Though, they may not have even been said to be said of the same sex as birth. Here's the other example: Mary. Mary is a woman who was assigned male at birth...but may have chosen to identify something else . Not they had a different sex at birth but may be having a different female identity. Now, there may be other examples of Mary as well. I'll you know who you want to use that in a sentence. I mean Mary is the first trans woman elected to a national office? or someone who identifies as . use it in a sentence? I'm not making it up, folks, I'm just like the spelling bee! . I'm talking about it, folks...I'm not even making this stuff up, I am just saying it. I know that's what you're going to have to deal with it, but it's just as crazy as you are, and it's so insane, isn't it's going to get crazier than you think it's getting crazier, is it?
