00:02:35.000 The riots that started in L.A. are going nationwide.
00:02:38.000 Now, not everywhere is a riot, but there has been rioting in certain locations.
00:02:43.000 We've got a bunch of cities.
00:02:44.000 We've got New York.
00:02:44.000 We've got Seattle.
00:02:45.000 We've got Philly.
00:02:46.000 We've got Dallas.
00:02:47.000 Arrests popping up all over the place, as right now I think there may be 16 or so other cities where these anti-ice riots and protests have been taking place.
00:02:56.000 They expect this weekend to get a bit rowdy.
00:02:59.000 So we have a bunch of videos popping up right now as we are live.
00:03:02.000 Arrests are taking place in New York.
00:03:04.000 There's massive protests happening in Chicago.
00:03:07.000 We've got people blockading courtrooms in Seattle, and this is actually kind of funny, but they're taking all those Lime scooters that are just all over the place, and they're building barricades with them.
00:03:18.000 Those things are really annoying, by the way, because they're just scattered all over the floor, just in random, you know, in your city or whatever.
00:03:23.000 I digress.
00:03:24.000 There is good news for Donald Trump.
00:03:26.000 Gavin Newsom filed a suit.
00:03:27.000 A judge has denied.
00:03:29.000 His request to block the National Guard.
00:03:31.000 Trump wins.
00:03:31.000 The National Guard is under his command and he can deploy them over these riots.
00:03:36.000 He has doubled the amount of National Guard.
00:03:38.000 He has sent in the Marines.
00:03:40.000 These Marines are going to be undergoing training and will not yet deploy, I believe, unless something escalates.
00:03:46.000 But I don't know exactly what their decision is going to be.
00:03:48.000 So we've got a lot of news in that regard.
00:03:50.000 And then we have an official indictment for Rep McIvor.
00:03:53.000 That's the Democrat who closed fist, punched that cop at the ICE facility.
00:03:58.000 It's getting crazy.
00:03:59.000 A Democrat rep in Minnesota gave a speech where she said she was an illegal immigrant, implying that she fraudulently obtained citizenship and is now in public office, sparking a bit of controversy.
00:04:12.000 So we'll talk about all this before we get started.
00:04:13.000 We got a great sponsor.
00:04:15.000 It is Hillsdale.edu.

00:04:25.000 How'd you respond?
00:04:26.000 And when did capitalism become so controversial?

00:06:08.000 Right now, the biggest concern I've got, people aren't paying attention to politics anymore because they feel like Trump won, despite all that's going on.
00:06:15.000 So come the midterms, if the Democrats take the House— So how can you stay active and stay involved?

00:06:42.000 Excuse me, Thomas Massey.
00:06:44.000 And I said the most difficult part of my week was going to be following Michael Malice.
00:06:48.000 He said, you got this.
00:06:50.000 Thanks, Michael.
00:06:51.000 Right.
00:06:51.000 Well, it's going to be fun.
00:06:52.000 Thanks for joining us.
00:06:53.000 Libby is here.
00:06:54.000 I'm Libby Emmons.
00:06:55.000 I'm hanging out.
00:06:55.000 Glad to be here.
00:06:56.000 I'm with the Postmillennial and Human Events.
00:06:58.000 Hello, everybody.
00:06:59.000 My name is Phil Labonte.
00:07:00.000 I'm the lead singer of the heavy metal band, All That Remains.
00:07:02.000 I'm an anti-communist and a counter-revolutionary.
00:07:04.000 Let's get into it.
00:07:04.000 Here's the news from Axios.
00:07:07.000 LA protests ignite anti-ice demonstrations across the country.
00:07:13.000 I love the headline writing for these news organizations.
00:07:16.000 Because I think it's actually fair to say LA riots ignite anti-ice protests.
00:07:22.000 Demonstrations.
00:07:23.000 Well, we've got tons of videos, my friends.
00:07:25.000 Here's this from CNN.
00:07:27.000 A short clip for you.
00:07:28.000 The protests are spreading to cities across the country right now, from California to Dallas and Atlanta, Louisville and New York.
00:07:36.000 Many protesters say it's time to take a stand against the Trump administration's policies and what they feel are heavy-handed and heartless enforcement.
00:07:46.000 It's an absurdity, but here's a bunch of clips.
00:07:49.000 Right now, so this is just from about 40 minutes ago, the 101 freeway in L.A. has been shut down again.
00:07:55.000 Police out there.
00:07:56.000 We can see...
00:08:00.000 Police just came out.
00:08:01.000 Look, police are out on the road right now.
00:08:03.000 Police are there right now.
00:08:05.000 What else do we got here?
00:08:07.000 We've got a massive protest in downtown Chicago, right next to the Trump building.
00:08:11.000 You can see on the right.
00:08:12.000 Now, this is a large march.
00:08:14.000 This is not a right.
00:08:14.000 This is a protest.
00:08:16.000 But I do believe there are reports of arrests already taking place.
00:08:20.000 In fact, I think we have them.
00:08:21.000 Protesters and police are clashing.
00:08:23.000 Okay, it's a riot.
00:08:25.000 Items are being thrown.
00:08:26.000 This is an hour ago.
00:08:27.000 People are being detained in Chicago.
00:08:29.000 We have this video from Seattle Federal Building.
00:08:34.000 Authorities have removed the Lyme scooter and bike blockade.
00:08:38.000 But now people are linking arms and blocking police, so still in protest territory.
00:08:44.000 In New York, they're blocking the roads, and white people are yelling at black people because they're morally superior, I guess, so they say.
00:08:51.000 I think we should play that clip.
00:08:52.000 Okay, alright.
00:08:53.000 This one really got Libby angry.
00:08:56.000 Let me set up.
00:08:58.000 There's a black woman who's trying to get to work and there are two white protesters.
00:09:01.000 I don't think these people are having their children taken.
00:09:04.000 What about my kids?
00:09:06.000 I used my dogs.
00:09:07.000 Look at this.
00:09:08.000 Then what happens to my kids?
00:09:09.000 I can't help them.
00:09:11.000 But you can't if you could just move off the wing.
00:09:13.000 You're not going to.
00:09:14.000 How is this a peaceful protest if there's nothing to do?
00:09:17.000 No, it's not.
00:09:19.000 How do y'all as white people feel about stopping a black woman from going to work?
00:09:23.000 Oh no, not work.
00:09:24.000 I can't imagine.
00:09:26.000 So you don't care about stopping black people from going to work?
00:09:29.000 Look at this line that you guys are causing.
00:09:31.000 I'm not causing no problems.
00:09:32.000 I'm not trying to.
00:09:33.000 We're just trying to leave.
00:09:35.000 That happened.
00:09:36.000 So I just want to shout out that Savannah Hernandez out there in New York, Katie Davis Court, Jonathan Cho, they're out in Seattle.
00:09:42.000 But I just want to say, this is insane.
00:09:44.000 Stopping people from going to work.
00:09:45.000 Like, you should be automatically arrested and indicted and imprisoned because you should never be stopping people from feeding their families and taking care of themselves and doing what they have to do to be part of, you know, breathing and eating.
00:09:58.000 Like, that's just totally out of control.
00:10:00.000 Not only that, it's forcing that other person's values onto you.
00:10:05.000 You know, it's totally taking away the individual's agency to say, I don't want to engage with this.
00:10:11.000 One of the things that people in the United States have kind of always taken for granted was, I have the ability to opt out of the political takes.
00:10:18.000 In the past 10 years, 15 years, that kind of liberty has kind of gone away.
00:10:23.000 And I think most Americans want that back because they want to say, I'll go and I'll vote, but I don't have to have every single part of my life politicized.
00:10:32.000 And that's what they've done.
00:10:33.000 While they're talking, I'd like...
00:10:35.000 if you could pull this up and just join me in this as I tweet.
00:10:39.000 Yes, I think that is wonderful.
00:10:42.000 And I'm going to – He's a white supremacist.
00:10:54.000 He's a horrible, horrible man.
00:10:55.000 This is white privilege.
00:10:57.000 Yeah.
00:10:57.000 It's an expression of white privilege.
00:10:59.000 I completely agree with all of these leftist precepts about white privilege now that a white person is attacking a white person.
00:11:03.000 That's exactly right.
00:11:04.000 And he's there.
00:11:05.000 For the people who are listening, he's got a green koozie and a little, like, orange drink.
00:11:10.000 And a man bun.
00:11:11.000 And a man bun.
00:11:12.000 Don't forget the man bun.
00:11:13.000 Don't forget the man bun.
00:11:14.000 I mean, he's every little bit of the stereotype that you think he is.
00:11:19.000 Actually, I just want to say, you know, of all the things that he's doing, the protesting, the communism, the blocking, you know, this road, I'm actually okay with all of that.
00:11:26.000 Man bun?
00:11:27.000 Where I think he should go to jail.
00:11:28.000 Yeah.
00:11:29.000 No, none of that.
00:11:30.000 I mean, look.
00:11:30.000 But in all seriousness, it's funny because these people...
00:11:33.000 They are the ones on the internet all high and mighty calling everyone else racists.
00:11:41.000 I don't think she is.
00:11:42.000 You don't?
00:11:42.000 Is she Asian?
00:11:43.000 I think she's from Guam.
00:11:44.000 Guam?
00:11:45.000 I think, well, her family, she's from Texas.
00:11:46.000 She is not white.
00:11:47.000 She is not white.
00:11:49.000 And then you have this black woman.
00:11:51.000 And these two women of color are begging these white people to please move.
00:11:56.000 And they're like, no.
00:11:58.000 Right.
00:11:58.000 And then they make fun of them for wanting to go to their jobs.
00:12:01.000 You know, and like...
00:12:09.000 It is shocking to me that you would prevent someone from going to work to do their job.
00:12:14.000 And also, it's like you were saying, Phil, about this thing where they have decided that politics needs to be in every conceivable facet of our lives.
00:12:21.000 Not not only like they politicized the arts and they politicized everything on the Internet and they politicized your clothes and your car and everything else.
00:12:30.000 And they're making it impossible for you to just exist as a person.
00:12:33.000 We used to have this thing in this country that was basically the civil religion, right?
00:12:37.000 You believe what you believe.
00:12:38.000 That's cool.
00:12:39.000 You have your religion at home.
00:12:41.000 Okay, you go to your church.
00:12:42.000 But in public, you treat everyone with dignity and respect.
00:12:45.000 You treat everyone like their lives matter, too.
00:12:48.000 And these stupid white people, these white supremacist racists, are out here saying that this black woman's life doesn't matter, that her kids' lives don't matter, right?
00:12:58.000 Where five years ago, they were probably out there in New York City protesting.
00:13:03.000 George Floyd, whatever else, screaming Black Lives Matter.
00:13:07.000 And now they're telling this black woman that her life and her kids' lives don't matter.
00:13:10.000 This is why I keep telling people that wokeness has nothing to do with critical race theory.
00:13:16.000 Nothing to do with a critical theory.
00:13:18.000 It is entirely just adhering to the liberal orthodoxy.
00:13:22.000 Here's another example.
00:13:23.000 White people telling a black woman she can't go to work because their ideology is more important than her.
00:13:30.000 Now, shouldn't the ideology of critical theory, they as the oppressive white people say, we defer to you?
00:13:35.000 That's progressive stick.
00:13:37.000 No, it's because wokeness is literally just about whatever makes sense for the cult.
00:13:40.000 It is a murmuration of zombified leftist NPCs that believe random things, whatever they're told to believe in the moment.
00:13:48.000 Well, keep in mind, too, like it's always white people.
00:13:52.000 It's not really people that are of different colors.
00:13:56.000 And that has been really grinding against the narrative.
00:14:03.000 I mean, people are starting to see in the black community, in the Hispanic community, that, you know, it's just a bunch of white people being ninnies.
00:14:09.000 And they're breaking away from it.
00:14:11.000 I think that's part of the dynamic that happened in 2024 that got groups of those voters to vote in much larger numbers than previous times for Donald Trump.
00:14:19.000 Because they're just fed up with it.
00:14:21.000 It's white man bun guy, you know, making him go crazy.
00:14:25.000 Yeah, we got some video from Dallas just last night.
00:14:28.000 There had been a bunch of arrests and clashes with police.
00:14:32.000 And then there's this live stream from New York City.
00:14:35.000 And this is just from a couple hours ago.
00:14:37.000 So protests in New York.
00:14:39.000 What I will say, my experience in New York with protests is the police never do anything.
00:14:44.000 You might get – it's called kettling.
00:14:46.000 They'll surround you and just arrest you, but you almost never see cops in New York attacking people or pepper spraying or tear gas.
00:14:53.000 They never use tear gas, and I think the issue is because of the water table, because of how it would go to the ocean and cause problems.
00:14:59.000 But that's why during Occupy it was a big deal when that one cop, Tony Bologna, pepper sprayed those young women.
00:15:06.000 It's kind of funny, actually, if you look at it.
00:15:08.000 What's his name, really?
00:15:09.000 Tony Bologna?
00:15:10.000 Anthony Bologna.
00:15:11.000 I love that.
00:15:13.000 He must have had it tough in middle school.
00:15:15.000 There were several women standing on the sidewalk.
00:15:16.000 They weren't in the protest group.
00:15:18.000 They were outside of the kettle, and they were yelling.
00:15:20.000 And he got frustrated, I guess, walked up and just sprayed them in the face with a little can of pepper spray.
00:15:24.000 And that is what created Occupy Wall Street.
00:15:26.000 Most people don't know this.
00:15:28.000 Nobody cared about Occupy at all until Tony Bologna pepper sprayed these three women, creating, at the time, the fastest viral video in history.
00:15:38.000 Something like 1.2 million views in only a couple of hours.
00:15:40.000 This is 2011, so this is early days of social media, or, you know, early-ish days.
00:15:45.000 And everyone's like, I can't believe how many views this video got overnight.
00:15:48.000 And then everyone went out in the streets.
00:15:50.000 So, now, we've got tear gas, expanding foam rounds.
00:15:55.000 There's a video going around where a guy's yelling at a cop, and the cop just shoots him point blank with the 40mm.
00:16:01.000 Just pretty egregious, like just an angry cop.
00:16:04.000 The guy was annoying, sure, but he just blasted him twice, actually.
00:16:08.000 So things are getting rowdy, and it's videos like this that I think are going to escalate this into, like this weekend, it's going to be nuts.
00:16:16.000 Because there's two things that stop people from rioting, and it's work and weather.
00:16:23.000 And so you see protests like this where the guy's like, oh no, not work.
00:16:27.000 That guy doesn't have a job.
00:16:28.000 That guy's sucking the tea to the state or something like that.
00:16:31.000 Or he's got his trust fund kid.
00:16:33.000 A lot of trust fund kids at these protests.
00:16:35.000 How disgusting is that?
00:16:35.000 You know he's either totally a vagrant that's living at the behest of the state or he's totally a trust fund kid that has so much money none of this stuff actually affects him.
00:16:49.000 During Occupy, it was organized by trust fund kids.
00:16:52.000 That makes a lot of sense.
00:16:54.000 It's not an exaggeration.
00:16:55.000 And when the media, And it's like, yo, those people who are literally organizing and everything, yeah, they're trust fund kids.
00:17:08.000 That's why they're here.
00:17:09.000 They don't have jobs.
00:17:09.000 They don't need jobs.
00:17:10.000 Yeah, they can just hang out in the street all day.
00:17:12.000 That's right.
00:17:13.000 And not bathe.
00:17:13.000 It doesn't matter.
00:17:14.000 So, the other thing is travel.
00:17:17.000 There's going to be a lot of left-aligned people.
00:17:19.000 Not as many as probably there used to be because Trump is actually, he's doing really well.
00:17:26.000 So you've got to understand that people might live two hours north of New York.
00:17:30.000 They're not going to drive in for this.
00:17:31.000 On the weekend, they'll say, let's drive in in the morning and join the protests for Saturday and Sunday.
00:17:36.000 I think this weekend is going to be nuts.
00:17:39.000 Well, don't forget what's happening in Washington.
00:17:41.000 You know, you've got the big parade planned, Army.
00:17:44.000 It's going to thunderstorm, though.
00:17:45.000 And that may help out what was intended to be something really big.
00:17:51.000 I mean, don't consider.
00:17:52.000 These are not organic, by the way.
00:17:54.000 These were all planned.
00:17:55.000 Data Republican has got some fantastic research on what's funding it, what's triggering it.
00:18:00.000 You know, this is all in design.
00:18:02.000 They are trying to thwart Donald Trump, obviously, at every turn.
00:18:07.000 And this time it's backfiring big time.
00:18:10.000 2020, things didn't backfire quite as hugely as it's about.
00:18:14.000 I mean, this is an 80-20 issue.
00:18:18.000 BLM, the BLM riots, that was actually a massively popular issue.
00:18:22.000 The approval rating for BLM at the time of George Floyd's death was around 55-60% in aggregate.
00:18:28.000 And then the riots wiped all of that off the map and it went negative.
00:18:32.000 But let's jump to this story from Newsweek.
00:18:36.000 Mysterious riot gear handed out to LA protesters raises questions.
00:18:40.000 Indeed.
00:18:41.000 People spotted bionic shields.
00:18:44.000 These are high-end face masks that people could wear, full face masks akin to helmets, handed out from the back of a pickup truck by two women.
00:18:52.000 There's also reports that a van pulled up distributing shields and masks as well.
00:18:56.000 Who is buying these?
00:18:58.000 Who is building them?
00:18:59.000 This is organized.
00:19:02.000 And I think if Donald Trump, if the conservatives, if the right doesn't want to play hardball, We lose.
00:19:12.000 And expect in five years and six years to be marched into that gulag.
00:19:16.000 And I'm only half kidding.
00:19:18.000 But these people have plans.
00:19:19.000 They have planned for this.
00:19:21.000 They have contingencies.
00:19:23.000 Before Donald Trump won, they were wargaming what they would do if he did win.
00:19:28.000 And they are relying on Donald Trump and the Republicans not going as far as they would need to actually stop this.
00:19:36.000 So what does that mean?
00:19:37.000 If they are...
00:19:46.000 The people voted for a president to remove foreign nationals who have illegally entered this country and to do so in large numbers.
00:19:54.000 I mean, the Republicans swept everything.
00:19:58.000 If now people are going out and providing resources to combat federal law enforcement, including the National Guard and the Marines, this is sedition and the DOG needs to go after.
00:20:07.000 Mm-hmm.
00:20:14.000 There's no doubt that everything is happening in these streets.
00:20:17.000 First of all, Alien Enemies Act is entirely—he absolutely has to be calling that out.
00:20:23.000 There really has to be an effort to deport every one of the illegals that are here.
00:20:28.000 There's no doubt that this looks like a real invasion.
00:20:31.000 I mean, you've got what's going on in Chicago now, what happened in Boston.
00:20:35.000 You look at these pictures and these scenes.
00:20:38.000 Donald Trump has a perfect opportunity to make that argument and to act upon it.
00:20:43.000 I'm surprised he hasn't done more of that already, but the weak part of the Trump agenda is Republicans in Congress.
00:20:51.000 Let's just put it that way.
00:20:53.000 Well, yeah, they've passed the big, beautiful bill on the Lake and Riley Act this year, and that's it.
00:20:57.000 No, not even the big, beautiful bill.
00:20:59.000 I mean, the House.
00:21:01.000 If the Senate does pass it, Trump gets something like $80 billion for immigration enforcement.
00:21:05.000 Which is what we all voted for, really.
00:21:10.000 Yeah, listen, Republicans in Congress are not going to react to this in a way that needs to be acted.
00:21:16.000 Donald Trump does have a lot of levers to do this, which will make Republicans look much better than they deserve.
00:21:22.000 You're not going to see action in Congress enough on this.
00:21:25.000 I think the first, so there's some interesting things that are happening.
00:21:28.000 Thomas Massey and Rand Paul, very, very popular.
00:21:31.000 Not so much now, because they are both of the opinion, we don't want deficit spending, so therefore Trump can't get his bill, and we need to change the bill to give, you know, hey, let's fund ICE and deportations, but not by spending on all these things.
00:21:45.000 And people are pissed because we have very little time to enact these deportations before Democrats try and muster up power in the House, and then if we don't handle these deportations, the census will kick in, and that's going to shift.
00:22:03.000 The Republicans have to do this right now.
00:22:08.000 They have to start deporting people.
00:22:10.000 Otherwise, it's over.
00:22:14.000 So 2030 is the date of the census.
00:22:18.000 It doesn't matter if we, you know, these individuals may have been popular.
00:22:22.000 I still like, you know, Massey and Paul, but I'm right now saying pass Trump's big, beautiful bill.
00:22:26.000 Get it done because we don't have that much time.
00:22:29.000 No, we don't have a lot of time.
00:22:31.000 No, we don't have time.
00:22:31.000 Actually, just you think about this legislatively, it absolutely has to get done.
00:22:35.000 I'm in all for the fight that Ron Johnson and Rand and them are trying to have to get something on the edges.
00:22:41.000 But one of the most amazing things about this bill is the permanency of these tax cuts.
00:22:46.000 I mean, think about this.
00:22:47.000 That's an amazingly positive thing.
00:22:49.000 You will have, for the first time since I went to Capitol Hill in 2010, no opportunity for politicians to scream and yell about, oh my gosh, they're about to stop and recreating the tax code.
00:23:02.000 Now they have to actually vote.
00:23:03.000 You know who's at fault for all this right now?
00:23:09.000 Who takes all the blame?
00:23:11.000 Who?
00:23:12.000 Any guesses?
00:23:13.000 I know.
00:23:14.000 Say it.
00:23:14.000 Say it!
00:23:15.000 Say it!
00:23:16.000 That's right!
00:23:17.000 Ronald Reagan?
00:23:18.000 Yes.
00:23:18.000 Oh, for the immigration, absolutely.
00:23:20.000 Oh, the amnesty, yeah.
00:23:21.000 This is what is believed to have turned California from a strong Republican state into a permanent blue state, and everything we're seeing now is an offshoot of the theft of political power through illegal immigration is an offshoot of Reagan saying, we're going to let 3 million people enter our electoral system and their children, and it was a mistake, and they shouldn't have done it.
00:23:40.000 Yeah, they shouldn't have done it.
00:23:41.000 What we're seeing now is American citizens' allegiance to Mexico flying Mexican flags and saying, you can't deport me, I'm American.
00:23:49.000 They hate this country.
00:23:51.000 They're on the streets right now.
00:23:53.000 All these videos are popping up.
00:23:54.000 You know what?
00:23:55.000 I'm going to pull up a video.
00:23:56.000 You make your point.
00:23:57.000 I'm going to pull this video up.
00:23:57.000 I will make my point.
00:23:59.000 During the Biden administration, you had DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as one of the many who was saying that what was needed was an amnesty for all of the people that had been let in.
00:24:08.000 He actively spoke out against deportation, saying that they don't make any sense, that it was not a reasonable policy to deport even one person because he said there was too much manpower involved and all of this other stuff, and there were too many connections to the country at that point.
00:24:23.000 And this guy is the same guy that from the press briefing room in March 2021 said, we're not saying don't come.
00:24:29.000 We're saying don't come now.
00:24:31.000 Let us get our immigration thing sorted out.
00:24:33.000 And then they spent the entire four years creating semi-legal ways to get more and more people into the country.
00:24:39.000 And so that now you had Alexander Ocasio-Cortez, LaMonica McIver at this point, Chuck Schumer, all of the rest of them saying that we need these people in the country to do low-wage jobs because Americans won't do them.
00:24:51.000 So they want them to do unregulated jobs.
00:24:56.000 and create pathways to citizenship.
00:24:58.000 Let me show you the fruits of Ronald Reagan.
00:25:00.000 This is our city, and this was Mexico.
00:25:04.000 You can't kick us out of the land that was ours.
00:25:07.000 Donald Trump!
00:25:09.000 Fascism!
00:25:10.000 Let our people free!
00:25:12.000 Have you not seen the British?
00:25:14.000 She's hit her.
00:25:15.000 She's still...
00:25:16.000 What's the windblower for?
00:25:18.000 Just for the fucking tear gas to blow it back at those motherfuckers.
00:25:22.000 If you don't f***ing blow her, bring it up!
00:25:25.000 Push him back!
00:25:27.000 We will not do 1992 again with your f***ing tags!
00:25:31.000 I was 12 then!
00:25:32.000 I'm 44 now!
00:25:33.000 I will die for my f***ing kids!
00:25:36.000 And all of these young people are here!
00:25:38.000 Are my f***ing kids!
00:25:39.000 They're not your kids!
00:25:40.000 Because I'm an LA native mom!
00:25:42.000 I bet she's a public school teacher.
00:25:44.000 You're fighting!
00:25:45.000 F*** you!
00:25:46.000 Major best!
00:25:47.000 If you can hear me, it's fake in your office, I'm mad if I'm talking to my children!
00:25:52.000 If you could say something to Donald Trump right now, what would he say?
00:25:55.000 Donald Trump, you can suck my left nut, you can get out of my fucking drawer!
00:26:00.000 You're just Macasson, my high-end, wouldn't give me the time of day, bitch!
00:26:03.000 And because Claudia Scheinbaum make you look like a fucking liar!
00:26:19.000 The purpose being to blow tear gas at police.
00:26:23.000 She is screaming, this is Mexico, it's our land.
00:26:28.000 This is an invasion.
00:26:29.000 Now hold on, here's the question for you guys.
00:26:33.000 If she's from LA, and she was born there, and she's a citizen, what do we do?
00:26:39.000 I don't think you do anything, really.
00:26:41.000 I mean, what can you do?
00:26:42.000 So because of Ronald Reagan, we have millions of people in this country who hate this country, are allegiant to a foreign nation, but have legal protected status as citizens.
00:26:54.000 Keep in mind, Barack Obama has a better record on immigration than Ronald Reagan because of that 86 bill.
00:27:00.000 And there's no doubt about it.
00:27:01.000 It also set the paradigm for how this is getting much worse.
00:27:07.000 So did the Flores Agreement.
00:27:08.000 The Flores Agreement, that's a disaster too.
00:27:11.000 Oh yeah, absolutely.
00:27:12.000 But the whole paradigm of expanding immigration began.
00:27:15.000 From that effort.
00:27:17.000 And listen, I don't know what you do with this woman, but there's no doubt you have to go after the people that are pro-Mexico.
00:27:24.000 I think this is insurrection.
00:27:26.000 I think we need to say that it is, and it's sedition.
00:27:28.000 That needs to be acted upon.
00:27:30.000 So on the basis of citizenship status, no, but you have to aggressively stop this stuff.
00:27:36.000 It's going to destroy us.
00:27:38.000 Right now it calls into question U.S. sovereignty.
00:27:41.000 Yes, that's been happening for a while.
00:27:43.000 The behaviors that they're taking, that they're engaging in, they call into question whether the federal government actually This is simple.
00:27:59.000 Donald Trump has got to move in.
00:28:01.000 He's got to do, honestly, the plans that I've heard are perfectly fine.
00:28:05.000 Have the military go in to defend the ICE operations and defend the federal agents that are acting.
00:28:14.000 To enforce the law.
00:28:15.000 So the military won't even interact with the people if the people don't attack the ICE agents that are doing their job.
00:28:22.000 Let them go in there and do their job.
00:28:24.000 There will be deportations.
00:28:26.000 There will be people that get rounded up.
00:28:28.000 You may not like it, but that's the way that it's going to be.
00:28:30.000 And the military is there to set security, and that's fine.
00:28:34.000 But the federal government has the authority to do all this stuff.
00:28:37.000 So I want to jump to another story here.
00:28:40.000 We have this from Fox News.
00:28:42.000 Minnesota state rep admits she is in the U.S. illegally during legislative debate.
00:28:48.000 Rep, I believe it's pronounced Kaoli Vang-Hur, revealed her family falsified paperwork.
00:28:54.000 Let me see if they have a clip.
00:28:58.000 We'll try and get the audio here.
00:28:59.000 Who brought us all to this country.
00:29:01.000 I've been spending a lot of time with my father.
00:29:03.000 Who brought us all to this country at the end of the Vietnam War.
00:29:07.000 And I asked my father about how we came to the United States.
00:29:10.000 And I always thought that we came here because my grandfather was a colonel in the secret war.
00:29:15.000 And I thought that that meant that we had, we were in line to come to the U.S. And my mother told me, my father told me that that was not true.
00:29:22.000 Even though my parents both worked for a Christian organization.
00:29:26.000 And my father actually worked at the U.S. Consulate because he was one of the few people who could speak English and he could type really fast and apparently that was a very valued skill then.
00:29:35.000 So they had my father move away from the refugee camp from my mom and my sisters and I and he went to live at the consulate where he processed all of the paperwork for the refugees that came to America.
00:29:47.000 And we had missed our time to come to the U.S. three times.
00:29:51.000 And if we didn't come that last time, we would not have been able to come to the U.S. And I said, wow, what luck of ours.
00:29:57.000 and my mom said it wasn't luck.
00:29:59.000 We did not have our names on that list to come to the U.S. because even though your grandfather worked for the CIA and we...
00:30:20.000 And which is why it's so personal to me that USAID is getting unfunded.
00:30:23.000 But we did not do either one of those.
00:30:25.000 My parents' Christian organization did not count.
00:30:27.000 And so what my father did was one of our uncles worked for USAID.
00:30:32.000 And because his mother had died.
00:30:34.000 My father, as the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother.
00:30:41.000 And so I am illegal in this country.
00:30:44.000 My parents are illegal here in this country.
00:30:47.000 And when we were fleeing that situation, never one time did my family say, let's look at which state has the greatest welfare and which state has the greatest benefits, because that's the state we are going to go to.
00:31:00.000 Nobody leaves their country unless they have to leave that country.
00:31:06.000 And that I asked my parents, Did you miss, were you scared coming to America?
00:31:11.000 And I record all this because I can't believe that I'm going to be turning 52 and never ask my parents these stories before.
00:31:16.000 And my mom said, we weren't scared.
00:31:18.000 Because America, we knew, was the land of opportunity.
00:31:21.000 And that if we worked hard, we could become something.
00:31:25.000 As long as they fraudulently gained citizenship, which is apparently what she's claiming they did.
00:31:30.000 She also said she recorded that conversation.
00:31:32.000 There have been protests all weekend long.
00:31:33.000 So this is a state rep, a Democrat in Minnesota.
00:31:38.000 Stating, now I don't know if it's true or not because she could be lying for political brownie points because they're creepo cultists, but I would say the DOJ should launch an investigation, subpoena those recordings, and if you have an admission, well, either way, they should get those recordings, then review, if possible, the documents from when they filed and falsified their refugee status and then ultimately gain citizenship through this, and I say then it's disqualified.
00:32:04.000 You're gone.
00:32:04.000 deportation.
00:32:05.000 Well, that is one of the That's like part of the documentation on how that would be done.
00:32:15.000 You could do probably the same thing with Ilhan Omar's fake brother-husband person, right?
00:32:20.000 the federal government should do all of those things.
00:32:22.000 If there's any kind of fraud or any, any kind of breaking the law in, or in order to, The federal government absolutely should go ahead and just wrap people up.
00:32:36.000 The clothing guy on Twitter, the leftist or progressive clothing guy, I forget what his name is.
00:32:41.000 Which one?
00:32:42.000 He was from Vietnam.
00:32:44.000 And he's here illegally and he admitted it on Twitter.
00:32:47.000 J.D. Vance replied to the tweet like, yeah, we're going to come get you.
00:32:51.000 Why would you do that?
00:32:52.000 Because they believe that the government does not have the authority to actually enforce the law.
00:32:59.000 Check this out.
00:32:59.000 And they also think that they have the right to stay regardless of that.
00:33:03.000 Yeah.
00:33:04.000 From House.gov, this is 8 U.S.C.
00:33:09.000 51. The party to whom was granted the naturalization alleged to have been illegally procured or procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation shall in any such proceedings under subsection A of the section have 60 days personal notice unless waived for such party in which to make answers to position in the United States.
00:33:28.000 And if such naturalized person be absent from the U.S., blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, such a notice shall be given.
00:33:33.000 Long story short, this is where's the actual Basically, that's the point of this.
00:33:42.000 If they made material misstatements, then the U.S. government even decades later has the right to rescind naturalization and revoke citizenship.
00:33:52.000 I'm asking myself, where the heck is Pam Bondi here?
00:33:54.000 She's got this huge Justice Department that has...
00:34:05.000 You know, her going on television so much was a big scandal, obviously, while she's not doing anything.
00:34:11.000 This is the stuff you go on television about.
00:34:14.000 We're doing this thing, we're doing that thing.
00:34:16.000 I found the provision.
00:34:17.000 It's E. When a person shall be convicted under Section 1425 of Title 18 of knowingly procuring naturalization and violation of the law, the court in which such conviction is had shall thereupon revoke Set aside and declare void the final order admitting such person to citizenship and shall declare the certificate of naturalization of such person to be canceled.
00:34:35.000 Jurisdiction is conferred on the courts having jurisdiction to trial of such defense to make such adjudication, blah, blah, blah.
00:34:41.000 So I think – I say we investigate and then, yeah, she can go back to Laos.
00:34:47.000 By the way, the one good result of this was that a bill that was designed – So these debates must be had.
00:35:06.000 These responses must be immediately on the table.
00:35:11.000 And again, I'm just calling them Pam Bondi.
00:35:13.000 I'd really like to see some action in this and many other areas, what we're rolling out, what we're ramping up, to actually address what's going on.
00:35:21.000 And I'm rather disappointed, frankly.
00:35:24.000 Really?
00:35:25.000 I mean, she did get the indictment for LaMonica McIver in New Jersey for assaulting the ICE agents outside Delaney Hall.
00:35:34.000 No, that's all great.
00:35:36.000 But listen, right now, she should be rolling up the investigation on these riots going on right now.
00:35:43.000 Again, with this legislator, she's not the only one.
00:35:46.000 There are a lot of people in this situation.
00:35:48.000 What's the effort that we have that we're undertaking now?
00:35:51.000 And you don't have to go into details.
00:35:52.000 You're just going to say we're up upon it.
00:35:55.000 You know, I think that Trump's winning the debate right now.
00:35:58.000 I don't think you're going to see any polls go down on the...
00:36:06.000 He's going to stay firm on all that.
00:36:08.000 If you want to solidify these gains, you need to show that you're taking other actions that are really important.
00:36:14.000 Tom Homan's got it covered.
00:36:16.000 What a rock star.
00:36:18.000 But we need these other people in the various agencies to get on it and not have these weak interviews like Kash Patel had on Joe Rogan.
00:36:27.000 We need some real stuff.
00:36:28.000 I thought that was a pretty good interview.
00:36:30.000 It was a good interview, but I'm really concerned about what they're saying about the Epstein files.
00:36:35.000 And Tim's been pointing this out, I think, pretty effectively.
00:36:38.000 I know that a lot of people are worried about the Epstein files.
00:36:41.000 I just want to see the current policies get enforced.
00:36:44.000 I just want to see action on this stuff so that we're not dealing with the exact same problems next year and the year after and the year after that.
00:36:51.000 I still think that significant criticism about the administration or the DOJ is a little early.
00:36:59.000 I don't think that enough time has gone, in my opinion, for me to say, okay, they're not working on these things.
00:37:06.000 They're not trying.
00:37:07.000 You know, Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, for whatever you believe they're actually doing, they are pretty interactive on Twitter.
00:37:14.000 They do post a lot more than other people in the FBI.
00:37:22.000 The problem we're facing right now has nothing to do with Kash Patel and Dan Bongino.
00:37:27.000 It is that there are individuals in this country allegiant to foreign nations that have been naturalized illicitly, illegally, or through, I would describe as surreptitious means.
00:37:37.000 We have a sitting Democrat admitting that her family fraudulently obtained citizenship.
00:37:41.000 Now, this law actually says if your parents illicitly obtained citizenship and it is revoked, yours is revoked as well.
00:37:48.000 We've got people in L.A. This is where it ends up.
00:37:53.000 People in Los Angeles flying Mexican flags.
00:37:59.000 I don't believe there's a solution to this.
00:38:19.000 I think what's going to happen is the political power structure is being shifted by Democrats.
00:38:25.000 There are extra congressional seats for illegal immigrants.
00:38:28.000 And that means there's squishy Republicans that have to pander to these districts in order to get a seat in Congress.
00:38:38.000 Republicans are going to be too scared to try and rock the boat.
00:38:42.000 So they'll just say, I'm not going to go that far.
00:38:44.000 That's crazy.
00:38:45.000 But let's be honest.
00:38:47.000 When you have Democratic politicians admitting that their family illegally obtained citizenship.
00:38:52.000 And these people's policies flow in the direction of aiding people not from this country against the will of the American people.
00:38:59.000 You have active, what I would call, standalone complex sedition.
00:39:04.000 That is...
00:39:15.000 It's an emergent phenomenon that will happen in any country that brings in millions of non-citizens and then confers upon them the right to vote and run our government.
00:39:25.000 It's real simple.
00:39:27.000 If you invite a stranger into your house, don't be surprised when he votes to eat all your food and take all your stuff.
00:39:32.000 And then take your house and kick you out.
00:39:35.000 Indeed.
00:39:35.000 Why not?
00:39:36.000 Which is the next thing that happens.
00:39:39.000 Republicans aren't going to do what needs to be done in this regard.
00:39:41.000 I can't imagine anyone will have the political will to say, if you are in Los Angeles flying, that woman should be charged with sedition.
00:39:50.000 Enough.
00:39:51.000 The federal government is saying, we have codified laws on the books through Congress going back decades and even hundreds of years.
00:39:59.000 And you are here with weapons attacking our law enforcement in the name of a foreign nation.
00:40:06.000 Seditious conspiracy.
00:40:08.000 All of it.
00:40:09.000 Sedition.
00:40:10.000 Ten years in prison.
00:40:11.000 Lock them up.
00:40:12.000 Yeah.
00:40:13.000 It's been a long time in this country since we've been really serious about really enforcing the laws that are on the books.
00:40:22.000 We've been so lax.
00:40:24.000 I agree with you, Tim.
00:40:26.000 And on these high-profile things...
00:40:28.000 The action taken American people appreciate one of the biggest problems, like, again, we're all about pass the bill, but one of the biggest problems about being so slow on the reconciliation bill to get real cuts in is because these guys are scared of their own shadows.
00:40:49.000 And you have to move aggressively.
00:40:50.000 The moment that you do it and get good results, everyone comes on board.
00:40:54.000 It's always scary at first.
00:40:56.000 And that is the reason the actions aren't taken.
00:40:58.000 But once you take the action and you get some results with it, everyone takes a collective breath and they're with you and you keep doing it.
00:41:06.000 But the motivation is not just the public response.
00:41:12.000 Yeah.
00:41:12.000 Maybe because Trump's in his last term and he is being a bit more aggressive, maybe we will see some action.
00:41:21.000 There are questions.
00:41:23.000 Ilhan Omar has been challenged over and over and over again about engaging in immigration fraud with her brother.
00:41:28.000 And this is the Star Tribune that reported it.
00:41:31.000 Quote from the Star Tribune, Ilhan Omar may have married her brother.
00:41:37.000 There are numerous witnesses claiming it to be true, and there are questions about whether or not her citizenship would be void if she illicitly or fraudulently was engaging in these activities.
00:41:45.000 But we haven't seen anything from the DOJ.
00:41:46.000 It could be that we have four years of Joe Biden.
00:41:49.000 It could be that this is a different kind of story.
00:41:52.000 This woman in Minnesota, she's going to have to either rescind that statement and say, I was lying for political points.
00:42:00.000 I'm sorry.
00:42:00.000 Right.
00:42:01.000 Okay.
00:42:01.000 I say we investigate it because either we prove she's lying or...
00:42:10.000 And then she can't serve, and she's got to go get deported.
00:42:13.000 Well, I'll tell you what.
00:42:14.000 In Washington, D.C., one of the great things about Donald Trump is getting out of this idea of, well, we need to be nice like we've always been, and getting away from that and going straight to the point.
00:42:25.000 I had not considered the Ilhan Omar thing, but I'm telling you, to do that, to make it very clear, the thing that everyone already knows about her.
00:42:34.000 And to act upon it, whatever the result is, looks good.
00:42:38.000 And you can't sit back and say, because she, actually, she's very seditious in the House.
00:42:43.000 Let's just be honest.
00:42:44.000 The squad is seditious in the House.
00:42:46.000 These people are not even thinking about a basic American idea.
00:42:50.000 It's bad enough to get these guys to understand what the Constitution means, much less to do that.
00:42:55.000 So do it.
00:42:56.000 Why isn't Bowman in jail?
00:42:58.000 Yeah, I agree.
00:43:02.000 Having worked on Capitol Hill, it is so obvious what he had done on that door and the way they were explaining it.
00:43:09.000 For those that don't know the context, he removed the sign from the door saying emergency exit only and then pulls a fire alarm on camera.
00:43:17.000 You can watch the video.
00:43:18.000 In order to stop a bill from going to the court.
00:43:20.000 Well, in the moment you saw the video.
00:43:22.000 And then he denied it.
00:43:23.000 He lied about it.
00:43:24.000 Knowing the Capitol inside and out, the moment you saw the picture and what door it was, that door's never freaking open.
00:43:30.000 No one ever goes out there.
00:43:31.000 He did it to obstruct an official proceeding.
00:43:33.000 That's correct.
00:43:34.000 He should be in prison right now.
00:43:35.000 Yes, that's correct.
00:43:36.000 But historically, at least in the past 10 years, the government hasn't really enforced the law when it came to Democrats, whether it be stuff like that or the way that the FBI was trying to cover the fact that the congressional baseball shooter was actually a political.
00:44:08.000 They say Governor Newsom filed the emergency request on Tuesday, alleging that Trump was turning the U.S. military against American citizens.
00:44:14.000 The request sought to block the Trump admin from expanding the role of deployed troops in L.A., saying new orders could allow National Guard members to assist with immigration raids by securing perimeters in streets.
00:44:24.000 Yes.
00:44:25.000 But U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer declined to grant the motion, ordering instead that Trump, Pete Hegseth, and Department of Defense have 24 hours to respond to the governor's filing.
00:44:33.000 The judges also scheduled a hearing on the case for Thursday, June 12th.
00:44:38.000 So good news for now.
00:44:39.000 Case is still ongoing.
00:44:41.000 But I'm, I think Trump has every right to take command of the National Guard.
00:44:46.000 Karen Bass is saying that Wasn't that totally insane?
00:44:53.000 She was saying that Trump should just stop enforcing federal law in California because she doesn't personally like it.
00:44:59.000 This is from the mayor who was literally in Ghana as L.A. burned in January, and then she blamed everybody else in her government instead of herself for what went down, for like the thousands of homes burned.
00:45:12.000 They've hardly gotten any permits for those people to rebuild their homes.
00:45:16.000 It's absolutely a total disaster still.
00:45:19.000 And now she thinks...
00:45:23.000 She also is one of the people who was spreading the falsehood that an ICE raid was at Home Depot on Friday.
00:45:29.000 That's what set this whole thing off.
00:45:30.000 Which actually did not happen.
00:45:32.000 And the people who said that that happened were spokespeople from this organization, CHIRLA, which is like Coalition for Humane Immigration something something.
00:45:42.000 And they were the ones who on Friday held a press conference and said that there'd been a raid at Home Depot that then got repeated and repeated.
00:45:50.000 In fact, at Postmillennial, we were reporting on, you know, this whole thing.
00:45:55.000 And we were looking at the Times and we were arguing about it.
00:45:58.000 We were like, well, what happened?
00:45:59.000 Was there a raid at Home Depot?
00:46:01.000 The Times said there was a raid at Home Depot.
00:46:03.000 These, you know, these activists said there was a raid at Home Depot.
00:46:06.000 Was there?
00:46:06.000 And then Bill Malugan at Fox was saying there was no raid at Home Depot.
00:46:10.000 DHS said there was no raid at Home Depot.
00:46:12.000 There was just an ICE, you know, they were like nearby doing something else.
00:46:16.000 And this whole thing got sparked off.
00:46:18.000 Karen Bass then lied about it.
00:46:20.000 The activists lied about it.
00:46:22.000 And it turns out that activist group, Chirla, Not only were they backed by Kamala Harris, who held her first event as senator-elect in 2016 at one of their events, but also they were funded by the Department of Homeland Security.
00:46:37.000 Half a million dollars from the Homeland Security over two years.
00:46:40.000 Yeah, Natalie Winters was reporting that.
00:46:42.000 And then she was reporting that on X. She's at War Room.
00:46:45.000 So I started digging into that.
00:46:47.000 And yeah, that's true.
00:46:48.000 This is who was funding.
00:46:49.000 The Biden administration is literally somehow continuing to fund the activist groups.
00:46:56.000 Gold bars off the Titanic.
00:46:58.000 Yeah, the activist groups that are trying to prevent this.
00:46:59.000 We thought it was just the EPA stuff.
00:47:01.000 It's much more broad.
00:47:02.000 Yeah, it's a huge issue.
00:47:04.000 And so they were not only opening the borders, creating semi-legal pathways for entry, all of the parolee programs, extending temporary protected No, because they created these things.
00:47:17.000 So instead of Remain in Mexico, they said you can be paroled into the United States, which they never should have done.
00:47:22.000 They should have stuck with Remain in Mexico.
00:47:24.000 They prioritized one of Kamala Harris's big things that she did in her temporary stint as Borders Are before her office said that she wasn't responsible for the border was she got the Biden administration to sign an executive order prioritizing LGBTQIA plus people for asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border, right?
00:47:42.000 I mean, another thing.
00:47:46.000 would be admitted to the U.S. no questions asked, which is like, hey, human traffickers, bring all, steal the children and bring them here.
00:47:55.000 These were powers that the executive office did have, though.
00:47:58.000 Right.
00:47:58.000 Like, for example, the CBP1 app was actually created under the Trump administration to allow boats carrying perishable goods to the United States to create appointments to go to ports and say, like, here's all our bananas or whatever.
00:48:15.000 And the Biden administration changed it and reprioritized it for immigrants to say, oh, we're going to come, we're going to make an appointment, surrender ourselves at a point.
00:48:24.000 We are illegal immigrants.
00:48:26.000 You will parole us into the United States and then we will stay there until a court hearing.
00:48:30.000 And then they also went around summarily dismissing court cases.
00:48:34.000 They dismissed like hundreds of thousands of court cases.
00:48:36.000 Writing de facto second-class citizens.
00:48:37.000 Yes, which was their goal.
00:48:40.000 And then they could, you know, make all these people have low class jobs and boost congressional representation for those districts.
00:48:50.000 We just have a big, a massive rumor.
00:48:52.000 It's got 1.3 million views.
00:48:54.000 I'm meme saying that a photo surfaced of the man who was in the truck delivering the face masks and shields and that he is reportedly affiliated with the Teamsters.
00:49:03.000 Oh, wow.
00:49:04.000 Teamsters chapter.
00:49:04.000 Is that for real?
00:49:06.000 It's a report and rumor circulating on X. Yeah, I heard also there was something that I heard this morning.
00:49:12.000 I don't remember what podcast it was.
00:49:14.000 It might have been on two-way from Mark Halperin's new podcast with Sean Spicer.
00:49:31.000 Primarily Service International Employees Union.
00:49:33.000 I am flabbergasted by this tweet I just saw from ABC News 7. It says there are more U.S. troops in L.A. than in Iraq and Syria.
00:49:41.000 That's awesome.
00:49:42.000 I only respond as, okay.
00:49:44.000 It's so much better.
00:49:45.000 What?
00:49:46.000 We don't want them over there!
00:49:48.000 They're in America.
00:49:49.000 Thank you, Donald Trump.
00:49:50.000 Yeah, wow.
00:49:51.000 This is crazy.
00:49:52.000 I mean, someone's funding this stuff.
00:49:54.000 Someone's providing these weapons.
00:49:55.000 Did you say that it was the Teamsters?
00:49:58.000 You said it was the Teamsters.
00:50:00.000 Oh, this one rumor was the Teamsters.
00:50:02.000 The guy who was behind the wheel of a truck where they were giving out shields and masks, according to a viral tweet, is a member of a local Teamsters chapter.
00:50:12.000 You know, back to Chirula, by the way, more government funding.
00:50:16.000 So in their last 990, that's the form that nonprofit organizations submit to the federal government.
00:50:23.000 They went from $12 million in government grants to $33 million, I think the number was, in their last reporting period.
00:50:32.000 Now, it turns out, it seems, that a lot of this money is from the state of California.
00:50:38.000 Coming to them.
00:50:39.000 It's CHIRLA.
00:50:40.000 It's Campaign for Humane Immigrant Rights LA, right?
00:50:45.000 So the government money's coming in and a lot of it's from California.
00:50:49.000 So in effect, California is funding these riots on themselves that they're complaining about Donald Trump overreacting to, that they're doing nothing about, that they know they need to do something about and say they want to do it.
00:51:01.000 You're talking about the state of California is paying for these things?
00:51:04.000 In fact, I posted a meme on my ex.
00:51:08.000 It was a picture of the people on that bridge throwing rocks down on those police cars, you know?
00:51:13.000 And it said, my government by the police cars, and then somehow also my government.
00:51:18.000 I mean, this is really the absurd thing that's taking place.
00:51:23.000 The NGO culture is so freaking corrupt.
00:51:26.000 You know, this is really a UN corrupt game, these NGOs.
00:51:32.000 We didn't do NGOs.
00:51:33.000 We didn't even call non-profit organizations, NGOs in this country until 20, 30 years ago.
00:51:38.000 USAID.
00:51:39.000 I mean, this is really a Bush administration thing, almost, frankly.
00:51:42.000 But the NGOs were corrupt institutions receiving money from the UN for a long period of time.
00:51:48.000 And now they're corrupt institutions receiving our government money, radically twisting everything.
00:51:54.000 I mean, this is one of the big stories of this iteration of Donald Trump and this administration.
00:52:00.000 the corruption of government and in coordination with open societies foundation, this, this, uh, uh, communist CCP billionaire.
00:52:10.000 That's also funding these whose name I'm forgetting.
00:52:12.000 These guys are working in, And remember, George Soros makes money on chaos.
00:52:22.000 It's a hedge fund.
00:52:24.000 You need to have inside information to really short the market or go long in the market.
00:52:31.000 That's how he cornered the British pound so many years ago.
00:52:35.000 Scott Bessent helped him do that, by the way.
00:52:38.000 But that's another issue that kind of lingers at the bottom of everything you're seeing going on right now, is that these guys have other interests than just politics.
00:52:51.000 Now, they want to affect the politics.
00:52:53.000 Soros is a socialist, there's no doubt.
00:52:55.000 That's why the other guy's a communist, actually.
00:52:57.000 But they want to affect the politics, but they also want to make money off of it.
00:53:02.000 It's one of the hugest scams that's happened throughout world history, but we're just seeing a big iteration of it again these days.
00:53:08.000 I think that's one of the benefits of the Internet and everything being online, everyone's lives being online, is these kind of organizations were less – They could, it was much easier for them to hide and to work behind the scenes with using, you know, just networking and using the connections that they had in governments and stuff.
00:53:32.000 And nowadays, anyone that goes on the internet and decides that they want to look into, you know, what's the organization that's doing this or doing that or how did, you know, is this information that I'm seeing from people on the ground, is it true?
00:53:45.000 They can do all the, you know, they can at least do some searching to see if there's actual.
00:53:49.000 You know, substance to it.
00:53:50.000 So it's much more difficult for people that are looking to, you know, to do subversive actions in the U.S. It's much harder to hide it, I think.
00:53:59.000 All because Elon Musk bought X and got Donald Trump elected, right?
00:54:02.000 Yeah.
00:54:03.000 I mean, legitimately.
00:54:04.000 Seriously.
00:54:04.000 Without X, without this platform.
00:54:07.000 We would be totally closed down.
00:54:10.000 Listen, I was initially involved with these Mario in the fall spaces back in 2022 and 2023.
00:54:16.000 and organize them.
00:54:17.000 I was getting a lot of people Actually, his early big guests were mostly ones that I was getting, and I broke with him a long time ago.
00:54:24.000 But the point is that when we were doing those things, You had this sense in the population that, wow, finally, I can hear something that's real.
00:54:38.000 I remember being on X before that, and it was just a waste of freaking time.
00:54:43.000 I was on the radio in Denver for four years, from 2006 to 2010.
00:54:47.000 I had grown my following to about 15,000, 16,000 at the time.
00:54:52.000 And then while I was unengaged working on Capitol Hill and stuff, it dropped down to 4,000.
00:54:58.000 I couldn't do anything.
00:55:00.000 Everything I would try, they'd shut it down.
00:55:02.000 Suddenly, an explosion of information.
00:55:04.000 I think people still are remembering that viscerally right now, and they're going after this information.
00:55:10.000 But you're so correct about, we finally are able to put a spotlight on this stuff.
00:55:17.000 It's one thing to say, oh yeah, George Soros is buying it.
00:55:19.000 And by the way, these L.A. riots, I can't find any evidence of George Soros'money.
00:55:23.000 It's this Roy— It's coming in and you'll see— But Soros benefits from it.
00:55:31.000 We'll jump to the story here.
00:55:33.000 We've got video out of Chicago as these immigration protests light up.
00:55:38.000 People aren't having it.
00:55:39.000 A car actually navigates driving through the protest.
00:55:43.000 It appears everybody's fine, but people are saying, no.
00:55:46.000 Look at this.
00:55:46.000 There's the red car that's coming in, and you'll see people trying to get out of the way, others standing in front, and others beating the car, trying to slow it down or stop it.
00:55:54.000 And then here's, you'll see the officer right there as it passed.
00:55:57.000 We'll show you here.
00:56:00.000 There's the red car that's coming in, and you'll see people trying to get out of the way.
00:56:04.000 Yeah, people are no longer going to wait around.
00:56:07.000 After what we saw, With the BLM rides in the Summer of Love.
00:56:10.000 And they pulled people out of their cars.
00:56:12.000 Notably, well, the woman, I think it was a man or woman, I can't remember, who got shot in Provo, Utah.
00:56:16.000 Yeah.
00:56:17.000 So, driving down the street, minding your own business, someone runs up to your car and just shoots you.
00:56:21.000 So now people aren't stopping.
00:56:23.000 No, I don't know why you would.
00:56:24.000 They're not stopping for the climate people anymore either, remember?
00:56:27.000 Yep, and well, I guess I gotta say, if you live in a place like Chicago, you're going to prison.
00:56:31.000 Well, this is kind of a modification of the, you know, if you're going to take on the king, you better kill him.
00:56:38.000 They shot their WOD in 2020 and for some time thereafter.
00:56:42.000 And now we have the information openly there and people are just definitely not going to put up with it anymore.
00:56:48.000 And when it gets out of hand in ways like it did in 2020, it's still not going to convince them to give up anymore.
00:56:54.000 Well, so we have this from Newsweek.
00:56:56.000 L.A. may be hit with a curfew.
00:56:58.000 This story is just breaking in the past hour.
00:57:01.000 Mayor Bass says that they may launch a curfew tonight with everything getting as crazy as it is.
00:57:07.000 So Donald Trump's support right now in immigration.
00:57:11.000 CNN had this hilarious bit.
00:57:13.000 Harry Enten, man.
00:57:14.000 He's their poll guy.
00:57:15.000 He's a living meme now.
00:57:17.000 Because every week, at least, he's going, look at the polls!
00:57:21.000 People love Donald Trump.
00:57:23.000 We can't believe these numbers.
00:57:25.000 And it's like, okay.
00:57:26.000 He's shocked every time.
00:57:27.000 He's shocked every time that he will support what Trump is doing right now.
00:57:30.000 And I say, get out there, National Guard.
00:57:33.000 Send in the Marines where necessary.
00:57:35.000 Arrest all these people.
00:57:36.000 They should be charged not just with riding.
00:57:38.000 There are people on the streets screaming for a foreign nation.
00:57:40.000 Charge them with sedition.
00:57:41.000 And let's be done with this.
00:57:43.000 If you come in now and say, we will enforce the law as it is written.
00:57:49.000 And that means if you're cheering for a foreign nation, fighting the federal government and our military for foreign nationals, sedition, we lock you up.
00:57:59.000 I don't see why this is controversial at all.
00:58:01.000 This is stuff that 20 years ago Democrats would have agreed with.
00:58:04.000 Yeah, but Democrats have gone so far to the left that all of us ended up being conservative.
00:58:10.000 Well, we're at a time, though, too, where you can press something that...
00:58:21.000 I mean, I'm in 100% agreement.
00:58:22.000 So what do you think is the...
00:58:24.000 Or what do you...
00:58:24.000 Actually, both of you, Libby, what do you think is the...
00:58:33.000 Because right now, he's still at 55% of the people who want to see roundups, not just deportations, but people getting rounded up, illegals getting rounded up, not just the criminals.
00:58:44.000 This is something that's been pulled over and over, and people are like, yes, round up the illegals, not just the criminals, round up the illegals and send them home.
00:58:53.000 What do you think would be too much for the American people?
00:58:56.000 Well, I think if you actually did start seeing, like, children being ripped out of parents' arms, but of course that's what Democrats are driving all of this towards.
00:59:05.000 That's what they want to have happen, right?
00:59:07.000 I mean, you have sanctuary cities and sanctuary states where the law says that local law enforcement cannot help federal law enforcement.
00:59:16.000 So what does that mean?
00:59:17.000 What that means is that federal law enforcement, right, they have to go out into the community instead.
00:59:23.000 So you have somebody who is a criminal illegal immigrant.
00:59:26.000 They get detained locally for whatever crime they did.
00:59:30.000 So when they get released, when it's time for them to get released into the community or whatever, local law enforcement does not call federal law enforcement to say, come get your guy here.
00:59:39.000 We got breaking news.
00:59:41.000 As of, I believe, just about a minute or so ago, Mayor Karen Bass has declared an emergency.
00:59:47.000 And enacted a curfew for one square mile in downtown Los Angeles.
00:59:50.000 So this is actually, yes, from about a minute or two ago, this just broke.
00:59:53.000 This is Alex Michelson of Fox LA.
00:59:57.000 So they did it.
00:59:59.000 LAPD says they'll arrest anyone breaking curfew.
01:00:01.000 To answer your question, by the way, I want to say one other thing.
01:00:04.000 The question may not be what would go too far.
01:00:08.000 I actually think that this sentiment that's out there right now, Donald Trump could go farther than he ought to.
01:00:15.000 And is going to get support.
01:00:17.000 This is an emergency situation.
01:00:18.000 People are feeling how bad this is.
01:00:20.000 Now, by the way, it's to Donald Trump's credit.
01:00:22.000 I think he's totally restrained and would never do crazy crap.
01:00:26.000 Right?
01:00:26.000 He's going to think through it.
01:00:27.000 He's very methodical.
01:00:29.000 He's far more methodical than people give him credit for, frankly.
01:00:32.000 He really does understand how to take things in a certain way.
01:00:36.000 But I think there are no—I guess I'm trying to say I don't think there are really very many limits right now.
01:00:42.000 I'd be surprised to see what that is on this issue.
01:00:45.000 Now, on some other issues maybe, but when it comes to the immigration thing, what's happening right now, I think people are ready for answers because they're really pissed off.
01:00:53.000 There's been no pushback.
01:00:57.000 The curfew is going to be enforced for several days.
01:01:04.000 Do you think the curfew is in response to the nationwide stuff, or is it just what's going on in L.A. now?
01:01:15.000 No, it's a combination of Trump and nationwide.
01:01:17.000 They're seeing the political pressure.
01:01:18.000 They saw the polls.
01:01:19.000 Yeah, exactly.
01:01:20.000 And the polls show that not only is Trump popular on immigration, When polled, I believe it was—I do have the poll.
01:01:26.000 Let me pull it up.
01:01:29.000 Trump is popular on the deployment of the National Guard.
01:01:32.000 So I think they're seeing that they are losing this, and by allowing these riots to continue, either L.A. or otherwise, it's helping Republicans for the midterms.
01:01:40.000 All that's happened already, it's all going to appear in commercials.
01:01:44.000 They're going to be saying when L.A. burned for three days, it was the Republicans, it was Trump, and then they're going to name their member of Congress who stood with Trump and said, We need law and order, all that stuff.
01:01:55.000 This is the public approach to getting ratioed, right?
01:02:01.000 Karen Bass looks stupid.
01:02:03.000 Insider advantage.
01:02:05.000 Do you approve of Trump's National Guard deployment?
01:02:07.000 Yes.
01:02:09.000 59%.
01:02:09.000 That is so huge.
01:02:11.000 Plus 20. That is really, really big.
01:02:15.000 This bolsters my point earlier.
01:02:17.000 He could almost do anything.
01:02:19.000 I mean, he's not going to, and I'm glad he's not, and I'm not even saying he should do everything.
01:02:23.000 But, Tim, your suggestion, he absolutely should be going after that.
01:02:27.000 This should give him the strength to do that and aggressively.
01:02:30.000 And this is why they're enacting a curfew now, and they're panicking, because they're like, This is what we need.
01:02:39.000 You know, Donald Trump needs to be a strong leader and say no, and people will approve it.
01:02:43.000 I think in the 2020 riots, Trump did nothing.
01:02:48.000 And I think the idea from Republicans was let them burn their own cities down.
01:02:51.000 I think the reality was, as the president, many people in these areas said, when our city burned, Trump did nothing.
01:02:59.000 Well, and people died.
01:03:00.000 Yep, I think.
01:03:02.000 Yeah, 31 people died across the country.
01:03:03.000 Everyone said, if Trump deployed the National Guard, they would have accused him of being a fascist.
01:03:07.000 They already did.
01:03:08.000 Trump should have deployed the National Guard, shut down the riot and said, I will keep you safe in these troubling times.
01:03:13.000 And I think it would have benefited him.
01:03:14.000 And by the way, he's admitted as much.
01:03:16.000 He was just saying, I think yesterday or today, he was just saying, you know, I waited too long and I'm not waiting.
01:03:21.000 So, yeah.
01:03:21.000 And I think that's exactly right.
01:03:23.000 He has done so much in just a really short period of time because he knows that there's going to be all this pushback.
01:03:27.000 So he just does it and does it and does it.
01:03:30.000 And they play whack-a-mole.
01:03:32.000 And, you know, the American people are like, just keep doing it.
01:03:34.000 Just keep doing it.
01:03:36.000 But yeah, Democrats want to see the kind of – they want to see, like what we were saying about going too far, they want to see it go – So far that people are against it.
01:03:45.000 And that's just not happening.
01:03:47.000 No.
01:03:47.000 It's just not happening.
01:03:48.000 The Democrats, because of the fact that the Democrats actually want to break the law, right?
01:03:53.000 They want to see laws not enforced.
01:03:56.000 They want to see, you know, they want to see people that are here illegally be allowed to stay.
01:04:01.000 They want to see the end to ICE raids.
01:04:03.000 I'm going to say all these things that are not enforcing the law and things that are illegal.
01:04:06.000 So because of that, they have to have the.
01:04:11.000 Because if they don't have popular support, and Donald Trump does, then the Trump administration just comes in and puts the hammer down.
01:04:17.000 Well, they have the popular support of a lot of people who can't vote, right?
01:04:22.000 Of like 10 million people that can't vote, they have their support.
01:04:25.000 And that, it turns out, is not as helpful.
01:04:28.000 As the popular support of people who can vote.
01:04:30.000 Especially when they're flying Mexican flags.
01:04:32.000 Isn't that so crazy?
01:04:34.000 They're out there like, we hate America, let us stay.
01:04:38.000 There's the door.
01:04:39.000 I'd be willing to bet that without the images from this past weekend, that poll we just saw, I bet you it wouldn't be quite so lopsided.
01:04:47.000 Well, keep in mind, too, Democrats for some time have realized.
01:05:00.000 And this initially started with some of the reactions to the 2000 election.
01:05:07.000 And some of the approaches that they were trying to take.
01:05:10.000 And in fact, their argument after that, amongst other things, was, we cannot have mail ballots!
01:05:16.000 You know, that used to be their argument.
01:05:17.000 But along the way, they figured out...
01:05:23.000 Like, I ran, in 2006, the marriage amendment in Colorado, and we passed it big.
01:05:30.000 I was fighting against that.
01:05:32.000 You remember that book, The Blueprint, that was about the change in Colorado.
01:05:37.000 The guys who orchestrated the blueprint, one of whom I'm friendly with, by the way, we respect one another, because I kicked his butt.
01:05:45.000 But the point is that that paradigm of micro-targeting people, doing great data work, expanding it out, the iteration of ActBlue, and so they started to be really good at that.
01:05:58.000 But again, that was not always taking them over the edge.
01:06:01.000 And so they've started to do the radical changes in the way we do voting.
01:06:08.000 So mail voting started.
01:06:09.000 They figured out, because of this micro-targeting, that they could do mail voting.
01:06:15.000 Oregon started mail voting, I think, in 2004, maybe it was.
01:06:19.000 In Colorado, when I ran that, we didn't have mail voting.
01:06:21.000 We had expanded absentee ballots and early voting.
01:06:25.000 But then they went to mail voting.
01:06:27.000 I figured out this mail voting thing is really the key because they know how to work it well and they knew Republicans.
01:06:31.000 Colorado has all mail voting, right?
01:06:33.000 It does, yes.
01:06:34.000 Oregon, I think, and Washington.
01:06:37.000 Yeah, that's not good.
01:06:38.000 I remember that in 2020, we saw Nancy Pelosi being like, we have to all mail our ballots.
01:06:43.000 And I was like, that's not good.
01:06:45.000 But the point I'm making is that they have to twist the game in some way.
01:06:48.000 They have to get English on the ball.
01:06:49.000 They have to go outside the addressing the American people.
01:06:53.000 And that has helped them in recent years.
01:06:56.000 And right now, I don't think it's going to help again.
01:06:58.000 We saw last November some evidence of it.
01:07:00.000 And I think the crack is starting to break.
01:07:03.000 But that doesn't mean all the risks are gone.
01:07:07.000 The American people aren't responding to that, and we've got to see what the next reiteration is.
01:07:10.000 Riots is part of that, to be candid.
01:07:12.000 Or at least it's going to fail, but I think that they think it is.
01:07:15.000 Who are the people that are rioting?
01:07:17.000 Is it the same contingent from 2020 and trans and climate and everything?
01:07:21.000 Is it those in Gaza?
01:07:23.000 Is it the same people?
01:07:24.000 Well, I mean, it's definitely the same type of...
01:07:27.000 Yeah.
01:07:50.000 They like to throw stuff.
01:07:51.000 They like to get wild.
01:07:52.000 So they'll go and they'll get, you know, smoke some weed, get high, or they'll, you know, have some drinks and get into fights with the cops.
01:08:00.000 That's fun for a lot of people.
01:08:01.000 So it is a conglomeration of a bunch of different groups.
01:08:05.000 But the people that the cops really need to pick up are the ones that are there for the Black Bloc.
01:08:10.000 But keep in mind, this is not in the least organic.
01:08:13.000 It's orchestrated and planned.
01:08:15.000 They get some organic effects.
01:08:16.000 People are supplying them weapons.
01:08:17.000 Yeah, right.
01:08:18.000 Exactly.
01:08:19.000 And Ness.
01:08:31.000 This is the depravity of people, of the media, and this is what they do.
01:08:36.000 Brian Stelter has always existed to try and cover up when the Democrats are in panic.
01:08:40.000 They're declaring an emergency, enacting a curfew.
01:08:44.000 The National Guard is being deployed.
01:08:45.000 It's happening literally right now.
01:08:47.000 We played videos.
01:08:48.000 The role of this man, and what he's always done, is to cover it up.
01:08:53.000 And he says, you know, earlier today, he was saying, I think it was today, that you're seeing videos from hours or days ago.
01:09:01.000 Ridiculous.
01:09:02.000 And it's like, uh-huh, and?
01:09:03.000 Yes, people are concerned about it.
01:09:04.000 And it's ongoing.
01:09:06.000 It's remarkable that he's tweeted out at 7 o'clock that people are preying on fears about where last weekend's clashes will go.
01:09:13.000 You mean today?
01:09:17.000 Yes, it's right now.
01:09:17.000 This is, what, day five?
01:09:19.000 Are we on day five?
01:09:20.000 Yep.
01:09:20.000 Yeah.
01:09:22.000 It is pretty remarkable that he tries to frame it like that, but that has been the standard operating procedure of the media for the past six or more, maybe 10 years.
01:09:33.000 They'll take something that is clearly an obvious to whoever's watching, and they will...
01:09:46.000 That's the meme.
01:09:48.000 You know, it's one thing to be a little kid and you stole the cookie and you weren't supposed to eat it and mom asks you why and you lie and say you didn't.
01:09:56.000 That's one thing.
01:09:57.000 What does it take for a person to really think about what am I going to lie about today to advance it?
01:10:02.000 Well, this is what happens when there's no discipline.
01:10:04.000 Yeah, that's right.
01:10:04.000 These people are evil.
01:10:06.000 And when there's no consequences.
01:10:08.000 You know, just going right back to the case of the sedition thing.
01:10:11.000 I mean, if there are no consequences anywhere, that creates a moral hazard.
01:10:16.000 That's what a moral hazard is when you talk about it from an insurance perspective.
01:10:19.000 Let's talk about consequences.
01:10:20.000 We have this story from the Seattle Times.
01:10:22.000 U.S. Rep LaMonica McIvor indicted on federal charges from skirmish at New Jersey Immigration Center.
01:10:29.000 They say that she was indicted Tuesday on federal charges, alleging she impeded and interfered with an immigration officer outside of New Jersey Detention Center.
01:10:36.000 That's insane, by the way.
01:10:37.000 She's on video, closed fist, punching the guy.
01:10:40.000 And she's wearing red.
01:10:42.000 You can see her amid a sea of people in earth tones.
01:10:45.000 Yep.
01:10:46.000 She's a Democrat.
01:10:47.000 She's been charged in a complaint by HABA last month with two assault charges.
01:10:52.000 She's now additionally been indicted on further charges.
01:10:55.000 So look, is Trump admin not playing around?
01:10:58.000 I want to see more of this stuff, and I think what we are all eager to see going beyond just obviously this woman assaulted an officer, we want to see the arrests of the corruption at the federal level.
01:11:08.000 When the J6 committee was accused of tampering with witnesses, I want to see charges.
01:11:13.000 I don't know why they let off Mayor Ross Baraka in Newark, who was also involved in this whole thing and competing things.
01:11:21.000 Why did they let him off?
01:11:23.000 People misunderstood the video when it was first released.
01:11:25.000 They thought the scuffle happened first and then the arrest.
01:11:28.000 The scuffle followed the arrest.
01:11:30.000 So they went into the ICE facility.
01:11:33.000 They were not—they didn't break in.
01:11:36.000 They didn't fight their way in.
01:11:37.000 And they were told he has to leave, and he kept refusing.
01:11:39.000 And they said, I will trespass if you don't.
01:11:42.000 And then the DHS video jump cuts, but they leave.
01:11:46.000 DHS then—I believe it was ICE, whoever was there—then goes out of the facility to arrest him.
01:11:52.000 Triggering the scuffle, that's when Rhett McIver punches the ICE agent.
01:11:56.000 So they probably said, we can't get this guy in trespassing.
01:11:59.000 He left when we told him to leave.
01:12:02.000 That makes sense.
01:12:03.000 And then they started to arrest him, and then everyone starts fighting.
01:12:04.000 You know, his dad was...
01:12:07.000 She punched a fed.
01:12:09.000 Ross Baraka's dad was Amiri Baraka.
01:12:12.000 Who was originally the black nationalist poet Leroy Jones, who wrote Dutchman about the white woman on the subway who, you know, murders this black guy.
01:12:22.000 But he, I mean, Ross Baraka grew up in a very black nationalist socialist type of home in Newark, New Jersey.
01:12:29.000 And he was actually on Lauren Hill's Miseducation of Lauren Hill in 1998.
01:12:33.000 Was he?
01:12:34.000 Yes, he was.
01:12:35.000 What did he do?
01:12:36.000 I don't know.
01:12:37.000 He was featured on one of the tracks.
01:12:39.000 Really?
01:12:40.000 Yeah.
01:12:40.000 But his mom founded a record company, was co-founder of Sugar Hill Records.
01:12:45.000 I didn't know that.
01:12:46.000 Yeah, he's basically like black commie royalty.
01:12:49.000 I'm looking up the record to see.
01:12:52.000 Yeah.
01:12:53.000 Gavin Newsom's going to be giving an address in 20 minutes for those that are watching live.
01:12:58.000 Everybody else tomorrow will probably already know.
01:13:01.000 But I imagine he's going to blame Donald Trump for all the rioting and all the violence.
01:13:08.000 Maxine Waters has already been blaming Trump.
01:13:11.000 Trump called the National Guard because of the violence.
01:13:13.000 There's a video of leftists mocking ICE agents who are trapped in a federal facility and can't get out because they're throwing things at them.
01:13:19.000 And then the Democrats come on and say, it never happened.
01:13:22.000 Trump is actually the one who started all the violence.
01:13:24.000 Yeah, they love to blame Trump for their own policies.
01:13:28.000 For their own policies that have failed the United States.
01:13:31.000 Stop debating.
01:13:32.000 I don't care.
01:13:33.000 Just arrest people.
01:13:33.000 ICE, go out, make the arrest.
01:13:35.000 You've got to make the arrest.
01:13:36.000 Deport the people you've got to deport.
01:13:37.000 And Democrats can scream into the wind all they want.
01:13:40.000 Once they have, you know, once the Marines are actually on site, they can start doing that.
01:13:44.000 I guess the Marines are still holed up out of town doing some more training for probably riot gear training because generally the Marines have not been doing riot stuff for the past 20 years or so.
01:13:57.000 Indeed.
01:13:57.000 We have the announcements from the mayor here that just went up a few minutes ago.
01:14:02.000 Let's play it.
01:14:03.000 I wanted to let the city know that I have declared a local emergency and issued a curfew for downtown Los Angeles to stop the vandalism, to stop the looting.
01:14:17.000 Many businesses have now been affected by or vandalized.
01:14:22.000 Last night there were 23 businesses that were looted and I think that if you drive through So my message to you is, if you do not live or work in downtown LA, avoid the area.
01:14:45.000 Law enforcement will arrest individuals who break the curfew and you will be prosecuted.
01:14:50.000 Hundreds of officers from police and sheriff departments from across the region and state are working alongside You know, I was going to say, you know, thank you, Donald Trump, one.
01:15:12.000 Two, thank you, I think, the police chief.
01:15:14.000 Because at the end of the day, in the background, you know there's discussions.
01:15:17.000 And he's like, listen, I know I have to answer to you, but stop the stupidity.
01:15:23.000 And I mean, yeah, I assume that those conversations are going on.
01:15:28.000 But I think that one of the more important things that – No, everything's fine.
01:15:44.000 It was Donald Trump, blah, blah, blah.
01:15:46.000 Everything was fine.
01:15:47.000 It's not a problem.
01:15:48.000 There are no there is no violence.
01:15:50.000 Maxine Waters just earlier today.
01:15:51.000 There was no violence anywhere, et cetera, et cetera.
01:15:54.000 And now you see the Democrat, you know, mayor coming out and saying, OK, we have to.
01:16:00.000 23. That's a lot.
01:16:02.000 Businesses looted.
01:16:02.000 Oh, I didn't know that.
01:16:04.000 By the way, I think they're mostly minority-owned businesses, too, if I remember correctly.
01:16:08.000 Downtown L.A. is a slum already.
01:16:12.000 What a horrible city.
01:16:13.000 I'm sorry.
01:16:14.000 I will rag on L.A. all day.
01:16:16.000 People need to understand this.
01:16:17.000 L.A. is actually relatively small.
01:16:20.000 LA County is usually what people refer to, but everyone always wants to move to the surrounding areas outside of LA.
01:16:25.000 It's one big massive metro.
01:16:26.000 Downtown LA is just...
01:16:38.000 They don't want to go anywhere near it.
01:16:40.000 It's not where the nightlife is.
01:16:42.000 It's not the center of the town.
01:16:44.000 It's actually rather dirty and run down.
01:16:48.000 Don't go on the downtown interstates.
01:16:50.000 go on the outside interstates and get out of there.
01:16:52.000 I mean, look, man, I like hanging out in Lakeview, but the Even Hollywood is kind of a mess.
01:17:02.000 Hollywood is terrible.
01:17:03.000 It's disgusting.
01:17:05.000 It's fun.
01:17:06.000 I've got to tell you, LA, Hollywood, they market this dream and they want people to believe.
01:17:13.000 Like in American Idol, you're going to Hollywood!
01:17:15.000 You show up in Hollywood and you'll be like, I didn't want to come here.
01:17:18.000 What happened?
01:17:19.000 The way it's always been.
01:17:21.000 Has Hollywood always been like that?
01:17:23.000 It's always been gross?
01:17:24.000 Well, I mean, at least as long as I've known.
01:17:27.000 70s and 80s, it was pretty...
01:17:32.000 Yeah, it's always been kind of like that.
01:17:34.000 That was kind of what was attractive about it to the rock kind of genre.
01:17:39.000 Let me just put it this way.
01:17:41.000 There's many motels that offer a 40-minute nap.
01:17:44.000 Oh my goodness.
01:17:45.000 How convenient just for the afternoon.
01:17:48.000 You just want to take a nap.
01:17:48.000 That was the joke at the beginning of the end of the Julie Roberts movie, whatever, when she was the prostitute.
01:17:54.000 Pretty Woman?
01:17:55.000 Huh?
01:17:56.000 Nothing.
01:17:56.000 Yeah, pretty woman.
01:17:57.000 Pretty woman.
01:17:58.000 Yeah, so sorry.
01:17:59.000 And that was the, Hollywood, everyone comes and gets, you know, and that was the joke, right?
01:18:03.000 I mean, yeah, that's even back in the 80s, so no doubt about it.
01:18:06.000 It was crap.
01:18:07.000 Oh, yeah.
01:18:08.000 And Roseanne was telling us, you know, everyone was doing coke.
01:18:10.000 Yeah.
01:18:11.000 Everyone.
01:18:12.000 Well, that's part of why it was crap is because everybody's high on the walls.
01:18:16.000 And you know, everybody has this romanticized view of Los Angeles and they want to go there, and it's pretty awful.
01:18:23.000 Mm-hmm.
01:18:23.000 Yeah.
01:18:23.000 The weather's really nice, though.
01:18:25.000 I disagree.
01:18:27.000 San Diego has really nice weather.
01:18:28.000 San Diego's the bomb.
01:18:30.000 You know, LA has smog, and depending on how far inland you go, it's a lot of smog and fog.
01:18:40.000 You need a lot of moisturizer.
01:18:44.000 In LA?
01:18:45.000 Well, I guess if you're in Santa Monica, you're alright.
01:18:48.000 Yes, I like Santa Monica.
01:18:50.000 Yep, as most people do.
01:18:51.000 It's nice there.
01:18:52.000 It's rich.
01:18:53.000 It's bougie.
01:18:55.000 The reason why people like it is because it's nice, rich, and bougie.
01:18:58.000 And the Palisades.
01:19:00.000 The Palisades used to be nice.
01:19:01.000 The real estate market has been on fire down there.
01:19:06.000 Shout out to Doug Polk on Kill Tony.
01:19:08.000 I stole that joke from him.
01:19:09.000 His Kill Tony routine was actually really good.
01:19:11.000 I was impressed.
01:19:13.000 Yeah.
01:19:13.000 Yeah.
01:19:14.000 So, I mean, look, the...
01:19:20.000 It's good for Republicans.
01:19:21.000 It's good for conservatives.
01:19:23.000 It's good for LA because there might be fewer lootings and such.
01:19:31.000 So, you know, it's good to see them move.
01:19:34.000 I'm actually surprised that they're moving this fast.
01:19:38.000 I would have thought it would have taken a few more days for them to feel the pinch.
01:19:41.000 I've loved the memes about the rooftop Koreans.
01:19:44.000 Oh, do you follow the original Rooftop Korean?
01:19:47.000 No.
01:19:47.000 He's actually on Twitter.
01:19:48.000 Really?
01:19:49.000 Yeah.
01:19:49.000 That's amazing.
01:19:50.000 Oh, wow.
01:19:51.000 Because I remember that in, like, what was it, 92?
01:19:54.000 Yeah.
01:19:54.000 I remember that whole standoff situation.
01:19:57.000 The cops and the National Guard were like, we don't care about you, and then left.
01:19:59.000 And so they were like, log and load.
01:20:01.000 His name is Tony Moon.
01:20:02.000 His ad is at RoofKorean7.
01:20:05.000 He's an actual guy?
01:20:07.000 Yeah, his bio is American Patriot, follower of Jesus, 1992 OG Roof Korean, 2020.
01:20:14.000 Oh, he looks like a badass.
01:20:16.000 2021 J6 DC tourist.
01:20:19.000 I love that profile.
01:20:20.000 Is that real?
01:20:21.000 I'm like, did he actually do those things?
01:20:23.000 He is alleged to be.
01:20:24.000 I know, I know, but I'm saying, did he actually go to J6?
01:20:27.000 I don't know.
01:20:28.000 I'd like to interview that man.
01:20:29.000 Yeah, let's, yeah, we should totally.
01:20:31.000 Just look at me, Tony.
01:20:33.000 Let's jump to this story.
01:20:34.000 We have this from upa.com.
01:20:37.000 Body found.
01:20:38.000 100 plus arrested amid violent LA protests of ice raids.
01:20:42.000 Yeah, it's kind of funny.
01:20:44.000 This is on the back half of the show.
01:20:46.000 But they found a corpse near where all the businesses had been looted.
01:20:50.000 And they're not revealing much information right now.
01:20:53.000 They're saying local law enforcement investigating the death of a man whose body was found on a downtown L.A. sidewalk early Tuesday where protests and looting have occurred.
01:21:02.000 The unidentified man was dead.
01:21:04.000 The cause of death is being investigated.
01:21:05.000 I'm going to go ahead and say it is related to the riots.
01:21:09.000 But let's just entertain this.
01:21:10.000 Maybe it's not directly.
01:21:13.000 But I'd imagine if it was something like an overdose, the likelihood of survival was substantially higher if police weren't tied up with riots.
01:21:20.000 So this is what happens when police are drawn away and they can't do their jobs.
01:21:25.000 They're not patrolling.
01:21:27.000 You get dead bodies.
01:21:28.000 And the L.A. riots now have one confirmed death.
01:21:32.000 We don't know.
01:21:33.000 I'm not saying he died because of rioting, but he died where they were rioting.
01:21:38.000 Yeah, I wonder what happened to him.
01:21:42.000 Maybe the Democrats would argue he simply was walking down the street before suffering from a congenital heart defect and then just collapsing.
01:21:50.000 And it's a sad, tragic story.
01:21:51.000 Yeah, that's probably what they'll say.
01:21:53.000 Yeah.
01:21:53.000 That's probably what happened.
01:21:54.000 Or he could have been looting a business and got into a fight or, you know, got hit by a brick.
01:22:02.000 Yeah.
01:22:03.000 Well, maybe he got hit by a rubber bullet and now everyone will get to sue.
01:22:06.000 Because my favorite thing is how the police are not supposed to use lethal measures, which, okay.
01:22:11.000 So then they use the non-lethal measures, which...
01:22:14.000 Sometimes they do.
01:22:15.000 They're called less lethal.
01:22:16.000 Less lethal, right.
01:22:17.000 But then people sue when they get hit with it, and it's like you were literally rioting, and they shot you with a rubber bullet, and you have a big bruise on your leg.
01:22:26.000 Well, that Australian lady, the Australian reporter wasn't rioting.
01:22:29.000 That's the issue.
01:22:30.000 Right.
01:22:31.000 There's also this video and, you know, I hate to defend- But rioters do get- do sue for this stuff in Portland.
01:22:36.000 Sure.
01:22:36.000 And I hate to defend this guy because he's actually appears to be a communist, but he's antagonizing a cop and yelling at him, saying, what's your name and what's your badge number?
01:22:45.000 That's not illegal.
01:22:46.000 And the guy says, I'm going to pop you.
01:22:48.000 And he goes, for what?
01:22:49.000 For standing here asking you a question?
01:22:50.000 And the guy, the cop- Shoots him with the 40 millimeter.
01:22:53.000 Oh yeah, that's not.
01:22:54.000 And then the guy says, yo, and he yells at the supervisor like, what's that guy's name?
01:22:58.000 He just shot me.
01:22:58.000 They ignore him.
01:22:59.000 And then the guy shoots him again.
01:23:01.000 And people are on X laughing and I'll be like, this is how you lose.
01:23:05.000 This is how you lose.
01:23:06.000 You're allowed to be annoying.
01:23:07.000 Cops can't just pop people with 40 millimeter foam rounds because a guy's being annoying.
01:23:12.000 Yeah, that is a little much.
01:23:14.000 I can see how you're tempted, but it's a little much.
01:23:18.000 You gotta reign that in.
01:23:19.000 Yeah, I mean like.
01:23:20.000 You know, I heard that he got shot in the groin point blank, and I said, I certainly enjoy videos where people, you know, get a football in the groin.
01:23:27.000 Sure.
01:23:27.000 But I understand, you know, you can't defend that.
01:23:30.000 The cop shouldn't have done that.
01:23:31.000 First of all, he's wasting ammo.
01:23:33.000 It should be...
01:23:36.000 Yeah.
01:23:37.000 I mean, because he got emotional.
01:23:39.000 Now.
01:23:46.000 100% true.
01:23:48.000 But also, I can see how it'd be tempting.
01:23:50.000 I'm not saying nothing.
01:23:52.000 By the way, I was trying to find it here.
01:23:54.000 I found it somewhere, but somebody calculated that National Guard troops are called out since about the 60s on an average about every five to seven years.
01:24:05.000 Really?
01:24:05.000 Yeah.
01:24:06.000 Well, I know the Ferguson riots, it's funny when they're like, Donald Trump is sending the military against the people.
01:24:11.000 Obama did it.
01:24:12.000 Yeah.
01:24:12.000 In Ferguson, he said, National Guard?
01:24:14.000 It's not literally Obama.
01:24:16.000 But the governor.
01:24:17.000 The last L.A. riots in 92. You know, I mean, George.
01:24:21.000 Well, that was, wasn't the Army?
01:24:23.000 Was it only National Guard?
01:24:24.000 I think it was.
01:24:24.000 I think, no, they had Marines there as well, too.
01:24:28.000 Because that was something.
01:24:29.000 The Marines were a little funky in how they acted.
01:24:32.000 I don't think we've seen riots that bad.
01:24:36.000 I mean like the Summer of Love riots nationwide, so they escalate in a different way.
01:24:41.000 But the LA riots, they were murdering people.
01:24:43.000 I guess the BLM riots were worse.
01:24:46.000 Yeah, I guess actually it's fair to say the BLM riots were worse and Trump did nothing.
01:24:49.000 And I'm really upset.
01:24:50.000 You think the BLM riots were worse?
01:24:56.000 Hundreds of millions of dollars and millions.
01:24:59.000 Firebombing of federal buildings for three months in the Pacific Northwest, and Trump did nothing.
01:25:04.000 Well, he kept talking to the mayors and stuff, and the mayors were like, no, we have it under control.
01:25:09.000 You don't need to call in the National Guard.
01:25:10.000 He kept threatening to call in the National Guard without actually doing it.
01:25:14.000 And he should have.
01:25:14.000 Yeah, and he should have.
01:25:15.000 You know, I'll say this, though.
01:25:17.000 I mean, those two boys might not have been killed at the, whatever, the Capitol Hill occupied protest thing.
01:25:23.000 What?
01:25:23.000 Jump on it backwards.
01:25:25.000 He sends in the police to Lafayette, outside the White House, and clears out the riots, and he gets attacked for it.
01:25:32.000 He lets the riots take place all across the country, and he could have done something about it.
01:25:37.000 I think Trump should have stood down during the insurrection, the leftist insurrection, M-29, in 2020.
01:25:43.000 You had 1,000, 2,000 or so rioters, hundreds of federal law enforcement injured.
01:25:49.000 They firebombed St. John's Church.
01:25:51.000 Trump should have issued a statement saying, Due to a serious concern about injury to peaceful protesters because of the riots, we will be withdrawing law enforcement and hope things de-escalate.
01:26:03.000 And then what would the leftists have done?
01:26:06.000 They'd have stormed the White House.
01:26:07.000 Yeah.
01:26:08.000 And you would have had an M29 White House Trump in the emergency bunker.
01:26:12.000 People would be ransacking it.
01:26:13.000 And you'd say, oh, heaven's me, the far left.
01:26:15.000 And I've heard people say to me when I tell them this, they're like, yeah, but then the media would claim he failed and he's a bad leader.
01:26:22.000 And then Trump need only say, you know, I was as surprised as you that the far left was willing to engage in insurrection because the media kept saying they were peaceful, peaceful protests.
01:26:32.000 And so we backed off and they were wrong.
01:26:35.000 That's what he should have done.
01:26:36.000 Because that's what Pelosi did on January 6th.
01:26:39.000 Yes, she did.
01:26:40.000 She just lied.
01:26:41.000 And everyone wondered why police and National Guard and no one came out when they knew these people were going to be there.
01:26:46.000 And it's because Pelosi, isn't it on camera she's saying, I made this happen?
01:26:51.000 Yes, and she also said on camera that this is something that they would regret, not having acted more swiftly to do anything.
01:26:58.000 And it was her call.
01:27:00.000 It was her call.
01:27:01.000 By the way, Ramesh Panuru wrote, I think in the Wall Street Journal just recently, and he made this statement about all the problems with the Trump presidency.
01:27:10.000 One of them was, and he doesn't have the advisors who restrain him anymore.
01:27:14.000 Even though it's ultimately Donald Trump's fault in his first administration.
01:27:20.000 No, he does have the right advisors right now because he is thinking much more clearly through these things and acting on them.
01:27:26.000 I think many, like what you're talking about, Tim, I agree.
01:27:30.000 And I think he should have allowed that to be shown for exactly what it was.
01:27:35.000 You don't wait until January 6th to do that, by the way, when you're going out of office.
01:27:39.000 And that's a serious issue here.
01:27:41.000 Like, he's got the right people around.
01:27:43.000 It's not perfect to have some criticisms, but this is really much more fantastic than these ninnies, these Mike Pence-style ninnies.
01:27:51.000 And I say this, by the way, and I went to church with Mike and Karen for five years, and Mike introduced me to my first job.
01:27:57.000 But, you know, these kind of crazy ways of thinking about – And Donald Trump's not doing that this time.
01:28:10.000 And I think we actually have a really real hope when we're talking about, no, go take some freaking action, that he might do it.
01:28:16.000 And it will provide benefits because at the base of everything in politics is not, what do the polls say right now?
01:28:22.000 Or what are people, what's the trend at the moment of what I need to be doing?
01:28:26.000 The American people, at least, like real action on the principle.
01:28:30.000 Yeah.
01:28:30.000 And to take on, again, as we were talking about the seditious behavior, to take it on and be direct with it, even if you get a little bit of a plunge of response and you stay with it and get results, that's what people are looking for.
01:28:43.000 They're not waiting for you to figure out what they are saying.
01:28:45.000 There's someone that said, I can't remember what leader it was, but there was some famous person in the past that said, oh, there are my people.
01:28:53.000 Let me see where they are going so I can lead them.
01:28:56.000 Right?
01:28:56.000 That is not what you do in politics.
01:28:58.000 You go lead and the people will be inspired and they'd follow.
01:29:02.000 And that's actually one of the great things about Donald Trump with all his faults.
01:29:13.000 Yeah, I mean, look, I do think that the Trump administration probably has more leeway than people think that he does, especially when you hear such consternation about the fact that Donald Trump is doing anything at all.
01:29:32.000 The government does things that are...
01:29:39.000 Enforce the existing laws passed by Congress, and if necessary, protect the federal agents that are enforcing those laws, right?
01:29:47.000 Those are unquestionably things that the federal government has the authority to do.
01:29:52.000 And people are making such a big deal about it, I think that it turns into a bit of a chicken little, which is something that the left has done well for the past 15 years.
01:30:00.000 It turns into a chicken little saying the sky is falling because they're just enforcing the law when really they might be able to actually bend the law a little bit and get away with it forever.
01:30:10.000 I don't know.
01:30:13.000 know how much Donald Trump has in him to actually do that because no matter how much the left...
01:30:26.000 I don't buy that for one second, and I think that his first administration was evidence of that.
01:30:31.000 The fact that he was trying to keep from being the authoritarian president.
01:30:37.000 He always wants to be the guy that gets along.
01:30:39.000 He forgives people that he had, or he lets bygones be bygones of previous disagreements or whatever.
01:30:47.000 So Newsom's supposed to speak in a few minutes.
01:30:50.000 I guess we'll pull that up.
01:30:52.000 They say it's going to be on X, I guess.
01:30:55.000 That's wild.
01:30:56.000 He's just putting it on X. Good for him.
01:30:59.000 Yeah.
01:30:59.000 Well, I mean, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X, it says.
01:31:02.000 Well, all of it, yeah, I guess.
01:31:03.000 Governor Newsom's address, democracy at a crossroads.
01:31:06.000 He's running.
01:31:07.000 Oh, he is for sure.
01:31:08.000 Oh, yeah.
01:31:09.000 Heck yeah.
01:31:09.000 Yeah.
01:31:10.000 You know what he looks like, though?
01:31:11.000 A lizard?
01:31:13.000 Dastardly Do-Right.
01:31:14.000 You know that guy?
01:31:14.000 No.
01:31:15.000 What's his name?
01:31:16.000 Dirk Dastardly from Rocky and Bill Winkle.
01:31:20.000 Dirk Dastardly?
01:31:22.000 Yes, did you not know Dirk Dastardly?
01:31:24.000 I thought he was always the clean-cut Joker.
01:31:28.000 The pointy, clean-cut-looking Joker.
01:31:30.000 Because Joker's got a couple different looks.
01:31:32.000 Yeah, he looks more like the Joker to me.
01:31:34.000 Or Two-Face.
01:31:35.000 Yeah, a little bit of Two-Face.
01:31:37.000 That's who you think he looks like?
01:31:39.000 No, that's not a good picture of him.
01:31:42.000 Normally he's got like the teeth.
01:31:44.000 It's the teeth really.
01:31:45.000 I think he's Harvey Dent.
01:31:51.000 Oh yeah.
01:31:52.000 He's definitely running though.
01:31:53.000 Yeah.
01:31:54.000 Whatever it is.
01:31:54.000 He wants to be president.
01:31:56.000 I got to be honest, if he did fall halfway into a vat of chemicals or get like splashed acid on his face, well, like...
01:32:09.000 I'd be like, well, you know, because then the good half comes out, you know what I mean?
01:32:13.000 Right.
01:32:14.000 Interesting.
01:32:15.000 You know, I was just contemplating the fact earlier today that, first of all, it's been 13 years since 2012 when Mitt Romney was the presidential candidate with the best hair ever.
01:32:27.000 Right.
01:32:28.000 And Gavin Newsom just may be able to go beyond that if he really works hard.
01:32:32.000 He does have pretty great hair.
01:32:33.000 I don't know if it's natural or not.
01:32:35.000 It's very gel-ish.
01:32:37.000 Alright, he's live.
01:32:39.000 Here he is.
01:32:39.000 Or the live player is up.
01:32:42.000 Oh, no, he started, yeah.
01:32:43.000 You know, I really don't.
01:32:52.000 I'm curious, to be honest with you.
01:32:54.000 What if it's just completely unrelated to anything and he was just like, you know, I went to In-N-Out.
01:32:58.000 about the California...
01:32:59.000 Talking about the rail project.
01:33:00.000 I went to In-N-Out and had a...
01:33:04.000 There's no sound?
01:33:07.000 Is that his fault or our fault?
01:33:09.000 That's kind of hilarious.
01:33:10.000 I think it's theirs.
01:33:11.000 Yeah, this is his fault.
01:33:14.000 Wait, what?
01:33:18.000 Yeah, there's no sound.
01:33:19.000 It's them.
01:33:22.000 Yeah, it's no sound.
01:33:25.000 Got the crack team on it.
01:33:27.000 No, this can't be right.
01:33:29.000 Yeah, this is his fault.
01:33:29.000 That's totally...
01:33:34.000 yeah it's not play it's not playing no I mean you're on X watching There's no audio.
01:33:45.000 Oh, my God.
01:33:46.000 No way.
01:33:47.000 Come on.
01:33:47.000 What a loser.
01:33:48.000 Come on.
01:33:49.000 No, no, no.
01:33:49.000 What do you mean?
01:33:50.000 I still have to believe we're doing something wrong.
01:33:52.000 Well, how come I can't hear it on my laptop?
01:33:55.000 I can't hear it on mine.
01:33:56.000 I'm telling you, I just checked it, too.
01:33:58.000 That's hilarious.
01:33:59.000 Oh, it's not live anymore.
01:34:01.000 Wait.
01:34:02.000 It isn't mine.
01:34:04.000 It isn't yours?
01:34:04.000 Yeah.
01:34:05.000 I'm going to check my phone.
01:34:09.000 That's funny.
01:34:10.000 There's no sound.
01:34:14.000 Yo, I got my phone pulled up.
01:34:16.000 I turned the volume all the way up.
01:34:17.000 There's nothing.
01:34:18.000 Is it maybe just X?
01:34:20.000 No way.
01:34:23.000 This is the funniest thing ever.
01:34:25.000 What a clown.
01:34:29.000 Maybe that's the point.
01:34:31.000 Maybe he had nothing to say.
01:34:33.000 And he's just going, peas and carrots and peas and carrots.
01:34:36.000 Peas and carrots, peas and carrots.
01:34:38.000 And then what's going to happen is, after they wrap, he's going to be like, oh, it was a great speech.
01:34:43.000 I can't remember what I said.
01:34:47.000 Is this for real?
01:34:48.000 That's hilarious.
01:34:50.000 I pulled up his Instagram and there's nothing here.
01:34:55.000 Even on Xter saying it?
01:34:59.000 You clown.
01:35:01.000 You got 19,000 people looking at the plan.
01:35:03.000 Yeah, people are responding to the...
01:35:05.000 You clown.
01:35:08.000 That is shocking.
01:35:09.000 I am so glad we pulled this up.
01:35:11.000 Are they going to fix it?
01:35:13.000 Wow.
01:35:13.000 That's hilarious.
01:35:14.000 That is amazing.
01:35:16.000 That is just amazing.
01:35:17.000 That was the start of his presidential campaign, right?
01:35:19.000 That's it.
01:35:20.000 Perfect.
01:35:20.000 You know what?
01:35:21.000 The only other start of a presidential campaign that was worse was when Ron DeSantis launched his campaign on X, and that was also terrible.
01:35:28.000 It's gone.
01:35:29.000 Yeah.
01:35:30.000 What clowns.
01:35:31.000 That's amazing.
01:35:33.000 Embarrassing.
01:35:36.000 Oh, and you know he's pissed in the background right now.
01:35:38.000 It's still pinned.
01:35:40.000 He might actually unhinge his jaw and then eat them like the lizard snake person he is.
01:35:45.000 Just consume his entire staff.
01:35:47.000 That's hilarious.
01:35:47.000 But somebody's getting fired.
01:35:48.000 Somebody's getting fired.
01:35:49.000 There were 34,000 people that got into it by that time.
01:35:53.000 That is hilarious.
01:35:54.000 Yeah, all the responses on X say no audio, no audio.
01:35:58.000 Like, to his post.
01:36:00.000 Come on, Gavin.
01:36:02.000 What are you doing?
01:36:04.000 Is he alive?
01:36:05.000 You joke.
01:36:09.000 I guess it's archived on this show.
01:36:11.000 I want to save that for the historical record.
01:36:14.000 Evan Newsome, he's a non-starter!
01:36:16.000 All you need to do is pull out the iPhone and open up your X app.
01:36:22.000 It's very simple.
01:36:24.000 This is amazing.
01:36:25.000 There is no sound.
01:36:28.000 There are 42,000 people in there right now.
01:36:32.000 People are still trying to do that.
01:36:34.000 That's not how Twitter works.
01:36:35.000 42,000 people have viewed the video.
01:36:37.000 Yeah, but what I'm saying is people are still going in.
01:36:40.000 It's still rolling up, and he totally missed his opportunity.
01:36:44.000 Still, to this day, the stupidest thing Elon did was change concurrent viewership on X into static views because that burned all advertising.
01:36:52.000 We can't sell against X anymore because nobody – And so it's just excluded now from all ad deals.
01:37:02.000 But you know he did it because when you see the report on the back end, it's all short views.
01:37:07.000 Is it working now?
01:37:08.000 No, he's back.
01:37:12.000 Where?
01:37:12.000 What?
01:37:15.000 Want me to mute it?
01:37:16.000 But where is it?
01:37:19.000 Governor Gavin Newsom.
01:37:20.000 It's on Gavin Newsom.
01:37:21.000 He's live again.
01:37:21.000 Yeah.
01:37:22.000 This is all we're seeing is...
01:37:23.000 I'm getting the blue screen, so...
01:37:28.000 I'm, yeah.
01:37:29.000 Click it.
01:37:29.000 I have it right there.
01:37:31.000 Yeah, blue screen.
01:37:33.000 Well, what's weird is it's happening right now.
01:37:36.000 Yeah, I'm watching it on my laptop here.
01:37:39.000 It's at Gavin Newsom?
01:37:41.000 Yeah, hard refresh, blue screen.
01:37:42.000 At CA Governor.
01:37:43.000 I have CA Governor up.
01:37:45.000 CA Governor?
01:37:46.000 Ah, they...
01:37:55.000 Is that what happened?
01:38:02.000 In other actions, a U.S. citizen, nine months pregnant, was arrested.
01:38:07.000 A four-year-old girl taken.
01:38:10.000 Families separated.
01:38:11.000 friends quite literally disappearing.
01:38:14.000 In response, In turn, the state of California and the city and county of Los Angeles sent our police officers to help keep the peace.
01:38:33.000 And with some exceptions, they were successful.
01:38:36.000 Like many states, California is no stranger to this sort of unrest.
01:38:41.000 We manage it regularly and with our own law enforcement.
01:38:45.000 But this, again, was different.
01:38:47.000 What then ensued was the use of tear gas, flashbang grenades, rubber bullets, federal agents detaining people and undermining their due process rights.
01:38:59.000 Donald Trump, without consulting California law enforcement leaders, commandeered 2,000 of our state's National Guard members to deploy on our streets illegally.
01:39:11.000 And for no reason.
01:39:12.000 This brazen abuse of power by a sitting president inflamed a combustible situation.
01:39:17.000 A judge told you it was legal, so shut up.
01:39:19.000 Our officers and even our National Guard at risk.
01:39:23.000 That's when the downward spiral began.
01:39:26.000 He doubled down on his dangerous National Guard deployment by fanning the flames even harder.
01:39:32.000 And the president, he did it on purpose.
01:39:34.000 As the news spread throughout L.A., anxiety for family and friends ramped up.
01:39:40.000 Protests started again.
01:39:42.000 By night, several dozen lawbreakers became violent and destructive.
01:39:47.000 They vandalized property.
01:39:49.000 They tried to assault police officers.
01:39:51.000 Many of you have seen the video clips of cars burning on cable news.
01:39:55.000 That was before.
01:39:56.000 Yes, that was before.
01:39:58.000 If you incite violence and destroy our communities, you're going to be held to account.
01:40:02.000 That kind of criminal behavior will not be tolerated.
01:40:05.000 Full stop.
01:40:06.000 Already more than 220 people have been arrested and we're reviewing tapes to build additional cases and people will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
01:40:17.000 Again, thanks to our law enforcement officers and the majority of Angelenos who protested peacefully, the situation was winding down and was concentrated in just a few square blocks downtown.
01:40:30.000 But it's still happening.
01:40:31.000 That's why there's a curfew now.
01:40:32.000 That's not what Donald Trump wanted.
01:40:33.000 He again shows escalation.
01:40:36.000 He chose more force.
01:40:37.000 He chose theatrics over public safety.
01:40:40.000 He federalized another 2,000 Guard members.
01:40:44.000 He deployed more than 700 active U.S. Marines.
01:40:48.000 They're on standby.
01:40:49.000 These are the men and women trained for foreign combat, not domestic.
01:40:53.000 That's why they're being trained.
01:40:54.000 Actually, that's not correct.
01:40:54.000 We honor their service.
01:40:55.000 We honor their bravery.
01:40:58.000 But we do not want our streets militarized by our own armed forces, not in LA, not in California, not anywhere.
01:41:05.000 We're seeing unmarked cars, unmarked cars in school parking lots, kids afraid of attending their own graduation.
01:41:14.000 Trump is pulling a military dragnet all across Los Angeles, well beyond his stated intent to just go after violent and serious criminals.
01:41:24.000 His agents are arresting dishwashers, gardeners, day laborers.
01:41:29.000 And seamstresses.
01:41:31.000 Good!
01:41:31.000 That's just weakness.
01:41:33.000 That's fine.
01:41:34.000 It doesn't matter what they're like under the table or low-wage job in.
01:41:38.000 No, no, no.
01:41:38.000 I did not vote for this.
01:41:40.000 I voted for 10 times this.
01:41:42.000 And that seems to be the entire bill.
01:41:44.000 California will keep fighting.
01:41:45.000 We'll keep fighting on behalf of our people.
01:41:48.000 All of our people, including in the courts.
01:41:50.000 Just yesterday, we filed a legal challenge to Donald Trump's reckless deployment of American troops to a major American city.
01:41:59.000 Today, we sought an emergency court order to stop the use of the American military to engage in law enforcement activities across Los Angeles.
01:42:07.000 And the judge denied you.
01:42:08.000 If some of us could be snatched off the streets without a warrant, based on suspicion or skin color, then none of us are safe.
01:42:17.000 Authoritarian regimes begin by targeting people who are least able to defend themselves.
01:42:23.000 But they do not stop there.
01:42:25.000 You mean?
01:42:25.000 Trump and his loyalists, they thrive on division because it allows them to take more power and exert even more control.
01:42:32.000 And by the way, Trump, he's not opposed to lawlessness and violence as long as it serves him.
01:42:39.000 What more evidence do we need than January 6th?
01:42:43.000 Take a drink.
01:42:45.000 Take time.
01:42:47.000 Reflect on this perilous moment.
01:42:49.000 A president who wants to be bound by no law or constitution.
01:42:53.000 Unreal.
01:42:54.000 Perpetuating a unified assault on American tradition.
01:42:57.000 Yeah, we should have done.
01:42:58.000 This is a president who in just over 140 days has fired government watchdogs.
01:43:04.000 We get it, Gavin.
01:43:07.000 Running for office.
01:43:07.000 And fraud.
01:43:08.000 He's declared a war, a war on culture, on history, on science, on knowledge itself.
01:43:14.000 Databases, why people are vanishing.
01:43:17.000 He's delegitimizing news organizations and he's assaulting the First Amendment.
01:43:22.000 I don't think that's happening.
01:43:22.000 And the threat of defunding them.
01:43:24.000 I think they delegitimized themselves.
01:43:27.000 He's actually expanded access.
01:43:29.000 He's targeting law firms and the judicial plans that are the foundations of an orderly and civil society.
01:43:35.000 He's calling for a sitting governor to be arrested for no other reason than to, in his own words.
01:43:42.000 For getting elected.
01:43:43.000 Oh, goodness.
01:43:44.000 And we all know this Saturday.
01:43:45.000 He begs to be arrested.
01:43:49.000 He's calling for my arrest.
01:43:50.000 He did it twice.
01:43:52.000 He was like, go ahead, arrest me.
01:43:53.000 Go ahead, go ahead.
01:43:54.000 Come on, I can take it.
01:43:55.000 Arrest me.
01:43:57.000 It's like all he wants is to be sitting there in handcuffs.
01:44:01.000 It just sounds thirsty.
01:44:02.000 It sounds thirsty.
01:44:05.000 Come on.
01:44:07.000 You know you want to.
01:44:08.000 We need to get a program where I can draw.
01:44:14.000 California may be first, but it clearly will not end here.
01:44:18.000 Other states are next.
01:44:20.000 Democracy is next.
01:44:22.000 Democracy is next.
01:44:24.000 That's what we've got going on.
01:44:25.000 That's how we got here.
01:44:27.000 We got here with democracy.
01:44:29.000 That's what we're doing.
01:44:30.000 A wrecking ball to our founding fathers historic project.
01:44:34.000 Three co-equal branches of independent government.
01:44:38.000 There are no longer any checks and balances.
01:44:39.000 You know what his problem is through the speech?
01:44:41.000 He's nowhere to be found.
01:44:42.000 It's too heavy.
01:44:43.000 It is pretty heavy.
01:44:45.000 I got some PR.
01:44:47.000 Listen, Gavin, here's my advice for you, marketing-wise.
01:44:50.000 The first thing is, fix your audio before going live.
01:44:52.000 The second is, it's called, less is more.
01:44:54.000 Right.
01:44:55.000 See this kind of moment?
01:44:56.000 It's time for all of us to stand up.
01:44:58.000 How is he still going?
01:44:59.000 Is anyone still listening?
01:45:00.000 We're not.
01:45:01.000 You said it best.
01:45:01.000 In a democracy, the most important office You're going into this technocratic approach.
01:45:09.000 The most important office is Office of Citizens.
01:45:11.000 Ten minutes done.
01:45:12.000 Five minutes done.
01:45:13.000 At this moment, we all need to stand up and be held to account a higher level of accountability.
01:45:19.000 If you exercise your First Amendment rights, please, please do it peacefully.
01:45:24.000 I know many of you are feeling deep anxiety, stress, and fear.
01:45:35.000 What Donald Trump wants most is your fealty, your silence to be complicit in this moment.
01:45:41.000 Do not give in to him.
01:45:45.000 I think it's time to occupy California.
01:45:47.000 So here's what I would say.
01:45:49.000 Just, you know, give some advice to Gavin Newsom in terms of public relations.
01:45:54.000 When you hammer literally every point imaginable all at once, it becomes incomprehensible.
01:46:00.000 And the important thing to remember is people won't remember what you said.
01:46:05.000 They'll remember how you made them feel.
01:46:08.000 So what Gavin Newsom needs to do, if he wanted to actually run for office successfully, is to address a single point of contention that has people worried.
01:46:18.000 Here's what I would do.
01:46:20.000 I would point to the military deployment.
01:46:24.000 As the point of contention and say it is not the federal government's job to intervene in the state's handling of their local laws as it pertains to protests or violence.
01:46:40.000 We do that.
01:46:42.000 He could have then said Donald Trump jumped the gun in the deployment of U.S. military into our streets.
01:46:50.000 It's terrifying our neighbors, whether it was right or not at the point, it was done without consideration for the safety and the states, like, of the people of the state.
01:47:03.000 Take one point and then say he shouldn't have done it.
01:47:06.000 Make them feel anxiety and then be done.
01:47:09.000 Instead, he goes on there and says Trump is Hitler and, you know, I'm literally six.
01:47:20.000 I think the reason why he went that route is because most people feel anxiety due to the lawlessness.
01:47:27.000 So he has to invoke J6 to try and redirect the anxiety that people are feeling towards Trump and blame Trump for.
01:47:33.000 It's not going to work.
01:47:33.000 And that was one day.
01:47:34.000 He's got five now.
01:47:36.000 That was one day.
01:47:37.000 Well, he needs to consider, listen, when Cash and Dan were talking about Epstein, they made a massive mistake as a PR blunder.
01:47:44.000 Okay, and I like those guys.
01:47:46.000 Cash said to Rogan, look, there's no way in or out.
01:47:51.000 You know, we have all the video footage.
01:47:52.000 You'll see it.
01:47:52.000 So no one could have gotten in there.
01:47:54.000 And then it's just like, immediately, except the person who found the body.
01:47:57.000 Right.
01:47:58.000 What?
01:47:58.000 The paramedics?
01:47:59.000 Come on, there are people there.
01:48:00.000 That's a stupid response.
01:48:02.000 Or Dan.
01:48:03.000 Not addressing his past comments and sentiments on this.
01:48:06.000 You got to be real with people.
01:48:07.000 You got to say, listen, I had a show and I often talked about my skepticism over the story of Epstein.
01:48:12.000 But now that I got in there and saw the evidence, I got nothing to add.
01:48:14.000 I mean, it looks like it's a suicide.
01:48:16.000 Instead, they give you this answer that neglects the existing information that already is in our minds.
01:48:22.000 They don't get past that hurdle.
01:48:24.000 The hurdle for Governor Newsom right now is that people like that Trump deployed the military.
01:48:29.000 People like that Trump is enforcing immigration laws.
01:48:32.000 He needs to address that and then redirect.
01:48:35.000 He didn't do it because he's bad at what he does.
01:48:37.000 Now, hey, look at me.
01:48:38.000 I never won a governorship.
01:48:40.000 But let's just say this right now.
01:48:41.000 His audio wasn't working.
01:48:43.000 Okay?
01:48:44.000 Run for president and have that happen.
01:48:46.000 But we do got to go to your chat.
01:48:47.000 So, my friend, smash the like button.
01:48:48.000 Share the show with everyone, you know.
01:48:50.000 Literally everyone.
01:48:51.000 Got a neighbor?
01:48:52.000 You guys ever talk?
01:48:53.000 Maybe he is leaning over the wooden fence, but you can only see his eyes.
01:48:58.000 You chat to him periodically for advice.
01:49:00.000 Tell him to watch Timcast IRL.
01:49:01.000 Return the advice to him.
01:49:03.000 We're going to have that uncensored call-in show at rumble.com slash timcast IRL.
01:49:07.000 So don't miss it.
01:49:08.000 But for now, we'll grab your chats.
01:49:10.000 All right.
01:49:13.000 Let's grab your Rumble rants, my friends.
01:49:16.000 Shane H. Wilder, always the first, says, I'm going to start calling Tim Miss Cleo because he predicted the Summer of Love 2 electric boogaloo months in advance.
01:49:23.000 Who is putting the Tim was right jar next to the Alex Jones was right jar?
01:49:27.000 I'll take credit for a few things right now.
01:49:29.000 I predicted all of the Democrat projects to find the liberal Joe Rogan.
01:49:34.000 Before Trump won, when we were all talking about how we're doing so well and then Trump wins, I said Democrats are going to dump millions of dollars.
01:49:43.000 I literally even said 20 million.
01:49:44.000 I said they can spend $25 million on Rachel Maddow.
01:49:48.000 They can put $20 million into finding prominent figures and propping them up on social media.
01:49:53.000 They're going to put their faces everywhere.
01:49:54.000 And what did they do?
01:49:55.000 Project Sam.
01:49:56.000 $20 million to try and speak to American men.
01:50:00.000 And I was sitting down with Sam Seder.
01:50:03.000 Hi, Sam.
01:50:04.000 I know he watches every single episode.
01:50:06.000 And we were talking about the potentials for civil war.
01:50:09.000 And he said, it's not going to happen.
01:50:10.000 That's silly.
01:50:11.000 And I said, okay, yeah, maybe.
01:50:12.000 I don't know.
01:50:12.000 But let me ask you this.
01:50:13.000 Do you think Trump will use the military to enforce immigration?
01:50:17.000 And he said, yes.
01:50:18.000 And I said, will Democrats just let him do it?
01:50:21.000 And he's like, I don't know.
01:50:23.000 I mean, probably not.
01:50:24.000 And I'm like, okay.
01:50:24.000 So either you get Donald Trump using the military to enforce deportations, which you claim is a red line, or Democrats fight back when Trump does it, and then you get a breakdown between the federal government and the states.
01:50:36.000 Hey, look where we are.
01:50:37.000 Donald Trump has called in Marines and National Guard.
01:50:40.000 He's taken the authority of the National Guard away from Gavin Newsom to assist.
01:50:44.000 And protect federal law enforcement as they enact immigration raids, as everybody thought he would.
01:50:50.000 The question now is, will Democrats let it happen or will they start obstructing?
01:50:57.000 If they begin obstructing, you get into insurrection territory.
01:51:00.000 If Donald Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, you are getting into civil strife, escalating into civil war.
01:51:07.000 You will end up with the issue right now, and we are dangerously close.
01:51:13.000 Because California cheats our elections every year.
01:51:16.000 They cheat Congress every year.
01:51:18.000 They have extra seats because they allow illegal immigrants to come in.
01:51:21.000 I think we need several other states, red states, to sue to the Supreme Court challenging what California is doing because by barring federal law enforcement immigration, they are bolstering their representation, which is subverting the will of the other states in the union.
01:51:36.000 If that don't happen and no one takes care of this and California continues to defy the rule of law, Then what?
01:51:44.000 We're going to have all these Democrat states have already come out and said they will defy Trump.
01:51:48.000 You've got, what is it, like 20-some-odd?
01:51:50.000 Yeah.
01:51:50.000 Let's see what happens.
01:51:51.000 There's a bunch of them.
01:51:51.000 Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, a bunch of them.
01:51:54.000 Minnesota.
01:51:55.000 All right, let's go.
01:51:56.000 We got Alpha2Omega says, Howdy, people.
01:51:58.000 Tim, now I wish illegals just stuck with DoorDash instead of politics.
01:52:01.000 Arrest and deport them all.
01:52:02.000 We can no longer care about how Democrats feel.
01:52:04.000 They destroy everything they touch.
01:52:06.000 Order DoorDash today.
01:52:07.000 And we had our staff at the gate check IDs, and the man, in fact, was the name on the account.
01:52:13.000 Oh, how about that?
01:52:14.000 Yep.
01:52:15.000 Looking for him.
01:52:16.000 Yeah.
01:52:17.000 Yep.
01:52:18.000 I'm done playing these games, these DoorDash scams.
01:52:20.000 I ain't having it.
01:52:22.000 DoorDash is the worst, because they don't have a picture of the person coming.
01:52:25.000 And so we'll probably just start doing Uber Eats or something, because that's a big deal.
01:52:30.000 Some stranger pulling up to the property in the security checkpoint is like, we don't know who you are and your name doesn't match and we don't know what you look like.
01:52:35.000 Like, why are you even here?
01:52:36.000 My wife and I happened to be listening to that last night when you guys were talking about it.
01:52:40.000 And I've done DoorDash at our apartment in Pentagon City and I'm sitting there saying, I had not given it consideration.
01:52:47.000 I think it's a valid point.
01:52:49.000 It's really a problem.
01:52:49.000 And the Uber thing does work much better.
01:52:52.000 They do have a name.
01:52:53.000 Show the face.
01:52:53.000 And you can rate them.
01:52:54.000 I mean, it is kind of crazy because people send us food all the time.
01:52:59.000 For a variety of reasons.
01:53:00.000 People will be like, hey, look, I make this really great drink.
01:53:03.000 You know, talk about it.
01:53:04.000 Garbage.
01:53:05.000 Yeah.
01:53:05.000 Instantly into the garbage.
01:53:06.000 Anytime food arrives in our mailbox, we just go whoop in the trash.
01:53:09.000 Yeah.
01:53:10.000 And it's good because the trash can's next to the mailbox.
01:53:12.000 It's actually really easy to do.
01:53:14.000 Right.
01:53:14.000 It's very convenient.
01:53:15.000 So when a stranger shows up, because we door dash, and it's like, it says Miguel, and you're a blonde woman.
01:53:21.000 You can turn around.
01:53:22.000 We're not eating whatever that food is.
01:53:24.000 Right.
01:53:24.000 So we're taking it seriously.
01:53:26.000 Imagine this.
01:53:27.000 Imagine someone goes to a store and goes to a restaurant, grabs food, pulls up, tells our team, like, I'm here for DoorDash, and they just open the door and let them in.
01:53:36.000 So I was like, no, no, no, we're not doing that.
01:53:38.000 They gotta show ID.
01:53:40.000 That makes a lot of sense.
01:53:41.000 Yep.
01:53:43.000 Alright, Kat says, I saw a video that connected the Walmart heiress involved in sending the face mask to the riots.
01:53:48.000 Not sure if it's true, but she is connected to an NGO that is funding the riots.
01:53:52.000 So, it is the Walton woman who is putting out ads for the No Kings protest.
01:53:58.000 Really?
01:53:59.000 Yeah.
01:53:59.000 Her name's on it.
01:54:00.000 Is that Chrissy Walton or something?
01:54:02.000 Yeah, I think she did.
01:54:03.000 It was a full-page New York Times and a couple other papers, yeah.
01:54:05.000 Yep.
01:54:07.000 Yep.
01:54:07.000 I mean, it's...
01:54:12.000 I mean, I don't know how much work she actually did at Walmart, but my gosh.
01:54:14.000 Probably not much.
01:54:15.000 I mean, it's the only reason that you do something like that is because you're a bored, wealthy person who thinks that you're doing something that is really helping society or something.
01:54:28.000 Look, you're a billionaire, so the left is never going to approve of you ever anyway, so stop trying to appease them.
01:54:34.000 Just Cuz I'm Free says, What do you think Lincoln would have done if a governor said we are still going Trump needs to do that with these sanctuary states.
01:54:43.000 We don't need to think what he would have done.
01:54:45.000 We know what he did.
01:54:46.000 It's called reconstruction.
01:54:47.000 And they sent marshals and they sent troops to these states.
01:54:52.000 And the reason Juneteenth exists as a holiday is because Texas still had people in slavery even after the war was long done.
01:54:59.000 It's like two years.
01:55:00.000 Also, he arrested a third of the Maryland legislature and suspended habeas corpus from PA to DC and arrested random people for no reason because they were in the way.
01:55:11.000 And Sherman burned down farms, destroyed roads, and, well, I'll be lied, but killed a lot of people.
01:55:17.000 Scorched earth.
01:55:18.000 You know, it's crazy.
01:55:19.000 The Democrats always talk about how they're pro-labor, but really they're the ones who are advocating to have the second class of citizens who have unregulated jobs, who work under, you know, dangerous conditions, and they are advocating for the perpetuation of the wealthy to have a class of slave labor that works.
01:55:40.000 for them in their homes, you know, like unpaid garden, like low paid gardeners, nannies, whatever else.
01:55:46.000 He told that, too.
01:56:04.000 With the extra lips.
01:56:09.000 I don't know.
01:56:10.000 I got nothing.
01:56:12.000 White privilege.
01:56:13.000 They have extra lots of stuff.
01:56:14.000 I mean, it is white privilege, but it's, you know...
01:56:34.000 I disagree with him about whether or not there is a foundational ideas when it comes to the way that the woke behave.
01:56:43.000 Like, generally, the people you're interacting with, they don't know why they think the things they do.
01:56:48.000 That's why you get billionaires saying things like, oh, I'm going to help the leftists that literally want to kill me and take all my property.
01:56:55.000 This is the proof to them having no real ideology.
01:56:57.000 They might claim sometimes, but I guarantee you if there were a bunch of leftists saying eat the rich – They'd be like, yay, we love you.
01:57:09.000 Or when BLM says defund the police and then what happens when they call the cops to that guy in Wisconsin?
01:57:14.000 They went, yay, the cops are arresting our enemies.
01:57:16.000 They don't have any of these ideologies.
01:57:18.000 It's just the exertion of power.
01:57:19.000 And what they're doing is, I call it the Niles Crane method.
01:57:24.000 So it was an episode of Frasier where a man sat down in Frasier's seat at the coffee shop they go to and Frasier was having none of it.
01:57:33.000 Because he was having a sour day.
01:57:34.000 So when he asked the man to move, the man refused, so he threw him from the seat.
01:57:38.000 Well, that man later sued Frazier and said, you assaulted me, I'm suing you.
01:57:43.000 So Niles, being ever so clever, began to talk smack to this man, who then started yelling at him, and then took his finger and poked his chest, to which Niles went, whoa, and fell backwards and crashed into a table and said, he's assaulted me, countersuit!
01:58:01.000 Counter suit!
01:58:01.000 And the man said, I didn't do anything.
01:58:03.000 And they're like, we all saw you touch him.
01:58:05.000 And he dropped the suit.
01:58:07.000 That's why they claim critical theory.
01:58:10.000 Not because they actually believe it, because claiming to be a victim generates sympathy, and they're using that against you.
01:58:16.000 They're using goodwill against you.
01:58:17.000 But the moment they don't need to, they will club you over that with a bike lock.
01:58:21.000 Yes.
01:58:21.000 They will club you with a bike lock.
01:58:23.000 I say it all the time.
01:58:25.000 6,000 years of recorded human history proves the radical corruption of mankind.
01:58:29.000 We only ever do good things because we worked hard at being good on some standard.
01:58:36.000 You know, if it's a religious standard, however you approach that morality, you work hard.
01:58:42.000 It doesn't come naturally.
01:58:56.000 And that's why it's chaotic.
01:58:58.000 That's why it's troubling, problematic in so many ways.
01:59:03.000 All right.
01:59:04.000 Kane Abel says, so with Saturday and Sunday riding insurrection, does this mean we are in a civil war with the Democrats?
01:59:09.000 Probably not.
01:59:11.000 The definition of civil war, typically civil war is defined as when two or more factions fight for control of one country or government.
01:59:19.000 And so there's always going to be an effort to obfuscate your intentions and your actions.
01:59:27.000 The issue we have right now is that California is engaged in a seditious conspiracy as a state.
01:59:34.000 The sanctuary state grants them extra congressional seats.
01:59:37.000 We need to stop it now.
01:59:40.000 If Donald Trump is going to deport illegal immigrants and they block and don't let him and don't let the will of the people be enacted, then they've escalated to a direct conflict to subvert the power of the federal government.
01:59:52.000 It's not just the will of the people.
01:59:54.000 It's also literally federal law.
01:59:56.000 All the time that Biden and Kamala Harris kept saying Congress needs to act in order to create immigration policies, Congress didn't need to act.
02:00:03.000 There are federal laws.
02:00:05.000 If you're here illegally, you can be deported.
02:00:08.000 You know?
02:00:09.000 The whole Congress needs to act was just a line to deflect.
02:00:13.000 That was just a line to funnel people in.
02:00:17.000 And you had judge after judge under the Biden administration as states were suing Biden for saying, you know, you're allowing this flood of people into our state.
02:00:26.000 This is no good.
02:00:27.000 We get to put up a wall.
02:00:29.000 States kept suing Biden and judges kept saying, no, you don't get to protect your state.
02:00:33.000 You know?
02:00:34.000 I mean, it was absolutely insane.
02:00:35.000 And those are the same judges now who are like, no, bring back the horrible rapists.
02:00:39.000 They belong here.
02:00:41.000 Ray G. Stanbert Jr. says, so I'm in San Diego for work right now and it's wild to me that a third world city is not that far away and everything seems normal.
02:00:48.000 Reminds me of Tim's stories about Egypt during the revolution.
02:00:51.000 In fact, that's the point about what Stelter was saying when he was like, most Angelinas are having a normal life.
02:00:58.000 That's a manipulation tactic.
02:01:00.000 Meant to trick you into believing false realities about conflict.
02:01:04.000 Every conflict ever.
02:01:06.000 There are cities that are untouched by conflict.
02:01:08.000 And even a couple blocks away from the front line of the conflict, nothing's happening.
02:01:12.000 The story, of course, being referred to here as Tahrir Square, where the revolution took place in Egypt.
02:01:16.000 You walked two blocks away and you're at McDonald's watching soccer.
02:01:19.000 I was literally there.
02:01:21.000 McDonald's was in front of the Hilton.
02:01:22.000 And there was a guy sitting there and they had a TV on and he was watching soccer and eating burgers.
02:01:26.000 And then you'd go up on the 26th floor of the Hilton and there's a revolution taking place.
02:01:31.000 They lie to you because they want you to think what's happening is insignificant.
02:01:35.000 They say things like the Ferguson riots, it was one street.
02:01:39.000 And it's like, yes, it was West Florissant.
02:01:41.000 They burned the whole thing down.
02:01:42.000 They torched dozens of buildings on that one street.
02:01:45.000 That was the riots of Ferguson.
02:01:47.000 This is always how it is.
02:01:50.000 I had a friend message me and said, hey, you need to talk about – she's from St. Louis and she's listening to us.
02:01:57.000 You got to talk about that because, yeah, it was outrageous.
02:02:00.000 It was crazy.
02:02:01.000 But, you know, to answer the question about are we having a civil war, it is sedition because their goal is to – is the raw flexing of power and the desire to take down Donald Trump.
02:02:13.000 And it's nothing more than that.
02:02:14.000 That's just seditious.
02:02:15.000 So then the only question would be what they're doing is seditious.
02:02:20.000 First of all, on the ground, people waving foreign flags saying this is Mexico, not California.
02:02:25.000 That's sedition right there.
02:02:27.000 They're fighting with the feds for this purpose.
02:02:29.000 The politicians defending them is seditious.
02:02:32.000 California using illegal immigrants, non-citizens to subvert federal power is seditious.
02:02:37.000 The question is, when Trump comes in to shut down the sedition, do they resist with force?
02:02:44.000 If they do, you get a civil war.

02:03:29.000 And Richard is a cop.
02:03:30.000 And I said, this would be probably one of the funniest debates we do.
02:03:34.000 And they'd probably get along, even though they'd argue.

02:04:42.000 Thanks for hanging out.
02:04:42.000 Bye.
02:05:05.000 Twitter, Twitter, and Google.
02:05:34.000 148 Democrats back non-citizen voting in D.C. as GOP raises alarm about foreign agents.
02:05:42.000 We're going to have to start arresting people for seditious conspiracy, taking this very, very seriously.
02:05:47.000 We're going to have to go after politicians.
02:05:48.000 This is it.
02:05:50.000 Love the sound of going after politicians.
02:05:52.000 Look, Democrats, it's quicksand.
02:05:58.000 If we sit back and just say, Listen, there is so much that goes on in Congress.
02:06:12.000 Like there is this construct, and I think it can be acceptable.
02:06:24.000 And if they've committed a crime in that effort, do it after they get out of office.
02:06:28.000 But the reality is that there actually is some very real, sometimes...
02:06:39.000 Stuff that's very close to seditious behavior, very close to undermining American authority and what we are as a country.
