Howard Beach in Queens, Southern Staten Island.

00:23:28.760 None of them seem to be listed in the mayor's map, but the neighborhood known as Little Palestine, that's on the map.

00:23:37.180 And then there are the Irish, about 4.4% of New Yorkers New York City residents today, but 2 million Irish people immigrated to the United States between 1851 and 1860 after the Great Potato Famine.

00:23:53.960 And there are still major enclaves of Italian-Americans in Woodlawn Heights in the Bronx, which is once known as Little Ireland, and the western portion of Rockaway Peninsula in Queens, known then as the Irish Riviera.

00:24:07.780 Notice that they're also missing here.

00:24:10.100 So I think there's something larger here at foot.

00:24:13.080 And there's no mention whatsoever of the Jewish neighborhoods in the city. 1.00

00:24:18.140 So this is this is a part of that larger effort to erase us as a people. 1.00

00:24:24.920 Yes, Roger. I mean, you can't you pointed out perfectly are the groups who have contributed to New York City historically are the ones that he's leaving out.

00:24:31.800 And these third worldist groups that he is highlighting in this, you know, enclave immigrant map.

00:24:38.600 You know, nobody's heard of little Palestine. Nobody's heard of little Pakistan.

00:24:42.480 But he points these out and he ignores other groups. And that is very deliberate. 0.65

00:24:47.440 And the Christopher Columbus statue, him flipping off the statue, it's amazing because Italian-Americans take so much abuse for Christopher Columbus.

00:24:56.400 And people are referencing what Christopher Columbus did in the year 1492, saying that he was a savage.

00:25:01.840 Well, a lot of people were savages in 1492.

00:25:04.600 Nobody's arguing the tedious merits of other figures for other holidays.

00:25:09.380 It only seems that Italian-Americans come under fire for Christopher Columbus.

00:25:13.380 The bottom line is that he is a symbol for our heritage, and it is not up to other people to say that he needs to be removed, and Italian-Americans need to comply with the will of Ugandans like Zoran Mandabi, who are telling us what our holidays should be named and should not.

00:25:29.040 If it was any other group other than Italians being told that, it would be dismissed as racist, out of pocket.

00:25:34.720 But Zoran can do that to Italians, and he can, as you pointed out, Roger, ignore Irish people, Jewish people,

00:25:41.380 and other groups that have built New York City, have done all the work, embraced all of the things that have made New York New York.

00:25:49.000 He's dismissing that. He's whitewashing it.

00:25:51.200 I look at his press conferences. I look at his televised events.

00:25:53.920 The people around him, all about different types of groups coming together.

00:25:59.040 but it seems like he excludes specific groups

00:26:45.200 These are cultural landmarks, proof that Italian-Americans are still here and still fighting to preserve our heritage. 0.88

00:26:51.940 But it just seems that Mamdami can find room for every other fashionable, progressive constituency, but somehow he can't find room for little Italy. 0.75

00:27:03.860 So I think you were quoted earlier today, Mike, is saying, our culture is good enough for their photo ops. 0.91

00:27:12.300 Our neighborhoods are good enough for tourism dollars.
