00:12:30.000And I want to start with what is one of the most important stories of the week.
00:12:36.000And we now know it will never get the attention from the regime media.
00:12:43.000It's almost like they don't report on the things that actually should matter to Americans, the things that are actually attacking democracy, the things that are actually being used to subvert American citizens.
00:12:53.000John Solomon, frequent guest of the show over at Just the News, obtained explosive documents showing that the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, our highest federal law enforcement agency, conducted a tabletop exercise, that's what they call it, in the summer of 2020, months before the election, specifically gaming out what kind of chaos might happen if the presidential election was contested.
00:13:21.000So just, I don't know, let that sink in for a second or two.
00:13:28.000The FBI under Christopher Wright was sitting around in August of 2020, running scenarios about post-election violence, devising strategies like deploying undercover informants.
00:13:42.000Huh, I wonder where they could have been on January 6th, and pursuing mass prosecutions for minor crimes.
00:13:50.000And these are the exact same tactics, again, guys, they later used after January 6th.
00:13:57.000They had the playbook written before the game even started.
00:14:01.000I wonder again why they would have to do that.
00:14:06.000FBI Director Kash Patel turned these long secret memos over to Congress just last week, and they paint an absolutely damning picture of the bureaucracy in the FBI, of the corruption, of all the things that we know that this was a plan, guys.
00:14:27.000Does anyone actually think January 6th wasn't like the fail-safe?
00:14:32.000You know, if the bomb's under the bench of the DNC and the RNC, you know, if they don't really get the attention that it needs, you know, maybe we could just get them to break into the Capitol building.
00:14:44.000The FBI's Boston field office led this exercise, and they recommended developing what they called a robust source base that would be embedded with potentially violent groups.
00:14:56.000They recommended pursuing heavy-handed prosecutions for even minimal criminal activity as a deterrent.
00:15:13.000These memos also warned that foreign enemies like Iran and China were likely to foment domestic violence on U.S. soil.
00:15:24.000Remember, the left and the legacy media spent years telling you that any talk of Chinese or Iranian election interference was just a conspiracy theory, guys.
00:15:49.000The FBI's own internal documents said otherwise.
00:15:53.000They spent years telling you there were no federal assets on the ground on January 6th, in addition to all the other lies and misdirection that they gave us for months and even years after the fact.
00:16:07.000Now, combine this new finding with what we learned late last year about the FBI's quote after-action report on January 6th regarding the deployment of plainclothes agents.
00:16:20.000Watch this in case you don't remember.
00:16:22.000He would not tell how many agents were sent to the Capitol once the violence started there and the riot began.
00:16:30.000We got that answer because they did an after-action report at the FBI.
00:16:34.000Kash Patel recently found that after action report, and it is damning.
00:16:39.000There were 275 FBI agents, most in plain clothes, without any riot gear or protection, dispatched to the Capitol that day.
00:16:48.000The reason there was an after-action review is that a lot of those agents felt like they were put in harm's way.
00:17:09.000But the more important issue, long term, to all my colleagues in the FBI who have tried to dispute that the FBI has a political bias problem.
00:17:18.000This episode, this review, ended up exposing more than the fact that an incompetent FBI sent a lot of FBI agents to the Hill without gear and protections and then didn't want to admit that to Congress.
00:17:30.000It uncorked a decade of frustration among scores of FBI agents at the Washington field office that their agency had become clearly politically biased.
00:17:45.000The FBI was already game planning as early as September 2020 what an attack on the Capitol would be like and if it was possible.
00:17:55.000Their own documents outline a plan to infiltrate online shed forums and build a network of confidential human sources before January 6th even happened.
00:18:30.000They deployed roughly 274 agents, had about two dozen informants embedded in the crowd, and then they used the event to launch thousands of prosecutions, some of which amounted to nothing more than misdemeanors.
00:18:46.000Yet it didn't stop them from doing anything.
00:18:48.000I mean, misdemeanor, trespassing, jail for years, no due process, no rights.
00:18:54.000We'll make sure you're tried not in front of a jury of your peers, in front of a jury of DC radical communists.
00:19:02.000And they used those infiltrated prosecution numbers to justify a massive expansion of domestic surveillance on American citizens.
00:19:25.000Now, speaking of things the previous administration buried, let's talk about another major story that for some reason is still not at all at the top of the news cycle.

00:19:54.000The FBI and Las Vegas police raided a home in East Las Vegas on January 31st after getting a tip that an illegal biological laboratory was being operated out of a residential garage there.
00:20:11.000And when they got inside, they found refrigerators filled with vials of unknown liquids, biohazard equipment, and over a thousand samples that have now been sent to the FBI lab at Quantico for testing.
00:20:26.000And here's where it gets really scary.
00:20:28.000The property is owned by a Chinese national who is already in federal custody.
00:21:01.000He was already running an illegal biolab where authorities found thousands of vials labeled with things like HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, COVID, and even a freezer labeled Ebola.
00:22:00.000If you think about this for a second, guys, this man has ties to the Chinese Communist Party, had a $330 million judgment against him in Canada for stealing intellectual property.
00:22:11.000I wonder what intellectual property that could be.
00:22:13.000Could it be, I don't know, biohazardous and was a fugitive who entered the United States illegally.
00:22:23.000And yet, they got him in 2023, let him go, and he did it again, I guess.
00:22:28.000And what did the Biden administration do about it?
00:22:32.000Watch FBI Director Kash Patel on the CCP Biolabs and the Biden cover-up because you really have to see this stuff.
00:22:40.000You don't have to be the director of the FBI to know the CCP is our number one adversary and is going to continually threaten our way of life.
00:22:46.000What we did in the last year with the President Trump and the Attorney General of the Department of Justice is reprioritize our dynamic threat landscape going after and disrupting and criminal and looking after the criminal activity from the CCP.
00:22:59.000We've arrested over 40% more individuals from the CCP for espionage alone last year, 40% increase in one year.
00:23:06.000And as you guys brilliantly pointed out, that's because for four years, there was an open border policy that allowed them and other adversaries to infiltrate America, not just through cyber warfare, but personally come here, buy land, go to our universities, and inject themselves illegally, if not and improperly, into our way of life.
00:23:23.000And this FBI has made it a priority to continuously get after it.
00:23:27.000And you saw that when we raided the lab with the state authorities in Las Vegas.
00:23:30.000And once those test results are back, we'll go public with what we found.
00:23:33.000And we'll also be talking to our partners in Congress to say, hey, this intelligence that you were given and this summary you were given previously was dead wrong.
00:23:42.000And I'm not going to mix any words about that.
00:23:44.000So the Biden administration told the American public that the biolab had no connection to the CPCP.
00:24:23.000And when Cash and the FBI discovered it, they took swift action to correct the intelligence.
00:24:30.000And since then, there's been a 40% increase in Chinese espionage arrests in just the first year of the second Trump administration because this administration actually takes the Chinese Communist Party threat seriously.
00:24:47.000But meanwhile, CNN ran a whole segment on the Vegas bio lab and somehow managed to leave out the Chinese Communist Party connection entirely.
00:25:07.000Given the panic that they created over COVID and where it came from and where it originated and what probably actually happened there, leaving that out, I don't know.
00:25:49.000This morning, federal authorities are investigating a suspected illegal bio lab found inside a Las Vegas home.
00:25:56.000According to Las Vegas police, the home is owned by a man who was arrested in 2023 in connection to another biolab investigation in California.
00:26:04.000During that previous investigation, authorities discovered materials possibly associated with several infectious diseases, including hepatitis, COVID, HIV, and malaria.
00:26:17.000The nature of that earlier investor investigation raised significant concern for what we might encounter in this new case.
00:26:24.000While it is unknown whether similar materials were present here at the Las Vegas residence, the possibility required us to proceed with extreme caution.
00:26:35.000Officials in Las Vegas say they found refrigerators containing vials with unknown liquids.
00:27:07.000There was no other plausible explanation.
00:27:10.000It happened in Wuhan at ground zero, right at the place where they studied the exact virus in questions in China.
00:27:20.000These are national security threats that the Biden administration chose to ignore, just like they ignored the southern border and the threat of the cartels there, which my father secured on his first day in office.
00:27:34.000But on Capitol Hill, guys, Democrats are still actively trying to undermine border security and public safety by trying to gut ICE.
00:27:44.000They're not even using their usual euphemisms about reform, you know, the usual crap, right?
00:27:51.000They just want to gut it and then abolish it entirely.
00:27:55.000It's almost like they need open borders.
00:27:57.000It's almost like they need that voter base.
00:27:59.000They need millions of people to come here who get hooked on the government dole, who need them to give them things in exchange.
00:28:06.000They'll give them votes and that's how they maintain power.
00:28:08.000It's almost like, well, of course it's like that.
00:28:58.000New York governor Kathy Hogel is taking it even further.
00:29:03.000She wants to pass a new law to give illegals the right to sue ICE officers personally.
00:29:10.000You know, that immunity thing that they got rid of for the cops in New York, which made so many of the cops in New York just quit because, you know, if they did their jobs, they didn't want to have to get sued personally and have no defense and lose their mortgage, their home, their wives, their lives, their families.
00:29:24.000You know, it's almost like they're trying to destroy our nation from within.
00:29:31.000We also are saying if ICE tramples on your constitutional rights, you should have a private right of action to sue them.
00:29:39.000And we have cases all over the state of New York where those rights have been violated.
00:29:43.000So we already proposed that, but I realized I want local police officers focused on local crimes.
00:29:50.000To the extent that we have this bloated agency now, you heard $75, $85 billion agency that's dedicated to just taking people off our streets without any cause.
00:30:02.000We want to make sure that our local police are not complicit in that, that our sheriffs are not housing people who are innocent of anything other than coming to this country in search of a better life like my grandparents did.
00:30:16.000This is the priority of leadership in New York.
00:30:20.000Side with illegals, side with lunatics who charge at cops with knives.
00:31:14.000So a couple of weeks ago, they're in Fayborough.
00:31:16.000We say, okay, we believe our guys are doing the right thing.
00:31:19.000Okay, there are obviously accidents that are going to happen, but we're more than happy to wear body cams because we're thinking we're doing the right thing.

00:31:29.000Just look at this headline from Politico that reads, and I quote, ICE surveillance concerns shifts Democrats' demand for body cameras.
00:31:38.000Are they worried that, I don't know, the more transparency we have and the more evidence that we have, the more it will likely dismantle every single fake news Democrat narrative that exists?
00:31:52.000Almost feels like it has to be that, right?
00:31:55.000We saw something similar happen with BLM.
00:31:58.000Once police body cameras became the norm, it became harder for BLM to manufacture hoaxes like, you know, hands up, don't shoot.
00:32:06.000They weren't able to change the narrative because you saw what these people did in real time.
00:32:14.000We're more than happy to have that transparency.
00:32:16.000Let the people see what's actually going on.
00:32:19.000But now that they realize that, they can't manipulate the narrative, you know, if there's video, well, let's change our minds.
00:32:28.000What these bunny cameras often show is professional law enforcement officers doing their jobs while left-wing agitators create chaos, harass them, get in their face, commit violent acts, just like we saw in New York last week, where body cam footage showed the suspect wielding a knife against officers after repeatedly being told to stand down.
00:32:53.000You know, if you don't have that video, guys, you know, in the news, just like eliminating the notion of the Chinese Communist Party in a hazardous biolab in Nevada, you know, if we leave out the knife part, oh yeah, a cop just shot a guy.
00:33:13.000But make no mistake about the broader play here.
00:33:17.000Democrats are using the DHS spending deadline to try to hamstring immigration enforcement.
00:33:25.000And they're doing similar things in blue cities to make it harder to achieve basic safety and security for the American citizens who deserve it.
00:33:35.000ICE officers are removing violent criminals from our streets, which, in the mind of Democrats, immediately makes them the bad guys.
00:34:16.000And while Democrats are busy having one tantrum after another, the Trump administration is actually building things that will benefit American families for generations.
00:34:28.000Treasury Secretary Scott Besson sat down with CNBC to talk about the new Trump accounts, which directly put money in the pockets of young Americans.
00:34:43.000But I think there's a chance that these Trump accounts may be his greatest legacy because I think that the children who are born, born last year over the next couple of years, in 18 years, those will start rolling off.
00:34:55.000Or it may be that the individuals who get these accounts and everyone can create one for their family for children up to age 18.
00:35:07.000Only these four years will be funded with the $1,000 seed from the government.
00:35:12.000But as these accounts mature, when you're 18, they can be rolled into a retirement account.
00:35:18.000So the full effect of these may not be felt on our national psyche for 20, 30, 40, even 60 years.
00:35:28.000But I am convinced that this will be a real-time experiment in financial literacy and financial education, which we here at Treasury support every day.
00:35:38.000Every American child born between 2025 and 2028 is eligible for a Trump account.
00:35:45.000A $1,000 seed contribution from the Treasury Department that gets invested immediately into an index fund.
00:35:53.000That single $1,000 deposit at birth could grow to roughly half a million dollars by retirement age.
00:36:01.000And families can keep contributing on their own.
00:36:28.000And doing this for that next generation is so fundamentally important.
00:36:33.000Bessett called it the biggest merger in history between Main Street and Wall Street.
00:36:39.000And we're seeing something similar with Trump RX, where most favored nations' pricing is bringing down drug costs so Americans aren't constantly getting ripped off while the rest of the world pays a fraction of the price.

00:37:35.000But sadly, guys, common sense is anything but common, especially over in Europe, where we saw testimony last week on Capitol Hill from those actually being criminally prosecuted just for criticizing woke lunacy in places like the UK.
00:37:53.000You know, England, some of these, like England, you know, you can't say anything anymore.
00:38:00.000You can't be critical of them, even on social media, even if you're a comedian.
00:38:04.000And one of the star witnesses was Graham Lynham, an Irish comedy writer who had the audacity, guys, to say that biological sex is real.
00:38:16.000I mean, I know ceremony, you don't have to say that anymore, but like, you know, I don't know, it's sort of been in the textbooks that way for like a couple hundred years until like three years ago.
00:38:27.000That women, this is the other thing, I know, very radical, but he said it, that women deserve single sex bases.
00:38:39.000And that children shouldn't undergo experimental medical procedures.
00:38:45.000And for saying those things, he lost his career.
00:38:49.000He was driven out of his home country.
00:38:51.000And last September, when he flew from his new home in Arizona to London's Heathrow Airport, he was met by five heavily armed police officers who arrested him for social media posts, for literally posting opinions on social media that were critical of the madness that's happening right now in the UK.

00:39:52.000It was a career I loved, but it ended when I began noticing that women were losing their livelihoods, their social circles, and even their freedom for defending rights won over 100 years ago by the suffragette movement.

00:40:43.000In 10 years, not one person, not the police who arrested me, not the colleagues who condemned me, not the friends who turned away, has told any of us what we did wrong.

00:43:03.000First, use every diplomatic lever you have to pressure the British government to implement its own Supreme Court ruling.
00:43:10.000Women just won a landmark case confirming that sex means biological sex.
00:43:15.000The guidance to enforce it has been written, and the Minister for Women Inequalities has blocked it for months, calling it trans-exclusive.
00:43:22.000If the British government can ignore its own Supreme Court to appease gender activists, so can yours.
00:43:28.000Please make sure, make it clear that America is watching.
00:43:31.000Second, put pressure on the Irish government to reopen a conversation it never had.
00:43:36.000In 2015, while Irish people were celebrating their vote for marriage equality, the Gender Recognition Act was quietly passed.
00:43:44.000No public consultation, no referendum, no women's rights organizations consulted.
00:43:49.000The public did not know what they were signing up for.
00:44:30.000The women who lost their careers, the children who lost their health, the athletes who lost fair competition, they did not have a voice in the decisions that failed them.
