Summary

Johnny Depp wins in the Amber Heard trial and wins big. Amber Heard gets $15 million in damages from Johnny Depp for defamation and punitive and compensatory damages. This is a huge win for Depp and will change the narrative of the way we look at cases like this in the future. Amber Heard is a terrible person, but at least she stood up for herself and pushed back on the narrative that dominated our culture for so long. We need more people with the guts to stand up for themselves and fight for their worth. We also need more women in the public eye to speak up and speak out against the rape culture that has been perpetuated by the media, the establishment, the Hollywood establishment, and the media itself. We must believe all women, but we must also believe women who have been falsely accused of sexual assault and have the courage to speak out about it. We can t be soft on women who are falsely accused, and we must be tough on those who lie about it, and especially those who cover it up and try to cover up for the powerful men who are not brave enough to speak their truth. We need to be kinder to women, and more fair and just like Amber Heard did not lie about her abuse. Thank you Amber Heard for standing up for her own honor and standing up to her abuser, and for fighting for her truth and speaking up for what she was told she deserves to be heard and not only for herself, but for the truth and the truth she was given a chance to have her day in court and for the chance to speak her chance at justice and a chance at a fair hearing and a fair chance to shine in court. I hope this case changes the narrative, and that we all across the world to shine a light on the truth that is finally heard. to shine its truth and speak up for itself in this case and that it s not just for the woman who deserves it. Love you, Amber Heard, I love you, my love and respect and respect, and support you, and I appreciate you, you deserve it. Thank you, bye bye bye. 00:00:00.000 Guys, the jury is in in the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial and Johnny Depp wins bigly.
00:00:08.000 It's actually amazing.
00:00:09.000 You know, $15 million in punitive and compensatory damages from Amber Heard to Johnny Depp, taking her case and saying, Kind of crapped the bed.
00:00:20.000 But the bigger thing is the jury found that what Amber Heard said where she had this sort of rare vantage point of seeing how institutions protect men accused of abuse was defamatory.
00:00:32.000 I mean, that's a big thing in the Me Too world, in the believe all women.
00:00:38.000 Era, where if you were a guy, you were guilty until proven innocent.
00:00:42.000 Now, that may not be written in law, but it was basically fact.
00:00:45.000 Even if you were later proven innocent, you were probably destroyed for life just because of the way these stories played out.
00:00:53.000 So, this isn't easy.
00:00:54.000 It's been an issue for a lot of men who've probably been abused or in abusive relationships.
00:00:59.000 And they couldn't even possibly admit it.
00:01:01.000 Johnny Depp actually took this to the next level, actually pushed back, put himself out there, and maybe it changes the narrative where we could actually have some equality that everyone's always striving for in cases like this.
00:01:15.000 Now, whether you're the male abuser or the female abuser, you should Be in serious trouble for that, obviously.
00:01:22.000 But it's not how it's worked.
00:01:23.000 If you were a guy and you were accused of these things, it was over.
00:01:27.000 So Johnny Depp may have actually changed the narrative on this.
00:01:30.000 So Amber Turd has perhaps crapped her last bed.
00:01:35.000 The one thing that perhaps all of America could agree on in the last few months was that she's terrible, right?
00:01:42.000 And you know this because Of a couple of things.
00:01:45.000 You know this because there was not a single guy out there that came out and was like, no, no, no, Amber Heard's great.
00:01:53.000 Love her. Didn't work out, but like, she's wonderful.
00:01:55.000 Everyone who dated her and the list seemed like it was, you know, rather extensive.
00:01:59.000 It was pretty nobody. They were just like, no, I'm just going to stay out of this one.
00:02:05.000 There was no white knight coming to her rescue saying, no, no, no, she's great.
00:02:08.000 It didn't work out, but I loved her.
00:02:10.000 You're a wonderful person. So let's hope she doesn't lose her crap over this.
00:02:15.000 But this has been...
00:02:17.000 A big case.
00:02:19.000 It's probably going to change the way so many of these things are looked at over the last few years.
00:02:24.000 You know, pushing back on, again, some of that rabid feminist crap that they've put out there in the narrative and have been eaten alive that, you know, it can only be men.
00:02:32.000 We must believe all women.
00:02:33.000 I mean, remember, I was trending for like two years.
00:02:35.000 Like, there can't be a case, but that's how bad Amber Heard is.
00:02:38.000 She was so bad that a jury, under scrutiny, with media everywhere, was able to be like, yeah, no.
00:02:46.000 No. Didn't happen.
00:02:48.000 Now, of course, will the Washington Post skate for publishing these things?
00:02:53.000 Of course they do, because it seems like it's their basically de facto job defaming people and pushing some of this crazy narrative nonsense.
00:03:01.000 But Johnny Depp was worth $15 million, effectively probably bankrupting Amber Heard.
00:03:07.000 And more importantly, the rest of the world realized probably, again, based on everything I saw, And it's a screwed up relationship, but like, this is a terrible person and maybe just the person we needed to push back on the narrative that dominated our culture for so long.
00:03:23.000 The culture of influence of rabid feminists who undermine genuine victims of sexual assaults from either side by basically bankrupting Amber Heard for effectively lying about it.
00:03:35.000 Or at least the jury believed that.
00:03:37.000 So kudos to Johnny Depp for actually pushing back, having the guts to fight for himself.
00:03:42.000 We need a little bit more of that.
