00:00:25.800 I literally just hung up with Congressman Tim Burchett from Tennessee
00:00:30.800 who said this was a procedural vote.
00:00:33.700 The word Epstein appears nowhere.
00:00:35.660 It was essentially a fugazi, a head fake to give the American people the impression
00:00:42.100 that that was the question on the floor.
00:00:44.780 In fact, it just would have returned or turned control of the floor of Congress over to the Democrats.
00:00:51.340 The Democrats suddenly are in favor of full disclosure when it comes to the Epstein client list

00:01:51.760 former New New Mexico Governor and Democrat Bill Richardson,
00:01:56.880 but the most famous of them all, of course, Bill and Hillary Clinton.
00:02:01.180 You see, the difference is President Donald Trump cut Jeffrey Epstein off prior to Epstein being exposed
00:02:09.480 and charged and convicted of sex crimes in Florida.
00:02:14.220 He banished Epstein from all Trump properties and from his life prior to Epstein becoming even remotely controversial,
00:02:23.300 whereas Bill and Hillary Clinton continued to socialize to accept millions of dollars from
00:02:31.880 and to visit Epstein's island multiple times.

00:02:46.580 But it is interesting to me now, suddenly, that Ghislaine Maxwell, who was essentially Epstein's pimp,

00:03:04.720 The foundation that Maxwell headed, this was in addition to her serving as the chief groomer
00:03:11.580 and procurer of underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, the Tara Marr Foundation,
00:03:18.960 was in fact a grooming pool for young women and was completely and totally funded by multi-million dollar grants,
00:03:27.940 you guessed it, from the Clinton Foundation.
00:03:31.420 Maxwell is evidently, according to the Daily Mail, ready to spill the beans about the true nature
00:03:37.160 of the Jeffrey Epstein pedophilia operation.
00:03:40.060 Maxwell is looking to share the truth with the masses as she tries to make a deal to get out of prison.
00:03:47.420 Now, it is interesting that Maxwell was never offered any kind of plea deal
00:03:53.620 when she was prosecuted by the Biden administration.
00:03:57.120 Now, she sees a path in which she might get out of prison.
00:04:00.900 She's more than happy to sit before Congress and tell her story.
00:04:04.340 No one from the government's ever asked her to share what she knows.
00:04:08.860 She remains the only person to be jailed in connection to Epstein,
00:04:12.040 and she says she would welcome the chance to tell the American people the truth.
00:04:19.500 I think this is a terrific idea because she has nothing whatsoever on Donald Trump,

00:04:31.160 The Trump administration has emphatically stated that Epstein killed himself,
00:04:37.800 but as I have said here in the Stone Zone multiple times,
00:04:41.520 there are no records to show the public that that is accurate.
00:04:45.160 In fact, I've reported exactly the opposite.
00:04:48.800 We know that the New York medical examiner, Dr. Michael Badden,
00:04:52.980 one of the most respected pathologists in the country,
00:04:56.620 who examined Epstein's body after his death,
00:05:01.320 showed three fractures in his neck,
00:05:03.540 which the doctor said could not reasonably have occurred
00:05:06.920 with Epstein's supposedly makeshift bed sheet noose.
00:05:12.120 Also, the hemorrhages in Epstein's eyes were emblematic of homicide.
00:05:17.980 The aforementioned noose,
00:05:19.680 which did not match the compression marks on Epstein's necks,
00:05:23.420 the cameras conveniently malfunctioned at the time of Epstein's death,
00:05:27.620 the guards deciding it was time to take a nap right as Epstein turned up,
00:05:32.020 Epstein being taken off suicide watch against prison protocol
00:05:36.480 just before he supposedly killed himself,
00:05:39.160 and a cellmate being removed from Epstein's cell,
00:05:42.020 once again all against prison protocol shortly before Epstein's death,
00:05:46.900 all point to the logical fact that he was murdered.
00:05:50.360 In fact, according to Dr. Badden,
00:05:54.320 the injuries to Epstein were more indicated from strangulation.
00:06:00.820 This could be the greatest single federal cover-up since JFK or 9-11.
00:06:07.720 I now agree with Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene
00:06:12.920 that it's probably time for a special prosecutor
00:06:16.460 to clear the air on this entire matter.
00:06:20.360 I think it would be the fastest and easiest way to get to the truth.

00:06:29.400 that I think President Trump should direct Attorney General Pam Bondi
00:06:34.980 to instruct the interim U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York
00:06:40.540 to move in federal court to unseal all of the grand jury testimony
00:06:48.420 from Epstein's 2019 charges by the Trump Justice Department
00:06:55.360 in which he was charged with committing child sex trafficking
00:07:01.580 and a second charge of conspiring to engage in child sex trafficking.
00:07:07.960 Now, one cannot conspire alone.
00:07:10.740 That's why I believe that those grand jury records,
00:07:14.680 which are currently sealed,
00:07:16.620 will reveal to us who Jeffrey Epstein's Confederates were.
00:07:21.440 While we're at it, I think it is equally important
00:07:25.760 to unseal the search warrants for Epstein's palatial home in Manhattan
00:07:33.020 as well as for his island in the Virgin Islands.
00:07:37.960 That would shed enormous light on this entire question.
00:07:42.220 Meanwhile, Steve Bannon continues to withhold 15 hours of video interviews
00:07:51.400 that he did with Epstein.
00:07:53.020 I'm sorry, but I don't understand why Bannon visited with Epstein
00:07:58.640 at his New York residence after Epstein had been charged
00:08:03.440 and convicted of sex crimes in Florida,
00:08:06.120 but prior to his being charged with sex crimes in New York.
00:08:10.940 He also, according to the New York Post,
00:08:13.960 Bannon met with Epstein at his Paris apartment.
00:08:20.040 Again, a special counsel would be the fastest way
00:08:24.060 to shed light on this entire question.

00:08:30.680 and the course of action that I just recommended
00:08:34.180 by the interim U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York

00:08:48.040 In the meantime, President Donald Trump is now going after
00:08:50.960 shifty Adam Schiff.

00:08:56.240 You remember him?
00:08:57.160 He's the guy who said that he had, quote,
00:08:59.480 seen more than circumstantial evidence of Russian collusion
00:09:02.740 with Donald Trump's presidential campaign,
00:09:05.000 but never produced anything of the kind.
00:09:08.960 We now know that Senator Schiff, formerly Congressman Schiff,
00:09:13.740 has been exposed for the same kind of serial mortgage fraud
00:09:19.000 that New York Attorney General Letitia James
00:09:22.960 has been referred to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution for.
00:09:29.220 These allegations stem from Schiff designating his primary residence
00:09:35.020 as being in Maryland back in 2003.
00:09:38.700 He then purchased a condo in Burbank, California in 2009,
00:09:43.440 making a $7,000 property tax reduction under the restrictions
00:09:47.260 that tax exemptions only if a dwelling must be the person's true,
00:09:52.100 fixed, and permanent home and principal establishment
00:09:55.960 to which he or she, whenever absent, intends to return.
00:10:00.080 In other words, by claiming to be a resident of Maryland
00:10:02.800 while representing California in the Congress,
00:10:07.180 Schiff was able to get a tax break.
00:10:09.280 From 2009 to 2019, Schiff continued to designate Maryland
00:10:15.140 as his home and primary resident,
00:10:17.420 making it clear that his pad in Burbank
00:10:20.300 was not his true, fixed, or permanent residence
00:10:24.980 by any stretch of the imagination.
00:10:27.900 This fact indicates that he committed fraud,
00:10:30.620 fraud discovered by Federal Housing and Finance Administrator Bill Pulte,
00:10:36.280 and President Trump has now made sure that everyone knows about it.

00:10:43.780 I've always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist,
00:10:47.900 but I now learned that Fannie Mae's Financial Crimes Division
00:10:52.220 has concluded that Adam Schiff engaged in a sustained pattern
00:10:55.840 of possible mortgage fraud.
00:10:58.420 Adam Schiff said his primary residence was in Maryland
00:11:01.520 in order to get a cheaper mortgage and to rip off America
00:11:05.020 when he must, by law, live in California
00:11:08.680 because he was a congressman from California.
00:11:11.780 I always knew Adam Schiff was a crook, he said.
00:11:16.040 If Adam Schiff goes to prison for tax fraud,
00:11:18.380 he'll be getting off easy.
00:11:20.040 In my opinion, he should be arrested and charged with treason
00:11:23.400 for helping to falsify evidence
00:11:25.700 and attempting to frame President Donald Trump
00:11:28.460 as a Russian agent in order to remove him from office.

00:11:53.040 There are thousands of ridiculous, antiquated, senseless,
00:11:56.360 and counterproductive federal laws on the books,
00:11:58.440 but perhaps none of them more idiotic or incomprehensible
00:12:01.600 as continuing to carry marijuana, cannabis,
00:12:05.600 which millions of Americans use for legitimate medicinal purposes
00:12:09.780 as a Schedule I narcotic.
00:12:12.400 This is a holdover from the drug war era
00:12:15.200 when understandable concerns about illicitable drugs
00:12:18.240 led to a moral panic
00:12:19.980 that facilitated some of the worst constitutional abuses in history.
00:12:24.820 Marijuana is in an even higher classification
00:12:27.760 and considered more dangerous than cocaine,
00:12:31.000 which is only a Schedule III drug.
00:12:33.520 Heroin is also a Schedule III drug.
00:12:36.980 This outdated misclassification makes it harder for scientists,
00:12:40.900 first of all, to conduct additional tests on marijuana,
00:12:44.200 and for veterans who use it for PTSD,

00:12:49.460 who use it for legitimate medicinal purposes to acquire it.
00:12:55.400 It is time for President Donald Trump,
00:12:58.400 with the stroke of the pen,
00:13:00.160 not to legalize marijuana,
00:13:01.960 although I wouldn't be opposed to that,
00:13:04.120 but at a minimum to reschedule it

00:13:10.680 where it is viewed as a far less dangerous drug.

00:18:47.660 that's going to make the MAGA base, I think, very happy.
00:18:51.800 Now, my initial take on the CIA report released by CIA Director Radcliffe
00:18:58.420 was that it was a shallow dive into the deep plot that began in the Oval Office
00:19:06.980 when Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Susan Rice, CIA Director John Brennan,
00:19:14.020 FBI Director James Comey, and others decided to try to frame Donald Trump
00:19:19.860 and remove him from office based on a false premise
00:19:23.460 that the Russians somehow aided in his election.
00:19:28.240 You have a great piece on this.

00:19:32.960 Well, first of all, all of that is correct, and thank you for having me.
00:19:37.880 You know, the truth is it was an attempted coup,
00:19:41.460 and it started with overwhelming election interference in the 2016 election.
00:19:49.780 Anything in the world to deflect from Hillary's very real scandals
00:19:55.260 and everything in the world to smear Donald Trump
00:19:58.780 and all of his close associates, yourself included.
00:20:01.940 So this is where it began.
00:20:04.260 It failed massively.
00:20:06.380 Unfortunately, you may recall the book Shattered,
00:20:10.900 in which we have a very useful account of Hillary on election night in 2016,
00:20:19.500 pretty drunk and deciding that this was the course of action to take.
00:20:23.900 So, you know, what we're seeing in the CIA report,
00:20:26.860 which, as you say, is pretty shallow, but it's very preliminary,
00:20:29.840 is that they knew, they knew that it was false.
00:20:34.640 They knew what they were doing.
00:20:36.760 Brennan perjured himself on this point.
00:20:39.220 He's far from the only one.
00:20:41.100 And the brilliance of what Kash Patel has just done
00:20:44.140 is that by framing it as a grand conspiracy

00:21:13.620 took five years to reach the conclusions

00:21:18.320 and which many in the independent media had already reported.
00:21:21.340 But he was running out the clock.
00:21:23.300 He wanted to make sure that none of the conspirators
00:21:26.980 could be charged,
00:21:28.700 which is why he took four long years.
00:21:32.520 And he never even addressed the question
00:21:34.740 of whether the Democrat National Committee
00:21:37.140 was, in fact, the target of an online hack
00:21:41.640 by Russian intelligence.

00:22:38.920 He's a guy who got caught red-handed
00:22:41.560 spying on a U.S. Senate committee
00:22:44.180 that was investigating his illegal use of torture
