The StoneZONE with Roger Stone - The Stone Zone ｜ 10-17-25

00:00:00.160 Did you know that St. Luke's University Health Network, based in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania,

00:00:05.680 has been recognized by the U.S. government as the highest performing health system in the United States for quality?

00:00:12.140 You heard right.

00:00:13.320 St. Luke's number one recognition affirms our status as the top leader among the most respected health care providers in the nation,

00:00:20.400 including Houston Methodist and the Mayo Clinic.

00:00:23.120 To state it simply, if you want to receive the best care when you go to a hospital, come to St. Luke's.

00:00:30.620 The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:00:37.620 Happy Friday to you.

00:00:39.800 My name is Ken Matthews.

00:00:41.240 Back in the Stone Zone.

00:00:42.400 Yes, I snuck back into the Stone Zone, and I'm guest hosting for Roger Stone tonight.

00:00:48.280 I was listening to that introduction.

00:00:50.860 You know, all those presidents relied on Roger Stone,

00:00:54.840 and Ken Matthews' wife is waiting for him to fix the faucet.

00:01:00.000 in the guest bathroom.

00:01:02.460 So there's a, you know,

00:01:04.140 I can sort of understand the pressure

00:01:07.180 that Roger was under, you know,

00:01:09.520 answering to different presidents

00:01:10.840 and being in the political matrix, if you will.

00:01:14.620 And a part of history, I'll have to say,

00:01:16.500 because the man has written some great books.

00:01:19.120 But can he fix the plumbing in the guest bathroom?

00:01:24.540 Anyway, it is great to be here

00:01:25.800 on the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:01:27.320 Once again, what a lovely week.

00:01:30.260 It's been a week of action and activity, propaganda, misinformation,

00:01:35.420 all the things that make our Great Republic challenging.

00:01:41.740 But let's start with a little comedy, if you will, because I enjoy comedy. 1.00

00:01:45.940 And this has got to be one of the funniest women. 1.00

00:01:49.120 I mean, when you look at comedians and people that make you laugh, 1.00

00:01:53.780 I've got to tell you, Kamala's right up there.

00:01:56.440 Well, some people have actually said I was the most qualified candidate ever to run for president.

00:02:00.980 Okay, I just...

00:02:01.980 I'm sorry.

00:02:05.820 Let me play that again.

00:02:08.000 I didn't think we'd start off with such a strong laugh, but this is a good one.

00:02:11.880 Well, some people have actually said I was the most qualified candidate ever to run for president.

00:02:18.400 Oh, my goodness.

00:02:22.440 this this you know the thing that the thing that's so uh impressive about liberal delusion

00:02:32.100 is the confidence they attach to arrogance it is amazing to me that she says that with a straight

00:02:38.160 face that's like when joe biden said i'm as fit as a fiddle and then walked into the bushes because

00:02:45.820 he couldn't find his way to the restroom anyway here's the number 800-848-9222 a lot of talk

00:02:53.980 about uh what i think i think this is a major development and there's plenty out there i think

00:02:59.220 this is the third um criminal in my opinion only alleged criminal got to do all that lawyer talk

00:03:07.860 you know john bolton the third alleged trump hater and criminal indicted by a federal grand jury in

00:03:15.180 maryland this week so that was that was kind of a treat actually it's kind of a start and here's

00:03:22.020 what's really interesting as much as uh the folks on msnbc is hold on a second are they still on the

00:03:28.980 air msnbc is still okay because i know they're letting some people go which is terrible because

00:03:36.620 you know i i really can't relate because i've only been fired eight times but um so they're

00:03:42.680 still on the air then oh wow and they still have a news operation that's incredible okay so let we're

00:03:49.040 just going to roll that if you can roll that soundbite they actually the guy knows that the

00:03:54.960 stuff that bolton has been indicted for is really bad stuff and it's legitimate so as much as they're

00:04:03.400 trying to pretend that donald trump is going on a revenge tour he's picking on everybody no he's

00:04:11.240 not. No, he's not. He's doing what Republicans and Democrats didn't have the guts to do over

00:04:16.940 the last 10 years. And I'm with him on this one. I say we keep beating this drum until

00:04:24.180 there's no more drum. You're absolutely right. I think it's a lot different, actually. This

00:04:28.660 is what my sources are telling me than those other cases, which appear to be largely without

00:04:33.740 merit. This one, though, arose in the Biden administration. Hold on a second. Now, he has

00:04:38.700 to say that okay that's the that's ken delanian i believe uh i do appreciate his first name he's

00:04:48.180 justice and uh the intelligence correspondent now you would think that well don't even get

00:04:54.520 me started on the cia maybe if we have time we'll talk about that well no we will talk about it

00:04:58.660 today because the cia is is not my favorite group of people especially now with venezuela and i

00:05:05.420 don't see ken talking about that on msnbc but he had to do the disclaimer do you see he had to say

00:05:12.180 well you know the bolton indictment is not as you know as uh you know meaningless as the other ones

00:05:20.580 no the uh the the comey indictment these other indictments and and it it's tish who's who's the 1.00

00:05:28.240 one with the she has a 20 year old niece on only fans that's always like shaking her butt 0.97

00:05:33.720 and and did you see that video it's awesome it's awesome she's like she's got to be part of the 0.99

00:05:40.360 hunter biden club there there's always nudity there's either drugs nudity uh firearms nudity

00:05:49.740 did i mention nudity so anyway let's get back to why bolton's indictment is legit and you know

00:05:57.800 it's got to be sad for the folks on morning joe to be admitting that but it is it's looking really

00:06:04.020 bad for bolton and if there's any time to shave off that mustache that looks like a paintbrush

00:06:10.280 or colonel sanders is out drinking now is the time i would shave that off before you get into court

00:06:17.700 and you'll be less recognizable and this is a very serious and detailed indictment it says that

00:06:25.000 John Bolton derived secrets from his time as national security advisor,

00:06:30.100 assembled them because he was writing a book,

00:06:32.060 sent them over unclassified email and messaging apps to his wife and daughter.

00:06:36.360 We've identified the two people as his wife and daughter.

00:06:38.760 And then that information was hacked by the government of Iran.

00:06:42.620 At least one of those email accounts was hacked.

00:06:44.680 And so the government of Iran obtained some of these state secrets according to this indictment.

00:06:50.940 And the indictment says that Bolton used language that made clear

00:06:54.360 He knew he was talking about sensitive information, things like the intel briefer said or when in the situation room, I learned.

00:07:01.420 And and what what but what seems to be the case is that they did not know the extent of what was in at least one of his email accounts until they discovered that Iran they discovered the material that Iran had hacked.

00:07:13.620 Well, look at that. I love it. I love it. No, I don't like security breaches.

00:07:18.640 But, you know, some of these guys, and Bolton, he's a Republican clown. 0.98

00:07:25.420 I mean, there's clowns to the left and clowns to the right. 0.98

00:07:27.760 We're stuck in the middle together, but, you know, John Bolton, an elitist, neocon. 0.99

00:07:38.340 Are we allowed to say war whore, or do we have, oh, we have to say warmonger. 0.99

00:07:42.460 Okay, then I'm not going to say war whore. 0.98

00:07:44.260 but i i never liked him and um and it's not it doesn't have anything to do with the mustache 0.94

00:07:50.820 it has to do with he's one of those republicans and unfortunately there's too many in the fold

00:07:56.060 right now who want to go to war in the middle east and venezuela and they want to go to war

00:08:00.220 in the ukraine and they're thinking oh my god can you imagine if we get into a war with russia

00:08:04.660 how rich we're going to get that's the that's the vibe that's the vibe i get from john bolton

00:08:11.660 so they're always the people that say stuff like i can't believe donald trump had stuff

00:08:18.100 in mar-a-lago and in storage boxes and all that and and yet he had top secret unsecured 0.79

00:08:27.660 open platform i mean this is ridiculous this is if you thought hillary was ridiculous with her 0.63

00:08:37.060 thing that's i hope she's indicted next i want them all indicted on what they did because if you 0.63

00:08:43.580 or i did what they did we'd all be in jail now like the jan sixers were for two and three years

00:08:51.220 some without a charge so no i can't let it go i'd like to let it go i'd like to say oh come on give 0.96

00:08:58.340 them a break no and i'll tell you something else you put joe biden's butt in a chair 0.98

00:09:04.440 a comfortable one with wheels on it and you wheel his butt into prison where he belongs 0.98

00:09:12.360 already we're getting this thing about joe biden well you know he's my god give him a break his 0.95

00:09:19.180 brain is gone he has cancer no no we do that all the time we always make up excuses we can never

00:09:28.340 follow through with justice that's the problem why is it so hard to get justice in this country

00:09:34.900 on any level any level whether whether someone stole your car in idaho or they broke into your

00:09:45.920 house in seattle it's hard to get justice because at the very top the people that have all the power

00:09:53.520 that can make a phone call and get justice they don't even do it they let the john boltons and

00:09:59.280 the james comeys and brennons and that clown christopher ray these people walk all over

00:10:07.360 the american republic we need to we need to awaken to this and take care of it through a u.s

00:10:14.820 intelligence penetration of iran that's according to my reporting and that's one of the reasons this

00:10:19.820 cases didn't go forward in the Biden administration did you hear this it didn't go forward in the

00:10:24.500 Biden administration it could have but why would it why would anybody in power go after one of

00:10:32.920 their own supporters this is what we're facing in this country we're facing it at every single

00:10:37.280 level with every single crime from illegal voting to pick a crime there's not a crime that's done

00:10:46.160 in this country that hasn't already been done or is being done by people in power. And the reason

00:10:53.300 they don't get touched is because they have the power and they have the money. Because officials

00:10:59.400 were concerned about revealing that penetration. The Trump administration has made a different

00:11:04.300 calculation. They're okay with revealing it. They've revealed it now to the Iranians. So

00:11:08.420 whatever penetration they had is now shut down. That's how badly they wanted to prosecute John

00:11:13.180 all right there it is did you see it so the front and back end of that package it started out with

00:11:21.640 trump's going after someone else that he didn't like okay and that's that's bullcrap and then he

00:11:28.700 wraps it up with look how bad president trump wants to go after the former security advisor

00:11:35.520 John Bolton, just because he was using open source platforming and telling top secret stuff

00:11:43.680 to people that weren't even in the government, they weren't even cleared,

00:11:47.660 and then he got hacked by a real enemy of ours, and they didn't make a big deal out of it.

00:11:55.980 So this is, you know, there's a lot of legitimacy to this if MSNBC is actually covering it

00:12:03.500 and talking about it realistically.

00:12:05.520 Now, let me talk about the CIA. By the way, this is the Stone Zone, and I'm filling in for Roger Stone.

00:12:13.220 My name is Ken Matthews, and the phone number is 800-848-9222, and we're on the Red Apple Audio Networks, heard around the world, and thank you for that.

00:12:25.740 Now, President Trump just gave the green light to CIA action against Venezuela, and I am not happy about it.

00:12:38.900 This is official, and then it was confirmed yesterday, but last week, President Trump did something that very few people know about,

00:12:47.040 and I am going to tell you about that coming up next on The Roger Stone Show on the Red Apple Audio Network.

00:12:53.940 Stick around. We'll be right back.

00:12:55.740 the stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network and the phone number

00:13:05.560 is 800-848-9222 my name is ken matthews yes i've snuck back into the stone zone

00:13:11.280 mr stone is off tonight it's my pleasure to be on the red apple audio networks filling in

00:13:16.600 for the legendary roger stone and before i start this next segment i just want to share a sound

00:13:23.120 from uh my neck of the woods pennsylvania my my senator one of my senators not i didn't vote for

00:13:29.240 him but i have to tell you i never thought i'd say this i never thought i'd say it in public

00:13:33.640 but there are moments i'm actually warming up to pennsylvania senator john fetterman

00:13:39.820 i never thought i'd say that if you told me 10 years ago i would i would i would scoff at you

00:13:48.500 i'm the only democrat in my family i grew up in a conservative part of pennsylvania

00:13:53.820 and now i grew up and i i knew i know and i love people that voted for president trump

00:13:59.340 by the way you hear that little that that's not a technical issue on our end that's

00:14:05.000 he always wears a hoodie and they never tell him don't put the microphone inside the hood

00:14:13.300 because every time you move you're gonna uh but they are not fascists they're not nazis they're

00:14:21.940 not trying to destroy her the constitution those things and that's part of another thing um i

00:14:27.440 refuse to call people nazis or fascists or i would never compare anybody anybody to hitler and those

00:14:36.820 things and now that kinds of extreme rhetoric is going to continue we're going to be more likely

00:14:42.480 and resulting in extreme kind of outcomes and political violence and doing all these kinds of

00:14:48.160 things like charlie kirk for me all i could say is is like let people grieve give people the space

00:14:55.340 i'm not going to use that terrible thing and that past assassination to make my argument and try to

00:15:01.500 put out my views it's like my god you know he's a father that had his neck blown out by a bullet

00:15:07.120 and now people have forgotten president trump was in my state was shot in the head

00:15:12.440 and if that would have could you imagine where our nation would be if he was hit in the same way

00:15:17.660 with kirk uh we really got to turn the temperature down and we can agree to disagree on these kinds

00:15:24.620 of things but right now uh shutting down the government i just can't take it that i'm the only

00:15:31.700 we'll see now i respectfully disagree with them i if the government stays shut down for

00:15:36.380 Is it shut down? I'm just kidding. I think it's been 16 days.

00:15:41.320 And yes, I do think that Congress should make an exception and pay the troops.

00:15:48.540 I do. I do. I think they're essential.

00:15:52.480 A whole bunch of other things continue.

00:15:55.080 I disagree with Fetterman on the shutdown, but I agree with him completely on turning down the temperature.

00:16:00.520 And if you call people Nazis and Hitler and fascist enough, other people start to believe it.

00:16:09.020 And the people that know history, if they're not completely informed, they start to think, my God, you know, how many people say we're living, you know, so-and-so's a Nazi.

00:16:23.160 And if you don't know history enough, but you know enough to be angry about it,

00:16:28.880 you're going to get people that are willing to do horrible things to other people based on labels.

00:16:35.380 And that's why we need to protect free speech, which is a biggie. 0.91

00:16:41.960 And we have to, and you know, I direct this not so much toward the clowns that live on social media.

00:16:51.420 I direct it toward people in government because they use your rhetoric as an excuse. 0.84

00:16:59.100 We'll be back.

00:17:00.820 The Red Apple Audio Networks, The Roger Stone Show.

00:17:04.500 I'm Ken Matthews.

00:17:05.620 It's great to be here with you on a Friday night.

00:17:14.140 The Stone Zone.

00:17:16.120 Entertaining and informative.

00:17:18.260 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:17:21.420 My name is Ken Matthews, sitting in for Roger tonight in the Stone Zone.

00:17:25.960 Always good to be with you.

00:17:27.220 The number is 800-848-9222.

00:17:31.000 Red Apple Audio Networks, great to see you on a Friday night.

00:17:36.420 We were talking about Trump greenlighting CIA action against Venezuela.

00:17:40.440 I'm not happy about it.

00:17:41.720 And if you know the president, please let him know,

00:17:44.780 because he has not returned my calls in 11 years.

00:17:48.640 But he calls Roger back.

00:17:51.420 just letting you know that's got to be cool you got you have to admit it's got to be cool i mean

00:17:57.600 if you had think about this if you had one phone call to president trump for 30 seconds what would

00:18:04.880 you now i know what some of you might say especially in uh the blue states i know i know

00:18:11.440 what you might say you say it online but i mean if you had 30 seconds if you had his his undivided

00:18:17.780 attention. It's something to think about, isn't it? So if you do get through, tell them that Ken

00:18:22.720 Matthews is ticked off about this Venezuela thing. And here's why. Because I think President Trump

00:18:28.840 is letting his ego and his emotions get involved in this whole Maduro thing. And we don't have

00:18:34.540 enough time to go through the whole history of Trump and Maduro and his first term and then what

00:18:40.840 happened in the interim and what's happening now. But Donald Trump confirmed he has authorized the

00:18:45.880 cia to conduct covert operations inside venezuela and he said he's weighing strikes that target

00:18:54.700 drug cartels on land now okay now i was okay i was okay with the whole you know if you're 0.98

00:19:04.980 if you're a drug cartel which means you're a terrorist organization and you can kill my family 0.97

00:19:10.180 in some manner or form and you're heading toward the great republic of the united states of america 0.99

00:19:16.660 even though it hasn't been a republic for a while you're heading toward the coast i do think you

00:19:21.960 should be blown out of the water and i would like to see it on video because some of my friends and

00:19:26.740 i are really that's cool to watch um especially when the bad guys get blown up but this thing

00:19:32.600 about we may come on land, and we're sending more aircraft, and this I don't like.

00:19:40.240 And then, wait for it, the whole thing about the new authority that President Trump just

00:19:47.880 gave to the CIA will allow it to carry out lethal operations in Venezuela and conduct

00:19:54.060 a range of operations in the Caribbean.

00:19:57.440 Okay, so just, again, this is legalese, and anybody who's familiar with the history of the CIA, and if you're in the CIA, don't tell me, because it's a secret, but the history of the CIA is legal, salad, you know, authorized, under the direction of, cooperate with, carry out, all this blather.

00:20:24.260 The CIA is an intelligence-gathering organization.

00:20:29.280 That's how it started.

00:20:30.360 That's what Truman signed off on when it transitioned from the OSS, okay? 0.82

00:20:37.420 And it's turned into this pretty much secret team, this black op team, 0.98

00:20:43.820 that they do it from soup to nuts. 0.94

00:20:47.160 They get you the intelligence, and then they go and they hire someone,

00:20:51.140 some guy from another country and they hire a pilot then they take a plane and they wash the

00:20:56.620 plane you know they take a plane and they wash any sign of america off of it and they say okay 0.85

00:21:01.940 you let's take gary powers for a second you we're going to have you fly over this country illegally

00:21:08.580 without even telling the president and then if the poop hits the fan much like tom cruise you

00:21:14.380 will disavow any knowledge or will just disavow you so my fear is with Venezuela I think Trump

00:21:21.920 has a bone to pick with Maduro unnecessarily and I'll tell you why in a second and he's just going

00:21:30.160 to go in and they're going to topple the government because that's what the CIA does

00:21:34.640 how dare you no it does what do you think that what do you think they have that operation for

00:21:41.280 the whole the whole central intelligence agency is to gather intel and then to tell big big people

00:21:53.000 in charge and the bigger parts of the government like the oval office sometimes the joint chiefs

00:22:01.120 of staff sometimes and then to topple the government so they're gonna they're gonna

00:22:05.700 they have expertise in destabilizing governments.

00:22:11.400 In fact, I would argue respectfully, and I say it with all due respect,

00:22:16.920 thank goodness I'm so unknown, I'm not even on a grid yet.

00:22:22.040 Few institutions have committed more illegal acts under the banner of national security than the CIA.

00:22:30.180 And it worries me, because Trump was one of those people that just seven, eight years ago,

00:22:34.680 he was railing against the deep state said we shouldn't be meddling abroad i'm a non-interventionist

00:22:42.020 we shouldn't be poking our you know what where it doesn't belong he says as now we're sending

00:22:47.780 troops to israel sending more troops to ukraine sending more money to ukraine sending cia and

00:22:55.000 air force assets to venezuela and we're flirting with getting in a war with putin who is of all

00:23:04.660 All the people I just mentioned, Putin is not even something we should worry about at this point. 0.89

00:23:10.440 But again, if you sift through the hype, I still think one of our biggest threats is communist China. 0.93

00:23:21.380 And it's an economic threat. It's a military threat. 0.96

00:23:26.160 But Trump is claiming the reasons for this is because, and this is what we've been fed, and who could feed us this information?

00:23:34.100 What we've been fed is that somebody in Venezuela got up one day and they said, you know what we should do?

00:23:40.880 We should release all the really skanky, nasty prisoners and send them right to St. Louis and Dallas and Chicago.

00:23:53.280 And I don't think it happened that way, okay?

00:23:55.360 Because so far, there is no hard evidence that Nicolas Maduro and his regime deliberately release prisoners or psychiatric patients.

00:24:08.220 Excuse me.

00:24:09.720 Some psychiatric patients are duly elected congressmen, and they're still serving us.

00:24:15.940 That was just a bad psycho joke. 0.54

00:24:18.100 Let that go. 1.00

00:24:19.180 We know they're sociopaths. 0.97

00:24:20.720 I don't know if they're psychotic yet.

00:24:21.980 so we have these uh psychiatric patients and and all this stuff and the and the what is the

00:24:28.460 narrative the narrative is that you know venezuela let all these things go that let all these people

00:24:33.780 go it was a mass release but see there's no mass release orders there's no official decrees

00:24:39.700 caracas couldn't keep a secret just like washington dc can't caracas rather uh washington dc

00:24:49.420 can't keep a secret either. Journalists, you've got journalists, you've got NGOs, you've got rival

00:24:54.020 political factions that routinely operate in and out of the Venezuela prison system. So if something

00:25:01.540 like this happened intentionally, if it was an evil plot, I think we would know about it other

00:25:09.340 than just having politicians attach it to their excuses. So my belief, again, this is only my

00:25:15.200 opinion and everybody has one you know what opinions are like right like congressman any

00:25:21.980 large-scale release would have been impossible to conceal so and then he and trump talks about

00:25:28.720 drugs okay i get it you just tell maduro get a grip on your cartels whether you're whether you're

00:25:38.980 involved or not get a grip on it because we're going to keep blowing them out of the water

00:25:43.040 And if they break our airspace, we'll blow them out of the sky if we know for sure.

00:25:48.580 That's all you have to do.

00:25:49.800 We have the most powerful military in the world.

00:25:52.580 And we don't need to blow stuff up with it all the time.

00:25:58.720 We have it.

00:26:00.860 Recruitment is up.

00:26:02.480 We have Pete Hegseth, who every time I see him, he looks like he wants a war.

00:26:09.360 Now, I'm not saying he does, but he looks like it.

00:26:11.680 You want people to look, like he said, no more beardos.

00:26:15.880 He's tired of fatties.

00:26:18.580 That's a guy who wants to exercise and flex the war muscles, which is great.

00:26:26.100 But why would you do it to a country like Venezuela, 0.93

00:26:30.320 who last week offered Donald Trump and the Trump administration a deal?

00:26:38.020 Did you know that?

00:26:39.000 Now, Maduro is probably shaking in his boots right now because Trump said, and these guys know Trump is serious, but Trump can also be petty sometimes, and it bothers me.

00:26:55.100 see over the years maduro and yeah he's a communist and all this stuff we get it but we

00:27:02.760 we negotiate and we talk to some of the scummiest scariest people around the world

00:27:11.400 our leaders are in the same room with them i think the only reason trump has has it out for maduro

00:27:19.300 and wants to replace his government is because Maduro has just trashed Trump all the time.

00:27:28.140 You know, the way that Trump would trash other leaders, Maduro did it.

00:27:33.200 And anyway, last week, Maduro, hat in hand, came to the Trump administration.

00:27:40.900 Go look this up. This happened.

00:27:43.720 And I don't even think people in the administration allowed it to get to Trump,

00:27:47.420 But they claim they did. They claim they did. But Maduro basically said, now, I didn't see the agreement because, as I said, President Trump has not returned my calls in 11 years.

00:27:58.800 But in the agreement, it basically said, Maduro said to Trump, if you do not remove this administration, we will be more aggressive with the drug, stopping the drugs.

00:28:13.520 But more importantly, Mr. President of America, because we're in your hemisphere and Venezuela's a big deal and we're a big energy producer, we will give you a cut of all our gold, all our minerals, and all our oil, and we will withdraw from China and Russia.

00:28:39.520 this is how badly maduro wants to stay in power in venezuela now isn't it great you just had to

00:28:50.860 blow up five or six boats and he's calling you saying okay okay look here take this you can set

00:28:59.360 up mines here he even said he even said in the agreement he said americans can enter our country

00:29:07.840 and partner with our companies that are extracting minerals,

00:29:14.960 and then we can set up a situation where you're getting minerals.

00:29:19.220 So it's an amazing deal when you think about it.

00:29:22.620 Now, I'm not saying Maduro is a great person or he's an amazing person,

00:29:26.080 but that isn't the reality of it.

00:29:29.000 The reality is all over the world there's people in charge of countries

00:29:33.920 that would kill you for a sandwich. 0.81

00:29:37.840 And if you can contain them and neutralize their ability to hurt America because we're America and America's first, not to be selfish, but if we can muscle in without having to kill anybody and get a guy to say, all right, I'll stop doing that stuff with China and Russia. 0.91

00:30:02.560 Because China and Russia, they've had their eyes on South America and all over the world. 0.85

00:30:09.260 But Venezuela is big because it's a straight shot to America.

00:30:13.320 And for enemy reasons, for threat reasons.

00:30:17.980 But it's also a straight shot to America, either by land, I'm sorry, by air or sea, excuse me, to benefit our country.

00:30:27.080 And in the process, Maduro would probably end up making things better for his people because, let's face it, things are kind of sucky there now, right?

00:30:38.100 But this is something that no one covered, and I'm so disappointed that nobody covered it.

00:30:43.780 And this is what bothers me because I look at Trump's behavior in the Middle East, his behavior in Ukraine.

00:30:50.880 Remember, he was going to take care of that in one day.

00:30:52.820 Now, I'm not that foolish to think he can take care of it in one day.

00:30:56.420 But I don't like the direction it's going now.

00:30:59.800 I don't like the fact that President Donald Trump signed off on hitting valuable targets deep in Russia.

00:31:06.980 What are you trying to do, Mr. President?

00:31:11.300 Russia is a nuclear power.

00:31:13.440 China is a nuclear power.

00:31:16.180 Venezuela, you should have just taken that deal.

00:31:19.940 And it wasn't a deal that hurt us.

00:31:22.440 The whole deal benefited the United States.

00:31:25.240 because Maduro, who also has an ego, he doesn't want to get run out.

00:31:30.580 But apparently, President Trump likes the person running against Maduro.

00:31:40.020 So that's the update that you haven't heard.

00:31:42.780 So maybe you could call your congressman or senator and ask about it.

00:31:46.420 And we'll be right back in the Stone Zone.

00:31:48.640 The number is 800-848-9222.

00:31:51.320 This is the Red Apple Audio Networks.

00:31:53.520 I'm Ken Matthews.

00:31:55.240 the stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network my name is ken

00:32:04.860 matthews in for roger tonight in the stone zone 800-848-9222 on the red apple audio networks and

00:32:11.780 we were just talking about venezuela and um i'm disappointed that president trump didn't make

00:32:18.520 more of an effort to kind of ignore the ramblings of Maduro

00:32:26.380 and just basically say and take that offer that was made last week

00:32:32.980 to the president to take resources and everything else.

00:32:38.780 We wouldn't even have to go in and take stuff in our own hemisphere.

00:32:45.860 He's willing to give it.

00:32:47.320 He's willing to say, okay, okay, I mean, that's how you kill two birds with one stone.

00:32:52.420 To me, that's what diplomacy is. 0.93

00:32:55.940 I don't think diplomacy is ever, hey, you give me your stuff or I'm going to blow your head off.

00:33:02.240 I don't think that's diplomacy.

00:33:03.820 I think diplomacy is we could work together and we can make it very comfortable for you and us and we don't have to fight and it'll be better for your people.

00:33:14.640 It'll be better for our people, or you can keep going in this direction and things will keep blowing up.

00:33:22.580 But why would you want to do that?

00:33:24.600 So let's grab a call here before we wrap up the show.

00:33:28.300 Gail in Pennsylvania.

00:33:29.860 Gail, you're in the Stone Zone.

00:33:31.820 Welcome.

00:33:32.620 Hi.

00:33:33.620 Good evening.

00:33:34.880 Hello.

00:33:35.320 I'm great.

00:33:36.020 I'm doing great.

00:33:36.860 Can you hear me?

00:33:37.700 Yep. 0.99

00:33:37.960 I actually am glad to see that we've been blasting the narco-terrorist Venezuelan state ships. 0.99

00:33:46.040 Agreed. 0.93

00:33:46.440 And if we go inside, I also am fine. 1.00

00:33:50.000 They're depopulating their criminals, insane. 0.94

00:33:54.500 A lot of their population, the welfare types to us. 0.91

00:33:58.340 But let me just say this.

00:34:00.240 President Trump, the dealmaker, may still carry on with the negotiation.

00:34:05.160 But I don't care if he blasts them.

00:34:07.960 Well, I'm glad you feel like that, Gail. Obviously, you're not calling from Venezuela.

00:34:14.760 No, but he's depopulated a lot of his country already, you know, and he's and he has cartels running him and they actually support our Democrat socialist candidates.

00:34:28.880 Well, this is part of the negotiation. This is what you do. That's how you do. You go in and you say, here's how it's going to be.

00:34:34.500 If you want to keep running this country, Maduro, then you will – and Maduro made the first – he made the first overtures with that.

00:34:44.260 But the fact that – I guess what bothered me most, Gail, is that no one really covered it because everybody's afraid to question or challenge or go against the current philosophy or policies of the administration.

00:34:59.720 but i i think that i i don't even think we should be messing with venezuela and risking

00:35:05.060 any type of military interaction with them because we've got so much on our plate we've

00:35:10.340 already proven if you get near our shoreline with drugs you're dead and trump delivered and that

00:35:17.320 sent a message to the whole world i think every drug dealer that wants to get near our shores

00:35:22.280 is now thinking i'm gonna be on a laser scope in a minute so that's great so now he has an

00:35:29.560 opportunity to maybe get maduro to be less of a dictator what do you think he really you know

00:35:36.760 wants to continue with the negotiation i wouldn't be surprised however i'm just saying i'm fine with

00:35:42.360 blasting him and i don't think it's starting a military um when you say blasting are you saying

00:35:48.660 you're fine with trump assassinating maduro not necessarily assassinating him but going to any of

00:35:56.120 the uh distribution spots etc for the cartels that actually run majuro i'm fine with right

00:36:03.260 you do have to prove that though and i don't think it would cause any long-term military

00:36:09.620 excursion because they're as you acknowledge they're like a nothing

00:36:13.300 well i don't know if they're like a nothing but um they certainly are in a position now where

00:36:19.780 they're vulnerable and we're in a position of strength i mean we have not been a position in

00:36:24.440 in a position of strength like this in a long time, and I just don't want to abuse it.

00:36:29.320 But, Gail, I'm so glad you called.

00:36:30.720 I appreciate your input.
