The Tucker Carlson Show - SPECIAL RELEASE： “They’ll Have to Kill Me. I’m Not Going to Be Silenced” - Curt Weldon on 9⧸11

00:00:00.000 This September 11th, 2026 marks 25 years since the biggest terror attack on American soil.

00:00:11.680 We remember the ones who died on 9-11, the responders who lost their lives trying to save

00:00:15.960 Americans, and of course, the armed forces who fought the Middle Eastern wars that followed.

00:00:21.300 We prayed for their families, and we continue to pray for peace. All these years later, though,

00:00:26.320 it is clearer than ever that 9-11 was used to justify a much larger and much more sinister

00:00:31.300 agenda. And it makes you wonder, why don't we know exactly what happened that day? We don't know

00:00:38.000 because the government is continuing to hide the 9-11 files. That's not the behavior of an 0.55

00:00:43.900 honest organization. That's the behavior of liars, people with something to hide. 0.94

00:00:49.340 That's why Kurt Weldon has written this book, Able Danger, What the 9-11 Commission Never Told

00:00:55.460 you. It's available now at tuckercarlsonbooks.com. Kurt Weldon joins us to talk about it. Thank you

00:01:01.920 for doing this. Tucker, it's great to be back with you. And I thank you for allowing me to do the

00:01:07.400 interview one year ago. Since that interview, a lot of information has come forward. And as I

00:01:13.360 explained when we first met, my commitment here is not just as a 20-year member of Congress,

00:01:18.620 but I'm a firefighter. I devoted my life to the American Fire Service. I was a fire chief.

00:01:25.460 I was a state fire instructor, and I was at the World Trade Center in 93 with the Fire Department of New York, and I was there on 9-11.

00:01:34.000 Not as a politician, as a firefighter.

00:01:37.340 My good friend, Chief Ray Downey, was killed at 9-11.

00:01:39.860 And I feel to this day responsible that I allow bureaucrats to deny the information that could have prevented 9-11 from happening.

00:01:48.600 I now have that factual information because of my position in Congress.

00:01:53.220 my position as vice chairman of armed services and tucker i'm not going to be silenced they'll

00:01:59.620 have to kill me i'm not going to be silenced well the fbi famously tried to silence you

00:02:05.580 uh by going after your daughter in the middle of a congressional race which you lost thanks to the

00:02:11.240 fbi so um they have a track record of trying to make you be quiet it hasn't worked so at at this

00:02:18.280 point 25 years later what are the big facts about 9-11 that most americans don't know

00:02:24.320 the 9-11 commission one was established as a cover-up the brother of one of the commissioners

00:02:32.420 endorses my book chris layman who was a white house national security advisor for ronald reagan

00:02:37.740 you can see his comment on the cover of the book uh in addition the um the facts are that

00:02:44.320 we had a dedicated group of intelligence officers and a special program created in the army called

00:02:50.860 Able Danger. They identified a year before that the New York cell of Al-Qaeda was in New York.

00:02:56.680 They tried to transfer that information three times to the Justice Department and were blocked.

00:03:01.940 That's all factually documented. And they're all coming out publicly with me. All 10 of them

00:03:07.160 are publicly behind me openly stating the facts are true in addition louis free wrote an op-ed in

00:03:15.300 the wall street journal saying that uh the 9-11 commission ignored able danger general keith

00:03:21.940 lambert jeff lambert the head of special forces command in his book called horse soldiers new

00:03:27.120 york times bestseller on page 27 was asked the question what what were your thoughts when 9-11

00:03:33.020 happened and he says in the book within seconds i knew who had done the attack and i knew it

00:03:37.320 involved muhammad ada because i had been briefed on a top secret army intelligence program that

00:03:42.080 tried to transfer the information three times that's not me saying that tucker that's our top

00:03:46.980 military commander of special forces and that's the fbi director 9-11 has been covered up to the

00:03:52.800 american people by our own government not by the entire government not by all the members of

00:03:59.240 Congress, but by a few leaders. And unfortunately, the Congress is unwilling to take it on. I'm not

00:04:05.140 backing down. Why do you think the U.S. government would cover up 9-11? Why do you think they would

00:04:13.920 certain officials in certain agencies, not the whole government, not all agencies,

00:04:19.040 but certain officials in certain agencies, I think your book makes it very clear, indisputable,

00:04:24.080 knew that an attack of this kind was coming

00:04:26.740 and didn't do anything meaningful to stop it.

00:04:29.460 Why?

00:04:30.480 Tucker, I think it's more than they knew

00:04:31.940 this attack was coming.

00:04:33.700 I think there were officials in our government

00:04:35.160 who planned the attack.

00:04:37.040 And I have documents in the book,

00:04:39.660 one of which I've explained to you,

00:04:41.800 that I've uncovered to me.

00:04:43.720 On the day my daughter's home was raided,

00:04:47.100 six hours after they raided her house,

00:04:48.920 I was warned by someone from the Pentagon

00:04:50.940 as to why the raid was occurring.

00:04:54.080 This wasn't some thing where we knew it.

00:04:56.100 This was a planned effort, Tucker,

00:04:58.360 a planned effort that not just killed 3,000 people

00:05:01.080 and 343 firefighters who are the reason why I'm doing this.

00:05:05.580 9,800 people lost their lives

00:05:08.020 because we then sent 2,500 soldiers to Afghanistan

00:05:11.600 looking for bin Laden.

00:05:13.800 2,500 came home in body bags.

00:05:16.220 3,600 came home in body bags who were contractors.

00:05:20.100 The total death toll from 9-11 is almost 10,000

00:05:23.280 innocent Americans because bin Laden wasn't in Afghanistan. He was roaming in Balochistan,

00:05:29.280 Iran. I have all the details in my book, and it's all backed up with facts.

00:05:35.540 What do you suppose the motive was in, as you say, planning this attack? If you're a U.S. 0.64

00:05:42.480 government official, why would you want thousands of your countrymen to die?

00:05:46.360 Tucker, when I was at 9-11, I could never have imagined emotionally looking for my friend Ray

00:05:51.760 downing and other firefighters that anyone in america could ever ever plan an attack that

00:05:57.880 would kill innocent american lives especially firefighters but any american i can't in my in

00:06:04.500 my deepest imagination fathom how anyone could plan to do something like this i don't understand

00:06:10.900 now maybe they wanted to have a reason to send our soldiers to war

00:06:15.320 and if that's the case then those americans need to be held accountable and tried for treason

00:06:22.540 now some of them are dead but the ones that are alive the same ones i believe that went after me

00:06:29.900 and donald trump they need to be held accountable and i'm not going to back down tucker it's not

00:06:35.640 our entire intelligence force i had many friends in the intelligence community a handful of people

00:06:41.480 thought they were so arrogant thought they were so so all all in self-control that they could get

00:06:48.800 away with this and hide it and you know what they're doing they're having the 9-11 concerned

00:06:53.660 people fight each other over the buildings over the planes it's like a game they get them playing

00:06:58.320 the real story is tucker did america plan and did america just initially come up with the

00:07:06.760 operation through a handful of people an operation that would kill 10 000 innocent americans

00:07:13.520 that's what my book's about tucker and you know what the documentation's there i want donald trump

00:07:19.440 the president i respect to convene a presidential 9-11 commission of people with integrity not

00:07:26.360 people tied to any non-profit that gets defense money not people tied to either political party

00:07:31.760 i want a new not new commission independent and i'll give them every piece of data i have

00:07:38.100 and i'll tell you tucker the american people will then have the truth and if they take my life in

00:07:43.040 the process so be it that's what i'm here for i owe that to ray downy this is the 290th anniversary

00:07:49.560 of the first fire company in america we celebrated everything else in this country this year except

00:07:55.220 for the fact that firefighters were in place 40 years before america was a nation ben franklin

00:08:01.520 In 1736, Union Hose Volunteer Fire Company in Philadelphia.

00:08:05.700 Today there are 55,000.

00:08:19.660 That's all right.

00:08:21.160 Excuse me.

00:08:22.260 Not at all.

00:08:24.260 Today there are 55,000 in every community.

00:08:30.140 They're taking it for granted.

00:08:31.520 those firefighters in new york families it's not enough to raise money for their loved ones

00:08:37.160 they shouldn't have died they shouldn't have been killed the same thing they did to that fire chief

00:08:42.980 in la when the wildfires occurred what did the governor and the mayor do they blamed the fire

00:08:48.600 chief and it was a woman they fired her i'm not having that anymore tucker the backbone of our

00:08:55.120 country are the men and women in the fire service they reflect what america's all about

00:09:00.820 They do what they do to protect other people.

00:09:02.980 They don't demand anything.

00:09:04.860 That's why they're 98% support in every poll.

00:09:08.720 I'm doing this for them.

00:09:11.200 If it's the last thing I'll do, so be it.

00:09:15.260 I'm sorry.

00:09:16.580 No, you don't have to apologize.

00:09:18.420 And I think anyone who lived through that period,

00:09:21.780 even those who weren't firemen, feels that rage.

00:09:26.520 it's justified because an enormous number, probably the majority of 9-11 related documents

00:09:33.700 are still classified. Why do you think that is? What's the justification for that?

00:09:37.340 Because it's the big cover up, Tucker, because the people, what I now have and the information

00:09:42.840 I have in this book, the one document now shows that someone in the Pentagon knew

00:09:48.300 what able danger was all about. I have that document and that person was a supporter of mine

00:09:55.160 and sent that to me six hours after they raided my daughter's house,

00:09:59.120 warning me that I was stepping into the fire.

00:10:03.660 And I'd pay the price for that.

00:10:05.660 And I have a second document, Tucker,

00:10:07.940 where a senior Senate intelligence, a senior Senate lawyer,

00:10:12.900 knew I was 100% correct.

00:10:14.600 That's in the memo.

00:10:16.360 And yet the Senate Oversight Committee brushed aside

00:10:18.940 and accepted the 9-11 Commission.

00:10:21.060 It's all there, Tucker.

00:10:22.040 and i'll provide those facts to the investigation committee that donald trump appoints i'm not

00:10:27.600 going to point to any other country i don't want to get in that game i'm not going to point to any

00:10:31.580 group if american people plan this they need to be held accountable those americans are the ones

00:10:38.480 we have to go after and they're only a handful and they're still alive in this country even though

00:10:43.920 several of the top people that plan this are dead and tucker i'm not going to stop until we go after

00:10:50.880 a name and i have the ability with my information to prove this now and that that interview that

00:10:57.920 interview with that woman that no one talked to they've hidden her i have the interview it's

00:11:03.340 digitized it's annotated it's indexed it wasn't done by me tucker it was done by the past president

00:11:08.140 of the national association of oral historians it was done 10 years ago that interview now i'll make

00:11:14.060 available to president trump and we can see the real facts behind the screen these games that

00:11:19.880 these intelligence people play have got to stop the problems of america are not from the american

00:11:24.680 people it's from the manipulation of bureaucrats who go beyond what their job is they think they're

00:11:31.020 above us all they think they can do things to manipulate us that we have no control over that 0.99

00:11:36.660 we're stupid and they play members of congress one against the other i have one of the most 0.99

00:11:42.280 powerful democrats in the country and one of our biggest metropolitan areas sent me a text just a 1.00

00:11:47.420 month ago. He said, Kurt, you were right then and you're right now. I'm behind you all the way.

00:11:52.160 I won't name him publicly, Tucker. This is not a partisan issue. It's an issue about control of

00:11:57.100 our country. It's an issue about taking the country back from the scumbags that have taken 1.00

00:12:01.720 over the intelligence community and they're making money off it, thinking they're going to get away 0.99

00:12:05.680 with it. It's got to stop, Tucker. I couldn't agree with you more. And this is a, I think,

00:12:12.520 Very important first step.

00:12:14.000 If we can get transparency on 9-11,

00:12:16.960 I think we can begin to fix

00:12:19.060 everything that's happened since.

00:12:21.260 Kurt Weldon, thank you for your bravery

00:12:22.680 and your persistence,

00:12:24.420 for your insistence on facts over lies,

00:12:28.480 and for coming on today.
