00:00:00.000 Thanks for watching.
00:00:12.000 soldiers and injured 34 more.
00:00:15.000 They say it was done by Iran-backed militia groups and came from Syria.
00:00:20.000 We're now getting a breaking report from Sky News that as early as tonight, Joe Biden may authorize military action in the Middle East, which could spark World War III.
00:00:30.000 And I'm not the only one who's saying it.
00:00:31.000 World War III has been trending for some time, especially after these three U.S.
00:00:34.000 soldiers had been killed.
00:00:36.000 And there are numerous reports coming out about the fears escalating.
00:00:39.000 And, of course, kind of feels like beating a dead horse, but you have had many world leaders saying over and over again over the past year that we are knocking on the doors of World War III.
00:00:48.000 In fact, many said we are already in it.
00:00:50.000 We just don't know it yet.
00:00:51.000 So we'll see.
00:00:53.000 I suppose with all the news now coming out about the fears of World War III, there's a lot to actually break down.
00:00:57.000 But we got big news on the border.
00:00:58.000 Everybody's waiting for an update on what happened with Biden.
00:01:02.000 The Biden administration and Texas, the National Guard, the Border Patrol has sided with Texas.
00:01:07.000 They said they're not going to interfere.
00:01:09.000 They're not going to be arresting anybody.
00:01:10.000 And they actually disagree with the Supreme Court's ruling.
00:01:13.000 This is from the Border Patrol Union.
00:01:14.000 So this should be particularly interesting.
00:01:17.000 We'll get into all of that.
00:01:17.000 And then we got some more fun news.
00:01:19.000 Mark Cuban, Has been arguing over diversity, inclusivity, and equity programs, and he stated publicly on Axe that gender and race do contribute.
00:01:31.000 He says, I've never had anybody solely based on that, but it does play a factor.
00:01:35.000 Well, one of the commissioners of the EEOC responded to him saying, no, you cannot use it in any way.
00:01:43.000 You are dead wrong.
00:01:44.000 Mark Cuban seems to have publicly admitted to violating the law, opening up all of his companies to massive legal exposure by admitting they use race and gender in hiring, which is illegal.
00:02:00.000 Now, there are people reporting, anybody who's ever, or I should say, what's going around now, anybody who's been fired or refused a job from any one of his companies now has grounds for a lawsuit to say it was because of their race.
00:02:13.000 So, this should get very interesting, my friends.
00:02:15.000 But before we get started, I want you all to head over to factswithben.com, that's F-A-C-T-S, withben.com, to buy the song, Facts.
00:02:27.000 By Tom McDonald and Ben Shapiro.
00:02:29.000 You click Purchase Options.
00:02:31.000 Then you select $129.
00:02:32.000 You buy the song.
00:02:33.000 You buy that MP3.
00:02:34.000 You download it.
00:02:35.000 The link is also available in the description below.
00:02:37.000 This is not a promotional sponsor spot.
00:02:40.000 I am just friends with Tom and Ben and I think you guys... If we all... I bought the song already.
00:02:45.000 We all buy this song.
00:02:46.000 We put Ben Shapiro on the Billboard Hot 100.
00:02:49.000 We've already made Ben Shapiro the number one rapper in the country.
00:02:52.000 Nicki Minaj has even commented on it congratulating Ben Shapiro.
00:02:57.000 But I'll tell you, it's about us pushing back and taking this territory in the culture war, storming into the cultural institutions and making our voices heard.
00:03:05.000 Tom McDonald's been working really, really hard for a very, very long time.
00:03:08.000 He makes a bunch of really awesome music.
00:03:10.000 He's had a bunch of hits, but at every turn, of course, there are obstacles thrown in his way.
00:03:15.000 And I say this only because it's happened to us as well.
00:03:18.000 We put out a song, whoops, Billboard all of a sudden doesn't track the sales we got anymore for some technical reason.
00:03:25.000 Okay.
00:03:26.000 Well, if you want to support Tom McDonald and Ben Shapiro, if you want to stick it to the machine, and you want to force the corporate press to acknowledge Ben Shapiro, who doesn't even think rap is music, force them to say, okay, Ben Shapiro is one of the world's top rappers, By the song, support our friends Tom and Ben.
00:03:44.000 And I do appreciate it.
00:03:45.000 Again, I'm not sponsored by them in any way.
00:03:48.000 I just really hope that they chart.
00:03:50.000 Based on the metrics I have so far, it does look like, so long as we keep up this campaign until Thursday, Ben and Tom should be on the Hot 100, the top 100 songs in the country, and potentially even the top 200, which is global.
00:04:04.000 So I think that'd be fantastic.

00:04:41.000 Hey, it's good to be here.
00:04:43.000 Who are you?
00:04:44.000 What do you do?
00:04:45.000 What do I do?
00:04:46.000 God, that's a hard question, actually.
00:04:48.000 I've been around long enough to have done a lot of things.
00:04:51.000 Started my life as a musician.
00:04:52.000 Oh, great.
00:04:53.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:04:54.000 Did that from the time I was a child, and then became a professional touring musician when I was a 19-year-old punk in college.
00:05:02.000 Wow.
00:05:03.000 Yeah, I was a trumpet player.
00:05:04.000 Oh, cool.
00:05:05.000 Yeah, so I answered the call to go on the road with a band.
00:05:08.000 I quit school, did that for several years, and have been in the music business in one form or the other most of my life.
00:05:14.000 And now you're a journalist.
00:05:17.000 Well, yeah, I've been writing on the side, you know, that was always kind of my hobby.
00:05:21.000 And then it became my side hustle and that sort of thing.
00:05:24.000 And then once, you know, AOL became MySpace and MySpace became Facebook and Facebook became a blog.
00:05:31.000 And now that has all become Blaze Media.
00:05:33.000 But that's where I work for now.
00:05:35.000 And one of the big stories that we've been covering quite a bit is that for your coverage of January 6th, as a journalist, as one of the most, I mean, anybody looks at you, they're like, oh, that guy's a journalist, right?
00:05:46.000 They're threatening to lock you up.
00:05:47.000 I heard you say that, yes.
00:05:48.000 Yeah, I mean, of like, you're sitting there wearing the suit on the blaze, and I'm like, they could have some fat dude in a t-shirt, and you're gonna be like, is he a journalist?
00:05:55.000 Or like, what does he do?
00:05:56.000 That guy in the suit sitting with the glasses, like, oh, he looks like a journalist.
00:05:58.000 But you know what?
00:05:59.000 I did not look like a journalist on January 6th.
00:06:02.000 Because see, I had a David Bowie tribute act at the time.
00:06:07.000 And because it was the COVID lockdowns, I decided that I was going to change my Bowie look and so I was actually growing my hair out during that time.
00:06:14.000 So as I'm walking through the Capitol on the CCTV cameras, I have this long mane coming out of the back of my ball cap.
00:06:20.000 They're threatening to lock you up.
00:06:22.000 Yeah.
00:06:22.000 Because you were reporting on January 6th.
00:06:25.000 There are several people who Well, the media, I mean, we'll just go use Owen Shroyer as an example, didn't even go in the building.
00:06:33.000 They did lock him up.
00:06:34.000 And so we've covered your story quite a bit.
00:06:37.000 Thanks for joining us.
00:06:37.000 We'll get into the details on that and we'll see where we are with the updates.
00:06:40.000 But yeah, it's a crazy story.
00:06:42.000 Yeah, it is.
00:06:43.000 Yeah, right on.
00:06:44.000 We also have Hannah-Claire Brimelow hanging out.
00:06:45.000 Hey, I'm Hannah-Claire Brimelow.
00:06:46.000 I'm a writer for scnr.com.
00:06:48.000 You can see all of our news on Twitter and Instagram at TimCastNews.
00:06:52.000 I'm really happy to be here.
00:06:53.000 Shane's back.
00:06:54.000 What's up?
00:06:55.000 I'm happy to be here.
00:06:55.000 I'm also a writer for Scanner and the author of Tales from the Inverted World, where I write about the thin line between demons and politicians.
00:07:03.000 Quite often.
00:07:03.000 And the lack thereof.
00:07:04.000 And there's no more line anymore.
00:07:06.000 Welcome to 2024.
00:07:10.000 Yeah, also interested to see what your take on the new Kanye stuff is.
00:07:14.000 Maybe we'll get into that.
00:07:14.000 I don't think we will.
00:07:15.000 But we should talk about that otherwise.
00:07:16.000 Oh, I got a lot of takes.
00:07:17.000 And we definitely got to talk about the Taylor Swift conspiracy theory.
00:07:20.000 Man, I've had a lot of people yell at me that the Ravens-Chiefs match was rigged.
00:07:26.000 That the refs were throwing it.
00:07:28.000 The Ravens were throwing it.
00:07:29.000 Like, what is happening?
00:07:30.000 I've heard over and over again that there were like three instances of pass interference.
00:07:34.000 The refs didn't call on the Chiefs and just gave them a free ride.
00:07:37.000 Or they're just salty fans, I don't know.
00:07:39.000 But I'm seeing all over Ax people like, rigged, rigged, rigged!
00:07:42.000 And you've got this scenario where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have this, like, movie romance going on where it's boosting all this, uh, all of these, you know, revenue and ratings and everything.
00:07:53.000 But there are a lot of people on the right who think Taylor Swift, it's all one big psy-op because she's gonna announce support for the Democrats.
00:07:58.000 I think that's wrong.
00:08:00.000 I think if there's gonna be a side, it'll be something different.
00:08:01.000 But we will talk about that because the idea of the NFL being rigged is very interesting.
00:08:05.000 But!
00:08:06.000 We're going to jump to this first story here from Sky News.
00:08:09.000 Check this out.
00:08:11.000 Biden faces pivotal moment as he weighs retaliation for soldier deaths in Jordan drone strike.
00:08:17.000 The commander in chief will have given a number of options by the Pentagon, but the consequences are far from certain and could trigger a wider war.
00:08:24.000 Sky News says as early as tonight, President Joe Biden will authorize U.S.
00:08:28.000 military action in the Middle East.
00:08:30.000 It is likely to be one of the most consequential decisions of his presidency.
00:08:33.000 At stake, the credibility of American deterrence and the teetering stability of the region.
00:08:37.000 This comes after three U.S.
00:08:40.000 troops were killed in a drone attack and 34 were injured.
00:08:44.000 CNN reports that three U.S.
00:08:47.000 Army soldiers were killed and more than 30 service members were injured in a drone attack overnight on a small U.S.
00:08:52.000 outpost in Jordan, U.S.
00:08:54.000 officials told CNN, marking the first time that U.S.
00:08:57.000 troops have been killed by enemy fire in the Middle East since the beginning of the Gaza War.
00:09:00.000 We shall respond, President Joe Biden said while speaking in South Carolina on Sunday.
00:09:05.000 The killing of three Americans at Tower 22 in Jordan near the border with Syria is a significant escalation of an already precarious situation in the Middle East.
00:09:13.000 Officials said the drone was fired by Iran-backed militants and appeared to come from Syria.
00:09:18.000 It is still being determined which militia group specifically is responsible.
00:09:21.000 And of course, we're already seeing the warmongers in Washington, D.C.
00:09:25.000 say, strike Iran now.
00:09:27.000 With the reporting that Joe Biden will be authorizing some form of retaliation tonight, Many are speculating this could kick off World War III.
00:09:37.000 I also, okay, I think it's fair to state that the problem we have here, and the difficulty with this kind of commentary, is that you have dozens of world leaders saying either World War III is starting, has already started, or is about to start.
00:09:52.000 Then you have constant tit-for-tat escalations, and we just don't know.
00:09:57.000 I mean, we're in the thick of it.
00:09:58.000 We can't tell.
00:09:59.000 We can't see the forest.
00:10:01.000 We're inside of it.
00:10:02.000 This could be the shot heard around the world moment, but I don't think we would know until well into any kind of actual war.
00:10:09.000 I do believe, however, if Joe Biden does order any kind of retaliation on Iran directly, then it's fine.
00:10:16.000 I think it's fair to say at that point, everything's going to kick off dominoes one after another.
00:10:20.000 So if there is an action taken against Iran, in some capacity, and then this ropes in the other countries in the BRICS nations, we may six months down the line be like, okay, we're in World War Three.
00:10:33.000 History books will look back and say that moment Joe Biden ordered retaliation kicked things off.
00:10:38.000 I gotta be honest.
00:10:39.000 I'd actually think that October 7th may be considered the start.
00:10:42.000 If World War III kicks off, you can ignore Ukraine.
00:10:46.000 People will say, well, there were border conflicts happening, and there was funding of war in Ukraine, Afghanistan collapsed, and things like that.
00:10:52.000 October 7th was a massive escalation, which results in the Houthi rebels shutting down, you know, the Red Sea, basically, shutting down shipping, which is now leading to a dramatic escalation.
00:11:04.000 At some point, Venezuela can make a move on Guyana.
00:11:06.000 China makes a move on Taiwan.
00:11:08.000 There you go, World War Three.
00:11:10.000 Yeah, it's definitely tense geopolitically.
00:11:11.000 I mean, that's the funny thing about the Ukraine conflict, which is that for a while when this was happening, when Russia was stationing troops along the border, everyone was like, we're on the brink of something, we're on the brink of something.
00:11:21.000 And they did shut down trade and there are all kinds of sanctions against Russia.
00:11:24.000 And ultimately, we just started to learn to live with this conflict.
00:11:27.000 I mean, of course, the U.S.
00:11:28.000 government is paying billions of dollars to support Ukraine and the American taxpayers are feeling the effect of that at home.
00:11:35.000 But ultimately, it doesn't seem like that was enough to spark World War Three.
00:11:38.000 This does seem like more of a tension building moment.
00:11:42.000 But maybe we'll feel differently in six months.
00:11:43.000 You know, people like Lindsey Graham, they've been wanting Iran forever.
00:11:49.000 They want us inside Iran.
00:11:52.000 They want to slide on in, you know, occupy that space and just take it.
00:11:57.000 Is that why we have a small contingency in Jordan?
00:12:00.000 Are they bait for the warmongers?
00:12:02.000 Well, the other thing, too, is that Intercept is reporting we've got troops in Yemen.
00:12:06.000 This is a White House report saying we did.
00:12:09.000 And then in January said, actually, no, we don't.
00:12:12.000 We're not sure there's any troops there.
00:12:15.000 There's been a secret war in Yemen going on for a decade.
00:12:17.000 The U.S.
00:12:18.000 has been supplying weapons even under Trump.
00:12:22.000 This has been ongoing.
00:12:23.000 The question is, when does it come to a point where Russia, China, or any BRICS nation, for instance, just finally says, yeah, no, it's full scale, it's mobilization?
00:12:34.000 And would they, right?
00:12:35.000 Like, who's going to be the first to admit that we're in war?
00:12:38.000 I feel like no country wants to be the one to say, like, this is it.
00:12:41.000 I think if we get, if we make it to the far future, they're going to have a hard time quantifying World War III as separated from World War II and World War I. They're going to look at this all as like one long sustained time of violence that's been going on for maybe decades.
00:12:55.000 I don't think so.
00:12:55.000 I mean, yeah, sort of, but World War I, before World War I, there was, the war starts because of the tensions.
00:13:03.000 Then World War II is kind of born out of consequences from that.
00:13:06.000 Exactly.
00:13:07.000 But look, we call World War I and World War II separate despite the fact that it's all basically the same conflict.
00:13:13.000 But then I'm thinking like past that, you know, we've been kind of doing these weird psyops on each other through, you know, the internet and causing all this turmoil, whether the people claiming it's rigged elections and whatnot.
00:13:23.000 I think they might add those to the idea of what the war has looked like, because we've entered this new digital space where the war is on, like, the digital battlefront, the physical battlefront.
00:13:31.000 We're seeing it escalate now in the way we think of war in the old school ways, but I think it's been going on kind of psychologically for years.
00:13:38.000 Well, that makes me think of, like, TikTok, right?
00:13:39.000 I mean, when TikTok rolled out, everyone realized what kind of connection it had to the Chinese government.
00:13:43.000 It was sort of this question of, oh, what warfare is being played even though we are not actively at, you know, At war.
00:13:49.000 There is always an effort to have influence over another nation.
00:13:53.000 I don't think that ever went away.
00:13:55.000 I have proof that TikTok is war.
00:13:58.000 They banned pop culture crisis.
00:14:00.000 I thought you were going to say because they created Dylan Mulvaney, but that's also true.
00:14:03.000 So we have another show at TimCast.com, Pop Culture Crisis, hosted by Brett Dasovic and Mary Morgan.
00:14:11.000 Guests on Friday.
00:14:12.000 It's very similar to TimCast IRL in its structure.
00:14:14.000 Super chats, commentary, stories, podcasts, live.
00:14:19.000 Monday through Friday, three to five.
00:14:22.000 It's not a big political show.
00:14:24.000 It's talking about like, oh hey, this new movie came out, this new video game.
00:14:28.000 The point was to be able to have someone, some way that we could talk about pop culture issues in this company when we're mostly talking about news.
00:14:36.000 TikTok banned them.
00:14:37.000 What was the reason?
00:14:39.000 Community guidelines violations.
00:14:40.000 I call shenanigans.
00:14:41.000 I think the real issue is controlling influence of an adversary.
00:14:47.000 Making sure that the work we do can't expand.
00:14:50.000 TimCastIRL got banned from TikTok a while ago.
00:14:53.000 And then, you know, no real reason given.
00:14:58.000 They don't want us to be able to have influence because the narrative and the message that we share is good for the United States And the narrative and message that's on TikTok, Dylan Mulvaney for instance, is destroying the future generations.
00:15:12.000 I got banned from TikTok right after I posted a video of me on InfoWars.
00:15:16.000 And I think Alex's voice just like trips a wire on TikTok and it was like immediately gone.
00:15:21.000 I was like, I don't even care.
00:15:22.000 I don't even like TikTok like that.
00:15:23.000 It was fun sharing videos of me on InfoWars, but it was immediate.
00:15:26.000 But TikTok has such an influence on culture right now.
00:15:29.000 I mean, this is what happened after the October 7th conflict broke out.
00:15:32.000 This was one of the things that came up, that the conversation that was happening between mainstream media or maybe even on, let's say, Instagram was different from the conversation that was happening among younger Gen Z on TikTok.
00:15:44.000 The difference between the position on being, you know, Pro-Israel versus being pro-Palestine became obvious on social media more than anywhere else.
00:15:51.000 I mean, it was social media and college campuses that really led people to believe that, oh, wait, they have conflicting opinions here.
00:15:57.000 We didn't expect it.
00:15:58.000 Yeah.
00:15:59.000 Are you on TikTok?
00:16:00.000 No, I banned myself from TikTok.
00:16:02.000 Me too, I never got on.
00:16:03.000 The moment it came into existence.
00:16:07.000 Fair play.
00:16:07.000 Well, good.
00:16:08.000 But it is still highly influential.
00:16:10.000 Did you guys see that Florida is proposing banning social media for anyone under 16?
00:16:15.000 With parental consent, right?
00:16:16.000 There's a couple states that are considering laws like this.
00:16:18.000 So a kid can go on if the parents consent to it?
00:16:20.000 Yeah, you have to have parental consent if you're a minor, if you're under 18.
00:16:24.000 Just like if a kid wants to go to an adult bookstore, he just needs parental consent, right?
00:16:28.000 Yeah, and I can't remember which state, I'll look it up in a second, but one of them, you know, you can't just say, oh yeah, my parents said it was okay.
00:16:34.000 You have to, they have to like sign a document and send it into the company, which I find interesting.
00:16:39.000 But again, to your point, you know, the challenges that this generation is facing in terms of, you know, Trying to understand the challenges that face their young generation are very different than the parents who came out of World War I or the parents who came out of World War II.
00:16:54.000 And I think so much of that has to do with the digital age.
00:16:56.000 I mean, we always see that during times of threat, you know, like after 9-11, theoretically, this was a point where a lot of people enrolled.
00:17:03.000 enlisted in the military and there was a sort of spike in patriotism, but that goes away.
00:17:07.000 People have their own questions about the government's actions.
00:17:10.000 This generation has seen so much tension and conflict.
00:17:12.000 And in fact, the fact that they're always plugged in, they're always seeing clips of
00:17:16.000 awful things all the time.
00:17:18.000 Could you inspire them to come together?
00:17:19.000 I don't think you can.
00:17:20.000 So you're saying that social media created the perfect candidates for drone operators?
00:17:25.000 Maybe, or just the perfect candidates to be disengaged because they are ultimately overstimulated
00:17:30.000 I think it created a generation of broken-brained people.
00:17:33.000 Well, that's what the biggest danger is.
00:17:35.000 As my children became teenagers, and of course I could watch on my iPhone what apps they were downloading, you know, and my 14-year-old son downloads Snapchat, oh heck no, you know, that comes off now.
00:17:47.000 You take it off or I take the phone.
00:17:48.000 Snapchat's creepy.
00:17:50.000 Well, it was creepy, but you know, look, those guys on his baseball team, they're sharing photos, pictures, and it would be incredibly easy for them to make that fatal mistake, and they're branded as a sexual predator for the rest of their lives.
00:18:05.000 Yeah, this is where teenagers share photos of themselves, and it doesn't matter.
00:18:09.000 Law doesn't say you or anyone else.
00:18:11.000 The law just says, photo of a minor.
00:18:13.000 Done.
00:18:13.000 That's it.
00:18:14.000 And so they've had, like, 14-year-old boys and girls have to register as sex offenders because they took pictures of themselves and shared it, but that's what the law says.
00:18:21.000 Or there's been a couple cases where people will connect with them, effectively catfish them, they'll send, like, a nude photo or whatever, and then they'll blackmail them and say, like, we have this, we're going to ruin your life.
00:18:30.000 There was, I think, a kid from Minnesota who killed himself over this.
00:18:33.000 I mean, this is, like, a new danger that I think parents have never had to contend with because they're basically inviting strangers into their home constantly through their cell phone.
00:18:41.000 I want to jump to this story from the Telegraph, hosted by Yahoo News.
00:18:46.000 Well, the article is very interesting.
00:18:47.000 fast and too few are willing to admit why. Well the article is very interesting.
00:18:53.000 It does mention that there was a drone attack on a US base near
00:18:58.000 Jordan, but it mentions the core reason is that authoritarian regimes are failing.
00:19:02.000 Iran and Russia, for instance, struggling to keep themselves afloat, are going to start making moves.
00:19:07.000 I think it's actually a really good argument.
00:19:09.000 Faced with an existential crisis, either economically, due to population collapse or otherwise, Look, a drowning person is not, they thrash about violently.
00:19:19.000 And you know, they say when you're going to rescue someone who's drowning, you have to approach them from behind, otherwise they drag you down with them.
00:19:25.000 For these countries that are facing existential crises, and that includes the United States, there's an option.
00:19:31.000 Go to war.
00:19:32.000 And we've seen it time and time again.
00:19:35.000 And there's a lot of parallels to everyone's favorite empire, the Roman Empire.
00:19:39.000 But I want to point out a few very important things.
00:19:41.000 The World Socialist website, you know, we love them.
00:19:44.000 They report, British army chief issues call for conscription and whole of nation mobilization for war.
00:19:53.000 It's not just Britain, Sweden has issued a call for their citizens to prepare for war and there have been reports that people have begun signing up to be conscripted.
00:20:05.000 So in Sweden they have a system where you fill out a questionnaire and determine whether or not you will be forced to join the war effort.
00:20:11.000 France24 says, Sweden's call for population to prepare for war sparks panic and criticism.
00:20:16.000 Now, I don't consider the World Socialist website to be all that credible.
00:20:19.000 But here's the interesting thing.
00:20:21.000 I believe conscription is the appropriate word based on the facts.
00:20:24.000 Corporate news doesn't want to say conscription because of what it means to the average person.
00:20:29.000 So of course, thetimes.co.uk says, UK must train citizens for war with Russia, says army chief.
00:20:37.000 Let me just try that one for you again.
00:20:39.000 UK must train citizens for war with Russia.
00:20:43.000 In other words, citizens should prepare to be conscripted into war.
00:20:48.000 The Times doesn't want to say it.
00:20:50.000 Corporate press doesn't want to publicly state, we will conscript you and force you to go to war, because that is never popular.
00:20:58.000 And I believe if all the big outlets said right now, Sweden and the UK have issued calls for conscription, Then there would be a major push against escalation to stop the war.
00:21:11.000 So they want to keep that out of sight, out of mind.
00:21:14.000 But in the end...
00:21:15.000 For those that are here in the United States, if Joe Biden decides tonight to issue a retaliatory strike on, say, the coast of Iran or something, on specific targets, and he says, for too long, Iran has been supplying the Houthi rebels and other militia groups in Iraq and Syria, and this has now resulted in the death of three American citizens, America will retaliate.
00:21:37.000 We will not back down.
00:21:39.000 If he strikes Iran and Iran says, we're going to war and then calls in their allies, and this escalates dramatically.
00:21:45.000 Do not be surprised if they start sending out draft orders.
00:21:50.000 I have, unfortunately, a son of draft age.
00:21:54.000 And when I say unfortunately, it's not unfortunate that I have a son.
00:21:57.000 You like him, it's unfortunate that he's draft age.
00:21:58.000 It's unfortunate that he is draft age.
00:22:00.000 And it is, as a father, not something that I want to see happening, obviously.
00:22:05.000 But in my entire life, though, I've always grown up always thinking that if we're attacked, if our assets are attacked overseas, that we must retaliate.
00:22:12.000 The problem today is I don't believe anything anymore.
00:22:14.000 I don't believe anything.
00:22:15.000 And when we start talking about conscription in Sweden or especially in the UK, it's like Orwell spinning around going, I told you so, I told you so.
00:22:25.000 I love my father, but I remember that one of the first big fights we had, I was maybe 11 or 12, we were watching some war footage on TV and I told him, I will never be drafted.
00:22:34.000 They'll try and I'll never fight those wars.
00:22:36.000 I don't know.
00:22:36.000 It just felt inherent to my soul.
00:22:38.000 He got really mad.
00:22:40.000 Like, how dare you not want to protect your country and stuff.
00:22:42.000 But my dad buys into a lot of like the corporate press.
00:22:45.000 Although watching Fox 5 and stuff, he buys into that whole, you know, narrative of patriotism.
00:22:49.000 And he's from an older generation.
00:22:50.000 Yeah, and I get it.
00:22:51.000 And I get why he was mad.
00:22:52.000 I always thought about that fight, but I believe a double down on that feeling I had then.
00:22:56.000 No more now more.
00:22:57.000 But you know what?
00:22:57.000 It's sad, isn't it?
00:22:59.000 There used to be a generation of people who said, I believe in my country wholeheartedly, I will fight for them.
00:23:03.000 But the problem is, we have seen time and time again, the military-industrial complex and special interests send young men, mostly men, off to die for no reason other than their bottom line.
00:23:14.000 Yeah, and I should add to that because of what Tim just said, I grew up next to a military base.
00:23:19.000 Seeing basically people who are my surrogate brothers and sisters, older brothers and sisters who were cadets, come back with no limbs, going to die for wars that made no sense.
00:23:27.000 You know, so that was the world I was born up into and it made no, absolutely no sense.
00:23:31.000 Yeah, this is the conversation my family had when my brother enlisted and he deployed to Afghanistan with the Marine Corps was like, But why are we here?
00:23:38.000 Like, you know, I respect that that was the path that was right for him and everything else.
00:23:42.000 But also, is this the the operation that I think is most value for your time?
00:23:47.000 Not to mention all the risk.
00:23:48.000 But all service members, families are going to worry at the risk.
00:23:50.000 It was like we don't even need to be here.
00:23:52.000 Yeah.
00:23:52.000 And you're going anyway.
00:23:53.000 Yeah.
00:23:54.000 Risk is important.
00:23:55.000 And we should be in the military to some degree can be important.
00:23:58.000 But what has become the industrial complex that Eisenhower warned about, we are living in that horrible nightmare right now.
00:24:04.000 If we can't clearly define that The answer to that question, why are we here?
00:24:10.000 Why are we going?
00:24:11.000 That's why we have to have Congress make these decisions and not unilaterally made by one decrepit old senile man or whoever's controlling.
00:24:19.000 Yeah, wow.
00:24:20.000 I usually call him a reanimated corpse.
00:24:21.000 You're being very nice to him.
00:24:22.000 Yeah, sorry.
00:24:23.000 Well, it's because I'm much closer to his age than you are.
00:24:26.000 You are doing way better than that man is.
00:24:28.000 Man, I'll put it in quotes.
00:24:29.000 That's the thing, too.
00:24:30.000 Trump and Biden are not so far off in age, and there's obviously a huge difference.
00:24:34.000 I mean, there are other politicians that are close to Biden in age, and he is just not doing well.
00:24:38.000 Deteriorating.
00:24:38.000 At a certain point, you have to just feel unkind, being like, you are falling apart, sir, but you really are.
00:24:43.000 We got a funny super chat.
00:24:45.000 Maury says, Gen Z is not fighting for this country, lolol.
00:24:49.000 Here's a thought.
00:24:51.000 Excuse me, sir.
00:24:52.000 I noticed that you just illegally crossed the border.
00:24:55.000 Would you like to be a citizen of this country?
00:24:57.000 Here's a gun.
00:24:57.000 We're sending you to Ukraine.
00:24:59.000 The likelihood, I think, is actually fairly great in the event of a major war that the U.S.
00:25:05.000 Look.
00:25:06.000 It used to be, I love the history of rifling.
00:25:10.000 There used to be, oh, I love the story of the last samurai in Japan.
00:25:14.000 They were considered high-ranking, high-class, high-status, trained warriors.
00:25:18.000 And then we bring them rifles, and we're like, you don't need to train anybody.
00:25:22.000 You just hand it to them, you tell them to point and shoot.
00:25:24.000 And all of a sudden, the samurai are considered, they're much, much less important.
00:25:29.000 You don't need to train someone from birth to be a fighter anymore when you can hand a gun to somebody.
00:25:34.000 So I don't think people realize that with all these migrants coming through the border, the U.S.
00:25:38.000 doesn't care at all.
00:25:39.000 If they're like, if we can bring in 6 million people, all the people on the right keep saying military age males.
00:25:44.000 Yeah, congratulations.
00:25:45.000 The U.S.
00:25:45.000 government says we got 6 million military age males, and we'll tell them, you have no choice, you are fighting on our behalf.
00:25:52.000 The question is, is what direction are they going to point the gun?
00:25:55.000 Doesn't matter.
00:25:55.000 Whichever way the government tells them to.
00:25:57.000 Literally does not matter.
00:25:58.000 You just drop six, you start transporting these people in mass to an enemy nation, and it's bedlam for that country, no matter what.
00:26:06.000 I mean, you look at what's happening in the United States because of it.
00:26:08.000 These people sleeping in airports, the conflict, this is not even conflict, it's just them literally being there causing problems.
00:26:14.000 You look at the United States saying, we're going to give you weapons, you win that war, you're a citizen of the United States, a bunch of them are going to say, you got it boss, But even if they don't, just sending them over to Iran or whatever is going to cause chaos.
00:26:26.000 Sounds like the Roman Empire to me.
00:26:27.000 Yeah.
00:26:28.000 And to me, the question is, like, if they are then back here and they're like, yes, thank you, government.
00:26:32.000 You gave me my citizenship and I can fire a gun.
00:26:34.000 And they're like, now attack fellow citizens because we said so.
00:26:37.000 The loyalty is concerning me.
00:26:38.000 I actually thought you were going to go a different direction, which is like, I would be fine to send our military to our southern border to defend it.
00:26:44.000 I don't know why we would go other places.
00:26:46.000 I think the good news here is if we do send a bunch of these criminal aliens in the United States and say you can be a citizen if you go fight in Iran or whatever, the good news is the U.S.
00:26:55.000 doesn't keep its promise to its veterans, so once they come back they'll be completely discarded and the right won't have to worry about them becoming citizens.
00:27:01.000 This is very Grimcast today.
00:27:02.000 We're very Grimcast.
00:27:04.000 Yeah.
00:27:05.000 It's hard not to be when you're seeing this stuff in the news.
00:27:08.000 Seeing this corpse about to announce more war.
00:27:11.000 It's terrible.
00:27:11.000 No mean tweets.
00:27:13.000 That's right.
00:27:13.000 Thank God.
00:27:14.000 Thank God.
00:27:15.000 I just keep- They weren't even really that mean!
00:27:17.000 Come on!
00:27:17.000 I just keep thinking about- They were fun.
00:27:18.000 We all had something to look forward to every day.
00:27:20.000 I love the, you ever see the journalist when they were like, since Trump, when Trump, when Biden wins the White House, they're like, I used to have to wake up at three in the morning for my phone buzzing a tweet from Donald Trump and my editor's like, you have to write it up now.
00:27:34.000 And they're like, now he's gone and we don't, or he got banned.
00:27:37.000 We don't have to worry about it anymore.
00:27:38.000 And it's, it's finally where I'm relaxing.
00:27:40.000 Just good old war.
00:27:41.000 That's all we got to write about.
00:27:42.000 We just have war.
00:27:43.000 No tweets at the moment.
00:27:44.000 And I see these news items and I think about the way Biden talks and just how weak he is.
00:27:49.000 And I'm afraid that this administration is going to want to overcompensate for his weakness by doing something real crazy in the next few days.
00:27:55.000 Like what?
00:27:57.000 Who knows going to hard on Iran, you know, dropping lots of bombs, just making the people know this is why you should vote for me.
00:28:03.000 I'm a strong man.
00:28:04.000 Joe Biden has never said once in his life unless he plagiarized it from someone else, obviously, but I just seeing all of that.
00:28:10.000 I am like having flashbacks to the day.
00:28:14.000 They announced Biden winning and all the people in New York City dancing in the streets and popping champagne.
00:28:18.000 I see Steven Pinker dancing in his living room on how happy is and this is what they got.
00:28:22.000 I think we will absolutely have some serious mobilization this year.
00:28:29.000 I don't know if I would call it World War 3.
00:28:30.000 I mean, whatever.
00:28:32.000 You know, World War 3 is trending on Twitter and people keep saying that this move by Biden could trigger it.
00:28:36.000 And there's smarter and more prominent political figures than me around the world saying we're already in it, especially because of this.
00:28:42.000 Fine.
00:28:43.000 But I got to say, it's an election year.
00:28:44.000 Joe Biden's in trouble.
00:28:47.000 I would not be surprised if we go to war with Iran.
00:28:49.000 I think it's, in fact, I think it's greater than chance.
00:28:51.000 Does wartime presidents get reelected?
00:28:53.000 Yeah.
00:28:53.000 And I wonder if that could backfire on Joe Biden.
00:28:56.000 But I think outside of whether or not Biden could get reelected, the deep state intelligence agencies and the military industrial complex are saying if Donald Trump gets elected, We ain't getting our war.
00:29:10.000 Go to war now, then even if Trump wins, he can't back us out.
00:29:14.000 But how bad does this world war have to be before it's a greater threat to our democracy than was January 6th?
00:29:22.000 I'm sorry, nothing on earth could ever be more of a threat than January 6th.
00:29:25.000 I don't even know why you'd... That was like 9-11.
00:29:28.000 Yeah, it was all of them.
00:29:29.000 Unbelievable.
00:29:30.000 And that's a great point of reading these articles where the UK must train citizens for war, how they can downplay anything, but also inflate something like January 6th into the worst, you know, the way the politicians talk about it.
00:29:42.000 It's D-Day, it's Pearl Harbor, it's 9-11.
00:29:46.000 But that's what they do.
00:29:47.000 These are the tricks they play.
00:29:48.000 The death of language, this is what they constantly do.
00:29:52.000 It's actually really scary because so many people still buy into it.
00:29:55.000 That's exactly right.
00:29:56.000 Do you think people will shift their opinion on Biden if he were to take us into war?
00:30:00.000 Do you think that could help him get reelected?
00:30:04.000 Every single time we have this situation with a president, that's what we expect is going to happen.
00:30:09.000 That's where the whole wag the dog idea came from.
00:30:12.000 First of all, I don't know that Biden is going to be there anyway.
00:30:17.000 I don't know what the roundtable here consensus is.
00:30:21.000 I'm saying he's not making it.
00:30:23.000 Because he's not going to make it health-wise, or they're going to pull him as a candidate?
00:30:25.000 Oh, they're going to have to pull him.
00:30:26.000 They have no choice.
00:30:27.000 I mean, just watch him this past weekend.
00:30:30.000 He can't find his way anywhere any longer.
00:30:32.000 All the signs are there.
00:30:33.000 My father passed away as a result of Alzheimer's, and I'm watching this unfold, what we saw in my own family.
00:30:41.000 So it's not going to happen.
00:30:42.000 He's not going to be there, but whoever's pulling his puppet strings, maybe that's what they need is World War III.
00:30:47.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:30:49.000 I think it's possible.
00:30:50.000 Who's pulling the puppet strings?
00:30:51.000 I think their hope is, look, when we have Trump.
00:30:55.000 No new wars.
00:30:56.000 Timelines for withdrawal.
00:30:58.000 Joe Biden gets in.
00:30:59.000 What's the first thing he does?
00:31:00.000 Reverses course.
00:31:02.000 We get more troops.
00:31:02.000 We get Syria, troops in Syria being bolstered.
00:31:05.000 And whoever remembers us declaring war on Syria, just when was that?
00:31:08.000 When did we deploy?
00:31:09.000 I don't think we ever declare war on anything anymore.
00:31:11.000 We get war in Ukraine.
00:31:12.000 We get escalation with China.
00:31:13.000 We've got US strike groups moving through the Strait of Taiwan.
00:31:17.000 You've got Venezuela and Guyana.
00:31:18.000 It is bubbling up.
00:31:20.000 And the military industrial complex guys are salivating.
00:31:25.000 But, they may be thinking, you know, Joe can't win.
00:31:28.000 Nikki Haley's in their back pocket.
00:31:29.000 She says she's gonna stay here until Super Tuesday.
00:31:31.000 I could not believe it.
00:31:32.000 I couldn't believe it!
00:31:34.000 Like, we got a live event we're planning in Virginia for Super Tuesday, and I said, let's be real, it's not gonna be a Super Tuesday.
00:31:39.000 I don't know what it'll be.
00:31:40.000 And then she comes out and she's like, I'm not backing out until at least then.
00:31:43.000 It's like...
00:31:44.000 Okay, lady, but that's their plan.
00:31:46.000 You gotta get some kind of warmongers up there.
00:31:48.000 But if they can't win, they'll take their consolation prize, War with Iran, before Trump gets in.
00:31:53.000 And there's nothing anyone... You can't stop it.
00:31:56.000 Joe Biden's the president.
00:31:58.000 Republicans in Congress won't do anything.
00:32:00.000 So literally, the best course of action is you vote for Trump, and then hope he can wind things down as quickly as possible when he becomes president.
00:32:08.000 They're going to pull Biden, the Democrats, and then replace him with Nikki Haley.
00:32:13.000 That's what they're going to do.
00:32:14.000 I'd be surprised.
00:32:15.000 I wouldn't be surprised.
00:32:16.000 How funny would that be?
00:32:17.000 That would be funny.
00:32:18.000 I don't think she would actually do it.
00:32:20.000 She sounds a lot like them.
00:32:23.000 I mean, this is what I'm so interested with Joe Manchin right now, because he said, I'm not going to run for Senate again in West Virginia.
00:32:23.000 It'll be interesting to see.
00:32:31.000 And he's been in since 2010.
00:32:33.000 The other fact of this that I love is that he got nominated or appointed to the Senate after Senator Robert Byrd died
00:32:40.000 in office at 96 after being in office for 51 years.
00:32:44.000 I mean, the West Virginia Senate seat has just basically never been available in American history.
00:32:49.000 But everything he's saying, I mean, he just had this interview with CNN saying,
00:32:53.000 the White House is controlled by far, far left people.
00:32:55.000 And he said this a couple of times about Biden.
00:32:57.000 And so the same with Dean Phillips.
00:32:59.000 All of his stuff, if you look at his bio that he has on his official congressional website right now, is like, I am a moderate.
00:33:05.000 So there is this movement within the party to say, like, we are actually not like them.
00:33:10.000 Please don't lump us in with the rest of them.
00:33:12.000 Let's let's talk about the conspiracy theory that says Joe Biden will get reelected with the help of Taylor Swift. Did you guys see that Baltimore Sun said
00:33:12.000 Yeah.
00:33:22.000 Taylor Swift should be the VP?
00:33:23.000 Yeah. No. Yeah. I should actually pull that one up.
00:33:27.000 The Baltimore Sun? She's very, very busy right now. I don't think she could actually do it.
00:33:31.000 The Baltimore Sun wrote that after the Ravens lost?
00:33:33.000 Check this out. That's very disloyal.
00:33:35.000 The Baltimore Sun, forget Kamala Harris, put Taylor Swift on Joe Biden's ticket.
00:33:39.000 So she stops coming to football games.
00:33:40.000 And they said that people are excited about the Ravens and the Baltimore Sun is excited because Taylor Swift might come to Baltimore to watch the game.
00:33:46.000 Did some Googling, blah, blah, blah.
00:33:48.000 She will be 35 years old on December 13th, 2024.
00:33:50.000 Her net worth is $1.1 billion.
00:33:53.000 She can afford to take what for her would be a volunteer job.
00:33:57.000 Yada, yada, yada, yada.
00:33:58.000 Okay, for sure, for sure.
00:34:00.000 Right now, you've got two big conspiracy theories that are kind of overlapping with each other.
00:34:05.000 The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens.
00:34:08.000 Everybody out here is pissed off.
00:34:09.000 We're in Maryland, so everybody out here is Ravens fans, and they're losing it.
00:34:12.000 They're saying the refs were not making—they're making bad calls.
00:34:15.000 They weren't calling out pass interference.
00:34:17.000 It's BS.
00:34:18.000 But, you know, that's sports, right?
00:34:18.000 They're pissed.
00:34:20.000 Well, the conspiracy theory is Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, it is a—it's a psyop by, I'm assuming, the Democrats and the deep state.
00:34:31.000 I guess.
00:34:32.000 So that at the Super Bowl, she can endorse the Democratic Party and tell them to go vote?
00:34:38.000 Is that, that's basically what the PSYOP plan is?
00:34:40.000 I guess.
00:34:41.000 That's her arc.
00:34:42.000 She's been slowly getting into politics over the last few years.
00:34:45.000 Yeah, I mean, she endorsed Biden in 2020, but the thing is, she's not very helpful right now.
00:34:50.000 She's literally on the international, she's about to start the international leg of her tour.
00:34:53.000 It's not like she's, it's very unlikely she's just going to drop in at Biden's campaign stops if Biden's even there himself.
00:34:59.000 I think this is a PSYOP.
00:35:01.000 I think that's a fact.
00:35:02.000 In what way?
00:35:03.000 That two PR people got together and said, hey, Taylor Swift, would you like to do a celebrity relationship like we've done with Insert Every Other Celebrity?
00:35:12.000 It'll make us a bunch of money.
00:35:13.000 And she was like, sounds good.
00:35:15.000 So it's a sign up in the sense I'm being somewhat facetious, but I love when the left's going to take that out of context.
00:35:20.000 And my point is that this happens all the time.
00:35:23.000 Celebrity publicists say, who can we put together?
00:35:26.000 The NFL was like, that'd be great, we'd love to have Taylor at the games.
00:35:29.000 How much will this cost?
00:35:31.000 Taylor's people are like, look, you show up to a bunch of games, you hang out with your friends, you do this fake relationship, everybody makes hundreds of millions of dollars, the ratings are gonna skyrocket for the NFL, and there's a lot of money to be made with the Super Bowl, you know how much ads cost.
00:35:42.000 We bring in those ratings, there's gonna be a ton of money.
00:35:45.000 They offer her a bunch of money.
00:35:46.000 I think it's more likely that she's just doing stupid publicist nonsense.
00:35:51.000 That being said, I think the more plausible conspiracy theory is that ratings for the Super Bowl have been in decline.
00:35:58.000 A U.S.
00:35:59.000 cultural homogeneity has gone.
00:36:01.000 I mean, we used to have, like, yeah, Super Bowl, everybody watched, everybody watched Big Bang Theory, now nobody does.
00:36:07.000 And so, there's this play, like, we're gonna create this romance love story, Travis and Taylor, and he's gonna propose to her, or something big, at the Super Bowl, and if that's the case, all the people claiming that the game was rigged because the Ravens seem to have thrown the match, or that the refs weren't calling it properly, it's because the Chiefs are gonna win, Taylor Swift, and they're gonna have their movie-esque romance, and Travis proposes to her or something, and what makes the most sense is, it's publicity, it's marketing.
00:36:40.000 Is Kelsey part of the PSYOP, or is he being PSYOP'd?
00:36:46.000 In the literal sense of what I think is going on, Travis and Taylor are engaged in a publicity stunt.
00:36:52.000 That's it.
00:36:53.000 Look, I just want to stress this, sorry man.
00:36:56.000 Ten of these happen per year.
00:36:58.000 Publicists will be like, Jennifer Aniston, and insert celebrity, do you guys want to be seen together at the club and we'll get a bunch of press generated about you?
00:37:06.000 So I look at this and I see it as no different.
00:37:08.000 What, they started dating, what, at the beginning of the season?
00:37:10.000 No, in July.
00:37:10.000 In July?
00:37:12.000 I don't know when football season starts, I'll be honest with you.
00:37:14.000 Isn't that the beginning of the season?
00:37:15.000 Isn't that right before the beginning of the season?
00:37:16.000 I don't know.
00:37:17.000 Training camp.
00:37:17.000 I feel weird because I'm typically the guy who thinks most things are psyops, but this one... So it's weird that we've had this role reversal, but to me this just seems like one of those organic things of her being a victim of propaganda, becoming this political activist over the last few years.
00:37:31.000 We've seen her crying in that documentary she made about abortion.
00:37:34.000 Yeah, but she barely is.
00:37:36.000 She barely is until... And the only, like, real legislative issue I've seen her get behind is anti-stalking laws, which seems very applicable to her life.
00:37:44.000 Right.
00:37:45.000 But, sorry, I don't want to cut you off.
00:37:46.000 No, I just think, like, I also know these publicity stunts do happen.
00:37:50.000 I also know there's history of things like the World Series being rigged.
00:37:54.000 So these things are all plausible.
00:37:55.000 We say these things, people might think we sound crazy.
00:37:57.000 There's history, there's evidence of these things happening.
00:37:59.000 With her, I just feel like she's such a victim of the ideology that she's a part of and the news diet.
00:37:59.000 Yeah.
00:38:06.000 I completely disagree.
00:38:08.000 How many instances can you name of Taylor Swift doing political activism?
00:38:11.000 I think of that documentary, I think of talking about Biden.
00:38:14.000 So in private, one time she was talking with her parents about how she wanted to help Biden.
00:38:19.000 The only time I can think of it actively, other than the time she like held up those Biden 2020 cookies, was when she campaigned for, was it Marsha?
00:38:27.000 Not Marsha Blackwell.
00:38:27.000 That's what I'm talking about.
00:38:28.000 She was in Tennessee and one of the issues she got specifically behind was anti-stalking laws.
00:38:32.000 And that was in support of Marsha?
00:38:34.000 I'm going to look it up because I don't want to say the wrong thing.
00:38:35.000 I doubt it was in support of Marcia Blackburn.
00:38:37.000 I thought it was about abortion.
00:38:38.000 I'll tell you.
00:38:39.000 It was anti-stalking for sure.
00:38:39.000 No, not abortion.
00:38:41.000 What really grinds my gears on this whole thing about everybody claiming she's a Democrat psyop is that she posted on Instagram that the Soros family robbed her.
00:38:50.000 Yes.
00:38:51.000 And I'm like, my friends.
00:38:53.000 My brothers, when Taylor Swift says Soros bad, you go, Taylor is so right!
00:38:59.000 And you go to all of her fans, and you're like, can you believe what the Soroses did to Taylor?
00:39:04.000 They're bad!
00:39:04.000 And then what you do is, when they're like, yeah, that is bad, you go, now look at this article about George Soros and everything else he does.
00:39:09.000 And they're gonna be like, wow, those are bad people.
00:39:11.000 She primed an entire generation to be aware of and angry with the Soroses.
00:39:18.000 And for some reason, there are conservatives hellbent on pushing the narrative that despite the fact she publicly complained she was robbed by them, she's secretly working for them.
00:39:28.000 No, if she's a psyop, my thought is that she's actually unintentionally a psyop for the country's pro-natalist movement.
00:39:35.000 I love all those articles that are like, if they get engaged this summer, there will be a baby boom.
00:39:39.000 Because all of these girls will look at their boyfriends and say, but where's my ring?
00:39:43.000 We need to have children immediately, like when Taylor Swift declares that it is time.
00:39:47.000 Because, I mean, what's interesting about her tour right now is it's the Aeros tour, right?
00:39:51.000 She's giving a little bit of music from everything she's put out.
00:39:54.000 So she is sort of capstoning her career.
00:39:56.000 She's got this attractive new boyfriend.
00:39:58.000 She could push off the coast, have some kids, inspire women around her.
00:40:01.000 I don't think it's a Democrat thing.
00:40:03.000 I think it's a pro-natalist thing.
00:40:04.000 I'm actually going to combine what you both are saying, and I'm actually going to say, screw what I was saying earlier about her not being a PSYOP, and actually she's positioning herself to become the new Soros.
00:40:11.000 After that era is over, she becomes Soros.
00:40:14.000 What if the real what's happening is that China, through apps like TikTok and social media, have been manipulating digital platforms to make young people sterilize themselves, get abortions, and push all this stuff.
00:40:27.000 And the real PSYOP is, as you described, getting Taylor Swift to have this movie-esque romance relationship at the Super Bowl, then announce she's having babies to get all the young girls to try and be wives and have babies and reignite America.
00:40:39.000 Look, I'm in love with you guys.
00:40:41.000 Someone can go into the archives of pop culture crisis.
00:40:43.000 I gave this theory a long time ago because when she broke up with her other boyfriend of six years, which by the way, that's too long to date, I'm sorry, it just is.
00:40:52.000 She would write these lyrics about how, like, she wants to be married, she wants to have a child, whatever else, and then they broke up.
00:40:58.000 And so I honestly think she's 34 years old, she is ready to settle down, she's at the capstone of her career, she is going to lead our country's rising birth rates, and I think we should all thank her for Maybe, but going back to this big thing where everyone's claiming she's going to endorse Democrats, they're saying, it frustrates me, but a lot of conservatives are like, she's secretly working for Soros, she's going to endorse Joe Biden, now the Democrats win.
00:41:21.000 Let me show you some numbers to assuage your fears.
00:41:24.000 A Taylor Swift Instagram post helped drive a surge in voter registration from September 22nd, 2023.
00:41:31.000 I saw a post by that guy, Brian Tyler Cohen or whatever his name is.
00:41:35.000 They love playing these weird games.
00:41:38.000 He said voter.org saw 150,000 people visit the site and a 115% increase in 18-year-old voters.
00:41:42.000 people visit the site and a 115% increase in 18 year old voters. The wild thing about it is,
00:41:50.000 first, the 115,000 people, 150,000 people showing up on that day is relative to nothing.
00:41:57.000 He didn't say it was an increase or a decrease.
00:41:59.000 It's quite literally just their standard traffic.
00:42:01.000 Check us out from NPR.
00:42:03.000 They say, when Taylor Swift speaks, her fans listen.
00:42:06.000 No, they don't.
00:42:07.000 That's actually fake news.
00:42:09.000 On Tuesday morning, the singer posted a short message on Instagram encouraging her 272 million followers to register to vote.
00:42:16.000 Afterward, the website she directed her fans to, the nonpartisan nonprofit Vote.org, recorded more than 35,000 registrations, according to the organization.
00:42:25.000 They say the 35,000 new registrations on National Voter Registration Day were the most since 2020, the organization said, and a 23% jump over last year.
00:42:31.000 matter, you scroll down, the 35,252 new registrations on National Voter Registration Day were the
00:42:39.000 most since 2020, the organization said, and a 23% jump over last year.
00:42:45.000 Do you know what that means?
00:42:47.000 The most we can attribute to Taylor Swift's post is 8,107 voters.
00:42:55.000 She's got 272 million followers.
00:42:58.000 They're not all American, but I'd have to estimate more than half are.
00:43:02.000 Well, maybe even not.
00:43:04.000 272 million?
00:43:04.000 Yeah, she's probably got 100 million followers.
00:43:06.000 I think half is an easy thing to estimate.
00:43:07.000 Half?
00:43:08.000 Yeah, because she's an American personality but with massive worldwide appeal.
00:43:11.000 Even 100 million.
00:43:13.000 Half of those are probably already registered to vote.
00:43:16.000 So let's say 50 million unregistered.
00:43:18.000 You know what?
00:43:19.000 I'm sorry.
00:43:19.000 Let's be as fair as possible.
00:43:21.000 Let's say only 50 million of our followers are American.
00:43:24.000 Half are unregistered.
00:43:26.000 25 million?
00:43:27.000 She got 8,000 people to register!
00:43:29.000 I'm sorry.
00:43:30.000 She could not get people to sign up for our website for free.
00:43:33.000 And everyone's like, she's gonna endorse the Democrats.
00:43:35.000 Yo, I ain't worried about it at all.
00:43:38.000 When Brian Tyler, or whatever his name is, tweeted this, I checked the numbers and the fascinating thing is, when it said a 115% increase in 18-year-old voters, that number was like 17.
00:43:49.000 It was like a remarkably small number increase.
00:43:52.000 And it's like it was a 72% increase from 2019 and 115% from last year.
00:43:56.000 And I'm like, wait a minute.
00:43:58.000 That means even less people registered the year before.
00:44:01.000 How many people has Scott Pressler personally registered in comparison?
00:44:05.000 Who is more effective, Taylor Swift or Scott Pressler?
00:44:08.000 No question.
00:44:08.000 Substantially more than Taylor Swift.
00:44:10.000 I wouldn't doubt it.
00:44:11.000 Easily.
00:44:11.000 I wouldn't doubt it.
00:44:13.000 Much like modern feminism being demeaning to women, this idea that Taylor could change a woman's vote is weird because I also wonder how many conservative women are fans of Taylor's and they could separate her politics with her art.
00:44:25.000 I see a lot on Twitter.
00:44:26.000 Can you do that?
00:44:28.000 You know what?
00:44:29.000 What a weird idea, right?
00:44:30.000 Can you correlate the apparent disinterest in her fans and their politics to her fans' taste in music?
00:44:38.000 I guarantee Facebook's algorithm knows your political persuasion.
00:44:42.000 Even if you don't say you're a Republican, it'll map it all out.
00:44:45.000 For sure.
00:44:46.000 So for Taylor Swift on Instagram, they know exactly who's voting.
00:44:51.000 And we know this is true because we had Dr. Robert Epstein on, and he said that Facebook Sent Democrats 100% of Democrats got a reminder to vote on Election Day Only I was at 59% of Republicans.
00:45:03.000 Yeah got the same message people need to watch that episode It's on the culture war.
00:45:06.000 It's a crazy crazy episode Like, how do you cheat an election?
00:45:10.000 It's really easy.
00:45:11.000 Facebook says all Democrats get reminded to vote.
00:45:16.000 Half are Republicans.
00:45:17.000 That's it.
00:45:17.000 They're allowed to do it.
00:45:18.000 It's free speech.
00:45:19.000 Yeah.
00:45:20.000 Because they didn't promise to do anything, right?
00:45:20.000 What did they do wrong?
00:45:22.000 Like, they don't always need to remind equally.
00:45:24.000 It's free speech until the FBI comes and sits in your office, Mr. Zuckerberg, and tells you what you can and cannot publish on your platform.
00:45:31.000 No, let's be real.
00:45:32.000 They're likely going to his office and saying, make sure to remind all the Democrats.
00:45:36.000 What do you think of Taylor Swift?
00:45:37.000 What do you think her effect on our nation's political landscape is?
00:45:41.000 Well, I've been in the music business long enough to understand her connection.
00:45:46.000 I actually get it, although I'm not a fan.
00:45:48.000 I can look at her, I get it.
00:45:49.000 You're not a closeted Taylor Swift fan?
00:45:51.000 No, not in the least.
00:45:54.000 Shake it off?
00:45:54.000 I don't believe you.
00:45:55.000 No, what I was going to say, if you listen to the song and you can see and understand, if you know anything about music at all, you understand why that song connects.
00:46:05.000 But that doesn't mean that I like that kind of music.
00:46:08.000 It's not what I listen to.
00:46:09.000 I've had to sing it before myself.
00:46:12.000 I like Taylor Swift's music.
00:46:14.000 Probably.
00:46:15.000 Not all of it.
00:46:16.000 Like, some of the songs, actually, I'm just like, that's not a good song.
00:46:20.000 But she's got her hits that I really do like.
00:46:22.000 However, I must say, if you asked me to choose a song and, like, Put me up between Taylor Swift and, like, Tool.
00:46:33.000 I'm gonna pick Tool every single time.
00:46:35.000 I will put Sober on repeat 100 times before I play a single Taylor Swift song.
00:46:41.000 That being said, if Shake It Off comes on or Trouble, like, I know the words a little bit, like, and they're fun songs.
00:46:47.000 I wouldn't choose to listen to it, but I like it, you know what I mean?
00:46:50.000 It's like, you can like some kind of food, you don't order it if you get the choice.
00:46:53.000 If you get the choice, you're gonna go for, like, a, you know, I don't know, like a ribeye, medium-rare.
00:46:58.000 But if someone gave you a filet, that's good too.
00:47:00.000 No, I've had my own corporate dance band for 23 years.
00:47:03.000 We have to play Shake It Up.
00:47:04.000 Right.
00:47:05.000 It's mandated by law.
00:47:07.000 It is.
00:47:07.000 Corporate dance band is a good name for a band.
00:47:09.000 It actually should be.
00:47:11.000 Let's jump to this story where it's getting freaky.
00:47:13.000 Now everybody thinks there's a PSYOP conspiracy theory and this one actually made it substantially worse.
00:47:18.000 Axe Block searches for Taylor Swift after explicit AI fakes circulate.
00:47:24.000 So long story short, On Twitter slash X, a bunch of extremely graphic images of Taylor Swift started emerging.
00:47:32.000 Yo, these pictures were crazy.
00:47:34.000 And it never ends, because it takes two seconds to make more.
00:47:38.000 But now, at a time when everyone is suggesting that Taylor Swift is part of a conspiracy to rig the Super Bowl so that she can help the Democrats win in some way, This controversy around AI images happens, which results in one of the biggest social media platforms in the world shutting down your ability to search for things related to her.
00:48:00.000 This is a media blackout on Taylor Swift.
00:48:03.000 Twitter X is the news.
00:48:05.000 I mean, even Elon is talking about it.
00:48:07.000 All these news industries, news organizations are collapsing because we get our information directly from the pipeline on X. Now what happens if X says, for whatever the amount of time was, you cannot search for Taylor Swift?
00:48:21.000 Was there a video circulating of Taylor Swift accepting money from George Soros?
00:48:24.000 I don't mean that literally.
00:48:25.000 I'm making a joke.
00:48:27.000 But like, what would, if someone said, I got the scoop, I have the proof right here, Taylor Swift accepting money, can't, and they post it?
00:48:35.000 Nobody can find it.
00:48:36.000 Yeah, this is like the deranged evolution of the Barbra Streisand effect.
00:48:40.000 What happened with the photos of her house back in the day, you take something away, it makes everyone want to go look at it.
00:48:44.000 And this is like a terrible thing to want to look up.
00:48:45.000 And I guarantee you, it only made people look it up more.
00:48:48.000 But yeah, I see that point.
00:48:50.000 It's almost like they're Hunter Biden-ing the Hunter Biden laptop story to the Taylor Swift story now.
00:48:56.000 So NuX is just like old Twitter in some regard.
00:48:59.000 Is that disappointing?
00:49:00.000 Did you expect better?
00:49:01.000 Yeah, I was not surprised, though.
00:49:02.000 I've seen a lot of things that this new company does that are similar to the old one.
00:49:06.000 I like it.
00:49:07.000 It's more fun.
00:49:10.000 The images are terrible.
00:49:10.000 I wish they'd get rid of all the Nancy Pelosi nude AI photos, honestly, as well, because they are damaging my soul.
00:49:17.000 They keep popping up on my feet.
00:49:18.000 I'm like, why?
00:49:19.000 He's not searching for them, he swears!
00:49:21.000 Yeah, imagine.
00:49:22.000 I really need that Pelosi cleavage.
00:49:24.000 They're going to clip that.
00:49:25.000 Oh, man.
00:49:26.000 Great.
00:49:26.000 Didn't I see today that Elon, his reaction to this, that they're going to add up another hundred employees just to monitor content?
00:49:33.000 No.
00:49:33.000 I saw that today.
00:49:35.000 Oh, that makes me so nervous.
00:49:37.000 We have a super chat from Trump1.
00:49:40.000 He says, look at Benny Johnson's ex.
00:49:42.000 Soros owns her entire music catalog.
00:49:44.000 I'm going to break this down for you and help you understand exactly what's going on and why Taylor Swift is your greatest opportunity.
00:49:51.000 Conservatives, don't waste it.
00:49:52.000 Penny Johnson posts, flashback, Taylor Swift, let me play the clip for you, it's 15 seconds.
00:49:57.000 And you can listen to Taylor in her own words.
00:49:59.000 I had the chance to purchase my music outright.
00:50:04.000 My entire catalog was sold to Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings in a deal that I'm told was funded by the Soros family, 23 Capital and the Carlyle Group.
00:50:14.000 What does that mean?
00:50:16.000 These people who believe that she's a Democrat PSYOP think she is now sold to Soros' family, or funded, sold to someone by that, and that she now has to work for them.
00:50:26.000 No.
00:50:28.000 Taylor Swift publicly slammed the Soros family on numerous occasions for stealing her music.
00:50:33.000 They basically outbid her for the rights to her own song, to her own master recordings.
00:50:38.000 She got mad because the amount they were trying to spend on the songs was not actually worth what the songs could generate, so she was losing all of the work she had did for years.
00:50:48.000 She, again, publicly slams them, then says, I own the artistic composition, but they bought the masters.
00:50:56.000 I will re-record all of my music to sink Soros' $300 million investment.
00:51:02.000 One of the most epic smackdowns of the Soros family, let me stress, it was something like $300 million, and by her going out and re-recording the masters, she ripped that investment from them to zero while publicly calling them out.
00:51:16.000 The opportunity here for anybody who actually looked into this and paying attention is you've got an army of teenage girls who love Taylor and when she slams Soros you go to them and like if you're a good dad and your daughter loves Taylor Swift you can go to go to your daughter and say What happened?
00:51:33.000 What was Taylor Swift talking about with the Soros family taking her music from her?
00:51:37.000 And they're going to be like, yeah, because they wanted to try and make money off it.
00:51:40.000 And then Taylor had to record everything.
00:51:42.000 And then you, as the dad, can connect with your daughter and go, that's dirty.
00:51:46.000 Why would they do that to Taylor?
00:51:47.000 Man, those Soros people sure are bad.
00:51:49.000 And there you go.
00:51:50.000 This is the argument that people are making right now.
00:51:52.000 Like you all see these posts from dads being like, I saw this video of this dad with like his young girls, like maybe like, you know, two, five and seven or something.
00:51:58.000 And they're all cheering watching the Super Bowl or the Chiefs game because Taylor Swift is there.
00:52:02.000 And they're like, wow, so exciting.
00:52:04.000 Taylor Swift is organically driving women to like bond with their dads and to get into football, whatever else.
00:52:09.000 Like conservative dads could do this too.
00:52:11.000 They could use George Soros.
00:52:12.000 They could talk about these things.
00:52:14.000 They'd probably be pretty interesting conversations about copyright law and like She endorsed Joe Biden.
00:52:26.000 She's in the documentary saying she's a Democrat, all that stuff.
00:52:29.000 Of course, Hollywood is.
00:52:31.000 This is what they do.
00:52:32.000 Big donors, big companies, they go to celebrities and they say, you're on our side or else.
00:52:37.000 In this instance, They ripped her off.
00:52:40.000 They bought her music out from underneath her in a dirty move, and her statement was something like, I hope it was worth it.
00:52:48.000 Because, two things.
00:52:51.000 The amount of money they bought the music for, the music recordings would not generate that much money.
00:52:55.000 So she couldn't pay it.
00:52:57.000 She's like, I'd have to spend a third of my net worth to buy the rights to my music, and I would never make that money back.
00:53:02.000 But she then re-recorded everything, re-released those albums, and now no one will ever care about whatever the Soros family bought.
00:53:10.000 So you can criticize her for being a Democrat all day and night, but I am flabbergasted by the conservatives who keep pushing the fake narrative, the lie.
00:53:19.000 I don't get it.
00:53:21.000 Seriously, someone spell it out for me why they keep lying and trying to make it seem like she's working for George Soros.
00:53:28.000 I don't get it.
00:53:30.000 I can't answer that question, but notwithstanding the loss of opportunity that conservatives or Republicans had by what she did by coming out against Soros, speaking ill of him, it doesn't matter.
00:53:43.000 Ultimately, at the end of the day, another oligarch was going to buy her music anyway, because the mob has always owned the music industry, and ultimately they own the contract.
00:53:51.000 I'm sorry, this is the PSYOP.
00:53:53.000 Like, guys, if there's a PSYOP, the PSYOP is sock puppet accounts on social media posting things like this.
00:53:58.000 George Soros with Taylor Swift on puppet strings.
00:54:02.000 I get it.
00:54:03.000 It's actually not a completely unfair thing, but...
00:54:06.000 How can you guarantee to sever any opportunity someone had to actually have a celebrity on your side?
00:54:12.000 It's this.
00:54:14.000 This is so backwards.
00:54:16.000 Taylor Swift publicly criticizes Soros on numerous occasions, and for some reason, the entire wave of social media posts from the right is that she's working for him.
00:54:25.000 I'm like, that's a sign up right there.
00:54:26.000 I don't know who's doing it or what, but I'm sorry, if I'm gonna believe a conspiracy theory, it's that deep state whoever or whatever it is you guys think, we're like, oh no.
00:54:36.000 Oh no.
00:54:36.000 Taylor Swift came out against George Soros.
00:54:39.000 We need control of this.
00:54:40.000 Quick.
00:54:40.000 Pretend to be MAGA and claim she's working for Soros.
00:54:44.000 And it worked.
00:54:44.000 Okay, but I also have like five layers of tinfoil hats on at all times, and I could be like, well, Soros told her you gotta come out publicly against me.
00:54:53.000 So then people don't buy the sire.
00:54:55.000 I would agree with that if the narrative was she was against Soros.
00:54:58.000 Right.
00:54:58.000 But it's not.
00:55:00.000 All these conservatives just keep hammering that claim over and over again, and I'm like, That's weird, because imagine if conservative dads were able to go to their daughters and say, I agree with you, I support you, I can't believe they would do this to Taylor Swift.
00:55:14.000 And now, you're gonna have a dad.
00:55:16.000 So here's what happens.
00:55:17.000 These teenage girls are watching the Super Bowl, and the dad is sitting there going, she works for George Soros!
00:55:23.000 And the girls are going, uh, dad, she hates Soros.
00:55:25.000 No, she works for him!
00:55:27.000 Creating a divide between the conservative dads and their daughters.
00:55:30.000 Because the dads believe something that's wrong, and I don't know why people keep pushing it.
00:55:33.000 And then they don't have children, and also her teenage pregnancies go up, and it ruins everything.
00:55:38.000 Conservative dads!
00:55:39.000 This is her moment!
00:55:39.000 Come on!
00:55:40.000 It's almost like Hugh fractured into a billion different conspiracy theories.
00:55:45.000 And now people are just, everything's a conspiracy.
00:55:47.000 Which I understand, because lots of things are conspiracy theories, and the government does really dark, deranged things all the time, secretly.
00:55:53.000 But yeah, this doesn't feel that way to me.
00:55:55.000 It's just, we're such a low-trust society, right?
00:55:57.000 You can't trust anything that comes out.
00:55:59.000 Kind of should be.
00:56:00.000 We can't even look at Taylor Swift dating the hunky football player and be like, wow, good for her!
00:56:04.000 But it's also anything that comes out of Hollywood I distrust.
00:56:06.000 Yeah, I think you made a good point about her being 34.
00:56:08.000 Like, here's a conspiracy theory for you.
00:56:10.000 Taylor Swift is about to hit the wall.
00:56:14.000 Well, also, what else is she gonna do, right?
00:56:16.000 Like, she is already the highest paid female musician.
00:56:18.000 She was one of the youngest people to win all kinds of accolades.
00:56:21.000 Like, where does she go from here?
00:56:23.000 The thing that she doesn't have in her life is a, I mean, she has like a family, like a mom and a dad or whatever, but like, she doesn't have her own kids.
00:56:29.000 Her best friend is Blake Lively, who has four kids, I think, with Ryan Reynolds.
00:56:33.000 Like, you guys, you're all men, so you don't understand.
00:56:36.000 You're going deep into this.
00:56:37.000 I don't even know who these people are.
00:56:38.000 But like, this is the thing.
00:56:39.000 Blake Lively?
00:56:40.000 Actress, married to Ryan Reynolds?
00:56:41.000 I know Ronald Reynolds. His wife. They have lots of kids together. So they'll adopt Taylor.
00:56:45.000 I think she is like one of their, I don't know, I don't know whatever, but like the thing is,
00:56:50.000 I think she's one of their like godparents or something, but like I think ultimately Taylor
00:56:55.000 Swift is so interesting to me because she represents this thing that all women were
00:57:01.000 supposed to do, which is to rise to the top and to be mad at men because they take their career away
00:57:06.000 even though they're clearly succeeding where men could never succeed.
00:57:09.000 I'm sorry, there's just no male pop star that has this kind of attention or female fans.
00:57:13.000 And yet, ultimately, She gets out of this six-year relationship, she's singing constantly about wanting to start a family and get married, and now she's with this other guy who's been on his podcast saying, yes, I want to be married.
00:57:24.000 He does his podcast with his brother, who's happily married to his college sweetheart with multiple children.
00:57:30.000 This is the rise of a pro-natalist, pro-family movement, and conservatives just need to embrace it, stop making everything bad.
00:57:37.000 Or steal it!
00:57:37.000 Co-opt it!
00:57:38.000 Come on, team!
00:57:39.000 If the truth is that Taylor Swift is a big psy-op and she's, like, gonna go Democrat ever, the narrative from the right needs to be to take control of the river, that massive force coming at you, and divert it by, instead of attacking the things she does with Democrats, support the things she's doing.
00:57:57.000 Like, I love that Taylor says she wants to have a family.
00:57:59.000 She's right.
00:58:00.000 And Travis saying the same thing?
00:58:01.000 How wholesome.
00:58:03.000 I actually am really inspired she doesn't like George Soros.
00:58:05.000 What a good person.
00:58:06.000 Make that the focal point.
00:58:07.000 Right.
00:58:08.000 Also, I've been thinking, I'm not a fan of hers.
00:58:10.000 I can appreciate some songs, but like the work ethic that went into re-recording everything is crazy.
00:58:15.000 Like, didn't Michael Jackson buy all the Beatles music?
00:58:17.000 That's the last time I cared about who bought whose catalog was when Jackson bought all the Beatles books.
00:58:22.000 Can you tell that story really quick?
00:58:23.000 Isn't it like McCartney?
00:58:25.000 Didn't McCartney tell Jackson you should own a music catalog and then Jackson turned around and bought the Beatles?
00:58:30.000 He actually outbid McCartney for his own songs.
00:58:33.000 But see, here's the difference between what we're talking about now and then.
00:58:37.000 There was no politics involved in that at all.
00:58:39.000 Now, everything is shaded by politics.
00:58:41.000 We can't get away from it.
00:58:42.000 Man, it's just Taylor Swift pulled off what may be one of the biggest FUs to the Soros family ever.
00:58:51.000 They bought music for something, I think it was, can you fact check me on this?
00:58:54.000 I think it was $300 million.
00:58:55.000 And then by her re-recording it all, she ripped $300 million out of their pockets.
00:59:01.000 That's because their investment becomes zero.
00:59:04.000 So they bought the masters, not the publishing.
00:59:06.000 So she owns the artist composition, which means the song's core.
00:59:12.000 The recordings she did were bought by Soros and the Carlyle Group and these other investors.
00:59:17.000 By re-recording it, that investment was worthless now.
00:59:20.000 Just absolutely worthless.
00:59:20.000 Right.
00:59:22.000 He sold it for close... It's never been disclosed, but they believe it's north of $300 million.
00:59:28.000 By he, you mean Scooter Braun?
00:59:30.000 Scooter Braun.
00:59:31.000 And she was saying something like, it's not worth it.
00:59:31.000 Yep.
00:59:35.000 Imagine all those songs on streaming platforms, how much money will it generate?
00:59:38.000 Nowhere near that much in their lifetime.
00:59:40.000 That means she would have to Like, it may have been that they knew Taylor wanted her career.
00:59:48.000 This is her life's work.
00:59:50.000 And they were probably thinking, like, you're a billionaire.
00:59:52.000 If you want it, we're going to drive the price up to 300 million.
00:59:55.000 You'll never make that money back.
00:59:56.000 It's ours.
00:59:56.000 Was she smart enough to realize it wasn't worth it?
00:59:59.000 And here's the thing.
00:59:59.000 Yes.
01:00:02.000 Converting Swifty Fanto.
01:00:04.000 This may have been the move to try and control her.
01:00:07.000 Basically, you're a high-profile celebrity, you work for us now, or we will own your life's work and you can do nothing about it.
01:00:12.000 Instead, she goes, I will re-record every single song and you will get nothing.
01:00:16.000 You know who told her to do that?
01:00:17.000 Kelly Clarkson.
01:00:18.000 Really?
01:00:19.000 Yeah.
01:00:20.000 I'm just telling you, it's like a fascinating wave of characters that you wouldn't expect.
01:00:25.000 This is a great way to bridge the divide between Kanye and Taylor.
01:00:29.000 It should happen because this is all Kanye was railing against a year ago.
01:00:32.000 My contract, people owning my stuff, this is what Prince talked about, you know, and like... This is why Gilmore Girls came off the air, it's all the things that are important to me.
01:00:39.000 She came out unscathed, you know?
01:00:40.000 I don't think Kanye did.
01:00:42.000 Let's jump to completely away from American pop culture, go back to Civil War.
01:00:47.000 I got good news for everybody.
01:00:49.000 From American Military News, 18,000 Border Patrol agents support Texas and blast the Biden administration.
01:00:57.000 A statement released Thursday by the NBPC, which is the official union of over 18,000 Customs and Border Protection employees, pushed back against what the union described as fake news reports that the Border Patrol agents would be arresting Texas National Guardsmen at the border.
01:01:11.000 Quote, Rank-and-file BP agents are not going to start arresting Texas National Guard members for following their lawful orders.
01:01:17.000 That's fake news.
01:01:19.000 The Texas National Guard and rank-and-file BP agents work together and respect each other's jobs, period.
01:01:24.000 If Texas National Guard members have lawful orders, then they have to carry out those orders.
01:01:29.000 So this is great.
01:01:31.000 And I think it shows the emperor has no clothes.
01:01:33.000 Joe Biden is impotent here.
01:01:36.000 I don't know that I believe it completely.
01:01:39.000 Things are always not what they seem.
01:01:41.000 It may be that the Customs and Border Patrol agents are, no, no, no, we're not going to do any of that stuff.
01:01:47.000 We're, they're doing lawful orders.
01:01:48.000 But behind the scenes, CBP is just saying, say this, avoid conflict, or the unionists, avoid the conflict, but try and keep doing your job.
01:01:58.000 I wanna be optimistic.
01:01:59.000 Joe Biden says, go fight.
01:02:02.000 CBP says, we're not gonna fight over this.
01:02:04.000 Texas National Guard, they're in the right.
01:02:07.000 No conflict, we move on.
01:02:09.000 I think it's a good thing because as I've said before, the win condition for the left is a civil war starting, not fighting a civil war and winning.
01:02:16.000 So I wanna give a shout out to all the, you know what I love?
01:02:19.000 These leftists who love putting my name in their YouTube videos and then arguing something I've never been in favor of.
01:02:26.000 They were like, Tim Pool's arguing about civil war, blah blah blah, and I was like, I have literally said your win condition is starting a civil war and we want to avoid it at all costs.
01:02:34.000 So, thank you and have a nice day.
01:02:36.000 think good news? Yeah, I know when I was with Carrie Lake, her Senate announcement, she
01:02:36.000 But yeah, I don't know what you guys think.
01:02:42.000 shared letters. She read one with me from a guy who was working border patrol, who was
01:02:47.000 like, this place is defunct. They're not running this place properly. We need help. I shared
01:02:51.000 that one letter in the last Carrie Lake article I wrote for scanner. So like people obviously
01:02:57.000 are going against the administration.
01:02:58.000 I just know that it came up because someone was asking me about it and like how does these things happen.
01:03:03.000 It's terrifying.
01:03:04.000 Yeah, wasn't there like some big story where someone died from a fentanyl-laced pot recently?
01:03:09.000 I didn't see it.
01:03:10.000 I can't remember exactly what the story was.
01:03:11.000 I just know that it came up because someone was asking me about it.
01:03:14.000 And like, how does these things happen?
01:03:15.000 I'm like, it sounds like they're trying to kill people by doing it.
01:03:18.000 I believe, yeah.
01:03:20.000 I'm blanking on who it was, but it's a famous celebrity son.
01:03:20.000 I believe they are.
01:03:26.000 It was the guy from Pawn Stars, right?
01:03:26.000 Yeah.
01:03:26.000 Yeah.
01:03:28.000 Yeah, Pawn Stars.
01:03:29.000 He said, and he blamed, he literally blamed the border.
01:03:32.000 Yeah.
01:03:32.000 Yes.
01:03:33.000 Absolutely.
01:03:33.000 At Carrie Lake's announcement, she filled the stage with parents who lost children to fentanyl in various ways, whether it was like, you know, bring it back to Prince really quick.
01:03:40.000 People forget Prince was on different pain meds.
01:03:43.000 Someone gave him a counterfeit pill that was fentanyl and that's what, Same with Mac Miller, right?
01:03:47.000 Didn't Mac Miller die?
01:03:48.000 I'm not sure if it was fentanyl with Mac Miller or something else, but I know if Prince it was it's it's
01:03:53.000 everywhere It's prevalent no one's safe
01:03:55.000 I'm not Prince and not you know the people in these border towns and the rest of this country Des Dickerson who was
01:03:59.000 Prince's guitar player in the revolution. He's the other one of the kamikaze headband in 1999 sang some of the song
01:04:06.000 Yes.
01:04:06.000 you You know the song.
01:04:07.000 Well, Des has been a good friend of mine for over 30 years, and he told me absolutely 100% that Prince, that was an accident.
01:04:13.000 This was not something that Prince did to himself by... Oh yeah, I believe that.
01:04:17.000 And they never talked...
01:04:18.000 The person who gave him the counterfeit, right?
01:04:20.000 We know Michael Jackson was killed by a doctor, and he spent two years in jail.
01:04:23.000 But Prince's, whoever gave him the counterfeit drug, that was fentanyl.
01:04:26.000 I never recall.
01:04:27.000 Mac Miller was fentanyl, and they put whoever gave it to him in jail as well.
01:04:31.000 It's weird.
01:04:32.000 I mean, I feel like the obvious answer is close to the border, but people have been so averse to it for so long, we're really feeling the consequence of it now.
01:04:39.000 I feel like it's another easy attack vector for China.
01:04:42.000 Pot laced with fentanyl, and then a bunch of young people die.
01:04:42.000 Yes.
01:04:47.000 I mean, someone from the Biden administration is meeting with a representative from China this week, I'm pretty sure.
01:04:52.000 This happened once before earlier this year.
01:04:54.000 Biden met with Xi Jinping in San Francisco, I think, and they were like, so tell us that you'll stop because a lot of stuff that goes into fentanyl is manufactured in China and shipped to Mexico and comes across the border.
01:05:04.000 And he was like, so please tell us you'll stop that.
01:05:07.000 And they were like, We'll see.
01:05:09.000 We'll think about it.
01:05:09.000 We'll work with you.
01:05:10.000 The fact that we couldn't even get China to commit to being like, OK, fine, we'll stop shipping fentanyl.
01:05:15.000 They're like, we're in a weak position because we made our border weak.
01:05:18.000 And by the way, people fly, I mean, Chinese people will fly to both South America and to Canada to then traverse into America through the border.
01:05:27.000 We're bad on both sides, right?
01:05:30.000 The US-Mexico border has been weak for a long time, and we're seeing the effect of it now.
01:05:34.000 But I think it's also important to start talking about what's happening on the northern border where they are seeing And a rise in illegal crossings.
01:05:41.000 And especially during this time of year, it's incredibly dangerous for both the border forces that are out there and the people who are crossing, because you can actually freeze to death.
01:05:49.000 I appreciate that you bring that up.
01:05:51.000 The Canadian on the cast bringing that up.
01:05:53.000 Thank you very much.
01:05:53.000 Look, team, Canada is important, too.
01:05:55.000 But not all Canada is Justin Trudeau's Canada.
01:05:55.000 It hangs out there.
01:05:57.000 I have watched with my own eyes in real time fentanyl being tracked by the United States Department of the military, private contractors, from China, I've actually seen it on the computer screen, being tracked, and yet when it gets to Mexico, somehow it makes it across.
01:06:15.000 Isn't that like some Operation Fast and Furious situation?
01:06:18.000 Like we know where it is, we're tracking it, and then it just backfires?
01:06:21.000 It's a sincere desire to stop it, but once it arrives in Mexico, then it breaks down from there.
01:06:28.000 Crazy.
01:06:29.000 The cartels are running some of those border towns.
01:06:31.000 I mean, the amount of fentanyl is millions of pounds at one of those places.
01:06:34.000 I forget what town it was, maybe near Tucson.
01:06:37.000 But it's apocalyptic how much fentanyl is coming through.
01:06:40.000 And the idea that China doesn't know about this, when they have one of the most extensive surveillance states in the world, they're saying, oh, we don't know where it's coming from.
01:06:47.000 We have no idea who's making this.
01:06:49.000 And also, that's just the fentanyl they're catching at the border.
01:06:49.000 Sorry, guys.
01:06:52.000 There's so much coming through.
01:06:53.000 I'm having a real hard time deciding whether I'm More afraid of what's happening in the Middle East right now?
01:06:59.000 Are we going to have World War III or about what's going on at the border?
01:07:03.000 I'm still struggling between the two.
01:07:05.000 I think we should put the border first.
01:07:06.000 I mean, that's my personal opinion, right?
01:07:08.000 Like, I can't say everything that's going to happen abroad, but I can say it is crazy to me that we aren't all, like, immediately support the border.
01:07:16.000 It's crazy to me that Texas is saying, or the federal government is saying, Texas, take that razor wire out so people swim across the Rio Grande.
01:07:23.000 Rather than go through a legal port of entry while they're trying to illegally enter this country.
01:07:26.000 Like, these are things that are within our control and we're actively saying, but look over there.
01:07:31.000 Should we get involved over there?
01:07:31.000 Look over there.
01:07:33.000 Why don't we shut our own door?
01:07:34.000 I mean, I've said this before a couple times on the show.
01:07:36.000 We should lock our door before we say, by the way, this neighborhood is dangerous.
01:07:39.000 Like, if the world is a dangerous place right now, why aren't we shoring up resources at home?
01:07:43.000 But to Tim's point earlier, it's because the military-industrial complex wants to have the war over there because they can then play with all of their big toys.
01:07:51.000 They can't play with their big toys.
01:07:53.000 Well, why don't they suggest deploying troops to the border, right?
01:07:55.000 I mean, maybe it wouldn't give you the paycheck that it would if you were engaged internationally, but at least then you would still have some income coming through.
01:08:01.000 Not that you should be in support of the military-industrial conflict, but I'm just saying they could make money off of anything if they make it look like it's worth deploying our troops.
01:08:08.000 They just don't.
01:08:08.000 But our troops should be at the border.
01:08:10.000 Of course.
01:08:10.000 That's exactly where they should be.
01:08:11.000 They shouldn't be over there in Jordan in a limited deployment being cannon fodder for the Lindsey Grahams of the world.
01:08:23.000 I'm afraid you saying big toys overseas is going to give some people really bad ideas of using them on the border at some point.
01:08:28.000 But they won't because they don't care about the border.
01:08:31.000 What are they going to do to these people at some point?
01:08:33.000 Or they're turning on us.
01:08:34.000 Yeah, these are like our honorary citizens now.
01:08:36.000 Like, these people that are coming across the border that are given, like, Thanksgiving—in Chicago, they're given, like, Thanksgiving meals and stuff, and they're like, you know, just random families, and it's like, well, we're playing Chicagoans.
01:08:44.000 Don't ever try to migrate here legally, which I know your family's had experience, my family's had experience with this.
01:08:48.000 Like, anyone who has had to do it, you guys have to figure it out on your own, but if you come illegally, we'll give you support.
01:08:54.000 The border in Yuma, watching the border patrol sit at the wall, waiting with luggage tags and bottles of water and their van to take the people to the HQ, where if they have a number to someone in the States and that person picks up, they will fly you there.
01:09:09.000 For free is insane, totally insane stuff.
01:09:14.000 Watching these individuals come across and you see the piles of the wristbands, you've seen those and the different colors, see that they are the cartel's product.
01:09:22.000 And that's what those wristbands represent.
01:09:24.000 And when they reach different transfer stations, they get a new color wristband.
01:09:29.000 But it's cool, we'll continue to let the cartel treat humans like products, we'll promote human smuggling by keeping our border open so that Joe Biden can say, well Trump is the one that closed the border and I'm the one who opened it, aren't I a better person for that?
01:09:41.000 When actually you're encouraging horrible atrocities to happen to, you know, I'm sure there are some very desperate people who think this is the right path forward, I think there are also people who just know, I can have an advantageous life if I illegally cross into America.
01:09:55.000 This whole system is crazy and yet we're supposed to pretend that Democrats are supporting something good by saying, no, no, border restrictions are somehow bad.
01:10:03.000 That seems crazy.
01:10:03.000 It's another overcompensation.
01:10:05.000 Even though Obama was the one, I believe, who had people in cages, they'd say it was Trump.
01:10:10.000 So he's got to overcompensate for the Trump cage.
01:10:13.000 So by doing that, he's just opened everything up.
01:10:15.000 Well, humans can be a product here, but they're going to be cannon fodder over there.
01:10:19.000 And that's the conflict that we're looking at.
01:10:21.000 Do you feel like during your time dabbling in journalism, the conversation around illegal immigration has changed very much?
01:10:27.000 Or do you feel like we're just more amplified on positions that parties already held?
01:10:32.000 It's more amplified, and I'm one of those libertarians who does not believe in open borders because we live in a dangerous world.
01:10:40.000 I have a utopian libertarian ideal.
01:10:43.000 If I take the test, I'm a full-on anarchist, right?
01:10:46.000 Except for one thing.
01:10:47.000 That's not the world in which we live.
01:10:49.000 That's the world we want.
01:10:50.000 I wish we could live in that world, but we don't.
01:10:52.000 So my attitude has not changed.
01:10:54.000 Yeah, and that I had that attitude.
01:10:56.000 What about other people who kind of share your values?
01:10:59.000 Do you feel like other libertarians have moved to more closed border position?
01:11:03.000 Some have, but, you know, the idealistic of those who are, you know... Purist in some way?
01:11:08.000 Right, right, right.
01:11:09.000 Let's talk about what's going on with January 6th and your case.
01:11:13.000 We have the story from Real Clear Investigations.
01:11:15.000 It's been covered quite a bit over the past few months.
01:11:17.000 This one is investigative issues.
01:11:19.000 Independent journalist receives January 6th grand jury subpoena.
01:11:23.000 Steve Baker says he believes actors in the Department of Justice seek to silence him.
01:11:26.000 This is back in August.
01:11:28.000 Since then, you've received notice that they actually are intending to criminally charge you.
01:11:32.000 And you are a journalist.
01:11:34.000 You work for The Blaze, or you're a contributor?
01:11:37.000 No, I am now a full-time investigative journalist for The Blaze.
01:11:42.000 I officially shut down my bands and my operations musically, and I am... So you were acting as a journalist on January 6th.
01:11:50.000 Correct.
01:11:51.000 You are friends with many prominent journalists, notably Richie McGinnis.
01:11:56.000 Who was, uh, what did he say to you?
01:11:56.000 Yes.
01:11:58.000 That it would be insane if they went after you for working journalism on January 6th, but now they're coming after you, so what's happening?
01:12:04.000 Well, they actually made the first threat against me all the way back in November of 21.
01:12:08.000 I did my FBI interview in July of 21, so six months after January 6th.
01:12:15.000 Actually, no, that was when they first contacted my attorney.
01:12:18.000 And then we did the interview in October of 21.
01:12:20.000 October of 21 on November 17th of 21 my attorney got an email from a
01:12:28.000 Assistant US attorney out of Philadelphia who said your client that would be me is going to be charged within the
01:12:33.000 week And that within the week that was in 2021
01:12:37.000 Yes That would have been that would have been Thanksgiving week
01:12:39.000 of 21 that they originally threatened me with charges We went on a media and a press offensive instantly, you
01:12:45.000 know Press release started doing you know podcasts and TV and
01:12:48.000 radio interviews and things of that nature And so that among other things, we think they backed off.
01:12:55.000 They were like, you know, this guy's too big of a pain in the butt for us to deal with.
01:12:58.000 So they just moved me to the bottom of her pile, the assistant U.S.
01:13:02.000 attorney.
01:13:03.000 And so we didn't hear from them for 20 months.
01:13:06.000 They went away.
01:13:07.000 Now, for 20 months, though, I kept waiting for those red dots in my bedroom window every morning.
01:13:12.000 It's six o'clock.
01:13:15.000 People think I'm joking when I say this.
01:13:16.000 I don't have to set an alarm anymore.
01:13:18.000 Six o'clock every morning I wake up and I look for the red dots in my window.
01:13:21.000 What do you mean red dots?
01:13:23.000 The SWAT red.
01:13:25.000 Lasers being weapons pointed at you?
01:13:26.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:13:27.000 Of course that's not, you know, they don't actually use red dots anymore.
01:13:29.000 Because it would be at two in the morning, that's what I understand.
01:13:32.000 But it's what I expect or what I'm fearful of and I've had that burden in my gut for that long.
01:13:32.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:13:40.000 And so 20 months went by and then In August, as you can see from that, uh, the date on that article right there by Joe Hanneman, that in August, I got another call from my attorney said, okay, and now we have a, uh, grand jury subpoena for you.
01:13:56.000 And now we're subpoenaing, subpoenaing your work from January 6th.
01:14:00.000 So they wanted my videos, which was completely unnecessary because we not only offered that to them during my FBI interview, you know, free of charge or so to speak with, As a complimentary service to the FBI, but more importantly, it was part of the cooperation.
01:14:18.000 And then secondarily, we offered it to them yet again to the Department of Justice through exchange with my There's nothing to hide there.
01:14:29.000 It didn't matter.
01:14:31.000 I don't think I was going to cause anybody that was there on January 6th any harm because they were already on a thousand other videos anyway.
01:14:39.000 So it really wasn't going to hurt anybody if I gave them my videos.
01:14:42.000 So that was my thinking anyway at the time.
01:14:45.000 So we get a grand jury subpoena.
01:14:46.000 The problem with a grand jury subpoena is that grand juries are not seated for misdemeanor charges.
01:14:53.000 Only for felonies.
01:14:54.000 It's like, OK, crap.
01:14:56.000 What are they looking at?
01:14:57.000 What are they going to try to do now?
01:14:58.000 What have they been scheming and concocting for 20 months while they've been silent?
01:15:02.000 So we complied.
01:15:04.000 I gave them a flash drive.
01:15:06.000 I actually confronted my FBI agent in the parking lot at his field office with my attorney standing beside me.
01:15:12.000 And I grilled him for about 15 minutes about what they were doing for 20 months.
01:15:17.000 You know, what's going on?
01:15:18.000 I don't know.
01:15:19.000 I don't know.
01:15:19.000 I said, no, that's BS.
01:15:21.000 You do know.
01:15:22.000 Because you're the one that actually has to write the statement of facts based upon which the Department of Justice will then file charges against me.
01:15:28.000 So it's going to be your recommendations, you know, and he wouldn't tell me.
01:15:32.000 And so another five months goes by.
01:15:35.000 I'm actually sitting in Thomas Massey's office in DC, the Rayburn building, and I get another text from my attorney.
01:15:42.000 And it's like, you know, because when your attorney calls you, it's never good.
01:15:45.000 And so I step out into the hallway.
01:15:48.000 And he says, OK, I guess this is the big day.
01:15:51.000 This was on Thursday, December 14th.
01:15:53.000 And he said they are asking you to self-surrender in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Tuesday.
01:15:59.000 So it's been the Tuesday before Christmas week of this past year.
01:16:02.000 So I took my big breath.
01:16:05.000 I walked outside.
01:16:09.000 And then I tweeted out that it's happening.
01:16:12.000 And within 24 hours, you know, I had four and a half million views of that tweet.
01:16:16.000 And then the blaze went into high gear and there were other media appearances as well over the next 24 hours.
01:16:22.000 Within 30 hours, by five o'clock, close of business on Friday, the 15th of December, my attorney gets another call from the FBI agent.
01:16:32.000 And he says, okay, we're going to postpone self-surrender until after Christmas.
01:16:38.000 All right.
01:16:39.000 So now, so my other, my lead attorney, cause I have six attorneys on this case now.
01:16:44.000 And so my lead attorney, then he takes over.
01:16:46.000 So he contacts the new.
01:16:48.000 Assistant US attorney because now they've assigned to me to somebody else during that 30 hour period they took it away from Assistant US attorney Anita Eve out of Philadelphia and they assigned it to a guy by the name of Adam Dreher out of DC So got a new guy young gun on the case and and I guess that's the that's the kill shot You know the guy he's the he's the specialist, right?
01:17:09.000 so The week between Christmas and January 1st, my lead attorney got on the phone with him and said, OK, what's going on here?
01:17:20.000 OK, well, right now what he says is that they're going to delay the self-surrender till sometime mid-January.
01:17:28.000 And because we know Mr. Baker's travel schedule and what he's doing, because I stay on the road almost full time, and he says we'll give him seven to ten days notice before he needs to come in and present himself.
01:17:41.000 Okay, I'll pass that along to my client.
01:17:43.000 What are the charges going to be?
01:17:45.000 Well, I can't tell you.
01:17:48.000 What do you mean you can't tell me?
01:17:48.000 Well, I could tell you, but we're not because as soon as I tell you, Mr. Baker will tweet it out.
01:17:55.000 As is your right, though.
01:17:57.000 Yeah, as is my right.
01:17:58.000 Now, technically, he could fall back on the fact that until an actual judge or magistrate signs the arrest warrant, there are no charges.
01:18:07.000 Well, so it's the end of January.
01:18:09.000 What's the latest?
01:18:09.000 That's it?
01:18:10.000 Oh, we haven't heard from them since.
01:18:13.000 I think this shows, you know, you look at the Trump-Eugene Carroll case, and There's no justice system.
01:18:21.000 It is weaponization of... It's remarkable to me.
01:18:27.000 Trump gets accused by some crackpot old woman of a story that's based off of... that bears striking resemblance to Law & Order SVU, denies it, and the denial is defamation.
01:18:39.000 Yeah.
01:18:40.000 Then he gets accused of fraud in New York.
01:18:42.000 The judge issues a summary judgment without hearing any evidence and says, doesn't matter, Trump did it.
01:18:47.000 Now in the trial to determine the amount of damages and whether or not he falsified business records, all the witnesses are like, oh no, Trump was doing business on the level, it's totally fine.
01:18:56.000 Doesn't matter, we've already said... So what we have here, I think it's just...
01:19:03.000 It's proof of they will do whatever they can get away with.
01:19:06.000 And with you, you're on the line.
01:19:08.000 You're not some, you know, you're not Ben Shapiro.
01:19:11.000 No.
01:19:11.000 You don't have millions of followers.
01:19:13.000 But you're not nobody.
01:19:14.000 You've got, you work in media and a lot of people are paying attention to your story.
01:19:18.000 If you were like so many of the other J6ers who bumbled about confused, like, I'm not talking about the rioters, I'm talking about the woman I met who said she showed up an hour after the riot, doors were open, there were no barricades, and she walked around confused and went home, 18 month sentence.
01:19:33.000 Yeah.
01:19:34.000 She does not have the platform you have as a journalist, and so now you've put them in this position where they're like, we gotta get him, but oh man, he's too loud.
01:19:42.000 This past Thursday, myself and four of my attorneys in Dallas, in Dealey Plaza, we did a press conference.
01:19:49.000 Interesting location.
01:19:51.000 Did you stand on the little box in the middle of the street?
01:19:55.000 Well, I made sure I took photos of the X in the street, but the point being is that we did a press conference there, and I actually addressed the point that you were making right there, and I said that exact thing.
01:20:07.000 Unfortunately, there were so many that had come before me already, and I'm talking specifically about other independent journalists who have been jacked up by this system, and they did not have the coverage of me.
01:20:17.000 They didn't have four You know, great attorney standing behind them.
01:20:22.000 They didn't have the power, the bullhorn of the blaze behind them at the time, and they didn't have the reach.
01:20:27.000 So they were completely overwhelmed by that, most of them having to use court-appointed lawyers to defend them that were probably of a leftist bent to begin with, didn't really care about their case.
01:20:44.000 I know of individuals that have been jammed into what they call these stipulated bench trials.
01:20:53.000 They don't even know what the client doesn't even know what that is.
01:20:56.000 Well, what is that?
01:20:57.000 And they try to explain to them it's a lot simpler, it's easier, it's going to cost you a lot less money.
01:21:03.000 Well, basically, you're just walking in and pleading guilty without the opportunity to present your case
01:21:09.000 or present any exculpatory or diminishing, something that might diminish your charges
01:21:13.000 or you diminish your sentencing, that sort of thing.
01:21:18.000 But specifically to the independent journalists that have been caught up in this thing, I've watched trials.
01:21:24.000 This is a great example.
01:21:26.000 A young guy, Stephen Horn, also from Raleigh, North Carolina.
01:21:29.000 We never knew each other before the January 6th thing.
01:21:34.000 But what ended up happening to him is this.
01:21:37.000 He was 22 years old on January 6th, but he had had a history of doing journalism since he was 16, including acquiring, applying for and acquiring press passes for various events that he had covered.
01:21:48.000 So when he goes up to cover that event, he actually tried to acquire a pass.
01:21:52.000 He actually contacted Metropolitan PD.
01:21:54.000 They wouldn't issue him one.
01:21:56.000 He went anyway.
01:21:57.000 He had been covering the 20 riots in Raleigh, so he installed inside of his bicycle helmet a hidden camera so he didn't look like press.
01:22:06.000 He didn't wear press anywhere, and so that he could blend into the crowd.
01:22:11.000 He gets arrested.
01:22:13.000 He gets the four basic misdemeanor charges.
01:22:15.000 He decides he's going to do a jury trial, right?
01:22:18.000 So in the process of doing and putting all this together... In D.C.?
01:22:21.000 In D.C., yeah.
01:22:22.000 I mean, brave kid.
01:22:24.000 And I'll tell you exactly why he decided to do that.
01:22:27.000 There's another reporter by the name of Luke Mogelson who submitted his story to The New Yorker.
01:22:32.000 He captured the famous video of the QAnon shaman inside the Senate chamber, you know, chanting, praying, all of that.
01:22:39.000 So, Luke and another journalist by the name of J.D.
01:22:45.000 Rivera from Pensacola, they basically paralleled each other through the building, took the same thing.
01:22:49.000 J.D.
01:22:50.000 ended up getting eight months in prison.
01:22:53.000 Luke, of course, didn't because when Luke submitted his story to the New Yorker, the title of his story was Among the Insurrectionists.
01:23:00.000 So he had to get out of jail free card already, you know.
01:23:03.000 He said insurrection.
01:23:04.000 Right, right.
01:23:05.000 So, but back to Stephen Horne.
01:23:07.000 So Stephen Horne says, look, I'm going to, you know, I'm going to go declare my innocence in front of a jury.
01:23:14.000 And so they file a motion for selective prosecution in his case, his attorneys do.
01:23:20.000 And the judge, a Trump-appointed judge by the name of Kelly, he would not allow the jury to see those press badges.
01:23:32.000 What?
01:23:32.000 What?
01:23:32.000 That's correct.
01:23:33.000 Why?
01:23:33.000 How do they?
01:23:34.000 How?
01:23:34.000 Because.
01:23:36.000 Yeah.
01:23:36.000 Wow.
01:23:37.000 It's disgusting.
01:23:37.000 He might tweet it out.
01:23:38.000 It's disgusting.
01:23:39.000 So he would not allow that jury to see these.
01:23:43.000 to cover that trial.
01:23:43.000 I went up to D.C.
01:23:45.000 I was there for every minute of Stephen Horne's trial.
01:23:48.000 And so I finally reached a level of frustration one day.
01:23:52.000 I ran out into the hallway to where the attorney's room was and knocked on the door.
01:23:58.000 And one of them answered the door.
01:23:59.000 And I said, you have to present blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
01:24:01.000 And he said, we can't.
01:24:02.000 What do you mean?
01:24:03.000 What do you mean you can't?
01:24:04.000 It's the truth about his life, about his career, about his desire since he was a kid to be a journalist.
01:24:08.000 We can't talk about it.
01:24:09.000 We're under orders.
01:24:10.000 We can't bring that up.
01:24:12.000 And so what they did is the US attorneys denigrated that kid.
01:24:18.000 They absolutely, completely made any insinuation that he was there for any other reason other than to participate in the riot.
01:24:30.000 Uh, it was, it was completely slammed and they could not just even show that jury.
01:24:35.000 But you know, these were the press badges he acquired since he was 16.
01:24:38.000 What did he get?
01:24:42.000 Uh, this was a miracle.
01:24:43.000 His sentencing was the day after Ray Epps' sentencing, and that Ray Epps' sentencing sent shocked waves through the courts.
01:24:52.000 Oh, I just got chills hearing that.
01:24:54.000 Yes.
01:24:55.000 Because he got off so easy with the slap on the wrist.
01:24:55.000 Wow.
01:25:00.000 So Horne only got a year probation and a $2,000 fine.
01:25:04.000 Still too much.
01:25:06.000 And if it had been before Epps, very likely it would have been jail time.
01:25:11.000 Before Epps was the guy I mentioned from Pensacola, J.D.
01:25:15.000 Rivera, he was actually the first person from the panhandle of Florida to be caught up in the dragnet early January of 21 and he was the
01:25:25.000 first one arrested in that part of the country and he was actually contracted by a television
01:25:29.000 station from Mobile. He shows up at January 6th with his big gear, his big expensive shoulder-mounted
01:25:38.000 camera and he's going through And he went through the same broken window that Luke Mogelson, New Yorker, submitted his story to.
01:25:47.000 They both went through the same broken window.
01:25:49.000 Luke Mogelson had his iPhone.
01:25:51.000 Luke Mogelson said, yes, I used my phone as a reporter's notebook.
01:25:55.000 And JD had his expensive gear.
01:25:58.000 So when he gets home, And the station is all excited when he's driving home on the 7th.
01:26:05.000 They're calling him.
01:26:06.000 You got all this footage.
01:26:07.000 It's incredible.
01:26:08.000 We can't wait to see it.
01:26:09.000 Can't wait to get it.
01:26:10.000 And then when he gets home, he doesn't hear from them at all.
01:26:13.000 A few days later, over 20 agents show up at his doorstep.
01:26:18.000 Red dots on his wife, his kids, his family.
01:26:21.000 You know what J.D.' 's crime was?
01:26:23.000 He never chanted.
01:26:25.000 He never said, USA, USA.
01:26:27.000 He never stopped the steal or any chant whatsoever.
01:26:31.000 He wasn't wearing all the Trump paraphernalia, that sort of thing.
01:26:33.000 His crime is he had been and had covered and had been active in the Hispanic or Latinos for Trump movement prior to that.
01:26:44.000 Wow.
01:26:44.000 So he gets he goes to a bench trial.
01:26:47.000 So he was smart enough not to, you know, to risk a jury.
01:26:50.000 But the judge in his case convicted him.
01:26:53.000 And when he was sentenced, he was given eight months in prison.
01:26:56.000 He spent his first two months in solitary confinement.
01:26:59.000 When he gets out of solitary and he gets into the general population of this medium security prison in Georgia, the other prisoners thought he was some sort of spy or plant or whatever because... His story's fake.
01:27:12.000 It had to be fake because misdemeanor defendants are not sent to this prison.
01:27:18.000 So they're all looking at him like going, hey, we're the pros.
01:27:21.000 This is what we do for a living.
01:27:22.000 We go to prison.
01:27:23.000 We commit real crimes.
01:27:25.000 Misdemeanor defendants do not come to this prison.
01:27:27.000 He said no, man.
01:27:28.000 This is so infuriating.
01:27:29.000 I feel like you've seen the face of the military-industrial complex in terms of how they've grown out into the media and these people are like the engineers of the false reality where like you can tell that story if you use the right words like we're talking about the headlines earlier, but if you tell it like this, we're gonna throw you in jail.
01:27:43.000 Was Judge Kelly, was he the one who also acquitted that guy for trespassing because the cop waved him in?
01:27:49.000 Was that Kelly?
01:27:50.000 No, that wasn't Kelly.
01:27:51.000 I forget which judge that was.
01:27:53.000 But Kelly was also the guy over the Proud Boys trial.
01:27:57.000 Do you know what happened to John Sullivan?
01:27:58.000 Remember that guy?
01:27:58.000 Yes, I covered his trial.
01:28:00.000 I was there.
01:28:01.000 I just interviewed his mom and dad just a couple of weeks ago.
01:28:04.000 Did he get in trouble?
01:28:05.000 All I saw was that he sold the stuff to CNN.
01:28:07.000 Oh yeah, he was convicted on seven counts and then he was remanded into custody after being allowed to sit in a home confinement for almost three years.
01:28:17.000 He was immediately remanded into custody and taken off the jail.
01:28:20.000 McFadden.
01:28:21.000 McFadden.
01:28:22.000 Yeah, McFadden ruled that Matthew Martin was not rioting and he was invited in by the police.
01:28:28.000 Yeah, because he made a reasonable assertion and it was on video that when he walked in as he's passing a cop and he's He kind of greeted the cop in a friendly kind of manner, and then the cop kind of patted him on the shoulder.
01:28:43.000 Wow.
01:28:45.000 McFadden said, you know... This is why, and forgive me everyone, but this is why I say Civil War so often.
01:28:53.000 The Young Turks make a living off of lying.
01:28:56.000 It's what they do.
01:28:57.000 And so, in January of 2022, I think it was, I had made a statement that we were going to start seeing acquittals because in order for there to be trespass charges, you need to have asserted property rights in the first place.
01:29:11.000 Meaning, if there is a barrier you cross, you are beyond trespass.
01:29:17.000 We've dealt with this.
01:29:18.000 So, typically the laws, and the law in Maryland, specifically, I don't know if DC laws, it's not the same as Maryland, but there's probably a tremendous overlap.
01:29:26.000 If someone walks onto your unguarded property, they have only trespassed if they have been warned they're trespassing.
01:29:34.000 In the case of the Capitol, when the barricades are removed, and the doors are open, and the cops are holding them open, you cannot claim someone is trespassing in any traditional legal sense.
01:29:43.000 You would never win.
01:29:45.000 If you put up a sign that says no trespassing private property or close to the public and someone walks past it, they have now trespassed.
01:29:53.000 If you put up a chain across the threshold with a sign saying no trespass and they step over it, in Maryland that's fourth degree burglary.
01:30:04.000 Enter it, crossing a barrier to enter a property.
01:30:06.000 Many of these J6ers They show up and what do they see?
01:30:10.000 There's no barricades, the doors are open, and the police are waving people in.
01:30:16.000 I said, we're going to see acquittals.
01:30:18.000 The Young Turks, this is what they do.
01:30:22.000 That's why I gave a shout out on Twitter to Anna and Vosh because Vosh does the same thing.
01:30:25.000 They'll take a morsel of an argument made, Something like me saying, they're going to acquit some of these people on trespass charges, and then apply that to a guy bashing a cop with a shield or something.
01:30:41.000 And say, Tim Pool thinks a guy who bashed a guy with a shield is not going to get charged because he didn't know?
01:30:46.000 There's broken glass everywhere and he's fighting the police, which is literally not what I said.
01:30:51.000 And so when you have a wave after wave of people falsely believing these psychotic things, they cheer for the government oppressing, beating, and murdering people.
01:31:02.000 And the best part is, these are the people who claim to be activists against the prison systems while supporting one of the most egregious violations of human rights in the United States of our generation.
01:31:12.000 People who were walking around D.C.
01:31:14.000 But you know what the issue is?
01:31:15.000 They're all Trump supporters, so it's fair game.
01:31:18.000 If you were a Trump supporter on DC, and you showed up to the Capitol an hour and a half or two hours after the riots, they're arresting these people.
01:31:27.000 They didn't fight anybody.
01:31:28.000 They didn't break anything.
01:31:30.000 They did not trespass.
01:31:31.000 And these people are going to jail.
01:31:32.000 If you're Owen Schroer, and you were at a permitted rally, you got a permit for it, but you yelled something like, death to tyrants, you're going to prison.
01:31:41.000 Because you're all Trump supporters.
01:31:43.000 And then what you get is the left-wing media, the leftist media, will absolutely lie about
01:31:50.000 everything that happened for the benefit of making money for their companies.
01:31:54.000 I will tell you that I have had conversations with some of my MSM colleagues who have, of course,
01:32:01.000 off the record conceded that they've some of those accidental tourists, accidental trespassers,
01:32:10.000 Just didn't know the DC law.
01:32:13.000 law and didn't understand D.C.
01:32:15.000 And they would concede that they probably got to the door, they saw the line of people coming in.
01:32:22.000 They probably thought it was alright.
01:32:23.000 We here in D.C., though, of course, we know how uptight it is, and we probably, a local resident probably wouldn't have done it.
01:32:30.000 I completely disagree.
01:32:31.000 That's what they tell me.
01:32:32.000 We have seen, over and over again, protesters storm D.C.
01:32:36.000 buildings.
01:32:37.000 There are protests in D.C.
01:32:39.000 every week.
01:32:40.000 Are they bussed in?
01:32:42.000 Protesters?
01:32:43.000 The ones that are storming.
01:32:44.000 Are those the ones that are protesting?
01:32:45.000 Sometimes, yes.
01:32:45.000 Absolutely.
01:32:46.000 Left-wing organizations will get charters.
01:32:49.000 Activists will show up in D.C.
01:32:50.000 and they'll enter these buildings and shut them down.
01:32:53.000 Kavanaugh hearing.
01:32:53.000 Yeah.
01:32:54.000 Yeah.
01:32:55.000 I mean, Kavanaugh hearing is one example, but we had a recent example, a bunch of far leftists were protesting Israel and shutting things down in D.C., in these buildings.
01:33:02.000 During Occupy Wall Street, occupiers showed up in D.C., everybody entered these buildings, and there were thousands of people storming, like, I shouldn't say storming, but marching through the halls, chanting, knocking on doors, looking for members of Congress.
01:33:16.000 Totally fine, totally A-OK.
01:33:19.000 So, when you have historic precedents and legal precedents that protesters do enter these buildings and are never criminally charged, What we see now with J6 is it's plainly obvious to anybody.
01:33:33.000 It's a farce.
01:33:34.000 It's a lie.
01:33:35.000 To the guys who are fighting cops, lock them up.
01:33:38.000 20 years seems a little excessive if you ask me.
01:33:40.000 A few months.
01:33:41.000 But you look at Antifa during Trump's inauguration when they marched around the city smashing windows and setting fires.
01:33:48.000 Not only were these people never, they were arrested, they were released, their charges were dropped, and then the city paid them millions.
01:33:55.000 And more importantly by comparison to that particular situation after Trump's inauguration was that The Department of Justice tried to prosecute these cases.
01:34:08.000 They were getting hung juries and acquittals in court.
01:34:12.000 And so they went, screw it, and they just dismissed the rest of them.
01:34:16.000 And of course, that is because of the DC makeup of a jury.
01:34:21.000 I mean, when you're talking about 92.5% of the jurors are the jury pool, they're voted for Biden anyway.
01:34:28.000 It's a fait accompli before your jury selection ever even happens.
01:34:31.000 It's not going to go your way.
01:34:34.000 And of course, what the Department of Justice has done and what every judge that is inside on this colluding in this cartel that they have developed or what I call a star chamber.
01:34:44.000 is they have decided that there's not going to be a change of venue motion granted to anyone, regardless of the circumstances, regardless of the polling, regardless of the data, the actual evidence that you cannot get a fair trial there.
01:34:58.000 It's 99.75% conviction rate right now on January 6 trials.
01:35:05.000 95.75.
01:35:06.000 If you just take the Department of Federal Law in D.C., it's just over 60% of the cases they win.
01:35:14.000 It's because it's political.
01:35:16.000 If you take the average of just over 60% compared to 99.75, you can't help, if you're an honest broker whatsoever, except to conclude that this is a political problem.
01:35:27.000 Why hasn't Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against E. Jean Carroll in West Virginia?
01:35:32.000 Well, obviously he should, but...
01:35:34.000 My question is, we watch this stuff happen over and over and over again.
01:35:37.000 In New York to Donald Trump, where are the Republicans to literally file the same suits?
01:35:44.000 Where are the prosecutors in these Republican states to file charges against these political organizations?
01:35:52.000 They're just not doing anything.
01:35:54.000 All of the attorneys that I work with right now, they all say the exact same thing.
01:35:59.000 If every single one of these January 6th defendants had been tried in their home district before a jury of their peers, that it would have been a 50-50 proposition in terms of conviction versus acquittals.
01:36:12.000 And so you have to get outside of the beltway in order to get a fair trial there.
01:36:21.000 My fight, if I have to go there, it's not going to be like J.D.
01:36:27.000 Rivera's fight.
01:36:27.000 It's not going to be like Stephen Horne's fight.
01:36:29.000 I have the advantage of having watched from the bench in their trial.
01:36:33.000 I have the advantage of watching how they treated the Oath Keepers.
01:36:36.000 Are you going to go for a bench?
01:36:40.000 If I had to choose for it, it would be a bench trial.
01:36:42.000 I wouldn't do a jury trial.
01:36:42.000 Absolutely.
01:36:43.000 The risk there is that the judges are corrupt too.
01:36:45.000 At least you know the jurors are corrupt.
01:36:48.000 Maybe you'll get lucky and get McFadden.
01:36:51.000 Or you get them at a time like, for instance, we now know that in chambers that these judges are talking about this 1512 obstruction of official proceeding charge that SCOTUS has agreed to take up.
01:37:05.000 We know that in chambers they're saying, oh yeah, SCOTUS is going to scrap this thing, which is going to send the entire J6 Routine into into complete chaos people are gonna get their charges What rescinded or how's that gonna work?
01:37:21.000 That's what they've got to figure it out.
01:37:23.000 I mean The obstructing official proceeding right the challenge to it is It was a literal reference to destruction of documents not marching through a building which bothered someone correct.
01:37:35.000 That's exactly it So SCOTUS is going to rule and probably say, yeah, the law was made for this reason, not for protesters in my show.
01:37:43.000 And it's already creating chaos because individuals who have already had that charge on them for maybe their charging documents were executed a year or two years ago, and they're just now getting to trial.
01:37:56.000 Obviously, their motions are being made by their defense attorneys.
01:38:00.000 No, we need to delay the trial until this is decided by SCOTUS.
01:38:03.000 And the judges are granting that.
01:38:05.000 And then additionally, some of the judges have let people out of prison because the only reason they were in prison was because of the 1512.
01:38:13.000 So some people have already been released?
01:38:14.000 Yes, they've actually already released some of them.
01:38:16.000 They've sent them home, conditionally, until this thing is settled.
01:38:21.000 So it's already creating problems.
01:38:24.000 As I said, the re-ups, sentencing, Send shockwaves through I mean, I don't know how going forward that they can sentence a misdemeanor defendant now to prison time Yeah, after what have you said would you think they'll charge you with?
01:38:38.000 They won't tell me, as I mentioned before.
01:38:41.000 In my first interview with the FBI, they said, look, it's not our place to decide.
01:38:46.000 We're just going to turn this information over to the DOJ if they decide to charge you.
01:38:50.000 It's probably going to be just the four basic misdemeanors.
01:38:53.000 But when they did notify me that I was going to be charged in November of 21, One of the charges that they were going to hit me with was interstate racketeering.
01:39:04.000 I'll just let that marinate for a moment.
01:39:04.000 What?
01:39:06.000 What does that mean?
01:39:07.000 Because I had licensed and made money off of the sale of my videos.
01:39:11.000 So they're admitting you're a journalist?
01:39:13.000 Right, right.
01:39:14.000 Exactly.

01:39:59.000 It would be, if there was anything I could buy, if someone offered me like, right now you can buy something.
01:40:06.000 Well, to be honest, I'd say like Justice for J6ers, I'd say, you know, winning the culture war.
01:40:11.000 But right now, the one grain of sand we can throw in that heap is making Ben Shapiro a Billboard Hot 100 rapper.
01:40:17.000 And that would please me ever so greatly.
01:40:20.000 Here we go.
01:40:22.000 Christopher Lambert says, and once more, that's right sir, you are the first super chat.
01:40:27.000 JaschaBeam says, fourth, unfortunately you are second.
01:40:30.000 There you go.
01:40:31.000 Big7588 says, the problem with U.S.
01:40:34.000 healthcare is the patients.
01:40:36.000 It's the Americans who eat a bunch of really, really bad food, you know?
01:40:41.000 Let's grab some, what do we got?
01:40:43.000 Jacob Parity says, hey Tim, could you please, please my future, Could you please my future niece's business a shout out?
01:40:50.000 That's what he wrote.
01:40:52.000 It's called Narbar's Candles.
01:40:55.000 She just joined Public Square and I thought she could use a boost.
01:40:57.000 Here's to the parallel economy.
01:40:58.000 Here, here!
01:40:59.000 Start those businesses, man.
01:41:00.000 Challenge that machine.
01:41:01.000 Shout out to Public Square.
01:41:02.000 Yeah, it's cool that Public Square can give people another way to promote their new business.
01:41:07.000 I mean, the people who shop on Public Square are pretty loyal to it.
01:41:10.000 Public Square has centralized the ability to help build the parallel economy and challenge woke institutions.
01:41:14.000 I love it.
01:41:16.000 So, once they become their own store akin to Amazon, but we know that they're not selling garbage and investing money in bad ideas, you know, it's going to be convenient for everybody.
01:41:28.000 And that's where we've got to get to.
01:41:29.000 We've got to get to that point of convenience.
01:41:31.000 The Drunk Conservative says, Tim, did you see the Daily Wire story about the Disney DEI wheel of power and privilege that was hanging up in the theme parks?
01:41:40.000 I think I did see that somewhere.
01:41:42.000 I'm not sure though.
01:41:44.000 Is that a scary ride?
01:41:44.000 It sounds like a really scary ride.
01:41:47.000 Corporate America shaking her boots.
01:41:49.000 They're like, we do this every Thursday.
01:41:52.000 All right.
01:41:54.000 Let's go.
01:41:55.000 Port Film Co-op says, find and watch Europa The Last Battle.
01:41:59.000 What is that?
01:42:00.000 Is that about migration in Europe or something?
01:42:02.000 I'm not sure.
01:42:03.000 I haven't heard of it.
01:42:04.000 Or is it about the moon around Saturn?
01:42:07.000 Yeah, I was thinking like spaceships.
01:42:08.000 Spaceships fighting aliens in Saturn?
01:42:10.000 It's like a crossover.
01:42:11.000 No, it's Jupiter, isn't it?
01:42:12.000 Jupiter.
01:42:13.000 Yeah, Jupiter.
01:42:13.000 One of those.
01:42:14.000 Europa, Io, Ganymede.
01:42:17.000 It's about immigration to one of the moons around Saturn.
01:42:19.000 How many moons are there?
01:42:19.000 One of those fake planets in fake space.
01:42:22.000 The alleged planets in space.
01:42:24.000 For some reason, I just know a bunch of moon names.
01:42:27.000 I think that's a good skill, man.
01:42:28.000 Yeah, it's good.
01:42:30.000 While Tim pulls up another one, I just want to say real quick, I checked Twitter and people are sending me AI nudes of Nancy Pelosi.
01:42:35.000 I am not happy.
01:42:36.000 Okay, but you brought it up like three times.
01:42:39.000 They're like, oh my gosh.
01:42:41.000 He really wants it.
01:42:42.000 Shane was like, don't send me these photos.
01:42:45.000 My wife is like, oh, you're just adding more to the folder.
01:42:47.000 Oh my goodness.
01:42:47.000 I'm single.
01:42:48.000 Can I put in my order right now?
01:42:51.000 The NFL is the same as WWE.
01:42:52.000 It's sports entertainment, along with NASCAR, the NFL, and MLB, and so on.
01:42:54.000 If it's broadcast sports, it's rigged on some level.
01:42:56.000 know where to send it. All right, Tricky Rex says the NFL is the same as WWE. It's sports
01:43:02.000 entertainment along with NASCAR, the NFL, and MLB and so on.
01:43:05.000 If it's broadcast sports, it's rigged on some level. Well, there was like some big
01:43:09.000 NBA rigging scandal, wasn't there?
01:43:11.000 Like, wasn't it like they extended the finals to get extra games to make more money or something
01:43:17.000 like that? Yeah, they just...
01:43:18.000 Yeah, if it was going at the last game and there was a chance for an extra game, they would, yeah.
01:43:23.000 An extra game is tons of money.
01:43:26.000 And there have been like refs from professional sports that have been fired when it comes out that they are the ones betting on the games, right?
01:43:33.000 We're the ones getting endorsements from, like, particular groups to make the game last longer.
01:43:36.000 Right, there are corrupt people everywhere.
01:43:38.000 I saw a funny video recently of Michael Jordan, who was playing on the Wizards, and the ref didn't see the thing that happened, that was a foul, and Jordan tells him that was definitely, like, a foul.
01:43:48.000 And he's like, I didn't see it, but I believe you, Michael.
01:43:51.000 Alright, T-Rex Pet Shop says, maybe Gen Z is voting for Trump because they don't want to be drafted in World War III.
01:43:57.000 Trump will be more likely to negotiate peace.
01:43:59.000 That is correct.
01:44:02.000 Eric CK says, Tim, I see your videos with tens of thousands of views on TikTok all the time.
01:44:07.000 So we made new accounts, because that's the way TikTok works.
01:44:09.000 You get banned, you make a new account.
01:44:11.000 It's a better way to do it, but still, their bannings are BS.
01:44:14.000 But more importantly, other people are posting our videos and clips on TikTok, and it's whatever.
01:44:20.000 You should.
01:44:20.000 Everyone should post clips from this show and whatever show on those platforms.
01:44:24.000 And I will say the same thing.
01:44:27.000 Posting clips.
01:44:28.000 Very different from posting the whole show.
01:44:30.000 The whole show, you know, that's a problem.
01:44:34.000 But Post Malone, he'll post clips on the show all the time.
01:44:36.000 We love it.
01:44:37.000 If you want to take clips that you think are from the show, that you think are good and important, please clip that portion of the show and share it.
01:44:45.000 And more importantly, I hope on X when you do so, you make money by doing it.
01:44:49.000 One of my favorite ones was on, I think it must have gone to TikTok first, but I saw it on Instagram, getting sent you and was it Destiny?
01:44:57.000 And it's your like famous, now hold on a minute moment.
01:45:00.000 That wasn't Destiny.
01:45:01.000 That was Lance.
01:45:01.000 Okay, that was Lance.
01:45:02.000 Sorry, I get everyone's names mixed up.
01:45:03.000 But it's like when he said that abortions are okay at any point.
01:45:07.000 It's the mother's choice, but the mother shouldn't be allowed to do drugs because it would kill the baby.
01:45:12.000 And then I was like, hold on there a minute.
01:45:15.000 My Instagram is like not political at all.
01:45:17.000 I'm sure it knows on some level, but like to suddenly see Tim come up, I was like, wow, this must be going quite viral.
01:45:23.000 That clip went mega viral with like tens of millions of hits because what they did was it's Lance from the surf saying, I was like, you think a woman could have abortion?
01:45:32.000 You should have, you know, be able to have abortion up to any point, even at the point of birth.
01:45:36.000 It's her body, it's her choice.
01:45:37.000 And then I was like, what about meth?
01:45:39.000 And he was like, well, no, because that would kill the baby.
01:45:41.000 And then I said, hold on there a minute.
01:45:43.000 And then they inserted Dave Chappelle going, gotcha, bitch!
01:45:47.000 And that was it.
01:45:49.000 That version of it got tens of millions of hits or something.
01:45:52.000 Of course it went viral because you rarely get galaxy brain takes like that.
01:45:55.000 I had a bunch of very high-profile people hitting me up after that clip.
01:45:59.000 It was wild, dude.
01:46:00.000 Like, a week or two, two weeks later, I have, like, very high-profile person.
01:46:04.000 Hilarious.
01:46:05.000 Send me this message and be like, what the?
01:46:07.000 And I'm like, yeah, yeah, it's the show, you should watch it.
01:46:09.000 I don't know, I'm sitting here like, for real?
01:46:15.000 Well, it's funny because what they do is, there's like a clip where it's like Lance schools, like, like, destroys Tim Pool on the rise of LGBT or trans kids.
01:46:25.000 I never disagree with him on that issue.
01:46:27.000 He held up a piece of paper saying the rise of left-handedness and I was like, oh, okay, interesting.
01:46:31.000 And then they're like, aha, he got him!
01:46:32.000 And I'm like, I didn't disagree with him.
01:46:34.000 I was like, I don't understand.
01:46:35.000 My favorite right now is Vosh and Anna Kasparian made videos where it's like, Tim Pool cheers for child labor.
01:46:42.000 You know what I cheered for?
01:46:43.000 16 and 17 year olds being able to work part-time jobs.
01:46:47.000 You crazy person!
01:46:49.000 So it's like, Vosh goes, people like Tim Pool and conservatives are trying to exploit children to make them work because the children yearn for the mines, which is a meme, that's fine.
01:46:57.000 But it's just like, bro, my argument was that if you're 16 or 17, you're allowed to have a 30 hour a week job.
01:47:02.000 And it's like, yes, I had a summer, who didn't have a summer job?
01:47:06.000 I had a paper route at 11.
01:47:07.000 I was just going to say, I was working at that age too.
01:47:09.000 I was mucking horse stalls.
01:47:10.000 When I was 16, I worked fast food 32 hours a week.
01:47:14.000 But you know what it is?
01:47:15.000 What was crazy to me is at first I was like, they're misrepresenting me.
01:47:19.000 I'm saying like kids should work paper routes and kids should mow lawns.
01:47:23.000 When I say children should work, I'm talking about shoveling snow for 10 bucks or like working, like helping your parents at the mom and pop shop.
01:47:32.000 And I thought they were misrepresenting me, that I was generating fake outrage.
01:47:36.000 A lot of it was, like Vosh and Anna, absolutely.
01:47:38.000 Like, they took my tweet about 16 and 17 year olds being able to work 30 hours a week.
01:47:42.000 But, I found on Reddit, they genuinely think 10 year olds shouldn't mow lawns, shouldn't take out garbage, shouldn't shovel snow.
01:47:50.000 And I, that was like, wow!
01:47:52.000 And the comments were things like, To force a child to understand the misery of working for a minimum wage.
01:47:58.000 And I was like, like, I'm mowing lawns?
01:48:02.000 They're like, this is why we need abortion.
01:48:04.000 They can't work.
01:48:05.000 Life is too hard.
01:48:06.000 There's like, yeah, there's a clip of me.
01:48:07.000 They say this though, like, I never agreed to be born.
01:48:09.000 Why do I have to work?
01:48:10.000 Psychotic.
01:48:12.000 So there was a clip of me from this show where I'm literally like, I'm not saying work in factories.
01:48:17.000 I'm saying kids should work at a mom and pop shop and help take out the garbage.
01:48:19.000 And the comments were literally like, that is abuse.
01:48:22.000 How dare you?
01:48:23.000 And I was like, wow.
01:48:25.000 I am so censoring myself right now for YouTube.
01:48:30.000 Children, they yearn for the minds though.
01:48:33.000 All right, where we at?
01:48:34.000 Let's grab some more Super Chits.
01:48:36.000 James Richard says, an empire only wins a war if the people fight for one another.
01:48:41.000 This nation, America, will not.
01:48:42.000 They're too busy fighting with each other.
01:48:45.000 Yes.
01:48:47.000 That's the crazy reality, man.
01:48:50.000 All right.
01:48:53.000 Where we at?
01:48:54.000 JetStorm says, I'm honestly terrified about any case of war.
01:48:57.000 My mom's uncles fought in World War II Vietnam and have seen-ish.
01:49:03.000 My grandfather was in Korea.
01:49:06.000 What the hell was their sacrifice for?
01:49:08.000 If I go, I'm done, and Spanish double done.
01:49:11.000 Now, I gotta be honest.
01:49:13.000 When I think about, like, the Koreas, I understand.
01:49:17.000 If you came to me and said, we are going to send troops into Vietnam to stop the spread of communism.
01:49:22.000 I go, oh, there's questions about like the US and whether or not we should have a role in any of these, any of this expansion.
01:49:29.000 But we're not in an era of global communist expansion.
01:49:35.000 And I think for a lot of the young communists in the United States, they were upset about the draft and going to war and all this stuff.
01:49:44.000 So I'm not a big fan of foreign intervention in any capacity, especially if like some other country I don't care about is becoming communist, but I can at least understand the fear of communism taking over, surrounding the United States, cutting it off, and then strangling us out.
01:49:57.000 Now what do we have?
01:49:59.000 Why were we in Afghanistan or Iraq?
01:50:00.000 Like, I'm not even a fan of going to Vietnam over communism, but I can at least understand the threat of communism, you know?
01:50:07.000 Especially nowadays, it's really funny because it's like, what were the sacrifices for?
01:50:10.000 It's like, well, I guess to stop communism didn't work.
01:50:13.000 The communists are taking everything over, so.
01:50:15.000 What's the global expansionist threat now?
01:50:19.000 Anti-communism.
01:50:22.000 The global, the elite, the World Economic Forum fears Donald Trump.
01:50:26.000 Nope.
01:50:28.000 All right, Scott Colombe says, the military is currently not requiring a high school diploma or a GED to enlist, suggesting that we're going to war probably soon.
01:50:37.000 I believe that was two years ago.
01:50:40.000 It was 2022 when they removed those requirements.
01:50:43.000 So it's been a while now.
01:50:47.000 Joe Robo.
01:50:48.000 This is Joe Rob.
01:50:49.000 Okay, there's just two zeros.
01:50:50.000 Enlisting illegals into the military would negate the check and balance that U.S.
01:50:54.000 soldiers would never follow orders to attack U.S.
01:50:56.000 citizens.
01:50:57.000 Illegal enlistees would absolutely fulfill such attacks.
01:50:59.000 There are already many people who are promised citizenship in exchange for service.
01:51:02.000 That actually happens.
01:51:04.000 It's kind of funny.
01:51:04.000 Service guarantees citizenship.
01:51:06.000 They go to these people and say, if you serve four years, we'll give you your citizenship.
01:51:09.000 Yeah.
01:51:10.000 And this is already, this is already happening in the Civil War, correct?
01:51:12.000 With like the Irish immigrants coming across, uh, at Ellis Island or whatever, and they just hand them muskets and then send them to the front in the Civil War.
01:51:18.000 Oh, wow.
01:51:18.000 That's true.
01:51:19.000 Yeah.
01:51:20.000 You need baddies.
01:51:21.000 Yeah.
01:51:22.000 Can Girl Asuna says, War with Iran.
01:51:24.000 Government enacts emergency powers and arms illegals.
01:51:28.000 Illegal army used to oppress citizens.
01:51:30.000 Pretty high chances that's what happens.
01:51:33.000 Still think culture is the answer, Tim?
01:51:35.000 Still think we got time for breeding to fix this?
01:51:38.000 Bro, war happens.
01:51:40.000 We make it through war.
01:51:41.000 We have an election coming up in November.
01:51:44.000 Everything that's happening in this country and in the world is not going to go away if Donald Trump is elected or if you do literally anything.
01:51:54.000 No matter what you do, you are taking a ball-peen hammer to a skyscraper.
01:51:58.000 The issue right now is, can we get Donald Trump to the top of that skyscraper and start making substantial internal changes for the time being?
01:52:05.000 Yeah.
01:52:06.000 We need to.
01:52:07.000 And we need everyone to work together to start building alternatives so that we can move past this.
01:52:11.000 But more importantly, as I watch Taylor Swift struggle to get 8,000 people to register to vote out of her 272 million followers, it makes me think about just the total collapse of everything.
01:52:21.000 When I was looking at the numbers, Uh, I'm looking at Ben Shapiro and Tom McDonald, they're number one on iTunes and Spotify.
01:52:29.000 And, um, based on those positions, plus on YouTube, plus the amount of views he has, uh, the amount of views the song has and the plays on Spotify, I'm like, it looks like they're gonna actually chart.
01:52:40.000 And a lot of leftists are saying iTunes doesn't even matter anyway, because nobody buys songs anymore.
01:52:48.000 Explain, how does that make sense?
01:52:49.000 Nobody buys songs, so who cares if Ben Shapiro sells more songs than anyone else?
01:52:55.000 That actually is kind of contradictory.
01:52:58.000 The statement would be, holy crap, Ben Shapiro convinced people to buy music again.
01:53:03.000 Tom McDonald and Ben Shapiro are actually able to command more sales than celebrities.
01:53:09.000 Like, remember Napster and Metallica?
01:53:11.000 But anyway, I'm thinking about all this and I'm like, the only way they get these big artists on the top of these charts is because they're forced onto these streaming playlists.
01:53:22.000 Spotify, Apple, whatever, they will be like, this is a band, we're gonna put them at the top and put them in rotation because everyone knows who they are.
01:53:30.000 That manufactures radio plays and streams.
01:53:34.000 So, someone made a good point.
01:53:35.000 There are like workout routine playlists.
01:53:39.000 People go to the gym, put on their headphones and press workout, and it plays a bunch of music they don't care about.
01:53:46.000 Don't care about the person.
01:53:47.000 Don't care about the song.
01:53:48.000 Will never buy the song.
01:53:49.000 But that hit?
01:53:51.000 Put them on the charts.
01:53:53.000 What is more important?
01:53:55.000 I think sales is the only metric right now that matters.
01:53:59.000 I don't care if Taylor Swift was put on the new streaming playlist and they gave her the number one spot.
01:54:03.000 That's meaningless.
01:54:05.000 Number one sales?
01:54:06.000 Like I said, if Taylor Swift could convince 272 million people to buy one song for a dollar, she would do it.
01:54:11.000 She can't.
01:54:13.000 It's all fake.
01:54:13.000 It's all, it's all manufactured.
01:54:14.000 I started to realize that if Ben, if, if, so we, we got, uh, I think the total sales we got for Together Again was between 26 and 28,000, uh, songs, which is our biggest release ever.
01:54:27.000 The last, I think, uh, Genocide was like 18 or, or 20 and Only Ever Wanted was like 20.
01:54:32.000 And so this one was, it was a bit bigger with help from the Daily Wire.
01:54:35.000 And we are, we hit number one in sales on iTunes, on all these platforms, and I'm like, if we can command more influence than even these big artists, the only real issue is that, they, it used, Billboard used to be, if you sold the most, you were the top position.
01:54:51.000 Then they changed it to like radio play and stuff like that, but ultimately the point is, you used to need a million sales to be on the top of the charts.
01:54:57.000 Now, nobody cares.
01:54:59.000 Nobody's excited for the new song by the band anymore.
01:55:02.000 Nobody is going out and being like, yeah, now it's like, I'm sitting at the, we're at the casino at Hard Rock Seminole, and they played a song by Paramore that has like 6.6 million streams on YouTube.
01:55:13.000 And look, I'm a big fan of Paramore, one of my favorite bands.
01:55:16.000 But this song is not culturally relevant, and it's playing on the Loudspeaker at a casino for all these people, and I'm just thinking to myself, why did they choose to play a song that nobody listens to?
01:55:24.000 It's all manufactured.
01:55:25.000 But my main point here is, if it's possible for someone like Ben Shapiro and Tom McDonald to get at the top of the charts, it just shows that American culture is completely shattered.
01:55:37.000 There is no... There's no unifying culture anymore.
01:55:41.000 And I'm thinking to myself, like, man, if war happens, it's just bedlam in this country.
01:55:47.000 No one's gonna rally behind anybody.
01:55:48.000 It's just...
01:55:50.000 It's just chaos.
01:55:51.000 Factions will instantly form.
01:55:52.000 Various regions might break off and form their own defensive pacts.
01:55:57.000 And it's not because any of them are mad at the United States.
01:56:00.000 It's because if World War III starts, a small community in North Dakota says,
01:56:06.000 we need to figure out how we keep food and water flowing.
01:56:09.000 They form pacts with other groups.
01:56:11.000 They're not listening anymore to D.C.
01:56:13.000 because they're so far away, out of sight, out of mind.
01:56:15.000 And then you'll end up with the North Dakota or the North Midwest Regional Alliance.
01:56:23.000 It's not a faction formed out of hatred for the government.
01:56:26.000 It's a faction formed out of necessity to secure resources at a time of mass conflict and war around the world.
01:56:31.000 That's what, that's kind of how I see things, you know, potentially going, but whatever.
01:56:34.000 We'll read some more Super Chats.
01:56:37.000 All right.
01:56:38.000 JoelXline says, LOL Tim, even Alex Jones wouldn't go that far to say Swift and Kelsey's relationship is put together by a publicist.
01:56:45.000 That's silly, bud.
01:56:47.000 Are you, is that a joke?
01:56:49.000 You can look up all the celebrities that are fake.
01:56:51.000 I, it is a common trope where celebrities will meet and the publicist will say, So here's the point of the meeting.
01:56:58.000 We want your football player to date our singer.
01:57:02.000 And here's the plan.
01:57:03.000 It's going to generate X amount of views.
01:57:05.000 It's going to increase your Q rating, blah, blah, blah.
01:57:06.000 They do it all the time.
01:57:07.000 It's going to promote this movie they just both filmed.
01:57:08.000 Like it's, I think it's super fun.
01:57:10.000 They do it all the time.
01:57:11.000 And this is a breakup.
01:57:12.000 Here's a good example.
01:57:13.000 It's a conspiracy theory.
01:57:14.000 I don't, it's not factual as far as I know, but it's in a bunch of books I've been looking into in terms of Hollywood.
01:57:19.000 There's people that claim that Robert Mitchum was, that the weed story was manufactured to create a bad boy image.
01:57:27.000 People will always say Robert Mitchum was the first celebrity arrested with weed.
01:57:30.000 And there's claims that that was all a manufactured story to present a different type of character for him.
01:57:34.000 He would be cool.
01:57:35.000 He was cool.
01:57:37.000 Jeff Bader says, obligatory payment for Tool praise, my friends.
01:57:41.000 Yes.
01:57:41.000 Not only is Tool a great band, but Maynard, in a perfect circle, has one of the best songs ever, and it's Judith.
01:57:49.000 I recommend you actually listen to the lyrics, read the story of how he wrote Judith, how it came to be, and then the follow-up songs he wrote about his mom.
01:57:59.000 Long story short, because I've talked about it, it is amazing.
01:58:02.000 His mom suffered a stroke.
01:58:05.000 He then wrote a song criticizing her faith in Christ and in God because he couldn't understand how she would keep praising God despite him having condemned her to a life of paralysis.
01:58:17.000 And...
01:58:18.000 It's actually an interesting song because the song is both the son's pain and anger and confusion, but at the same time, a message about his mom's faith and her unwillingness to waver despite the hardships she faces.
01:58:29.000 And then later on, he wrote about how he finally, you know, talked to her and understood how she really felt.
01:58:34.000 Just, and it's a great song!
01:58:35.000 The guitar playing, man!
01:58:38.000 But then, of course, Sober is just one of the best songs ever written, so... I love them both.
01:58:41.000 It depends on the day.
01:58:42.000 Yeah, you could offer me up any Taylor Swift song, and I'd just be like, I will put Sober on loop forever.
01:58:48.000 Tool's one of the best shows I've ever seen live.
01:58:50.000 Well, she's not writing for you.
01:58:51.000 She's writing for girls.
01:58:53.000 No, I'm just kidding.
01:58:54.000 That's fine.
01:58:54.000 I got no beef.
01:58:55.000 I like Taylor Swift too.
01:58:55.000 Okay, so now someone with AI.
01:58:57.000 Like I said, I like Paramore.
01:58:57.000 Paramore's really good.
01:58:58.000 Although I think I don't use AI.
01:59:00.000 I don't like AI, but someone out there should probably make Taylor Swift singing Sober.
01:59:04.000 Oh, please.
01:59:05.000 That would be awesome.
01:59:06.000 That's her next surprise song at her concert.
01:59:08.000 Dude, how do you do that?
01:59:09.000 I don't know, but I see people, I saw someone did Kanye doing somebody I used to know, and it sounded kind of good.
01:59:14.000 Wow.
01:59:14.000 Like for, in terms of like, they knew Kanye couldn't hit a certain note, so they did AI manufactured a certain way.
01:59:21.000 I think it's terrible, but... Taylor Swift singing Sober?
01:59:23.000 And Tool playing... Shake It Off?
01:59:25.000 Shake It Off!
01:59:27.000 Or Trouble!
01:59:28.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:59:28.000 Yeah, Maynard singing Trouble would be great.
01:59:31.000 Nah, but Sober is so good.
01:59:32.000 I just put it on while I'm skating, I just... Yeah, great album.
01:59:36.000 All right, we'll grab some more Super Chats here.
01:59:40.000 NYBSFP says, Tim, the Soros thing is being pushed by people that actually know better, but have decided to fight the war using the enemy's rules.
01:59:46.000 That's it.
01:59:47.000 Except the problem is, it's not the enemy's rules to sabotage your opportunity.
01:59:53.000 I mean, we've beaten it to a dead horse.
01:59:54.000 We've beaten it dead horse, okay?
01:59:56.000 If Taylor Swift says Soros bad, you go, Taylor Swift, wow, she's so smart and great.
02:00:02.000 I explained this when I was to do non-profit fundraising.
02:00:05.000 Rapport is the first thing you have to have in order to pitch someone on your cause, to get them to sign up.
02:00:11.000 You walk up to someone wearing a Taylor Swift shirt on the street, the first thing you should say is, I love Taylor Swift, Swifties, and high-five her.
02:00:18.000 And they're like, you like Taylor Swift?
02:00:19.000 Be like, yeah.
02:00:20.000 Name a couple songs you may have heard on the radio.
02:00:22.000 Like, dude, Trouble was so awesome, and I really did think it was funny how they did the goat memes on that one, but it's a good song.
02:00:27.000 Did you ever hear about how she was complaining about how Sora stole all her music?
02:00:31.000 That's how you do it!
02:00:33.000 Don't give up the opportunity!
02:00:34.000 Yeah, that's brutal.
02:00:37.000 At conservative dads everywhere.
02:00:38.000 This is how you connect with your teenage daughters.
02:00:41.000 Yeah.
02:00:43.000 Wear a Taylor Swift shirt of her with a quote of her saying Sorrows of Solar Music.
02:00:47.000 The Highlander says, twist ending, Taylor Swift gets pregnant, prompting a mass baby boom just to switch and go pro-abortion causing the world's biggest child sacrifice.
02:00:55.000 No, I think if she goes pro-kid, she'll stay.
02:00:59.000 I hope so.
02:01:00.000 Look guys, let's embrace the fact that she's going to turn our birthrate around, and I think that's good.
