00:04:49.000 And with that... Joining us now, Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna.
00:04:55.000 Anna, how are you doing?
00:04:57.000 I'm good. Thank you so much for having me back on.
00:05:00.000 And I do have big shoes to fill because Eli's a badass up in Congress.
00:05:04.000 Yeah, no, he's done a great job.
00:05:07.000 And I was sort of following him just, you know, through some of the stuff that I do before he ever ran for Congress when he was just doing the stuff over at Bottle Breacher and, you know, a good guy.
00:05:15.000 Something came up, you know, we'll leave that to them.
00:05:18.000 I know he'll be back on shortly.
00:05:20.000 But, you know, it actually works out perfectly because you did something that...
00:05:26.000 Very few congresspeople have ever done.
00:05:30.000 And more importantly, you didn't just follow the norms of, you know, freshman congresswoman supposed to sit in the corner and shut up and listen to the old bureaucrats who do jack shit.
00:05:41.000 You took an issue that I think every American, if you objectively look at what Adam Schiff did...
00:05:49.000 And you took him and got him censured.
00:05:51.000 Talk all about it. Because, I mean, how did the effort get started?
00:05:55.000 Tell us what the process is like.
00:05:57.000 I think it's only happened like 25 times in the history of Congress.
00:06:01.000 That's 435 people.
00:06:04.000 Just on the House side, I guess, almost 535 if you add in the Senate.
00:06:09.000 You know, over a few hundred years, I mean, he joins a group of pretty, let's call it, shifty characters.
00:06:18.000 Yeah, you know, just to kind of follow up on what you were saying there, you know, last week he was gloating that the initial attempt didn't work, right?
00:06:28.000 And we know that there was a fine in there.
00:06:30.000 It was roughly half the cost of what it cost the American taxpayers for the Russia hoax investigation.
00:06:36.000 And I was like, you know, I'm not letting this guy get off the hook.
00:06:39.000 So I had like a busted foot.
00:06:40.000 I'm wheeling up to him in the hall as I'm leaving.
00:06:43.000 And I said, hey, I'm going to see you back next week.
00:06:45.000 And I don't think that they believed me.
00:06:46.000 So they thought they got away with it.
00:06:48.000 And then as soon as Monday morning came, I came, I filed, and we brought it to the floor.
00:06:52.000 So there's something called a privilege resolution.
00:06:55.000 And what it is, is it's the ability of any one member of Congress, whether you're in the minority or the majority, to bring forward a vote if it meets a certain level of criteria.
00:07:05.000 And really how this came up, and I don't even think I've told anyone this story, but I was actually at home a few weeks back and I was thinking about everything that had happened because the Durham report had just dropped.
00:07:18.000 I got to page nine of the Durham report and I was like, this is some egregious shit here.
00:07:23.000 Like you have the FBI covering for the Clintons, illegals.
00:07:26.000 I mean, it was just disgusting.
00:07:28.000 I'm on oversight and I'm thinking, okay, what mechanisms do I have?
00:07:32.000 What tools do I have at my disposal to where we can actually bring accountability back?
00:07:35.000 Because just like everyone else is frustrated with Congress saying one thing and doing the other, I also am frustrated, especially when we have, you know, hearings on oversight.
00:07:43.000 We have these bureaucrats, the Biden administration not responding to our subpoenas.
00:07:48.000 I mean, just complete lack of respect.
00:07:50.000 So I was actually looking up, you know, Congress used to have a jail.
00:07:55.000 And so I was reading about it on the history of that.
00:07:57.000 Yeah, they had an area where they would hold people if they were in contempt.
00:08:01.000 And so I was just kind of reading up on the history of that and just kind of what punitive actions Congress could take.
00:08:07.000 And I came across a website and it was talking about the historical precedence of censuring.
00:08:13.000 And so I started reading through it.
00:08:16.000 And if you bring dishonor to the House of Representatives, if you're caught doing something unethical, if you're abusing your position of power, those are all reasons that you could file a privilege motion and then bring forward the censure vote.
00:08:28.000 And then also it's specified that Congress, amongst our colleagues, reserved the ability to, if in any capacity we find that there should be a fine paid, that that's decided amongst ourselves.
00:08:39.000 It's not constitutional.
00:08:41.000 It's not personally making someone liable, but we can also do that.
00:08:45.000 And so ultimately, I came back in the following week when I flew back up from Florida and I told my team, I said, we're going to censure Adam Schiff.
00:08:52.000 And they kind of looked at me like, what?
00:08:53.000 What? And so we worked with the parliamentarian, we figured out the process, and we brought the vote to the floor.
00:08:59.000 And the 20 initially that weren't comfortable with the fine, I talked to over the weekend and they came on board.
00:09:06.000 And from the looks of it, just yesterday alone, I mean, it was a unanimous vote amongst the Republican conference to censure him.
00:09:14.000 And then you, of course, saw the meltdown, didn't you?
00:09:17.000 Oh, I saw the meltdown.
00:09:18.000 I think we have a clip of it later with everything that got thrown in.
00:09:22.000 We're doing the show sort of in reverse.
00:09:24.000 I'll do news of the day afterwards.
00:09:25.000 I'm actually going to do even an Ask Me Anything.
00:09:29.000 I'll look at some of the questions from the people in the live chat.
00:09:32.000 So if you have good stuff, I'm going to have my team just try to pick out the best ones because sometimes it starts scrolling.
00:09:36.000 It's hard to actually pick them up.
00:09:37.000 But yeah, I think we're going to hit that later.
00:09:40.000 But the meltdown was epic.
00:09:42.000 I mean, I get some of the constitutional arguments on the Republican side about the fine.
00:09:47.000 But when you think about... It wasn't just that Adam Schiff lied to the American people and cost them $60 million in a witch hunt.
00:09:56.000 It's the opportunity cost of the time that was wasted on Russia, Russia, Russia, beyond just the investigation and the direct cost.
00:10:07.000 I mean, think of the time that could have been spent in Congress trying to better American lives, trying to fix our educational system, trying to fix our healthcare system, trying to fix so many of the broken systems in our country, but because it was against Donald Trump and it was the shiny object and everyone was on it, I mean, It wasn't just $60 million.
00:10:29.000 It was probably billions of dollars when you think about the total cost.
00:10:33.000 $60 is the cost of the investigation and XYZ, whatever that may have been.
00:10:39.000 You know, talk a little bit about that because, you know, we do this often where we'll We'll sort of blow something that makes total sense over the technicalities.
00:10:48.000 I don't think the Democrats would have ever given you that benefit of the doubt.
00:10:51.000 They would have just passed it, fight it out later on.
00:10:55.000 But the reality is, I mean, he did a lot of damage to those systems.
00:10:59.000 I mean, I was a...
00:11:02.000 Personal recipient of the ire, because I did 50 hours of congressional testimony, millions of dollars in legal fees, defending bullshit.
00:11:11.000 But you still have to deal with it.
00:11:13.000 The problem with BS is you still have to deal with it.
00:11:16.000 And yet, you get censured, but there's no actual accountability for these things.
00:11:21.000 He'd probably do it 100 times over again if he could, because that's how flawed the system is right now.
00:11:28.000 100%. And so we also did make sure that we sent him for a full investigation with ethics.
00:11:33.000 So that's going along with the centers.
00:11:35.000 He will be fully investigated.
00:11:37.000 And I do hope, exactly like you said, they looked into that.
00:11:40.000 So remember, Adam Schiff was the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, meaning
00:11:45.000 that he had privy access to information that not even members of my Congress, members as
00:11:52.000 myself who's on the congressional oversight have access to.
00:11:56.000 He said that he saw documentation and then proceeded to not just fundraise off of it,
00:12:01.000 but use it to elevate his personal position.
00:12:05.000 And then also too, it was used to spy on Carter Page, violated his civil liberties.
00:12:11.000 And in addition to that, was used so that the FBI could basically surveillance and undermine
00:12:16.000 a duly elected president, also known as President Donald Trump.
00:12:21.000 So the whole point is that this man absolutely abused his position of power and authority.
00:12:27.000 He lied to the American people, which people will say, well, Congress is actually protected under free speech and debate clause for lying, even though it doesn't make it right.
00:12:35.000 But then also, too, he was guilty of fraud, waste and abuse with those taxpayer dollars going towards this frivolous investigation.
00:12:41.000 Well, yeah, I mean, free speech is one thing, but, like, I think of it from my perspective, like, you know, I did those 50 hours, millions in legal fees, you know, for treason.
00:12:50.000 What he wanted to, I mean, he was on TV saying, I committed treason, a crime punishable by death.
00:12:54.000 Like, I take that seriously as a patriot.
00:12:57.000 Like, is there anything that I can do?
00:13:00.000 I mean, can I get him to pay my legal fees?
00:13:03.000 All the stuff that we wasted having to defend his baseless lies.
00:13:07.000 I mean, he was on the floor of Congress yesterday talking about me and, oh, I took a phone call.
00:13:12.000 Like, guess what?
00:13:13.000 He took a phone call from Ukrainian pranksters.
00:13:17.000 Like, he mobilized a team to go to Ukraine to get the information to get Trump based on literally Ukrainian shock jocks.
00:13:25.000 So, you know, he can criticize me on the floor of the House.
00:13:28.000 He was the leader of the Intelligence Committee.
00:13:30.000 Like, I was a 35-year-old real estate developer.
00:13:33.000 I'd been in politics for all of about two weeks.
00:13:36.000 And yet, you know, he can be out there, oh, Donald Trump Jr.
00:13:39.000 did this. He did that.
00:13:41.000 And, like, he should actually be the one person that maybe...
00:13:45.000 Would know better, but clearly that doesn't matter.
00:13:48.000 Well, there is still the chance, whether or not it happens, that ethics decides that he should be expelled from Congress for his actions.
00:13:56.000 And we did send him for the full investigation.
00:13:59.000 So, regardless of what he's saying on television, Don, I saw him last night.
00:14:03.000 Multiple times after the vote and at one point we were in the rotunda and MSNBC was next to me.
00:14:10.000 I was doing a hit with Fox News and he was standing within 10 feet of me and just he looks at the floor you could tell he's bumming because if you really think about it you know we're not we're not immortal and at the end of the day people in history will realize Adam Schiff you know representative of a 30th congressional district has been censured for lying and I mean, God, what a terrible, terrible thing to have on your record.
00:14:40.000 But like you said, are you able to personally fight what happened?
00:14:45.000 And it is egregious what happened to your family, but I couldn't help but notice that yesterday, even when we were debating, we had Nancy Pelosi down there, Eric Swalwell.
00:14:52.000 Remember, Eric Swalwell slept with a Chinese spy.
00:14:55.000 Yeah, minor detail.
00:14:56.000 I remember that guy when I was doing my testimony.
00:14:58.000 He was in the room. I think it was the room with Schiff.
00:15:01.000 And I'm looking at these two clowns.
00:15:02.000 I'm like, these people have access to the highest intelligence in the land.
00:15:07.000 And as an American, it was just disappointing.
00:15:10.000 Because A, you realize they're...
00:15:14.000 There's no patriotic bones in their body.
00:15:16.000 They could care less. These people are the communists.
00:15:18.000 But I remember getting out of that in the House Intelligence Committee.
00:15:22.000 My own lawyers couldn't have telephones in the room.
00:15:26.000 I couldn't have a telephone in the room.
00:15:28.000 I'm there locked in.
00:15:30.000 You've, I'm sure, been in those rooms before, and I'm locked in this place.
00:15:33.000 We couldn't do this. Your access totally shut off from the world.
00:15:36.000 And I get out. It's like 7.30 at night after a long day.
00:15:39.000 And I'd notice, like, we started early.
00:15:42.000 And, you know, at 11 o'clock, at the first bathroom break, I'm looking at Twitter.
00:15:46.000 It's like, oh my god, they were leaking during the bathroom breaks.
00:15:50.000 Like, you know, so we were held to a certain standard by our lawyer and, like, Schiff is there just literally lying To, you know, MSDNC or CNN, you know, one of the big gotcha moments of that, you know, 17, 18 Russia, Russia, Russia cycle was, you know, some dude, I guess, just spammed like a bunch of Trump organization emails and like actually happened to get my email.
00:16:13.000 And it was with the WikiLeaks data dump.
00:16:16.000 The problem is it was something like this.
00:16:18.000 The actual email came in on like, let's call it, you know, July 14th.
00:16:24.000 But when Adam Schiff leaked it, he took out the one in 14.
00:16:28.000 So the actual data dump happened on like the 10th, right?
00:16:32.000 So it looked like I had got the stuff on the 4th, six days before the entire world saw it, rather than four days after the entire world saw it.
00:16:42.000 So this guy was like some, you know, nobody.
00:16:44.000 Hey, have you seen this?
00:16:45.000 Like, how could you miss it? It was like the biggest story of the week.
00:16:48.000 But they made it seem like I had some sort of privileged information and literally by eliminating the numbers and nothing happens to them, you know?
00:16:55.000 So I'd be happy to testify in that panel about all of the lies that I went through under the committee that he was overseeing if it helps with ethics because, again, if there's one person that doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt based on his actions, it's certainly Adam Schiff.
00:17:10.000 Well, I definitely think that that may be something if they decide to bring in and actually ask for statements from witnesses.
00:17:17.000 Because what he did was completely wrong.
00:17:18.000 It was criminal. If this was in the civilian world without being associated with government, the guy would probably be in jail and he'd absolutely be a total con artist.
00:17:27.000 But what was great to see is the level of meltdown that these people went to on the floor.
00:17:32.000 They were chanting, shame, shame, shame.
00:17:34.000 At one point... Nancy Pelosi got gaveled out by the interim speaker, and this is the former Speaker of the House, and then she was out of time, and she's talking about how miserable we look, and yet I was the one that had the last word, and I was like, look, I don't really care what the gentlewoman from California has to say.
00:17:52.000 This is about integrity, and you guys are so fixated and focused on Donald Trump, and this is about Adam Schiff, so I 100% own my vote.
00:18:00.000 We'll be voting to censor him, but It was deserved.
00:18:02.000 And I think at the end of the day, people were like, oh, well, you know, does this help his Senate race?
00:18:06.000 Look, if you were going to vote for Adam Schiff, you're going to still vote for Adam Schiff regardless, right?
00:18:10.000 That's when you're more of a compromise.
00:18:12.000 But at the end of the day, this is about restoring faith, I think, with the American people that we will actually hold people accountable.
00:18:20.000 And frankly, sitting through an ethics investigation is not fun.
00:18:22.000 And so I hope he enjoys his time there.
00:18:25.000 Yeah, as do I. Like I said, I think, you know, what would have happened to me if I lied before his committee as many times as he lied about me?
00:18:34.000 Like, I'd be in jail right now.
00:18:36.000 You know, and by the way, and rightfully so.
00:18:40.000 But I'd be in jail and, you know, he runs for Senate and will run fundraising off of this.
00:18:45.000 You know, it's good to see it happen.
00:18:48.000 I hope it gets to him the way it should.
00:18:51.000 So, hey, anyone who should be censured next?
00:18:55.000 Who else is on the hit list?
00:18:58.000 Well, I can't tip my hat just yet, but what I can say is, you know, censuring privilege motions and then also to something called the Holman Rule is something that we have as an accountability mechanism.
00:19:12.000 So, As you know, there's been many of these Biden appointees, whether it's the director of the FBI, whether it's the head of Space Force that's talking about pushing a pro, just crazy, hyper-sexualized agenda on troops when we're supposed to be focused on mission readiness.
00:19:29.000 Whatever it is, we can use this tool to actually defund federally appointed positions and effectively remove their salary, thus removing the person in that position.
00:19:38.000 So that is something that we are going to be utilizing as we near this appropriations fight here coming in the summertime.
00:19:46.000 And so I might be pregnant, but I'm not broken.
00:19:50.000 Well, now listen, like I said, I love that you got it done.
00:19:54.000 You know, again, as a freshman, seven months pregnant.
00:19:58.000 You know, I take a little extra personal joy in it that I think I was an early Anna Paulina Luna adapter.
00:20:04.000 I think, you know, two endorsement cycles ago and everything like that.
00:20:09.000 So I think I was one of the first to be like, this one's going to be a winner and this is exactly what we need.
00:20:13.000 So it's nice when you get it right every once in a while.
00:20:16.000 Well, all I can say is that you have an eye for talent, so keep doing what you're doing, because I know J.D. Vance is doing great in Senate, and I know that you, as a whole, you know, a lot of people try to say that they're the Trump conservative candidate.
00:20:29.000 I don't care what anyone says.
00:20:30.000 I've run through two really nasty primaries, and if you are America first, that's what people want.
00:20:36.000 They don't want this Old school establishment, you know, out of touch politician.
00:20:42.000 And so it does matter if you have the support of you or your dad.
00:20:47.000 And so when you see that endorsement come through, if you guys are considering getting into politics, I mean, those are the candidates that you want to go for because they've been vetted.
00:20:55.000 And that's the person that typically will actually stand by and do what they say they were going to do on the campaign trail.
00:21:01.000 And you're seeing that really play out with a lot of the endorsed candidates up here in Washington now from President Trump.
00:21:06.000 Listen, I think you guys are getting it done, and I love a lot of that freshman class right now.
00:21:12.000 How would you assess the progress right now of the House GOP so far?
00:21:17.000 What are the other major wins, and where would you want to see some improvement?
00:21:23.000 Where are you getting held up by, again, that establishment class that perhaps doesn't quite want to let go of where...
00:21:31.000 America is, which I think you're 100% right.
00:21:34.000 America is now all about America first, not, well, you know, tell them what they want to hear at a cocktail party and then do whatever the establishment, you know, military-industrial complex wants you to do.
00:21:43.000 How would you say you're doing?
00:21:45.000 Where would you want to change things?
00:21:46.000 You know, who are the people holding you back?
00:21:48.000 I would say that probably the biggest win right now that we have is understanding issues affecting...
00:21:53.000 I'd say probably the issues affecting everyone culturally, that it's not just politics and then culture separate, but that we have to get involved in some of these social issues because as we're seeing with this pro-radical trans movement that seems to be targeting children now, it's pretty egregious what they're doing.
00:22:13.000 It feels like child innocence has been...
00:22:17.000 Absolutely the target of some of these people for nefarious reasons.
00:22:21.000 And I'm not saying that trans people are predators.
00:22:23.000 What I'm saying is that it's wrong to involve a child and then remove a child's innocence to hypersexualize them.
00:22:30.000 Yeah, I've seen so much of that.
00:22:31.000 And it's always like, well, you know, we're not doing this, but it's like, well, here you're doing this.
00:22:37.000 It's like, well, if we are doing it, that's not bad.
00:22:40.000 It's like, you know, there's always, like, you're literally catching it.
00:22:42.000 Yeah, we're not groomers.
00:22:44.000 It's like, okay, well, then... There's no kids at your hyper-sexualized, insane, naked drag show.
00:22:52.000 Oh, well, then we're packing up our bags and leaving.
00:22:54.000 I'm like, wait, I thought it wasn't about the kids.
00:22:58.000 If it's not about the kids, why wouldn't the show go on to adults?
00:23:02.000 Like, if you're not groomers, you know, and then it's like, you know, you see the stuff, you know, well, if the parents don't let a three-year-old mutilate their body and go through it, we're going to remove the children from the house.
00:23:13.000 Based on what? Like, a doctor, you know, or a teacher convincing a three-year-old or, you know, the most impressionable minds in the world.
00:23:20.000 I mean, as a soon-to-be mother, this must be terrifying.
00:23:26.000 You know, we can't be with our kids 24-7.
00:23:29.000 You certainly can't in Congress. I know I can as a business guy, and I have five young kids.
00:23:34.000 I see this stuff, and it's like...
00:23:36.000 Oh my god, like, why is there this never-ending desire to desperately need to talk graphic sexual details with our children?
00:23:47.000 And then when you call them out on it, well, that's not what we're doing.
00:23:50.000 It's like, but here's an example. Well, it's not, but it's okay because.
00:23:53.000 It never ends.
00:23:54.000 It never ends. You saw the LA Dodgers this weekend.
00:23:57.000 You see Target. I'm like, you really need...
00:24:00.000 You know, satanic, trans, you know, four-year-old outfits?
00:24:06.000 Like, really?
00:24:07.000 You really need to do that?
00:24:10.000 It's pretty... It doesn't scare me.
00:24:12.000 It pisses me off. So, like, in the state of Washington, parents are losing their rights.
00:24:15.000 If you don't go with a transition for a minor, for a child, they can come in, the state can come in and take away your child.
00:24:22.000 Same with California. They're trying to push the same legislation.
00:24:26.000 So, obviously, parental rights, you're...
00:24:28.000 A parent is always going to be better informed on how to deal with their child than the federal government, hands down.
00:24:33.000 And so that's something that we're fighting for.
00:24:34.000 But I think that the messaging from the GOP has gotten better on that front.
00:24:38.000 I'd like to see some improvement in regards to, you know, the Hispanic average, because right now the Democrats, they pander all the time, right?
00:24:46.000 Pander, pander, pander. So probably that.
00:24:48.000 And then also, too, I mean, look, I'm conservative before I'm Republican.
00:24:52.000 So fiscal responsibility is That's something that we have to do.
00:24:56.000 If we just continue down this path, I've talked to many other members who've been up here for 15, 20 years that I do respect.
00:25:02.000 And they're like, look, Ana, if we don't stop this spending, I've been here.
00:25:06.000 I've seen how it works with the debt ceiling.
00:25:08.000 They say that we'll deal with it next time, and then it just comes back around.
00:25:11.000 So, look, Dan, I don't want to do this forever.
00:25:12.000 I don't plan on doing this forever.
00:25:14.000 But at least while I'm here, I'm going to make it count.
00:25:16.000 And so that's kind of why you're seeing me with my...
00:25:18.000 I'm not cavalier. I'm not irresponsible with it, but I just...
00:25:22.000 If the worst thing that can happen is I do the right thing, I sleep well at night, and I don't get re-elected only to spend time in Florida with my family, I think I'll be okay.
00:25:31.000 Yeah, well, listen, I hope, you know, it may not be a forever job, but I sure as hell hope you stay there for a while because, you know, again, you're getting things done.
00:25:40.000 And no, but that's the thing. You know, you mentioned what's going on in Washington State, and, you know, you saw the, I guess, Wisconsin voting.
00:25:47.000 Like, you can't, you know, you can't discriminate against hiring someone who Who is literally a pedophile.
00:25:53.000 Like, you know, like, that's now a protected class, you know, or as the Democrats would call it, minor attracted persons or youth attracted persons.
00:26:01.000 Maps or yaps.
00:26:03.000 I mean, I feel like we're being punked.
00:26:06.000 So that's when sort of that old school, well, you know, we're live and let live, you know, Republican kind of, I want to get invited to the D.C. Christmas parties hosted by the Washington Post, so...
00:26:17.000 We must allow for these degenerates to take over and make every rule imaginable.
00:26:22.000 I hope more people like you either stay or that your success within Congress brings other people that have the guts to do these things into the race.
00:26:33.000 Because I actually think we're winning the culture war right now, but when you look at what we're up against, whether it's big tech, mainstream media, they have trillion dollar empires Functioning as their marketing department.
00:26:45.000 People are getting it, but it's hard to get to everyone to get through the constant messaging, the congressional races that they're spending 10 to 1 on, owning all of the TV, having big tech censoring your content going out or my content going out, but artificially boosting some lunatic leftist and really changing and manipulating the truth so that people aren't getting a real example of where both sides are.
00:27:13.000 Yeah, no, you're absolutely correct.
00:27:15.000 I was just talking to Representative Matt Gaetz And I was talking about actually getting involved in helping candidates get elected and getting through the election cycles.
00:27:24.000 Just because, as you stated earlier, when you're a newbie, especially in politics, some people spend their entire lives angling and positioning and learning how to be in office.
00:27:34.000 And it makes it a heck of a lot easier if you've been in Washington and if you have family that's been in politics.
00:27:40.000 And so when you're coming at it from an outsider, there's so much that you're just not aware of.
00:27:45.000 You don't see kind of the angling, the strategy behind it.
00:27:48.000 And really, it's, you know, you're swimming with sharks up here.
00:27:51.000 And so I think that there are great candidates, but it's like, if you don't know that stuff,
00:27:56.000 there's no how-to manual on how to run for office.
00:27:57.000 So I think that like Representative Gates gets involved in primaries,
00:28:01.000 I'm gonna be doing the same thing.
00:28:03.000 I love that.
00:28:04.000 And ultimately, yeah, getting more people elected, because it can't just be one person.
00:28:07.000 You know, we need more people elected to do the right thing.
00:28:10.000 But, you know, I'm hoping that what happened yesterday, Yeah.
00:28:19.000 Yeah. I love that.
00:28:34.000 Thanks so much for what you're doing.
00:28:35.000 Again, I want to help you get funded, because I recognize even finding those people, the problem you run into is the Mitch McConnells of the world.
00:28:42.000 They have hundreds of millions of dollars.
00:28:44.000 They choose their rhino candidate, and it's hard to break through that, even in the primaries.
00:28:51.000 You know, you could have the greatest America First candidate, but some guy's getting $25 million for a primary for Mitch McConnell so that he can get his chosen candidate that will, you know, bow to him, who will do nothing America First.
00:29:04.000 You know, it's not easy.
00:29:05.000 So it's not just even finding those candidates and helping them run.
00:29:08.000 It's also helping them get funded and preventing all of that wasted primary dollars to help someone who has no
00:29:15.000 business Representing anyone in the movement, you know getting from
00:29:19.000 Washington. So we'll talk more about that offline. I know you guys
00:29:23.000 Have to run but let's talk about that one because I want to help you with that one too
00:29:27.000 Because it's good. It's such a big part of what we have to do
00:29:31.000 And again what you gates, you know A small group of people are doing in Congress is really
00:29:37.000 changing the game and you're giving hope to that America first movement that they do have
00:29:43.000 Representation that they are getting things done that their voices have been heard
00:29:48.000 So, Anna, I really want to thank you for all of that.
00:29:51.000 Thanks for what you're doing. Good luck with the baby.
00:29:53.000 I'm sure we'll talk before then, but, you know, they can come early.
00:29:58.000 Don't say that to us.
00:29:59.000 Be careful.
00:30:02.000 You're getting into that zone.
00:30:04.000 Ask me how I know.
00:30:05.000 I have five. So if you need any pro tips, I have done it all.
00:30:10.000 I've done it all. So if you need anything, let me know.
00:30:13.000 Thank you so much. We'll talk again soon.
00:30:15.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:30:16.000 Bye. Guys, what we're going to do now, I'm going to get into the news.
00:30:21.000 So again, a little bit reverse order.
00:30:23.000 And then, I'm just going to look at some of your questions.
00:30:26.000 I know I do the locals ask me anything, but what I may do is just do it here.
00:30:31.000 So we're thrown for a little bit of a loop, but...
00:30:33.000 What's nice is we can do whatever we want.
00:30:35.000 So if it's good, we go longer.
00:30:37.000 If it's not, ask your questions.
00:30:39.000 If you have good ones, I'll answer them.
00:30:41.000 If you're going to be a troll, I won't.
00:30:44.000 So don't bother wasting your time.
00:30:47.000 It's not worth the headache, but we'll have some fun with it.
00:30:50.000 So let's get into the news, because a lot has happened since Monday's episode.
00:30:56.000 Like we discussed with the congresswoman, On Tuesday, Hunter Biden was charged with federal crimes.
00:31:03.000 But if you were expecting actual charges for years of foreign corruption, or actually facing consequences for selling out America, for tax evasion, for gun crimes, you'd be sorely disappointed.
00:31:19.000 Though I bet if you're watching this show at this point, you wouldn't be at all surprised.
00:31:25.000 The charges against Hunter Biden and his plea deal are a sweetheart deal to sweep the corruption under the rug and justifies the DOJ's witch hunt against my father.
00:31:37.000 My father actually called that.
00:31:38.000 He said, hey, they're going to do a little something on a hunter so they can see.
00:31:42.000 See? Both sides are being punished.
00:31:45.000 But we all know that's bullshit.
00:31:48.000 Okay? Hunter Biden is going to face no time in prison.
00:31:52.000 He will plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges for not paying taxes and enter into a diversion program for felony gun possession.
00:32:04.000 Okay? You think I'd get that break, folks?
00:32:07.000 You guys think they'd do the same for me if I just, ah, you know, forgot to pay a few million in taxes.
00:32:13.000 Just minor details like that, you know?
00:32:16.000 If I... Had felony gun charges.
00:32:20.000 Disposed of a gun at a high school.
00:32:24.000 While on drugs.
00:32:26.000 You think? You think that'd be a problem for Don Jr.?
00:32:29.000 I do. This sort of deal is unheard of.
00:32:33.000 If the DOJ had tried the cases and a court had convicted Hunter Biden, the maximum he would face is a year for each crime and 10 years for the firearm charge.
00:32:45.000 Instead, he gets zero prison time.
00:32:48.000 Doesn't even seem like there's actual penalties.
00:32:50.000 Does he even pay back the back taxes?
00:32:53.000 How does this work?
00:32:54.000 Would anyone get that treatment if their last name wasn't Biden or if they weren't part of the Democrat elite?
00:33:02.000 Of course not, folks.
00:33:03.000 There's a set of rules for you, for me, for everyone, and then there's a set of rules for the Democrat elite.
00:33:13.000 For example, Wesley Snipes, the famous actor, Blade, amongst others, committed a similar tax crime.
00:33:20.000 He was sentenced to three years in prison.
00:33:24.000 He could have paid it back.
00:33:26.000 Why didn't he get that deal?
00:33:28.000 Rapper Kodak Black committed the same gun crime, lying on a purchase form.
00:33:35.000 He was sentenced to 46 months.
00:33:40.000 Here's his lawyer, Brad Cohen, explaining just how unusual the Hunter Biden deal is.
00:33:46.000 We heard the same from Kash Patel last week, who tried cases in some of these courts.
00:33:51.000 Check it out. For the exact same crime, the exact same thing that Hunter Biden is not even pleading to.
00:34:03.000 He's actually getting a diversion program, which you almost never see diversion programs in federal court.
00:34:09.000 I mean, it is less than 1% of people that plea that actually get a diversion program.
00:34:16.000 I've only seen it once in my 26 years, and it was on a case that was so horrible it actually should have been dismissed.
00:34:22.000 That's how bad the case was.
00:34:23.000 But in order to save face, they gave a diversion program.
00:34:26.000 It has never, ever happened on a gun charge.
00:34:30.000 And I would challenge the individual who gave him that offer to see how many times they've offered diversion programs on gun charges.
00:34:38.000 Huh. Interesting.
00:34:41.000 So this is clearly an unusual sweetheart deal.
00:34:44.000 We're shocked, folks, right?
00:34:46.000 We're shocked. The crackhead who take billions from China, because they obviously do a lot of diverse investments, they give a lot of crackheads a billion dollars.
00:34:57.000 Just like there's a lot of oil companies that have people who know nothing about oil and gas and don't speak the language where they conduct business, don't know anything, and don't show up.
00:35:05.000 Make six-figure monthly salaries, right?
00:35:08.000 That happens a lot.
00:35:09.000 And don't take it from me that this deal buries any investigation into Hunter Biden's corruption.
00:35:15.000 His own lawyer says just that.
00:35:17.000 Check it out. My understanding is that we're done.
00:35:22.000 The statement from the prosecutor's office, from Weiss' office, said the investigation is ongoing.
00:35:28.000 This is the statement announcing that criminal charges have been filed.
00:35:31.000 It's obviously not the statement about the plea agreement.
00:35:34.000 Are you led to believe that that investigation is ongoing, will be dropped once this plea deal is made official?
00:35:41.000 I'm not led to believe anything.
00:35:42.000 That's Mr. Weiss' statement.
00:35:44.000 I think there's going to be a court proceeding.
00:35:46.000 I think there are going to be agreements that are going to come out about the court proceeding.
00:35:50.000 And I think everyone will see what happens once that occurs.
00:35:54.000 Would you make a deal, though, if you thought there were more charges coming?
00:35:56.000 Would I make a deal? Yeah.
00:35:58.000 No, I wouldn't. That says a lot.
00:36:03.000 And guys, right after this deal gets announced, we found out that Hunter Biden Seemingly, essentially solicited a bribe for Joe Biden.
00:36:14.000 A text released today by the House Ways and Means Committee shows that in 2017, okay, six years ago, of course, you know, no one cares.
00:36:27.000 No one looks into it. I'm sure the FBI knew.
00:36:29.000 We've had the laptop. Everyone had it.
00:36:31.000 No one cares. Hunter Biden texted a Chinese businessman.
00:36:35.000 And I quote, I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
00:36:45.000 Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand.
00:36:52.000 And now means tonight.
00:36:55.000 I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
00:36:59.000 Close quote. Hey guys, if that was me talking to my big guy, again, what do you think would happen?
00:37:10.000 You heard what Adam Shifty Shifter, you'll hear about it shortly, what he said about me on the floor of Congress yesterday.
00:37:16.000 You heard about this stuff for the last seven years.
00:37:19.000 That seems a lot more egregious, a lot more explicit.
00:37:23.000 I thought Joe Biden had nothing to do with these things.
00:37:26.000 That's literally as explicit as it gets.
00:37:30.000 And nothing's gonna happen because that's the state we live in right now.
00:37:35.000 At least not under Joe Biden's DOJ. We've seen that.
00:37:39.000 The House Ways and Means Committee also revealed that a federal prosecutor said...
00:37:44.000 There is no way, and I quote, a search warrant for evidence would get approved for the guesthouse of Joe Biden.
00:37:53.000 Oh, wait, wait.
00:37:54.000 So raiding Mar-a-Lago with the FBI's hostage rescue team for files under lock and key guarded by the United States Secret Service is a serious problem.
00:38:10.000 But anything dealing with Joe Biden is off-limits?
00:38:15.000 Are we serious here? Of course we are.
00:38:18.000 And we all know no one would get the same treatment.
00:38:21.000 This is the DOJ spitting in your face.
00:38:24.000 They're challenging you to do anything about it.
00:38:27.000 They want you to be weak.
00:38:29.000 They want you to be helpless.
00:38:31.000 And this is exactly why we need a second Trump administration.
00:38:35.000 We need a real special prosecutor.
00:38:39.000 Actually charge the Bidens for their crimes.
00:38:43.000 We'll continue to cover all of this as it develops.
00:38:46.000 I just hope we have more Republicans like Anna Paulina Luna in there actually fighting.
00:38:53.000 Not just kowtowing to the DOJ. Not just saying, okay, we'll let it go.
00:38:58.000 If you give us some BS or invite us to the cool person party, we need fighters.
00:39:05.000 But we also have breaking news, guys.
00:39:07.000 In another sort of story, it's been flooding the airwaves.
00:39:10.000 The whole thing seems a little bit nuts to me.
00:39:13.000 But we have breaking news surrounding the missing Titanic submarine.
00:39:17.000 I guess it's the Titan going down to the Titanic.
00:39:20.000 We just learned this afternoon from Ocean Gate that the submarine travel company that set all of this up, that the passengers...
00:39:26.000 Are unfortunately dead.
00:39:29.000 We pray for them, for their families.
00:39:31.000 The Coast Guard also found wreckage from the missing submarine.
00:39:35.000 It's a very sad and tragic ending, too.
00:39:39.000 A story that still leaves some key questions unanswered.
00:39:42.000 For me, this one, it almost makes no sense.
00:39:44.000 Like, the whole thing's just odd, right?
00:39:46.000 And I'm not trying to get conspiratorial, and I put some Twitter stuff out, and people, oh, you can't believe you're doing it?
00:39:51.000 Yeah, because the conspiracy theorists have been so wrong.
00:39:53.000 But, for example, we're learning...
00:39:55.000 That this sub was very sketchily built.
00:39:59.000 Here's a CBS report from last year on the very sub in question.
00:40:05.000 Check it out. I was a little nervous.
00:40:09.000 An experimental submersible vessel that has not been approved or certified by any regulatory body and could result in physical injury, disability, emotional trauma, or death.
00:40:19.000 Where do I sign?
00:40:22.000 Oh-ho! Take your shoes off.
00:40:24.000 That's customary. Okay. Wow!
00:40:28.000 Inside, the sub has about as much room as a minivan.
00:40:32.000 So this is not your grandfather's submersible.
00:40:34.000 We only have one button.
00:40:36.000 That's it. It should be like an elevator.
00:40:38.000 You know, it shouldn't take a lot of skill.
00:40:40.000 The Titan is the only five-person sub in the world that can reach titanic depths, 2.4 miles below the sea.
00:40:48.000 It's also the only one with a toilet.
00:40:51.000 Sort of. And yet, I couldn't help noticing how many pieces of this sub seemed improvised.
00:40:57.000 We can use these off-the-shelf components.
00:40:59.000 I got these from Camper World.
00:41:02.000 We run the whole thing with this game controller.
00:41:05.000 Come on! It seems like this submersible has some elements of MacGyver-y jerry-rig-ness.
00:41:15.000 I mean, you're putting construction Yeah, I guess the one thing the CBS reporter left out was supposedly the submarine went missing for five hours before this.
00:41:25.000 Seems like an important thing that maybe they should have included.
00:41:28.000 He casually mentioned that information on Twitter this week.
00:41:32.000 Now, for the privilege of going on this rinky-dink submarine, you have to pay $250,000.
00:41:41.000 Now, one of the passengers was a billionaire, a man named Hamish Harding.
00:41:46.000 So, of course, the socialists have gloated about his death.
00:41:50.000 They're sick.
00:41:51.000 They are sick, sick people, folks.
00:41:55.000 Over at the Leftist New Republic, they want you to know that Stockton Rush, the CEO of OceanGaze, has donated a couple of thousand dollars to Republicans in the past.
00:42:06.000 I mean, huge—the subtext is clear, folks.
00:42:10.000 He's a Republican, so it's fine that he dies.
00:42:13.000 It's just another example of the left rushing to politicize a tragedy, even when it's a story as terrifying and sad as this.
00:42:22.000 But unfortunately, it's not surprising at all.
00:42:25.000 I mean, again, there is some stuff in there that is crazy.
00:42:28.000 I watched some of this stuff.
00:42:30.000 You see, you know, it's controlled by like a gamer's remote control with Wi-Fi.
00:42:34.000 You know, single button on and off.
00:42:36.000 Doesn't seem to have any real communications.
00:42:38.000 I... I wonder if there's more because none of it makes any sense to me.
00:42:45.000 But it is a terrible tragedy and we want to wish our deepest consolation to those affected to the family and we pray for those missing.
00:42:54.000 So maybe there'll be a miracle but it's not looking good right now.
00:42:59.000 In other news, as we learned and as we talked about with Anna Paulina Luna, Adam Schiff was finally censured by the House of Representatives.
00:43:07.000 Schiff is just the eighth congressman to be censured by Congress in the past hundred years.
00:43:13.000 Schiff was censured for his non-stop lies about Russia collusion when he served as the House Intelligence Chairman.
00:43:21.000 Schiff went on TV non-stop claiming there was evidence he had seen it himself.
00:43:27.000 Of Russia collusion. I had committed treason and so many others.
00:43:31.000 He tried to ruin people's lives.
00:43:33.000 He tried to bankrupt them.
00:43:35.000 And he knew there was no evidence at all.
00:43:38.000 For all the talk of protecting democracy, Schiff's lies undermined a democratically elected president.
00:43:46.000 And that was the point of the lies.
00:43:48.000 There was no other point.
00:43:50.000 He wanted to end Trump's presidency.
00:43:52.000 He wanted to make it impossible for him to function.
00:43:55.000 He wanted to hurt him personally, his family, and everything.
00:43:59.000 A 2018 poll found that the majority of Democrats believed Russia tampered with vote counts in order to help President Donald Trump win the 2016 election.
00:44:09.000 They believed that lie because of Adam Schiff.
00:44:12.000 However, Schiff has apparently yet to learn his lesson.
00:44:16.000 Here he is yesterday during the John Durham hearing claiming that I colluded with Russia.
00:44:23.000 Also revealed that Don Jr.
00:44:27.000 was informed that a Russian official was offering the Trump campaign, quote, very high level and sensitive information, unquote, that would be incriminating if Hillary Clinton was part of, quote, Russia and its government support of Mr.
00:44:40.000 Trump. Are you aware of that?
00:44:41.000 Sure. People get phone calls all the time from individuals who claim to have information like that.
00:44:46.000 Really, the son of a presidential candidate gets calls all the time from a foreign government offering dirt on their opponent?
00:44:53.000 Is that what you're saying? I don't think this is unique in your experience.
00:44:57.000 So you have other instances of the Russian government offering dirt on a presidential candidate to the presidential candidate's son?
00:45:05.000 Is that what you're saying? Would you repeat the question?
00:45:08.000 You said that it's not uncommon...
00:45:11.000 To get offers of help from a hostile foreign government in a presidential campaign directed at the president's son.
00:45:16.000 Do you really stand by that, Mr.
00:45:18.000 Durham? I'm saying that people make phone calls making claims all the time that you may have experienced.
00:45:24.000 Are you really trying to diminish the significance of what happened here and the secret meeting
00:45:29.000 that the president's son set up in Trump Tower to receive that incriminating information?
00:45:35.000 Are you trying to diminish the significance of that, Mr.
00:45:37.000 Turner?
00:45:38.000 I'm not trying to diminish it at all, but I think the more complete story is that they
00:45:41.000 met and it was at Roos and they didn't talk about Mrs.
00:45:43.000 Clinton.
00:45:44.000 Yeah, minor details.
00:45:46.000 And it also wasn't set up by a Russian government.
00:45:49.000 It was set up by someone who had represented a big real estate developer that I'd actually looked at deals with in the past.
00:45:54.000 That's how business works, right?
00:45:56.000 You talk with people.
00:45:57.000 You maintain relationships.
00:46:00.000 Unlike Adam Schiff, who got a call from people saying that they had in Ukraine information to get Donald Trump.
00:46:09.000 Well, it turns out they were shock jocks.
00:46:11.000 The difference is, I was very new to politics.
00:46:14.000 I didn't think that even though it was paid for by the Hillary Clinton scam that this was even a big deal.
00:46:21.000 Adam Schiff, as the head of the Intelligence Committee, should have known better, or should have been smart enough to figure out that it was different.
00:46:28.000 I mean, he was the head of the Intelligence Committee, but he wasn't.
00:46:33.000 But Schiff still thinks that he's a truth teller in all this.
00:46:37.000 Check this out. He's still holding on to Russia, Russia, Russia, despite the Mueller report coming out and saying there wasn't any, despite the Durham report, despite there's not been a shred of evidence to say anything other than Adam Schiff continuing and perpetuating his lies.
00:46:59.000 Check it out yourself. I thank you.
00:47:01.000 You honor me with your enmity.
00:47:03.000 You flatter me with this falsehood.
00:47:06.000 You, who are the authors of a big lie about the last election, must condemn the truth-tellers, and I stand proudly before you.
00:47:14.000 Your words tell me that I have been effective in the defense of our democracy, and I am grateful.
00:47:19.000 And yet this false and defamatory resolution comes at a considerable cost to the country and to the...
00:47:26.000 Well, yeah, as Three Finger Whiskey says, you really can't fix stupid.
00:47:32.000 He's right. He'll continue because it doesn't matter.
00:47:36.000 Media doesn't care. Big tech doesn't care.
00:47:39.000 Hey, if he's doing the Democrats bidding, you can lie to the American people for years.
00:47:43.000 You can undermine the duly elected president of the United States.
00:47:47.000 Imagine Donald Trump did that to Barack Obama.
00:47:50.000 Imagine he did that to Joe Biden coming in.
00:47:53.000 Imagine any Republican did that to any Democrat.
00:47:56.000 Yeah, there'd be a lot more than censuring going on.
00:47:59.000 But again, hopefully the Ethics Committee catches up to Adam Schiff and gives him what he deserves.
00:48:04.000 The Russia lies from Democrats do more than just smear me and my family.
00:48:09.000 They've done more than just cost us tens of millions of dollars.
00:48:12.000 They've also transformed the Democrats into a party obsessed with war and obsessed with Russia.
00:48:19.000 Seemingly all based on these lies.
00:48:22.000 We've seen over $100 billion in aid for Ukraine right now.
00:48:28.000 And we're learning now they're going to get another $6.2 billion.
00:48:32.000 Why? Because the Pentagon claims they actually over-counted the aid to Ukraine by $6.2 billion due to an accounting error.
00:48:48.000 Yeah, yeah, just a small, normal, little $6.2 billion error, folks.
00:48:54.000 And because of this apparent error, Ukraine and the soon-to-be multi-billionaire oligarchs, which perhaps, I'm sure some have been created already, but I'm sure there'll be more, Ukraine now gets another $6.2 billion in aid.
00:49:10.000 Just so we understand, that's two completions of the wall at our southern border to help Ukraine.
00:49:19.000 This is never going to end, folks.
00:49:21.000 The death, the destruction of both Ukraine, of the people actually fighting the war, not the bureaucrats.
00:49:30.000 Russians, everyone.
00:49:32.000 The death and carnage is going to continue as long as we keep that spigot open helping.
00:49:39.000 It's never going to end.
00:49:40.000 There's no incentive for it because the people in power are going to make billions themselves.
00:49:45.000 This is a story as old as time and we've seen it.
00:49:48.000 It's just another conspiracy theory that will be proven right in a matter of weeks.
00:49:54.000 Based on the stuff that I've read, the assets of Vladimir Zelensky, an actor in Ukraine, which I imagine is not quite the same as an actor in Hollywood, a lot of those assets seem to already exist.
00:50:04.000 But again, who knows if that reporting is accurate.
00:50:06.000 But would anyone even be remotely surprised at this point?
00:50:10.000 Democrats and rhinos used to complain nonstop about like a billion dollars for a wall.
00:50:16.000 I mean, to finish it.
00:50:20.000 But it's a casual thing now for Ukraine.
00:50:22.000 Here's another couple billion.
00:50:23.000 6.2 billion because of an accounting error.
00:50:26.000 From the same Pentagon that lost like 220 billion a couple months ago.
00:50:31.000 I wonder where all that went.
00:50:33.000 You guys want to bet that it went to the Ukraine?
00:50:35.000 I think so. Now imagine, for example, you missed a couple thousand dollars.
00:50:42.000 On your IRS tax filings.
00:50:44.000 Yeah, yeah, I don't think you'd get the Hunter Biden treatment.
00:50:47.000 You'd be in jail.
00:50:49.000 You'd be penalized.
00:50:50.000 But the Pentagon, yeah, that's a $6.2 billion between oligarch friends.
00:50:55.000 We don't even know where the aid we're giving to Ukraine is going.
00:50:59.000 The military is not following the law which mandates that they follow the military aid to its end recipient.
00:51:06.000 Watch Matt Gaetz talk about just this right now.
00:51:10.000 This amendment would require the Secretary of Defense to certify that end-use monitoring laws and regulations are being followed before any drawdown to send military equipment to Ukraine.
00:51:22.000 This committee will recall when the Inspector General was before us they could not testify that end-use monitoring was followed.
00:51:30.000 Matter of fact, In DOD IG report 2384, it says, quote, DOD personnel did not have the required accountability of the thousands of defense items that they received and transferred in Poland.
00:51:42.000 Specifically, we observed DOD personnel did not fully implement their standard operating procedures to account for defense items and could not confirm the quantities of defense items received against the quantity of items shipped for three of five shipments we observed.
00:51:55.000 So just in the sentinel Guys, here's an idea.
00:52:10.000 The Democrats who so desperately wanted 86, 87,000 IRS agents, why don't we assign half of them to Zelensky in Ukraine?
00:52:20.000 And you know what? Maybe we assign the other half to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
00:52:26.000 They wanted to do this to investigate billionaires, according to the Democrats.
00:52:30.000 There's a few hundred billionaires in America.
00:52:32.000 I don't think they needed 87,000 armed IRS agents to investigate them, but if we put them on Ukraine and we put them on Joe and Hunter, maybe we'd actually figure out where your And my hard-earned tax dollars are going.
00:52:50.000 Because right now, it doesn't seem like anyone knows.
00:52:53.000 But that's not going to stop them from sending the next $6.2 billion in another day or two when they run out or Zelensky needs another or needs another mansion or whatever it may be.
00:53:05.000 That's not being Russian apologists.
00:53:07.000 It's being America first because there's enough problems in this country that we need to take care of that we're refusing to even look at...
00:53:15.000 We're refusing to even acknowledge.
00:53:17.000 We certainly won't fund it.
00:53:20.000 But, you know, hey, when you're the Democrats, I guess America last, it's still okay because you'll get enough votes magically anyhow.
00:53:28.000 But enough of the serious stuff, folks.
00:53:30.000 It's time to get some off-the-beat headlines, and I want to get your reaction to some of this.
00:53:34.000 Maybe we'll look at it in the comments.
00:53:37.000 So I want to hear what you have to say about this Mark Zuckerberg-Elon Musk cage match.
00:53:44.000 Did you see this? Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg apparently have agreed to fight a cage match.
00:53:49.000 No date or location set in.
00:53:52.000 Yet, however, they actually appear to be serious about it.
00:54:09.000 I don't know. That could be interesting.
00:54:11.000 Elon maybe is in trouble.
00:54:12.000 Mark Zuckerberg has been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the last 18 months.
00:54:17.000 Maybe that's good, but who knows what Elon's been doing.
00:54:19.000 I think it's certainly going to be interesting.
00:54:22.000 I want to know what you guys think.
00:54:26.000 Money... Okay, so Napkinator, 79.
00:54:31.000 His money is on Elon. Elon will hurt Lizard Boy.
00:54:34.000 Never will happen.
00:54:36.000 Just theater. There's a solid chance of that.
00:54:38.000 Uh... High End Fool.
00:54:41.000 Great show, Don. First timer.
00:54:42.000 Thanks, guys. Glad you're checking it out.
00:54:45.000 Yeah, for all of you guys, by the way, if you're new to the show or if you're watching, don't forget to like, subscribe, download the Rumble app so we can get this kind of programming out there so people can hear what's really going on.
00:54:56.000 People can hear from Anna Paulina, you know, not with the censorship of even mainstream conservative media, which is going to do a number on anything that gets said.
00:55:03.000 So make sure to check that out.
00:55:05.000 Make sure to like. Do it right now.
00:55:07.000 It takes one second. It's not that hard.
00:55:10.000 Don't be cheap with your likes, but also share and check it out.
00:55:15.000 Depends if Zuckerberg brings a spare battery pack.
00:55:18.000 Based Elon wins easily.
00:55:21.000 It'll be hilarious.
00:55:22.000 My money's on Elon.
00:55:23.000 Elon will wipe the floor with that pedo.
00:55:25.000 I didn't say that.
00:55:28.000 I'm just reading a comment.
00:55:33.000 Soros is the boss.
00:55:35.000 Proof Zuck is a lizard if he beats Elon.
00:55:39.000 Well, listen, a lot of it depends on, you know, if...
00:55:42.000 I've seen just the media reports that, you know, I guess Zuckerberg has been training, has actually fought a couple of, you know, jiu-jitsu fights.
00:55:50.000 I'm sure he's got incredible people training him.
00:55:52.000 And, you know...
00:55:54.000 What I know about fighting is that people who actually have fought tend to do a lot better than people who think they're good at fighting, but haven't actually done it.
00:56:03.000 That's pretty clear. So a little training goes a long way.
00:56:07.000 I don't know what a cage match is.
00:56:08.000 Is that just pure jiu-jitsu rules, or is that...
00:56:11.000 Full contact? Is it MMA rules?
00:56:14.000 Boxing? Let's see what happens.
00:56:16.000 If it's pure jiu-jitsu, obviously you get huge advantage to someone who's doing jiu-jitsu.
00:56:21.000 If it's full fighting, I guess it depends on how good you are on your feet.
00:56:26.000 Could really be interesting.
00:56:29.000 Zuckerberg's going out well. Listen, it seems like...
00:56:31.000 I don't know that I've seen a single person think that Zuck is going to win.
00:56:36.000 So that could be interesting.
00:56:40.000 But again, I don't know anything about Elon's training, if he's done any of that.
00:56:47.000 So let's see what happens.
00:56:49.000 But no matter what, it's going to be a ratings hit.
00:56:54.000 Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Zuckerberg, I've seen him fight, you know, whether it's local or regional matches or something like that.
00:57:00.000 He's actually, you know, fought, and I think he won a match.
00:57:04.000 But he's been training, and, you know, obviously training and all of that matters.
00:57:09.000 Zuck is 5'8", Elon's taller.
00:57:13.000 That was James XR. Yeah, but honestly, man, like...
00:57:18.000 The size doesn't matter that much if you're not training.
00:57:21.000 If you don't have that, meaning not just training cardio and lifting and being strong.
00:57:24.000 If you don't know how to fight, the size doesn't matter.
00:57:27.000 I remember, speaking of Dana White, original UFC, I think I was at UFC 2.
00:57:33.000 The first one they had in Atlantic City.
00:57:35.000 I remember sitting there with my brother and like...
00:57:38.000 Tank Abbott, from the old days, literally put his dentures on the seat next to me to be like, hold that place for his girlfriend.
00:57:47.000 It was old school.
00:57:48.000 And they fought around Robin.
00:57:50.000 So if you fought and won, you fought again that night until there was one guy left.
00:57:54.000 There weren't weight classes.
00:57:55.000 It was a whole different world.
00:57:58.000 And so, you know...
00:58:02.000 You need fight experience.
00:58:05.000 And seeing some of that training that these guys are doing today, that they've developed such great systems, it'll be interesting.
00:58:11.000 But literally no one thinks that Elon is going to lose.
00:58:15.000 Like, not one.
00:58:17.000 That probably tells us a lot, less so about anyone's knowledge about fights, but just the general dislike of, I guess, you know, probably censorship and stuff like that that's happened over at Meta.
00:58:26.000 Because it seems like this one's personal for everyone, and I get that because I promise you, no one has lost more followers of anyone watching this right now due to bullshit or, you know, fake fact checks or, like, the technicalities, innuendo bullshit that they do.
00:58:42.000 So, uh...
00:58:44.000 Let's, uh...
00:58:46.000 Let's see. Yeah, UFC back then was not the MMA of today.
00:58:49.000 That's 100% true.
00:58:51.000 It was totally different.
00:58:53.000 A lot of those guys were pretty badass, but yes, it's a different game.
00:58:58.000 Back then, they picked up guys that were just good collegiate wrestlers and be like, hey, someone's hurt.
00:59:03.000 Can you go fight?
00:59:04.000 Someone may have never even thrown a punch, and they got in that...
00:59:07.000 They got in that ring and some of them did really well and went on to learn MMA and learn ground and pound and other aspects of the fight game and did pretty well.
00:59:17.000 I think that probably wouldn't work out as well today where people have sort of literally mastered all aspects of the mixed part of MMA. Todd's Secretarian.
00:59:28.000 Let's hope it's an untucked fight.
00:59:33.000 Todd Secretarian. Let's hope it's an untucked fight.
00:59:36.000 I think that's a veiled reference to Target or one of those companies coming up with their own line of tuck-it underwear so you can hide your junk.
00:59:51.000 This is the world we're living in, folks.
00:59:53.000 Do you believe I'm even talking about this shit?
00:59:54.000 But it's, like, real. Like, every day I think we're being punked, uh, and yet it's, uh, it never ends.
01:00:03.000 Um... No holds barred...
01:00:05.000 Listen, I'd love to see that.
01:00:07.000 I imagine that won't be the case, but if it was, that'd be pretty badass.
01:00:11.000 Um... Yeah, untucked fight, lol.
01:00:16.000 I mean, do you believe we're actually talking about this shit?
01:00:18.000 Like, two grown men? But, like, it's real, and, like, this stuff's actually happening, and they're trying to do this thing to our children, because, like...
01:00:27.000 This is the shit they're thinking.
01:00:28.000 Our kids can't read or write anymore.
01:00:31.000 Basic math is like, why the hell would you need to learn that?
01:00:34.000 According to the left, it seems.
01:00:36.000 But making sure that you can tuck so that in a bikini, no one confuses you for what you are biologically is...
01:00:46.000 Can't make it up, guys.
01:00:49.000 I mean, we...
01:00:51.000 Yeah, the end of Republic has to be, like, this has to be it.
01:00:54.000 Like, I mean, you know, you talk about, you know, the fall of Rome, you talk about how empires last, and it's always, like, 200 years.
01:01:02.000 It's like, eh, we're coming up on that edge, and history has to be repeating itself with this bullshit, because, like, I have a hard time believing half the stuff that is very serious news every day is actually even news.
01:01:15.000 Um... Gives tuck and roll a holo meaning.
01:01:22.000 I love that one.
01:01:23.000 Zombie salt Disney.
01:01:26.000 Yes. Good fight analogy these days.
01:01:31.000 I imagine the original guys fighting in the UFC. I've got to get some of the UFC guys on here.
01:01:37.000 I'll get Colby Covington to come up.
01:01:40.000 Or maybe we'll have Jorge.
01:01:42.000 Interesting. I'm buddies with two guys that do not exactly like each other.
01:01:48.000 Royce Gracie's a friend.
01:01:50.000 Would you guys want some of those guys on the show?
01:01:52.000 Because I think we've got to break up some of the...
01:01:53.000 Especially in the summer when it's slower and it's not as political.
01:01:56.000 Would you guys want that? Just comment if you'd actually want that.
01:02:01.000 Because, again, politics and the insanity of what's going on today.
01:02:04.000 And some of those guys can talk about it anyway.
01:02:06.000 I'd love to hear those guys' concepts on that.
01:02:11.000 But, yes? Okay.
01:02:13.000 Yeah, Masvidal rules. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
01:02:19.000 Okay. I'll get on that and we'll definitely make that happen.
01:02:24.000 Colby was up here at my house a couple weeks ago.
01:02:26.000 I think he came up for Kim's birthday party just when we had some people over for that.
01:02:31.000 So let's make that happen.
01:02:35.000 Does John Jr. watch Redacted?
01:02:37.000 You should be a guest on Redacted.
01:02:38.000 I don't think I've seen that one.
01:02:41.000 We'll hear Jorge go off on Joe.
01:02:44.000 Listen, Jorge is an awesome dude.
01:02:46.000 I got to meet him actually during the 20 cycle.
01:02:49.000 I was following him.
01:02:51.000 I obviously loved his fighting style.
01:02:52.000 I saw him fight at MSG. And I guess that was Diaz when he won that one pretty handily.
01:03:05.000 And he's got an incredible story.
01:03:07.000 I mean, that one almost becomes political because he came on the campaign trail with me around Florida in 20 and, you know, talking like the story about like his dad literally came from Cuba on a raft and like it's really mind-blowing.
01:03:20.000 And like this guy is a guy that understands Where we're headed, what they escaped from, really appreciates it.
01:03:28.000 I mean, his story is really, really good, and he does a good job telling it.
01:03:32.000 It's an amazing story, so we'll have to have him on here as well.
01:03:43.000 Natey, Fbaby, Dunn Jr., sexy.
01:03:45.000 Yes, thank you. True.
01:03:48.000 Fact check, true. Others may fact check that otherwise, but I appreciate it.
01:03:53.000 Yeah, Jorge's a great friend.
01:03:55.000 Awesome fighter. Just retired.
01:03:57.000 I always had his fight in Miami when he did that.
01:04:00.000 Guy's just an absolute awesome dude.
01:04:05.000 Just heart.
01:04:07.000 Awesome guy. Bring on Dana White.
01:04:10.000 Yeah, I'll have to do that with Dana sometime.
01:04:12.000 I'm sure he'd do that. Some of those...
01:04:15.000 Some people, it's easy to do the call-in.
01:04:17.000 A guy like Dana, you want to just go in person, so maybe even next time I'm in Vegas, I'll just bring some gear and do it that way.
01:04:22.000 Because some of the guys like that, you want to hear that story.
01:04:24.000 I mean, he's got some great DJT stories that I've heard.
01:04:27.000 And maybe we've got to pull those down on here.
01:04:34.000 Let the winner of the fight fight Chris Pawlowski from Rumble.
01:04:37.000 Yeah. Well, hey, we may have to get it going.
01:04:41.000 Chris moved down to Florida.
01:04:42.000 Maybe we got to get him rolling and start.
01:04:48.000 Don Jr. doesn't need a fight, Hunter.
01:04:49.000 He might catch something. Also fact-check true.
01:04:54.000 I mean, you know, not going to lie, you know, definitely would want some of the testing done beforehand.
01:05:06.000 Calling Greta Thunberg a climate expert is like calling Whoopi Goldberg a health and fitness expert.
01:05:11.000 True. Hunter needs jail.
01:05:14.000 Fair. Have Bongino on?
01:05:19.000 Yeah, Dan's great. I mean, you know, Dan's actually, like, I think I was the second verified, like, user on Rumble after Dan.
01:05:28.000 He was there early. He was a friend.
01:05:29.000 He was like, hey, would you— Dan actually introduced me to Chris Pawlowski, which started, you know, me ultimately coming on Rumble.
01:05:38.000 I went on Rumble.
01:05:39.000 You know, Dan had Chris down.
01:05:42.000 They were talking. Chris was like, hey, man, would you do this?
01:05:44.000 And I was like, yeah, I saw—this was like 18, I guess.
01:05:50.000 I think it was about then.
01:05:52.000 It was like when all the cancellation stuff started happening and all the nonsense was going on and all of a sudden I was just like, hey, listen, these other guys, other platforms are censoring the hell out of me.
01:06:02.000 They're cutting off fake fact checks, just crushing my reach.
01:06:07.000 You know, they're like, I was the original guy being like, ah, they're censoring.
01:06:10.000 They're like, how do you know that? I was like, well, because I was averaging like 7,000 retweets yesterday, and today I'm getting four.
01:06:15.000 They're like, well, 4,000 to 7, maybe it's just like, no, no, no, four, like single digit.
01:06:21.000 And so Chris was like, hey, we don't do that here.
01:06:24.000 And so I was like, definitely got to get on there.
01:06:26.000 So I've been doing the short stuff that I just do.
01:06:29.000 I had a camera for social on there for years.
01:06:35.000 It's been a great platform.
01:06:36.000 That's why I'm here and not elsewhere.
01:06:38.000 Why build up a following in some of these other places?
01:06:41.000 YouTube. I'll build up a following, I'll say something they don't like, and I'll be off permanently the next day.
01:06:47.000 It's not worth the effort.
01:06:48.000 It's not easy to do this stuff.
01:06:49.000 It's not easy to build up a following, an audience.
01:06:54.000 That's never easy. I don't want to do it with something where it can just go away because someone disagrees with you or they want to hurt you politically or they want to take away your platform because you end up being right about everything anyway.
01:07:11.000 Let's see. Yeah, I was shadow banned probably like no one other.
01:07:19.000 Like, gone through some of that.
01:07:21.000 It's just, that was never-ending.
01:07:23.000 Elon will slaughter the soy boy?
01:07:25.000 I don't know. I mean, Zuckerberg seems like he's in good shape.
01:07:27.000 I'm not saying, like, whatever, but I don't know that I can say the same for Elon, but, you know, I'm sure Elon's a smart guy.
01:07:35.000 He'll figure out how to get in shape for it.
01:07:40.000 He's sort of the mad scientist.
01:07:41.000 You never know. Yeah.
01:07:44.000 Gracie would be cool. Old school.
01:07:45.000 Yeah, Roy's a super good guy.
01:07:47.000 We know each other. Actually, sort of through the shooting world and stuff like that, he's a big 2A advocate, all that stuff.
01:07:53.000 So we go back and forth a bunch on that, run into him always at SHOT Show and stuff like that.
01:07:59.000 He'd be cool. I mean, that was one of the original badasses.
01:08:02.000 I mean, he was the guy that was actually fighting and winning those round robin matches early.
01:08:06.000 So, yeah.
01:08:08.000 You can say what you want about new school versus old school, but that guy's a badass no matter what.
01:08:14.000 Shadowban should be the name of Zuck's finishing move.
01:08:20.000 It's true. He's executed it probably more than...
01:08:23.000 The Rock has executed the people's elbow.
01:08:26.000 So, yeah, I imagine that's happened a bunch.
01:08:32.000 Spoilers, not conspiracies.
01:08:35.000 100% right.
01:08:36.000 That's why I actually put out a tweet about the submarine thing.
01:08:39.000 And again, while it's a terrible tragedy, you can still be like, really?
01:08:42.000 You're a billionaire spending $250,000 to go on a sub controlled by a remote?
01:08:47.000 It just seems off, right?
01:08:49.000 It feels like it's a distraction or...
01:08:54.000 I don't know, man. It's just, it's very, very odd.
01:08:58.000 So I'm wondering if there's anything else that comes with that.
01:09:00.000 I'm not trying to be conspiratorial, but honestly, these days, like, everything that's been conspiratorial has proven to be right in time.
01:09:06.000 So let's see if something happens from that.
01:09:12.000 You go into BJJ class and get beat by everyone for a couple of months.
01:09:15.000 Yeah, no, like... In that, like, just a little bit of basic training, if someone's better than you, they're better than you.
01:09:21.000 Like, it's...
01:09:23.000 Fighting, like...
01:09:27.000 MMA style fighting.
01:09:28.000 You can get lucky, throw a punch that just lands perfectly, a kick, whatever it may be.
01:09:38.000 It's a lot harder in BJJ because it's not that lucky knockout.
01:09:43.000 You don't usually get someone better than you in that kind of hold.
01:09:48.000 It's... It's a lot more sort of, in my opinion, decisive based on that.
01:09:52.000 Like, you know, a black belt doesn't lose to brown belts.
01:09:55.000 Like, unless they're holding a brown belt back, you know, trying to get them to win that category for years and he probably should be a black belt.
01:10:02.000 It doesn't really happen that way.
01:10:03.000 So anyone who's trained in that generally is going to kick the shit out of someone who hasn't, in my opinion.
01:10:08.000 Thank you and Kimberly. Yeah, thank you.
01:10:11.000 It's our pleasure, guys. I think Kim's really enjoyed it.
01:10:13.000 I think her show is doing great, a little different format.
01:10:16.000 I think maybe I just got to have her on a little bit more often sometimes, especially in the summer.
01:10:19.000 Like I said, it feels, you can just see it across the board.
01:10:24.000 Just a little bit slower. So maybe we just do a little bit more just conversational stuff.
01:10:27.000 Maybe that works out better even for just the audio component of the podcast.
01:10:33.000 Like I said, go check it out on iTunes or Spotify.
01:10:36.000 Rumble will put it up there a couple days later.
01:10:40.000 But they have the whole library of the stuff I've done in the past.
01:10:43.000 So go check it out there. I'm sure it would drive those people crazy if we became a top podcast there as well.
01:10:49.000 But I've never really pushed it much until the last two weeks.
01:10:52.000 I didn't even know they were doing it then.
01:10:54.000 But other people were like, oh yeah, you're on there.
01:10:56.000 They were like, oh yeah, we do this.
01:10:57.000 So invite Kim.
01:10:59.000 Yeah, we'll do a Kim.
01:11:00.000 Kim was on the opening show and people actually liked the ball-breaking banter back and forth.
01:11:06.000 Obviously, she's got an awesome personality, as funny as hell.
01:11:09.000 One of the few people sort of Puts me in my place.
01:11:12.000 Sometimes I need that. So it's good and we'll have to do that.
01:11:18.000 Maybe what I'll do right now, I'll finish this up here.
01:11:22.000 But before I do that, I want you to just go check out our sponsors.
01:11:27.000 Check out the folks at GoldCo.
01:11:30.000 Go visit them at donjrgold.com.
01:11:33.000 That's D-O-N-J-R-gold.com.
01:11:35.000 Guys, you see what's going on.
01:11:37.000 If you don't, then I can't help you.
01:11:39.000 But you see inflation, the interest rates, the bank collapsing.
01:11:44.000 It's just... It's playing out before our very eyes.
01:11:47.000 So I just want you to be protected.
01:11:48.000 I'm not telling you to do anything.
01:11:50.000 Just go. Check it out.
01:11:52.000 Learn more. They'll take you through it all, and you see what's right for you.
01:11:56.000 I just don't want anyone to get wiped in this stuff, and it feels like it's a good hedge against the insanity that's going on.
01:12:03.000 So go to donjrgold.com.
01:12:05.000 Also, check out the folks at Patriot Mobile.
01:12:09.000 Again, you're gonna have a phone in your pocket.
01:12:12.000 Like, you know, if you're watching this show, you have a cell phone, okay?
01:12:14.000 I know one or two people that are like, I don't have a cell phone.
01:12:16.000 I'm like, really?
01:12:17.000 Like, man, like I appreciate the off the grid mentality.
01:12:20.000 I can, you know, I love it.
01:12:23.000 Don't think I could quite get away with that one.
01:12:25.000 Um...
01:12:26.000 And so, you know, go check out the folks at Patriot Mobile.
01:12:29.000 Get free activation by going to patriotmobile.com slash triggered, as in the name of the podcast.
01:12:36.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash triggered.
01:12:39.000 Like the show. Share the show.
01:12:41.000 Pass it on with your friends.
01:12:43.000 We'll have some more fun.
01:12:44.000 I hope you guys have an awesome weekend.
01:12:46.000 I will see you on Monday.
01:12:48.000 Oh, here's one. Do I like Truth Social?
01:12:50.000 Yeah, I really do, actually.
01:12:51.000 Truth Social's been great.
01:12:53.000 A lot of people, you know...
01:12:56.000 Our people are on there, so I like talking to them there as well.
01:13:02.000 I think Twitter's improved some of the stuff in terms of the shadow bans and stuff like that, but with a lot less followers, my engagement on Truth is just much higher.
01:13:11.000 So I imagine, even if they're for free speech, maybe they're not for all of free speech.
01:13:17.000 I'm not entirely bought into that.
01:13:20.000 I think when Elon came in and was doing the original deal, And they were like, oh my god!
01:13:26.000 Like, my engagement went through the roof.
01:13:28.000 It went crazy for, like, a couple of days.
01:13:30.000 And then the deal looked like it was going to fall through.
01:13:32.000 And it was like... Put the brakes on.
01:13:33.000 It was like, literally, they were there just burning the files.
01:13:35.000 Like, let's just get rid of all the, you know, the clamps on the algorithm.
01:13:39.000 And again, I don't... I'm not even faulting anyone, you know...
01:13:42.000 Meaning, I'm not faulting Elon, I guess, for that.
01:13:46.000 I... Maybe he, you know, wants some of that.
01:13:49.000 Maybe he doesn't. I don't know.
01:13:50.000 But I imagine in a company like that, even if you fire 50% of the people...
01:13:55.000 I imagine 50% of the people that work there are still leftist crazies.
01:13:59.000 And so, you know, there'll be other stuff in there.
01:14:00.000 If you're not reading every line of the code, you can get those kinds of things in there.
01:14:03.000 So yeah, it was loose for a week when it looked like he was taking over and they were burning the files.
01:14:09.000 Then it came back down.
01:14:11.000 It's better now than it was shortly after the original buy.
01:14:15.000 It was like, it was literally, the first few months of that were like...
01:14:19.000 Almost as bad as, like, Twitter 1.0.
01:14:21.000 Twitter 2.0 got that bad.
01:14:24.000 Definitely seems better now than it was then.
01:14:27.000 I don't know if it's perfect, but, you know, and again, that's just empirical, you know, looking at it, seeing what goes on, knowing what does well, seeing what does well elsewhere.
01:14:38.000 But it's certainly better than, you know, probably for me, a lot of the meta stuff that just gets...
01:14:43.000 Crushed and you get almost no growth.
01:14:45.000 I've got millions of people on Instagram and everyone's like, I love your Instagram page!
01:14:49.000 It's hilarious! And it's like no growth.
01:14:51.000 It's clearly done for a reason.
01:14:56.000 Let's see. But guys, thanks a lot.
01:14:58.000 I'll go over on Locals hopefully.
01:15:01.000 Some guys are there. Ask some of the questions there for the specific AMA. Some of these, I apologize.
01:15:06.000 I can't get through them all. Sometimes I can't even read the full question before it sort of scrolls through with the amount of people commenting.
01:15:12.000 But we definitely got something to have.
01:15:16.000 A couple of the...
01:15:18.000 Fighters on. We'll cycle those in in the next few weeks or whatever it may be.
01:15:23.000 We'll have some fun with it.
01:15:25.000 Also, guys, do you like this format where we do sort of the AMA here rather than just going over to locals?
01:15:30.000 Not everyone is on there.
01:15:32.000 I think they're working on maybe integrating it both so that I can actually see the specifics of the subscribers.
01:15:37.000 But I'll go over there and check it out.
01:15:40.000 But maybe we'll do more of this anyway here.
01:15:45.000 Yes. Awesome. Yes.
01:15:47.000 Thanks, Don. Yes. Thanks for the show.
01:15:50.000 It was good. Thank you. You're doing great.
01:15:51.000 All right. So that sounds good.
01:15:53.000 Maybe we'll do some more of that and maybe we'll just do some...
01:15:56.000 Would you ever want a show where literally there's no guest and we just do sort of like a show of maybe the AMA or the news of the week and I'll just take questions?
01:16:10.000 Yes. Yes, awesome.
01:16:13.000 It sounds like you'd want that.
01:16:17.000 We can do some of that. I want to make sure I'm giving those guys what they signed up for and everything like that.
01:16:25.000 You know, with as many people as they're chiming in, I probably won't be able to get a lot of the questions, whereas I can hit probably everyone there.
01:16:33.000 But we'll check it out, and maybe we'll do a little bit more of that.
01:16:37.000 So, appreciate it, guys.
01:16:39.000 You're the best. If you're over on Locals, go over there.
01:16:42.000 I'll go hit that for a little bit, and I will talk to you soon.
