Summary

Jesse Smollett gets 150 days in jail for staging a hate crime and starting a race war. Jesse should have gotten a much longer sentence because he was caught lying to the police and trying to start a war. He should have been sent to prison for the rest of his life, not just a few days, but a life sentence that will keep him locked up for decades to come. We need to keep pushing back against the lies, the demonization, the fear mongering, and the lies that the mainstream media tell us about race and identity issues in America. We are stronger together than we are apart of the same racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, anti-Black, misogynistic, Islamaphobic, white supremacist, neo-nazi, hate-cited, racist, and anti-gay cults. We will not rest until justice is served, and we will never rest until we have all been served justice, no matter how long it takes, and no matter what it takes or how many years it takes to get there. I am not suicidal, I am innocent. I did not do this. I respect your decision, Your Honor. I do not want to go to jail, I respect you, I m not suicidal and I do NOT want to do anything to offend you, but I DO NOT intend to do this again, I AM NOT SUPRISE, I DID NOT DO THIS, I M NOT DOING THIS AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL ME THINK I DID THIS, NO I DIDNT DO IT, I DON T FEEL LIKE THAT, I ME DON T HAVE A THING TO DO THIS AND I DIDN T DO THAT, DO I DO THING THAT? I DO HAVE A PROODS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO BREACH MY JUDGLE AND I'M NOT AN IDEA AND I ME DO NOT HAVE A DOUBT THAT I' M NOT TOLD TO DO THINGS LIKE THAT AND I DO SOMETHING THAT'S ME FELLING IN A PODCAST AND I HAVE A VOTING IN MY MEDITATION AND I FELL IN A DOWNSETTER THAN I DO AN EGG AND A DIVORDS AND A QOTTER AND A BOUGHT A PEDCAST AND A PAPER AND A VOCAL AND A THIRD THING AND A TOTALLY TOWING SOMETING LIKE THAT?

00:00:00.000 We have some really, really good news today.
00:00:02.000 I know it's been a rough year plus, but we got some good news.
00:00:06.000 Jussie Smollett's attacker has been sentenced to 150 days in Cook County Jail in Chicago.
00:00:13.000 Okay, because Jesse himself is going to jail.
00:00:16.000 Now, that's about five months.
00:00:19.000 Not exactly a lot for starting a race war.
00:00:22.000 Imagine what would happen if they actually caught people doing these things, lying to the American public, spending Chicago police countless man hours looking for this supposed hate crime.
00:00:34.000 You know, so it seems like a pretty light sentence, a little bit of restitution, some probation, but Remember all the people that tried to lecture us about everything.
00:00:44.000 Remember the Kamala Harris's, the AOC's, you know, Joe Biden, all the lies.
00:00:50.000 They went all in on this one and now they just walk on.
00:00:55.000 There's no commentary on it.
00:00:56.000 There's no I got it wrong. They'll just wait until the next instance happens, real or not, to be able to lecture you and tell you What's going on?
00:01:04.000 You gotta watch this clip.
00:01:05.000 Watch Jesse here, where I guess he can't break character.
00:01:08.000 Maybe he's misunderstood. He's an incredibly talented method actor who literally cannot break character even after being convicted of faking a hate crime and now going to jail.
00:01:19.000 Check out the last little bit of this.
00:01:22.000 I am not suicidal.
00:01:25.000 I am innocent and I am not suicidal.
00:01:28.000 If I did this, then it means that I stuck my fist in the fears of black Americans in this country for over 400 years and the fears of the LGBTQ community.
00:01:36.000 Your Honor, I respect you and I respect the jury, but I did not do this.
00:01:40.000 And I am not suicidal.
00:01:41.000 And if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself.
00:01:46.000 And you must all know that.
00:01:49.000 I respect you, Your Honor.
00:01:51.000 I respect your decision. Jail time.
00:01:56.000 I am not suicidal.
00:01:59.000 Well, apparently he's worried about being Epstein or something like that.
00:02:03.000 I mean, he should probably spend the rest of his life in prison for trying to start that race war.
00:02:08.000 Imagine again what would happen if, say, some innocent people that were wearing MAGA hats, amazingly enough, at midnight or two in the morning and the coldest night of the year in downtown Chicago.
00:02:18.000 I don't think it's happening, but if they picked up those people and could somehow blame this on them, imagine what would happen to them.
00:02:24.000 Imagine how bad it would be.
00:02:26.000 So I am just thankful.
00:02:27.000 As an American citizen, that Jussie Smollett's attacker is going to jail.
00:02:33.000 Remember that the current head of the DOJ, the head of their civil rights division, was out there saying that it was bad for the police to look into this.
00:02:41.000 They shouldn't do that. They must treat all survivors of hate crimes and stop demonizing survivors, yada, yada, yada.
00:02:47.000 That's who's running the DOJ. So remember, Jussie Smollett is getting 150 days for staging A hate crime.
00:02:54.000 Okay? Wanting to start a race war.
00:02:56.000 But there are patriotic Americans who did not do anything violent around January 6th that are still sitting in jail over a year later.
00:03:06.000 Okay? Remember that. Okay?
00:03:08.000 So if you think, oh, well, maybe Jesse got what he deserved.
00:03:10.000 There are people who committed nonviolent offenses who were in the Capitol probably taking a selfie.
00:03:16.000 I'm not saying they should have been there, it doesn't matter, but those people are in jail a year later and Jesse Smollett gets 150 days.
00:03:25.000 Let's not forget that, folks.
00:03:28.000 His proclamation of innocence, the insanity of being worried about being Epstein.
00:03:32.000 You know, again, I guess the guy can't break the character, but he should have gotten maybe life at least years, but that's never going to happen in this day and age, unfortunately.
00:03:43.000 You know that. We know it.
00:03:44.000 It sucks, but keep it in mind.
00:03:47.000 We need to keep pushing back.
