In this episode, I sit down with my father, former Vice President Joe Biden, to talk about the budget and why we should all pay our fair share of the cost of Social Security, Medicare, and other entitlement programs. We also talk about some of the things he and his father did in the early days of the administration, and how they were able to get things done. I hope you enjoy this episode and tweet me if you have any thoughts or opinions on any of the topics covered in this episode. 00:01:33.000Again, if I'm the guy that's a little upset when I'm filling up my tank or when I go to buy eggs, if it bothers me, it probably doesn't change much my day to day.
00:01:40.000Imagine what it's doing to a real family and they don't understand that concept or don't even think about it, which is scary.
00:01:47.000With the price of gas, who's it hurting?
00:01:49.000The working class. It has to drive to get to their jobs.
00:01:51.000The eggs. Eggs are unbelievable, the price today.
00:01:55.000But it doesn't stop us from sending billions of dollars to countries that hate our guts.
00:02:00.000They're sending millions to Tunisia for their ability for more tourism.
00:02:05.000Really? We're borrowing this money from China to send it someplace else?
00:02:11.000Well, that's the other... I mean, we actually give aid to China who we borrow from and owns and steals from us and costs us probably trillions in IP that they're stealing.
00:02:19.000But see, this is what I loved when your father came into power.
00:02:22.000They had never had somebody in the office of the president that had a business mind.
00:02:27.000I remember they're sitting there and, you know, Korea saying, oh, we need these new missiles or Saudi Arabia to defend.
00:02:33.000He goes, okay, but you've got to pay for them.
00:03:08.000And the uniqueness, too, is I read this article, like, Boeing's really upset because they're losing all this money on the new Air Force One.
00:03:15.000Why? Because they negotiated with President Trump.
