Mayor Pete is at it again. The most incompetent Transportation Secretary in the history of the United States. And you guessed it folks, it's racism. Watch what he has to say on video, okay? Now, it has nothing to do with transportation. He really got that job because he checked the box of being gay. And they got to run around touting it as the first openly gay transportation secretary or cabinet member. Even though, you know, my father had Rick Grinnell in there, and they all say, well it's different because it wasn't confirmed. Like, the usual nonsense. There's always an excuse. But Mayor Pete is here on video and he's not focused about the train derailment spewing chemicals into the air around Ohio. A huge radius of people affected. Another derailment in Houston in the same week. The same guy that oversaw a disastrous supply chain crisis affecting 350 million plus Americans and then decided to go on paternity leave. The guy that has failed miserably at his job. But we have to say he's wonderful because he checks off a diversity box, and therefore he's great. Listen to him here, folks. He's saying at a conference where it's such a shame there were people working on a construction site in an area and they happen to be white. Because of course, everything's racist, right? Because, of course it's RACISM. right? Because, folks, everything s racist right? Just like our highway system was racist because it's tall enough to allow migrant workers to sleep under it or someplace near the neighborhood they came from a neighborhood that doesn't have a good paying job. And they don't look like they come from anywhere near a neighborhood with a good neighborhood. Right? And they all happen to work in a neighborhood where the hard hats on that neighborhood, they don t look like that neighborhood. And guess what? They don't even have a job that looks like they're in the good paying jobs, they're not in the neighborhood? Right? They're not even near the neighborhoods they were born in the neighborhoods that have the same neighborhood they're working on the projects that do that. . It's not even close to the neighborhood. Maybe he should figure out what's causing these derailments? And maybe he should get his ass to Ohio? Let's talk about that, huh? And maybe, maybe he shouldn't be focusing on the derailments in Houston?
00:00:13.000Watch what he has to say on video, okay?
00:00:15.000Now, it has nothing to do with transportation.
00:00:16.000He really got that job because he checked the box of being gay, and they got to run around touting it as the first openly gay transportation secretary or cabinet member, even though, you know, my father had Rick Grinnell in there, and they all say, well, it's different because it wasn't confirmed.
00:00:31.000There's always an excuse. But Mayor Pete is here on video, and he's not focused about the train derailment spewing Chemicals into the air around Ohio.
00:00:45.000Another derailment in Houston in the same week.
00:00:48.000The same guy that oversaw a disastrous supply chain crisis affecting 350 million plus Americans and then decided to go on paternity leave.
00:00:57.000The same guy that oversaw the disastrous train strikes.
00:01:00.000The guy that has failed miserably at his job.
00:01:04.000But we have to tout him We have to say he's wonderful because he checks off a diversity box and therefore he's great.
00:01:11.000Listen to him here. He's saying at a conference where it's such a shame there were people working on a construction site in an area And they all happen to be white.
00:01:22.000Because of course, folks, of course, everything's racist, right?
00:01:26.000If you don't get the answer, it's racism.
00:01:28.000Just like our highway system was racist because it wasn't tall enough to allow migrant workers to sleep under it or some crazy crap.
00:01:35.000Remember that one? Watch for yourself.
00:01:38.000To work with your contractors, to work with your community colleges on building a workforce that reflects the community.
00:01:46.000We have heard way too many stories from generations past of infrastructure where you got a neighborhood, often a neighborhood of color, that finally sees the project come to them, but everyone in the hard hats on that project looking like, you know, doing the good paying jobs, don't look like they came from anywhere near the neighborhood.
00:02:03.000Right. You can build community wealth that will help close wealth gaps in this country if we can tear down those barriers.
00:02:11.000But that happens at the delivery level.
00:02:14.000Maybe Mayor Pete should focus on the job, okay?
00:02:19.000Just because he's incompetent and failing miserably doesn't mean he shouldn't try.
00:02:23.000Maybe he should stop making everything about race because the media will conveniently cover for his failures and his disasters.
