00:15:22.000The same people who think, you know, God is non binary think there's no room for straight men.
00:15:27.000And by the way, this is the same James Tellurico who told an audience his words again I, as a white straight guy, you know, have the same limitations, those same blinders.
00:15:40.000And then said, a lot of my colleagues still have, you know, the full set that they were born with.
00:15:47.000The full set that they were born with.
00:16:08.000Texas, you better not let the lunatics that moved in from California really blow this one for you.
00:16:12.000So, I don't care if you love everything, but this guy's going to be making serious policy.

00:16:20.000His pastor's also saying, well, his mother will never let him go back to being normal, despite what he's telling you on the campaign screen.
00:16:26.000She's going to go with him to D.C. and make sure that never happens.
00:16:29.000But again, to recap so a straight white guy running for Senate in Texas is apologizing for being a straight white guy with a campaign video that says there's no room for straight white guys, or just straight guys.
00:16:47.000He wants the straight guys in Texas to vote for him.
00:16:51.000And yet, there's no room for them in his campaign.
00:17:00.000Guys, save Texas, vote Ken Paxton, vote straight Republican ticket, do that across the board because this is the Democrat party they want to send to the Senate and to Congress.
00:18:29.000And last week, Breitbart put out an undercover video of the same pastor at an event for the Freedom From Religion Foundation.
00:18:39.000Seems like an odd event to kind of go to if you're a pastor.
00:18:41.000Freedom from Religion Foundation, the atheist group, telling them, If you love humanity and love nature and that's why you hate religion, then we're on the same team.
00:19:11.000But I always worry when somebody lives nearby and they see it's Easter and they see our church and they think they're going to come and hear a traditional message.

00:33:08.000One holdout juror wouldn't sign off on not guilty by reason of insanity.
00:33:13.000And Sonny Hostin, the lawyer on the panel, decides this, this is the moment to share her moment where she was a hero, she was a holdout juror.
00:33:24.000In the 1991 trial on the Daniel Rakowitz case.
00:33:31.000This is the Butcher of Tompkins Square Park case.
00:33:36.000Usually, when they call you the Butcher of anything, it's usually really bad.
00:33:39.000I don't know why you'd be the holdout juror defending a guy like that, but it's Sonny Hoskins and it's The View, so not exactly a brain trust.
00:33:47.000And again, for those who don't remember, Rakowitz killed a woman named Monica Burl, dismembered her, took off.
00:33:56.000Her body parts limb by limb, boiled her, and then fed her to homeless people in the park.
00:35:04.000But, you know, those people didn't dox her, didn't destroy her career, which maybe they should have, especially based on their rules today, even if that's against the rules and the norms.
00:35:15.000It seems like they're willing to break all of those.
00:35:21.000One juror threw a chair at her, and her words one by one, I picked them off until all 12 voted not guilty by reason of insanity.
00:35:31.000And then her own co host said, You got this guy off.
00:35:35.000Her answer, that's how much I believe the insanity defense.
00:35:39.000Now, in her defense, if you're on The View and you've spent enough time with these women, and I've been on it, you should check it out.
00:35:47.000I imagine they believe everyone's insane and therefore everyone should be able to have the insanity defense.
00:35:51.000The insanity defense has been around in Massachusetts for 182 years, so I think it's well established.
00:35:57.000And I thought absolutely that she was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity.
00:36:04.000And the reason I felt that I feel so strongly about this holdout juror is because I was a holdout juror in a case, in the Daniel Rakowitz case.
00:36:12.000I don't know if people remember it, the butcher of Tompkins Square Park.
00:36:21.000And when I brought it up, it was before I went to law school.
00:36:25.000Oh, because I would have never been to law school.
00:36:26.000And when I brought it up at the Hot Topics meeting, I don't think everyone believed me.
00:36:31.000And then my producer looked it up, and I'm in the New York Times.
00:36:35.000And apparently, several jurors questioned afterwards said one holdout juror was principally responsible for preventing them from returning a guilty verdict.
00:38:19.000The killer is often, frankly, the victim itself because something happened to them that made them do this, and therefore no one's ever guilty of anything.
00:38:26.000Because these people, the criminal, again, is the victim.
00:38:30.000And the taxpayer, well, the taxpayer is just the ATM that pays for it forever.
00:38:35.000Which, of course, brings me back to Minnesota.
00:38:38.000A clip went viral again this week from a hearing back in March, and it deserves to because it's the whole Minnesota fraud story in three minutes.
00:39:01.000And he testified that the state's payment system, the one that is paying out the child care assistance program, you know, the reeling centers and all that stuff, was not designed to include IP numbers.
00:39:34.000Remember, we're talking Al-Shabaab and all these crazy terrorist organizations that were scamming this money were taking it.
00:39:39.000Like, they could just be enrolling in these programs from Somalia and everywhere, and they wouldn't even know that it wasn't even an American fraudster.

00:40:54.000Today, in the Fraud Committee, the Department of Human Services testified that they haven't been tracking the IP addresses of money that's being literally flown out of our state and where it's going.
00:41:09.000They did turn on that reporting for two weeks and they found that yes, a lot of those IP addresses were tied to overseas computers.
00:41:19.000And then they quickly shut it off after just two weeks of seeing where this money is actually going.
00:42:08.000So that told us we weren't able to tell.
00:42:12.000Who was billing, when they were billing, or where they were billing from.
00:42:16.000So we went to, Jay and I went to Minute, the state's IT department, and we said, look, we had this, this is the email, it was part of what I just read you.
00:44:51.000California families are working long hours, depleting their savings, and taking out record amounts of debt to survive while the government takes from their Paycheck and hands out free everything to migrants who have no legal right to be here.
00:46:19.000And the reason was that the test, and I quote, proved controversial because black and Hispanic candidates passed it at significantly lower rates than white candidates.
00:47:41.000And remember what we told you on Monday about Mississippi, one of the poorest states in the country, taught its kids to read with phonics and a scoreboard.

00:49:15.000Yesterday morning, SP Global put out its flash PMI for September the Purchasing Managers Index, a survey of the businesses actually running the economy, manufacturing and services.

00:50:21.000And I quote, jobs added at a pace not seen in over four years.
00:51:18.000And the Democrats are still out there bad mouthing it every single day because it's the only play they've got, and the media is more than happy to carry their water as always.

00:52:01.000Regardless of the polls or the regime media, regardless of anything, you choose which direction you want for this country.
00:52:08.000One side wants to lecture you about God being non binary and making excuses for criminals and denying that, you know, or saying that 9 11 America deserved it.
00:52:18.000You know, while the other side wants safety, security, prosperity, and most of all, basic common sense.
00:53:15.000I think, you know, in two years, they probably won't be as much because, you know, once politics sort of goes back to being a lot more boring and normal, You know, from the action perspective, I imagine they lose a lot of their power and they probably know that, so they're going to milk it for as long as they can.
00:53:28.000But make sure everyone's aware of what's actually going on.
