00:06:30.000 Hegseth had an incredible press conference this morning on the recent strike against Iran, and he put the fake news to shame.
00:06:39.000 Plus, New York Democrats are going all in on communism for their mayoral nominee.
00:06:45.000 We'll give you the breakdown of where the city goes from here because now this lunatic says he also wants to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu in addition to all of his other insane views.

00:08:00.000 After everything we saw during COVID and the cover-up, saying we have trust issues with the so-called experts is probably an understatement, guys.
00:08:09.000 They used pressure, lies, red tape to block access to medications that were once easy to get.
00:08:17.000 That can't happen again.
00:08:19.000 And with all-family pharmacy, it won't.
00:08:22.000 All family pharmacy is redefining healthcare.

00:09:08.000 And guys, with that, let's get into all of the top headlines.
00:09:13.000 And we begin in my former home of New York, where I used to joke, it's the People's Republic of New York.
00:09:20.000 That's why I moved to Florida four or five years ago.
00:09:23.000 Now, that seems to be coming even more true than ever before, where by now, I'm sure you've heard the news that New York Democrats this week voted for Zoran Mandani to be their nominee for mayor.
00:09:39.000 Now, this guy isn't just another radical Democrat.
00:09:43.000 He's a full-blown communist.
00:09:45.000 He's a true believer in that crap.
00:09:47.000 Every extreme position Democrats hold, he's adopted and ramped up to a level a thousand times worse.
00:09:56.000 And according to the voting data, he actually performed best with the higher income precincts across the city.
00:10:04.000 For example, Andrew Cuomo beat him in places like the Bronx, while Mandani dominated in place like the West Village and in Williamsburg, you know, where all the hipsters live.
00:10:15.000 Among lower income precincts, Cuomo won by 13 points.
00:10:20.000 Among higher income precincts, Mandani won by 13 points.
00:10:24.000 Check this out.
00:10:27.000 It is election day.
00:10:28.000 I'm on my way to vote.
00:10:30.000 I don't know that I have ever been more excited to vote for anyone than I am to vote for Soran Mandani.
00:10:36.000 I've got my buttons.
00:10:38.000 I've got my don't rank Cuomo t-shirt, but I haven't hidden because I'm going to a polling site.
00:10:44.000 Joran one, Brad two, Adrian three, Stringer four, Michael Blake five.
00:10:52.000 And whatever you do, don't rank Cuomo.
00:10:57.000 Vote for Jumani, vote for Justin Brannon.
00:11:01.000 We have a chance to make sure that our corrupt, sexual harassing, Trump donor supported, disgraced former governor is not elected mayor of New York.
00:11:17.000 And we have a chance.
00:11:18.000 Oh, we're within the polling site now.
00:11:20.000 We have a chance to elect Duran to have fast-free buses, to have rent-stabilized apartments with the rent frozen.
00:11:30.000 We have subsidized grocery stores, and we have free child care from ages six months to five years.
00:11:38.000 We have a guy who stands up to Trump, and we will have a guy who creates a city for all of us.
00:11:44.000 Make sure you vote today and don't rank Hormon.
00:11:49.000 It's wild to me, guys.
00:11:51.000 It's really, it's insane.
00:11:54.000 The richest demographics in New York are voting for someone who's going to destroy the city.
00:12:01.000 As a Florida resident, I'm worried we're going to get all the garbage that New York gets rid of.
00:12:05.000 They're going to end up down here.
00:12:07.000 This is a problem.
00:12:09.000 Now, Mondani's going to face incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, who's running as an independent, as well as Republican Curtis Silva.
00:12:18.000 And as Mayor Adams explained this week, many of Zoran's proposals aren't even within the mayor's purview.
00:12:26.000 Check this out.
00:12:27.000 But you're right.
00:12:28.000 The extreme arm of the party did go too far.
00:12:32.000 I say it all the time.
00:12:33.000 I didn't leave the party.
00:12:34.000 The party left me.
00:12:34.000 The party left working class people.
00:12:37.000 When they were starting to call in the President Hitler and other fascists, I said, that's not what working class people are concerned about.
00:12:45.000 We need to talk about affordability, housing, public safety, these bread and butter issues.
00:12:50.000 It has gone too far left, an arm of the party.
00:12:53.000 And far too many working class people, I say, saying, start talking about my issues.
00:13:00.000 This communist is a 33-year-old guy.
00:13:04.000 It doesn't seem like he's ever actually had a real job, but he's got a bunch of affluent white champagne socialists in his corner who either don't understand what they're actually voting for or they don't actually care.
00:13:18.000 Perhaps they don't mind if the city goes to hell as long as they get to virtue signaling that, you know, they're super woke, guys.
00:13:24.000 Because ironically, Democrats in New York say they care about lowering costs and improving the quality of life.
00:13:31.000 But they voted for someone who will not only exacerbate the problems Democrats have created for themselves in blue cities and states like New York City, New York State, California, and others.
00:13:43.000 Now, for Nandani's own ex-account on what he actually believes, he wrote back in 2020, quote, end cash bail, repeal the trans while walking ban, decriminalize sex work, permit safe injection sites, I assume for heroin, restrict solitary confinement, end cooperation with ICE, and repeal sentencing enhancements.
00:14:10.000 Oh, by the way, he also wants to arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu when he visits New York.
00:14:18.000 And get this, he also wants hate crime prevention programs, which of course is just another word for censorship and political prosecution.
00:14:29.000 Check this out.
00:14:30.000 And I know that Jewish New Yorkers, like Jewish Americans, are fearful in this moment of anti-Semitism.
00:14:36.000 They're fearful, especially after the horrific attacks that we saw in Washington, D.C. and in Boulder, Colorado.
00:14:42.000 And they're fearful also in conversations that I have heard myself about life in this city.
00:14:47.000 I spoke to a Jewish man in Williamsburg not too many weeks ago who told me about the fact that he now locks the door that he used to close, that he used to keep open for years because of a fear of who may come in.
00:14:59.000 I spoke to a friend of mine after October 7th who told me about going to his synagogue for Shabbat services and hearing the door open behind him and turning around with a tremor going up his back, not knowing who was walking in and what they wished for them.
00:15:13.000 And ultimately, it's through the conversations I've had with Jewish New Yorkers that I have developed a proposal for the Department of Community Safety that would include an 800% increase in funding for hate crime prevention programs.
00:15:27.000 Because ultimately, we cannot simply say that anti-Semitism has no home in this city or no place in this country.
00:15:33.000 We have to do more than talk about it.
00:15:34.000 We have to tackle it.
00:15:36.000 And that's what we will do through this funding and through this commitment.
00:15:38.000 We will root out bigotry across the five boroughs.
00:15:42.000 This is what Democrats voted for.
00:15:44.000 This is apparently what they want for their cities.
00:15:47.000 This lunatic has also defended globalizing the intifada.
00:15:53.000 I mean, think about it.
00:15:55.000 In a city that's very Jewish, he wants to globalize the intifada.
00:16:00.000 I don't get it.
00:16:01.000 And yet they keep voting for their own demise.
00:16:04.000 He wants city-run grocery stores, you know, because socialism and communism and state-run agencies like that have worked out so well.
00:16:12.000 Imagine your local Publix or whatever shopping center you go to ran like a New York City DMV.
00:16:19.000 I'm sure it'll be awesome, folks.
00:16:21.000 And they argued that, quote, queer liberation means defund the police.
00:16:28.000 That's a quote from him.
00:16:30.000 I don't even know what that means.
00:16:34.000 What does that mean?
00:16:35.000 Queer liberation means defund the police?
00:16:37.000 I mean, this is not, you know, this guy's insane and clearly not very smart, but it doesn't matter.
00:16:45.000 People still buy into this stuff.
00:16:47.000 Believe it or not, some Democrats are finding a way to take it a step further.
00:16:53.000 For example, disgraced former New York Congressman Jamal Bowman says that the reason that black communities are struggling with things like heart disease and obesity is from being, and I quote, being called the N-word.
00:17:08.000 I'm not making this up.
00:17:09.000 I'm not sure what any of that has to do with obesity, but here he is in his own words.
00:17:16.000 And the problem is we are not dealing with America's original sin and its disease of hate and racism towards black and brown people and sexism towards women and anti-LGBTQ sentiment.
00:17:30.000 We are not dealing with that.
00:17:32.000 Your colleagues in the Republican Party do not hold each other accountable when it comes to the racism that comes from the party on a consistent basis.
00:17:42.000 Congressman, I mean, where are you on?
00:17:44.000 You can't be calm about this.
00:17:46.000 I'm a black man in America.
00:17:47.000 The reason why heart disease...
00:17:48.000 I'm white.
00:17:50.000 The reason why heart disease and cancer and obesity and diabetes are bigger in the black community is because of the stress we carry from having to deal with being called the N-word directly or indirectly every day.
00:18:05.000 If your colleagues would listen and try to learn and engage and grow and stop being so hateful, we could have a better country.
00:18:13.000 Jamal.
00:18:14.000 But unfortunately, we're still here.
00:18:15.000 Jamal Hates comes from one side.
00:18:17.000 Jamal, I feel your passion, and I understand where you're coming from sincerely.
00:18:21.000 I really, really do.
00:18:22.000 It happens on both sides, Jamal.
00:18:24.000 You might think it happens more on your side.
00:18:28.000 Jamal, when I leave the show, when I leave the show, Jamal, you should see my Twitter feed.
00:18:33.000 And they're acquitted.
00:18:35.000 Rodney King, Abner Luima, Eric Gardner, Trayvon Martin, black cops in Memphis.
00:18:46.000 It's not the same.
00:18:48.000 And I don't want to qualify or quantify pain.
00:18:51.000 That's not what I'm talking about.
00:18:53.000 Everyone goes through pain.
00:18:55.000 But the racism in this country is the disease that will destroy us.
00:18:58.000 And it's destroying us right now as we speak.
00:19:02.000 January 6th, everybody was pardoned.
00:19:06.000 Everybody's pardoned.
00:19:07.000 Riots in L.A., they're insurrectionists.
00:19:10.000 But we pardoned everyone January 6th.
00:19:12.000 This is America.
00:19:14.000 This is actually happening.
00:19:16.000 What's worse is in watching all of this lunacy, especially in New York, you know, Chucky Schumer, AOC, you know, these guys that are supposed to be the reasonable people there, and they're not saying anything.
00:19:27.000 This communist unseated Andrew Cuomo, who was pretty damn left?
00:19:32.000 He was a dictator during COVID.
00:19:34.000 He caused thousands of people to lose their lives.
00:19:35.000 And they're actually faking someone that is worse than Andrew Cuomo.
00:19:40.000 It's hard to believe.
00:19:42.000 But, guys, the left-wing lunacy does not stop there because there's now a left-wing group called the 4 AM Club, which claims that Kamala actually won the election in November.
00:19:54.000 And we're living in an alternate timeline.
00:19:58.000 But they don't exactly worry that their psychic energy will bring us back to reality anytime soon.
00:20:06.000 That ain't happening.
00:20:07.000 Again, I'm not making it up.
00:20:09.000 You can see it for yourself.
00:20:11.000 Left-wing version of QAnon is here, and they believe that Kamala Harris really won the election.
00:20:15.000 This group is called the 4 a.m.
00:20:17.000 Club.
00:20:17.000 Basically on November 6th, thousands of people were woken up around 4 a.m.
00:20:21.000 And those people were called to anchor in the higher timeline where Kamala was the winner.
00:20:26.000 The call was sent out and we received it.
00:20:29.000 It was founded by this woman who goes by Gia Prism on TikTok.
00:20:33.000 I am a psychic medium.
00:20:35.000 I'm a healer.
00:20:36.000 She sort of gives downloads, as she calls them, from spirit.
00:20:39.000 This contest wasn't right.
00:20:42.000 We will yet get a different result in the end.
00:20:45.000 I was shown him falling from something to do with blood on the brain.
00:20:48.000 Okay, I'm seeing lower level leaders will be removed before the top ones.
00:20:54.000 It bears a striking resemblance to QAnon, except everything has been feminized.
00:20:58.000 Instead of searching through Reddit boards and 8chan to find what they're looking for, they go deep within themselves, trusting their feminine intuition, their gut, the divine goddess.
00:21:07.000 The 4am clubbers, I don't think, are going to be scaling the Capitol anytime soon, but I do think they represent the next chapter in the story of political conspiracies.
00:21:16.000 It shows that the American population feels both completely out of control and lied to.
00:21:25.000 I know, I always say it, but these people are freaking nuts.
00:21:30.000 The left is just going further left.
00:21:33.000 They're not learning from the lessons of the last election and that Americans just want to be left alone.
00:21:38.000 They want to live their lives.
00:21:40.000 They want to have some prosperity.
00:21:41.000 They don't want to fund endless wars.
00:21:44.000 They don't want to fund transgender surgeries for minors without parental consent.
00:21:49.000 They don't want men playing in women's sports.
00:21:53.000 Everyone knows that.
00:21:54.000 That's where the base of America is, not the Republican Party, the base of America.
00:21:59.000 And yet the left continues to poo-poo that and just go further and further towards insanity.
00:22:07.000 And meanwhile, this morning, Defense Secretary Pete Hegsteth and General Dan Raisin Kane held a presser to combat the misleading and illegal leaks about the recent Iran strike.
00:22:20.000 And let's just say, Hegseth didn't hold back on dismantling yet another fake news narrative.
00:22:27.000 There are so many aspects of what our brave men and women did that because of the hatred of this press corps are undermined because people are trying to leak and spin that it wasn't successful.
00:22:40.000 It's irresponsible.
00:22:42.000 And folks in this room are privy to that information because of the proximity here in the Pentagon.
00:22:48.000 It's an important responsibility.
00:22:50.000 And time and time again, classified information is leaked or peddled for political purposes to try to make the president look bad.
00:22:57.000 And what's really happening is you're undermining the success of incredible B-2 pilots and incredible F-35 pilots and incredible refuelers and incredible air defenders who accomplished their mission, set back a nuclear program in ways that other presidents would have dreamed.
00:23:13.000 How about we celebrate that?
00:23:16.000 How about we talk about how special America is, that only we have these capabilities?
00:23:21.000 I think it's too much to ask, unfortunately, for the fake news.
00:23:24.000 So we're used to that.
00:23:25.000 But we also have an opportunity to stand at the podium and read the truth of what's really happening.
00:23:30.000 And the reality is you want to call it destroyed, you want to call it defeated, you want to call it obliterated, choose your word.
00:23:38.000 This was an historically successful attack, and we should celebrate it as Americans.
00:23:42.000 And it gives us a chance to have peace, chance to have a deal, and an opportunity to prevent a nuclear Iran, which is something President Trump talked about for 20 years, and no other presidents had the courage to actually do.
00:23:55.000 And moments later, General Dan Raisincane laid out in precise detail just how successful this mission really was, and it was powerful.
00:24:04.000 Let me talk about the graphic a little bit.
00:24:07.000 And the GBU-57, which all of you I know know is a 30,000-pound weapon dropped only by the B-2.
00:24:15.000 It's comprised of steel, explosive, and a fuse.
00:24:20.000 Programmed bespokely, uses effectively what tells the bomb when to function.
00:24:27.000 A longer delay in a fuse, the deeper the weapon will penetrate and drive into the target.
00:24:35.000 So on Ford, in June of 2008, you can see these three holes.
00:24:42.000 Depicted here is the main exhaust shaft with two additional ventilation shafts on either side.
00:24:48.000 The United States decided to strike these two ventilation shafts seen here on the main graphic as the primary point of entry into the mission space.
00:24:59.000 In the days preceding the attack against Fordeau, the Iranians attempted to cover the shafts with concrete to try to prevent an attack.
00:25:10.000 I won't share the specific dimensions of the concrete cap, but you should know that we know what the dimensions of those concrete caps were.
00:25:20.000 The planners had to account for this.
00:25:23.000 They accounted for everything.
00:25:25.000 The cap was forcibly removed by the first weapon, and the main shaft was uncovered.
00:25:32.000 Weapons two, three, four, five were tasked to enter the main shaft, move down into the complex at greater than 1,000 feet per second, and explode in the mission space.
00:25:47.000 Weapon number six was designed on each side, so there were six on each side.
00:25:53.000 Weapons number six was designed as a flex weapon to allow us to cover if one of the preceding Jets or one of the preceding weapons did not work.
00:26:05.000 If you actually want to know the fullback story, and I didn't know any of this, this goes back 15 years where they realized what was going on.
00:26:14.000 You got to watch General Kane explain the full thing in detail, just how precise this mission is, just how long they were looking at this site, just how they literally created munitions to be able to target this site in specific.
00:26:30.000 It's actually incredible, and it's actually a seriously good feel-good story.
00:26:36.000 Let me next move to a walkthrough of the GBU-57 massive ordnance penetrator weapon and share a little bit about the planners who did this and their work on the weapon.
00:26:50.000 First, let me set the stage for you.
00:26:54.000 There's an organization in the U.S. called the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, DITRA.
00:27:00.000 DITRA does a lot of things for our nation, but DITRA is the world's leading expert on deeply buried underground targets.
00:27:10.000 In 2009, a Defense Threat Reduction Agency officer was brought into a vault at an undisclosed location and briefed on something going on in Iran.
00:27:22.000 For security purposes, I'm not going to share his name.
00:27:25.000 He was shown some photos and some highly classified intelligence of what looked like a major construction project in the mountains of Iran.
00:27:34.000 He was tasked to study this facility, work with the intelligence community to understand it, and he was soon joined by an additional teammate.
00:27:43.000 For more than 15 years, this officer and his teammate lived and breathed this single target, Ford, a critical element of Iran's covert nuclear weapons program.
00:27:56.000 He studied the geology.
00:27:57.000 He watched the Iranians dig it out.
00:27:59.000 He watched the construction, the weather, the discard material, the geology, the construction materials, where the materials came from.
00:28:07.000 He looked at the vent shaft, the exhaust shaft, the electrical systems, the environmental control systems, every nook, every crater, every piece of equipment going in and every piece of equipment going out.
00:28:20.000 They literally dreamed about this target at night when they slept.
00:28:25.000 They thought about it driving back and forth to work, and they knew from the very first days what this was for.
00:28:33.000 You do not build a multi-layered underground bunker complex with centrifuges and other equipment in a mountain for any peaceful purpose.
00:28:43.000 They weren't able to discuss this with their family, their wives, their kids, their friends, but they just kept grinding it out.
00:28:51.000 And along the way, they realized we did not have a weapon that could adequately strike and kill this target.
00:28:58.000 So they began a journey to work with industry and other tacticians to develop the GBU-57.
00:29:05.000 They tested it over and over again, tried different options, tried more after that.
00:29:11.000 They accomplished hundreds of test shots and dropped many full-scale weapons against extremely realistic targets for a single purpose, kill this target at the time and place of our nation's choosing.
00:29:28.000 And then, on a day in June of 2025, more than 15 years after they started their life's work, the phone rang and the President of the United States ordered the B-2 force that you've supported to go strike and kill this target.
00:29:43.000 Yesterday, I had the incredible honor and privilege of spending time with these two Defense Threat Reduction Agency officers who've given so much.
00:29:52.000 One of them said, quote, I can't even get my head around this.
00:29:56.000 My heart is so filled with the pride of being a part of this team.
00:30:01.000 I am so honored to be a part of this.
00:30:04.000 To you both, thank you and thank you to your families.
00:30:08.000 Operation Midnight Hammer was the culmination of those 15 years of incredible work.
00:30:13.000 The air crews, the tanker crews, the weapons crews that built the weapons, the load crews that loaded it.
00:30:19.000 These illegal leaks were meant to mislead the public.
00:30:24.000 We've seen it time and time again.
00:30:26.000 It's the same Russia, Russia, Russia playbook.
00:30:30.000 But the good news is, I think the public finally sees the right through it.
00:30:34.000 The same reporter, Natasha Bernstead, is the person who pushed the Hunter Biden laptop is Russian disinformation.
00:30:41.000 She's the one that broke this story about it not being a successful strike.
00:30:44.000 So you know exactly where she stands.
00:30:47.000 You know who she works for and you know what their motive is.
00:30:52.000 And it's not for the good of the American people, folks.
00:30:55.000 Because my father's national security agenda is working and both our allies and our adversaries are taking notice.
00:31:03.000 For example, NATO's allies are finally stepping up and doing what Trump says they need to do, which is to pay their fair share.
00:31:11.000 In fact, the NATO Secretary General apparently referred to my father as daddy the other day when he was asked about it in a press conference.
00:31:20.000 Here's how he responded.
00:31:22.000 Go ahead, give my mic.
00:31:25.000 Hello.
00:31:26.000 Deborah Haynes from Sky News.
00:31:28.000 Mark Ritter, the NATO chief who is your friend, he called you Daddy earlier.
00:31:36.000 Do you regard your NATO allies as kind of children?
00:31:40.000 No, he likes me.
00:31:41.000 I think he likes me.
00:31:42.000 If he doesn't, I'll let you know.
00:31:43.000 I'll come back and I'll hit him hard, okay?
00:31:46.000 He did it very affectionately.
00:31:48.000 Daddy, you're my daddy.
00:31:48.000 Do you regard your NATO allies, though, as kind of like children in the...
00:31:56.000 Sometimes you have to let people fight a little bit.
00:31:58.000 As a father of boys, you know, they got a lot of fight a little bit.
00:32:01.000 Someone gets an age, and then daddy has to step in with some strong words, perhaps some strong actions, and take care of business.
00:32:09.000 At least the world is recognizing who's their daddy.
00:32:12.000 And later, the White House put out this video to the tune of Usher's song, Hey Daddy.
00:32:19.000 I thought this was a great troll.
00:32:20.000 Watch and enjoy.
00:32:23.000 I just want to get your attention.
00:32:28.000 You wanna be all up in your head Yeah So hey, isn't you say daddy's home Home for me And I know you've been waiting for this love in all day You know your daddy's home And it's time to
00:32:48.000 say, yeah But you ain't got to give my love away So hey, hey, hey So what you say Hey, hey, hey I ain't got to do a lot of flexing
00:33:08.000 Shawty, you already know what it is So what you say Hey, hey, hey Call me daddy, babe You better know what you like Hey, hey, hey So what you say you you And on that note, guys, we'll wrap up the news and get to Nate Morris.
00:33:32.000 But first, remember to support our great sponsors, okay?
00:33:37.000 These guys took a lot of risks supporting this programming.
00:33:40.000 Support the people who allow us to have these kinds of conversations, who allow us to get that news out there.

00:34:31.000 That's 1775coffee.com, promo code TRIGGERED.
00:34:36.000 Joining me now, CEO of Morris Industries, Nate Morris.
00:34:40.000 Good to have you back on the show, buddy.
00:34:42.000 It's great to be with you, Don.
00:34:43.000 Thanks for having me.
00:34:44.000 Well, first and foremost, I hear you have a little bit of an announcement that we're going to break here tonight.
00:34:51.000 Absolutely.
00:34:52.000 Well, Don, after careful reflection and prayer, talking to my wife, Jane, I've decided to run for the United States Senate to replace Mitch McConnell here in Kentucky and finally bring this seat back to the people.
00:35:08.000 You know, as I started having these conversations about the United States Senate seat here in Kentucky, everybody said, Don, that this is McConnell's seat, that it belongs to him.
00:35:19.000 And that seat belongs to the people of Kentucky.
00:35:22.000 And I am proud that I'm a ninth generation Kentuckian.
00:35:25.000 I was raised by a single mother.
00:35:28.000 When I came into the world, my mother was on food stamps.
00:35:32.000 And we've been fighting and scrapping for everything we have, like most Kentuckians.
00:35:36.000 19 of my family members worked in an auto plant.
00:35:39.000 And I've been able to live the American dream because of how great this country is.
00:35:44.000 And as you know, Don, I made money in garbage.
00:35:47.000 There's nothing more American than making money with trash.
00:35:51.000 And I think we've had a lot of it build up in Washington, D.C. And I think it's time to take out the trash in Washington, D.C. and bring something new.
00:35:59.000 Somebody from the outside, somebody that's not a career politician, and most importantly, someone that's only beholden to the people, not to McConnell cronies and the people that have been occupying this seat through McConnell Inc.
00:36:13.000 over the last 40 years.
00:36:14.000 So I'm so proud to stand with your father and make this announcement today.
00:36:18.000 Well, listen, that seems like a great reason to run.
00:36:22.000 How is it that a place like Kentucky, and I've spent a lot of time there, I'm a Duke of Hazard.
00:36:28.000 I'm a Kentucky colonel.
00:36:30.000 I'm all of those things.
00:36:30.000 Former Governor Matt Bevin made me that.
00:36:34.000 So, you know, I've spent a lot of time in the area.
00:36:35.000 I know a lot of the people, about as MAGA as it gets.
00:36:39.000 How is it that a guy like Mitch McConnell could actually hold on to that seat for so long?
00:36:44.000 How are they able to maintain that power?
00:36:46.000 And how do we break it so that the representatives of Kentucky actually represent the sentiment of the people of the constituency and not that of the swamp?
00:36:56.000 Well, Don, Mitch McConnell has been obsessed with two things in his career, money and power.
00:37:02.000 And prior to coming on the national stage, the number one issue that Mitch McConnell cared about was getting more money in politics for his own preservation and his own survival.
00:37:13.000 And we have a chance now through what we've seen, the success with your father, being an outsider, being a business guy, also the vice president J.D. Vance.
00:37:23.000 And we need people that don't owe anything to the swamp.
00:37:27.000 And we need people that have had real jobs before, that have met payrolls and that have had to fight in business and actually understand the challenges of everyday Kentuckians and everyday Americans.
00:37:39.000 But Mitch McConnell has made it his life goal to gain as much power and as much money as he can.
00:37:45.000 And that's how he's been able to remain in power because all the lobbyists, all the operatives, all the cronies for years, they have depended on Mitch McConnell to make their living.
00:37:55.000 And now we have a chance, Don, to have a clean break, get it right, and really take this back to the people of Kentucky where it belongs.
00:38:03.000 So Nate, what are the issues that you care about most?
00:38:07.000 And I assume that's aligned with the people of Kentucky.
00:38:11.000 Well, I think first and foremost, Don, under Joe Biden, our country was invaded.
00:38:16.000 We saw 20 million illegals come into this country, and we have not been able to control our border since Mitch McConnell has been in power.
00:38:25.000 Mitch McConnell has voted for amnesty over and over and over again.
00:38:30.000 And just recently, Don, I called for a moratorium on all new immigration until we deport every single one of these illegal immigrants that have invaded our country.
00:38:41.000 And what that means, Don, is there's no carve outs.
00:38:44.000 There's no special exceptions, no special consideration for DACA or other measures that the left tries to insert into our politics.
00:38:52.000 We have got to get all these illegals to go back where they came from so the American worker and the American families can be Protected.
00:39:00.000 Because look, Don, we know if you don't have a border, you don't have a country, but also you don't have an economy if you don't have a border.
00:39:07.000 And I think Mitch McConnell, it's shameful that he's continued to allow these poorest borders to happen under his leadership over the last 40 years he's been in office.
00:39:17.000 So, what do you think Mitch McConnell's legacy is at this point?
00:39:22.000 I mean, it certainly has changed over time.
00:39:24.000 And as of late, it's just been, I guess, you might as well be a Democrat.
00:39:29.000 But what do you think that is right now?
00:39:32.000 Well, everyone has an expiration, Don.
00:39:35.000 They have an expiration date just like the things you find at the grocery store anywhere else.
00:39:40.000 And Mitch McConnell has hung around way too long.
00:39:43.000 And I think your father put it best, the stench of Mitch has been, it has been something that you cannot ignore.
00:39:50.000 And I think that if he'd left office years ago, I think history would have been a lot more favorable to him.
00:39:56.000 But unfortunately, he's going to be known in Kentucky and around the United States for sabotaging your father's agenda and the Trump agenda and the MAGA agenda from voting against his picks for the cabinet to doing everything that he can to put a thorn in your father's side.
00:40:16.000 And look, what I'm very excited about is your father is undefeated when it comes to defeating political bosses.
00:40:23.000 You know, he beat the Clintons.
00:40:24.000 He beat the Bushes.
00:40:25.000 He beat the Bidens.
00:40:27.000 James Comey has certainly gone away.
00:40:30.000 And I look at Mitch McConnell as the final boss for your father to defeat.
00:40:35.000 And I think he's going to do it right here in Kentucky and elect an America first candidate to carry on his legacy in the bluegrass state.
00:40:43.000 So maybe talk about that.
00:40:45.000 Some of the other contenders for this Senate seat, obviously it's a Senate seat, so it's going to be a big deal.
00:40:49.000 They're going to put a lot of money into this thing.
00:40:52.000 Talk about some of the other candidates in there.
00:40:54.000 Are they tied to Mitch McConnell?
00:40:56.000 And how so?
00:40:57.000 Will they just be an extension of Mitch Inc.
00:41:00.000 going into the future?
00:41:02.000 Absolutely.
00:41:03.000 And one of the deciding factors for me, Don, is someone from the outside and someone who's a business leader.
00:41:10.000 I couldn't sit back and watch Mitch McConnell's cronies take this seat.
00:41:15.000 You have someone like Daniel Cameron, who completely botched the governor's race two years ago, had your father's endorsement, squandered it.
00:41:24.000 He's a McConnell scholar at the University of Louisville.
00:41:27.000 Mitch McConnell made him who he is today.
00:41:30.000 And he famously said that Mitch McConnell changed the trajectory of his life.
00:41:36.000 And this is a guy who owes everything to Mitch.
00:41:39.000 He was his general counsel.
00:41:41.000 Mitch McConnell's chief of staff ran his campaign for attorney general and the governor's race.
00:41:46.000 And again, he's going to be a rubber stamp for McConnell Link if he were to get in there.
00:41:50.000 I think Andy Barr is another great example.
00:41:52.000 I mean, he recently said on the live TV that Mitch McConnell is his mentor.
00:41:58.000 Of course, your name continues to get floated around as a person on a long list of candidates to run first to succeed Mitch McConnell in the U.S. Senate whenever that time does come.
00:42:08.000 Have you considered at all looking at a vacancy?
00:42:11.000 Should it open in the U.S. Senate?
00:42:13.000 I liked what my mentor, Leader Mitch McConnell, said when he announced that he was not going to seek another term as leader of the Republicans in the Senate.
00:42:22.000 He said, I think that my adversaries will be disappointed that I still have gas in my tank.
00:42:28.000 And I've thanked Leader McConnell for his service.
00:42:32.000 And as long as he wants to remain in the Senate, I'm with him because his legacy is big.
00:42:39.000 And so I don't presume anything.
00:42:41.000 And he plays the long game.
00:42:44.000 And he has a legacy as big as Kentucky and beyond.
00:42:49.000 And he was going to wait and see what McConnell did.
00:42:53.000 And that was going to determine what he decided to do if he was going to get in the race.
00:42:57.000 And John, you may remember we were the first to call for Mitch McConnell to resign and retire from office very early on and say, look, Mitch, you've got to go.
00:43:08.000 Your time is up.
00:43:09.000 And I'm very proud that we were calling for his retirement before anyone else.
00:43:14.000 And the other two guys were sitting around waiting to see what was going to happen, what he was going to do to make their decision.
00:43:20.000 And I think you've got somebody in Andy Barr who is in favor of birthright citizenship.
00:43:26.000 He's been in favor of gun control.
00:43:28.000 He said that January 6th, that your father was to blame for January 6th.
00:43:33.000 And I think that this is something that's very alarming to most people.
00:43:37.000 And look, I think we also have to think that after your father's term concludes, this Senate seat is going to go on for a very, very long time.
00:43:45.000 And Andy Barr is the kind of guy that after your father leaves office, you know, he's going to return to being that establishment moderate squish that continues to go along to get along in the swamp.
00:43:57.000 And that's not what we need.
00:43:58.000 And both of these guys, Don, are lawyers.
00:44:00.000 We don't need more lawyers in politics.
00:44:02.000 And we need people who don't need the job, people that have met payrolls, people that have come from the outside.
00:44:08.000 And I think that's what we can bring a new and fresh perspective and something that's a complete contrast to both of these guys.
00:44:15.000 You know, it's just, you know, for the people of Kentucky, you know, you mentioned some of the politics and being, you know, beholden to some of your forebearers there.
00:44:22.000 But, you know, what are the other things that make you different than the other guys in this race, Nate?
00:44:26.000 You know, look, Don, I think I have a true Kentucky story, like most Kentuckians, raised by a single mom.
00:44:32.000 I'm a ninth generation Kentuckian.
00:44:34.000 My family descends from Morgan County.
00:44:36.000 It's the county next to Brett where JD's from.
00:44:39.000 Yeah, you actually have a very similar sort of life story to J.D. Vance.
00:44:43.000 You know, if you look at it, I sort of like having that kind of representation, people who've actually been through some real life.
00:44:51.000 You're exactly right.
00:44:52.000 And, you know, JD and I became very fast friends because of that commonality in our background.
00:44:57.000 We've both been fighting most of our life.
00:45:00.000 And this country gave us everything, Don, and the ability to live the American dream.
00:45:05.000 And I started a company with $10,000 on a credit card, took it public at $2 billion on the New York Stock Exchange.
00:45:12.000 And only in America can something like that happen.
00:45:15.000 But through my public education, most of my families worked in an auto plant, 19 of them.
00:45:22.000 My grandfather ran a local union who helped raise me.
00:45:25.000 And these are the kind of experiences that I think most Kentuckians have.
00:45:29.000 They're fighting.
00:45:30.000 They want to get opportunity.
00:45:31.000 And unfortunately, career politicians and the people that have occupied the swamp for a very long time, they've sold us out, Don.
00:45:39.000 The elites have sold us out, whether it be sending their jobs to Mexico or to China and hurting families like mine that are dependent on manufacturing jobs to make their living.
00:45:51.000 And those are the people that I want to go to Washington and fight for their interests and fight for the average Kentuckian that's trying to make it.
00:45:59.000 Yeah, you mentioned sort of the business side of things.
00:46:02.000 Tell us a little bit more about that background in business, because I think it's so fundamentally critical to have people in positions of power who are deciding trillion-dollar decisions who actually have signed the front of a paycheck, not just the back, who have actually had people's lives and livelihoods dependent on their success and showing up and getting it done every day.
00:46:23.000 It seems like something the politicians sort of take for granted, but they've never actually done it in the real world until they have the power of the pen in politics, but not in real life.
00:46:33.000 Yeah, that's exactly right, Don.
00:46:34.000 I mean, you look at both of these guys that are in the race now, Andy Barr and Daniel Cameron, they've never had a job outside of politics.
00:46:41.000 They need this job.
00:46:42.000 They need to get promoted to the United States Senate because they don't have any other options.
00:46:47.000 I'm here because I want to serve.
00:46:49.000 I don't need the money.
00:46:50.000 I don't need the job.
00:46:52.000 My wife and I have made the decision that we want to serve.
00:46:54.000 We want to fight.
00:46:55.000 We want to give something back to Kentuckians that are like us, that are fighting every day to live the American dream.
00:47:03.000 And look, as an entrepreneur, you get hit every which way, whether it be from the SEC, whether it be from big government, more taxes, all the things that can go wrong when you're building a business.
00:47:14.000 And guess what?
00:47:14.000 When you got to make payroll on Friday and sign those paychecks, sometimes it's very, very difficult.
00:47:20.000 And you got to fight every day to make sure that your employees have got health care, they've got the things that they need for their families.
00:47:27.000 And I don't think there's anything better that you can do for somebody than to give them a job and give them opportunity.
00:47:33.000 And I've lived that firsthand.
00:47:34.000 I've created thousands of jobs in my career.
00:47:37.000 And again, in a very, very tough industry.
00:47:39.000 I know, Don, you're a fan of the Sopranos.
00:47:41.000 You know, the trash business is probably the roughest business in the world, occupied by the roughest people.
00:47:48.000 And we were known as the disruptor in the Tony Soprano industry.
00:47:51.000 And I think that's the kind of toughness we need in Washington, D.C. to go and shake it up and stand with MAGA and stand with your father to get his agenda done.
00:48:01.000 Now, you've said that basically the future of Western civilization is online regarding the fight over the border and mass deportations.
00:48:09.000 What did you mean by that?
00:48:12.000 Look, America is the final hold, if you will, for Western civilization.
00:48:20.000 We lose America.
00:48:20.000 We lose the West.
00:48:22.000 Europe's gone.
00:48:23.000 We know their borders have been completely porous.
00:48:27.000 They've been invaded.
00:48:28.000 I think JD famously said that the United Kingdom is going to be an Islamic state in the next decade.
00:48:35.000 All that's coming here, Don.
00:48:37.000 And we've lost our border, and we've lost the ability to protect Western civilization when you don't have a border.
00:48:44.000 So it is America's responsibility, I believe, for our sovereignty, our people, for Western theology, Western civilization.
00:48:54.000 We're going to lose it if we don't keep our border and we don't do everything we can to deport these 20 million illegals that have invaded our country.
00:49:02.000 We've got to stand strong because now is when it counts the most.
00:49:06.000 And for the last 40 years, when Mitch McConnell's been in power, he could have fixed it.
00:49:10.000 He could have done more.
00:49:12.000 He could have said, we need to study this issue.
00:49:14.000 We need to get involved.
00:49:16.000 We need to get aggressive, whatever it takes.
00:49:18.000 Because if we lose our border, Don, we lose our country.
00:49:21.000 We know this.
00:49:22.000 Hey, what do you think about what we've seen with lawfare and judges blocking the Trump agenda?
00:49:27.000 What would your solution for that be if you were in the United States Senate?
00:49:30.000 Look, I think it's really simple.
00:49:32.000 If you're a judge in our country, you got to follow the Constitution.
00:49:37.000 You're not elected politically.
00:49:38.000 You're not a political figure.
00:49:40.000 You don't interpret the law to satisfy a political agenda.
00:49:43.000 And if you do, we are going to defund you.
00:49:47.000 And if you don't get the message after that, we are going to impeach you.
00:49:51.000 And that is the only solution.
00:49:53.000 Our judges are not there to carry out a political agenda.
00:49:56.000 They're not there to carry political water and score points for politicians.
00:50:01.000 And just because they don't like an administration, like we're seeing with your father, which is so unfortunate, that we've got a lot of these judges.
00:50:09.000 And by the way, a lot of these are the ones that Mitch McConnell takes credit for, these Rhino judges that have slipped through the cracks that are trying to hold the MAGA agenda hostage.
00:50:19.000 And if they don't get the message, they need to be defunded.
00:50:22.000 And if that doesn't work, they're going to have to be impeached.
00:50:25.000 Yeah, not only is he not helpful on the Senate side of things, but he seems to be encouraging this kind of behavior, not going with, again, what I would imagine the vast majority of Kentuckians are all in favor of these kinds of things and the MAGA policy.
00:50:38.000 And I can only tell that because we've won the states with some of the biggest margins of any state in America.
00:50:45.000 That's exactly right.
00:50:46.000 And look, I think one of the things that's so challenging is that, you know, Mitch McConnell likes to take a lot of credit for the courts.
00:50:53.000 He likes to say he's responsible for the Supreme Court.
00:50:56.000 We know that it's your father that created the Supreme Court that's ushered in a wave of conservatism for a generation.
00:51:04.000 But some of these judges that he's hand-selected are the ones that are giving us so much problem.
00:51:09.000 And we need to look very, very closely.
00:51:11.000 And again, if they don't get the message, they got to go and they got to get defunded.
00:51:16.000 Nate, where do you stand on RFK Jr. and the Maha agenda, the Make America Healthy Again agenda?
00:51:22.000 What does that mean for Kentucky?
00:51:24.000 Look, I think it starts with clean water, clean air.
00:51:29.000 We've got to protect our people.
00:51:31.000 And I think RFK has been a breath of fresh air.
00:51:35.000 He's been a disruptor.
00:51:36.000 He's changed the conversation.
00:51:38.000 He's been very, very provocative.
00:51:40.000 But I think for working and average families, I think he speaks to them to say, I'm going to stop ingesting all these toxins, all this bad stuff.
00:51:48.000 We saw another example of this in East Palestine when your father went out there that were the forgotten Americans just because of maybe the way they looked or the location that they were in our country, That they didn't get the protection they need.
00:52:02.000 And I see a lot of these challenges in East Kentucky.
00:52:06.000 We got to get them clean water.
00:52:08.000 We got to get them access to clean air.
00:52:10.000 And I think RFK has done a heck of a job in talking about these issues in a way that nobody has in a very, very long time.
00:52:17.000 And we've also, we can't be prescribing hormones to kids.
00:52:22.000 We know that this is a disaster.
00:52:24.000 This is awful and it makes no sense.
00:52:26.000 And we've got to stop that immediately.
00:52:28.000 And I think RFK's really put a strong line in the sand to say, we're not going to tolerate it.
00:52:34.000 I agree with you 100%.
00:52:35.000 I'd say, you know, at its core, public service should be about improving the quality of people's lives.
00:52:41.000 How does that drive your mission and your campaign going forward now that you're announcing?
00:52:47.000 Look, I think about all the opportunity, Don, I've been given.
00:52:50.000 And I think about the public school teachers I've had, ministers, coaches, people that have helped me along the way.
00:52:57.000 And we all stand on the shoulders of somebody else who's helped us.
00:53:01.000 And I've been very fortunate to live the American dream here in Kentucky.
00:53:05.000 And I want to fight for families like mine.
00:53:08.000 And I believe the working class, the people like my family that work in the auto plant, they have been left behind until your father came along to say, we're going to empower you.
00:53:18.000 We're going to give you a platform.
00:53:19.000 We're going to speak for you in a way that nobody's spoken for the forgotten Americans in a very, very long time.
00:53:25.000 And that's been so exciting to me because I think, look, at the end of the day, we all want to live the American dream.
00:53:31.000 We all want to get access to the American dream.
00:53:33.000 And the American dream for a long time, it seemed impossible for a lot of people.
00:53:38.000 And it seemed like it was going away.
00:53:39.000 And it seemed like unreachable to a lot of folks.
00:53:42.000 And I think now is the time that we're hopeful.
00:53:45.000 You know, Don, my mother used to tell me we may not have a lot of money, but it's free to think big.
00:53:51.000 And your father has encouraged us to think big again and to get excited about our future.
00:53:57.000 And I want to bring that kind of energy to the United States Senate.
00:54:00.000 I want to bring that kind of passion for the working class.
00:54:04.000 And I think the world is our oyster if we continue driving the MAGA agenda.
00:54:10.000 And we can be anything we want to be.
00:54:12.000 And it's really up to our imagination and our commitment to the dream and fulfilling that.
00:54:17.000 I agree.
00:54:18.000 Listen, my father's famous saying was, hey, if you're going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big, right?
00:54:22.000 That's right.
00:54:23.000 That's right.
00:54:24.000 How do you combat?
00:54:25.000 Obviously, you're not going to be running against Mitch McConnell anymore, but you're still running against that machine.
00:54:30.000 What's your plan for that?
00:54:32.000 Because obviously in Kentucky, whether it should or shouldn't, I'd say it shouldn't anymore because he doesn't deserve to have the power or the credibility that he does anymore.
00:54:43.000 I think that probably holds true with the average voter.
00:54:46.000 But with the political machines in the state and in D.C. that are going to be funding a lot of these things, that's still going to be an issue.
00:54:53.000 How do you handle that, Nate?
00:54:56.000 Look, Don, as you know, I've been very aggressive in my rhetoric against the McConnell machine, against his policies, against the sabotage of your father's agenda.
00:55:07.000 And I've been the only one that's actually been as aggressive as we have.
00:55:12.000 And it comes at a great price.
00:55:13.000 You know, just last week, Andy Barr hosted a fundraiser with a lot of McConnell donors.
00:55:19.000 And I think the McConnell machine has decided Daniel Cameron can't win.
00:55:23.000 So we're going to go to Andy Barr.
00:55:25.000 We're going to ride that horse as long as we can.
00:55:27.000 And you're going to see more and more of these establishment of figures move from Daniel Cameron to Andy Barr because they believe that's their best chance.
00:55:35.000 And there's going to be lots of pearl clutching because of the rhetoric we're going to have against Mitch, Mitch and his boys, both of these guys.
00:55:42.000 And I think that this race is going to be very, very simple.
00:55:46.000 It's a referendum on Mitch McConnell's record.
00:55:48.000 It's a referendum on Mitch McConnell's legacy.
00:55:51.000 And you've got two McConnellites that owe everything to Mitch McConnell versus the outside business guy that's running as the MAGA candidate.
00:55:59.000 And I think that contrast is going to be very, very striking to Kentuckians all over the state because they've had enough.
00:56:06.000 They've had enough of Mitch.
00:56:08.000 And as you know, you know, Mitch McConnell, famous, we would say, if someone throws a pebble at me, I'm going to throw a boulder back.
00:56:16.000 They're going to come after us, Don.
00:56:17.000 They're going to get very, very aggressive, but we're ready.
00:56:20.000 And I know that this is the fight.
00:56:22.000 And this is what it takes to fight for the average Kentuckian and to finally give this seat back to the people and give it back to the people that have been waiting for generations to have representation that's ready to fight for them in Washington.
