Narrative Shattered: What The Media Still Doesn't Want You to Know About Jan 6th | TRIGGERED Ep. 14

Summary

On this week's episode of Triggered, we have an entire narrative reversal of everything we've been told about the events of January 6th, including the release of Tucker Carlson's new video of the events that took place that day, and why some of the most prominent members of the "protester" mob were let go. We talk to the family of slain Air Force vet, Ashley Babbitt, and the attorney representing many of the other people involved in the protest. We also talk about the possibility of a January 2023 show trial, and what it means for the future of journalism in the United States of America in the year 2023. 00:00:00.000 you you
00:00:49.000 guys welcome to another episode of triggered I think given everything we've seen this week, this one's really fitting.
00:01:02.000 We've seen basically an entire narrative reversal of everything that we've been told about January 6th.
00:01:13.000 Simply because, well candidly because, Speaker McCarthy had the balls to...
00:01:21.000 Let the video out.
00:01:22.000 He gave it to Tucker Carlson who had people go through it and in a matter of days found some pretty game-changing narrative.
00:01:32.000 It's actually almost amazing.
00:01:34.000 It's hard to believe that the other side got away with it for so long.
00:01:39.000 The other side literally added sounds and breaking glass and, you know, riot noise that didn't actually happen in the video that they showed Congress to try to drive home this narrative and vilify Patriotic Americans.
00:01:57.000 They seemingly lied about the timing of people who they claimed had died at the hands of protesters that would fly in the face of all of that.
00:02:08.000 They seem to be totally fine with people like Ray Epps lying to them about his whereabouts based on the video evidence.
00:02:17.000 Why is it that certain people that seem like they were at least major instigators in all of this seem to be the people...
00:02:25.000 Let go free, right? Just like, why is it that we don't hear anything?
00:02:29.000 Doesn't even seem like they're making an effort to find the people that left bombs.
00:02:34.000 Remember, we were told about the pipe bombs outside the DNC and the RNC. I'm sure they don't care about the RNC, but you know, because it's the Democrats, I figured they'd be looking at the DNC. And yet...
00:02:46.000 Nothing. Like, literally nothing.
00:02:48.000 Not a peep.
00:02:50.000 It's almost like, hey, they got what they wanted out of the rest of January 6th.
00:02:55.000 That was like the backup plan.
00:02:56.000 Like, if there's nothing that they can turn into the insurrection, you know, then they'll talk about the bomber over at, you know, the DNC and the RNC. But, hmm.
00:03:08.000 I guess they got what they wanted from the insurrection, right?
00:03:11.000 They added a lot of video to make it sexy.
00:03:13.000 Media, big tech, everyone ran with it blind.
00:03:16.000 Therefore, that must have actually been what happened, even though it doesn't appear that way now.
00:03:23.000 So, honestly, say what you guys want, but I gotta give props to Kevin McCarthy for starting to release this stuff.
00:03:28.000 And eventually I want to see all of it for everyone, but, like, that we're getting this out is a big deal.
00:03:33.000 So tonight's show's gonna be really interesting for that.
00:03:36.000 We have Mickey. Mickey is Ashley Babbitt's mother.
00:03:41.000 Ashley Babbitt, the Air Force vet, patriotic American, gunned down in cold blood, unarmed, In what I call the least investigated police shooting in the history of police shootings anywhere, not just in the United States, but literally anywhere, magically, it disappears.
00:04:01.000 There's no talk about the officer who did this having...
00:04:07.000 Like, gun violations and mishandling violations on his record?
00:04:11.000 No, no. He's like a SEAL team commando, not like a careless schmuck, who, if you look at the video, which we will, would spell a very different story.
00:04:24.000 But no, he was made into a hero, not a murderer.
00:04:28.000 So we'll talk to Ashley Babbitt's mother.
00:04:31.000 We'll talk to Joseph McBride, an attorney who I've gotten to know over the last few months, who's representing numerous January 6th defendants.
00:04:42.000 And we'll talk about the living conditions that they face that would seem to be a violation of the Geneva Convention if they were terrorists.
00:04:53.000 But I guess it's okay if you're in a D.C. jail and the judges are partisan bureaucrats who are going to do whatever the media and the Democrats tell them.
00:05:02.000 I mean, it seems like everything is a show trial.
00:05:05.000 So we'll hear about exactly that experience.
00:05:07.000 The living conditions, the impossibility of getting a fair and just trial in the United States of America in the year 2023.
00:05:17.000 And we'll talk to Julie Kelly, one of the only reporters, if not perhaps the only reporter, who's called like BS since moment number one on all of these things.
00:05:28.000 So there's a lot to sort of break down here.
00:05:33.000 You know, it's something I've been pretty vocal about for quite some time.
00:05:37.000 It just felt wrong.
00:05:39.000 But for me... It's easier to notice these things.
00:05:42.000 Now, I guess after the last two, three years, we should all probably be much more skeptical of literally anything that we're told, right?
00:05:49.000 I mean, the conspiracy theorists are batting 1,000, the educated people and the experts are batting about zero, or maybe they're batting 1,002 in the sense that they lie to you, they get what they want, They get the win.
00:06:05.000 And then two years later, when it comes out, we say, see, I told you so.
00:06:08.000 Rather than actually doing anything about it, we just, you know, we try to dunk on them on social, and I'm guilty of that myself.
00:06:13.000 But it's not entirely accurate.
00:06:16.000 So what's really interesting is that, you know, Fox News broke the news about these videos, because they did it on Tucker Carlson, probably, you know, their most popular show.
00:06:27.000 But it felt like everyone else in the media, including other people on that network, just ignored it.
00:06:37.000 That felt really weird.
00:06:39.000 You'd think that after two years, if we were lied, especially given the sides and the political leanings of the people that were lied about and vilified and imprisoned, in my opinion, falsely, certainly for the vast majority of those people who were nonviolent offenders, that didn't seem to matter, but Maybe it's because the truth hurts.
00:07:01.000 Maybe the establishment wanted to see this happen because it's a way to hurt Trump and his supporters and another attempt to try to kill that movement where they can be kind of conservative, but not really.
00:07:15.000 We really want to be for the American working class, but not so much that we actually do something about China.
00:07:22.000 So... It was a mistake, in my view, for Fox News to depict this in a way that's completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at the Capitol thinks.
00:08:01.000 Oh wait, so you're telling me...
00:08:04.000 Okay, let's not forget, the Capitol Police report to the Speaker of the House.
00:08:08.000 They're not like another law enforcement agency.
00:08:11.000 It's different. So they report directly at that time to Nancy Pelosi.
00:08:16.000 So Mitch McConnell, the lead Republican in the Senate, wants you to believe the report that the leader of a partisan police agency, in my opinion, that reported directly to Nancy Pelosi.
00:08:31.000 You're to believe that.
00:08:33.000 Not the video.
00:08:35.000 You're to believe the report.
00:08:38.000 That seems to be totally refuted by the video.
00:08:41.000 That's what happened, not what you're seeing with your eyes.
00:08:45.000 Don't believe your lying eyes, folks.
00:08:47.000 Hmm. What else does that sound like?
00:08:51.000 I mean, honestly, with Republicans, like, Mitch McConnell, who needs Democrats?
00:08:56.000 They're literally doing the bidding of the other side.
00:08:59.000 They want to continue to vilify so many Americans who've been wronged by this absolute farce.
00:09:05.000 And when someone does it, they attack Tucker Carlson for showing the truth.
00:09:11.000 Maybe that's why we haven't seen the video for two years.
00:09:14.000 Because there's so few Republicans that have the guts to actually show the American public.
00:09:19.000 They say, you know what? Trump's a threat to the establishment and the way we do things.
00:09:23.000 We want guys like that out there.
00:09:25.000 We want Republicans in charge who answer to us, who are beholden to the billionaire class and the establishment.
00:09:33.000 I mean, can you believe this stuff?
00:09:35.000 I mean, it's insane!
00:09:37.000 No, no, no. Believe the report!
00:09:39.000 You mean the report that was, like, run on CNN? Just like, believe what they told you about COVID, and believe what they told you about Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:09:47.000 Believe everything they tell you, folks.
00:09:49.000 Do not believe what probably makes sense.
00:09:53.000 Do not believe what you see with your own eyes.
00:09:57.000 Do not believe the science.
00:10:00.000 Honestly, it's a fucking disgrace.
00:10:03.000 That we have Republicans like this representing us.
00:10:05.000 It's ridiculous. And I know someone's going to criticize me because Mitch McConnell fell down over the weekend or yesterday or whatever it is.
00:10:13.000 He'll be fine. He'll be back to doing a shitty job for Republicans soon.
00:10:17.000 We feel terrible for him.
00:10:18.000 We don't wish that on anyone, but give me a break.
00:10:22.000 This is what your ruling class thinks of you.
00:10:25.000 They would rather go with Nancy Pelosi's talking points than what you see on video.
00:10:30.000 And if there's even a discrepancy, let's make it really bad for those people.
00:10:34.000 Let's hold them in jail without due process.
00:10:37.000 Like a terrorist.
00:10:39.000 Frankly, these are the same people pushing...
00:10:42.000 To release the 9-11 bombers and those actual terrorists probably more aggressively than they would good American people who perhaps got themselves in a bad situation or were taking selfies and lied about.
00:10:55.000 Like Officer Brian Sitnik, who was apparently murdered, but the video that Tucker shows us doesn't seem like that.
00:11:03.000 He actually seemed really calm.
00:11:06.000 Watch what Mitt Romney has to say.
00:11:08.000 It's really sad to see Tucker Carlson go off the rails that bad.
00:11:13.000 The American people saw what happened on January 6th.
00:11:17.000 Oh really? So Tucker went off the rails by showing you video footage!
00:11:23.000 That flies in the face of what these liars have told us for years.
00:11:27.000 Honestly, I mean, it doesn't take the last six years for people to be skeptical of your political ruling class or politicians in general, but now Tucker's going off the rails.
00:11:36.000 So what exactly about Tucker's story went off the rails?
00:11:39.000 Tucker broke footage of Jason Chastely, who was, you know, the QAnon shaman, the guy, you know, in the Viking helmet, right?
00:11:49.000 You know, he was supposedly taking over our government without weapons.
00:11:52.000 It's amazing, folks, right?
00:11:54.000 If that guy could take over the government, we should stop worrying about China now, because it would take him about a millisecond to do so.
00:12:03.000 But the footage actually shows that the QAnon shaman was being escorted around by Capitol Police.
00:12:11.000 Here's CNN explaining how the non-violent Chansley deserves the same time as someone who punched a cop in the face.
00:12:21.000 Watch for yourself. This is CNN Breaking News.
00:12:27.000 We do have breaking news into CNN. One of the key figures in the Capitol insurrection, the so-called QAnon shaman, has been sentenced now in federal court.
00:12:36.000 Let's get back over to CNN's Whitney Wilde, who's been tracking all of this.
00:12:40.000 She's outside the courtroom in Washington.
00:12:42.000 Whitney, what are you hearing from the judge?
00:12:46.000 The judge has now sentenced Jacob Chansley, also known as the QAnon shaman, to 41 months in prison with 36 months of supervised release.
00:12:54.000 This is a remarkable case for a list of reasons.
00:12:56.000 He was the most notable figure throughout this insurrection.
00:13:00.000 He's the man who was walking through the Senate chambers with a bullhorn, with face paint, with fur.
00:13:05.000 He is not convicted of a violent crime.
00:13:07.000 So this is why this 41 months in prison is so significant.
00:13:10.000 Kate, the Department of Justice had asked for 51 months in prison, the judge obviously giving slightly less than that, but it is about comparable to what he, or exactly, rather exactly comparable to what he gave another man who was sentenced last week in his very same courtroom.
00:13:25.000 For a violent crime, for punching a police officer.
00:13:28.000 So here we have these two crimes.
00:13:30.000 One person affecting this insurrection by their leadership and by their actions and by their words.
00:13:35.000 And another person affecting it by an act of violence.
00:13:38.000 And in the judge's eyes, Judge Royce Lamberth, those two things are the same.
00:13:45.000 Those two things are the same.
00:13:47.000 No, they're not!
00:13:49.000 Unless you're a partisan hack.
00:13:52.000 Which, of course, probably every judge in Washington, D.C. is.
00:13:55.000 41 months, folks. Just so we understand, that's like three and a half years for a non-violent offense.
00:14:01.000 It looks on the video that I saw like he's been escorted around.
00:14:05.000 Why? He gets worse because he put on some face paint and a Viking helmet?
00:14:10.000 Like, seriously?
00:14:12.000 Like, that's how bad a clown show this is, right?
00:14:16.000 Some have gone as far to say that the QAnon shamans deserve to be shot.
00:14:20.000 For what? I don't know.
00:14:22.000 What exactly did he do?
00:14:23.000 It doesn't seem like a lot.
00:14:25.000 For three and a half years.
00:14:27.000 Now, if you're an actual violent offender, sure, you deserve to be punished.
00:14:31.000 We understand that.
00:14:32.000 But what happened to, like, the violent offenders from the Summer of Love?
00:14:36.000 We had 18 months of civil unrest in this country with looting, murder, arson, mayhem.
00:14:43.000 City blocks were taken over.
00:14:45.000 Government buildings were taken over.
00:14:47.000 I was told that that was an insurrection.
00:14:50.000 But apparently, if you're doing it in the name of social justice...
00:14:55.000 We're not sure why.
00:14:56.000 Just like stealing Gucci shoes from a Gucci store in the social justice, it's different.
00:15:02.000 Just like if you're gathering protesting for Antifa, it wasn't a super spreader event.
00:15:09.000 But if you went to a Trump rally, it was, folks.
00:15:12.000 This is the hypocrisy that we're dealing with.
00:15:15.000 So... As Tucker's reporting found, he went on a guided tour.
00:15:21.000 That's what he's getting 41 months for?
00:15:27.000 Like, 41 months.
00:15:28.000 Watch. Here's Tucker's clip.
00:15:30.000 Tape. The tapes show that Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley.
00:15:35.000 They helped him. They acted as his tour guides.
00:15:39.000 Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber.
00:15:42.000 Capitol Police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him.
00:15:48.000 We counted at least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley.
00:15:54.000 Not one of them even tried to slow him down.
00:15:58.000 Chansley understood that Capitol Police were his allies.
00:16:01.000 Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate.
00:16:06.000 Watch. What an injustice that this guy served any time, let alone 40 months.
00:16:21.000 What an injustice that he's still in prison.
00:16:25.000 His lawyer is telling people that he didn't even get access to the footage.
00:16:28.000 So again, props to Kevin McCarthy, the Speaker of the House, for now making the footage available to the attorneys of these people.
00:16:37.000 But think of how many people couldn't afford great attorneys.
00:16:41.000 And even if they could, weren't given access to exculpatory evidence.
00:16:46.000 Think about what a show trial this has been.
00:16:48.000 Like, this should make Mao blush.
00:16:53.000 Stalin would be embarrassed with the way that these people Have been treated.
00:16:59.000 These convictions should all be thrown out.
00:17:01.000 Because this isn't the way our legal system functions in the United States of America, unless we're that broken.
00:17:07.000 Which, honestly, if you watch this stuff, and you see what's going on, and you wonder how it took two years plus for this stuff to get out, it's absolutely disgusting.
00:17:17.000 Not only should the DOJ be ashamed of themselves, but so should the press, who were more than happy to run with the DNC talking points.
00:17:24.000 Now, we should be used to that.
00:17:26.000 But if there's an institution that's more broken than the mainstream media in America, I'd like to see it.
00:17:35.000 Because it probably doesn't exist.
00:17:38.000 And that's including Congress.
00:17:41.000 Look at former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo saying, there's absolutely no color of authority that allowed these people in the building.
00:17:51.000 I don't think the guy has much chance of escaping any culpability.
00:17:55.000 There's absolutely no color of authority that was invested in those people to allow him into the building.
00:18:00.000 He may have thought there was.
00:18:02.000 Fine. But that doesn't mean there was.
00:18:07.000 Well, really? I'm pretty sure I've watched video in the last few days of officers guiding him around like he's on a tour.
00:18:17.000 We're gonna pretend this guy's a violent offender?
00:18:20.000 That this guy was gonna overthrow the government?
00:18:22.000 That this guy was the leader of an unarmed insurrection?
00:18:25.000 Give me a break, folks.
00:18:28.000 Give me a break.
00:18:30.000 It's disgusting.
00:18:32.000 And the fake news politicized the legal system, took advantage of being in a partisan area to drive and bring forth a narrative of everything they've ever wanted, crapping on patriotic Americans everywhere.
00:18:47.000 A man is in prison for no good reason.
00:18:50.000 But again, folks, it gets worse than that.
00:18:53.000 And then we'll hear about that very shortly when we interview Ashley Babbitt's mother.
00:18:58.000 Again, the only person shot by the police on this day murdered, in my opinion, in cold blood by a guy with Let's just say less than stellar gun handling records who was then turned into a hero.
00:19:13.000 We're going to hear about those living conditions in a second as we go live with Ashley Babbitt's mom, Mickey, as we go live with Joe McBride, attorney for numerous J6 defendants, and Julie Kelly, again, one of the few people in media Who had the guts to call BS from moment number one.
00:19:32.000 But before we do that, I gotta thank our sponsors.
00:19:35.000 Again, guys, it takes guts to support a show like this because we go against the grain.
00:19:40.000 We say the things that get most people canceled.
00:19:43.000 But I want to make sure to take...
00:19:45.000 The time to tell you guys about Goldco.
00:19:48.000 Gold and silver can protect your retirement savings from inflation and dollar devaluation.
00:19:53.000 You can roll over your 401k and IRA into precious metals.
00:19:57.000 And honestly, guys, if you've been watching the stock market over the last two days, it feels like it's pretty scary, right?
00:20:02.000 From precious metals and IRAs to direct purchases of gold and silver, Goldco has helped thousands of Americans diversify and protect their retirement savings.
00:20:12.000 We have an obligation To support companies who support us.
00:20:18.000 Who support people who will actually call out this nonsense because that's how we fight back.
00:20:23.000 Instead of supporting woke companies who hate you, support those who share your values.
00:20:28.000 Go to DonJrGold.com to learn more.
00:20:32.000 That's D-O-N-J-R-Gold.com and learn more about it.
00:20:37.000 Again. Guys, I think I've seen about 1,000 points come out of the stock market in two days.
00:20:42.000 The Fed is signaling raising rates even more.
00:20:45.000 It feels like they're going to try to crush small business because this government doesn't care, right?
00:20:50.000 You can hedge against some of that, and certainly gold and silver historically has done that.
00:20:55.000 So go to donjrgold.com.
00:20:58.000 You can check it out, listen, learn.
00:21:01.000 They'll take you through everything you need to know.
00:21:03.000 But again, you can do that in other places, but do those with the people Who actually share your beliefs.
00:21:09.000 And another great company that does that is Patriot Mobile, okay?
00:21:13.000 Because now more than ever, we've got to support companies who support us.
00:21:17.000 And that's why I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:22:58.000 I think you'll love them.
00:23:00.000 So with that, folks, we're going to go to the interview.
00:23:04.000 Ashley Babbitt's mother, Joe McBride, Julie Kelly.
00:23:07.000 I think we're going to have an awesome conversation.
00:23:10.000 And I think it'll be enlightening to a lot of people who are finding out a lot about the farce, the fallacy that we've been told for so long.
00:23:18.000 You're going to love it. Thanks.
00:23:20.000 Guys, welcome to another episode of Triggered.
00:23:24.000 I think you guys are going to like this one.
00:23:25.000 I know my people want to know everything there is to know about the insanity that is January 6th and what's going on since then.
00:23:34.000 So we have some people that have been leaders in that fight.
00:23:37.000 We got Joe McBride, a lawyer, representing how many of the defendants, Joe?
00:23:42.000 About six privately, and I'm connected to about ten other cases.
00:23:46.000 Joe is also one of the lawyers that has actually been given the video footage of everything that went on.
00:23:52.000 The video footage that has been suppressed by the Democrats for two years.
00:23:56.000 And I imagine Joe for a reason.
00:24:00.000 Meaning if the narrative was as good as they claimed it was on CNN, we'd have seen a lot more of it.
00:24:07.000 That is correct, Don.
00:24:08.000 Only evil operates under the cover of darkness.
00:24:11.000 The truth will still come to light.
00:24:12.000 Thank you, Speaker McCarthy, for hooking us up.
00:24:14.000 Yeah, listen, I think that was a big deal.
00:24:15.000 It was one of the things. Kevin McCarthy was like my first actual guest on the podcast.
00:24:20.000 And it was funny. We got to talking so long.
00:24:23.000 But after that, he's like, yeah, I'm actually going to do that.
00:24:25.000 The Democrats were playing games, even letting him, the Speaker of the House, get the video.
00:24:29.000 But behind the scenes, we were talking about it.
00:24:31.000 So it's awesome to see him following through to make sure that the people representing these people, many of whom Just total non-violent offenders have been denied due process forever.
00:24:44.000 We also have Julie Kelly, journalist, who's been really the leader attacking this stuff publicly, calling out the insanity, being willing to go against, again, the media narrative.
00:24:55.000 You've been vilified, you've been put down, probably canceled in many respects.
00:24:59.000 And like so many of those who are willing to go to that edge, I think you've been at least vindicated in the eyes of truth and justice, although probably not within the mainstream media.
00:25:11.000 Well, thank you for having me on.
00:25:14.000 It's interesting. I have not gotten a lot of the backlash that I was expecting, because when you deal with facts and you deal with truth, and you're, I think, fighting for the right cause, which not just...
00:25:28.000 The Constitution and rule of law, but for innocent lives that are being destroyed, you know, it's not, I guess, you're not as easy of a target, I think.
00:25:40.000 So, but it wouldn't matter anyway, because I feel honored to be doing the work that I'm doing.
00:25:46.000 Well, I mean, you're doing yeoman's work that's, I mean, incredibly important.
00:25:49.000 Then we're going to have Mickey Witkoff, who's actually Ashley Babbitt's mother, just A terrible case.
00:25:58.000 Perhaps the only police involved shooting that's never even had a seemingly investigation.
00:26:02.000 They came with a rubber stamp conclusion.
00:26:04.000 A guy with numerous, or at least that I've read, Gun handling violations turned into a hero when, you know, someone like me who knows a little bit about it is looking at the video and saying, like, what are you talking about?
00:26:17.000 This is some of the most flagrant, just bad, let's call it bad policing, bad firearms handling, totally unnecessary from everything that we've seen, and yet...
00:26:29.000 He's been made a hero, instead of being prosecuted, as any other police officer in America would have been.
00:26:38.000 Because, again, because it fit the narrative.
00:26:41.000 So, we're going to have her on in a little bit.
00:26:44.000 But, you know, broader question.
00:26:46.000 Maybe we'll start with Joe.
00:26:48.000 What do Americans need to know about what's going on on the J6 aftermath to these people that maybe they don't even know yet?
00:26:56.000 America needs to know that there is a partisan witch hunt that is going on right now.
00:27:01.000 That if you are, in particular, a white Christian man or woman who supports Donald Trump or who supports the Republican Party, that you are the target of the FBI and the Department of Justice.
00:27:13.000 Don, this is the first time in the history of our wonderful country that the party who's currently in power is hunting down members of the opposition party for political dissidents.
00:27:22.000 This needs to stop. Power will soon change hands and we are at the precipice of falling into political tribalism if people don't come to their senses now.
00:27:31.000 So talk about, Julie, some of those examples.
00:27:33.000 You've spoken with so many of these people.
00:27:35.000 You've been reporting their stories.
00:27:36.000 I mean, what are some of the examples of that so people understand?
00:27:40.000 I mean, there are people that, I mean, I saw them, they're taking selfies.
00:27:43.000 Like, I'm like, they're inside the velvet ropes.
00:27:45.000 Like, they're not doing, like, as far as I'm aware, like, some of them probably thought they were just being tourists.
00:27:50.000 And you see the video now of the police.
00:27:52.000 Sure, come in. Then you hear the people, the police videos talking about it being a setup.
00:27:56.000 Right.
00:27:57.000 Like, you know, they knew and then you say, well yeah, my dad did ask, you know, Nancy Pelosi,
00:28:01.000 let's have National Guard just in case. Like, let's do these things. No, no, we don't want that.
00:28:04.000 Like, in what world was this not sort of a pre-planned example? I mean, I always talk about
00:28:11.000 you have the bomber, you know, at the RNC and the DNC. Like, like...
00:28:16.000 It's like they got what they wanted out of J6. We're not even going to talk about the bombers anymore.
00:28:20.000 That was almost like if they didn't get what they wanted in the other thing, they had another narrative to go to to make sure that no matter what happened, they got to the end result of what they wanted to vilify this group of Americans.
00:28:32.000 Well, it was interesting this week, Bret Baier interviewed Christopher Wray, and he was directly asked about the pipe bomb investigation, and Chris Wray tap-danced around it.
00:28:44.000 What's interesting to learn about the pipe bomber is not only did it prompt the first wave of evacuations, it enabled law enforcement to go to two different communication systems.
00:28:56.000 Now you know this as a defense attorney.
00:28:58.000 You've heard some of the communications.
00:29:00.000 They played some of it on January 6th.
00:29:02.000 We haven't heard the other channel.
00:29:04.000 So the question is what was happening on that other channel?
00:29:08.000 But also he was asked directly about the use of FBI informants, undercover assets, which we know is a fact.
00:29:16.000 And he still won't answer that question.
00:29:18.000 What was interesting this week, Don, is a Rasmussen poll that came out that showed 80% of Americans want all of the secret videos released to the public.
00:29:30.000 61%, including almost a majority of Democrats, think that federal agents were involved in provoking what happened on January 6th.
00:29:39.000 So, As all this evidence is being covered up, and as Joe talked about in a motion this week, DOJ just suddenly came up with this huge trove of discovery evidence, put it on its platform that's been hiding for two years.
00:29:54.000 That continues to raise questions in people's minds.
00:29:57.000 As it should, but the mainstream media is still not covering it.
00:30:01.000 They took the DNC talking points, just like, rubber stamp it, this is fact.
00:30:08.000 Whether it had anything to do with fact or not, that's what they're running with.
00:30:11.000 You're one of the few people talking about it.
00:30:14.000 Mainstream media, they may not like conservatives, but like, you'd think that this is a big story.
00:30:19.000 If this is going on, the origins of it, the cover up of it, when you're now seeing all the video, where were the journalists even, you know, if the case was so good, why weren't they clamoring for the Democrats to release the video?
00:30:31.000 They're actually screaming at Kevin McCarthy for releasing it.
00:30:35.000 I mean, who doesn't want transparency?
00:30:37.000 Because I was told that when Joe White, this would be the most transparent administration in American history, which is bullshit, just like, It was the most safe, secure election in American history, but also only a talking point, no actual evidence other than them.
00:30:49.000 We say it, therefore it must be, even if you have sort of first-time mass mail-in ballot.
00:30:54.000 I mean, by any reasonable standard, it would clearly not be the case.
00:30:58.000 But if we say it, it is therefore the gospel.
00:31:01.000 Mainstream media will take it and run with it.
00:31:03.000 Big tech will run with it. And if you say otherwise, you'll be censored, canceled, put down, oppressed.
00:31:08.000 So to the average person...
00:31:10.000 What they're seeing, if they're not willing to just sort of look at the last six years and say, okay, I don't believe anything anymore.
00:31:18.000 Like the conspiracy theorists are batting a thousand.
00:31:21.000 How do we stop that?
00:31:23.000 How do we continue to get it out and make sure that this happens?
00:31:26.000 Well, we have to be relentless.
00:31:27.000 We cannot give in. We cannot give up.
00:31:29.000 We can never surrender. They are betting on the fact that the American public will bend.
00:31:34.000 They are betting on the fact that defense attorneys, that journalists, that people in politics will give up and will say, hey, this just isn't worth it.
00:31:41.000 The fight is too much.
00:31:42.000 It's too long. The cost is too high.
00:31:44.000 But they have grossly underestimated the will of the American citizen to be free.
00:31:49.000 Don, the Constitution...
00:31:50.000 Well, but we've got to be careful because, you know, I'm going to have to disagree with that because I would have thought...
00:31:56.000 Three years ago that you're 100% right.
00:31:58.000 But we all lived through COVID. We all watched.
00:32:02.000 And we watched a huge portion of the country just say, you know what?
00:32:07.000 Govern me harder, Daddy.
00:32:10.000 You're right. Perhaps the scariest thing that I saw out of COVID was not the disease or what happened.
00:32:18.000 It was the sheepishness Of the American public, to just go along, to just trust me.
00:32:28.000 Now again, I have the benefit of having been on the wall, flying on the wall for six years, that Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, let's call it the second biggest target of the entire full force of the Democrat Party and their associates in big tech and mainstream media.
00:32:43.000 So maybe I get it, but Man, a lot of us, even people on our side sort of went along and were in fear and were like, you know, yes, if someone passes gas, I can still smell it, but the mask is saving me from my microvirus.
00:32:58.000 I'm like, I don't like, it doesn't check out.
00:33:01.000 And yet they still went along.
00:33:03.000 So, you know, how do we get through that?
00:33:05.000 I agree with your point, Don, and I think that your average, freedom-loving American citizen views government from a viewpoint of skepticism.
00:33:14.000 The founding fathers of this country said that government is a necessary evil.
00:33:18.000 It should be small, it should be limited, but power should ultimately rest with the people.
00:33:22.000 Now, these other people that you're talking about who look at the government as a god,
00:33:25.000 who look at the government as daddy, that's not the spirit of American exceptionalism
00:33:31.000 that has made this country great.
00:33:32.000 We have to depart from trusting in government, getting back to trusting in our citizenry
00:33:36.000 and trusting in God and trusting in the founding documents that made this country great.
00:33:40.000 How did you get involved in representing some of the J6 prisoners?
00:33:46.000 So I got a call in February of 2021.
00:33:49.000 I had a reputation back in New York for doing good criminal defense work.
00:33:52.000 Long story short, I became a lawyer because my brother Anthony was wrongfully convicted of a crime he did not commit.
00:33:59.000 I went to college and then law school in response to that travesty that hit my family.
00:34:03.000 So when Richard Barnett, who had his feet up on Speaker Pelosi's desk, came calling, I took the case on Asher Wednesday of 2021, got him out, and people said, hey, this guy's not so bad, and I sort of picked up steam going forward from that point on.
00:34:18.000 Julie, when did you get involved in sort of all of this, and what sort of put up your hackles to...
00:34:24.000 January 6th, 2021.
00:34:26.000 I thought it was the most absurd thing that I've ever seen.
00:34:30.000 It's like literally the first unarmed insurrection in the history of the world.
00:34:33.000 I'm like, I don't understand. I feel like, I don't know, there's probably, not that I would condone any of this, but I was like, if you're really doing that, you're probably not showing up like that, right?
00:34:43.000 Well, I had a couple reactions.
00:34:44.000 One was, after the year of 2020, lockdowns, race riots, the stolen election, All unprosecuted, by the way, right?
00:34:54.000 Those are social justice warriors because, you know, nothing says looting a Gucci store like doing it in the name of social justice, right?
00:35:00.000 Because everyone needs sleds.
00:35:02.000 You know, that is equity somehow.
00:35:04.000 I don't know how, but that's what I'm told.
00:35:06.000 It was one of the most turbulent years in American history.
00:35:09.000 And so my thought was, if this is the worst that's happening, people climbing on scaffolding, breaking a few windows, the government is lucky that that's all that happened because of all of the trauma that was caused in 2020.
00:35:21.000 And then watching it, and I saw people who I found out later were Jacob Chansley.
00:35:26.000 He's on the Senate gallery.
00:35:28.000 And I tweeted out, I would pick him to run Congress than anybody else.
00:35:33.000 By the way, the guy in the Viking helmet would do a much better job running America than Joe Biden, in all fairness.
00:35:40.000 Assume he knows nothing about running the government.
00:35:44.000 He still couldn't do worse.
00:35:46.000 That's what I tweeted. I'm like, I'd pick that guy over.
00:35:48.000 I'll take my chances. I'll take my chances.
00:35:50.000 So I just didn't have the same reaction.
00:35:53.000 And I mean, we're talking overreaction by 95% of the right.
00:35:57.000 Influencer. The same thing that I saw in COVID. So anyway, it just didn't make sense to me, so I started following it.
00:36:03.000 But what really caught my eye was what the government started doing right away, and that was seeking pretrial detention, meaning denying bail for nonviolent.
00:36:12.000 Coy Griffin, the Cowboys for Trump guy, who didn't even go inside the building, was ordered, denied bail, ordered to pretrial detention.
00:36:20.000 So my first article was February 4th, 2021.
00:36:23.000 And it was called America's Political Prisoners.
00:36:25.000 Well, you wrote a book about it, right?
00:36:27.000 I did. Yes.
00:36:29.000 Thank you. Tell us about it.
00:36:30.000 Yes. So it really details the background leading up to January 6th, what happened on January 6th, and then the consequences of what the Department of Justice, DHS, FBI, Local law enforcement have been doing to these people.
00:36:43.000 Now almost 1,000 total criminal defendants with promises to bring that total to 2,000.
00:36:48.000 It's still going, meaning like they don't have them yet, but they're going to figure out someone else that was jaywalking.
00:36:53.000 They just arrested someone again yesterday.
00:36:58.000 Explain the conditions of how these people are being treated, Joe.
00:37:04.000 You're representing a bunch of them.
00:37:06.000 You've probably spent time with more or at least heard the stories.
00:37:10.000 Explain what they're going through.
00:37:12.000 The conditions of confinement are egregious.
00:37:15.000 They started at D.C. jail.
00:37:17.000 We call it D.C. Guantanamo Bay or the D.C. Gulag.
00:37:20.000 We held the jail accountable in court and he started shipping them off to what we call the Gulag system in Virginia and other places.
00:37:26.000 You have solitary confinement, which is captivity for more than 22 hours a day absent meaningful human contact.
00:37:32.000 And then you have what's described as prolonged solitary confinement, which is solitary for more than 15 days.
00:37:38.000 Under the Mandela rules, the international gold standard for how you treat prisoners, that is by definition torture.
00:37:44.000 Dick Durbin and everybody else who's a liberal in Congress has been, Elizabeth Warren, calling this torture for years.
00:37:50.000 But January 6th, some of them were held for six, nine months.
00:37:54.000 We'll make an exception to it, right? We'll make an exception.
00:37:55.000 We'll make an exception.
00:37:57.000 They're deplorables. And again, you would think...
00:38:01.000 As left-leaning as the media would be, that if you're actually torturing Americans...
00:38:05.000 Now, if we tortured a Fucking terrorist abroad.
00:38:09.000 People went to jail. That's right.
00:38:12.000 They used that to take down political people.
00:38:14.000 A guy that would...
00:38:16.000 You have people going to bat for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his treatment after taking down the World Trade Center.
00:38:21.000 That's right. But no one's willing to go to bat for these people that have been sitting in jail.
00:38:26.000 Many of them. Nonviolent offenders that have been treated by our own standards in an inhumane fashion.
00:38:32.000 That if we were a third world banana republic, we'd be like...
00:38:36.000 This is bullshit, and we're going to intervene.
00:38:38.000 You know, Don, no one's been charged with insurrection, but that term has been used against January 6th for the specific purpose of creating a sub-constitutional class of people.
00:38:47.000 You're an insurrectionist.
00:38:48.000 You're not a human. You're not even an American.
00:38:50.000 Therefore, we can torture you like a terrorist, and we can treat you like shit because the Constitution doesn't apply to you.
00:38:56.000 So you have solitaire, you have sort of just the general denial of due process, right?
00:39:02.000 I mean, how many of these people just haven't necessarily even been charged but have just been held and for how long?
00:39:07.000 Because that's sort of a big part in all of these things.
00:39:09.000 It's sort of that elimination of even due process.
00:39:12.000 And I'm not saying if someone did something violent, they've got to pay for it.
00:39:15.000 But I also see some of the sentencing that's being put out there.
00:39:18.000 And I'm like, guy got seven years for breaking a window?
00:39:21.000 I'm like, I don't know, it seems insane.
00:39:23.000 Right. It seems insane.
00:39:25.000 They could break a window at a store, cause a billion dollars worth of damage, and people weren't even charged, let alone egregiously.
00:39:33.000 That's right. The sentences are egregious.
00:39:36.000 The real villains here are the judges on the D.C. District Court.
00:39:40.000 I mean, Joe knows this better than everyone.
00:39:42.000 They just act as a rubber stamp for the department.
00:39:44.000 The Department of Justice couldn't get away with any of this, but for the complicity of the judges on the court.
00:39:51.000 So they are enabling this.
00:39:52.000 They're violating their oath of office, which is to protect the rights of a defendant, especially due process and the presumption of innocence.
00:39:59.000 Completely gone. I know a little bit about this because, let's just say, the nonsense they've thrown at my family or business in the Southern District of New York, they're like, hey, why not go after Trump?
00:40:08.000 We're going to fundraise off of it.
00:40:10.000 We're going to have either juries or judges that are 100% on our side.
00:40:14.000 There's no downside to persecuting your political enemies because you have a political climate that's so heavily weighted one way, there's literally no risk.
00:40:24.000 It's their fundraising campaign.
00:40:26.000 And they know they probably win anyway, even if it's nonsense.
00:40:29.000 And then you talk about what they actually won.
00:40:30.000 You're like, that was it? You mean they did that for six years?
00:40:32.000 It's like... And these people...
00:40:35.000 The cost.
00:40:36.000 I mean, I imagine...
00:40:38.000 It is expensive to litigate in D.C. District Court.
00:40:41.000 Correct. And in any federal court.
00:40:43.000 Most of these people who I represent, most of these men come from low-income, middle America-type situations.
00:40:49.000 They don't have a savings.
00:40:50.000 They live paycheck to paycheck.
00:40:51.000 Thank God for the American people who have given to our campaigns.
00:40:55.000 We have crowdfunded like 90% of all of our funding our cases because they can never afford it.
00:41:01.000 Where can people go to find that?
00:41:03.000 Because I know, you know, I saw the stuff on, you know, the usual suspects and they shut you down because you're helping.
00:41:07.000 An insurrectionist. Where can people go to know that their money is actually going to help those people?
00:41:13.000 So for my cases, you go to McBrideLawNYC.com, you look for the January 6th tab, and you can give to my clients there.
00:41:19.000 Otherwise, you look for the give-send-goes.
00:41:21.000 The give-send-goes that are out there.
00:41:22.000 Those are real. Because I know some of the other companies doing that sort of...
00:41:27.000 Let's call it charitable gifting.
00:41:29.000 Just cut these people off.
00:41:30.000 You could have $100,000 in the thing.
00:41:32.000 We're sending back the money, not even giving you the money there.
00:41:35.000 We're just canceling it. GoFundMe did that.
00:41:37.000 I definitely read that a couple times.
00:41:38.000 They did that to Richard Barnetti.
00:41:39.000 He raised $300,000 and he returned all the money back to the people and said, you're screwed on this.
00:41:44.000 Have a nice day. So Gifts and Go made their bones with Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:41:48.000 The world said, hey, don't let that guy raise money.
00:41:51.000 They said, we're principled.
00:41:53.000 We believe in this country.
00:41:54.000 We believe in God. We believe everybody should have a defense.
00:41:56.000 Therefore, we're going to stand by him, and they are the ones who are helping all January 6's raise money.
00:42:01.000 Thank God for them. God bless them.
00:42:02.000 What does the path to justice for these people look like?
00:42:08.000 And maybe there's not even at this point, because it's gone so far that they're so far past what would have been a reasonable punishment, even for the, let's call it the worst offenders two years later.
00:42:20.000 What does that look like, and is it even realistic?
00:42:23.000 You know, what I told people when they first started reaching out to me in 2021, because no one was covering it, they had nowhere to turn, they were abandoned by their families, their neighbors, their churches, everyone that they relied, their support system was completely gone.
00:42:36.000 And I would tell them, the truth is going to come out because I covered Russiagate also.
00:42:41.000 I knew that even though it would take time that this would come out, I said it won't take as long as Russiagate because what Russiagate didn't have was video.
00:42:50.000 What we have for January 6th is video.
00:42:52.000 If you had video of Christopher Steele and Glenn Simpson meeting with the oars, you know, if you had that video...
00:43:00.000 People would have to come to terms with the reality of it.
00:43:02.000 We didn't for that, right?
00:43:03.000 But we have video here.
00:43:05.000 We have body cam footage that shows police brutality.
00:43:08.000 We have surveillance video that shows what happened inside and outside.
00:43:12.000 And there are more documents that are coming out.
00:43:14.000 What's happening in the trials is the revelations about numerous FBI informants who were run into groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers months before January 6th.
00:43:24.000 So all of this is irrefutable evidence.
00:43:27.000 So Russiagate took a lot more time.
00:43:29.000 No one was held accountable, as you know better than anyone.
00:43:32.000 That brought us to the acceleration of the weaponization of DOJ. But the truth, I think, is going to come quicker, more impactful, and be even more shocking to the American people than even what we found out about Russiagate.
00:43:46.000 I'm hoping if anything comes out of this...
00:43:49.000 The overreach, the flagrant, meaning there's almost nothing you can do for the...
00:43:53.000 You can still fight for it now, but you can't remedy.
00:43:56.000 Right. Not much, but hopefully it forces a change in the system and the change perhaps the American people, the way they look at things, that their own people would be treated.
00:44:07.000 I talk about this a lot, sort of like, hey, if they can do it to a guy like me with Russia, Russia, Russia, like, who can't they do it to?
00:44:13.000 But more importantly, who won't they do it to?
00:44:16.000 I at least have the ability to fight back, whether it's financially.
00:44:20.000 Whether it's with a big platform, whether it's with friends in powerful places that can at least help level the playing field against rather insurmountable differences.
00:44:31.000 But for those people, we need to do a lot more.
00:44:34.000 What does it look like for you, Joe? Someone, a nonviolent offender that's been held in solitary confinement or on the brink of or in and out of for two years, What does justice look like for that person?
00:44:46.000 We have to continue to fight.
00:44:47.000 Right now, justice for them is meaningful representation.
00:44:51.000 It's knowing that people like you and people like Julie Kelly care.
00:44:54.000 It's knowing that people from the American public are praying and are giving from the little that they have to support these people.
00:44:59.000 It's knowing that lawyers who actually care are in court, fighting for you, taking the hits, taking the public criticism that comes along with it, dealing with judges and a government that hates them, standing up for you.
00:45:11.000 At some point, the dynamic will shift.
00:45:14.000 At some point, society and history will look back at this time, and it'll look at this time as a time where civil liberties were thrown out the window, and it'll say, who stood up?
00:45:24.000 Who are the people? Who can be counted among you who stood up during that time?
00:45:28.000 And it'll be the lawyers, and it'll be the people like you and Julie, and it'll be those guys who are currently rotting away in jail who will be the heroes and not the villains when this story is finished.
00:45:37.000 Well, with that, I think what we're going to do is we're going to bring on...
00:45:40.000 We're going to switch out, yes. Julie, thank you so much for being here.
00:45:43.000 Guys, go check out her book, January 6th, How Democrats Used the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right, because that's what it was.
00:45:50.000 And I look forward to it. Your social game is great, so keep it up and we'll keep fighting.
00:45:54.000 Thanks so much, Julie. Okay, guys, so now we're back.
00:45:58.000 Julie Kelly had other stuff going on.
00:45:59.000 We wanted to talk a little bit further about January 6th and perhaps...
00:46:04.000 The biggest moment for me on all of that, watching that, was what happened to your daughter, Mickey.
00:46:10.000 This is Mickey Wyckoff. She's Ashley Babbitt's mother, the mother of the only person shot at January 6th and murdered, in my opinion, and probably anyone else who has a brain and has seen the video, in absolute insanity.
00:46:28.000 I would say the most uninvestigated police shooting In the history of these shootings.
00:46:36.000 Mickey, tell us a little bit about your story, what's going on since then, the trials and tribulations, because honestly, I can't even imagine how brutal that must be for you.
00:46:46.000 It is brutal. Today is day 785 without a proper investigation into the murder of my daughter, into the death of Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Griesen, and Benjamin Phillips, who are names that most American public doesn't know.
00:46:59.000 Roseanne Boylan was beat to death by Officer Leela Morris from the Metropolitan Police Office.
00:47:04.000 One of them actually, a doctor was actually administering aid, and that person was pulled off.
00:47:10.000 That was Ashley. There was a doctor administering aid to Ashley.
00:47:13.000 He was thrown down the hallway and has recently been charged.
00:47:15.000 But we do have up to a dozen men in jail behind trying to save Roseanne Boylan.
00:47:21.000 And the police were beating her to death.
00:47:23.000 And it's American citizens.
00:47:24.000 It's a human obligation to try to prevent murder.
00:47:26.000 And it doesn't matter if the perpetrator is wearing a uniform.
00:47:29.000 But instead of being charged criminally, these people have been...
00:47:31.000 Michael Byrd was put up at Andrews Air Force Base at the expense of the taxpayers' dollars and treated like a king.
00:47:37.000 Lila Morris was taken to the Super Bowl and promoted.
00:47:41.000 You know, Officer Bagshaw, who beat the shit out of Victoria White in the tunnel, he was promoted.
00:47:45.000 He was involved in an off-duty shooting of an American citizen afterwards and was not investigated for that.
00:47:52.000 So the D.C. cesspool is absolutely a cover-up of so many things.
00:47:55.000 You know, we have January 6th defendants sitting in jail being denied their constitutional rights that they fought for.
00:48:00.000 There are many, many, many veterans in there that fought for this country and had the absolute right to be there that day when the still sitting president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, called Americans to the Capitol and they came two million strong.
00:48:13.000 What we should be looking at is why the hell were they there?
00:48:15.000 We know why they were there, you know, because we know that election was...
00:48:18.000 I don't know if we can even say that on your show, but we know there were problems with the election.
00:48:22.000 That's what's nice about this show.
00:48:23.000 Unlike anywhere else, we're going to let you say what you want.
00:48:26.000 Well, all right, we all know why.
00:48:27.000 We understand. Right.
00:48:29.000 Trust me. Actually, you know what? We don't understand.
00:48:31.000 No. I hope nobody ever does.
00:48:33.000 I'm a father. I have five young kids, and I... I couldn't even imagine.
00:48:38.000 I mean, I do love that you're out and fighting.
00:48:41.000 Thank you. And trying to create a voice for your daughter, who's a veteran herself, who's been since vilified.
00:48:48.000 And again, while someone to me that looked like borderline incompetent with a firearm is treated as a great hero, like, you know, like he's on a SEAL team.
00:48:56.000 It's one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.
00:48:59.000 But again, so few are willing to even have the conversation that it's just, well, that's what's there, so it must be fact.
00:49:05.000 And that's bullshit. It is bullshit.
00:49:08.000 And you know, Ashley was deployed four times.
00:49:10.000 She was an amazing, amazing woman.
00:49:13.000 An amazing patriot.
00:49:14.000 This country lost a great woman that day.
00:49:16.000 And we have jailed some of the best of us.
00:49:18.000 You know, when you think about the people that showed up in D.C. that day, those were the Americans that were willing to go stand up for you and for me and for Joe.
00:49:25.000 I wasn't there. But I think, you know, for every person that was there, 2 million strong, there were 10 people at home that felt like they should have been there.
00:49:31.000 Even in hindsight, even in hindsight, I would go knowing what happened.
00:49:35.000 But, you know, There's nothing I can...
00:49:38.000 Ashley Babbitt would tell you don't be sad for her, be brave for her.
00:49:41.000 So we do need to be brave for her and for everybody that's still suffering, for Roseanne's family and for Kevin and Benjamin and Officer Brian Signick, who we believe died as a result of neglect that day.
00:49:51.000 But, you know, we do need to take this country back one step at a time.
00:49:55.000 Be brave. Do what you can on a local level.
00:49:57.000 Call somebody, tell somebody, you know, whatever you feel like you could do as an American citizen.
00:50:01.000 We need to stand up and take this country back.
00:50:03.000 Yeah, 100%.
00:50:05.000 It's why I do this.
00:50:07.000 I promise you, it's a lot easier to be a real estate developer than to get crapped on by the left and called every name in the book.
00:50:13.000 And if I talk about things that are common sense, you're racist, you're homophobic, you're this, or somehow affecting climate change.
00:50:19.000 Because everything that's bad is climate change or racism.
00:50:22.000 Nothing else.
00:50:24.000 I know actually one of the members of my team, actually production team on this thing, working on a documentary called Due Process Denied.
00:50:33.000 Right. Which obviously has to do with your daughter and frankly a lot of the other January 6th people who have been treated in a way that I imagine no other American has ever been treated.
00:50:45.000 I imagine if the parties or the races were reversed in your daughter's shooting, people would be in jail for it, not...
00:50:54.000 Not canonized.
00:50:55.000 Absolutely. Not lifted up and made into a hero.
00:50:59.000 Absolutely. Despite, let's call it...
00:51:01.000 Gun handling infractions on their record.
00:51:05.000 Not only gun handling infractions, but he has a prior excessive use of force issue that was covered up.
00:51:10.000 When people come into that courtroom, they're charged by the day of the calendar, not their offenses.
00:51:14.000 And so we're not claiming everybody there that day was a Boy Scout.
00:51:17.000 We're claiming they deserve to be charged equitably and fairly and then be adjudicated as such.
00:51:22.000 You know, we sit in on the voir dire process and watch the jury pool and what they're selecting from.
00:51:27.000 These are 95 percent Biden voters.
00:51:28.000 They hate us.
00:51:30.000 A lot of them have been to anti-Trump rallies, and they still, the judge guides them along in the process, too.
00:51:35.000 They would gladly bastardize the law and the Constitution to achieve their political ends.
00:51:40.000 I mean, talk about that, Joe, because, again, you've probably seen more of it than anyone, and I imagine you and your friends have been exposed.
00:51:46.000 So Don, you know, when you think about January 6th, January 6th did not happen in the vacuum.
00:51:51.000 Everybody who showed up to the Capitol that day was well aware of the two prior years of protests in this country.
00:51:56.000 Cities were burnt down.
00:51:57.000 There was attacks on cops all over the place.
00:52:00.000 And there's a question. During that time, did the confines in what's acceptable political speech expand or contract?
00:52:07.000 Obviously, it expanded.
00:52:08.000 The permissible conduct, sometimes the occasional fracturing of a law for political purposes, expanded, obviously, when you had the vice president of the United States bailing people out in Minnesota.
00:52:18.000 I remember the riots in New York.
00:52:20.000 Well, this could actually be good to prevent COVID. I'm like, you mean mass gathering of maskless people is good under your guidance?
00:52:27.000 Well, for social justice, it's like science...
00:52:33.000 Biology, virology just stops being if it's for social justice, but only one way of social justice, to the left.
00:52:41.000 If it was to the right, that's a problem, and all of a sudden math gatherings are bad, and that's a super spreader event, and we've seen it all, right?
00:52:49.000 Don, Don, that is the truth.
00:52:50.000 There's no better example than people crossing the threshold of the Capitol building to peacefully protest inside and a woman who is an Air Force veteran who's standing there at the door.
00:53:01.000 There's violence happening around her.
00:53:02.000 She goes up into the door frame.
00:53:04.000 We don't know why she went up there.
00:53:05.000 We know she was small. We know she had no criminal record.
00:53:08.000 We know she was a good person. We know that she was unarmed.
00:53:11.000 And maybe she just wanted to talk to the people on the other side of that door and said, hey, you know, let's everybody just calm this down.
00:53:16.000 But what did they do? They executed her.
00:53:17.000 They shot her in cold blood for the whole world to see, and nothing has been done about it.
00:53:22.000 You know, when I think about Mickey, I think about the mother of Jesus.
00:53:25.000 Jesus was crucified.
00:53:28.000 Did his mother just sit around and do nothing about it?
00:53:30.000 No. She helped find a church.
00:53:32.000 She did not take his death lying down.
00:53:34.000 And Mickey is out here every day, rain, sleep, snow, and shine.
00:53:39.000 She's in those courtrooms. She's on that Freedom Corner.
00:53:41.000 And she is not going to give up because of what happened to her daughter.
00:53:45.000 And that's how you take something that is horrible and you make it beautiful and you make it good.
00:53:48.000 Thank you. I saw, Mickey, what they did to you, I guess, on the anniversary of your daughter's Murder.
00:53:56.000 I'll call it that because that's what I think it is.
00:53:59.000 I mean, they arrested you for protesting inaction essentially on anything in D.C. And they arrested me roughly.
00:54:06.000 And really my protest consisted of laying a rose around the Capitol.
00:54:09.000 And they had blocked the sidewalk off for us.
00:54:12.000 The only place to walk was in the road when we crossed.
00:54:15.000 So they blocked the sidewalk off.
00:54:16.000 You took your natural path.
00:54:17.000 And then it's jaywalking basically, right?
00:54:19.000 They'll arrest you for jaywalking.
00:54:20.000 Failure to obey and obstructing a roadway.
00:54:23.000 But the charges were never officially filed.
00:54:26.000 Yeah, but remember, if you're a leftist protesting climate change, you can obstruct entire highways, and it's totally fine.
00:54:30.000 And again, you can interrupt people from going to work, prevent doctors from getting in for surgeries.
00:54:36.000 No problem. Right.
00:54:38.000 You think there's equal justice under the law?
00:54:41.000 It was maybe three feet of a four-lane road, which they blocked off four lanes.
00:54:46.000 We would have been five minutes, you know, lay a rose and go, and they chose to block the street off for a half an hour off four lanes so they could, you know, arrest me.
00:54:54.000 Well, I saw it. They did the same thing.
00:54:56.000 It was all optics, but a couple weeks ago, around the State of the Union, you know, they put up the fence.
00:55:03.000 They're not even going to tune in to watch this imbecile give his State of the Union.
00:55:06.000 They're not showing up to do this.
00:55:08.000 Lauren Bopart said the best part of the speech was when it was over.
00:55:12.000 But they put up that show of force.
00:55:14.000 Make sure you know. That was okay.
00:55:16.000 We'll call the National Guard in for that.
00:55:17.000 When Trump requests it, we're just going to pretend that didn't happen.
00:55:20.000 Because to me, again, in my personal opinion, they wanted it to happen.
00:55:22.000 They wanted something to happen that they could weaponize against an entire class of people in this country.
00:55:29.000 It's entrapment. It's entrapment, old-school entrapment.
00:55:31.000 It's entrapment by a stop. But listen, when the President of the United States says, walk peacefully over to the Capitol and have your voices heard, and then people turn around and they look at Constitution and they look at Pennsylvania Avenue, and you have parade routes like the Giants and the Yankee Super Bowls, the inference is those routes are there for people to walk over.
00:55:48.000 It's literally designed for that purpose.
00:55:50.000 And did you arrest people for going?
00:55:52.000 Come on. So what is next?
00:55:56.000 What do you do now, Mickey?
00:55:58.000 I mean, you keep fighting.
00:56:01.000 There's no victory at this point, in my opinion, because we can't bring back your daughter.
00:56:08.000 But what would be your goal if you could accomplish something with everything that you're doing, fighting out there for these people now?
00:56:14.000 Well, we need an actual investigation into January 6th.
00:56:18.000 And I say justice for Ashley is justice for all because I believe my daughter is at the pinnacle of the crime of the century, which is a stolen election.
00:56:25.000 And I know that Ashley would be standing with all these men behind bars.
00:56:29.000 That's why I'm here. So I don't know what over will look like for me, but I guess I'll know when it happens.
00:56:36.000 But I just want to... You know, Ashley went down swinging, and I'm so proud to be her mother because she literally...
00:56:42.000 Left-hooked the man that broke the window before she went up into it.
00:56:45.000 She sure did. Yeah, well, that's what people don't understand.
00:56:48.000 Like, talk about that. You know, I had Marjorie Taylor Greene on, on the show a couple weeks ago, and, like, she was talking about, like, there's video of her actually pushing back someone that was probably acting a little bit more violent.
00:57:00.000 I think she actually swung at him.
00:57:01.000 She hit him. One of the protesters.
00:57:03.000 Who was getting overly aggressive.
00:57:05.000 And it makes so much sense now when you see half the cops high-fiving people, opening the door from them.
00:57:11.000 Now in the video that's coming out, I'm like, this wasn't going to be ever even a bashing of the cops.
00:57:18.000 And I think most of them knew that based on their general actions.
00:57:22.000 You don't open the door for someone or give them a high-five as they're walking by if you really think they're there to harm you.
00:57:28.000 And yet this officer acted differently.
00:57:30.000 Well, only the one.
00:57:32.000 And, you know, Ashley was well-versed in the use of force continuum.
00:57:35.000 If Michael Byrd would have given her a command, she would have complied.
00:57:37.000 But he didn't even identify himself, which is step one in the use of force continuum.
00:57:41.000 Identify yourself as a police officer.
00:57:43.000 He's behind a door in a broken...
00:57:44.000 I mean, it was like shot through a piece of broken glass.
00:57:46.000 Like, it wasn't even...
00:57:47.000 He didn't even identify himself as a person.
00:57:50.000 You know, but what we need to do, what I think that would be justice for Ashley, would just be to...
00:58:00.000 I don't want to Google my daughter and see the only insurrectionist to be shot on January 6th.
00:58:06.000 My daughter was not an insurrectionist.
00:58:08.000 She was an amazing patriot.
00:58:10.000 So for the world to know that would be part of my justice, part of it.
00:58:15.000 I think that's an important part, I hope.
00:58:17.000 Listen, Joe, in your fight, obviously representing these guys, you know, What can other people do?
00:58:24.000 Obviously you can donate, but are there ways for people to step in and help these guys?
00:58:28.000 Are there other lawyers like yourself who've sort of taken in some of these cases?
00:58:32.000 You're a busy guy, but how do we get these guys, try to get them the due process that, in my opinion, has been denied to them by their government?
00:58:40.000 Again, if I'm seeing nonviolent offenders that are in jail and hurry about even solitary confinement for a few hours, let alone a few years, It's a serious problem.
00:58:49.000 Again, in a third-world country, we would have people on their pulpits in Washington, D.C. yelling about people they've never seen, never heard of.
00:58:58.000 Because it's happening somewhere else.
00:59:00.000 And yet it's happening in our backyards.
00:59:02.000 Right. And if it can happen now, it can happen again.
00:59:06.000 And it's only a matter of time until they're coming down for you.
00:59:08.000 You saw, you know, the Christopher Wray.
00:59:10.000 Oh, practicing Catholics are domestic terrorists.
00:59:12.000 Concerned mothers of PTAs are...
00:59:13.000 They're all... Everyone's a domestic terrorist except the fucking domestic terrorists.
00:59:16.000 Right. That's right. That's a problem.
00:59:18.000 It is a problem. And until we collectively push back...
00:59:23.000 It's going to continue. So how do we get more people, A, aware?
00:59:28.000 Maybe hopefully this can make more people aware, but I imagine anyone watching me...
00:59:31.000 Might already be aware.
00:59:32.000 We're already all on the FBI list.
00:59:34.000 Congratulations, guys. You're in there with us.
00:59:37.000 Right. How do we get...
00:59:40.000 A resolution for these people.
00:59:42.000 How do we get them out of these jails so they can tell their stories and tell the American people themselves just how mistreated they have been?
00:59:50.000 So with regard to telling stories, you have documentaries like Due Process Denied that is being made.
00:59:57.000 It's a great documentary.
00:59:58.000 When does that drop? It drops sometime in the near future.
01:00:01.000 I don't know the exact date. It's funded by Patriot Freedom Project.
01:00:04.000 There are a lot of good organizations out there.
01:00:06.000 Okay, so also check out the Patriot Freedom Project.
01:00:08.000 That are helping people, helping families raise money, so on and so forth.
01:00:12.000 So you can look at those documentaries.
01:00:13.000 You can create awareness that way.
01:00:15.000 There are lots of lawyers now who are stepping up, who want to get into the fight.
01:00:18.000 Encourage these lawyers.
01:00:20.000 Encourage the members of your community to support them.
01:00:22.000 Support them in your faith-based organizations.
01:00:24.000 Support them at your places of work.
01:00:26.000 Do not be afraid to speak out in the free marketplace of ideas.
01:00:29.000 Stop being afraid.
01:00:30.000 Stand up for what is right.
01:00:32.000 If you do that, The ripple effect will be great.
01:00:35.000 If you continue to be afraid, if you continue to let them closet you, if you continue to let them put you in a psychological gulag, the war is lost.
01:00:43.000 Your freedom of thought and the words that come out of your mouth matter.
01:00:46.000 And that is how you support us.
01:00:48.000 They want you to be afraid. Of course they do.
01:00:49.000 Make no mistake, whether it was COVID, whether it was this, all of it's that power grab.
01:00:53.000 That's right. They want you, I mean, I've said it on this show almost every, like, we must become unafraid.
01:01:00.000 We only do that by sticking together.
01:01:01.000 That's right. Okay, again, they can take out my father.
01:01:04.000 I used it in my speech. They can take out the most powerful man in America if he's the only guy out there, because they channel all their power, power, and they can make it happen.
01:01:12.000 Imagine if you're just a regular citizen.
01:01:14.000 But if we all band together, that's a lot harder.
01:01:17.000 But, Joe, I want to talk about the January 6th committee, because it seems that was established, right, to protect the Capitol and security, but it became...
01:01:27.000 So much more bastardized than that, and just a furtherance of a witch hunt.
01:01:34.000 Like, we didn't get them in January with Russia, Russia, Russia, so let's make it that, when that wasn't necessarily the stated purpose of it.
01:01:40.000 Talk about that, both from what you saw from a perspective of these prisoners, but also just from a perspective of the way law actually works and the insanity of it.
01:01:50.000 Tell us what they didn't cover.
01:01:51.000 They didn't cover the truth.
01:01:53.000 The January 6th committee first and foremost was a sham committee.
01:01:57.000 And what we mean by that is that it was illegally formed and illegally constituted.
01:02:01.000 It did not have the requisite numbers of people from the opposition party to even legitimize.
01:02:05.000 Wait, you mean Liz Cheney's not a legitimate Republican?
01:02:07.000 Not anymore. Adam crying Kinzinger.
01:02:10.000 And he donated to Michael Byrd's Give and Go.
01:02:12.000 I'm sure he did. The object was to target former President Trump to hold him out as the poster child for the quote-unquote insurrection that happened that day.
01:02:22.000 They failed miserably in their goals, and they'll continue to fail miserably in that goal because it's just factually not true.
01:02:29.000 That is not what happened.
01:02:30.000 And they also went after people in Congress, people in the private industry, in the workplace, to accuse them Of being involved in something that actually never happened so as to get banks to disenfranchise them, to get employers to leave them, and to drain their bank accounts and to ruin their name in the marketplace.
01:02:47.000 And the primary purpose with regard to affecting the January 6th cases currently being prosecuted by the Department of Justice was to poison the jury pool.
01:02:56.000 If you watched that for months, if you're a D.C. resident, the combination of the January 6th committee and Joe Biden giving a speech where he tells the world that MAGA Republicans are an extremist threat to society 32 times.
01:03:07.000 You can't get a fair trial.
01:03:09.000 That's such an important point that's overlooked.
01:03:12.000 Maybe you're not watching this stuff in your hometown in Iowa.
01:03:17.000 But if you're a D.C. resident, and this is going on, and this is local news, all day long, you have a totally partisan committee saying these things as though it's the gospel, right?
01:03:27.000 You had Joe Biden say all these, you know, and Hillary and the Democrats, Trump's a traitor, he's working for Russia.
01:03:32.000 You hear it a thousand times.
01:03:33.000 Eventually, like, maybe there's something to it.
01:03:36.000 Now, in D.C., given the political leanings, it probably doesn't take all that much persuasion to get them to believe that, but...
01:03:42.000 I mean, I never even thought of it that way, but, I mean, it makes total sense that that entire thing could be designed to sort of...
01:03:48.000 It absolutely was....get the result that they wanted to...
01:03:52.000 They did it to Kyle Rittenhouse, right, when they were sending the media after the jury vans.
01:03:57.000 Like, that doesn't happen. But if you intimidate the jury, maybe you turn that one guy to make sure that, you know, the pedophile that beat him or tried to beat him or let him get shot, like, that's the victim, not...
01:04:07.000 And D.C. is the victim.
01:04:09.000 How can you get a fair jury pool out of everybody that was named the victim?
01:04:13.000 This actual city is named the victim.
01:04:15.000 Like when Victoria White came and she got in trouble for going to the Rayburn building and seeing her congressional members, it was because those were the people that she perpetrated her crime against.
01:04:24.000 Victoria White weighs about 100 pounds.
01:04:25.000 Nobody's scared of Victoria White.
01:04:27.000 And to say that, you know, those are the people that she perpetrated her crimes against, so are...
01:04:31.000 And the January 6th people are...
01:04:34.000 The people that judge them are also named as victims of January 6th.
01:04:39.000 So you cannot get a fair jury poll when you're calling the whole city victims.
01:04:42.000 You know what I mean? Well, I didn't even, like, again...
01:04:45.000 And I'm reasonably informed, right?
01:04:46.000 I mean, I kind of do this. So it's like I didn't even realize that, and I never even thought of that point.
01:04:50.000 So I think people have to understand that, you know, Joe, what...
01:04:54.000 What can they do now?
01:04:55.000 I mean, the committee is, I guess, kind of over.
01:04:57.000 I don't even know. We need a new one.
01:04:58.000 We need an actual investigation.
01:05:00.000 How do you get closure on even that?
01:05:03.000 Because yeah, now that you think about it, of course it was designed to weaponize a jury
01:05:08.000 pool of residents of D.C. to be able to get a result that you want, to be able to justify
01:05:13.000 bullshit.
01:05:15.000 But look, we got the conviction.
01:05:17.000 It's like, well, you got the conviction from someone.
01:05:20.000 There's people in D.C. that would put those people in prison just because they were Republican.
01:05:23.000 They didn't even have to show up to January 6th.
01:05:25.000 We're fine putting them in the gulags at this point.
01:05:27.000 Again, it sounds conspiratorial.
01:05:30.000 Someone will say, oh, you're crazy.
01:05:32.000 And another thing that goes on in those courtrooms is everybody has a right to an independent trial.
01:05:37.000 These men are being tried five and six people at a time with one jury.
01:05:40.000 And they have to do things like sort through 20,000 text messages and keep track of who said what.
01:05:45.000 They take some of the text messages out.
01:05:46.000 They add text messages and put them out of order.
01:05:48.000 So the guy that was totally a tourist, and maybe there's one violent guy in there, but four other people could...
01:05:54.000 Could be grouped and or found guilty for the same stuff because the jury's not going to take that.
01:05:59.000 I mean, we have juries to see that they're probably not giving everything the most thought.
01:06:03.000 No, because they can't. This is a rhetorical question and statement, but you and I are both New Yorkers, right?
01:06:08.000 And we were there when 9-11 happened.
01:06:12.000 If we were sent out, if those guys lived and they were being tried and we were sent out in 2002 to be on that jury, would we give them a fair trial?
01:06:19.000 Hell no. No way.
01:06:21.000 Not allowed to say that, but probably true.
01:06:23.000 Of course you wouldn't.
01:06:26.000 But again, I feel like there's more people batting for those that are still at Guantanamo Bay, trying to get them freedom, trying to make sure they don't have the death penalty.
01:06:36.000 They killed 3,000 Americans.
01:06:41.000 Yeah, January 6th was the biggest attack ever.
01:06:43.000 Yeah. Oh no, I've read it worse than Pearl Harbor and worse than 9-11.
01:06:48.000 And Civil War. And again, if you say that, you're not a serious person.
01:06:52.000 You're not a serious person, and yet you know the media is going to give you coverage.
01:06:56.000 You'll get invited on CNN. If you're an Adam Kinzinger, you can do that.
01:07:00.000 You take that stance. You push it really hard, and you'll get a paid job at CNN because you couldn't get elected to represent your people anymore.
01:07:05.000 Michael Fanon's a joke.
01:07:07.000 But, you know, American citizens need to know, this was the gun-toting populace of the United States of America that showed up that day in D.C. and nobody brought a gun.
01:07:15.000 You know, so it was the most poorly planned...
01:07:17.000 Yeah, no, there's people who really felt strongly about something and wanted to make their voice heard, which I think is a basic tenet of America and our First Amendment.
01:07:24.000 Yes. Which, under these administrations, under the new Democrat laws, under big tech, is on the table.
01:07:31.000 Like, it's negotiable for them.
01:07:33.000 Absolutely. And it's not for us, I don't think.
01:07:36.000 No way. And that's why it's so important to engage.
01:07:39.000 It's why we have to have these conversations.
01:07:41.000 It's why so many of us at home that sit and watch this may agree with us 100%, but like, man, they're not going to say anything at school meetings.
01:07:48.000 We need to all sort of be willing to get out of our comfort zone a little bit.
01:07:53.000 Whether it's run for office, and not even big office, like run for your school board.
01:07:57.000 So they can't indoctrinate your children so that we don't have to try to undo 20 years of programming, of bullshit.
01:08:05.000 We need to all get involved.
01:08:06.000 We've always taken this laissez-faire approach of, well, we're busy and we have jobs.
01:08:10.000 Well, the other side's great. Sit it out.
01:08:12.000 I got this. And, you know, people that have no intention of having children are going to be on school boards deciding what to do with your children and indoctrinating them and, you know.
01:08:21.000 Not allowed to use the word grooming them anymore, but whether it's grooming them for certain purposes or others, grooming them in the eyes of what they want.
01:08:29.000 You know, one person can make a difference.
01:08:31.000 And that's just, that's not a hyperbolic statement.
01:08:33.000 I'm not saying that to be nostalgic.
01:08:35.000 One person can make a difference.
01:08:37.000 And when you look at the left, right, and you look at communists, they are highly organized.
01:08:41.000 They are militaristic.
01:08:43.000 And the problem with our side of the aisle is people are not organized enough.
01:08:47.000 The infighting should stop.
01:08:49.000 The allegiances should be made according to who's best to run our country, who's best to run our local officials, our local officers, our school boards.
01:08:56.000 And we need to go to political war against an opposition incursion that is trying to eviscerate the spirit of freedom in this great country.
01:09:06.000 There is nothing they won't do.
01:09:08.000 I've experienced it. Nothing like what you have, Mickey.
01:09:10.000 Nothing like what you have, but I, you know, I was probably the second biggest target of the Russia-Russia era.
01:09:15.000 And that was, you know, for treason, a crime punishable by death.
01:09:18.000 Right. And I understand that I am not the upstanding man that Hunter Biden is.
01:09:22.000 You know, I... I am not the good American citizen that he is, but he's totally off limits.
01:09:27.000 He can take from China, Russia, this.
01:09:29.000 We're making trillion-dollar decisions in Ukraine right now, and maybe we're making those decisions because they have something that they're holding over the Bidens.
01:09:36.000 And our media won't even ask the question.
01:09:38.000 But I'm the terrible human being, so I get it to a smaller extent.
01:09:41.000 But again, if they can do it, what they did to your daughter, get away with it.
01:09:46.000 If they can do what they've done to us and get away with it, we have to wake up and understand just how far they're willing to take it.
01:09:54.000 And we have to be engaged.
01:09:55.000 We have to be involved. We can do that respectfully and peacefully, but we have to do it aggressively.
01:10:01.000 You know, a man I look up to very much often says that the game is rigged.
01:10:05.000 And you know what?
01:10:07.000 We should change the game.
01:10:08.000 Yeah. Or, you know, I talked about this in my speech at CPAC. It's, you know, hey, we want same-day elections with paper ballots and ID. That's great.
01:10:17.000 We can't get that until we win.
01:10:19.000 We can't get that until we win enough power in the state's legislatures, not just have a bunch of weak Republicans that are worried about being protested at their homes, worried about the social consequence that fold.
01:10:28.000 Like, we can get that, but we have to win first.
01:10:31.000 The only way we can actually win today is by playing the game on their turf.
01:10:35.000 They have the advantage. They have laid that battlefield.
01:10:38.000 They have weaponized COVID to do just that.
01:10:40.000 They have the big tech machine behind them.
01:10:43.000 They have mainstream media behind them.
01:10:44.000 They have trillion dollar industries behind them.
01:10:46.000 But I truly believe for the first time in maybe American history, the conservative side actually sort of has We're winning the battle of hearts and minds and logic and people are starting to see it.
01:10:57.000 They're just afraid to go against it.
01:10:59.000 So we need to become unafraid, as we said earlier.
01:11:02.000 We have to get together.
01:11:04.000 We have to be involved. We have to play the game on their terms till we win and then we can install rational policies that make sense for the future.
01:11:13.000 Amen, Don. Well, I just want to say before we go that I have faith in the American people because America's not a soil, it's a spirit.
01:11:21.000 And the people that founded this country are made of tough stuff, and I think that that'll shine through.
01:11:27.000 And, you know, the 14,000 hours of footage we weren't allowed to see, there's enough crowdsourced footage that American people have really risen to the occasion.
01:11:34.000 And I think that, you know, that we're not going to have it.
01:11:36.000 And also, just until they murdered my daughter, I didn't realize the Capitol Police are not actually a police force or a separate arm of Congress, and they don't answer to FOIA, they're not transparent.
01:11:44.000 And they have no external review system.
01:11:47.000 That doesn't shock me at all, unfortunately.
01:11:48.000 No, but I think that people should know that because I don't think as Americans, if we did know that, if more people knew that, we wouldn't put up with it.
01:11:54.000 I just don't think that's so anti-American.
01:11:56.000 Everybody has checks and balances except the Capitol Police, and they can behave however they want to.
01:11:59.000 That's not okay. 100%.
01:12:01.000 Thank you so much, Mickey. Now, Joe, you have the J6 footage, so I want you to get the hell off of this podcast and start watching that shit.
01:12:09.000 Get going.
01:12:11.000 You got it, brother. Let's get to the truth.
01:12:13.000 Let's get those people out, and let's get them to tell their story so America can finally see what actually happened, so we can actually get justice for those who need it.
01:12:22.000 You got it done. Thank you both.
01:12:24.000 Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
01:12:25.000 Appreciate you. Thank you, guys.
01:12:27.000 We appreciate you, and we love you.
01:12:30.000 Well, guys, I hope you got a lot out of that.
01:12:32.000 I think it was such an important conversation to have.
01:12:35.000 Again, it's just sort of shocking that even mainstream conservative media just not even covering it, as though it didn't happen.
01:12:41.000 When one of their own and one of the biggest guys out there was breaking it, it's still like...
01:12:46.000 It's still easier to go with the establishment take.
01:12:49.000 Truly disgusting. So really glad we had that conversation.
01:12:52.000 I'm going to follow up with Joe.
01:12:53.000 We'll probably have him on here.
01:12:55.000 Honestly, maybe just have him call in as we get more information, as we see some stuff happen.
01:13:01.000 I think if we get some people exonerated because of this video, it'll be a really big deal.
01:13:07.000 And honestly, I think that's the starting point to go after some of these people.
01:13:11.000 Legally, but aggressively, who did this and knowingly did this or knowingly withheld information or falsified it or anything.
01:13:21.000 I think that's so fundamental and so critical to what we're doing.
01:13:24.000 So I want to thank you guys for checking that out.
01:13:26.000 I think for the guys who love and follow me on Locals, head over there.
01:13:30.000 I'm going to be taking questions live for a little while.
01:13:33.000 It is Kimberly's birthday.
01:13:35.000 I think she's turning 29 today, so I got to go to the birthday party shortly, but I definitely want to get some of those questions answered.
01:13:42.000 And I also want to do final thanks to our sponsors, guys.
01:13:46.000 Again, if you're looking to diversify your portfolio, get into precious metals, hedge against inflation, maybe hedge against the insanity that seems to be coming in the stock market over the last couple of days, and you want to get into gold and silver, go to donjrgold.com.
01:14:02.000 That's my URL over at GoldCo.
01:14:04.000 They can take you through all of those things.
01:14:06.000 Again, if they're going to have the guts to support a show like this, to say the stuff that I'm saying, that's awesome.
01:14:13.000 But let them know it's coming from me.
01:14:14.000 So go to DonJrGold.com.
01:14:16.000 Find out for yourself.
01:14:18.000 Hear from them.
01:14:20.000 What gold can do to their portfolio, how it can hedge against inflation, how it can hedge against, you know, what is it?
01:14:26.000 I guess close to like a thousand pound drop, maybe a little bit more over the last two days in the stock market that I saw.
01:14:33.000 Scary stuff. And I imagine with the stupidity of the people that have been put in positions of power, that's important.
01:14:39.000 So go to donjrgold.com.
01:14:41.000 And again, if you have a cell phone, Why don't you pick out a patriotic cell phone company?
01:14:49.000 Go to Patriot Mobile.
01:14:50.000 Use Don Jr.
01:14:52.000 as an activation code.
01:14:54.000 These are guys that give back to conservative causes.
01:14:57.000 They show up to every conservative event I've ever been at.
01:15:00.000 I see them there. They're putting their dollars into action.
01:15:04.000 Donating a portion of every dollar to support groups that fight for the First Amendment, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life, protecting our brave police and first responders.
01:15:14.000 So again, you're going to have a cell phone.
01:15:16.000 You can give it to AT&T or one of the woke major corporations who takes your hard-earned dollars and uses it to cancel conservative programming like OAN and Newsmax, as we've seen, literally seen in the last month.
01:15:30.000 That's not pretend. So if you're going to have a cell phone, you can give your hard-earned dollars to those people, canceling conservative channels, or you can go to patriotmobile.com slash Don Jr.
01:15:43.000 Use the Don Jr. code for free activation and actually support companies who support you.
01:15:49.000 To me... That's a no-brainer.
01:15:51.000 But, you know, maybe it's going to take more of what we've seen over the last few years to get people to wake up and actually start supporting conservative businesses.
01:15:59.000 Start seeking that out.
01:16:01.000 Stop supporting woke nonsense.
01:16:04.000 That's the way we fight back, folks.
01:16:06.000 That's the number one question I get asked.
01:16:07.000 I'll get asked that on locals in a few years.
01:16:08.000 How do we fight back?
01:16:09.000 It's like, how about stop literally weaponizing your enemies by spending your dollars
01:16:16.000 with people who actually like you, not those who hate you.
01:16:19.000 That's how we fight back.
01:16:20.000 175 million Americans all do that.
01:16:23.000 It's gonna be a lot harder for them to cancel us.
01:16:26.000 It's gonna be a lot harder for them to eliminate us.
01:16:28.000 And honestly, guys, if you haven't been watching, that's what they're trying to do.
01:16:32.000 They're not pretending anymore.
01:16:33.000 They're saying the quiet parts out loud.
01:16:35.000 So go to donjrgold.com.
01:16:38.000 If you're looking to diversify your portfolio.
01:16:40.000 If you have a cell phone, go to patriotmobile.com slash donjr.
01:16:45.000 If you don't, You may be smarter than all of us, but I have a feeling you're going to have a cell phone.
01:16:51.000 So go to Patriot Mobile.
01:16:53.000 Use Don Jr. for free activation.
01:16:55.000 Love you guys. I will see you.
01:16:57.000 What day is today? It's Thursday. I'll see you on Monday live at 6, and we'll have some fun.
01:17:02.000 Be good, guys. Head over to Locals if you're over there on the platform, and I'm going to do a half hour or so.
01:17:08.000 Ask me anything.
