00:00:00.000 start feeding the seaweed to the cattle for their minerals and vitamin source.
00:00:04.720 So we started, I started, I was the only one that I never let on to nobody and I didn't like that,
00:00:09.360 I started it. And it was 100%, everything was going along the road and we have,
00:00:16.000 every month we'd have a vet come in and check all our cows, which you always done that,
00:00:21.120 and they started seeing a difference. Within a month or so after we were feeding the seaweed
00:00:26.940 And they didn't know why they were seeing this difference.
00:00:30.220 So he asked me one day, because we had never told nobody what we were doing.
00:00:33.520 Asked me one day, well, what are you doing different?
00:00:36.340 Well, I said, why are you seeing different?
00:00:38.700 I knew there was a difference.
00:00:40.680 Well, he said, first of all, it's your conception rate in your cows.
00:00:46.680 Holstein heard, we were pushing them along.
00:00:49.060 And we were running around 60%, 65% in our conception rate.
00:00:53.960 Well, we're up about 90% at this time.
00:00:56.240 Big difference.
00:00:57.140 So I told her that.
00:00:58.040 Well, she looked up before he was looking. 0.99
00:00:59.540 She said, yeah, you might be crazy.
00:01:01.540 She never heard tell of it or anything like that. 0.79
00:01:03.240 And then you can tell in the look of the cattle and everything.
00:01:06.140 So then she got telling it to other people.
00:01:10.140 And then other people started coming to us
00:01:13.140 to get some to see what we were doing.
00:01:15.140 And it started from there.
