Growing the Patriot Economy: Exclusive PublicSquare Town Hall w- Indiana Congressman Jim Banks Along with CEO Michael Seifert | TRIGGERED Ep. 83

Summary

This is the first of many more Public Square Town Halls to come in the future, and we are so excited to have Congressman Jim Banks (D-VA) join us! In this episode, we talk about the current state of the economy, the economy as a whole, and what's going on in Washington, D. We also talk about some of the things we should be focusing on when it comes to the future of the country, and why we should all be concerned about what's happening in the world and what it means for us to live in a world where we don't have access to basic things like food, energy, housing, transportation, and the basic things we need to live a good life. We also get into the Ukraine situation, and Mitch McConnell's recent trip to Ukraine, and how important it is for the country to have a strong ally in the Senate, not only in Congress, but in the House of Representatives. Thank you to everyone who came out to support Public Square, and thank you for all the support we've gotten so far. We can't wait to do more of these! 00:00:00.000 you you
00:15:30.000 Thank you.
00:15:31.000 Thank you.
00:15:33.000 Wow! Okay, you can keep going.
00:15:37.000 I don't mind. Well, thank you very much, guys.
00:15:44.000 Appreciate you all being here.
00:15:46.000 Excited to do this.
00:15:48.000 We've been working with Public Square for a while now, and this is the first of many small business town halls, a Public Square town hall to hear from the people.
00:15:59.000 We have politicians involved.
00:16:01.000 Obviously, your great Congressman Jim Banks is here today.
00:16:04.000 Hopefully. Hopefully you're a great senator in the not-too-distant future, because we really got to work on the Senate.
00:16:14.000 Way too many rhinos there.
00:16:16.000 But Jim's relevant in this one primarily because he's also heading up the Congressional Anti-Woke Caucus.
00:16:24.000 So this is a big one.
00:16:27.000 Honestly, it was about...
00:16:28.000 Having a venue to hear from people, to hear from small business owners, people who are out there understanding what's going on right now.
00:16:36.000 We hear mostly from people in the media, no one that's actually run a business, about how Bidenomics is wonderful.
00:16:44.000 It's wonderful. It's so great for everyone.
00:16:47.000 No one can actually figure it out, right?
00:16:49.000 Because I understand who I am and where I'm from.
00:16:52.000 I'm the son of a billionaire from Manhattan.
00:16:55.000 And if I'm really upset when I go to the grocery store, like, you know, I'm not pretending it's going to change my habit, but if I get it, imagine what that's doing to the rest of the country.
00:17:08.000 If I get it, but the people who we've sent to Washington, D.C. don't, isn't something off?
00:17:15.000 You know, I took my kids, I took my boys, we were on a fishing trip in Alaska, a couple of weeks ago, I guess, end of summer, right before they started school.
00:17:26.000 And I came back, and in the Anchorage airport, I bought myself and two young boys McDonald's.
00:17:32.000 And it was $37 and change for a quick, you know, it was $10, right?
00:17:38.000 And I'm saying, man, that feels like a lot.
00:17:41.000 And it feels like everyone in America feels that about just about every transaction they do.
00:17:46.000 But again, we're led to believe and we're told we must believe that things are great.
00:17:52.000 We have Nobel Laureate Economist.
00:17:55.000 Someone who won a Nobel Prize in Economics from the New York Times, Paul Krugman, lecturing us last week, inflation is wonderful, but then there's a little asterisk.
00:18:06.000 You know, they put, things are going in the right direction, I'm like, wait, wait, wait, they put the chart there, and there's an asterisk in the chart.
00:18:13.000 You know what the asterisk included?
00:18:16.000 It said, specifically, does not include the cost of food, Energy, housing, and, wait for it, transportation.
00:18:36.000 And I'm sitting there as a, you know, I'm not a Nobel laureate economist, but I have a degree in economics, and I was like, What else is there to sustain basic life in America?
00:18:47.000 They've probably cut down on the cost of transgender surgeries.
00:18:50.000 That's something I'm sure they were able to get the cost of that down.
00:18:53.000 But basically anything that matters to American people is up significantly.
00:18:58.000 So it's a wonderful picture if you take out all of the basic necessities of life.
00:19:06.000 And they do that with a straight face.
00:19:09.000 And think about that. Imagine, like, honestly, I didn't know whether to be upset or impressed that someone with a Nobel laureate could go there and on a world stage tell you that, no, everything's great if you take out everything that you need to live.
00:19:24.000 These are not serious people.
00:19:27.000 This is what we're dealing with on a daily basis.
00:19:31.000 It's only going to get worse.
00:19:33.000 Rather than funding the things that matter to Americans, we're funding other people's walls.
00:19:40.000 We're funding other people's wars to the tunes of billions of dollars.
00:19:43.000 You know, I get to hear from Mitch McConnell that funding Ukraine...
00:19:46.000 I'll do it again here. And we're live in front of thousands of people as well.
00:19:49.000 I got the show Triggered rolling.
00:19:51.000 I figured we'll incorporate all of it.
00:19:53.000 And I've done this a little bit because I imagine I spend a lot more time in front of actual Americans than Mitch McConnell ever has.
00:20:00.000 But I've seen him on numerous occasions now when he doesn't...
00:20:04.000 I call it the Mitch Glitch...
00:20:10.000 When there's not a glitch, which is more often these days, I will watch him tell us with a straight face that funding yet another never-ending war with no actual objective goals in Ukraine is the number one priority for Republicans across America.
00:20:27.000 And so I have done this now in 15 to 20 venues, usually 200 to 5,000 people.
00:20:36.000 I'm a survey. Is it a top three issue for any of you guys?
00:20:40.000 Top three, not even top one.
00:20:43.000 Is it a top ten issue for any of you?
00:20:47.000 Not a single hand, right?
00:20:49.000 Am I wrong? I'm happy to do this.
00:20:52.000 Let's just say I've done this in front of probably 25,000 people by now.
00:20:58.000 I had one guy raise his hand once.
00:21:00.000 It was top ten, not top three.
00:21:01.000 So I asked him, why do you think about that?
00:21:03.000 And he said in a Russian accent, well, because I'm from Ukraine.
00:21:06.000 I go, okay, that's fair. So I want to be honest because there is news here and I don't want to get, you know, I will be fact-checked and therefore deplatformed, demonetized, thrown off of, you know, out of polite society for not telling you that one of 25,000 people once said it was a top ten issue.
00:21:27.000 But it's not. You see it yet again.
00:21:29.000 And yet, we're there negotiating for what?
00:21:32.000 Another $60 billion.
00:21:33.000 $60 billion. Remember that.
00:21:34.000 We're in for $150 now.
00:21:37.000 But we didn't have three to build our wall.
00:21:40.000 Which even some of the rhinos and even some of the Democrats, like the people in New York who all of a sudden don't want so much of the traffic That they were very happy telling us that, you know, everyone's a sanctuary city.
00:21:59.000 Until it actually shows up on your door and then all of a sudden the tune changes, right?
00:22:04.000 That's where we're living. And so, you know, I wanted to do part of this to hear from actual people, but I also wanted to do it on the show because I want to make sure that people understand just where their constituency is.
00:22:17.000 So much of this is holding our politicians to task because they seem to do very well about going to a nice little group like this, And they tell you what you want to hear.
00:22:26.000 Then they go to D.C. and they do the opposite.
00:22:31.000 Right? There's an easy existence in D.C. as a conservative, as a Republican, if you fold when it actually matters, if you give up.
00:22:39.000 You know, I think you see some of that perhaps playing out right now.
00:22:41.000 I hope the new speaker is as good as you see on paper.
00:22:44.000 I'm just worried that, you know, as the saying goes, the swamp always wins.
00:22:48.000 And so, you know, I have a feeling, you know, someone who's newer to that role, who doesn't perhaps have the political experience of that, is going to make decisions based on, you know, intelligence reports that are carefully crafted to tell him exactly what they need to hear to get the result that they want, as opposed to what's actually happening, right?
00:23:05.000 Because, and I get it.
00:23:07.000 I made that mistake before.
00:23:09.000 I lived through Russia, Russia, Russia, where I was apparently guilty of treason, a crime punishable by death.
00:23:15.000 Minor details. At this point, that's like an average Tuesday for me.
00:23:19.000 Death! That's it?
00:23:25.000 Like you'd make me sit on a panel on The View for the rest of my life, in which case, you know...
00:23:29.000 With the brilliant women of The View.
00:23:33.000 By the way, if you want to have some fun, go watch me when I did my book tour on The View.
00:23:36.000 That was kind of fun, actually. But...
00:23:40.000 That's what's going on right now, and we have to see it.
00:23:44.000 I once wanted to give places like the FBI and the DOJ the benefit of the doubt.
00:23:50.000 There must be some truth to some of this stuff.
00:23:52.000 Turns out, no, that doesn't have to be anything, right?
00:23:55.000 You saw the few pages of the trans shooters manifesto be leaked today.
00:24:01.000 Now, we don't know why it wasn't released, you know, six months ago.
00:24:06.000 Just kidding. We all know why.
00:24:09.000 Because it went against the narrative.
00:24:10.000 If the person who had done that was wearing a MAGA hat, it would have been out in three seconds.
00:24:18.000 They'll protect, what I would say per capita, must be at this point, the most radical, violent, growing faction of, you know, what's the term, 0.02% of the world, you know, doing all these things and they'll protect them at all costs.
00:24:31.000 But you know who's a domestic terrorist?
00:24:34.000 You probably are, ma'am.
00:24:35.000 Have you been to a PTA meeting?
00:24:37.000 Yeah, are you a concerned parent about the indoctrination of your children with woke bullshit?
00:24:42.000 Yeah, yeah. You're old enough, he can hear bullshit.
00:24:46.000 You've actually been labeled one.
00:24:47.000 I was at a room in India, just north of here I guess, last week.
00:24:53.000 There was a man who was concerned about what was going on and he actually got arrested by the FBI. But it's not just you domestic terrorist parents, it's practicing Catholics.
00:25:08.000 By the way, just so we're clear, if you're in this room right now, you're already on a list.
00:25:17.000 I just happen to be on every list!
00:25:23.000 I'm an over-performer.
00:25:27.000 So again, as we start to realize that these are not serious people, I think it's making people wake up.
00:25:34.000 When you look at the polling, when you look at what's going on across the country, when you see the disaster, they get it.
00:25:40.000 You know, the adults were supposed to be back in charge.
00:25:42.000 Turns out the adults are getting us into World War III and are tanking our economy.
00:25:46.000 The people who were going to do it right got up on a world stage after our disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, killing 13 innocent Americans, and told us with a straight face, Our Secretary of State, who was given the job because he signed off on documents that pretended that the Hunter Biden laptop wasn't real.
00:26:04.000 I take that one personally because I have a feeling I would not have been given the same benefit of the doubt.
00:26:10.000 What do you guys think? If that was the Don Jr.
00:26:12.000 laptop from hell... By the way, did you guys see the Hunter op-ed this week, by the way?
00:26:20.000 How dare they make fun of my addiction?
00:26:22.000 Like, listen, if you really cared about your addiction, give back all the money.
00:26:27.000 But I have a feeling that ain't happening.
00:26:29.000 I have a feeling it ain't happening, right?
00:26:31.000 Because it's all nonsense, right?
00:26:33.000 You know, addiction's a terrible thing.
00:26:34.000 We all know people who have been afflicted with it.
00:26:37.000 It doesn't allow you to sell out your country.
00:26:38.000 It doesn't allow you to, you know, outsell Picasso as a journeyman artist.
00:26:44.000 It doesn't give you the credibility to write an op-ed when everyone knows.
00:26:48.000 Like, it doesn't absolve you from being a POS in literally every other aspect of your life, right?
00:26:52.000 That's just not the case. Because I know that if it was me and I had written that op-ed, literally anyone In the left and most on the right would laugh it off for the joke that it is, right?
00:27:03.000 But Anthony Blinken, our Secretary of State, gets awarded that position because he got 52 people from the intelligence community to tell the American people with a straight face that there was Russian disinformation.
00:27:13.000 You know how he knew it wasn't Russian disinformation?
00:27:15.000 Because Hunter himself didn't deny it.
00:27:16.000 You know, if it was my laptop and I didn't do those things, I'd be like, I didn't do those things!
00:27:21.000 He just let them do the talking.
00:27:23.000 Because you knew it was right. But he got on a stage...
00:27:26.000 In front of the world, I think it was in front of Congress, and with a straight face said he is shocked and dismayed, and I quote, verbatim, there's press in the room, they'll fact check me for this one also, that the Taliban did not install a more diverse and inclusive government in Afghanistan.
00:27:43.000 These are the adults that are back, no, no, serious.
00:27:46.000 Like, hey, if you're dismayed, that's great.
00:27:50.000 If you're shocked, you're an imbecile.
00:27:54.000 No, no, no. Well, in all fairness, I mean, these were the people that would take a homosexual and throw him off of a building for the last 20 years.
00:28:00.000 I mean, we've been at war for them, and we're going to pretend that they're, what, they're going to have Leah Thomas come over and head up a trans coalition in the Taliban government, and all of a sudden they were going to have a seat at the table, the same people that would enslave women and girls into sexual slavery, and have for decades, and are continuing to do it now, they're going to give women a seat at the table?
00:28:20.000 Not serious people. So, you know, this is where we are, and it's why it's so important what we're doing right now.
00:28:28.000 The parallel economy is real.
00:28:31.000 People get it.
00:28:32.000 They understand that they're sick of using their hard-earned dollars only to have it thrown back in their face, weaponized by people that would literally put them in the gulags.
00:28:43.000 And at this point, that's not hyperbole.
00:28:46.000 I started saying this a while ago, and, you know, maybe some thought that was the case.
00:28:50.000 Look at what's going on.
00:28:53.000 You know, I've seen a lot of protests in the last two or three weeks.
00:28:57.000 I mean, the racism I've seen in the last week shouldn't be shocking to anyone who actually understands the left, right?
00:29:04.000 Because everything they do is projection.
00:29:05.000 But the people who were really concerned about racism for the last seven or eight years seem to be awfully racist, awfully anti-Semitic.
00:29:13.000 The people coming from the great thought institutions, including my formerly esteemed alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, seem to be awfully anti-Semitic.
00:29:22.000 That was running pretty rampant.
00:29:24.000 They're not just supporting the existence of Palestinian people, they're literally supporting the terrorist regime that thought it'd be fun to fly paragliders and fully automatic weapons into a concert, killing women, children, raping them in the streets and babies.
00:29:44.000 That's totally fine.
00:29:46.000 I'm watching the other Bastions of Freedom, and I say that in very big air quotes, around the world.
00:29:52.000 The United Kingdom, others, allow these protests and these chants, putting people to death, et cetera, to be aired in open market.
00:30:03.000 Those same places would put you in jail for two years if you misgendered someone, even by accident.
00:30:09.000 So there's a lot at stake.
00:30:12.000 And if you think that corporate America is going to help you out in this, it's not.
00:30:15.000 That's why promoting the nature of small business is such a big part of the show.
00:30:20.000 Obviously triggered the whole, you know, half the thesis is about that.
00:30:23.000 What we're doing with Michael and other people like Jim Banks who are able to do this and who are funding this and creating an avenue, right?
00:30:30.000 Because that's what it is. Remember? Build your own.
00:30:32.000 You can build your own, but then they'll do everything they can to sabotage that, right?
00:30:35.000 Amazon Web Services will throw you off their servers.
00:30:37.000 So between Rumble and Between public square, between these things, people are actually now growing and understanding that there's probably more than half the country That is sick of everything that we once held near and dear and all of our values being thrown in our face, being literally spit on in many cases, both figuratively and actually literally, and they're willing to fight back.
00:31:00.000 And I think that's what this is all about.
00:31:02.000 So we want to actually make sure we hear from the people that are doing that.
00:31:06.000 You'll hear from Michael Seifert again, the CEO of Public Square, a guy that I met that basically saw what was going on during the COVID lockdowns.
00:31:14.000 When he was forced to go to his local coffee shop and certain places made him do things that he wouldn't want to do to buy a cup of coffee.
00:31:20.000 And he found others that were actually for choice.
00:31:25.000 Self-sufficiency. Again, the basics.
00:31:29.000 And he said, you know what? We've got to start a list.
00:31:31.000 And that's what we've done. Now that list is over 70,000 businesses.
00:31:36.000 One of the fastest growing businesses.
00:31:38.000 They hit a million customers on the platform before companies like Twitter ever did in terms of time frame.
00:31:47.000 So, you know, there's something very real going on in this movement, and I'm just happy to, you know, be a leader in that and just excited to see people like yourselves actually get that.
00:31:56.000 Because you've got to understand what's at stake.
00:31:57.000 You know, again, none of what we've said has been hyperbole.
00:32:00.000 Just like, you know, everyone owes their conspiracy theorist uncle a serious apology over the last few years.
00:32:06.000 Like, because they've been batting 1,000, right?
00:32:08.000 We saw that the other day.
00:32:09.000 The FBI will no longer allow the videos to be released because all of the agents involved that were actually there on the ground, why didn't they do something to stop?
00:32:17.000 January, you know, the first unarmed insurrection in the history of insurrections.
00:32:20.000 It was spectacular.
00:32:23.000 What a tactical error for the most heavily armed group of people in the world, right?
00:32:25.000 I mean, if it was really an insurrection, but of course it wasn't.
00:32:28.000 It was bullshit, right?
00:32:30.000 We saw a lot of insurrections over the last week or two, and no one's going to jail, and certainly they're not going to jail for 17 to 25 years, you know, for peacefully protesting.
00:32:40.000 I mean, But that's what's at stake.
00:32:43.000 That's where we are. And again, we have the opportunity to change it, but we must be unafraid.
00:32:47.000 We must actually stand up.
00:32:48.000 We must not just let it happen.
00:32:51.000 We have to be involved. And I understand better than most that there's a consequence to being vocal on our side.
00:32:57.000 There's no consequence. You can say whatever you want on the other side.
00:32:58.000 That's fine. On our side, you know, I get it.
00:33:01.000 You saw, again, they tried me for treason.
00:33:02.000 They wanted to try to...
00:33:04.000 I think we're trying to throw my father in jail for, what is it now, a thousand years?
00:33:06.000 Plus possibly the death penalty.
00:33:08.000 If a thousand years isn't enough because he's a young and vibrant man, we'll throw in the death penalty, just a little cherry on top.
00:33:17.000 That's what we're up against. And if you think it ends with him, you haven't been watching.
00:33:22.000 So with that, I'd love to bring up Jim Banks' incredible...
00:33:26.000 Oh, wait, wait, wait. Before that, I've got to say I'd be remiss not to...
00:33:30.000 How do you not mention Bobby Knight?
00:33:32.000 In Indiana, right? We are in Indiana.
00:33:39.000 I had a pretty awesome experience.
00:33:41.000 Obviously, you know, you grow up watching someone who's just a winner and a leader and, you know, had a temper, but, you know, sort of like the attitude when they're like, Trump's attitude's gonna get us into World War III. No, no, Trump's attitude stopped us from getting into World War III. Like, there's a big difference.
00:33:57.000 These guys can't make that distinction, but, you know, Bobby Knight was an incredible guy.
00:34:01.000 I carried umbrellas for Bobby Knight in this very city one time, right?
00:34:05.000 And so I was with a friend, and it's 2015, and we know nothing about politics.
00:34:08.000 We're figuring this out, right? That's why the whole problem with Russia collusion was I'm sitting there being like, how could we collude with, like, we can't collude to order a cheeseburger.
00:34:15.000 We don't, like, we don't even, like, we're figuring it out as we go.
00:34:18.000 So I'm in Indiana with a friend, and I'm doing some stuff with, you know, outdoorsmen in the country and all that stuff, and he goes...
00:34:25.000 This was, you know, when it was going to be the firewall, right?
00:34:27.000 That Ted Cruz was going to come, the word Kasich was, you know, he was going to come in and win in Indiana, and that was going to change the momentum of the whole race.
00:34:33.000 And my buddy who's from Indiana, rural Indiana, and he says, oh, it's over.
00:34:38.000 I go, well, no, primary's not for like, what was it, like four or five days before, whatever it is.
00:34:42.000 He goes, no, no, no, it doesn't matter.
00:34:43.000 He goes, Bobby Knight just endorsed.
00:34:45.000 I go, you'd be like, Coach Knight?
00:34:46.000 Like, that's great. Like, well, what does that mean?
00:34:48.000 He goes, give me a couple minutes.
00:34:51.000 So we're driving in, like, rural, you know, like, you know, sort of one-stop sign towns.
00:34:56.000 And he goes, we get to the next one, and he stops.
00:35:01.000 He goes, let's go into this diner here.
00:35:03.000 The diner, let's call it, was about the size of this room.
00:35:05.000 It was a fairly big place. I guess it was also the nightclub at night, because there's not a lot in the town.
00:35:09.000 It was a great place. About the size of this room.
00:35:13.000 And let's just say about three-quarters of the room was a shrine to Bobby Knight.
00:35:21.000 And at that point I was like, oh wow, that's, yeah, it is over.
00:35:26.000 And I also knew then, we did the rally, it was funny, we did the rally with Bobby Knight right here in town.
00:35:32.000 And he gets up and, you know, he said some stuff that was very tough in perfect Bobby Knight fashion, right?
00:35:38.000 I think it was, I love Trump because when he needs to, if he needs to nuke someone, just do it, it doesn't matter.
00:35:42.000 And I was like, you know, I'm sitting there being like, you know, Maybe fair, probably a little aggressive.
00:35:53.000 But me figuring out politics, I'm like, we're going to get killed for this.
00:35:58.000 They're going to try to kill us.
00:36:00.000 Crickets. Meaning the media.
00:36:02.000 Even the media. Local media.
00:36:04.000 Let's just say not fans.
00:36:05.000 They were like, no way we're taking on Bobby Knight because no one would ever buy another newspaper again in Indiana.
00:36:10.000 And that's when I realized the power of that.
00:36:13.000 So I would be 100% remiss not to mention that.
00:36:16.000 I got to spend some time with him. He used to call me a lot afterwards.
00:36:19.000 What an awesome human being.
00:36:21.000 Just a great winner.
00:36:22.000 I think we need more like him.
00:36:24.000 So, but with that, we also need more like this man, your great Congressman, Jim Banks.
00:36:30.000 Give it up one more time for my good friend Don Trump Jr.
00:36:48.000 Welcome to Indiana. You wouldn't be surprised to know, like his dad, that's a guy who never backs down.
00:37:00.000 He doesn't back down, and that's what I like the most about him.
00:37:03.000 I think it's entirely appropriate that the very first public square town hall is in Indiana, right?
00:37:10.000 The Great Hoosier State.
00:37:16.000 And like Don said, when I think of Hoosiers, I think of Bobby Knight.
00:37:19.000 One of the reasons I went to Indiana University was to go to IU basketball games and watch him on the sidelines.
00:37:26.000 And you know, Don, I remember the first time I was in the Oval Office with the greatest
00:37:32.000 president of my lifetime, Donald Trump.
00:37:37.000 It was early in the administration, and he invited a group of us to come and talk about
00:37:44.000 the big — I think it was the big health care bill, maybe it was the tax cuts bill,
00:37:47.000 one of the big bills that was moving its way through Congress at that time.
00:37:51.000 And I'll never forget, it was one of those pinch me moments of my political life to go into the White House, into the Oval Office, And the president knew I was from Indiana, so he brought me up next to the big resolute desk.
00:38:05.000 And not far away was the vice president, Mike Pence, who happens to be from Indiana.
00:38:09.000 And President Trump looked at me and he said, I want to know, before he took the obligatory photo with me next to the flags and the desk, President Trump looks at me and says, I want to know one thing.
00:38:24.000 Was it Bobby Knight or Mike Pence who won Indiana for me?
00:38:29.000 And I saw the Vice President sort of grimace a little bit, or kind of gave me a funny look, and I said, there's no question about it, Bobby Knight is the reason that Donald Trump won Indiana.
00:38:42.000 And President Trump said, I knew it, I knew it.
00:38:45.000 Bobby Knight, a great man, great American.
00:38:47.000 And we honor him and remember him as we lay him to rest this week.
00:38:52.000 I think it's great that the first public square town hall is in the state of Indiana because how many of you knew that public square businesses representing the state of Indiana, there are almost 900 of them on the app.
00:39:08.000 If you have the app, you know this.
00:39:11.000 Almost 50,000 Hoosier users have downloaded the app and regularly use the Public Square app.
00:39:19.000 And I think that's a great thing because Public Square is the ground zero of supporting pro-American businesses and where better to find pro-American businesses and employers than right here in the Hoosier State, right?
00:39:33.000 That's why we're here today to talk about a movement that's very important to me.
00:39:37.000 We are in a location that is represented on the app here at Nevermore.
00:39:42.000 But I want to talk about Throughout the state of Indiana, those hundreds of businesses don't just make up bars and restaurants, they make up photographers or hardware stores.
00:39:55.000 Or, in my hometown, Columbia City, EB Bikes, a bicycle repair store.
00:40:01.000 Or in Fort Wayne, my friend Chris Parker, a local realtor, is on the app.
00:40:07.000 I could go on and on.
00:40:08.000 Freedom Firearms, a great company in the Fort Wayne area that you might choose to use.
00:40:14.000 You see, the reason that we are drawn to the app It's because wokeism is anti-Americanism.
00:40:22.000 And I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of giving my money to businesses who support causes that want to destroy America and that support woke, anti-American political causes.
00:40:33.000 That's why I really like this app, like all of you, right?
00:40:36.000 And that's why I'm excited.
00:40:38.000 That Public Square chose Indiana to be the first location of this town hall series.
00:40:44.000 I've been in Congress for going on eight years.
00:40:48.000 I was elected in 2016 when President Trump was elected as well.
00:40:52.000 And I've had a lot of wake-up calls in my public life and serving in Congress.
00:40:57.000 I was the first member of Congress to be kicked off Twitter for calling a biological man a man.
00:41:05.000 Thank you. A big wake-up call, though, after January 6th, when I was boycotted by many so-called American corporations because I objected to how the election in 2020 was carried out.
00:41:26.000 I stood with President Trump, and I stood up for election integrity, and I was boycotted for it.
00:41:36.000 I'll never forget some of these companies, companies like Amazon.
00:41:41.000 MasterCard, Nike, Walt Disney, and Zillow all said that they would never support me again because I stood up for election integrity.
00:41:52.000 So after that, I chaired something called the Republican Study Committee, the largest conservative caucus in Congress.
00:42:01.000 I was term limited.
00:42:02.000 I could only do it for one term.
00:42:05.000 And at the beginning of this Congress, at the beginning of this year, I was thinking about, what else can I do with my time?
00:42:11.000 So I started, what did I do?
00:42:12.000 I started the first ever anti-woke caucus in Congress.
00:42:22.000 Wokeism isn't just anti-Americanism.
00:42:24.000 Wokeism is weakness, okay?
00:42:27.000 And it doesn't belong anywhere near our schools, near our kids.
00:42:31.000 It definitely doesn't belong anywhere near our military.
00:42:34.000 I'm proud. I served in uniform.
00:42:37.000 I served in Afghanistan. I'm proud of my service in the military of the greatest country in the history of the world.
00:42:44.000 I never apologized for it.
00:42:46.000 But I'm sick and tired of some of the generals, like General Milley, who...
00:42:52.000 Pushed a woke movement on our men and women in uniform.
00:42:56.000 At the same time, we have kids being taught in school that America is inherently evil and racist and is not worth fighting and dying for.
00:43:04.000 Ladies and gentlemen, it is not sustainable for a great country like ours to teach our kids that.
00:43:10.000 And then expect them to raise their right hand and take an oath of office, knowing that when they do so, like so many of you, that they might be paying the ultimate sacrifice when they wear that uniform.
00:43:21.000 That's not sustainable. We can't expect our country to survive if we're pushing wokeism in schools, pushing it on our troops, and allowing some businesses to continue to support causes that will ultimately Undo our country, meaning that this country won't survive any longer.
00:43:39.000 So to me, that's what Public Square stands for.
00:43:43.000 They're the ground zero. There are other apps as well.
00:43:46.000 There are others who are a part of this anti-woke movement to create a parallel economy and show us, give us options to choose companies that are pro-America, Companies that won't discriminate against you and me because of our conservative political beliefs.
00:44:03.000 I don't know about all of you.
00:44:04.000 I want to know who those companies are so I can support them, right?
00:44:08.000 And that's why we're here today.
00:44:10.000 I'm so proud to take part in this town hall.
00:44:13.000 And once again, please join me in thanking Public Square for choosing Indiana as the
00:44:18.000 first location of this series that's going to go all over the country.
00:44:24.000 And really, the brains behind it all, Michael Seifert, is with us today, the CEO of Public
00:44:35.000 I believe he's up next, so I'm happy to turn the microphone over to him.
00:44:38.000 Thank you. God bless. How's it going?
00:44:53.000 It's great to see you all. You look wonderful this evening.
00:44:56.000 Congressman, thank you so much.
00:44:58.000 Can we hear it up one more time?
00:45:00.000 Congressman, thank you.
00:45:02.000 So we have an exciting rest of the evening together.
00:45:11.000 You're actually going to get to hear from Congressman Jim Banks again, as well as Donald Trump Jr.
00:45:15.000 You're also going to hear from a dear friend of mine, Alex Brucewitz, here in a moment.
00:45:18.000 But before we do that, I just want to thank you so much for coming and being a part of this.
00:45:22.000 This is, as Congressman mentioned, the first of many Public Square Town Hall series.
00:45:27.000 So, we are talking to incredible government leaders who are standing up for the principles core to Public Square.
00:45:33.000 A love for country, constitution, the values that that wonderful document protects.
00:45:38.000 We're bringing the economy back to the basics.
00:45:41.000 Excellence, meritocracy, a value for your community, a departure from equity, and an embrace of actual equality.
00:45:48.000 That's what we're doing at Public Square.
00:45:50.000 And it only works because of millions of patriots, like yourselves, around this great country That are recognizing that your vote is not limited to every two or four years.
00:46:01.000 Your vote is every single day.
00:46:04.000 Anytime you pull out your wallet to purchase a cup of coffee, or transact with a certain apparel entity, or house your finance with a certain financial institution, you are empowering something with those dollars.
00:46:19.000 And I don't know about you, but I want to actively be a part of empowering the type of future that I can be really proud of.
00:46:26.000 Actually, I was about to say I gave birth to my daughter.
00:46:29.000 That didn't happen. Although it is 2023, so you can infer from that what you like.
00:46:34.000 My wife and I, my beautiful wife, Sarah Gable, she gave birth to our first daughter a year ago.
00:46:40.000 And the whole game changed for me.
00:46:42.000 It was like I had this newfound perspective of why we're doing what we're doing.
00:46:47.000 If you would have asked me, over a year ago, why'd you start Public Square?
00:46:50.000 I would have said, to save the country, and to bring the power back to the hands of the people, and to shift the power structures of society back toward patriots, because small businesses are being eroded, and they need protection, and the consumers that value them are the ones that I want to continue empowering.
00:47:06.000 I would have given you all of these reasons, and all of those are true, but at the end of the day, since the birth of my daughter, the reason I'm doing what I'm doing is so that my daughter can have a better future.
00:47:15.000 That's it. That's the reason.
00:47:17.000 It so far eclipses the rest of the reasons.
00:47:20.000 That's the one. And I'm learning over this past year that our legacy and the future that we create will actually far extend beyond when I'm here any longer.
00:47:28.000 One day, when I'm dead and gone, I want to be able to know with blessed assurance that
00:47:32.000 I actively contributed to the type of country that will actually lead to the prospering
00:47:36.000 and success of my sweet girl, of your children, of your grandchildren.
00:47:48.000 So I could keep talking for a little while, but I want you to hear from one more voice.
00:47:51.000 I want you to hear it from a dear friend of mine, Alex Bruce Witts, who actually, credit where credit is due, had the original idea for the Public Square Town Hall series.
00:47:59.000 This was his brainchild.
00:48:00.000 I'm incredibly grateful for it.
00:48:01.000 After he speaks, we're going to come back together.
00:48:04.000 We are going to have a great session of questions and answers.
00:48:07.000 We're going to get to hear from Congressman Jim Banks and Donald Trump Jr.
00:48:10.000 one more time. And then we'll wrap up the evening.
00:48:12.000 We have a special surprise for you as well, so stay tuned.
00:48:15.000 We're looking forward to that, and we'll be able to take some of your questions from the audience as well.
00:48:18.000 So, thank you all for being with us this evening.
00:48:21.000 We've got one more speaker for us before we get into Q&A and I'd like to introduce my dear friend and brainchild of
00:48:26.000 the Public Square Town Hall series, Alex Brucewitz.
00:48:28.000 It's honestly cruel that they're having me go last when they're the professional speakers.
00:48:40.000 you later, guys.
00:48:41.000 All right, so let's start off with a quick poll.
00:48:45.000 I need you guys to make some noise.
00:48:48.000 Do you guys miss the Trump economy?
00:48:50.000 Yeah, me too.
00:48:57.000 I miss having a president that cut taxes, that unleashed American energy, that brought jobs back to America and put America first every single day.
00:49:12.000 And now, under geriatric Joe, we have an administration that does the exact opposite.
00:49:19.000 We have an administration that has created record high inflation, that has skyrocketed our gas prices, that has offshored our jobs, and, quite frankly, is destroying our country.
00:49:35.000 But fortunately, a year from today, Donald J. Trump will be president-elect once again.
00:49:42.000 Anyway, for those who don't know me, which is probably most of you, my name is Alex Bruzowitz
00:49:54.000 and I am the CEO of a political consulting company called X-Strategies.
00:49:58.000 And I have the luxury, well, I don't know if it's a luxury, you guys can decide, but I know all of the Republican lawmakers, okay?
00:50:06.000 And I can promise you that you have a fantastic one right here in Indiana in Representative Jim Banks.
00:50:13.000 And you guys should be very grateful for that.
00:50:19.000 And it's fitting that the very first public square town hall is here in Indiana because Jim Banks has been a leader against wokeism since the very beginning, and he's been a strong ally to President Trump since day one.
00:50:33.000 Wokeism is a cancer that destroys everything it touches, including Rachel Maddow, by the way.
00:50:39.000 No, seriously, look up Rachel Maddow in college and look at her today.
00:50:44.000 And the Cause of that?
00:50:46.000 It's called wokeism. Alright?
00:50:48.000 So if you think wokeism is bad, you're going to think it's really bad when you look at the side-by-side pictures.
00:50:54.000 But wokeism needs to be rooted out of our government, and Jim Banks is leading the fight.
00:50:59.000 It also needs to be rooted out of the private sector and Michael Seifert and Public Square and every single person in this room is leading that fight.
00:51:07.000 So thank you and God bless you all.
00:51:09.000 It's great to be here.
00:51:11.000 Let's save our country.
00:51:13.000 We all have a part to do.
00:51:14.000 Thank you, God bless.
00:51:16.000 Applause Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the stage, CEO and
00:51:26.000 founder of Public Square, Michael Seifert.
00:51:28.000 Applause All right, crew. I've got an exciting surprise for you.
00:51:38.000 If you've followed along with the email chains that we sent out to Public Square members heading up into this event, you might have caught an email last week where we announced that we would be giving a $1,000 business grant to one participant in the audience this evening.
00:51:52.000 And I kind of made an offhanded joke that, gosh, wouldn't it be great to have one of those big checks?
00:51:56.000 And I didn't realize how seriously my team took me.
00:51:59.000 So we've got a big check.
00:52:01.000 It's very exciting. And I'll say this.
00:52:06.000 We'll make a few more remarks at the end, but I just want to highlight each and every one of you that are business owners that have worked so hard and valiantly, especially over the past few years in a very tough economy, to continue your business prospering for the betterment of your community.
00:52:21.000 We're excited to initiate this grant program at each of these town halls.
00:52:25.000 Anytime we go to a new region, we actually want to pick a lucky audience member who we could actually back and say that we want to help you with capital to grow your business.
00:52:34.000 Because we know, we know, from our interactions with each and every one of you, that an investment in your business, that capital in your hands, will be put to good use.
00:52:43.000 It won't be put to ESG and DEI and all these ideologies that lead to the detriment of our society and our marketplace, but instead, it will lead to the prospering of your community because we have the right priorities in the proper alignment.
00:52:56.000 We're really proud tonight to give $1,000 of a business grant to one of your Indiana businesses.
00:53:01.000 You want to hear who it is? Yeah, awesome.
00:53:04.000 All right, I'm going to introduce this gentleman.
00:53:06.000 He's here in the audience with us tonight, dressed to the nines, okay?
00:53:09.000 This man is a name named Matthew Mollman.
00:53:12.000 Matthew, how you doing?
00:53:14.000 Let's hear it, man. Look at this big check.
00:53:18.000 All right, you get to carry that.
00:53:22.000 My arms are tired. Thank you.
00:53:25.000 Yeah, hang up here for a second.
00:53:27.000 Hey team, Matthew Molman leads a company called Monument Ventures.
00:53:32.000 Okay, so if you are interested in the world of finance, financial stewardship, excellence at the forefront of your business or your personal financial goals, this is your guy.
00:53:42.000 Okay, so he's not paying us for this.
00:53:43.000 In fact, we're paying him for this.
00:53:45.000 And we're really proud to back you because you're a business on Public Square.
00:53:48.000 You stand for the principles that have made this great flag behind you so special.
00:53:52.000 And we hope and pray that That this small but hopefully impactful gift will continue to lead your business prospering for the years and decades to come.
00:54:00.000 Sound good, Matthew? Great.
00:54:01.000 Thank you so much. I don't know if you can take that to a bank, but our team has the details, so you should try. It would be pretty funny.
00:54:19.000 You ever seen The Office? You ever seen that show?
00:54:21.000 Yeah. I told our team, I was like, I love that scene where Michael Scott walks out with the big check.
00:54:26.000 That'd be kind of funny. And there you go.
00:54:27.000 So Matthew, thank you. We really appreciate your business.
00:54:30.000 And we're excited that you are the first recipient of the Public Square Town Hall grant.
00:54:34.000 We're about to jump into Q&A. Sound good?
00:54:37.000 You got questions?
00:54:38.000 We have, hopefully, answers.
00:54:40.000 We're going to do our best to give you some answers that we hope provides value to you in your own journey as a business owner or a conscious consumer.
00:54:48.000 And we're going to kick start.
00:54:50.000 We've got a line over here on this side.
00:54:52.000 And I'm going to take a seat behind us as well.
00:54:55.000 We've got some handheld mics.
00:54:57.000 Beautiful. I'm going to take this one off of here.
00:55:01.000 And we'll be good to go. So, without further ado, we've got our question line on the side.
00:55:05.000 Thank you, sir. Appreciate it.
00:55:08.000 I'm going to moderate this time, so as you ask your question, I'll be able to provide some context, kick it to one of the gentlemen on my right or left, and we'll go from there.
00:55:17.000 So, without further ado, we'd love for you to introduce yourself, your name, if you're a business owner, if you could share your business as well, and then we'd love to hear your question.
00:55:26.000 Okay, hi. I'm Vanessa Battaglia.
00:55:28.000 I'm in the process of forming a business that I plan to put on Public Square very soon.
00:55:32.000 It's going to be ladies apparel.
00:55:34.000 And my question is, does Public Square plan to ultimately function as a digital marketplace like Amazon or Etsy?
00:55:41.000 Great question. Congratulations on the new business endeavor.
00:55:44.000 That's very exciting. Can we hear it for?
00:55:49.000 And you're in luck.
00:55:51.000 Yeah, you are. Yeah, you're definitely in luck.
00:55:54.000 We would love to help you sell your products directly on our platform.
00:55:57.000 Are you aware of the update that went out last week?
00:56:00.000 Did you see that? You know that we own publicsquare.com now instead of just publicsq.com?
00:56:05.000 If you're not aware of the update, last Wednesday we launched a massive release.
00:56:09.000 This release had a lot included in it in terms of extra functionality.
00:56:12.000 You can go to publicsquare.com and check it out.
00:56:15.000 It's a pretty amazing story, by the way, of how we got publicsquare.com.
00:56:18.000 For a little bit of context, to answer your question.
00:56:22.000 Originally, PublicSquare.com was a domain owned by a town in New York.
00:56:26.000 Watertown, New York owned this domain.
00:56:27.000 They had for like 20 years.
00:56:29.000 And when they originally heard from us that we were interested in purchasing this domain so we could kind of own the rights to Public Square fully on the internet, They gave us an exorbitantly high price.
00:56:39.000 They said that this domain is one of our most valuable commodities.
00:56:42.000 We're not giving it up. Well, over the course of the last year, there's been enough folks that thought that they were actually us, so they went to their site, they put in support requests or inquiries in their web form and said things like, we love what you're doing, down with Biden.
00:56:57.000 There may have been a few FJBs in there, just so we're clear.
00:57:02.000 So this town in New York is like, we did not sign up for this.
00:57:05.000 Do you want the domain? So it was a pretty wild set of circumstances.
00:57:10.000 Let's just say it went from usury to very reasonable.
00:57:14.000 Is that a fair assessment?
00:57:15.000 It is. We got a steep discount on publicsquare.com.
00:57:18.000 If you sent in an inquiry into Watertown, New York's business portal, thank you.
00:57:23.000 Appreciate it. To answer your question, another piece of this release is we actually introduced e-commerce functionality into the platform, where you can actually sell your products directly through the platform, which hopefully, more than anything else, will increase conversions to your business.
00:57:37.000 The reality is for the first year and a half of forming this company, because remember, Public Square, I didn't even have the idea for the platform three years ago.
00:57:45.000 This is a very nascent business, but because of God's grace and because of incredible consumers and businesses like each and every one of you, this thing has escalated and elevated far faster than we ever could have imagined.
00:57:54.000 In the early days, we started as a directory.
00:57:56.000 You could see businesses or products, services in your area that aligned with your values, and you could purchase, but the purchase took place on the business's site, which is an extra step for consumers.
00:58:07.000 None of us love the extra step, but we functioned kind of like a Yelp.
00:58:10.000 This release, though, that went out Wednesday, you can find it at publicsquare.com or on your app, actually allows you to purchase directly from the app experience itself without ever having to leave the site, which is a massive development.
00:58:22.000 One click, one shopping cart.
00:58:23.000 In fact, we had a guy last week put in a $14,000 order on the thing for, like, 30 different vendors all in one shopping cart.
00:58:31.000 So they got, like, trigger happy with the buy button.
00:58:33.000 And it was really, really exciting.
00:58:35.000 So to see the new level of functionality to the platform gets us ready for a business like yours to launch, link your products to the platform, and we're going to help you sell some apparel.
00:58:44.000 Sound good? Love it.
00:58:46.000 Sounds great. Thank you. Congratulations.
00:58:48.000 By the way, for the small businesses out there, why don't you give a quick update, Michael, just how easy it is to actually do that linking, right?
00:58:56.000 I'm on tech platforms.
00:58:58.000 I'm pretty good on social.
00:59:00.000 I don't confuse being able to talk smack well online with being a tech guy, but it's actually really simple to sort of just upload your whole sort of set of SKUs.
00:59:08.000 Yeah, in fact, if you're linked with another portal, for example, let's say you host your business on Shopify or Wix or WooCommerce or wherever it might be, we can actually integrate your existing storefront into our user interface.
00:59:20.000 So it's not like you have to go to the hurdle of creating a whole new hosted site.
00:59:24.000 If you just want to try it out, you want to take 10 minutes, you want to link your products, you want to see how it converts, you can do that.
00:59:30.000 We're starting there so we can make it super simple for you to link your business and your products.
00:59:34.000 That way, you can test the public square experience, see some sales start rolling in.
00:59:39.000 And what's also neat about this experience is not only is it easy and quick to do, but the businesses that are linking their products right now, we're really trying to elevate and put into collections.
00:59:49.000 And these are especially prominent businesses heading into the Christmas shopping season.
00:59:53.000 People are loving that ability to transact very simply.
00:59:56.000 So if you have not linked your products yet, please come talk to us after.
00:59:58.000 We'd love to teach you how to do that.
01:00:00.000 It's real quick and easy. And for you and your business that's launching soon, we hope that you'll take a few minutes and join us.
01:00:05.000 Thank you. Thank you.
01:00:06.000 Appreciate it. Can we hear for her? Thank you.
01:00:08.000 All right. Good evening.
01:00:16.000 My name is Jonathan McPike.
01:00:17.000 I'm the founder and the president of Agathos Law, which is a non-woke law firm here in Indiana.
01:00:22.000 And we specialize in representing parallel economy companies.
01:00:26.000 So my question for you, since everyone in the room knows how hard it is to start a new business even in the best of times, what plans does Public Square have to help entrepreneurs launch new businesses to help grow the parallel economy?
01:00:38.000 Love that. Thank you.
01:00:39.000 By the way, if you're a parallel economy business, you have to have a high level of intentionality on law.
01:00:46.000 Because we, as Don mentioned earlier, we have a target on our back.
01:00:49.000 And we know that there are folks that are looking for this to fail.
01:00:52.000 They're looking for Public Square to fail.
01:00:53.000 They're looking for your business to fail because they want to invalidate the idea that the parallel economy would ever need to exist.
01:01:00.000 They want the anti-woke caucus to fail because it would invalidate the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans that actually are believing for A future that is not captured by woke ideology.
01:01:10.000 Law is incredibly important.
01:01:12.000 Thank you for what you're doing first and foremost.
01:01:14.000 You're on the front lines defending the cause and I really appreciate that.
01:01:17.000 To answer your question, we have some exciting things in the works as we head into 2024, helping small business owners actually get their feet on the ground and begin really running as a new entrepreneur.
01:01:29.000 Some of them, these are tools we've already released.
01:01:32.000 For example, we launched a business tool that we are using as a company, so we thought, well, we might as well open it up for our community to use as well, called PSQLink, which is a compilation of a few different white-labeled tools with a few custom tools of our own included that helps small businesses increase their sales, because if you learned like we did, Salesforce has no regard for your business.
01:01:51.000 They don't care about you. In fact, Mark Benioff, the CEO of Salesforce, called himself The most anti-conservative CEO in the country.
01:01:58.000 He called himself that.
01:02:00.000 Funded a lawsuit against your father.
01:02:02.000 This man owns Time Magazine, so he's got his mouthpiece through media, and this is Salesforce that's supposed to be the engine helping you and your business grow?
01:02:09.000 I don't think so. So we've got tools that we're launching over the course of the coming 12 months especially, but we've also got some cool content in the mix from famous entrepreneurs that have been in our movement that are going to help small business owners learn kind of the Rules of the road, tips of the trade.
01:02:28.000 You know, it's a famous saying that I shouldn't have to eat dirt to know it doesn't taste good.
01:02:32.000 You guys ever heard that before? One of the challenges that we face as a business owner, golly, I know I have, is that I've made so many errors that I hope the entrepreneurs after me won't have to make.
01:02:41.000 And so our goal is getting good content, good tools, and good solutions in front of business owners in packages that are condensed so that folks don't have to make the same mistakes that many of us did as hiccups along the way, and instead, Can propel and expedite their journey?
01:02:57.000 Because the country needs your entrepreneurship right now.
01:02:59.000 One of the things, actually, and one of the companies we work with, because a big part of that is your hiring process, right?
01:03:05.000 It's that sort of the job board.
01:03:07.000 You know, if you go work for a company that doesn't share your values, your work experience is miserable, you're not going to be a productive employee.
01:03:14.000 If you're a small business owner, okay, and I use the example of, you know, these days, you're a small business owner and you say Merry Christmas to someone with, you know, rainbow hair, you know, you're going to be Sued.
01:03:27.000 We work with a company called Red Balloon.
01:03:29.000 You can find them at redballoon.work.
01:03:32.000 And they do a lot of that sort of HR vetting as well so that you can find people who are working in your company that have aligned values with you.
01:03:40.000 When you show up and you feel welcomed at work, you're going to be more productive and vice versa from a business perspective.
01:03:46.000 So much of that and so many of the biggest mistakes that I see as a business guy is actually in that bad hire.
01:03:53.000 That bad hire for a small business can be debilitating.
01:03:57.000 They find a class action loft.
01:03:59.000 They just keep going.
01:04:02.000 Lawfare probably more than any human being in the world.
01:04:04.000 If you've been watching TV, you've probably seen some of that.
01:04:07.000 But for a small business, it's no different.
01:04:09.000 And the other side has shown that they'd be 100% willing to weaponize that against a small business.
01:04:15.000 And a small business doesn't have the wherewithal to spend, in our case, hundreds of millions of dollars fighting on that onslaught of nonsense.
01:04:23.000 And so it's a big part of it.
01:04:24.000 So there are more and more of these resources.
01:04:26.000 A law firm like yours, I love that.
01:04:30.000 Because you need it.
01:04:32.000 Perils that we face that perhaps we don't throw back at the other side the same way.
01:04:38.000 Yeah, I'm really glad he brought up Red Balloon.
01:04:40.000 Highly recommend you check it out if you're hiring or if you're looking for a job.
01:04:44.000 We've heard incredible success stories of people coming out of that platform.
01:04:48.000 That's kind of our preferred vendor in the world of jobs.
01:04:51.000 One quick story. There was a physical therapist clinic that was looking for a new nurse slash kind of aid on site.
01:04:59.000 And they had been looking for a while because their values were really important to them and they felt like it was a hard time finding talent.
01:05:05.000 Well, Simultaneously, there was a nurse that was getting fired from her hospital system because she refused the vaccine.
01:05:11.000 For 10 years, this hospital trusted her with her patient's health, but then when it came time to trust her with her own health, they denied her future employment.
01:05:21.000 So she was fired, but...
01:05:22.000 Rest assured, she found this physical therapist clinic in the first interview, was hired on the spot, and the clinic actually prayed for her and said, our values align.
01:05:30.000 We're so grateful you're here.
01:05:31.000 We're loving being in business.
01:05:33.000 It's only the first day. And we've touched base.
01:05:36.000 That was about a year ago. And their employment is going swimmingly because of that sort of values alignment that you're not going to find anywhere else.
01:05:42.000 So it's a long answer, but it's a really important question.
01:05:45.000 Thank you very much. Thank you.
01:05:46.000 Thank you.
01:05:47.000 Appreciate it.
01:05:48.000 Let's hear it for him.
01:05:49.000 Thank you.
01:05:50.000 Hi, I'm Ananya Manny, a legal immigrant in this country and trying to live the American
01:05:58.000 dream.
01:05:59.000 Wow.
01:06:00.000 Thank you.
01:06:03.000 So the question I have is, how do we deal with multiple generations that have been taught through education and culture to hate America?
01:06:13.000 So my friend Jeff Cardwell, owner of Cardwell Do It Best and I were just talking about this earlier today.
01:06:20.000 Wall Street Journal published a poll A couple of months ago, in 1998, 70% of Americans said that they were very patriotic.
01:06:33.000 Today, 38%, only 38% of Americans say that they are very patriotic, that they love their country, that they believe, like you and I do, that this is the greatest country in the history of the world.
01:06:48.000 So somewhere along the way, we stopped teaching our kids that America is great, right?
01:06:53.000 But I think there's also another layer to this.
01:06:56.000 I believe that it is Bidenomics.
01:06:58.000 We have never seen a period of time like we have over the last three years with a There's a greater growing divide between the haves and the have-nots in this country because of the radical left-wing policies of this administration.
01:07:16.000 First-time homebuyers can't buy a house because interest rates are so high.
01:07:21.000 It's inflation and everything that you buy costs more to buy it.
01:07:26.000 But it's also the drug epidemic.
01:07:29.000 Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death of working age Americans, Americans my age, also of military eligible age.
01:07:38.000 Flowing over a wide-open border because of the policies of one president of this administration that's opened the border wide open.
01:07:46.000 Fentanyl floods into communities.
01:07:49.000 I'm traveling the whole state.
01:07:51.000 There is not a community that I've been to over the last year in Indiana that hasn't been impacted by the drug crisis or a family that hasn't been impacted by it, too.
01:08:01.000 So all of that Has led to, I believe, a disastrous point where far less than 50% of Americans say that they are very patriotic.
01:08:12.000 That's a dangerous place for any great country to get to.
01:08:17.000 And the values being pushed on us by Wall Street and woke corporations that don't believe that America is great, they don't see themselves or view themselves as American corporations, They're selling us out to our biggest adversary, China. By the way, Donald Trump was the first president of my lifetime, of either party, to say that China is a threat to America.
01:08:42.000 And he did something about it.
01:08:44.000 Now we have a president who's literally in bed with the Chinese Communist Party.
01:08:48.000 Maybe not him, but with Hunter, you never know.
01:08:50.000 Right? When I think about the China threat, I think about the nearly 100,000 manufacturing jobs that have been killed in our state, in Indiana alone, when Republicans and Democrats granted China most favored nation status.
01:09:10.000 Wall Street, corporate America, political values that sold out our country to our biggest enemy and killed our jobs in the process.
01:09:19.000 So we're at a dangerous point.
01:09:22.000 The only solution is the people in this room.
01:09:24.000 Those of you who understand that this country is worth fighting and dying for, we have to stand up for a great country if we want to pass it on to our kids.
01:09:32.000 I have three daughters, 14, 12, and 10, so please pray for us.
01:09:38.000 But I want them to know that every day I want them to wake up and know that this country is great and it's worth fighting for.
01:09:44.000 And we've got to build movements like this one to continue to push that sentiment onto the next generation and we're going to lose this great country in the process.
01:09:56.000 Jim, I mean, expand on it a little bit further because, you know, we're talking obviously about corporate, but it's not just corporate, right?
01:10:01.000 I mean, you served our country in the military.
01:10:04.000 You see the recruitment numbers right now, and it seems reflective, I mean, that they can't make basic recruitment numbers because, you know, what patriotic American is going to go fight for Plenty of things that don't seem all that patriotic, certainly within the military.
01:10:19.000 Talk about that, because as someone who has served that way, continues to serve, is going further in terms of now going, in my opinion, you'll be the next senator from the great state of Indiana.
01:10:31.000 But it's not just corporate.
01:10:33.000 It goes so much further beyond.
01:10:34.000 In places that you couldn't imagine there'd be an astonishing lack of patriotism.
01:10:39.000 Yeah. This is a...
01:10:40.000 Alex Brucewitz said it well earlier.
01:10:43.000 Wokeism is a cancer, and it will eat America inside out if we allow it to.
01:10:47.000 But we don't have to allow it to.
01:10:48.000 I mean, this movement that we're talking about today...
01:10:50.000 It's pushing back against it.
01:10:52.000 But it's really dangerous, Don, when we're talking about the military.
01:10:55.000 You're right. This year is the 50th anniversary of an all-volunteer force in our military, and yet is the biggest recruitment crisis in American history.
01:11:05.000 I mean, the Army is, I think, 15,000 soldiers off of their recruitment goals this year.
01:11:10.000 And you wonder why, with generals like General Milley, This guy is the most political general that we've ever had in American history.
01:11:20.000 Jim, are you saying the drag queen influencers?
01:11:25.000 They haven't moved the needle to get other good red-blooded patriotic Americans.
01:11:29.000 You had Bud Light and the whole Dylan Mulvaney situation happen, and then you had the Navy say, hey, Bud Light, hold my beer.
01:11:37.000 Watch this. The Navy hires a transgender, the same thing, a trans social media influencer to try to recruit for the Navy, and now my beloved United States Navy is 10,000 sailors short of their recruitment goals.
01:11:52.000 So here's what we did, Don. We created the Anti-Woke Caucus.
01:11:55.000 And the whole point of the Anti-Woke Caucus was to get members of Congress together in the same room and strategize.
01:12:01.000 How can we use our power, especially in this new Republican majority?
01:12:06.000 It's a small majority, but we have a majority.
01:12:09.000 How can we cut the head off the snake of wokeism?
01:12:13.000 When Biden came to office on his very first day, one of the very first things that he did was he instructed every federal agency to create chief diversity officers.
01:12:22.000 Why does the VA need a chief diversity officer?
01:12:25.000 Why does the EPA need that?
01:12:27.000 Because they want to do away with the very American principles of merit.
01:12:32.000 Right? And they want to choose political values to hire people in the federal government instead of America being built on a meritocracy.
01:12:42.000 So here's what we did with the Anti-Woke Caucus, and I'll finish with this.
01:12:45.000 We got in a room, we strategized, and we passed the most anti-woke defense bill in history.
01:12:50.000 We banned drag shows on military bases first.
01:12:54.000 We killed the job for this drag show Navy recruiter.
01:13:06.000 We said the Navy shouldn't be investing money in somebody that does social media influencing to try to recruit if that's how they're going to recruit.
01:13:15.000 But we also made it very clear in the defense bill that no one can be promoted, assigned, or even accepted into the military Because of the color of their skin, their political views, their sexuality, they should be chosen because of their merit, that they are the best person to serve our country.
01:13:38.000 Right now, for the first time in a lifetime, the Congress, with our new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, we're working through the regular appropriations process, and we're axing line items in every appropriation bill that funds DEI in the federal government.
01:13:55.000 Taxpayers shouldn't be paying for that.
01:13:57.000 Your hard-earned tax dollars shouldn't go to that.
01:14:01.000 So that's what we're up to.
01:14:03.000 Hey, I want to give one more piece of feedback in answer to your question.
01:14:08.000 What I really think is important for the next generation to embrace, especially in this age of kind of competing information, it's truly an information war for the lives of the next generation.
01:14:19.000 They've got to embrace content Material online that is actually encouraging patriotism, encouraging their development as a young American, rather than detracting away from it.
01:14:31.000 So what I would recommend doing, and we've tried to push this at Public Square heavily, is find educational resources, content through media that is actually standing against the Disney's of the world that are trying to teach you that Cinderella's now a man and And Snow White should be all about race.
01:14:47.000 I mean, all this nonsense is taking place, but there are alternatives on the Public Square platform.
01:14:52.000 Daily Wire is doing a great job of building educational alternatives.
01:14:56.000 Yeah, they're doing an awesome job in content.
01:14:59.000 There's something out there, and you can find it.
01:15:01.000 I mean, again, because it's such a key tenant of the show that we're streaming live as part of it.
01:15:06.000 Patriot Mobile. Right? You're going to have a cell phone in your pocket anyway.
01:15:09.000 But you saw, you know, AT&T, literally the parent company of which tried to cancel OAN and Newsmax.
01:15:14.000 Like literally just cancel conservative programming.
01:15:17.000 You can use your hard earned money to fund that.
01:15:21.000 Or you can take two seconds and go to like a Patriot Mobile.
01:15:25.000 I always say go to patriotmobile.com slash triggered like the show.
01:15:28.000 You can flip it over.
01:15:30.000 It takes like that. But we've just got to take the effort.
01:15:33.000 I've got my phone.
01:15:35.000 I'm just comfortable. We can't sit back and hope that the other side is going to act decently.
01:15:40.000 We can't pretend this is an arm's length transaction.
01:15:44.000 There are people out there.
01:15:45.000 You can find the vast majority of them on Public Square.
01:15:47.000 Like I said, it's growing like you can't believe it's going to get better.
01:15:50.000 It's going to get easier. But we also have to get used to actually just taking Soon you won't even have to take the extra step because it'll all be right there.
01:15:59.000 But to actually like bother to look, to actually change, to actually do that because they would do it to us in a second.
01:16:06.000 With the other side, we're playing two different games.
01:16:10.000 We've been playing t-ball for 50 years while the other side's been playing fast pitch hardball.
01:16:15.000 It's allowed them to take over every institution in America.
01:16:19.000 We can't do that anymore if we want to actually leave our country, you know, to our children and our grandchildren in a way that they could actually recognize.
01:16:25.000 You know, so there are things like that.
01:16:27.000 Like I said, the sponsor of the show, Patriot Mobile.
01:16:29.000 You know, there are guys out there doing this.
01:16:32.000 You just have to take the time to actually find them.
01:16:34.000 Public Square is a great place to do that.
01:16:36.000 Love it. Thank you.
01:16:38.000 God bless America. Hey, thank you.
01:16:39.000 Appreciate you. All right.
01:16:45.000 Matthew Mollman, Monument Ventures.
01:16:47.000 Today, it's an investment fund for those who would agree what was said on this stage this evening.
01:16:53.000 Tomorrow, we're going to be a large business, not a small business.
01:16:57.000 We have a vision to build the Berkshire Hathaway for our side.
01:17:01.000 My question, how do we overcome the giant obstacle of complacency?
01:17:08.000 Specifically, How do we get like-minded people to move their investments in banking away from the woke companies and toward better aligned solutions?
01:17:21.000 I'll take a stab at this first.
01:17:23.000 Your cause is noble because just like we talk a lot about a desire for consumers to shift their dollars to businesses that share their values and employees to match with employers that share their values, there's also a desire for investors to invest their capital with businesses that share their values.
01:17:39.000 I'll never forget the day, it was probably about eight years ago, that my father, who had I've been building up a Disney investment for his son, me, for years, finally said, hey, I sold it all.
01:17:51.000 We moved it because we're done.
01:17:52.000 We're not going to fund your future with a company who actually aggressively wants to pervert your future.
01:17:59.000 We're not going to do it. As for this family and this house, not a chance.
01:18:04.000 So what's so important for us to recognize as conscious consumers but also conscious investors is there are other options out there.
01:18:12.000 We just have to look and actually unsubscribe from the corrupt system and embrace these other companies that have an ESG score of zero because they don't even pay attention to it.
01:18:21.000 We need to actually reinvest in the industries that have been long forgotten or criticized by the woke tyrants in our society.
01:18:28.000 What do I mean? Oil and gas.
01:18:30.000 We need these commodities.
01:18:31.000 They're valuable to our society.
01:18:33.000 Invest in local businesses when you have the chance.
01:18:36.000 I really encourage folks often to pay attention to entities like Strive Asset Management.
01:18:42.000 What you're doing in this space sounds really exciting and I'd encourage folks to reach out to you.
01:18:46.000 Find a financial advisor who's willing to partner with you and your family's values.
01:18:51.000 My father was a financial advisor for 30 years and what he would do with clients is he'd sit down and the first question he'd ask, he'd say, what are your goals as a family?
01:18:59.000 Who do you trust with your money?
01:19:01.000 And do they know your goals as a family?
01:19:03.000 Do they genuinely know that it hurts inside to be funding your opposition?
01:19:08.000 If they don't know, you should call them tomorrow.
01:19:10.000 You should say, hey, I want to make sure that for our family and our portfolio, we're not funding companies that are acting aggressively toward our family's values.
01:19:20.000 And then, over time, as you build positions in these companies and you're aware of what's happening in society, you'll notice it has a massive impact.
01:19:27.000 What do I mean? Y'all, in the spring we saw Anheuser-Busch, Disney, and Target see a $50 billion dollar decrease.
01:19:36.000 $50 billion dollars and here's the reality.
01:19:44.000 That money doesn't just eviscerate, it changes hands.
01:19:47.000 That money's got to go somewhere because it's reflective of consumer spending.
01:19:51.000 So look at the power in your investments.
01:19:53.000 J.P. Morgan had to downgrade Target's stock twice.
01:19:56.000 They had their first quarterly earnings miss in six years.
01:19:59.000 Do you know the last time they missed their quarterly earnings?
01:20:01.000 Do you remember what was happening six years ago?
01:20:03.000 It was the bathroom debacle.
01:20:04.000 Target came out and they stood for transgender bathrooms.
01:20:07.000 They clearly did not learn their lesson.
01:20:09.000 And so, we have power with our investment dollars, with our consumer spending.
01:20:14.000 It starts with awareness, then it moves to action.
01:20:17.000 Finally, you gotta be an evangelist for this type of stuff.
01:20:20.000 If you found a solution, if you found a financial advisor, if you found a wealth solution that's helping you achieve Your family's goals.
01:20:27.000 Tell your communities.
01:20:29.000 The reality is for businesses like yours, the thing that will matter more than anything else is word of mouth referrals.
01:20:34.000 When people say, I trust Matthew because he has my family's goals in mind, that will mean more than any amount of SEO. That will matter more than any amount of digital ads that you could run.
01:20:45.000 So it really happens through the grassroots.
01:20:48.000 That's my encouragement. Spread the word and all of a sudden, You're going to witness companies like Vanguard, say what they said three months ago.
01:20:55.000 BlackRock, say what they said two months ago.
01:20:58.000 ESG is failing. Now, watch carefully.
01:21:00.000 Don't take your off the ball. BlackRock's just renaming it.
01:21:02.000 They're still doing ESG. They're just renaming it.
01:21:05.000 But the point is, you've got them into a corner.
01:21:07.000 Why would they ever say it's not working and we have to backtrack if the pressure was not on them?
01:21:11.000 So my encouragement, keep it up because they're learning that we the people are not buying
01:21:15.000 what they're selling.
01:21:18.000 I'm very proud of our state legislature in Indiana that banned ESG investments in our
01:21:29.000 state pension program this year.
01:21:30.000 Thank you.
01:21:33.000 That's a really big deal, guys, because it's literally just an experiment.
01:21:39.000 We're going to promote someone because they check a box, not because they know anything about investing.
01:21:44.000 And when that goes wrong, that's your retirement.
01:21:49.000 That person won't be penalized because they were put in a position they should have never been in.
01:21:53.000 That's not how it works.
01:21:55.000 You will be. Your children and your grandchildren will be.
01:21:59.000 You see that so much.
01:22:01.000 It's a crisis in our country.
01:22:03.000 The unfunded pension liability is going to be a disaster.
01:22:05.000 It's going to be made worse with some of the decisions that are being made by corporate America because in their little circles, In New York City, or in D.C., or wherever they vacation where most can't afford to vacation, it's seen as wonderful.
01:22:22.000 They're incredibly progressive.
01:22:25.000 What actually happens to the people matters.
01:22:28.000 I mean, honestly, it's a big part of sort of like the Trump movement, right?
01:22:31.000 You see, well, the billionaire class doesn't like Trump anymore because they want a president that they can call, and he jumps to them.
01:22:37.000 They're really America first, unless you can get your widget from China for half a cent cheaper, in which case we'll make an exception.
01:22:44.000 You know, there's a reason they're going after him.
01:22:46.000 It's because he understands what he's doing can be for the people.
01:22:50.000 He's not bought and paid for.
01:22:51.000 He's the only guy that assumed that office that actually came out We have less money.
01:22:56.000 You know, I'm still trying to figure out how some of these people, you know, Dianne Feinstein, you know, $100 million fortune, I'm saying, that's pretty impressive.
01:23:03.000 Pretty impressive on a, you know, $200,000 a year salary.
01:23:06.000 You know, Joe Biden can't form a complete sentence, but he's worth millions.
01:23:11.000 You know, I don't think China, when they invested in Hunter Biden, had ESG in mind, where they said, they are underrepresented in crackhead money managers.
01:23:21.000 We need more. We need to be diversified.
01:23:23.000 You know, they don't make that decision.
01:23:25.000 They do that if they're trying to buy someone.
01:23:27.000 Still trying to figure out how the grandchildren and the ex-girlfriend also were getting checks from these...
01:23:31.000 You know, it seems sort of odd. I don't think the grandchildren are...
01:23:34.000 They're not even business people, let alone international business people.
01:23:37.000 But, you know, that doesn't seem to matter.
01:23:39.000 You know, but trust me, if you listen to the mainstream media, we're still waiting for all of the evidence.
01:23:44.000 I'm like, I mean, the wire transfers, the admissions, the phone calls, the photos, the...
01:23:48.000 I mean, you know...
01:23:49.000 87,000 emails under an alias name from Joe Biden.
01:23:57.000 You know, I don't know.
01:23:59.000 It's a lot of emails.
01:24:02.000 I've been in business for 25 years.
01:24:04.000 I don't think I've sent 87,000 emails in my own name, let alone in an alias name.
01:24:11.000 And if you're sending that many, you know, We're laughing because it sounds funny because I'm waiting for the cameras to fall out of the sky like I'm a star of the Truman Show.
01:24:22.000 It's got to be a joke, but it's actually happening.
01:24:24.000 No one's asking the question.
01:24:26.000 No one's asking in our media, hey, do you think maybe, I don't know, Ukraine has a couple more laptops or videos or wire transfers that they're saying, you know what, Joe Biden's going to make these decisions that could get our children, won't be Joe or his children, your children, To send them to die off in a war against an enemy that they're losing too badly, but you know, it doesn't matter.
01:24:50.000 Because maybe they have some more information.
01:24:52.000 I know if it was Trump in office, they'd be asking these questions because of course it could be possible, right?
01:24:58.000 Of course it's likely the most plausible answer for why we're putting America last on everything as it relates to China, on Ukraine, basically all of our enemies.
01:25:08.000 Of course it's the most plausible answer, just like, you know, The Wuhan lab leak theory was always the most...
01:25:15.000 Of course it came from the Wuhan lab that studies the exact virus in question.
01:25:19.000 No, no, no. No, no, no, folks.
01:25:21.000 It came from, like, right there, like three feet outside of the lab, magically.
01:25:25.000 It's magic, right? It came from there.
01:25:28.000 But if you were a scientist, you were defunded.
01:25:31.000 You lost your research grant because Fauci was signing off on them.
01:25:33.000 He knew exactly where it was coming, and you knew that because that's what he was telling his colleagues in his email, which was the exact opposite of what he was telling the people on a world stage.
01:25:42.000 That's where we are. That's why, you know, I guess we sort of alluded to the apathy of, well, I've just sort of left it alone.
01:25:51.000 You know, I'm not going to switch my phone carrier.
01:25:53.000 I don't want to switch my banker.
01:25:54.000 You know, it's just easy. You know, I saw it with me.
01:25:58.000 You know, I had a little just new startup That I started just to literally aggregate news from everywhere, right?
01:26:05.000 So that people could actually see, not just the Google algorithm, which shows you, you know, the first 400 pages of a search topic is, you know, the CNN take, you know, and I will say, you know, is that true or did you see it on CNN? Because they're two very different things.
01:26:18.000 And so I did this, I think you were there, Jim, because it was at CPAC, and we spoke about it the day it happened.
01:26:24.000 I'm literally about to go on the stage at CPAC. And my partner in this app, it's called MXM News, like minute by minute.
01:26:30.000 It was just like, we take the New York Times and we'll show you Breitbart.
01:26:32.000 We'll show you both and you make your own decision.
01:26:34.000 Articles from across the spectrum.
01:26:36.000 My partner calls me like, we lost, I think we were hacked.
01:26:41.000 I go, what do you mean we were hacked? Well, we had, you know, three quarters of a million dollars.
01:26:45.000 That was our operating budget for this business in our account.
01:26:49.000 And I just checked the balance. It's at zero.
01:26:50.000 I go, that's not ideal.
01:26:52.000 I'm about to give a speech in front of a few thousand people.
01:26:53.000 I'm like, it's a bad swing thought.
01:26:56.000 You know, you're sitting there like, ah!
01:26:59.000 And so, you know, I'm speaking to all the...
01:27:01.000 We call the bank.
01:27:03.000 Oh, oh, yeah, yeah, PNC Bank, like a major, you know, pretty major bank.
01:27:07.000 Okay, yeah, well, no, we just don't want to do business with you.
01:27:11.000 Well, did we do something wrong?
01:27:12.000 No, we just don't, you know, oh, there's a cashier's check in the mail.
01:27:15.000 They didn't even let us know.
01:27:18.000 They just sent a check in the mail.
01:27:21.000 We were, again, we'll show you the New York Times.
01:27:24.000 We're not creating news.
01:27:25.000 We're just taking everything and showing you what it is because everyone else is hiding it.
01:27:29.000 So we did that in app form.
01:27:32.000 And that in and of itself, being able to show you perhaps both sides of a story, not just the narrative given to you by the regime propagandists, that was enough.
01:27:41.000 We just don't want to do business with you.
01:27:43.000 Now, of course, so I'm sitting there at CPAC, you know, Mentioned it to Kevin McCarthy, who was the Speaker of the House at the time.
01:27:49.000 I mean, he put out a tweet about it, actually.
01:27:52.000 Sort of like, this is ridiculous, but this is what's happening every day.
01:27:57.000 You know, you saw what they did in the UK to Nigel Farage.
01:27:59.000 I mean, you know, he was in the European Parliament.
01:28:03.000 They debanked him.
01:28:04.000 Similar. These are not guys that are fringe radicals.
01:28:11.000 It's not like, oh, it's not going to happen to me.
01:28:13.000 No, no, it's exactly going to happen to you.
01:28:15.000 If they can do it to me, I have a big platform.
01:28:18.000 I had dinner that night with Carrie Lake and Matt Gaetz and Nigel, and they're all hitting it on their socials, so all of a sudden we get a call from the bank the next day.
01:28:27.000 Yes, it seems to have been an error.
01:28:29.000 Bullshit. It's a magic error.
01:28:32.000 You told us you don't want to do business with you.
01:28:35.000 There's a check in the mail.
01:28:36.000 That's not an error.
01:28:39.000 It was just you got caught.
01:28:43.000 And you got called out on a very large platform, but that's the point, right?
01:28:47.000 When we talk about the apathy, I don't want to go through the effort.
01:28:50.000 Hey guys, if they can do it to me, yeah, I got some means, I got a pretty solid platform, I have a lot of people that follow me, and I can call you out.
01:29:01.000 And I will, because I'm not afraid of that shit.
01:29:06.000 And if they're still like, doesn't matter, send it.
01:29:10.000 You don't think you're next?
01:29:12.000 You don't think they'll do it to you because you're nice?
01:29:15.000 No, they'll do it to you because they think of you as weak and incapable of actually fighting back.
01:29:20.000 In many cases, they're right. That's what's going on on a daily basis.
01:29:24.000 So that's why, I mean, we need that call to action.
01:29:27.000 It's not just enough to sort of, well, we'll leave well enough alone and maybe they'll, you know, Rename, just like the statistics, right?
01:29:33.000 The unemployment statistics. Well, we've done it this way for 50 years, but to make it seem really good to the people, we're going to break all of the norms of 50 years and tell you it's great by changing the methodology.
01:29:45.000 That's what they're doing on a daily basis.
01:29:47.000 Whether it's the job numbers or the this, they're creating artificial confidence.
01:29:52.000 We can't fall for that anymore.
01:29:55.000 We have to understand. And Michael said it best.
01:29:57.000 You've got to talk to your friends.
01:29:58.000 The word of mouth is number one.
01:29:59.000 Like, if you get people to do it, that's what I saw with this.
01:30:01.000 Even now, you know, flew here, commercial going through the airports, and I think, you know, you see it.
01:30:07.000 Like, the people are like, you know, now, even in places like New York, they're like, They don't want to get hit in the head with a brick by BLM or Hamas.
01:30:17.000 And I understand that.
01:30:20.000 But we have to stop being afraid.
01:30:26.000 I work with Michael all the time, and we speak often times daily.
01:30:31.000 When he's like, wow, I'm actually sort of shocked at the level of support that you get walking through even Atlanta Airport.
01:30:37.000 Not just Indianapolis, but it's there.
01:30:42.000 Okay, it's real. We just have to sort of take that first step, right?
01:30:47.000 My father did it starting this whole thing.
01:30:49.000 But, like, the one guy going out by himself, guess what?
01:30:51.000 They throw all the slings and arrows.
01:30:52.000 They can take out the most powerful guy in the world.
01:30:55.000 You get 150, 175 million Americans following suit, they ain't gonna do it.
01:30:59.000 Because they'll go out of business so fast, your head will spin.
01:31:02.000 And that's what this is really all about.
01:31:04.000 And, you know, creating that platform.
01:31:07.000 So... Just make sure you're getting involved.
01:31:11.000 Check out the people on the app.
01:31:13.000 Take that time. Figure it out.
01:31:14.000 Do the diligence. If we do that, this could be one of the greatest sort of economic movements, beyond political, because it's both.
01:31:26.000 But this has been weaponized against us for half a century.
01:31:29.000 We've foolishly gone along and we've turned the other cheek pretending again that these are honest dealers.
01:31:34.000 They would never do everything that they're doing, but we've seen it.
01:31:38.000 They're saying the quiet parts out loud.
01:31:39.000 So, you know, we need to get involved in that.
01:31:42.000 And if we do, again, I think we win.
01:31:44.000 Great.
01:31:45.000 Do you agree?
01:31:46.000 Do we want to take some questions?
01:31:47.000 I do.
01:31:48.000 Anyone else for the crowd?
01:31:49.000 Yeah.
01:31:50.000 I'm going to take a question.
01:31:51.000 Yeah, I would love to hear. We're going to take three or four more quick questions here.
01:31:56.000 Yeah, here we go.
01:31:59.000 I'm going to give her my mic.
01:32:00.000 Do you want to come over here? Or do you want to give her the mic?
01:32:02.000 You want to go to the mic there? Yeah, do you mind walking over here to the mic?
01:32:05.000 Thank you.
01:32:07.000 God bless you for everything that you do.
01:32:09.000 Sorry. I'm Ali Madden, founder of the Front Porch Patriots here in Indianapolis.
01:32:14.000 I've done all the things, switched the cell phone, closed the bank account.
01:32:18.000 I am not afraid, right?
01:32:21.000 We have to stand up against the regime.
01:32:24.000 So I've been shopping with a parallel economy for about two years.
01:32:32.000 This evening was a catalyst for me to pick up the app and start using that, so thank you.
01:32:37.000 My question is, I'm very concerned about our food source with the mRNA in our food, so will you be working with farmers and beef producers and the like so we can have a clean food supply chain?
01:32:54.000 Great question. First of all, yeah, let's hear it for her.
01:33:02.000 I'd actually love for you to address this here in a moment, given that Indiana is obviously heavy into agriculture, but I would encourage you to check out some of the amazing food producers on Public Square.
01:33:12.000 In fact, many of them have taken very adamant stances against injections into the meat and some of the tampering with the food sources and some of the Chemical ingenuity taking place that's spawned by a lot of folks like Bill Gates and the like.
01:33:26.000 I would encourage you to check out some of those.
01:33:29.000 I think of brands like Simpsons Meats or I think of companies like Good Ranchers that are really vocal about this issue.
01:33:34.000 The other piece that's really neat, especially with the local functionality on the platform, so if you go to the local or to the near me on the platform, whether you're on the website or the app, You'll see a lot of, depending on where you're located, food resources in your local community.
01:33:47.000 We actually heard that there was a pretty neat farmer's market, one of the largest in the country, I believe it was in Georgia, that just signed up last week and is driving people there because they're embracing this natural, free humanity in a way that's obviously exemplified through their politics and through their interactions with each other and their consumer spending habits.
01:34:06.000 But also what they're eating and what they're intaking into their body.
01:34:10.000 So I think over the last few years, a lot of people have awakened to start to ask the question of like, what am I eating?
01:34:14.000 And what am I drinking? And what are really in those things that I'm hearing so much about?
01:34:19.000 I think that's wonderful anytime we're asking questions of things that we've sort of taken carte blanche.
01:34:24.000 What I will say is that the more that you can produce and partake in resources from your local community, more often than not, those things are going to be far better for you.
01:34:35.000 That's what we've found, that as you engage in your local community with your local farmers, your local producers.
01:34:40.000 My grandparents are all corn and soybean farmers, and so if you go and you talk to them about corn production and how they're selling corn, They'll tell you all about it.
01:34:49.000 They nerd out on it. They love it.
01:34:51.000 And so that's really important.
01:34:52.000 Go to your farmer's markets, talk to these people, find them on Public Square, reach out to these owners.
01:34:57.000 You're going to get a response that you would never get when you're trying to reach out to just one of the big multinational conglomerates.
01:35:02.000 And so much of it is also the naming.
01:35:03.000 I'd love you to address this because it feels like Congress could probably actually simplify some of this stuff because you hear free range.
01:35:11.000 Oh, that must be great. No, no, no. It means a chicken can have six square inches, you know, and it's like free range because it can almost...
01:35:17.000 Almost spin in its cage.
01:35:19.000 There's so many misnomers.
01:35:21.000 As a fisherman and sort of outdoorsman myself, I see that, you know, wild salmon is not necessarily wild-caught salmon.
01:35:28.000 And you would think wild is wild, but it's not.
01:35:30.000 And there does seem to be sort of a deliberate amount of confusion out there that, I mean, we'd love to figure out how to simplify.
01:35:37.000 My wife isn't here, but she did go through one of these organic milk stages.
01:35:42.000 It's over, thank God.
01:35:44.000 You know, like $8 for a gallon.
01:35:46.000 You go down the rabbit hole of a...
01:35:48.000 I had to prove to her it's not really...it's not any different...
01:35:51.000 It doesn't even mean anything. It's like nothing's changed.
01:35:53.000 It's just... There probably is a role done for Congress or state legislatures to play in making sure that made in America means made in America.
01:36:03.000 Grown in Indiana means raised and grown in Indiana.
01:36:07.000 And our state legislature in Indiana has done that.
01:36:11.000 Indiana Grown initiative is something that you can find more about.
01:36:15.000 You know what, and I love, by the way, Ali's, I love Ali's Hoosier accent.
01:36:19.000 I don't know if you picked up on that.
01:36:21.000 Very Hoosier. But Ali in Northeast Indiana, we have a number of niche farms.
01:36:27.000 I think Gunthrop up in LaGrange, or Seven Sons in Huntington, Roanoke, or Joseph Ducuy, and we have big farmers markets in my small town, Columbia City, and all over Northeast Indiana.
01:36:40.000 But what I want to know, every now and then some of the proprietors are very left-wing and they beat up on me.
01:36:46.000 I noticed one in particular, I won't say who he is, but he's an avowed socialist and he beats up on me on Twitter, but he also has one of these farms.
01:36:55.000 So what I'm going to encourage a lot of these, because I know most of them are conservative, I want them to get on the app because this is what I love about Public Square is they make a pro-America commitment, as I said earlier, and also that they will never discriminate against any of their customers for being conservative.
01:37:14.000 And that's all I'm asking for.
01:37:15.000 So these local niche farms that do incredible unique things, Indiana grown in our state, we want to promote them because it's supporting local families and local employers.
01:37:28.000 With our rich agriculture heritage in this great state.
01:37:32.000 But I want to know a little bit about them oftentimes before I support them too.
01:37:38.000 And when you guys find them, and I'm sure you will, let them know that there's a resource for them to find other people.
01:37:44.000 Again, it's all part of that sort of organic nature of things.
01:37:48.000 It's the conversation.
01:37:49.000 Hey, you're a great forum. By the way, there's people that are looking for your product.
01:37:53.000 They're probably leaning on one side.
01:37:54.000 Why don't you go check it out over here?
01:37:57.000 I think it makes a lot of sense, and then people can figure it out, and then you're helping other people find the same things that you're looking for.
01:38:02.000 It's about that growth, and it's going to be very organic because people are underserved in all of those things.
01:38:07.000 That's great. Thank you for your question.
01:38:10.000 We got another one here? Then we'll come up here.
01:38:13.000 I'm L.K. Shinneman.
01:38:15.000 I'm a retired entrepreneur businessman.
01:38:18.000 I started a nonprofit called Unite for Life, Beginning to End, Supporting Mothers to Be.
01:38:25.000 I have a question really for both Donald and Michael.
01:38:29.000 There's a question for Donald.
01:38:32.000 Do you think the abortion issue and stance of the Democrats will be a pivotal issue for the 2024 election?
01:38:39.000 And how does your father plan to win that debate because we lost it in 2022?
01:38:45.000 The question for Michael is this.
01:38:48.000 Will Public Square be willing to stand up for life on the issue of abortion?
01:38:53.000 Or will you be too worried about the cancel culture and stay neutral?
01:38:58.000 Would you be willing to endorse a non-profit like Unite for Life and be our free t-shirt sponsor?
01:39:08.000 That's a plug for me.
01:39:12.000 Because I really believe that we have two problems in this country, apathy and relativity.
01:39:18.000 There aren't a thousand truths.
01:39:20.000 There's only one truth. And we can't leave it to someone else to do it because they won't.
01:39:26.000 Thank you. Well, listen, I think my father's been pretty clear on that issue.
01:39:30.000 I think he's done more than any conservative probably in the history of politics.
01:39:33.000 You know... Everyone talks, but results are different, right?
01:39:39.000 Just like everyone has been saying they're gonna generate peace deals in the Middle East for how long?
01:39:42.000 My entire lifetime. I'm 45.
01:39:44.000 I'm getting, let's call it old as dirt, but I'm sure it was happening before that, and no one actually did it.
01:39:49.000 Trump did it. People made their promises they're gonna stand up to China.
01:39:53.000 One of these days, they're gonna do it.
01:39:54.000 You see that a lot in the Republican primary.
01:39:56.000 A lot of promises being made based on the things that Trump actually did, but I don't know that any of those people actually have the ability to deliver on those things.
01:40:04.000 Like Trump did, because he's actually done it.
01:40:06.000 You know, talk is cheap, as we've said.
01:40:08.000 But I'll let Michael...
01:40:09.000 I mean, they literally created the first sub-brand of Public Square, a company called Every Life, a diaper company, because it's the first diaper company that isn't an active donor.
01:40:23.000 I mean, think about this. There are diaper companies...
01:40:26.000 That are active donors to Planned Parenthood.
01:40:29.000 And it's almost all of them that I can think of.
01:40:32.000 So we saw that as an inherent conflict and a problem Michael has run with that.
01:40:38.000 And I mean literally one of just the offshoot businesses that we were allowed to sort of focus on once we took it public and had the capital to actually be able to grow and do these things is literally a diaper brand that is avowedly pro-life.
01:40:54.000 Yeah, it's actually, we heard from our manufacturers this past week, it's the fastest growing diaper brand in modern history.
01:40:59.000 It's amazing to witness.
01:41:03.000 Because we don't actually, you know, choose to kill our consumer.
01:41:07.000 Novel concept. Seems crazy, I know.
01:41:10.000 In the world of ESG, DEI, or D-I-E, as I call it, which should not be ironic anymore.
01:41:16.000 Well, it's something we learned last year.
01:41:18.000 We saw a lot of moms.
01:41:20.000 Mama bears are very avid on our platform.
01:41:22.000 And we saw a lot of moms searching on the platform for diapers and wipes, baby care.
01:41:26.000 What we were finding is that they were void of solutions.
01:41:30.000 We were not hosting any diaper brands, so we start researching as to why.
01:41:34.000 That feels odd. We're a marketplace that's very pro-life, pro-family.
01:41:37.000 Why would there not be a diaper company, a baby care?
01:41:39.000 That feels like ground zero.
01:41:41.000 Well, what we learned is that every single one of the major nine diaper brands in the United States today, every single one of them, are either vocally or financially pro-abortion.
01:41:50.000 Everyone. Huggies, Pampers, funding abortion for their employees.
01:41:55.000 Hello Bello, who actually just went bankrupt last week.
01:41:58.000 They're funding $4,500 for every one of their employees that wants an abortion.
01:42:02.000 Coterie, which is one of the nicest diapers money can buy.
01:42:05.000 It's sort of a luxury brand. In fact, they call themselves the Rolls Royce of diapers.
01:42:09.000 Coterie came out this past year and I quote said, our team feels lost without abortion access.
01:42:15.000 This is a diaper company. This would be like me saying, hey Don, you're a great business partner, I got this idea.
01:42:20.000 We're gonna build a men's shoe line and we're gonna utilize a portion of the profits to fund the termination of men.
01:42:25.000 It makes zero sense.
01:42:28.000 Regardless of your feelings on the issue morally, you have to be able to acknowledge that that makes zero economic sense also.
01:42:33.000 So we saw a need from a moral and an economic perspective to create a family brand that was pro-life and pro-family because there was this massive underserved market out there of which my wife and I are a part.
01:42:44.000 So we started EveryLife.
01:42:46.000 I told you we have a one-year-old, so we're like, hey, you know what?
01:42:48.000 Even if it doesn't sell, at least we'll have babies for our own little girl.
01:42:51.000 And thankfully, this brand has absolutely taken off.
01:42:54.000 You can find it at everylife.com.
01:42:56.000 My point in saying this to answer your question is that we as a company have had many times where people have asked us to back down on our commitment to protecting the freedoms and liberties, like Congressman Banks described, for all people.
01:43:07.000 We do not discriminate. We don't limit those freedoms and liberties to certain types of people.
01:43:11.000 That means born and unborn.
01:43:12.000 Every single one of us as human beings are entitled to the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness at
01:43:17.000 Public Square.
01:43:17.000 On the non-profit thing, I'm excited to look more into it.
01:43:28.000 And then I would love a t-shirt. That sounds great.
01:43:30.000 You got a t-shirt.
01:43:31.000 That's wonderful. I admire what you're doing.
01:43:34.000 Thank you. Thank you.
01:43:35.000 Appreciate it. Anything you'd like to say?
01:43:36.000 Michael, I'm proud that Indiana is the first state that passed a pro-life law after the
01:43:42.000 Dobbs decision.
01:43:49.000 Successfully defended by our great Attorney General Todd Rikita, by the way, who did a
01:43:53.000 great job defending the law.
01:43:54.000 Thank you all.
01:43:55.000 Thank you.
01:43:56.000 Thank you.
01:43:58.000 But the question that you ask is really interesting as we head into the big election cycle of 2024.
01:44:03.000 At the beginning of this Congress, in the new Republican majority, one of the very first bills that we passed out of the House was the Born Alive Infant Protection Act.
01:44:18.000 The Senate hasn't done anything with it.
01:44:20.000 But here's something to note, sir.
01:44:23.000 Every single Democrat in the House voted against it.
01:44:27.000 Okay, now, the Born Alive Infant Protection Act saves babies who are born after a botched abortion, meaning that they have breathed their first breath.
01:44:37.000 Now, they want to call me radical for my pro-life views, but every single Democrat has voted in favor of abortion and the killing of babies who are born after a botched abortion.
01:44:50.000 You tell me who's radical.
01:44:53.000 If we continue to tell that to the American people, the Democrats are the radicals on abortion, they believe in abortion all the way up to the moment of birth, and then compare that to our pro-life views supporting life, I think we're going to win big in 2024 on that issue and a lot more.
01:45:16.000 And by the way, Don is right.
01:45:19.000 Donald Trump is the most pro-life president in American history, and I'll praise him each and every day for what he did to strike down Roe v.
01:45:27.000 Wade and give us the Dobbs decision and a lot of other pro-life wins.
01:45:35.000 Hi, so my name is Jacob, and I'm a freshman at Purdue University, so boiler up.
01:45:42.000 I love Coach Knight, though.
01:45:45.000 And a big thing, being a conservative on a college campus, even though I've only been in college for about 10 weeks now, is I had to put pronouns with my emails during registration, not because I wanted to, but because they forced it.
01:45:58.000 And we get emails every single week advertising us to go out to the LGBTQ plus call-out meetings.
01:46:04.000 There's a gay library, actually.
01:46:07.000 At Purdue University, despite how conservative they say it is, so my question to you three is, what would be your advice?
01:46:14.000 Because the Republican clubs and things like that, there's not a lot of people, so it's hard to make friends.
01:46:20.000 What would be your advice, being a conservative on a college campus, to be able to make friends and stand strong with your values?
01:46:28.000 Because it does get brought up in a lot of conversations.
01:46:30.000 Are you pro-life? Are you this or that?
01:46:32.000 So what would your advice be?
01:46:34.000 Listen, I think the first and natural...
01:46:35.000 You're right. That's a tough place to be a young conservative.
01:46:39.000 I see that. But I also see that changing.
01:46:41.000 Because, again, as the other side has gotten so ridiculous, so extreme, you know, normal people...
01:46:46.000 I see it with my kids, especially since we moved down to Florida.
01:46:49.000 Like, you know, they're talking about some of the issues that we would talk about.
01:46:53.000 And they, too, are rolling their eyes, whether it's pronouns and this.
01:46:56.000 And I see, you know, even, you know...
01:46:58.000 Young and teenage girls that are there.
01:47:00.000 They're friends of my daughter's or whatever.
01:47:02.000 And they're literally laughing about how ridiculous it is.
01:47:04.000 And these are the people that I would think would be sort of the key people that the other side's pushing that indoctrination on.
01:47:11.000 They're getting it. If you're young and new on college campus, you know, go find, like, honestly, your nearest Turning Point chapter.
01:47:18.000 You know, Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA. They do a great job.
01:47:23.000 You know, you'll find people that align with you.
01:47:25.000 And again, for me, with college, I mean, you know, I went to one of the places that has sort of been out there in the last two weeks with the insanity of, you know, pushing Hamas.
01:47:35.000 I discussed it a little bit, I guess, in my opener earlier at the University of Pennsylvania.
01:47:39.000 You know, Ivy League University, home of whatever.
01:47:42.000 There's, you know, the elite, yada, yada, yada.
01:47:44.000 I mean, they're pushing insane stuff.
01:47:45.000 I don't know that... Some of this elite even means anything anymore because of the way and the methodology, the insanity that's coming out of them.
01:47:53.000 But what I've seen is, and what was very cathartic to me in life, I learned it a lot during politics, right?
01:47:58.000 I was the son of a billionaire from Manhattan.
01:48:00.000 I had plenty of friends that were Democrats.
01:48:02.000 There was a time I could have a conversation with many of them.
01:48:06.000 When I found the guys who were actual friends, even those who perhaps disagreed with me on politics, but were willing to have that conversation, it was a lot different than people who tell me what I wanted to hear perhaps from them, but then go do the opposite publicly or on Facebook, and then, why don't you pick up the phone anymore?
01:48:24.000 It's like, because you're lying. You're telling me what I'm doing is awesome.
01:48:27.000 You love it, you love it, you love it, but then on Facebook you'll say the opposite because...
01:48:30.000 You're getting points for being woke.
01:48:32.000 So for me, it was really cathartic to sweep those people out of our lives.
01:48:34.000 It was also really important in life, which you're not getting on university anymore,
01:48:39.000 to actually have a dialogue, to take a position, to back it up, to actually argue it, rather
01:48:44.000 than just regurgitate the sound bites that you're being told.
01:48:47.000 You know, the way to get ahead at one of these universities is they just give them what they
01:48:51.000 want.
01:48:52.000 I have a friend, his son wanted to get into one of these, let's call it, you know, Ivy
01:48:57.000 League, I don't even want to go close to it because there's probably not too many, you
01:49:00.000 know, Trump donors that have children that go to these schools anymore, but I won't get
01:49:05.000 to the specific one, but he had a very specific program for what he wanted to do.
01:49:09.000 They're very good at that, even if they're woke as hell and everything like that.
01:49:13.000 So I get the call, and I go, you know, he got in.
01:49:16.000 I go, how did he get in?
01:49:17.000 He's like, all right. Turns out, like, he wrote his college essay literally just assuming the opposite.
01:49:24.000 He just put, like, the, I'm going to be the most insane human being in the world on my college essay.
01:49:29.000 And he wrote this essay about, you know, his journey into the trans experiences, you know.
01:49:34.000 And, like, the dumbest, like, the dumbest of the dumb soundbites, he just owned it 100%, went all in, and was immediately accepted.
01:49:41.000 He would have never been able to get in there just doing anything other than that.
01:49:46.000 So, because these universes, it doesn't mean anything anymore.
01:49:49.000 So find the solid group of people that you're going to get along with.
01:49:52.000 You don't need to be friends with 2,000 people, I promise you.
01:49:54.000 You'll find a core group. I like hunting, fishing, and like three people.
01:49:58.000 You'll be fine. But find that guy.
01:50:01.000 Seek out that turning point chapter.
01:50:04.000 You'll find a lot of people that are like that.
01:50:06.000 And then you'll start, once you get in that group, other people will sort of get in there and You know, you can open them up to it a lot.
01:50:12.000 I think it'll be a more important learning curve, but stick to your guns.
01:50:16.000 You know what I mean? Like, you know, have those conversations.
01:50:19.000 You can have that uncomfortable conversation respectfully, but I promise you, like, being able to take that stand rather than just regurgitating someone else's sound bites will actually do so much more for you in life and your educational process than anything you will learn in any class at any university for the next however long you stay in academia.
01:50:38.000 Yeah, that's a great answer.
01:50:40.000 That was a little long, but, like, it's not so simple.
01:50:43.000 It was solid, and that last sentence was, I believe, the most crucial.
01:50:48.000 If you stand firm in your convictions, you're going to find ten other people that come to you after class and say, hey, dude, I'm with you.
01:50:55.000 Don wasn't kidding. Today, when we walk through the airport, every single flight attendant, pilot, desk worker, the person at the counter that honestly didn't really look like a Trump supporter, he walks in the room.
01:51:07.000 Yeah, there were a couple that I'm like...
01:51:08.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:51:10.000 You think you're going to get punched or like a drink thrown on you.
01:51:13.000 And they just want to shake his hand, but he's like thinking they're coming out.
01:51:16.000 Yeah. And so, you know, you'd be amazed at how many people are actually with us.
01:51:22.000 All they're waiting for is one person to stand up and say it.
01:51:26.000 Yeah. If you're the one man, you're going to find ten others, and you're going to have people flock.
01:51:33.000 Even if you just say, hey teacher, I'm not actually sure I agree with that.
01:51:36.000 Dude, you'll have five people that come to you after the class.
01:51:39.000 If you're willing to go to a turning point rally, and you meet with kids, and you meet a few friends, and you guys decide to set up a booth at campus, you're going to find that there are hundreds of students that flock to you and say, I've been waiting for you.
01:51:50.000 That's my encouragement. You have anything?
01:51:52.000 So we've got to call crazy crazy, right?
01:51:55.000 And not be afraid to do that.
01:51:57.000 In Indiana, we have a governor.
01:51:59.000 The governor appoints the board of trustees of Indiana University, Purdue, Ball State, University of Southern Indiana, all of the public universities.
01:52:08.000 As conservatives, we don't do this very well, but these are people who are appointed to be on the board of trustees who are very prominent people, and they care about their reputations.
01:52:18.000 So when you see crazy, call it crazy, And reach out to those board members, those trustees that have been appointed by the governor and say, let me tell you a story about a crazy thing that I'm dealing with on the campus that you're on the board of.
01:52:33.000 And then reach out to me, and I'll help highlight it too, right?
01:52:38.000 Yeah.
01:52:41.000 We're all a part of this movement.
01:52:46.000 There's no person that can't make a difference.
01:52:49.000 Again, I'm highlighting a lot of people that bring these.
01:52:52.000 I don't know them from Adam, but I see the issue.
01:52:55.000 I've got to vet it, because otherwise there's always the clown that's putting it.
01:52:59.000 Yeah, but you can do that, and that's what we've been saying from moment one.
01:53:04.000 It's all organic. There's no one that's too small to be a part of this.
01:53:08.000 There's no one that can't contribute in some way to move this needle forward.
01:53:12.000 I read a story this morning that the Board of Trustees of Indiana University I never thought this would happen.
01:53:18.000 I was having a discussion this week about separating the Kinsey Institute, a very left-wing entity at Indiana University.
01:53:24.000 A lot of people credit for being behind the radical transgender movement and a lot of other terrible things.
01:53:32.000 I give not just President Trump, but the America First movement behind him a lot of credit.
01:53:41.000 A lot of things are happening in America today that weren't happening before he shook it up.
01:53:46.000 And you are all a part of that, and I'm proud to stand with all of you.
01:53:49.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, have you enjoyed this tonight?
01:54:01.000 I would love to open it up for any last words from Donald Trump Jr.
01:54:05.000 and Congressman Jim Banks, soon to be Senator Jim Banks, I believe.
01:54:09.000 Don, you want to kick us off?
01:54:11.000 Any closing thoughts? Sure. Well, listen, again, I just want to thank you guys for being here.
01:54:14.000 You know, it's you guys that are going to make the difference in this.
01:54:17.000 You know, I promise you for us, As we're experiencing, it would have been a lot easier just to shut up and be a real estate developer from New York.
01:54:24.000 I used to be invited to the cool person parties with open arms.
01:54:27.000 It was great. Much easier.
01:54:30.000 But, you know, I have five young kids and I wish we had every life diapers then because I've bought more diapers than probably any human being in the history of diapers.
01:54:39.000 Didn't have that as an option now, but we're all in this together.
01:54:42.000 I appreciate that, but take the time to find it out.
01:54:46.000 Again, the people...
01:54:47.000 Even this show that we're doing right now, our sponsors, if they have the guts to sponsor a show like this, Gold Co., Patriot Mobile, these guys...
01:54:57.000 That's a business you want to figure out how to support if that's part of what you're doing.
01:55:01.000 There's so many of them.
01:55:03.000 You find the other ones on Public Square.
01:55:06.000 We're just going to be doing more of this, but take that time.
01:55:09.000 Each one of you can make a difference.
01:55:10.000 Each time you're making one of the transactions with one of the companies who's willing to put themselves out there that way, you're putting that kid One of their kids, perhaps, through hockey or ballet or whatever it is, rather than funding woke corporate America who's literally giving your hard-earned dollars back to people who hate your guts.
01:55:28.000 We can't just sit there and do it.
01:55:30.000 We've seen the results of apathy.
01:55:32.000 It's not going to work.
01:55:33.000 I understand the biblical roots of turning the other cheek, but it's been a strategy that the left has loved that we have taken because it's allowed them to amass The power that they've weaponized against us for so long.
01:55:45.000 And it's time to say enough is enough.
01:55:46.000 So it's because of people like yourselves that we're able to do that.
01:55:49.000 It's not just us. It's not just us talking.
01:55:51.000 We actually have to live this lifestyle.
01:55:54.000 If we all do that, we're unstoppable.
01:55:56.000 Well, thank you very much.
01:56:03.000 It's an honor to be here.
01:56:04.000 It's an honor to have Public Square choose Indiana as your first Thank you.
01:56:27.000 Make sure to make him your next senator, by the way.
01:56:32.000 We have a shortage of senators with guts, a shortage of senators with conviction.
01:56:38.000 You know, we've got a couple, you know, a Tommy Tuberville right now, a J.D. Vance, then the list starts going pretty rapidly downhill.
01:56:47.000 Jim would be an incredible addition to that, and we need more people like it.
01:56:50.000 So make sure to do your part with that as well.
01:56:53.000 Speak to your neighbors, your friends, and do that because you know the left is going to probably spend 10 to 1, maybe more, with California, New York, Soros money to make sure that that doesn't happen and we've seen the results.
01:57:06.000 So be involved in the political process too, not just in the economic process.
01:57:11.000 With that, folks, it's been a blast to be here with you this evening.
01:57:14.000 We are very grateful.
01:57:15.000 There's nowhere else we would have rather had this first official Public Square Town Hall than the beautiful state of Indiana.
01:57:21.000 I was telling them on the way in here, I actually grew up coming to Carmel.
01:57:25.000 I called it Carmel all the time, but you all correct me.
01:57:28.000 It's Carmel, Indiana, correct?
01:57:29.000 Yes? Am I right? Yes?
01:57:32.000 It's a beautiful state, full of great people, and we're honored that you'd kickstart this journey for us.
01:57:37.000 Stay tuned, because we have many more of these coming.
01:57:40.000 We'd love to also hear from you.
01:57:42.000 We'd love to hear what you enjoyed, what you'd love to see more of, how you think we can continue to refine this experience.
01:57:47.000 I'll be honest with you. The idea for Public Square came out of a simple vision.
01:57:50.000 It's not super complex.
01:57:52.000 I'm not that smart of a guy.
01:57:53.000 I'm just really passionate about saving the country.
01:57:55.000 Here was the simple idea.
01:57:57.000 There's a list of businesses that hate us in our country.
01:57:59.000 We're gonna make a list that don't.
01:58:01.000 It's that easy. Right?
01:58:02.000 It's that simple. And the way now that we've been able to build this movement, this parallel economy, to be a true force to be reckoned with, is by hearing the feedback of our consumers and businesses day in and day out.
01:58:19.000 We've been honest with folks from the beginning.
01:58:20.000 We've said, we're building this plane in flight, and we need your help.
01:58:23.000 So, we're building this Public Square Town Hall series in flight, and we would love your help.
01:58:28.000 Let us know what you enjoyed and what you'd love to see more of.
01:58:31.000 We at Public Square are creating an alternative to Amazon.
01:58:34.000 A true one-stop shopping experience over the coming years so that you can actually know with blessed assurance you're not funding your opposition.
01:58:41.000 If you're tired of the fact that Starbucks is giving your money to match employee contributions to Planned Parenthood.
01:58:46.000 If you're tired of PayPal threatening to fine you for $2,500 for misinformation violations.
01:58:52.000 It happens to be correct. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
01:58:55.000 Misinformation and correct is just six months.
01:58:57.000 So like PayPal's, you know, that's the story we always hear.
01:59:00.000 The difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth, give it six months.
01:59:04.000 They want to silence your voice.
01:59:06.000 If you're tired of banks threatening to cancel customers, like Don said, if they did it to him, they can do it to you.
01:59:11.000 If you're tired of the insurance companies using your money to fund progressive causes, there is a way you can push back.
01:59:18.000 Vote with your wallet.
01:59:20.000 And here's the beauty.
01:59:21.000 The businesses you find on the platform, these aren't ones that are going to require you to donate to conservative causes.
01:59:26.000 They're not ones that are going to Make sure your money is politically charged just the other direction.
01:59:31.000 Some of them do, and you have the choice to partake with those, but many of the businesses on this platform just want to go back to the basics.
01:59:37.000 They say, I love these conservative principles.
01:59:39.000 Among these are a value for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all people.
01:59:43.000 There's a love for the country and the Constitution, and they're not going to use my money against me.
01:59:47.000 I'd rather go here.
01:59:49.000 We're finding every day that there are numerous businesses from industries you couldn't even imagine that are joining the Public Square platform.
01:59:57.000 We're finding the niche products for all of life's daily needs.
02:00:00.000 And when we're missing a product, you know what we do?
02:00:02.000 We build it. We're missing diapers, we build it.
02:00:05.000 We're missing a sales platform, we build it.
02:00:07.000 We know some other products we're missing in the future.
02:00:10.000 We're going to build those too, so stay tuned.
02:00:12.000 We're grateful for each and every one of you.
02:00:14.000 Thank you for being active, engaged, not only voters, but consumers and business owners.
02:00:19.000 We pray you've enjoyed tonight as much as we have.
02:00:21.000 To the Triggered family on the podcast.
02:00:24.000 We'll see you on Thursday. Let's go.
