00:06:22.000 Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:27.000 I hope you all had an awesome weekend.
00:06:29.000 I am uh coming out of the bush uh in the Yukon had a pretty uh I wanted to show you guys some video, but let's just say a lot of the video is at the bottom of a river, uh, along with a lot of our stuff right now.
00:06:43.000 So had a pretty interesting experience.
00:06:45.000 I wanted to maybe I'll we'll get into it someday, but uh trying to figure out how to communicate on an iPad without phones, without anything like that right now, a little bit complicated, but uh back in the Yukon, uh back on uh you know at least near relative civilization.
00:07:02.000 Uh so uh interesting stories, had a lot more for you, wanted to do an entire episode on it, but uh sadly that SD card is somewhere at the bottom of a river uh in the middle of nowhere.
00:07:13.000 Uh a long story, but uh maybe maybe we'll get into that one day.
00:07:18.000 Uh maybe throw it in the comments if you're still interested in that.
00:07:21.000 I can take you through all of it.
00:07:23.000 Um sometime, but back in civilization, uh, and it's time to get back to work.
00:07:28.000 There's so much going on right now.
00:07:30.000 Uh it's yet another meltdown Monday uh for the Democrats and the media.
00:07:36.000 So we're gonna get into all of that right now.
00:07:40.000 Uh and I just have to say, uh, it's just so incredible to watch the leftist media just really purposefully ignore the previous four years of Joe Biden using the DOJ and left-wing DAs, you know, their district attorneys all over the place to target my father, his allies, so many of you, just great patriotic Americans, non-stop.
00:08:08.000 And then they continue to rewrite history a million different ways.
00:08:13.000 But we're gonna get into all of it.
00:08:15.000 So it's it's crazy.
00:08:17.000 I mean, even major newspapers like the New York Times are publishing some of the most ridiculous, the most ridiculous headlines about all of this as well.
00:08:28.000 I mean, they haven't learned a damn thing, obviously, in the past four years, and they're back to their usual ways.
00:08:33.000 So we'll show you some of their I'd say it was highlights, but really guys, they're low lights, okay, because they're low life.
00:08:41.000 And on top of all of that, Democrats want to shut the government down.
00:08:47.000 So they can give you guessed it, folks, more health care to illegals.
00:08:53.000 They want to make sure they take care of the illegals, not Americans, not people who are struggling with health care, none of that.
00:08:58.000 They want to make sure illegals get health care while diluting our systems while using your money to help them, I mean, it never ends.
00:09:06.000 There's a lot more to cover.
00:09:08.000 So, guys, remember to keep liking, sharing, subscribing, so we can keep getting this message out, right?
00:09:16.000 No one's gonna do it for us, right?
00:09:17.000 We've learned that.
00:09:18.000 No one's gonna help you, no one's gonna do it.
00:09:19.000 We have to do it ourselves.
00:09:20.000 So like, share, subscribe, get the message out.
00:09:24.000 That matters a lot.

00:09:56.000 Okay.
00:09:57.000 Now, the recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles were just one of the hatred, one example really of the hatred and violence ICE agents are dealing with every day.
00:10:12.000 They all are out there working hard to enforce our nation's laws.
00:10:17.000 They've been ambushed, received death threats, and have been berated by the failing regime media.
00:10:24.000 And that's, guys, on top of dealing with violence from cartels and pushback from liberals and sanctuary cities.
00:10:32.000 These ICE agents deserve better.
00:10:35.000 Okay.
00:10:36.000 The Heritage Foundation has created a survey to gauge Americans' support of ICE agents, and they need your participation now.

00:11:40.000 Like in your hands, physical gold.

00:12:34.000 That aspect of it's all free.
00:12:35.000 So check it out.
00:12:37.000 With that, guys, let's get into all of the top headlines.
00:12:42.000 And I actually want to begin with some big news late last night.
00:12:48.000 The January 6th pipe bomb mystery.
00:12:50.000 Remember, we've talked about that extensively with Darren Beattie.
00:12:53.000 Like, how did a pipe bomb at the DNC and the RNC just how does a story like that just magically disappear?
00:13:00.000 Okay.
00:13:01.000 So the pipe bomb mystery, there's some new things out there.
00:13:07.000 Because we now have documents, new documents, and new witness interviews that raise even more questions about just how big of a cover-up and a hoax this all really was.
00:13:20.000 Remember, we've talked about this extensively.
00:13:22.000 I said, like, the fact that that story could just disappear, to me, sounds like it was just a backup plan if they didn't get what they wanted From the rest of January 6th, right?
00:13:32.000 If they didn't get sort of the fake insurrection, if they didn't get those things, huh?
00:13:37.000 The pipe bomb wouldn't have just disappeared.
00:13:39.000 That would have been their excuse to do all of the things that they did to violate all of so many Americans' rights, uh, to create this sort of martial law that they clearly did for all these people in DC who got no due process or anything.
00:13:54.000 But now a newly declassified FBI lab report that was never even used the word viable to describe either bomb.
00:14:06.000 Both devices never exploded and were discovered about 16 hours after, 16 hours after the FBI claimed they were planted outside both major party headquarters.
00:14:19.000 So discovered 16 hours later, with all of that security, with all of the bombs that it does, with all of the this, like they never used the word viable.
00:14:28.000 That's strange.
00:14:29.000 Like it's almost like it was a fake bomb.
00:14:32.000 And here's where it gets interesting, guys.
00:14:34.000 According to newly released witness testimony from the worker who claimed to have found the device at the RNC.
00:14:41.000 Okay, she told investigators, quote, I can confirm that the device must have been placed between 12 p.m. and 1240 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
00:14:53.000 Because it was not present when I went down to the area to start laundry at around 12 p.m.
00:14:59.000 But it was present when I returned to continue laundry at around 1240.
00:15:05.000 But her claims raised questions about the discrepancy between the witness's timeline and the security footage obtained and released by the FBI.
00:15:16.000 That footage shows that a suspect planted a bomb.
00:15:20.000 So use that in arrow quotes in an alley outside the RNC building at approximately 8.16 p.m. on the night of January 5th.
00:15:31.000 How's that possible?
00:15:32.000 It wasn't there at 12, but was there at 816, but then it was there again at 1240?
00:15:36.000 Here's a flashback on what we've learned so far.
00:15:40.000 Check this out.
00:15:42.000 We are, we're already looking into it.
00:15:44.000 Uh, you know, it always confused me is with all the FBI resources that were suddenly and almost immediately put on prosecuting anybody who happened to be around the Capitol.
00:15:56.000 Look, there was violence done.
00:15:57.000 I'm not denying that.
00:15:58.000 But the number of people who charges were brought up against, or they were they were harassed or investigated by federal authorities so quickly.
00:16:07.000 How did how was the FBI able to put that many resources on that?
00:16:12.000 But yet that it doesn't seem that they did much of an investigation into the pipe bomb.
00:16:17.000 And so we're looking, we're we're now reaching out to the FBI.
00:16:20.000 They are being very cooperative, uh, looking for all information they had.
00:16:25.000 Uh, why was the investigation dropped?
00:16:27.000 Why didn't it go any further?
00:16:29.000 And uh, you know, looking at some specifics like when were the pipe bombs actually placed?
00:16:33.000 Where were they live?
00:16:35.000 And how, if there was a live pipe bomb that, according to the FBI did have some black powder on it, especially the one over at the Democrat headquarters.
00:16:45.000 How was a Secret Service agent able to walk past it five times without his bomb-sniffing dog alerting on it?
00:16:52.000 And then why were people, citizens just allowed to walk within feet of the pipe bomb while it was supposedly still active?
00:17:02.000 There this is the probably one of the most suspicious and uh disorganized things I have ever seen out of law enforcement.
00:17:09.000 And uh I think American people need to know the answers to that.
00:17:13.000 Yeah.
00:17:13.000 So you um said that you want to know if anyone was there to instigate.
00:17:17.000 Do you have a growing suspicion that maybe some of the people there that day were there to make the situation worse, not better?
00:17:24.000 You know that we do have evidence that there were people that were instigating, such as a metropolitan police officer uh that was undercover uh in plain clothes.
00:17:34.000 Um the question would be when we get more evidence of people who are instigating that may be part of the government or maybe in law enforcement, were they caught up in the moment, or did they have orders to do this?
00:17:47.000 Was this pre-planned, or is it just something that somebody uh decided, you know it would be really good if we could catch catch some of these MAGA people uh rioting at the end of 2020, right?
00:18:03.000 Um, not necessarily thinking they're gonna get into the Capitol, but maybe, and this is you know, one theory we're working on, as we're working on several theories is was this just allowed to play out for political reasons.
00:18:15.000 So we're we're researching the entire gambit.
00:18:18.000 We're gonna follow the facts and draw our conclusions from facts, not just from political expediency, because America has already been through that with the original uh select committee.
00:18:29.000 They sure were.
00:18:30.000 Uh Mr. Chairman, we've had many conversations with you about the one-sided nature of that first January 6th committee.
00:18:36.000 Um, I imagine that's not going to be the case this time around.
00:18:39.000 Tell us who all is going to be on that committee.
00:18:42.000 Well, I think we've got an A team of people.
00:18:45.000 Uh, we have Morgan Griffith, who was on the uh committee in the last Congress with me, an attorney out of Virginia.
00:18:51.000 He's a great guy, very smart, knows the law very well, and he he he was invaluable to me in the last committee.
00:18:59.000 He sat down and read through transcribed interviews that we were able to obtain from uh these different agencies.
00:19:05.000 I mean, this is a committee where we're just relying on staff to do the work.
00:19:08.000 We were we were locked in doing the work ourselves.
00:19:11.000 Um we also have uh Troy Nels, uh, former law enforcement on the Judiciary Committee.
00:19:18.000 He's even written a book about January 6th, so he brings a lot of knowledge in.
00:19:22.000 Harriet Hagman, uh from uh uh the great state of Wyoming is another attorney that's joining us, and then my good friend from Louisiana, Clay Higgins, also with law enforcement experience.
00:19:35.000 And so uh all of them have a keen interest in getting to the truth, and they bring a whole lot to the table.
00:19:41.000 And I'm really excited about this committee and uh what I believe we'll be able to get done.
00:19:46.000 Guys, it's yet another interesting mystery uh in a timeline that has never quite added up or made any sense.
00:19:55.000 And why we can't track down a suspect who was caught on tape several times in DC, around the most secure areas there at the headquarters of both of the biggest the two real political parties in America.
00:20:11.000 But yet everyone else, anywhere near the Capitol on January 6th, ended up being targeted by the Biden DH.
00:20:19.000 If you were present, they used facial recognition to track you down.
00:20:22.000 If you had a cell phone ping, if you had a bank account transaction anywhere there, they found everyone.
00:20:27.000 And they couldn't find these guys at next to the most secure places anywhere in the world.
00:20:32.000 Those are the only two people they couldn't find, or the only person if it was one person doing both.
00:20:38.000 It's the only one they couldn't figure out.
00:20:40.000 Of all of the thousands of people they tracked down, your grandmother who happened to take a selfie video, they tracked her down in the middle of nowhere.
00:20:47.000 But these people they couldn't find.
00:20:50.000 Now add that to findings from last week about the 274 plain clothes officers being sent to the Capitol as the riot unfolded.
00:21:01.000 A decision from Christopher Ray, then leader of the FBI that actually went against FBI protocols.
00:21:08.000 Shocking.
00:21:08.000 I'm shocked to hear they would break their own rules.
00:21:11.000 Shop.
00:21:12.000 Again, it's almost like it was all a setup and all BS to begin with.
00:21:16.000 Of course, we know it all was.
00:21:18.000 So we need to get to the bottom of all of this because all of the hoaxes and corruption needs to be exposed.
00:21:26.000 And guys, speaking of corruption, James Comey and his media enablers are continuing to lash out after last week's indictment for lying to Congress and obstruction.
00:21:39.000 Okay.
00:21:40.000 Remember, that's what they wanted to try to get me on.
00:21:42.000 Okay, they made me do 50 hours of congressional testimony about nonsense, about a hoax they made up in the hopes that I would lie under Congress.
00:21:51.000 Now, they didn't know what they want because even in 50 hours of them asking me the same questions over again, I just told them the truth.
00:21:56.000 It's that simple.
00:21:57.000 Comey did not.
00:22:00.000 Okay.
00:22:01.000 For example, a headline from the New York Times reads, quote, in going after his foes, Trump's set a precedent that could haunt his allies.
00:22:13.000 Huh.
00:22:13.000 Haunted Alice.
00:22:14.000 It's interesting.
00:22:15.000 Trump's setting the precedent.
00:22:16.000 It wasn't four years of them trying to find anything on us, jailing Peter Navarro, jailing Steve Bannon, trying to jail me, my father, anyone around there actually jailing so many people who were peaceful people at January 6th, right?
00:22:34.000 No, no, no, no.
00:22:35.000 Now it's a dangerous president, right?
00:22:37.000 Not what they did for years, not what they actually did, not when they created nonsense, not when they lied about what people did and did it anyway.
00:22:44.000 But when someone actually wanted before Congress and you actually treat them this way, as it should be, because they broke the law.
00:22:55.000 Now it's a dangerous president.
00:22:57.000 Remember, guys, Democrat prosecutors literally invented, invented new legal fictions to go after my father, right?
00:23:08.000 They they changed the laws in New York State.
00:23:11.000 They changed the statute of limitations for one year so they could go after him on anything that they couldn't otherwise have touched on them.
00:23:19.000 You know, and that seems to me to be a dangerous president.
00:23:23.000 They did all of it.
00:23:24.000 Comey is being prosecuted over his own words in a public setting where his own deputies have said that he authorized leaks to the media.
00:23:35.000 Comey lied under oath.
00:23:37.000 It's that simple.
00:23:39.000 It's very binary.
00:23:41.000 Here's JD's answer over the weekend with a summary of the case.
00:23:46.000 So I want to start with this.
00:23:48.000 Um, President Trump has said that the indictment of James Comey is is justice, not revenge.
00:23:54.000 There is pushback to that, of course, among Democrats, including Senator Tim Kane, who is calling it a complete political hatchet job.
00:24:02.000 The president has said, quote, there will be others, and in the past he has listed Adam Schiff and Letitia James.
00:24:09.000 Do you think there are more indictments coming?
00:24:11.000 And do you think that's justified?
00:24:15.000 Well, there's certainly going to be more indictments coming over the next three and a half years of the Trump administration, but we're always going to let the law drive this stuff and the facts of the case and not political motivations, which frankly makes us so much different from the Biden administration, where they indicted not just the president of the United States, but so many people who were just engaged in the basic job of politics, who were engaged in policymaking, who disagreed with the Biden administration, and because that they faced prosecution from that same administration.
00:24:41.000 If you look at the Comey indictment, Martha, this was a grand jury indictment delivered in Alexandria, Virginia, not exactly a hotbed of Donald Trump's political support.
00:24:50.000 There were three request requested indictments.
00:24:54.000 The grand jury returned two of those three indictments.
00:24:57.000 So I think they showed they were judicious.
00:24:59.000 I think that it showed clearly that there were a couple of things that James Comey did wrong.
00:25:03.000 And to the people who are saying that this is all political, I mean, look, if you look at our track record in the Trump administration, there have been people who have been prosecuted who have been political allies who agree with our politics.
00:25:13.000 There have been people who disagree with our politics.
00:25:16.000 We're not letting politics drive this.
00:25:18.000 We're letting the requirements of the justice system and the law drive this.
00:25:22.000 And unfortunately for James Comey, when I look at this indictment, I see a guy who lied under oath.
00:25:26.000 And he'll have his day in court, he'll have his his opportunity to prove the other case in front of the jury.
00:25:31.000 But uh the idea that this is driven by politics, I think it's preposterous when you actually read the details of the indictment and the obvious fact that James Comey did lie under oath to Congress multiple times.
00:25:42.000 All right, well, guys, over at CNN, they are calling it a quote, revenge tour.
00:25:48.000 It's a revenge tour, folks.
00:25:50.000 Uh, you know, they can do this through Trump, but if he literally holds even their same standards but just follows the basic law, it's a revenge tour.
00:25:59.000 It's an abuse of power.
00:26:02.000 It wasn't for years.
00:26:03.000 Remember, no, no, they it wasn't when they're going after Trump, when they're going after conservatives, when they're going after great patriotic Americans, when they're trying to take his businesses and billions of dollars, when they're trying to jail people, when they hold people without due process for years uh in a prison just because they know in a DC they're never gonna get a favorable jury.
00:26:22.000 You know, that's not an abuse of power, but now it's now it's different, right?
00:26:27.000 But the good news is Scott Jennings was there at CNN to set the record straight.
00:26:35.000 Uh, as usual, even though it's Scott, usually, you know, four on one uh over at CNN.
00:26:41.000 Uh I think he does a good job.
00:26:43.000 Check this out.
00:26:45.000 He seems to be kneecapping his own prosecutors here.
00:26:48.000 Well, look, that's the thing.
00:26:49.000 There's a system, and uh the system includes grand juries and juries of uh ordinary Americans who get in a room and make decisions.
00:26:57.000 He can't order people to be indicted, and he can't order people To be convicted, he can express his opinion.
00:27:02.000 In the case of Comey, grand jurors in a very liberal jurisdiction got together and decided that the evidence did warrant charges.
00:27:09.000 Comey will go to trial and then a jury of his peers will decide whether he is guilty or not.
00:27:14.000 The president can't do anything about that.
00:27:16.000 He can make commentary on it.
00:27:18.000 I'm not sure if it's wise or not wise to do that or if it will matter at all.
00:27:21.000 But ultimately, I'll just say what Jim Comey said when Donald Trump was indicted.
00:27:25.000 It's a good day for the rule of law because we have a system and the system is in place and the system is working as it was designed with average ordinary Americans making decisions about how our laws will be enforced.
00:27:36.000 But you know, you said that he can't actually order the indictment of someone.
00:27:40.000 I think he just proved that he could.
00:27:41.000 I think what he did, the series of events that took place here.
00:27:45.000 We have to actually be clear about what happened, right?
00:27:48.000 He tried to pressure Eric Siebert at the Eastern District of Virginia to pursue this prosecution.
00:27:53.000 He did not.
00:27:54.000 The U.S. prosecutors there said they did not see enough evidence.
00:27:58.000 So he forces him out.
00:27:59.000 He publicly declares to Pam Bondi, you need to target these political enemies, specifically labeling James Comey.
00:28:06.000 And then, right after that, installs Lindsay Halligan, a former insurance lawyer with no prosecutorial experience to go in there, and then within days, Comey's indicted even after Rankin Frau prosecutors stayed, they gave her a declination memo that said this is why we don't think there's enough evidence.
00:28:23.000 So I don't think this is just the process playing out.
00:28:25.000 I think this is Donald Trump explicitly abusing his power and directing the prosecution of a political enemy.
00:28:31.000 You said we have to be very clear about what happened.
00:28:33.000 And then you left out the most critical part where a prosecutor has to go into a grand jury, present the evidence, and make the case why charges are warranted.
00:28:41.000 And the grand jury has to agree with that.
00:28:43.000 In this case, they did.
00:28:44.000 Now, I don't know if he'll be convicted or not, but you can't leave out and deny that there's a critical step where average ordinary Americans get put in a room and they ultimately have to decide does a case go or does it not go?
00:28:55.000 And then they will decide whether you're guilty or whether you're not guilty.
00:28:58.000 That is an important part of the process that he cannot really alter or change.
00:29:03.000 Sadly, this is what we've come to expect from the regime media, because even amid all of the left-wing violence, major news outlets are still out attacking conservatives.
00:29:15.000 They're attacking Turning Point, they're attacking Charlie.
00:29:19.000 Uh they're going after it doesn't stop.
00:29:22.000 Right?
00:29:23.000 Rules for thee, but not for me.
00:29:27.000 That's the Democrat way.
00:29:29.000 In New York magazine this weekend, they went after Charlie Kirk tribute event for quote the mainstreaming of formerly extremist views.
00:29:39.000 You know, extremist views like believe in God family country.
00:29:43.000 Like, you know, have kids, raise a good family.
00:29:46.000 Like men aren't women.
00:29:48.000 You know, all these extreme formerly extremists.
00:29:53.000 I mean, you can't make this crap up, folks.
00:29:55.000 Extremists?
00:29:56.000 Which parts are exactly extremists, guys?
00:29:59.000 I don't know.
00:29:59.000 Again, start a family, be strong in your faith, secure the border, don't do drugs, don't indoctrinate kids.
00:30:08.000 Which part of this is extremist exactly.
00:30:12.000 It seems like that would be pretty normal thinking for literally the entire history of human civilization until we get to the actual extremist views of today's Democrat Party.
00:30:26.000 This is what they think.
00:30:27.000 This is how far gone they are.
00:30:29.000 There's no helping them at this point.
00:30:31.000 They're fully nuts.
00:30:33.000 The good news is, though, that common sense Americans have woken up more than ever.
00:30:39.000 Especially young people.
00:30:41.000 The young people who are going to inherit the nonsense and the insanity of the Democrats.
00:30:45.000 No, I can stop right now.
00:30:47.000 I'll be fine.
00:30:48.000 Okay.
00:30:48.000 It's the young people, that generation.
00:30:51.000 They're the ones that are screwed if this nonsense continues.
00:30:55.000 Here was the scene this weekend in state college, ahead of the Penn State Oregon game, where the line was a mile long to get a freedom t-shirt before the game.
00:31:07.000 Remember that shirt?
00:31:07.000 That's the shirt Charlie was wearing when he was killed.
00:31:10.000 When he was assassinated by a deranged leftist.
00:31:14.000 Okay.
00:31:14.000 Remember.
00:31:15.000 The media was very clear to point out, you know, well, the shooter isn't trans.
00:31:19.000 No, but his boyfriend is.
00:31:20.000 Okay?
00:31:20.000 You know, minor details.
00:31:22.000 Okay.
00:31:22.000 Watch this line at Penn State.
00:31:26.000 Why, in the early hours, when we know nothing, do they suggest there's a right wing motive?
00:31:31.000 Why?
00:31:34.000 Well, Cayley, because they're liars, but the American people know the truth and they know it right here at Penn State Beaver Stadium behind us.
00:31:42.000 Charlie Kirk was going to go to this game, watch his beloved Oregon Ducks play undefeated Penn State today because we are Charlie.
00:31:52.000 And Penn State has shown up today.
00:31:54.000 Look at these Charlie Kirk.
00:31:57.000 Look at this.
00:31:59.000 Kaylee, that energy is alive.
00:32:04.000 It is electric here today.
00:32:06.000 We're registering voters with the incredible voter registration teams here for Turning Point USA and early vote action.
00:32:13.000 Scott Pressler with us.
00:32:15.000 They're already signing up.
00:32:16.000 New young voters in Charlie's honor.
00:32:19.000 Charlie's spirit lives alive here in the kinetic energy of this moment.
00:32:26.000 It's a spiritual moment, it's an awakening, and it's a revival here in America.
00:32:30.000 Can you feel it?
00:32:33.000 Ladies and gentlemen of Penn State, can I get an amen?
00:32:38.000 Benny, I I sit here and this almost brings tears to my eyes.
00:32:42.000 Um because we have had such a national heaviness in this country for more than two weeks.
00:32:47.000 And to see that this movement lives on in the positive nature of it.
00:32:53.000 You said it's a revival.
00:32:54.000 What are you hearing from these students wearing the same shirt Charlie Kirk was?
00:32:58.000 Yes.
00:32:59.000 Yes, so the goal was to make students scared.
00:33:03.000 The goal of evil always is to shut down the voices of those speaking truth.
00:33:08.000 That is where Christian martyrdom comes from.
00:33:11.000 Christian martyrdom comes from people speaking truth about our faith, about our country, about our nation.
00:33:16.000 That's what Charlie was doing.
00:33:18.000 That's why Charlie was a Christian martyr.
00:33:19.000 And evil intended to silence that voice.
00:33:23.000 But the way that God works, well, ladies and gentlemen, what man intends for evil, God intends for good.
00:33:29.000 And what you've done is made tens of millions of Charlie Kirk.
00:33:36.000 And freely here at Penn State Cayley, the line was a mile long.
00:33:42.000 We just posted on social media.
00:33:44.000 People have been out here since 6 a.m. waiting to wear a Charlie Kirk Freedom shirt.
00:33:51.000 This is the single biggest backfire in history, and it's how God works.
00:33:58.000 You strike Charlie down, you'll just make his message stronger.
00:34:03.000 And the moral and good people of America know that and we are ready to take up the charge.
00:34:08.000 Benny, someone told me that if you were the preacher at their church, they would go to that church.
00:34:14.000 Benny, I love having you sit here and preach to me.
00:34:19.000 But a little bit of football here, both these simple Christians.
00:34:22.000 Simple Christians.
00:34:23.000 That's a great thing.
00:34:24.000 A little football here because Charlie loved the Oregon Ducks, and they're undefeated.
00:34:29.000 And look, I love Penn State, but I look for the Oregon Ducks today.
00:34:32.000 Charlie Kirk's team has got to win.
00:34:34.000 Thank you.
00:34:36.000 Kaylee, the reason why we're out here giving away 5,000 Charlie Kirk Freedom shirts.
00:34:42.000 And I think I think they might be all gone already.
00:34:45.000 I think they were gone at 5 a.m. is because it's a whiteout here at Penn State.
00:34:49.000 Penn State has one of Beaver Stadium right behind us, beautiful stadium, one of the largest in the world.
00:34:54.000 A hundred thousand person capacity.
00:34:57.000 They'll all be wearing white.
00:34:58.000 And so we are going to pack that student section tonight, the game of the week.
00:35:05.000 Sports center is here.
00:35:06.000 Everyone's here.
00:35:06.000 Game of the week.
00:35:07.000 We want those cameras to show a hundred million viewers around the world, the Charlie Kirk Freedom shirt.
00:35:13.000 It'll be all over the stadium.
00:35:15.000 It'll be all over today.
00:35:17.000 And so we will be standing proud.
00:35:19.000 Now, would Charlie Kirk be cheering for Penn State?
00:35:21.000 Let me tell you about my friend Charlie Kirk.
00:35:23.000 He loved, he loved the Oregon Ducks, and Oregon's done an incredible job honoring Charlie, but he also loved Penn State.
00:35:31.000 Charlie Kirk loved Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania delivered for Donald Trump in the election.
00:35:37.000 Right?
00:35:37.000 We are in a red state.
00:35:40.000 A red state here in Pennsylvania.
00:35:42.000 That's well said.
00:35:43.000 You know, Betty Johnson, I'm an SEC girl, but today I am an Oregon Ducks fan, and I'm glad to hear you like Penn State too.
00:35:50.000 Thank you, Benny.
00:35:51.000 What an awesome time to have you.
00:35:55.000 And by the way, speaking of extremist views, the New York Times really has no room to talk here.
00:36:02.000 I feel like they've seated the moral high ground on extremist views, and they have for quite some time now.
00:36:09.000 Because over the weekend, they sent a reporter down to Caracas, Venezuela, to get some exclusive interviews with members of the Maduro regime who told them that drugs aren't really a problem, and it's illegal to blow up drug boats.
00:36:28.000 I'm not even making this up.
00:36:30.000 Drugs aren't a problem, guys.
00:36:31.000 Yeah, you know, if I'm a drug dealer, I'd tell you that drugs aren't really a problem.
00:36:34.000 I'd be like, you know what?
00:36:35.000 It should be illegal to blow up our drug boats and the millions that we're doing while killing Americans with fentanyl and the scourge that it creates.
00:36:42.000 Like, you know, this is what the Times does.
00:36:46.000 They interview the drug dealers there who are making millions killing our children and our citizens.
00:36:54.000 And they're like, oh no, they're not really, it's not really that much of a problem.
00:36:57.000 I mean, the Times ran with this.
00:36:59.000 They're doing this with a straight face, guys.
00:37:01.000 The Times did an entire piece basically about how it's bad to blow up drug boats, and did so by cozying up to one of the world's worst regimes on earth, okay.
00:37:15.000 A literally a dictatorial oppressive regime.
00:37:19.000 And the New York Times is doing like their PR.
00:37:22.000 They're doing their it they're marketing for them.
00:37:26.000 Why?
00:37:27.000 Because they're obsessed with finding any reason to attack my father, even if it means doing puff pieces on America's enemies.
00:37:36.000 Okay.
00:37:37.000 These people are freaking insane.
00:37:38.000 Remember, if my father came up with the cure for cancer, it would be bad.
00:37:42.000 If he takes out the scourge of fentanyl, it would be bad.
00:37:46.000 These are 90 issues, probably 99.9 to point one issues.
00:37:53.000 Okay.
00:37:53.000 The point one being the leaders of the Democrat Party, the insane people in the regime media.
00:38:01.000 Those are the people taking that side.
00:38:02.000 And they can't help but do it because anything Trump does, they have to do the opposite.
00:38:06.000 Of course, my father has made it very clear that we aren't tolerating narco-terrorism in our hemisphere any longer.
00:38:15.000 And we're not going to get bogged down in endless Middle East wars while letting our backyard crumble.
00:38:22.000 Those days are over.
00:38:25.000 Check out my father on the narco-terrorist.
00:38:27.000 Narco-trafficking and related criminal activity is a clear and present danger to us all.
00:38:33.000 The United States, under President Trump's leadership, has taken bold, decisive action to protect our own citizens and to support our regional neighbors in battling the storage.
00:38:44.000 So far this year, the United States has designated 13 of these organizations for what they are.
00:38:50.000 Terrorist organizations.
00:38:51.000 Such organizations torture, maim, mutilate, and murder with impunity.
00:38:58.000 They're the enemies of all humanity.
00:39:00.000 So we are meeting to figure out how we can work collectively to keep you safe, to stop these organizations, to dismantle them so that we can stop the drug flow, stop the arm clothes, stop the illegal immigration that these organizations are pushing.
00:39:18.000 And I have to give credit to Senator John Fetterman, okay, who may be one of the only sane Democrats left.
00:39:26.000 I don't know if it was the brain aneurysm or whatever it was.
00:39:29.000 Like maybe it made him actually sane for a while.
00:39:32.000 And you know, maybe after an election he'll go back to his old ways.
00:39:35.000 I don't know.
00:39:35.000 But one of the only guys out there actually having common sense on the entire Democrat Party and for not going along with all of the far-left lunacy.
00:39:45.000 It's hard to believe that it takes perhaps a brain aneurysm for a radical Democrat to actually be like, oh wow, we are insane.
00:39:54.000 This is nuts, and we need some common sense.
00:39:58.000 Check out John Fetterman.
00:40:00.000 Uh, all the way.
00:40:01.000 But I mean, on the left, you've got such extremes.
00:40:04.000 Would you consider switching parties?
00:40:08.000 No, no, I'm I'm I'm not going to switch.
00:40:11.000 You know, but I'm just going to be an independent voice in the Democratic Party.
00:40:16.000 I'm not going to be afraid if people, I mean, and if there are groups attacking a Democrat, you know, the last one in Pennsylvania, then that's to me that's part of the problem, you know, in our party.
00:40:28.000 And if you want a Democrat that's going to call people Nazis or fascists or all these kinds of things, well, I'm not going to be that guy.
00:40:35.000 You know, independent thinking and views wherever I happen to believe the truth, regardless if it's the Republican or the Democratic voice.
00:40:44.000 You know, what I think is the truth in this.
00:40:46.000 Now, in this truth right now, it's firmly on Israel through this.
00:40:50.000 And it's also it's always wrong to shut our government down.
00:40:54.000 And that's where my voice is.
00:40:55.000 And if that puts me as an outlier, and now that's where I am.
00:41:00.000 Of course, the Democrats aren't doing their annual government shutdown theater ahead of tomorrow's uh funding deadline.
00:41:11.000 Okay, they're doing their usual stuff, and they're gonna use it to try to get whatever they need, and they gotta make sure they push the you know the point one issues.
00:41:19.000 Uh so they're doing their theater.
00:41:21.000 Uh now, just to be clear though, the current CR on the table keeps the government funded at the same levels currently.
00:41:31.000 But Democrats can't help but try to use this moment and get more funding for their far-left pet projects.
00:41:42.000 Here's the latest from the White House.
00:41:45.000 Check this out.
00:41:46.000 Let me be very clear about the president and the White House's position.
00:41:50.000 All we are asking for is a common sense, clean funding resolution, a continuing resolution to keep the government open.
00:41:59.000 This is a bill that keeps the government funded at the exact same levels as today, just adjusted for inflation.
00:42:06.000 So there is zero good reason for the Democrats to vote against this, especially when the Democrats have voted for this 13 previous times, as recently as March.
00:42:17.000 And so this is the reasonable and common sense thing to do.
00:42:21.000 The president is giving Democrat leadership one last chance to be reasonable to come to the White House today to try to talk about this.
00:42:29.000 And now is not the time to try to get political points against Donald Trump.
00:42:33.000 Now is the time to do right by the American people and keep the government funded.
00:42:37.000 Our most vulnerable in our society and our country will be impacted by a government shutdown.
00:42:43.000 Everybody knows this, and that's why Republicans and the president want to keep the government open, and we welcome Democrats to join us in that effort.
00:42:50.000 To be clear, the government never actually shuts down, but it does create headaches and make it more difficult to get things done.
00:43:01.000 In fact, Democrats are the ones always claiming that government shutdowns are the worst thing we could ever do.
00:43:09.000 But don't believe me, here they are in their own words.
00:43:14.000 Here's the exact hypocrisy.
00:43:16.000 Again, if they do it, it's okay because it's for purpose.
00:43:19.000 If anyone else does it, it's expected democracy.
00:43:23.000 You know, the usual crap.
00:43:24.000 Listen to them.
00:43:25.000 In their own words.
00:43:26.000 It's really simple.
00:43:27.000 To hold these people hostage instead of just letting them do their jobs, which they want to do while we work out our differences.
00:43:36.000 So wrong.
00:43:38.000 This is democracy.
00:43:39.000 And in a democracy, hostage tactics are the last resort for those who can't win their fights through elections, can't win their fights in Congress, can't win their fights for the presidency, and can't win their fights in the court.
00:43:55.000 A government shutdown of any duration would harm hardworking Americans and our economy.
00:44:01.000 Why should we ask TSA officers to go without their hard-earned pay while they protect our airports?
00:44:07.000 I'm a senator from Virginia.
00:44:08.000 Some of the hardest effects of shutdown will be seen in my state.
00:44:11.000 If the government shuts down, it will be average Americans who suffer most.
00:44:15.000 Some who right now are trying to figure out how they're going to pay rent, how they're going to make mortgage payments, how they're going to keep college payments going, how they're going to keep the lights on, how they're going to keep food on the table.
00:44:26.000 Had the government shut down hundreds of thousands of people would have not gotten their paychecks.
00:44:35.000 Our military won't get paid.
00:44:37.000 Head start teachers won't get paid.
00:44:40.000 Our wildfire fighters won't get paid.
00:44:45.000 A government shutdown means seniors who rely on social security could be thrown into chaos.
00:44:50.000 Our veterans could see regional VA offices shut down and support services put on hold.
00:44:56.000 Shutdowns are not good for the economy.
00:44:58.000 Shutdowns cost taxpayers billions of dollars per week.
00:45:02.000 Shutdowns cost the economy billions of dollars.
00:45:07.000 They cost businesses money.
00:45:13.000 Families who benefit from WIC and other nutrition programs could see benefits halted.
00:45:18.000 If this shutdown continues indefinitely, 39 million Americans will risk not having enough food.
00:45:24.000 They will lose their snap benefits in February.
00:45:27.000 So that means American children will be going to bed hungry.
00:45:30.000 It's unacceptable.
00:45:31.000 The longer that this shutdown goes on, the more Americans it will be affected.
00:45:37.000 Critical services and our economy are being threatened with poison pill partisanship.
00:45:42.000 Shutting down the government should not be a negotiating tactic.
00:45:50.000 A last gasp of those who cannot cope with the realities of our democracy.
00:46:00.000 Now some of the same groups behind the antifa protests and the radical Marxist insanity are also the ones spearheading a pressure campaign to push Democratic senators to vote against funding the government and to force a partial shutdown.
00:46:18.000 One example of that, one group pushing all of this insanity is called the Indivisible Project.
00:46:26.000 They've received a total of 7.6 million dollars in grants from the Soros Open Society Foundations in recent years, okay?
00:46:36.000 Which is why it's so critical to investigate and expose the funding network behind all of the left-wing violence, the dirty tricks, and the shady accounting.
00:46:47.000 I mean, they got almost seven million dollars from Soros.
00:46:50.000 The indivisible society, ah, sounds great.
00:46:53.000 It's all crap.
00:46:55.000 Okay.
00:46:57.000 No more.
00:46:58.000 And on that same note, guys, I thought we would close with some poetic justice, where anti-ICE protesters in Massachusetts forgot.
00:47:09.000 This is funny.
00:47:10.000 An anti-ICE uh protester in mass forgot to put her car in park while yelling at agents making arrest.
00:47:19.000 And then this happened.
00:47:21.000 Let's just say karma is a bitch.
00:47:24.000 Well, that sucks.
00:47:28.000 Let's put it up.
00:47:31.000 Let's put it up.
00:47:32.000 Look at this.

00:49:25.000 Die, die, die.
00:49:28.000 Like New York, when people are outraged like DC when people are outraged that you actually do something about these things.
00:49:36.000 You know what?
00:49:36.000 Turns out that people actually want safety in their streets.
00:49:39.000 Even those who aren't Republicans.
00:49:40.000 They want to be able to walk to the grocery stores into their cars without getting carjacked or shot or killed.
00:49:45.000 I mean you know minor things like that.
00:49:47.000 They actually want those things.
