Bill Maher has a point of view that many people on the left have been missing, and it's one that I think a lot of people need to hear. If the left had a little more common sense, maybe we could live a normal life in America. I mean, just because you can do something, doesn't mean it's a good idea, right? It's like dealing with a toddler: just because they can do it, doesn t mean you should. And if you can't handle it, you don't have to do it. You can try something that has failed each and every time we ve tried it before, and just because it hasn't worked, that doesn't make it a bad idea. And that's the problem, not that your ideas are stupid, the problem is that you're old and you don t get it, and that's why you're stuck with the same old shit you've been doing since you were a kid.
