Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - The Days of Destructive DEI are Over, Plus Full News Coverage! | TRIGGERED Ep.301

00:06:23.000 Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.

00:06:27.000 There's been a ton of news over the last few days.

00:06:31.000 A lot to talk about, a lot to get into.

00:06:34.000 We're going to start with my father's historic address to the nation last night, laying out exactly what we've accomplished in just 11 months.

00:06:43.000 The biggest tax cuts in American history taking effect.

00:06:47.000 Our military getting 1,776 warrior dividends before Christmas, incredible new inflation numbers, and so much more.

00:06:58.000 There's also some personal news that we may get into, but I'll show that to you in a little bit.

00:07:04.000 And if the regime media wasn't already melting down, imagine for one second if they renamed the Kennedy Center the Trump Kennedy Center.

00:07:16.000 That may actually be happening.

00:07:19.000 Apparently, there was a board of directors' votes.

00:07:23.000 Apparently, that seems to be a thing.

00:07:26.000 that's going to make some serious heads explode. 1.00

00:07:30.000 Now, yesterday, there was a bunch of baseless buzz about some sort of, I don't know, you know, ground invasion of Venezuela.

00:07:38.000 The media just ran with it blindly.

00:07:42.000 But instead, instead, my father delivered a speech laying out his record year of his second term.

00:07:50.000 I mean, the ultimate Trump Ropodope.

00:07:54.000 They think he's going to do a state of the union type address to the nation announcing yet another endless ground war.

00:07:59.000 And instead, he just talks about the successes that they refuse to talk about.

00:08:05.000 We'll get into all of the highlights.

00:08:07.000 Plus, we'll do a deep dive into just how destructive DEI really is, the damage that it's done with some shocking new data.

00:08:19.000 This is generational destruction type stuff, and you have to hear it all.

00:08:24.000 So, guys, make sure you're liking, sharing, subscribing, so you never miss one of these major episodes.

00:08:45.000 You guys are the front lines of truth.

00:08:47.000 Let's get it out there.

00:08:48.000 For all of the top headlines that we cover on the show, make sure to download my news app, MXM News, like minute by minute, Mike X-Ray Mike, where you can get the mainstream news without the mainstream bias.

00:09:00.000 And of course, don't forget about our brave sponsors for having the guts to support this program.

00:09:07.000 And also, guys, don't forget about the Birch Gold Group, where you can diversify your savings and protect your future.

00:09:15.000 The Trump administration is moving fast to right all of the left's wrongs.

00:09:20.000 But with all the damage we've seen the Democrats do, it's always smart to be prepared.

00:09:26.000 And that's why thousands of Americans are buying gold now from the Birch Gold Group.

00:09:31.000 Here are the facts.

00:09:32.000 In the past 12 months, the value of gold has increased by 30%.

00:09:37.000 And Birch Gold makes it extremely easy to convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:10:18.000 Again, text my name, Don Jr., D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898.

00:10:24.000 So if you follow politics, you know, everyone's got an opinion.

00:10:30.000 But on polymarket, you actually get real odds on what's likely to happen.

00:10:35.000 Polymarket is a prediction market where people trade on real events back and forth, elections, debates, policy moves, just about everything.

00:10:44.000 There's a polymarket for just about everything.

00:10:46.000 And it doesn't stop at politics, guys.

00:10:49.000 There are markets on the economy, tech, sports, pop culture, and much more.

00:10:55.000 It's all live.

00:10:56.000 It's transparent.

00:10:57.000 And it gives you real-time indicators on what people think is going to happen.

00:11:03.000 Okay.

00:11:03.000 It's a big deal.

00:11:04.000 I dealt with this in politics where people are doing polling every day, you know, and they ask a question 97 times till they get the answer of whoever's paying them for the answer that they want, rather than actually trying to get to the truth.

00:11:17.000 So give it a look at polymarket.com.

00:11:21.000 See what's actually happening.

00:11:22.000 I think you'll be really impressed with the accuracy.

00:11:26.000 And now let's get into all of the top headlines.

00:11:31.000 I have to start probably with my father's address to the nation from the White House, a really big one.

00:11:40.000 And look, this is exactly what the American people needed to hear going into Christmas season.

00:11:47.000 He laid it out plain and simple.

00:11:50.000 And I want you to listen.

00:11:51.000 to his exact words right here.

00:11:55.000 I was elected in a landslide winning the popular vote and all seven swing states and everything else with a mandate to take on a sick and corrupt system that extra really just took the wealth from people and crushed the dreams of the American people.

00:12:15.000 For the last four years, the United States was ruled by politicians who fought only for insiders, illegal aliens, career criminals, corporate lobbyists, prisoners, terrorists, and above all, foreign nations, which took advantage of us at levels never seen before. 0.58

00:12:33.000 They flooded your cities and towns with illegal aliens. 0.97

00:12:37.000 They decimated your hard-earned savings.

00:12:40.000 They indoctrinated your children with hate for America.

00:12:45.000 Really, I mean, they just released a level of violent felons that we had never seen to prey on innocent.

00:12:52.000 They caused war. 0.99

00:12:54.000 They caused mayhem.

00:12:55.000 They caused a horrible situation all over the globe.

00:12:59.000 But now you have a president who fights for the law-abiding, hardworking people of our country, the ones who make this nation run, who make this nation work.

00:13:10.000 And after just one year, we have achieved more than anyone could have imagined.

00:13:16.000 Think about that for a second.

00:13:17.000 11 months ago, we inherited an absolute disaster from Joe Biden and the radical left Democrats.

00:13:24.000 We inherited the worst border crisis in American history.

00:13:29.000 Open borders, 25 million people flooding into our country. 1.00

00:13:34.000 We wonder why rents were going up and costs of everything were going up, et cetera.

00:13:39.000 Many of these people coming in from prisons and mental institutions from countries all over the world, not exactly sending us their finest.

00:13:47.000 We inherited crushing inflation that Biden and Kamala told us was transitory.

00:13:52.000 Remember that one?

00:13:53.000 Transitory.

00:13:54.000 It was devastating American families, businesses, everyone.

00:14:00.000 We inherited a military that was focused on pronouns instead of on readiness.

00:14:04.000 They were focused on DEI instead of defeating our enemies, you know, all those things that matter, DEI and the military.

00:14:10.000 It's wonderful.

00:14:12.000 We inherited a justice department that was weaponized against political opponents instead of going after actual criminals.

00:14:20.000 And in 11 months, my father turned it around.

00:14:24.000 Here's CNN.

00:14:26.000 If you heard of CNN and even they're giving Trump credit, that has to mean something because they're not exactly known for spewing information favorable to Trump.

00:14:35.000 But here's CNN literally having to admit just how bad Democrats' approval record really is.

00:14:43.000 And the minds of the American public are lower than the Dead Sea.

00:14:47.000 What are we talking about here?

00:14:48.000 Well, let's take a look.

00:14:49.000 The net approval rating for Democrats in Congress, you said it, Kate Baldwin, the lowest ever.

00:14:54.000 Look at this.

00:14:54.000 Overall, they are 55 points underwater.

00:14:58.000 Their approval rating is south of 20%.

00:15:01.000 It's even worse when you look at independents.

00:15:03.000 Look at this.

00:15:04.000 Negative 61 points.

00:15:06.000 That means that their approval rating is 61 points lower than their disapproval rating.

00:15:10.000 Quinnipiac has been polling this question for the better part of the 21st century.

00:15:15.000 They have never found Democrats, at least those in Congress, in worse shape than they are right now.

00:15:22.000 And that's not all, guys.

00:15:24.000 The inflation numbers they came in this morning, they shattered expectations.

00:15:29.000 But again, don't take my word for it.

00:15:32.000 The number of the morning, the CPI, oh, maybe coming in a little bit better than expected.

00:15:37.000 2.7%, a little light here.

00:15:40.000 I'm not calling, I'm just reading the headlines here.

00:15:42.000 Year over year, 2.7.

00:15:44.000 X Food and Energy Corps, 2.6.

00:15:46.000 So four tenths off.

00:15:48.000 That is a very good number here.

00:15:50.000 And it really, I have not looked at the internals.

00:15:53.000 I'll look at them now, but it suggests that the internals are good as well.

00:15:57.000 Let's see, year over year over the last 12 months.

00:15:59.000 There is no month to month, but some guys will be able to calculate.

00:16:03.000 Seasonally adjusted index for all items on food energy rose 0.2% over the two months.

00:16:09.000 So correct my math here, Michael Santoli, but 0.2 divided by 2 is 0.1.

00:16:15.000 Yeah.

00:16:15.000 So therefore, that's a very, very low monthly rate here.

00:16:19.000 The index for shelter increased, so you did get a really nice decline in shelter, which was 0.2.

00:16:26.000 So that was 0.1 per month.

00:16:29.000 And guys, the numbers are so good.

00:16:31.000 CNN's economist can't even spin the news other than to say it's better than anyone expected.

00:16:40.000 Now, of course, under Joe Biden, when you were running essentially double-digit inflation for four years, that compounds.

00:16:46.000 And so the 10% gets added on another 10% the year after.

00:16:50.000 So it just keeps growing and growing.

00:16:52.000 We do still have to get costs down.

00:16:54.000 The pain of going up is in control.

00:16:58.000 The costs that went up under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the Democrat regime, we still have to get those down.

00:17:06.000 But make no mistake, inflation now is under control.

00:17:09.000 We got to get those costs back down.

00:17:11.000 And that's not something they can blame on Trump, although they're desperately trying.

00:17:15.000 It was a better number than anyone was expecting.

00:17:19.000 Look, inflation's been very high.

00:17:23.000 It's stayed high.

00:17:24.000 It has not been coming down.

00:17:25.000 But, you know, people were expecting it to be above 3%.

00:17:29.000 It was well below 3%.

00:17:31.000 I mean, I think the president will take this as good news.

00:17:35.000 The investors will think that interest rates will get cut more.

00:17:39.000 So, you know, it was a positive news.

00:17:41.000 There's no other way to spend it.

00:17:43.000 Let me give you some more of the numbers from last night's address.

00:17:48.000 For seven straight months, zero, zero illegal aliens have been allowed to cross into our country from the southern border.

00:17:58.000 Zero.

00:17:59.000 Okay.

00:17:59.000 The fake news said that that was impossible.

00:18:02.000 They said it couldn't be done, that we need Congress to act.

00:18:08.000 You don't need Congress when you have a president who actually cares about enforcing the law.

00:18:14.000 More than 2.5 million illegal aliens have left this country since January, less than a year.

00:18:21.000 Over 600,000 deported.

00:18:24.000 Another 1.9 million who self-deported because they know this administration means business and they're not just giving them the freebie incentives to stay anymore.

00:18:36.000 Gas prices are down.

00:18:38.000 We declared a national energy emergency.

00:18:42.000 New electrical plants coming online next year that will reduce electricity costs for American families even further.

00:18:48.000 And here's the big one, guys.

00:18:50.000 The warrior dividend.

00:18:52.000 Watch and see for yourself.

00:18:54.000 1,450,000 military service members will receive a special we call warrior dividend before Christmas, a warrior dividend.

00:19:07.000 In honor of our nation's founding in 1776, we are sending every soldier $1,776.

00:19:18.000 Think of that.

00:19:19.000 And the checks are already on the way.

00:19:22.000 Nobody understood that one until about 30 minutes ago.

00:19:26.000 We made a lot more money than anybody thought because of tariffs, and the bill helped us along.

00:19:32.000 Nobody deserves it more than our military.

00:19:34.000 And I say congratulations to everybody.

00:19:37.000 How awesome is that, guys?

00:19:39.000 $1,776 for every American service member before Christmas.

00:19:47.000 My father knows our history.

00:19:50.000 He honors our military and he puts America first.

00:19:55.000 And where is this money coming from, folks?

00:19:58.000 Where do you think it's coming from?

00:20:00.000 Tariffs.

00:20:01.000 It's coming from the tariffs that every so-called expert said would destroy the U.S. economy.

00:20:09.000 The tariffs that take fake news, that the fake news said would be a total disaster.

00:20:15.000 Those tariffs are bringing in hundreds of billions with a B, hundreds of billions of dollars.

00:20:22.000 And that money is going right back into the pockets of the American people and the men and women who serve this nation so valiantly.

00:20:32.000 Meanwhile, what did Democrats do for a military? 0.80

00:20:36.000 They focused on drag queen story hours on military bases.

00:20:40.000 You know, you got to have that.

00:20:41.000 It must be a big seller.

00:20:43.000 They focused on kicking out service members who wouldn't take experimental vaccines.

00:20:48.000 They focused on white rage, whatever that was, instead of combat readiness.

00:20:53.000 My father is giving them warrior dividends.

00:20:58.000 That's the difference.

00:20:59.000 That's the difference between America first and America last. 0.85

00:21:04.000 And of course, guys, the regime media couldn't handle it.

00:21:08.000 CNN called it a rally speech.

00:21:11.000 MSDNC or MSNBC, whatever they are, it's basically one of the same, said he was shouting.

00:21:18.000 The Washington Post called it political.

00:21:21.000 Huh, interesting.

00:21:23.000 So when they were asking plumbers to pay off student loans for the elite, highly educated people that couldn't pay back their loans, shockingly, after getting a gender studies doctorate, that wasn't political.

00:21:36.000 Taking care of our military members who've been neglected for so long and far too long, that's political?

00:21:41.000 Hmm.

00:21:42.000 Interesting.

00:21:44.000 I've got news for you.

00:21:45.000 When the president tells the truth about what his administration has accomplished, when he fights back against the lies of the media and the radical left, that's not being political, folks.

00:21:56.000 That's called being a leader.

00:21:58.000 That's called leadership.

00:22:01.000 Something we haven't had in this country for four years under Biden.

00:22:07.000 But we did have one other rather large announcement from the White House.

00:22:14.000 Just happened to be the White House Christmas party, where my father broke it to the world that I, over the weekend, proposed to the love of my life.

00:22:31.000 Not often that I'm at the loss for words because we usually do the ranting and raving really well, but this is a little different.

00:22:36.000 But I just want to wish all of you guys an incredible holiday season, a Merry Christmas, a very happy new year.

00:22:42.000 And to thank Bettina for that one word, yes.

00:22:46.000 When you go down there and it's like, you're going to go and you're trying to ask, you're not sure what the answer is going to be.

00:22:50.000 It's always a little bit rough, but she said yes.

00:22:52.000 So that's a big win for the end of the year.

00:22:55.000 Would you like to see us a little bit of a dance?

00:23:05.000 What a privilege it is to be here in the White House, Mr. President.

00:23:07.000 Thank you so much for hosting this incredible party.

00:23:10.000 And to our first lady, these decorations, am I right?

00:23:13.000 Are they unbelievable?

00:23:16.000 This has really been the most unforgettable weekend of my life.

00:23:20.000 And I get to marry the love of my life.

00:23:22.000 And I feel just like the luckiest girl in the world.

00:23:25.000 So thank you.

00:23:26.000 And thank you, Mr. President.

00:23:28.000 Thank you.

00:23:34.000 Kitten, you want to come in here?

00:23:35.000 I'm filming from home today, so I can get away with this a little bit easier.

00:23:38.000 Not in studio.

00:23:39.000 For another guest cameo appearance.

00:23:41.000 And we put her on the spot.

00:23:43.000 We put her on the spot the other day.

00:23:45.000 You know, made her speak because if she didn't do a good job, that could have been it. 0.99

00:23:50.000 And she did a great job. 0.99

00:23:51.000 So I got engaged to Bettina.

00:23:53.000 And thankfully she said yes, which is very nice.

00:23:56.000 I was a little nervous.

00:23:57.000 You never know.

00:23:57.000 Listen, you just don't count your chickens before they're hatched.

00:24:00.000 Okay.

00:24:01.000 So that was the other big news.

00:24:03.000 And he announced that from the White House Christmas party, which was pretty cool.

00:24:08.000 And that's it.

00:24:09.000 Bye.

00:24:10.000 I love you.

00:24:12.000 So, you know, normally there's a lot of hate on here.

00:24:16.000 So we got to show a little bit of love every once in a while.

00:24:18.000 Thank you, babe.

00:24:20.000 All right.

00:24:20.000 So, yeah, again, doing it from home today.

00:24:22.000 So I figured I had to throw that one in there since everyone else is already talking about it.

00:24:25.000 It's all over Twitter.

00:24:26.000 I figured, you know, I'm going to do a little bit of that myself.

00:24:29.000 But speaking of promises made and promises kept, let's talk about the one big, beautiful bill, the BBB.

00:24:37.000 This is perhaps the most consequential piece of legislation in American history.

00:24:43.000 And the fake news barely covers it because they don't want you to know what's in it.

00:24:49.000 Of course they don't.

00:24:50.000 Okay.

00:24:51.000 Here's what working families are going to start seeing this spring.

00:24:57.000 No tax on tips.

00:24:59.000 If you work in a restaurant, if you're a bartender, if you're in hospitality and service industries, your tips are tax-free.

00:25:08.000 No tax on overtime.

00:25:10.000 You work hard.

00:25:11.000 You put in those extra hours.

00:25:13.000 You're willing to go the extra mile.

00:25:15.000 You should keep that money and not give it to the government.

00:25:18.000 I have a feeling no matter what, you will spend it better.

00:25:22.000 No tax on Social Security.

00:25:25.000 You literally paid into the system.

00:25:27.000 You've been doing it for decades while they give away your money to people who've never paid into the system.

00:25:31.000 You shouldn't have to pay taxes on those benefits.

00:25:34.000 And you no longer will.

00:25:36.000 The child tax credit permanently increased for 40 million American families.

00:25:44.000 Okay.

00:25:44.000 That's a big one.

00:25:46.000 And here's something that doesn't get enough attention.

00:25:50.000 The Trump accounts.

00:25:52.000 Okay.

00:25:52.000 This is a big one, guys.

00:25:54.000 Okay.

00:25:54.000 Every American child born between 25 and 28, okay, 2025 to 2028, the federal government is putting $1,000 into an investment account for them.

00:26:08.000 Each one of those kids, it goes into the S ⁇ P 500, like an index fund.

00:26:13.000 It grows tax-free.

00:26:16.000 And when that child turns 18, they have a nest egg to start their adult life.

00:26:22.000 By the time they hit retirement age, I've seen numbers that they say that it could grow, you know, obviously compounding interest and growth.

00:26:28.000 That could be $600,000 for every child born between 2025 and 2028.

00:26:33.000 Okay.

00:26:34.000 That's incredible news.

00:26:36.000 That's what Americans need.

00:26:39.000 That's how to ensure prosperity so they also have the chance to live their American dream.

00:26:44.000 That's how you build general generational wealth for working families.

00:26:50.000 Okay.

00:26:50.000 Not handouts, investment into the future.

00:26:55.000 That's money staying in the pockets of working families instead of funding left-wing programs and the nonsense that Doge hopefully sorted most of out, but you know, I'm sure there's still plenty out there. 0.50

00:27:07.000 Okay, you're not funding circumcision procedures in countries you've never heard of.

00:27:11.000 You're not doing that anymore.

00:27:12.000 That money can go into your kids' pockets.

00:27:15.000 That's money for groceries, for Christmas presents, for college savings, for retirement.

00:27:21.000 The Democrats want the government to have your money so they can decide how to spend it.

00:27:28.000 My father wants you to keep your money and to decide for yourself.

00:27:33.000 That's the fundamental difference, guys.

00:27:36.000 Now, let's talk about the border because the numbers there are absolutely staggering.

00:27:44.000 The Department of Homeland Security just announced more than 2.5 million illegal aliens have left the United States since January of 2025.

00:27:54.000 And remember, my father didn't take over until the end of January, January 20th.

00:27:58.000 Okay.

00:27:58.000 That's like 10 months and change.

00:28:01.000 Let me break that down for you.

00:28:04.000 Over 605,000 have been deported, removed from this country.

00:28:10.000 1.9 million have self-deported.

00:28:14.000 They got the message.

00:28:15.000 They know this administration means business.

00:28:18.000 They know that if they don't leave voluntarily, we will find them.

00:28:22.000 We will arrest them and they will never return again.

00:28:26.000 Compare that to what we had under Biden.

00:28:30.000 Under Biden, they were giving illegals free flights into the country.

00:28:35.000 They were then flying them from foreign countries directly into American cities and then into other American cities.

00:28:41.000 If they came over a place of crossing in the dark of the night, they did this without telling anyone.

00:28:49.000 No records.

00:28:49.000 You couldn't question it.

00:28:50.000 I saw it dozens of times at myself at airports around the country.

00:28:54.000 Lines of people, no IDs, no nothing.

00:28:57.000 Just, you know, seemed like a government ticket.

00:28:59.000 We all saw it.

00:29:00.000 We all knew what was happening.

00:29:02.000 We were screaming it, and they just stayed silent.

00:29:05.000 Meanwhile, ICE is arresting over a thousand illegal aliens a day.

00:29:11.000 They're targeting the worst of the worst. 0.92

00:29:14.000 MS-13 gang members, sex traffickers, drug dealers and traffickers, murderers, rapists, child predators. 0.99

00:29:23.000 And the border itself? 0.97

00:29:25.000 Seven straight months of zero releases.

00:29:28.000 The lowest border crossings in decades.

00:29:31.000 The wall is being built.

00:29:34.000 The remain in Mexico policy is back.

00:29:37.000 The catch and release disaster is over.

00:29:42.000 My father said he could secure the border without new legislation.

00:29:46.000 The fake news said it was impossible.

00:29:48.000 Even some DC Republicans said we needed comprehensive immigration reform.

00:29:52.000 You know, that's their code name for amnesty.

00:29:56.000 My father proved them all wrong.

00:29:59.000 All you need, all you need is a president who actually wants to secure the border, who actually cares about American sovereignty, who actually puts American citizens first.

00:30:13.000 My father is sending a clear message, guys.

00:30:17.000 The Monroe Doctrine is back.

00:30:19.000 We will not tolerate hostile regimes in our backyard.

00:30:23.000 We will not tolerate drug trafficking and terrorism being exported into our country.

00:30:29.000 We won't export our American dream and our jobs to other nations because we're going to bring manufacturing back to America.

00:30:37.000 We won't tolerate open borders in any way, shape, or form.

00:30:42.000 It's all connected to writing the left's wrongs on immigration, on crime, on military readiness, and on disasters like DEI.

00:30:55.000 Because something massive happened just this month that most of the media is totally ignoring, which is again why I always ask you guys to like, share, subscribe.

00:31:04.000 Send this part out especially to anyone you know.

00:31:09.000 The Department of Justice just issued a final rule eliminating disparate impact liability under Title VI.

00:31:19.000 So what does that actually mean?

00:31:21.000 Well, for decades, the radical left has used something called disparate impact.

00:31:27.000 Disparate impact to basically say that if there's any statistical difference in outcomes between racial groups, any, it must be discrimination.

00:31:37.000 It must be racism.

00:31:39.000 Even if there was zero intent to discriminate, even if the policy in question was completely neutral, it didn't matter.

00:31:47.000 We've all seen it.

00:31:48.000 We've all watched it.

00:31:49.000 So if a company has a test for hiring employees, for example, that test is completely fair, completely job-related.

00:31:58.000 But different radical groups score differently.

00:32:01.000 The company could be sued for discrimination.

00:32:05.000 It's led to massive amounts of litigation, and it's fundamentally altered how companies hire and how they do business.

00:32:13.000 You know, if two people were equal and one was even a slightly better, but they didn't check that box, they'd never get the job.

00:32:20.000 If someone was a checkbox candidate, it didn't matter if your policy was race neutral. 0.86

00:32:26.000 It didn't matter if you had zero discriminatory intent.

00:32:29.000 If the outcomes were different, you could be held liable.

00:32:35.000 This was weaponized against businesses, against universities, against police departments, against anyone the left wanted to target.

00:32:44.000 It was weaponized racism.

00:32:47.000 Okay.

00:32:48.000 It was weaponized racism.

00:32:49.000 It was just reverse racism because it worked for the people they wanted to help and created victims who weren't actually victims.

00:32:59.000 The people who end up being victims were oftentimes the most qualified people who just didn't check any boxes.

00:33:05.000 And the Trump Department of Justice just ended it.

00:33:09.000 Now, Title VI still prohibits intentional discrimination.

00:33:14.000 If you actually discriminate against someone because of their race, that's still illegal, as it should be. 0.96

00:33:20.000 It's just not going to be something that you get sued over for doing the right thing, for hiring the most qualified individual.

00:33:29.000 That is gone.

00:33:30.000 Fairness is back.

00:33:34.000 But you can't be sued again.

00:33:35.000 That's what's important about you can't be sued just because physical disparity.

00:33:39.000 You actually have to prove intent.

00:33:42.000 This is massive for businesses.

00:33:44.000 It's massive for meritocracy.

00:33:47.000 It's massive for the fundamental principle that people should be judged as individuals, not as members of racial groups.

00:33:57.000 This connects directly to my father's executive orders from April ending disparate income impact enforcement across the entire federal government.

00:34:08.000 We're returning to the original meaning of the civil rights law, which was about treating people equally, equally, regardless of race, regardless of sex, et cetera, et cetera.

00:34:21.000 It's not about engineering equal outcomes, which is what's been going on for far too long.

00:34:27.000 But the left used things like disparate impact and DEI to overhaul America's workforce and discriminate against white men in particular.

00:34:36.000 Have you ever noticed what then that they were never worried about civil rights violations if it was going, let's say, the other direction?

00:34:44.000 Do you ever think that was not a concern?

00:34:46.000 Everyone knew that if you were at certain places, especially like if you were the white guy going up against even someone less qualified than you, you had no chance.

00:34:53.000 There's actually a post on X that I want to read to you.

00:34:58.000 Elon commented on it.

00:35:00.000 I commented on it.

00:35:01.000 Elon said it was 100% true because it lays out all of the downstream effects of the DEI madness we've been experiencing for 20 years.

00:35:10.000 It's generational.

00:35:12.000 It's been going on for decades.

00:35:14.000 It's destroyed an entire class of people for decades.

00:35:20.000 And now it's crippled society on so many different fronts.

00:35:25.000 So the tweet is from Interintellectual, kind of a big one, but I want to read the whole thing.

00:35:32.000 And it's rather long, but I think it's important we talk about it because it's such a big issue.

00:35:38.000 And it says, and I quote: white men were systematically excluded from careers during their peak marriage years.

00:35:46.000 But that's just first order effects.

00:35:49.000 Second order, marriage market collapsed.

00:35:52.000 Women date across and up. 1.00

00:35:54.000 Men without careers become invisible to the women who would have married them and they disappear.

00:36:00.000 The eligible bachelor pool shrinks.

00:36:04.000 Third order, fertility crisis. 1.00

00:36:06.000 Fewer marriages, fewer children.

00:36:09.000 But it's worse than just men not marrying or having families.

00:36:12.000 The women who won the DEI lottery got careers instead of families. 0.96

00:36:17.000 They delayed fertility until it was too late.

00:36:20.000 DEI attacked family formation from both sides, excluded men from provider roles, and diverted women from their fertility window.

00:36:31.000 Everyone lost.

00:36:32.000 Fourth order, psychological.

00:36:35.000 Young men couldn't even name what was happening to them.

00:36:39.000 Although, you know, a little sidebar, we were all talking about it.

00:36:42.000 We all saw it, but it didn't matter.

00:36:43.000 You couldn't do anything about it.

00:36:44.000 You were helpless.

00:36:46.000 Back to the quote.

00:36:47.000 The same institutions that excluded them told them that they were privileged, that they were complaining was proofish. 0.58

00:36:56.000 So they internalized failure as personal inadequacy rather than systemic rigging.

00:37:02.000 The fifth order, institutional trust gone.

00:37:06.000 Once you know positions are filled by demographics rather than competence, every credential becomes suspect.

00:37:14.000 Sixth order, reality became unspeakable.

00:37:18.000 Noticing any of this was a fireable offense.

00:37:22.000 Pointing out the obvious got you called a bigot.

00:37:25.000 You got deplatformed or fired.

00:37:27.000 And the worst part is the DEI was just the economic arm.

00:37:32.000 The same people in institutions push the complete package, toxic masculinity. 0.99

00:37:39.000 And a lot of this seemed to start happening on a grand scale in 2014.

00:37:44.000 And here's a look at the data and the numbers, which are staggering.

00:37:49.000 Here's just a few examples.

00:37:52.000 White men dropped from 48% of entry-level TV writers in 2011 to just 11.9% by 2024, 48 to 11.9%, okay, in 13 years. 0.75

00:38:07.000 In academia, they fell from 39% of humanitarian tenure track hires at Harvard in 2014 to 18% in 2023.

00:38:18.000 At UC Irvine, 64 tenure track professors were hired in humanities and social sciences since 2020.

00:38:26.000 64.

00:38:27.000 Only three of them were white men.

00:38:30.000 At Amazon, mid-level managers fell from 55.8% white male in 2014 to 33.8 in 2024.

00:38:40.000 At Google, white men went from nearly half of the workforce to under a third.

00:38:46.000 That's insane, guys.

00:38:49.000 So big picture, there's a ton of progress being made.

00:38:53.000 We still have to figure out how to right those wrongs, how to turn back a generation that's been destroyed. subdued, suppressed for too long.

00:39:04.000 And we're going to get to that.

00:39:05.000 We're working hard at it, but it's hard to undo decades of madness.

00:39:11.000 My father talked about this in his address last night.

00:39:14.000 And I think it's important for everyone to understand what's on the horizon.

00:39:19.000 Next year, 2026, is going to be the year of the boom.

00:39:25.000 The tax cuts from the one big beautiful bill are going to hit people's wallets.

00:39:29.000 When you do your taxes this spring, you're going to see the biggest refund you've ever gotten.

00:39:36.000 That's money back in your pocket where it belongs.

00:39:39.000 The new manufacturing jobs from all these investment commitments are going to start coming in and they're coming online.

00:39:49.000 Real jobs, good paying American jobs.

00:39:53.000 Drug costs are going to start coming down significantly with the most favored nation pricing deals that my father's negotiated and his administration has worked so tirelessly on.

00:40:03.000 No more Europe gets the drug for two cents while Americans pay a thousand bucks for the same thing. 1.00

00:40:09.000 That's done.

00:40:10.000 Housing reform is coming.

00:40:12.000 My father teased some of the most aggressive housing reform plans in American history.

00:40:19.000 Interest rates are going to come down.

00:40:21.000 My father's made it clear that the next Fed chair is going to work with this administration, not against it as a politically weaponized crudgel against common sense and your ability to afford housing.

00:40:35.000 And the 250th anniversary of American independence, we're going to show the world an America that is the envy of the entire globe.

00:40:45.000 The World Cup is coming.

00:40:47.000 Billions of people are going to see American strength, American prosperity, and American greatness.

00:40:55.000 That's what we're working towards.

00:40:57.000 That's the vision.

00:40:59.000 While the Democrats offer nothing but doom and gloom, nothing but division, nothing but attacks on success and common sense, we're offering opportunity.

00:41:09.000 We're offering growth.

00:41:11.000 We're offering the American dream.

00:41:14.000 That's the choice in 2026.

00:41:16.000 That's the choice for America's future.

00:41:19.000 Promises made, promises kept.

00:41:22.000 That's just a slogan anymore, guys.

00:41:25.000 That's the reality of this administration.

00:41:30.000 So keep all of that in mind, guys.

00:41:32.000 I want to thank you guys all for tuning in to yet another episode of Triggered.

00:41:40.000 Some of those things, no one's even going to talk about.

00:41:43.000 You and I both know it.

00:41:44.000 It almost took the teasing, at least the media, thinking it was going to be an invasion of another country to get them to tune in and make these facts heard.

00:41:53.000 But that's why you need to share it because they're not going to be talking about it today, tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year.

00:42:00.000 They're going to hide it like they did everything else.

00:42:03.000 So get it out there.
