Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Is This "Soft Bigotry" Or Just Straight-Up Bigotry?

Oregon Governor Kate Brown has suspended the state's proficiency standard for reading, writing, and math in the name of equity. This means only white kids will be able to pass the new standard. What does this mean for people of color? Are they incapable of learning on a standard that benefits them? Is it racist to think that minorities are not smart enough to meet the state s new standard? Is this a racist statement? Or is it just dumbing down the standard in order to make sure everyone is equally dumb? I don t know what else to say other than that it's racist and it needs to stop. I mean, if you don't know what racism is, then you're not listening to this podcast. I don't think you'll be surprised to find out that this is not the first time this has happened, and it's not the last time it has happened. The Democratic Party has been on a mission to dumb down America's education standards and make sure that everyone is dumbed down to the point where they don't have a chance to excel. It's time to wake up to the fact that we are all dumb. We don't need everyone to be smart, we need to be dumb too. We need to all be dumb, dumb, and dumb all the time. We're all dumb and dumb only to be good at something we can do something we're good at. We must stop being dumb, right? Let's stop dumbing ourselves down and start being smart! 00:00:00.000 Well, guys, you'll be shocked to find out that Democrat lawmakers are pushing laws that are going to be racist within our schools.

00:00:06.000 They're saying some really bigoted stuff out loud at this point.

00:00:09.000 They don't even pretend anymore.

00:00:11.000 So this is a choice to have everyone equally ignorant instead of unequally educated, because Oregon Governor Kate Brown just signed into law a law suspending the state's proficiency standard for reading Writing and math somehow in the name of equity.

00:00:30.000 Think about that. Reading, writing, and math.

00:00:31.000 There's no longer going to be a proficiency standard while they develop new graduation standards because, you know, a standard in math, it changes depending on your race, color, religion, right?

00:00:42.000 There is no, because math is racist, we've been told, right?

00:00:45.000 So, while they develop a new standard for graduation that will benefit Oregon's Black, Latino, Latina, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Tribal, and students of color.

00:00:59.000 I mean, is that not an incredibly racist statement?

00:01:02.000 We're saying those people aren't able to compete on a standard in math, reading, or writing, so we're going to develop a new standard that they can pass.

00:01:12.000 So the dumbing down of America continues.

00:01:15.000 I don't understand the liberal hatred of math.

00:01:18.000 I mean, they're so good at division.

00:01:19.000 They're so good at dividing our country.

00:01:21.000 You would think they'd be all in favor of keeping some sort of math standard because they really specialize in that point.

00:01:28.000 Remember Joe Biden?

00:01:30.000 Well, you know, poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids. 0.99

00:01:34.000 This is what the left's mentality is. 0.99

00:01:36.000 But it's important for the totalitarian leftist to keep the population equally dumb. 0.98

00:01:42.000 And that's what it is. We're not allowing those that are gifted to excel. 0.97

00:01:45.000 You've seen them eliminate programs for gifted students across the country in various places because we don't want someone who's not as gifted to excel.

00:01:52.000 Because that gifted person, we want to make sure they don't have a chance to excel.

00:01:57.000 We don't want them starting a business and maybe hiring others, mentoring them, helping other people create a standard of living.

00:02:04.000 We just want everyone dependent on big government. 0.83

00:02:07.000 And if they're ignorant and dependent on big government, the Democrats actually offer you something.

00:02:12.000 Now, if you're independent and capable of thinking on your own and working on your own, all of a sudden, You don't offer all that much. 0.93

00:02:19.000 All of a sudden, the Democrat platform doesn't bring that much to the table.

00:02:23.000 So while China is laughing at us and encouraging people to excel and pushing them to do that, we dumbed down our standards in the name of equity. 0.82

00:02:33.000 I mean, it's not even subtle at this point, guys.

00:02:36.000 That statement is just outright bigoted, okay? 0.99

00:02:39.000 The progressive liberals have to be the dumbest bunch of people in America at this point that they're pushing these standards. 0.99

00:02:45.000 How is that going to help people of color? 0.99

00:02:48.000 Lowering a standard to make sure that no one knows anything, to make sure that no one really understands math, reading, or writing, how is that going to benefit people?

00:02:57.000 Anyone. I mean, the way I read the statement is that basically they're saying that only white kids are proficient at reading, writing, and math.

00:03:04.000 What the hell? I mean, they included Asians in there. 1.00

00:03:07.000 I'm not sure how that stacks up. 0.93

00:03:09.000 I know that statistically speaking, as a demographic, they do pretty well, but like the rest of the, you know, Latino, Latina, and Latinx, because I thought according to the liberals, Latinx is supposed to cover all of those things, so they had to include the other two anyway, because they're insane. 1.00

00:03:24.000 This is the Democrat standard today.

00:03:27.000 They say, oh yeah, conservatives are the racist ones, but they'll put out statements like that saying that we just don't think that these people of color or these demographics can handle a basic standard that's been out there for a long time.

00:03:41.000 So what we have here is literally the bigotry of low expectations that has come to exemplify the Democrat Party.

00:03:49.000 It's pretty racist, I think, of the governor to think that minorities are not smart enough to meet the state's proficiency standards.

00:03:56.000 Why is that only coming up now? 0.92

00:03:58.000 It's absolutely insane. 0.93

00:04:00.000 They're saying, Those people of color, they may be incapable of learning. 1.00

00:04:04.000 We have to change the standard to make sure that we can get them to pass.

00:04:07.000 Rather than create programs to help people get to that standard, we're just going to lower the standard.

00:04:13.000 We're just going to dumb it down.

00:04:15.000 I mean, it's absolutely insane. 0.99

00:04:17.000 Let's just keep lowering the bar until literally everyone Everyone is there, but everyone is equally ignorant.

00:04:25.000 At this point, the school system, there must just be like, what, 12 or 13 years of babysitting at this point, right?

00:04:32.000 That's all it is, because if there's no standard, if they're going to graduate whether they can read, write, or do math, if they're just going to graduate anyway, what's the point?

00:04:40.000 It's just daycare. It's just daycare at this point, and that's what the left is doing.

00:04:46.000 So if you have the option of homeschooling, if you have the option of private school or Catholic school or anything other than the public school system that I'm sure this is primarily a part of, Get your kids there because they're not going to learn it.

00:05:00.000 The teachers unions aren't going to push. 0.82

00:05:02.000 They lower the standard. They don't have to work as hard to get the people to meet, to hit their quotas or whatever it is.

00:05:08.000 So this is what's going on.

00:05:11.000 This is, I'm sure, being pushed by the teachers union, by the leftists in charge there.

00:05:16.000 This is what's happening and we should all be very scared because remember, standards guys should no longer be standards.

00:05:23.000 They should just be whatever so that everyone can get through, everyone can give themselves a pat on the back saying that they did a great job while they dummied us down and continued the bigotry of low expectations.

00:05:37.000 Read the statement for yourself, and if you think it's not racist, please let me know.

00:05:41.000 But I think it's about as racist as it gets, and this crap has to stop if we want to have a future as a country, if we want our children to be able to have a future, and if we want a public education system that actually educates. 0.93
