00:00:21.000 Shiloh Hendrix, a woman who is filmed spewing racial slurs, and an individual has been found guilty not of the initial incident where she says that a small child was stealing from her purse, but due to a confrontation where someone started filming her.
00:00:35.000 Now, this may seem like, well, what is this story?
00:00:39.000 Why is this very big?
00:00:40.000 Well, this is a First Amendment story.
00:00:44.000 A woman has been found guilty of the crime of using a racial slur against a person.
00:00:50.000 This is big news.
00:00:51.000 This violates the First Amendment.
00:00:53.000 It's gone massively viral.
00:00:54.000 The woman, Shiloh Hendricks, has raised $860,000 in an online fundraising campaign.
00:01:01.000 And this news breaking just last night is sending shockwaves throughout the U.S. with many more liberal minded people saying it's good that someone who used a racial slur is getting criminally charged and convicted.
00:01:11.000 While most people who believe in free speech and the First Amendment are shocked that a woman has been found guilty of saying a naughty word.
00:01:19.000 We're going to talk about that plus the NDAA as Passed.
00:01:24.000 And this means the SAVE Act.
00:01:26.000 And it also means this weird bill that integrates the U.S. military with Israeli military in terms of technology and management, which is very, very contentious.
00:01:35.000 We'll talk about that a whole lot more.
00:01:37.000 Before we get started, head over to timcast.com, click join now.

00:02:16.000 No, you've made money.
00:02:18.000 The pimp on a blip is here, and I will be there tonight.
00:02:20.000 And I will say that we invented the Timbalm.
00:02:23.000 So it is just a little cold brew coffee with little Louis XIII.
00:02:28.000 Yeah, just a little bit.
00:02:29.000 It's about $600.
00:02:30.000 Yeah, it's about $600 a cup of coffee, but trust me, it is worth it.
00:02:34.000 It'll get you cross faded and X rated.
00:02:36.000 Alex is here, of course.
00:02:37.000 Jason Alice is hanging out.
00:02:38.000 How's it going, you guys?
00:02:39.000 I'm not getting cross faded.
00:02:41.000 You're a dickhead.
00:02:43.000 No Louis bombs, no Tim bombs for you tonight.
00:02:46.000 You can't do $500 alcohol with coffee.
00:02:51.000 Well, he's right.
00:02:52.000 You don't even do it with ice, right?
00:02:53.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:02:54.000 Yeah, I'm not.
00:02:55.000 He's correct.
00:02:56.000 Alex, you are degenerated.
00:02:57.000 Jason is like, This guy has followed no rules his entire life.
00:03:01.000 Like, yeah, but I don't know why I've ever once followed a rule.
00:03:05.000 That's how I know the guy that creates your rules.
00:03:07.000 That's how I know you don't do that because I did that.
00:03:10.000 And people were like, Why are you doing that?
00:03:13.000 Because I was putting Johnny Walker Blue with Diet Coke.
00:03:20.000 And someone was like, What are you doing?
00:03:21.000 I was like, What do you mean?
00:03:22.000 They're like, You're not supposed to mix that.
00:03:24.000 I'm like, What are you talking about?
00:03:26.000 This is the best whiskey you can get, man.
00:03:29.000 It's like, I can't remember how much it was for a.
00:03:32.000 For a whiskey and coke, but it was a lot.
00:03:35.000 Sandwich and Timbomb, 600 bucks.
00:03:36.000 But apparently, you're dumb if you do that.
00:03:38.000 I'm just, you can be dumb.
00:03:39.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:03:40.000 I highly recommend it.
00:03:41.000 It's fun.
00:03:42.000 We got the rest of the boys hanging out.
00:03:43.000 What's up, dudes?
00:03:45.000 Good to be here.
00:03:46.000 What's up, everybody?
00:03:46.000 I'm Phil Carter.
00:03:48.000 What's up, everyone?
00:03:49.000 Good to be here with y'all.
00:03:50.000 We got a full house tonight, so let's get into it.
00:03:53.000 Here's a story from the Minnesota Star Tribune Woman who hurled racial slurs at boy found guilty in Rochester trial.
00:04:00.000 So here's what she gets $1,000 fine, a stayed 90 day jail sentence.
00:04:05.000 It means she's not going to go to jail. 0.92
00:04:06.000 She's ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
00:04:09.000 Now, here's the thing she's raised $860,000 after this.
00:04:14.000 Now, a lot of people are saying she deserves more.
00:04:17.000 What's scary about this is here's the story.
00:04:19.000 She's at a playground with her kid.
00:04:20.000 She's, I think she was like 36 at the time.
00:04:22.000 She's 37 now.
00:04:24.000 An eight year old black child starts going through her purse and steals a baby food.
00:04:31.000 She then chases after the kid.
00:04:34.000 Apparently, the kid's dad chases after the kid.
00:04:36.000 And she allegedly, I don't know exactly because there's no video of this, called the kid a racial slur as he was stealing the baby food from her.
00:04:44.000 What one?
00:04:46.000 The racial slur.
00:04:47.000 The one.
00:04:48.000 All right.
00:04:48.000 The one.
00:04:49.000 So then.
00:04:49.000 You say.
00:04:51.000 Some guy picks his phone up and starts filming her.
00:04:55.000 And he says, Did you just call that kid the N word?
00:04:58.000 And she's like, Screw off.
00:05:00.000 And then he tells her, Say it again.
00:05:01.000 So she does several times.
00:05:04.000 For that, she has been found guilty of disorderly conduct.
00:05:08.000 Was it two charges?
00:05:09.000 There were two charges.
00:05:10.000 She was acquitted on the charge of calling the black child the N word, but found guilty of disorderly conduct for calling the man filming her the N word.
00:05:19.000 Oh, interesting.
00:05:20.000 Yeah.
00:05:21.000 Well, I read all about it, but you know, I think it, you know, and I don't want to get all, you know, macro about this.
00:05:27.000 If you look at this, she got very lucky.
00:05:29.000 She got a, what, $1,000 fine, 90 day jail, so she stayed.
00:05:32.000 You look at Chud the Builder, a guy that was assaulted outside of a courtroom or whatever, you know, and then he shot the guy, and now the guy can't get a bail bond.
00:05:40.000 And there's people like Carmelo Anthony that actually killed somebody on a high school campus and was able to get a bail bond, but a guy that said the N word and that was attacked.
00:05:49.000 So it seems like the N word is like the.
00:05:52.000 Third rail.
00:05:53.000 It's like the most powerful thing you can say and the most penalized thing that you can do.
00:05:57.000 And they give it a lot of power.
00:05:59.000 It's more than that because if a white person is perceived to aggress against a black person, like it can be any number of things, right?
00:06:08.000 Like, I mean, you look at the officer that was convicted of killing George Floyd, right?
00:06:15.000 O.J. Simpson basically got off because Mark Furman was saying the other day.
00:06:19.000 But so black people don't always get acquitted of crimes because that's.
00:06:24.000 If they commit them against white people.
00:06:25.000 But if you're a white person and you commit some kind of transgression, it doesn't even actually have to be a real crime because I don't think calling someone a name should ever be considered a crime, right?
00:06:37.000 Even if it's offensive or whatever, there should never be any circumstance in which it's considered a crime.
00:06:43.000 You know, that's just ridiculous.
00:06:46.000 We don't have the thought police.
00:06:47.000 This is going to go to appeals and she's going to win and they're going to reverse it all.
00:06:51.000 Well, actually, I think this actually goes to, and I'm not even trying to take this off the rails.
00:06:56.000 But Josh Block, are you guys familiar with Joshua Block, World of T shirts?
00:06:59.000 And then, like those guys, you're not familiar with any of those locales?
00:07:05.000 Well, long story short, there's a guy by the name of Daniel Larson that is mentally challenged.
00:07:09.000 He's very famous.
00:07:10.000 You can look him up.
00:07:11.000 And he's like kind of like World of T shirts, where World of T shirts is bigger.
00:07:14.000 He gets drunk and like New York and has a big social media following.
00:07:17.000 My point is, he's mentally challenged.
00:07:19.000 And he went on his live stream on TikTok, was like, I'm going to bomb the White House.
00:07:23.000 I'm going to bomb.
00:07:24.000 And he was held in federal prison for two years and was just let out this week for saying that.
00:07:29.000 And I It's like, where does free speech draw the line?
00:07:32.000 Well, that's like, is that a thing?
00:07:34.000 I mean, but technically, really, if we're allowed to say whatever we want, let's say we're under tyranny.
00:07:40.000 Let's say the government is being bad.
00:07:42.000 But that's making a threat, specific threat, whereas calling someone a name is different.
00:07:49.000 I agree with that.
00:07:50.000 What do you think should have happened?
00:07:52.000 To her?
00:07:52.000 Yeah.
00:07:53.000 Nothing.
00:07:54.000 You don't think that the mom or the mom of the kid could have slapped her?
00:07:58.000 No, because that's physical.
00:08:00.000 I mean, you can't assault someone.
00:08:01.000 Well, but the kid was stealing from her, you know?
00:08:03.000 The emblem.
00:08:03.000 Right.
00:08:04.000 So, here's the thing.
00:08:05.000 Let's take this to the maximum degree.
00:08:07.000 The eight year old child should get a juvenile charge.
00:08:09.000 That's what I'm talking about.
00:08:11.000 He committed a theft.
00:08:12.000 Yeah.
00:08:13.000 And so he.
00:08:13.000 I don't think you can charge an eight year old child.
00:08:15.000 Yeah, juvenile.
00:08:15.000 You can.
00:08:16.000 Absolutely, they charged me at eight.
00:08:18.000 Yeah, I used to steal.
00:08:19.000 I thought it had to be like 12 or something.
00:08:21.000 I used to steal.
00:08:22.000 I got caught, man.
00:08:23.000 I didn't get caught.
00:08:25.000 I stole like Michael Scott.
00:08:26.000 I never got caught.
00:08:28.000 Somebody else got caught because it was me and my friends at school were stealing stuff from a toy store.
00:08:33.000 He man action figures, and I was just plowing that place.
00:08:37.000 Like, I was just I got the tiger, I got the cast, I got the castle gray skull.
00:08:41.000 Hey, you got gas, you got I walked out with castle gray skull, dude.
00:08:46.000 That's how I'm falling at eight years old.
00:08:48.000 Nah, I just time when they go down that.
00:08:50.000 Corridor down the other corridor, and I'd take off out the door with it.
00:08:54.000 Oh my god, that thing was huge!
00:08:56.000 It was a big box, but I got away with it until I got caught with all of it under my bed.
00:09:02.000 And they were like, Your parents, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:09:05.000 How did you get Castle Grayskull or whatever?
00:09:08.000 And then somebody else got caught that was doing it as well.
00:09:11.000 I found it going to court, they were gonna charge me, and somebody knew somebody and got me off the charge, but I was getting charged and I was.
00:09:22.000 A kid, I remember what is that, and they were like, You can't get a job later on.
00:09:25.000 And I was like, That seems pretty serious.
00:09:27.000 Like, I didn't really, you're like, Well, I'm eight, I kind of don't care right now.
00:09:31.000 All in favor of the eight year old child being criminally charged?
00:09:33.000 Well, that was my first thought was look, if a kid's stealing from you at any age and you scream profanities at the kid, okay, it's over, done.
00:09:41.000 You're not getting sharp.
00:09:42.000 Like, if you walk up to an eight year old and you start screaming profanities in the kid's face, you might get arrested for assault or some sort of aggravated claim.
00:09:50.000 Well, aggravated means with a weapon, so just be a second.
00:09:52.000 Assault, but then you could add on like the racial hate crimes and all that.
00:09:56.000 No, that's the problem.
00:09:58.000 The whole concept of this.
00:10:00.000 No, but listen, hear me out.
00:10:01.000 The whole problem that is, or the major part of the problem with this, is the fact that at the end of the day, a hate crime is a thought crime.
00:10:10.000 You are being punished for having bad thoughts.
00:10:14.000 You have hateful thoughts and you express them.
00:10:17.000 And that means it's a thought crime.
00:10:19.000 So it's about the fact that you are allowed to have bad thoughts.
00:10:23.000 You cannot put people in prison.
00:10:23.000 I'm with you.
00:10:26.000 Or you cannot punish people, the government can't.
00:10:29.000 Pardon me?
00:10:30.000 Yeah, I've got a nine month old, yeah.
00:10:32.000 How old?
00:10:32.000 Nine months.
00:10:33.000 Well, he got a little older and somebody, an adult called him something, you know, something offensive.
00:10:42.000 My dad called me the inward my whole life.
00:10:45.000 Hold on.
00:10:45.000 What did you do?
00:10:47.000 Talking about the government punishing someone versus a private.
00:10:51.000 I'm not trying to.
00:10:51.000 If you want the government out of it, I actually agree with you.
00:10:54.000 That's the whole point.
00:10:56.000 The repercussions in this world.
00:11:00.000 Talk shit and get regulated.
00:11:03.000 I'm okay with that.
00:11:04.000 I'm not okay with that.
00:11:06.000 I don't agree with that.
00:11:07.000 Wait, what?
00:11:08.000 This is about someone that went to court.
00:11:09.000 You should be able to speak freely.
00:11:10.000 You should be able to say the inward, not be.
00:11:13.000 I mean.
00:11:14.000 I should be able to slap you and get repercussions for it.
00:11:17.000 Listen, listen, listen.
00:11:17.000 No, no, no.
00:11:19.000 Chats me, but if I feel like hitting you, I will.
00:11:19.000 This idea.
00:11:21.000 Yeah, I mean, that's a man's code.
00:11:23.000 I'm going to argue on this one.
00:11:24.000 I see what you're saying.
00:11:25.000 You're like, you can insult someone and they have no right to hit you.
00:11:28.000 But that's rights are immaterial, law is immaterial.
00:11:32.000 If you go out in the street, it doesn't matter what word you use, you walk up to someone like Jason and you start insulting him for no reason, eventually you're getting smacked.
00:11:39.000 Because that's the real world.
00:11:40.000 But the idea that that's where we live.
00:11:42.000 And you know what's going to happen?
00:11:42.000 No, but.
00:11:43.000 And you know what's going to happen?
00:11:45.000 You know what I think should happen?
00:11:47.000 A good cop would be like, so what happened?
00:11:50.000 You're like, I walked up to him and started insulting him and calling him a bunch of slurs and he smacked you.
00:11:53.000 The cop should go, okay, get out of here.
00:11:55.000 Yeah. 0.51
00:11:55.000 Yeah. 0.51
00:11:56.000 Like, don't we don't.
00:11:56.000 End of story.
00:11:57.000 Somewhat.
00:11:58.000 Jason, to your point, the.
00:12:00.000 The distinction that we have, or in this particular context, is not whether what she did was right or whether the mother would have been within a moral action to slap her.
00:12:12.000 The distinction is because it goes to court and you have the government doing it.
00:12:16.000 That's the distinction.
00:12:17.000 It's not that, oh, she was fine to do it.
00:12:20.000 It's that the government has a prohibition.
00:12:23.000 Here in the United States, the government has a prohibition from enforcing any laws about thought or what your opinion is like.
00:12:31.000 You're getting too deep on the sword thing.
00:12:34.000 You're talking about the people out here, day to day, living stress.
00:12:39.000 It's not too deep because it's a word.
00:12:41.000 Or even a word.
00:12:42.000 You're having a bad day, you get called a word.
00:12:44.000 It's not too deep because it's.
00:12:45.000 It shouldn't be involved in it, but of They're not involved in it.
00:12:48.000 What if they just, what if we just start killing each other?
00:12:51.000 Well, because there's nobody, the cops are like, he called you an end bomb?
00:12:55.000 I don't care.
00:12:55.000 Wait, he punched you in the face 10 times because you called him an end bomb?
00:12:59.000 I don't care.
00:13:00.000 Like, where does it end?
00:13:01.000 I understand the point that you're making, but because in the context of this discussion, we're talking about a court case.
00:13:08.000 Like, that's the whole meat and potatoes of it.
00:13:10.000 Sweet, because I kind of agree with you on that.
00:13:12.000 I don't quit the court.
00:13:13.000 I agree.
00:13:13.000 My question about it.
00:13:14.000 I'm asking you where does it go if we don't.
00:13:18.000 Interject morally.
00:13:20.000 It's the question of where the line is.
00:13:22.000 And we agree as a country, if you're standing there saying naughty words, we're not going to arrest you.
00:13:28.000 And hold on, I'm going to add to this.
00:13:30.000 We also somewhat agree, depending on context, that if someone instigates a fight, we're not going to arrest them for hitting you either.
00:13:37.000 You started the fight.
00:13:38.000 The line is this woman had a kid loot her purse, like steal from her. 0.96
00:13:43.000 If she went and punched that kid in the face, we got a problem, right?
00:13:46.000 It's an eight year old kid, and it is not considered reasonable to strike a child who's stealing from you.
00:13:51.000 It was an applesauce.
00:13:53.000 He's not a cell phone.
00:13:54.000 He wasn't part of a gang or anything like this.
00:13:56.000 So it's not reasonable.
00:13:58.000 Insulting someone is just bad manners and morals.
00:14:02.000 My question, though, is okay, so say there's a fight, a white guy and a black guy.
00:14:05.000 The white guy beats up the black guy and then kills him in the fight or whatever.
00:14:09.000 But then, or, and then there's another situation, a white guy and a black guy get into a fight.
00:14:12.000 The white guy beats up the black guy and kills him.
00:14:14.000 But then you find out he's got swastikas tattooed on him, the N word.
00:14:17.000 He wrote a manifesto about how he wants to kill a black person.
00:14:20.000 Like, all this stuff.
00:14:22.000 Content.
00:14:24.000 Everything's like all through the.
00:14:25.000 Yeah, like all the way to 11.
00:14:27.000 We're talking about gauging intentions.
00:14:28.000 So, in one instance, this guy has shown you a racial intent.
00:14:32.000 So, they will upscale the charges because there were racial intentions.
00:14:38.000 I think that the murder.
00:14:39.000 I don't like it.
00:14:40.000 I think that that's a real thing.
00:14:41.000 It's a thought crime.
00:14:42.000 It's wrong.
00:14:43.000 I don't know how they demonstrate that.
00:14:45.000 Hear me out.
00:14:46.000 I think that he should be charged for first degree murder because it was pre planned.
00:14:49.000 In both instances, I think.
00:14:50.000 In any.
00:14:51.000 If you intentionally.
00:14:52.000 No, because the first thing that you were talking about.
00:14:55.000 Possibly they get into a no, you see, homicide.
00:14:58.000 Stop, let me finish here.
00:14:59.000 Don't, don't.
00:15:00.000 Well, the first one you were talking about, they get into a fight, right?
00:15:04.000 And one guy kills the guy because of the fight, right?
00:15:07.000 That was what you laid out first degree.
00:15:08.000 Let's say that would be okay.
00:15:11.000 So that's second degree murder.
00:15:13.000 That would be first degree.
00:15:14.000 If you knock on the ground, you look at him, and then you decide to go kill him and finish him off.
00:15:17.000 Okay, all right, okay.
00:15:18.000 So either way, look, the point is it's first degree murder.
00:15:23.000 That's all you just change everything, changes depending on what comes out of the person he's talking to.
00:15:28.000 Mouth.
00:15:29.000 The point is, if you plan to kill someone, that is first degree or that is intentional homicide, right?
00:15:37.000 And the racial aspect is really irrelevant because you intended to go kill someone.
00:15:42.000 Are you saying legally it's irrelevant?
00:15:44.000 I don't know.
00:15:45.000 I don't know how hate crimes are actually adjudicated throughout the whole country.
00:15:52.000 But generally, the federal government or the government isn't supposed to be able to say, you had bad, you had hateful intentions, so we're going to go.
00:16:00.000 But Phil, let me just say this, and this is a Personal experience, and I want to go into long things.
00:16:04.000 So, I had this First Amendment lawsuit that went all the way to federal court.
00:16:07.000 I sued the county judge of Dallas, and I brought up this Dallas Morning News article about how when he was in college, he got arrested for doing a panty raid.
00:16:15.000 It went all the way to federal court.
00:16:17.000 Like, you know, I paid a lot of money.
00:16:19.000 In front of the jury, they even admitted they didn't follow the rules of procedure of their own meeting.
00:16:25.000 They had one of the county commissioners kick me out, and they had to take a vote if they want to kick me out, unless the county judge does it.
00:16:30.000 The county judge did not kick me out.
00:16:32.000 They kept on talking about the Constitution.
00:16:33.000 My attorney, that I paid all this money, went on this First Amendment.
00:16:36.000 The federal government gives us the right to say this.
00:16:39.000 My jury was.
00:16:40.000 Four black women, one Hispanic woman, and one white guy.
00:16:43.000 You and I have different perspectives.
00:16:44.000 We respect the Constitution.
00:16:46.000 A lot of people do not respect the Constitution.
00:16:48.000 They believe that that was written during the time of slavery.
00:16:50.000 So they actually hate the Constitution.
00:16:52.000 So they interpret the government exactly the opposite of basically how the majority of us interpret the Constitution.
00:16:58.000 Do you believe that that was the theory of your peers?
00:17:00.000 Not really.
00:17:01.000 But yeah, I know, but it was in Dallas.
00:17:03.000 You know, the left interpretation of the Constitution is that hate speech is not protected under the First Amendment.
00:17:10.000 Yeah.
00:17:11.000 And the right's interpretation is that it is.
00:17:11.000 Yeah.
00:17:13.000 And the left's interpretation is rooted in the fact that blasphemy used to be illegal and that things that are considered objectionable or obscene can be, you can be criminally charged.
00:17:21.000 That's the argument they make and it's functional for them.
00:17:23.000 So it's the church's fault.
00:17:25.000 The church's fault.
00:17:25.000 It's what?
00:17:27.000 To the left, sure.
00:17:29.000 But listen, I don't know how you're going to argue it.
00:17:31.000 Because the founding fathers said that blasphemy was illegal and for 100, 200 years people were being criminally charged for blaspheming.
00:17:38.000 How was the left wrong when they say objectionable material is not protected?
00:17:41.000 To Tim's point, like the left, They don't care about the Constitution at all.
00:17:45.000 They don't really believe any of it, but they will use things that have happened when they're functional because their goal is to exert power.
00:17:51.000 Both sides do that.
00:17:52.000 What are you talking about?
00:17:55.000 I don't know that I agree.
00:17:55.000 I agree.
00:17:56.000 I completely agree.
00:17:57.000 In the same way that the left does, because you know that the left, like, they don't actually believe that there should be any kind of laws when it comes to.
00:18:05.000 Well, let's clarify.
00:18:06.000 I'll just clarify.
00:18:07.000 They believe that there should be.
00:18:08.000 There is a generality on the left to do this and a tendency on the right to do it, meaning you see it a lot on the left and you see it often on the right.
00:18:15.000 So they both do it.
00:18:16.000 And I make this point all the time that I talk to conservatives and they're like, I believe in the Constitution.
00:18:22.000 And then I say, Oh, so you think blasphemy should be illegal?
00:18:24.000 And then, to be fair, some conservatives go, Yes, absolutely.
00:18:28.000 But many will say, No, no, of course not.
00:18:30.000 We shouldn't be arresting.
00:18:31.000 Well, the founding fathers thought if you blasphemed, you should go to jail.
00:18:34.000 And they draft this free speech, but at the same time would lock you up if you insulted.
00:18:38.000 If you were like, even Catholics didn't have rights in a lot of places.
00:18:42.000 So there was just, and for that matter, the Second Amendment, according to the founding fathers, did not grant you the right.
00:18:49.000 Under states' laws to have weapons or protect you from it.
00:18:53.000 If Virginia wanted to ban guns, they were allowed to do it.
00:18:55.000 The federal government, the Constitution, Second Amendment barred the federal government from passing laws on guns, not from states.
00:19:02.000 We've completely changed how we view the Constitution, even on the right.
00:19:06.000 So conservatives will come out and they'll say, I believe in the Constitution, I'm an originalist, and then give you a textualist interpretation.
00:19:13.000 Yep, what he said.
00:19:14.000 Yeah, you see?
00:19:15.000 And if Jason agrees, that means I'm right.
00:19:17.000 No, and I do agree with you, Tim, though.
00:19:18.000 It is like an interpretation of what our Bill of Rights are, and people, like I said, They don't even believe in them, right?
00:19:25.000 Like, they think the whole foundation of our government was built on the backs of slaves.
00:19:29.000 Like, they hate our government.
00:19:30.000 And I can almost understand their perspective a little bit, and I can almost empathize.
00:19:34.000 That's a good point.
00:19:35.000 I completely agree with the left now.
00:19:36.000 No, I can empathize if my great great grandmother was a slave, why I'd hate America.
00:19:41.000 You know, I'm not saying that's my entire point to what I was saying to Tim is like, they hate the Constitution.
00:19:46.000 They don't like America.
00:19:48.000 And so when they say, oh, well, you know, the Constitution says this or the Constitution says that, it's not because they have any kind of love for the government or, I'm sorry, love for the country or for the Constitution.
00:19:56.000 It's because it is a Functional argument and a way to win the debate.
00:20:01.000 But I have to point out that all of it only ever is a functional argument.
00:20:06.000 It's just a question of how willing are you in various situations to apply a functional argument, right?
00:20:15.000 My point is conservatives' arguments on the Constitution apply to an America of the 1960s to the 1990s, and so it seems broad.
00:20:24.000 But outside of the context of our past couple of generations, I would argue that they are as functional arguments as the left's are.
00:20:33.000 It's just a question of what we want to be in this country and what powers we are willing to use to enforce it.
00:20:39.000 So, you know, it's fascinating because I was actually just talking with Lily Tang Williams about this.
00:20:44.000 She said that in communist China, she goes to law school as a teenager and she's very much like the party, very excited.
00:20:51.000 And then she was told by her professor that we are not a nation ruled by laws, we are a nation ruled by men.
00:20:56.000 And that struck her when she began to understand what that meant that the laws were just tools that could be used whenever they needed to control a population.
00:21:05.000 And at the end of the day, that is basically how all governments work.
00:21:10.000 Indeed.
00:21:10.000 So the question is.
00:21:13.000 What is the right willing to do to get the country they want?
00:21:16.000 And the only real thing we're arguing is less so than the left is.
00:21:22.000 The left is willing to exercise whatever power and argument they need to to win and gain power, and the right sometimes does.
00:21:29.000 Yeah, I think that's probably right.
00:21:31.000 I think that's probably correct because the right likes to do it.
00:21:33.000 But don't we want the right to do it all the time?
00:21:35.000 Well, I'm not 100% sure because when you start talking about, you know, if you don't have some kind of moderation, particularly on the right, the right ends up doing things, you know, the right is more.
00:21:46.000 The right is as likely as the left to do.
00:21:49.000 We don't need to say left or right.
00:21:51.000 All humans are as likely to steal power.
00:21:54.000 I'm more thinking about the kind of atrocities that end up happening, right?
00:21:58.000 If you just say, well, exercising power is the ultimate goal.
00:22:02.000 This is the issue of atrocity.
00:22:04.000 How many people died in the Iraq war?
00:22:07.000 I don't know if it was millions.
00:22:07.000 Millions.
00:22:09.000 We're talking about Muslims?
00:22:09.000 Talking about Americans?
00:22:11.000 I think Muslims, it was over like a million.
00:22:12.000 It was something like a million people in Iraq died.
00:22:15.000 Is that an atrocity?
00:22:17.000 The United States invaded a foreign country under false pretext and then the war resulted in the death of a million plus people.
00:22:25.000 So, the point I bring up is that even the concept of an atrocity is relative to the moral perspective of a body politic.
00:22:32.000 Well, it depends.
00:22:33.000 I mean, if it was like, and the reason I say it depends is because with the United States initiating it, you can lay all the blame at the feet of the United States and say, well, you're the one that started it.
00:22:45.000 So, the downstream effects of you initiating this invasion.
00:22:50.000 Is what started, is what caused all these deaths.
00:22:52.000 Estimated 200,000 civilian deaths in the conflict.
00:22:55.000 And so I think, I'll put it like this if the US is to falter and lose, if the left were to win, if China or Russia were to win, history will write that the United States was an evil empire that committed serious atrocities, such as the massacring of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians.
00:23:12.000 Well, I think they're going to write that regardless.
00:23:13.000 But when you say.
00:23:14.000 No, no, no, no, but hold on.
00:23:16.000 They will, but if the United States wins in terms of culture and control, they're not going to let that narrative be the case.
00:23:22.000 That shows you that history is all fake.
00:23:24.000 And I mean, literally, I mean, it's his story.
00:23:29.000 That's what they say.
00:23:29.000 I mean, that's not even a conspiracy.
00:23:31.000 That's like literally history.
00:23:32.000 It's not the etymology of history.
00:23:34.000 Well, I know, but you know what I mean?
00:23:36.000 There's a lot of hidden meaning in these.
00:23:38.000 I know.
00:23:38.000 Come on.
00:23:40.000 I mean, you're just trying.
00:23:41.000 Is it that crazy?
00:23:42.000 His story?
00:23:45.000 I think you could tie that together.
00:23:46.000 I think they connect enough.
00:23:47.000 I hope so.
00:23:48.000 I know, too.
00:23:49.000 That's not the etymology of the word history.
00:23:52.000 Of course it's not, but it's just, you know, there's.
00:23:55.000 Words have power, and I think that it's always his story.
00:23:57.000 How very postmodern of you.
00:23:59.000 Well, I mean, you know, listen, we're trying to have some like philosophical debate about whether or not she called a Somali illegal immigrant the N word and did she get punished like harshly?
00:24:09.000 Is it true the guy that she insulted is like a pedo or something?
00:24:12.000 Yeah, he had been arrested for doing, I think maybe it was a child abuse allegedly.
00:24:16.000 He had, I don't know, a record himself.
00:24:18.000 But my point is, she actually won in this whole thing. 0.92
00:24:20.000 She's got $800,000 GoFundMe.
00:24:23.000 It was, I mean, so really.
00:24:24.000 Give, send, go, I think.
00:24:25.000 I'm just saying, who's the victim in this?
00:24:25.000 Or give, send, go.
00:24:27.000 I mean, I guess maybe us for the first time.
00:24:29.000 It's like.
00:24:29.000 Give me like 43.
00:24:30.000 For the 200 hours of community service, she's actually getting like $4,300 per hour for the community service.
00:24:38.000 Yeah, it's $871,000.
00:24:40.000 Yeah, and she's going to go to like a vet clinic or whatever and pet dogs for 200 hours or whatever. 1.00
00:24:46.000 She doesn't look like a racist, though. 1.00
00:24:48.000 But she's hard. 0.99
00:24:48.000 But then again, she's hard. 0.99
00:24:49.000 I don't think so.
00:24:50.000 So does this whole end of the table.
00:24:52.000 Just that end of the table.
00:24:54.000 You look like the racist you're going to have to face that.
00:24:56.000 I look more racist than him.
00:24:58.000 He looks old.
00:24:59.000 This guy's like the Aryan Brotherhood.
00:25:02.000 Yeah, I got blue eyes.
00:25:03.000 Yeah.
00:25:04.000 Yeah, no, you're suspect.
00:25:05.000 Listen, listen.
00:25:06.000 He's a little more like.
00:25:07.000 I'm black.
00:25:08.000 He's like a smart racist.
00:25:09.000 He's the one.
00:25:10.000 I think I'm like 1% Jewish, so.
00:25:12.000 You're what?
00:25:13.000 Makes me colored.
00:25:14.000 Actually, Nick Fuentes is a Sephardic Jew.
00:25:14.000 Did you hear?
00:25:16.000 We love Nick.
00:25:17.000 Yeah.
00:25:17.000 Shout out, Nick Fuentes.
00:25:18.000 You didn't hear this?
00:25:19.000 No, I don't even know.
00:25:20.000 See, we love Nick Fuentes on this show.
00:25:21.000 Tim's a secret Nick Fuentes stand.
00:25:23.000 He won't admit that.
00:25:24.000 He won't and put this on the record.
00:25:25.000 But yeah, allegedly, he's in a beef with Sneeko, and then Sneeko said that Tim told him privately that he's a Sephardic Jew.
00:25:33.000 So he's not reliable.
00:25:35.000 We love Nick Fuentes.
00:25:36.000 Here's the issue.
00:25:37.000 So I'll explain to Jason. 1.00
00:25:39.000 The reason why she made so much money is because people were tired of cancel culture and people losing their jobs for being racist. 1.00
00:25:45.000 Well, and racist people probably gave her money too. 1.00
00:25:48.000 A ton of them. 0.66
00:25:48.000 Okay. 0.66
00:25:49.000 But the reason why you get to 870,000.
00:25:51.000 These guys, they gave her money for sure.
00:25:52.000 The reason why you get to 870,000 is because this video goes viral and a bunch of lefties were like, Where does she work? 1.00
00:25:59.000 Get her fired.
00:26:00.000 So then people on the right said, You know what?
00:26:02.000 We're done with this. 1.00
00:26:03.000 Let's raise her a million dollars. 1.00
00:26:04.000 Did she get fired? 1.00
00:26:05.000 She might have.
00:26:06.000 But guys, didn't this show how dumb we are as a society when Carmelo and Anthony's Family gets like a million dollar, uh, you know, GoFundMe or whatever, gives him go and then buys a mansion.
00:26:15.000 We'll give anybody our money if it just like makes us feel a little bit better about our political cause.
00:26:21.000 Like, it really kind of shows that we're retarded more than anything.
00:26:23.000 I saw the girl bouncing up and down in the middle.
00:26:25.000 I don't think she did get fired from her job. 1.00
00:26:27.000 She did? 1.00
00:26:28.000 She got fired from being a stripper, but okay. 1.00
00:26:28.000 I don't think she did. 1.00
00:26:30.000 Wait, she's a stripper? 0.95
00:26:31.000 No, I'm kidding.
00:26:32.000 Oh, I was shocked.
00:26:32.000 She's got a little evidence, but I see it.
00:26:36.000 You see it in her eyes.
00:26:37.000 She's definitely danced.
00:26:38.000 I don't mean, she definitely has danced in her past.
00:26:41.000 A hand tattoo is pretty suspect.
00:26:42.000 Yeah, at one point, I know.
00:26:44.000 Yeah, anybody with like, Hand tattoos.
00:26:46.000 You can do it.
00:26:47.000 You can say it.
00:26:47.000 Face tattoos.
00:26:48.000 Anybody.
00:26:49.000 I find suspect.
00:26:50.000 Yeah, if you weren't molested, you're probably an evil person.
00:26:53.000 I think that's kind of how this works.
00:26:55.000 People look at this girl and they think of Irina Zarutska and that dude.
00:26:58.000 Well, this is before that.
00:26:59.000 I know. 0.99
00:26:59.000 Yeah, I've dated like five of her. 0.99
00:27:01.000 Like, Zarutska is that blonde girl that got stabbed in the neck by the big black dude on the bus right before Charlie Kirk was killed and it caused this massive inflammation of anger.
00:27:09.000 And then this girl looks like her.
00:27:10.000 So this is like the justice for Irina Zarutska.
00:27:13.000 Well, but Irina Zarutska was after.
00:27:14.000 Yeah, but it's all.
00:27:15.000 It's the same.
00:27:16.000 You know, and this is going to sound insensitive to Arena, but I was watching this guy's going viral for it's called Retard Maxing, you know, where you just.
00:27:24.000 Yeah.
00:27:24.000 Oh, yeah.
00:27:24.000 You guys are amazing.
00:27:25.000 I'm familiar.
00:27:26.000 Yeah. 0.99
00:27:26.000 Imagine if Arena walked on that, you know, that I think it was a train or whatever it was a bus, and she was acting all crazy and she was acting all, you know, crashed out. 0.99
00:27:34.000 She probably wouldn't have got stabbed.
00:27:35.000 My point is, it's like we almost need to act crazier to fight the crazy.
00:27:39.000 That's how insane it is.
00:27:40.000 Like when you go on a subway, like you're going to get stabbed if you just try to act like a normal person in society.
00:27:44.000 Haven't you seen Die Hard 2 or whatever when Sam Jackson walks up to McClain?
00:27:49.000 And he's wearing the sandwich board that says, I hate him.
00:27:51.000 And then he's like, act crazy now.
00:27:52.000 And so I go, like, and then people get scared.
00:27:55.000 I'm saying, well, they beat him up anyway.
00:27:56.000 It's like that's the only way to fight the craziness of the world is to almost act crazy.
00:28:00.000 But you don't want to become truly crazy.
00:28:02.000 That's the danger of doing that.
00:28:04.000 Well, Ian would know.
00:28:04.000 I mean, Andy Coffin.
00:28:05.000 He's gone to the print.
00:28:06.000 He's written a lot of manifestos about it.
00:28:08.000 I used to walk alone at night in New York with my jacket hunched over, like I was going to murder somebody, just looking at people as a psycho.
00:28:14.000 And people would move out of my way and avoid me and be like, that's not my target.
00:28:18.000 You're not doing that now?
00:28:19.000 Well, I kind of like embodied that lifestyle.
00:28:22.000 Now I'm like.
00:28:22.000 You got a full trench coat you showed up with in the summer.
00:28:26.000 It's July.
00:28:26.000 I know.
00:28:27.000 I changed my personality by.
00:28:28.000 Force, like it was forced upon you because as a defense mechanism, because New York is so dangerous, trying to find Noah's Ark with a whip or some shit.
00:28:37.000 Good luck, dude.
00:28:38.000 I, you know, it's funny.
00:28:39.000 What about a live whipping of the child?
00:28:42.000 Not, not bad skin break, like, but the child, like if she'd smashed it for stealing, like a rubber hose, right?
00:28:50.000 The kid was stealing, it doesn't break the skin. 1.00
00:28:52.000 The lady, she would have the end bomb. 0.99
00:28:54.000 It's like, well, you go up after him for a couple of lashings. 0.99
00:28:57.000 Okay, so if the kid, what if she banged the child?
00:28:59.000 If they caught it on video and the kid was stealing out of her. 1.00
00:29:02.000 Purse, this is all on video, and she was like, Hey, and smacked the kid.
00:29:05.000 There was no video, would she be in trouble for that?
00:29:07.000 Yes, what are you doing?
00:29:08.000 Yes, you can't.
00:29:09.000 What do you do if a person's stealing from you and you grab the thing?
00:29:13.000 It's a child, you grab him and take the thing back, and it's a squirrel on his way.
00:29:17.000 What?
00:29:18.000 An elf, man, squirrel.
00:29:19.000 They were charging squirrels.
00:29:21.000 A squirrel?
00:29:22.000 That's a good point.
00:29:23.000 I didn't think of that.
00:29:24.000 What kind of squirrel?
00:29:25.000 You're a queen of the child's baby.
00:29:27.000 It worked, squirrel.
00:29:29.000 What kind of exactly?
00:29:30.000 What colored squirrel was it?
00:29:31.000 That's a good question.
00:29:32.000 Well, it was aware.
00:29:33.000 I went to catch it.
00:29:34.000 There are black squirrels all over campus.
00:29:35.000 Yeah.
00:29:35.000 The black squirrels.
00:29:36.000 The albino squirrels are the real, like, whatever ones.
00:29:39.000 No, the albino squirrels are never taking food from anybody.
00:29:39.000 You ever seen them?
00:29:41.000 I love them, like, smacking their hands.
00:29:43.000 They're going to break his face. 1.00
00:29:44.000 I'm saying if she smacks his hand away from her purse. 1.00
00:29:47.000 You're assaulting a child. 1.00
00:29:49.000 The kid's stealing.
00:29:50.000 I don't care about it.
00:29:51.000 Hold on, hold on.
00:29:51.000 I don't have your hand.
00:29:52.000 Let's go.
00:29:53.000 Let's go.
00:29:53.000 Phil, Phil, Phil, Phil, stop, stop, stop.
00:29:55.000 Okay, guys.
00:29:55.000 17.
00:29:56.000 I want to hear Ian out of this.
00:29:57.000 Ian, why do you think we should strike children?
00:29:59.000 What if it's a 17 year old kid, a child, stealing from your wallet and you smack his hand away?
00:30:05.000 Is that assault?
00:30:06.000 Yes, let's be fair.
00:30:08.000 No, not a 17 year old.
00:30:10.000 Not a 17 year old.
00:30:11.000 No.
00:30:12.000 I steal your wallet and you smack it out of your wallet out of my hand.
00:30:15.000 You get charged with assault.
00:30:16.000 Yes, sir.
00:30:17.000 I'm stopping a theft.
00:30:18.000 Yes.
00:30:19.000 But if you shoot an attempted murder, you're okay.
00:30:22.000 Wait.
00:30:23.000 But if you slap it in, it's just the craziest shit.
00:30:26.000 All the way.
00:30:27.000 What you're saying, if you kill someone in self defense.
00:30:28.000 Which is real, like, that's a debate.
00:30:30.000 What are you talking about?
00:30:31.000 You're saying that if you kill someone in self defense, it's okay.
00:30:33.000 I didn't say kill.
00:30:34.000 I said it's pretty well documented.
00:30:36.000 So let's listen.
00:30:37.000 It's you.
00:30:38.000 To get it back, you can press charges.
00:30:41.000 You might not get them, but you, you, what about people that break into houses and get hurt?
00:30:45.000 That's like only in California.
00:30:46.000 That's like only in California where a guy fell through like a guy's glass roof and then he got, he got charges, he got cut.
00:30:51.000 Wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:30:52.000 When a house is fighting, you can't, you can't hit first.
00:30:56.000 This is an important argument.
00:30:57.000 I think stealing is, okay, Ian, hold on.
00:30:59.000 There are very few states.
00:31:01.000 Ian, there are very few states that allows you to use force to recover property.
00:31:05.000 I think Texas is one of them.
00:31:07.000 But I understand your argument.
00:31:09.000 If a man came up to me to grab my stuff and I swung at him, Because he's stealing from me.
00:31:14.000 Yeah, I wouldn't want a person going to jail because he's being robbed.
00:31:17.000 But yeah, actually, we've talked about this on the show.
00:31:19.000 I think Texas might be one of the only states where you're allowed to use force against someone to recover property.
00:31:24.000 So if you catch him in the act, I imagine it's different than after the fact going after them to get your property back.
00:31:28.000 You know, people just be at Target.
00:31:30.000 If I steal something and they put their hands on me, I can charge them.
00:31:33.000 Yeah, it's nuts.
00:31:34.000 But it's not their property.
00:31:36.000 And there's a distinction.
00:31:37.000 It's still, I'm just saying the law, because I had a friend that was security at Target, and he said people would steal stuff and he'd just walk out with them.
00:31:45.000 Because he couldn't do anything.
00:31:47.000 He wasn't allowed to put his hands on him.
00:31:48.000 I'm like, what's the point of you being there?
00:31:50.000 He's like, I don't know.
00:31:51.000 I'm just telling you that's my job.
00:31:52.000 Now, let's clarify the someone's going to kill you point.
00:31:55.000 If you are only allowed to use force, lethal force, against someone if there is an active threat, meaning if someone shoots at you and misses and then throws the gun to the side, you can't shoot them.
00:32:09.000 Only to stop them from trying to shoot.
00:32:11.000 So, similar would be if they're in the process of trying to steal from you, as opposed to they got your thing and they're running around.
00:32:16.000 Now you're defending yourself.
00:32:17.000 Yeah.
00:32:17.000 If you're defending yourself from an attempted theft, like your purse or a kid stealing your.
00:32:22.000 Applesauce, whatever.
00:32:24.000 I don't care what it is.
00:32:25.000 If it's your property and someone's taking it, whether they're a six year old animal or a 40 year old animal, I don't care.
00:32:30.000 You have a right to defend yourself.
00:32:31.000 A horse.
00:32:31.000 You're going after squirrels.
00:32:32.000 Let's just get the game out of it.
00:32:34.000 Because humans are animals.
00:32:35.000 Stupid animals.
00:32:36.000 Ian, I got to be honest.
00:32:37.000 If a seagull snatched your wallet and you just whacked it and it died, no one would care.
00:32:43.000 I disagree.
00:32:45.000 If a bald eagle came and took your sub sandwich and you hit it, you'd be a federal offense.
00:32:50.000 But what if it took you to go to a federal prison?
00:32:53.000 What if it takes your wallet?
00:32:54.000 For your video, they're going to edit it where it looks like you just punched it for no reason.
00:33:00.000 Ian, if a bald eagle takes your stuff, you let that eagle take it.
00:33:03.000 If a bald eagle takes your ride home.
00:33:05.000 If a bald eagle takes something from you, you leave it alone because if you hurt that bald eagle, it is a federal offense and you will go to federal prison.
00:33:05.000 Let me finish.
00:33:13.000 Yeah, but what if it's something you need?
00:33:15.000 Oh, my God.
00:33:16.000 It doesn't matter, dude.
00:33:16.000 It's your insulin.
00:33:17.000 It's your diabetes medicine, dude.
00:33:19.000 It is your diabetes medicine.
00:33:20.000 It takes your livelihood away.
00:33:21.000 You're like, just let it take it.
00:33:22.000 If you.
00:33:23.000 Wait.
00:33:23.000 If a vehicle took your livelihood, it takes your car keys.
00:33:26.000 It is a.
00:33:26.000 That's your life.
00:33:27.000 It's your only ride and your 40 miles away.
00:33:27.000 It is a.
00:33:29.000 Medication.
00:33:29.000 I think we have medication.
00:33:30.000 It is a.
00:33:31.000 You're like, just let it take it.
00:33:33.000 That's the right thing to do.
00:33:34.000 If you're on top of Man Everest and you really need to drive, it is a federal offense.
00:33:38.000 It is a federal offense to harm any kind of hawk, either anything.
00:33:43.000 What was that?
00:33:44.000 Yeah, any migratory birds, right?
00:33:46.000 So it is a federal offense that is covered under the U.S. Fish and Wildlife.
00:33:50.000 And the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Police, they are armed to the teeth because they go out into the woods by themselves and they.
00:33:58.000 Frequently run into people that have guns because they're going out there trying to enforce laws about hunting and stuff.
00:34:04.000 You will go to federal prison if you hurt a bald eagle or a hawk or any kind of migratory bird.
00:34:10.000 So, I have a question.
00:34:11.000 What if the squirrel is trying to break into your house?
00:34:13.000 Squirrel's not a bird.
00:34:14.000 Shoot it on sight.
00:34:15.000 Can't you shoot it on sight?
00:34:16.000 I don't think you have a question.
00:34:18.000 Don't shoot a squirrel like nine mil, it vaporizes.
00:34:22.000 I have shot a lot of squirrels in New Hampshire.
00:34:25.000 For breaking into your house?
00:34:25.000 Well, not for breaking in, but because they get in.
00:34:27.000 What color were the squirrels?
00:34:29.000 Uh, let's not talk about that.
00:34:30.000 But if you're out in the woods and the eagle, the bald eagle, takes your car keys, all of your what are you saying?
00:34:35.000 Listen, all of are you saying you'll let the bald eagle take these?
00:34:38.000 Are these arguments?
00:34:39.000 Listen, these are arguments.
00:34:40.000 You're actually insane.
00:34:41.000 You are insane, but these are arguments.
00:34:43.000 I'm saying I don't like the key.
00:34:44.000 Hold on, I don't like the key analogy, but if they took my medicine, my like, let's say they took my dad's diabetes, these are arguments you make in court.
00:34:52.000 Every pin, a guy's having a friggin' what is this?
00:34:55.000 When is this going to happen?
00:34:56.000 It's never going to happen.
00:34:57.000 Hey, bald eagles are going to swoop down and steal your dad's diabetes medicine.
00:35:01.000 Well, then.
00:35:03.000 These are arguments that your lawyer will make in court, but it doesn't change the fact that you will be breaking a federal law and the feds will have the authority to pick you up about it.
00:35:14.000 No, please don't ask another question from that answer.
00:35:17.000 Please.
00:35:19.000 It comes back to the same thing.
00:35:20.000 He's going to say it again about the bird.
00:35:23.000 Same rule applies the whole time.
00:35:25.000 If you're a He Man and the bird steals your sword and now you can't have the power to be the master of the universe, kill the bird.
00:35:31.000 Shit.
00:35:32.000 No, thank you.
00:35:33.000 Thank you.
00:35:34.000 Thank you.
00:35:36.000 So you're saying, Oh my God, shut up!
00:35:38.000 You guys are saying, Let Skeletor win.
00:35:39.000 Let's talk about something else.
00:35:41.000 Oh, please, Tim.
00:35:42.000 What I'm wondering is, I'm going to debate politics this time in my life.
00:35:47.000 It's illegal to smack a thief.
00:35:49.000 We get it, we get it.
00:35:50.000 But it's not bullshit.
00:35:51.000 It's a long thing to do.
00:35:53.000 Here's a story from Fox News.
00:35:55.000 Chaos erupts.
00:35:56.000 This House passes a $1.15 trillion defense bill with Israel provision.
00:36:01.000 Quote, stop stoking Jew hatred.
00:36:04.000 Democrats and Republican skeptics join forces against Section 209 while transgender provisions further split the vote.
00:36:10.000 I'm going to say this.
00:36:12.000 The NDAA has the Save Act, the trans thing, the Israel thing.
00:36:16.000 You are all insane.
00:36:17.000 All members of Congress are insane.
00:36:20.000 This is just the stupidest thing ever.
00:36:21.000 And it shows we are completely dysfunctional when they're like, We're going to authorize the military to go to war and require IDs to vote and grant trans rights and also integrate our military technology with Israel.
00:36:34.000 I'm just like, there's no Congress anymore.
00:36:37.000 We're not actually passing bills.
00:36:37.000 Nope.
00:36:39.000 Everything's anomalous.
00:36:40.000 What they're doing is they're getting the tiny bits from the bottom of the Play Doh canisters and mashing them all together and then telling you they made a model of something.
00:36:47.000 And you're like, that's not a thing.
00:36:48.000 Yeah, I don't think our military isn't integrated enough with Israel.
00:36:51.000 I feel like we need to be like Benjamin Netanyahu needs to be like leading our troops.
00:36:56.000 So I'm a little frustrated with the bill.
00:36:58.000 I don't think it went far enough.
00:37:00.000 The reality of what the Section 219 is, is they're looking to put the US and Israel more in because it's not integrating our militaries.
00:37:15.000 It's at an what?
00:37:17.000 It's technology.
00:37:18.000 Yeah, it's integrating technology and weapons.
00:37:20.000 But one of the biggest problems is if that enters, because right now we've already got a lot of intertwined stuff with Israel and stuff.
00:37:29.000 And one of the.
00:37:30.000 And Australia, yeah, all of our.
00:37:32.000 Hold on, hold on, hold on.
00:37:33.000 But the point is, if you intertwine things like that in the future, if there's some kind of problem, it's hard to undo it, right?
00:37:41.000 Like, it's not as easy because, like, look at the stuff that went on with Anthropic.
00:37:46.000 Mike Benz was talking about this last night.
00:37:48.000 The stuff that went on with Anthropic and the Department of War, right?
00:37:51.000 Part of the reason, like, Anthropic is still working with the Department of War because they have programs that Anthropic's AI was involved in.
00:37:59.000 They have to pull those things out.
00:38:02.000 You can't just yank all of the Anthropic software out and replace it with new stuff because you're dealing with, like, Sensitive topics you're dealing with, with you know, multi level, uh, multi clearance programs and stuff like that.
00:38:14.000 So, to get that stuff out, it's a lot of work, and that's one of the worst things about the whole 219 thing is if you integrate like that, it gets real hard to take it out.
00:38:23.000 And it's like, so we were talking about the uh, the the the Trump administration authorizing the Saudis to have nuclear reactors, right?
00:38:32.000 Because so they can make nuclear power.
00:38:34.000 But, but what if a bald eagle comes?
00:38:37.000 I'm gonna, I got my gun on me, I will shoot myself.
00:38:40.000 If you do that, Tim.
00:38:41.000 Unironically, I do want to make this point.
00:38:43.000 And, like, there's the conspiracy side of it.
00:38:45.000 It's like they've already been integrated.
00:38:46.000 Now it's just kind of like, hey, look, now it's on paper and they're going to have access to our technology.
00:38:51.000 But then I can also look at it unironically in favor of it because maybe it'll stop Israel from bombing Beirut.
00:38:58.000 So maybe we'll have more control over them going into Lebanon or Egypt or Turkey.
00:39:02.000 I mean, I can't go wrong, but maybe now that we're more integrated.
00:39:05.000 Let me finish my point.
00:39:06.000 Let me finish my point.
00:39:08.000 The situation with Saudi Arabia that I was talking about, right?
00:39:10.000 So the U.S. is talking about giving.
00:39:12.000 Nuclear reactors to Saudi Arabia, which likely would lead to Saudi Arabia having nuclear weapons because it's a small step.
00:39:20.000 The Trump administration, after Saudi Arabia signed the deal, they said, okay, now as a stipulation after the fact, you have to join the Abraham Accords and recognize Israel diplomatically, which means that the Saudis are probably going to say, no, we don't want to do the deal.
00:39:37.000 And if you give Israel that kind of influence over them, that kind of Integration with the military, those kind of things happen in the future.
00:39:45.000 So, there could be a deal that the U.S. is trying to do with the UAE that's beneficial to both parties.
00:39:51.000 And Israel steps in and says, No, we don't want this because we don't like the UAE or we don't like this.
00:39:55.000 And you don't want your country to have their sovereignty overridden by a third country.
00:40:01.000 Like, that's something that the U.S. should be very, very wary of.
00:40:03.000 Live in a sovereign country?
00:40:05.000 Look, I'm not going to.
00:40:06.000 That's not the argument we're having, right?
00:40:08.000 What we're talking about, 219.
00:40:10.000 Do you want to change the subject?
00:40:11.000 No, no, I'm just saying.
00:40:12.000 Because you want to derail it.
00:40:13.000 It's like Ian 2 over here.
00:40:14.000 I don't want to derail it, but I think it's germane to this whole entire thing.
00:40:18.000 I'm just saying.
00:40:19.000 I think there's an argument, and Tucker said it, and there's been multiple people who have said it.
00:40:23.000 Do we live in a sovereign country like that?
00:40:25.000 Okay, so are you asking, does Israel control our country?
00:40:28.000 Do they have a lot of.
00:40:29.000 Are you asking if Israel.
00:40:30.000 Just say it if you're going to say it, okay?
00:40:32.000 Stop dancing around like a pussy.
00:40:34.000 I'm just saying, listen, if somebody's going to say, you know, Alex, the pharmaceutical lobbyists pay a lot more than AIPAC, that's probably true, but is our healthcare system good here in America?
00:40:44.000 No.
00:40:45.000 Exactly not.
00:40:46.000 Actually, no, hold on.
00:40:47.000 The healthcare system in the United States is the best in the world.
00:40:51.000 Paying for it's the problem.
00:40:52.000 We make the vast majority of the advances and we have the best service in the whole world.
00:40:58.000 It's just that it's super expensive.
00:41:00.000 The U.S. makes us the vast majority of advances are made in the U.S. When it comes to actually people that actually go to the doctor.
00:41:08.000 Have you been to the doctor?
00:41:09.000 Yeah.
00:41:10.000 You're saying it's excellent service?
00:41:12.000 It's better than anywhere else in the world.
00:41:15.000 Just because it's not perfect.
00:41:18.000 Let me make this point.
00:41:19.000 Yeah.
00:41:19.000 I have.
00:41:20.000 I was in Turkey.
00:41:22.000 But listen, Nigeria had a lower.
00:41:24.000 Let me just make this point, though.
00:41:25.000 They keep saying America has the best healthcare system.
00:41:27.000 Nigeria had a lower COVID mortality rate than America.
00:41:31.000 We've already derailed and we're talking about COVID.
00:41:33.000 I'm just saying.
00:41:34.000 Look, the point that I'm making is.
00:41:35.000 How is Nigeria better at handling COVID than America?
00:41:38.000 The point that I'm making is 219 is bad.
00:41:40.000 The Section 219 of the NDAA is bad.
00:41:43.000 We don't want to have other countries overriding deals that we're trying to do with third parties.
00:41:49.000 I agree.
00:41:50.000 So then why'd you derail the conversation?
00:41:52.000 I don't want to derail.
00:41:53.000 I just think there's, you know, other topics that are associated with this.
00:41:56.000 Entire, you know, talk so okay.
00:41:58.000 So, to your other point or the other comment that you implied because you were too much of a coward to actually say that Israel controls everything, yeah.
00:42:05.000 Okay, there you go.
00:42:06.000 Israel, okay, Israel, United States donate to 95% of our United States and special interest groups.
00:42:11.000 I think you just admitted this.
00:42:12.000 The United States is not a client nation to Israel.
00:42:17.000 Well, Bill Clinton wondered if that was true or not.
00:42:19.000 The United States, if the United States is not a client country, a client nation to Israel, Israel does have.
00:42:27.000 An over, like, have over representation in our government.
00:42:31.000 You just lost the debate.
00:42:33.000 Only could you yell.
00:42:34.000 I'm just saying.
00:42:35.000 Look at it.
00:42:36.000 I can yell too.
00:42:38.000 Hold on there.
00:42:39.000 Alice, I got to say, Phil can yell way better than you.
00:42:39.000 Hold on.
00:42:42.000 I agree.
00:42:43.000 Yeah, he loses as a professional.
00:42:45.000 I can't yell.
00:42:46.000 I'm just saying, they're over integrated.
00:42:48.000 So we.
00:42:49.000 So there's a difference.
00:42:50.000 I'm not saying that they run the government, but.
00:42:51.000 That's what you literally just said.
00:42:53.000 That's why I specifically asked you.
00:42:55.000 I specifically asked you.
00:42:57.000 And I called you names about it.
00:42:59.000 Hold on.
00:42:59.000 Overgeneralization.
00:43:01.000 You said something.
00:43:02.000 Crazer than that.
00:43:02.000 He said, Do we have a sovereign nation?
00:43:05.000 Sometimes it doesn't seem like we do, honestly.
00:43:07.000 Why?
00:43:08.000 Because it seems like special interest groups.
00:43:10.000 Hold on.
00:43:11.000 Special interest groups don't.
00:43:12.000 If you have like a pharmaceutical lobby, you're still a sovereign nation.
00:43:16.000 But when you say, Are we a sovereign nation? you're implying another government has power over us.
00:43:20.000 Yes, because what I think is, I think America is leading the charge of globalism.
00:43:24.000 And we bring up Alex Jones.
00:43:25.000 We talked about this for years.
00:43:27.000 I'm an anti globalist.
00:43:28.000 And I think America is leading the charge in globalism.
00:43:31.000 So once we make that our objective, To be the global leader of the world, yeah, it makes us less sovereign.
00:43:37.000 That's my argument.
00:43:38.000 What's wrong with globalization?
00:43:40.000 Are you kidding?
00:43:41.000 I mean, what's wrong with.
00:43:42.000 I'm asking you a question so you can explain yourself.
00:43:43.000 Why are you mad?
00:43:44.000 Because I get frustrated because.
00:43:46.000 I didn't say it was for globalization.
00:43:47.000 America should be America.
00:43:49.000 We don't need to be America, Mexico, and you think that.
00:43:51.000 And so I don't.
00:43:52.000 So our sovereignty.
00:43:53.000 This is the important question because what you're saying is you don't want everything to be one nation.
00:43:59.000 Of course.
00:43:59.000 Because there are other interpretations of globalization, it's just an over.
00:44:04.000 Like an umbrella.
00:44:05.000 Do you like the euro?
00:44:06.000 You like the euro?
00:44:07.000 I didn't say I was in favor of all of this.
00:44:10.000 My point is some people would argue that globalization is more like.
00:44:14.000 There was an international adjudicating body for disputes.
00:44:17.000 America would remain sovereign within its own borders.
00:44:19.000 And Mexico would.
00:44:21.000 But instead of war, you have lawsuits.
00:44:23.000 Yeah, but it's funny because that same lobby that you're insinuating considers Benjamin Netanyahu a war criminal and then Mayor Momdani.
00:44:28.000 And I'm not even trying to get on that thing, says, I want to arrest him.
00:44:31.000 I'm not saying Netanyahu should be arrested, but I'm saying we do have these governing bodies.
00:44:34.000 So you're an anti-war.
00:44:35.000 No, we don't.
00:44:36.000 I'm saying we have multinational governing bodies that we didn't listen to.
00:44:39.000 So it's all fake.
00:44:39.000 Bro, New York is a rogue state.
00:44:42.000 Alex, dude.
00:44:42.000 That's an exaggeration.
00:44:43.000 The Secretary of State just last week came out and specifically made.
00:44:49.000 A statement saying that the International Criminal Court has no jurisdiction in the United States.
00:44:54.000 When the Secretary of State comes out and says that, that means the policy of the United States is we don't give a shit what you think.
00:45:01.000 Well, I like Marco Rubio, but his shoes don't fit.
00:45:03.000 So that's like, I mean, Zorhan Mamdani should be in jail.
00:45:07.000 For what?
00:45:08.000 Violating the Logan Act.
00:45:10.000 For what?
00:45:10.000 For trying to put another four years.
00:45:11.000 Putting a public statement out saying that you, first of all, he threatened to arrest Netanyahu several times.
00:45:15.000 I don't even like Netanyahu.
00:45:17.000 I've said it several times.
00:45:18.000 He's got to go.
00:45:19.000 A lot of people in Israel don't.
00:45:20.000 Exactly.
00:45:20.000 That's what I'm saying.
00:45:21.000 I think Israel would be better off without him.
00:45:22.000 But, um, Zurmamdani, as a mayor, issued a statement, a threat of force against a foreign dignitary, which is a violation of the Logan Act explicitly.
00:45:32.000 Explicitly.
00:45:33.000 He should be arrested and charged for it.
00:45:35.000 We cannot have mayors threatening U.S. foreign policy.
00:45:40.000 We can't have that.
00:45:40.000 We probably shouldn't have presidents doing crypto schemes either, but rules for the end have for me.
00:45:45.000 You know what I mean?
00:45:47.000 Okay.
00:45:48.000 I'm saying whether it's Trump or Blanche, there's different rules for people in power than you and I, is what I'm trying to say, would be my argument.
00:45:57.000 I know you want to charge him.
00:45:59.000 You've not addressed the argument at all.
00:46:00.000 You want to say that, oh, he should be charged for the Logan Act?
00:46:02.000 Well, he's a mayor of New York.
00:46:03.000 I would not.
00:46:04.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:46:04.000 He's a mayor.
00:46:05.000 But they're going to say, oh, well, he's speaking hyperbolically.
00:46:08.000 No, he's not.
00:46:09.000 Are you joking?
00:46:10.000 That's what they're going to say.
00:46:12.000 He's been issued several statements.
00:46:13.000 Do you think he should face any sort of legal.
00:46:15.000 Of course not, because we were in a nation of cowards.
00:46:18.000 We agree.
00:46:19.000 We agree.
00:46:20.000 We used to be a nation of conquerors.
00:46:21.000 Now we're a nation of cowards.
00:46:22.000 Oh, but Zoran said, but if I arrest him, people will get mad at me.
00:46:28.000 I. Listen, I'm just telling you, I think America is leading the charge of globalism.
00:46:32.000 And I'm of course, they've always been called a liberal economic order.
00:46:35.000 So when you guys say, Oh, do we live in a sovereign country?
00:46:37.000 I that's why that would be my argument to that.
00:46:39.000 But our nation conquering other nations doesn't mean we're not sovereign.
00:46:44.000 No, actually, I think us conquering other nations takes away our sovereignty, right?
00:46:48.000 Like Puerto Rico adding, you know, yes, giving them, should Puerto Ricans have the right to vote?
00:46:53.000 No, hold on, I have a question.
00:46:55.000 They do have the right to vote.
00:46:57.000 Well, I'm saying, should they be the 51st state or should they be the 52nd state?
00:47:01.000 Should the U.S. have returned Mexico after the war?
00:47:06.000 The Mexican America or the Texas, Mexico?
00:47:08.000 We took the West to California, but we gave back large portions like Baja California.
00:47:13.000 Should we have kept it?
00:47:15.000 Probably not.
00:47:16.000 We should probably give them some. 0.98
00:47:17.000 You know, I like big booty Latinos.
00:47:18.000 We should not have kept it.
00:47:19.000 I'm saying I like big booty Latinos.
00:47:20.000 Should we give California back?
00:47:22.000 Not necessarily, but I will tell you.
00:47:24.000 Why shouldn't Puerto Ricans?
00:47:24.000 I think we should give immigration rights to Mexicans over Mumbai Indians that are using HRB visa scams.
00:47:29.000 So I'm more pro Mexican than I am.
00:47:31.000 None of that.
00:47:32.000 End all immigration for 10 years.
00:47:35.000 You know what? 1.00
00:47:35.000 Big booty libido's Latinas as well. 1.00
00:47:37.000 Especially Australia.
00:47:38.000 I'm saying, you know, but Phil, can we not argue, though, that a Mexican from the Baja has at least a little more claim to America than somebody from Mumbai?
00:47:49.000 Only Americans born in America, to American parents, in my opinion, have any sort of claim to the United States.
00:47:58.000 There is a slew of people that we saw last summer protesting ICE, waving Mexican flags, saying that they hate America and they protest ICE.
00:48:08.000 Those people have no claim to America, even if they're.
00:48:12.000 First generation Americans, or if they're illegal immigrants, they have no claim to America at all.
00:48:19.000 I'm just saying, I feel like you know, the Mexican has a little more claim than somebody from India.
00:48:23.000 Do I have any claim?
00:48:23.000 That's what.
00:48:24.000 Were you born in America?
00:48:26.000 Boom.
00:48:26.000 Are you an American?
00:48:27.000 Are you a citizen?
00:48:28.000 Well, but hold on, you are white.
00:48:30.000 Oh, that's what I'm waiting for.
00:48:31.000 Are you a citizen?
00:48:32.000 Are you a citizen?
00:48:32.000 Is that okay?
00:48:33.000 You have a green card?
00:48:35.000 Well, then you don't have a claim to America because you're not a citizen.
00:48:37.000 He thinks you should be deported.
00:48:37.000 He thinks you should be deported.
00:48:40.000 Well, so no, because no, no, because I said all illegal immigrants.
00:48:45.000 Okay, wow.
00:48:46.000 Oh, yeah, now you're splitting hairs trying to change what I said.
00:48:48.000 Because it was like, as a person that came to this country and struggled, immigrant, and had, I'll give you one more and then we'll see.
00:48:59.000 I've seen you fight, dude.
00:49:01.000 Just shut up.
00:49:02.000 Anyway, I came here legally.
00:49:02.000 Okay.
00:49:06.000 And I had to get, you sure?
00:49:06.000 I did win that fight.
00:49:08.000 I had to get, like, I had to get lawyers and I had to get people to write me letters.
00:49:13.000 My job, I was the only person.
00:49:15.000 That could do the job, and I just so happened to fill a spot that was not a spot that anyone else was taking.
00:49:22.000 Like, it was pretty serious.
00:49:23.000 I had a child here, and they were like, We don't really care about that.
00:49:27.000 What are you doing here?
00:49:29.000 And I had to, like, Tony Hawk wrote me a letter and said he's the guy for the job.
00:49:33.000 And that was a lot, lawyers and all the, I went in, and then they gave it to me.
00:49:37.000 It was a big deal.
00:49:38.000 It was very hard, not to mention all the things I did to get to that spot to have the money to have a lawyer to let me have a green card for athlete visas for 12 years before that.
00:49:50.000 I had a, was it a P3, I think?
00:49:52.000 I can't remember.
00:49:53.000 P1?
00:49:53.000 Anyway, so all that to get in here legally, someone else just walks over.
00:50:00.000 There is a part of me that goes, hey, man, like, I never did.
00:50:05.000 There were guys in skateboarding that did come here and tried to stay illegally because they couldn't get the money for the thing.
00:50:11.000 And then they got caught crossing the border, seven year ban.
00:50:15.000 And I was like, well, we knew that.
00:50:17.000 So if you do that, that's your fault.
00:50:19.000 Nobody was like the government's.
00:50:21.000 Mean for sending you back.
00:50:23.000 Like, we knew you get caught with no visa at seven years.
00:50:26.000 Like, that's your skateboard career.
00:50:28.000 It's putting that on the line.
00:50:29.000 Yeah, P visas are athletes.
00:50:31.000 Yeah.
00:50:31.000 So I had a six year one twice and then I got a green card.
00:50:36.000 But to get a P1 visa from a skateboard company, I was top five in the world, like, really in there.
00:50:44.000 And they're like, all right, we'll take care of them.
00:50:45.000 You know how hard it was to get that?
00:50:47.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:50:47.000 Like, so that was a piece of me that's like, you guys, you need to go in legally.
00:50:52.000 That's it.
00:50:52.000 Too bad.
00:50:53.000 Do you know how bad their lives are?
00:50:54.000 I don't.
00:50:56.000 And mine wasn't.
00:50:57.000 I wasn't in poverty.
00:50:59.000 Nobody was trying to murder me in Australia.
00:51:01.000 I probably could have got a job.
00:51:02.000 It's pretty cheap.
00:51:03.000 It's probably P1.
00:51:05.000 P1 is athletes, individual athletes.
00:51:07.000 Because I remember thinking, one of the coolest, at the time, that was the coolest thing that I'd done in my life.
00:51:15.000 I had a P1 visa.
00:51:16.000 So when I go to Australia, people were like, I can go whenever I want.
00:51:20.000 How?
00:51:21.000 Athlete visa, mate.
00:51:22.000 Well, so it means, but P1 means you're internationally recognized as a top tier athlete in your field.
00:51:27.000 Yeah.
00:51:28.000 That's a big deal.
00:51:29.000 Because I remember all the letters that everyone had to write.
00:51:32.000 Because I just remember thinking I'll go in with my wife and my daughter and it'll be done.
00:51:36.000 And they were like, this doesn't mean anything to us.
00:51:39.000 I know a lot of people who skate and they got O visas, and that just means extraordinary ability.
00:51:46.000 There's an O visa?
00:51:47.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:51:48.000 But so just understand when you got a P visa, they're basically saying you're one of the best in the world.
00:51:51.000 I was.
00:51:53.000 A lot of people want to argue that these days on YouTube chat, but it's because I'm old.
00:51:53.000 Yes.
00:51:59.000 YouTube chat, they're terrible.
00:52:01.000 I know.
00:52:02.000 It pays me, but it also chips away at my.
00:52:05.000 It's good for me.
00:52:06.000 I like being insulted because it's like you're nothing.
00:52:09.000 You know what I mean?
00:52:10.000 And I go on YouTube chat to be refreshed that every day.
00:52:15.000 Just in case you thought you were special.
00:52:16.000 Your ego in check.
00:52:17.000 You're not.
00:52:17.000 You suck.
00:52:19.000 I get it all the time.
00:52:19.000 You're worse than.
00:52:20.000 Yeah, but I'm very much in favor of legal immigration.
00:52:25.000 Yeah.
00:52:25.000 And I'm not.
00:52:27.000 I think legal immigration is worse.
00:52:28.000 You think I should go?
00:52:30.000 Yeah, probably.
00:52:30.000 Because you took a job from an American skater, you know?
00:52:35.000 They're probably good at it.
00:52:36.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:52:37.000 It was on the table. 0.96
00:52:37.000 There's an American skater. 0.96
00:52:38.000 If you beat me, you can have it.
00:52:40.000 Uh-oh, looks like he can't.
00:52:41.000 Suck a butt.
00:52:42.000 The reason why I say that is because literally what's happening with our H 1B visa scam, it's like, you know, that's a.
00:52:49.000 Yeah, but I'm not a fan of that.
00:52:50.000 I'm saying that we need to have a proper legal immigration.
00:52:53.000 Yeah, if you come here illegally, of course, I'm not against that, but I do think people are cheating this year.
00:52:58.000 You're saying no immigration?
00:53:00.000 I want to end all immigration for like a decade so that way the people that are here can assimilate.
00:53:07.000 Yeah, but what about all the white people that could come?
00:53:10.000 Tough titty.
00:53:11.000 What about the next P1 athlete from Australia?
00:53:14.000 So I think that if you, well, first of all, the.
00:53:17.000 The process takes a long time.
00:53:19.000 But I don't think the point that I'm making is I want the people that are here to be able to become Americans, right?
00:53:25.000 I want them to assimilate into our culture.
00:53:31.000 I don't like the idea of places that are like enclaves, like you hear about, where it's like this area is like, you know, it's predominantly this culture and they don't want to be Americans.
00:53:41.000 For the vast majority of our history, people that came to America, they came here and they wanted to become American, right?
00:53:48.000 You hear stories about the Ellis Island.
00:53:51.000 Immigrants right.
00:53:52.000 Their parents would come from the old country and they had kids here and their kids.
00:53:55.000 They'd be like you have to speak English because you want to become an American.
00:53:59.000 If you're just coming to the United States because you're looking to, if you're looking for the.
00:54:03.000 Essentially, the way I described it yesterday is like if you're looking for the United States to save you, right like, I don't think the United States actually I know the United States cannot save everybody that's in that's bad, that's in a destitute situation somewhere else in the world.
00:54:19.000 How do you know if they're looking to be saved?
00:54:21.000 Well, if you come to the United States and you get on some social programs right away, that's a good indicator.
00:54:26.000 But the point that I'm making is we've had long stretches where immigration was ended.
00:54:31.000 From after the Ellis Island wave came, we had no immigration until the 60s or something like that.
00:54:36.000 What about if you're a contributor?
00:54:38.000 So that sounds like you'd be okay with that.
00:54:40.000 You can prove that you're a contributor.
00:54:42.000 Somebody that's building some new car or some plane or has got some sort of food thing that he's figured out that's going to make it easier and make us more money as a country.
00:54:53.000 Yeah, you can have a visa.
00:54:54.000 Like, you're contributing, like, a great doctor, a great scientist.
00:54:58.000 If you're talking about Sweden or whatever, would you be okay if they moved here?
00:55:01.000 If you're talking about a quota system where there's like, okay, there's going to be 100,000 people that can get in.
00:55:08.000 Okay.
00:55:09.000 Right?
00:55:10.000 Can I answer that question that I just asked you, though?
00:55:12.000 Well, the point is if you're going to get one of the, if you're going to be on the quota system, there'd have to be justification.
00:55:18.000 So, yes, if it's someone that's got, you know, someone that's a doctor or has some kind of specialty.
00:55:24.000 But here on the burden, coming in and being a burden to this country.
00:55:27.000 I see that I see it's not fair for us, but it's also the arguments where it's like, yes, these people come in and take stuff that I could have had.
00:55:35.000 Like, he thinks I took someone's job.
00:55:37.000 Well, Somalians actually take like 87% of like social services in the state of Minnesota.
00:55:41.000 Right, but how much money is I know this is the I'm like, I'm arguing with another argument, so but that seems to be a thing that people do.
00:55:47.000 But is that the biggest hole that the country's taking?
00:55:52.000 Well, should you go to like American VAT?
00:55:55.000 Oh, no, no, so check it out.
00:55:56.000 I'll give you one example is that the latest assessment.
00:56:00.000 I think it was a government assessment.
00:56:03.000 Housing is 30% more expensive because of mass migration over the last six years.
00:56:08.000 Yeah?
00:56:09.000 30%.
00:56:09.000 When it's a mass migration, is that a particular country or is it everybody?
00:56:14.000 Everybody.
00:56:15.000 Everywhere.
00:56:15.000 Everybody?
00:56:16.000 Everybody in general, but it was illegal immigration.
00:56:19.000 So it is a particular then?
00:56:19.000 It was a long time ago.
00:56:21.000 No, So a lot of people.
00:56:26.000 No, but that's the problem.
00:56:27.000 Wait, wait, wait.
00:56:28.000 Guys, guys, this is important for me to say to Jason.
00:56:30.000 We had people from Eritrea flying to Brazil and then Eritrea.
00:56:34.000 Eastern Africa, and they would fly across Africa, then like West Africa, then fly to Brazil, then take a train, like ride trains and travel up to the southern border of the United States.
00:56:45.000 This was a, there were Somalis, there were Iranians, there were Chinese.
00:56:49.000 It was not Mexico.
00:56:51.000 Mexicans don't, like the Mexico offered all of these people asylum to stay in Mexico, and they said, no.
00:56:56.000 Oh, they come through Mexico.
00:56:57.000 Yeah.
00:56:59.000 And they come through Mexico because the southern border is so porous, especially presumably.
00:57:02.000 And so what happens is, they say there's a housing shortage.
00:57:05.000 And there's a low skill labor shortage because you have estimates between 10 and 20 million illegal immigrants coming since from 2020, 2021 to 2020.
00:57:16.000 Well, based on what you've just told me, then yeah, I'm with you.
00:57:21.000 I'll pull it up for you.
00:57:22.000 But I don't think.
00:57:24.000 So just to clarify, you're okay with immigration if it's good people, contributors, hundreds?
00:57:29.000 Well, yeah.
00:57:29.000 I mean, look, we were talking about this yesterday a little bit.
00:57:33.000 Like the United States has always been a place that attracts people that have an I can do this attitude.
00:57:41.000 Me.
00:57:41.000 Right?
00:57:41.000 Yeah, particularly.
00:57:43.000 That's me.
00:57:43.000 But like, because historically, especially before, you know, before say, say before 1945, right?
00:57:51.000 Before a lot of air travel became common.
00:57:53.000 So before 1950, to get on a ship and go the two week trip and go to the United States with nothing, you have to have a certain amount of belief in your own agency.
00:58:08.000 You have the ability, you're the kind of person that thinks, I'm going to happen to America.
00:58:14.000 As opposed to people that stay where they are and are bummed out about their circumstances, if you stay in a bad circumstance, there's a part of you that feels like the world happens to me.
00:58:27.000 And it's described as believing that you have agency or believing that you don't have agency.
00:58:32.000 If you're the kind of person that constantly thinks this bad thing happened to me, this bad thing happened to me, this bad thing happened to me, that's someone that believes that the world happens to them.
00:58:40.000 If you're the kind of person that says, well, I'm going to do this, this bad thing happened, so I'm going to do this, so I'm going to do that, I'm going to do.
00:58:46.000 You believe you have agency.
00:58:47.000 You believe that your actions impact the world, right?
00:58:51.000 As opposed to believing that the world impacts you.
00:58:54.000 So, if you're going to get on a boat and come all the way over to the United States, you know, when it was hard, like really hard, it wasn't just get on an airplane, but it was really hard.
00:59:03.000 You generally had the idea of, I happen to the world.
00:59:07.000 I'm going to make something happen.
00:59:09.000 I'm going to do this.
00:59:10.000 And that's the kind of people that the United States has historically attracted.
00:59:13.000 It could be both.
00:59:15.000 Like, I definitely had that mindset.
00:59:17.000 I came here to be the best pro skateboarder in the world.
00:59:20.000 And I was pretty sure that was going to happen.
00:59:22.000 And then when I saw Tony Hawk skate, I was like, oh shit.
00:59:28.000 And he took that away from me, where I was like, the world is against me because the world made Tony Hawk son of a bitch.
00:59:35.000 And you can't beat that guy.
00:59:37.000 It ruined my whole plan.
00:59:39.000 I was like, oh, a second will do.
00:59:40.000 Check this out.
00:59:40.000 This is from dallasfed.org.
00:59:43.000 It says a back of the envelope calculation suggests that unauthorized immigrant worker flows can explain about 30% of the total growth in house prices and 20% of total growth in rents over the boom period for the average local market.
00:59:56.000 So, yeah.
00:59:58.000 And you were talking about, you know, you were alluding to Social Security as well, or what kind of cost it is.
01:00:04.000 The biggest driver of our debt is Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, right?
01:00:09.000 And Social Security doesn't just cover people that, you know, retire, but it also covers a boatload of other services.
01:00:16.000 I just want to make sure I clarify because it mentioned the boom period.
01:00:19.000 It did state that it said UIWF, which is an acronym for unauthorized immigrant worker flows.
01:00:25.000 And the boom period is defined as early 2021 to early 2024.
01:00:29.000 Which is Joe Biden's Joe Biden.
01:00:31.000 Yeah, that's four years.
01:00:32.000 I'm going to show you a video that's going to blow your mind.
01:00:32.000 Bro, let me show you.
01:00:34.000 I'm going to show you a video.
01:00:35.000 Keep talking.
01:00:36.000 I'm just going to move to California because they're so crazy.
01:00:38.000 I didn't move because of any of that.
01:00:41.000 But the prices are.
01:00:42.000 Can you not tell that I don't know or watch what any of you guys talk about right now?
01:00:46.000 Either does Alex.
01:00:47.000 I would have been more focused on that.
01:00:48.000 I do.
01:00:48.000 I do.
01:00:49.000 Just to stay in the conversation.
01:00:50.000 I don't listen to any of it because my opinion is both sides will, sorry, F your mother for the money.
01:00:58.000 Like they don't care about you.
01:00:59.000 So I'm going to make the most of your life.
01:01:01.000 I'm going to ask that no one in this room say anything and just let Jason watch this video with no comment.
01:01:10.000 Wait, did that tractor open that?
01:01:11.000 Is that what they're doing?
01:01:13.000 Yes.
01:01:14.000 See, these are all Mexicans, right?
01:01:20.000 No.
01:01:20.000 So now let me explain to you what this is.
01:01:22.000 Texas laid concertina wire and put up fences to protect the border.
01:01:27.000 Yeah.
01:01:28.000 Joe Biden ordered the DHS, CBP, and ICE to send a forklift.
01:01:34.000 To break through the fence, lift up the wire, and allow illegal immigrants to enter the country in violation of our laws.
01:01:40.000 I don't believe you.
01:01:41.000 It's true.
01:01:43.000 Look at the family at the bottom.
01:01:44.000 You don't believe it?
01:01:45.000 I'm glad you're saying that, though, because it's so shocking, people don't believe it.
01:01:49.000 It went to the Supreme Court, right?
01:01:51.000 Yeah.
01:01:51.000 Wait, it went to our Supreme Court.
01:01:53.000 Open the fence with a tractor?
01:01:55.000 Yes.
01:01:55.000 Yeah.
01:01:56.000 Because Texas said, your responsibility, federal government, is to command the border.
01:02:03.000 From the American Immigration Council, Biden administration can remove Texas razor wire barrier at the border, Supreme Court rules.
01:02:08.000 So, the Texas State Guard was trying to keep illegal immigrants out, and the Biden administration, illegally, in violation of our laws as the executive, sent forklifts to lift up the razor wire to allow them to enter our country.
01:02:23.000 What would be the purpose of that?
01:02:25.000 To vote in our elections?
01:02:27.000 Okay, no.
01:02:28.000 Wait.
01:02:28.000 No, let me give you the real answer.
01:02:30.000 Mr. Pratt.
01:02:30.000 Wait, those guys are going to vote?
01:02:31.000 No.
01:02:32.000 Let me give you the real answer. 0.79
01:02:32.000 Well, they can get elected. 0.79
01:02:33.000 I'll give you the real answer.
01:02:34.000 I want the real answer.
01:02:35.000 The first is that our population is not growing.
01:02:35.000 There's two.
01:02:39.000 And so, in order to maintain a welfare system like Social Security, You need to increase the labor market.
01:02:44.000 The Democrats' solution to this was to bring in 10 to 20 million illegal immigrants so that we have a massive new tax base.
01:02:51.000 The second issue is that these people were then shuttled by the Biden administration via plane and bus into urban centers so that in the census, in the upcoming census in 2020, late 2020, 2021, I'm sorry, this is going to be 2030, you have people who cannot vote but count towards the electoral college in Congress.
01:03:11.000 So the way our current situation is, let me explain.
01:03:13.000 Let me explain.
01:03:15.000 Can I explain New Jersey that can vote?
01:03:15.000 Okay.
01:03:17.000 In a city like Austin.
01:03:19.000 I love the RB team.
01:03:20.000 He's fun.
01:03:20.000 Well, I just, I'm trying to explain something very serious, and you guys are derailing, okay?
01:03:24.000 Go ahead.
01:03:25.000 775,000 people will constitute one congressional seat.
01:03:29.000 It doesn't matter if those people vote or not.
01:03:31.000 The census tracks how many people live in various areas and then draws a congressional district.
01:03:37.000 For every congressional district and Senate seat, you get one electoral college vote for the president.
01:03:42.000 So these individuals don't vote, but it doesn't matter.
01:03:45.000 Kim, they just found 6,600.
01:03:47.000 Bro, no, but they just found 6,600 shots in New Jersey.
01:03:49.000 Oh, dude, he's close to solving this.
01:03:51.000 I'm literally explaining this to someone who's never heard it before, and you're, Derailing.
01:03:54.000 You're saying that illegal immigrants don't vote.
01:03:56.000 You're saying illegal immigrants don't vote.
01:03:58.000 I've hit my head so many times, Alex.
01:03:58.000 They do vote.
01:04:00.000 I won't be able to tell you these.
01:04:01.000 You know what?
01:04:01.000 I'm so mad about what you're doing.
01:04:03.000 This is why you can't explain to liberals what's really going on because you jump in, derail the conversation in the middle of the most important part.
01:04:09.000 You said illegal immigrants don't vote.
01:04:11.000 In New Jersey, they just got caught giving ballots to now 20 million people.
01:04:14.000 That's why we can't have a nice thing.
01:04:15.000 Let him get there.
01:04:16.000 That's why we can't have a nice thing.
01:04:17.000 No, it's Tim.
01:04:17.000 No, listen, Alex.
01:04:19.000 First of all, I'm getting to that point and I need to explain the basics of illegal immigration to someone who's never heard it before.
01:04:26.000 You are then derailing when a point I said is the 10 million people are not voting.
01:04:32.000 6,600 were registered to vote.
01:04:34.000 We're not there yet.
01:04:36.000 Well, they said it's more than 6,600.
01:04:37.000 Indeed, 35,000.
01:04:39.000 But again, the point is this.
01:04:40.000 I'm going to choke you out.
01:04:42.000 When conservatives do this all the time, a liberal says, I don't believe you.
01:04:47.000 And then a conservative starts screaming on January 6th, this.
01:04:49.000 And then you're like, Guy, this person's never heard that Joe Biden opened the border.
01:04:54.000 And you're jumping into Supreme Court MCV glitches.
01:04:59.000 You are jumping the gun so far into the conversation.
01:05:02.000 You literally said illegal immigrants can't vote.
01:05:04.000 No, I didn't.
01:05:05.000 No, I didn't.
01:05:06.000 But if you would shut up for two seconds, I said these people coming in don't vote.
01:05:12.000 And the important thing for people to understand.
01:05:14.000 They're in New Jersey.
01:05:15.000 This is why conservatives lose.
01:05:15.000 Right.
01:05:17.000 Because when you go into the records, you will find we found 400 illegal immigrants who voted.
01:05:22.000 400.
01:05:23.000 There's estimates of more, but it is not what is meaningful to how they are destroying the.
01:05:30.000 Political system in this country, and conservatives are first, too many of them are first order thinkers.
01:05:36.000 This is what happens Donald Trump comes out and goes, illegal immigrants are voting.
01:05:40.000 And then they go, prove it.
01:05:41.000 And you can't.
01:05:42.000 Because what they're really doing is, and see, Alex doesn't understand this.
01:05:46.000 And this is why we lose.
01:05:47.000 This is why we lose.
01:05:48.000 You take 10 million people, you are going to create about seven to eight congressional seats.
01:05:55.000 It doesn't matter if they vote or not.
01:05:56.000 You have created seven or eight congressional seats that a Democrat will win.
01:06:01.000 From the American votes.
01:06:03.000 That member of Congress.
01:06:03.000 Let me explain.
01:06:04.000 This is because of a census.
01:06:06.000 This is all because.
01:06:06.000 Can you just stop?
01:06:07.000 Well, let me augment what you're saying as you're going.
01:06:09.000 Can you just stop so I can finish what I'm saying?
01:06:11.000 I feel like we could finish it quicker together, but go, please.
01:06:13.000 Right.
01:06:15.000 I've already explained congressional apportionment.
01:06:18.000 And y'all just.
01:06:18.000 Okay.
01:06:20.000 We drop congressional seats.
01:06:21.000 We have 435.
01:06:24.000 And then we have 100 Senate seats.
01:06:26.000 Senate is determined by every state gets two. 0.91
01:06:28.000 That's done no matter what. 0.98
01:06:30.000 But if we put 300,000 illegal immigrants in Austin.
01:06:35.000 And then spread them out between three congressional districts, we guarantee three more Democrats in Congress.
01:06:41.000 Wait, they're without voting there, automatically the vote is for Democrat?
01:06:47.000 So here's how it works.
01:06:48.000 How does it go to Democrat or Republican?
01:06:50.000 Let's say you have 400,000 Democrats.
01:06:52.000 A congressional district is going to be 775,000 people.
01:06:57.000 If we put in 300,000 non citizens who cannot vote and we draw the district around them, you only need a small portion of Democrats to guarantee a Democrat seat because the illegal immigrants can't vote.
01:07:08.000 Get it?
01:07:10.000 How the fuck does that work?
01:07:11.000 So let's say you have 775,000 Americans and it's 50 50 Democrat and Republican.
01:07:17.000 It's a tough race.
01:07:18.000 So let's say we then take 100,000 illegal immigrants, put them in this area, and then say, uh oh, we have 100,000 extra people.
01:07:28.000 We then draw the congressional district to cut out the 100,000 Republicans.
01:07:33.000 You now have 40%, 35% Republican, 45% Democrat, and 100,000 non voters.
01:07:42.000 You have just created a Democrat district by doing so.
01:07:45.000 This is what they're doing with illegal immigration in major cities, so that in Texas, you get more Democrats.
01:07:51.000 Now, here's the crazy part.
01:07:52.000 We don't choose our president by popular vote.
01:07:55.000 We choose them by electoral college.
01:07:57.000 So if California is getting extra congressional seats because they have illegal immigrants being counted in the census, California gets extra votes for the president.
01:08:06.000 Indeed.
01:08:08.000 Now, to Alex's point, New Jersey just found 35,000 non citizens registered to vote, and they found 400 of them voted.
01:08:17.000 The reason why, and I apologize for getting mad, I apologize to everybody.
01:08:20.000 It's okay.
01:08:21.000 The reason why I get mad is.
01:08:23.000 You jumped over the real issue, which is 20 million people in this country are giving Democrats an estimated 10 to 20 extra congressional seats.
01:08:34.000 And that means when our Congress votes on a law, Democrats are overrepresented by allowing illegal immigrants in the thing.
01:08:40.000 And I agree that's a bigger problem, Tim, than necessarily 6,000 illegal immigrants voting.
01:08:46.000 But I'm just saying, somehow they do find loopholes to illegally vote.
01:08:50.000 And they do, but it's not the real issue.
01:08:52.000 Yeah, I agree.
01:08:52.000 The real issue is that if we.
01:08:55.000 Trump tried to make it so the census had a question on it.
01:08:58.000 Are you a U.S. citizen?
01:08:59.000 And he got blocked by lawsuits.
01:09:02.000 If we were to remove every illegal immigrant from the census, Republicans would have like a 30 seat majority and Republicans would win every election.
01:09:11.000 Every law would be passed by Republicans.
01:09:13.000 Democrats basically would be a non existent party.
01:09:15.000 And they said it happened after it's happening right now.
01:09:17.000 Well, they said they said it almost 50 50.
01:09:19.000 And this all happened.
01:09:21.000 The Republicans are in charge.
01:09:22.000 The Republicans control the Senate by like a tiebreaker vote, essentially, which is the vice president.
01:09:27.000 So they can't because they need 60 votes to put things through.
01:09:31.000 Oh, but it goes the other way.
01:09:32.000 Then they just stop each other.
01:09:33.000 That's the whole point, right?
01:09:34.000 Not really.
01:09:35.000 The whole point would be if we didn't have illegal immigrants, the political parties would be a moderate Democrat party and a moderate Republican party.
01:09:42.000 I don't know if that's true because you know when they started this whole immigration thing was after Ronald Reagan won 49 out of 50 states.
01:09:48.000 That's when they started the push.
01:09:50.000 California was a Republican state until they granted mass amnesty to illegal immigrants and it functionally altered.
01:09:56.000 So California is interesting as a state.
01:09:59.000 What happened was.
01:10:00.000 Bunch of illegal immigrants were brought in. 0.96
01:10:02.000 Those illegal immigrants have kids.
01:10:03.000 Those kids are American citizens.
01:10:05.000 The state in the late 80s, early 90s said, We are no longer going to allow illegal immigrants to get access to public welfare.
01:10:13.000 The illegal immigrants' children revolted and voted to give welfare to non citizens.
01:10:20.000 So, this is the problem with mass migration.
01:10:22.000 All of these people we see coming in illegally can't vote.
01:10:28.000 But what they can do is take US dollars and send them back to other countries.
01:10:31.000 Stripping the economy.
01:10:32.000 They can take jobs that were normally taken by 16, 17, and 18 year olds, and they're going to pad Democrat districts, creating more districts specifically for Democrats.
01:10:41.000 What about the argument of people will not do the jobs they do?
01:10:45.000 This is not, it's fabricated to me.
01:10:48.000 Because people would have to pay us more than what they would get and would not do anything.
01:10:54.000 It's completely fabricated.
01:10:55.000 And Trump's, you think a bunch of 16, 18 year olds will pick fruit and shit?
01:10:59.000 Yes, it's a fact that they will.
01:11:01.000 Same amount of money?
01:11:02.000 When Donald Trump, yes.
01:11:03.000 Because they get $20.
01:11:04.000 I'm not asking, you know that, right?
01:11:05.000 It's $20 an hour.
01:11:07.000 So you go to a 16 year old and say you want $20 an hour to pick strawberries, you say yes.
01:11:12.000 In Donald Trump's first term, they raided a bunch of meat processing plants in southern states.
01:11:17.000 They mass deported, in like one weekend, 800 illegal immigrants.
01:11:21.000 And the very next day, lines were out the door from locals trying to get jobs at the meat processing plants.
01:11:27.000 Oh, shit.
01:11:28.000 The reason, and for the same wages.
01:11:30.000 And a reporter interviewed one of the guys.
01:11:32.000 It's like a white, redneck looking dude.
01:11:34.000 And they're like, why would you want to work at this job?
01:11:36.000 This is a job Americans don't want.
01:11:37.000 And he goes, I work at a gas station.
01:11:39.000 This pays more.
01:11:41.000 So what's happening is, You want to know why they want to bring these illegal workers in?
01:11:45.000 The political reason is to create more, to put in more workers to our bigger tax base, to create more Democrat districts.
01:11:51.000 But more importantly, a lot of these companies, you know what they'll do?
01:11:55.000 They bring in an illegal immigrant, tell them, we're going to pay you $2,000 at the end of the month.
01:12:00.000 And then the day before the month ends, they call ICE and have them deported and pay them nothing.
01:12:05.000 Which that's how I got my freaking kitchen fixed.
01:12:08.000 I just had a bunch of ICE agents arrest all the Somalians when they're done.
01:12:11.000 So here's what frustrates me.
01:12:12.000 Here's what frustrates me.
01:12:14.000 Trump comes out and says there's millions of illegal immigrants voting and there aren't.
01:12:19.000 And then conservatives say things like Soros is paying protesters.
01:12:22.000 He's not.
01:12:23.000 These things are.
01:12:24.000 So you think protesters are organized and paid?
01:12:26.000 They are not.
01:12:27.000 Through Facebook groups, Tim, I go to these protesters.
01:12:29.000 Okay, so this is what I'm talking about.
01:12:31.000 We could argue this all day long.
01:12:31.000 You are wrong.
01:12:32.000 Not every single protester should get 100 bucks, but they can organize immigrants.
01:12:35.000 I didn't say that.
01:12:36.000 So you're changing the subject now.
01:12:38.000 So you don't think these protesters are not paid.
01:12:41.000 Okay, so Tim, now we're arguing semantics.
01:12:44.000 The people that organize the protests.
01:12:46.000 Are being paid.
01:12:47.000 This is why you can't effectively communicate with moderates.
01:12:49.000 But would you agree with me?
01:12:50.000 This is why conservatives do this all the time.
01:12:51.000 Organizing protests on the Facebook groups that I see.
01:12:54.000 They're going to stop watching this show.
01:12:56.000 They are getting paid.
01:12:56.000 It's pretty fun.
01:12:57.000 Those people are getting paid.
01:12:59.000 And that's why I said protesters are not getting paid.
01:13:02.000 Well, some of them are.
01:13:04.000 The organizers are not protesters because they don't go out and get arrested.
01:13:08.000 They stand back, put out flyers, trick people into coming down who don't get paid.
01:13:12.000 And this is what conservatives do.
01:13:14.000 They go to a group of liberals and say, protesters are getting paid.
01:13:17.000 And then they all go, where's my Soros check?
01:13:19.000 Because they're not.
01:13:20.000 Getting paid.
01:13:21.000 There are organizers that work for nonprofits that have salaries for those nonprofits who go to universities and flyer to create protests and don't go to them.
01:13:30.000 They make them happen, they rally them, and they are not the ones that are on the ground leading these protest marches.
01:13:36.000 Well, I'm just saying they're inorganically encouraged protests.
01:13:39.000 So when you go to a liberal holding a sign at a protest who was tricked into being there, and then on Fox News, Hannity goes, They're being paid by Soros.
01:13:49.000 You immediately have isolated yourself from them.
01:13:52.000 This is what Hannity did during Occupy Wall Street.
01:13:54.000 And this is the con.
01:13:55.000 I told Steve Bannon this.
01:13:58.000 Andrew Breitbart was at CPAC, and there's a famous video where he's standing out screaming at the protest You're all a bunch of animals!
01:14:04.000 You're a bunch of animals!
01:14:05.000 It went massively viral, and it rallied Occupy protesters against conservatives.
01:14:10.000 It is the utmost of ignorance and stupidity that these conservatives did.
01:14:13.000 And I have to wonder if they're deep state when they do.
01:14:15.000 If the intention is to make sure moderates can never get access to the truth, because when you go to them and say illegal immigrants are voting, they say, No, they're not, and you can't prove it.
01:14:26.000 So, when I say Joe Biden got forklifts to lift up concertina wire to allow millions of illegal immigrants for a specific purpose, and you cut me off to change the subject, that is frustrating.
01:14:38.000 I think people can walk and chew gum at the same time.
01:14:40.000 So, I think people could think two things at once.
01:14:42.000 I was at Occupy Wall Street.
01:14:44.000 And do you know what everyone said after Hannity had on these people saying they're paid by Soros?
01:14:49.000 Every single protester started laughing and mocking Fox News because nobody was getting paid.
01:14:54.000 And thus, the conservatives who were there at Occupy on the first weekend.
01:14:58.000 Who were holding up American flags left.
01:15:01.000 And then Mitt Romney comes out and says, We are the 47% of people who actually pay taxes, creating the 47% movement.
01:15:08.000 And all of a sudden, what was once a large protest that had libertarians, conservatives, and liberals together was literally just leftists.
01:15:16.000 That's it.
01:15:17.000 The first weekend, second weekend of Occupy, an elderly couple brought a couch, put it down, put an American flag behind them.
01:15:24.000 And they said that they were Republicans and conservatives.
01:15:25.000 They were angry that Barack Obama bailed out the big banks, they bailed out the automotive industry, but they don't bail out the Americans.
01:15:32.000 Conservatives sitting with liberals and hippies and libertarians.
01:15:35.000 Luke Rakowski was there.
01:15:36.000 Anarchists.
01:15:37.000 Ian was there.
01:15:37.000 I was there.
01:15:38.000 All different sorts.
01:15:40.000 Sean Hannity goes on TV and says they're a bunch of wackaloon lefties paid by Soros.
01:15:44.000 All the conservatives left.
01:15:46.000 Well, I think that, I mean, obviously that's like propaganda and people fell for the floor.
01:15:49.000 A video, a photo emerged of a guy taking a dump on a squad car.
01:15:53.000 Hannity shows that photo and says, look at these disgusting people.
01:15:55.000 I don't want to be associated with that as a Republican.
01:15:57.000 And then everyone left.
01:15:58.000 I get it.
01:15:58.000 Yep.
01:15:59.000 And so there I was trying to be like, No, no, we all agree they stole public tax money to bail out banks and corporations for themselves.
01:16:08.000 Didn't matter anymore.
01:16:09.000 The conservatives all left because of the Soros argument.
01:16:13.000 And the truth is, there were individuals working there who were paid from nonprofits that had received funding from Open Society.
01:16:20.000 And their intention was to kick out the conservatives and foment leftism.
01:16:24.000 Well, isn't that the real conspiracy at the end of the day, Tim?
01:16:27.000 Because, like, there are culture war issues that we will never agree on that will always be split on.
01:16:32.000 I would argue, excuse me, that most of us are in the middle somewhere and that they don't want us to come together.
01:16:37.000 They want us fighting each other over George Floyd or Robert Hendricks because this is why when I show this video, I asked no one to say anything.
01:16:46.000 I wanted Jason, who's never seen this stuff, just to see this video.
01:16:49.000 And then when we said the Biden administration, the executive branch, deployed that forklift to raise it up, he said, I don't believe you.
01:16:56.000 And that's exactly what I was hoping the reaction to be.
01:16:59.000 So that I could then show that this literally was the Biden administration being authorized under the Supreme Court.
01:17:05.000 To tear down our barriers and allow people to illegally enter the country.
01:17:09.000 When I go and talk to regular people about this stuff, they say the same thing Jason does.
01:17:12.000 You're lying.
01:17:13.000 That can't be possible.
01:17:14.000 There's no way law enforcement would do it.
01:17:17.000 And they lie about everything.
01:17:18.000 Elizabeth Warren says.
01:17:19.000 But again, when people say things about me to you, they are lying.
01:17:23.000 And this is why if the American people knew that Joe Biden did this en masse, if a broadcast went out to 100% of Americans that showed this video and said this is what they were doing, you'd have a Republican revolution overnight.
01:17:38.000 Americans would be like, this is insane.
01:17:41.000 How, what are these people?
01:17:42.000 There's the one part where nobody wants to, even if it's true, if you're on that side, not everybody, but a huge part is they're just going to go with it to win their argument.
01:17:56.000 You know, if it's one side or the other, this video that comes out tomorrow and goes, this is what they're doing right now.
01:18:01.000 The side that's on his side is like I said, I find that very difficult to believe.
01:18:07.000 Maybe somebody told you that, but I find that video, whatever they told you about that video.
01:18:11.000 Is incorrect information because why would a president let all the illegal people in?
01:18:17.000 What was the point in the first place?
01:18:19.000 Let me ask you a question.
01:18:21.000 If I told you that Joe Biden was trafficking children on planes in the middle of the night, would you believe me?
01:18:26.000 Not at all.
01:18:27.000 All right, let's pull it up.
01:18:28.000 Okay, because here's a thing where this is a big one because this is my best friend in skateboarding.
01:18:35.000 The last time I spoke to him, and this was over five years ago, we have not spoken.
01:18:41.000 We had a conversation, and he said that.
01:18:45.000 And I started laughing at him.
01:18:47.000 And he said, I could send you proof.
01:18:48.000 And I said, I bet you could, but it doesn't make it real.
01:18:53.000 And he was like, I don't have time for you anymore, dude.
01:18:55.000 And I was like, okay, bye.
01:18:56.000 And we've never spoken.
01:18:57.000 I remember thinking he really lost it on the whole news thing.
01:19:02.000 You know what I mean?
01:19:03.000 Like, why would a president approve of it?
01:19:05.000 And you're about to show me something?
01:19:07.000 Read it.
01:19:08.000 Read it.
01:19:09.000 You're describing ignorance.
01:19:11.000 Oh, yeah.
01:19:11.000 Is NBC News, NBC New York, a good enough source?
01:19:15.000 This was on the news.
01:19:16.000 Yes, sir.
01:19:17.000 Here's more than 2,000 migrant children have been flown to New York since June, landing at Westchester County Airport in White Plains.
01:19:23.000 As many in the area say, the Biden administration has failed to answer questions regarding what is going to happen to them next.
01:19:26.000 Two senior U.S. officials confirm the flights to the New York area have increased as the number of migrants, minors in many cases, Coming to the country's southern border.
01:19:32.000 I'll pull up more for you.
01:19:33.000 I'll pull up more for you.
01:19:33.000 It's so crazy that they flew into the country.
01:19:37.000 Wait, the ICE agents.
01:19:38.000 Wait, how do you know they were?
01:19:39.000 The ICE agents and coming to the country.
01:19:41.000 There are leaked videos, but this is all leaked videos of what?
01:19:44.000 Of the airplanes landing and kids being shuffled off and people.
01:19:47.000 Shuffled off where?
01:19:48.000 Off of the airplanes.
01:19:49.000 To where?
01:19:50.000 It's a question.
01:19:50.000 There was a documentary about it.
01:19:51.000 They were being trafficked.
01:19:52.000 But if you don't know where, unaccompanied minors being trafficked in Westchester, New York.
01:19:56.000 Sounds like you're saying for sex.
01:19:58.000 Well, trafficking doesn't mean sex.
01:20:00.000 But human trafficking means labor. 0.96
01:20:02.000 Trafficking means labor. 0.99
01:20:04.000 Trafficking means labor. 0.98
01:20:05.000 Right, but why kids?
01:20:08.000 It's a good question.
01:20:08.000 What work?
01:20:09.000 I don't know.
01:20:09.000 They can't speak about it.
01:20:12.000 The problem is, when we point this out, it's on NBC and demand investigations.
01:20:16.000 The left comes out and says, You're white supremacists, you're lying, and blocks the investigations.
01:20:21.000 Is this the same to have these children smuggled in?
01:20:24.000 Is this for the same plan of having them move somewhere where they get that vote thing?
01:20:31.000 For the minors, this is likely related to padding the labor numbers for Social Security.
01:20:36.000 We don't have enough kids.
01:20:38.000 Our replace, our pop, uh, Birth rate is like 1.3 or 1.4.
01:20:43.000 So, Gen Alpha is about 42 million people.
01:20:47.000 Gen Z and millennials are about 70 to 80 million.
01:20:49.000 This means the coming workforce is half the size of what it needs to be.
01:20:52.000 Marsha Blackburn published this on her.gov website.
01:20:56.000 Blackburn, Haggerty, Fleischmann speak out against Biden and Mr. trafficking migrant children to Tennessee.
01:21:00.000 This was a major scandal where, in the middle of the night, the Biden administration was trafficking kids illegally.
01:21:07.000 Like, this is seditious.
01:21:10.000 This is horrifying.
01:21:12.000 It's terrifying what they were doing.
01:21:14.000 You can't do anything about it because liberals will lie and then no one believes you.
01:21:18.000 Just for context, like senators, because there's only 100 of them and they consider themselves the upper house of our Congress, there's the Senate and the House of Representatives.
01:21:26.000 The senators are very slow to act.
01:21:29.000 They have a longer term, six years.
01:21:30.000 They're kind of hoity toity, smelling their own farts.
01:21:33.000 They think they're above things.
01:21:35.000 So they don't get involved in stuff that's going to sully them or make them look bad.
01:21:39.000 So the fact that a senator or that multiple senators have spoken out about this means that there's a lot.
01:21:47.000 Of substance to the accusations.
01:21:49.000 People in the House, because there's only two, they only have two, the House of Representatives, there's 435 of them.
01:21:54.000 They only have two year terms.
01:21:56.000 So that's where you kind of get the most clowns in our government.
01:22:00.000 The senators are generally not unserious, clowny people.
01:22:05.000 So when the senators actually say, hey, this actually matters, people tend to pay more attention.
01:22:10.000 Dude, it was, it's horrifying what was going on.
01:22:13.000 I mean, and this is just one example.
01:22:15.000 It got to the point, and I'll tell you this people, You know, I debate these progressives and they'll be like, I bring up civil war, the potential for civil war.
01:22:23.000 During this period, Texas deployed its armed state guard with rifles against the federal government because of what they were doing.
01:22:30.000 And we were sitting here and be like, holy.
01:22:32.000 And then Texas, even, I think it was Texas, deployed state guard to various states.
01:22:37.000 We started seeing actual state organized armament against the federal government.
01:22:42.000 With something like this, the terrifying thing about it is if the Texas state guard decided, We are not going to allow the Biden administration, regardless of the Supreme Court, to tear down our border barriers.
01:22:55.000 And you get dangerously close to armed state guard.
01:22:59.000 These are military guys walking up to a DHS guy, putting their hands on him, saying, Back off and get away from the border.
01:23:04.000 The DHS guy saying, We have authority on our side.
01:23:07.000 They draw their guns.
01:23:08.000 You back off.
01:23:10.000 That's how dangerously close to a shootout between the federal government and the states we were in 2021.
01:23:15.000 Yeah, cooler heads prevailed, obviously.
01:23:17.000 But the point is, these policies that the federal government, when it was the Joe Biden administration about immigration, they were having a An oversized impact on states like Texas, Arizona, the ones that are on the border.
01:23:30.000 And so when Texas is like, don't do this, we have to, we're going to stop this because it's having an outside effect on us.
01:23:37.000 And the federal government says, you're not allowed.
01:23:40.000 The border is our jurisdiction according to the Constitution.
01:23:43.000 And Texas is like, well, then actually do your job.
01:23:46.000 In Arizona, they created a double barrier of shipping containers to secure the border because of the mass illegal immigration, millions of people.
01:23:55.000 The United States government under Biden filed a lawsuit against Arizona arguing.
01:23:59.000 Immigration is the purview of the executive branch, and the states have no authority to enforce it.
01:24:04.000 And the courts agreed under the premise that the federal government would protect our borders.
01:24:10.000 Arizona was not allowed to put up border barriers and had to remove them.
01:24:13.000 And then what did the executive government do?
01:24:15.000 Let millions of people come in anyway.
01:24:16.000 Okay, so what you're telling me, because this is the first time I've ever paid attention, is that America is a Republican country, and the libtards are using illegals to come in here to get a vote to make it because it's pretty close.
01:24:32.000 It's like 50 50.
01:24:34.000 But what is really happening in this country is the real Americans want Republicans to stay in office.
01:24:41.000 That's the end.
01:24:43.000 Libtards would never win again if it wasn't for illegal immigrants.
01:24:47.000 Is that parsely true?
01:24:49.000 How is it parsely true?
01:24:49.000 On one level, that changes.
01:24:51.000 It's 60 40.
01:24:51.000 It's not absolute.
01:24:52.000 Underneath the bankers of the country.
01:24:53.000 It's like 60 40, though.
01:24:54.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:24:55.000 But there are some national progressives.
01:24:57.000 So they would win at localities.
01:24:58.000 They would have minority representation, but they would never control the seats of government.
01:25:01.000 Well, let me ask you this.
01:25:02.000 Are you happy with what's going on?
01:25:04.000 Let me clarify one point.
01:25:06.000 The real thing that would happen is that the Democratic Party would moderate to meet the Americans where they are, and we would have two political parties.
01:25:14.000 But do you think that the Republican Party right now have done stuff that is obviously not the same because it doesn't work to have illegal immigrants for them?
01:25:14.000 Right.
01:25:24.000 But is there things that they do that we don't know about that if we knew, we would?
01:25:29.000 Yeah, of course.
01:25:30.000 Well, Trump's actually deported less people than Barack Obama did.
01:25:33.000 Obama had more turnarounds.
01:25:35.000 I think these flock cameras are pretty insane.
01:25:37.000 Okay, we're not changing the subject.
01:25:38.000 Well, he's asking about what's happening in the United States.
01:25:40.000 It's a totally different subject.
01:25:40.000 Republicans are not doing that.
01:25:42.000 Where's the president getting rid of things?
01:25:44.000 Are there things you've seen the Republicans do that you want to bring up?
01:25:48.000 What's that?
01:25:49.000 Are there things the Republicans have done that you think are bad as well?
01:25:54.000 Well, did you look at it?
01:25:56.000 Yes, the data center, because I'm in Utah, so I see all these people that really don't want that.
01:26:00.000 And I know that we have a water shortage.
01:26:03.000 I've only been living there for six months, but everybody says that.
01:26:06.000 I've seen the lakes go down and all that kind of stuff.
01:26:09.000 So it doesn't seem like we would really want that.
01:26:11.000 It seems like Utah doesn't want that.
01:26:12.000 But you're making it happen.
01:26:13.000 It's going to happen.
01:26:14.000 I don't think so.
01:26:16.000 Trump put a bunch of money through Quantum Leap, but this is a corporate capitalist thing.
01:26:20.000 The Democrats aren't stopping it either.
01:26:22.000 And the argument is that if we don't build the data centers, China will have all of them, but I still don't.
01:26:26.000 But it's not a part of the solution.
01:26:27.000 He was saying, I didn't move here to start a mini Australia, where I just had only Australians and we ate Vegemite all day, and you weren't allowed in.
01:26:36.000 That'd be kind of fun.
01:26:37.000 That was not my plan.
01:26:38.000 You would actually like it, but you wouldn't like Vegemite.
01:26:40.000 But I don't.
01:26:44.000 I moved here.
01:26:45.000 I'm American.
01:26:46.000 You know, like some Australian people might not like me saying that, but I have two children here.
01:26:51.000 I love this country.
01:26:52.000 This country gave me a fantasy life.
01:26:56.000 You know, like in Australia, could you be a professional skateboarder and be 50?
01:27:02.000 No, you could not.
01:27:05.000 And I got into fighting, so now I'm a pro fighter and I train with Dan Henderson, who was like, you know, a champion, world champion.
01:27:12.000 Is he in Australia?
01:27:13.000 No, he's not.
01:27:14.000 All the things I like are here.
01:27:16.000 And if this is what you guys are doing, then that's what I'm doing.
01:27:20.000 And if it's not something I want to do, I'll go back where I came from.
01:27:25.000 It's like all the people that say that when it sounds like you're being racist.
01:27:30.000 But if I don't like it, we've got a double edged sword with the Democratic Party encourages abortion.
01:27:37.000 And then we get a population shortage, so they open the borders to millions of non Americans.
01:27:41.000 Encourages abortion?
01:27:42.000 Yes.
01:27:43.000 That's what I was telling you.
01:27:44.000 All right, let's roll, baby.
01:27:45.000 Because I feel like I'm just going to make everyone, I can tell this table. 1.00
01:27:51.000 I think if we have a vagina, then it's your call. 1.00
01:27:55.000 What if the baby has a vagina? 1.00
01:27:57.000 It's your, it's the.
01:27:58.000 Listen, listen, brother.
01:27:59.000 This is what people need to understand is that I am, I am not a conservative.
01:28:04.000 I am just telling you what is.
01:28:06.000 Yeah.
01:28:07.000 But liberals live in a fantasy reality where both sides do.
01:28:10.000 That's not, not correct.
01:28:11.000 Republicans have said stuff to me where I'm like, dude.
01:28:15.000 Certainly.
01:28:16.000 Like you're making me want to be a libtard by how dumb.
01:28:18.000 I'm talking about what is, not what should be.
01:28:21.000 So when I say Michelle Wolf on Netflix said get an abortion and they encourage women to do it. 1.00
01:28:28.000 She's choking. 1.00
01:28:29.000 No, she's not.
01:28:29.000 You mean she's a comedian?
01:28:31.000 This was the joke is that Republicans want to ban it. 0.98
01:28:35.000 She comes out and, listen, when they're saying, you get an abortion and you get an abortion.
01:28:40.000 If I told you, Michelle Wolf.
01:28:42.000 She's joking.
01:28:43.000 Yeah, but there's something called the Mark Twain Award they give to the best political series.
01:28:46.000 She's joking.
01:28:47.000 But it's political satire has a big head. 1.00
01:28:50.000 It could be catastrophic for her. 1.00
01:28:51.000 Well, they canceled her show anyway.
01:28:53.000 Because it's almost certain that they canceled her show.
01:28:55.000 Oh, okay.
01:28:55.000 It was a long time ago.
01:28:56.000 Look, I've seen her.
01:29:00.000 She's. 1.00
01:29:03.000 She's a political.
01:29:03.000 Jason?
01:29:05.000 In Colorado, it is legal to get an abortion as the baby is being born. 1.00
01:29:12.000 Shut up, dude. 1.00
01:29:14.000 You can marry a fucking 15 year old in some states, too, but you're not fucking.
01:29:14.000 Nine months.
01:29:18.000 Nobody's killing a fucking.
01:29:19.000 You're saying to.
01:29:21.000 And then.
01:29:22.000 No one's ever done that.
01:29:23.000 What do you mean?
01:29:24.000 That happened.
01:29:25.000 That has never happened.
01:29:26.000 Yes, it has.
01:29:26.000 It was a reality, dude.
01:29:27.000 You're witnessing that.
01:29:29.000 And Planned Parenthood's been caught with baby body parts because they can sell them.
01:29:32.000 Actually, as a matter of fact.
01:29:35.000 They literally.
01:29:37.000 Baby leg?
01:29:38.000 Like, sell it?
01:29:38.000 Yeah.
01:29:39.000 What?
01:29:40.000 Research.
01:29:40.000 Are you getting stem cells from a baby?
01:29:42.000 They are very valuable.
01:29:43.000 Stim cells from the umbilical cord, dude.
01:29:44.000 Not just stem cells.
01:29:45.000 I'm saying, you don't think that baby parts.
01:29:46.000 No, I'm talking about.
01:29:47.000 I know that.
01:29:48.000 Well, this is what I'm saying.
01:29:49.000 That's why I'm the one that brought up stem cells.
01:29:50.000 Why did you say that? 0.99
01:29:51.000 Because they can use baby parts and study them. 1.00
01:29:52.000 They can use a baby leg to make stem cells.
01:29:53.000 How are you going to study a baby without it being dead?
01:29:56.000 Study a baby?
01:29:57.000 Have you never heard of science?
01:29:57.000 Yes.
01:29:58.000 Yeah. 0.94
01:29:59.000 They do science on babies.
01:30:01.000 They use dead babies to do science on, believe it or not, Jason.
01:30:04.000 What's wrong with that?
01:30:04.000 Well, it's dead because it was a baby.
01:30:04.000 Yeah.
01:30:06.000 It's dead because they want to use it for science, dude.
01:30:08.000 What are you, retarded, dude?
01:30:09.000 Because.
01:30:10.000 It wasn't aborted so that you could do research on it.
01:30:12.000 There are babies that have been aborted that they could do research on it.
01:30:16.000 That has happened, Jason.
01:30:17.000 Just because you want to be ignorant to it, that has happened.
01:30:20.000 Planned Parenthood, I don't care.
01:30:20.000 You're being ignorant to it.
01:30:22.000 Planned Parenthood has been caught with baby body parts.
01:30:26.000 Well, you're trying to act like, oh, that doesn't happen.
01:30:27.000 Nobody would ever abort a baby.
01:30:28.000 You're saying somebody had a baby, and when it came out, they killed the baby.
01:30:32.000 No, no, no.
01:30:32.000 So what they do is.
01:30:33.000 The woman goes into labor. 0.92
01:30:33.000 That's the thing that happens. 0.92
01:30:34.000 Let me explain why you.
01:30:36.000 The woman goes into labor, and as the baby crowns, they take a tool that cuts the spinal column, killing it.
01:30:42.000 And then vacuum out the remaining parts.
01:30:43.000 Who does that? 0.98
01:30:44.000 The abortion doctor. 0.98
01:30:45.000 Yes. 1.00
01:30:46.000 Wait, somebody wanted an abortion as they were having the baby. 1.00
01:30:50.000 They kept it for nine months. 1.00
01:30:52.000 So, if a woman had a mother.
01:30:53.000 And right when it was going to come out, they were like, actually, I've changed my mind?
01:30:55.000 Yes.
01:30:56.000 I don't believe you.
01:30:58.000 This is why we have the podcast.
01:30:59.000 It's shocking, I understand.
01:31:00.000 I don't believe you.
01:31:01.000 I'll pull it in for you.
01:31:02.000 A mother? 1.00
01:31:03.000 It has had a woman in for nine months, probably bought shit for her. 0.59
01:31:07.000 So she, no, well, she never, she never thought of herself as a mother, which is why.
01:31:07.000 Yes.
01:31:12.000 Why would you carry it?
01:31:14.000 I can't answer that question for you, but it doesn't mean.
01:31:16.000 Okay, I'm going to pull the Nancy Tran video.
01:31:18.000 We're going to need to see a video of some of that.
01:31:19.000 We can't show that video on, in fact, it's hard to find.
01:31:24.000 Kids dress as cats shitting in kitty litter.
01:31:28.000 Jason, it's hard to find.
01:31:30.000 I don't do, but no kid dresses as a kid.
01:31:34.000 What do you mean you don't know?
01:31:38.000 You ready?
01:31:40.000 How late in the third trimester could a.
01:31:42.000 This fucking website.
01:31:44.000 Yes, I've seen this.
01:31:45.000 You've seen this.
01:31:46.000 They'll say that that is the law. 0.85
01:31:49.000 How late in the third trimester could a physician perform an abortion if he.
01:31:54.000 Indicated it would impair the mental health of the woman.
01:31:57.000 So, I mean, no, I've heard that.
01:31:58.000 Third trimester.
01:31:59.000 Third trimester goes all the way up to two.
01:32:01.000 But that's not, that's a law that is agreed that needs to be adjusted.
01:32:06.000 They lost.
01:32:07.000 Yeah, but I'm saying, did anyone do that?
01:32:10.000 Yes, they do it all the time.
01:32:11.000 No, they don't.
01:32:13.000 Hold on, hold on.
01:32:14.000 You know, I'm just saying.
01:32:14.000 Let me ask you this.
01:32:15.000 If you're going to get an abortion, get an abortion. 1.00
01:32:17.000 Why would you wait until it's about to come out? 1.00
01:32:19.000 Why make it legal?
01:32:21.000 Wait, what?
01:32:22.000 I agree, but you're doing this.
01:32:25.000 No, I agree that you can't make it legal.
01:32:26.000 I think it's a.
01:32:27.000 Preposterous thing to make legal.
01:32:29.000 My question following that is, my question is no one would, no woman would ever do that. 1.00
01:32:33.000 It's just like a dumb print that they need.
01:32:36.000 The fact that the argument stays is insane.
01:32:39.000 They could have gone, oh, oh, it says that.
01:32:41.000 Oh, we've got to change that because obviously you wouldn't.
01:32:44.000 It's like when they're, when you find out you're going to. 0.90
01:32:46.000 What about a woman that cares her baby for nine months and sells it to two gay guys?
01:32:49.000 What's wrong with that?
01:32:50.000 Okay, come on.
01:32:51.000 Come on.
01:32:51.000 I'm saying surrogacy.
01:32:52.000 I mean, that's.
01:32:53.000 What's wrong with that?
01:32:54.000 I'm saying, okay, can we just imagine a woman killing another, you can't imagine a woman killing a kid.
01:32:58.000 You would definitely give it to two gay guys?
01:33:01.000 Come on.
01:33:01.000 What's wrong with giving it to two gay guys?
01:33:03.000 You think that it's impossible that a woman would want to have an abortion, a late term abortion, but you don't think it's crazy that a woman would have a baby, carry it for nine months, even maybe buy itself and then sell it to two gay guys?
01:33:03.000 Well, I'm just saying.
01:33:14.000 You're arguing that it's the same to give your baby to two gay people as to murder it as it's coming out of your vagina?
01:33:21.000 They're very similar, yeah.
01:33:24.000 Jason.
01:33:26.000 Jason.
01:33:27.000 There was a Jason.
01:33:28.000 That's good.
01:33:29.000 Okay, you can laugh, but they're similar.
01:33:32.000 Either way, you're never.
01:33:33.000 You don't approve of people with children?
01:33:35.000 I don't think people should be able to buy babies like their donuts at the bakery.
01:33:39.000 No, you should be able to adopt.
01:33:41.000 But I'm saying if their surrogacy is.
01:33:43.000 No, no, no.
01:33:44.000 Why did the gay become up?
01:33:45.000 Listen, Jason, because I know that you're gay, so you're going to get all butter.
01:33:47.000 You're gay.
01:33:48.000 But you're bisexual or whatever.
01:33:49.000 But if you say he's gay right now, you would not make me gay.
01:33:52.000 What I'm saying is, you think it's so crazy and so shocking that a woman would have a late term abortion.
01:33:58.000 I'm saying there's even just as much shocking things happening where women will carry the baby.
01:34:03.000 And have it and just give it to two people and never see the baby again.
01:34:05.000 So I don't know what the difference is between killing the baby and giving it to the baby.
01:34:08.000 And then you're helping your baby and murdering it as it's coming out of your body.
01:34:11.000 I want an example.
01:34:11.000 Selling the baby.
01:34:12.000 Give me one example.
01:34:13.000 Guys, give me one example.
01:34:14.000 And then I solve it.
01:34:15.000 Can we pause real quick? 1.00
01:34:16.000 They get paid to be a slave.
01:34:17.000 Alex, can we pause real quick?
01:34:18.000 I have a question.
01:34:20.000 Should it be illegal across the board for late term abortion?
01:34:23.000 What?
01:34:24.000 I don't. 1.00
01:34:25.000 Across the border to get an abortion?
01:34:27.000 No, no, no. 0.97
01:34:27.000 Should it be illegal across the board? 0.97
01:34:28.000 Just in the United States, in every state, late term abortions should be illegal.
01:34:33.000 Do you agree?
01:34:34.000 What does late term mean?
01:34:35.000 Like, debate six months and beyond.
01:34:37.000 Okay.
01:34:37.000 Fuck yeah.
01:34:39.000 It doesn't matter if you believe us that it's happening.
01:34:41.000 It just matters that when you go to vote, you say, I don't think it's happening, but we shouldn't let it happen anyway.
01:34:46.000 Well, this here says a woman's 36 weeks pregnant, develops pregnancy complications.
01:34:51.000 And in those situations.
01:34:51.000 Oh, well, that's different.
01:34:52.000 That's okay.
01:34:53.000 That didn't.
01:34:54.000 I mean, if you have a healthy baby, but if you have a baby that it's going to might kill you, then.
01:34:54.000 This is a hype question.
01:34:54.000 Okay.
01:35:01.000 That's what a lot of these arguments are for.
01:35:02.000 So then that's.
01:35:03.000 Then what the fuck are we arguing about? 1.00
01:35:05.000 It's going to kill the lady, so she has to fucking get a late term abortion to stay alive?
01:35:05.000 Jason.
01:35:10.000 Jason.
01:35:12.000 It's her life.
01:35:14.000 Jason.
01:35:14.000 And that's her baby.
01:35:16.000 Jason, so this may sound a little bit like a right term, but it's. 1.00
01:35:19.000 Just keep making it out like these women are getting off on it. 1.00
01:35:21.000 No, but this is fucking the worst thing you've ever heard.
01:35:24.000 Literally, TikTok videos, Jason, of women celebrating their abortions.
01:35:27.000 Just go on TikTok.
01:35:28.000 I have, listen, I have.
01:35:29.000 I'm Ted Simmons.
01:35:29.000 Listen, I have, I have, I have a, there's a thought experiment that I want to do here just for one second, right?
01:35:34.000 And just to just stay with me because it's sound, it'll sound a little bit like a right term, but it's not.
01:35:38.000 There was a time where the idea of thousands of people being killed by their doctor intentionally with their own, with that.
01:35:48.000 Individual's approval seemed ridiculous.
01:35:51.000 But the third leading cause of death in Canada is their medical assistance in dying program.
01:35:57.000 They kill people for mental illness, for depression, and et cetera.
01:36:02.000 And the point that I'm making, right, is it sounds fantastical.
01:36:07.000 It sounds like it's unreal to say that the third leading cause of death in Canada is death by the doctor because the doctor says, well, I'm going to prescribe you death, essentially.
01:36:16.000 Wait, the patient doesn't want it?
01:36:18.000 No, the patient.
01:36:20.000 Is ostensibly for argument's sake, we'll say the patient does want it, okay?
01:36:25.000 But the reason is you have depression issues.
01:36:29.000 So basically, you have depression issues, and we don't think we can fix you, or you have chronic pain, or what have you.
01:36:35.000 But there was a time, and the point that I'm making is there was a time where that seemed ridiculous, and people would react and say, There's no way the Hippocratic Oath promised to do no harm.
01:36:46.000 That would never happen.
01:36:48.000 And particularly when the argument for medical assistance in dying was being made.
01:36:53.000 The argument, they would say, well, you're going to get doctors killing people for silly reasons and frivolous reasons.
01:36:58.000 And they were like, people would say, no, that never happens, never happens.
01:37:01.000 But now in Canada, the third leading cause of death is medical assistance.
01:37:05.000 This is the CDC.gov.
01:37:08.000 It says fewer abortions were performed at 14 to 20 weeks, gestation 6.1, or at greater than 21 weeks at 1.1%.
01:37:14.000 That is of tracked abortions at, I believe the number is 613,383, 1.1% were later than five months.
01:37:23.000 6,000 babies were aborted after five months.
01:37:26.000 And that's probably because they were jeopardizing the mother, right?
01:37:30.000 Well, we don't know why, because there's no restrictions. 1.00
01:37:33.000 It's elective abortion. 0.57
01:37:34.000 I don't know, and you don't know, and you're leading towards they want to kill the baby.
01:37:37.000 I never said that.
01:37:39.000 Okay, so we got to pause.
01:37:39.000 He is.
01:37:40.000 My argument is a woman that's doing that, I believe that she's got her reasons, and they're not. 0.95
01:37:48.000 I don't see her as a cold blooded get a boner on killing a baby.
01:37:51.000 And I've made none of those arguments.
01:37:52.000 I simply said they have legal.
01:37:54.000 Can we please?
01:37:56.000 I simply said they legalized abortion to the point of birth.
01:38:00.000 In Colorado, and I asked you this because I knew you would not believe that they did it.
01:38:05.000 It is legal for elective purposes, meaning a woman.
01:38:09.000 So, anecdotally, there's a bunch of arguments that possibly in the dozens this has happened.
01:38:14.000 We don't know for sure.
01:38:15.000 What we do know is we have about 6,000 post five month abortions, and that's just the CDC track.
01:38:20.000 They haven't even gone to various estimates, would put it around 400 per year.
01:38:25.000 Our eight or nine month abortions, it's really sad, you know, because in my mind, every one of those is the mother has to make a choice.
01:38:32.000 Do you know what these cited that is not?
01:38:34.000 They're not celebrating it.
01:38:36.000 Do you know what the cited reason for 92% of abortions is?
01:38:39.000 What?
01:38:40.000 None.
01:38:41.000 What do you mean, no reason?
01:38:42.000 No reason.
01:38:42.000 Wait, because they didn't tell you?
01:38:43.000 Doesn't mean they didn't ever.
01:38:44.000 They've asserted no reason for the abortion.
01:38:46.000 I'm not saying there's anything more about the women. 0.97
01:38:48.000 They don't want to be an adult.
01:38:50.000 The women, perhaps, I don't know, but the cited, I believe 92% is no reason given.
01:38:56.000 Your boyfriend is not the one.
01:38:58.000 Maybe. 0.83
01:38:59.000 We call that abortion as contraception.
01:39:02.000 Yeah, look, I don't.
01:39:04.000 Is the pill abortion?
01:39:06.000 If you're on the pill?
01:39:07.000 The birth control pill?
01:39:08.000 No.
01:39:08.000 Some people think it is because fertilized egg will come out of the body.
01:39:13.000 So it's a baby being flushed down the toilet.
01:39:16.000 Look, I've been there for an abortion.
01:39:20.000 Wasn't good, dude.
01:39:21.000 You know, when I was really young, me and my girlfriend went through it and it was, she didn't fucking celebrate it.
01:39:27.000 It was more like we were young and everyone was like, if you have that baby, your life will be ruined.
01:39:33.000 Like you're a child.
01:39:35.000 And I was like, yeah, you're probably right.
01:39:37.000 But that's her decision and she made the decision.
01:39:40.000 You know, that's my question is just why are they legalizing it?
01:39:43.000 What do you mean legalizing it? 0.74
01:39:45.000 So for the longest time, it was illegal after like 16 weeks to get an abortion.
01:39:51.000 I mean, dude, the only argument, and this is, I stand by this, if you are going to die or almost die from your pregnancy, and the doctors have the, they have stuff now where they can tell you that.
01:40:05.000 But that's not what we're talking about.
01:40:06.000 It used to be, you could fucking die.
01:40:08.000 You didn't know until it came out.
01:40:09.000 Right, right.
01:40:09.000 But they're like, hey, this baby is, you might make it.
01:40:13.000 You might, but that's not what we're talking about.
01:40:15.000 I'm talking about elective abortion.
01:40:17.000 What do you, you got accidentally pregnant. 1.00
01:40:19.000 You want to get an abortion?
01:40:20.000 I'm not, I don't know.
01:40:22.000 Elective means, You don't have an underlying medical cause.
01:40:26.000 You just want the baby terminated.
01:40:28.000 The question is, why are they legalizing that into seven, eight, nine months?
01:40:32.000 For that, my argument.
01:40:34.000 No, Elective means without a medical reason.
01:40:36.000 But they have to say that. 0.81
01:40:38.000 No, If a woman has a medical reason, the law does not apply on abortion. 0.87
01:40:43.000 It doesn't.
01:40:44.000 Doctors can apply medical treatment to save the life of the woman or the child.
01:40:49.000 And if the life ends, right, that's different from abortion.
01:40:54.000 The point I'm bringing up is.
01:40:56.000 Why are they legalizing the right of a woman to say, I plumb just don't want the baby, so please terminate it?
01:41:04.000 That's different from, oh my God, I could die, please save my life.
01:41:10.000 Right, but I think we're arguing about the time thing, because I'm like, It is a time.
01:41:15.000 Okay, so if the baby can survive outside the womb, don't kill it.
01:41:18.000 You should get, if you want to get an abortion, great.
01:41:22.000 But if you find out you're pregnant and you don't want to have a baby and you keep it for six more months, that's on you, and now you're having.
01:41:27.000 I agree.
01:41:28.000 Yeah, I agree.
01:41:28.000 Especially because at six months, the baby can survive outside of the womb.
01:41:33.000 Yeah, it's a fucking human.
01:41:34.000 Yeah, you don't need to kill it.
01:41:35.000 Yeah.
01:41:35.000 It's kicking.
01:41:36.000 So, the issue that I have, I would describe myself as traditional Democrat pro choice, meaning we probably agree on a lot of these things.
01:41:44.000 The issue is, I sat down with a friend of mine who's a famous comedian in New York, millions of followers.
01:41:49.000 This was like in 2019.
01:41:52.000 And he was saying, like, oh, you've become right wing, blah, blah, blah.
01:41:55.000 And I'm like, no, I'm still pro choice.
01:41:57.000 I think, like, For a lot of these issues, it's difficult.
01:41:59.000 The woman's going to make a decision with her doctor, and it's nothing to do with me.
01:42:02.000 And then he said, Well, then what are you talking about with like these?
01:42:05.000 Why are you opposed to the abortion law they're trying to pass?
01:42:08.000 And I pulled up the abortion law, which explicitly stated that they could have abortions late term for any reason.
01:42:14.000 And he goes, I don't believe that.
01:42:15.000 And I'm like, Brother, this is senate.gov.
01:42:17.000 This is from a Democrat where they said they should have it should be legal that at nine months you get an abortion.
01:42:22.000 He goes, That's fake.
01:42:24.000 And I'm like, Bro, we agree, right?
01:42:27.000 You tell me right now you think that shouldn't be allowed.
01:42:27.000 That's all that matters.
01:42:29.000 And he goes, Yeah, of course it shouldn't be allowed.
01:42:31.000 And I said, Okay, well, I read senate.gov on my show and said this shouldn't be legal, and someone lied to you and said Tim Pool is pro life.
01:42:42.000 I know.
01:42:43.000 Is it possible for that law to be voted upon by women and women only?
01:42:48.000 I think that'd be wrong. 1.00
01:42:50.000 You want to be in charge of the pus? 0.99
01:42:50.000 Oh, yeah. 0.99
01:42:52.000 No one ever said in charge. 1.00
01:42:53.000 You're calling the shots on her. 1.00
01:42:54.000 Your body, my choice, dude.
01:42:56.000 I think we can't draw a distinction between termination of life based on gender.
01:43:01.000 So I'm pro choice.
01:43:03.000 I think that when it comes to issues of abortion to a certain point, that's women and a doctor.
01:43:09.000 It has nothing to do with me.
01:43:10.000 And also, I think if you're arguing that a viable human being that can survive at nine months.
01:43:14.000 I have no say as an American citizen as to whether we determine a murder or not in that capacity.
01:43:19.000 Well, that would be like saying, why then can't women murder the child when it's born, right? 1.00
01:43:25.000 She's giving birth, she doesn't want to.
01:43:27.000 No, I think at a certain point, if a human being is a viable life form, and I'll let me pause real quick.
01:43:32.000 This is actually the principal argument in Roe v. Wade.
01:43:35.000 The Supreme Court was trying to determine when the baby became its own legal entity for protections.
01:43:40.000 So if the baby can't survive on its own, you've got an interesting conundrum as to who is in full control.
01:43:45.000 I mean, if the woman says she doesn't want to be pregnant and the baby is removed, the baby dies.
01:43:49.000 But if the baby can be removed safely and survive, why would the woman have the right to kill it?
01:43:54.000 Because the argument gets really complicated.
01:43:56.000 Let's say this.
01:43:57.000 It gets really complicated because it's, I agree that if you have a baby in your womb for six months and it's healthy and you're like, I don't want it anymore and I don't need to tell anybody why, just kill it.
01:43:57.000 That's all it is.
01:44:10.000 I'm not for that.
01:44:11.000 That's weird. 0.99
01:44:12.000 But you want to control the puss? 0.88
01:44:14.000 What?
01:44:15.000 I'm not, but I'm saying in my opinion, it's weird. 0.55
01:44:15.000 You want to control the puss? 0.55
01:44:18.000 I'm not telling her she can't do it.
01:44:20.000 So let me ask you a question.
01:44:21.000 It's not my puss. 0.95
01:44:22.000 Two women. 1.00
01:44:23.000 Identical twins marry identical twin brothers, consummate the exact same night, get pregnant the exact same time.
01:44:31.000 Eight and a half months later, they are both in the hospital.
01:44:35.000 The woman at a woman A and woman B let's call it Jane and Joan.
01:44:40.000 Jane starts going in contractions before her twin sister, and the baby is born.
01:44:46.000 So Jane gives birth.
01:44:48.000 Joan then says, I would like to terminate this baby before it's born.
01:44:53.000 Do you think the man should be able to say no?
01:44:57.000 It's such a bullshit scenario.
01:44:59.000 It's not.
01:45:00.000 Why?
01:45:00.000 Why not?
01:45:01.000 Because it'll never happen.
01:45:03.000 It's called a thought experiment.
01:45:05.000 Okay, if it was really a thing that was happening, I would be like, right now, clearly my wife has lost her mind.
01:45:13.000 Because apparently, up until right now, we were like, we got a name, we got a crib, it's got a room.
01:45:18.000 And now, right as it's about to come out next to your twin sister, you're like, no, no, hold on.
01:45:23.000 I want to kill it.
01:45:24.000 I'd be like, this is fucking insane.
01:45:25.000 I'm not going to allow that.
01:45:26.000 It's called the thought experiment, right?
01:45:27.000 It means.
01:45:28.000 We don't actually expect the scenario.
01:45:30.000 The purpose of the experiment is to say two identical circumstances where the baby is born and not born, but the babies are identical for all intents and purposes.
01:45:38.000 Why would someone have the legal right to kill one baby and not the other?
01:45:41.000 So let's, for your thought experiment, the woman separated from her husband.
01:45:47.000 And so Jane is with her husband, but Joan's husband left her.
01:45:53.000 They're both in the hospital and she says, I won't have a baby without a husband, so kill it.
01:45:58.000 The husband then calls the doctor and says, Absolutely not. 1.00
01:46:01.000 My wife's a nut job. 1.00
01:46:01.000 You will not kill my baby. 1.00
01:46:03.000 Yeah.
01:46:03.000 I've uh adopt, that's the.
01:46:08.000 All your scenarios adopt.
01:46:09.000 So this is, this is the question.
01:46:11.000 Yes, the liberal person. 1.00
01:46:12.000 Stop her legally. 1.00
01:46:14.000 So the, so the. 1.00
01:46:15.000 There you go.
01:46:16.000 So that's the conservative win again.
01:46:18.000 You're a conservative dude.
01:46:20.000 I finally like, do I get anything for this?
01:46:22.000 You get to choke slam Alex after the show.
01:46:29.000 I'm gonna film it. 0.99
01:46:30.000 Don't, if any woman touches a baby, I'll kill her myself.
01:46:33.000 But here's the point, Jason.
01:46:34.000 You know what I'm saying brother, Here's the point.
01:46:38.000 I'm a traditional liberal.
01:46:39.000 Yeah.
01:46:40.000 And you and I probably agree on most of these moral issues.
01:46:43.000 Yeah, why do you think I fucking hang out?
01:46:44.000 Like, people don't get, like, you're this evil guy.
01:46:48.000 If you're that evil guy, why am I here?
01:46:50.000 But it's because.
01:46:52.000 Now, here's the question Why did they lie to you?
01:46:54.000 Because the media tells them that you're evil.
01:46:57.000 But the question is like, is it because they're just evil, I guess?
01:47:02.000 Well, you talk about stuff that is triggering for both sides.
01:47:07.000 And you do have, I mean, as demonstrated several times today, some hostility.
01:47:12.000 So I would.
01:47:12.000 You debate really well.
01:47:14.000 Wait, you're the one that's threatening Alex.
01:47:16.000 So let me tell you a story.
01:47:18.000 It's going to blow your mind.
01:47:20.000 In 2020, Donald Trump lost the election.
01:47:22.000 Joe Biden.
01:47:23.000 Did he?
01:47:25.000 Okay.
01:47:25.000 Yes.
01:47:26.000 In November, when he lost, I made a video saying Donald Trump loses.
01:47:32.000 Republicans then began to claim that Democrats cheated, voting machines flipped.
01:47:38.000 And I debunked all of that.
01:47:40.000 And I said, I think it's around January.
01:47:43.000 Democrats were able to win through ballot harvesting, a legal practice by which activists go door to door, collect ballots on behalf of people, and then submit them, allowing Joe Biden to get 81 million votes.
01:47:55.000 Several political organizations tied to the Biden administration internally discussed that I was correct and that conservatives had not noticed what I was discussing and that my sharing this information was going to cause them problems in upcoming elections.
01:48:14.000 It Benefited the Democrats that Republicans believed they were flipping voting machines because Republicans were off in la la land.
01:48:22.000 So, what they did was they put out several smear pieces against me, claiming that I was a principal progenitor of election conspiracies.
01:48:31.000 They did so so that people would stop listening to my show.
01:48:36.000 This is a proven fact.
01:48:38.000 And the documents have been declassified, they've been released.
01:48:40.000 We've seen them.
01:48:40.000 Talk to Mike Benz.
01:48:41.000 He went over all the list of names, and they were like, It was you.
01:48:44.000 Because the conservatives were screaming, servers in Germany and Venezuela are stealing the election.
01:48:48.000 And Trump's claiming illegal immigrants.
01:48:50.000 So the reason they come after me is because I stop people like Alex when I explain how they use the census to create extra Democrat votes.
01:48:58.000 They go, oh shit, Tim Pool is exposing what we're actually doing.
01:49:02.000 So I'm not a conservative.
01:49:03.000 When I point out that 6,000 abortions per year are late term, they say, shit, if the American people find out there are 6,000 of these things, they're going to vote against us.
01:49:12.000 So they have to silence people like me.
01:49:14.000 This culminates in the Attorney General of the United States fabricating a claim that I was paid by Russians.
01:49:21.000 That's what people tell me.
01:49:22.000 I'm paid by Russians.
01:49:23.000 The government of the United States under Joe Biden to go after me for telling the truth fabricated a story about Russia paying me.
01:49:32.000 That's how fucking insane the things we are dealing with really are.
01:49:36.000 Because the truth is just one last point our politics are probably very, very similar.
01:49:41.000 There are many people like you who completely agree on most things, but who believe because they've been manipulated by the government and by the left that I believe different things.
01:49:51.000 Yeah.
01:49:52.000 Because they don't want you to watch my show where I explain to people who don't know something like Joe Biden opening the border and letting people in.
01:50:01.000 And liberals who would agree with me on policy say Tim Pool's lying.
01:50:05.000 There's no way that's true.
01:50:07.000 I think I'm the only person at the table that's actually been paid by Russia.
01:50:11.000 Have you been paid by Russia?
01:50:11.000 All that remains is gone to Russia twice.
01:50:13.000 Went to Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Moscow.
01:50:15.000 If it was the other way around and you said Trump opened the border, I would still say the same thing.
01:50:20.000 I probably, yeah.
01:50:21.000 It's not because it's Joe Biden or it's Donald Trump.
01:50:23.000 It's because.
01:50:24.000 You're telling me that the commander in chief is doing something that hurts us.
01:50:30.000 Yeah.
01:50:31.000 Well, they think it helps us.
01:50:33.000 I know, but it's just a way to do it where the people are getting the shaft again.
01:50:40.000 30% increase in home costs, 20% increase in rental costs.
01:50:45.000 Here's how the media works.
01:50:46.000 Insane.
01:50:47.000 You see this headline from syracuse.com?
01:50:49.000 MAGA influencer accuses Trump of deceiving supporters on major issues.
01:50:53.000 He is doing nothing.
01:50:54.000 You want to take a guess who that MAGA influencer is?
01:50:58.000 It's me.
01:50:59.000 Now, why are they calling me a MAGA influencer when I'm criticizing Donald Trump?
01:51:03.000 Why?
01:51:04.000 Because they need to make sure moderate liberals don't hear me call out the president.
01:51:10.000 The narrative they want to create is that Tim Pool is a conservative, right wing Trump supporter.
01:51:14.000 So it's a problem when I criticize Trump, and I do all the time.
01:51:18.000 In fact, the administration is very mad at me about this.
01:51:20.000 So, what they do, the headline is going to say, I'm a Trump supporter, even when I'm not supporting Trump.
01:51:26.000 It's fake.
01:51:27.000 I criticize Trump because the Save Act, which would require voter ID.
01:51:34.000 Trump is just talking about.
01:51:36.000 Thomas Massey comes out against the Israel technology integration with the military.
01:51:42.000 He comes out against the Epstein stuff.
01:51:43.000 So, what did Trump do?
01:51:44.000 Trump got him removed from office, effectively.
01:51:47.000 He ran a massive primary campaign against Massey.
01:51:49.000 Massey is no longer going to be in Congress as of January 3rd.
01:51:52.000 John Thune, who's running the Senate, is blocking the Save Act.
01:51:55.000 What is Trump doing?
01:51:56.000 Nothing.
01:51:57.000 So, I said, Trump is pretending like he wants the Save Act passed, but is taking no political action against those obstructing him.
01:52:04.000 So, what does the media say?
01:52:05.000 MAGA influencer accuses Trump.
01:52:08.000 Why don't they just put Tim Poole criticizes Trump?
01:52:11.000 Because no matter what I do, even if it's anti Trump, it's still pro Trump.
01:52:16.000 It's all fake.
01:52:18.000 But so, are you mad at that?
01:52:21.000 I'm very mad at that.
01:52:22.000 But it is what it is.
01:52:23.000 What do I do?
01:52:23.000 But keep doing my job.
01:52:25.000 They want to make sure that if someone like you or a liberal sees the news story, they immediately think Tim Poole is the other.
01:52:32.000 I can't trust him.
01:52:32.000 Wait, am I a liberal?
01:52:34.000 So we describe you in the political sphere.
01:52:37.000 Like if you go to DC, the think tanks would call you what's called the default liberal.
01:52:41.000 Wait, why?
01:52:43.000 Default liberal means someone who's politically uninitiated, they don't follow politics or really pay attention.
01:52:48.000 Because of that, you've learned a lot of things from the media that is liberal oriented and probably not true.
01:52:54.000 So you will believe things that are liberal even though you're not political.
01:52:58.000 Yeah.
01:53:01.000 I mean, I don't believe.
01:53:03.000 I mean, I guess I see.
01:53:04.000 Look, I see both.
01:53:05.000 I see videos of both sides looking bad.
01:53:07.000 So I get to see a broad array of accusations where I don't.
01:53:13.000 I take it with a grain of salt.
01:53:14.000 I'm like, I don't.
01:53:15.000 How do I know any of that's true?
01:53:16.000 I was on there.
01:53:17.000 I know famous people.
01:53:18.000 I know famous people that have slept with other people that didn't sleep with anybody because they were standing right next to me the whole time.
01:53:23.000 But in the news, it's like, he slept with the Hooters waitress.
01:53:26.000 And I'm like, unless I started being a waitress at Hooters, that didn't happen.
01:53:30.000 Who was it who just said they framed Nixon on Joe Rogan's podcast?
01:53:34.000 I don't know.
01:53:34.000 It was just, I can't remember who it was.
01:53:36.000 You want to Google it real quick?
01:53:39.000 There was some, it's some like famous actor or director.
01:53:42.000 Oliver Stone?
01:53:42.000 He said.
01:53:43.000 Yeah.
01:53:44.000 No.
01:53:45.000 He talked about it.
01:53:45.000 No.
01:53:46.000 No.
01:53:46.000 You sure?
01:53:47.000 The story is that a liberal read a book from Bernstein about his friend, who's a celebrity.
01:53:52.000 Bill Murray.
01:53:52.000 Bill Murray said this.
01:53:54.000 He said, When I read that book about my friend, I went, My God, they framed Nixon.
01:53:58.000 Because if they're going to lie about my friends this way, everything he said about Nixon must have been a lie, too.
01:54:04.000 All right.
01:54:04.000 That's what it is.
01:54:05.000 So I would describe the reason why we describe the left as a cult is because they believe things that are not true because they were told to believe them.
01:54:16.000 The other side does that, too.
01:54:18.000 Somewhat.
01:54:19.000 Somewhat.
01:54:20.000 Holy shit.
01:54:20.000 Yes.
01:54:21.000 It's called the left, it's general, and the right, it's tendency.
01:54:23.000 Yeah, come on, man.
01:54:24.000 Like, oh, if it's Trump, that's different.
01:54:27.000 I'm like, wait, like, I've seen Joe Rogan do that.
01:54:30.000 Is Tucker Carlson a Trump supporter?
01:54:31.000 No.
01:54:32.000 Exactly.
01:54:33.000 So the right has Tucker Carlson with 10 million followers, who gets 7 million views per episode, hating Trump.
01:54:40.000 His followers don't believe anything Trump says.
01:54:42.000 This is the thing that you all switched, I noticed.
01:54:45.000 What do you mean?
01:54:46.000 Everybody, most Republicans are not happy with Trump.
01:54:49.000 That's not true.
01:54:51.000 That's people I meet.
01:54:53.000 I'm not too satisfied, to be honest.
01:54:53.000 He is.
01:54:58.000 I've always been sort of middle on the road on Trump.
01:55:00.000 My position on Trump hasn't changed at all.
01:55:02.000 You're a Republican, right?
01:55:04.000 Independent, moderate, or leaning towards that side.
01:55:07.000 So, I well, so, so we got to clarify a few things.
01:55:11.000 Just because I voted for Republican doesn't change the fact that I'm an independent.
01:55:14.000 Independents vote left and right.
01:55:16.000 If you vote Republican, doesn't that make you a Republican?
01:55:18.000 No, I'm unaffiliated, but I voted Republican in 24.
01:55:21.000 I voted Democrat in 08.
01:55:23.000 I voted for Obama and Bernie Sanders in 20.
01:55:25.000 I don't know if this is personal or not, but in the next election, who would you vote for?
01:55:30.000 I don't know the other side.
01:55:30.000 AOC.
01:55:32.000 Well, big booty Latinas.
01:55:34.000 If the Democratic Party reformed.
01:55:36.000 It's big enough.
01:55:37.000 If the Democratic Party reformed and they had a viable candidate, I'd vote for a Democrat, a Libertarian, or otherwise.
01:55:43.000 So right now, we don't know what's going to be JD Vance.
01:55:43.000 Okay.
01:55:46.000 The most viable candidates right now would be JD Vance and Marco Rubio.
01:55:49.000 The Democrats actually don't have any real candidates right now.
01:55:51.000 That's what I was thinking.
01:55:52.000 I was like, who is there even to vote for?
01:55:55.000 They have nobody.
01:55:56.000 So I voted, I supported in 2020, I supported, I made maximum donations three or four times to the Democrats.
01:56:03.000 When they stole it from Bernie twice, And installed Biden as the nominee through circuitous means, I said, I'm going to vote for Trump.
01:56:11.000 And they killed Seth Ridge.
01:56:12.000 Well, I don't know about all that.
01:56:14.000 It's a whole other thing, Alex.
01:56:18.000 Yeah, I know, but.
01:56:19.000 You see?
01:56:20.000 Listen, this feels like a college class for Jason.
01:56:22.000 You know what it really is?
01:56:24.000 No, but this is not for Jason.
01:56:25.000 I'm like, what?
01:56:26.000 And I'm going to tell you again, I apologize for getting frustrated earlier, but it's not for Jason.
01:56:26.000 This is not for Jason.
01:56:30.000 It's for anybody who is watching this show and is thinking what Jason is thinking, hearing these things for the first time.
01:56:37.000 Jason's like a lot of people.
01:56:38.000 Right.
01:56:39.000 Yeah, I tell you, the difference is that I'm not triggered.
01:56:43.000 Well, mostly.
01:56:44.000 I know people, because that's the, in my group, this is a big thing.
01:56:47.000 This is why I am able to be at this table.
01:56:51.000 Because at one point, I was in a community of people that were not doing well.
01:56:56.000 You know, like a lot of dark, you know, I come from a dark world where the people that I liked were, you know, criminal, tattoo, drug.
01:57:04.000 I mean, I was in porn.
01:57:06.000 All my friends were.
01:57:08.000 Had a bad life and they're kind of like doing the best they can, but very liberal, very angry.
01:57:15.000 You know, you're gay, you're bi, you're trans.
01:57:17.000 They're trying to make me not, you can't, you know what I mean?
01:57:20.000 At one point I was getting crucified because I was like, how's he doing?
01:57:23.000 It's not a he, it's a she.
01:57:24.000 And I'm like, dude, I'm doing the best I can.
01:57:26.000 Yeah.
01:57:27.000 Like, you got to see that I'm not doing it in a way that it's negative, but I definitely spent a long time only around those people.
01:57:35.000 And then when I got sober and started to like, I was like, oh, wow, sleeping with everybody is not actually healthy.
01:57:42.000 That's bad.
01:57:43.000 And I didn't know.
01:57:44.000 And then I, you know, I mean, we're talking two years where if I'm not hanging out with those people, I've pushed these other people away.
01:57:51.000 So I'm by myself.
01:57:53.000 And it was, and I'm getting sober.
01:57:55.000 It was super scary.
01:57:56.000 At one point, I was like, even you, first time I came here, I was like, what?
01:58:01.000 Somebody DM'd me and was like, don't go on that show.
01:58:05.000 I didn't even know it was a show.
01:58:07.000 I was like, they want me to come.
01:58:08.000 I like talking to people.
01:58:10.000 And you gotta listen.
01:58:11.000 This is what he said.
01:58:12.000 He's a racist.
01:58:13.000 He's a homophobe.
01:58:14.000 I'm like, really?
01:58:15.000 Why would he have me on?
01:58:17.000 That's weird.
01:58:18.000 Like, he knows I'm not gonna go, yeah, man, don't say that.
01:58:21.000 Like, I don't wanna do that.
01:58:24.000 And I said, got any video?
01:58:25.000 He's like, yeah.
01:58:26.000 And then he sent me two videos.
01:58:27.000 And I went, What were the videos?
01:58:29.000 Where's the bit?
01:58:31.000 He said something about men not paying for dinner and something about how men are not men anymore, something about you need to take care of your masculinity.
01:58:43.000 Something about masculinity.
01:58:45.000 And I was like, wait, where's the racist bit in that?
01:58:50.000 Or homophobic?
01:58:52.000 Like, is it homophobic?
01:58:55.000 It just seemed like he thinks we should pay for dinner.
01:58:58.000 Like, I didn't really, I'm not catching what you have.
01:59:01.000 Stated and then, but it was enough because I owe my fans.
01:59:05.000 You know, as soon as I walked in here, I was like, hey man, can I just talk to you for a second?
01:59:10.000 Before we come up here?
01:59:10.000 Yeah.
01:59:11.000 Because if, if you're like, yeah, fuck black people, I'd be like, okay, well, I'm just going to leave.
01:59:16.000 Yeah.
01:59:16.000 You know, because I don't want to be in that.
01:59:18.000 And if you were like, yeah, fuck gay people, I'd be like, okay.
01:59:20.000 That's also the difference that my sobriety, my understanding, my constant apology, I've apologized to everybody I've ever known for being angry, quick, and bitter.
01:59:32.000 And if you're not thinking what I'm thinking, then fuck you.
01:59:34.000 That's all I was.
01:59:35.000 About so now, I listen to people.
01:59:38.000 I'm friends with Jeff Dye.
01:59:39.000 Do you know who that is?
01:59:40.000 Yeah, he is not a liberal guy.
01:59:42.000 No, no, no.
01:59:42.000 And I was on his show, and some of the things that he thought I don't agree with, but it's your opinion.
01:59:49.000 Yeah, and you don't want anything bad to happen to me.
01:59:51.000 You love your parents, or you want to fall in love with a girl if you have a kid, you're gonna love the kid.
01:59:55.000 Like, we're all the same.
01:59:57.000 It's just this weird, you know, how dare you thing where I'm like, I just don't care anymore if you say something that's offensive.
02:00:03.000 So, here's your life, dude.
02:00:04.000 Like, I'm not gonna jump down your throat.
02:00:06.000 Here's the same.
02:00:08.000 Everybody lives, everybody is on this beach surrounded by this wall of fire.
02:00:14.000 And you're being told by all these people around you, they're grabbing your arm saying, Don't go near the fire.
02:00:18.000 The fire is dangerous.
02:00:19.000 When you finally decide to jump over that wall, you find the whole world and everything was fine the whole time.
02:00:26.000 So on this side, we've got members of our community who are transgender, gay.
02:00:31.000 One of our regulars is a big, good friend of ours, is gay married.
02:00:35.000 We have no issues with anybody.
02:00:38.000 Like, it's very liberal in a sense.
02:00:40.000 We have a lot of conservatives who are very far right, but it's liberal in the sense that we all hang out together.
02:00:45.000 In fact, there's a guy that everybody on this, everybody who watches the show absolutely hates.
02:00:49.000 You know who I'm talking about?
02:00:51.000 Brian Shapiro.
02:00:52.000 Yeah, but he's our friend.
02:00:54.000 He's a raging liberal TBS.
02:00:57.000 He gets beat up.
02:00:58.000 If you're a raging liberal in this room, I could see how that might trigger a few people.
02:01:01.000 No, no, no.
02:01:02.000 But he's an actor.
02:01:04.000 Phil, they do not get along.
02:01:05.000 That's the thing that people don't realize.
02:01:07.000 This comedy taught me this.
02:01:08.000 Going on the road, you know, I had people on social media say this, say that.
02:01:12.000 Everybody I meet at a meet and greet after a show, they're awesome.
02:01:18.000 Yeah.
02:01:18.000 And you could be like, you know, this one thing I don't like, actually, you know what?
02:01:22.000 Maybe gay isn't bad.
02:01:23.000 And I'm like, okay.
02:01:25.000 Like, it's, I also understand where you come, your parents, I don't know where you were born.
02:01:29.000 Maybe you were hung up with the people that were like, these guys are bad.
02:01:32.000 Maybe one of them did something bad to you.
02:01:35.000 Everyone has a reason.
02:01:36.000 I just never take it.
02:01:39.000 I was always ready, you know, like, I want to say something weird, but I grew up at a spot where I do that.
02:01:45.000 I'm going to give you a reason.
02:01:47.000 Because it's, are we getting jumped?
02:01:49.000 You know, like you got to be ready.
02:01:50.000 I'm going to say one thing and then, Alex, you can wrap it up.
02:01:54.000 We just, we're friends with everybody.
02:01:58.000 Yeah.
02:01:59.000 From, if like, we have friends who are liberals and progressives.
02:02:02.000 I'm here.
02:02:03.000 Right.
02:02:04.000 If you're nice to us, we're nice to you.
02:02:05.000 Gay as fuck.
02:02:06.000 There you go.
02:02:08.000 But that's just it.
02:02:09.000 If you're nice to us, we're nice to you.
02:02:11.000 Yeah.
02:02:11.000 That's all that matters.
02:02:12.000 But take it away, Alex.
02:02:13.000 I just want to make this point.
02:02:14.000 I think this would describe Tibbs politics and correct me if I'm wrong.
02:02:18.000 And I'm paraphrasing Machiavelli.
02:02:22.000 Is that most people are good, but most people in power are bad because you had to do something bad to get into power.
02:02:27.000 And I think Tim is trying to fight against the power, the man, the people that are trying to hold us back.
02:02:31.000 And so I think that's a better representation of Tim's, if it's a conservative guy that's doing bad, if it's a liberal guy that's doing bad, whatever, we're trying to fight against the people that are in power that are screwing us over.
02:02:41.000 I don't think most people are good.
02:02:42.000 I think most people are selfish, animal, hellbent on survival.
02:02:47.000 I mean, that's a paraphrase of Machiavelli.
02:02:48.000 He had this wholesome ending, and then Ian's like, no.
02:02:50.000 I thought we were in the clear, dude.
02:02:53.000 We gotta get the squirrels, you know what I'm saying?
02:02:54.000 Spirit has like a good guiding, godlike thing, but the animal body that we inhabit are just.
02:02:59.000 Devious, murderous.
02:03:00.000 It's like when he fingerballs, I'm like, I'm going to punch him in the mouth.
02:03:04.000 And then I'm like, I don't let him do his gay shit either.
02:03:06.000 Yeah, I don't think people are good at all.
02:03:09.000 We've got to get like 80, 90% destructive animals, and we kind of have a tiny bit of control over that.
02:03:18.000 We got to get ready because we're about to get ready for the live show.
02:03:22.000 Cast brew coffee.
02:03:23.000 It's going to be fun.
