In this episode of Triggered, we discuss the recent ICE raid in the Yukon, and how the leftist media is completely ignoring the previous 4 years of Justice Department and the DOJ under Joe Biden. We also talk about the recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles and how ICE agents are dealing with the hatred and violence they deal with every day.
00:06:22.000Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:27.000I hope you all had an awesome weekend.
00:06:29.000I am uh coming out of the bush uh in the Yukon had a pretty uh I wanted to show you guys some video, but let's just say a lot of the video is at the bottom of a river, uh, along with a lot of our stuff right now.
00:06:43.000So had a pretty interesting experience.
00:06:45.000I wanted to maybe I'll we'll get into it someday, but uh trying to figure out how to communicate on an iPad without phones, without anything like that right now, a little bit complicated, but uh back in the Yukon, uh back on uh you know at least near relative civilization.
00:07:02.000Uh so uh interesting stories, had a lot more for you, wanted to do an entire episode on it, but uh sadly that SD card is somewhere at the bottom of a river uh in the middle of nowhere.
00:07:13.000Uh a long story, but uh maybe maybe we'll get into that one day.
00:07:18.000Uh maybe throw it in the comments if you're still interested in that.
00:07:30.000Uh it's yet another meltdown Monday uh for the Democrats and the media.
00:07:36.000So we're gonna get into all of that right now.
00:07:40.000Uh and I just have to say, uh, it's just so incredible to watch the leftist media just really purposefully ignore the previous four years of Joe Biden using the DOJ and left-wing DAs, you know, their district attorneys all over the place to target my father, his allies, so many of you, just great patriotic Americans, non-stop.
00:08:08.000And then they continue to rewrite history a million different ways.
00:08:17.000I mean, even major newspapers like the New York Times are publishing some of the most ridiculous, the most ridiculous headlines about all of this as well.
00:08:28.000I mean, they haven't learned a damn thing, obviously, in the past four years, and they're back to their usual ways.
00:08:33.000So we'll show you some of their I'd say it was highlights, but really guys, they're low lights, okay, because they're low life.
00:08:41.000And on top of all of that, Democrats want to shut the government down.
00:08:47.000So they can give you guessed it, folks, more health care to illegals.
00:08:53.000They want to make sure they take care of the illegals, not Americans, not people who are struggling with health care, none of that.
00:08:58.000They want to make sure illegals get health care while diluting our systems while using your money to help them, I mean, it never ends.
00:09:57.000Now, the recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles were just one of the hatred, one example really of the hatred and violence ICE agents are dealing with every day.
00:10:12.000They all are out there working hard to enforce our nation's laws.
00:10:17.000They've been ambushed, received death threats, and have been berated by the failing regime media.
00:10:24.000And that's, guys, on top of dealing with violence from cartels and pushback from liberals and sanctuary cities.
00:10:36.000The Heritage Foundation has created a survey to gauge Americans' support of ICE agents, and they need your participation now.
00:10:45.000So go to Heritage.org slash Don Jr., okay, heritage.org slash D O N Jr to give your opinion on ICE's border enforcement efforts.
00:10:58.000Okay, a couple minutes, five minutes at most is all it takes.
00:11:01.000Complete the survey today at heritage.org slash Don Jr. and make your voice heard.
00:11:08.000Also, guys, don't forget about our great friends over at the Birch Gold Group.
00:11:13.000When inflation jumps, when you hear the national debt is over 37 trillion dollars, do you ever think maybe now, I don't know, maybe now would be a good time to buy some gold, whether as a hedge against inflation, peace of mind during global instability, or just for sensible diversification, Birch Gold Group believes every American should own physical, right?
00:11:42.000And so they created something special.
00:11:45.000Until September 30th, that's tomorrow, guys.
00:11:48.000Until September 30th, if you're a first-time gold buyer, Birch Gold is offering a rebate of up to 10,000 in free medals on qualifying purchases.
00:12:00.000To claim eligibility and start the process, request an info kit now.
00:13:01.000So the pipe bomb mystery, there's some new things out there.
00:13:07.000Because we now have documents, new documents, and new witness interviews that raise even more questions about just how big of a cover-up and a hoax this all really was.
00:13:20.000Remember, we've talked about this extensively.
00:13:22.000I said, like, the fact that that story could just disappear, to me, sounds like it was just a backup plan if they didn't get what they wanted From the rest of January 6th, right?
00:13:32.000If they didn't get sort of the fake insurrection, if they didn't get those things, huh?
00:13:37.000The pipe bomb wouldn't have just disappeared.
00:13:39.000That would have been their excuse to do all of the things that they did to violate all of so many Americans' rights, uh, to create this sort of martial law that they clearly did for all these people in DC who got no due process or anything.
00:13:54.000But now a newly declassified FBI lab report that was never even used the word viable to describe either bomb.
00:14:06.000Both devices never exploded and were discovered about 16 hours after, 16 hours after the FBI claimed they were planted outside both major party headquarters.
00:14:19.000So discovered 16 hours later, with all of that security, with all of the bombs that it does, with all of the this, like they never used the word viable.
00:14:29.000Like it's almost like it was a fake bomb.
00:14:32.000And here's where it gets interesting, guys.
00:14:34.000According to newly released witness testimony from the worker who claimed to have found the device at the RNC.
00:14:41.000Okay, she told investigators, quote, I can confirm that the device must have been placed between 12 p.m. and 1240 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
00:14:53.000Because it was not present when I went down to the area to start laundry at around 12 p.m.
00:14:59.000But it was present when I returned to continue laundry at around 1240.
00:15:05.000But her claims raised questions about the discrepancy between the witness's timeline and the security footage obtained and released by the FBI.
00:15:16.000That footage shows that a suspect planted a bomb.
00:15:20.000So use that in arrow quotes in an alley outside the RNC building at approximately 8.16 p.m. on the night of January 5th.
00:15:42.000We are, we're already looking into it.
00:15:44.000Uh, you know, it always confused me is with all the FBI resources that were suddenly and almost immediately put on prosecuting anybody who happened to be around the Capitol.
00:15:58.000But the number of people who charges were brought up against, or they were they were harassed or investigated by federal authorities so quickly.
00:16:07.000How did how was the FBI able to put that many resources on that?
00:16:12.000But yet that it doesn't seem that they did much of an investigation into the pipe bomb.
00:16:17.000And so we're looking, we're we're now reaching out to the FBI.
00:16:20.000They are being very cooperative, uh, looking for all information they had.
00:16:25.000Uh, why was the investigation dropped?
00:16:35.000And how, if there was a live pipe bomb that, according to the FBI did have some black powder on it, especially the one over at the Democrat headquarters.
00:16:45.000How was a Secret Service agent able to walk past it five times without his bomb-sniffing dog alerting on it?
00:16:52.000And then why were people, citizens just allowed to walk within feet of the pipe bomb while it was supposedly still active?
00:17:02.000There this is the probably one of the most suspicious and uh disorganized things I have ever seen out of law enforcement.
00:17:09.000And uh I think American people need to know the answers to that.
00:17:13.000So you um said that you want to know if anyone was there to instigate.
00:17:17.000Do you have a growing suspicion that maybe some of the people there that day were there to make the situation worse, not better?
00:17:24.000You know that we do have evidence that there were people that were instigating, such as a metropolitan police officer uh that was undercover uh in plain clothes.
00:17:34.000Um the question would be when we get more evidence of people who are instigating that may be part of the government or maybe in law enforcement, were they caught up in the moment, or did they have orders to do this?
00:17:47.000Was this pre-planned, or is it just something that somebody uh decided, you know it would be really good if we could catch catch some of these MAGA people uh rioting at the end of 2020, right?
00:18:03.000Um, not necessarily thinking they're gonna get into the Capitol, but maybe, and this is you know, one theory we're working on, as we're working on several theories is was this just allowed to play out for political reasons.
00:18:15.000So we're we're researching the entire gambit.
00:18:18.000We're gonna follow the facts and draw our conclusions from facts, not just from political expediency, because America has already been through that with the original uh select committee.
00:18:30.000Uh Mr. Chairman, we've had many conversations with you about the one-sided nature of that first January 6th committee.
00:18:36.000Um, I imagine that's not going to be the case this time around.
00:18:39.000Tell us who all is going to be on that committee.
00:18:42.000Well, I think we've got an A team of people.
00:18:45.000Uh, we have Morgan Griffith, who was on the uh committee in the last Congress with me, an attorney out of Virginia.
00:18:51.000He's a great guy, very smart, knows the law very well, and he he he was invaluable to me in the last committee.
00:18:59.000He sat down and read through transcribed interviews that we were able to obtain from uh these different agencies.
00:19:05.000I mean, this is a committee where we're just relying on staff to do the work.
00:19:08.000We were we were locked in doing the work ourselves.
00:19:11.000Um we also have uh Troy Nels, uh, former law enforcement on the Judiciary Committee.
00:19:18.000He's even written a book about January 6th, so he brings a lot of knowledge in.
00:19:22.000Harriet Hagman, uh from uh uh the great state of Wyoming is another attorney that's joining us, and then my good friend from Louisiana, Clay Higgins, also with law enforcement experience.
00:19:35.000And so uh all of them have a keen interest in getting to the truth, and they bring a whole lot to the table.
00:19:41.000And I'm really excited about this committee and uh what I believe we'll be able to get done.
00:19:46.000Guys, it's yet another interesting mystery uh in a timeline that has never quite added up or made any sense.
00:19:55.000And why we can't track down a suspect who was caught on tape several times in DC, around the most secure areas there at the headquarters of both of the biggest the two real political parties in America.
00:20:11.000But yet everyone else, anywhere near the Capitol on January 6th, ended up being targeted by the Biden DH.
00:20:19.000If you were present, they used facial recognition to track you down.
00:20:22.000If you had a cell phone ping, if you had a bank account transaction anywhere there, they found everyone.
00:20:27.000And they couldn't find these guys at next to the most secure places anywhere in the world.
00:20:32.000Those are the only two people they couldn't find, or the only person if it was one person doing both.
00:20:38.000It's the only one they couldn't figure out.
00:20:40.000Of all of the thousands of people they tracked down, your grandmother who happened to take a selfie video, they tracked her down in the middle of nowhere.
00:21:18.000So we need to get to the bottom of all of this because all of the hoaxes and corruption needs to be exposed.
00:21:26.000And guys, speaking of corruption, James Comey and his media enablers are continuing to lash out after last week's indictment for lying to Congress and obstruction.
00:21:40.000Remember, that's what they wanted to try to get me on.
00:21:42.000Okay, they made me do 50 hours of congressional testimony about nonsense, about a hoax they made up in the hopes that I would lie under Congress.
00:21:51.000Now, they didn't know what they want because even in 50 hours of them asking me the same questions over again, I just told them the truth.
00:22:01.000For example, a headline from the New York Times reads, quote, in going after his foes, Trump's set a precedent that could haunt his allies.
00:22:16.000It wasn't four years of them trying to find anything on us, jailing Peter Navarro, jailing Steve Bannon, trying to jail me, my father, anyone around there actually jailing so many people who were peaceful people at January 6th, right?
00:22:35.000Now it's a dangerous president, right?
00:22:37.000Not what they did for years, not what they actually did, not when they created nonsense, not when they lied about what people did and did it anyway.
00:22:44.000But when someone actually wanted before Congress and you actually treat them this way, as it should be, because they broke the law.
00:22:57.000Remember, guys, Democrat prosecutors literally invented, invented new legal fictions to go after my father, right?
00:23:08.000They they changed the laws in New York State.
00:23:11.000They changed the statute of limitations for one year so they could go after him on anything that they couldn't otherwise have touched on them.
00:23:19.000You know, and that seems to me to be a dangerous president.
00:24:15.000Well, there's certainly going to be more indictments coming over the next three and a half years of the Trump administration, but we're always going to let the law drive this stuff and the facts of the case and not political motivations, which frankly makes us so much different from the Biden administration, where they indicted not just the president of the United States, but so many people who were just engaged in the basic job of politics, who were engaged in policymaking, who disagreed with the Biden administration, and because that they faced prosecution from that same administration.
00:24:41.000If you look at the Comey indictment, Martha, this was a grand jury indictment delivered in Alexandria, Virginia, not exactly a hotbed of Donald Trump's political support.
00:24:50.000There were three request requested indictments.
00:24:54.000The grand jury returned two of those three indictments.
00:24:57.000So I think they showed they were judicious.
00:24:59.000I think that it showed clearly that there were a couple of things that James Comey did wrong.
00:25:03.000And to the people who are saying that this is all political, I mean, look, if you look at our track record in the Trump administration, there have been people who have been prosecuted who have been political allies who agree with our politics.
00:25:13.000There have been people who disagree with our politics.
00:25:16.000We're not letting politics drive this.
00:25:18.000We're letting the requirements of the justice system and the law drive this.
00:25:22.000And unfortunately for James Comey, when I look at this indictment, I see a guy who lied under oath.
00:25:26.000And he'll have his day in court, he'll have his his opportunity to prove the other case in front of the jury.
00:25:31.000But uh the idea that this is driven by politics, I think it's preposterous when you actually read the details of the indictment and the obvious fact that James Comey did lie under oath to Congress multiple times.
00:25:42.000All right, well, guys, over at CNN, they are calling it a quote, revenge tour.
00:25:50.000Uh, you know, they can do this through Trump, but if he literally holds even their same standards but just follows the basic law, it's a revenge tour.
00:26:03.000Remember, no, no, they it wasn't when they're going after Trump, when they're going after conservatives, when they're going after great patriotic Americans, when they're trying to take his businesses and billions of dollars, when they're trying to jail people, when they hold people without due process for years uh in a prison just because they know in a DC they're never gonna get a favorable jury.
00:26:22.000You know, that's not an abuse of power, but now it's now it's different, right?
00:26:27.000But the good news is Scott Jennings was there at CNN to set the record straight.
00:26:35.000Uh, as usual, even though it's Scott, usually, you know, four on one uh over at CNN.
00:27:18.000I'm not sure if it's wise or not wise to do that or if it will matter at all.
00:27:21.000But ultimately, I'll just say what Jim Comey said when Donald Trump was indicted.
00:27:25.000It's a good day for the rule of law because we have a system and the system is in place and the system is working as it was designed with average ordinary Americans making decisions about how our laws will be enforced.
00:27:36.000But you know, you said that he can't actually order the indictment of someone.
00:27:59.000He publicly declares to Pam Bondi, you need to target these political enemies, specifically labeling James Comey.
00:28:06.000And then, right after that, installs Lindsay Halligan, a former insurance lawyer with no prosecutorial experience to go in there, and then within days, Comey's indicted even after Rankin Frau prosecutors stayed, they gave her a declination memo that said this is why we don't think there's enough evidence.
00:28:23.000So I don't think this is just the process playing out.
00:28:25.000I think this is Donald Trump explicitly abusing his power and directing the prosecution of a political enemy.
00:28:31.000You said we have to be very clear about what happened.
00:28:33.000And then you left out the most critical part where a prosecutor has to go into a grand jury, present the evidence, and make the case why charges are warranted.
00:28:41.000And the grand jury has to agree with that.
00:28:44.000Now, I don't know if he'll be convicted or not, but you can't leave out and deny that there's a critical step where average ordinary Americans get put in a room and they ultimately have to decide does a case go or does it not go?
00:28:55.000And then they will decide whether you're guilty or whether you're not guilty.
00:28:58.000That is an important part of the process that he cannot really alter or change.
00:29:03.000Sadly, this is what we've come to expect from the regime media, because even amid all of the left-wing violence, major news outlets are still out attacking conservatives.
00:29:15.000They're attacking Turning Point, they're attacking Charlie.
00:29:19.000Uh they're going after it doesn't stop.
00:29:59.000Again, start a family, be strong in your faith, secure the border, don't do drugs, don't indoctrinate kids.
00:30:08.000Which part of this is extremist exactly.
00:30:12.000It seems like that would be pretty normal thinking for literally the entire history of human civilization until we get to the actual extremist views of today's Democrat Party.
00:30:48.000It's the young people, that generation.
00:30:51.000They're the ones that are screwed if this nonsense continues.
00:30:55.000Here was the scene this weekend in state college, ahead of the Penn State Oregon game, where the line was a mile long to get a freedom t-shirt before the game.
00:31:34.000Well, Cayley, because they're liars, but the American people know the truth and they know it right here at Penn State Beaver Stadium behind us.
00:31:42.000Charlie Kirk was going to go to this game, watch his beloved Oregon Ducks play undefeated Penn State today because we are Charlie.
00:35:55.000And by the way, speaking of extremist views, the New York Times really has no room to talk here.
00:36:02.000I feel like they've seated the moral high ground on extremist views, and they have for quite some time now.
00:36:09.000Because over the weekend, they sent a reporter down to Caracas, Venezuela, to get some exclusive interviews with members of the Maduro regime who told them that drugs aren't really a problem, and it's illegal to blow up drug boats.
00:36:35.000It should be illegal to blow up our drug boats and the millions that we're doing while killing Americans with fentanyl and the scourge that it creates.
00:36:42.000Like, you know, this is what the Times does.
00:36:46.000They interview the drug dealers there who are making millions killing our children and our citizens.
00:36:54.000And they're like, oh no, they're not really, it's not really that much of a problem.
00:36:59.000They're doing this with a straight face, guys.
00:37:01.000The Times did an entire piece basically about how it's bad to blow up drug boats, and did so by cozying up to one of the world's worst regimes on earth, okay.
00:37:15.000A literally a dictatorial oppressive regime.
00:37:19.000And the New York Times is doing like their PR.
00:37:22.000They're doing their it they're marketing for them.
00:38:25.000Check out my father on the narco-terrorist.
00:38:27.000Narco-trafficking and related criminal activity is a clear and present danger to us all.
00:38:33.000The United States, under President Trump's leadership, has taken bold, decisive action to protect our own citizens and to support our regional neighbors in battling the storage.
00:38:44.000So far this year, the United States has designated 13 of these organizations for what they are.
00:39:00.000So we are meeting to figure out how we can work collectively to keep you safe, to stop these organizations, to dismantle them so that we can stop the drug flow, stop the arm clothes, stop the illegal immigration that these organizations are pushing.
00:39:18.000And I have to give credit to Senator John Fetterman, okay, who may be one of the only sane Democrats left.
00:39:26.000I don't know if it was the brain aneurysm or whatever it was.
00:39:29.000Like maybe it made him actually sane for a while.
00:39:32.000And you know, maybe after an election he'll go back to his old ways.
00:39:35.000But one of the only guys out there actually having common sense on the entire Democrat Party and for not going along with all of the far-left lunacy.
00:39:45.000It's hard to believe that it takes perhaps a brain aneurysm for a radical Democrat to actually be like, oh wow, we are insane.
00:39:54.000This is nuts, and we need some common sense.
00:40:08.000No, no, I'm I'm I'm not going to switch.
00:40:11.000You know, but I'm just going to be an independent voice in the Democratic Party.
00:40:16.000I'm not going to be afraid if people, I mean, and if there are groups attacking a Democrat, you know, the last one in Pennsylvania, then that's to me that's part of the problem, you know, in our party.
00:40:28.000And if you want a Democrat that's going to call people Nazis or fascists or all these kinds of things, well, I'm not going to be that guy.
00:40:35.000You know, independent thinking and views wherever I happen to believe the truth, regardless if it's the Republican or the Democratic voice.
00:40:44.000You know, what I think is the truth in this.
00:40:46.000Now, in this truth right now, it's firmly on Israel through this.
00:40:50.000And it's also it's always wrong to shut our government down.
00:40:55.000And if that puts me as an outlier, and now that's where I am.
00:41:00.000Of course, the Democrats aren't doing their annual government shutdown theater ahead of tomorrow's uh funding deadline.
00:41:11.000Okay, they're doing their usual stuff, and they're gonna use it to try to get whatever they need, and they gotta make sure they push the you know the point one issues.
00:41:46.000Let me be very clear about the president and the White House's position.
00:41:50.000All we are asking for is a common sense, clean funding resolution, a continuing resolution to keep the government open.
00:41:59.000This is a bill that keeps the government funded at the exact same levels as today, just adjusted for inflation.
00:42:06.000So there is zero good reason for the Democrats to vote against this, especially when the Democrats have voted for this 13 previous times, as recently as March.
00:42:17.000And so this is the reasonable and common sense thing to do.
00:42:21.000The president is giving Democrat leadership one last chance to be reasonable to come to the White House today to try to talk about this.
00:42:29.000And now is not the time to try to get political points against Donald Trump.
00:42:33.000Now is the time to do right by the American people and keep the government funded.
00:42:37.000Our most vulnerable in our society and our country will be impacted by a government shutdown.
00:42:43.000Everybody knows this, and that's why Republicans and the president want to keep the government open, and we welcome Democrats to join us in that effort.
00:42:50.000To be clear, the government never actually shuts down, but it does create headaches and make it more difficult to get things done.
00:43:01.000In fact, Democrats are the ones always claiming that government shutdowns are the worst thing we could ever do.
00:43:09.000But don't believe me, here they are in their own words.
00:43:39.000And in a democracy, hostage tactics are the last resort for those who can't win their fights through elections, can't win their fights in Congress, can't win their fights for the presidency, and can't win their fights in the court.
00:43:55.000A government shutdown of any duration would harm hardworking Americans and our economy.
00:44:01.000Why should we ask TSA officers to go without their hard-earned pay while they protect our airports?
00:44:08.000Some of the hardest effects of shutdown will be seen in my state.
00:44:11.000If the government shuts down, it will be average Americans who suffer most.
00:44:15.000Some who right now are trying to figure out how they're going to pay rent, how they're going to make mortgage payments, how they're going to keep college payments going, how they're going to keep the lights on, how they're going to keep food on the table.
00:44:26.000Had the government shut down hundreds of thousands of people would have not gotten their paychecks.
00:45:31.000The longer that this shutdown goes on, the more Americans it will be affected.
00:45:37.000Critical services and our economy are being threatened with poison pill partisanship.
00:45:42.000Shutting down the government should not be a negotiating tactic.
00:45:50.000A last gasp of those who cannot cope with the realities of our democracy.
00:46:00.000Now some of the same groups behind the antifa protests and the radical Marxist insanity are also the ones spearheading a pressure campaign to push Democratic senators to vote against funding the government and to force a partial shutdown.
00:46:18.000One example of that, one group pushing all of this insanity is called the Indivisible Project.
00:46:26.000They've received a total of 7.6 million dollars in grants from the Soros Open Society Foundations in recent years, okay?
00:46:36.000Which is why it's so critical to investigate and expose the funding network behind all of the left-wing violence, the dirty tricks, and the shady accounting.
00:46:47.000I mean, they got almost seven million dollars from Soros.
00:49:49.000So maybe we gotta do a little bit more in all of these leftist cities.
