00:11:20.000 Ukraine actually says they're signing on to the peace deal and just need to work out, and I quote, minor details.

00:11:27.000 But of course, when you're ending a war like this, nothing is really a minor detail.

00:11:33.000 Now, what's absolutely fascinating in all of this is some of the so-called global elites are literally almost in a panic that peace may be achieved.

00:11:46.000 Why would peace make these guys panicked?

00:11:52.000 These so-called experts, many who aren't even experts or they've been wrong about everything for a few decades, so they should probably lose their expert status, are seemingly melting down right now that we're protecting our own backyard in our own hemisphere and aren't obsessively, obsessively trying to keep the Russia-Ukraine war or the endless death going on forever.

00:12:35.000 A U.S. official is now telling Fox that the Ukrainian side has agreed to a peace deal with some minor details still set to be sorted out.

00:12:42.000 Meanwhile, Army Secretary Dan Driscoll met with Russian officials in Abu Dhabi, Driscoll's office saying, quote, late Monday and throughout Tuesday, Secretary Driscoll and team have been in discussions with the Russian delegation to achieve a lasting peace deal in Ukraine.

00:12:56.000 The talks are going well and we remain optimistic.

00:12:59.000 Very, very optimistic.

00:13:01.000 Yeah, I mean, with the language with that, I mean, if it is true and the Ukrainians go forward with it and you throw it back into Putin's lap, what does he do? 0.87

00:16:29.000 It's clear what they're trying to do, which is to sow division and conflict within our own armed forces and to hinder our ability to go after cartels and narco-terrorist criminals and those syndicates in places like Venezuela.

00:16:51.000 Why are they willing to engage in literal sedition to try to stop it?

00:17:17.000 Now, here's the response this week from the White House to this new chapter of Democrat corruption.

00:17:25.000 What's the White House take on how this whole thing has evolved and now this news that Mark Kelly could undergo investigation?

00:17:33.000 Well, we believe it's deeply unfortunate that these Democrat senators made this egregious and completely irresponsible statement.

00:17:40.000 And let's be very clear, Martha.

00:17:42.000 These Democrat senators knew exactly what they were doing.

00:17:45.000 It's not a coincidence that all of them have military or national security experience in their background.

00:17:51.000 They were leaning into that experience to try and give a wink and a nod to the 1.3 million active duty service members who serve in our United States Armed Forces and essentially encourage them to defy the orders of their commander in chief, which is illegal, by the way.

00:18:08.000 Let me be very clear.

00:18:10.000 Not a single order this president or administration has given to our military has ever been illegal, nor will it ever be.

00:18:17.000 This administration respects and abides by the law, and these officials know it.

00:18:22.000 They are trying to sow chaos and distrust, which is a very dangerous thing to do within the military's ranks.

00:18:30.000 The sanctity of our military respects and relies on law and order in the chain of command.

00:18:36.000 And that's what this administration is trying to say.

00:18:39.000 And that's why the Department of War opened up this investigation against former or against Senator Mark Kelly today.

00:18:46.000 Yeah.

00:18:47.000 You have to wonder at this point if they retrospectively think this was a good idea or a bad idea because it doesn't seem to be working the way that they wanted it to.

00:18:58.000 And now they're kind of stepping all over themselves trying to answer the question of what they were talking about in the first place.

00:19:03.000 But you make a good point that it sows, they were hoping to sort of sow this distrust.

00:19:09.000 They can't answer the question, Martha, because there is no answer.

00:19:12.000 They can't identify illegal orders because there are no illegal orders.

00:19:16.000 But they were suggesting, again, to the 1.3 million active duty service members in the military today that if you think an order is illegal, you don't have to follow it.

00:19:25.000 Actually, that's against the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

00:19:29.000 It explicitly states, and I want to read this language precisely, that service members have a legal obligation under the U.S. UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful.

00:19:41.000 You can't have a soldier out on the battlefield or conducting a classified order questioning whether that order is lawful or whether they should follow through.

00:19:51.000 There must be a chain of command in our military.

00:19:54.000 And Republicans and Democrats for decades since the beginning of our country have always respected that until now, until now, when the Democrat Party has been completely overtaken by Trump derangement syndrome.

00:20:07.000 And now we have these deranged statements from sitting members of Congress.

00:20:13.000 And one of the Democrats at the center of this is Arizona Senator Mark Kelly.

00:20:17.000 And now, the Department of War has launched an investigation into Kelly that may lead to court-martial proceedings.

00:20:24.000 According to the Pentagon, quote, in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice 10 USC Sedition 688, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further action, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.

00:20:52.000 FRON, find out.

00:20:54.000 And remember, Kelly still holds a commission in the Navy.

00:20:58.000 He took an oath.

00:21:00.000 He swore to defend the Constitution.

00:21:05.000 He's trying to get people to directly disobey the chain of command.

00:21:10.000 I mean, I know Mark Kelly is an astronaut, but I didn't realize he was living on a totally different planet.

00:21:18.000 Remember, this is the guy that didn't have the China flag in his pocket when he went up into space.

00:21:22.000 I mean, so, you know, probably not our kind of astronaut, probably not someone you want in the American military or in Congress.

00:21:30.000 And given his political leanings, it wouldn't surprise me that it seems like he would do anything to destabilize America and to benefit China.

00:21:38.000 He basically said those things in his own words and with his own actions.

00:21:42.000 And it gets more interesting because Kelly's fellow Arizona senator Ruben Gallego went on CNN to defend him and revealed that, quote, the script got sent to me, but he didn't have time to record it.

00:22:02.000 Yeah, actually, so I was part of the first video.

00:22:04.000 The second video is by the time the script got to me and it was in the middle of a lot was going on, I just didn't have time to actually record it, but I'm 100% in alignment with them altogether.

00:24:13.000 The victim is currently fighting for her life because a career criminal with 72 arrests was allowed to walk free. 1.00

00:26:08.000 So to me, a fine of $354, which is our normal no insurance fine, that's a lot of money.

00:26:14.000 And some of the judges that I work with came from money, so $354 is no big deal.

00:26:20.000 But to most of the people that come to my courtroom, it is a big deal.

00:26:23.000 And so I always offer them the opportunity to do community service.

00:26:28.000 You know, being a Latina in the office, people would tell me, like, don't you feel like you're prosecuting your own people?

00:26:37.000 There were a lot of, you know, defendants that look like me.

00:26:40.000 However, I had a chance as a prosecutor to make a difference as to what cases come in.

00:26:46.000 I had a chance as a prosecutor to decide what offers were appropriate.

00:26:50.000 And so I always offer them the opportunity to do community service.

00:26:55.000 Democrats lose their mind when the National Guard is sent to cities to clean up crime while they actively enable some of the worst criminals anyone has to offer.

00:27:08.000 They call it criminal justice reform, but it's not reform.

00:27:13.000 It's letting monsters loose on innocent people.

00:27:16.000 Just listen to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnston, who says you can't jail your way out of violence.

00:27:31.000 And we've ended up with the largest prison population in the world without solving the problems of crime and violence.

00:27:37.000 The addiction on jails and incarceration in this country, we have moved past that.

00:31:14.000 And it was kind of a shot in the arm for Trump back in the 16 campaign.

00:36:47.000 Safari's former co-owner, Salim Saeed, is on trial alongside Amy Bach, the Feeding Our Future executive director.

00:36:54.000 Safari claimed to feed 4,000 to 6,000 kids a day.

00:36:58.000 Its invoices and meal counts shown to the jury alongside the video.

00:37:02.000 An FBI agent testifying that an average of 40 people came and went during the six weeks it was surveilled.

00:37:09.000 The FBI set up a total of 12 cameras at sites claiming to serve extraordinary numbers of meals.

00:37:15.000 Another was at a deli in St. Paul, also registered by defendant Salim Said, which claimed 1,800 meals per day.

00:37:23.000 The video shown to the jury showed an average of 23 people a day coming and going.

00:37:28.000 The jury was shown dozens of invoices, meal counts, and emails seized from Feeding Our Future's headquarters in St. Anthony.

00:37:35.000 Some showed links to websites that randomly generated names and ages to create rosters of children who were served meals.

00:37:42.000 Many were signed or sent by Amy Bach, who's charged with wire fraud, along with bribery for the alleged kickbacks that she received.

00:37:50.000 Her defense attorney tried to raise doubt when it cross-examined the FBI agent that they didn't see the back entrance where it's possible meals left packed in trucks for delivery.

00:38:00.000 He pushed back, insisting they'd still see congestion.

00:38:03.000 To that volume, he said, I would say it would not make any sense.

00:38:08.000 That case became one of the biggest COVID era frauds in America.

00:38:12.000 And the kicker, Minnesota's own Department of Education had red flags.

00:38:16.000 Massive spikes in reimbursement requests, impossible, impossible meal counts, and they still rubber stamped the paperwork.

00:38:24.000 Now, this new audit proves what everyone with a brain has been saying for years.

00:38:31.000 When the governor's own office is sloppy with receipts, how can he possibly keep his agencies in line?

00:39:23.000 And get this: the total of amount of remittances being sent back to Somalia from the U.S. is more than the entire budget of the Somali government itself.

00:40:15.000 Now, this was created to help seniors, addicts, and others find housing, but the criteria to enter this program was incredibly loose and therefore easy to take advantage of.

00:40:26.000 It's led to fraud and costs absolutely exploding.

00:40:31.000 Just five years ago, in 2020, costs for this program were $2.6 million.

00:40:37.000 Four years later, by 2024, cost had been over $100 million, $104.

00:40:44.000 Through the first six months of this year, costs are at $61 million, meaning if you double that over the entirety of the year, you're looking at $122 million.

00:40:54.000 In five years, from $2 million to $122 million.

00:40:59.000 Now, why?

00:41:00.000 Six people are accused of defrauding HSS.

00:41:03.000 And they're members of the Somali community.

00:41:05.000 But this just gets worse.

00:41:06.000 If we take a look at Minnesota's federally funded autism program, now, several people, and this is an example, a woman in the Somali community are co-conspirators and they're accused of recruiting kids for autism therapy.

00:41:19.000 They brought in families, had them convinced to get their kids diagnosed as autistic.

00:41:25.000 In fact, these families ultimately ended up having various social services bid for their children, competing with the number size of check that they would get.

00:41:36.000 It didn't matter if the kids had autism.

00:41:40.000 Autism claims to Medicaid surged.

00:41:42.000 In 2018, $3 million.

00:41:47.000 By 2023, listen here, from $3 million to $400 million, autism providers jumped from 41 to 328 in five years.

00:42:00.000 Now, City Journal reports that the Somali fraud rings send a lot of money back to Somalia.

00:42:08.000 40% of households in Somalia get remittances from abroad.

00:42:13.000 That totals $1.7 billion.

00:42:16.000 That is more than the entire budget of the Somali government.

00:42:22.000 Money being sent abroad from abroad back to Somalia.

00:42:30.000 Most alarmingly, a lot of that money is funneled through money traders and in the end ends up in the hands of al-Qaeda-linked Islamic terror group Al-Shabaab.

00:42:39.000 So to bring this full circle, the Minnesota taxpayers are funneling money through fraudulent autism claims back to Somalia where that money lands in the accounts of al-Shabaab.

00:42:54.000 But again, to Democrats, fraud is just part of doing business.
