00:00:00.000 becca thank you for doing this thank you so i'm interested in talking to you i would
00:00:08.440 don't ever do segments like this but because i've seen this thing happen across the country
00:00:13.340 but particularly in the west where you have states that are overwhelmingly republican that
00:00:16.860 wind up becoming nothing at all like what republican voters would like their state to
00:00:21.400 become and then over time it just be you wind up colorado the state that when i was a kid was like
00:00:27.360 one of the most conservative states in the nation.
00:00:28.840 And now it's like, it's unrecognizable
00:00:31.060 and not a better place.
00:00:32.860 Wyoming is the smallest state in the country.
00:00:34.300 It's the most Republican state in the country.
00:00:35.960 It somehow had Liz Cheney. 1.00
00:00:37.780 She got bounced out famously.
00:00:40.380 But my sense is that the same thing is happening
00:00:43.600 to Wyoming of all places.
00:00:45.980 You're running for governor.
00:00:47.500 You're a lifelong Republican,
00:00:49.040 but you're not running as a Republican.
00:00:51.000 You're running against the Republican.
00:00:53.320 Why are you doing that?
00:00:55.120 so in 2020 charlie kirk was in gillette wyoming and he said very famously now that in six years
00:01:02.820 wyoming will be blue because the democrats will have infiltrated the republican party
00:01:07.420 he said that he actually said that yeah you can see it i'll show you the tape yeah that really
00:01:11.440 happened yeah i can show it do you want to show it to you right now no but i'm gonna look it up
00:01:14.960 that's prophetic on my phone and so what happens is um the democrats they really have no say in
00:01:21.600 Wyoming politics. So they all switch over to the Republican Party. We always have conservatives
00:01:26.780 that split the election for the primary, and then we end up with the Democrat candidate.
00:01:32.460 And that's exactly what's happening right now. Our candidate for the Republican Party won't even
00:01:37.580 sign the platform pledge to say that they'll stick with the party 80% of the time. This guy is so
00:01:43.460 radical. He voted, he actually testified in front of Congress one time and said we needed to remove
00:01:49.220 our dependence on fossil fuels in favor of a renewable energy model. So, can you imagine a
00:01:54.920 guy like that being in charge of Wyoming, where our bread and butter is the mineral industry and
00:01:59.420 the energy sector? Wait, yeah, it's Wyoming. It's got one of the biggest coal deposits in the world,
00:02:05.300 oil and gas. And he's from Wyoming. What's his name? His name is Eric Barlow, and he likes to
00:02:11.780 run around with a cowboy hat and talk about how he's a rancher and a veterinarian. And I think
00:02:16.580 those things are true. He, on the campaign trail, he talks about what he's going to do for Wyoming,
00:02:21.980 hoping that we don't know what he's done. And so I'm running against his 14-year voting record.
00:02:27.140 So he served in the state legislature.
00:02:28.640 Yes. And so we know exactly what we're going to get.
00:02:30.700 So the Wyoming Republican is against...
00:02:34.240 Fossil fuel. That's right. It's crazy.
00:02:37.940 Okay. Okay. So how, okay. How does this, do you have any idea how this happens? I don't. So it's
00:02:44.920 Kind of a trick question.
00:02:45.720 I don't know the answer, but maybe you do.
00:02:47.480 Well, he's funded by the Democrats. 1.00
00:02:50.080 The darks, George Soros funded money. 1.00
00:02:52.820 I mean, that has trickled its way into Wyoming. 0.99
00:02:54.960 We're a very cheap state to buy politically.
00:02:57.600 Yes, yes.
00:02:58.160 So, you know, if you look at someone like Vivek Ramaswamy running a $100 million governor run,
00:03:04.180 I'll be lucky if I raise a million bucks.
00:03:07.460 But that's what I'm taking on.
00:03:09.380 To total?
00:03:10.340 Yes.
00:03:10.740 I'm going to be your next governor
00:03:13.460 with raising less than a million dollars
00:03:15.380 so that means that someone could roll in
00:03:17.480 I mean people are spending a hundred million dollars
00:03:19.900 I think Elon spent a hundred just in Texas
00:03:22.000 ish maybe more
00:03:23.180 so people are willing to spend a lot of money
00:03:25.860 on races but the governor's
00:03:27.880 race in Wyoming can be one for a million dollars
00:03:29.660 why wouldn't it be vulnerable to people 0.81
00:03:31.880 coming in and just installing someone
00:03:34.120 well we constantly have
00:03:36.060 governors that don't reflect
00:03:37.820 the will of the people like you just said
00:03:39.920 Wyoming is absolutely overwhelmingly Republican.
00:03:42.940 Our Republican platform will fit on one single sheet of paper.
00:03:46.380 It's just 23 planks, the right to life, liberty, God is our creator, the people in charge
00:03:52.840 derive their power from the consent of the governed, things like that.
00:03:55.520 Okay, very basic right to life.
00:03:57.340 So how do we end up with governors that don't reflect the will of the people is the conservatives
00:04:02.160 split the vote and then big money comes in and takes it away.
00:04:05.200 And that's what I'm up against right now.
00:04:06.700 that is totally fascinating okay well thank you for actually answering the question you're welcome
00:04:12.840 because you do sort of wonder like all these states and a lot of them about to lose by the way
00:04:17.420 in kansas in nebraska the dakotas all these places have not simply republican populations
00:04:24.760 but very conservative socially conservative culturally conservative populations and they
00:04:29.480 end up being governed by someone who's in the pocket of like developers and green energy
00:04:34.700 billionaires and just like the worst human beings on the planet. They are. And one of the things 0.82
00:04:41.120 that I want to get done when I'm governor is to get rid of property tax. We have people all around
00:04:45.520 the state struggling to pay their property tax. It's an unrealized gain. Well, my opponent is
00:04:51.740 very... Can you explain what that means? So if you bought a stock for a dollar and it's now worth
00:04:56.420 $100, you don't have to pay taxes on the worth of $100. But I'll give you an example. Until you
00:05:02.200 sell it. Until you sell it, correct. It's until you realize the gain. Right. And so, for example,
00:05:07.660 there's a- Because how would you pay it? You maybe don't have the cash to pay it, right?
00:05:11.600 Right. In Jackson, there's a woman, she's 94 years old. She's been working since she's six.
00:05:17.900 She bought her house for $40,000 in 1960. It happens to be sitting on a double lot in Jackson
00:05:24.020 now, and it's falling down all around her, but it's worth $4.5 million. So, her social security
00:05:29.460 income is $12,704 a year and her property tax is $19,000. And so she's working. She had to go get
00:05:37.240 a job. She answers the phones at an acupuncture place. At 94. At 94 years old, she's still 1.00
00:05:42.460 working. And so the way property tax works is you don't have to sell the house to pay the tax. So
00:05:48.840 they just, someone comes by your house and says, oh, this house is worth a lot more than you paid
00:05:53.200 for it. Therefore, you have to pay the tax on the difference. Who thought up that system?
00:05:59.560 You know, it's a corrupt system. You're basically renting your house. But the beauty of property tax,
00:06:04.900 Tucker, is if, let's say, the town of Jackson got a million dollars from the state to put in a new
00:06:10.320 water tank or something, that money's earmarked. The thing about property tax is it's a free-for-all
00:06:15.700 for the politicians. They get to spend it on whatever they want to spend. So in the town of
00:06:20.280 Rock Springs, property tax goes to buy a golf club membership for the mayor. In Teton County-
00:06:26.060 Come on.
00:06:26.820 No, I'm serious. In Teton County, we have the first, last, and deposit program where we're
00:06:31.920 literally paying the rent for illegal aliens. You don't have to be here legally to qualify for the 1.00
00:06:36.400 program. We're paying for someone to stock tampons in all the men's restrooms in the town of Jackson 0.71
00:06:41.820 with our property tax. So, those kinds of things don't work for me.
00:06:45.000 You have tampons in the men's room?
00:06:46.400 That's right. We do.
00:06:47.580 But no one has to restock them, I assume, because nobody uses them.
00:06:52.780 Well, I mean, what?
00:06:55.920 You would think. That's a good point. There are some confused individuals in Teton County.
00:07:01.960 Yeah. So how many counties in Wyoming?
00:07:04.660 23.
00:07:05.240 23 counties. And Jackson is the, or Teton County is the 22nd, and it's the one that doesn't look like any other counties and doesn't vote like any other counties.
00:07:13.340 But guess who, guess what we did do in Teton County? We elected my opponent.
00:07:17.580 So we have a foaming at the mouth liberal Democrat named Liz Storr in Teton County, as radical as you can imagine. 0.83
00:07:26.400 Now, she's been married twice, but she said the best night of her life was the night that Eric Barlow won the Republican nomination because she had spent years getting rid of the right.
00:07:36.460 So the best night of her life is when my opponent won the Republican nomination.
00:07:41.800 He's not a Republican.
00:07:43.020 And so I'm running to basically save us from turning into the state of Colorado.
00:07:48.160 If I lose this election, we will be Colorado in four years.
00:07:51.020 It's funny, though.
00:07:51.600 I bet you a lot of Republican voters in Wyoming, which to restate is the most Republican of the 50 states.
00:07:57.720 The people living there.
00:07:58.580 Yeah, yeah, exactly.
00:07:59.840 Not the people having lunch at the Four Seasons in Jackson during ski season, but like the people who live in Wyoming, most of which looks nothing like Teton County, as you know.
00:08:09.540 And they're genuinely conservative.
00:08:10.860 They just vote for the Republican because that's who you vote for.
00:08:14.280 They don't know.
00:08:15.660 That's what I'm up against is begging people, please don't vote for the R.
00:08:19.580 The Republican Party has imploded.
00:08:21.640 It's not just imploded nationally.
00:08:23.260 It's imploded in Wyoming.
00:08:24.920 We don't have any leadership.
00:08:27.100 People would prefer the values of the Republican Party.
00:08:30.480 But there's no litmus test, Ducker, to just put an R by your name.
00:08:33.760 Yes.
00:08:34.100 We have tons of people like right in Teton County.
00:08:36.860 A guy will run as a Democrat for county commissioner, lose.
00:08:40.000 run again as a Democrat, lose, then go do something different. Put an R by his name,
00:08:45.040 lose, and then join the board of the Teton County Republican Party. It doesn't make any sense. 0.56
00:08:50.480 And so we have to start looking at, we need to put the person above the party. And that's what
00:08:55.880 I'm asking everyone to do in Wyoming. Please vote for me. I'm there to represent the people.
00:09:00.680 I share your values. I believe in all 23 planks of the Republican platform. I'd sign that pledge
00:09:06.080 right now. Now, I'm running as a Constitution Party candidate, and those three planks are
00:09:11.100 life, liberty, and private property rights. I agree with that too. But we formerly had two
00:09:17.460 choices, Democrat or Republican, and one-third of the Republicans are Democrat. So once we split
00:09:23.460 the vote with the two conservatives running, then the Democrats select our candidate, and then they
00:09:28.180 start screaming party unity. Well, you probably have heard that diesel prices have gotten so high
00:09:33.640 that G7 nations had to release fuel
00:09:36.020 from strategic reserves
00:09:37.080 to get costs under control.
00:09:38.440 And still, some pumps are readjusting
00:09:40.740 so they can get to $10 per gallon.
00:09:44.440 Governments across the world
00:09:45.340 are trying to keep costs down,
00:09:46.540 but they are running out of options
00:09:47.760 because they're running out of money.
00:09:49.520 The world is unstable.
00:09:50.720 That is the sad truth.
00:09:51.720 And people in charge cannot control
00:09:53.280 even the most basic questions
00:09:55.240 like what does energy cost anymore?
00:09:57.640 The war in Iran is raging.
00:09:58.920 It's not coming to an end soon.
00:10:01.340 Neither is the war in Ukraine.
00:10:03.640 So could we get a big recession soon? 0.85
00:10:06.180 Yeah, of course we could.
00:10:08.200 So it's smart to think ahead now
00:10:09.920 and imagine how you can take matters into your own hands
00:10:12.020 to protect your savings and your family.
00:10:13.840 And that's why smart investors everywhere,
00:10:17.060 very much including central banks around the world
00:10:19.380 and very much including China,
00:10:21.660 are stocking up on gold, physical gold right now.
00:10:27.240 Gold is not just a store of value for all of human history.
00:10:29.580 It's also proven to be a strong investment.
00:10:31.700 It's outperformed the S&P 500 since 9-11.
00:10:36.080 Over the past 25 years,
00:10:37.440 gold has outperformed the Standard & Poor's average.
00:10:41.640 Gold is down from its historic high earlier this year,
00:10:44.280 more than a thousand bucks.
00:10:46.140 But major institutions predict the spot price
00:10:48.220 will hit another high by Q2 of next year, 2027.
00:10:52.100 So if you're thinking about buying gold,
00:10:53.540 right now is the time to buy and people are buying.
00:10:56.380 We founded Battalion Metals
00:10:57.920 to give you a chance to buy fairly priced gold.
00:11:01.240 This is not a scam.
00:11:02.440 Our margins are small, 3%.
00:11:04.220 But the point is we're not ripping anybody off
00:11:07.360 unlike a lot of places you buy gold
00:11:09.080 because we actually believe in gold
00:11:11.060 and we use this service ourselves.
00:11:13.020 Protect your savings and fortify your future.

00:11:21.760 It's happened in Utah.
00:11:23.200 It's exactly what happened in Utah.
00:11:25.320 I don't see this happening to Democrats.
00:11:28.240 You never see a Democrat elected governor
00:11:30.360 And then, you know, on inauguration day, he's like, surprise, I'm right wing.
00:11:36.300 It's unbelievable.
00:11:37.640 It is unbelievable.
00:11:39.020 When you let Carrie Healy, it's like she's what you thought she was.
00:11:42.340 She hates you just like you thought she did.
00:11:44.280 Well, the Republicans do tons of things that don't make any sense.
00:11:46.840 I'll give you an example.
00:11:47.920 So like you said, overwhelmingly, our state is Republican.
00:11:51.660 So we have the County Commissioners Association, okay?
00:11:54.480 And there's only a few Democrats and overwhelmingly Republicans.
00:11:57.900 Well, guess who's the president of the County Commissioners?
00:12:00.360 Association, a Democrat from Teton County. They say she's good at paperwork. Okay. In what scenario 1.00
00:12:06.240 would the Democrats, if there's 60 Democrats and four Republicans, in what scenario would the
00:12:12.580 Democrats put the leader as a Republican? It just, we keep shooting ourself in the foot. It doesn't
00:12:17.960 make any sense. Because they don't mean it. That's what I've decided. And the Democrats mean it a lot
00:12:21.320 more than you think they do. That's right. They are not kidding at all. And there's malice in
00:12:24.940 their hearts. But lost in all of this is like the idea of democracy, which is very simply the people
00:12:32.140 rule. They govern through their representatives and they should kind of get some version of what
00:12:36.240 they voted for, what they want. Shouldn't they get what they want over time? Isn't it their state,
00:12:41.380 their country? Well, and that's one of the reasons I got involved in politics was trying to save our
00:12:46.120 Teton County fairgrounds. I realized that these developers and out-of-state people were literally
00:12:51.600 trying to redesign our county. And I fought for five years to stop a development from taking over
00:12:56.800 the fairgrounds. They ended up with 10% of it, but I'm never giving up on that. So just for people
00:13:02.220 who don't know, so Teton County is in the northwestern part of the state of Wyoming.
00:13:08.340 It's the bottom of Yellowstone. Bottom of Yellowstone, exactly right on the Idaho border.
00:13:12.260 And it's the one place a lot of people who've never been to Wyoming may have been because of
00:13:16.120 Yellowstone and the Jackson Hole Ski Resort and all that and the cowboy culture of it and the
00:13:22.300 square and all the cool stuff. Exactly. And if they visited Jackson, they may have been to the
00:13:26.580 world famous Jackson Rodeo, which still exists and it's at those fairgrounds you're referring to.
00:13:32.480 Well, it still exists as of this year. They won't actually renew the concessionary contract. So this
00:13:37.600 is the last year for the rodeo to have a contract. They say that they're going to renegotiate or
00:13:44.780 look into it. What I'm telling you is there is no longer a Jackson Hole rodeo as of now. The last
00:13:52.080 rodeo was over Labor Day weekend. Well, that's kind of shocking. There's a lot of people that
00:13:58.120 would rather see that turn into housing. Affordable housing for people. And it's not
00:14:02.040 really affordable, Tucker. If you actually read the contracts, as I have done, you can move into
00:14:06.800 low-income housing with $475,000 in assets. Really? You can have a house in another place.
00:14:13.720 Yeah.
00:14:14.620 So you can move into affordable housing as your second home?
00:14:17.580 Correct.
00:14:18.540 In Jackson.
00:14:19.120 I'm not making this up.
00:14:20.740 The most expensive real estate market outside Palm Beach.
00:14:23.100 That's right.
00:14:24.280 Anybody outside, as long as your house is not within 99 miles of Jackson Hole,
00:14:28.800 in other words, anybody clear past Smoot, Wyoming, qualifies for affordable housing.
00:14:34.440 By the way, in case people watching aren't familiar with geography,
00:14:37.680 nothing is within 99 miles of Jackson Hole.
00:14:40.100 There's nothing there.
00:14:41.520 I don't think there's a Walmart within that, right?
00:14:43.120 So it's like, okay, so that's crazy.
00:14:45.840 So have people with second homes moved into affordable housing?
00:14:50.860 Absolutely, yes.
00:14:52.080 I actually discovered, so we built this housing complex.
00:14:55.320 It's called the Flat Creek Apartments.
00:14:57.380 And I documented, so we were in such a housing shortage, such a housing collapse,
00:15:02.220 that the housing director testified to the State Land and Investment Board
00:15:06.760 that there were 700 people on a wait list, okay?
00:15:10.020 Once I got this public record request, I realized that just to fill up the building,
00:15:13.840 it took seven months, and we were literally importing people from other states.
00:15:18.500 A man collecting unemployment in Lake Tahoe, California, moved in to low-income housing
00:15:26.780 in Jackson Hole with $200,390 in his bank account.
00:15:30.060 He showed up at my office one day and said, I keep hearing you talk about me, so I thought
00:15:33.580 I'd introduce myself.
00:15:35.020 I said, how did you happen?
00:15:35.520 Was he embarrassed?
00:15:37.140 It was amazing how he was not embarrassed.
00:15:39.920 I would be...
00:15:40.640 This is publicly subsidized housing.
00:15:42.260 We've spent...
00:15:43.120 Yeah, we...
00:15:44.020 The developers put $100 into the project,
00:15:46.500 fully taxpayer funded,
00:15:48.300 free 99-year lease on the fairgrounds.
00:15:50.820 The building itself is owned by Redstone Equity out of Ohio.
00:15:54.480 They were not paying any property tax
00:15:56.320 until I said, I will see you in court.
00:15:59.280 Okay, can we just...
00:16:00.620 You got five minutes.
00:16:01.340 I want to hear the details of this.
00:16:02.820 So, okay.
00:16:03.620 Because I think a lot of people hear the term
00:16:05.540 affordable housing and they're like there's a homeless family on the sidewalk on christmas eve
00:16:10.460 weeping children father just laid off at the local foundry they have no home and they need a place to
00:16:16.620 live and that's what affordable housing is here to solve right that's not that's not what happens
00:16:20.520 okay i'm getting the sense so your affordable housing which is built on the rodeo grounds
00:16:26.520 the ancient jackson rodeo which is like the most wholesome thing that's ever happened in teton
00:16:30.840 County. This affordable housing was built by who and who paid for it? Okay, so it's a $24 million
00:16:40.460 project. There was $4 million missing dollars. I had to pay $1,250 for public record request,
00:16:47.760 and I was able to find $1 million, which is what the developers paid themselves to build the
00:16:51.800 project. So the developers pay themselves a million. The loans are literally guaranteed by
00:16:56.720 the public. That's what it says. The public has guaranteed the loans. It's a fully taxpayer-funded
00:17:02.520 project or it's paid off in rent rolls. So we put all the millions in to get the project off the
00:17:07.480 ground. That's all public dollars. And then eventually, the rent rolls start kicking in
00:17:11.540 to pay off the building, depending on which building. I've identified these buildings all
00:17:15.860 over Wyoming, and they're everywhere in America. It's called the Low Income Housing Tax Credit
00:17:20.120 Program. So a housing, in our case, it's the Wyoming Community Development Authority. They
00:17:25.080 have total discretion in passing out millions of dollars to a certain recipient. I also found where
00:17:31.080 the federal program's coordinator is now the federal program's recipient, okay? So, the guy
00:17:37.280 who used to be in charge of passing out the money, he now is the recipient of the program.
00:17:42.180 Which is more profitable for him, do you think?
00:17:44.260 I don't know how he got in that position. But these buildings are all over because it has a
00:17:51.740 cute little sign that says Teton County Housing Authority outside or Casper Housing Authority,
00:17:56.280 no one until I came along ever questioned who actually owns the building. And I've showed
00:18:00.740 where these buildings are all overwhelming. They don't pay any property tax. And they're owned by
00:18:05.000 whom? Well, I identified four buildings in Natrona County, which is Casper, that two of them are owned
00:18:11.320 by the Japanese, literally, Oryx. The Japanese equity firm owns two of those buildings. And the
00:18:16.740 other two are owned by east coast equity firms paying no property tax but now we're told that
00:18:21.800 how does a private equity firm on the east coast wind up with public housing in jackson paid for
00:18:27.080 by taxpayers um that's the scam so i'm suing the town of jackson right now over three million
00:18:32.920 missing dollars if you can believe this um but why would jackson taxpayers pay for an asset
00:18:40.180 owned by a private equity firm on the east coast why would we give them a free 99-year lease on
00:18:44.740 our fairgrounds? I don't know. I don't know the answer. It's corruption. Well, that's just like
00:18:49.420 next level corruption. It is next level corruption. I think it's bigger than the Minnesota scam.
00:18:54.560 Tucker, these buildings are all over America. Just look at the low income housing tax credit
00:18:59.400 program. But I always assume because I'm not that smart that if a town, a city, a municipality,
00:19:05.460 a state government even builds something, it owns it because it took taxpayer money to build it.
00:19:12.720 why would it give it to some private entity for free?
00:19:16.060 It doesn't make any sense.
00:19:17.760 I've testified in front of our legislator about it.
00:19:21.420 I've identified, I've walked,
00:19:23.380 so we have a department of revenue with 100 employees.
00:19:26.200 Now the department of audit has seven people
00:19:28.320 looking at where the checks went, right?
00:19:29.780 But 100 people looking for revenue.
00:19:32.060 I've said, hey, these buildings are owned
00:19:34.120 by the Japanese or East Coast equity firms.
00:19:36.380 They're not paying any property tax.
00:19:37.960 They're generating millions of dollars in revenue.
00:19:40.620 There's a building called Ravenscrest Apartment.
00:19:43.140 It was $21 million to build in Casper.
00:19:46.200 Seven acres, 100 units, not paying a penny in property tax, okay?
00:19:50.440 But that's one of the things I'm up against running for governor.
00:19:53.240 I'm going up against an old boys club.
00:19:55.480 I thought it was very simple.
00:19:57.000 I'm showing you where there's revenue that hasn't been collected.
00:20:00.020 These people aren't voters in Wyoming.
00:20:02.020 It seemed cut and dry to me.
00:20:03.340 Hey, let's charge on property tax.
00:20:04.540 Do you pay property taxes?
00:20:05.700 I do.
00:20:06.360 Oh.
00:20:06.820 Would it be better for you to be a private equity firm in New York?
00:20:09.820 Yes.
00:20:10.220 Because then you wouldn't have to pay income taxes
00:20:11.560 because you could take your income and pretend it was interest.
00:20:14.100 That's right.
00:20:14.600 Through the carried interest loophole and just pay half the tax.
00:20:18.080 That's right.
00:20:18.820 So if your wife died and you got cancer, you'd have to pay. 1.00
00:20:22.840 But the Japanese aren't paying. 1.00
00:20:24.040 It doesn't make any sense. 1.00
00:20:25.100 And so when I'm elected governor, those are the things I'm going up against.
00:20:29.280 So the Republican, the fiscally conservative small government Republican,
00:20:32.520 is he worried about this?
00:20:34.940 I don't know.
00:20:36.120 There are so many problems in Wyoming that I don't even know where to begin.
00:20:39.420 But I will say this, I'm showing up with a baseball bat and I'm going to be swinging for the people of Wyoming.
00:20:45.880 I think I believe you.
00:20:47.660 Have you run for office before?
00:20:49.440 I ran to be the chair of the Republican Party two years ago.
00:20:53.800 They picked off six people at the end.
00:20:56.340 So my siblings were in the room and someone walked up and said, what is happening to your sister right now is so corrupt.
00:21:02.580 But they were setting this up to take me out, take out the conservatives, take out the grassroots.
00:21:07.740 If you don't mind me saying so, I was just endorsed.
00:21:10.340 So I used to be the revenue chair for the Wyoming Republican Party, and a guy named
00:21:14.440 Frank E. Thorne ran the party for eight years.
00:21:17.180 He literally worked tirelessly to get us back to the grassroots.
00:21:20.900 He just came out and endorsed me as a Constitution Party because the person running as a Republican
00:21:26.900 is a Democrat.
00:21:28.620 So that's how bad it is.
00:21:30.920 So we've got a Democrat running as a Republican, so now we have a Republican running as a
00:21:35.880 constitution party but the one thing i know is the republican party is not doing anything for
00:21:39.980 the people of wyoming we have to put the person over the political party so that's a big claim
00:21:44.940 so i'm going to test it do you mind if i just test it really quick okay so you're saying that
00:21:47.780 the republican party which is the dominant one party state basically um and it's run by the
00:21:52.760 republican party and has been forever i think yeah i think so since the earth cooled certainly
00:21:57.600 since the glaciers receded okay it's just been a republican state the one thing that everybody in
00:22:03.240 wyoming hates because everyone in the world hates are data centers nobody's for data centers that's
00:22:08.000 right unless you're the guy from shark tank who's going to get rich on them you're not for data
00:22:10.940 centers right so it's really simple question where's your opponent on data centers well the
00:22:16.040 owner of the data center company in wyoming goes after me on facebook all the time my opponent is
00:22:20.700 for whatever he can do to get paid off i hate to say that but he he's not necessarily for against
00:22:26.440 anything he's for whatever's going to get him elected does that make as he said i'm not because
00:22:30.460 I said, the last thing Wyoming needs is a data center.
00:22:32.020 You don't have enough water already.
00:22:33.440 That's right.
00:22:34.020 That's right.
00:22:34.940 So, but why would you, who wants data centers?
00:22:39.460 My opponent.
00:22:40.440 He says they're already here.
00:22:42.520 Oh, they're already here.
00:22:43.420 Right.
00:22:43.920 Oh, okay.
00:22:45.000 So that's the new rule of something's already here.
00:22:47.040 That's like saying we've got a lot of carjackings,
00:22:49.660 but we already have them.
00:22:51.580 So like, don't worry.
00:22:53.560 Well, we had a flock camera come down
00:22:55.380 in my neighborhood in Jackson
00:22:56.400 and the cops came and said,
00:22:57.580 hey, do you know anything about this?
00:22:58.880 And I said, I don't, but I wish I did.
00:23:01.340 Come down?
00:23:02.460 Yeah, somebody took one down.
00:23:04.320 And they said, you know who took this down?
00:23:06.280 And I said, I don't, but I wish I had.
00:23:08.620 Yeah.
00:23:09.100 It should have been me.
00:23:09.880 When I'm governor on day one, I'm signing an executive order against warrantless mass surveillance in the form of lock cameras.
00:23:16.980 They tell us now that they're reading your license plate.
00:23:19.660 Next, they'll be reading our faces.
00:23:21.420 Well, I think they already are reading our faces.
00:23:23.240 But can I ask, Lee, why would I know the neighborhood that you live in in Jackson?
00:23:27.000 I don't think there's a lot of violent crime in your neighborhood.
00:23:29.540 Roughly about zero.
00:23:30.680 Yes.
00:23:31.320 I've never been a violent crime in your neighborhood.
00:23:32.660 So why would you have a flock camera in your neighborhood?
00:23:34.660 That's what the deep state wants.
00:23:35.980 No, but for real, like what?
00:23:37.420 Did you vote for a flock camera?
00:23:39.020 No, and they're going to be gone when I'm governor.
00:23:42.360 What's your opponent say about that?
00:23:43.920 He doesn't say anything.
00:23:45.140 I don't think that he did the polling on what the public wants on flock cameras,
00:23:48.360 so he won't be able to comment.
00:23:49.300 So the Republican Party of Wyoming is not leading the charge against data centers or flock cameras.
00:23:53.500 Correct.
00:23:54.320 It's completely worthless. 0.95
00:23:56.080 The Republican Party in Wyoming is worthless.
00:23:58.720 Now, there's a lot of good people within the Republican Party, and they are opening their eyes to what's going on.
00:24:04.340 If I had not run as a third-party candidate, my opponent would just be sailing into the governor's office again.
00:24:10.320 He was just endorsed by the current governor.
00:24:12.640 And let me tell you about him.
00:24:15.280 So people around Wyoming struggling to put food on the table, okay?
00:24:19.320 People really are struggling.
00:24:21.240 And the governor of Wyoming hired a private chef to prepare all the meals at the governor's mansion.
00:24:26.620 I promise you, Wyoming—
00:24:28.060 Do you pay for that?
00:24:29.160 No, it's tax dollars.
00:24:30.360 I promise you, Wyoming, you're not going to be paying someone to cook my meals when I'm governor.
00:24:34.560 If I'm short on time, I'll pick up dinner at the gas station.
00:24:37.080 Well, 100%.
00:24:37.840 And you've got great gas station food there, I will say.
00:24:40.060 You do.
00:24:41.080 Yes.
00:24:41.560 I'll eat some beef jerky.
00:24:42.880 Yeah, excellent beef jerky.
00:24:43.960 But can I ask, how did the governor get away with that?
00:24:49.720 It's amazing what these politicians in Wyoming do.
00:24:53.260 Who is the governor?
00:24:54.140 Governor Gordon.
00:24:55.660 He's a Democrat.
00:24:58.060 Can you believe that? He's a Democrat. So I'm running because I care about Wyoming. When I win
00:25:06.340 this election, this will be the first time we've ever had a governor that actually fights for the
00:25:09.920 people. Wyoming, my intentions could not be more sincere. I am fighting for us. I'm fighting to
00:25:15.700 save us from becoming Colorado. My opponent voted eight times in six years to expand Wyoming
00:25:21.420 Medicaid to 55,000 able-bodied adults that don't even have children. He voted for taxpayer-funded
00:25:27.420 benefits for illegal aliens. He loves a green energy scam, wind farms, solar farms. When I was
00:25:34.680 mopping the floor with him the other night at a PBS debate where I debate the moderator and my
00:25:39.400 opponent, someone asked him about wind energy. He said, well, there'll be less when he's governor.
00:25:45.180 Well, that's not what his 14-year voting record shows. This guy's a career politician that has
00:25:50.200 enriched himself and his buddies through policies in Cheyenne. And when I'm governor, that's all
00:25:55.280 going to end. Do you have more energy per capita in Wyoming than any state in the union? You know,
00:25:59.740 as a per population. Right. So like, what? Why windmills? He loves windmills and solar farms.
00:26:08.580 Yeah. He loves the scams. We have something called the Wyoming Business Council. And I'll
00:26:13.620 just explain that to you. That's where Wyoming gives some unelected bureaucrats our money to 1.00
00:26:18.320 pass out in the form of economic development. Now, since 1998, we've given them $1.5 billion 0.93
00:26:24.660 of our money to pass out to us for economic development.
00:26:29.340 This is where the government picks the winners and losers.
00:26:31.820 And Wyoming has done increasingly worse
00:26:33.960 after we've given $1.5 billion to economic development.
00:26:37.280 We have the worst GDP of all 50 states.
00:26:39.680 We can't afford four more years of Eric Barlow and his policies.
00:26:44.680 So who supports him other than the Democrats?
00:26:46.800 The conservatives split the vote.
00:26:50.560 And so the Democrats literally helped him get in there.
00:26:52.680 And then, you know, we have to remember, Tucker, Republicans like free stuff, too.
00:26:57.000 Oh, especially.
00:26:58.180 And so we've got a lot of that going on in Wyoming.
00:27:00.680 We have entire politicians who did nothing but enrich themselves while in office.
00:27:05.520 And I'm there to bust that up.
00:27:07.360 What do you think, so Wyoming is a state of small towns, a lot of small towns still in Wyoming.
00:27:13.100 Yes.
00:27:13.600 And relatively few cities.
00:27:16.360 What do you think the Republican leadership, state leadership, thinks of its own voters?
00:27:22.580 like just the conservative who lives outside Cody?
00:27:25.340 Like, what do you think they think of them?
00:27:26.480 I don't think they think very much of them.
00:27:28.700 They have not lifted a finger to help us get rid of Eric Barlow.
00:27:32.980 So that's the thing.
00:27:35.380 Eric Barlow has an R by his name,
00:27:37.640 but by any stretch of the word, he's a Democrat.
00:27:40.100 So you would think that the Republican Party
00:27:42.080 would be coming out in full force.
00:27:43.840 Hey, wait a minute, this guy's a Democrat.
00:27:45.800 Instead, they're just silent.
00:27:47.960 Did he get the Trump endorsement?
00:27:49.720 The Trump endorsement candidate lost.
00:27:52.120 in the primary. So, isn't that amazing? So, we have a candidate who, a lot of our politicians
00:27:58.860 have called Eric Barlow pure evil, literally from the top. They've said, this guy's pure evil.
00:28:03.540 Well, now that he won the Republican primary, we're supposed to get behind him now? You just
00:28:07.500 told us he was pure evil. So, I thought we'd have to get rid of him. That's why I'm running
00:28:11.020 the Constitution Party. I could see this coming from a mile away. This is our chance to save
00:28:16.100 Wyoming. We're going to say enough is enough. We're not having any more Republicans in office
00:28:20.160 that just simply have an R by the name.
00:28:21.520 Well, I mean, one of the reasons
00:28:22.820 I was so interested in talking to you,
00:28:24.580 other than I think you come from a beautiful place
00:28:26.720 that is being mismanaged, obviously.
00:28:28.900 Obviously.
00:28:29.460 I didn't realize you were giving free rent
00:28:31.120 to private equity firms in Japan,
00:28:33.240 but that's pretty crazy. 0.99
00:28:34.340 Putting tampons in the men's room,
00:28:35.960 but I knew it was not great. 0.99
00:28:37.880 Right.
00:28:39.140 But I just think that this is happening
00:28:41.400 across the country where you have Democrats
00:28:44.420 who do pretty much what they say they're going to do.
00:28:46.560 They represent their constituencies pretty faithfully
00:28:48.880 and you have Republicans who clearly hate their own voters.
00:28:52.440 Right.
00:28:53.260 Make no effort to represent their own voters,
00:28:55.060 have contempt for them and lie to them
00:28:57.260 and then do the opposite once they get elected.
00:29:00.600 That's right.
00:29:01.920 And there's no option like, okay, who do you vote for?
00:29:05.360 You're not going to vote for AOC.
00:29:06.560 There's literally no options.
00:29:08.360 You vote for Eric Barlow or whomever.
00:29:09.880 Right. 0.95
00:29:10.180 Lindsey Graham. 1.00
00:29:10.860 Right.
00:29:11.500 You have your choice previously between a Democrat or Republican,
00:29:15.600 but the Republican is a Democrat.
00:29:17.640 And that's why I came along.
00:29:18.880 And that's why I'm running on the Constitution Party ticket.
00:29:21.040 Has anyone ever succeeded doing this?
00:29:22.720 No, not yet.
00:29:24.440 No, anywhere.
00:29:26.060 I don't think anyone's ever succeeded doing this.
00:29:29.460 Yeah.
00:29:29.940 Put me in, coach.
00:29:30.760 I'm ready.
00:29:31.760 Wow.
00:29:32.460 I mean, why did you want to do this?
00:29:35.400 I didn't.
00:29:36.160 I couldn't find anybody willing to do it.
00:29:38.280 My whole plan was to find somebody that was willing to do this.
00:29:41.320 Yeah, that's the best plan.
00:29:42.640 Yeah, but five days before you couldn't switch your party affiliation,
00:29:47.400 There was no one there willing to do it.
00:29:49.380 So I went and did this myself.
00:29:52.040 What does your family say?
00:29:54.440 My husband loves me a lot.
00:29:56.660 My four girls.
00:29:58.180 Look, I'm doing this for four years and then I'm going home.
00:30:00.580 I'm not going to turn into a lobbyist.
00:30:02.300 I'm not rolling this into the next election.
00:30:04.520 I'm doing this for four years and it will be a sacrifice.
00:30:07.000 And I'm doing this to save our state.
00:30:09.040 You've got your own business.
00:30:10.560 You're building data centers?
00:30:12.680 Nope. 0.87
00:30:13.940 When I'm governor, I'm going to require data centers to put up a bond.
00:30:17.080 Because when the technology is obsolete and the companies file for bankruptcy, we're not going to be left holding the bag in Wyoming.
00:30:24.220 I tell you what else is going to stop.
00:30:25.560 All of these secret meetings and NDAs where your county commissioners are selling you out.
00:30:30.060 The first time you know a data center is coming to town is because the ground is getting shoveled in.
00:30:34.360 That's going to end when I'm governor.
00:30:35.940 Now, I'm not going to stop.
00:30:37.320 I'm not going to do a moratorium to stop all data centers.
00:30:39.780 But these things are going to start working for the people of Wyoming.
00:30:42.440 And we don't have that.
00:30:43.620 So, I mean, it does seem like every data center is built with public tax dollars.
00:30:48.680 They seem to always worm their way into freebies or no sales tax.
00:30:52.740 So, the small guy, the small business owner, he has to pay sales tax on everything he purchases.
00:30:57.640 But somehow these data centers, it never papers correctly.
00:31:01.300 They never employ the amount of people that they were told.
00:31:04.280 You know, this is what I tell people on the campaign trail.
00:31:06.760 The same people that told us to get vaccinated are also telling us that the world's overpopulated, okay?
00:31:12.040 So, at some point, when are we going to realize that the two are connected?
00:31:16.260 You can't convince me that a data center is safe, right?
00:31:19.660 Those same folks are now telling us that the data center is in your best interest.
00:31:23.760 I don't buy it.
00:31:24.480 Are you going to tell me we landed on the moon next?
00:31:26.640 You know what I mean?
00:31:27.440 Have you ever looked into that?
00:31:28.520 No, it's so funny.
00:31:29.020 The same people who told you the vaccine is safe are the same ones saying the world's overpopulated.
00:31:32.280 No, that is—
00:31:33.680 Get vaccinated to keep safe.
00:31:36.620 And also, we landed on the moon.
00:31:38.720 If you've ever looked at that, I mean, they've got an umbrella handle as the gear shift for the lunar module.
00:31:45.420 It's like, I'm just not falling for it.
00:31:47.660 You know what I mean?
00:31:48.400 Like, you can't trick me. 0.99
00:31:49.860 The number one thing that qualifies me to be governor is I can spot bullshit from a mile away. 1.00
00:31:57.480 I can tell you have four kids. 0.99
00:31:59.100 It's so great.
00:31:59.880 Good for you.
00:32:00.640 How many dogs do you have?
00:32:01.720 I only have one.
00:32:03.060 Oh.
00:32:03.640 But she is so precious. 0.99
00:32:05.020 Even the dog's a girl.
00:32:05.900 So we got, the governor's mansion is going to turn into a hen house with my four girls and the dog and everything. 0.72
00:32:12.480 Oh, that is so good.
00:32:13.480 I have 15 illegal chickens in my backyard.
00:32:15.860 Do you really?
00:32:16.640 The town of Jackson says you can't, we got to worry about the environment.
00:32:19.440 So you can't have chickens.
00:32:20.840 The chickens are against the environment?
00:32:22.280 I said, watch me.
00:32:23.560 Yeah.
00:32:23.800 Can't have fruit trees either now.
00:32:25.880 Why?
00:32:26.720 Oh, water consumption.
00:32:28.020 No, they said it was for the environment.
00:32:30.860 So we're opposing nature for the sake of the environment?
00:32:33.980 That's what they tell us.
00:32:34.700 You've got to cut all the trees down because of the environment.
00:32:37.000 I went and planted more.
00:32:38.100 As soon as they came out with that,
00:32:39.320 I raced to the store to grab the last of the apple and cherry trees,
00:32:42.760 and I put them in my backyard.
00:32:44.420 You can't plant trees because of the environment?
00:32:48.080 That's what they tell us, yes.
00:32:49.540 We have to worry about the animals and the environment.
00:32:51.920 Does anybody know? 1.00
00:32:52.660 But she can't have trees. 1.00
00:32:54.480 You can't have trees or animals.
00:32:56.300 I think they're honestly trying to starve us out, Tucker.
00:32:59.300 I'm just guessing here, but I think that's what's happening.
00:33:01.400 Are you making this up or is this real?
00:33:02.760 I'm dead serious.
00:33:04.040 The town of Jackson said no honeybees, no chickens,
00:33:06.560 and then they said no fruit trees.
00:33:08.780 So no auxiliary food sources.
00:33:11.260 Let me tell you what.
00:33:12.440 Let me tell you what.
00:33:13.220 You can't have extra food.
00:33:14.360 Let me tell you what the town is.
00:33:15.320 But trust us.
00:33:16.300 There's nothing sinister here.
00:33:17.720 You just can't.
00:33:19.420 Jackson Hole is so messed up
00:33:21.280 that they take one minute of silence
00:33:23.540 at every town meeting to recognize we're on stolen land.
00:33:27.140 Can they name the names of the tribe they stole it from?
00:33:29.220 Do they know the names of people who stole it?
00:33:30.280 They don't know anything.
00:33:31.200 They're all from New Jersey, by the way.
00:33:32.700 I don't want to know anything about the state.
00:33:35.400 It's all fake.
00:33:37.540 It's all rich kids from New Jersey.
00:33:39.960 Sorry, my bigotry is coming out here.
00:33:42.660 But that's true, as you know.
00:33:44.060 But the fact they banned fruit trees, honeybees, and chickens in the name of nature is pretty remarkable.
00:33:50.660 It is.
00:33:52.100 They're going to be, I don't know, probably blowing up the Tetons to put in data centers in the name of the environment at some point.
00:33:58.120 Well, good for me.
00:33:58.880 I'm not used to following the rules.
00:34:00.980 Man, well.
00:34:02.460 Becca, I'm rooting for you strongly.
00:34:04.080 I'm not a Teton County voter.
00:34:06.100 I probably vote there anyway, right?
00:34:07.200 Can you do that?
00:34:07.820 They require voter ID?
00:34:10.860 They are supposed to be requiring ID.
00:34:13.180 I don't know what happens in Teton County,
00:34:14.880 but please, Wyoming, give me a chance.
00:34:17.920 Put me in coach.
00:34:18.860 I'm ready for this.
00:34:19.880 I'm going down there.
00:34:20.740 I'm going to break up that old boys club.
00:34:22.260 I promise you, Wyoming, I'm fighting for us.
00:34:25.060 I believe you.
00:34:26.040 Thanks for doing this.
00:34:26.800 I appreciate it.
00:34:28.120 Thank you.
00:34:31.720 You
