00:10:18.000And we begin with a disturbing story out of Sacramento, California.
00:10:23.000A few weeks ago, a woman named Jasmine Gill went missing.
00:10:28.00030 years old, she's a registered nurse, born in India, came here, became a nurse because that's what her mom did, and she's got a baby boy at home, an eight month old.
00:10:41.000She was last seen on September 30th at the family's home in Sacramento.
00:10:47.000A few days later, October 4th, her cousin files a missing persons report.
00:11:30.000Now, think about why he picked that story.
00:11:34.000Because for a year now, every activist, every Democrat politician, every cable news panel has been telling the country that Ice is a roving gang of kidnappers, snatching people off the street, you know, no warrant, no records, no trace, you know, they just disappear all the time.
00:11:54.000So if you're a guy, Who needs his wife to actually disappear, and you need everyone to stop asking questions.
00:12:02.000What's the one story that makes the whole room nod in agreement?
00:12:33.000And the husband's story basically then started falling apart.
00:12:36.000Detectives said there were several inconsistencies in what he was telling them.
00:12:42.000And then burned remains found in El Dorado County earlier this month, you know, up in the mountains, about 70 miles from the couple's home, found on around October 1st, the day after she was last seen.
00:12:58.000And they were later identified as his wife.
00:13:02.000On October 14th, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office arrested Gill on a murder warrant.0.57
00:13:09.000And he's now sitting in the Sacramento County main jail, charged with murder, held without bail, and rightfully so.
00:13:17.000And the Sheriff's Office says the two of them were in the middle of a divorce and a custody fight over that baby when she vanished.
00:13:26.000Her family said she was looking for a fresh start, a safer one.
00:13:33.000A Sacramento County man is accused of killing his wife, then claiming ICE agents took her.
00:13:38.000Deputies say Jasmine Gill was last seen September 30th.
00:13:42.000Her husband, Gorinder Gill, seen there on your screen, allegedly told investigators ICE agents detained her while she was checking the mail.
00:15:18.000Or being blamed for a murder committed by a husband.0.76
00:15:21.000They'll just move on because the story stopped being useful the second ICE turned out to be 100% innocent.
00:15:29.000A 30 year old nurse, a mother with an eight month old, the man charged with her murder tried to pin it on federal agents who are out there doing their jobs while an entire political party spent a year handing him the script.
00:15:44.000Staying in California for a moment here, Democrat gubernatorial candidate Javier Baquera is running against Republican Steve Hilton.
00:15:53.000And Becerra is the typical Dem establishment guy.
00:15:58.000Health and Human Services, you know, secretary under Joe Biden, former California attorney general, former congressman.
00:16:08.000He's been in government basically his entire adult life.
00:16:15.000And lately, he's been getting hammered, and probably rightfully so, given the general state of California, even by some of the friendly press that's out there, which is uncharacteristic.
00:16:27.000For being missing in action on the campaign trail, Hilton's out there in neighborhoods, he's talking to people, even in hostile areas, because it's California after all.
00:16:36.000So, Becerra is doing some cleanup, black churches, radio, and on Friday, he tried to pitch black Californians.
00:16:46.000Tavis Smiley asked him a simple question What are you going to do for black Californians?
00:16:53.000And here's Becerra's answer check it out.
00:16:56.000Um, you're asking for the votes of uh black Californians, what you're going to do for them, and Tavis.
00:17:02.000I want every black voter in California to look at me and say, We got to vote for this guy because he's going to give us an opportunity.
00:17:09.000What I'm not going to do is, I'm not going to promise you 40 acres and a mule because I know what happens when you make those kinds of promises.
00:17:29.000He gets asked what he's going to do for black voters.
00:17:31.000And the first thing out of his mouth, the first thing, Is that he's not going to promise them 40 acres and a mule, invoking the Civil War era slavery reference.
00:17:41.000The question was about jobs, schools, neighborhoods, and this guy's branding went straight to 1865.
00:17:52.000You can even imagine, can you even imagine what would happen for a second if a Republican said something remotely similar to this?0.96
00:18:00.000And then Becerra pivots right into getting rid of cash bail.
00:18:18.000You know, I won't promise you reparations, but I'll make it easier for you to get out of jail because, you know, obviously it's a huge thing in that community.
00:18:25.000Everyone must be in jail at all times because, you know, that's their inclination.
00:18:30.000That's their thought process about that demographic.
00:18:33.000Families are asking for opportunity, they're asking for safe neighborhoods, for, I don't know, like serious schools, affordable homes, maybe some respect.
00:20:02.000These are people who signed a voter registration form under penalty of perjury, checked the box that says, I am a U.S. citizen, got approved, and then, in a lot of these cases, actually voted.
00:20:26.000All 28 of these people were on a list, a list of more than 20,000, 20,000, think about that, likely non citizen voters that the federal government handed to California elections officials the week before.
00:21:05.000The local Fox affiliate spoke with one of the defendants, and here's what he had to say.
00:21:10.000According to federal charging documents, 72 year old Omar Munoz, a green card holder born in Belize, registered to vote in LA County seven years ago and is accused of voting in at least four elections.
00:22:04.000Where's Charlie and the Oompa Loompas?
00:22:07.000I mean, maybe, maybe there's a guy at a chocolate factory running a voter registration ring, you know, on his lunch break or something like that.
00:22:15.000But I'll tell you what, if that's true, it's actually a worse story for California because that means that somebody could register and vote in your name with your social security number and the state would literally never catch it.
00:22:30.000Either way, either way, the system has failed miserably.
00:22:35.000And by the way, this week, LA County told a federal court in writing that its registrar had no information on voters' citizenship.
00:22:45.000Guys, you know, we're told all the time this can't happen.
00:24:23.000You need one to buy certain cold medicines, to buy a pack of cigarettes, to get into half the buildings in downtown LA.
00:24:31.000But to vote in the biggest county in America, you just check a box and say, trust me.
00:24:37.000And when the federal government hands them 20,000 names and says, these people might not be citizens, the answer is, we're not actually even equipped to check.
00:24:47.000You know, if we were, we probably wouldn't anyway, but like, we don't know.
00:24:53.000California is one of a handful of states that doesn't require a photo ID to vote, which is why hopefully common sense finally wins and Prop 39 goes yes.
00:25:07.000And for those folks outside of California, here's what Prop 39 actually does show a government ID when you vote in person, put the last four digits of your ID on the envelope when you vote by mail.
00:25:23.000It requires election officials to actually verify that registered voters are U.S. citizens, which, as we just learned, L.A. County is currently not doing.
00:30:04.000And every day, every day, we're seeing results.
00:30:09.000For example, Apple just committed up to $100 million for US titanium in a major domestic manufacturing push.
00:30:17.000This is Apple partnering with a family owned company in Pennsylvania, Perryman, a titanium producer.
00:30:24.000The titanium gets melted, forged, and rolled in Houston, Pennsylvania, not Houston, Texas, Houston, Pennsylvania, a town most of you have probably never heard of, and it goes into the new iPhones.
00:30:35.000The titanium frame, and at least 80% of it is recycled content made in America.
00:30:42.000And this is a piece of a much bigger thing.
00:32:03.000Food stamps, a program that's supposed to feed hungry kids.
00:32:07.000And the position of the Democrat Party is don't look too hard at where the money is going because every time somebody looks, They actually find it.
00:32:17.000And every time they find it, it's embarrassing for the people who've been running these programs for decades.
00:32:23.000It's like, oh, you know, we could have probably done something about this a decade ago to the tunes of tens of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars, probably billions.
00:32:34.000So today in Ohio, the vice president stood up with Attorney General Todd Blanch and laid out what the fraud task force has found in SNAP in just a few weeks.
00:33:13.000Let's step back for a little bit and realize that this is a program, I think one of the most important social service programs that we have in the United States of America.
00:33:21.000A program that ensures that all of our fellow citizens, particularly children, are able to have a full belly at the end of every single night, that regardless of whether they can pay for a meal, we don't let American children and American families go hungry.
00:33:35.000That is one of the most important and sacred things that our tax dollars go to, making sure that our fellow citizens don't go hungry at night.
00:33:43.000That is an amazing accomplishment, by the way, of American citizenship, of American leadership, and obviously a lot of countries have followed our lead.
00:33:53.000And ensuring that they have a basic social safety net that ensures things like people who can't afford a doctor are able to get a doctor, and in this case, children don't go hungry at night because they can afford a meal at the end of the day.
00:34:06.000Unfortunately, like with so many of these other amazing programs, we find that there are people out there who decide to commit fraud against these programs, who quite literally in this case will steal from the mouths of hungry children in order to enrich themselves.
00:34:21.000And that cannot go on, and thanks to President Trump's leadership, We are fighting and winning the war against fraud in the SNAP program.
00:34:53.000So, that amazing young man, amazing citizen, Goes by the name of, and I want to make sure that I get this right, he goes by the name of Shawty Dredd.
00:35:04.000Now, to the press, the best part about Shawty Dredd is that my amazing staff, worried that I would be unable to pronounce Shawty Dredd, included a handy dandy phonetic spelling of Shawty Dredd.
00:35:22.000The simple fact is, this is a man that we have connected to $4.4 million in fraud against the SNAP program.
00:35:31.000A guy who is quite literally taking food from the mouths of children so that he can enrich himself.
00:35:39.000And I'll let Todd Blanch talk a little bit about this, but we have prosecuted this guy and prosecuted so many other fraudsters, and we're going to keep on doing it.
00:35:48.000Because one of the most important lessons that we can send is that you shouldn't be able to and you can't get rich off of fraud.
00:35:55.000SNAP exists to help hungry children eat, it does not exist to provide private jets to a guy like Shawty Dredd, and the fact that so many people Feel like they can get rich off of our social safety net rather than ensuring the money goes to where it should go is evidence that for too long in this country we look the other way.
00:36:25.000And the Democrat response to this is to call it an attack on poor people.
00:36:29.000Rooting out the people stealing from a food program for kids, stealing from a food program for poor people is somehow an attack on poor people?
00:36:56.000Uh, I want to see how it all fits because you know it's important, you got to see how it all pieces together because this is what we've been talking about for months.
00:37:05.000It's all coming together, it's all one big story for us.
