In this episode, we discuss the Supreme Court Nominee, Kaitlyn Brown Jackson, and the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party. Senator Hirono, D-Hawaii, said, "It's not about this, but it's about time we have a Black woman on the court." What the hell is that even means? What does that even mean? And why is it so important that she is the first Black woman to serve on the high court? Is it about filling a quota? Or is it about time that we had a qualified, highly accomplished Black female on the highest level of our highest court? And why does it matter that she's not a "quota"? What does it mean that the other 95% of the population was not even considered? I mean, come on. Joe Biden said he was going to nominate a black woman to the court, and he did it. What is the difference between a quota and a woman who is actually qualified for the position? What are we supposed to do with that? Wait till we get to the bottom of it? Just wait till we see what happens next, folks. Wait till they completely neglect everything the Democrats did to Brett Kavanaugh, because you know it's coming, because we know it will be worse than the Democrats do to him. We'll talk about that in the next episode of the podcast. Stay tuned for that, folks! . 00:00:00.000Okay, guys, today we're going to talk about the Supreme Court and nominee, Katenji Brown Jackson.
00:00:05.000I thought it was sort of interesting, and watching some of the confirmation process, I saw this clip of Senator Hirono of Hawaii, known partisan hack liberal, but, like, she literally says, In her response to, I guess, Jackson's opening remarks, they have implied that you were solely nominated due to your race.
00:00:22.000Your nomination is not about filling a quota.
00:00:25.000It's about time that we had a highly qualified, highly accomplished black woman serving on the Supreme Court.
00:00:30.000Some of my Republican colleagues and public figures have attempted to undermine your qualifications through their pejorative use of the term affirmative action.
00:00:42.000And they have implied you were solely nominated due to your race and not for other factors.
00:00:48.000Apparently, some have even claimed that you need to show your LSAT scores to determine whether you are a top legal mind.
00:00:58.000This is incredibly offensive and condescending.
00:01:02.000Let me be clear. Your nomination is not about filling a quota.
00:01:47.000Well, I'm looking forward to appointing the first African-American woman to the United States Senate.
00:01:55.000Right? So your nomination isn't about filling a quota.
00:01:58.000It's about making sure that there's at least one black woman on the court for Senator Hirono.
00:02:03.000Seems like an odd way of saying that you're not a quota.
00:02:08.000Something that people are criticizing them.
00:02:11.000Biden literally said he was filling a quota.
00:02:13.000She's probably still qualified, possibly.
00:02:15.000I don't know. I don't know anything about it.
00:02:17.000I know there's, you know, strange rulings that I don't like as a conservative, but probably maybe more in line with Democrat thoughts these days as it relates to, you know, leniency on sentencing of pedophiles and stuff like that.
00:02:29.000But, you know, we should be asking these questions and maybe not go full Kavanaugh like the Democrats do, because I'm sure we'll get into decency later because, you know, they'll be bringing that up because that's textbook.
00:02:40.000But she was literally picked to fit a certain identity as laid out by the President of the United States.
00:02:46.000That's what he did. So Senator Hirono totally contradicts herself because she said, it's not about this, but it's time we have this.
00:02:54.000But again, hypocrisy isn't lost on anyone who's been watching the Democrats.
00:02:58.000So Joe Biden promised to nominate a black woman to the court, and he did.
00:03:01.000That makes up probably about 5% of the population of the United States.
00:03:05.000So maybe she is the most qualified, but Probably doesn't strike the most confidence if the other 95% of the population was not even considered.
00:03:13.000So, you know, I don't know what to do about this, guys.
00:03:17.000It's sort of insane. It's a little bit nuts, but again, we should be used to that hypocrisy.
00:03:23.000Just wait till they start making it all about race.
00:03:25.000Wait till they totally neglect everything they did to Kavanaugh, because you know it's coming, folks.
