00:00:00.000 The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:00:05.440 You are now entering the Stone Zone.
00:00:08.760 Well, I returned this morning from Las Vegas, Nevada, where I attended the America First Ground Zero Conference.
00:00:15.520 It was sponsored by the Gateway Pundit.
00:00:18.200 The Gateway Pundit, of course, is the net-based news outlet that was probably the only place you could go
00:00:25.800 during the time that I was subjected to a Soviet-style show trial in the Russian collusion hoax
00:00:32.520 when I was fighting charges that I had lied under oath in my voluntary testimony to the House Intelligence Committee.
00:00:39.920 The Gateway Pundit was one of the few places you could go for accurate and honest reporting
00:00:44.760 about that outrageous violation of my constitutional rights.
00:00:49.880 You see, I was not charged with a crime because I did anything wrong.
00:00:52.940 I was charged with a process crime in order to pressure me into testifying falsely against President Donald Trump.
00:01:00.840 You see, after Robert Mueller and the Justice Department spent tens of millions of dollars
00:01:06.260 and could find no evidence whatsoever of Russian collusion with Donald Trump's 26th campaign,
00:01:12.960 they decided to try to create it.
00:01:14.900 You see, they wanted me to bear false witness against the president, which, of course, I refused to do.
00:01:20.360 The Gateway Pundit was among the few places you could go for accurate coverage I'll always be very grateful to.
00:01:26.640 Jim and Joe Hoff, the twin brothers, writing and covering news for the Gateway Pundit.
00:01:32.640 Anyway, they had a great conference in Las Vegas.
00:01:35.200 I was honored, along with General Michael Flynn.
00:01:37.940 I think most Americans are familiar with the horrific trial that the swamp put him through,
00:01:45.540 as well as the greatest mayor in New York City history, Rudy Giuliani.
00:01:49.900 It was a terrific conference, and I met many great patriots.
00:01:54.200 Still getting a lot of feedback from the riff I did last week regarding Steve Bannon.
00:02:00.180 Steve Bannon was, of course, fired from the Trump White House in 2017,
00:02:04.700 essentially for leaking self-serving stories.
00:02:07.940 I'll never forget when Steve Bannon's picture appeared on the cover of Time magazine with the headline,
00:02:13.060 Trump's brain.
00:02:14.940 This is ridiculous.
00:02:16.320 The man responsible for the election of Donald Trump, no matter how improbable,
00:02:21.540 was Donald Trump himself.
00:02:23.220 He's not managed.
00:02:24.440 He's not packaged.
00:02:25.640 He's not scripted.
00:02:27.100 He is his own man.
00:02:28.980 And it was his own audacious strategy, his own decision to make illegal immigration a major
00:02:35.060 national centerpiece issue of his campaign, for example, that elected Donald Trump.
00:02:40.540 The truth is that when Paul Manafort left Donald Trump's campaign, he left behind a complete
00:02:45.640 and very detailed written campaign plan.
00:02:48.420 His successor, Steve Bannon, merely implemented that plan.
00:02:52.700 But people say to me, what's your beef with Bannon?
00:02:55.720 I mean, you and Steve are both Trump supporters.
00:02:58.520 You're both MAGA, right?
00:02:59.800 Well, my beef with him is really very simple.
00:03:02.500 Steve Bannon testified to the House Intelligence Committee in 2018, around the same time that I
00:03:08.780 did, under oath, and he was asked by Congressman Adam Schiff whether he'd ever talked to Roger
00:03:14.340 Stone about WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, or the allegedly stolen emails.
00:03:20.480 He said, and I quote, no, never.
00:03:23.480 When asked by Adam Schiff, on no occasion, Bannon said no, on no occasion, never.
00:03:30.100 That was, of course, the truth.
00:03:31.780 You can imagine how surprised I was when Steve Bannon showed up at my trial in Washington,
00:03:37.600 D.C. as a surprise witness for Robert Mueller.
00:03:41.340 Kind of swept to the witness stand, dressed all in black, kind of like a fat Johnny Cat.
00:03:47.220 Of course, wouldn't look me in the eye.
00:03:49.020 And when asked the exact same question, did you ever talk to Roger Stone about WikiLeaks,
00:03:54.680 Julian Assange, or these allegedly stolen emails?
00:03:57.640 He said, yes, Stone brought it up in every conversation we had in 2016.
00:04:03.340 In fact, he went on to say, I considered Stone to be our access point to WikiLeaks.
00:04:09.240 That is known as perjury, a lie.
00:04:11.540 Two sworn statements, which as Jonathan Turley pointed out, or the George Washington University
00:04:16.740 law professor pointed out for the New York Post, were direct contradicting each other.
00:04:22.200 So that's the beginning of my problems with Stinky Steve.
00:04:25.320 My other problem, quite frankly, is his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:04:30.020 Bannon seeks Epstein out, according to the New York Post, seen multiple times at Epstein's
00:04:36.460 palatial New York home.
00:04:38.480 Also, according to other news outlets, flies to meet Epstein in Paris.
00:04:43.720 Why would anyone associate with a man who at that point had been convicted of sex crimes in Florida?
00:04:50.780 Former Bannon aide Sam Nunberg told me that Jeffrey Epstein had agreed to sponsor Steve Bannon's
00:05:00.000 ongoing political activities.
00:05:02.080 And we know that Bannon filmed 15 hours of an interview with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:05:08.120 I believe the purpose of this planned documentary was to try to rehabilitate Epstein after Epstein
00:05:16.980 was prosecuted for minor sex crimes in Florida.
00:05:22.140 Now, in 2019, it was the Trump administration that would come back and charge Jeffrey Epstein
00:05:28.640 with one count of child sex trafficking and a second count of conspiring to engage in child
00:05:36.520 sex trafficking.
00:05:37.260 So my question is a simple one.
00:05:40.020 Why has Steve Bannon not released the 15 hours of video he has?
00:05:45.760 I think the answer is because it was designed to try to rehabilitate Epstein.
00:05:50.820 The idea of Steve Bannon running for president, which, of course, he leaked himself and then
00:05:55.620 says he has no comment on the leak.
00:05:58.060 Well, that's a ludicrous joke.
00:06:00.460 Anyway, President Trump, of course, heading to Alaska on August 15th to meet with Vladimir
00:06:06.720 Putin and presumably President Zelensky of Ukraine.
00:06:11.760 Now, if I were Vladimir Putin right now, I would be carefully pouring over the art of
00:06:18.180 the deal.
00:06:18.680 I know this about Donald Trump.
00:06:21.200 He's not holding a meeting unless he knows what the results of that meeting are likely
00:06:25.220 to be.
00:06:25.940 So I'm going to assume, knowing him for 50 years, that he has the framework of a peace
00:06:32.000 deal.
00:06:32.560 He has certainly been living up to the promise of being a pro-peace commander in chief,
00:06:37.680 seamlessly reversing decades of foreign policies that have only exacerbated conflicts throughout
00:06:43.900 the world.
00:06:44.400 So Trump helped negotiate a ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia, put together a peace
00:06:49.400 deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, ended the violence between Pakistan
00:06:56.000 and India.
00:06:57.160 This list goes on and on.
00:07:00.000 To me, it means that he well deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:07:05.320 That, of course, is decided by a Norwegian-based globalist elitist committee.
00:07:10.760 I think it's unlikely that they will give him the prize, but it seems to me the Russians
00:07:17.560 have already kind of signaled what's going to happen this week.
00:07:22.200 They tentatively agreed to terms to stop the war in Ukraine, according to press reports.
00:07:27.660 That whole war is a folly that was created due to the aggressive NATO expansion by the Biden
00:07:33.360 administration.
00:07:34.240 See, when the Russians agreed to the reunification of East and West Germany, the United States
00:07:40.280 agreed in the Budapest Memorandum signed by Secretary of State James A. Baker and later
00:07:46.780 on in the Minsk Accords signed by the Bush administration not to push Ukraine into NATO, which really is
00:07:54.580 defined as not mounting NATO missiles, American missiles paid for by U.S. taxpayers, on the ground
00:08:02.080 in Ukraine, pointed at Russia.
00:08:04.680 Sorry, but I don't see this as different than the situation in America in 1962 when the Russians
00:08:11.960 mounted Russian ICBM missiles on the ground in Cuba 90 minutes from our shore.
00:08:19.540 And President Putin has made it clear from the beginning that that was his line in the sand.
00:08:27.020 So when President Trump ends the war between Russia and Ukraine, there will be little doubt
00:08:31.900 that he will be among the most successful presidents in American history in terms of peacemaking.
00:08:37.580 He is writing a diplomatic playbook that other presidents will follow for generations to come.
00:08:43.880 A Nobel Peace Prize may not be enough for Trump.
00:08:46.340 Perhaps they should put a spot on Mount Rushmore for him.
00:08:49.160 I think that would be just as fitting.
00:08:51.420 But let's kind of go through this.
00:08:53.000 He gets a ceasefire between the radical Houthis and the U.S.
00:08:57.680 That's in Yemen.
00:08:59.740 Back in May 6th of 2025, he declared an end to U.S. strikes on the Houthis, announcing an
00:09:05.680 immediate ceasefire brokered by Oman that had faltered the Red Sea shipping lanes.
00:09:12.040 Then, as I said, the Declaration of Principles in June of 2025 between the Democratic Republic of
00:09:19.560 Congo and Rwanda, this so-called Washington Accord ended one of the bloodiest conflicts in the history
00:09:27.960 of the world.
00:09:28.660 More recently, a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
00:09:34.720 Trump hosted the Armenian prime minister and the president of Azerbaijan at the White House just last
00:09:40.200 week, where they signed a landmark peace declaration ending that conflict and establishing a U.S.-controlled
00:09:48.160 transit corridor called the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity, or TRIP.
00:09:55.460 That's one thing I love about Donald Trump.
00:09:57.320 He always puts his name on his accomplishments.
00:10:00.120 Then, of course, there is the ceasefire that he got between Thailand and Cambodia.
00:10:05.420 This took place in late 2025 after deadly border clashes, Thailand and Cambodia, thanks to Donald
00:10:13.200 Trump interceding, agreed on a ceasefire right after the president's intervention.
00:10:18.340 Although some sources note that official confirmation of the U.S. mediation is unverified, multiple
00:10:25.360 credible sources say it was Donald Trump who brokered the deal.
00:10:29.800 It is amazing to me that on top of all of this, the India-Pakistan ceasefire claim, where
00:10:38.460 Trump purposely actually stated that he had de-escalated detentions, even though official
00:10:44.720 sources from India have attempted to deny that.
00:10:48.660 I tend to believe President Donald Trump.
00:10:51.700 Then, of course, there is the Israel-Syria de-escalation.
00:10:55.460 This is reported by various statements from our own envoys, Steve Whitcoff and Tom Barrack,
00:11:03.380 our ambassador to Turkey, although there was no formal agreement by the parties involved.
00:11:09.820 And then, of course, he's got an Israel-Aran ceasefire, which has so far held steady.
00:11:17.740 Again, I think extraordinarily fragile.
00:11:20.620 But there is no greater title that history can bestow than that of Peacemaker.
00:11:28.260 Trump ran as the peace candidate, and he is delivering in spades across the board.
00:11:35.060 Now, the war between Russia and Ukraine is not over yet, and it won't be over until the
00:11:41.000 ink is dry on the agreements.
00:11:43.200 But I know Donald Trump, I've known a long time.
00:11:45.580 I don't think he would be heading to Alaska unless he'd had the framework of a deal.
00:11:51.180 A Russian statesman specifically said the president had made a – pardon me – the
00:11:55.940 United States had made a proposal, which the Russians found acceptable.
00:12:00.660 So it may be premature to say that peace is at hand, but it certainly sounds to me like
00:12:06.260 Donald Trump is about to achieve his greatest breakthrough when it comes to world peace.
00:12:12.260 The American people are a little shocked.
00:12:15.260 You see, we're not used to political figures actually delivering on the pledges they make
00:12:20.340 during their presidential campaigns.
00:12:22.120 But Donald Trump is not a politician.
00:12:24.440 He will never be a politician.
00:12:26.700 He's the leader of a political reform movement, and it is having its impact in our foreign policy,
00:12:33.340 as he, I think, predationed himself for the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:12:37.680 Even if they don't give it to him, the American people completely get it.

00:14:05.880 And we're back in the Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
00:14:10.380 Last Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi named Ed Martin, Deputy Attorney General, as the special prosecutor to investigate mortgage fraud allegations regarding both Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:14:28.600 James is being accused of falsely listing her Norfolk, Virginia-based home as her primary legal residence in order to unlawfully receive a lower mortgage rate and a lower insurance rate.
00:14:44.040 Now, it's obviously a problem because under the New York state law and constitution, if a Virginia residence is her principal legal residence, she would be ineligible to be New York Attorney General.
00:14:58.780 In those documents, she also said that her daughter would make it her principal residence.
00:15:04.740 But actually, thanks to the investigative journalism of Sam Antar and Joel Gilbert, both of whom visited the Norfolk-based home, neither Letitia James nor her daughter are living there, as required by law under the mortgage.
00:15:23.640 She also, in another occasion, in order to qualify for a certain lower interest federal mortgage for investment properties, claimed that an apartment complex that she owned, which was required to have under five units, specifically four units, had four units.
00:15:44.320 The problem is that, once again, it had five units.
00:15:47.540 These are crimes for which other people have been prosecuted and found guilty.
00:15:55.140 Adam Schiff allegedly pulled a similar scheme.
00:15:57.960 He claimed that his condo in Burbank, California, and his home in Potomac, Maryland, were both his primary legal residence.
00:16:08.920 Therefore, he got a tax break in both states, and he got lower mortgage rates and lower insurance rates.
00:16:16.760 It's interesting to note that former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara put out a statement defending Adam Schiff, denying the charges, saying that they had been debunked.
00:16:28.320 They haven't been debunked.
00:16:30.240 And saying that this was somehow payback for the fact that Senator Adam Schiff had opposed special counsel Ed Martin's appointment as U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
00:16:44.720 It's ironic that Preet Bharara is going to have the time to represent Adam Schiff because my sources tell me that former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara is among those who will be brought in front of a grand jury shortly to discuss their own role in the Russian collusion hoax.
00:17:02.240 It has been accurately reported that Attorney General Pam Bondi has already appointed a prosecutor and a grand jury has been impaneled to begin hearing the evidence based on the disclosures by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,
00:17:22.580 that have completely exposed Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper,
00:17:36.260 Attorney General, Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, Don Podesta, and many others.
00:17:49.600 My friends, I think justice is coming.
00:17:53.000 Clearly, it is coming for Letitia James.
00:17:56.160 Remember her?
00:17:56.720 She's the one who said no one is above the law.
00:17:59.000 I think she's going to find out very shortly that that includes her.
00:18:03.180 You're listening to The Stone Zone.
00:18:04.440 Whatever you do, don't go away because we'll be right back.

00:18:15.520 The Stone Zone.
00:18:17.180 Entertaining and informative.
00:18:18.940 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:18:22.860 And we're back in The Stone Zone.
00:18:26.220 Back during the 2016 campaign for president, Donald Trump said that the legalization of marrow was a state's rights issue and that each state should make its own decision.
00:18:39.580 He made it clear that he himself did not support the use of marijuana, but as a conservative, he thought it should be up to the states.
00:18:48.160 At this point, 38 states have legalized some form of cannabis, usually for medicinal use.
00:18:56.780 Yet federally, it remains a Schedule I drug.
00:19:01.160 That's on the same level with heroin and cocaine and far more dangerous substances.
00:19:07.800 Last week, President Trump said he's considering changing the federal classification of cannabis from a Schedule I to Schedule III.
00:19:19.080 I favor, personally, complete deregulation.
00:19:23.080 I think we should treat marijuana, I think we should treat marijuana, cannabis, the same way we treat hemp, which President Trump legalized in the Farm Bill during his first term.
00:19:34.960 With many, many states now having marijuana legal as medicine, they still have, because of federal law, businesses who sell marijuana have problems with banks.
00:19:50.520 Banking services are unavailable under federal law for those who are in perfectly legal state businesses.
00:19:59.400 The basis of my support is very simple.
00:20:03.520 When my own father was dying of cancer, he had no appetite, and he was in horrific pain.
00:20:11.500 I recognized that the Oxycontin they were giving him was really just making him much sicker.
00:20:17.380 Also, he was beginning an addiction to that drug, which destroyed his digestive system.
00:20:25.600 He was literally down to about 125 pounds.
00:20:29.960 That was the point at which my sisters and I decided that we would try to get him to smoke some marijuana in the interests of his suffering.
00:20:41.540 And he almost immediately increased his appetite, put on weight, and he dealt much more easily with this horrific pain from his cancer.
00:20:53.000 It was at that point that I became a supporter of legalization.
00:20:57.320 I actually think deregulation makes more sense, but this is a step in the right direction.
00:21:03.960 If President Trump makes this decision, he will likely characterize marijuana now as a Schedule III drug.
00:21:11.020 This would be a massive victory for President Trump and for the American people.
00:21:16.400 Marijuana legalization is overwhelmingly popular with the public, who recognizes that alcohol, which we sell and regulate and tax,
00:21:25.900 is far more dangerous and far more deleterious to health than cannabis.
00:21:32.100 The medicinal properties of cannabis can no longer be denied, but the Schedule I classification has stopped the funding for a lot of the additional exploratory scientific study that I think is necessary that could unlock other medicinal and health benefits of what is a natural substance.
00:21:58.380 The notion that marijuana should be classified with heroin as a class one or Schedule I drug, frankly, is preposterous.
00:22:08.480 The federal war on drugs has been a failure by every metric.
00:22:12.640 It was Joe Biden who wrote the 1994 crime bill.
00:22:17.020 That was the bill that mandated the harsh mandatory penalties for the first-time nonviolent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use.
00:22:30.940 Yes, it's true the war on drugs was launched by President Richard Nixon, but that war on drug was focused on drug traffickers, drug smugglers, and drug kingpins.
00:22:42.200 It was Joe Biden as the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee who wrote the 1994 crime bill, and it was Bill Clinton who signed it into law.
00:22:53.580 I think at this juncture, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of poor people and disproportionately African Americans have been incarcerated because of the 1994 crime bill.
00:23:05.620 It's time to wind down this modern-day drug prohibition.
00:23:09.860 It has been a failure in the 1920s when they tried it with alcohol, just as much as it is a failure when it comes to cannabis one century later.
00:23:19.120 This decision should be a no-brainer for the president, and it will win over, I think, many independent voters and younger voters, libertarian voters, in next year's crucial midterm elections.
00:23:31.880 So I hope the president follows through on this pledge.
00:23:35.960 I say first we reschedule, then we de-schedule.
00:23:40.400 I've actually gone out and put a trademark on the name Roger Stone.
00:23:45.520 Who knows?
00:23:46.240 I might sell my own brand.
00:23:47.780 Meanwhile, the so-called safe injection sites in New York City, those are locations where drug addicts are free to shoot up heroin, have predictably backfired and are causing rampant degenerate behavior in public, according to a report in the New York Post.
00:24:04.620 The injection center, called On Point New York City, has resulted in dope-fueled junkies having depraved public sects stoned out of their minds as pedestrians pass by.
00:24:19.920 There are two of these locations open in New York City, and they have been open since 2021.
00:24:26.040 They've received a stunning $16.4 million in taxpayer funding from the city's Department of Health to operate.
00:24:36.540 Now, President Trump has signed an executive order targeting these types of centers that enable addicts to pursue their drug addiction.
00:24:44.280 He signed the Ending Crime and Disorder on America's Streets bill late last month.
00:24:51.400 This executive order makes sure that no federal discretionary grants are used to fund these sites for junkies.
00:25:01.040 President Trump also blocked a so-called safe injection center from operating in Pennsylvania during his first administration, a move that was affirmed as legal by multiple courts.
00:25:13.560 And then when challenged in the U.S. Supreme Court, well, Donald Trump won.
00:25:18.480 So there is no right to have these injection sites.
00:25:23.240 They have been a disaster for New York City, and I commend the president.
00:25:27.980 It is time to close them.
00:25:30.940 Meanwhile, America is embracing open-source artificial intelligence under the Trump administration.
00:25:38.340 China has actually been dominating in the field of open-source AI,
00:25:43.400 enabled by the Biden administration's policies that severely restricted innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
00:25:52.300 But frankly, that is rapidly changing as the Trump administration pursues the policies of American AI dominance.
00:26:00.080 I've used the various AI applications of Brock, SatGPT.
00:26:05.760 I still find that much of the information that they give you is incorrect.
00:26:11.300 For example, Brock will continue to tell you that Lee Harvey Oswald is responsible for the murder of John F. Kennedy.
00:26:18.680 I think that is incorrect.
00:26:20.600 I think at this point there's overwhelming evidence to indicate that that's not true.
00:26:25.280 If it is true, why then, when the Dallas police subject Lee Harvey Oswald to a paraffin test,
00:26:33.460 why are there no powder burns on his face or his chest or his arms?
00:26:38.640 If he had allegedly fired a leaky World War II vintage Italian Army Carcano carbine,
00:26:48.540 he would have had powder burns, but he had none.
00:26:51.440 I just use that as one of many examples.
00:26:55.620 I actually saw a Grok answer the other day that said that Roger Stone was on Donald Trump's,
00:27:03.900 pardon me, on Jeffrey Epstein's list.
00:27:08.000 I'm not in his phone book, nor am I on his the FAA manifest.
00:27:12.440 In fact, I am the first author in the country to expose those things in my book,
00:27:20.000 The Clinton's War on Women, back in 2015.
00:27:24.760 So AI is, to say the least, imperfect.
00:27:29.040 I also think it's extraordinarily dangerous.
00:27:31.320 You can see a number of videos online of me saying things that, well, I never actually said.
00:27:38.660 But I ask you, look very carefully when you see those videos.
00:27:42.900 You will see several things.
00:27:45.420 One, you never actually see my mouth or my lips saying the words that are attributed to me.
00:27:50.860 They're always obscured by a cell phone or a microphone or some other device.
00:27:56.220 And then secondarily, look carefully at the background,
00:27:58.360 and you will see the background changes in a way where trees in a moving car, for example, disappear.
00:28:07.200 AI is extraordinarily dangerous.
00:28:09.780 Among other things, I think we need a law regarding impersonation.
00:28:15.100 In other words, those operating AI should not be allowed to create videos or audios
00:28:22.240 using your likeness or your voice, putting words in your mouth.
00:28:26.600 I've seen it done to Barack Obama, seen it done to Joe Biden.
00:28:30.620 I've seen it done to Donald Trump.
00:28:32.260 And God knows, I've certainly seen it done to me.
00:28:35.840 So I favor such a law.
00:28:37.980 The sooner, the better.
00:28:39.760 Open AI released two open-weight language models,
00:28:44.420 which gives away their training parameters to the public.
00:28:48.080 This allows developers to easily analyze and create models for specific tasks.
00:28:53.460 I think this spurs innovation and efficiency.
00:28:57.280 Meta, I'm not a big fan of theirs, but they announced a collaboration with Red Hat
00:29:02.280 to create a fully open-sourced AI model in May.
00:29:06.200 This follows guidelines set out in the Trump administration's AI Action Plan,
00:29:11.880 which is meant to combat China's approach to artificial intelligence.
00:29:17.060 China's lack of safeguards in their application of AI makes it dangerous and easier for users to exploit it
00:29:25.460 and indeed weaponize it, most likely in their case, by design.
00:29:30.980 If America cannot bridge the gap in this field,
00:29:33.980 most of the world would be held hostage to Chinese artificial intelligence tools.
00:29:39.060 That would make us a dangerous world indeed.
00:29:42.840 Of course, there are many potential dangers to AI and dangers to employment and human freedom.
00:29:49.140 But with the Trump administration's blueprint,
00:29:51.420 we can have some solace that we will be steering artificial intelligence towards a potential
00:29:56.880 to actually help mankind rather than hinder it.
00:30:01.300 The continuing saga of congressional redistricting in Texas continues.
00:30:08.720 It's funny to hear Democrats complaining after using the addition of illegal immigrants into the U.S. census
00:30:17.040 when they're counting population and then using those census counts to do congressional districting
00:30:24.920 in Illinois, California, California, New York, and Pennsylvania.
00:30:31.560 Now, suddenly, Democrats are upset because Republicans in Texas intend to implement a new congressional redistricting bill
00:30:41.080 that only counts U.S. citizens in the redistricting.
00:30:47.020 This has caused a group of Democrat legislators in the lower house
00:30:51.920 to leave the state in open attempts to prevent a quorum from voting on the redistricting plan.
00:31:01.100 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit that will vacate those legislative seats held by Democrats
00:31:08.340 who are abdicating their responsibilities and fleeing the state to prevent Texas from approving this new redistricting plan
00:31:16.300 that would add five new Republican House seats.
00:31:20.400 Paxson was quoted as saying,
00:31:22.580 The rogue Democrat legislators who fled the state have abandoned their duties, leaving their seats vacant.
00:31:29.080 These cowards deliberately sabotaged the constitutional process,
00:31:33.200 and they violated their oath of office that they were sworn to uphold.
00:31:37.740 Their out-of-state rebellion cannot go unchecked, and the business of Texas must go on.
00:31:42.380 Paxson has asked the Texas Supreme Court to declare what has been clear from the beginning,
00:31:48.680 that is, that the runaway members have officially vacated their offices in the Texas House.
00:31:55.120 Paxson, who's currently running for the U.S. Senate, challenging the incumbent Republicans,
00:32:00.940 Senator John Corrin, in the Republican primary, has obviously made this an issue in that race.
00:32:07.780 Paxson has consistently shown himself to be a strong America first Republican,
00:32:13.260 and the state of Texas would be immeasurably better having him in the Senate, in my opinion.
00:32:19.300 But Corrin has supported Governor Abbott of Texas and Attorney General Paxson
00:32:25.720 in their determination to give these Democrat lawmakers the boot.
00:32:29.720 They deserve the criminal charges that are coming next for their despicable antics.
00:32:34.940 They have illegally raised money to support their fleeing the state.
00:32:40.800 Turns out they're holed up in a hotel owned by J.B. Pritzker, the rotund governor of Illinois.
00:32:49.540 I think he might be charged with aiding and abetting, but then I'm not a lawyer, so what do I know?

00:33:13.720 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative.
00:33:17.600 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:33:20.600 Welcome. We're back in the Stone Zone.
00:33:23.780 President Donald Trump has accepted the resignation of the acting IRS Commissioner, Billy Long,
00:33:30.560 who will now replace, at least temporarily, with Treasury Secretary Scott Besson,
00:33:36.240 in a shakeup that will bring the IRS in line with the America First financial agenda for the Trump administration.
00:33:43.760 In my view, Scott Besson is among the president's very best appointees.
00:33:48.600 The Secretary-Treasurer is a libertarian, a believer in tax reduction, cutting regulation, gold,
00:33:57.440 and has done an excellent job in implementing President Trump's mandate to get better tariff deals with our trading partners.
00:34:09.220 For those who weren't paying attention in the month of June, for the first time in 15 years,
00:34:15.860 we have had a surplus in the United States government.
00:34:19.700 That has not happened in a long, long time.
00:34:22.860 It's because Secretary Besson, working with President Donald Trump in his direction,
00:34:27.440 has brought millions of dollars to the federal treasury.
00:34:32.420 Besson is a Wall Street whiz.
00:34:34.340 He once did work for George Soros, but that was prior to Soros being involved in politics.
00:34:41.260 And he made millions of dollars as a money manager for Soros, which only proves his brilliance.
00:34:48.620 I think he'll do a great job until a full-time IRS commissioner can be found.
00:34:54.360 It's time to start downsizing the IRS anyway.
00:34:57.620 In my opinion, we should actually phase them out.
00:35:00.800 Until 1913, the United States government was completely and totally financed on the basis of tariff revenue.
00:35:09.640 We had no federal income tax.
00:35:12.080 1913, the Federal Income Tax Act passed.
00:35:14.800 And, of course, federal income taxes have increased since that time, astronomically.
00:35:21.200 President Trump has openly mused about the possibility of doing away with the federal income tax system.
00:35:27.880 And even late last week was hinting about it on Truth Social.
00:35:33.360 Tariffs are now bringing in amazing revenues, and they should be used to fund the national government.
00:35:38.880 The income tax was never meant to be mandatory and permanent to begin with.
00:35:42.780 So perhaps it is time to go back to the Constitution, sound money, and repeal the 1913 Federal Income Tax Act.
00:35:52.720 We found out shockingly on Friday that former Attorney General Bill Barr actually colluded with Georgia prosecutor Fannie Willis on Donald Trump's RICO case.
00:36:04.520 Recent disclosures from Project Veritas showed that Attorney General Bill Barr colluded with corrupt Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis on a RICO case that included Mayor Rudy Giuliani and a number of other Trump allies.
00:36:22.340 This was journalist and whistleblower Patricia Lallis who came forward to expose how Attorney General Bill Barr plotted this RICO charge against Trump because he believed it would be almost impossible for Trump to defend.
00:36:38.360 After becoming acquainted with Barr through her work as an assistant to media personality Armstrong Williams, Lallis became privy to all this information.
00:36:50.000 She kept copious notes, and she reported it to the FBI.
00:36:54.420 No surprise that the FBI did nothing whatsoever.
00:36:57.740 So we now know that Bill Barr, who had been a CIA attorney prior to his service in the second and first Bush administrations, ultimately became Donald Trump's Attorney General, was involved in a conspiracy to try to remove the President of the United States and to charge him in Georgia.
