00:05:30.000 guys welcome to another huge episode of trigger Tonight we're joined by a true patriot, Tom Homan.

00:05:51.000 Tom is the former acting director of ICE, and he worked to enforce America's immigration laws for decades, since 1984, under I believe it's six presidents, starting with Reagan.

00:06:04.000 Tom is currently the CEO and president of Border 911 and I'm pleased he's gonna be joining us today.

00:06:18.000 He can talk about the real stats, whether it's the human trafficking, the sex trafficking, the rape, the fentanyl,

00:07:05.000 I gotta call balls and strikes. Even he's calling it out.

00:07:09.000 And Tom is coming up just ahead.

00:10:01.000 And with that, guys, joining me now, former director of ICE, Tom Holman.

00:10:06.000 Okay, guys, joining me now, this is such a crisis, it's so insane what's going on, is former ICE director Tom Homan.

00:10:15.000 Tom, you're in Texas right now, and I actually like this, right?

00:10:18.000 Unlike our border czar Kamala Harris, who maybe came within a couple hundred miles of the border maybe once, you're actually in Texas right now visiting the border.

00:10:29.000 You're taking the time to actually see what's going on.

00:10:34.000 And unlike the fictitious nonsense coming from the administration, you're on the ground.

00:10:39.000 Tell us what you're seeing.

00:10:41.000 And is it as bad as what we're seeing?

00:10:43.000 Is it worse? Is there hope?

00:10:45.000 How insane is what's going on right now down there doing?

00:10:49.000 The only hope we got is that January 2025, President Trump walks back in the White House and lets us do what we did before and secure the board at the highest level of my lifetime.

00:10:58.000 But no, look, it's historic.

00:11:00.000 I mean, every day I get the daily reports, and it was over 10,000 again today.

00:11:05.000 And Texas TPS, look, they're doing a great job.

00:11:08.000 They're filling the gaps because Border Patrol is so overwhelmed in this crisis.

00:11:13.000 Majority of the agents aren't even on patrol anymore.

00:11:16.000 They're processing, making baby formula, changing diapers, doing everything...

00:11:21.000 But, securing our borders.

00:11:22.000 So, Texas DPS is filling the gaps.

00:11:25.000 I'm here with the air unit, and I can tell you, they've seized a lot of drugs coming across the border.

00:11:30.000 Particularly where I am, it's very desolate territory.

00:11:33.000 So, these aren't people that are going to turn themselves in.

00:11:35.000 What this sector here deals with is those that want to get away.

00:11:39.000 Those carrying drugs, those that are criminals, gang members that don't want to turn themselves in.

00:11:43.000 So, that's why this operation here is very important.

00:11:46.000 So I keep seeing that you talk about those who are turning themselves in because they used to be like, hey, no matter what, even if you were coming across and you're just maybe looking for a better life, you still tried to get through it and not get caught.

00:11:57.000 But it seems like now...

00:12:00.000 The people come, they're just, hey, I want to get caught because the government's going to give me, you know, some money or put me on a program and give me free of health care and education.

00:12:07.000 Like, they're literally like, okay, here I am, you know, just let me into the country and give me everything that there is to give.

00:12:13.000 I mean, how has that changed in the last few years?

00:12:15.000 Because it seems like they're literally not even attempting to evade.

00:12:17.000 I'm sure there's plenty of, you know, the human traffickers and the sex traffickers and the fentanyl traffickers and the disaster that's there.

00:12:23.000 Uh, I'm sure they're running still rampant and they're not trying to get caught and they're probably getting away with that and that's before we even get to the terrorists but it doesn't seem like anyone else is looking to evade because the policies are designed to allow them into the country.

00:12:37.000 Look, and that's why this crisis just continues to get worse.

00:12:41.000 They don't care that the secretary, who should have been impeached two years ago, says don't come.

00:12:47.000 They don't care if President Biden says don't come.

00:12:49.000 They're looking at the actions of the government.

00:12:50.000 They know right now the government is releasing thousands a day into the United States.

00:12:54.000 You know, we have sent a message to the entire world.

00:12:56.000 You can cross the border illegally.

00:12:58.000 You'll be processed quickly.

00:13:00.000 We'll fly you to a city of your choice.

00:13:03.000 We'll put you in a hotel room at $500 a night, give you three meals a day.

00:13:06.000 We'll give you free medical attention.

00:13:08.000 I mean, who the hell wouldn't come?

00:13:10.000 So yeah, as long as they keep releasing people, as long as there's no consequence, they're going to keep coming.

00:13:16.000 On the Trump administration, we ended catch and release.

00:13:18.000 They knew, you're going to cross the border legally, you're going to be arrested, you're going to be detained, you're going to be removed.

00:13:23.000 This administration tore that all down, and that's why we have record numbers now.

00:13:27.000 Yeah, so talk about the differences between Texas DPS and what's going on with, let's call it, Federal Border Patrol.

00:13:35.000 Obviously, some great folks in Texas taking that on.

00:13:38.000 I know Greg Abbott's been fairly vocal about what's going on there, but are they able to do more than what Federal Border Patrol would be allowed to be doing right now?

00:13:50.000 Well, I can tell you, look, I think Governor Abbott's done more to secure this border than anybody in the Biden administration for sure, right?

00:13:55.000 Because his troopers, the people I'm with, every pound of fentanyl they seize, that's a hell of a lot less overdose deaths in this country.

00:14:03.000 Everybody they arrest, they at least get vetted and get fingerprinted, unlike this administration.

00:14:08.000 So the unit I'm with right now, they're filling the gaps because the Border Patrol, as I said, is so overwhelmed.

00:14:13.000 There's large portions of the border that There's not a single Border Patrol unit formed within 50 miles.

00:14:19.000 So the cartels create these gaps.

00:14:22.000 They send these large family groups through the border, knowing that's going to overwhelm the Border Patrol, the 30% that's left on the border, because the other 70% are processing, and they create gaps.

00:14:32.000 And that's when they move the fentanyl across to kill Americans. 0.82

00:14:35.000 That's when they sex traffic women and children. 1.00

00:14:37.000 That's when the no-inspected terrorists are going to cross.

00:14:39.000 So Texas DPS is trying to fill the gaps.

00:14:42.000 They can patrol the border where there's very little, if any, border patrol agents.

00:14:45.000 And like I said, this unit here I'm with here today in Alpine, Texas, they have seized a record amount of narcotics.

00:14:52.000 They arrest a lot of runners.

00:14:53.000 Most of the people they arrest are runners.

00:14:55.000 But they've also saved some lives.

00:14:56.000 The people that cross in this area is very desolate.

00:14:58.000 And last time I was here...

00:15:00.000 We found several young illegal aliens that were in very, very bad shape and probably would have died if it wasn't for Texas TPS. Again, this administration's policies are not humane.

00:15:11.000 A record number of migrants have died since Joe Biden had been in the White House.

00:15:15.000 Last count was like 1,700.

00:15:18.000 Last count I knew, 1,700 migrants have died on U.S. soil.

00:15:21.000 How is that humane? That's an historic record.

00:15:23.000 112,000 Americans died of fentanyl that comes across the border.

00:15:26.000 How is that humane? How many more died before they even got to the border?

00:15:33.000 It's not like you get to Texas and all of a sudden it's hostile.

00:15:36.000 That area south of the border, that's rough country as well, especially in a lot of places.

00:15:42.000 That's a hot desert.

00:15:44.000 It's brutal. I have friends down there, just my outdoor activities take me down there a lot.

00:15:49.000 They have ranches and some of the guys, you know, they're not even all that close to the border and they're finding multiple dead bodies of people that have gotten through and, you know, 30, 40, 50 miles north, you know, on their ranches, just, you know, unbeknownst to them.

00:16:02.000 It's a real problem.

00:16:03.000 I imagine, you know, 1700s, nothing compared to what the real number is of the people actually, you know, if, you know, that's what they found, but it's got to be much worse, especially if you take into account what's going on south of the border.

00:16:15.000 Yeah, you look at the Darien Gap in Panama, thousands have died in Darien Gap.

00:16:19.000 And look, I say it all the time, what I like to foot stop when they say, well, the Trump administration, you know, Homan, you got your crew, you're racist, and your policy is inhumane.

00:16:28.000 I like to point out to him, look, under President Trump, we had illegal immigration down 83% to 90%, depending on what time frame you looked at.

00:16:35.000 Doctors on Borders, a nonpartisan group, did a study.

00:16:38.000 They talked to thousands of women who made the journey to the United States through the use of cartels.

00:16:42.000 And 31% of them admitted to being raped by the members of cartels sexually assaulted.

00:16:46.000 So I like to tell people they want to say how inhumane the Trump administration was that says, if we're down 83 to 90% down, decrease in illegal immigration, which means 83 to 90% less people are coming.

00:16:58.000 How many women did get raped? 1.00

00:17:00.000 How many children didn't die in the river?

00:17:02.000 Mm-hmm. How many women and children weren't sex trafficked because the border patrol was on the border vigilant 100%? 0.97

00:17:07.000 How many non-specative terrorists didn't cross the border?

00:17:09.000 How many Americans didn't die from fentanyl coming across this open border?

00:17:13.000 President Trump's policy saved lives.

00:17:15.000 Saved lives. A secure border saved lives.

00:17:18.000 I've done this for 34 years.

00:17:20.000 A secure border saves lives.

00:17:21.000 And under the last administration, we had the most secure border in my lifetime, which saved thousands of lives.

00:17:27.000 And this administration turned it off.

00:17:28.000 And now we got record number of Americans dying.

00:17:31.000 A record number of migrants dying because of the inaction of this administration.

00:17:35.000 Yeah, and again, you know, that doesn't even take into account sort of the, you know, the rape statistics are, you know, what I'm seeing, just, I mean, a huge percentage of the young women and girls, you know, across the border have been raped multiple times.

00:17:48.000 You know, you're not allowed to say that, right?

00:17:50.000 Because that's terrible, right? Trump, you know, he was a terrible human being for saying, you know, there's rapists coming across the border, but the sex trafficking thing is very real. 0.97

00:17:56.000 It's frankly much more rampant than we would have ever known when he announced, you know, back in June of 2015, But it is real, and that happens to these young kids. 0.91

00:18:06.000 I mean, what does that do to them for the rest of their lives?

00:18:08.000 I mean, the toll goes far beyond just death, but just the emotional and traumatic damage that happens to so many of these women, kids, and girls, it's got to be immeasurable.

00:18:22.000 And that's why everybody, you know, they ask me, why do you get so emotional when you testify?

00:18:28.000 Why do you get emotional on the Fox network?

00:18:31.000 Because if they've seen what I've seen in 34 years, they'd be pissed off too.

00:18:35.000 Look, I've talked to little girls as young as nine years old. 0.94

00:18:38.000 That were raped multiple times by these animals in the cartels. 1.00

00:18:43.000 And when you sit down, look into a little girl's eyes, nine years old, and see that everything innocent has been stolen from her, and her life will never be the same, and she's broken.

00:18:52.000 It's a broken spirit, a broken soul.

00:18:54.000 Then you understand why I'm emotional about this, because this stuff happens every day.

00:18:58.000 While you and me are talking right now, Women are being sexually assaulted by members of the cartels.

00:19:03.000 While you and I are talking right now, a child's gonna die making this journey.

00:19:07.000 So that's why it's so important we secure the border.

00:19:10.000 And look, and I've been saying, a lot of these families do see children that come in.

00:19:14.000 Over 400,000 children have entered the United States under the Joe Biden administration.

00:19:18.000 The government's lost a track of like 100,000 of them.

00:19:21.000 It was 85,000, now we're closer to 100,000.

00:19:24.000 100,000 kids that they released to so-called vetting sponsors that now they can't find.

00:19:29.000 And I guarantee you, I said evictions of trafficking, some are going to be in pornographic movies, some are living with pedophiles, some are in forced labor.

00:19:37.000 As a matter of fact, as you've seen over the last six months, there's been several investigations where they find children working in For one example, a meatpacking plant cleaning up entrails on a midnight ship.

00:19:48.000 We're not getting any pay.

00:19:50.000 Children. So they have been trafficking into the United States because this administration has sent a clear message.

00:19:55.000 If you cross the border illegally, we're not going to detain you.

00:19:58.000 We're not going to remove you. We're going to fly you to the city of your choice and deliver you to the very people that paid to smuggle you in the country.

00:20:05.000 Yeah, as the father of, you know, five young kids and, you know, a nine-year-old girl, I... Honestly, I can't even imagine.

00:20:11.000 And it's so sick. It's so sick when you see them not...

00:20:14.000 They know it's going on, and they don't even care.

00:20:16.000 It's just like, I don't know. It's truly despicable.

00:20:22.000 And I hope that someday...

00:20:23.000 It was interesting. It was funny to see sort of John Fetterman was like, the border's ridiculous. 0.83

00:20:27.000 Even the most radical Democrats are finally starting to get it, and yet...

00:20:31.000 You know, the media is not going to talk about it because that would be, you know, that would be damaging to them and their communist cause in an election year.

00:20:39.000 And it's just, it's terrible stuff.

00:20:42.000 It's terrible stuff. And people, you know, say, oh, Holman, where are you getting this information?

00:20:46.000 Look, they just had a high-level official from HHS testify, whistleblower, that HSS isn't taking care of these kids.

00:20:53.000 Their main objective is to release them as quick as possible.

00:20:56.000 The secretary of HHS, Becerra, I saw him give a speech last month.

00:20:59.000 He was bragging. How quick these children are out of our custody and put with sponsors.

00:21:03.000 That's nothing to brag about.

00:21:05.000 Under the Trump administration, we would vet not only the sponsors, we would vet everybody in the household to make sure there wasn't a pedophile living in that household.

00:21:13.000 Make sure there wasn't a criminal living in that household.

00:21:15.000 It doesn't seem like that's too much to ask, Tom. 0.99

00:21:17.000 If you put on your hat of logic and reason, That's not racist or misogynist or homophobic or whatever the hell they'll call it because they're insane.

00:21:29.000 That seems like a basic level of diligence that you should be doing when it comes to these sorts of things.

00:21:36.000 But, you know, they've just thrown that all by the wayside.

00:21:39.000 Not only that, they stopped the high-level DNA test and make sure that kid, that child, is actually with a parent, as that parent claims that it's a child.

00:21:47.000 And we know, when I was the director of ICE, we had numerous investigations where the cartels were renting children to single men so they can claim to be a family unit because they knew family units would have to be released because of the Ninth Circuit decision to go and hold families for 20 days.

00:22:01.000 But look, this is terrible what this administration is doing.

00:22:04.000 And like I said, not only Becerra, But Secretary Mayorkas, their instructions to border patrol agents is process as quick as you can, release as quick as you can, because if there's no overcrowding, nothing to see here.

00:22:17.000 We can keep saying the border is secure.

00:22:19.000 When they had the 15,000 Haitians under that bridge and Fox drone caught that, that was a bad day for the administration.

00:22:25.000 So the only thing this administration has done on our southwest border is send more resources to the border to process quicker and release quicker.

00:22:32.000 They haven't done a damn thing to slow the flow.

00:22:34.000 Not one thing. So I keep seeing videos of massive groups of Chinese immigrants on the border as well.

00:22:42.000 I mean, this seems completely new, but what's going on there?

00:22:46.000 Is the whole world just taking advantage of the Biden open border policies?

00:22:51.000 They're, hey, well, we can get here.

00:22:53.000 This isn't someone from Mexico that's coming in and looking to maybe be able to get a better job.

00:22:57.000 I mean, they're coming in from... A long way off, and it seems like maybe it's the third world nations. 0.99

00:23:04.000 It's like, hey, this is a dumping ground.

00:23:05.000 How do we know they're not just opening up their prisons or their mental institutions and saying, here, go to America.

00:23:10.000 You're going to cause more damage there.

00:23:12.000 We don't actually have to ever fire off a missile because we're just going to corrupt the country so badly with people having to deal with this stuff.

00:23:19.000 How do we even know? It seems nuts.

00:23:20.000 We don't know. And that's why I've been saying for two years,

00:23:24.000 this is the best national security failure this country's seen since 9-11.

00:23:28.000 Border Patrol, since Joe Biden's been in the White House, Border Patrol's arrested people

00:23:32.000 from 171 different countries. Many of these countries are sponsors of terror. 0.51

00:23:37.000 Now, Border Patrol's arrested over 300 just on the southern border alone on terrorist watch lists.

00:23:42.000 We got nearly 1.8 million known gataways.

00:23:47.000 These are people caught on video, drone traffic, sensor traffic that crossed the border.

00:23:51.000 We have their image, but they weren't arrested by the border because they're too busy changing diapers and making baby formula.

00:23:56.000 So we got 1.8 million gotaways.

00:23:59.000 How many of them came from the country sponsoring terror? 0.83

00:24:01.000 If you think it's zero, then you're ignoring all probability. 0.99

00:24:04.000 It's just ridiculous. Because after 9-11, we created all these databases.

00:24:09.000 TSA no-fly list, FBI screening database, the visa security program to make sure people couldn't get a visa or come to this country on a plane ticket and do what they did in 9-11.

00:24:18.000 And those processes work pretty damn good.

00:24:21.000 But what terrorists today is going to put himself in a position to buy a plane ticket or ask for a visa when he knows he's going to go through a vetting process...

00:24:28.000 When you simply get to Mexico, pay the cartels extra to be a gotaway.

00:24:33.000 You got to ask yourself, why did 1.8 million people choose to pay more to get away?

00:24:37.000 Why did they pay less, turn themselves in, get released the same day, get a plane ticket to the city of their choice, get work authorization for the next five, seven years while they fight their case, and even if they lose their case, which 9 out of 10 will, ICE isn't looking for them because Secretary Mayorka said...

00:24:53.000 Being in the country illegally on its own isn't enough for us to make an arrest.

00:24:56.000 Why did 1.8 million people decide, no, I don't want that giveaway program.

00:25:00.000 I want to pay more to get away.

00:25:02.000 It's simple. They didn't want to be vetted.

00:25:04.000 They didn't want to be fingerprinted.

00:25:05.000 This just scared the hell out of every American.

00:25:07.000 It does me. Yeah, I mean, yeah, this is not, you know, I know they've caught, you know, 275, whatever it is, people literally on terror watch list, but if you're going out of your way, you understand, it's not like everyone doesn't know, right?

00:25:20.000 You know, everyone's got a cell phone, everyone's coming across the border, this isn't exactly what they're trying to pretend it is, right?

00:25:25.000 So everyone knows if 1.8 million of those people are going beyond what they know it would take to get into our country, what if it's just 10% of that?

00:25:35.000 That's 180,000 people!

00:25:37.000 What if it's 5%, 2%?

00:25:39.000 What could those people do if they were reasonably sophisticated or well-funded or from Iran? 0.84

00:25:47.000 I mean, just think of what those 1% as a sleeper cell, 18,000 people.

00:25:53.000 What that could do to America.

00:25:55.000 I mean, you could fundamentally change the entire landscape of our country and the way we live in terms of just being in total fear all the time.

00:26:04.000 If it was just 1.1% of the 1.8 million who are going above and beyond paying more to make sure that there's no chance that they get vetted, even though they know that if they got vetted, they'd be released in the country if they didn't have anything flagrantly sticking out on their, you know, on their rap sheet, so to speak. And how bad is it?

00:26:22.000 Well, I'll tell you how bad it is.

00:26:23.000 In September this year, they arrested 18 people on terrorist watch lists coming across the Southern border.

00:26:29.000 Under the Trump administration, 11 in four years.

00:26:33.000 They got 18 in one month.

00:26:36.000 That's how bad it is.

00:26:37.000 I mean, it's a historic number of people being arrested on terrorist watch lists.

00:26:40.000 Like I said, what scares me more than those are the gotaways, the ones that are sophisticated enough to pay more money.

00:26:47.000 And look, one month, this last past fiscal year in FY13, there was about 227 people, excuse me, FY14,

00:26:57.000 227 people came, terrorists watched us on the southern border.

00:27:01.000 At the same time, 432 on the northern border.

00:27:04.000 We never talked about the northern border.

00:27:05.000 Northern border's a huge problem.

00:27:07.000 And why is the northern border seen so many?

00:27:09.000 Because 50% of the northern border agents have been detailed to the southern border

00:27:13.000 to deal with that mess, and the 50% left on the northern border,

00:27:17.000 which are very few of them, they're sitting at their desks,

00:27:20.000 virtually processing arrests from Texas because they're so overwhelmed.

00:27:23.000 So there's virtually no patrol on the northern border.

00:27:25.000 So the northern border is very vulnerable.

00:27:27.000 More vulnerable than the southern border, I'd argue.

00:27:29.000 And this is all because the border patrol is overwhelmed.

00:27:33.000 They don't have time to sit down and do an investigative interview.

00:27:36.000 They're processed as quick as possible.

00:27:38.000 They're not verifying the documents they're seeing.

00:27:40.000 They're not asking the important questions they should be asking, which they normally would ask, like they did under the Trump administration.

00:27:47.000 This rush, this constant rush to release people is causing the national security crisis.

00:27:52.000 I have talked to Border Patrol agent whistleblowers who told me They've released people before they even got the FBI screening back, only to find out when they got the FBI screening back a day later, that person was hot.

00:28:07.000 And in one instance, luckily ICE was able to find that person and take them back in custody.

00:28:12.000 But how many have been released that we don't know about or have been released that this administration is not admitting?

00:28:17.000 Every time Mayorkas testifies, they ask him these questions.

00:28:20.000 He never answers it. Again, a man that should have been impeached two years ago.

00:28:24.000 I don't know what's going on with a lot of Republicans on the Hill, but that man needs to be impeached for what he's done to this country.

00:28:30.000 Not only the massive American deaths, the massive migrant deaths, the national security.

00:28:35.000 He's the Secretary of Homeland Security.

00:28:36.000 He has the same data points you and me are talking about.

00:28:39.000 He knows what's happening on the southern border.

00:28:41.000 It's a huge national security risk.

00:28:43.000 He should be telling the White House, stop, or I'm going to resign in protest.

00:28:48.000 A better man, a man with any integrity at all would do it, but this man isn't doing it, and this president's not doing it, and it sickens me.

00:28:55.000 Why are there Republicans that will defend him or not go towards impeachment with him?

00:29:00.000 Is it that they know that whoever the other stooges will put in will just do whatever the Biden policies are?

00:29:05.000 It never made sense to me.

00:29:08.000 And some guys that are, at least on paper, fairly conservative, it seems like a no-brainer.

00:29:12.000 It seems like he's violated every oath of that office imaginable.

00:29:17.000 And yet, there are Republicans that wouldn't go forward.

00:29:19.000 I think it was Marjorie Taylor Greene put forth the stuff to actually have him impeached, and Republicans are like, we can't do that.

00:29:25.000 Why not?

00:29:27.000 They tried to impeach Trump, but he didn't do anything wrong.

00:29:29.000 This guy's clearly violating everything.

00:29:32.000 They impeached President Trump from making a phone call.

00:29:34.000 And they can't impeach Mayorkas or Biden for what they've done to our Southern border, this huge national security crisis we have, especially since the FBI director don't really respect them, but even he admitted under oath.

00:29:48.000 The terror threats are now at all-time high.

00:29:51.000 He testified that, I think it was last week.

00:29:54.000 So with his testimony, and what just happened in Israel, if that's not enough to wake up every Republican on a hill to stick together and impeach this man, I don't know what it is.

00:30:04.000 And I'm as angry as you.

00:30:05.000 Marjorie Greene Taylor had the articles of impeachment.

00:30:07.000 I think seven Republican congressmen voted against it.

00:30:11.000 Shame on them. I mean, when's enough enough?

00:30:13.000 When is enough? Enough.

00:30:16.000 And even the people that are vetted, people need to understand, even the ones we vet, the vetting's only as good as the information we have access to.

00:30:23.000 Do you think when we vet someone from China, you think China's going to share any drive-throw information?

00:30:27.000 Oh yeah, no, that guy's a bad guy.

00:30:29.000 Send him back. No, no, no.

00:30:30.000 We're more than happy to have that guy be a criminal enterprise, a criminal mastermind, and drain your resources and kill your kids with phenol. 0.99

00:30:38.000 I mean, it feels like that's a war they're actually playing. 0.98

00:30:40.000 And that... Honestly, at this point, that's not even conspiratorial.

00:30:45.000 That's clear. There's been like 30,000 Chinese nationals of military age have crossed this border under this administration.

00:30:54.000 30,000! Think about that.

00:30:57.000 And we know they're not our friends.

00:30:59.000 We got people from Turkey, from Syria, from Iraq, from Iran, from North Korea.

00:31:05.000 I mean, people that hate and despise this country are crossing our borders and Again, the 1.8 million got away scared the hell out of me.

00:31:14.000 Look, I've never been more worried about the security and safety of this nation than I am right now because of the border.

00:31:21.000 You can't have national security without border security.

00:31:23.000 We have to know what's coming in and who's coming in.

00:31:25.000 And right now we don't. Think about 1.8 million people who have entered this country.

00:31:30.000 We don't know who they are, where they're from, what their purpose is. 0.96

00:31:34.000 It's just ridiculous. I'm sick and tired of hearing the people say... 0.96

00:31:38.000 The ones that turn themselves, well, they're asylum seekers. 0.99

00:31:41.000 They have a right to claim asylum. They got a right to see a judge.

00:31:43.000 Okay, but let's look at the back end of this.

00:31:46.000 We know based on immigration court data, nearly nine out of ten people who claim asylum at the southern border never get relief from us.

00:31:53.000 Of course, they simply don't qualify.

00:31:54.000 So you call them asylum seekers all you want. 1.00

00:31:57.000 And now I'm taking a hate.

00:32:00.000 President Trump is taking a lot of hate because we're going to have a historic deportation operation when he's back in business.

00:32:06.000 Well, what do you expect on the heels of an historic illegal immigration surge on the border where 9 out of 10 are going to be ordered by federal judges that they must leave the country The law requires a deportation operation.

00:32:21.000 We gave a due process that great taxpayers spent, billions of dollars spent on this whole process.

00:32:25.000 When a federal judge says you must leave, we must make sure that order is carried out because there's no consequence, no deterrence.

00:32:32.000 You're never going to fix the border.

00:32:33.000 And if judges' orders don't mean anything, then shut down immigration court too.

00:32:38.000 Take the Border Patrol off the border because there's no law here.

00:32:40.000 There's no consequence of breaking the laws.

00:32:42.000 So there is going to be a historic deportation operation.

00:32:45.000 There has to be, because we're on the heels of a historic, never seen before, illegal alien crisis where most of them, vast majority of them, will be ordered removed, and we're going to make sure they're removed. 1.00

00:32:56.000 So you talked a little bit about, you know, the northern border and the crisis there.

00:32:59.000 Obviously, that border is probably, you know, double the length of our southern border.

00:33:04.000 And you're saying they've removed so many of the people there to go deal with the southern border.

00:33:08.000 But you talk more about the potential for problems with there, especially, I guess, from the bad actors, right?

00:33:13.000 Someone's not going from Honduras to there to come in from the northern border because it's a little less guarded because they have no problem getting in the southern border and they just turn themselves in.

00:33:21.000 But, you know, what do you see going on at the northern border?

00:33:24.000 Are there stories? You know, is there sort of a disproportionate amount of the people that are getting caught that are either on a watch list or from, you know, more nefarious countries, you know, coming across there?

00:33:35.000 Or is it just sort of the unknown?

00:33:36.000 And it's so porous, it's so open and so unguarded that we don't actually even come close to knowing.

00:33:42.000 No, I said when an FY 14, I think number 227 on the southern border from terrorist watch

00:33:49.000 list.

00:33:50.000 And that same year with 227 on the northern border, 432 on the northern border.

00:33:55.000 So yes, a huge vulnerability.

00:33:57.000 And after 9-11, GEO did a report.

00:33:59.000 I'm trying to remember it, but in the report, they more or less said the northern border,

00:34:04.000 someone, a terrorist entering this country is 10 times more likely to enter through the

00:34:08.000 northern border than the southern border because there's very little enforcement resources

00:34:11.000 I grew up on the Northern border.

00:34:13.000 That's why I became a border choice. 0.89

00:34:14.000 I grew up there on the St.

00:34:16.000 Lawrence River, border in Canada.

00:34:18.000 And look, in upstate New York, for once, there's a sector up there, their crossings are up over 800%.

00:34:25.000 Elyse Stefanik is raising hell about it, because that's her area. 1.00

00:34:29.000 And again, the administration doesn't pay attention.

00:34:31.000 So what do they do when the number's up 800%?

00:34:34.000 They send half the resources to the southern border.

00:34:36.000 Then the half left there are sitting on a computer all day processing arrests from the southern border.

00:34:42.000 If we ended catch and release, if we put the Remain of Mexico program back in that the highest courts in the line says are illegal, we will solve 80% of this problem, then the agents can get back on the line, do the national security duty.

00:34:55.000 They took an oath, let them uphold that oath, let them enforce the law, let them protect the national security of this country.

00:35:01.000 But this administration, again, is not doing a damn thing to slow the flow.

00:35:04.000 They don't want to fix this.

00:35:05.000 All they got to do is dust off the Trump playbook.

00:35:08.000 We've proven Remain in Mexico is a game-changer. 0.96

00:35:11.000 We've proven that Third Safe Country agreements were a game-changer.

00:35:14.000 We've proven that ending catch-release was a game-changer.

00:35:17.000 The data proves it.

00:35:18.000 Whether you like President Trump or hate him, all you've got to do is go to CBB.gov and look at the data.

00:35:24.000 We've proved success.

00:35:25.000 If this administration really want to secure the border, they have the playbook.

00:35:29.000 We've proven it. But they're not going to do it because they don't want to solve this crisis.

00:35:33.000 And it's not because of mismanagement.

00:35:34.000 It's not because of incompetence.

00:35:36.000 This is by design.

00:35:38.000 President Biden ran on open borders.

00:35:40.000 You've got to give him credit. He kept his promise.

00:35:43.000 We have an open border, and now we have the biggest national security crisis I've seen in this country, and it's terrible.

00:35:50.000 This country is in grave danger.

00:35:52.000 I really believe that. If you don't think a single terrorist across that border is coming to do us harm, then you're ignoring the data.

00:35:58.000 It's terrible. You know, it's sort of interesting, right?

00:36:02.000 I travel a lot.

00:36:03.000 Everyone knows that, you know, come in and, you know, go through customs, whatever it may be.

00:36:07.000 And, you know, it seems honestly, regardless of almost port of entry, the customs got, you know, they're like, oh my God, John, high five.

00:36:13.000 Like, you guys are awesome. So much better there.

00:36:16.000 It's actually a great feeling.

00:36:19.000 It's almost universal sort of appreciation, which is awesome.

00:36:23.000 But what's going on with Border Patrol in terms of morale?

00:36:29.000 What's going on there in terms of recruitment?

00:36:32.000 I can't imagine that the people that were willing to do this job, and back when it was still a rough job a couple years ago, are going to sign up to go change diapers and process paperwork.

00:36:44.000 Seems like some really tough circumstances going on there right now.

00:36:47.000 Sort of a vicious cycle to exacerbate the problem.

00:36:53.000 I'm glad you asked that question.

00:36:55.000 The last three days, I've been down here with Jason Jones and the troopers, and the best part of this three days was we actually landed on an event yesterday where the Border Patrol was actually chasing the group, and they were tracking them, and we landed to help them.

00:37:11.000 It's been 30 years since I tracked somebody, but I didn't forget, so I got out there and started helping, and It was a great moment.

00:37:21.000 Three Borbidge ladies walked up to me, and I won't tell you the names, because I'll probably get fired. 1.00

00:37:24.000 They walked up, and they recognized me.

00:37:25.000 I said, hey, Iceman. They walked up to me, and they all shook my hand.

00:37:28.000 They all wanted to take a picture.

00:37:30.000 And what I said to the troopers when I got back in the helicopter, I said, you know what?

00:37:34.000 their morale is in the toilet, but this administration hasn't broken their spirit

00:37:38.000 because they're waiting for January 2025 to go do their job.

00:37:42.000 So, you know, matter of fact, two of the agents asked me if I stopped by the Borbital

00:37:46.000 station on the way back to El Paso because my flight to DC tomorrow and I promised them I

00:37:50.000 would. So the men and women of Borbital, even though the morale is in the tank, their hope is that

00:37:56.000 in January 2025, they're going to get to do their job because these men and women go home every day

00:38:02.000 feeling like they're not enforcing law and they're more like tourist agents.

00:38:06.000 They're catching, in my day, when I was a tourist agent, you arrest them, you process them, and they're back in Mexico in 30 minutes.

00:38:12.000 Now, they're processing people from all over the world, like a travel agent, then transporting to an airport to go to their final destination.

00:38:21.000 When it comes to children, they're being delivered to the same people who paid their smuggling.

00:38:25.000 And they just feel like we're not enforcing the law.

00:38:28.000 It's just an open gate.

00:38:29.000 We're processing and releasing.

00:38:32.000 They're there to secure the border, not create an efficient border.

00:38:36.000 I mean, the last chief that just retired, Ortiz, I was at an event where he was bragging that he wants to make our border patrol stations like a Chick-fil-A. He wants them processed quickly and more efficient and released.

00:38:49.000 That's not what these men and women who took an oath to defend this nation who strap a

00:38:53.000 gunder to hip every day, who wear a Kevlar vest for their own safety.

00:38:57.000 They want to secure the border.

00:38:58.000 They want to protect Americans.

00:39:00.000 They want to do their job.

00:39:01.000 They're not allowed to do it.

00:39:02.000 So the three men I met yesterday, very gracious, but they're all three of them.

00:39:07.000 They're holding out hope that in December 25, they actually get to do their job once

00:39:11.000 again and feel good about themselves.

00:39:12.000 They go home every day, every shift.

00:39:14.000 Well, I know my father's vowing to carry out the largest deportation operation in history.

00:39:20.000 You know, what are the logistics and the operations entailed in accomplishing that?

00:39:28.000 I mean, you know, these same guys, are they willing to do that?

00:39:32.000 Does it require a different, you know, kind of recruitment?

00:39:35.000 Because now you're, you know, they've been shipped all over the country.

00:39:37.000 And again, you got to focus on the nefarious actors first.

00:39:41.000 And it's, you know, 1.8 million people.

00:39:43.000 That's No small feat, and it's not like they're going to be showing back up at the court dates, and some of the court dates are so far out, we'll both be old men by the time they'd ever even have to show up at court, and you know they're not showing up anyway.

00:39:54.000 How does that operation look and work logistically?

00:39:59.000 There is not a Border Patrol agent or an ICE agent or any DHS officer.

00:40:06.000 Even DPS officers are willing to cross-designate us.

00:40:10.000 We'll help. Because they realize we got millions of people released in this country who are going to be ordered removed.

00:40:15.000 We need to remove them. Because if we don't show a consequence, if we don't uphold the law, they're going to keep coming.

00:40:21.000 So under the Trump administration, the numbers dropped drastically because of the Remain and Mexico program, the Thirdly Safe Country Agreement.

00:40:27.000 But what else was a game changer?

00:40:29.000 They actually saw airplanes taking people home.

00:40:32.000 So instead of selling everything you own, sell your little ranchito and spend all your money to pay the cartels, when they started seeing plane loads coming home, They're saying, okay, maybe I don't want to do this.

00:40:42.000 So, you know, we've got to have a consequence for it.

00:40:45.000 I'm glad you asked that question, because New York Times did a story, and they interviewed me, they interviewed Stephen Miller.

00:40:50.000 And, of course, I told them how an operation would go like that.

00:40:52.000 Of course, none of it made it to the story.

00:40:54.000 You know, you've got all these groups out there, oh, Trump's going to build concentration camps, he's going to raid neighborhoods, he's going to sweep the nation.

00:41:00.000 That's not the way it works.

00:41:02.000 First of all, they'll be detained in an ICE facility that has the highest detention standards in the industry.

00:41:07.000 ICE detention standards are higher than any federal, state, or local facility in this nation.

00:41:12.000 If anybody went to ICE.gov and looked at ICE detention standards, what are the standards of detaining people, what our facilities look like, many of them would be angry how much money is spent, billions.

00:41:22.000 On care of those who are under custody.

00:41:25.000 Matter of fact, when I was vice director, I've had sheriffs come to me and ended the contract.

00:41:29.000 We would rent beds from sheriffs when we were over full.

00:41:33.000 And the sheriff says, I don't want the contract.

00:41:35.000 I don't want your millions of dollars because your standards are too high.

00:41:38.000 I don't give these standards to U.S. citizens why I want standards for those who are in the country illegally. 1.00

00:41:43.000 So the standards are very high.

00:41:44.000 But it's not a nationwide sweep.

00:41:46.000 We're not going through neighborhoods looking for people who look different from us.

00:41:49.000 There's a targeted enforcement operation.

00:41:51.000 First of all, under the Trump administration, we did prioritize 91% of everybody we arrested.

00:41:57.000 It was either a convicted criminal or pending criminal charges, which means we found them in jail, which probably means we're not a choir boy.

00:42:03.000 So 9 out of 10 was a criminal.

00:42:05.000 So we did prioritize. But they need to understand, it's not a nationwide sweep looking for people to look different than us.

00:42:11.000 Every person that ICE arrests is done on what they call an operational enforcement sheet.

00:42:17.000 We know exactly who we're going to go look for.

00:42:19.000 We have where we think we're going to find them.

00:42:22.000 And it's a planned operation.

00:42:24.000 And so it's not like the left ones you think won't be sweeping neighbors.

00:42:29.000 No, it's a target enforcement operation.

00:42:30.000 A lot of planning goes into this.

00:42:32.000 And the only people that are arrested that weren't on the planned operation Our collaterals who are found with the bad guy.

00:42:38.000 So when we find a bad guy with two other illegal aliens, we're not gonna turn a blind eye to that. 0.88

00:42:43.000 He's in the country illegally.

00:42:44.000 We've sworn an oath to enforce immigration laws to this country, and that's what we're gonna do. 0.89

00:42:48.000 But I'm sick of reading all the hype about concentration camps.

00:42:53.000 Sweeping the nation. You know, it's inhumane practice.

00:42:56.000 No. It's a very thought-out, professional practice.

00:42:59.000 Every agent out there has went through 14th Amendment training.

00:43:02.000 They know what the law requires them to do.

00:43:04.000 The care and feeding is a high standard in the industry.

00:43:07.000 So people can attack it all they want.

00:43:09.000 The fact is, it's a professional operation. Well, that's what they do, right?

00:43:11.000 They project what they'd be doing if they were in charge, right? 0.88

00:43:14.000 Trump's a dictator.

00:43:15.000 If you're looking at the Democrat Party, if you're looking at the weaponized DOJ and FBI, if you look at the silencing of their political enemies and the jailing of their political dissidents that they don't like, it's a very disparate treatment than what they do to, let's call it, the rioters of the summer of love.

00:43:33.000 But interestingly, even New York City Mayor Eric Adams is now coming to terms with some of this disaster.

00:43:41.000 He's saying, Everyone's a sanctuary city when they don't actually have to deal with the problems.

00:43:47.000 But do you think that any of these so-called sanctuary cities, do you think they're going to change course when they understand what it's doing to their budgets, to their already stressed infrastructure, to their schools, to their hospital systems, to their budgets?

00:44:04.000 Or do you think it's like, well, they'll complain a little bit, but they're going to maintain course because they have to?

00:44:10.000 They'll do the same thing this administration is doing.

00:44:12.000 They'll just charge the taxpayers more to do it.

00:44:15.000 I don't think their mentality is going to change at all.

00:44:17.000 I mean, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals.

00:44:20.000 Sanctuary cities, in my opinion, is like with New York City.

00:44:24.000 When I was director, we had a dozen agents at Rikers Island.

00:44:27.000 We removed hundreds of people a week from there that were convicted of criminal offense in New York City.

00:44:33.000 Iceman kicked out of Rikers Island.

00:44:35.000 We have no presence in Rikers Island.

00:44:36.000 NYPD is not allowed to even call ICE. So it's a sanctuary for criminals.

00:44:40.000 So, you know, under Trump administration, we're actually suing the sanctuary.

00:44:45.000 And one of the first things the Biden administration did was tell DOJ to drop the lawsuit.

00:44:49.000 Well, here's the problem in New York.

00:44:52.000 They can blame Governor Abbott for sending all these aliens to New York City, but they're going to New York City anyways. 0.99

00:44:58.000 That's why New York City ranks number three in the illegal alien population, because it's a sanctuary city. 0.94

00:45:04.000 They can get a job, they can get a driver's license, they can even get arrested for a crime.

00:45:09.000 And no one's going to call ICE. They shield them.

00:45:11.000 So who wouldn't go to Sanctuary City knowing all the freebies you get there and that you have zero risk of getting arrested because local PD is not allowed to work with ICE. It feels like Americans are truly, based on that standard, Americans are truly a second-class citizen in their own country.

00:45:28.000 I think it was Biden once said that We're good to go.

00:45:55.000 And what people need to understand, there's no prerequisite in the immigration law that says you've got to commit yet another crime to be arrested.

00:46:02.000 Entering this country illegally is a crime. 0.99

00:46:04.000 Title 8, United States Code 1325.

00:46:06.000 I had to educate AOC one time at a hearing.

00:46:09.000 It's a crime to enter this country illegally.

00:46:11.000 And the INA, the Immigration Nationality Act, says nothing that you've got to go commit another crime.

00:46:16.000 This administration says, I shouldn't be looking for them unless they're convicted of a serious, aggravated felony, which is the most serious of crimes.

00:46:23.000 Well, when that happens, it's too late.

00:46:26.000 He's already committed a serious crime against the citizens of this country.

00:46:30.000 There's nothing prerequisite that says you've got to be convicted of the crime.

00:46:34.000 But common sense dictates, operational guidance dictates that you look for the worst words first and you look for the national security threats.

00:46:42.000 And we did that in the Trump administration.

00:46:43.000 But we didn't take a whole population off the table.

00:46:46.000 I'll tell you something. When Secretary Marcus put out the new ICE priorities, I looked at it, and I looked at, under the Trump administration, what crimes will make somebody removable.

00:46:58.000 The criminals will be arrested on the Trump administration.

00:47:00.000 About 80% of them cannot be arrested under this administration.

00:47:04.000 If you're arrested for domestic violence, you're not a priority.

00:47:07.000 Think of how insane that is.

00:47:09.000 I mean, domestic violence, you're, you know...

00:47:12.000 I know we live in an age of equality and all that nonsense that we gotta believe, but I imagine that's committed by a man beating up a woman in the vast majority of instances, right?

00:47:22.000 Maybe it happens the other way, but we're gonna go out of our way to protect that guy?

00:47:27.000 He's beating a woman? 0.93

00:47:29.000 I wouldn't get that treatment.

00:47:31.000 I'd be in jail. Yep. And yet, we're not only not arresting them, we're letting them get away with it.

00:47:35.000 We're not deporting them.

00:47:36.000 They can do it again. The recidivism rate on that must be rather huge, because I imagine if you're doing that, it's probably a part of you, and not a good one.

00:47:46.000 That's lunacy. And that's why I get so upset when they say this administration is so humane and we care about these people.

00:47:55.000 There's a victim. In every domestic violence, there's a victim.

00:47:58.000 You don't care about those folks? 0.66

00:47:59.000 And look, an illegal alien can burglarize your home. 1.00

00:48:02.000 Not a priority for ICE. I mean, the secretary has really nailed down to the highest levels who ICE can arrest.

00:48:08.000 And look, cities like New York, Chicago, where the crime rate's running rampant.

00:48:13.000 Do I think it's because of illegal aliens in that city?

00:48:17.000 Partly. Let me explain why.

00:48:18.000 Because a certain percentage of criminals are going to be those that are in the country illegally.

00:48:22.000 If you would work with ICE, if you stop being a sanctuary city, not only would we remove them from the community, we're removed from the country, which will have an impact on crime.

00:48:32.000 Again, I'm not saying that every illegal alien is out there committing crimes, but a percentage of them are.

00:48:37.000 That's right. If you look at the foreign-born population in the prisons, in the federal system, there's a lot of them. 0.99

00:48:41.000 But again, not everyone's a criminal and committed a crime against you as a citizen here.

00:48:47.000 There's a certain percentage that does.

00:49:13.000 It pisses me off when I hear that, because the men and women of ICE and the Border Patrol, they're patriots.

00:49:18.000 They strap a gun under the hip every day, put their own lives at risk to go and force the law and keep this nation safe.

00:49:24.000 The Border Patrol agents, they go home every day after what the tragedy they see on the border.

00:49:28.000 They had 22 suicides in the last two years.

00:49:33.000 Highest number of suicides, percentage-wise, at any federal, state, or local law enforcement in the nation.

00:49:38.000 Now, I'm not saying the open border.

00:49:41.000 What's their sole reason for these suicides?

00:49:43.000 But whatever internal struggles they were having, giving CPR to a six-month-old baby, talking to young girls who've been raped multiple times, seeing how the cartels treat these people, It's got to weigh on them.

00:49:57.000 And they're taking us home with them every day.

00:50:00.000 Border Patrol agents take sicknesses home every day.

00:50:02.000 You know, a lot of these aliens coming across are sick. 1.00

00:50:05.000 The Border Patrol agents take that sickness home to their own family.

00:50:08.000 I mean, they still have to take regular TB scratch tests to see if they got TB. I mean, and the only humanity The only humanity on this border is men and women wearing green. 0.98

00:50:18.000 I've seen these agents bring toys from their own children at their homes to bring them to the children in the centers to give them something to play with.

00:50:26.000 The only humanity on that border is men and women wearing green. 0.98

00:50:30.000 This administration, there's nothing about their policies that make this whole process humane at all.

00:50:35.000 It's the most inhumane policy to open that border up because the most vulnerable people in the world I'm going to sell everything they have to put themselves in the hands of a criminal cartel to come to this country.

00:50:45.000 Many will be sexually assaulted.

00:50:47.000 Many will be attacked. Some will be killed if they can't afford their fees. 0.98

00:50:51.000 And it's just terrible what this administration has done.

00:50:53.000 When you tell the whole world, you're going to enter the country illegally, we're not going to detain you, we're going to release you, we're going to get you to the city of your choice, you can get work authorization. 0.67

00:51:02.000 The whole world's going to come here.

00:51:04.000 And that's why we have so many migrants dying, because they took the hopes of being released in this country and have no consequence, and that's why it held devastation. 0.97

00:51:12.000 Again, over 1,700 migrants have died on U.S. soil alone.

00:51:16.000 Not talking about what happens in Mexico, Central America, or the Daring Gap in Panama.

00:51:20.000 Thousands. So we agree that Alejandro Mayorkas, we agree that he should be impeached, but does DHS need to also be overhauled?

00:51:28.000 I mean, we're not talking about the door kickers and the agents.

00:51:32.000 We get that, right? They're great patriots, but has this system been corrupted beyond just the leadership at the top?

00:51:41.000 Are there structural issues that need to be addressed that have been, you know, sort of gone to rot under Biden?

00:51:47.000 Well, man, there's a lot of structure issues that have to be fixed.

00:51:49.000 For instance, at ICE, you've got a political appointee who's deciding where ICE should get contracted facilities and not shutting down facilities.

00:51:58.000 I mean, they're trying to shut down the Atalanto processing facility in California, a 1,200-bed facility.

00:52:06.000 They want to shut it down in the middle of a historic crisis on the border.

00:52:09.000 They want to lose beds. So yeah, you know, given the political appointee, that type of power, the one at ICE, makes all the decisions on operations, all the decisions on detention practices and where they get detention contracts, what ones to end, what ones they don't.

00:52:24.000 Instead of someone who spent 20, 30 years doing this job and knows it very well, you get a political appointee that comes in with some ideology of open borders that want to destroy the enforcement program of this agency.

00:52:36.000 So yeah, there needs to be overhauled some policies and absolutely on some high-level staff who don't believe in the mission of ICE. The person I'm talking about ICE actually was supporting to abolish ICE. And now she's making all the decisions on ICE. It's ridiculous.

00:52:54.000 This is one I want you to actually clear up for our viewership.

00:52:58.000 Recently, Ron DeSantis was out there dishonestly attacking my father, and he said that the wall wasn't built.

00:53:06.000 Can you talk about the immigration enforcement, the border security, what was built?

00:53:13.000 And the successes of the first administration.

00:53:15.000 So people understand exactly what that was, as well as, you know, perhaps, you know, some of the roadblocks put up, not just by the Democrats and the media, but by, you know, other Republicans themselves.

00:53:26.000 First of all, there's 465 miles of water belt.

00:53:30.000 465 miles. Think about that.

00:53:32.000 So in the first two years, of course, you had the never-Trumpers on the hill.

00:53:36.000 You had all the lawsuits, the landowners and the environmental groups.

00:53:40.000 A lot of lawsuits went on.

00:53:41.000 But still... I was able to do 465 miles of wall.

00:53:45.000 So for people like Ron DeSantis, I mean, Chris Christie, I heard him say one time that only 50 miles of wall built or something.

00:53:52.000 Where the hell are you getting those numbers from?

00:53:54.000 I was there. 465 miles of wall, and they say, well, someone should replace the wall.

00:53:58.000 Of course it was, because what President Trump did, he didn't say where the wall was.

00:54:03.000 He went to the experts on the board patrol, where you need the wall first.

00:54:06.000 And based on the entry numbers, Where the surges were coming, the Border Patrol said, well, we got some dilapidated fencing here, can replace this first, because that's where the bodies are coming through.

00:54:15.000 And the president goes, yes, they had a plan, an operational plan of where the wall is being built.

00:54:20.000 So he built it exactly where the Border Patrol wanted it.

00:54:22.000 If they wanted some replacement of fencing, of course they did it.

00:54:26.000 He did it where the Border Patrol saw the surges coming.

00:54:28.000 So he wasn't a dictator on that issue.

00:54:32.000 Right. He listened to the experts on the border.

00:54:34.000 Where do you need the wall? Even what type of wall you wanted.

00:54:38.000 The Border Patrol brought in like a dozen different prototypes.

00:54:42.000 The President didn't decide what wall was.

00:54:44.000 He listened to the experts. Okay, I like a piece of this wall.

00:54:46.000 I like this feature and this wall.

00:54:48.000 I like this feature and this wall. So they came up with a wall system that the Border Patrol and their special operators couldn't defeat.

00:54:55.000 And what the census needs to understand, and look, great governor of Florida, I guess, I don't know, but You cannot attack President Trump on border security when what he did was unprecedented.

00:55:07.000 I worked for six presidents starting with Ronald Reagan.

00:55:10.000 Every president I worked for, even Clinton Obama, you know, took some steps.

00:55:14.000 They realized you can't have national security on border security.

00:55:16.000 But no one did more than President Trump, even immigration at a 45-year low.

00:55:20.000 You think that was by accident?

00:55:21.000 It's no, because President Trump was an out-of-box thinker.

00:55:24.000 When we talked about the gotaways, we talked about the 9 out of 10 that will fail their

00:55:28.000 case and they'll be in the wind.

00:55:30.000 And Homeland Security Life Cycle Report says only 6% of those ordered removal actually

00:55:35.000 leave. 0.99

00:55:36.000 President Trump, I was in the Oval Office, says, then why the hell are we releasing them?

00:55:39.000 So that's where Remain in Mexico came into play.

00:55:41.000 Look, they can claim asylum, but they wait in Mexico. 0.50

00:55:43.000 If a 9 out of 10 fail, we don't have to go look for them.

00:55:46.000 And when people realize that you weren't being released to the United States to be a gotaway

00:55:50.000 and wait around, go in hiding, wait for the next amnesty program, they stop coming.

00:55:56.000 They stopped coming to Mexico.

00:55:57.000 They stayed home. And so if you're really escaping fear of persecution and death from your home government, you're going to go.

00:56:03.000 But they stopped coming, which tells you it wasn't about...

00:56:06.000 Asylum is about coming to the United States. 1.00

00:56:09.000 But look, the Remain of Mexico program, a game-changer.

00:56:12.000 Trump's plan. The Third Safe Country Agreement, the Migrant Protection Protocol, and the agreements we had with Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

00:56:20.000 Game-changers. Ordering Mexico to put military on the southern-northern border.

00:56:26.000 A game-changer. The wall.

00:56:27.000 A game-changer. Now, I see a lot of talking heads now saying, well, apparently the wall doesn't work if we have historic illegal immigration.

00:56:35.000 Look where 95% of the crossings occur right now.

00:56:38.000 Well, there's not a wall. Now, if you want to say you're humane, what's one of the things the walls do?

00:56:45.000 The most vulnerable, the women and children, the family groups, they can't get over that wall.

00:56:49.000 So what do they do? They go to a place where there isn't a wall.

00:56:52.000 And that's where the Border Patrol will meet them and take care of any humanitarian needs or health issues.

00:56:56.000 Now, they have cut the fence in a few places.

00:56:59.000 Why do they get away with that?

00:57:01.000 Because there's no board of trustees there.

00:57:03.000 They're processing.

00:57:04.000 Under the Trump administration, if they were to do that, we know when they get to approach

00:57:08.000 the wall, we know when they dig under the wall, we know when they climb the wall.

00:57:11.000 It's a smart wall.

00:57:13.000 But the smart wall does you no good if you've got no enforcement resources to respond to

00:57:17.000 that incursion.

00:57:18.000 That's the difference.

00:57:19.000 So, look, Ron DeSantis, all the Republicans that are running for GOP, they can take a

00:57:24.000 lesson from President Trump, because his success was unprecedented.

00:57:27.000 Again, I worked for six presidents.

00:57:28.000 No president was even close to what the Trump administration succeeded on securing our southern

00:57:34.000 border and making this country safe and saving lives.

00:57:38.000 When you got ill immigration, again, down 83 to 90 percent, when 90 percent less people

00:57:42.000 are coming, less people are dying, less drugs are getting into country because the border

00:57:46.000 token now beyond the border, 100 percent, be vigilant, do their job, seize more drugs,

00:57:53.000 arrest more criminals and gang members, and anybody who's trying to get through with no

00:57:56.000 inspected terrorists, the likelihood of arresting them are a hundredfold because you're on the

00:58:00.000 line working and not having hundreds of miles of border unguarded.

00:58:04.000 In El Paso, in Naco, in...

00:58:11.000 Eagle Pass. There was several days, there wasn't a single green uniform in the entire sector on the border.

00:58:18.000 They pulled every agent in the process.

00:58:21.000 The criminal cartels had a field day with that.

00:58:25.000 They can question what we did on the Trump administration, but if you look at the data, if you look at the evidence, You cannot argue that President Trump, what he did was unprecedented on securing our border.

00:58:37.000 The highest level I've seen in my lifetime, and I've done this job.

00:58:40.000 I started on border until 1984.

00:58:42.000 The border was never more secure than it was on a Trump administration.

00:58:46.000 So obviously we bring all that stuff back in a second Trump administration, but are you ready to settle back up?

00:58:53.000 I already promised President Trump, he comes back, I come back, and I'll help run that biggest deportation operation in the nation.

00:58:58.000 You know, Washington posted a story on me five years ago, and the first line of the story was, Tom Homan deports people and he's really good at it.

00:59:05.000 Of course, it was a hit piece, but I framed it.

00:59:08.000 When those guys are hitting on you, that's a badge of honor.

00:59:13.000 That's not a negative.

00:59:16.000 You know you're over the target.

00:59:17.000 You know you're over the target. And look, I promised the president months ago he comes back, I'd come back.

00:59:21.000 And why? Because I love my country.

00:59:23.000 And I do wake up every day pissed off because it's just not undoing the most successful border in the history of this nation.

00:59:31.000 It's the lives being lost, American lives, fentanyl overdoses, and the migrant life. 1.00

00:59:35.000 Look, entering the country of legalism is a crime, but it shouldn't be a death sentence.

00:59:39.000 So look, record number of migrants are dying, record number of U.S. citizens are dying, and the terrorist thing, it just scares the hell out of me. 1.00

00:59:46.000 And for someone to do that on purpose, These people aren't idiots. 0.99

00:59:50.000 They know exactly what they're doing. 0.99

00:59:51.000 And it just, it insults me as someone who served my country for 34 years that any president would come in.

00:59:59.000 I've worked for six presidents.

01:00:00.000 I'll say it again, starting with Ronald Reagan.

01:00:01.000 Every president I worked for cared about the border and tried to do something because they knew you can't have national security without border security.

01:00:08.000 No one did more than President Trump by far.

01:00:10.000 Joe Biden's the first president in the history of this nation who came into office and unsecured a border.

01:00:17.000 Unsecure the border. Who the hell does that?

01:00:19.000 Well, Commander Chief says, I want more illegal immigration. 1.00

01:00:22.000 I want more illegal drug flow. 0.97

01:00:23.000 I want more Americans dying. 0.99

01:00:24.000 I want more inspected terrorists using vulnerable borders as an entry point. 1.00

01:00:27.000 I want more women, children, sex traffic. 1.00

01:00:29.000 When you open the border up, the bad stuff comes with it. 0.88

01:00:32.000 And I tell people all the time, regardless what your opinion is on illegal immigration, when you intentionally cause a crisis this big, all the bad stuff's happened.

01:00:40.000 The fentanyl, the sex trafficking, the terrorism.

01:00:43.000 ISIS, when you open the border up, that's what you cause. 0.68

01:00:46.000 Yeah, I'll be back in a heartbeat with President Trump.
