Just a reminder that tickets for Busboys, the movie with myself and David Spade are on sale right now.
00:00:11.520
It's in theaters April 17th, but if you get tickets now, it'll show the movie theaters that we're going to sell them or that they are selling and then we can expand to more theaters.
00:00:22.440
So if you know when you're going to go and you can support, that would be great and no pressure if you can't.
00:00:29.020
Again, the pre-sale tickets are available, busboysmovie.com.

She stopped by today with her mom, Dawn, and her sister, Grace, to have a chat and some
00:01:35.720
Do you remember a time when you weren't very loud
00:01:55.420
I think I'm just not ready for Easter, and I know Easter's coming.
00:02:00.000
I know, but sometimes it just feels like a lot with, like, the parties and the egg hunt.
00:02:05.580
I guess I don't have to have a party, but I don't want to be the guy that doesn't have one or whatever.
00:02:12.060
Do you, like, do you, have you always thrown, like, a birthday party?
00:02:39.400
We went on Amazon, and I got accessories for my Barbie doll.
00:02:44.940
And I got, like, a big, like, American Girl doll thing,
00:02:48.040
and it's, like, it comes with accessories and, like, a lot.
00:02:54.980
And did you get like a special type of meal or anything?
00:03:04.620
What if you wanted like a pet or something like that?
00:03:06.440
Well, my dad, he doesn't want another pet in the house.
00:03:11.540
And have there been issues with the current pets?
00:03:56.240
Are you allowed to play with your cat outside or only inside?
00:04:06.240
Now take a gander at some of these fat cats that we pulled up here.
00:04:11.960
Oh, so you're thinking something big like that, huh?
00:04:20.160
Now, if you had to choose one of these fat, kind of fat ones or whatever, or some of them are overweight, or some of them I think have glandular issues, but if you had to choose one of these larger cats.
00:04:29.840
The polka dot one with the white and the black.
00:04:40.000
You could even play Twister on that if you dyed the colors of it.
00:04:46.640
um I'm sitting here with Hannah Strickland and her mother Dawn Strickland and who picked out
00:04:53.860
your who picked out your name uh my dad and did you have a say in her name or not Dawn absolutely
00:05:00.760
you did yeah we so it was gonna be an awful name I would have changed it if it was an awful name
00:05:06.920
but and I totally understand that I want to say I agree with you Hannah what were you going to
00:05:32.740
her middle name. Yeah that's a way better name.
00:05:40.840
sometimes hannah like no it's just french oh totally then that makes total sense if you could
00:05:47.440
say you go back to in time to when you were a child yeah could you pick a different name for
00:05:54.940
yourself and violet violet why i just like that name yeah i like it too i like violet what would
00:06:05.840
you pick dawn what do you think your mother looks like if you had to give mom a different name
00:06:09.040
because dawn is very pretty dawn means like the beginning of the day i think or the end of the
00:06:14.480
day it's like the dawn of the rest of the earth like like the world is gonna like blow up okay
00:06:20.620
that's a bit yes that's one way to yes that's that is sometimes how it's looked um that is a
00:06:27.160
very more dorian kind of view of it but yeah what do you think your her name would be if you had to
00:06:31.960
give you get to rename mom right water bottle water bottle why it's just funny i like that
00:06:40.060
oh this is my mother water bottle yeah yeah yeah that's pretty funny actually
00:07:14.740
And Hannah, is there a point where you're looking to actually get your own place
00:08:06.880
And are you somebody that stays in the bathtub for a long time?
00:08:11.780
She never closed the curtain because she's scared of the grimace.
00:08:28.700
he looks like something he's very dark and purple
00:08:37.020
thing you see a negative thing there's a purple
00:08:39.120
one I didn't even know there's a green one but whatever
00:08:43.120
one that's supposed to be his cousin or whatever
00:08:46.600
And then Gris also made up another grimace where it's black and it's like dark black.
00:08:51.340
And if you go on the road, then he's going to kidnap you and eat you.
0.94
00:09:06.660
No, look, I'm glad you're here from the future to tell us how it all ends.
00:09:14.820
Do you think Grimace wants good things for the world
00:09:30.580
You don't think Grimace cares about the McDonald's kids play area?
00:09:43.820
You know, he actually got fired from McDonald's, I think.
00:09:58.760
I know he went through some dark times, and I know I think some of his family members passed away.
00:10:41.360
He was introduced in 1971, so he's getting older.
00:11:00.880
You're here today, and thank you for coming to town.
00:11:07.100
And were you excited about coming to Nashville?
00:11:11.360
you do good is that something you enjoy is getting that first moment in the hotel
00:11:16.920
yeah that's fun huh what do you like the best about like what do you what's kind of the just
00:11:22.400
the energy of it i like the showers yes because the shower is big oh that's fun in there yeah
00:11:29.880
yeah if you can have a good shower that's pretty good my friend one time rescued a pelican and
00:11:34.560
there was a storm there was like a big storm and he rescued a freaking uh pelican and we had to
00:11:45.280
And we had to get fish and stuff and go in there and feed them and stuff.
00:11:47.960
But it was scary while you were washing your hair with the shampoo
00:11:50.200
because it would be scary if the suds got in your eyes
00:11:53.100
and you were scared he was going to attack you or whatever.
00:12:25.920
Well, if there's a pelican in the, I would just, I would just put the pelican in the
00:12:36.100
My brothers would probably laugh too, but it's funny.
00:12:45.920
where you're just willing to face it all, you know?
00:12:51.800
It's one good way to get rid of a pet, I think.
00:13:07.460
They're building a lot of detention centers down there.
00:13:09.120
They're doing a lot of crazy stuff to get rid of folks.
00:13:33.340
You don't want one of those little floor bears?
0.96
00:13:42.360
Do you know I used to sell hamsters at my first job?
00:13:55.820
You think we could sneak, maybe you could sneak one in?
00:14:04.960
I could just buy a cage from Amazon or something.
00:14:18.320
No, I would buy a cage, put the hamster in the cage,
00:14:24.000
And then he can't do really anything about it once it comes home.
00:14:54.620
Sorry, Jonah, but he doesn't do anything either.
00:15:00.920
But do you think it's true that he doesn't do anything?
00:15:04.600
If you went to court, what would the judge decide?
00:15:06.940
That he does do things or he does not do anything?
00:15:20.880
Teach him some lessons, teach him how to do some stuff?
00:15:23.700
What are the chores that you wish some of your family members would do more of
00:15:48.580
So if you had a restaurant it would be called seven nights of pasta
00:16:13.600
What's another kind of pasta if you had to pick?
00:16:15.400
Pasta salad, cheese pasta, macaroni and cheese.
00:16:33.480
uh well i like like pasta where there's like salt on it and i put the i put like this much salt
00:16:40.060
are you allowed to have that much yeah it's just salt yeah you're right that's a good call
00:16:46.140
um take me into your family so how many children do you have dawn four okay dawn
00:16:53.000
and were you excited about all of the kids was there ever a kid where you got it you're like
00:17:15.400
And I had gone away to college and I came back.
00:20:41.600
Dawn, tell us the truth, because it doesn't sound like she's telling us the truth.
00:21:07.620
Let's stop for a second and look at this kid's dress.
0.98
00:21:09.680
Because first of all, you look like a little Easter present.
0.93
00:21:19.560
Because isn't your birthday right around Easter?
00:22:28.280
And we've already determined that Joel is dealing with some bucket issues or whatever.
00:22:32.860
Have you never heard of that word, butt munch?
0.99
00:22:36.380
You know, obviously Joel is doing his thing.
0.99
00:22:41.680
No, I have to live with mom and my dad, the one that snores.
00:23:32.320
And Hannah has, you have some, you have like a, kind of like a thing, it's called stenosis?
00:23:40.700
Because I've heard of it, but I haven't really heard a lot.
00:23:48.200
So technically, it's a lysosomal storage disorder.
00:23:55.980
We've talked to doctors before, and they mispronounce it, so you did better than they did.
00:24:02.160
But essentially, cysteine, which is an amino acid, doesn't get transported through the cells correctly,
00:24:09.280
and so they accumulate on all of the major organs.
00:24:12.580
So a lot of times people think, oh, it's just a kidney disease or it's just a – it affects all of the major organs.
00:24:30.840
And now he's working hard to be an EMT, which is just –
00:24:39.200
my sister had a liver transplant when we were little oh wow and so i know what it's like to
00:24:46.120
be like around that yeah yeah and just like what it's like and it's kind of scary sometimes as a
00:24:51.580
sibling because you don't exactly know what's going on even though you get some information
00:24:56.360
it can be kind of but you still can only process so much at that age yeah you're a kid and it's
00:25:00.580
kind of it can be kind of alarming and sometimes it was i felt like we couldn't play with my sister
00:25:05.760
because she would have, like, a lot of scars and stuff.
00:25:13.140
But, yeah, she had a liver transplant, and she's doing great.
00:25:18.100
How does cystinosis kind of affect you, like, on a daily basis?
00:25:21.780
Do you even feel it when you get up in the morning, Hannah?
00:26:34.280
What are some things about cystinosis that people don't know, just in general?
00:26:46.520
And then they're like, I thought you were four or one or two or three.
00:26:55.580
Well, probably not one, but like at least three or four or five.
00:26:59.160
The lady the other day in Ulta, she thought you were what?
00:27:09.280
Like, I feel that I'm tall, but I guess I'm not.
00:27:16.940
We all want to be that tall, bad girl, you know?
00:27:24.880
She had a lot of time to grow when she wasn't at school.
0.95
00:27:31.880
And her friend Bella, she's, like, almost the size of me.
00:27:37.960
You could catch up in, like, two good nights' sleeps.
00:27:49.980
You know, I remember being at spring break out there, and somebody had—
00:27:53.980
Well, one of our friends had been urinating on the floor, right?
00:27:57.020
but he got so sunburned and everything and he'd just done so much urine he was just damn dehydrated
00:28:03.380
and god if i can go back in time i would have doused that fella up with some liquid iv
00:28:11.140
just one stick and 16 ounces of water hydrates faster than water alone that's the truth

00:29:05.760
Is there any unique things that Hannah does because of cystinosis that it's a part of her life?
00:29:12.420
Is there any like unique things that people have to kind of do?
00:29:16.680
Like, my sister has to take, like, sort of, like, organ rejection medication so that, like, because she got a transplant.
00:29:24.740
I know she didn't get one, but I'm just saying sometimes when you have certain things that are part of your life, you have certain things you have to do.
00:29:59.380
Because it's like, wait, Mom, what does she does when he's sleeping?
00:30:07.060
Yeah, and then he, like, wakes up, goes back to sleep.
00:30:46.980
I had like the perfect, in the old house, in our own house,
00:31:06.520
There were a lot of mice in our house when I was a kid.
00:32:09.980
um before that before there might ever be a transplant there's still just a lot of
0.65
00:32:16.620
medications so she has a g-tube to make things easier um eye drops meds um they're harsh they
00:32:24.380
they're they hurt her stomach they you know and obviously since it affects your kidneys first
00:32:30.920
it obviously it stunts your growth um you can take growth hormone lately we've kind of
00:32:41.280
But that's a choice you have to make, I guess, as a parent for a child, huh?
00:32:50.140
What's something you admire about each one of your children, Dawn?
00:33:14.280
Joel never cleans the dishwasher, never does anything.
00:33:22.080
And what are the chores you like to do the most then?
00:33:25.740
Wash dishes, vacuum, clean the counters, and that's pretty much what I do.
00:34:07.180
Just for the record, we don't even order pizza anymore.
00:34:10.920
Dude, when people order pizza, I'm like, what are you doing?
00:34:17.540
I even will, if my neighbors order pizza, if I see a pizza, I'll go out and blow like
00:34:27.260
Well, maybe they don't have an oven or something.
00:34:29.640
Yeah, but just get a pan and even put just like a lighter or a candle under it.
00:34:53.520
do you feel sometimes Hannah like you're just growing up too fast
00:35:02.240
Like, what's a real line of work that you want to get into one day?
00:35:04.800
Like, when you're driving down the road and you see a guy working in construction
00:35:08.040
or you see a woman, like, fetching water from a well
00:35:17.200
Well, she has a baking channel, so she likes to bake.
0.99
00:36:02.460
But, like, if someone wants, like, something, like, sour, then, like, they can have that.
00:36:12.280
What are some of the appetizers you're going to have?
00:36:34.920
God, sometimes I just want to put one in my mouth
00:36:36.420
and have somebody come up and just hit it right down my face with a hammer.
00:36:41.200
My dream is to put my mouth under the frozen yogurt machine
00:36:50.200
My friend's done that, and your face gets so cold
00:37:04.220
One thing I learned about you, I saw a video of you.
00:37:06.680
It was at a Christmas shop, and that was like a busy video that you guys had.
00:37:11.620
Take me behind the scenes with some of this video.
00:37:16.800
What age was this when you were working, Hannah?
00:37:21.060
Sorry, I'm wasting a lot of your money, but I'm going to have to get a nutcracker and an ornament.
00:37:25.440
i love this store what is this macy's that's macy's i love macy's i love places michael's
00:37:41.460
where you can get crafts oh i love michael's we actually got a deal with michael's you do
00:37:46.420
yeah i love that what are you gonna make over there we probably just got like every deal in
00:37:50.900
the world we haven't got apple you haven't got apple no we do you got apple you got no we got
00:37:58.520
like a like a computer like a pink computer and then we also got like um like airpods
00:38:06.460
pretty much everything else for me in that box well i mean it was supposed to no no as it should
00:38:15.920
have been no what are some ways obviously mom is having trouble parenting when it comes to you
0.88
00:38:22.140
is that safe to say you think uh she doesn't have any trouble she does a good job maybe
00:38:28.520
and if you were a parent how would what kind of what things would you do differently you think
00:38:33.240
well if they would scream then i'll just put them up in the bathroom yeah and i'd lock the door
00:38:50.360
you would teach your like what's like something
00:38:52.380
like a thing you would try to instill in your kids
00:39:06.360
They can never get out until they'll stop screaming.
00:39:13.940
Well, what would be the things that you would do if they were good
00:39:57.660
um well i want my like my own cook show okay like you know those like uh those cook shows
00:40:05.280
where they have to like get the ingredients hurry up and cook kind of like those like i want to cook
00:40:09.800
with like bobby filet and like their competition do you think bobby filet is a good chef yeah you
00:40:15.560
do bring up bobby filet his daughter's really she's a newscaster anyway i'm lonesome i don't
00:40:24.840
know why i said that let's keep going bobby filet huh and who else is on your chef list
00:40:30.480
oh the uh nick yeah nick giovanni what is it about him and some of his recipes or what is it
00:40:38.400
um he cooks really good pasta i watch him all the time you do what's the big the thing about
00:40:44.980
the big parmesan wheel so it's like a big parmesan wheel he like carves the inside and then he like
00:41:27.380
Yeah cause like I've always wanted to make that recipe
1.00
00:41:44.340
Honestly Hannah what's the most amount of cheese
00:41:52.380
Do you think there should be a limit on how much cheese someone can have?
00:42:01.540
and it makes, like, really good, like, alfredo pasta.
00:42:04.880
Like, you just have to add, like, milk, and then that cheese,
00:42:11.460
And then you put the pasta in the pot and the butter and the alfredo sauce.
00:42:17.160
And then once you got your pasta in the thing, in the cheese, then you dumped the alfredo sauce in the cheese, like in the big wheel of cheese.
00:42:31.840
And then you got, like, he carved it in the inside, and then he, like, you put the pasta in.
00:42:41.200
We're going to need you to step out of the vehicle now, okay?
00:43:07.360
God, it's almost like the cheese is like just taking a bath or something in there.
00:43:14.700
yeah like hey mom what do you mean i would eat it um yeah yeah eat rest your head on it
00:43:22.200
yeah that'd be good if you had a whole bed made out of cheese yeah what kind of cheese are we
00:43:26.840
talking uh that cheese parmesan okay parmesan or reggiana is that what that is i'm pretty sure i
00:43:33.400
don't know i think so okay i respect that um do you have a favorite holiday kind of christmas it
00:43:40.180
is and what about it but i hate the grinch why he's weird and i don't like him he's green
00:43:48.180
and he and he steals things from the kids yeah which is not cool yeah have you ever stolen
00:43:54.220
anything no well i was stolen things from my sister my brother but but they deserved it yeah
00:44:16.600
because one time I stole my sister's little mini unicorns
00:44:31.060
Yeah, she has a play kitchen that everybody knows.
00:44:34.540
If they're missing something, they go straight to her play kitchen
0.78
00:44:39.140
Well, if they keep on looking there, then I'll move them
00:44:47.660
Have you ever considered burying something in the yard?
00:44:58.040
um you've been traveling a lot right and have you um what's a place you've been that you really did
00:45:06.380
not enjoy very much um and you can be honest with us i literally don't even know i like every place
00:45:16.520
i've been to you do yeah you just didn't like the place where we went to new york where like uh
00:45:23.800
There's, like, people, like, sleeping on the road and stuff and on the sidewalk.
00:45:44.720
What's something you and Hannah love to do together?
00:46:00.240
Well, we pretty much eat, um, yeah, we eat everything.
00:46:09.100
Moms have to taste everything before their kids can make sure it's safe.

00:46:16.620
Making sure they're not, like, poisoning, you know?
00:46:25.840
What's the worst food you've ever had, you think?
00:46:52.320
But my dad says he's going to eat a banana and an alicado in the morning.
00:46:58.260
He's like, honey, did you get the banana and alicado?
00:47:13.540
But instead of fixing the car, he likes to break the car instead.
00:47:22.320
You know, what's a regular day at school like, Hannah?
00:47:28.360
I think if I'm not in high school, I drop out like Grace.
00:47:39.800
A lot of my family is not even, or they're not all the way done yet.
00:47:57.260
She calls her teacher the Evil Queen, yes.
1.00
00:49:04.660
something that would leave a legacy for the kids
00:49:22.880
You know, when we were going through, it took almost two years to find out with my son because
00:49:30.680
Oddly enough, the driver said, have y'all been in Nashville before?
00:49:42.420
So we didn't know what was wrong with him, and we just kept going and going and going.
00:49:46.700
So remember when I clogged up the shower in the hotel?
00:49:50.780
Yeah, she flooded the whole bathroom today.
0.99
00:49:55.160
Yeah, because I really wanted a bath, but they didn't have a bath.
00:50:04.400
So while we started the Trickle and Hope Foundation.
00:50:20.780
Buckethead. Turd bucket. Yeah, turd bucket. Sorry. Yeah. Anyway, back to him. And sorry,
1.00
00:50:26.000
Joel, I know you're not here to defend yourself, but that's what happens when you send your
00:50:29.780
siblings out. Yeah. And you don't go with them, bro. You face the wrath. But here's my question
00:50:35.860
is, um, so you didn't even know it was hard to know what the diet, it was hard to get diagnosed.
00:50:40.560
Absolutely. What do you think was going on? Well, we knew it was serious. Um, he was treated for
00:50:44.900
the wrong condition for seven months at a different children's hospital um but so we had
00:50:50.420
yeah pretty much that's what they they literally i mean she laughs about it but like they just kept
00:50:57.040
saying um it was a working diagnosis so anyway when long story short when we found out what it
00:51:01.640
was i mean we went through a lot and it's it's challenging i mean i suppose you would understand
00:51:08.180
some of that too and i remember one of the first things when when he faced his first transplant
00:51:13.320
um they one of the first things they said were you know like how are you going to pay for this
00:51:18.000
are you going to start to go fund me and that was like the biggest slap in the face like so now i've
00:51:22.340
got to go beg for money to make sure that my kid can have a transplant um and we had excellent
00:51:27.960
insurance listen long story short i just vowed that no other family dealing with a chronic
00:51:34.380
condition is enough yeah that's enough and that's enough stress and that's enough um stress on a
00:51:40.380
relationship, on the family dynamics, on the siblings. So that's my mission. I want to be
00:51:46.960
there to help in tangible ways, whether it be financial, whether they need medical equipment,
00:51:53.040
whether they need therapy services, counseling. If the mother and father needs counseling to
00:51:58.020
deal with this new diagnosis, they should be able to have that. If a family is functioning
00:52:04.500
and functioning well, and they are whole, and they are taken care of, then they can be good
00:52:09.520
caregivers. And that's the most important thing is making sure that each, each member of the
00:52:14.560
family is taken care of. So. Yeah. It's a lot. I mean, I remember I would go to like Ronald
00:52:20.360
McDonald house and stay over there. And, um, and, um, over the years I've gone there and just like
00:52:25.100
done, like, just like, like, uh, you can go there and like kind of volunteer to hang out. And
00:52:29.600
sometimes it looks hefty to be over there, but just seeing what families do. Right. And what
00:52:33.620
it's like to have a family be around something that, um, that happens that is like a surprise
00:52:38.840
to your family, a medical surprise. And so the foundation will help support people that need
00:52:43.980
these extracurriculars kind of? Yes, absolutely. We're still working out everything as far as
00:52:50.220
what we will help out with. But I've been in this, we've lived with this for long enough.
00:52:57.760
I know firsthand, and I also know, you know, from having friends in our little community,
00:53:03.360
often they need help with paying bills you know lots of times um the the spouse now needs to stay
00:53:12.000
home and take care of the child so you lose that second income what does that look like i want to
00:53:16.460
help provide if you need to go to a community college or wherever and get my jacket okay yeah
00:53:22.200
that's great and get training or certificate so that you can work from home and now make money
00:53:27.100
from home whatever it is again how are you making money yeah not not me yeah because we're not seeing
00:53:33.800
any of it right yeah so just help them in any way possible you know lots of times there's programs
00:53:41.660
for co-pays and things like that but there are so many gaps just do you need help babe
00:53:46.640
she you want to give it to gracie grace don't throw it there's help out please come on
00:54:04.940
So we're still figuring out exactly how the Hope Foundation will help,
00:54:08.840
but we know it's going to help families in ways that they're affected
00:54:13.900
that they may not even see coming and ways that you guys have had experience with.
00:54:19.080
Yes, because we have had, listen, it's embarrassing.
00:54:30.480
And the thing about it is you're already concerned.
00:54:34.560
You're a parent who's going through a lot, whether it's new or whether you've been walking this road for a few years.
00:54:43.860
And you don't make good decisions when you're sleep deprived.
00:54:46.980
So my mom said if I did good on this show, then I could also get like a 3DS.
00:55:21.040
Okay, so just so we know, and it's called the...
00:55:35.980
We'll keep us posted so we can help donate at some point.
00:55:43.920
Yes, I do. I will. I'll give him a present whenever he thinks it's appropriate.
00:55:47.600
it what is something that you really admire about each person in your family uh so that one um
00:55:58.400
something you love make it real yeah something real that you love about each one okay so jonah
00:56:05.080
actually plays with me okay so you like that jonah plays with you and that's pretty much all
00:56:10.060
each one you have to do all right joel what's something you love about joel um i guess he
00:56:20.840
laugh at me. He's so funny. He is? He's extremely
00:56:35.000
Well, here's one of the questions I have, Anna, is that
00:56:46.800
like, are going to, they're sending them to outer space.
00:56:50.040
They sent Katy Perry to outer space last, one last year.
00:56:56.160
I don't, but for the sake of this question, for the sake of this question.
00:57:10.380
But here's the question is, if they set you up nice, they give you a nice first class
00:57:15.840
see you're headed outer space would you go to outer space yeah why i just don't want to i want
00:57:21.620
to stay at home you could miss something important in outer space so i don't care about outer space
00:57:27.700
what are you gonna do at home eat sleep we've been over this oh yeah big fact you're right
00:57:37.280
who's your best friend let's get that out of you here hannah who's your best naya and where's she
00:57:41.880
at today um i think she's at home writing a book about me well me and my sister very fair um i
00:57:51.840
heard you almost got in trouble for a crime is that true at some point about what that's just
00:57:56.820
what i heard that there was a small crime or something almost got in trouble for what crime
00:58:00.860
have you ever done a crime well uh well maybe i almost took a candy bar out of the store without
00:58:08.420
pain but but hey i mean i almost sneaked out but you didn't right but you didn't huh no mom
00:58:16.960
accidentally caught me that's what i like i like that i like that honesty too hannah is there
00:58:23.100
anything that you want to talk about today that you feel like is important and that's been on
00:58:26.160
your mind no i think about food you do yeah all day yeah well take me just give me like a favorite
00:58:35.740
What's, like, an appetizer that you absolutely love?
00:59:00.500
If you're on a desert island, you only get one meal.
00:59:13.920
You think they're going to have an Olive Garden there?
00:59:27.320
You know, in the past, in my life, I didn't do a good job probably investing financially.
00:59:34.640
You know, part of it was I didn't know much about investing.
00:59:51.060

Say you're trapped in a hurricane or whatever, right?
01:01:05.940
You're out and you're in the snow or whatever and there's a hurricane.
01:01:18.740
Well, I would have chocolate cake with a vanilla layer and milk.
01:02:14.800
That's her favorite holiday other than Christmas.
01:02:23.280
Yeah, what's your favorite kind of bird to eat, man?
01:03:07.140
It's good, but I don't know it really was a bird.
01:03:19.840
Because I don't care about someone else's chicken.
01:03:25.880
you can eat penguin no oh i don't think so yeah i don't think you're gonna eat penguin
01:03:35.040
but i'm just saying if you could you have to i would never eat a penguin okay what about owl
01:03:39.860
no have a little owl no why no name one more bird you would eat i would i never have ate in a bird
01:03:59.500
turkey, but I never... What's another bird people
01:04:33.020
If you eat this wing, that's not going to be able to fly.
01:04:37.600
I've seen a lot of damaged things that are able to freaking take off.
01:04:54.860
If you had one thing to tell everybody out there that was kind of positive,
01:05:12.420
With that said, you want to have some birthday cake with me?
01:05:40.560
And what's it been like having Hannah as a sister
01:05:49.640
she um i didn't think i was gonna have a little sister actually oh so she was a surprise she was
01:05:56.620
a surprise what i thought i was gonna be the last kid but i told my mom a lot i was like i really
01:06:01.900
want a little sister and we just had a sister and you got hannah and how do you feel when it was
01:06:07.320
hannah were you well when she was first born i thought oh she's cute she's a cute little baby
01:06:11.760
but as she grew up her personality like just immediately snapped in like um when she was
0.70
01:06:35.520
Do you think she looks up to you sometimes or no?
01:06:55.160
But does she steal some of your hairstyles
1.00
01:07:19.260
Do you want to tell us a little bit about it, Hannah?
01:07:25.740
She never, you know, actually puts her face in the videos, but.
01:07:41.140
Yeah, I don't watch that kind of stuff usually.
01:07:45.840
And my neighbors have a loud dog, and it's hard to sleep. Hannah, what do you think I should do about that?
01:07:56.520
Oh, yeah, it's an alligator. Oh, that's one thing. Oh, oh. Oh, the BTS one. Oh, really? Oh, that's not a cake. Yes, I got
01:08:07.000
You got tickets to BTS? So me and Grace are going to a BTS concert. What? The Korean rock band? Yeah. Oh, yeah. They're great.
01:08:31.500
Yeah, they don't know us because they're Korean.
1.00
01:08:33.000
They're like, oh, it's up, it's up, it's up, it's up.
1.00
01:08:35.880
So, but tell me a little bit more about your baking channel.
01:08:53.160
and I just started baking and this is in our old house
01:08:58.780
kind of started and then my mom made my channel
01:09:08.200
it was like a nutella cake and i added like nutella on it and i that was probably the first
01:09:16.180
cake i ever made and um my brother actually thought it was pretty good yeah so i i didn't
01:09:24.000
actually know how to make frosting but i added nutella at the for the frosting
01:09:29.160
then the cake was actually chocolate vanilla it was and then i also put like some strawberries
01:09:41.440
And take us through this cake really quick, Grace.
01:09:52.720
So it was due the next day, but this is a SpongeBob one.
01:09:58.360
Like who, the dark dessert wizard or something?
01:10:05.120
It was for a teenager my age for two big cakes.
01:10:09.480
I don't think she actually meant to give like two cakes.
01:10:18.600
I made the toppers and stuff because not out of creativity, but I didn't have the toppers that I needed.
01:10:30.280
What do you love about baking or is it just kind of a hobby?
01:10:39.340
It's always at a celebration, a wedding, a birthday
01:10:51.460
Do you think that Hannah is a good judge of good desserts?
1.00
01:12:00.820
purposeful art oh graceful purposeful art um i'll subscribe for sure and uh so it's my birthday so
01:12:09.780
what i wanted to do was i want to try out three different of my favorite dessert which is
01:12:16.660
yep correct i want to try out three different ones and then we all decide which one is our
01:12:24.660
favorite that's a good idea yeah and i thought hannah and i thought hannah you could let us
01:12:29.860
know which one is the best okay okay and we could all put on shade for this if we want yeah great
01:12:35.540
idea we wouldn't normally do this but i have to step into this episode because the the editing
01:12:41.840
got just confusing we try to uh have hannah come in to um have birthday cake and pick out some
01:12:49.400
desserts from our area that she would enjoy and uh if you want to see that happen uh you can check
01:12:55.840
that out it's over on our clips channel and um that is there and we're grateful to hannah and
01:13:01.120
the strickland family for coming in and uh now back to the end of the episode um well hannah is
01:13:10.880

01:13:17.460

01:13:24.980
We're in Nashville. We're here. It's a very different experience for dinner. Yes. It's a great question.
01:13:54.980
And then there's like a good cheeseburger place.
01:14:10.980
A lot of people know and it's tough to imagine.
01:14:19.800
Who's eating salmon these days with everything that's going on?
01:14:52.540
I had an omelet, a pancake, so I got a pancake.
01:15:08.880
And I put a lot of fruit on the top, and then I poured some maple syrup on it, and then butter.
01:15:22.540
amen um grace you have a baking channel people can check it out yep and hannah people can check
