Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Rising GOP Star Rep Wesley Hunt on How Biden Policies Are Making Us Less Safe | TRIGGERED Ep. 29

00:00:00.000 you you

00:00:24.000 you guys welcome to another episode of

00:00:48.000 triggered and I'm really excited about about tonight's episode.

00:00:51.000 We have Texas Republican Congressman Wesley Hunt, a West Point graduate, a guy that flew Apache's helicopters in the army.

00:01:02.000 He served in combat deployments in Iraq, and he's an America First patriot doing great work in Congress.

00:01:09.000 A lot to talk about with him.

00:01:12.000 Clearly, what's going on in the world right now, absolutely insane.

00:01:16.000 And that's just the top of it, because there's some interesting headlines going on, what we've seen.

00:01:22.000 Let's talk about it.

00:01:23.000 Let's talk about the banking sector, because I've been talking about this for a little while.

00:01:27.000 We're watching 2008 happen all over again, and regulators this week took possession of First Republic Bank.

00:01:36.000 I believe that was a bank that said they didn't want to do business with Trump Org.

00:01:39.000 For the obvious reasons in the past.

00:01:41.000 So I don't exactly feel bad, but I feel bad for the little guy who had their monies in these institutions.

00:01:46.000 And yet another bank collapsing before our very eyes, resulting in the third failure of a major American bank since March.

00:01:56.000 But no, no, no, guys. The Biden economy is doing so wonderful.

00:02:00.000 Remember, the press secretary will get on TV and tell you that Joe Biden created more jobs than anyone.

00:02:05.000 Like, you know. Letting people go back to work isn't job creation, Joe, but...

00:02:11.000 Like everything else that Joe's created, including Hunter Biden, you know it's going to be a total disaster.

00:02:16.000 It's now being taken over by J.P. Morgan.

00:02:20.000 And First Republic Bank was similar to Silicon Valley Bank in that it catered to the tech startup world.

00:02:26.000 All those people in San Francisco and elsewhere that hate your guts.

00:02:31.000 And once Silicon Valley Bank collapsed, First Republic Bank customers withdrew nearly $100 billion in deposits because...

00:02:41.000 They could see what's happening.

00:02:42.000 Rising interest rates are putting pressure on the bank's balance sheets.

00:02:46.000 When they're leveraging your money, essentially gambling with your deposits, there's going to be problems. 0.95

00:02:53.000 When interest rates go up, when inflation and spending goes up, when you see the stupidity in the decisions that are being made by the experts, it's going to be a problem. 0.83

00:03:02.000 So will the Fed stop hiking rates? 0.94

00:03:07.000 Are we sure this is the end of the banking financial crisis?

00:03:10.000 Financial journalist Felix Salmond today noted, if those rates prove fatal for large and formerly vulnerable institutions, they will have caused serious damage to other banks that remain alive.

00:03:23.000 So it's probably not over, folks.

00:03:26.000 This is why I talk about companies like Goldco and stress the importance of being prepared. 1.00

00:03:34.000 Hedge against the stupidity. 1.00

00:03:36.000 Go to DonJrGold.com. 1.00

00:03:38.000 Just learn about it so you understand exactly what's going on and you can protect yourself, your retirement savings, from the stupidity. 0.98

00:03:46.000 Remember the ESG and DEI and all those things that are going to be required as part of your investment strategy? 0.98

00:03:52.000 Well, you can avoid that.

00:03:54.000 There seems to be an economic storm brewing and Team Biden is, as usual, asleep at the wheel.

00:04:00.000 Whether it's the banking sector, The border, the Biden administration is failing on literally every point.

00:04:08.000 And guys, it's only going to get worse because Biden is set to lift the Title 42 border protections in less than two weeks.

00:04:18.000 And border authorities, those great American patriots, who are already overwhelmed and seeing unprecedented numbers, are bracing for yet another surge of illegal immigrants.

00:04:33.000 The wonderful people that you get to pay for.

00:04:36.000 Remember, you have to pay for your children, their health care, their education.

00:04:40.000 And now, thanks to Joe Biden lifting Title 42, you'll be able to pay for a whole slew of other people, many of which will just get on that system and ride it for a long time.

00:04:52.000 Title 42 is a public health order implemented by the Trump administration during the pandemic.

00:04:57.000 It allows authorities to fast track the expulsion Of illegal immigrants.

00:05:03.000 Now, you're here illegally. 0.95

00:05:05.000 Try going to another country illegally and see what happens.

00:05:09.000 Only in America, if you come here illegally, you break our actual laws that are in place, are you given the benefit of the doubt and probably treated better than those who are actually going through the system legally.

00:05:24.000 There's a difference, folks.

00:05:26.000 Over six million illegal immigrants have already been let in under Biden.

00:05:31.000 And now it looks like there's going to be a whole lot more.

00:05:35.000 And we're creating incentive systems for there to be a lot more than that.

00:05:40.000 And it never ends.

00:05:42.000 When is DHS Secretary Mayorkas, when he was asked about what it means to have a secure border, here's how he responded.

00:05:54.000 It is, in the context in which we are working, Yes.

00:06:09.000 Is Mayorkas now taking classes on giving non-answers from Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg?

00:06:17.000 What does that even mean?

00:06:20.000 You know, the only difference between him and a Kamala answer is the hyena-like cackling that she would have done laughing at her own bad jokes after the fact. 0.91

00:06:29.000 And sadly, the consequences of an open southern border are getting more dire questions.

00:06:34.000 Every day. There's a manhunt underway outside of Houston for a suspect wanted in the murder of five Hondurans.

00:06:43.000 We're now learning that this suspect, a 30-year-old Mexican national, has been deported three times before.

00:06:52.000 Most recently in 2016, and who knows how many times he's crossed the border back and forth since then.

00:06:57.000 Deported three times.

00:06:58.000 But he still keeps coming back, and now he's apparently murdered Five innocent people.

00:07:06.000 That's evidence of a broken system, folks, but hey, it doesn't matter.

00:07:11.000 I guess if they let in enough people, they let in even if they're illegal, they'll let them vote in the census, and they can overwhelm the system to put Democrat hegemony in place forever.

00:07:23.000 And that seems to be what they want, folks.

00:07:25.000 It's power, because none of this otherwise makes any sense.

00:07:29.000 And now, amid all of these never-ending foreign policies disaster, more Biden voters appear to have some regret.

00:07:37.000 I'm shocked! How could you have regret?

00:07:40.000 Your fuel prices are double, inflation's through the roof, job numbers are going through the roof, banks are failing, we're, uh...

00:07:47.000 We're on the brink of nuclear war with Russia.

00:07:50.000 We're fighting not only proxy wars, but actually boots on the ground wars with the world's largest nuclear power by volume of nuclear missiles.

00:07:59.000 I mean, what could possibly go wrong?

00:08:01.000 ABC News recently went to Pennsylvania to talk to residents who voted for Joe Biden and asked about his recent pathetic 2024 campaign video. 0.54

00:08:12.000 Here's just a small sample of the Biden regret.

00:08:18.000 Voted for Biden.

00:08:19.000 I did. He announced this week.

00:08:21.000 What was your reaction? Regret, disappointment, frustration.

00:08:29.000 You and me both, lady.

00:08:32.000 You and me both. The difference is I wasn't dumb enough to vote for that moron in the first place. 1.00

00:08:37.000 But, hey, better late than never, I guess, okay? 0.99

00:08:41.000 Man, really regret and frustration.

00:08:44.000 I'm shocked. What did you think was gonna happen from the guy that ran a campaign from his basement?

00:08:49.000 Just because the media tells you someone's not an imbecile, even when everything that comes out of their mouth makes you think otherwise, you may wanna second guess.

00:09:00.000 Uh, they're glowing endorsements of Biden the statesman, Biden the economic guy, Biden the great father who raised the upstanding gentleman that you have known as Hunter Biden.

00:09:11.000 Now, it's hard to imagine Biden actually getting through another campaign, but when Democrats are more interested in harvesting ballots than actually physically turning out voters to the polls, actually putting forth good policy, actually doing anything good for anyone in America...

00:09:27.000 They may try to keep them in the basement once again, because what do they have to lose?

00:09:31.000 But what is the Democrats' message?

00:09:35.000 Higher costs?

00:09:36.000 More crime?

00:09:38.000 Lower quality of life?

00:09:40.000 Men in women's sports? 0.87

00:09:42.000 Three-year-olds deciding to permanently mutilate their body to conform to your psychopath teacher's gender ideology? 0.83

00:09:50.000 I don't know what it is. 1.00

00:09:52.000 And try, I guess, to censor and silence anyone who dares speak out or question your own stupidity? 1.00

00:09:59.000 I mean, that seems to be the party platform. 1.00

00:10:02.000 And here's another big story that's not getting enough coverage.

00:10:06.000 We're seeing the censorship agenda of the radical left being pushed all across the West.

00:10:13.000 Now, including in Ireland.

00:10:16.000 Ireland is literally moving closer to passing a radical hate speech law, according to reports just having, quote, hateful material.

00:10:28.000 Hateful material. I wonder who's going to be the arbiter of that.

00:10:31.000 Someone who hates your guts.

00:10:33.000 On your devices.

00:10:35.000 Would be enough to actually put you in jail. 0.53

00:10:39.000 So you have something on your devices.

00:10:41.000 They happen to be there.

00:10:42.000 Someone sends you one of my memes, which I'm sure will be labeled hateful, across the board.

00:10:47.000 Even if they're right and true and 100% accurate.

00:10:51.000 And they can put you in jail.

00:10:55.000 The bill also has no presumption of innocence.

00:10:59.000 The burden of proof is actually shifted to the accused.

00:11:04.000 Sounds kind of communist.

00:11:06.000 Sounds awful.

00:11:07.000 And it sounds like the people that we thought were sort of like us, you know, whether it's the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, are actually much further along towards communism than anyone could have ever imagined.

00:11:19.000 And also remember, even if someone doesn't end up being prosecuted, it's going to be the pretext for a whole bunch of investigations.

00:11:27.000 Have you ever heard the phrase...

00:11:29.000 It's the process is the punishment.

00:11:31.000 It's sort of like Russia, Russia, Russia, right?

00:11:33.000 Like, it doesn't have to be true, but you still have to deal with it.

00:11:35.000 They can push whatever they want.

00:11:38.000 They can run up legal bills.

00:11:39.000 They can force people into involuntary bankruptcy by making them defend this stuff.

00:11:43.000 Because if they don't defend it, then there's the presumption of guilt.

00:11:46.000 If the presumption of guilt is there, try getting a job with hate speech violations on your background.

00:11:53.000 That's going on in the free world, folks.

00:11:56.000 Supposed free world.

00:11:58.000 And it's going to scare dissenters into silence.

00:12:02.000 We have to remember, folks, much of the rest of the world doesn't really believe in free speech or even have anything like the First Amendment, or the Second Amendment for that matter.

00:12:10.000 That's why it's vital to call out these sorts of bills and this sort of insanity across the globe.

00:12:17.000 Here's Elon Musk on Friday talking about the importance of free speech and why he bought Twitter.

00:12:24.000 We must protect free speech, and free speech only matters, it's only relevant when it's someone you don't like saying something you don't like, because obviously, speech that you like is easy.

00:12:40.000 And it's, the thing about censorship is that, sure, for those who would advocate it, just

00:12:46.000 remember at some point that will be turned on you.

00:12:51.000 Guys, the free flow of information is vital to uncovering real stories and real scandals

00:12:58.000 going on inside our country and abroad.

00:13:01.000 There's a reason the people who are pushing this stuff want to eliminate the notion of free speech, okay folks?

00:13:07.000 In case you haven't been watching for like the last six years.

00:13:10.000 And speaking of uncovering a real story, the Wall Street Journal...

00:13:15.000 Obtained the late Jeffrey Epstein's private calendar, which showed scheduled meetings with Biden's current CIA director.

00:13:25.000 Now, I'm sure this is total coincidence, guys, just like all the other amazing coincidence.

00:13:31.000 And I'm sure he had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein not killing himself.

00:13:37.000 The records show multiple meetings between Epstein and William Burns, the director of the CIA. Huh?

00:13:44.000 I wonder why? I'm sure they're just buddies.

00:13:48.000 When you see the long list of people...

00:13:51.000 Who visited Jeffrey Epstein even when he was guilty as an accused pedophile.

00:13:58.000 That's a problem.

00:14:00.000 This guy is the CIA director.

00:14:02.000 Now why would he want several meetings with Jeffrey Epstein?

00:14:06.000 And these meetings were scheduled again after it was known that Epstein was a convicted serial sex offender.

00:14:13.000 Hmm. Hmm.

00:14:16.000 I wonder, as I always say folks, you know how you know Donald Trump isn't on that list?

00:14:23.000 Because if he was, it would be the only name that we've seen.

00:14:27.000 Remember Glijane Maxwell or however the hell you say her name?

00:14:30.000 She's apparently serving 25 years in jail for trafficking minors in a sex trafficking scandal to nobody. 0.98

00:14:39.000 Which is amazing.

00:14:40.000 I mean, that's probably never been done before, and yet she's still doing 25 years.

00:14:44.000 You have to wonder. The CIA said in a statement that Burns didn't know anything about him, and that he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector.

00:14:55.000 Really, because there's no other people in financial services.

00:14:57.000 You had to go to the convicted pedophile.

00:14:59.000 I'm sure that's real, folks.

00:15:03.000 Right, like, I got some oceanfront property in Iowa for you.

00:15:10.000 Is anyone really buying this?

00:15:12.000 If he didn't know anything about him, why would he meet with him in the first place?

00:15:18.000 Again, there's more than one serious financial expert in Wall Street that you don't be like, no, no, give me the pedophile.

00:15:25.000 Okay, that doesn't happen.

00:15:29.000 You like the intro, Wesley? But it's...

00:15:34.000 See? Like, we're laughing because it's, I mean, a little bit funny, but it's fucking real, and that should scare all of us. 0.96

00:15:43.000 Like, you know, yeah, the director of the CIA, like, All these people that we used to think were good people that have now been proven to be just absolute clown shows, I mean, you know, these are the people that created Russia, Russia, Russia, right? 0.95

00:15:54.000 The FBI, these are the people entrapping the people at January 6th.

00:15:58.000 But, like, we're supposed to believe there's no connection?

00:16:01.000 If this guy was meeting with Donald Trump post-pedophile conviction, there would be a serious problem.

00:16:07.000 People would ask the question, like, there wasn't someone else that Trump could have met with?

00:16:13.000 Like, but no, no, no. 0.98

00:16:14.000 If you're a Democrat, the media, big tech, all of them probably on Epstein Island too, and maybe that's why they're running Comfort for him, but either Burns is a fucking moron, And that doesn't bode well for our country and our intelligence officers abroad, but, you know, again, given the results we've seen lately, that's a very good possibility. 0.97

00:16:34.000 Or, and maybe it's an and-or, because the two are not mutually exclusive, there's something far more sinister going on with the CIA director. 0.95

00:16:47.000 These are major investigations you would see on a show like, I don't know, say, Tucker Carlson, who would always ask the toughest questions.

00:16:57.000 But, huh, he's not there either anymore, and I wonder if that's by plan.

00:17:02.000 And by the way, it's been a week since Fox News' Axe Tucker Carlson show, and Ron DeSantis still hasn't said anything about it.

00:17:09.000 I wonder why. Uh...

00:17:12.000 Does he not want to upset Paul Ryan, Karl Rove, or any of his donors?

00:17:17.000 Or maybe he agrees with the decision, like maybe we should never channel, challenge the norms.

00:17:23.000 Maybe we should allow the war in Ukraine and hundreds of billions of dollars to go over there, into the abyss, into the unknown, with no auditing, while simultaneously creating the next class of Ukrainian oligarch billionaires.

00:17:40.000 I mean, who knows?

00:17:42.000 He won't say anything about it, but one thing's for sure.

00:17:45.000 He's been suspiciously silent on all of it.

00:17:48.000 We don't really know exactly what Ron DeSantis stands for, and, well, I guess this continues that thing.

00:17:56.000 We've seen the flip-flops and everything else, and this one's sort of an odd one, given where the America First movement that he's apparently supposed to somehow now miraculously represent is all over this issue.

00:18:07.000 But... We also have to turn to our last story before getting on to Wesley Hunt on the recurring struggles in the United States military.

00:18:15.000 And this is one we're going to talk a lot about with Wesley, because the military has been struggling to recruit.

00:18:19.000 And I wonder why. You know, given the woke military who really wants to learn about white rage, but perhaps not so much about winning wars. 0.59

00:18:28.000 The military who pulled out our troops in Afghanistan before the civilians and left biometric scanners to the Taliban.

00:18:36.000 When our Secretary of State then gets on the air and says, he is shocked and dismayed that the Taliban, who we've been fighting for 20 years, mind you, like, sound like we weren't familiar, did not install a more diverse and inclusive, and I quote, government.

00:18:53.000 I mean, you're shocked?

00:18:55.000 You're shocked? Really?

00:18:57.000 What are you, an idiot? You thought the Taliban was going to have Leah Thomas representing the trans coalition in the Taliban government? 1.00

00:19:08.000 It's a little bit of a different news show, Wesley.

00:19:12.000 It's different. Well, someone has to say this shit because it's insane. 1.00

00:19:16.000 These people are making decisions that our children and grandchildren will be holding to forever, and no one's calling out the obvious. 1.00

00:19:24.000 So, So much so, the Air Force recently introduced a policy that would allow obese men and women to enlist.

00:19:32.000 I mean, I want to see, like, a 700-pound dude in an F-18 because...

00:19:37.000 I want to see, like, an Apache, nose down. 1.00

00:19:41.000 You know, like...

00:19:43.000 To enlist. I mean, think about that.

00:19:45.000 Like, the military.

00:19:47.000 Like, the people you think of, like, that's the demographic that's supposed to be in shape.

00:19:50.000 We're now going to allow obese men and women to enlist because... 0.91

00:19:55.000 Apparently, the trans agenda, which seems to be dominating so much of the military, or at least the leadership, because I think there's a major distinction and a major separation from that leadership and the door kickers. 1.00

00:20:07.000 As evidenced by the recruitment problems, folks, the policy allows men with 26% body fat and women with 36% body fat to join.

00:20:19.000 According to Penn Medicine, my alma mater, and, you know, and this is a woke alma mater because, again, my alma mater is the home of Leah Thomas, mentioned earlier.

00:20:29.000 Both of those body fat percentages make someone obese.

00:20:33.000 I'm sure they will change that now because rather than getting someone in shape, it's much easier to just move the goalposts and say, hey, you can have 100% body fat but not actually be obese.

00:20:43.000 You're healthy. You're thick.

00:20:45.000 You're healthy. Meanwhile, the army is forcing aviation officers who are set to retire to serve three more years because they can't find anyone willing to put up with the woke bullshit in the military. 0.99

00:20:58.000 Because a big part of patriotism, if you're going to put your life on the line for something, is actually believing in the stuff that they're telling you to fight for. 0.92

00:21:08.000 And I have a feeling that the trans agenda isn't.

00:21:11.000 We're going to talk more about that shortly, but hundreds of Army aviation officers were set to leave the military and they're being held for another three years to serve after, they say, the branch quietly reinterpreted part of their contract amid retention and recruitment issues.

00:21:32.000 Guys, these recruitment struggles are a direct result of the Biden administration pushing leftist ideology in the military.

00:21:39.000 These woke policies, in addition to the vaccine mandates, made the military very unappealing to the young conservative men and women, the patriots who would make up the bulk of our actual fighting force.

00:21:54.000 We're going to ask Congressman Hunt about the state of the military, why we're seeing these recruiting struggles, and how the Biden Pentagon is leaving us unprepared for war and another major conflict.

00:22:06.000 So before we get there, though, I just want to take a second and I want to thank our brave sponsors, as evidenced by...

00:22:12.000 Congressman Hunt here laughing during the monologue. 0.69

00:22:15.000 It takes some balls to sponsor this show.

00:22:18.000 You never know what's going to happen other than the truth, but gold and silver can help protect your retirement savings. 0.78

00:22:26.000 Again, guys, we've been talking about it.

00:22:28.000 Another bank collapsing.

00:22:29.000 This week, you saw it happen.

00:22:32.000 First Republic Bank collapses and has been seized by regulators.

00:22:36.000 So let's be honest. We see the economic storm brewing.

00:22:39.000 We see the warning signs.

00:22:41.000 So I want you to be prepared and owning tangible, physical, inflation hedging gold and silver can help diversify your portfolio, can protect against the insanity of what's going on, can help protect your retirement savings. 0.98

00:24:27.000 My pleasure. So guys, we have Congressman Wesley Hunt, West Point Red...

00:24:34.000 Apache pilot? Yep, that's right.

00:24:35.000 American first. America first. 0.79

00:24:37.000 American Apache pilot.

00:24:38.000 Very MAGA. Very MAGA. So, I mean, listen, a lot to unpackage, right?

00:24:43.000 Like, you know, the news of the week, some days it's slow, some days it's a lot.

00:24:46.000 You're watching bank collapses, but I mean, let's talk military first.

00:24:50.000 You know, you came...

00:24:52.000 From that background, you got enough years under your belt.

00:24:56.000 I went to a high school, there was a big theater school to Annapolis.

00:24:59.000 We sent like 25% of our class.

00:25:01.000 Annapolis is alright. We'll accept it.

00:25:03.000 We'll allow it. We sent a bunch to West Point as well.

00:25:06.000 But it was like 25% of my class went to the academy, so let's call it that.

00:25:12.000 Those guys, I know even in 16, they were basically like, hey, they assumed Hillary was going to win and they were like, they were going to withdraw from the military.

00:25:19.000 When Trump won, many of them stayed on, signed on.

00:25:21.000 You know, a couple guys flew F-18s, a couple guys were James guys.

00:25:25.000 What's going on in such a short period of time?

00:25:28.000 Because I know those guys, like I said, you know, I lived with them from eighth grade on.

00:25:33.000 And the insanity that we're seeing coming out of these guys now is, I mean, it's just that.

00:25:39.000 It's insanity. Insanity is right.

00:25:41.000 And not just me, but my dad's a retired colonel in the military.

00:25:44.000 My sister went to West Point first.

00:25:46.000 Okay. So she's 10 years older than I am.

00:25:48.000 Do you have to salute her when you go home?

00:25:50.000 So she was a math instructor at West Point while my brother and I were both cadets at West Point.

00:25:55.000 Oh boy. So I had to salute her every single day.

00:25:58.000 It was depressing for a while, but I got used to it.

00:26:02.000 So I'm West Point 04, my sister's 93, my brother's West Point 05.

00:26:06.000 So all three of us went to West Point.

00:26:08.000 There's 60 years worth of military service just in my immediate family.

00:26:12.000 Now, when I look at what's happening right now with our military, it's flat out depressing.

00:26:16.000 Because when I was coming up, we weren't talking about any of this stuff.

00:26:20.000 It's the United States Military Academy, capital M, emphasis on military.

00:26:26.000 And right now, we look at this woke agenda, and we're talking about trans rights and this and that and the third.

00:26:32.000 And the people that want to go to West Point at 18 years old and go to the Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, they want to serve.

00:26:39.000 And they're conservative. I'll tell you what.

00:26:42.000 There's 38 congressional districts in Texas.

00:26:45.000 I am the 38th.

00:26:47.000 Of the 38 congressmen and women from Texas, 14 of them are combat veterans and military veterans.

00:26:54.000 All 14 are Republicans.

00:26:56.000 About a single one's a Democrat.

00:26:58.000 So what does that tell you? Yeah, a lot.

00:27:01.000 And yet the leaders, I mean, you know, the generals, and, you know, they sit there and, again, someone told me it's because, you know, I think there's almost a universal consensus, other than maybe the new religion of the left, which is like the Ukraine War, but prior to that, American, the citizens, are over the never-ending wars.

00:27:20.000 Yes. They understand there was maybe...

00:27:22.000 And so it seems like the generals...

00:27:26.000 Someone told me this, and I was like, wow, that's sort of...

00:27:27.000 It's scary, but brilliant.

00:27:29.000 Yes. The generals all went woke because the retirement plan used to be like, get on the board of Raytheon.

00:27:35.000 We'll sell you missiles because we're in never-ending wars.

00:27:37.000 And like, hey, great. Evil things are ending.

00:27:39.000 You... You know, it's a quid pro quo like you've never seen before.

00:27:43.000 But now, since there isn't necessarily that desire, although that's been augmented a little bit by Ukraine, you know, the idea is to get on the board of Disney.

00:27:50.000 How do you do that? You be the general, so they have the conservative, but you're the woke one.

00:27:54.000 You're the woke general. Yes.

00:27:56.000 And when you look at leadership, especially when I was at West Point, this was not even a conversation.

00:28:02.000 And by the way, this happened very quickly.

00:28:04.000 I got out of the military in 2012.

00:28:06.000 So I deployed to Iraq, spent two years in Saudi Arabia.

00:28:09.000 At one point, all three of my siblings, all three of us, we were all deployed in Iraq at the same time in 2006.

00:28:16.000 We weren't talking about this stuff.

00:28:18.000 So at some point in time, something happened in this country that morphed the military to start focusing on fighting wars and focus more on woke left ideology.

00:28:28.000 And that's wrong. And you know who's laughing at us right now?

00:28:31.000 Xi Jinping is laughing at us right now.

00:28:33.000 And you know who's crying? Vladimir Putin right now is laughing at us.

00:28:35.000 And our allies are like, what happened to America?

00:28:37.000 A strong America is a strong world.

00:28:40.000 And right now the whole world is looking at us and we are no longer leading from the front and that's a problem.

00:28:44.000 Yeah, I heard it from guys, like I said, a bunch of, you know, team guys I had.

00:28:48.000 When my father came in, he was like, you know, they were like, oh, he can't get rid of ISIS. We weren't able to do it before.

00:28:54.000 He's like, well, what did they actually change?

00:28:56.000 That he eliminated ISIS in like three weeks.

00:28:58.000 That's right. Let the guys that are doing the killing, like, let them do their job.

00:29:01.000 That's right. And, you know, I had those.

00:29:04.000 Yeah, no, exactly.

00:29:05.000 But it was insane.

00:29:07.000 Like, these guys were telling me, the same guys I was saying earlier, that were like, I'm going to get out of the military if she wins because there's no future for me here.

00:29:14.000 Mm-hmm. They were saying, you know, we have a playing card guy, whether it was Iraq or Afghanistan, a high-value target, and we'd have to call a lawyer in D.C. to kill a really bad guy.

00:29:27.000 A bad guy. Not even a bad guy. 0.87

00:29:28.000 A really bad guy.

00:29:30.000 A really bad guy. 0.96

00:29:31.000 A horrible dude, right. And it's like, well, in the nine hours that it took to get back, something changed.

00:29:36.000 You know, children came around.

00:29:37.000 All of a sudden, you know, you didn't have it.

00:29:39.000 So the only thing Trump did was like, okay, yeah, don't worry about it.

00:29:43.000 I trust the guy on the ground to know more than a lawyer bureaucrat who's never seen a battlefield.

00:29:48.000 Thank God. And, you know, who's sitting in a nice air-conditioned office in D.C. do their job.

00:29:52.000 Yeah. Why is that such a hard concept?

00:29:55.000 I mean, you know, like I said, when the Secretary of State, in my intro, I'm shocked the Taliban did not install a more diverse... 0.93

00:30:01.000 He said that though, but he said it before Congress.

00:30:03.000 I don't know if you were there for that one.

00:30:05.000 He said it in front of Congress.

00:30:07.000 I'm like, you're not a serious person.

00:30:10.000 You fought them for 20 years and you think that they were going to put in a diverse and inclusive government?

00:30:18.000 What's the hope? How do you get out of that mess?

00:30:20.000 I had an interview with the Secretary of the Interior.

00:30:23.000 She came to speak to the Natural Resources Committee that I'm on.

00:30:25.000 And I asked her, you know, what are your diversity and inclusion goals?

00:30:29.000 Because that's actually in a mission statement.

00:30:30.000 And she just teased off about how I want our department to look like America and to be like everybody else and represent their proper demographics.

00:30:39.000 Except no white men. No, no. 0.53

00:30:41.000 So she got done talking and I said, but in this mission statement it doesn't say qualified.

00:30:46.000 And when I flew up here on the plane, I didn't poke my head into the cockpit and say, hey, I just want to make sure all of our pilots for United met all of their diversity and inclusion goals for the month.

00:30:56.000 I don't care. I want the best person flying the plane, and that needs to be our mission and our goals here as well.

00:31:02.000 But their first mission is diversity and inclusion first, and it's qualification second.

00:31:08.000 That's not a meritocracy.

00:31:09.000 That's not the American way. 0.96

00:31:11.000 How long can that go on?

00:31:14.000 Because, you know, again, If you're doing it that way, and it's not a meritocracy, you're going to have subpar performance.

00:31:21.000 Of course. And again, it doesn't seem like these guys care about America standing in the world, as evidenced by literally everything that they do.

00:31:29.000 But how long is that sustainable? 0.98

00:31:31.000 When you have a government that's spending $33 trillion in debt, when they're meeting with the cast of Ted Lasso while Putin's meeting with Xi, and they're talking about getting rid of the petrodollar, Leverage and pay for all the woke bullshit that they want. 0.98

00:31:50.000 When that goes, maybe they'll do us a favor because we actually have to lean up and get rid of some of this crap.

00:31:55.000 But how long can that continue when you have people, in many cases I've seen, almost no qualifications to be there other than they checked three boxes, therefore that's the qualification.

00:32:07.000 It's why your dad's going to win.

00:32:09.000 So what happens is this. We have to live under these poor policies and this poor leadership.

00:32:12.000 And so we have a border crisis.

00:32:14.000 We have banks failing.

00:32:16.000 We have a war on our own energy industry in our own country.

00:32:20.000 We are now viewed as America's second across the entire world, and America is paying attention.

00:32:26.000 And we're looking around and we're saying, well, how the hell did this happen?

00:32:29.000 Well, that's because we have poor leaders.

00:32:31.000 And then you have people like me that step up and they say, you know what?

00:32:35.000 I'm an American first.

00:32:37.000 I'm not an African American.

00:32:38.000 I'm just a black American that's qualified to be here.

00:32:41.000 I went to West Point. I served my country.

00:32:43.000 I have three master's degrees from Cornell University.

00:32:46.000 And why is that?

00:32:47.000 Because I wanted to be qualified to lead as United States Congressman.

00:32:51.000 And I am now the Congressman for a district.

00:32:54.000 That is a white majority district that your father would have won by 22 points.

00:32:59.000 And I won by 30.

00:33:01.000 And you know why I won?

00:33:03.000 Because nobody cared about the way I looked.

00:33:05.000 They just wanted the best, the most qualified person to lead them. 0.90

00:33:08.000 So when America has to live in these completely poor, dilapidated, ridiculous policies, we start to wake up. 0.91

00:33:17.000 Alright, so we see that. 0.94

00:33:19.000 Yes. Listen. I don't pretend I don't get where I come from.

00:33:23.000 I'm the son of a billionaire, and if I'm sitting down filling up my truck, I'm like, shit. 1.00

00:33:27.000 This is ridiculous. 1.00

00:33:29.000 Bullshit! And I understand. 1.00

00:33:34.000 I'm like, if I'm pissed off, They should be too.

00:33:38.000 Imagine that. And yet, you don't see, you know, there's still, you know, and I always say it on the show, it's a key tenet of the show, which is like, hey, it's going to be so bad that they have no chance, no choice but to wake up.

00:33:50.000 But again, with big tech sort of promoting the one side and making it seem like everyone, I mean, you're, I'm sure you've been called a white supremacist before.

00:33:59.000 Which I find hilarious, by the way. No, it's amazing.

00:34:01.000 Like, I mean, it's amazing in the way that you and I would laugh about like Chappelle that you couldn't.

00:34:09.000 You know, Clayton Bigsby was one of the greatest sketch ever, right?

00:34:13.000 It literally is, but imagine if you tried to do that today, and it wasn't that long ago.

00:34:18.000 I think I was in college when that came out, and I was like, I mean, probably one of the greatest bits of sketch comedy ever, and yet today, you wouldn't be able to do it.

00:34:28.000 You've been called those names.

00:34:32.000 Talk about that, because it's interesting.

00:34:33.000 I see... I see a lot of the shift actually in the Hispanic community, especially in Texas.

00:34:38.000 They're like, hey man, these are God-fearing, hard-working, family-oriented people. 0.99

00:34:44.000 And they're like, wait a minute, you want to take my three-year-old and cut their dick off because their teacher convinced them that I thought I was an airplane. 1.00

00:34:51.000 And these drag shows for children, it's ridiculous. 0.99

00:34:54.000 But talk about that, because I have seen... 0.96

00:34:58.000 There's been a lot more adaption from the Hispanic community.

00:35:01.000 And black men.

00:35:02.000 And black men as well. Okay, so talk about that.

00:35:05.000 Because it's interesting. And I think of black females as so strong. 1.00

00:35:09.000 And very conservative.

00:35:11.000 And yet there hasn't been the adaption of those policies yet.

00:35:16.000 Again, the men, I don't know. Literally, maybe it was because of Trump and sort of the rap videos and the bling and whatever.

00:35:21.000 I don't know. I don't want to...

00:35:22.000 I got to be careful how I... Yeah, I hear you.

00:35:26.000 Whatever it was, there was a reason he was in like 75...

00:35:30.000 You know, like, big rap songs before.

00:35:32.000 Then he'd become a Republican. It's like, we've never met Trump.

00:35:34.000 And now he's racist. I was like, bullshit, we had dinner. 1.00

00:35:37.000 I'm like, wait. He's in the video. 1.00

00:35:39.000 He's like, listen, I just gotta do it for work.

00:35:41.000 I'm like, yeah, but it's... I mean, you're shooting yourself in the foot.

00:35:44.000 Yes. So why has there been a difference in that adaption in that?

00:35:49.000 Because, I mean, what has the Democrat Party done for the African-American community?

00:35:52.000 And that's... What has it done for African-American women other than... 0.99

00:35:57.000 Destroy the foundation for their children to have success.

00:36:00.000 The nuclear home. Absolutely.

00:36:02.000 It's actually why I'm here. Because again, I grew up in a two-parent home, a two-parent conservative home, and that's why we have three West Pointers come from one home. 0.98

00:36:08.000 I'm not all that smart, but at the end of the day, my parents raised us in a conservative way for us to realize that America is the greatest country in the world.

00:36:16.000 It gets no better than this.

00:36:18.000 And if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else and you'll find out very quickly that's not going to work out for you. 0.86

00:36:23.000 But when I go in a barbershop, And I talked to the black dudes in the barbershop.

00:36:27.000 You know what they tell me about? I have to now work harder because gas is more.

00:36:33.000 Food is more. Inflation is killing me.

00:36:35.000 Eggs are killing me.

00:36:36.000 I have to provide for my family.

00:36:38.000 And before President Trump was there, I didn't have these problems.

00:36:42.000 And now with Joe Biden, now I do.

00:36:44.000 It's that pragmatic mindset that I think is setting in.

00:36:46.000 And I think we have an opportunity here to get between 20 and 25 percent of the black male vote.

00:36:52.000 And if that happens, the Democrats are in trouble because then it becomes a math issue.

00:36:57.000 Talk about the difference between that.

00:36:59.000 Actual votes. Yes.

00:37:01.000 Versus, you know, ballot harvesting.

00:37:03.000 Yes. Right? Because, I mean, that's something, you know, in my mind with this, you know, I'm like, hey, let's stop fighting a primary.

00:37:09.000 Trump's at order 68%.

00:37:11.000 Like, we could spend a billion dollars on a primary.

00:37:14.000 And I understand the consultants will get very rich.

00:37:16.000 So they, you know, they want to make sure a primary happens because they don't really care.

00:37:19.000 There's no... There's no consequence.

00:37:21.000 He's going to lose by 30 bucks.

00:37:22.000 It doesn't matter. But if they spend $200 billion, they're going to make 25% of that into their own pockets.

00:37:29.000 And people don't get that about politics.

00:37:31.000 But if we took $100 million, $200 million, and just try to level the playing field...

00:37:36.000 You know, it's harder. I mean, our people are going to be more rural.

00:37:39.000 It's not as easy as going apartment to apartment but collecting balance.

00:37:42.000 But if we don't do that, it's almost irrelevant that you win over certain people.

00:37:48.000 Because you can't overcome the, you know, a knock on your door, who you're voting for, don't worry, we'll take care of it.

00:37:54.000 I mean, I guarantee you, you know, they elected John Fetterman in Pennsylvania.

00:37:58.000 Let's just call it, you know.

00:37:59.000 The worst candidate in the history.

00:38:01.000 Well, second word, that's Joe Biden. 0.95

00:38:02.000 Yeah, horrible. It's hard to criticize him.

00:38:04.000 Of course you can have a vegetable senator because you have a vegetable president. 1.00

00:38:09.000 Why should we be any different for senators?

00:38:11.000 They have less power.

00:38:13.000 I can't imagine that a good percentage of the votes in Pennsylvania, even Had heard John Fetterman speak.

00:38:22.000 And yet they voted because, you know, there was someone showed up at a door and they signed a ballot or they took it and voted for them and, you know, whatever happened, happened.

00:38:27.000 But, you know, no one's ever, if you've never seen a Biden hat in public, there isn't that enthusiasm.

00:38:35.000 But again, if you go door to door knocking and each state has different rules and some are, you know, way into basically ballot harvesting, some have actually some regulation.

00:38:43.000 We seem to do better on those where there's a little bit of regulation for obvious reasons, harder to manipulate.

00:38:48.000 But, you know, You need to create those systems as well.

00:38:52.000 Yes. And is that happening, you think?

00:38:54.000 So I think it's a combination of both things.

00:38:56.000 It's ballot harvesting, it's cheating, and it's COVID. And I think in 2024, they're not going to have COVID. Now, the Democrat Party has chosen Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

00:39:05.000 Joe Biden is the worst candidate we have seen, arguably, in the history of this country.

00:39:09.000 Kamala Harris- He's the most popular- That guy got 10 million more votes than Barack Obama. 1.00

00:39:17.000 Yeah, and that's the thing.

00:39:18.000 It's a joke. You want to believe he beat Trump?

00:39:20.000 Okay. You think he's better than Obama?

00:39:22.000 By the way, you think he's better than Obama 08 before Obama destroyed the country?

00:39:26.000 By 10 million votes. By 10 million?

00:39:28.000 No. No one's that dumb. 1.00

00:39:30.000 No. And you've got to believe it. 0.99

00:39:32.000 There's nothing going on. Of course there's something going on.

00:39:34.000 What are you, an idiot? He can't form a sentence. 1.00

00:39:38.000 Kamala Harris is the worst VP that we've seen in modern history since, like, Dick Cheney, he accidentally shot somebody. 1.00

00:39:46.000 So let's put that in perspective.

00:39:48.000 And she's pulling way worse than that.

00:39:49.000 The Democrats are all in on these two.

00:39:52.000 Put that in perspective. An 82-year-old senile Joe Biden that shakes hands with air falls upstairs and falls off bikes, okay?

00:39:59.000 They are all in on he and Kamala Harris.

00:40:03.000 Now, that means there's a lot of opportunity for us because running for president is the hardest thing to do in American politics.

00:40:10.000 You know why? The camera is always on you.

00:40:12.000 You think he can get away with The basement strategy again?

00:40:16.000 You cannot do it two times in a row in this country.

00:40:19.000 I hope you're right.

00:40:21.000 Imagine somebody told you...

00:40:22.000 I just think the media, you know, Kamala Harris, she's one of the great orators of all time.

00:40:26.000 I mean, they...

00:40:27.000 I'm like...

00:40:28.000 I'm like...

00:40:29.000 No, but they tell us that.

00:40:30.000 You see this thing, I'm like, oh, my God.

00:40:32.000 But nobody believes that.

00:40:33.000 I see it.

00:40:34.000 I get it, but man, it feels like, I always say it just feels very hard to overwhelm these trillion dollar systems that are so designed purely against us.

00:40:43.000 They're so effective that in 2016 we had the House, we had the Senate, and the presidency in 2016, and that's when they were suppressing conservative voices for the last decade.

00:40:53.000 In 2018, we had the presidency and the Senate.

00:40:56.000 If but not for COVID, we still would have the presidency and the Senate.

00:41:00.000 And in 2022, we took back the House.

00:41:02.000 In spite of all of this.

00:41:05.000 Because of the American population, the public, the taxpaying American, has to actually go put gas in their tank and go buy eggs and go buy food.

00:41:14.000 And there's not enough media in the world that can overcome that.

00:41:17.000 So what are you seeing on the ground?

00:41:18.000 I mean, you're Houston, right?

00:41:19.000 So that's a very...

00:41:22.000 It's going to be a blue segment.

00:41:24.000 Maybe your district within... Not my district, sir.

00:41:26.000 Not my district, but yeah. No, but Texas is weird that way, right?

00:41:29.000 It is. I mean, like, Austin is, like, left of, you know, Los Angeles or San Francisco in a certain way.

00:41:35.000 So, you know, while it may have this thing, there's parts where the Bolsheviks are 100% in charge. 0.84

00:41:40.000 Yes. But if you were to get out of your district and go to, you know, downtown Houston.

00:41:44.000 Yes. Are they seeing that and feeling it as well?

00:41:47.000 100%. And I've been on every single street in my district, and that's why I speak so confidently about this.

00:41:53.000 People are very frustrated with what we've seen over the course of the past few years.

00:41:56.000 They're looking at their 401k.

00:41:58.000 They're frustrated. They're looking at how much it costs to send their kids to school to get from A to B. We have people in my district that are deciding, rather or not, they are going to go to work or take their kid to school.

00:42:10.000 Do I buy groceries or do I take my child to school?

00:42:14.000 I can't afford both of them.

00:42:15.000 This is what we're seeing every single day.

00:42:17.000 And it's my opinion that over the course of the next two years, two more years of this?

00:42:23.000 Did you watch that correspondence dinner? 0.99

00:42:25.000 Those jokes were ridiculous and they were disgusting. 0.99

00:42:29.000 Because we're making a mockery of the American people. 0.99

00:42:32.000 But I feel like, I mean, that's the whole Democrat class, right?

00:42:35.000 Oh, you're hanging on to God and guns and...

00:42:38.000 No, but talk, I mean, there is a very real, and it's a constant, you know, threat to anything. 0.99

00:42:46.000 I mean, the FBI and the DOJ, they called concerned mothers that showed up to PTA meetings being like, hey, I don't want you indoctrinating my kids with this shit. 0.98

00:42:55.000 Like, just, how about teach them math? 0.99

00:42:56.000 That's it. Reading arithmetic.

00:42:59.000 You're a domestic terrorist, if you even thought that.

00:43:02.000 I mean, so with all of these core values under attack, how do we get that back?

00:43:08.000 Again, because it's not just their ideas versus ours, right?

00:43:12.000 It's their ideas versus ours, but they're getting boosted by big tech, by mainstream media, by big social, by trillion-dollar platforms.

00:43:22.000 And we just have our ideas and a little bit of like, I told you so, you know, two years later when the conspiracy theory that was so obvious to anyone proves to be correct.

00:43:30.000 And it's like, well, it doesn't matter. They got their win, they rack it up, and they move on.

00:43:34.000 Brother, it's the rise of the combat veteran.

00:43:35.000 So the combat veteran is a person, like me, that's going to die for this country and die for any single American.

00:43:40.000 And when you're looking at what happened from World War II to 2018, we had the fewest number of combat veterans serving in the halls of Congress since World War II in 2018.

00:43:50.000 And now, that has changed rapidly.

00:43:52.000 Because the combat veteran is actually supposed to be more apolitical.

00:43:56.000 We serve at the pleasure of the president, we serve our country, that's it.

00:43:59.000 When you see veterans Like Corey Mills, and like me, and like Max Miller, and Morgan Luttrell.

00:44:06.000 When you see guys like us getting into Congress, that's the canary in the coal mine.

00:44:11.000 That's us grabbing our country back.

00:44:13.000 And by the way, I think we're going to have a record number of veterans over the course of the next few years, post 9-11, brave men and women that are willing to kind of put things aside and view this as our next deployment, as our next way to serve our country.

00:44:26.000 And that's how we get our country back.

00:44:28.000 I hope so. In 10 years, I'm not sure I want that.

00:44:32.000 No, only because of what we're seeing in the recruitment, right?

00:44:34.000 I can't agree more with you. But for right now.

00:44:36.000 Yeah, 100%. The guys that did it in the old school.

00:44:39.000 That's exactly right. I had Ronnie Jackson on here a couple weeks ago.

00:44:42.000 Oh, I love him. He's the best.

00:44:43.000 Great guy. An admiral.

00:44:45.000 A doctor. Someone who knows it.

00:44:47.000 And he's like, wait. If you go to the military now, they'll pay for your gender reassignment surgery.

00:44:53.000 And most importantly, because you're so jacked up on meds and hormones and all this stuff, you're actually not allowed to deploy.

00:45:00.000 It's almost like the greatest thing in the world.

00:45:02.000 Someone can be the wokest lunatic in the world, go get that for free, know they're never going to actually get deployed, check off the box like, I was military, I served my country.

00:45:12.000 And you see some of these videos going around like, why did you join the Marine Corps? 0.65

00:45:16.000 Every week there's a new viral one.

00:45:17.000 And it's like, they're like, I don't even know.

00:45:22.000 It's hard to... You don't want to say it because I don't want to put words...

00:45:24.000 But it's almost like there's no patriotism there anymore.

00:45:28.000 And that feels like it's been created.

00:45:31.000 That is very much on purpose.

00:45:32.000 You saw the mandates. The mandates...

00:45:36.000 During, you know, COVID and everything like that.

00:45:38.000 You know, the elite fighter pilots. 0.99

00:45:41.000 Those were the guys that didn't want the shit, right? 0.99

00:45:44.000 Not the, you know. The SEAL Chiefs. 0.99

00:45:45.000 The SEAL Chiefs. The elite guys, yes. The guys that you're like, I want that motherfucker in war for me.

00:45:49.000 No, but that's the guy, like, I'm like, I want, you know, if I had to share a foxhole, it's that guy, not like the, like, They used it, to me, almost obviously as a way to be like, okay, that guy's conservative. 0.99

00:45:59.000 He's never going anywhere. Maybe we're not throwing him out or we'll try.

00:46:03.000 But the guys that they put millions and millions of dollars into training, they were willing to wipe out in a second.

00:46:09.000 Whereas if you just conformed and did the gender thing, oh, you too can be an admiral. 0.99

00:46:13.000 Just mutilate your body and take some hormones for a couple years. 0.84

00:46:16.000 As fast as this turned bad, we could turn this back good.

00:46:20.000 It's a leadership conversation.

00:46:22.000 It's all leadership. It's all who is on, who is at the top of our ticket, which is going to be your father.

00:46:27.000 And I think that kind of strong leadership can literally fix this in a heartbeat.

00:46:33.000 Yeah, that's what I love, you know.

00:46:35.000 It's just that fast, man. The lame duck Trump is actually better. 0.98

00:46:39.000 That's going to be amazing. Right, because zero fucks given. 1.00

00:46:42.000 Right. No, no, no. You can just go in and burn it. 0.98

00:46:44.000 You don't have to try to get reelected.

00:46:46.000 You don't have to make friends. It's going to be outstanding.

00:46:49.000 You know about Schedule F, obviously.

00:46:50.000 Yes, I do. Talk about that.

00:46:52.000 Tell our viewers what that's all about, because I think that's where it starts.

00:46:56.000 You've got to get rid of the bureaucrats. 0.91

00:46:58.000 You've got to make it... Hard for them to entrench.

00:47:01.000 Obama did this very well.

00:47:02.000 He found, you know, the Marxists.

00:47:04.000 He put them in positions, you know, not maybe at the top, but just under.

00:47:07.000 But in a position that, you know, it's like being a college professor.

00:47:10.000 Like, you have tenure. Like, you can do whatever you want.

00:47:12.000 There's no consequence. You're there for a life.

00:47:14.000 And you can block the president's orders.

00:47:19.000 You can block the elected officials from getting stuff done.

00:47:22.000 Talk a little bit about that.

00:47:23.000 Can you imagine day one? 0.98

00:47:25.000 Your father stepping in office and him sitting down at the Resolute desk and signing like 137 executive orders repealing all this crap. 0.99

00:47:33.000 Yeah. Could you imagine that? 0.98

00:47:35.000 If he didn't, I would disown him.

00:47:39.000 You're not who I thought you were, Father.

00:47:42.000 I am now running against you.

00:47:45.000 And that's exactly right.

00:47:46.000 It's the bureaucracy. It's cutting through all the red tape that your father understood very, very well.

00:47:51.000 And again, we have this stark contrast from what we saw four years, especially prior to COVID, of this country doing extraordinarily well.

00:47:59.000 You can say what you want about it.

00:48:01.000 Despite... Both sides working against him.

00:48:03.000 We had the Senate, we had the presidency, but Paul Ryan wasn't going to build a wall because he didn't want Met.

00:48:08.000 Paul Ryan's fine sending $130 billion to Ukraine to build their wall and protect their borders.

00:48:12.000 But your dad's back. There's a reason why he's up 20 and 30 points in the polls.

00:48:16.000 We remember that. We want that back.

00:48:19.000 And stuff like Schedule F and a bureaucratic, just a bureaucracy.

00:48:23.000 I speak fluent army.

00:48:24.000 I speak fluent government because I was in there for so long.

00:48:26.000 Yeah. If Joe Biden wins, by the way, you better learn fluent Mandarin.

00:48:34.000 Mandarin in Russian?

00:48:36.000 That's exactly right. I think there's an appetite for the American public to say, enough's enough.

00:48:43.000 We've seen enough. Everybody always talks about, this is the most important election of my lifetime.

00:48:48.000 Everyone always says that. Except for this time, it actually really is.

00:48:51.000 Yeah, I mean...

00:48:53.000 I guess for me as an American, that's what's amazing.

00:48:56.000 Like, again, despite everything, he had a successful agenda.

00:48:59.000 Despite everyone... Yes. But what was really scary, because you think, you know, America, it's this big, robust thing.

00:49:04.000 It's hard to move. It's hard to...

00:49:05.000 Like, even if you want to screw it up, like, it's almost hard because when you're going in a good direction, it's not...

00:49:10.000 Man, they were able to do it fast.

00:49:12.000 Yes. They were able to take all of those wins and just turn it around like on a dime.

00:49:18.000 Yes. But we could turn those losses into wins again.

00:49:23.000 And that's why we have an opportunity every four years to do just that.

00:49:26.000 That's why our founding fathers were brilliant.

00:49:28.000 If you think about it, the House rotates every two years.

00:49:31.000 The Senate is every six years.

00:49:33.000 The presidency is every four years.

00:49:34.000 So that they can't do too much harm to us before the American public has an opportunity to speak up again.

00:49:40.000 Mm-hmm. And I think we're going to have an excellent and excellent 2024 after two more years of this.

00:49:46.000 So talk about your work on the Judiciary Committee.

00:49:49.000 I mean, that's a prestigious spot.

00:49:51.000 You can do a lot from there.

00:49:54.000 Traditionally, the Republicans have not.

00:49:56.000 Yes. But Jim Jordan's in charge now.

00:49:59.000 But Jim Jordan's in charge. Tell us about what you guys are doing, where we're making progress.

00:50:03.000 Because I know their game, right? They're going to run out the clock.

00:50:07.000 If it takes two weeks to deliver a subpoena, on hour 2359 of the 14th day, that's when a little tidbit will come in.

00:50:18.000 It may be an error, and then that starts the clock again.

00:50:20.000 How do you stop that?

00:50:21.000 So, first of all, Jim Jordan is hawkish about how he is conducting this committee.

00:50:28.000 And the biggest progress that I think we're going to see is actually on the border.

00:50:32.000 So we had a hearing and we had some people that came forward.

00:50:37.000 It was the mayor of El Paso.

00:50:39.000 And here's what he said.

00:50:40.000 You're absolutely going to love this.

00:50:41.000 We've had five and a half million people, six million people, enter our country illegally.

00:50:45.000 Enough to kill every single American six times. 0.52

00:50:51.000 This is a huge problem. 0.99

00:50:53.000 Big problem. You know what he said?

00:50:54.000 If you call this an invasion, then you're a racist. 0.92

00:50:59.000 Yeah, obviously. Even if it's an invasion.

00:51:02.000 So I rose my hand and I said, well, I think it's an invasion.

00:51:05.000 Does that make me a racist?

00:51:07.000 And he's like... Well, obviously not.

00:51:10.000 And that's the job of the Judiciary Committee.

00:51:13.000 It's to actually point out the deficiencies of the left, their very poor arguments, and then how can we convey this to the American people to give us an opportunity to get this right in two years?

00:51:22.000 We had the head of the ATF in last week, and we were going back and forth on that.

00:51:26.000 What's going on with that? I got a bunch of pistol braces.

00:51:29.000 It's ridiculous. And they have to... 0.94

00:51:33.000 It's ridiculous. So talk about that because they're going to make a bunch of Americans go through a process and all this stuff. 0.65

00:51:39.000 30 million Americans. They were the ones.

00:51:41.000 It's not like, you know, listen, the American redneck, you give them a law and they'll figure out a way around it. 1.00

00:51:46.000 But that's not how the pistol brace thing worked.

00:51:48.000 They actually designed it and now they're saying, oh crap, we didn't do a good enough job so now we're going to change everything at the expense of Hundreds of millions of dollars while maybe making millions of Americans actual felons.

00:51:59.000 But you know what this is about? This is a gun grab. 0.82

00:52:01.000 Of course it is. This is an invasion of our Second Amendment rights.

00:52:04.000 That's all this is. It's all it ever was.

00:52:06.000 But, you know, hey, guys like me, I'm saying, hey, you know, I'm...

00:52:11.000 We understand that I'm not the upstanding individual that Hunter Biden is.

00:52:15.000 Oh, please. I know.

00:52:17.000 You wouldn't be here, dude. Are you kidding me?

00:52:19.000 I know, Wesley, that I am not the great patriot citizen that is Hunter Biden.

00:52:25.000 But, you know, hey, if I have a pistol bracelet, they'll be at my door on, what is it, June 1st?

00:52:30.000 The next day. The next day.

00:52:31.000 So... Of course it's a gun grab, and if it's not a gun grab, it's a registration.

00:52:39.000 But does a guy like me risk the felony not knowing what's going to happen on moment one?

00:52:46.000 And then, by the way, if they get the registration, and then two years later it's thrown out in the Supreme Court, they didn't get the gun grab.

00:52:54.000 But now they have the database.

00:52:56.000 I assume they know that I've got guns at this point because I'm pretty vocal about it.

00:53:00.000 And that's why. And again, I'm an AR-15 owner.

00:53:03.000 I have four. I have one per person.

00:53:07.000 Those are amateur numbers, Wesley. We're going to have to boost them.

00:53:09.000 We're going to boost those numbers. I think it's four in this room.

00:53:12.000 I'm going to see where they're in the corner, right?

00:53:16.000 Relax, I got a phone in here.

00:53:18.000 I don't know. They're all gone.

00:53:20.000 They're all gone. They're not here anymore.

00:53:21.000 I'm going to look up over there in the corner.

00:53:23.000 I think they try to use a bureaucrat Not going through the halls of Congress, not going through the Senate, not going through the proper channels that our founding fathers expected us to do.

00:53:35.000 They try to use a bureaucrat to make 40 million Americans felons overnight.

00:53:39.000 That's how they roll. When they realize that they can't attack our Second Amendment because we have a Republican majority, it's not going to allow you to do it, then they go to the bureaucrat.

00:53:48.000 But then judiciary exposes the bureaucrat for exactly what they're doing.

00:53:52.000 But on that one, you got...

00:53:54.000 A month, right? It's the end of this month.

00:53:56.000 Yes. That theoretically, you know, 40 million Americans become felons if they don't register their pistol brace.

00:54:02.000 A rule literally written by the same ATF that's now trying to ban it, right?

00:54:07.000 Again, it wasn't like you got creative and you came up with a way around an existing...

00:54:11.000 Thank God for these Republican federal judges. 0.96

00:54:15.000 Thank God for the Republican land Supreme Court. 1.00

00:54:18.000 Can something happen before the end of the month, though?

00:54:20.000 Absolutely. Somebody can absolutely stop this.

00:54:22.000 And I think that's exactly what we're going to see happen.

00:54:24.000 And they're going to use the same arguments that we made last week to stop it.

00:54:28.000 What are the other big ones you guys are working on right now at Judiciary?

00:54:30.000 Because, you know, there's... Honestly, there's so much.

00:54:33.000 You mentioned the border.

00:54:34.000 You obviously have the threat of China.

00:54:36.000 You have the threat of big tech. We're in New York City with Alvin Bragg.

00:54:39.000 We're there for that, which is fantastic.

00:54:42.000 And there is a component.

00:54:43.000 Like, you know, time is finite, right?

00:54:45.000 It's the only thing that, you know, a guy like Jim, no matter how much he's working, there's...

00:54:50.000 How do we prevent us from doing what we do best, which is sort of...

00:54:53.000 Grabbing onto all the shiny objects, but actually keying in on four, five, six, enough that you have the time to see them all through to get a result, as opposed to, we were on our way and the clock ran out because we were chasing 30 things instead of focusing on the six that matter, the five that matter, the three that matter to get it done.

00:55:09.000 So actually, that's not what we're doing.

00:55:11.000 I'm actually very pleased with how focused we've been.

00:55:14.000 I mean, we're talking about policing in America next week.

00:55:17.000 We had the ATF in.

00:55:19.000 We were talking about the border.

00:55:21.000 We were talking about the parents earlier about being, you know, Attacked by the FBI because they were stepping up.

00:55:31.000 Like, Chappelle couldn't write something this insane.

00:55:33.000 He couldn't make that up. Like, this is actually happening.

00:55:35.000 You're a terrorist. I'm like, wait, you mean I just want my kids to learn math? 0.69

00:55:38.000 But it's hilarious because my parents would be accosted by the FBI based on the way that they raised us.

00:55:44.000 Because they were heavily involved in our education.

00:55:46.000 Well, my parent has been.

00:55:47.000 Right? Right. Damn, facts.

00:55:50.000 Oh shit, that's actually true. 1.00

00:55:53.000 The hostage rescue team does a lot of subpoena searches and stuff like that at Mar-a-Lago. 1.00

00:55:57.000 That's unbelievable.

00:56:00.000 And then they won a joke about it last night.

00:56:01.000 I didn't even know they did stuff on American soil.

00:56:04.000 I thought they took care of terrorists abroad who hijacked planes and stuff like that.

00:56:08.000 And then meanwhile, the current president, he has documents everywhere.

00:56:12.000 In his Corvette, in his garage, in his vacation home.

00:56:15.000 With Hunter's access to data connections.

00:56:17.000 A really trustworthy guy, by the way.

00:56:20.000 But we're focused on these top four or five issues.

00:56:23.000 I'm actually proud to say that. And being in the room and seeing just how focused we are, talking about the strategy and moving forward, building cases now so that when we get back for summer recess, we can hit the ground running.

00:56:34.000 Jim Jordan is doing one hell of a job.

00:56:35.000 I'm glad to hear that. How does all of that work tie into the 2024 MAGA agenda?

00:56:42.000 We want to see a free and fair election moving forward.

00:56:47.000 That's it. That's all we want.

00:56:49.000 And I think every single American should want that.

00:56:52.000 Now, the left, they obviously don't want that because they're realizing that they are running the worst candidate in the history of America right now.

00:56:58.000 But I think there's an opportunity for us to expose what we have seen from the left and allow the American people to

00:57:06.000 decide.

00:57:06.000 And when there's no COVID that they could lean on. And could you could you imagine in 2024 if they came up and

00:57:12.000 they said, hey, guess what? We're locking the country down again.

00:57:16.000 What would happen? Listen, there'd be riots to make BLM look weak.

00:57:20.000 There'd be pandemonium. They cannot rely on that again.

00:57:23.000 And that's why we're going to have a very good 2024 with two more years of us exposing exactly what they're about, exposing their agenda, and us staying.

00:57:31.000 We have to be vigilant, and we have got to be offensive.

00:57:34.000 Yeah, that's the thing. We cannot rest on our laurels here.

00:57:37.000 There's, you know, there's, and we've been up against this for a long time, there's sort of the obvious, right?

00:57:42.000 And the obvious was even in 2020, and yet they still won because of the ballot harvesting operation.

00:57:48.000 So we also have to do that. We can't rely on just, hey, you're obviously going to vote for us because it doesn't matter.

00:57:53.000 You know, they can, you know, whether it's, you know, maybe downtown Houston, maybe it's Philadelphia, maybe it, you know, you go and knock on enough doors.

00:58:00.000 You know, there are people that, you know.

00:58:01.000 They're not like us. They're not watching politics every day.

00:58:05.000 If someone tells them, hey, these guys are going to do the right thing by you, maybe they believe that.

00:58:08.000 Like I said, I don't believe that a lot of people that voted for John Fetterman actually had ever seen John Fetterman speak.

00:58:17.000 But they were like, hey, he's the guy that's going to give you whatever we need.

00:58:20.000 And that's been a recurring theme, right?

00:58:22.000 That sort of notion of the handout.

00:58:26.000 Teach a guy to fish.

00:58:28.000 Give a guy a fish, you'll be a voting Democrat for the rest of his life.

00:58:32.000 So we also have to play that game as well.

00:58:36.000 I want to make sure that Republican leadership is actually focused on making sure that that happens, whether that's holding the RNC to task.

00:58:43.000 Because again, it's not for you to do per se, but it's for you as a thought leader, as someone who can go out and say that, who can speak in these communities to understand and mobilize the people that it's required.

00:58:56.000 I mean, that's what they do very, very well on the other side, you know?

00:58:59.000 They do. They may be insane, but they're good at marketing and they're good at following through.

00:59:04.000 You know, we'll have something where we get 99% of what we want.

00:59:07.000 Yes. But we'll blow it because one guy is, ah!

00:59:09.000 You know, they take 51%.

00:59:11.000 Take the win. Live to fight another day.

00:59:13.000 They're backing Biden right now. They're all in old Biden.

00:59:15.000 Yeah, and, you know, Kennedy's at 20%.

00:59:18.000 And they won't let him debate.

00:59:20.000 In 10 days, and they'll never let him...

00:59:21.000 Well, Joe Biden's one debate away from a, you know, total, I mean...

00:59:25.000 Total meltdown. Imagine, I mean...

00:59:28.000 Now, I want to know, what do you think they're giving Joe Biden? 0.99

00:59:33.000 He's never done a speech early or late, and he's never been able to get past 20 minutes before the shit wears off. 0.99

00:59:39.000 They want him to sunset, yeah. I don't know what they're giving him, but hopefully when I get that age, they're giving it to me. 0.98

00:59:46.000 I don't think you'll need it.

00:59:47.000 I think Joe's been...

00:59:48.000 You know, that's the thing.

00:59:52.000 You look at Trump and you say, hey, there's maybe a five-year age difference, but do you think that Trump in five years won't be able to remember where he is?

01:00:00.000 So people, I don't want to hear this idea, too, about, well, 80-year-olds, we need to have an age limit and age gap.

01:00:05.000 No, no, no. Yeah, that's individual.

01:00:06.000 It's an individual person.

01:00:08.000 All brains are not created equally.

01:00:09.000 It's just what it is. Yeah.

01:00:10.000 To compare your father to this guy, it's not even funny.

01:00:15.000 And I spoke at your dad's rally down in Waco, down in Texas.

01:00:18.000 It was absolutely phenomenal.

01:00:19.000 Absolutely amazing. How was that? It was fantastic.

01:00:23.000 What a turnout. And to see the people that were showing up from all around Texas just to be there in Waco was amazing.

01:00:28.000 Now, I really want him in Tomball at some point in my district next time.

01:00:32.000 So we have to actually work on that.

01:00:34.000 But it was outstanding to watch him perform for hours.

01:00:38.000 For hours. And it's like...

01:00:40.000 And he does it night in, night out.

01:00:42.000 If you were to ask Joe Biden to do that tomorrow for longer than 20 minutes, it would be a complete nightmare.

01:00:48.000 There'd be a complete meltdown.

01:00:50.000 And we know that. And that's what I mean by having to run for president in a year where you can't hide in your basement and you have to actually answer to the American people.

01:01:01.000 You can't hide him again.

01:01:02.000 It's a solid point. You can't hide him again this time.

01:01:04.000 And everyone's going to know. What are you gonna do for 24 differently, whether it's your own race?

01:01:13.000 What do you see changing in Texas where we gotta adapt to win?

01:01:18.000 What's changing in the ground?

01:01:20.000 Did you watch Narcos?

01:01:22.000 The show Narcos? My favorite line in that series was when Escobar said, Plata or Plomo?

01:01:29.000 Plata or Plomo?

01:01:31.000 Silver or Lead? Which one do you want?

01:01:33.000 That's it. Either we are voting for your dad, or we are voting for communism.

01:01:38.000 And it's up to our party to make sure that this is not about your feelings.

01:01:43.000 This is about saving our country.

01:01:46.000 We're at the precipice right now, and if we don't get this right, then we're going to choose lead.

01:01:51.000 We can have silver.

01:01:53.000 That is my goal for the next two years to have our party galvanized around your father.

01:01:59.000 Let's move on.

01:02:00.000 Put your feelings aside so we could take back our country for the next four years.

01:02:04.000 If we do that effectively, especially as effectively as the Democrats do that, oh, we're going to have one hell of a 24.

01:02:11.000 I think so. Any other places in Texas where you're seeing sort of, you know, up-and-coming, you know, rising stars, people that are popping out?

01:02:18.000 I mean, you sort of, you know, talk about how you got into politics, right?

01:02:21.000 Yeah. We talked about your childhood and, you know, naturally, obviously, conservative, then the military.

01:02:26.000 Do you see that where you're opening up the door?

01:02:29.000 You know, you saw sort of the Maya Flores of it.

01:02:31.000 You're coming out being like, listen, I'm a, you know, a border wife.

01:02:35.000 Yes. And, you know, this is what, and it's like, you know, turning into these...

01:02:39.000 Their own sort of political rock stars.

01:02:41.000 Brother, do you know what I love? I love the DMs that I get and the messages that I get and even walking around Houston.

01:02:46.000 When I was at a baseball game the other day and I got stopped by one of the attendants in the bathroom, he said, black guy, hey man, I'm following you.

01:02:53.000 Thank you for all you're doing. Thank you for telling the truth.

01:02:56.000 Thank you. What I want to be is, I want to be a person that's not like this black Republican. 1.00

01:03:02.000 I absolutely hate that. 0.96

01:03:03.000 I think we lose when we play identity politics.

01:03:05.000 I hate that. I'm an American and I'm a black guy.

01:03:09.000 By the way, not an African American.

01:03:11.000 I'm not from Africa. I'm a black guy.

01:03:13.000 But guess what? Our values align in districts like mine that are white majority districts that look at people like me like, that's my guy.

01:03:20.000 That's why I won by 30 points.

01:03:22.000 That's how we get the mirrors of the world.

01:03:24.000 That's how you get me.

01:03:25.000 And I think there are so many people that are coming up in the pipeline right now that are looking and they're saying, you know what?

01:03:30.000 I am off the Democrat plantation.

01:03:33.000 I want better for not just one specific group.

01:03:36.000 I want better for all Americans because the rising tide raises all boats.

01:03:42.000 So within the community, let's talk about that a little further.

01:03:45.000 You see Joe Biden hired a bunch of TikTok influencers.

01:03:48.000 It's crazy. Yeah, it's crazy, but it's also probably affected.

01:03:52.000 And I think they've done that very effectively in a lot of urban communities.

01:03:56.000 They have. Kind of, sort of, on the payroll.

01:04:00.000 They have. And, you know, they haven't delivered results in decades.

01:04:04.000 No one's better off.

01:04:06.000 Frankly, you know, I guess many could argue that people are actually a lot worse off because of the family structure and what's going on there.

01:04:11.000 That's just literally demographic fact, right?

01:04:14.000 And yet... They continue to push, you know, the Democrat agenda and stuff like that.

01:04:20.000 How do you get through, again, they may be seeing it otherwise, but when you have, you know, every thought leader in the community and the person that you trust, like, you don't sort of really, you know, and again, I grew up in New York, so it's like, you know, it's the Al Sharpton scam.

01:04:31.000 It's like, you know, like...

01:04:32.000 Here, you can pay me and I won't show up to boycott your business.

01:04:36.000 Right. And, you know, you won't be racist if we're on the payroll.

01:04:40.000 We'll take care of that problem.

01:04:41.000 Make it go away. But that's been going on on a smaller scale across the country for decades.

01:04:46.000 Democrats use race as a scapegoat for everything.

01:04:51.000 And then every now and again, you have a leader like me that comes around.

01:04:54.000 My great-great-grandfather was born on a plantation.

01:04:57.000 Wow. His great-great-grandson is a United States Congressman.

01:05:02.000 Three of his grandchildren went to West Point.

01:05:04.000 My brother went to Harvard Business School.

01:05:06.000 I went to Cornell. My sister was a math instructor at West Point while we were there, and just a handful of generations.

01:05:12.000 So people like me come around and I say, uh-uh!

01:05:15.000 No, no, no, no, no, no.

01:05:17.000 I am not a victim.

01:05:18.000 You cannot use that on me.

01:05:21.000 And then other people, not just black people, other people in the country begin to see that.

01:05:26.000 That's a different voice.

01:05:27.000 And that's because I don't want to harp on race at all.

01:05:30.000 I want to talk about you work hard, you have grit, you have determination, and the great-great-grandson of a slave can be a United States congressman in a white majority district in Houston, Texas, because he was the best person for the job.

01:05:43.000 And then when they see that, it takes the argument away.

01:05:46.000 It's a little harder when I say it.

01:05:51.000 I'm just saying, it's like...

01:05:52.000 But it shouldn't be.

01:05:53.000 No, it shouldn't because...

01:05:54.000 It's the truth, Don.

01:05:56.000 But that's the point, right? The attack on freedom of speech.

01:05:59.000 Yes! I mean, how many... You know, like, how many things I've talked about that have nothing to do with race, as far as I'm concerned, but I'm a racist.

01:06:05.000 Yes. Or a misogynist.

01:06:07.000 Yes. Or, you know...

01:06:09.000 No, if I don't think that a three-year-old should decide their gender, I'm a homophobe or a transphobe or whatever it is.

01:06:14.000 It's like, well, no, I'm just, like, having a conversation.

01:06:18.000 There isn't that attack, right?

01:06:19.000 People get sick of that, though. Look at Joe Rogan.

01:06:22.000 Look at Dave Chappelle.

01:06:24.000 They still tried to cancel him?

01:06:26.000 They tried. They tried.

01:06:30.000 There is no limit, but for the average person that becomes a lot harder.

01:06:33.000 You know, when they try to cancel me, there's a component of it that almost makes me bigger.

01:06:36.000 Because I started off with a big enough soapbox.

01:06:38.000 Gotcha. Right? Gotcha.

01:06:40.000 Because my father is who he is.

01:06:42.000 I get that. I'm very self-aware with that.

01:06:45.000 It gives me a little bit of power. 1.00

01:06:47.000 You know, you're the soccer mom that's going to the PTA meeting being like, oh, this is bullshit. 1.00

01:06:51.000 Oh, you're right. It's like, oh, shit. 1.00

01:06:53.000 Yeah. How do you get to the point? 1.00

01:06:55.000 I mean, it's awesome that you're doing it, and it takes guts.

01:06:58.000 Listen, you put yourself in the firing line. 0.99

01:07:01.000 I know this because it was easier for me to be the real estate developer from New York City, be invited to the cool person guy, go to the cool person parties, be invited to every club before I grew out of that shit when I was a kid. 0.98

01:07:14.000 Now, it's like, oh man, there is a real consequence to being a conservative and to being vocal. 0.96

01:07:18.000 How do we get to the point where there's not a consequence?

01:07:20.000 Courage. So it takes courage, and we've got to chip away at it.

01:07:22.000 And people like me, I mean, I've been shot at before, and I've had to engage the enemy in combat.

01:07:26.000 So you can say what you want about me, brother.

01:07:28.000 Like, I don't know. I'm not getting shot at.

01:07:30.000 Like I said, I like your pronouns there.

01:07:32.000 I'm gonna be just fine.

01:07:35.000 And honestly, you're right, it's frustrating.

01:07:37.000 And it's not gonna be an overnight thing.

01:07:40.000 But it takes one voice turns to two voices, two voices turns to four, four turns to eight, and you gotta chip away at it slowly, but somebody has to raise their hand and say, you know what, I'm gonna take all the arrows, and I want to pave the way and open the door for people to see the actual truth.

01:07:56.000 And then when you ask me questions, I'm going to be completely upfront and honest with you.

01:08:00.000 Are we perfect in this country?

01:08:02.000 No. No, we're not.

01:08:04.000 Is this the greatest country in the world?

01:08:06.000 100%. 100%.

01:08:08.000 I spent two years in Saudi Arabia when I left in 2012.

01:08:12.000 Women did not have the right to drive and operate a motor vehicle. 1.00

01:08:16.000 What are we talking about?

01:08:18.000 But we're the oppressive regime. But we are the worst people on the earth, right?

01:08:21.000 We could raise a lot of money.

01:08:24.000 And send today's young communists and Marxists to the communist and Marxist countries of their choice.

01:08:31.000 And film them! It would be hilarious.

01:08:37.000 They wouldn't last five minutes. Listen, my mom escaped communism, right?

01:08:39.000 So it was one of those things. I learned at a young age, because I spent summers in communist Czechoslovakia.

01:08:44.000 Because my grandfather, I speak the language fluently, I did it. 1.00

01:08:48.000 Because my grandfather was like, you don't understand how good you have it, motherfucker. 1.00

01:08:52.000 You're coming with me. 0.99

01:08:55.000 It wasn't even a political lesson, it was just a lesson to sort of humble where we were coming from, and yet it was the foundation of my political beliefs, because I've been there, done that.

01:09:06.000 There's a reason that there's no one like my mom who escaped, legally, those systems.

01:09:12.000 Who advocate for them.

01:09:13.000 Right. And yet here it's like, it's the wonderful system.

01:09:16.000 We must make it happen. It's, you know, this time it's going to work.

01:09:19.000 Yes. It's like, how many times have we heard that?

01:09:21.000 And yet it fails. And yet it continues to have that momentum and be carried.

01:09:24.000 So I always believe in American spirit fire too.

01:09:26.000 So if you think about this, every 30 to 40 years we had this conversation.

01:09:29.000 Every 30 or 40 years, Marxism tries to rear its ugly head and take over our country.

01:09:34.000 We saw it with Jimmy Carter, and now we're seeing it again with Joe Biden some 40 years later.

01:09:39.000 And then the American spirit of fire steps up and we always say, nah, it's not going to work for us.

01:09:44.000 Think about doing World War II and World War I and then going back to the Civil War.

01:09:48.000 Every 40 years or so, we have to fight this battle.

01:09:51.000 And then brave patriots, like yourself, and like your dad, and like us, we always step up and we say, no, not on my watch.

01:09:58.000 And then they have to go back and regroup because it didn't work.

01:10:01.000 I always say this to people, too.

01:10:03.000 We've been worse off than this.

01:10:05.000 This is not the worst this country has been.

01:10:08.000 I think that's right.

01:10:10.000 We have our work cut out for us, brother.

01:10:12.000 But I do think we're sort of the closest to that tipping point.

01:10:16.000 Yes, we are. There's a point now, you know, you heard my opening monologue, we had some fun with it, but you see what's going on, you know, for possessing hate speech.

01:10:24.000 Now, not really defined, but like, and again, you know, If I did the stuff that is on the Hunter Biden laptop, I'd be in jail.

01:10:34.000 And yet, you know, Hunter's a world-renowned artist.

01:10:36.000 You'd be under the jail right now. Yeah, exactly.

01:10:38.000 You'd be ridiculous. Never to be heard from again. 0.99

01:10:40.000 Like, it's fine. But that's the problem.

01:10:43.000 I feel like we're at a place where the arbiters of truth are also now so biased.

01:10:49.000 I do think, clearly, listen, you have, you know...

01:10:53.000 Every piece of information you could ever imagine at your fingertips.

01:10:57.000 Some of it heavily biased if you're using Google or whatever it may be.

01:11:00.000 But if you search deep enough, you can find the actual truth.

01:11:04.000 But I do think you're at a point where the things that allowed us to get through the last ones, those continue to be at jeopardy.

01:11:13.000 Whether it's, we talked about the Second Amendment.

01:11:15.000 That attack has been constant.

01:11:17.000 It's been there. It's real.

01:11:20.000 It's egregious. Concerned mothers are domestic terrorists, but the guy that drove through, I guess we could call him a black supremacist, it was the car that drove through the Christmas parade in Wisconsin, not a racist... 0.95

01:11:32.000 That's a homicidal maniac. 1.00

01:11:33.000 Correct. You know, the trans shooter. 1.00

01:11:36.000 Well, there was a shooting at a school in Tennessee. 0.94

01:11:38.000 No, no, no. And they misgendered. 0.96

01:11:39.000 They misgendered. Yeah, and then they do apology tours for the misgendering, not an apology tour for pushing this ideology that's jacking up kids with hormones and shit, trying to carve parents out of the process. 0.99

01:11:53.000 So I feel like so much of what held the...

01:11:56.000 The fabric of America together, that's all being dismantled as well, which means it's just a lot harder to recover than perhaps it was in the past.

01:12:04.000 Let's talk about the Second Amendment, too.

01:12:06.000 So, Second Amendment, what's the fastest growing demographic for gun ownership in the entire country?

01:12:11.000 I believe it's African Americans, actually.

01:12:12.000 It's black women. Now, why is that? 1.00

01:12:14.000 Because they're looking out their window these days, and they're Democrat-controlled cities.

01:12:18.000 So then the same Democrat party wants to take away the rights of the people that they are claiming that they are trying to save and protect?

01:12:24.000 Yeah. Yeah, because Chicago hasn't had a gun problem until...

01:12:28.000 Okay, until like yesterday.

01:12:30.000 Right. But that's the point.

01:12:33.000 But, again, never let the truth get in the way of a good story, right?

01:12:36.000 Right. You know, it's the gun that did it.

01:12:38.000 It's like, no, well, but, like, let's talk about, A, let's take out suicide out of the statistics.

01:12:42.000 Take out, yeah. And let's talk, let's take out, you know, they won't talk about illegal firearms.

01:12:47.000 They won't. Like, if you take out the illegal firearms, you take out the people who don't go through the...

01:12:51.000 You take... Yeah, that's a problem actually, but that has nothing to do with the NRA. It has nothing to do with legal gun owners.

01:12:57.000 And they won't talk about the actual issues there because that would then be perceived as racist because it is largely driven by illegal guns in gang-related cities, in Democrat-controlled towns.

01:13:09.000 They often happen to be minority because that's just the nature of...

01:13:13.000 So then we got to tell the truth, right?

01:13:16.000 So then you look at what's happening with gun violence in this country.

01:13:19.000 Of all the gun homicides last year, how many of them were at the hands of an AR-15?

01:13:25.000 Six percent. Six.

01:13:27.000 You think it was a hundred? You think it was everything.

01:13:29.000 How many were baseball bats?

01:13:30.000 Sixteen percent! Sixteen percent were handguns, and the rest were anything not classified as a handgun or an AR-15.

01:13:37.000 And what are they doing? Pistol braces AR-15.

01:13:40.000 And they're doing it as a gun grab.

01:13:42.000 Now, here's the problem. When you start going after handguns, now you're going after the fastest growing demographic for gun ownership in the entire country, and that's black women that overwhelmingly vote Democrat. 0.55

01:13:53.000 Okay, why? Why are they voting Democrat?

01:13:55.000 It starts to turn over on its head, actually.

01:13:59.000 Why are they still voting Democrat?

01:14:00.000 It's very simple. So, if you look at my dad.

01:14:04.000 My dad is 73 years old.

01:14:06.000 My dad's alive and well.

01:14:07.000 Now, my dad raised us to be very conservative, as you can probably imagine.

01:14:11.000 But my dad grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, in the late 40s and 50s.

01:14:17.000 My dad sat on the backs of buses.

01:14:19.000 My parents... That was not easy.

01:14:21.000 It was horrible. That's why I say we've been worse.

01:14:23.000 My parents, still alive and well, watching their grandkids right now.

01:14:27.000 You see, they remember those times, and they attribute that, or the savers of that, to the Democrat Party, which we also know is alive.

01:14:34.000 They've actually messaged on that very well.

01:14:36.000 Very good marketing, but not actually grounded in reality.

01:14:38.000 But that's actually not true.

01:14:40.000 And so now, we have to fight generations Of that generation teaching their children that, well, it's the big bad Republicans that are doing it and the Republicans are racist and this is not...

01:14:51.000 We are fighting against those headwinds.

01:14:54.000 But again, that's literally the reason why I'm here.

01:14:57.000 I am here to talk about how this country has evolved.

01:15:00.000 I don't want to talk about my dad sitting on the backs of buses.

01:15:03.000 I want to talk about how he's on the back of a bus and I'm the United States Congressman.

01:15:08.000 That's progress. That doesn't happen anywhere in the entire world except for our country.

01:15:13.000 It just takes brave people to tell the truth.

01:15:16.000 How do you get into those communities with that message?

01:15:18.000 Oh, it's pretty easy, actually.

01:15:20.000 Is it? It's actually very easy.

01:15:21.000 I figured that'd actually make it even harder for you.

01:15:23.000 No, no, no. Not at all. Not at all.

01:15:24.000 Because eventually, you go to these communities, and they're hostile at first.

01:15:29.000 Then they meet you. They realize what combat veteran is.

01:15:32.000 Oh, I get that a lot. Like, they're like, I was sitting next to someone.

01:15:35.000 I was like, I figured you'd be a piece of shit. 1.00

01:15:39.000 I'm sorry. 1.00

01:15:41.000 It's actually remarkable.

01:15:43.000 You watch MSLSD, right?

01:15:45.000 NBC, right? The MSDNC. So I think when we actually make an effort to go to the communities and then they meet people like me, they're like, oh, wait a minute.

01:15:54.000 This is not actually what I thought it was.

01:15:56.000 And then we start talking about that progress.

01:15:58.000 My dad had a saying to me. He always told me, son, You don't have it hard.

01:16:04.000 I had it difficult.

01:16:05.000 I don't want to hear any complaining from you.

01:16:07.000 And his parents had it worse. And his parents had it worse.

01:16:09.000 And their parents had it worse. So now we're at a place to where, hot damn, we're living in a true meritocracy. 0.96

01:16:17.000 I am living proof of that. 0.96

01:16:19.000 The problem is this.

01:16:20.000 A lot of people don't see that living proof.

01:16:22.000 Right. Because we don't talk about it enough.

01:16:24.000 Because we're always a party that says this, I don't want to talk about race, I don't want to talk about this, that, and the third because our policies are better.

01:16:30.000 And they are. We have got to get on the offensive though and explain that our party is actually a party of being a meritocracy.

01:16:37.000 We don't care what you look like.

01:16:39.000 Come one, come all. If you have conservative values and you want to put this country's priorities first, giddy up.

01:16:45.000 Yeah, I mean, you would think you'd be able to win that argument statistically, right?

01:16:49.000 It's not like our public schools are not producing...

01:16:52.000 No, not at all.

01:16:54.000 ...wins. Not at all. You know, we spend more per capita than any nation in the world, and we're like 28.

01:16:58.000 We take an L's all day every day.

01:17:00.000 You know, entire kids from graduating classes, I think it was Baltimore, like an entire graduating

01:17:05.000 class.

01:17:06.000 So they graduate them, but none of them were proficient in math or reading, none. 0.99

01:17:10.000 It's pathetic. 0.85

01:17:11.000 I mean, eventually you think people have to get over the, you know, again, the history 0.99

01:17:15.000 or the indoctrination or the narrative that's been out there to say, you know, well, what

01:17:20.000 have they actually done for us?

01:17:21.000 So if we don't, there won't be a country anymore that's going to exist and that's the distant

01:17:26.000 Who else can be the, you know, you're doing a great job with that.

01:17:29.000 Who else can do that?

01:17:30.000 Because again, I don't think a guy like me can do that effectively, right?

01:17:35.000 Even when I do it, and I've done this stuff in Detroit, and I've done it, you know, and it's like, you get that.

01:17:40.000 It's like, wait a minute, there's a spark, there's something there.

01:17:44.000 I think it takes all of us, though, man.

01:17:46.000 Is that what it is? I think it takes all of us.

01:17:47.000 And this next generation, actually, this is the most least racist generation in the history of America.

01:17:52.000 They don't care at all.

01:17:55.000 In the history of the world.

01:17:56.000 Facts. Better point.

01:17:58.000 Better point. We can say what we want, and sure, we have a shitty history. 0.98

01:18:01.000 Guess what else has a shitty history? 0.99

01:18:03.000 Everywhere. Like Africa. 1.00

01:18:06.000 I mean, the original slaves were so, like, everybody has a checkered past, man.

01:18:11.000 This is what it is. But this next generation, actually, I think we can reach them, and it doesn't matter what you look like.

01:18:17.000 Just go tell the truth.

01:18:19.000 Because they go to school every day, and they're like, well, like, I'm friends with everybody, and I live in this neighborhood, and I'm like, I really don't care.

01:18:26.000 But we can't allow the left to continue to take the narrative and own us with it.

01:18:31.000 We've got to be the ones to take it to them as well and be unapologetic about it.

01:18:35.000 So you got 18 months before the next election.

01:18:39.000 What's a win look like for you in the House, in the Judiciary Committee?

01:18:46.000 What's success look like at Election Day 2024?

01:18:50.000 So, I want to make some serious headway on two things that are just near and dear to me.

01:18:54.000 The border. Being from Texas, it's...

01:18:57.000 We don't even need to go through the details.

01:18:59.000 It's just abysmally horrible.

01:19:02.000 Yeah, as an outdoorsman, I spend a lot of time on ranges in South Texas and Buddy's Place.

01:19:05.000 And, like, I mean, well, we found three dead bodies.

01:19:08.000 I mean, it's... It is...

01:19:09.000 It's not just about, like, well, they're invading us.

01:19:11.000 Like, there is... There's a true humanitarian crisis.

01:19:14.000 You know, when... I think I saw a stat last week.

01:19:17.000 It was an article about a young lady, you know, had, like...

01:19:20.000 Dozens of semen samples. 0.72

01:19:22.000 I mean, raped by dozens of people still present. 0.97

01:19:26.000 They couldn't even... 0.84

01:19:28.000 It had never been seen before.

01:19:29.000 I mean, the humanitarian crisis surrounding that.

01:19:32.000 The fentanyl crisis that it is killing.

01:19:35.000 I mean, it's making our never-ending wars look rather benign.

01:19:41.000 Which I'm voting against, by the way.

01:19:43.000 Across the board. The fentanyl crisis.

01:19:45.000 Every state's a border state because of this stuff.

01:19:47.000 And that's coming in. It's a PSYOP from China. 0.98

01:19:49.000 Of course. Sure.

01:19:53.000 So that's so huge.

01:19:56.000 Yes. And yet it's amazing to me that there's no one even talking about those things.

01:20:00.000 Even the media. And I understand that they're working for the other side.

01:20:04.000 Can they really...

01:20:05.000 People are living it, though, Don.

01:20:07.000 Like, people are living it.

01:20:09.000 They are seeing it every single day.

01:20:11.000 They may not be saying too much about it, but I get approached about this every single day when I'm back at home in my district.

01:20:17.000 Every single day. That's good, because maybe, listen, and maybe it's...

01:20:19.000 And I'm on the ground, so I'm seeing it.

01:20:20.000 Yeah, exactly, and that's my thing.

01:20:22.000 Maybe I'm still shot from, you know, shell shot, so to speak, from 2020.

01:20:26.000 Which is like, you know what, I did 104 rallies in October of 2020.

01:20:33.000 Okay, so peak COVID, like, COVID's going on, like, I did 104 that month.

01:20:37.000 Biden would do a half of a rally.

01:20:39.000 A one-tenth of a rally, yeah.

01:20:41.000 If you asked me, you know, going into, you know, the first week of November, which was better, 20 or 16?

01:20:49.000 I go, it's not even close. And that was actually true, right?

01:20:51.000 We added 10 million votes ourselves.

01:20:53.000 Yes. And yet, it didn't work that way.

01:20:56.000 So it's like, I see the enthusiasm on the ground.

01:21:00.000 I see it now. I see people starting to get it.

01:21:02.000 And yet, I see the machine that we're up against.

01:21:05.000 And it's like... It's daunting.

01:21:07.000 It's still daunting. And so I'm trying to, even for myself, get over that.

01:21:10.000 Now I'm living in it's different.

01:21:11.000 I think hopefully other people are seeing sort of the results.

01:21:14.000 They're not as sort of entrenched.

01:21:15.000 They can just be, I don't want to say more objective, because I think I'm pretty good at seeing what we're good at and what we're bad at.

01:21:20.000 I understand what the Democrats are good at, more importantly, like ballot harvesting.

01:21:23.000 So, you know, what are the other successes that we need to get in that 18 months so that people can see that and that they're going into 2024 understanding exactly what's at stake?

01:21:34.000 Energy. Energy.

01:21:36.000 Stop raiding our SPR. We produce natural gas and oil better than any other country in the entire world.

01:21:45.000 So SPR is the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

01:21:46.000 We're going to have nothing in there.

01:21:48.000 We have nothing in there.

01:21:49.000 And this is...

01:21:51.000 With no plan to refill it.

01:21:53.000 And by the way, to only...

01:21:55.000 Give a little bit of relief into a midterm cycle.

01:21:57.000 So it's like they're spending your money to win elections.

01:22:01.000 Just so we understand just how nefarious all of this stuff is, and it's insane.

01:22:05.000 And then we go to Iran, the world's leading state sponsor of terror, and someone who you've served over there in Iraq, so you understand what their IED program looked like. 0.57

01:22:13.000 I know exactly. You know, we were terrible for taking out Soleimani, even though he was the architect of all of this...

01:22:18.000 Righteous. Righteous kill, by the way.

01:22:20.000 Righteous. 100%. Like, not even a brainer.

01:22:22.000 No brainer. And yet, that was terrible, according to the press and the media and the Democrats.

01:22:27.000 And we're going to Venezuela, a regime we didn't recognize.

01:22:29.000 Because we still need it.

01:22:30.000 They recognize that. But rather than do it ourselves, rather than give the American worker the win and a good-paying job and independence from the world, I guess it's a globalist agenda.

01:22:40.000 It's like, just make sure that you're tied to everywhere else.

01:22:42.000 And now we're watching the Saudis, you know, talk about getting off the petrodollar. 0.99

01:22:46.000 Like... I mean, these are serious, serious things.

01:22:49.000 Like, these are probably, frankly, to the American public and to the average American, far more serious than the war in Ukraine in terms of consequence.

01:22:57.000 And that's why we have to let them do it because they are now exposing themselves.

01:23:00.000 When the average American is talking about inflation to a level of detail that I could never even imagine the average American even understanding or knowing, and they're schooling me on inflation these days.

01:23:10.000 And I'm like, hey, Mom. I'm a congressman.

01:23:12.000 You're scolding me on this stuff. When people knew what the SPR is, they know exactly what it is, when people are talking about, you know what, like, why are we unleashing American energy?

01:23:20.000 Why are we not just fueling, you know, not our country, but our allies and the entire world?

01:23:25.000 Why is Europe now burning record levels of coal and wood?

01:23:29.000 Why are we doing this?

01:23:30.000 The German-NATO thing was amazing. I'm like, so you want us to spend more in NATO to protect you from the Russians who you want to give a pipeline to to enrich. 0.92

01:23:38.000 Like, I mean...

01:23:41.000 This is insane. After your father told them, don't rely on Russia, and he was laughed out the room.

01:23:46.000 They laughed at it. Just like when he called out the World Economic Forum, and now we're seeing all that stuff.

01:23:50.000 Now look at it. Look at it.

01:23:52.000 It's mind-boggling.

01:23:54.000 And yet again, I may be shell-shocked because it's like, it's hard to believe.

01:23:58.000 You're shell-shocked, but the average American is approaching me with these good, very granular issues all the time.

01:24:03.000 And I have to even kind of check myself and be like, I gotta step my game up.

01:24:07.000 Because these people are actually paying attention to what's going on.

01:24:09.000 They're terrified about what's happening to our country.

01:24:12.000 And I'll keep this in mind, too.

01:24:14.000 I was at West Point when 9-11 happened.

01:24:17.000 I was at West Point.

01:24:18.000 I was a sophomore at West Point.

01:24:19.000 And do you know, the week after 9-11, you couldn't go online and buy an American flag because they were all sold out?

01:24:26.000 And that was 20 years ago, okay?

01:24:28.000 But that wasn't that long ago.

01:24:30.000 And I am 40 years old, and I'm a nonsense congressman, I recall that vividly.

01:24:36.000 Don't tell me that we cannot get back to those times with the right leadership.

01:24:39.000 And I am convinced that with two more years of this debauchery that we have seen, and running this country into the ground, I think the American spirit fire will rise again, but it won't be without a fight.

01:24:53.000 Yeah. Well, yeah, that's the thing.

01:24:54.000 You're talking about the American flag.

01:24:56.000 We can't just take it for granted.

01:24:57.000 When I was home in New York a couple weeks ago, I was just there briefly, and I went upstate, and my coming back in, the amount of cars that had Ukrainian flags on.

01:25:06.000 Yes. But not a single American flag.

01:25:09.000 Not an American flag. Like I said, Ukraine is today's, it's the religion of the left, you know?

01:25:15.000 Zelensky is the lord, you know, savior of the religion.

01:25:19.000 We spent $115 billion in Ukraine. 0.96

01:25:21.000 It's ridiculous. But we can't spend three on the border, which is one of your top priorities.

01:25:25.000 It's unbelievable. And we're funding that.

01:25:28.000 It's unbelievable. Admittedly, we don't really have a track of where all this stuff is going.

01:25:35.000 I'm like, really? You're sending missiles.

01:25:38.000 But beyond that, we're sending missiles to people we don't have a track record.

01:25:41.000 We have no idea what we're doing. We're sending money.

01:25:43.000 We don't know where that is. But we also are depleting...

01:25:47.000 Our military, you know, reserve, right?

01:25:49.000 Talk about the strategic oil reserves and petroleum reserves.

01:25:53.000 We're depleting our military reserves, which my father spent a lot of time trying to build up.

01:25:57.000 And like, you know, China's flying over Taiwan.

01:26:01.000 And, you know, that's only a matter of time.

01:26:03.000 And whatever the timeline was, and maybe that was always the case.

01:26:06.000 Chinese spy balloons flying over our country. We're not doing anything about it. 1.00

01:26:07.000 And they should do the kid's science project rather than actually the balloon.

01:26:10.000 And they knew about it beforehand because they saw it from moment one.

01:26:12.000 Of course they did. Again, if it was me, they'd be asking, do you think that maybe the Chinese have something on Hunter because they gave him a billion dollars?

01:26:19.000 No, no, no, but like, you'd ask the question, but they don't even ask the question anymore.

01:26:22.000 You're right. So I'm hoping some of your other colleagues in the other committees, you know, get to the bottom of that one, because I know if it was anyone else other than the Democrat elite, like, we'd at least want to know the answer to the question.

01:26:32.000 Maybe the answer is, it's totally innocent, and the Chinese give a lot of billion-dollar investments to crackheads. 0.75

01:26:38.000 We don't. You know, I don't think that's the way they do their due diligence.

01:26:42.000 I don't think that's the way they do their due diligence.

01:26:45.000 No, it is not. Probably not.

01:26:47.000 There are many things.

01:26:48.000 I don't think they're good.

01:26:50.000 I don't think they're just.

01:26:52.000 But I think they're smart.

01:26:55.000 Of course they are. I think they're smart.

01:26:56.000 And they're taking advantage of us like we're idiots. 1.00

01:27:00.000 Yeah, well, you're right. They got a plan, whether it's 50 years or 100 years, this is where they're going to be. 1.00

01:27:06.000 They don't allow a two-year election cycle to get in the way of that.

01:27:09.000 They will steamroll whatever it is to be where they want to be here, and we're sitting there worried about our pronouns.

01:27:15.000 One of the most dangerous things that America has seen, I think, in the last 40 years is watching Xi Jinping shake hands with Vladimir Putin.

01:27:25.000 That should be terrifying to the world.

01:27:28.000 It's crazy. And you know why they're shaking hands?

01:27:30.000 Because they're looking at America and they think to themselves, look, they're distracted.

01:27:34.000 They're worried about pronouns.

01:27:35.000 Now is our time to move.

01:27:37.000 Yeah, and it's, you know, saying that doesn't make you a Xi or Putin apologist.

01:27:42.000 It's just real. Facts.

01:27:43.000 That's the nature of predation.

01:27:44.000 Facts. That's just nature.

01:27:46.000 It's facts. You know, a predator takes advantage of the weak.

01:27:50.000 And when you look at Joe Biden, like, you have no other conclusion to come out.

01:27:53.000 Let me ask you a question.

01:27:54.000 What does Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin say in 2024 when your dad gets elected?

01:27:58.000 What do they say? Oh shit! But there's a reason, you know, Putin didn't, you know, and they're like, is it a Putin apologist? 1.00

01:28:05.000 It's like, no, no, Putin didn't invade Ukraine.

01:28:08.000 For the first time in 30 years.

01:28:10.000 They didn't invade Georgia like they did under Obama, and they didn't do another invasion like they did under Bush, because I'm like, you know what? 0.99

01:28:15.000 That guy's not to be fucked with. 0.99

01:28:16.000 We'll wait. We'll wait and see what happens. 1.00

01:28:18.000 Yeah, like, you know. And now, it's like, okay, because, again, we're worried about the Taliban and diversity and inclusion not actually winning the wars and all of that.

01:28:27.000 So, you know, hopefully it changes.

01:28:29.000 Oh, it's going to change.

01:28:31.000 Well, I love that you're in the fight, man.

01:30:09.000 They did this kind of stuff.

01:30:10.000 They're supporting the First Amendment, the Second Amendment.

01:30:15.000 They're one of us. So go check out Patriot Mobile.
